00:00:21.000 In fact, listen to this spicy conversation that you can find only members.charliekirk.com with Steve Bannon.
00:00:29.000 Charlie, I just got to, you know, give you a heads up.
00:00:33.000 You're about a turning point.
00:00:34.000 They're going to come down on turning point like nobody's business.
00:00:37.000 We know.
00:00:38.000 They've got a blunt turning point in the direction because you have formed in every revolutionary movement.
00:00:45.000 You have to have a cadre.
00:00:46.000 And that cadre has to be a combination of older people who've kind of been there before and understand, hey, it's okay.
00:00:53.000 We got this with their wisdom and discernment, but with the young energy and power of young people.
00:01:00.000 And you now, this started off as a college organization.
00:01:03.000 I look around here now.
00:01:04.000 It's a perfect blend of race.
00:01:06.000 It really is.
00:01:07.000 Ethnicity.
00:01:09.000 And everybody, here's the own thing.
00:01:10.000 I said people said about the white nationalist.
00:01:12.000 I say it has nothing to do with race.
00:01:13.000 It's about spirit.
00:01:14.000 You look at this crowd here.
00:01:16.000 It's united in spirit.
00:01:17.000 And it's the Japanese call it fighting spirit.
00:01:20.000 Okay.
00:01:20.000 It's not just courage.
00:01:22.000 It's the ability to every day when you get punched to get back up and say, hey, we're going to continue on a fight.
00:01:27.000 Remember, the battle in war is over when we decide it's over, right?
00:01:30.000 And we decide it's over when we win.
00:01:32.000 And so that's what this, and they can't control that.
00:01:35.000 That's why you wait.
00:01:37.000 That and more, including my conversation with Tucker Carlson, I take exclusive questions, members.charliekirk.com.
00:01:43.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:44.000 Here we go.
00:01:45.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:47.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:49.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:52.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:56.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:57.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:58.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:02:06.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:15.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:18.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:02:27.000 Typically, Fridays in late July are not the sexiest news cycles.
00:02:33.000 That is not the case.
00:02:35.000 There is no lack of stories.
00:02:36.000 As we have said, this week has been one of the strangest news weeks we have ever seen.
00:02:43.000 We have dead chefs in Martha's Vineyard.
00:02:45.000 Mitch McConnell is short-circuiting.
00:02:48.000 Hunter Biden's plea deal has fallen apart.
00:02:51.000 We have Vivek Ramaswamy now in second place in the Republican primary, which we did predict, and we'll talk more about that.
00:02:58.000 Donald Trump with a superseding indictment.
00:03:01.000 Other indictments that might be coming down.
00:03:03.000 We have UFO hearings.
00:03:05.000 It is not a boring time to be alive.
00:03:06.000 That is for sure.
00:03:07.000 And we are here to offer you clarity and truth, not the typical pandering from corporate mockingbird media.
00:03:14.000 Okay, so last evening, the news came down.
00:03:17.000 We have another Trump indictment.
00:03:18.000 This is not Georgia.
00:03:19.000 That's still coming, almost guaranteed.
00:03:22.000 Not the January 6th indictment.
00:03:24.000 And that one's going to be vicious.
00:03:24.000 That's still coming.
00:03:26.000 But this one is what's called a superseding indictment, a ginormous indictment, not really, or a mega indictment, where they come down and they add another layer on top of indictment that already exists.
00:03:40.000 That's what a superseding indictment is.
00:03:42.000 Now, interestingly enough, when they do a superseding indictment and it pairs with a previous one, this could delay when this trial is actually going to occur.
00:03:51.000 Because now the Trump attorneys can say, whoa, whoa, whoa, we need more time.
00:03:54.000 Like, this is all new stuff, new charges, new witnesses.
00:03:57.000 So this could potentially delay this trial post-election of 2024.
00:04:06.000 So why they're doing this, I have my own personal theory, and we'll get to that.
00:04:09.000 So we have a new indictment.
00:04:10.000 And around this indictment is obstruction of justice.
00:04:16.000 Now, the last indictment pointed towards basically character assassinating Trump by talking about him supposedly waiving this classified Iran memo.
00:04:27.000 But then the indictment wasn't actually about the memo.
00:04:29.000 Well, this Department of Justice superseding Ultra MAGA indictment is now explicitly charging Trump with a crime for allegedly possessing a classified war plan at Mar-a-Lago.
00:04:42.000 So look, if we're looking at charging people on this sort of topic, maybe we should charge the Pentagon leaders with crimes against the American people for trying to start a war with Iran, or at least we could fire them or take their pensions away.
00:04:56.000 No, instead they're richer, literally fatter than ever.
00:05:00.000 The charging documents accuse Donald Trump of conspiring to delete the security footage at Mar-a-Lago after the FBI asked for it.
00:05:09.000 And as part of that, they are now bringing criminal charges against an entirely new person.
00:05:13.000 This is what I really want to focus on.
00:05:16.000 This is a guy by the name of Carlos De Oliveira.
00:05:20.000 I probably have met this guy before.
00:05:22.000 He's a maintenance man at Mar-a-Lago.
00:05:25.000 This is so important.
00:05:26.000 In order to remove Trump, in order to destroy his legacy in the history books, so that populist nationalism, pro-American political forces are destroyed, it's not enough to just go after Trump.
00:05:40.000 They must go after the ordinary man.
00:05:43.000 You know, on this program, we have frequently said it is the Skype, Zoom, and laptop class versus the muscular class.
00:05:52.000 That it's ordinary plumbers, electricians, welders, veterans, police officers, firefighters that make this country work.
00:05:59.000 It's the truck drivers that are the heart of MAGA.
00:06:02.000 It's the people that are going to Sturgis.
00:06:04.000 It's the pheasant hunters.
00:06:06.000 It's the fishermen.
00:06:07.000 It's the anglers.
00:06:09.000 It is the farmers.
00:06:11.000 And as if they're trying to prove our point that they have contempt for the working class, they have now indicted a maintenance man, Carlos de Oliveira, on federal charges.
00:06:26.000 A guy that works at Mar-a-Lago, I don't know much about him.
00:06:29.000 We're going to probably learn.
00:06:30.000 He's probably worked there for quite some time.
00:06:32.000 He probably considered it the honor of his life to work at Mar-a-Lago, is now facing federal charges.
00:06:40.000 De Oliveira told the boss wanted the server deleted, the server referring to the computer server holding Mar-a-Lago camera footage on it.
00:06:51.000 Now, is that true?
00:06:51.000 Well, the Department of Justice certainly has made a lot of false allegations over the last few years.
00:06:56.000 What we can definitely say is that Trump would be faring better if, like Joe Biden, he had a spokesperson and legal advisor working directly for Jack Smith's team.
00:07:07.000 But I want to just focus on the cruelty here.
00:07:10.000 They're going to destroy, they're going to try to destroy this man's life.
00:07:13.000 I will personally donate to Carlos de Oliveira's legal fund.
00:07:17.000 I don't know who's setting it up.
00:07:18.000 This is the same thing they're doing with the Michigan electors.
00:07:22.000 It's top down, bottom-up.
00:07:25.000 It's called a squeeze operation.
00:07:28.000 It's a pincer operation.
00:07:30.000 Two separate, seemingly independent movements that are coordinated at a single target.
00:07:37.000 Because it's not enough just to destroy the symbol of the MAGA movement, Donald Trump himself.
00:07:42.000 They must start taking metaphorical legal scalps of people like you.
00:07:49.000 Going after Trump should infuriate you, but they also want you to be fearful.
00:07:56.000 And that's what the indictment of Carlos de Oliveira is all about.
00:07:59.000 It's not about justice.
00:08:01.000 It's not about what he did or did not do, of which I'm rather honestly uninterested in a conversation around deletion of footage when Hillary Clinton bleached bit emails and smashed phones and walked away freely, when Lois Lerner's IRS emails poof, magically disappeared.
00:08:23.000 I roll my eyes at this idea that now Carlos de Oliveira has to defend himself with hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:08:33.000 However, we know what this is.
00:08:35.000 This is not about justice.
00:08:38.000 This is about throwing the book at Carlos de Oliveira.
00:08:43.000 This is how they went after the Gambino crime family.
00:08:45.000 It's how they go after cartels because they want Carlos de Oliveira to take the stand with a plea deal to say, yes, President Trump told me to delete the footage because he was afraid the FBI was going to come and get it.
00:09:01.000 That's why they're going after him.
00:09:02.000 But it is actually deeper than that.
00:09:04.000 And just remember, remember when the Mueller team accidentally deleted all their phones by putting in the wrong password repeatedly in violation of federal law?
00:09:14.000 They were never held accountable.
00:09:15.000 Andrew Weissman goes on television.
00:09:17.000 Nobody got prosecuted for it.
00:09:18.000 They're all CNN contributors.
00:09:20.000 They accidentally wiped their cell phone data.
00:09:23.000 So I can't say that.
00:09:26.000 I was about to say something you can't say, FEC.
00:09:29.000 Blank you, government, for going after Carlos de Oliveira.
00:09:35.000 What we can definitely say, I'm not even going to say that.
00:09:37.000 I'm not going to say it.
00:09:40.000 You guys know what I'm saying, but I'm not saying it.
00:09:42.000 But I'm definitely saying it.
00:09:43.000 But I'm not saying it.
00:09:45.000 These are bad people.
00:09:46.000 When you go after the rank and file, the ordinary class, the muscular class, they're making a Soviet show trial example.
00:09:56.000 They want you to be fearful that anybody in Trump's orbit, anybody that is supportive, and by the way, it continues, from the Michigan electors to the indictments of the we build the wall folks of going after Steve Bannon, top down, bottom up.
00:10:10.000 Go after Trump, go after the ordinary man, take scalps.
00:10:14.000 It's not enough just to get the mascot.
00:10:16.000 You must get the ordinary folk because Carlos de Oliveira will receive zero sympathy from the Department of Justice unless he sings, unless Carlos de Oliveira's memory sharpens to such a great extent, where he all of a sudden says Donald Trump was saying repeatedly how he wanted footage to go away and tie it, da, da, da.
00:10:41.000 Then all of a sudden, Carlos de Oliveira will get a plea deal and will not serve prison time.
00:10:45.000 But if Carlos de Oliveira fights the charges, they're going to crush this guy's life.
00:10:53.000 I will personally donate to his legal fund.
00:10:55.000 I will personally donate to the Michigan Electoral Legal Fund.
00:11:01.000 And I have so many takeaways with this.
00:11:04.000 And I have to be very honest with you.
00:11:05.000 I have to be very transparent with you.
00:11:07.000 The bad guys are winning.
00:11:09.000 You know why?
00:11:11.000 When I was prepping the show, I was, I'm desensitized to this crap.
00:11:16.000 I'm desensitized to this.
00:11:18.000 I'm not proud of that.
00:11:19.000 I'm not saying it's a good thing.
00:11:21.000 But even I am kind of like, oh, another indictment.
00:11:25.000 Here we go.
00:11:26.000 Man, that is so bad that they have been able to move the Overton window that significantly, where we kind of just say, oh, there's another one.
00:11:37.000 I guess you're indicting the opposition leader, the political candidate who could displace the regime.
00:11:43.000 What's on Netflix?
00:11:47.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?
00:11:50.000 That's a long time to live without a steady income.
00:11:53.000 And we want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money.
00:11:57.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.
00:11:59.000 It's about living your best life.
00:12:01.000 Let's not retire.
00:12:02.000 Let's pivot.
00:12:03.000 My friends at PAX Financial, who I use for my wealth management future, develop a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot.
00:12:11.000 If you want your own free guide to pivoting into the new chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:19.000 That is p-a-x-f-g.com/slash Charlie, paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:27.000 Okay, I have several points I want to make.
00:12:29.000 We have only a couple, you know, a couple moments here before we welcome Julie Kelly.
00:12:33.000 So, number one, I have to catch myself, and I think you do too.
00:12:38.000 The left, again, if you understand Hegelian dialectic and the perpetual revolution, look how much they've moved the Overton window.
00:12:47.000 A year ago, approximately, they raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:12:51.000 Now, there's indictments all over the place, and people yawn and roll their eyes.
00:12:55.000 For 250 years, no former president had ever been indicted.
00:12:59.000 Not Bill Clinton for flying on private jets, underage girls, not war crimes, not anything.
00:13:06.000 But now we just kind of roll our eyes.
00:13:08.000 And I am guilty of this.
00:13:10.000 I'm getting too used to it.
00:13:12.000 That's how tricky these people are.
00:13:14.000 Do not allow yourself to act as if this is normal.
00:13:18.000 This is absolutely not normal.
00:13:21.000 Nothing about this is normal.
00:13:23.000 Nothing about this is ordinary.
00:13:25.000 Nothing about this is acceptable.
00:13:28.000 I have to go through the daily disciplines of reminding myself and basically like going through a cold shower moment where you're like, oh my gosh, this is the death of the country, a slow-motion demise of our nation.
00:13:44.000 They're just going slow and slow and slow.
00:13:47.000 Mark Levin says, in 250 years, no former president has ever been indicted, not even one count.
00:13:52.000 Now, Democrats and their hack prosecutors have thrown open the door.
00:13:55.000 Every imaginable so-called crime could be thought of to use bring charges.
00:13:58.000 And I'll be honest, a majority of Republicans I talk to now are kind of like, eh, what's another one?
00:14:05.000 What's another one?
00:14:06.000 The left is winning.
00:14:07.000 The left is winning, everybody, if that is our attitude.
00:14:10.000 And I find myself just as guilty as most others on this.
00:14:15.000 Nothing about this can be normalized.
00:14:18.000 Several other points I want to make on this, but I have to get to this because I think it's important.
00:14:21.000 You could tell a lot about why people are normalizing it based on the reaction of people in the opposition party.
00:14:28.000 Governor DeSantis, great governor of Florida.
00:14:30.000 He is failing as a presidential candidate.
00:14:32.000 So Governor Santis sat down with Megan Kelly.
00:14:34.000 I'm a big Megan Kelly fan.
00:14:35.000 And she asks a direct question: Would you commit to pardoning Donald Trump?
00:14:40.000 This is a bunch of bluster, I'll be honest.
00:14:42.000 What a terrible answer this is.
00:14:44.000 Talk about not reading the room.
00:14:45.000 You wonder why you're in third place in Ohio now?
00:14:48.000 And that saddens me because he's an excellent governor.
00:14:51.000 Play cut 131.
00:14:53.000 Would you commit to pardoning him on any federal charges against him?
00:14:56.000 Well, what I've said is very simple: I'm going to do what's right for the country.
00:14:59.000 I don't think it would be good for the country to have an almost 80-year-old former president go to prison.
00:15:05.000 So that's a yes.
00:15:06.000 Doesn't seem like it would be a good thing.
00:15:08.000 And I look at like, you know, Ford pardoned Nixon, took some heat for it.
00:15:13.000 But at the end of the day, it's like, do we want to move forward as a country or do we want to be mired in these past controversies?
00:15:20.000 So I think that's a yes.
00:15:22.000 I think.
00:15:23.000 Here's what the answer should be: hell yes.
00:15:26.000 Day one, all charges.
00:15:28.000 And I'll call the governor of Georgia and make sure that all of his charges are dropped there.
00:15:32.000 If I'm president of the United States, not only will I drop charges against Trump, I will instruct my attorney general to immediately go after Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Peter Strzok, and the Democrats so they can feel what it's like to have government thrown at them.
00:15:45.000 That's the answer the base wants.
00:15:47.000 Not, I don't even know, like, just the answer is yes.
00:15:51.000 Not like, well, I've made it simple.
00:15:54.000 Nothing about that answer is simple.
00:15:56.000 And he's like, well, I don't know if we want an age.
00:15:58.000 What does age have to do with it, man?
00:16:00.000 Frustrates me to no end.
00:16:03.000 The cruelty is the point.
00:16:05.000 A lot of you are emailing us, Charlie.
00:16:06.000 How do I donate to the legal fund or the maintenance man?
00:16:09.000 I don't know.
00:16:12.000 It's a two-pronged thing.
00:16:13.000 They're doing it for two reasons.
00:16:14.000 Obviously, go after Trump, but they find joy.
00:16:16.000 These are sadists.
00:16:17.000 They want to see the ordinary, the muscular, the guy wearing the MAGA hat who has hope for his country to suffer.
00:16:23.000 They find joy when you suffer.
00:16:27.000 I want to talk about ReliefFactor.com.

00:17:07.000 Joining us now is Julie Kelly, who has had some exceptional commentary on all of this in real time.
00:17:13.000 Julie, welcome back to the program.
00:17:15.000 You said here in a you said here in a tweet, the outrage is not allegations of attempts to delete video.
00:17:21.000 The outrage is a DC federal judge, Obama, working hand in glove with Biden, Garland, Monaco, DOJ, and Democrat D.C. grand jury authorized a subpoena to get camera footage from inside Donald Trump's home.
00:17:34.000 What do you mean by that?
00:17:35.000 So this was related to the superseding indictment that was handed down last night against this low-level Trump organization, this poor man who's now been ensnared in Jack Smith, DOJ's dirty prosecution of Donald Trump.
00:17:48.000 But to my point, it's not the outrage is not allegedly that Donald Trump instructed or suggested someone should delete the video.
00:17:58.000 The outrage is that a DC judge, Beryl Howell, who was the chief judge at the time, Joe Biden's DOJ, this preceded Jack Smith, by the way.
00:18:08.000 So this is Biden, Merritt Garland, Lisa Monaco's DOJ, who sought a subpoena to get security footage from inside the former president's home.
00:18:19.000 This is unprecedented.
00:18:21.000 Not only was the raid of Mar-a-Lago such an invasion of his privacy, so too is a subpoena trying to get security footage so they could see who was moving what boxes around Mar-a-Lago between the storage room and Donald Trump's office.
00:18:38.000 This is why Charlie, DOJ, and Jack Smith conducted the entire investigation in Washington, D.C., and then at the last minute moved it to Southern Florida for the actual indictment.
00:18:50.000 The venue, the proper jurisdiction, has always been Southern Florida because that's the scene of the alleged crime, Palm Beach, Florida.
00:18:58.000 But they kept it in Washington, D.C. because the judges there are nothing more than a rubber stamp.
00:19:03.000 Beryl Howell, the chief judge and Obama appointee who also oversaw special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation, she is the one making all of these decisions, allowing DOJ to get away with whatever they want to.
00:19:18.000 And so the outrage is that now Jack Smith has nine months of security footage from inside Mar-a-Lago for what?
00:19:27.000 And then he told Trump's defense team last week in a hearing, oh, by the way, you don't need to look at nine months of security footage.
00:19:34.000 You only need to look at 10 dates.
00:19:36.000 Well, why didn't they just get the 10 days then?
00:19:39.000 So this is what's so egregious, so unprecedented, so dirty.
00:19:43.000 The outrage isn't what Donald Trump allegedly said about the video.
00:19:47.000 The outrage is that Joe Biden's DOJ, Merrick Garland's handpicked special prosecutor, has that much footage of the inside of Donald Trump's home.
00:19:58.000 So let's just kind of focus, Julie.
00:20:00.000 I believe that they're going after the maintenance man because for two reasons, to try to get him to sing against Trump, but also show they're willing to go after the rank and file, the muscular class, the ordinary people.
00:20:11.000 I think it's legal leverage, but I also think that there is an example here, almost a Soviet-style show trial.
00:20:17.000 I'm going to go after the lowest level, bottom-up, top-down.
00:20:21.000 Julie Kelly, your reaction.
00:20:23.000 Well, Charlie, this is exactly what's been happening to January 6th defendants for two and a half years.
00:20:27.000 That's right.
00:20:29.000 This is, I mean, it's not even low-level employees.
00:20:32.000 And I'm not saying low-level.
00:20:33.000 Like, he's, I mean, this is just a poor, like a maintenance guy.
00:20:37.000 No, that's what I'm getting at.
00:20:38.000 Exactly.
00:20:38.000 Yes.
00:20:40.000 So, but they've rounded up 1,100 Trump supporters on concocted charges, Charlie.
00:20:48.000 And not only that, I'll tell you what.
00:20:50.000 I get alerts every single day of new arrests being made in the January 6th prosecution more than two and a half years later.
00:20:57.000 Matthew Graves, the DCOS attorney, Joe Biden's handpick prosecutor, is continuing to round up J Sixers.
00:21:06.000 And Matthew Graves has promised to double this caseload before he's done.
00:21:10.000 So this is all part and parcel to what began in Biden's DOJ in January of 2021.
00:21:16.000 This is the authoritarian template.
00:21:18.000 The dragnet is as deep as it is wide.
00:21:21.000 They don't want to just take out Trump.
00:21:23.000 They want to prevent anybody from being involved in America-first politics.
00:21:28.000 They want you to be afraid to go to rallies.
00:21:31.000 They want you to be afraid to donate.
00:21:33.000 They want you to be afraid to speak your mind.
00:21:35.000 They want you to be afraid to run a business.
00:21:38.000 This is all part of a plan of shilling and chilling speech.
00:21:44.000 And so, Julie, the significance of this, what I'm trying to understand, though, is now that they've added the superseding indictment, this could now make the timeline post-November of 2024.
00:21:58.000 Is that correct?
00:22:00.000 You're absolutely right, Charlie.
00:22:02.000 So the trial date is now set for May 20th of 2024.
00:22:07.000 A superseding indictment, and I've watched this happen over and over in January 6 cases.
00:22:12.000 A superseding indictment bringing new charges and a new co-defendant kind of resets the clock, basically.
00:22:20.000 And so the May 2024 date, to the extent that it was ever feasible, given all the restrictions for the handling of these alleged classified documents, now will set the clock back.
00:22:31.000 And that May trial date definitely will not go forward.
00:22:36.000 So there's a very good chance, yes, this could be extended past the election.
00:22:39.000 But I'll tell you, Charlie, I've said this over and over: the last person who wants his case to go to trial is Jack Smith and the DOJ.
00:22:45.000 They have no case because they are going to have to argue, number one, that these actually were classified documents.
00:22:52.000 Number two, that he, as president, had no authority to keep them.
00:22:57.000 Number three, that he didn't cooperate and willfully retained national defense information when all evidence to the contrary, he overcooperated, if anything, Charlie.
00:23:07.000 He never should have.
00:23:08.000 But the biggest issue here is that DOJ conducted this investigation in the wrong venue.
00:23:14.000 That all of the grand jury proceedings, including the decisions made by the chief judge in D.C., never should have been handled there.
00:23:21.000 And one defense attorney suggested they're going to file a motion for abuse of the grand jury process.
00:23:26.000 And I think that will be the biggest to the extent it ever goes to trial.
00:23:29.000 Jack Smith doesn't want to.
00:23:30.000 The whole thing could be dismissed because of venue issues.
00:23:34.000 Yeah.
00:23:34.000 And so, but we're also now waiting simultaneously, Julie, for the January 6th indictments.
00:23:40.000 And so why?
00:23:42.000 So this is what I can't understand.
00:23:43.000 All the hype this week is January 6th, January 6th, 26th, seditious conspiracy rebellion, all that stuff.
00:23:48.000 And then we have the Fulton County barricades.
00:23:51.000 And then we get this extra document to go after the maintenance man, obstruction of justice, the Iran document thing.
00:23:57.000 And then at the same week, Hunter Biden's investigations are ongoing.
00:24:01.000 Jack Smith just launches another legal torpedo at Trump.
00:24:05.000 Why now?
00:24:05.000 It's very strange.
00:24:07.000 Well, I think it's twofold.
00:24:09.000 To your point there, it is to pivot away from all the attention to what happened in court yesterday with Hunter Biden and the sweetheart plea deal and the immunity agreement that basically all of this was an immunity agreement to shield him from future prosecution for violating FARA and other matters.
00:24:28.000 But look, this is death by a thousand cuts, Charlie.
00:24:30.000 And this is the DOJ and the Biden regime intentionally inflaming half of the country.
00:24:36.000 They are just an accelerant to continue to destroy our country to criminalize political dissent.
00:24:45.000 You are going to have indictments from Fannie Willis to DA in Fulton County.
00:24:50.000 But the big bombshell, of course, will be next week, criminal indictments against Donald Trump for January 6th.
00:24:56.000 And Charlie, the first indictment won't be the last.
00:24:59.000 The superseding indictment in the classified documents case is only an example of how many times Jack Smith will supersede an initial indictment against Donald Trump, adding charges, adding defendants and marquee defendants.
00:25:12.000 Could be John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Mark Meadows.
00:25:17.000 It could be a few Republican House members.
00:25:19.000 I mean, this is going to be nonstop lawfare against Trump, his associates, White House aides, congressional Republicans, and of course, as we just said, his voters and supporters.
00:25:35.000 So, Julie, what do you anticipate out of Georgia?
00:25:38.000 That one's kind of just been waiting in the wings.
00:25:41.000 I think we might see something in the next couple of weeks.
00:25:43.000 Yes, it looks like it, because to your point, they have been erecting barricades outside of the Fulton County courthouse.
00:25:51.000 Again, more optics suggesting that Trump supporters are going to, what, are they going to commit another insurrection at the Fulton County courthouse after these charges are announced?
00:26:01.000 And it looks like these are going to be fraud election fraud related, which is so just deliciously ironic, not really deliciously, but it will be conspiring to interfere in an election or commit some sort of election fraud.
00:26:16.000 That's what it looks like will be coming out of Fannie Willis's office.
00:26:21.000 But of course, you know, we could have two major indictments next week.
00:26:25.000 We definitely will have January 6th.
00:26:27.000 I believe that that will be announced on Tuesday.
00:26:30.000 The grand jury for Jack Smith meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
00:26:33.000 There was some rumor speculation that it would have been announced yesterday, but looked like that didn't happen, even though Trump's attorneys were meeting with Jack Smith's team yesterday.
00:26:43.000 So it could come Tuesday and Fannie Willis's, maybe her announcement will be Monday.
00:26:48.000 Maybe it'll be Wednesday.
00:26:49.000 I mean, next week is going to be an explosive week.
00:26:55.000 Yes, it will be.
00:26:56.000 And they're trying to normalize this, aren't they?
00:26:59.000 Julie, they're just trying to make it seem as if this is no big deal.
00:27:02.000 You know, just kind of roll your eyes.
00:27:04.000 It's fine.
00:27:05.000 How should we respond to this?
00:27:07.000 How do we respond to this?
00:27:10.000 It's such a good question, Charlie.
00:27:12.000 I mean, we're really limited.
00:27:14.000 I do hope when these Republican senators and House members go home, they get an earfill from their constituents that they're not doing enough.
00:27:22.000 I mean, obviously the Senate is pretty limited, but House Republicans are not.
00:27:28.000 It would be nice if they had the backing of Republicans in the Senate, but they really don't.
00:27:32.000 They've been AWOL for the most part.
00:27:34.000 But cutting off funding, you know, using the power of the purse, going forward with some impeachment inquiry.
00:27:42.000 I am not supportive of impeaching Joe Biden because we would be doing the Democrats a favor.
00:27:48.000 Poll after poll shows that the majority of Democrats do not want Joe Biden to be the nominee.
00:27:52.000 He should be forced to run on his record and not just his record as president, but his record of corruption and selling out this country to enrich his family.
00:28:03.000 I would like to see impeachment proceedings either against the former chief judge of the DC District Court, Beryl Howell, because she has been the biggest enabler in all of this, or Christopher Wray, because that will touch on both January 6th classified documents, the raid of Mar-a-Lago, and of course the Hunter Biden investigation, Hunter Biden matter.
00:28:23.000 So, but look, we are limited in what we can do.
00:28:28.000 But the danger here, to your point, is not just silencing what we're doing now, it is setting extremely destructive, dangerous precedents, case law, where a nonviolent felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding that was passed in the wake of the Enron scandal that has to do with tampering with witnesses and evidence can be distorted and used as a felony applied to political protesters.
00:28:56.000 And a felony that not only could result in 20 years in prison, but also be used as justification, Charlie, to deny release of defendants accused of that nonviolent, basically process crime.
00:29:10.000 So that's the dangerous precedent too for Donald Trump.
00:29:13.000 If he's charged with obstruction, which he will be, I think that'll be the first count.
00:29:17.000 If he's charged with something like seditious conspiracy, we now have precedence in multiple courthouses, by the way, Trump and Obama judges who have denied release of defendants charged with obstruction of an official proceeding.
00:29:31.000 Hold on, this is the biggest hold on thing.
00:29:33.000 I'm just timeout.
00:29:34.000 You're trying to say that Donald Trump might not be granted bail.
00:29:40.000 There is case precedence in multiple cases.
00:29:44.000 There is precedent to deny the release of a defendant who's been charged with obstruction of an official proceeding.
00:29:52.000 So you would say that potentially if Donald Trump is indicted on seditious conspiracy, they could prevent him from campaigning, access to a phone.
00:30:01.000 He could be in a January 6th style gulag this fall.
00:30:07.000 Jack Smith's team could, based on what's happened the past two years, with judges and primater on this, he could ask to keep Donald Trump in custody awaiting trial.
00:30:18.000 He could.
00:30:19.000 Now, the other side, to your point, Charlie, or they could ask for very strict release conditions, home confinement, a curfew, a monitoring device.
00:30:28.000 They are not.
00:30:29.000 I don't see any way that Jack Smith is just going to ask for regular release conditions for Donald Trump if he's charged with these serious felony counts.
00:30:39.000 That is a new wrinkle, everybody.
00:30:40.000 You heard it here first by Julie Kelly, and every one of her predictions have been right.
00:30:43.000 She's not predicting it.
00:30:44.000 She's saying it's possible that Donald Trump might be put in a permanent gulag, unable to travel, unable to communicate in the midst of a presidential election cycle.
00:30:52.000 And Republicans are writing press releases and sending money to Ukraine.
00:30:56.000 Julie Kelly, thank you so much.
00:30:57.000 God bless you.
