00:03:11.000 Yeah, we had An interesting hearing yesterday where we were making very clear to the American people that the administration, and he's at the top of the Homeland Security Department, that has no intent to follow the law to actually secure the border of the United States and to follow the laws as I was describing with the Security Fence Act to stop the flow.
00:03:33.000 And I pointed out that he did look at the camera 15 months ago when I posed that question and put the statute in front of him and said, Do you have operation control?
00:03:43.000 And he said, I do.
00:03:45.000 Then he went on to testify differently to other committees because he realized he'd accept it.
00:03:49.000 My point is, they're lying.
00:03:52.000 They're lying over and over again.
00:03:55.000 And they're not just lying under oath to me, which is, of course, an enormous problem and impeachable.
00:04:00.000 He's lying on purpose to the American people.
00:04:03.000 And he's using a shell game to try to say, oh, don't worry, the numbers are going down.
00:04:08.000 That's a lie because they're using parole, running people through the ports of entry with this one app, which a number of my colleagues asked about.
00:04:17.000 And they're doing that intentionally to drive the numbers up, make it look like price going down.
00:04:22.000 Now, to be clear, there were still 150,000 apprehensions last month.
00:04:26.000 Charlie, we have human beings, Americans that are dying, human beings, migrants that are dying. 0.57

00:05:13.000 Is there agreement with your colleagues, not just cutting off the funding, but time to impeach Maorkis?
00:05:21.000 Well, first, I think we are building an effort right as heading into September when there will undoubtedly be a conflict over the funding of government.
00:05:30.000 We want to make clear that securing the border is a baseline.
00:05:34.000 It is a bare minimum if you want to consider funding the government any further.
00:05:39.000 We're going to make that very clear on the impeachment point.
00:05:42.000 We have made progress.
00:05:43.000 There were some people who are skeptical who I think have gotten there, but there are still a few whole Republicans who are saying, well, this isn't a high crime and misdemeanor.
00:05:52.000 Look, Charlie, you and I are both faithful followers of the Constitution.
00:05:55.000 I do not take this up cavalierly.
00:05:58.000 I know you do.
00:05:59.000 That's right.
00:06:00.000 I wrote a piece in National Review in which I outlined what I believe is the case.
00:06:05.000 I believe he has broken the public trust.
00:06:08.000 He has violated his oath.
00:06:09.000 He is failing to follow the laws.
00:06:11.000 And importantly, he lied under oath.
00:06:14.000 This is not maladministration, although I can argue maladministration is still subsumed into high crimes and misdemeanors.
00:06:22.000 There are some scholars who say so.
00:06:23.000 But even putting that aside, it is a high crime of misdemeanor to lie under oath, and it's a high crime of misdemeanor to not follow the law Congress passed and to do so intentionally.
00:06:33.000 And that's exactly what he's doing.
00:06:35.000 Yeah, and so it's just, I want to play another piece of tape here.
00:06:39.000 He wants open borders.
00:06:41.000 I hope everyone understands the American Democrat Party believes this is a success. 0.99

00:08:08.000 I ask him that question because we have evidence that he had an email two and a half hours before he went to the microphone indicating that the photographer and everyone present knew they didn't whip anyone.

00:08:23.000 We had someone in front of a hearing a couple of weeks ago, to your point, who identified and unfortunately lost his son to an illegal immigrant.

00:09:47.000 So they have identification and they drop it before they cross because they don't want our government to know who they are.

00:10:44.000 But we cannot forget our duty to secure the border, stop the lawlessness, stop the lawlessness at the FBI, end the weaponization of government.

00:19:26.000 You know, Martha, after everything that I've witnessed over the last couple of months looking into this, as well as being denied access to information at Eglin Air Force Base, only to eventually see images for my own self and to draw that conclusion, I do believe that there is other life out there.
00:19:43.000 I also believe that it is possible that the U.S. government is back engineering potentially technology that's not from this world.
00:19:52.000 Oh, those are some big statements, Ana Paulina.
00:19:54.000 Tell us about it.
00:19:55.000 Well, you know, this started really a couple months ago.
00:19:58.000 Myself, Representative Gates and Burchett had attended a whistleblower investigation at Eglin Air Force Base.
00:20:06.000 And whistleblowers had come forward to Representative Gates' office.
00:20:10.000 And ultimately, long story short, we were stonewalled from even accessing, speaking to those individuals.
00:20:16.000 The Pentagon got involved, the Department of the Air Force.
00:20:20.000 And the fact is, is that the military has to be held accountable and answers to Congress, not vice versa.
00:20:26.000 And so when you have members that are being denied access, that's extremely problematic.
00:20:31.000 And so ultimately, we decided to come to Washington.
00:20:33.000 We did follow-up, and you saw the results of that hearing.
00:20:36.000 Yeah, so let's play Cut 104 to continue.

00:20:41.000 Wanted to follow up on Representative Raskin's questions.
00:20:45.000 In the last couple of years, have you had incidences that have caused you to be in fear for your life for addressing these issues?
00:20:54.000 Yes, personally.
00:20:56.000 I just want everyone to note that he's coming forward in fear of his life to put in perspective if they were really not scared about this information coming out.
00:21:04.000 Why would someone be intimidated like that?
00:21:07.000 So Ana, I want to just make sure your position is clear for our audience.
00:21:10.000 You do believe that there's extraterrestrial life that our government has made contact with on this planet.
00:21:17.000 Yeah, per the testimony.
00:21:19.000 Yeah, per the testimony that we have seen per the documentation and upon our investigation, absolutely.
00:21:25.000 And I just want to be clear that myself, Gates, Burchett, Representative Moss Woods, we had all worked very hard on this hearing.
00:21:31.000 And actually, it was scheduled about a month in advance.
00:21:35.000 And so to hear this information come out, especially being acknowledged in the congressional record, I mean, a lot of people might think that it was coordinated to fall in the Hunter Biden stuff, but it wasn't.
00:21:47.000 And it's pretty scary when you think about it.
00:21:49.000 So let's go through just some of the evidence that you guys have come and beat me aware of.
00:21:54.000 And so for people that did not watch the hearing, what do you think are one of the two most pieces of compelling evidence to support that?
00:22:04.000 So we had multiple, or we had two of our three witnesses that were pilots, right?
00:22:09.000 They came forward with eyewitness testimony and footage.
00:22:12.000 So you had the two pilots of Phil film not only the Tic Tac video, but the gimbal video.
00:22:18.000 And under oath, they actually stated that the technology that existed in the vehicles that they were chasing was not known to anything that they know that humans can produce.
00:22:31.000 And then you had another individual who was an airline pilot Graves who said that he had whistleblowers coming forward, 30 to the exact commercial airline pilots that are reporting these things and actually gave an in-depth description of one of these UAPs, which was pretty alarming.
00:22:47.000 He said it was about, I think, a football field and size cube that was caught over at Vandenberg Air Force Base.
00:22:54.000 And then in addition to that, you had Graves who came forward stating that not only was she aware of people that have been, this sounds so crazy, but murdered to protect this secret, but when bipartisan members requested information in a skiff to get this briefing, we were denied access even then.
00:23:14.000 So this is a bigger issue, an issue of transparency, an issue that the military is essentially hiding information, and that information should be readily available and accessible to the American people.
00:23:26.000 But also, we have a massive issue with national security.
00:23:29.000 And that was also mentioned in the hearing that these pilots cannot, they cannot outpace.
00:23:35.000 They cannot defend themselves against this technology that exists.
00:23:40.000 So these seem to be three very credible witnesses.
00:23:44.000 And it's been very interesting to watch the media's coverage non-coverage of this because it hasn't really been met with the necessary widespread mockery that you would have expected.
00:23:55.000 There were a couple articles here or there, but largely Ana has just kind of been ignoring it, honestly.
00:24:01.000 It's just kind of like, oh, yeah, aliens.
00:24:04.000 What's your take on that?
00:24:05.000 It's been really strange.
00:24:06.000 It's been very strange, actually.
00:24:08.000 Well, I think that they're having an issue addressing it mainly because there is such bicameral and bipartisan support calling for basically transparency from the federal government.
00:24:19.000 But also, too, when you think about what was stated on witness testimony, I mean, my goodness, Charlie, I felt like I was in like the script of a movie or something.
00:24:28.000 You have people coming forward saying that they're in fear of their life, people that have brought forward evidence that has been acknowledged and released essentially by the Pentagon, right?
00:24:39.000 Like the gimbal video, the TikTok video, that was all acknowledged by the Pentagon.
00:24:45.000 And then you have an individual who worked basically also a military service member who has filed a legitimate complaint with the Inspector General, of which we're currently trying to obtain to release that information to the American people, that has come forward and acknowledging under oath that there's other biological entities that our government has apparently obtained.
00:25:09.000 And so when you think about that from a perspective of, okay, well, like, how does that address any of the issues that we're seeing right now in our country with inflation or the Biden corruption?
00:25:19.000 I think that this is a really big thing, mainly because it's bipartisan calls for the end for transparency and ending essentially what could be a massive cover-up.
00:25:29.000 And so we are working together to get to the root of this.
00:25:32.000 I know Representative Gates and Representative Birch and myself are both asking for a select committee so that we can investigate further.
00:25:39.000 But, you know, it is extremely alarming, Charlie, when I had a general tell me that I didn't have access to see information and talk to witnesses when I do have the access on that.
00:25:49.000 And as you saw during the testimony that Representative Gates gave, Gates even called out that general that he was essentially lying to us about our clearances.
00:25:58.000 Yes, so then in an effort to hide information.
00:26:00.000 So let's just build out the significance of this.
00:26:03.000 Do you speculate if there is non-human life that is, you know, on the planet?
00:26:10.000 And that why then would the, in your speculation, the government be lying about it?
00:26:16.000 What is the motive for covering it up?
00:26:20.000 Help me understand that.
00:26:23.000 According to the testimony of specifically Grush, it's that there's a lot of control mechanisms in place.
00:26:36.000 And then there's also an issue that people at the higher levels of this compartmentalized information maybe think that the American people are not capable of comprehending or understanding that.
00:26:48.000 And I would argue the exact opposite.
00:26:50.000 You know, you have other governments across the world, the UK, Chile, Brazil, different programs that are set up to investigate this from a scientific perspective, but also to be transparent with our public about what they have found.
00:27:04.000 And yet, the United States seems to be the only one that's really pushing back and trying to gaslight the country.
00:27:11.000 I think that when you're talking about full transparency, if we're not able to share this with the public, if elected members of Congress are being denied access to investigate legitimate claims that pertain to national security and safety of our citizens, then are we really the republic we think we are?
00:27:28.000 And I think the answer is no.
00:27:30.000 And so it's important that, regardless of party affiliation, we are holding these individuals accountable and that we can at least release that information to the public.
00:27:40.000 Yeah, this is a, it's really interesting, Ana, is that this is a total third rail thing, and now it's just as mainstream as it can be.
00:27:48.000 And the media is just kind of shrugging their shoulders.

00:27:53.000 UFO whistleblower says that non-human biological pilots from crashed crafts.
00:27:59.000 If you believe we have crashed craft, stated earlier, do we have the bodies of the pilots who piloted this craft?
00:28:06.000 As I've stated publicly already in my news nation interview, biologics came with some of these recoveries.
00:28:12.000 Were they, I guess, human or non-human biologics?
00:28:12.000 Yeah.
00:28:16.000 Non-human, and that was the assessment of people with direct knowledge on the program I talked to that are currently still on the program.
00:28:22.000 Who in the government, either what agency, sub-agency, what contractors, who should be called into the next hearing about UAPs, either in a public setting or even in a private setting?
00:28:35.000 I can give you a specific cooperative and hostile witness list of specific individuals that were in those.
00:28:42.000 And how soon can we get that list?
00:28:45.000 I'm happy to provide that to you after the hearing.

00:28:48.000 So just kind of give us a little bit inside baseball as we close out here, Ana.
00:28:53.000 What's been the reaction, the chatter amongst colleagues?
00:28:56.000 And are you fearful that there might be some retaliation against those of you that are leading this charge?
00:29:02.000 So as of right now, right after the hearing, I think leadership is probably wondering how it was going to be perceived.
00:29:09.000 And as you saw, the media seems to have an issue hitting it altogether because there's so much bipartisan support for it.
00:29:17.000 But there were also members from other committees, specifically House Armed Services, that came over that were Democrats that were saying, we saw what happened and this is concerning and we want to help and assist.
00:29:28.000 How do we get this gift for everyone that was in that committee?
00:29:32.000 As you saw, there were some members that participated, but I think a lot of members were maybe a little bit hesitant because there is a stigma that's associated with UAPs.
00:29:41.000 And because of their reaction, people are realizing, all right, the reaction, testimony, and evidence that we have, there's something here.
00:29:49.000 And so the follow-up is we're going to try to get that GIF and at least gain access to the information that Grush had stated.
00:29:55.000 And I do know that Representative Mace, who asked that question, is also working to obtain that list.
00:30:01.000 And I think it's incredibly important, especially being that he also addressed issues with financials.
00:30:07.000 I mean, he said that there was white-collar crimes that he was aware of in efforts to protect these programs.
00:30:12.000 And so exposing all of that and getting to the root issues is something that we as investigators will have to do.
00:30:17.000 Right now, because I am a member of Oversight and there is such support, I feel that I'm on the right track here and I don't feel that I'm in jeopardy.
00:30:27.000 But what I can tell you is that I can't say the same for those whistleblowers.
00:30:31.000 And as you heard earlier, I'm specifically concerned about Grush because he has credible and genuine fear for his life.

00:30:39.000 If it was all a lie, why would he be fearing for his life?
