00:00:07.000 We talk with Mike Davis from the Article 3 Project about the Maryland father hoax, the Maryland man hoax.

00:00:13.000 And is Trump actually defying the Supreme Court and refusing to bring him back to the United States?

00:00:22.000 We also bring in Jack Posobiec.

00:00:24.000 We talk about the Carmelo Anthony Austin Metcalf murder in Texas and why he's released on house arrest and what does that tell us?

00:00:34.000 MAGA has ascended.

00:00:35.000 More Republicans are now identifying as MAGA.

00:00:39.000 What does that mean for the country and for Trump's policies?

00:02:08.000 News coming over the wire in the last couple of days and I'm breaking one overnight that we're going to get into as well with Mike Davis, Article 3 Project.

00:02:19.000 Mike Davis, welcome to the show.

00:02:21.000 Thanks for joining us to unpack this very contentious issue.

00:02:24.000 It's involving the Supreme Court this time, so I want to make sure we get our facts 100% straight here, Mike.

00:02:32.000 What do you make of this case involving the Maryland man?

00:02:37.000 That's what they describe him as.

00:02:38.000 The Maryland man.

00:02:41.000 His name is...

00:02:43.000 I keep forgetting, so I've got to check my notes.

00:02:46.000 Kilmar Obrego Garcia.

00:02:49.000 So the press would have you believe, Mike, that since he's been deported to El Salvador at one of the prisons there, that the Supreme Court is demanding that he is returned.

00:03:01.000 Is that...

00:03:01.000 True, Mike Davis.

00:03:03.000 Not at all.

00:03:04.000 So remember, this Maryland father, as the liberal media is trying to portray him, was found by a court to be likely a MS-13 gang member, one of the most vicious gangs in the Western Hemisphere.

00:03:20.000 He was an illegal immigrant who was in America for years.

00:03:25.000 And then when he was about to be deported...

00:03:28.000 He claimed that he was going to be persecuted if he went back to El Salvador.

00:03:32.000 And my response is, well, now that we have a new leader in El Salvador, he's actually cleaned up the country where the murder rate has dropped significantly.

00:03:41.000 And so I don't think he's going to face the same persecution that he once supposedly was going to face.

00:03:48.000 And regardless, even if he is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, MS-13 gang member, and he got sent back to El Salvador.

00:03:56.000 Now, should he have been sent to a different country because of this supposed persecution?

00:04:03.000 Maybe. But guess what?

00:04:04.000 A federal judge can't order the President of the United States to engage in foreign affairs with a foreign leader.

00:04:13.000 That is beyond the judge's Article III power to decide cases or controversies with redressable claims with the parties before them.

00:04:26.000 You know, it seems like we're getting into some legal gray area.

00:04:30.000 Now the left, the liberal media wants you to believe that Trump is a dictator.

00:04:34.000 He's an authoritarian.

00:04:35.000 Now he's openly defying the highest court in the land.

00:04:39.000 Meanwhile, it seems to be that there's a lot of nuance in the actual ruling from the court.

00:04:45.000 And I want to play something that just came across the wire.

00:04:48.000 It is...

00:04:49.000 Surprising. The source is surprising, Mike.

00:04:52.000 This is CNN's chief legal correspondent, Paula Reid, actually defending the Trump administration a little bit here.

00:05:00.000 196. And President Trump and President Bukele made it clear that Abrego Garcia will not be returned to the United States, despite this U.S. Supreme Court ruling saying that Trump had to facilitate his return.

00:05:13.000 So are they just ignoring a U.S. Supreme Court ruling, or is the fact that the...

00:05:18.000 Ruling was so mushy, in your words, giving him an opening.

00:05:23.000 It's a technical term I learned in law school.

00:05:25.000 Look, they're working within the ambiguity that the Supreme Court justices gave them.

00:05:30.000 They did not order the administration to return him to the United States.

00:05:35.000 They said that they need to facilitate this return.

00:05:38.000 They could have said, we order him returned, but they didn't do that.

00:05:42.000 Mushy, Mike, is the word that she used. 0.66

00:05:44.000 So, when you read this court ruling...

00:05:47.000 Do you see what she's referring to?

00:05:50.000 They are actually working within a bit of ambiguity provided to them by the court.

00:05:55.000 Yeah, because no federal judge can order the President of the United States to engage in foreign affairs with a foreign leader.

00:06:04.000 That violates Article II of the Constitution, which gives...

00:06:08.000 The president, the commander-in-chief, all executive power.

00:06:11.000 He is the chief law enforcement officer.

00:06:13.000 He's the chief magistrate.

00:06:15.000 He is the head of our foreign affairs.

00:06:17.000 And judges cannot order the president to negotiate.

00:06:21.000 When the El Salvadorian president was in the Oval Office, was a judge going to go in there and mediate the negotiation of this El Salvadorian MS-13 gangbanger who got sent home?

00:06:33.000 I don't think that's going to work.

00:06:34.000 Well, Mike, I love this moment from the White House, and I have the clip, so I want to play it.

00:06:38.000 But you have, you know, President Trump.

00:06:41.000 He's surrounded by his cabinet officials.

00:06:43.000 You've got Stephen Miller just spitting facts, by the way.

00:06:47.000 And he just went, I have that clip, too, which we should probably play.

00:06:50.000 But then they asked, I think it was Caitlin Collins, asks Bukele directly, like, you know, what are you going to do in this?

00:06:58.000 And he just sits there.

00:06:59.000 You can see the smirk on his face going like...

00:07:02.000 I'm not going to tell America to take back a terrorist that's already in our country.

00:07:06.000 Play cut 201.

00:07:07.000 Suppose you're not suggesting that I smuggle a terrorist into the United States, right?

00:07:12.000 How can I smuggle, how can I return him to the United States? 0.99

00:07:16.000 Like I smuggle him into the United States or what do I do?

00:07:19.000 Of course, I'm not going to do it.

00:07:21.000 It's like, I mean, the question is preposterous.

00:07:24.000 How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?

00:07:27.000 I don't have the power to return him to the United States.

00:07:31.000 I just love this moment because it's like world leaders that are actually running successful countries understand where the court's jurisdiction begins and ends, and they're sitting here laughing at it.

00:07:45.000 Your take on that moment and the importance of that interaction, Mike Davis, and we have another court case to get to, but your take on that moment.

00:07:53.000 That's the point to these activist judges, these Democrat activist judges.

00:07:57.000 Remember, President Trump campaigned on the fact that he's going to secure our border and he's going to get these illegal immigrants the hell out of our country, particularly MS-13 gangbangers and Trendy Aragua foreign terrorists. 0.99

00:08:11.000 And he's doing exactly what he promised American voters he's going to do.

00:08:15.000 And he's doing it very fast.

00:08:17.000 These judges...

00:08:19.000 Think that they're going to stop the president of the United States.

00:08:22.000 They're going to turn around planes full of terrorists.

00:08:24.000 They're going to order the president to negotiate with a foreign leader to bring back terrorists and MS-13 gangbangers.

00:08:31.000 It's not going to happen.

00:08:32.000 And this is the problem with these activist judges is they are lighting their legitimacy on fire with the American people. 1.00

00:08:39.000 They look silly. 0.98

00:08:40.000 These are like 90-10 issues. 0.99

00:08:42.000 They are clearly over their skis.

00:08:45.000 And if they want to keep fighting the president on this, what's going to happen is the president is just going to ignore these lawless and dangerous orders.

00:08:54.000 And then are these activist judges going to send their Green Beret law clerks to go get this MS-13 gangbanger out of the El Salvadorian prison? 0.78

00:09:05.000 They don't have an army to enforce their order.

00:09:08.000 They need to rely on the executive branch.

00:09:10.000 And if they lose their legitimacy in their judiciary, the executive branch is not going to do their bidding.

00:09:15.000 Mike, I want to pause there for one second.

00:09:18.000 What you brought up here is pretty critical.

00:09:20.000 This is, if I'm playing devil's advocate, the constitutional crisis area.

00:09:26.000 The left loves to use that framing.

00:09:29.000 But if there is no highest authority in the land, are we advocating now for Trump to defy federal courts but not the Supreme Court?

00:09:42.000 Where's the line?

00:09:44.000 Is it if they make a ruling on foreign policy or immigration topics or cases that there is grounds to defy those?

00:09:54.000 Where is the red line here?

00:09:56.000 Because we are flirting with a potentially problematic precedent.

00:10:00.000 Look, the federal judiciary, these judges have a modest but crucial role.

00:10:05.000 to decide cases or controversies of the parties before them with redressable claims.

00:10:11.000 Nothing more, nothing less.

00:10:13.000 It's really important.

00:10:14.000 We need to have a forum to resolve our disputes.

00:10:21.000 But these judges wear robes, not capes.

00:10:24.000 It's not their job to fly around the world and right every perceived wrong.

00:10:30.000 They have limited...

00:10:31.000 When you're dealing with the president's national security, his commander-in-chief power, his running military operations or deporting foreign terrorists, the judges need to tread very carefully because when they overstep...

00:10:48.000 The commander-in-chief has a constitutional duty to ignore clearly lawless orders that put national security in danger.

00:10:59.000 And that's what happened.

00:11:00.000 I've never called for this before, but I did this with Boesburg.

00:11:05.000 Making America Great Again starts with making America healthy again.

00:11:09.000 Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:10.000 I lost 40 pounds with the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.

00:11:13.000 And two years later, I haven't gained a pound back.

00:11:16.000 I started the PhD weight loss program because I need to be healthy to keep up with my crazy schedule.

00:11:21.000 Most people start a weight loss program to get healthier.

00:11:24.000 So why is Big Pharma spending millions to convince you to use their weight loss injections that do just the opposite?

00:11:32.000 They have harmful side effects and lifelong dependency.

00:11:34.000 Take a natural approach that isn't connected to a big pharma bottom line.

00:11:39.000 PHD changes the way you think about food.

00:12:03.000 864-644-1900.

00:12:07.000 Mike Davis, the Article 3 Project.

00:12:10.000 Everybody check that out.

00:12:11.000 Support his important work.

00:12:13.000 We had another breaking news story, Mike.

00:12:16.000 Judge Indira Talwani, I believe we have a picture of her, actually, if we want to scare folks at home.

00:12:23.000 She just blocked Trump from deporting over 500,000 migrants flown in under Joe Biden's illegal CHNV order.

00:12:34.000 Now, Mike, the way that I'm reading this is that the ruling, and she's in Boston, Obama-appointed judge, of course.

00:12:42.000 She thinks that all of these 500,000 migrants deserve a court hearing, which basically means it would take, I don't know, 50 to 70 years to process them all, to get them to go back to their own countries. 1.00

00:12:56.000 What is the story here?

00:12:58.000 Can you make heads or tails of it for us?

00:13:00.000 Yeah, so President Joe Biden illegally mass paroled.

00:13:07.000 Millions of people, including these 500,000 illegal immigrants, essentially from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

00:13:16.000 And President Trump, by executive order, essentially gave them two years of amnesty, this parole for two years.

00:13:24.000 And when President Trump came back in office, he's simply undoing by executive order what Biden illegally set up by executive order.

00:13:34.000 And of course...

00:13:35.000 This radical Obama judge from Boston comes out and says that, oh, no, no, you need to have a case-by-case review of each one of these 500,000 people.

00:13:47.000 Well, Joe Biden didn't have a case-by-case review.

00:13:50.000 He illegally mass-paroled all of them, and President Trump is lawfully trying to get them the hell out of our country, as he should. 0.90

00:13:58.000 Mike, that's such a good point.

00:14:00.000 So what the Democrats want you to believe is sane and normal and legal is just mass paroling hundreds of thousands and, as you said, millions of migrants into this country. 0.71

00:14:12.000 No vetting.

00:14:13.000 No case by case.

00:14:15.000 Just a rubber stamp.

00:14:16.000 Get on the app.

00:14:17.000 Come into the country. 0.99

00:14:19.000 You're going to be fine.

00:14:20.000 Oh, and by the way, Mike, there's evidence here.

00:14:23.000 The administration's own data shows that 72% of the CHNV, that's Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela entrance, accessed welfare within the programs within the first six months of arriving.

00:14:38.000 72% of these people.

00:14:41.000 So there's no due process getting them in.

00:14:44.000 Just pure invasion.

00:14:45.000 And we saw this play out in places like Springfield, Ohio.

00:14:49.000 There was a lot of illicit...

00:14:51.000 I believe criminal activity, bussing these people to these small towns, putting them to work at basically slave labor wages and disenfranchising American workers.

00:15:02.000 So there's no due process, but now they want due process to get them out.

00:15:05.000 So what happens here with this ridiculous ruling? 0.52

00:15:08.000 The Trump administration is rightly calling this a farce and more judicial tyranny. 0.87

00:15:13.000 What happens now?

00:15:14.000 Walk us through the next steps in the legal process to get this unscrewed.

00:15:19.000 I think what Trump has to do is give them all Mecca hats, and then if he makes them wear Mecca hats, the liberal judges will get them the hell out of our country as quickly as they can.

00:15:28.000 I mean, this is absurd how this judge is ruling.

00:15:32.000 You let...

00:15:33.000 500,000 illegal immigrants come into our country illegally through mass parole.

00:15:39.000 The mass parole is illegal.

00:15:41.000 These illegal immigrants are committing a crime by being here. 1.00

00:15:45.000 They need to get the hell out of our country. 0.98

00:15:47.000 President Trump campaigned on this.

00:15:49.000 I used to be a lot more soft on immigration than I am now, but after 15 million illegal immigrants flooded our country, overwhelmed our communities, overwhelmed our social services. 1.00

00:16:02.000 Rampant crime.

00:16:03.000 I have zero patience for illegal immigrants. 1.00

00:16:06.000 Get the hell out of our country. 1.00

00:16:07.000 You guys are criminals. 1.00

00:16:08.000 I couldn't agree more. 0.99

00:16:10.000 Mike, and I think everybody in the country feels the same way.

00:16:12.000 I feel like everybody...

00:16:14.000 I mean, if you go, in your mind's eye, go back to early 2000s or the 90s.

00:16:19.000 And the posture that most Americans had towards immigration, it was mostly like, hey, we're a welcoming country.

00:16:26.000 We're a generous country.

00:16:27.000 And that generosity has been completely run over.

00:16:31.000 It's been taken advantage of.

00:16:33.000 It's been gamed by these NGOs, by these radical leftists.

00:16:36.000 Foreign money has flowed into this space.

00:16:39.000 And we've seen the degradation of our communities, the dissolution of our

00:16:43.000 I mean, I completely agree with you.

00:16:48.000 I think it's a large reason Trump won.

00:16:50.000 I think he's 100% right for doubling and tripling down on this and holding the line.

00:16:55.000 I thank God every day that we have people with real courage in this administration that are willing to fight this fight.

00:17:02.000 And they're not being cowed by these marriage.

00:17:05.000 Mike Davis.

00:17:09.000 Tell us about the Article 3 Project.

00:19:14.000 It's a great day in America.

00:19:16.000 It's a great day with President Trump in office, with this new administration pushing forward and actually holding the line for once for the American people, whether it be standing up for the American worker against China, whether it's standing up for American people against the ravages of the illegal aliens.

00:19:33.000 Criminal organizations like MS-13 and Trendy Aragua.

00:19:36.000 We've now seen President Trump standing up against them.

00:19:39.000 And the Democrats seem to always take the side of the criminal.

00:19:43.000 We've seen it yet again and again and again, just like we see in Maryland, just like we see all across this country.

00:19:50.000 Well, and we see it with Carmelo Anthony, another story that's coming out.

00:19:55.000 I'm going to get into that with you in just a second, Jack, because I think that...

00:19:59.000 That story, there's so many layers to it and facets to it that I want to explore with you.

00:20:03.000 But I do want to pause on something you just said.

00:20:07.000 And you said, for once standing up for the American worker and for the American homeland against illegal immigration.

00:20:15.000 It feels like, how do I say this?

00:20:19.000 When the attacks, especially with this Maryland man hoax, they started coming from the press.

00:20:27.000 It sort of felt like we've seen this movie before, and I thought to myself, oh, here we go.

00:20:31.000 Here we go again.

00:20:33.000 And then you get to that press conference in the Oval with Bukele yesterday, and you saw how forcefully the administration stood up and fought back.

00:20:43.000 And then it just seemed like the energy was sapped from their side.

00:20:48.000 It's like, oh, they have a glass jaw.

00:20:50.000 This is a paper tiger.

00:20:51.000 These attacks that have kept...

00:20:52.000 So many people cowed in Washington, D.C. from doing the right thing for so long.

00:20:57.000 They don't work anymore, Jack.

00:20:58.000 Are you sensing that?

00:21:00.000 That we're actually getting the upper hand on the insanity and the media attacks on common sense?

00:21:07.000 Yeah, Andrew, that's exactly right.

00:21:08.000 And so, you know, Charlie Kirk's audience knows this more than anyone else out there.

00:21:12.000 But for having done the work of turning point action with the low prop voters and in the election and all these swing states out there, look, Trump goes seven for seven.

00:21:20.000 He wins the popular vote.

00:21:21.000 You see MAGA becoming more and more popular among the right and among even just sort of the average American out there.

00:21:28.000 Trump still walks into these UFC massive arenas and gets these huge celebrations.

00:21:32.000 And this is even after the tariffs.

00:21:34.000 This is after the illegal alien situation.

00:21:36.000 Because I think last year...

00:21:39.000 On the ballot was this idea that enough had been enough.

00:21:42.000 That things had gotten so crazy under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

00:21:46.000 People, you know, remember them, right?

00:21:47.000 The media doesn't talk about them anymore.

00:21:49.000 And about the millions of illegals, including criminal illegal members of these organizations, that people said, you know what?

00:21:56.000 We're done with this.

00:21:57.000 We're absolutely so done with this.

00:21:59.000 We just want our country back.

00:22:01.000 We want to get to some semblance of sanity, which, by the way, is the exact same wave that brought Bukele into office.

00:22:08.000 And made him probably the most popular democratically elected leader.

00:22:12.000 I think in like American, you know, continental, you know, North America, South America history wins with like 80% of the vote in his last presidential election.

00:22:22.000 Why is that?

00:22:23.000 Because he cleaned up his country.

00:22:24.000 He cleaned up the streets.

00:22:26.000 He said, we're not going to let these gangs control our cities anymore and control our country.

00:22:30.000 I love what he said yesterday, by the way.

00:22:32.000 It's not about the people that we incarcerate.

00:22:35.000 It's about the people we liberate.

00:22:37.000 Yes. Beautiful mother of five in Maryland. 0.60

00:22:46.000 In Maryland, by the way, an actual constituent of Chris Van Hollen, who was murdered and raped by an illegal alien member of MS-13. 0.69

00:22:55.000 This guy was just convicted yesterday of that.

00:22:58.000 And yet, you don't hear Chris Van Hollen, the senator there, talking about her going to spend time with her family.

00:23:03.000 No. He wants to go down and spend time in El Salvador with a guy who never had any legal right to be in this country to begin with. 0.60

00:23:10.000 I think they look like fools. 1.00

00:23:11.000 I think the American people... 1.00

00:23:13.000 People think they look like fools. 1.00

00:23:14.000 It's a ridiculous hill for them to die on, but they've chosen it. 0.99

00:23:17.000 So I'm more than happy to provide them with exactly what they're asking for. 0.62

00:23:20.000 Yeah. And I think when the American people actually take stock of what's going on, I mean, you've got these Obama and Biden appointed judges basically standing in the way of very common sense.

00:23:33.000 Practices of getting illegal gang members out of our country, and yet they keep throwing up these roadblocks.

00:23:38.000 The newest being this, I think it's CHNV program, these parolees.

00:23:44.000 It was an illegal program that Biden instituted that let in hundreds of thousands of Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.

00:23:52.000 And now they're demanding a court hearing for everybody to go back.

00:23:55.000 And it's like, that's 500.

00:23:57.000 1,000-plus people that don't belong in this country, that filled our communities like Springfield, Illinois. 0.99

00:24:03.000 And now they're going to basically try and suggest that it's going to take 50 years of due process to get them all back out.

00:24:09.000 Not going to happen.

00:24:10.000 President Trump and the Trump administration are going to fight that tooth and nail.

00:24:14.000 But when you say, Jack, that the left is always and predictably on the side of the criminal.

00:24:21.000 We have another instance of this, and that's Carmelo Anthony out of Frisco Memorial High School in Texas.

00:24:28.000 Now, there was a judge.

00:24:30.000 I want to throw her picture up because, I mean, because, of course.

00:24:34.000 Let's go to 175.

00:24:35.000 That's her image.

00:24:36.000 This is Judge Angela Tuckett, who lowered his bail from $1 million down to $250,000.

00:24:44.000 And, Jack, you know the details very well.

00:24:46.000 There was a GoFundMe that was getting a lot of traction.

00:24:50.000 And they raised a lot of money.

00:24:52.000 So now Carmelo Anthony is out on bail.

00:24:57.000 He's on house arrest with an ankle monitor.

00:25:00.000 And there's some belief.

00:25:03.000 I don't know if it's been confirmed yet.

00:25:04.000 Maybe you can fill us in, Jack, that they have also used some of that money to buy a new home for the family.

00:25:10.000 Jack Posobiec, your take.

00:25:11.000 That's exactly right.

00:25:12.000 Now, this is a Give, Send, Go.

00:25:14.000 So Carmelo Anthony had a GoFundMe up at one point.

00:25:17.000 That was taken down.

00:25:18.000 Give, Send, Go has put it up.

00:25:19.000 Remember, Give, Send, Go is the same organization that ran the crowdsourcing for Daniel Penny.

00:25:23.000 I believe they did Daniel Perry, Kyle Rittenhouse, many others, the Jan Sixers, and they have a no cancellation policy.

00:25:28.000 So they've got this up for Carmelo Anthony.

00:25:30.000 Now, when you look on the site, it says that it's for the family, the official fund.

00:25:36.000 The site has been referred to as a...

00:25:38.000 Legal fund.

00:25:40.000 Their advocate that they've hired is also referring to this as a legal fund.

00:25:45.000 And in fact, the officials at Gives and Go have referred to it as a legal fund as well.

00:25:49.000 And yet we've also heard that the family's advocate now coming out and saying, you know, this BLM type guy, not Ben Crump, but sort of like a Texas version of Ben Crump, has come out to say, oh, well, the family is facing racist threats.

00:26:04.000 And so they're going to now be using this.

00:26:07.000 Funding that they've raised in the name, by the way, of his legal defense to be moving to a new home because of the racist threats they've received.

00:26:17.000 Well, that sounds a lot like they're taking the money and buying a new house with it.

00:26:22.000 And that's exactly what we saw BLM and Patrice Cullors and so many others do off of the backs of the names of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor and so many others where they would take the money and use it to enrich themselves rather than support, by the way.

00:26:37.000 The family of George Floyd or any of these people, in fact, went into their own pockets.

00:26:42.000 By the way, this advocate himself for the family, Dominique Alexander, has been in an extensive, by the way, rap sheet, having been involved in numerous cases of domestic violence, including at one point the beating of a toddler for which he did serve jail time.

00:27:00.000 And so, you know, you really look at this situation and it looks as though it's perverse incentives.

00:27:06.000 It's a situation where, again, there's no, in the Carmelo Anthony Austin Metcalf situation, there's no evidence whatsoever of self-defense other than rumors and misinformation that have been spread by Carmelo Anthony supporters in order to gain money.

00:27:21.000 And it seems as though what they're doing is they're taking the murder of a young white And using that to enrich the family, the advocate, and anyone else who are potentially associated with this fund and raising money from it in the name of legal defense,

00:27:37.000 and then using it to line their own pockets for personal expenses.

00:27:41.000 It's horrible.

00:27:42.000 And by the way, stuff like this, they use it to enrich themselves.

00:27:45.000 And we saw this with BLM.

00:27:46.000 And what does it do politically?

00:27:47.000 It divides the country and it drives us apart.

00:27:50.000 It should not be it.

00:27:51.000 This is one thing, by the way, where I agree with what the father said.

00:27:53.000 We shouldn't view these things through the lens of race.

00:27:56.000 We shouldn't view this through the anarcho-tyranny lens of saying, oh, well, you know, all white people are oppressors and all black people are oppressed.

00:28:05.000 How about you just view it as a situation between two teenagers having a fight and one decided to pull a knife and stab the other one and then base it, given a colorblind, you know, justice is supposed to be blind, a colorblind application of the laws and statutes of the state of Texas as they are written.

00:28:23.000 I totally agree.

00:28:24.000 I mean, and for those of you in the audience that are needing a refresher on what happened, I mean, it was essentially Carmelo Anthony sat under the wrong tent at a track meet.

00:28:34.000 Austin Metcalf, maybe some others, said, hey, you know, you're in the wrong tent.

00:28:39.000 And he said, you know, basically, if you think I am, you go ahead and move me.

00:28:43.000 So he got up and put his hands on him.

00:28:45.000 And Carmelo warned him, said, you put your hands on me?

00:28:48.000 Like, you know, whatever.

00:28:49.000 I'm going to fight you back.

00:28:51.000 So I guess he...

00:28:52.000 Proceeded to push him out of the tent.

00:28:54.000 Not exactly sure all the details there, but it seems like a really run-of-the-mill kind of scuffle.

00:29:00.000 And pulls out a knife and stabs someone over a seat.

00:29:05.000 Killed him. 0.99

00:29:05.000 In his brother's arms. 0.99

00:29:08.000 Well, is that there is video in this case that the police have and a lot of people have now been pushing for the police to release this video.

00:29:15.000 There's even been calls for Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas to that if the Frisco Police Department does not release it for him to get involved and say.

00:29:24.000 Please release this so that we can really get to the bottom of what's going on here.

00:29:27.000 So I know a lot of people have been spreading, you know, different versions and speculation about this case.

00:29:32.000 But I think that the video, when it comes out, and by the way, I'm sure the prosecutors have looked at this before they went for that first-degree murder charge.

00:29:39.000 I think that that video, when it comes out, will explain a lot.

00:29:42.000 I think it's very interesting, by the way, that these BLM advocates are not calling for the video to be released.

00:29:49.000 Interesting. Yeah, great analysis as always, Jack.

00:29:54.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:29:56.000 The numbers don't lie.

00:29:57.000 The impact that Balance of Nature makes every single day is astounding.

00:30:01.000 You can see the numbers for yourself on their website at balanceofnature.com.

00:30:04.000 Listen to these stats concerning Balance of Nature's worldwide success.

00:30:07.000 More than a thousand success stores reported each month.

00:30:11.000 Hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

00:30:13.000 Millions of orders delivered each year.

00:30:16.000 And billions, yes billions of fruits and veggie supplements consumed by people who have decided to start living better.

00:30:21.000 There's only one thing missing and that is you.

00:30:24.000 Do what I did and add yourself to these numbers and start taking Balance of Nature's whole food supplements like so many others around the world.

00:30:31.000 Here's another number that should get your attention, 35%.

00:30:33.000 Use my discount code Charlie to get 35% off plus free shipping and their money-back guarantee.

00:30:38.000 You must use my discount code Charlie.

00:30:47.000 Use discount code Charlie to get 35% off plus free shipping.

00:30:50.000 That is balanceofnature.com.

00:30:56.000 I want to get to a poll that just came out.

00:31:00.000 And this is about people and how they associate with the MAGA movement.

00:31:07.000 A lot of you in this audience consider yourself MAGA, part of the MAGA movement.

00:31:11.000 Go ahead and throw up 206.

00:31:14.000 So back in January, about 20% of Americans said that they were part of MAGA.

00:31:23.000 And that included 55% of Republicans.

00:31:26.000 Now, that number is up to 36% of all Americans and 71% of Republicans.

00:31:35.000 And I believe that this is incredibly significant.

00:31:39.000 Now, you don't have to be a card-carrying member of MAGA to appreciate what President Trump is doing.

00:31:46.000 But the fact that 71% of the Republican Party now identifies As MAGA is truly historic.

00:31:54.000 And it's a landmark achievement for this president who took over the Republican Party in a very contentious way over the last nine years.

00:32:05.000 This has been a hostile takeover of a Republican Party, a GOP that was dead and dying, that had no verve, no appeal to younger people, that had no...

00:32:16.000 It didn't have a...

00:32:20.000 Cultural hook.

00:32:21.000 There wasn't people doing dances in the end zone for the leader of the Republican Party.

00:32:26.000 And we see this even in off-cycle elections, midterms, how President Trump is a singular political and generational talent that's able to mobilize people that do not usually vote.

00:32:41.000 People that are not accustomed to paying attention to the political process.

00:32:44.000 President Trump is able to mobilize them to energize them and get them behind his mission.

00:32:50.000 And what's most critical about this is that it shows his message is winning.

00:32:57.000 Even when the media establishment, the institutional establishment in this country says the sky is falling.

00:33:04.000 Tariffs are going to lead us over the cliff.

00:33:06.000 Guess what happens?

00:33:09.000 Regular Americans rise up and they say, actually, I like what President Trump is doing.

00:33:14.000 His mission is common sense.

00:33:17.000 His goal is to restore the prominence, greatness, and wealth of America.

00:33:23.000 And regular, forgotten America appreciates this and sees it for what it is.

00:33:29.000 And as we were talking about with Jack Posobiec in the previous segment, they...

00:33:34.000 Are saying to themselves, finally, there's an American leader who is standing up for me, who's standing up for the country that I love, the country that I will raise my kids in, the country I will die in, the country that means so much to me.

00:33:46.000 Faith, family, and country are now being respected again.

00:33:52.000 They're not being trotted upon.

00:33:53.000 They're not being cast aside and ignored.

00:33:56.000 And you're seeing this in cultural moments.

00:33:58.000 The UFC fight where...

00:34:00.000 Hardworking Americans come out, buy a ticket to support something masculine, aggressive, strong.

00:34:07.000 And they celebrate a president that walks proudly into that arena.

00:34:11.000 You see it even over the weekend, SNL was making fun of third rail topics that used to be completely off limits.

00:34:18.000 LGBT issues and adoption issues on SNL.

00:34:23.000 And you see MAGA ascendant.

00:34:25.000 You see that the president's Goals, ambitions, missions, policies are popular even when they are controversial because we are no longer being cowed by the same sniveling, whining voices in the corner telling us, no, you can't do that.

00:34:39.000 You can't have your country back.

00:34:41.000 President Trump is proudly saying, yes, we can.

00:34:44.000 Yes, we will.

00:34:45.000 And I dare you to try and stop me.

00:34:47.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:49.000 Talk to you soon.
