00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody, we talk about Maui, and there's just some real strange things happening there.
00:00:05.000 We also talk about no labels and more.

00:00:26.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:27.000 Here we go.
00:00:28.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:30.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:32.000 I want you to know we are lucky.
00:00:34.000 To have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:35.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:39.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:40.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:41.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:49.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:58.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:01.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts iTrust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTod.com.
00:01:10.000 You would think the big story in America is big Fannie Willis going after Donald Trump.
00:01:18.000 You know that our 111 people died in fires in Maui and 1,200 people are missing?
00:01:23.000 You would think that would have nonstop coverage on the media.
00:01:27.000 It's just like nonstop coverage, nothing else.
00:01:29.000 It's interesting.
00:01:30.000 It would be good for ratings.
00:01:32.000 It's not as if Maui is East Palestine, Ohio.
00:01:36.000 This is what's really interesting.
00:01:37.000 East Palestine, Ohio, oh, they don't care about that part of the country.
00:01:43.000 You know, that's Trump MAGA America.
00:01:46.000 You know, those people eat at Denny's.
00:01:48.000 We don't like those people.
00:01:49.000 They probably own guns.
00:01:52.000 Maui is different.
00:01:53.000 Maui is one of the most Democrat areas in the entire country.
00:01:57.000 It's a blue enclave, it's also a billionaire and millionaire playground.
00:02:04.000 So you'd think that Maui literally being incinerated as if it's Dresden, as we covered it earlier in the week, 1,200 people still missing and over 111 people dead on pace to become a deadlier event than the Oklahoma City bombing.
00:02:23.000 You'd think that this would be a big story.
00:02:26.000 Now, the left is just saying, well, it's climate change and this is why we need to restrict carbon emissions.
00:02:31.000 Then you have John Podesta lecturing us about carbon emissions.
00:02:37.000 So I asked our team, I said, hey, can we just get kind of a little bit of pulse check on Maui because we did this whole thing early in the week, which for the record, I'll say it again there's more to the story than what they're telling us in Maui.
00:02:46.000 I don't have all the Details.
00:02:48.000 There is more to the story.
00:02:49.000 There is something awfully suspicious going on here.
00:02:52.000 From the cover up to the lies about it to the origination of the fire, there is something that does not look or smell right.
00:03:01.000 And if you have any idea of that, email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:03:04.000 I'd love to hear from you on what that is.
00:03:07.000 So, the Democrat Governor Josh Green said after the disaster that global warming was the ultimate reason that so many people perished because only global warming allowed for the so called fire or hurricane that swept through the island.
00:03:20.000 But that is a lie.
00:03:22.000 Global warming did not cause the fire.
00:03:25.000 It's the old office clip.
00:03:27.000 Ryan started the fire.
00:03:28.000 Local incompetence and left wing ideology did.
00:03:31.000 But the New York Times won't tell you that.
00:03:33.000 The media won't tell you that.
00:03:34.000 The reason why they are not deploying reporters to Maui is because they're afraid they might actually find the truth.
00:03:42.000 The reason why we don't have nonstop panoramic camera coverage of like the wait 20 something info babe on MSNBC.
00:03:53.000 We don't have like nonstop coverage of, yes, Brian, we're here.
00:03:57.000 And the devastation is just beyond belief, is because they actually might accidentally stumble into the truth.
00:04:04.000 Now, there's some passive news coverage of it, but I was watching the Mockingbird networks this morning.
00:04:10.000 There is far more coverage of Big Fannie Willis and Donald Trump than there is in Maui.
00:04:17.000 Far more.
00:04:19.000 In fact, CNN.com, purported names, photos of Georgia grandeurs shared online.
00:04:25.000 It's all about Georgia, all about Georgia, all about Georgia.
00:04:29.000 Will Kane was the only major news network on the ground.
00:04:33.000 It just strikes me so strange because usually you have the kind of super left wing journalism student from Columbia Journalism who doesn't have an original thought in her head go on TV and she says, Yes, I mean, interviewing locals.
00:04:48.000 Remember Katrina?
00:04:49.000 Where is that?
00:04:51.000 The great Rush Lombaugh, may he rest in peace, was a teacher.
00:04:57.000 Rush taught me this and he taught you this.
00:04:59.000 When the media doesn't cover something, that is far more important than when they do cover something.
00:05:08.000 I wouldn't say they're covering it up.
00:05:12.000 It's like they're just kind of coasting.
00:05:14.000 And these press conferences are incoherent psychobabble.
00:05:22.000 Oh, we don't regret not activating the siren and the alarm.
00:05:29.000 The FEMA administrator is totally on an island.
00:05:32.000 Get it?
00:05:34.000 And then there's this whole question of the water.
00:05:37.000 111 people are dead, and 1,200 people are missing.
00:05:43.000 Are they slow dripping the death toll so that Biden can't be blamed?
00:05:48.000 And I know Biden did like a press release or whatever.
00:05:51.000 Remember Katrina?
00:05:53.000 Katrina, when George W. Bush was president, we made it feel as if it was Pompeii, the biggest thing.
00:06:00.000 And by the way, it was mishandled by the Bush administration.
00:06:03.000 This could almost be as deadly as Katrina when all is said and done.
00:06:08.000 So let's play some pieces of tape here, just kind of walk through it because my suspicious meter is 10 out of 10 right now.
00:06:16.000 Doesn't look right, doesn't smell right, doesn't feel right.
00:06:20.000 Play cut 82.
00:06:21.000 Maui chief doesn't regret not activating sirens during a wildfire.
00:06:25.000 I know it's a double negative, but it'll make sense.
00:06:27.000 Play cut 82.
00:06:28.000 Do you regret not sounding the sirens?
00:06:31.000 I do not.
00:06:32.000 So many people said they could have been saved if they had time to escape.
00:06:37.000 Had we sounded the siren that night, we're afraid that people would have gone mauka.
00:06:43.000 And if that was the case, then they would have gone into the fire.
00:06:46.000 And so that is the reason why our protocol has been to use WEA and EAS.
00:06:51.000 By the way, I should also note that there are no sirens mauka or on the mountainside where the fire was spreading down.
00:07:00.000 And now this is just, this is Kaleo Manuel, the Hawaiian water official who refused to release water resources and let landowners fight the Maui fire.
00:07:11.000 This is his philosophy about water.
00:07:13.000 Before I play this, I have come under, let's just say, a fair amount of attack from Media Matters and even some Christian pastors, because I say that liberals are earth worshipers.
00:07:26.000 They're pagans.
00:07:28.000 Oh, you can't say that.
00:07:29.000 They don't worship the earth.
00:07:30.000 No, no, they believe in magical elements, that they worship the sun, the moon, the sky, the water.
00:07:36.000 Don't believe me?
00:07:36.000 Play cut 80.
00:07:38.000 The commission is responsible per our authorizing statute.
00:07:42.000 To protect and manage all water resources in the state.
00:07:46.000 One water is like taking it and looking at it from a holistic system perspective.
00:07:50.000 You know, in essence, we treated it, Native Hawaiians treated water as one of the earthly manifestations of a god and a kwa kane.
00:07:58.000 We've become used to looking at water as like something which we use and not necessarily something that we revere as that thing that gives us life, right?
00:08:09.000 I mean, to me, it's a shift in value set.
00:08:11.000 So, really, my motto is always like, let water connect us and not divide us.
00:08:15.000 Like, we can share it, but it requires true conversations about equity.
00:08:21.000 True conversations about equity.
00:08:23.000 So they didn't turn the water on.
00:08:25.000 Things burned.
00:08:26.000 This is a guy who told landowners they couldn't use water to fight the fires while the fires were still small.
00:08:32.000 Is it because he believed that water was sacred and we must worship the water?
00:08:37.000 Or is it because of equity?
00:08:38.000 Was it because there were certain people's homes burning that he wanted them to burn?
00:08:44.000 They believe in pagan Hawaiian culture we must worship water, not life.
00:08:50.000 Wokeism is just a return of an old God.
00:08:53.000 The Bible was written as a refutation.
00:08:56.000 It was obsessed with challenging this idea, specifically of Egypt.
00:09:05.000 This is no different.
00:09:06.000 They believe the Nile was holy.
00:09:08.000 And they believe water is so holy you can't use it to fight a fire.
00:09:12.000 That's what he's implying here.
00:09:13.000 Well, that same guy did not allow the release of the water.
00:09:17.000 This is the one thing that is coming clear in Maui.
00:09:19.000 And the media couldn't care less because I think they're afraid of what they'll find.
00:09:23.000 That this is not climate change, not global warming, not carbon emissions.
00:09:26.000 This is left wing ideologues that allowed the island to burn.
00:09:33.000 That there is blood on the hands of the water worshipers.
00:09:38.000 Christianity broke us free of pagan slavery.
00:09:41.000 So did the Hebrew Bible, by the way.
00:09:43.000 It challenged this idea of worshiping the earth, that God is not in nature, that God created nature.
00:09:50.000 Could it be that Maui did not have to burn if they didn't believe such wacky, goofy, pagan stuff?
00:10:00.000 I want to tell you guys about Good Ranchers.
00:10:01.000 You heard me talk about it before, but it's new and improved Good Ranchers.

00:11:01.000 So, front page of the New York Times website, defend Trump and hammer Ramaswamy, DeSantis' allies revealed debate strategy.
00:11:09.000 Ice, water, and flip flops as Europe broils, not so fast, Americans.
00:11:14.000 Nobody knows why the new weight loss drugs work.
00:11:18.000 For an Atlanta reporter, a Trump scoop long in the making.
00:11:21.000 How Trump's using supporters' donations to pay his legal bills.
00:11:25.000 And then all the way down, literally, you have to scroll down, dispute over sirens add to scrutiny.
00:11:34.000 Of Hawaii response.
00:11:37.000 So, a school shooting happens, and tragically, six to eight people are killed, 10 to 12 people are killed, I'm approximating, and the media goes into full freakout mode.
00:11:52.000 Gun grabbers, legislation, hearings, it is a full court press.
00:11:59.000 And I'm not minimizing that tragedy.
00:12:01.000 They obviously politicize it.
00:12:03.000 However, by a scale of suffering, You have 111 people dead.
00:12:09.000 Local reports say upwards of 500 people dead.
00:12:13.000 That could be an exaggeration.
00:12:16.000 1,200 people missing.
00:12:19.000 And it's as if the regime media is getting calls saying play it down, play it down, move on, play it down, play it down.
00:12:26.000 Why is that?
00:12:29.000 This is heartbreaking, to be honest with you.
00:12:31.000 I mean, I already believe the government hates us.
00:12:33.000 I know you guys believe that too.
00:12:35.000 Our government does not want what's best with us.
00:12:37.000 For us.
00:12:39.000 And now there are talks about a land grab saying that we're going to stop all private transactions, a moratorium on land transactions.
00:12:49.000 Does he have the power to do this?
00:12:51.000 Play Cut 88.
00:12:52.000 My intention from start to finish is to make sure that no one is victimized from a land grab, that we do not suffer predation against those who are suffering.
00:13:04.000 So I've instructed the Attorney General to work toward a moratorium on any transactions.
00:13:09.000 There's some legal challenges there.
00:13:11.000 We're going to push right through those and make sure that people don't lose their land.
00:13:15.000 Yeah, we're just going to push right through those.
00:13:17.000 The spirit of what he's saying is correct, but I don't trust them at all.
00:13:21.000 Does that mean that the government can just prevent private land sales?
00:13:26.000 Her state is burning and upwards of 1,000 people might be dead.
00:13:31.000 And Senator Maisie Hirono is talking about how there are states where you can't say the words climate change.
00:13:38.000 She is up there, she's really close.
00:13:41.000 To being one of the dumbest US senators in history.
00:13:43.000 She's so close.
00:13:45.000 Remember when she said to men, shut up?
00:13:48.000 She said, if you're a man and you have an opinion on Brett Kavanaugh, shut up.
00:13:53.000 Play cut three.
00:13:54.000 Experts warn that extreme disasters such as this one are only becoming more common because climate change is fueling stronger storms, hotter temperatures, more widespread droughts.
00:14:06.000 I think that we very much need to acknowledge that climate change is upon us.
00:14:11.000 There are host states, by the way.
00:14:13.000 Jake, where you can't even use the words climate change because they still have a hit in the sand attitude.
00:14:18.000 We need to be assessing our ability to contend with these kinds of natural occurring disasters, which we are seeing more of, and the frequency and the damage that is done.
00:14:35.000 Clearly, this is happening all across the world.
00:14:39.000 Yeah.
00:14:40.000 Let's be honest.
00:14:41.000 Why does Biden not care about this?
00:14:43.000 We'll play Cut 81.
00:14:44.000 It's this kind of indifference.
00:14:45.000 They take the Hawaiian votes for granted because it's deep blue.
00:14:49.000 The billionaires and the millionaires are actually going to probably benefit from this.
00:14:54.000 If this was some sort of an issue in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the National Guard would have already been mobilized, like quickly.
00:15:02.000 Now, I think the National Guard has been mobilized, but the response has been lackluster.
00:15:07.000 Play Cut 81.
00:15:07.000 We keep interviewing survivor after survivor who says that either they didn't see any government personnel or assistance for days or that they still haven't.
00:15:19.000 How do you explain the disconnect between what they're saying and what you're saying about all the resources that are there at Mallory?
00:15:25.000 I think you need to understand that this community is going through an amazingly traumatic event.
00:15:33.000 I can tell you that we have personnel that are on the ground year round and embedded in with the state as soon as the fire started, so we could continue to understand what resources were needed and help move them in.
00:15:45.000 For any enterprising young journalist out there, YouTuber, if you can get to Maui, there is a story to be told.
00:15:55.000 It's not easy.
00:15:55.000 I think flights are, I don't know if flights are still going in or not.
00:15:59.000 But for anybody out there, if you are able to make your way to that beautiful island that has now been incinerated, There is a lot of information that we are missing right now.
00:16:10.000 NBC, New York Times, they don't want to do it.
00:16:14.000 Strong Cell is amazing.
00:16:15.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.
00:16:21.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?
00:16:24.000 How do you just keep on pushing?
00:16:26.000 Look, part of it is diet and nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.
00:16:32.000 Fact check me on this.
00:16:33.000 You can say, I'll try, I'm going to fact check you.
00:16:34.000 Type this into your search engine NADH.
00:16:39.000 Just type it in.
00:16:40.000 What does it tell you?
00:16:41.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti aging properties, more energy.
00:16:46.000 Well, all of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.
00:16:49.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.
00:16:55.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people, a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.
00:16:59.000 It's a fact.
00:17:00.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.
00:17:03.000 I take NAD every single day.
00:17:06.000 I could tell you that NADH, compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things on it.
00:17:11.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:17:12.000 I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something, but fact check me.
00:17:16.000 Look at it.
00:17:17.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.
00:17:19.000 I wake up better than ever before.
00:17:21.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.
00:17:28.000 It is nature's gift to you, so you might have extra energy and mental clarity.
00:17:34.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.

00:17:46.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.
00:17:50.000 And let me know Has NAD helped your life?
00:17:52.000 StrongCell.com slash Charlie.
00:17:54.000 Check it out.
00:17:55.000 StrongCell.com slash Charlie.
00:17:59.000 The Maui situation is perplexing.
00:18:02.000 We're getting a lot of emails theorizing about what's happening here.
00:18:06.000 Just the media not covering it is awfully telling.
00:18:09.000 Play Cut 21.
00:18:11.000 It is going to take many years to rebuild Lahaina.
00:18:14.000 When you see the full.
00:18:17.000 The full extent of the destruction of Lahaina, it will shock you.
00:18:22.000 It does appear like a bomb and fire went off, if I may.
00:18:26.000 And all of those buildings virtually are going to have to be rebuilt.
00:18:29.000 It will be a new Lahaina that Maui builds in its own image with its own values.
00:18:35.000 But it's going to be billions of dollars.
00:18:37.000 Like a bomb went off.
00:18:39.000 Like a bomb went off.
00:18:41.000 Probably nothing there.
00:18:43.000 Email us as always, freedom at charleykirk.com.
00:18:45.000 I want to focus on Big Fanny Willis's indictment because that's happening simultaneously.
00:18:48.000 By the way, You're not going to want to miss our conversation with Newt Gingrich.
00:18:52.000 This is a full out press, full court press on every single level of the conservative movement.
00:19:00.000 The bottom, the top, the middle.
00:19:03.000 They're doing it intentionally.
00:19:05.000 Talked about before to break your will, to exhaust you, to fatigue you.
00:19:10.000 We're drifting towards an unprecedented constitutional crisis.
00:19:15.000 But despite all of this, Donald Trump is looking stronger and stronger, not just in the Republican primary.
00:19:24.000 But also in the general election.
00:19:27.000 Now, I will keep on saying stop looking at polls and do the boring stuff.
00:19:30.000 Ballot chase, invest in voter registration, signature verification.
00:19:37.000 We had an amazing conversation yesterday.
00:19:40.000 Capital Research Center, you guys could check it out on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:19:44.000 You take out your phone and look at it.
00:19:45.000 Talking about how the left is pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into 501c3s illegally, 501c4s legally, organizations to change the way the composition of these laws and the fabric of these laws.
00:19:59.000 Now it's amazing because they say, well, it's not political.
00:20:02.000 We're just trying to increase.
00:20:04.000 The voter registration and voter turnout of non white voters.
00:20:08.000 So imagine if we had a nonprofit where the stated goal was to increase the voter registration and turnout of white Christian male voters over the age of 50.
00:20:22.000 How do you think the media would cover that?
00:20:24.000 There are entire Democrat machines built specifically for that purpose.
00:20:31.000 The 2024 election will be the most technical election.
00:20:35.000 That we have ever seen.
00:20:37.000 It's also a question that will be bigger than Donald Trump v. Biden.
00:20:41.000 I received a very interesting email the other day from a never Trump donor.
00:20:46.000 I'm going to be careful how much of this I'm going to talk about, but you might say, oh, never Trump wastes the time.
00:20:51.000 Well, sort of.
00:20:54.000 This particular donor thinks Donald Trump is a threat to democracy and is awful and all this, but he doesn't like Joe Biden.
00:21:03.000 So instead, he is spending his money.
00:21:07.000 To try and support no labels.
00:21:11.000 No labels, we've talked about before, is very interesting.
00:21:13.000 We have no idea whether it's going to help Trump or hurt Trump.
00:21:16.000 I think it's actually going to hurt Trump.
00:21:18.000 No labels.org, we are the common sense majority.
00:21:21.000 We are ahead of the curve on this.
00:21:24.000 I'm telling you, outside white noise television that some people watch on cable TV, this is real stuff.
00:21:30.000 No labels.org, we are the common sense majority.
00:21:34.000 Washington only works for Washington.
00:21:35.000 We're working to change that.
00:21:37.000 Without getting too much into the details of what was forwarded to me, No Labels is spending serious money.
00:21:43.000 It looks like they're going for it to get on the ballot in all 50 states.
00:21:48.000 This would be a viable third party option that would be able to maybe peel off some Democrat voters.
00:21:55.000 Where they say this No Labels is an organization of over 1 million Democrats, Republicans, and independents working to bring American leaders together to solve problems, and we need your help.
00:22:03.000 It's basically tailored and designed.
00:22:07.000 To college educated suburban voters that have been tilting Democrat.
00:22:11.000 That's basically what No Labels is.
00:22:15.000 And if they actually have a million members, that's enough to flip the entire balance of the presidential election.
00:22:22.000 Now, if you read the No Labels website, it says, We are preparing for the possibility of nominating a candidate.
00:22:31.000 We have not yet committed to do so.
00:22:32.000 It feels like they are.
00:22:33.000 I gotta be honest.
00:22:34.000 They're getting closer and closer and closer to that.
00:22:38.000 And the person who's actually driving this is Senator Joe Lieberman.
00:22:41.000 He's involved in this.
00:22:42.000 It's not a mystery.
00:22:43.000 Senator Joe Manchin is involved.
00:22:45.000 These are Democrats that are not happy with Joe Biden's radical turn.
00:22:49.000 They hate Trump.
00:22:52.000 But honestly, this is a great use of their time.
00:22:54.000 Like, go do this.
00:22:55.000 This de radicalizes the country, talks more about solutions than problems.
00:23:01.000 And I actually think it will end up helping Donald Trump's chances in 2024, potentially.
00:23:07.000 It's not a guarantee.
00:23:09.000 They say we will only run under the proper environmental conditions, which must be met for us to proceed.
00:23:15.000 We will measure these conditions rigorously through regular polling and research.
00:23:21.000 And they call themselves the insurance policy for 2024.
00:23:24.000 No Labels is working to ensure Americans have the choice to vote for a presidential ticket that features strong, effective, and honest leaders who will commit to working closely with both parties to find common sense solutions to America's biggest problems.
00:23:38.000 Do not underestimate this group.
00:23:41.000 They could even win some states.
00:23:42.000 Now, they could win some previously Republican states too.
00:23:46.000 They could win Utah.
00:23:47.000 So it's not all good.
00:23:48.000 I'm not saying that this is all going to be a great thing.
00:23:51.000 But for example, they could get 10 to 15 percent of the vote in the state of Georgia.
00:23:57.000 That would tip the scales.
00:24:00.000 Or, how about independent, free minded states like Arizona?
00:24:05.000 Now, have you run the electoral math where Trump or Biden don't win Arizona and a third party candidate wins Arizona?
00:24:15.000 It's not out of the realm of speculation because Kirsten Sinema is running as a third party candidate.
00:24:22.000 She might run as no labels in Arizona.
00:24:25.000 Plus, you have Cornel West who is ascending.
00:24:28.000 If Donald Trump's base stays with him, And even if 80% of registered Republicans stay with him, this no labels Cornel West mixture is very troubling for Joe Biden.
00:24:42.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:24:43.000 Politico.com writes article after article after article, panic in Biden camp as no labels seeks to get on the ballot.
00:24:53.000 It's possible that no candidate gets the 270 electoral votes, which would then throw this to the House of Representatives, where each state delegation gets one vote.
00:25:03.000 Jill Stein.
00:25:05.000 Peeled off enough votes to hurt Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia in 2016.
00:25:14.000 This election is going to be chaotic.
00:25:16.000 It's going to be confusing.
00:25:18.000 It's going to be unpredictable.
00:25:19.000 The Democrats, the party of democracy, are doing everything they possibly can.
00:25:23.000 They are spending tons of money to keep no labels from progressing threats, extortion, blackmail, lawsuits, smear, slander, intimidation.
00:25:33.000 They're doing the same thing with Cornel West.
00:25:35.000 Cornel West, they're now threatening.
00:25:38.000 This is just a little tease of our conversation with Newt Gingrich, Play Cut 90.
00:25:42.000 That I am told, this is hearsay, but I am told by a reliable source that Friday evening, somebody from Washington called the district attorney in Atlanta and said, You have to indict on Monday.
00:25:54.000 We have to cover up all of the mistakes we just made with Weiss.
00:25:59.000 And she said, Apparently, my jurors aren't coming back till Tuesday.
00:26:03.000 And they said, You didn't hear me.
00:26:04.000 You have to indict on Monday.
00:26:07.000 And she said, Well, they're not going to get here before noon.
00:26:09.000 They said, It doesn't matter.
00:26:11.000 She said, This means it's going to be eight or nine or 10 o'clock at night.
00:26:13.000 She said, It doesn't matter.
00:26:16.000 We need the news media shifting.
00:26:18.000 Who made that phone call?
00:26:20.000 We don't know.
00:26:22.000 And I'm telling you up front, this is hearsay, but it's from a person who has remarkably good sense.
00:26:26.000 I totally believe it, though, because that would explain why they leaked and they messed up on the clerk document, why she was exhausted, and why they had the 11 p.m. press conference, Mr. Speaker.
00:26:36.000 The Democrats are not joking around.
00:26:40.000 There's no labels thing, though.
00:26:43.000 Is evidence that Joe Lieberman and Manchin and Cinema, and by the way, very well financed.
00:26:50.000 I know a lot of these donors that are involved in this.
00:26:52.000 They formerly used to be turning point donors.
00:26:54.000 We've become too conservative for them.
00:26:55.000 That's fine.
00:26:57.000 It was amicable.
00:26:58.000 Like you guys go do your thing, we do your thing.
00:27:00.000 They're not Democrats, though.
00:27:02.000 I know the way they think.
00:27:02.000 They're free speech, old liberal Dershowitz.
00:27:04.000 Imagine rich Alan Dershowitzes.
00:27:06.000 That's basically who is funding no labels.
00:27:08.000 Love the Constitution, pro abortion, socially liberal.
00:27:12.000 Somewhat fiscally conservative, want a balanced budget, totally wrong on immigration, very pro Ukraine.
00:27:17.000 Like, we have some huge worldview differences.
00:27:19.000 But I don't think they hate the country.
00:27:21.000 I do not think they hate the country.
00:27:23.000 I think they're neoliberals, don't think they hate the country.
00:27:26.000 And they really don't like Joe Biden's thuggery, intimidation, and they do not like the authoritarian bend of the Democrat Party.
00:27:32.000 There is a serious splinter campaign happening in the Democrat Party of the moderate ilk.
00:27:39.000 And it might be happening, there might be two simultaneously splinters happening in the Democrat Party, which, interestingly enough, all these indictments against Trump actually might make the Republican Party far more consolidated.
00:27:50.000 And the Democrat might actually have two simultaneous splinter campaigns one from the far left, Cornell West, one from the center right.
00:27:57.000 From no labels.
00:27:59.000 How that will end, I have no idea.
00:28:01.000 But I want to dive more into this Newt Gingrich tape, which shows the Democrats are harmonizing, coordinating their indictments and the movement because they think they are losing control of this.
00:28:14.000 If you try to overscript politics, it usually does not go well for you.
00:28:19.000 That's a rule of politics.

00:29:28.000 Why on earth did Fulton County wait till 11 p.m. Eastern?
00:29:37.000 In a rush to put forward the indictment.
00:29:41.000 Why?
00:29:43.000 Fannie Willis looked tired.
00:29:46.000 She looked exhausted.
00:29:48.000 The clerk accidentally sent the thing out.
00:29:54.000 According to Newt Gingrich, the reason is because they received a phone call.
00:30:03.000 A phone call from Washington, D.C., and this makes perfect sense.
00:30:07.000 This makes perfect sense.
00:30:11.000 And I'm going to replay this tape because it's worth it.
00:30:15.000 So Newt Gingrich is saying in this tape, we played it earlier, that somebody called Fulton County.
00:30:20.000 Maybe Barack Hussein Obama called Big Fanny Willis.
00:30:24.000 Maybe it was Valerie Jarrett.
00:30:25.000 Somebody called Fulton County and said, We got to cover up this Weiss thing.
00:30:29.000 Proceed.
00:30:29.000 And she said, I'm not ready with a grand jury and all this.
00:30:32.000 It doesn't matter.
00:30:34.000 And they pushed through the night.
00:30:36.000 Somebody was pressuring them, somebody was pressuring Fanny Willis.
00:30:42.000 This makes perfect sense.
00:30:43.000 This makes perfect sense why MSNBC had their panel all ready to go.
00:30:48.000 It makes perfect sense why they pushed so late into the night.
00:30:51.000 Why couldn't they do it the next morning, 11 o'clock at night?
00:30:55.000 Why couldn't they do it at regular times when there's press conferences, sometime around midnight, where the clerk accidentally sends out the exact indictment?
00:31:03.000 This was all planned, but it was a rush job.
00:31:07.000 Somebody called Fannie.
00:31:09.000 Somebody called Fulton County from DC, according to Newt Gingrich.
00:31:13.000 And said, we got to get this thing moving.
00:31:17.000 Okay, we're going to play Cut 90 again.
00:31:19.000 Play it.
00:31:19.000 That I am told, this is hearsay, but I am told by a reliable source that Friday evening, somebody from Washington called the district attorney in Atlanta and said, You have to indict on Monday.
00:31:31.000 We have to cover up all of the mistakes we just made with Weiss.
00:31:36.000 And she said, Apparently, my jurors aren't coming back till Tuesday.
00:31:40.000 And they said, You didn't hear me.
00:31:41.000 You have to indict on Monday.
00:31:44.000 And she said, Well, they're not going to get here before noon.
00:31:47.000 They said, It doesn't matter.
00:31:48.000 She said, This means it's going to be eight or nine or 10 o'clock at night.
00:31:51.000 They said, It doesn't matter.
00:31:53.000 We need the news media shifting.
00:31:55.000 Who made that phone call?
00:31:57.000 We don't know.
00:31:59.000 And I'm telling you out front, this is hearsay, but it's from a person who has remarkably good success.
00:32:04.000 I totally believe it, though, because that would explain why they leaked and they messed up on the clerk document, why she was exhausted, and why they had the 11 p.m. press conference, Mr. Speaker.
00:32:14.000 Now it's all starting to come into context and perspective, right?
00:32:20.000 It's all starting to make sense.
00:32:22.000 Fulton County is nothing more than a proxy of a desperation campaign of Washington, D.C. Apparently, Weiss was this massive royal screw up that is making people really angry, making moderate Democrats angry, making center right Republicans angry.
00:32:39.000 And then they say, hey, let's just dispatch Fulton County.
00:32:44.000 Big Fanny will do whatever we tell her to do put forward the indictment, conspiracy, Pennsylvania phone call, whatever it takes.
00:32:51.000 Who's going to actually look into this?
00:32:55.000 Well, here's the good news there's fight left in the great state of Georgia.
00:32:59.000 Georgia is not my favorite state recently politically.
00:33:03.000 Beautiful place, nice people, not my favorite state politically.
00:33:06.000 It's corrupt, it's broken, it's backwards, but there is some fight left in the great state of Georgia.
00:33:12.000 And despite, based on all reporting I've received, the good old boys network in Georgia who just want to stay comfortable, make sure they have their tickets to the Masters in Augusta and their box seats in Athens, Georgia, for the Georgia football.
00:33:30.000 There is a fighter.
00:33:31.000 His name is Colton Moore.
00:33:33.000 Colton Moore is asking for an emergency session review of Big Fannie Willis.
00:33:38.000 And it is going totally viral.
00:33:39.000 The good old boys network is shaken up.
00:33:41.000 There's fight left in the state of Georgia.
00:33:45.000 And there are procedures, there are steps, there are real details that we are going to talk about.
00:33:53.000 The first step is impeachment.
00:33:55.000 And the Georgia House, the Republican House, can put a stop to this rogue prosecutor.
00:34:01.000 He's beginning the process.
00:34:03.000 We have him exclusively coming up in just a minute because all roads now lead through Fulton County.
00:34:09.000 And I want to find out.
00:34:10.000 We got to make Fannie Willis squeal.
00:34:13.000 Hey, Fannie, you got a phone call from somebody?
00:34:16.000 Why'd you rush the indictment?
00:34:17.000 Tell us the truth.
00:34:21.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
