00:00:57.000 Here we go.
00:00:59.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:00.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:02.000 I want you to know we are lucky.
00:01:04.000 To have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:06.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:09.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:10.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:11.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:19.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:28.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:32.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandtod.com.
00:01:38.000 I'm going to read this article here.
00:01:43.000 By the way, we have significantly moved the Overton window.
00:01:47.000 New York Magazine writes today Lock them up is now the Republican Party's highest goal.
00:01:54.000 It's no longer about policy or even culture war, but prosecutorial revenge.
00:01:59.000 We are in the second sentence, the second sentence of this article in New York Magazine.
00:02:05.000 Donald Trump supporters, as you might expect, have not taken his latest indictment in stride.
00:02:08.000 Charlie Kirk, writing in The Federalist, proposes a list of Democrat or liberal groups to be charged, and goes on and on and on.
00:02:13.000 This program, you, all of us together, have significantly moved the Overton window.
00:02:20.000 I know it's not enough.
00:02:21.000 I know you're going to say, oh, Charlie, where's the action?
00:02:23.000 Before action, you must build narrative consensus.
00:02:26.000 And that's what we have done this week.
00:02:28.000 I know, I know, I know.
00:02:30.000 You don't want to hear it.
00:02:31.000 Charlie, where's the handcuffs, the perp walks?
00:02:33.000 I hear it.
00:02:33.000 I feel it.
00:02:34.000 I see it.
00:02:34.000 I harmonize.
00:02:35.000 I agree with it.
00:02:37.000 But something good has happened this week.
00:02:38.000 This program, along with Bannon, along with many other people, Jack Posobick, we have and are moving the Overton window.
00:02:46.000 And the media is starting to take notice.
00:02:47.000 New York Magazine.
00:02:49.000 By the way, just how dishonest this is.
00:02:51.000 Locking up our political opponents is our biggest priority?
00:02:55.000 No, that's you guys.
00:02:57.000 You're the ones that are about to sentence Steve Bannon.
00:02:59.000 You're the ones that just indicted 16 Michigan electors, most of which are senior citizens, drawing on Social Security just to survive.
00:03:07.000 You're the ones that have gone after Giuliani and Eastman and Ellis and Mark Meadows.
00:03:13.000 We're simply responding.
00:03:15.000 This is James Lindsay, Dr. James Lindsay, one of my favorite people.
00:03:20.000 BeautifulTrouble.org.
00:03:22.000 He isolated.
00:03:23.000 Beautiful Trouble is kind of the playbook of the left.
00:03:25.000 He said the reaction of the right is always the action of the left.
00:03:29.000 And at first, it didn't really make a lot of sense.
00:03:31.000 You guys can go to BeautifulTrouble.org.
00:03:33.000 It's a left wing social justice warrior training camp for all these left wingers.
00:03:43.000 And they provoke you and then they say, here's a great example.
00:03:48.000 And Blake, you know, there's like an internet meme that shows this.
00:03:51.000 They'll slap you.
00:03:54.000 And then you punch them back, and then they'll say, See, they punched me.
00:03:59.000 They punched me.
00:04:02.000 That's the best example.
00:04:04.000 Better example.
00:04:06.000 If anyone has watched the NFL or NCAA football, it is always who?
00:04:11.000 The second guy that gets the flag.
00:04:15.000 Always.
00:04:16.000 It's the guy that pushes back.
00:04:19.000 Always.
00:04:20.000 It's like the iron law of football.
00:04:22.000 Now, referees have gotten better at this.
00:04:24.000 They have.
00:04:24.000 But it was like an old running joke that, you know, some cornerback will push.
00:04:30.000 A running back, and then the running back will throw him down, and the guy that throws him down gets the 15 yard penalty and maybe even kicked out of the game.
00:04:37.000 They're getting better at forcing that.
00:04:39.000 The left is the one that provokes you, they're the ones that push you.
00:04:42.000 And then you dare punch back, and the media says, What are you doing?
00:04:46.000 The right, they're a bunch of fascists that want to put people in jail.
00:04:50.000 Meanwhile, literally half our movement is under indictment.
00:04:52.000 Like, I'm not exaggerating.
00:04:54.000 Douglas Mackey, and I'm going to get to James O'Keefe in a second.
00:04:58.000 Douglas Mackey, Steve Bannon, D'Souza, across the board.
00:05:02.000 D'Souza is not under active indictment, but they went after him eight to 10 years ago on a campaign finance thing that was so ridiculous.
00:05:09.000 The left breaks those rules all the time.
00:05:11.000 And they're not stopping.
00:05:13.000 So we have called repeatedly for local action, action, action, because now the new prerequisite is local DAs.
00:05:19.000 Local DAs can become national attorney general, attorneys general.
00:05:23.000 They can do whatever they want.
00:05:25.000 Again, our side is standing still, doing nothing, doing nothing, doing nothing.
00:05:31.000 We just bend over and we take it.
00:05:34.000 In the latest, News.
00:05:35.000 This is breaking news this morning.
00:05:37.000 Shouldn't surprise any of you.
00:05:39.000 One of our all stars, one of the top five most important people in the conservative movement, who actually drives results and gets stuff done, is now under criminal investigation by the Westchester County District Attorney in New York.
00:05:54.000 So, if you were to say, Charlie, who are the top five most important people in the conservative movement?
00:05:57.000 Obviously, Donald Trump, Tucker Carlson, and you could debate about the others, but James O'Keefe is top five.
00:06:03.000 No doubt, all star team, 10 out of 10.
00:06:06.000 I know some of you don't like the dancing.
00:06:07.000 I don't really understand the dancing, but I am totally on team James O'Keefe.
00:06:11.000 The guy's a patriot.
00:06:12.000 He puts results on the board.
00:06:15.000 James O'Keefe is a 10 out of 10 guy.
00:06:15.000 He's awesome.
00:06:18.000 And he's a creative.
00:06:19.000 He's an artist.
00:06:19.000 Always has been.
00:06:20.000 I will defend James O'Keefe for the rest of my career.
00:06:25.000 Because I've seen how hard he works.
00:06:26.000 I know how hard it is.
00:06:27.000 And by the way, every single agency's gone after.
00:06:29.000 But guess what?
00:06:30.000 The local DA in Westchester County is doing what we should be doing to BLM, doing what we should be doing to Antifa.
00:06:37.000 James O'Keefe now under criminal investigation for looting Project Veritas.
00:06:41.000 TheNation.com, it's a commie rack, looting Project Veritas?
00:06:46.000 That's quite an accusation.
00:06:49.000 Looting?
00:06:50.000 You mean like BLM?
00:06:51.000 BLM, which purchased a $6 million mansion and filmed one video, raised $100 million, which is five times the operating budget of Project Veritas.
00:07:01.000 And are they getting investigated by a single Republican DA?
00:07:05.000 Of course not.
00:07:06.000 For those of you that are Project Veritas donors, do you feel looted?
00:07:10.000 Were you dissatisfied with Project Veritas's output the last couple of years?
00:07:16.000 How about BLM's output?
00:07:17.000 How much money of BLM went towards charter schools or having blacks be able to read in inner city, which is a big deal, right?
00:07:23.000 It's a big issue.
00:07:24.000 Young black kids are some of the most illiterate generation right now because of public school teachers.
00:07:29.000 Did any of BLM's money go towards that?
00:07:32.000 Blake, can you pull the actual specifics?
00:07:34.000 It's horrifying what BLM, the actual numbers that came out from paying for security costs and Patrice colors and all of this, lifestyle costs, buying mansions, I think, in both Canada and in California.
00:07:49.000 And yet, what does the left do?
00:07:51.000 All they know is offense.
00:07:53.000 They're a parasitic force against the nation.
00:07:55.000 This one fires me up, everybody.
00:07:57.000 Literally, breaking in the last couple of minutes.
00:08:01.000 The Westchester County DA, which, by the way, they have illegals flooding in from across the world, rapes, arson, crime.
00:08:09.000 What does the Westchester County DA focus on?
00:08:13.000 James O'Keefe.
00:08:16.000 BLM paid co founder Patrice Culler's graffiti artist brother $800,000 for security.
00:08:24.000 Is there a single Republican district attorney in the nation that has the stones?
00:08:29.000 To do what Westchester County DA is doing.
00:08:32.000 Right now, we should, if we had an opposition party in the country, if we had people that were willing to say, whoa, whoa, whoa, you touch one of the top five most important patriot warriors, James O'Keefe, we're going to investigate BLM.
00:08:45.000 Pick a county, any county.
00:08:47.000 There's a bunch in South Dakota.
00:08:50.000 You might say, well, they don't have jurisdiction.
00:08:52.000 That's where you're wrong.
00:08:55.000 Because BLM raised money from all 50 states.
00:08:58.000 BLM said they were going to do activities in all these different red states.
00:09:02.000 Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas, pick your county, pick your DA, pick your fighter.
00:09:08.000 But they don't, the bad guys know we'll never do that.
00:09:12.000 At least the old right will never do that.
00:09:15.000 We're changing that and the media is noticing it.
00:09:17.000 That's why the media is coming after this program so hard, because the Charlie Kirk show is willing to say the thing out loud, which is handcuffs.
00:09:25.000 Oh, how about op eds, leg irons?
00:09:28.000 Oh, how about strongly worded tweets, life in prison?
00:09:33.000 Yeah, we say it.
00:09:35.000 That's why the New York Magazine is saying, oh, the Charlie Kirk show, all this sort of stuff.
00:09:39.000 Perp walks.
00:09:41.000 That's what's going to solve it.
00:09:44.000 James O'Keefe under active criminal investigation by a local DA.
00:09:50.000 So let's just, just for you keeping score at home, you have Alvin Bragg, who's indicted a former president.
00:09:55.000 You have Big Fanny Willis, who has indicted 18 members of the conservative movement Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Donald Trump.
00:10:03.000 And now you have a local DA in Westchester County.
00:10:06.000 Who is criminally investigating James O'Keefe personally?
00:10:11.000 But I'm told by some people on the right that we have to write strongly worded letters to the editor.
00:10:17.000 You are living through an active measure.
00:10:19.000 This is not a game.
00:10:20.000 You guys know this.
00:10:20.000 I mean, you guys are the best audience.
00:10:22.000 I'm not telling you anything you don't know.
00:10:23.000 You guys have been so amazing, so on top of the ball, so informed.
00:10:27.000 I wish your leaders were as good as you are.
00:10:30.000 I wish our attorneys general were as smart, as tough as you.
00:10:35.000 You guys deserve so much better than these gutless wonders.
00:10:39.000 We're going to talk about this.
00:10:40.000 James O'Keefe, who worked his tail off, top five most important people in the conservative movement, they're trying to put in jail.
00:10:44.000 They're trying to put in prison.
00:10:45.000 Why?
00:10:46.000 We know why.
00:10:47.000 They don't try to put Mitt Romney in jail because he does what they want them to do, okay?
00:10:51.000 It's because James O'Keefe put lead on the target.
00:10:54.000 That's why.
00:10:55.000 James O'Keefe put points on the board.
00:10:57.000 James O'Keefe revealed their deceit, their deception, their darkness.
00:10:59.000 James O'Keefe is a hero.
00:11:00.000 He's effective.
00:11:01.000 So the only way the left knows how to operate is in jail.
00:11:07.000 Balance of nature, changing the world one life at a time.
00:11:10.000 I try to take care of myself, I try to eat right.
00:11:13.000 And I love fruits and vegetables.
00:11:15.000 I'd rather have them than anything else, but I know I don't get nearly enough.
00:11:18.000 So I thought, I'll try it for two months and no harm, no foul.
00:11:22.000 If it doesn't work after that, then I've tried it and at least I know.
00:11:26.000 Within two weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my energy, sleeping better at night, and just energy.
00:11:32.000 I would get up in the morning and get up, not just sit around.
00:11:37.000 You guys have got to try this.
00:11:38.000 You have to try it.
00:11:39.000 You owe it to yourself to try it.
00:11:41.000 The wife and I both think it's done a lot of good.
00:11:43.000 We both think it's done a lot of good.
00:11:45.000 It's improved your overall day to day, how you feel.
00:11:49.000 And we've turned everybody onto it.
00:11:51.000 Our kids are on it.
00:11:52.000 We've got brothers and sisters that are on it.
00:11:54.000 We've got some neighbors we've turned on to it.
00:11:57.000 So we're very pleased with the product and the results.
00:12:00.000 It's not like you're Superman, but you definitely know you're healthier.
00:12:04.000 You're going to lose weight.
00:12:05.000 And I've never heard that said in any of the commercials, but by golly, you do.
00:12:09.000 I work in a school.
00:12:10.000 So I'm around like a thousand kids a day constantly.
00:12:13.000 And so I wash my hands and use alcohol on them probably a hundred times a day or better.
00:12:19.000 And my hands are always cracking open and splitting.
00:12:22.000 And I did not have that this entire winter.
00:12:23.000 And I've Fetch anything.
00:12:24.000 This is me.
00:12:25.000 I fetch anything.
00:12:26.000 It's balance of nature because it's the only thing I've done different.
00:12:31.000 Like the guy on your commercial says, I'm going to keep on taking it the rest of my life, and I feel the same way.
00:12:36.000 It's going really good.
00:12:37.000 I mean, I feel better.
00:12:39.000 I've got more energy, and, you know, I can go through my day better.
00:12:43.000 Start your journey to better health with balance of nature.
00:12:46.000 Call 1 800 2468 751 or go to balanceofnature.com to get 35% off your first preferred order.
00:12:54.000 That's 1 800 2468 751.
00:12:57.000 Go to balansofnature.com or call 1 800 2468 751 and get this special offer by using discount code Charlie.
00:13:10.000 So now you have a local Westchester DA, district attorney, that is investigating James O'Keefe.
00:13:18.000 By the way, this was leaked to the nation, which is a communist rag.
00:13:21.000 Why are they doing this?
00:13:22.000 Well, because James O'Keefe is effective.
00:13:26.000 Let's just remind you guys, according to the New York Post, it's not some sort of speculation.
00:13:31.000 BLM co founder Patrice Cullors' graffiti artist brother got $800,000 for security.
00:13:36.000 In addition to the cash to her brother, Patrice Cullors, who is listed as the only board member on its tax filing, doled out another $969,000 to a company controlled by Damon Turner, the father of her young son.
00:13:49.000 The group also paid a company owned by its current board members, Shalmaloya Bowers, $2.1 million for consulting work.
00:13:56.000 That does not count the nearly $5 to $6 million of BLM money funded by white liberals to purchase mansions.
00:14:04.000 For a black creator's space.
00:14:08.000 What are the accusations against James O'Keefe?
00:14:11.000 Exactly.
00:14:12.000 Here's the accusation.
00:14:15.000 This is what we have.
00:14:17.000 James O'Keefe, over 10 years, had one of the most successful nonprofits as far as revenue and results.
00:14:25.000 And as someone who runs a nonprofit, it's not easy.
00:14:28.000 I traveled the country over 3,000 days in the last 10 years.
00:14:32.000 Nothing like a 3,000 day overnight success story.
00:14:35.000 You know, some people say, oh, Charlie, you know, you've had it easy.
00:14:37.000 3,000 days, million miles of every single major airline.
00:14:41.000 But yeah, sure, we've had it easy.
00:14:43.000 And I'm not complaining.
00:14:44.000 I'm just saying it's very easy to sit on the sidelines like a bum and say, oh, James O'Keefe took a private plane.
00:14:51.000 Yeah, sit down and build something, pal.
00:14:54.000 What are the accusations against James O'Keefe?
00:14:58.000 The accusation, I'm trying to find it here, it's somewhere in this ridiculously long commie rag, is that he took a private plane.
00:15:06.000 A single private flight for $14,000 to go fix a boat instead of having a donor intent.
00:15:14.000 Oh, yeah, here it is.
00:15:16.000 Pending a third party investigative audit, James O'Keefe is accused of spending $14,000 on a charter flight to meet someone to fix his boat under the guise of meeting a donor.
00:15:26.000 Now, what's the full story here?
00:15:28.000 Did the donor cancel?
00:15:29.000 Was there a scheduling conflict?
00:15:31.000 Is he being lied about?
00:15:33.000 And if at the worst case scenario, then have him reimburse it.
00:15:36.000 That's worthy of a criminal investigation.
00:15:38.000 So here you have BLM paying their thug brother $800,000 for security.
00:15:44.000 That's a $14,000 flight, which is 1,428 of the BLM mansion.
00:15:50.000 Here's what they say blowing over $150,000 on high end limo services.
00:15:53.000 That's such crap.
00:15:55.000 These are black cars.
00:15:58.000 By the way, James O'Keefe receives death threats like you wouldn't believe.
00:16:01.000 And I've gone through the numbers on this many times.
00:16:04.000 James O'Keefe working 14 to 16 hour days.
00:16:06.000 Let's say he lands at LAX.
00:16:08.000 Are you going to go rent a car at LAX, which by the way, takes like two and a half hours to get to the rental car place and you're all over the place?
00:16:14.000 Meanwhile, you can't work, you can't do emails.
00:16:16.000 Or are you going to have a chauffeured car service, which is more secure on demand?
00:16:20.000 You're able to do more work.
00:16:23.000 Yeah, that's going to cost you like $800 a day.
00:16:25.000 So, for $150,000 over two or three years, I want James O'Keefe taking chauffeured cars.
00:16:31.000 You should too.
00:16:32.000 Most safe, most effective, most secure.
00:16:34.000 This is very low IQ type stuff.
00:16:36.000 People have never built a thing.
00:16:37.000 This is bureaucrat, administrative state type chatter.
00:16:40.000 James O'Keefe was a phenomenal steward of resources.
00:16:43.000 I saw it firsthand.
00:16:45.000 And by the way, this might be hard for people to understand if you've actually never been in a high functioning corporate environment where you have to raise $40, $50, $60, $70, $80 million.
00:16:55.000 When you have to raise $80 million a year, that means you have to, to make payroll, to pay your expenses, you have to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars a day.
00:16:55.000 Do the math.
00:17:04.000 O'Keeffe was then questioned for $60,000 for dance events.
00:17:09.000 Such indulgent expenditures would be known within the IRS code as a normant.
00:17:14.000 This is just, this is borderline slander.
00:17:18.000 The group brought in over $22 million in 2020.
00:17:25.000 By the way, there's no coincidences.
00:17:29.000 Why is this story coming out?
00:17:31.000 Because yesterday, Project Veritas fired 25 people and it was going viral that Project Veritas laid off basically their entire staff.
00:17:38.000 So then somebody leaks this story to the nation and has it waiting in harmony.
00:17:43.000 So they shred the entire Project Veritas staff and they're getting rolled on social media.
00:17:48.000 Oh, wow, look, you guys can't survive without James O'Keefe.
00:17:53.000 And then, boom, super sinister.
00:17:54.000 Somebody on the right.
00:17:55.000 Then leaks this character assassination saying that they're working with local criminal authorities against James O'Keefe or the local DA.
00:18:03.000 That's your conservative movement.
00:18:04.000 Hey, everybody.
00:18:07.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:18:07.000 We are saving babies with preborn by providing free ultrasounds.
00:18:10.000 Once you introduce a girl to her baby by providing an ultrasound, you're giving her the truth at the most important time in her life.
00:18:16.000 And more than 85% of the time, when she sees the baby and hears the baby's heartbeat, she will choose life.
00:18:21.000 The voices that call themselves pro choice are loud and proud, and they are everywhere.
00:18:26.000 It might feel like an uphill battle, but there is no better fight to fight than with the truth of an ultrasound.
00:18:30.000 $140 gives five mothers a free ultrasound and saves babies.
00:18:33.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:18:36.000 For just $28 a month, you can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:18:40.000 And $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:18:44.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.
00:18:50.000 I'm a donor to preborn and you should be too.
00:18:52.000 Call 833-850-BABY.
00:18:54.000 That is 833-850-2229 or go to preborn.org slash Kirk.
00:18:59.000 If you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, the opportunity is just right there.
00:19:03.000 Go to preborn.
00:19:09.000 Several stories we still want to touch on, but just to kind of close the loop, we have to keep the pressure on.
00:19:16.000 You deserve better.
00:19:18.000 You deserve better than these gutless wonder Republican attorneys general that just have excuses.
00:19:24.000 They're going to try to put James O'Keefe in prison over this thing so ridiculous, baseless.
00:19:28.000 If not, they're going to try to make him spend tons of money defending themselves.
00:19:33.000 They will not stop unless they fear an equal and opposite reaction.
00:19:37.000 There is only one side fighting.
00:19:40.000 Someone says, Oh, Charlie, this sounds awful.
00:19:42.000 It might be awful, but it's time for us to use lawful tactics.
00:19:42.000 Well, it's lawful.
00:19:46.000 Time for us to hold the line, not surrender, and stop retreating.
00:19:51.000 One of the ways we make this stop is the referendum that's going to come in November of 2024.
00:19:58.000 We have to do the boring stuff the ballot chase and the voter registration.
00:20:00.000 I am not confident the Republican establishment is uninterested in that.
00:20:03.000 They don't even know who to hire.
00:20:04.000 They have zero full time staff in Arizona.
00:20:06.000 We at Turning Point Action are hiring up the best we can.
00:20:10.000 But the oligarchs are very interested in the primary.
00:20:12.000 Despite a 30 to 40 to 50 point gap delta between Donald Trump and the next person running for the presidency, They are pumping money into this primary.
00:20:24.000 Well, yesterday, there was a document that was posted on a Ron DeSantis super PAC.
00:20:28.000 So, the way this is kind of in the weeds, but Ron DeSantis' presidential campaign is struggling to raise money from donors that are not able to give more than $2,700.
00:20:37.000 That's called hard money.
00:20:39.000 So, he doesn't have a lot of small dollar donors.
00:20:42.000 But his super PAC has a ton of money, over $130 million, $88 million of which was transferred from his gubernatorial account.
00:20:50.000 Into the super PAC.
00:20:51.000 The super PAC fundraising is actually not going as well as Ron DeSantis would have anticipated.
00:20:55.000 So, through a wink and a nod, and I'm sure legal means, the Ron DeSantis campaign and super PAC seem to be kind of delegating different responsibilities.
00:21:05.000 This happens a lot.
00:21:06.000 This is nothing new.
00:21:07.000 The Blake Masters super PAC did this in the Arizona Senate race.
00:21:10.000 So, they're not allowed to coordinate, they're not allowed to speak.
00:21:14.000 So, instead, the super PAC will basically do the work and they subcontract it, but they're not able to send it privately.
00:21:21.000 So, they send the work out publicly.
00:21:23.000 Now, the hope is that you post it on the website.
00:21:26.000 Nobody finds it, but reporters are now getting smart.
00:21:31.000 So the New York Times was kind of basically refreshing the Ron DeSantis Super PAC website, and then boom, up popped this document, which basically proposed it was very expensive research that the Super PAC did all about what Ron DeSantis needs to do in the upcoming debate next week.
00:21:50.000 The document proposes four potential orchestra pit moments for DeSantis to get attention, including telling a story about his family.
00:21:58.000 Showing emotion, the memo advises, and taking a sledgehammer to Ramaswamy by slamming him as fake Vivek or Vivek the fake.
00:22:08.000 The memo also suggests that DeSantis urge other candidates to ignore Trump because Trump is, quote, too weak to defend himself here.
00:22:16.000 To seize the spotlight, the first Republican presidential debate next week, Ron DeSantis must defend former President Trump and pivot to attacking Joe Biden and the media at least, as the memo says, three times.
00:22:30.000 Boy, this is going to be a disaster.
00:22:35.000 Instead of investing in ballot chasing and the boring but necessary stuff, we have a $130 million super PAC that comes up with the line Hey, call him Vivek the fake.
00:22:49.000 Is that going to increase our chances to boost low propensity voter turnout in Georgia?
00:22:55.000 The question is What will Donald Trump do?
00:22:56.000 Play cut 127.
00:22:58.000 Most likely he will not be on that debate stage next week.
00:23:01.000 And instead, Donald Trump himself has been personally.
00:23:05.000 Throwing out ideas for counter programming.
00:23:07.000 There have been discussions between Donald Trump's team and Tucker Carlson about an interview around the same time on Wednesday.
00:23:14.000 I'm also told that Donald Trump's team wants some of his surrogates to represent him at the debate, especially if he is not there.
00:23:22.000 People like Byron Donald, a congressman from Florida, as well as Matt Gates, another congressman from Florida, and Kerry Lake.
00:23:28.000 All of these people potentially there to represent him in his absence.
00:23:33.000 Trump has already won the debate because he's a marketing genius.
00:23:37.000 The question is not about DeSantis or Ramaswamy or Christie.
00:23:41.000 The question is whether or not Trump will show up.
00:23:44.000 And the RNC just looks so pathetic.
00:23:47.000 The RNC comes out, they say, Well, we think that Trump is going to sign the loyalty pledge.
00:23:51.000 Meanwhile, Chris Christie screams from the cheap seats, No one sent me a loyalty pledge to sign yet.
00:23:57.000 It's a true story.
00:23:58.000 Chris Christie is going to the media, being like, No one has sent me a pledge.
00:24:02.000 And Trump's like, I forget it.
00:24:04.000 I'll show up if I want to.
00:24:08.000 I don't think he should debate.
00:24:09.000 And I want your thoughts.
00:24:10.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:11.000 Should Donald Trump debate?
00:24:13.000 But here's what I think Donald Trump should do.
00:24:15.000 I said this before on Thought Crimes.
00:24:17.000 Donald Trump should say, I don't know what I'm going to do.
00:24:20.000 And then the day of the debate, go to Trump Force One, fly the plane from Bedminster to Milwaukee, and fly over the airspace and do a U turn, and then go land and do an interview with Tucker Carlson.
00:24:35.000 Just like all the drama you could imagine.
00:24:38.000 Like literally, right, you have to time it right leading up until the debate, right until that very moment.
00:24:44.000 Is he going to debate?
00:24:46.000 Donald Trump does a flyover.
00:24:50.000 Over the debate area arena.
00:24:51.000 He's already won because all the chatter now is about how much he's winning by, which only makes him win by more.
00:24:56.000 Because here's a rule of politics that these consultants will not tell you people like winners in politics.
00:25:03.000 This is honestly one of the ingenious instincts of Donald Trump.
00:25:08.000 He realizes that if you can show yourself up in polls, then the polls will only increase because people actually want to support a winner, not a loser.
00:25:15.000 It's the law of momentum in politics, especially in primary politics.
00:25:18.000 So, as Donald Trump ascends with more popularity, as Donald Trump increases with more support, he only gets more support on top of the support because then people want to say, I don't want to throw money after a loser.
00:25:29.000 Let's go to a piece of tape here.
00:25:31.000 Play Cut 112.
00:25:32.000 Great polls just out, leading by 40, 50, and even 60 points.
00:25:38.000 Who expected that?
00:25:39.000 I did.
00:25:40.000 Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, all very strong, but also leading Biden very big.
00:25:47.000 The sanctimonious is crashing, perhaps.
00:25:50.000 The party should come together.
00:25:52.000 People should drop out of the race.
00:25:55.000 We unify and we beat Biden and the Democrats.
00:25:58.000 They should be easy to beat because our country has never been in worse condition than it is right now.
00:26:05.000 If you want to really get creative, Donald Trump should fly with Tucker to Maui and do the live stream from Maui while they're doing the debate.
00:26:14.000 Hit like every category.
00:26:15.000 I mean, it would be super viral.
00:26:17.000 It would be just incredible.
00:26:18.000 Donald Trump sitting with Tucker Carlson in front of all the devastation, Trump saying this would never happen on president.
00:26:23.000 Why are we not rebuilding it?
00:26:24.000 How many people are actually dead?
00:26:26.000 You know, it would be, and by the way, I got here before Joe Biden.
00:26:28.000 I could be debating, but I'm putting the country first.
00:26:30.000 The primary is a waste of time.
00:26:32.000 Tucker would ask all the right questions.
00:26:35.000 Donald Trump comes with a bunch of relief, by the way, meaning he comes with a bunch of water bottles and, you know, a bunch of what my Patriot supply type stuff.
00:26:42.000 That would be pretty powerful, wouldn't it?
00:26:46.000 I don't think Donald Trump should debate.
00:26:47.000 What is the upside?
00:26:49.000 What is the upside?
00:26:51.000 None.
00:26:53.000 All there is, is if he shows up, it allows all these other people.
00:26:58.000 Opportunities to raise more money to extend their campaigns.
00:27:01.000 He can basically starve their campaigns by doing this.
00:27:06.000 Starve them.
00:27:08.000 They say he would have to sign the pledge.
00:27:10.000 I don't believe that.
00:27:12.000 You're trying to tell me that if Donald Trump showed up to the Republican debate without signing a pledge, that the RNC would say, Sir, sorry, you're not allowed to go on stage because you haven't signed our silly piece of paper.
00:27:25.000 I'm sorry, this is the guy that stared down Kim Jong Un and Vladimir Putin.
00:27:29.000 Like, I'm sorry, like, I don't believe you.
00:27:34.000 You're going to fold like a cheap suit.
00:27:36.000 Yes, sir, Mr. Trump.
00:27:37.000 Whatever you want.
00:27:38.000 Please, please, please.
00:27:39.000 We'll give you center stage.
00:27:41.000 Look, we're a couple days out from this alleged debate.
00:27:45.000 Donald Trump could also host his own candidate forum, but for what purpose exactly?
00:27:52.000 Showing up to that debate only validates that exercise.
00:27:56.000 And it isn't interesting.
00:27:57.000 I mean, I hate to say the I told you so thing, but I mean, we're in talk radio, so basically half of talk radio is I told you sos.
00:28:04.000 Turning Point Action Conference, which many of you supported.
00:28:06.000 Thank you.
00:28:06.000 Many of you guys were just amazing there and put up with all that Secret Service nonsense.
00:28:11.000 You guys are amazing patriots.
00:28:14.000 Thousands and thousands of people there, millions of people online.
00:28:17.000 And we made a prediction.
00:28:18.000 We said, Vivek Ramaswamy is going to come into second place.
00:28:24.000 I was ridiculed, mocked.
00:28:27.000 I can show you the text messages I got from the DeSantis people who are obviously much smarter than I am, right?
00:28:31.000 The Shills, I call them.
00:28:33.000 And I like Governor DeSantis.
00:28:34.000 He's America's best governor.
00:28:35.000 But the messages I got were so nasty.
00:28:38.000 And they say, Charlie, you're a moron, all this stuff.
00:28:41.000 And I said, no, Vivek is going to come into second place because he showed up to Turning Point.
00:28:44.000 He says the right things.
00:28:45.000 He doesn't insult the base.
00:28:47.000 Well, now a series of Fox polls now show Vivek Ramaswamy in second place.
00:28:52.000 And by the way, here's how I know it's legit to kind of complete the circle.
00:28:56.000 Why would Ron DeSantis' super PAC tell Ron DeSantis to attack Vivek Ramaswamy if Vivek Ramaswamy was not actually in second place?
00:29:06.000 Why would the $130 million Ron DeSantis super PAC not want to go attack fake Vivek if he was not actually ascending?
00:29:13.000 Why is Vivek Ramaswamy succeeding so much?
00:29:17.000 It's obvious, it's simple, but I'll summarize it in 10 seconds.
00:29:21.000 He doesn't insult the voters that he needs to win over.
00:29:24.000 Wow, what a concept!
00:29:26.000 Brilliant.
00:29:27.000 You need all these high priced consultants to tell you, yeah, it's best not to ridicule the people that you need to caucus for you.
00:29:36.000 I'm full of all sorts of creative ideas.
00:29:39.000 I have a very low success rate of getting those creative ideas actually implemented.
00:29:44.000 For example, and by the way, the idea yesterday was.
00:29:47.000 Hey, Ron Johnson should be considered for vice president.
00:29:50.000 I see the upsides and the downsides.
00:29:51.000 Really positive response from you guys on the Ron Johnson idea for vice president.
00:29:56.000 But I think here's the thing Donald Trump is facing 600 years in prison.
00:30:01.000 We have a lot to lose.
00:30:04.000 Remember when someone says you have nothing to lose?
00:30:06.000 I got a lot to lose.
00:30:08.000 We have to run a much different campaign than 2020.
00:30:11.000 What I liked about 2016 is Donald Trump ran as a ballsy entrepreneur, especially after the Billy Bush tapes when everyone turned their back on him.
00:30:20.000 And I was personally traveling the country with Don Jr.
00:30:22.000 It was fun.
00:30:23.000 It was us against the world.
00:30:24.000 It was like, okay, no one was with us.
00:30:26.000 Let's just do what we know.
00:30:28.000 I honestly believe that if Donald Trump runs a grassrootsy, ballsy campaign, unlike this scripted GOP consultant crap that just gets us to lose all the time, Donald Trump can win.
00:30:38.000 What does that look like?
00:30:39.000 Donald Trump needs to go into black churches and say, black men, you're under attack.
00:30:43.000 They're trans in your kids.
00:30:45.000 This LGBT agenda is going to stop.
00:30:46.000 He needs to go into Hispanic neighborhoods and talk about school choice.
00:30:49.000 I mean, only Donald Trump could pull this off, not the typical, oh, I don't want to offend any.
00:30:53.000 Look, look.
00:30:54.000 You've already offended a bunch of people.
00:30:55.000 Okay.
00:30:55.000 You're Donald Trump.
00:30:56.000 Everybody has an opinion of you.
00:30:57.000 You know who actually is the most open to voting for Donald Trump?
00:31:00.000 Black men.
00:31:02.000 I'm telling you.
00:31:03.000 If you, by the way, there was an article on Politico that proves this Politico Biden, black voters.
00:31:13.000 Yep, here it is Politico.com.
00:31:15.000 Pathetic voters of color slam Biden's performance on the economy.
00:31:20.000 This is today, published on Politico.com.
00:31:22.000 I was reading it early this morning.
00:31:24.000 Politico is trying to sound the alarm that black turnout is looking bleak, especially with younger black voters.
00:31:32.000 This is why they're so worried about Cornell West.
00:31:35.000 They have done everything they can, and they've been so successful because they know that Donald Trump has more respect in the black community than almost any Republican politician.
00:31:45.000 For years, Donald Trump was idolized and worshiped in the black community, and they've done everything they can through running these propaganda campaigns racist, Donald Trump has to ignore that.
00:31:56.000 Black men, especially, I'll tell you, it would break the matrix.
00:32:04.000 So, Donald Trump has to run a different type of campaign.
00:32:06.000 That's why all these other guys, they have these super PACs and all this stuff.
00:32:09.000 They got more money than what to do with it.
00:32:10.000 They don't have voters.
00:32:12.000 They don't have voters.
00:32:15.000 So do something different.
00:32:16.000 Be creative.
00:32:17.000 You have something to lose.
00:32:18.000 You're under massive indictments.
00:32:19.000 He knows this.
00:32:21.000 He likes this sort of stuff.
00:32:22.000 The problem is traditionally, I got to say, his campaign team right now, Susie's doing a great job.
00:32:26.000 I got to say, objectively, she's running a great primary campaign.
00:32:29.000 Susie Wiles.
00:32:31.000 He's up like 50, 60 points.
00:32:33.000 And by the way, the openness, the creativity, going to the UFC fights, podcasting, I got to say, Susie's doing a great job.
00:32:38.000 But some old people around Trump, they are just so anti creative, anti entrepreneurial.
00:32:47.000 As Newt Gingrich famously said, not famously, but he said recently, recently said that Donald Trump is not a person.
00:32:53.000 Donald Trump is a movement.
00:32:55.000 Let's use that to our advantage.
00:32:57.000 We have the activist, the activist beyond anything we could imagine.
00:33:01.000 Let's use it.
00:33:03.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, he shouldn't go to Maui and use the crisis for political gain.
00:33:06.000 Well, I don't know if it's like that.
00:33:08.000 It's actually him being the true president, coming with relief and aid and shining a light.
00:33:11.000 On one of the great natural disasters.
00:33:13.000 Donald Trump's not going to exploit anything.
