00:01:35.000 Some amazing polls to start your week off.
00:01:37.000 Let's start with the good news.
00:01:39.000 CNN has some new polls out, and we're going to take the averages, the averages as of today.
00:01:46.000 Trump up 1.8 points in Wisconsin, up half a point in Pennsylvania, up five points in Arizona, up 1.3 points in Michigan, up almost five points in Nevada, four points in Georgia, five points in North Carolina.
00:02:01.000 If these polls are correct, Donald Trump would win an electoral landslide, 312 to 226 votes.
00:02:09.000 A 86-vote electoral vote victory.
00:02:14.000 It feels good, doesn't it?
00:02:15.000 New CNN poll out this weekend shows Donald Trump trouncing Joe Biden with 42%, Joe Biden, 33%, RFK Jr. with 16% of the vote.
00:02:30.000 Cornell West, 3%, Jill Stein, 3%.
00:02:33.000 Now, the third-party candidates are very interesting.
00:02:36.000 Remember, in 2020, it was just Trump v. Biden.
00:02:38.000 There were no third-party candidates on the ballot.
00:02:41.000 With poll numbers like this, who could fall short?
00:02:45.000 Donald Trump up five points in Arizona, up 1.3 points in Michigan, up 4.8 points in Nevada.
00:02:53.000 61% of CNN poll respondents, 61% say Joe Biden's presidency has been a failure.
00:03:05.000 61%.
00:03:08.000 So what could go wrong?
00:03:10.000 Well, allow me to introduce you to a little-known executive order that has been in place for quite some time.
00:03:17.000 It was one of the first things that Joe Biden did as president in March of 2021.
00:03:21.000 And this very well might have explained and might explain why the midterms in 2022 didn't quite go the way we wanted them to.
00:03:30.000 It is Executive Order 14019.
00:03:37.000 Executive Order 14019 turns the $6 trillion federal government with its over 600 separate agencies into a get-out-the-vote machine for Joe Biden's campaign.
00:03:51.000 This is totally illegal and a multi-trillion dollar advantage for Joe Biden heading into November.
00:03:58.000 If this is not stopped into the courts, the entire federal leviathan will be used as the Joe Biden campaign arm, something that is, by the way, forbidden by federal law through the Hatch Act, through political involvement laws.
00:04:11.000 You are not allowed to use your taxpayer dollars for political purposes.
00:04:18.000 Joe Biden signed this executive order in March of 2021, and it's finally getting the attention that it warrants.
00:04:26.000 He writes here, the right to vote is foundational for American democracy.
00:04:31.000 Free and fair elections that will affect the will of the American people must be protected and defended.
00:04:36.000 Goes on to say: agencies of my administration shall consider ways to expand citizens' opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about and participate in the electoral process.
00:04:53.000 That talks like a voter registration arm for the Democrat Party.
00:04:56.000 The executive order continues.
00:04:59.000 The head of each agency shall submit to the assistant to the president of domestic policy a strategic plan outlining the ways identified under this review that the agency can promote voter registration and voter participation.
00:05:15.000 The executive order continues by saying each agency, if requested by a state to be designated as a voter registration agency, shall do that under the National Voter Registration Act.
00:05:25.000 This is unbelievable.
00:05:27.000 And so we decided to go look up the Federal Register.
00:05:32.000 And by the way, you know that not a single National Republican in Congress has even mentioned this, that the $6 trillion federal government that we are financing with our taxpayer dollars will now be used as a get out the vote effort for Joe Biden.
00:05:47.000 We are up in every possible poll, and yet Joe Biden's team, both through private and public reporting, they're awfully confident that they're going to win.
00:05:58.000 Why is that?
00:06:00.000 The Federal Register has 600 federal agencies that will now be turned into ballot chasing operations.
00:06:09.000 To put this into perspective, we at Turning Point Action just had an amazing weekend with over 300 of our patriotic donors from Turning Point Action.
00:06:18.000 And our donors are stepping up more than ever before.
00:06:21.000 We raised a couple million dollars, praise God, to be able to hire more ballot chasers that will give us, you know, a couple hundred extra people to be able to go chase ballots.
00:06:30.000 We're up against 2 million ballot chasers in the federal government.
00:06:35.000 Entities such as the Amtrak Reform Council, the Appalachian Regional Commission will now be turned into get out the vote efforts for Joe Biden, the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence and Education Foundation, the Commission on Fine Arts, the Commission on Immigration Reform.
00:07:02.000 Did you know we even had a commission on immigration reform?
00:07:04.000 The Consumer Protected Product Safety Commission, instead of doing their job to actually run the federal government, which is way too big, they're going to now chase ballots for an unpopular president.
00:07:17.000 It makes you wonder: was this always the plan?
00:07:21.000 Was this always the plan to expand the federal government to such major scale that it could then be deployed for political purposes?
00:07:31.000 In the executive order is equity.
00:07:34.000 Let me be very clear: equity is code for Democrat voters.
00:07:38.000 It says here, provide recommendations to be published with the final SCC, SCN, and SCM under subparagraph A, if feasible and in any event by no later than June 1st, 2022.
00:07:50.000 Now, this was used in the 2022 midterms to revise methodologies that do not adequately take account of climate risk, environmental justice, and intergenerational equity.
00:08:02.000 This is in Joe Biden's executive order.
00:08:06.000 And we just let this stand for the last three years.
00:08:11.000 Agencies such as the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council, the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board.
00:08:29.000 By the way, if you want to get motivated about why we need to shrink government, just look at the Federal Register.
00:08:36.000 The Intergovernmental Relations Advisory Commission.
00:08:40.000 The Indian Arts and Crafts Board.
00:08:42.000 That's a real thing.
00:08:43.000 Let me say that again.
00:08:44.000 The Indian Arts and Crafts Board is now going to become a ballot harvesting, ballot chasing operation.
00:08:49.000 This is blatantly illegal.
00:08:52.000 And let me be as clear as possible.
00:08:56.000 We cannot compete against a $6 trillion federal budget that is deployed for Joe Biden's reelection.
00:09:06.000 Imagine getting a letter from the Indian Arts and Crafts Board saying, hey, have you registered to vote yet?
00:09:12.000 And not only is it voter registration and voter mobilization, no, no, no, this is targeted just towards underprivileged communities, aka Democrat-based voters.
00:09:26.000 The James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation.
00:09:32.000 The Marine Mammal Commission.
00:09:36.000 Did you guys even know that existed?
00:09:39.000 Hello, I'm from the Marine Mammal Commission.
00:09:41.000 Have you turned in your ballot yet?
00:09:44.000 Hi, I'm from the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, and we're here to do voter registration.
00:09:49.000 You laugh, but imagine if you're from the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission, you could probably get access to nursing homes.
00:09:54.000 I'm not kidding.
00:09:57.000 You could probably go collect and ballot chase in nursing homes and do what is called granny farming.
00:10:02.000 The New York Times called it that.
00:10:04.000 Or the Military Compensation and Retirement Modernization Commission.
00:10:09.000 Go to Air Force bases.
00:10:11.000 Go to Luke's Air Force Base here in Arizona and ballot chase there.
00:10:14.000 Or how about the National Council on Disability?
00:10:16.000 You can go to homes where people are recovering from disabilities.
00:10:20.000 It's easy to make fun of some of these agencies, but they can gain access to underprivileged communities and ballot chase and ballot harvest for the president of the United States.
00:10:31.000 This is flipping illegal, what Joe Biden is doing.
00:10:35.000 Now, thankfully, there is a looming lawsuit in Pennsylvania that needs to get escalated and expedited to the Supreme Court immediately.
00:10:46.000 We are winning with the American people.
00:10:48.000 We are winning with the opinions of the country.
00:10:53.000 But are we winning with the mechanics?
00:10:56.000 There is a pending lawsuit to end this thing, and it's just kind of been lurking below the radar.
00:11:02.000 The National Credit Union Association, the National Women's Business Council, the Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation Office, the Nuclear Waste Technical Review Board.
00:11:15.000 Boy, I encourage every American to just spend five minutes and read the National Register, the Federal Register.
00:11:21.000 Our government is so bloated.
00:11:23.000 It is so unnecessarily massive.
00:11:27.000 Here's a big one.
00:11:28.000 Here's a big one.
00:11:29.000 You might say, oh, some of those are silly.
00:11:31.000 The Postal Service.
00:11:33.000 Imagine the Postal Service becoming a get-out-the-vote operation.
00:11:36.000 They have a ton of workers.
00:11:38.000 We're talking about mail-in ballots.
00:11:41.000 They control the mail.
00:11:43.000 Imagine the Postal Service doing ballot chasing.
00:11:48.000 The Postal Regulatory Commission, the Oklahoma City National Memorial Trust, the Tennessee Valley Authority, which is actually bigger than people realize, the Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission, all of these different agencies that are getting put together to help Joe Biden.
00:12:12.000 The Federalist reports saying, quote, the guidance is a departure from previous Office of Personnel Management policy, which granted leave to federal workers on election day only and permitted them to access paid time off in limited circumstances based on their work schedule and for polling hours in their community.
00:12:32.000 When announcing the changes in policy, OPM said that, quote, it recognizes that voting has evolved beyond a single election day and claimed the new guidance would limit supposed barriers to voting.
00:12:43.000 During the 2020 election cycle, the vast majority of political donations from federal employees went to Democrat candidates, according to data published by Open Secrets.
00:12:51.000 For example, of the $2.36 million in political contributions from the Department of Justice in the 2020 election, only 2,087% went to Democrats and 286,000 went to Republicans.
00:13:06.000 The Department of Education, the Education Department role in carrying out Biden's executive order, is unsurprising, giving Democrats increased focus on courting younger voters.
00:13:17.000 So that's a big one.
00:13:18.000 The Department of Education now is going to be used as a ballot chasing, ballot harvesting machine for Joe Biden.
00:13:28.000 During the 2022 midterms, for example, the 18 to 29 age demographic broke heavily for Democrat candidates over Republicans by nearly two to one margin, but we are changing that, thankfully, thanks to the work Turning Point Action is doing and we're doing on the ground.
00:13:42.000 But this is the most important point: we are winning on public opinion.
00:13:48.000 We are winning on the shared and lived experience.
00:13:52.000 We are winning on poll after poll after poll.
00:13:55.000 Play cut 17, please.
00:13:57.000 Our new poll, which was conducted by SSRS, finds Trump is leading Biden, who has ample work to do with his base and with independent voters who are breaking to his GOP rival.
00:14:07.000 In a head-to-head race, 49% of voters say they've picked Trump for president compared to 43% for Biden.
00:14:14.000 That's a nine-point Trump advantage with independent voters.
00:14:17.000 And add-in third-party candidates, and Trump's lead jumps even more.
00:14:21.000 He has 42% to Biden's 33%, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gets 16% of the vote.
00:14:28.000 Our poll also underscores the challenges of incumbency and that voters four years later have a better view of Trump's presidency compared to Biden's.
00:14:37.000 55% say Trump's time in office was a success, with only 39% saying the same about Biden's presidency.
00:14:44.000 Here's the good news: the country is becoming more conservative.
00:14:48.000 The good news is that the country is becoming more right-wing.
00:14:52.000 The good news is that polling shows that people in all sorts of different polling, from CNN to Fox News to Rasmussen to Quinnipiak, across the board, that they are rejecting what they are being forced to fed.
00:15:03.000 The bad news is: I do not know if we have the infrastructure, if we have the troops, the plumbing to translate the public sentiment into election success.
00:15:19.000 I'm not sure of that yet.
00:15:21.000 Public sentiment can only get you so far.
00:15:24.000 What did that get us in 22 midterms?
00:15:27.000 Not the Senate.
00:15:29.000 And we lost a lot more House races than we should have with a very slim House majority.
00:15:37.000 Polls said red wave.
00:15:38.000 Polls said red wave.
00:15:39.000 Looming and looming and looming and looming, red wave incoming.
00:15:44.000 And what did we get?
00:15:45.000 Anything but that.
00:15:47.000 It's because public sentiment and election results are no longer the same thing.
00:15:52.000 It's who can do the boring stuff better.
00:15:55.000 And when you have the entire federal government doing the boring stuff for you, yes, it's cheating, but you have the Susquehanna River Basin Commission harvesting ballots or the Ocean Policy Commission registering voters.
00:16:17.000 It's hard for groups like Turning Point Action and for Donald Trump's campaign to even compete.
00:16:24.000 Do you know if you're getting enough magnesium?
00:16:26.000 Because four out of five of Americans are not, and that's a big problem because magnesium is involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions in your body.
00:16:32.000 Today, I want to tell you and talk to you about one of the most common signs to look for that can indicate you're magnesium deficient.
00:16:38.000 Listen carefully to the end for this special offer happening, and this could be exactly what you need.
00:16:43.000 Are you irritable or anxious?
00:16:45.000 Do you struggle with insomnium?
00:16:46.000 Do you experience muscle cramps or twitches?
00:16:48.000 Do you have high blood pressure?
00:16:49.000 Are you sometimes constipated?
00:16:51.000 There are dozens of symptoms that magnesium deficiency.
00:16:54.000 So these are just a few common ones.
00:16:56.000 Now, here's what most people don't know: taking just any magnesium supplement won't solve your problem because most supplements use the cheapest kind that your body can't use or absorb.
00:17:05.000 I am a believer in magnesium.
00:17:06.000 It's helped me with my health and wellness.
00:17:08.000 All bioptimizer supplements are best in class.
00:17:10.000 If for some reason you feel differently, you can get a full refund.
00:17:13.000 No questions asked.
00:17:14.000 They're so confident that they offer a 365-day money-back guarantee.

00:17:24.000 You can get gifts with purchase and up to 20 travel-sized bottles of magnesium breakthrough.
00:17:28.000 Act Fast.
00:17:29.000 This is a limit time offer.
00:17:30.000 Go to buyoptimizers.com slash Kirk, promo code Kirk10.
00:17:35.000 So let me tell you the good news about this executive order.
00:17:38.000 The good news is that it involves government agencies and they're very lazy.
00:17:43.000 That's number one.
00:17:44.000 Number two is that it's currently being challenged in a lawsuit in Pennsylvania.
00:17:49.000 Now, this basically only affects blue states or states with blue Secretary of State.
00:17:56.000 So for example, we contacted Texas, said, hey, do you guys know about this?
00:18:00.000 They said, they haven't done anything in Texas.
00:18:02.000 They're afraid to because they know that Ken Paxton would sue immediately.
00:18:05.000 So in states that are red, like Florida and Texas, the federal government is not even bothering.
00:18:10.000 But it does impact Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, where George Soros and Lorene Powell Jobs and the Emerson Collective and Arabelle Advisors, they've spent hundreds of millions of dollars in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Pennsylvania, to win the Secretaries of State's offices, to win the chambers of power.
00:18:34.000 And so then they're working in harmony now with the federal government.
00:18:39.000 What I'm trying to present to you is the Zuckerbucks of the 2024 election.
00:18:45.000 Remember how upset people got about Zuckerboxes, Zuckerbucks?
00:18:48.000 Why didn't anyone do anything about this?
00:18:50.000 Why was this allowed?
00:18:51.000 This is worse.
00:18:53.000 This is worse.
00:18:56.000 So there is a pending legal challenge in Pennsylvania that will hopefully make its way up to the U.S. Supreme Court to strike this down, to strike this down and say that the federal government cannot be used via executive order by the president who is running for a second term.
00:19:17.000 It's not allowed.
00:19:18.000 And you can see why they're doing this.
00:19:20.000 But there is something suspicious.
00:19:23.000 Despite the approval, disapproval ratings, despite how the American people are waking up and they are waking up, young people are waking up.
00:19:31.000 Black voters are waking up.
00:19:32.000 Latino voters are waking up.
00:19:35.000 There is something suspicious happening here.
00:19:38.000 The confidence, the cockiness, the hubris, the pride that Democrats still have about their chances to win reelection.
00:19:47.000 I was watching MSNBC this morning, as I commonly do.
00:19:50.000 You say, oh, Charlie, why do you watch MSNBC?
00:19:53.000 Information warfare.
00:19:54.000 Same reason why Steve Bannon does.
00:19:57.000 And Joe Scarborough this morning, they had a whole segment on Joe Biden's superior ground game.
00:20:04.000 And they're right.
00:20:05.000 They're right.
00:20:06.000 Joe Biden has over 600 full-time staff on the ground within the main states.
00:20:12.000 He has 44 offices in Wisconsin alone, 44.
00:20:17.000 Now, thankfully, at Turning Point Action, we have Matthew Martinez coming on next hour.
00:20:22.000 We're hiring hundreds and hundreds of people.
00:20:24.000 When it's all said and done in July, we'll have about 400 to 500 full-time ballot chasers between Wisconsin and Arizona.
00:20:30.000 We should have triple that.
00:20:32.000 But, you know, our donors have been super generous, but it's tough.
00:20:36.000 It's tough to raise money on the right.
00:20:38.000 It's very difficult for projects like this.
00:20:41.000 But to our donors' great credit, they're grasping it.
00:20:43.000 They're seeing it.
00:20:44.000 They're investing in it.
00:20:46.000 Because we're going to be able to say, hey, we chased this many ballots.
00:20:49.000 We chased this precinct successfully.
00:20:51.000 These 600 voters, we were able to mobilize.
00:20:53.000 We should be spending about $300 million on ballot chasing this cycle.
00:20:59.000 It'll probably be closer to 30 or 40 million if you include turning point action.
00:21:03.000 But the bad guys, Biden and the Democrats, despite all of the negative polling, they still feel as if they are going to bring this one home.
00:21:15.000 Play cut 19.
00:21:17.000 As you know, Americans don't assess the economy through the economic indicators and data that we all report on constantly.
00:21:25.000 They assess it through how they feel about it.
00:21:26.000 34% currently approve of Biden's handling of the economy.
00:21:32.000 So significantly lower than his overall job approval.
00:21:35.000 66% disapprove.
00:21:37.000 And when you ask, how is the economy going today?
00:21:40.000 What's your rating of it?
00:21:41.000 30%, 30% of Americans say it's good.
00:21:44.000 70% of Americans say it's poor.
00:21:48.000 So on MSNBC this morning, Joe Scarborough was interviewing a man from the Atlantic, or it was the dispatch, dispatch, the interview.
00:21:57.000 And the Biden campaign believes that the most they are going to win by is 0.5%.
00:22:06.000 Let me say that again.
00:22:07.000 They know this is going to be razor thin.
00:22:09.000 They are preparing for a knife fight.
00:22:12.000 They know this thing is going to be a ground game election.
00:22:15.000 And to our credit, even though we were not listened to by the powers to be, we saw this coming back in January of 2023.
00:22:22.000 That's why we were against the primary.
00:22:24.000 That's why we were against all this stuff.
00:22:26.000 We said, if you do not build a standing army of 3,000 or 4,000 people, it's going to be difficult.
00:22:31.000 Economic indicators are in our favor.
00:22:35.000 People are poorer than they were.
00:22:37.000 People are not able to purchase the same amount of goods and services.
00:22:40.000 And Bidenflation is taking its toll, according to NBC News.
00:22:45.000 Play cut 22.
00:22:46.000 Inflation numbers, they are not fine.
00:22:49.000 Inflation, while down from 40-year highs just a couple of years ago, remains stubborn.
00:22:53.000 Those consumer prices we all pay up nearly 3.5%, a bigger jump than just three months ago.
00:23:00.000 And they say, oh, inflation doesn't exist.
00:23:02.000 Inflation is transitory.
00:23:03.000 Inflation is good.
00:23:05.000 You know, they change their messaging at every turn.
00:23:08.000 And this executive order on promoting access to voting, this is all a desperate measure by a regime that cannot win elections when they are freely or fairly conducted.
00:23:23.000 Under the National Voter Registration Act, the head of each agency with overseas employees shall designate an employee to be responsible for coordinating with the federal voting assistance program, including to promote voter registration and voter services to the agency's overseas employees.
00:23:38.000 This is really important.
00:23:39.000 So the State Department has hundreds of thousands, not hundreds, probably tens of thousands of people overseas in embassies, in all sorts of different places.
00:23:48.000 So now they're going to do ballot chasing at the very left-wing Democrat embassy, the American embassy in Paris.
00:23:56.000 That can make a big difference when your attorneys general's race in Arizona comes down to 250 votes.
00:24:03.000 They are willing to use political power not just to put dissidents in prison, but to build a ballot-chasing, ballot-seeking operation, the likes of which we've never seen.
00:24:17.000 But there's good news within this, that if this, if we're able to actually compete on the ground, even fractionally, we win.
00:24:26.000 Even fractually, we'll be able to win.
00:24:30.000 Most swing state voters say their finances have gotten worse under Joe Biden.
00:24:35.000 Play cut 24.
00:24:37.000 We asked them, okay, look back to the economy during the Trump years.
00:24:41.000 How do you remember it?
00:24:43.000 And the majority say they remember it as being good.
00:24:46.000 Because they forget about the pandemic.
00:24:47.000 Well, they seem to be skipping over the pandemic.
00:24:49.000 And that's exactly what that tells you in their memory of this.
00:24:53.000 But it also explains now when you ask them, okay, now let's look forward.
00:24:57.000 They say, Morse, they feel they'd be financially better off under Donald Trump.
00:25:03.000 And that cuts directly to vote.
00:25:06.000 And that is helping the former president.
00:25:09.000 And so what is the way forward?
00:25:10.000 We have to want it more than them.
00:25:11.000 And currently, they want it more than us.
00:25:14.000 Our side hopes that we are going to win.
00:25:18.000 Their side wills themselves to victory.
00:25:21.000 And it just goes to show how traumatic the Donald Trump presidency was to them.
00:25:26.000 It was trauma that they had to live through that Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton.
00:25:31.000 And they promised themselves they will never allow that to happen again.
00:25:36.000 But now they have a very difficult hand.
00:25:38.000 They have an unpopular president who can barely speak in sentences.
00:25:43.000 They have an ascendant political movement that is expanding and expanding and expanding with younger voters, expanding to Hispanic voters, expanding to black voters.
00:25:56.000 Purchasing power has been eliminated under Joe Biden.
00:26:01.000 They're trying to trans and groom your children.
00:26:04.000 The border is completely wide open.
00:26:05.000 We have wars and rumors of war abroad.
00:26:08.000 Israel, Gaza, Israel, Iran, Israel, Hamas, Ukraine, Russia.
00:26:13.000 Donald Trump, zero new wars of his four years as president.
00:26:19.000 We might have a war with China soon or China, Taiwan.
00:26:22.000 We had the Afghan humiliation.
00:26:25.000 And here's what you have to remember.
00:26:28.000 Sentiment and public sentiment does not win you elections exclusively anymore.
00:26:34.000 It should.
00:26:35.000 That's how it used to work.
00:26:37.000 It is now about who can get into the streets with the most amount of paid operatives and play the game.
00:26:44.000 And we are not just outgunned.
00:26:46.000 There's only one side really doing that.
00:26:48.000 Only one organization, ours, that's trying to do it.
00:26:50.000 Now, the RNC is trying to man up and staff up.
00:26:52.000 We are cheering for them to do that.
00:26:54.000 We are trying to help in any way we can.
00:26:57.000 This is a very telling clip on MSNBC.
00:27:00.000 Thank you, Ryan, for getting it.
00:27:01.000 I saw it this morning when I was watching my morning MSNBC kind of catch up.
00:27:07.000 It's information warfare.
00:27:08.000 You have to see where the enemy is going.
00:27:10.000 They are admitting this is going to be a knife fight.
00:27:11.000 It's going to be in the trenches.
00:27:13.000 It's going to come down to a couple votes here and a couple votes here.
00:27:16.000 They don't think it's going to be a landslide.
00:27:18.000 They are planning for Bush v. Gore 2.0, play cut 30.
00:27:25.000 And I think we have to look at this, Joe, in the context of how close the past two presidential elections have been decided by just tens of thousands of votes, less than 100,000 votes across a few states.
00:27:38.000 And when elections are decided by a point or less, a percentage point or less, a ground game and money can make the difference, whether you're reaching your voters, turning them out to vote, especially with early voting and mail-in voting.
00:27:54.000 But when you're looking at how closely decided Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia were four years ago, if President Biden is in a dogfight the same as he was with Donald Trump four years ago, this kind of infrastructure advantage can make a huge difference and be a huge advantage.
00:28:15.000 Well, there is no infrastructure on the right except Turning Point Action and what the RNC is trying to do.
00:28:19.000 And that's why this executive order can make a massive impact.
00:28:22.000 It could end up delivering the White House to Joe Biden.
00:28:28.000 The world is in flames and bidenomics is a complete and total disaster, but it can't and won't ruin my day.
00:28:34.000 Why?
00:28:34.000 Because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.
00:28:39.000 It's 100% America and 0% Grift.
00:28:42.000 Blackout Coffee is 100% committed to conservative values, from sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support, and shipping.
00:28:49.000 They embody true American values and accept no compromise on taste or quality.
00:28:53.000 Look, you got to check out right now blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie or use coupon code Charlie for 20% off your first order.
00:28:59.000 That is blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.
00:29:01.000 Be awake, not woke.
00:29:02.000 That's blackoutcoffee.com slash Charlie.
00:29:05.000 Check it out, promo code Charlie.
00:29:09.000 Joining us now is Matthew Martinez, the data wizard of Turning Point Action.
00:29:12.000 Well, thank you, Charlie.
00:29:13.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:29:14.000 So, Matthew, you know the data super well.
00:29:16.000 I want to dive deep into it state by state, precinct by precinct.
00:29:19.000 You were just at our great weekend that we had with incredible weekend.
00:29:22.000 300 donors.
00:29:23.000 We raised a couple million bucks to get some jet fuel going for the Turning Point Action effort, hiring more ballot chasers, expanding in Michigan.
00:29:30.000 But let's now emphasize and focus how every single person in this audience can now have a mobile application to turn them into a super volunteer.
00:29:40.000 Yeah, this is revolutionary for our movement, frankly.
00:29:44.000 I, you know, Charlie, I just used our app not too long ago, and I was in my neighborhood.
00:29:50.000 I downloaded our Turning Point option app, and I was able to see all the Republican neighbors in my neighborhood.
00:29:57.000 I went to go knock on their doors, and I had a lot of people tell me, Matthew, this is the first time I've ever seen a Republican at my door.
00:30:04.000 Thank you very much for being here.
00:30:05.000 Can you actually come back for dinner next week?
00:30:08.000 I have my grandkids who are coming in town.
00:30:10.000 They need to register to vote.
00:30:11.000 And the answer is yes.
00:30:12.000 We'll be there.
00:30:12.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:30:13.000 But this is what we're seeing across the state now.
00:30:16.000 Every time we hire a new staffer, new ballot chaser, they're doing this every day, hour by hour, building relationships with the neighbors in their own neighborhood.
00:30:26.000 The way that we win, Charlie, is not by having people from Mesa go to Tempe or go to Buckeye.
00:30:33.000 We're having people from Mesa talk to people within their own communities.
00:30:36.000 We're having Arizona talk to Arizonans.
00:30:40.000 But the easiest way for anybody to get involved and to start building relationships is by downloading our app.
00:30:46.000 No longer you have to wait for a campaign to build out a walkbook for you.
00:30:50.000 The walkbook is immediately programmed and put into your phone where you're able to talk to all your Republican neighbors.
00:30:57.000 And it's even better.
00:30:57.000 So the app, how do they get, we're going to plug this multiple times in the app store.
00:31:01.000 It is TP Action.
00:31:02.000 Yes, sir.
00:31:03.000 So I have it right here.
00:31:04.000 It's excellent.
00:31:04.000 And I want to walk through part of it.
00:31:06.000 One of the things here is how to send texts.
00:31:08.000 Yes.
00:31:08.000 So if you press send texts, you can go to, let's just take Nebraska, because Nebraska winner take all.
00:31:16.000 It will then direct you to be able to contact individuals in Nebraska to support winner-take-all.
00:31:24.000 Or we can do Pennsylvania, right?
00:31:27.000 Or voters near me.
00:31:29.000 So it literally allows you in the turning point action application to say, oh, wow, this voter is right near me in Arizona.
00:31:36.000 His name is Christopher.
00:31:37.000 He's 33 and he's Republican.
00:31:40.000 And I could text him.
00:31:41.000 Yes, sir.
00:31:42.000 And it does a text.
00:31:43.000 Hi, I'm an activist in your neighborhood.
00:31:44.000 As we approach 2024, you know, if you have questions about voter registration, what about?
00:31:48.000 And so walk us through this, Matthew.
00:31:50.000 Oh, that motion right there is so important.
00:31:53.000 It will put the text for you, right?
00:31:57.000 If you're going to send out a text to a voter, say it's 120 degrees here in Arizona and knocking on doors is kind of hard, right?
00:32:05.000 You could do this in the comfort of your home and by connecting to your voters within around your neighborhood.
00:32:11.000 And if you were to click on the texting app, it'll populate a message for you onto the app.
00:32:18.000 And you could put in their name if you want.
00:32:20.000 You could customize it if you wanted to as well.
00:32:23.000 But this also uses your own phone number too, so they could text you back.
00:32:27.000 Charlie, this is the thing that a lot of campaigns screwed up on last cycle.
00:32:31.000 They had a campaign headquarters and phone number.
00:32:35.000 They didn't have it personable.
00:32:37.000 Yes.
00:32:37.000 So whenever the voter wanted to text back and say, thank you very much for reaching out to me or a voicemail, it went straight to the campaign headquarter rather than the canvasser.
00:32:45.000 We're removing that this cycle.
00:32:47.000 We're building relationships.
00:32:48.000 And the way that we build relationships is by getting to know our neighbors.
00:32:52.000 And so if I, so I could take out my Turning Point Action app.
00:32:55.000 All of you should download the Turning Point Action app right now.
00:32:57.000 How do I help?
00:32:58.000 How do I help?
00:32:59.000 Oh, voters near me.
00:33:00.000 Okay.
00:33:00.000 0.1 mile away is a low propensity voter.
00:33:04.000 Yes.
00:33:04.000 His name is Tyler, not our Tyler.
00:33:06.000 And I can open the map and I can actually see where they are.
00:33:08.000 Yes.
00:33:09.000 And I could go knock on their door and introduce myself.
00:33:11.000 That's right.
00:33:12.000 Our app will populate who's a new voter in your neighborhood, who's low propensity.
00:33:17.000 And what we see, what we mean by low propensity is someone who hasn't voted in 2016 or in 2020.
00:33:23.000 Guys, these are registered Republicans who are simply disengaged.
00:33:27.000 All they need is to hear a Republican like you to build relationships, to bring cookies, to invite them to cookouts in your park.
00:33:36.000 This is how we build relationships.
00:33:38.000 And frankly, what we say at Turning Point Action is just be neighborly.
00:33:41.000 Just be a neighbor.
00:33:43.000 Invite them out.
00:33:44.000 Get to know your neighbor.
00:33:45.000 Build a trusting relationship with them.
00:33:47.000 And that's all produced and given by our app.
00:33:51.000 You can see who's around you.
00:33:53.000 So yeah, you could find out people like Tyler who's low propensity, who just needs you to talk to him.
00:33:59.000 Yes.
00:33:59.000 And so let's go into the data now.
00:34:02.000 What is the data showing in Arizona?
00:34:04.000 We got some great news.
00:34:06.000 We've been registering voters that we are now pacing, outpacing the Democrats and even Independents.
00:34:12.000 So now we have an advantage of more registered R's versus D's of 236,000.
00:34:18.000 Well, we're not releasing from that pedal there.
00:34:20.000 But the biggest thing about this data is that, yes, we have more Republicans in Arizona, but the biggest thing is about turnout.
00:34:27.000 That's all.
00:34:28.000 We're so focused on turnout in the state, not only for Arizona, but for Michigan, for Wisconsin and Georgia.
00:34:35.000 We care about Republican turnout.
00:34:37.000 Guys, we could register all the Republicans in the world, but if they don't turn out, we're not winning.
00:34:43.000 So that is why it's so pivotal, so paramount for us to, one, register these people to vote, these Republicans who vote, but also to knock on their door and ensure that they drop off their ballots.
00:34:54.000 So, but where are they actually in Phoenix or Arizona?
00:34:58.000 We're told that they're all in Scottsdale or Paradise Valley.
00:35:02.000 Your data, the data of turning point action shows us something different.
00:35:05.000 This is the lie that we hear from DC consultants, Charlie, is that they'll say to us, no, we need to flip Democrats to vote Republican.
00:35:13.000 We need independents to vote Republican.
00:35:16.000 What I promise you, and the data shows this, is that we can win elections by ensuring that our base turns out to vote.
00:35:23.000 And where you see a lot of this Republican disengagers is actually areas where you don't think Republicans are disengaged.
00:35:30.000 These are in the most red districts in Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
00:35:36.000 So, Congressional District 5 is a great example.
00:35:38.000 That's Andy Biggs' district.
00:35:40.000 He's a Freedom Caucus member.
00:35:42.000 His district has about 64,000 registered Republicans who are likely not to vote in 2024 just because they're simply disengaged.
00:35:51.000 No one has ever invested much money to his district at all.
00:35:55.000 And another district is Paul Gosar's district out in the West Valley in Mojave County.
00:36:01.000 Debbie Lesco is another district out there too.
00:36:03.000 But where you're going to hear a lot of DC consultants tell us is that we need to focus in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale because that's where they can make a lot of money convincing you that these are the most competitive districts.
00:36:14.000 So our methodology looks at where Republicans have been sincerely disengaged.
00:36:19.000 Makes perfect sense.
00:36:20.000 When you don't spend a dime out in the West Valley or East Valley in Arizona, Republicans are neglected.
00:36:25.000 And when you neglect these Republicans, they're not turning out to vote.
00:36:28.000 So we're going to change that this next cycle.
00:36:30.000 We're going to ensure that every one of these Republicans who received their ballot delivers their ballot.
00:36:36.000 And it is a matter.
00:36:37.000 It is turnout, turnout, turnout.
00:36:38.000 ABC News, this is your key here.
00:36:41.000 The less you vote, the more you back Trump.
00:36:46.000 ABCNews.com.
00:36:47.000 So the lower propensity voter actually supports Donald Trump more.
00:36:51.000 Yes.
00:36:51.000 Oh, yeah, that's true.
00:36:52.000 Yeah, I did agree that.
00:36:53.000 No, so talk.
00:36:54.000 So it's actually a turnout game.
00:36:56.000 So if we have low turnout, we will lose.
00:36:59.000 Yes, if we have very low turnout, a great example of this of low turnout was the spring election in Wisconsin.
00:37:06.000 Justice Kelly had a very low turnout.
00:37:09.000 Republicans had a deviation about 12% turnout compared to the 2022 election.
00:37:16.000 Because Republicans didn't turn out, he lost his election.
00:37:21.000 And it was proven if you just looked at the WoW counties.
00:37:25.000 Typically in Wisconsin, a Republican candidate who's running for a statewide election will win the WoW counties.
00:37:31.000 That's Washington, Ozaki, and Waukesha County by 60%.
00:37:36.000 Justice Kelly was short by that by about 5% in all of those counties.
00:37:41.000 It made perfect sense.
00:37:42.000 So why he didn't win?
00:37:44.000 It's because Republicans didn't turn out.
00:37:46.000 If we had just an ounce of ballot chasing with these low-propensity Republican voters who lean Republican, who lean more towards Trump, that's going to be Republican victories across the board.
00:37:58.000 These people are gung-ho for President Trump.
00:38:00.000 They're gun-ho for the conservative movement.
00:38:02.000 All they need is someone like you at home to just build a relationship with.
00:38:08.000 The Laird just emailed us, Charlie.
00:38:10.000 I'm so glad you're discussing the app.
00:38:12.000 I downloaded it two weeks ago, but now I see what I can do.
00:38:15.000 I'll be reaching out to a couple I didn't know here.
00:38:17.000 I know most of my neighbors.
00:38:18.000 I would like a bigger map.
00:38:19.000 And so they can get a bigger map.
00:38:20.000 They say, right?
00:38:21.000 So how do they get a bigger map outside?
00:38:23.000 Yeah.
00:38:23.000 So all you have to do is just drive up your street a little bit more and then exit out of the app and go back because it's so location-based.
00:38:29.000 Yes.
00:38:30.000 That's the way we wanted to design our app is so you're not seeing voters across the town.
00:38:36.000 It's overwhelming that way, right?
00:38:37.000 It is overwhelming.
00:38:38.000 And also, like, if you have a limited time and limited resources at home, we don't want you to drive 20 miles up north, right, or south.
00:38:45.000 No, So just everyone's clear.
00:38:47.000 I started contacting my neighbors and I got 14 out of 15.
00:38:51.000 We're ballot chasing.
00:38:52.000 Yes.
00:38:52.000 Like, I know these people.
00:38:53.000 I know you.
00:38:54.000 I know you.
00:38:54.000 Yeah.
00:38:55.000 And they also know me to always like say hi and they're somewhat like conservative.
00:38:58.000 I'm like, you don't even vote.
00:38:59.000 And they're like, yeah.
00:39:01.000 I'm like, I know you don't vote.
00:39:02.000 I see the data.
00:39:03.000 Right.
00:39:04.000 So I'm chasing ballots.
00:39:05.000 So if you, if you talk to them and call them out, they'll more likely to vote next time.
00:39:09.000 I'm going to make them vote.
00:39:10.000 That's right.
00:39:10.000 We're going to walk them to the Milville.
00:39:12.000 100%.
00:39:13.000 And so this is the missing piece here.
00:39:15.000 Here.
00:39:15.000 So, everyone, download the Turning Point Action app.
00:39:17.000 People say, What can I do?
00:39:19.000 Download the app, and then you can call your elected officials.
00:39:21.000 You can also call elected officials.
00:39:23.000 You can call voters.
00:39:24.000 If you are right now and you're like, I live in the communist state of New York, well, you can phone bank from New York, correct?
00:39:30.000 With the Turning Point Action app, yes, sir.
00:39:33.000 And you could call people in Arizona and in Michigan and in Wisconsin, so on and so forth.
00:39:38.000 This is how we win elections: building relationships, getting to know these low-propensity voters, and ensuring that they make a plan to vote.

00:40:50.000 So, Matthew, we're hiring up ballot chasers very quickly here.
00:40:54.000 Yes, sir.
00:40:54.000 Talk about how rare that is.
00:40:56.000 Do you know of any other organizations that are hiring as many ballot chasers as we are?
00:41:00.000 Jeez, you know, I asked a few other people out there in the field, how many Trump offices are there in Arizona?
00:41:06.000 You know what I got, Charlie?
00:41:08.000 There's zero right now.
00:41:09.000 And that's not bashing any other people out there, but the lag is true in these states.
00:41:15.000 That is why it's so pivotal and so important that we keep on pushing and we work with all these other organizations.
00:41:22.000 Just last week, we released another hiring class of 15 new ballot chasers in Arizona.
00:41:28.000 I think we're up to about 42 ballot chasers in total in this state.
00:41:32.000 And now we're going to be hiring our first round of managers for Wisconsin.
00:41:36.000 And that begins on Wednesday.
00:41:39.000 So we're bullish.
00:41:40.000 We're really pushing for all these managers to be on ground and also ballot chasers so we can continue and build relationships early, right?
00:41:48.000 So other organizations out there, no, they're not doing it the way that we are, right?
00:41:53.000 And the way the reason I know this, and it's so geeky and nerdy, is that I had to find and create my own shape files for precincts for two of these states.
00:42:02.000 So all the precinct maps, all the territory maps are handmade, hand-drawn here at Turning Point Action because no one in the movement has ever created this for us.
00:42:12.000 You're saying no one in the entire Republican apparatus has ever done this?
00:42:15.000 No, no, sir.
00:42:16.000 Not at this level.
00:42:17.000 Absolutely not.
00:42:18.000 Why do you think that is?
00:42:20.000 Because they've been sold a lie of just go shoot a shotgun out there and see who hears the message.
00:42:28.000 Oh, if you want to have an event, just post a picture regardless of who's there, as long as optics, right?
00:42:34.000 That is the way to lose in a lot of these elections.
00:42:38.000 And we want to avoid that.
00:42:39.000 And I've seen that happen in a lot of campaigns and a lot of different industries out in the movement.
00:42:46.000 And it's not good at all.
00:42:49.000 So here at Turning Point Action, we want to make sure that our movement is trustworthy and has integrity.
00:42:56.000 And having ballot chasers on ground is a representation of that integrity that we do care about the people on ground.
00:43:03.000 We're going to build relationships with these voters.
00:43:05.000 And we're not just going to go knock on their door and conduct a survey.
00:43:08.000 We're out there every day rekindling and cultivating relationships with these low propensity voters.
00:43:15.000 And yes, no one's ever done that in this movement because they'll go knock on a door and they'll test out their faulty data.
00:43:21.000 And that's it.
00:43:23.000 They'll leave after that.
00:43:24.000 They won't follow up with that voter.
00:43:26.000 And so the ballot chasers we have on the ground that are getting configured and put together, let's talk about the volunteers.
00:43:35.000 We also need a volunteer army.
00:43:36.000 Yes.
00:43:37.000 Where does that come in?
00:43:38.000 So we have in Arizona all these territories marked up where we're going to have full-time ballot chasers chasing ballots in those territories.
00:43:47.000 Everything that isn't in those territories, that's where we need you, the volunteer.
00:43:52.000 Because there's a lot of areas and pockets in Mesa, in Gilbert, in Scottsdale, where we need people to help chase ballots.
00:44:00.000 Now, where you can get plugged in as a volunteer is simply send out a message, a text message, or if you want to make phone calls to the neighbors in your community, the app is able, you're able to do that in our app, right?
00:44:13.000 And we're going to do super chase events.
00:44:15.000 Yes.
00:44:15.000 Yeah.
00:44:16.000 So we're going to be doing super chase events every day the month coming up to the election.
00:44:22.000 You've probably heard of super Saturdays.
00:44:24.000 This is something that campaigns do only once a week.
00:44:27.000 Charlie, we can't win elections by just having one volunteer event once a week.
00:44:32.000 That's why we're having volunteer events every day up to the election because that's the way we need to win.
00:44:38.000 We can't just do one event and then sit at home on our hands and do nothing after that.
00:44:44.000 It is so important for us to be active consistently every day to ensure that we make sure that every Republican casts their ballot in Arizona.
00:44:54.000 I mean, I obviously am a firm believer in what Turning Point Action is doing, but this team, I'm telling you, they're on fire.
00:44:59.000 They're focused.
00:44:59.000 They're determined.
00:45:00.000 It's the best in the entire country, in the entire conservative movement.
00:45:04.000 I know this will make a difference.
00:45:05.000 I know it will.
00:45:06.000 Will it make the difference?
00:45:07.000 I don't know.
00:45:08.000 But we are going to act obediently and courageously.
00:45:11.000 And Matthew is doing a great job.
00:45:13.000 Thanks, Matthew.
00:45:13.000 Thank you.
