00:01:24.000 There's a new bulletin out from the Department of Homeland Security, and it is a National Terrorism Advisory System bulletin.

00:01:31.000 Now, we first must remember that the Department of Homeland Security is a recent creation of the regime.

00:01:37.000 DHS did not exist prior to 9-11.

00:01:40.000 It is a new department, a new agency.

00:01:43.000 They sent out this bulletin.

00:01:44.000 They do this every couple months to try to tell you what the big threats are for terrorism.

00:01:48.000 As we head into the Super Bowl and we head into the reopening of the country, what threats are there?

00:01:55.000 Well, the National Terrorism Advisory System bulletin, February 7th, 2022.

00:02:00.000 And it goes through what they believe are the greatest threats to America.

00:02:06.000 The key factors contributing to the current heightened threat environment include, quote, widespread online proliferation of false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud and COVID-19.

00:02:22.000 Grievances associated with these themes inspired violent extremist attacks during 2021.

00:02:29.000 What violent extremist attacks thought off the top of your head, without Googling, can you think of that was inspired by somebody talking about Ivermectin?

00:02:38.000 Like anyone?

00:02:40.000 Was there the great hydroxychloroquine revolt in Brooklyn?

00:02:44.000 I mean, I do remember, well, if the National Terrorism Advisory Board wants to care about public safety, how about the most murderous years on display in the urban cities of our country?

00:02:57.000 Albuquerque, New York, Chicago, Milwaukee.

00:03:02.000 DHS says that if you talk about voter fraud, you're a threat to the Republic.

00:03:08.000 So Dinesh D'Souza, with his new movie coming out 2,000 Mules, you're a threat.

00:03:16.000 Now, we predicted this when it came to the Canadian truckers that they were soon going to call them domestic terrorists.

00:03:21.000 There's a convoy now being led across the country to go from the West Coast to Washington, D.C.

00:03:28.000 The National Terrorism Board goes on to say, quote, or advisory bulletin, as COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease nationwide, increased access to commercial and government facilities and the rising number of mass gatherings could provide increased opportunities for individuals looking to commit acts of violence to do so often without little or any warning.

00:03:47.000 You hear that?

00:03:48.000 Reopening the country means there will be more terrorists. 0.85

00:03:52.000 Some violent domestic extremists have continued to advocate for violence in response to false or misleading narratives about unsubstantiated election fraud, really unsubstantiated election fraud.

00:04:03.000 Maybe if the Department of Homeland Security was doing their job, they could explain why there were 2,000 ballot mules that we know of, there was probably even more, that went to 25-plus ballot drop boxes in Atlanta, in Phoenix, in Philadelphia, and Milwaukee against ballot harvesting laws.

00:04:23.000 Would that not be widespread criminal network, a coordinated campaign?

00:04:30.000 No, no, no, according to the government, I am a terrorist for even talking about this.

00:04:35.000 The months preceding the upcoming 2022 midterms could provide additional opportunities for these extremists and other individuals to call for violence directed at Democratic institutions, political candidates, party offices, election events, and election workers.

00:04:52.000 You understand this is not the Huffington Post.

00:04:55.000 This is your government.

00:04:57.000 Your government that we give power to has issued a system bulletin saying be on the lookout for those people that want to get the vitamin D levels up.

00:05:09.000 Those people that talk about early treatments, they might be a domestic terrorist.

00:05:14.000 But if we leave the southern border wide open, no big deal.

00:05:17.000 And guess what?

00:05:18.000 Department of Homeland Security is technically responsible for the 2 million-person invasion that has happened in our country.

00:05:28.000 Now, I have read this, not at length.

00:05:31.000 I just got this printed in time for us to do this.

00:05:34.000 And I'm looking through this, and I don't want it to speak out of turn, but I don't believe there is any mention of our wide open southern border in this domestic Department of Homeland Security bulletin.

00:05:49.000 So you have DHS, which technically DHS oversees border patrol.

00:05:53.000 They oversee all the facilities on the southern border.

00:05:56.000 And what do they say is the biggest threat to your safety?

00:06:00.000 Not the 2 million people streaming across the southern border, 2 million people, which is an invasion. 0.99

00:06:08.000 We're going to get to Attorney General Mark Bernovich's comments on that, which I thought were phenomenal and actually set a really good precedent.

00:06:17.000 The threat they say is this: quote, online proliferation for false or misleading narratives regarding unsubstantiated widespread election fraud in COVID-19.

00:06:17.000 No, no, no.

00:06:27.000 So basically, the Charlie Kirk show, according to the Department of Homeland Security, you can get rid of the widespread, the unsubstantiated part of it, were a bigger threat to the American people than someone that might traffic a dirty bomb across the southern border.

00:06:47.000 Continues by going through in great, honestly, in just generalities.

00:06:55.000 How about this one?

00:06:56.000 A small number of threat actors are attempting to use the evacuation and resettlement of Afghan nationals following the U.S. military withdrawal from Afghanistan last year as a means to exacerbate long-standing grievances and justify attacks against immigrants.

00:07:15.000 I don't know of one instance of that, but I do know an instance of something that the Department of Homeland Security doesn't mention.

00:07:22.000 Breaking.

00:07:23.000 Afghan refugee brought to the United States by Biden, charged with sexual assault.

00:07:28.000 These are starting to pile up, by the way. 0.97

00:07:29.000 This is like the fourth story I've seen like this of the people we brought to the United States from Afghanistan that are raping our girls. 1.00

00:07:38.000 Afghan refugee who came in recently to Wausau, Wisconsin, was arrested Monday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman. 0.66

00:07:49.000 One media outlet referred to him as a prominent man in his community and a tribal leader in Afghanistan.

00:07:54.000 He now only faces a fine up to $10,000 and a maximum of nine months in prison.

00:07:59.000 So he'll be re-released into the interior of the United States.

00:08:03.000 And weeks ago, an Afghan male was sexually convicted for sexually molesting a three-year-old girl at a U.S. military base.

00:08:11.000 A couple months before that, a 19-year-old Afghan male brought to the United States by Biden was arrested in Montana after he allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman in a Missoula hotel.

00:08:20.000 Those charges come after another two Afghan men in Fort McCoy in Monroe, Wisconsin, after being prosecuted for separate charges of domestic abuse and child sex crimes.

00:08:29.000 And yes, we do say the politically incorrect thing. 0.99

00:08:32.000 Afghan subculture is more likely to rape Western women. 1.00

00:08:36.000 Studies have shown this. 0.99

00:08:38.000 There was a story that we went, remember that story that we covered?

00:08:41.000 It was in great detail.

00:08:42.000 This is not an unsubstantiated thing.

00:08:44.000 This is not a xenophobic thing.

00:08:50.000 I think we actually publicized that article more effectively than anybody else, where we went into great detail this woman who worked as a humanitarian refugee resettlement director.

00:09:00.000 And she said, I wanted to believe it wasn't true, but the rape crisis in Europe from the Afghan community in particular was shocking. 0.99

00:09:09.000 The Department of Homeland Security, though, says that the threat to America, they lead with this, the key factor threat is you.

00:09:18.000 What do we do when your government calls you a terrorist?

00:09:24.000 Explicitly, outrightly, unabashedly, they say you're a terrorist.

00:09:28.000 It would be nice if the Republicans in Congress maybe sent a press release about this.

00:09:36.000 Department of Homeland Security is going to be able to use the FISA process, be able to use the national security apparatus to try and choke your ability to speak out, spy on you, surveil you, curtail your freedoms.

00:09:57.000 Stay informed and stay prepared.

00:12:59.000 It really kind of begs the question: is half the country going to be considered a domestic terrorist?

00:13:10.000 And the temperature in the room keeps on climbing.

00:13:15.000 Now, do you notice that on this show, we're constantly calling for peaceful action?

00:13:19.000 We are calling for persuasive arguments.

00:13:21.000 We're calling for dialogue.

00:13:22.000 We're calling for running for office.

00:13:24.000 Yet the other side is outright violent.

00:13:27.000 You know, they're like, oh, yeah, we were really worried about domestic violent extremists.

00:13:30.000 That's what the Department of Homeland Security says.

00:13:32.000 Well, really, a former strategist for Bill Clinton, who basically ran his political operation, is calling for a law change to be able to punch unvaccinated people in the face.

00:13:44.000 That would be a domestic violent extremist.

00:13:48.000 Cut 52.

00:13:50.000 All we should do is pass a law to make you immune from liability if you punch some unvaccinated person right in the face, which I'd really like to do. 1.00

00:14:01.000 If you ask me when, you know, what's my first reaction to you, if you're not vaccinated and you don't have any medical reason not to be, you're a piece of shit. 1.00

00:14:11.000 Yeah, that's not going to result in any violence. 1.00

00:14:14.000 So that's just not some schlep off the side of the street.

00:14:18.000 This guy was a political strategist.

00:14:21.000 So you say, oh, Charlie, come on, what is he known for? 1.00

00:14:35.000 So if the Department of Homeland Security really wants to pinpoint where the heightened language comes from, do they not talk about Maxine Waters talking about getting in their face? 1.00

00:14:44.000 And while they're at it, why don't they do a diagnostic report about how Steve Scalise got shot and nearly died as a member of Congress when a Bernie Sanders supporter decided to open fire at a congressional baseball practice?

00:14:54.000 Or how about the mass shooter in Ohio that was a big Elizabeth Warren fan that came and just started shooting everybody?

00:15:00.000 Or if they really want to talk about domestic violent extremists, why not the Islamist that was an anti-gay guy that went into the pulse nightclub shooting in Florida and started killing gay people?

00:15:14.000 No, instead, it's the people that talk about vitamin D levels and ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. 0.68

00:15:18.000 These are the true domestic violent extremists.

00:15:21.000 And then you have James Carville going around being like, I want to change a law so I could smack people in the face that are unvaccinated. 0.97

00:15:37.000 This document from the Department of Homeland Security, it's not an idea.

00:16:15.000 In fact, it would be helpful if the Republican Party maybe started to wise up and realize they're going to be targeted too.

00:18:03.000 It's been a little while since we've seen each other.

00:18:04.000 I think it was Steve Hilton's show when we last saw each other, but you're doing terrific work.

00:18:08.000 Introduce yourself to our audience and tell us about your book.

00:18:12.000 Sure.

00:18:13.000 Well, I was a 28-year public school teacher.

00:18:16.000 I would still be in the classroom if it wasn't for the corruption of the so-called teacher unions who have destroyed our educational system. 1.00

00:18:23.000 So a few years ago, I left the classroom after suing the teachers' unions.

00:18:28.000 Our case went up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:18:30.000 Our goal was to stop forced unionism.

00:18:32.000 Eventually, forced unionism was stopped.

00:18:34.000 No one in the country is forced to pay a government union anymore.

00:18:38.000 And I wrote the book Standing Up to Goliath in order to educate teachers and government employees and parents that the unions are bad.

00:18:47.000 We need to stop funding them.

00:18:48.000 The PTA is in the pocket of the unions.

00:18:50.000 We need to stop funding them and many other things.

00:18:54.000 Well, I just want to thank you for your stand.

00:18:56.000 And if my memory serves me correctly, your case, Friedrichs versus the California Education Association, was going to result in a Supreme Court decision, but I believe Scalia passed away.

00:19:07.000 Is that correct?

00:19:08.000 That's exactly right.

00:19:09.000 Our case was heard January 2016.

00:19:12.000 One month later, Scalia died.

00:19:14.000 And what's really interesting, Charlie, is during our case, the number one question people asked me was: Are you afraid for your life suing the unions?

00:19:22.000 And are you afraid for your job?

00:19:24.000 Was question number two.

00:19:25.000 After Scalia's death, the question people ask me to this day is, Do you think the unions killed him?

00:19:32.000 And I won't answer that question.

00:19:34.000 I mean, the man loved life.

00:19:35.000 He liked to eat a lot of food and he liked wine.

00:19:37.000 And, you know, maybe he died of natural causes.

00:19:39.000 But the fact people ask that question is very telling about how brutal the unions are to people who are forced to fund them.

00:19:48.000 Yeah, we're not going to get into that, but we do know that we're dealing with a mob.

00:19:51.000 We're dealing with a cartel.

00:19:52.000 And so people can come to their own conclusions or whatever.

00:19:55.000 So talk about education in general right now.

00:19:58.000 There's a lot of different movements happening in America.

00:20:00.000 There's some movements towards online education.

00:20:03.000 There's movements towards homeschooling.

00:20:06.000 We've been trying to dabble into part of that as that's been well publicized in the last 24 hours.

00:20:10.000 But you come at it from an educational standpoint of trying to crush the teacher unions.

00:20:14.000 Talk a little bit about the trend of the education movement right now.

00:20:18.000 And also just talk about the threat that teacher unions present to the American way of life.

00:20:24.000 Oh, wow.

00:20:26.000 I can't speak strongly enough about the threat of the so-called teacher unions.

00:20:30.000 They are neither representing teachers, nor are they really unions.

00:20:34.000 They're really these just these brutal people who want to undermine our free republic.

00:20:39.000 They are using the communist goals to do that.

00:20:42.000 So they are dangerous.

00:20:43.000 We need to get them out of our schools. 0.74

00:20:45.000 So how did they change our schools?

00:20:46.000 Well, the American founders started the most incredible educational system on the planet, which included a classical liberal arts education.

00:20:55.000 Our kids were learning the Latin and the Greek.

00:20:58.000 They were learning how to deeply think with the Socratic method.

00:21:02.000 They were really educated.

00:21:04.000 Now our students are being indoctrinated.

00:21:07.000 A lot of them can't read or write.

00:21:09.000 They've removed cursive.

00:21:10.000 Why?

00:21:11.000 Well, you can't read the founding documents if you can't read cursive.

00:21:14.000 So there's this literal on-purpose destruction of our educational system.

00:21:22.000 Why would the unions do that?

00:21:24.000 Well, because they don't want us to be a free republic.

00:21:26.000 And our founders told us the only way to keep a free republic is with a well-educated and moral citizenry that can self-govern.

00:21:35.000 So these unions have purposely undermined the education and the morals of our children so that they won't be able to self-govern anymore.

00:21:43.000 And now you see, you know, people rioting in the streets and all this other mess.

00:21:47.000 As far as the new educational movement, thank God, I serve on something called Public School Exit, and our whole job is to help connect teachers and parents with alternatives to the public school system.

00:22:01.000 It's time for people to realize that the government was never supposed to be in our schools.

00:22:07.000 It's the parents and good teachers that are supposed to work together to educate these kids.

00:22:11.000 And the sooner we can learn that and stop relying on government, the sooner our schools are going to improve.

00:22:17.000 I think that's exactly right.

00:22:18.000 But some parents will be agreeing with you, but then they might stop short.

00:22:21.000 They might say, I don't know if I can do it.

00:22:22.000 I don't know if I can homeschool.

00:22:23.000 I don't know if I can take my kid out of public school.

00:22:26.000 Talk about how you make it easy and encourage some parents to take that step.

00:22:32.000 I can relate to those parents.

00:22:33.000 I was a single mom for seven years.

00:22:35.000 I get it.

00:22:36.000 I get the struggle.

00:22:37.000 I get the cost.

00:22:39.000 You can do it.

00:22:40.000 So with our organization I just serve on the board of advisors of public school exit.

00:22:46.000 What we do there is we literally help you to see that there are dozens of options.

00:22:50.000 A lot of them are not expensive.

00:22:52.000 You don't have to homeschool.

00:22:54.000 There's a lot of support for homeschooling.

00:22:57.000 It doesn't mean you're doing all the work.

00:22:59.000 There's a lot of people out there who want to work with you.

00:23:02.000 Don't be afraid.

00:23:02.000 And I want to give you this little warning.

00:23:04.000 It's the teacher unions who created messaging to tell parents they were too dumb to teach their own kids. 0.95

00:23:11.000 It was the teacher unions who claimed that the experts had to teach the kids. 0.98

00:23:15.000 You're the expert parents.

00:23:17.000 You're the expert real teachers.

00:23:40.000 Talk about the actual statistical failure of the public sector teacher unions, the dramatic difference that a union educated union education versus a non-union education can actually present for a child.

00:23:57.000 So the first thing I would say is what you said that the teacher unions claim they are.

00:24:25.000 Who would claim that they're for the poor and then purposely make sure that the poor stay poor by making sure they're undereducated?

00:24:34.000 And so these teacher unions are not about supporting the education of our children.

00:24:40.000 And the specific stats for today, I don't have the numbers right in the top of my head, but I can tell you vast numbers of our children can't read.

00:24:50.000 They're not doing the mathematics.

00:24:52.000 I taught for a long time.

00:24:53.000 I've taught kindergarten, first, second, third, and fourth.

00:24:56.000 It is not rocket science to teach a child how to learn, how to read.

00:24:59.000 We used phonics.

00:25:00.000 The teacher unions remove the phonics.

00:25:02.000 We use great educational methods.

00:25:05.000 The teacher unions come in and corrupt it all.

00:25:07.000 They undermine teachers.

00:25:09.000 They bring in things like Common Core and change the curricula constantly instead of allowing teachers to be excellent at what we know what to do.

00:25:17.000 So the teacher unions are doing everything to undermine.

00:25:21.000 And the difference between an education with the teachers' unions and an education without is you don't get educated well in the teacher union corrupt system.

00:25:31.000 If the unions are out, you have a chance to get educated well.

00:25:34.000 So the question really is who has sovereignty over our kids?

00:25:37.000 And you have an upcoming movie where it says, whose child is it?

00:25:49.000 And that's the question because you have, we had an article here the other day where a school board member says, I mean, parents have no say over their kids' education.

00:25:58.000 The Michigan Democrat Party has said exactly the same explicitly.

00:26:01.000 Well, whose children are they?

00:26:04.000 So the children belong to the parents.

00:26:06.000 God gave them to the parents.

00:26:08.000 And it's the parents' responsibility to raise the children and to educate the children.

00:26:13.000 It's not the responsibility of the government.

00:26:16.000 And our current government, run by the teacher unions, the teacher unions put this, I call it a regime, in office.

00:26:24.000 The teacher unions are the ones that opened, you know, put Jimmy Carter in office and got the National Department of Education.

00:26:31.000 The teacher unions and the Democrat Party are the ones who have been working together to undermine our educational system.

00:26:39.000 And so whose children are they?

00:26:41.000 They're not the governments, but the Democrat Party and, and there's some Republicans doing this too now, who have been captured by the unions.

00:26:50.000 And the unions and their ideological political pals, all of them think your child belongs to the government.

00:26:57.000 That's why they're in public schools.

00:26:59.000 They're allowing kids to go by a different gender and not telling the parents, letting kids do all kinds of things behind their parents' back.

00:27:08.000 Yet, children can be taken for an abortion from the school and the parent will never know about it.

00:27:13.000 There's so much undermining of parents because these unions and their friends think they own the kids. 0.54

00:27:43.000 So we're exposing that stuff and then, you know, just making the strong statement that no, our kids don't belong to you.

00:27:50.000 And it's time parents start taking authority.

00:27:53.000 Don't put your kids in those radical schools anymore.

00:27:56.000 Don't, you know, when I was a single parent, I found a way to put my son in private school.

00:28:01.000 I never went to buy a coffee.

00:28:03.000 I never went out to dinner.

00:28:05.000 I made a priority for my child, and every parent can do that.

00:28:08.000 I totally agree with that.

00:28:10.000 And I know there's some families struggling financially.

00:28:12.000 Well, you can apply for scholarship support.

00:28:16.000 Also, homeschooling is an option.

00:28:18.000 But the public education system right now, in certain parts of the country, it is irredeemable.

00:28:23.000 Now, we should still run for school boards to influence the kids that are left over of parents that don't know any better, in particular, first-generation parents. 0.52

00:28:31.000 They just don't get it.

00:28:32.000 So we should still be contesting for all kids.

00:28:34.000 But your kids, you do not have to put them into this nonsense, into this machine of indoctrination.

00:35:51.000 So we're going to put all the black kids in one school, but don't worry, it's equal.

00:36:02.000 Now, for those of you that know that phrase, YES, Brown Versus THE Board OF Education actually repealed the whole idea of separate but equal.

00:36:09.000 But that's where we're headed and they're doing it willingly, which is which is so shockingly.

00:36:13.000 And my friend Hugh Hewitt, who I don't agree with on everything, but he's just a decent and good person, he was right.

00:36:18.000 He said this is unconstitutional, and he's right, it is unconstitutional, it's illegal and it's immoral.

00:36:28.000 Going to school with people that look like you does not make you more likely to succeed. 1.00
