00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, election fraud hearing in the United States Senate.
00:00:03.000 Some bombshell and breaking revelations here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:07.000 We go through all of it.

00:00:17.000 Election fraud hearing.
00:00:18.000 We have the news of the insight.
00:00:20.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:21.000 Here we go.
00:00:23.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:25.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:27.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:30.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:33.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:34.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:35.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:37.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:42.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:44.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:53.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:56.000 If you guys want to give back this Christmas, the best way to do that is through our partnership with prison fellowship ministries.
00:01:05.000 They do a great job.
00:01:06.000 It's called the Angel Tree Campaign.
00:01:08.000 Basically, there's a lot of children out there through no fault of their own don't have parents around because their parents are in prison.
00:01:16.000 And these kids are the real victims because they didn't ask for this.
00:01:21.000 They didn't do anything to get in that circumstance.
00:01:24.000 But all of the data shows that when children do not have a relationship with their parent any way whatsoever, they're more likely to get into crime themselves.
00:01:32.000 And it's not good for the country.
00:01:33.000 It's not good for them.
00:01:34.000 And so at the Prison Tree Fellowship, Angel Tree, we are able to have a partnership where these young people are able to hear from their parents, show them the love of Jesus Christ.
00:01:47.000 It's amazing.
00:01:47.000 So go to charliekirk.com, scroll down and click the Angel Tree banner.
00:01:52.000 We, just here on this program, you guys, radio stations across the country, we have helped 2,349 children.
00:02:00.000 It's pretty amazing.
00:02:01.000 And it's going up.
00:02:02.000 2,349 kids.
00:02:04.000 It's awesome.
00:02:06.000 So you guys can keep on helping us by doing that.
00:02:08.000 Go to charliekirk.com, scroll down, and go to Angel Tree.
00:02:12.000 Click on the Angel Tree banner.
00:02:16.000 I want to get into the highly contentious Senate hearing yesterday around voter fraud and election fraud.
00:02:24.000 And make no mistake, voter fraud is real.
00:02:26.000 When you have an election or any contest to assume control over a $4 trillion government where over 150 million people participate, there will be cheating.
00:02:37.000 There will be organized criminal activity to try and influence that outcome.
00:02:42.000 Anyone who tells you the opposite is the actual conspiracy theorist.
00:02:47.000 Conspiracy is not a theory.
00:02:49.000 Conspiracy is a crime.
00:02:51.000 And there definitely was a conspiracy or is a conspiracy to defeat Donald Trump.
00:02:57.000 We saw this with the coup against Donald Trump when it came to spying through the FISA courts and through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:03:06.000 We have seen this through their not just willingness, but their commitment to destroy Donald Trump at every single turn and at all costs.
00:03:16.000 And so this hearing yesterday was really something to see.
00:03:20.000 Several United States senators, Senator Lankford, Senator Ram Paul, Senator Hawley, and Senator Johnson were terrific yesterday.
00:03:28.000 And I think this hearing should have got a lot more press coverage.
00:03:32.000 In fact, there was almost no press coverage at all whatsoever.
00:03:36.000 Not even the New York Times.
00:03:37.000 They didn't even admit that it happened.
00:03:38.000 A lot of people did not even know that the United States Senate was hosting hearings on this.
00:03:43.000 And if the United States senators that were hosting this hearing actually believed what they were saying, then they should rise up and refuse to certify their election results on January 6th when the final electoral college results have to be certified by the United States Senate.
00:04:02.000 So let's go through some of these details here.
00:04:05.000 Let's start with Cut 64.
00:04:07.000 This is Senator Lankford, who I believe is from Oklahoma, saying that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
00:04:17.000 19,000 didn't live in Nevada.
00:04:19.000 8,000 voted from a non-existent address.
00:04:21.000 15,000 registered to a commercial address and 4,000 non-citizens.
00:04:26.000 Had there been any prosecutions?
00:04:28.000 Attorney Benal, not yet, Senator Play, Cut 64.
00:04:31.000 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, according to your work in this.
00:04:37.000 42,000 people.
00:04:39.000 1,500 people voted in Nevada that were dead.
00:04:43.000 19,000 people voted though they did not live in Nevada and they weren't a college student.
00:04:50.000 8,000 people voted from a non-existent address.
00:04:53.000 15,000 people voted though they were registered to a commercial address or a vacant address.
00:04:58.000 And 4,000 people voted in Nevada that are non-citizens.
00:05:02.000 Do you know of any prosecutions currently going on in Nevada for any voter fraud?
00:05:09.000 Not yet, Senator, and that's extremely important.
00:05:12.000 So the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation at Bill Barr's direction is not looking into any of this.
00:05:18.000 42,000 people in Nevada, according to Senator Lankford.
00:05:22.000 Now, let me just tell you about Senator Lankford.
00:05:24.000 He's an establishment Republican.
00:05:26.000 He is not a grassroots conservative.
00:05:28.000 I think highly of him, but I think he'd be the first one to say that he panders to establishment and he's kind of in that kind of caricature.
00:05:36.000 He's in the kind of climbing the ranks of Senate leadership game.
00:05:42.000 He's saying that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
00:05:48.000 15,000 registered to a commercial address and 4,000 non-citizens.
00:05:55.000 No prosecutions.
00:05:57.000 No one looking into it.
00:05:58.000 33,000 was the final margin in Nevada.
00:06:01.000 33,000.
00:06:05.000 Where is the federal Bureau of Investigation?
00:06:09.000 Where is the Department of Justice?
00:06:11.000 Well, they're being told by their own Attorney General there's no voter fraud that could influence the election.
00:06:16.000 How does the Attorney General know that without looking into it?
00:06:20.000 That would be like the Attorney General saying back in the 1960s, there's no corruption in the Catholic Church.
00:06:30.000 There's no children getting abused.
00:06:31.000 We just know this.
00:06:32.000 It's a matter of fact.
00:06:34.000 You don't know what you don't investigate.
00:06:38.000 Where's the Nevada Attorney General?
00:06:40.000 Probably a Democrat.
00:06:41.000 The illegal votes in Nevada shouldn't be counted.
00:06:45.000 The results should be invalidated.
00:06:48.000 Let's go to Cut 60, Senator Rand Paul, who says very clearly exactly what happened in November, play tape.
00:06:56.000 The courts never looked at the facts.
00:06:58.000 The courts don't like elections, and so they stayed out of it by finding an excuse, standing or otherwise, to stay out of it.
00:07:05.000 But the fraud happened.
00:07:07.000 The election in many ways was stolen.
00:07:09.000 And the only way it'll be fixed is by in the future reinforcing the laws.
00:07:14.000 The fraud happened.
00:07:15.000 The election in many ways was stolen.
00:07:18.000 That's Senator Rand Paul, who I consider to be a friend and an American hero for what he's saying.
00:07:24.000 He is not an establishment Republican.
00:07:26.000 He gets it and he fights.
00:07:27.000 He fights the tough fights.
00:07:29.000 We need dozens of more people like Senator Rand Paul.
00:07:34.000 Where are the instruments of government who are in charge of the rule of law?
00:07:39.000 We've talked about many times on this program what ends up happening when people lose total and complete faith in their institutions and the systems that are supposed to implement fairness and call balls and strikes.
00:07:53.000 Now, mind you, when Republicans rarely, but when they do engage in voter fraud, the Department of Justice is on there instantaneously.
00:08:02.000 The Department of Justice is never shy to go after Republicans.
00:08:06.000 But the Department of Justice has just kept hands off.
00:08:10.000 They say, ah, 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
00:08:15.000 By the way, for the tech censors out there that are working for YouTube and Google, I am just citing what a senator has said, a U.S. Senator, okay?
00:08:25.000 This is not just some guy on the side of the street with a bullhorn saying this as you pass by.
00:08:30.000 This is a United States Senator from Oklahoma.
00:08:34.000 This is Senator Rand Paul that says the fraud has happened.
00:08:37.000 What I have found to be actually some good news, this might not give you a lot of satisfaction.
00:08:44.000 If you go back into November 17th, one month ago, less U.S. senators were talking about this than today.
00:08:52.000 In fact, they were trying to avoid this a month ago.
00:08:55.000 The reason is that the court of public opinion is shifting in our direction.
00:09:01.000 Meanwhile, the actual courts are shifting in an unknown direction, a non-political direction.
00:09:08.000 Senator Josh Hawley hits this perfectly, where he said 74 million Americans are not going to shut up.
00:09:16.000 I just spoke to a businessman here and he said, I am never going to let this go.
00:09:22.000 This will be known as the great fraud and the great steal.
00:09:25.000 How do you react when something is stolen from you?
00:09:28.000 Do you forget about it?
00:09:30.000 I want you to imagine if your home gets broken into and your family possessions go missing.
00:09:36.000 Is that something that you just turn the page because you're told it's for the betterment of the country?
00:09:41.000 When you are a victim of theft, you typically want revenge and you typically don't trust the system that existed.
00:09:51.000 If you had a home security system in your home and a thief comes in and steals all of your possessions, are you going to trust that security system in the future?
00:10:01.000 And then you report it to the local police and they say, you understand there's no evidence of widespread theft in your home, at least any that could influence your net worth.
00:10:10.000 So these are my family possessions.
00:10:12.000 This matters to me.
00:10:14.000 Sit down and shut up.
00:10:15.000 Your insistence is ruining the country.
00:10:16.000 That's exactly how people feel.
00:10:18.000 They feel morally the same than when a robber or a burglar or a thief comes into your home and steals something that you care about because our votes were stolen.
00:10:31.000 They feel the exact same way.
00:10:36.000 With the turning point movement that we have started on campuses across the country, I've had the honor of traveling to many of these universities and engage in rigorous debate with the next generation.
00:10:48.000 When you talk to as many students as I do, there are several familiar themes.
00:10:52.000 I see disillusionment with the media, a lack of hope in their job prospects, and I hear them commonly claim that they're victims and that they deserve better.
00:10:59.000 While college students actually realize it or not, they're forming ideologies that will affect the way they think and treat others for a lifetime.
00:11:07.000 I like to recommend a great book to any young person in this time of life.
00:11:11.000 It's called Reflections on the Existence of God by best-selling author Richard Simmons III.
00:11:16.000 This guy doesn't shy away from the hardest questions of life.
00:11:18.000 Reflections on the existence of God is a collection of short essays that tackles the biggest question of all.
00:11:23.000 Does God exist?
00:11:26.000 This book is well researched and easy to read.
00:11:28.000 One of the most important things a young person can do is to solidify their worldview.
00:11:32.000 Our worldview informs our personal, social, and political lives.
00:11:36.000 It helps us understand our purpose.
00:11:38.000 So I'm challenging college students to ask themselves life's toughest questions.
00:11:42.000 Dive in and get this book today.
00:11:43.000 Reflections on the existence of God.

00:11:47.000 That's reflectionscharlie.com.
00:11:49.000 Then drop me a line with your thoughts at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:11:53.000 Thanks so much, everybody.
00:11:54.000 Again, it's Reflections on the Existence of God, a great book.
00:11:58.000 Check it out.
00:12:01.000 Senator Josh Hawley makes the best argument that 74 million Americans are not just going to shut up and telling them that their views do not matter.
00:12:11.000 That's not a recipe for success for our country.
00:12:14.000 Almost word for word, what I said on Fox recently.
00:12:17.000 Let's play cut 59.
00:12:20.000 Well, I'll tell you what, 74 million Americans are not going to shut up.
00:12:24.000 And telling them that their views don't matter and that their concerns don't matter and they should just be quiet is not a recipe for success in this country.
00:12:34.000 It's not a recipe for the unity that I hear now the other side is suddenly so interested in after years, years of trying to delegitimize President Donald Trump.
00:12:44.000 If you want to unify the country, is the best way to unify the country by telling people to sit down and shut up?
00:12:49.000 If you want to unify the country, are you just going to tell people that there's no validity to the questions that they have?
00:12:58.000 If you want to unify the country, are you going to just call everyone a conspiracy theorist despite unanswered questions?
00:13:06.000 Senator Lankford himself said that there are 42,000 people in Nevada that voted more than once, 1,500 of them dead.
00:13:14.000 19,000 didn't live in Nevada.
00:13:15.000 This is just Nevada, by the way.
00:13:17.000 8,000 voted from a non-existent address.
00:13:19.000 15,000 registered to a commercial address.
00:13:22.000 4,000 non-citizens.
00:13:24.000 No prosecutions, no investigations.
00:13:26.000 Our Department of Justice seems very disinterested in all of these investigations.
00:13:33.000 The hearing yesterday was about voter fraud and election fraud.
00:13:40.000 It quickly descended into a shouting match of Senator Gary Peters, who probably cheated to become a senator against the terrific John James, as Ron Johnson started ripping into Gary Peters, accusing him of spreading Russian disinformation, which is entirely true.
00:13:57.000 Play Cut 51.
00:13:59.000 Senator Paul, Mr. Chairman, I got to respond to that.
00:14:02.000 I mean, you're saying I'm putting out disinformation.
00:14:04.000 Well, one, it had nothing to do with this report.
00:14:06.000 You lied repeatedly.
00:14:08.000 You lied repeatedly in the press when I was spreading Russian disinformation, and that was an outright lie.
00:14:13.000 And I told you to stop lying, and you continue to do it.
00:14:17.000 This is terrible, what you're doing to this committee and all the great work that you talked about.
00:14:20.000 It is what you have done to this committee.
00:14:22.000 You've not falsely accusing the chairman of spreading disinformation.
00:14:25.000 Nothing could have been further from the truth, and you're spouting it again, which is why I had to spot.
00:14:30.000 What Senator Ron Johnson is talking about is the Hunter Biden investigation that Chuck Grassley assisted with, where Senator Ron Johnson launched the investigation into the Biden crime family and all of their escapades across the world, where they sold this out to China, sold this out to Ukraine, sold this out to the mayor of Moscow's wife.
00:14:52.000 And Senator Gary Peters, who is a very foolish person and incredibly corrupt, he went out into the press after Senator Ron Johnson talked about the Hunter Biden laptop, talked about the corruption, and he called that Russian disinformation.
00:15:08.000 That's what Senator Ron Johnson is responding to.
00:15:11.000 Not to mention the entire Democrat Party is purchased by the Chinese, by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:15:18.000 We have two capitals in our country.
00:15:21.000 We have a Potempkin village capital that really does not make any decisions.
00:15:26.000 And then we have the actual capital, the actual power source.
00:15:30.000 If you want to know where the decisions are being made in our country, if you want to know where the most powerful people actually whine and dine, it's in the San Francisco Bay Area.
00:15:40.000 That's where Kamala Harris is from, Eric Swalwell, that's where Nancy Pelosi, the tech companies, Google and Facebook, Salesforce, they're all headquartered in the Menlo Park, Oakland, Bay Area.
00:15:54.000 Where does George Soros' son live?
00:15:56.000 Berkeley, California.
00:15:58.000 And that's exactly why they were targeted by Fang Fang, Chinese, Feinstein.
00:16:05.000 All because it seems as if there's something that's happening in the San Francisco Bay Area that make all this decisions in a certain trajectory or a certain way.
00:16:18.000 And when Senator Gary Peters is peddling this Chinese disinformation, he is doing the bidding of the San Francisco Bay Area ruling class.
00:16:30.000 If Senator Ron Johnson and Lankford believed what their committee was actually telling them, that this election was probably stolen, then they should refuse to certify the election on January 6th.
00:16:46.000 On January 6th, it comes up in front of the United States Senate.
00:16:51.000 And if one senator objects, it goes to two hours of debate, and then we have a vote.
00:16:57.000 And that's the final step.
00:16:59.000 So we're going through the hearing yesterday that should have been frontline news on every single news network across the country.
00:17:05.000 Instead, it was ignored.
00:17:09.000 Senator Lankford said that 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once.
00:17:13.000 1,500 of them were dead.
00:17:15.000 Rand Paul said very clearly that fraud happened and the election was in many ways stolen.
00:17:21.000 And the only way it will be fixed is by, in the future, enforcing the laws.
00:17:25.000 Senator Josh Hawley said 74 million people are not just going to go away.
00:17:31.000 And here's the issue: is that there was definitely fraud.
00:17:38.000 But let's use the Georgia example.
00:17:40.000 Raffensperger, who is a highly suspicious individual, came out and he said Donald Trump got outworked.
00:17:50.000 It's nonsense.
00:17:52.000 Instead, Raffensperger got outmaneuvered.
00:17:57.000 So what happened back in 2018 is Brian Kemp, who made all these wonderful promises about being this rock star conservative.
00:18:05.000 We've aired his ridiculous advertisement many times here on this program.
00:18:12.000 And he takes office.
00:18:14.000 Stacey Abrams never concedes.
00:18:16.000 Now, she never conceded, not out of vanity, because that's how we mocked her, but instead she was up to something else.
00:18:25.000 She was up to a legal claim and a challenge to change the Georgia voter rolls.
00:18:31.000 So she got advice from some very wise and capable lawyers who told her, do not concede under any circumstances whatsoever, similar to kind of what Hillary Clinton said.
00:18:47.000 We're going to go raise tens of millions of dollars for you to go sue Kemp and Rothensberger.
00:18:57.000 Now, the lawsuit was pretty well put together.
00:19:02.000 The lawsuit, because Stacey Abrams had a lot of money and a lot of time, detailed real human beings that submitted real ballots that were rejected because the signatures were off.
00:19:18.000 She found very good stories to back this up.
00:19:22.000 The lawyers framed them very well, and they sued under a violation of the Civil Rights Act, or at least the Voting Rights Act, I think is a better, it's the Voting Rights Act, which is, I think, a component, or it came after of the Civil Rights Act.
00:19:35.000 It was an amendment to it.
00:19:37.000 If I was a judge in Georgia, I would have been sympathetic to Stacey Abrams' case.
00:19:44.000 Meanwhile, you have the best lawyers in the country arguing fervently, and in opposition, Raffensperger and Kemp that do not know how to fight.
00:19:55.000 They don't have the spine to fight.
00:19:57.000 They don't have the wherewithal to fight.
00:19:59.000 They do not want it.
00:20:01.000 So they got scared.
00:20:04.000 All of a sudden, Stacey Abrams started to call about criminal referrals.
00:20:08.000 She talked about how she's going to get the Department of Justice involved, even though there was nothing to get the DOJ involved.
00:20:14.000 But if you want to mobilize the DOJ, just scream racism, and the DOJ gets deployed like the 101st Airborne.
00:20:20.000 You've never seen anything like it.
00:20:22.000 You scream racism.
00:20:23.000 They show up to Bubble Wallace's garage to tell us that a rope is obviously not put there by the KKK lynch mob.
00:20:31.000 So Kemp and Rauffensperger started to get nervous.
00:20:35.000 Kemp and Rauffensperger then settled with Stacey Abrams.
00:20:41.000 They settled.
00:20:42.000 Now, this is unconstitutional.
00:20:45.000 And by settling, part of what Stacey Abrams was asking for was a relaxing of the signature requirements, absentee ballots, drop-off requirements, all sorts of things that seemed just to be procedural changes.
00:21:05.000 They seemed to be nothing more than just kind of tampering around on the edges.
00:21:10.000 And Brian Kemp and Raffensperger said to themselves, We're in power.
00:21:16.000 We don't want the DOJ to come after us.
00:21:18.000 We don't want to start this huge thing calling us racists.
00:21:22.000 And basically, what happened is they said, All right, well, I guess we'll win Georgia by three points instead of 3.2 points.
00:21:30.000 Stacey Abrams got exactly what she needed.
00:21:32.000 She got the concessions necessary to be able to have an unregulated deluge of ballots that could go into the Georgia voter rolls.
00:21:45.000 You pair that up with a BLM incorporated insurrectionist movement that made white Georgia upper-middle-class liberals ashamed of their skin color in a state that had, of course, a very mixed racial history.
00:22:00.000 You had a motivated black base, but interestingly, the motivated black base across the country were more towards Trump than they were in Atlanta.
00:22:09.000 No one can still explain that, that as soon as you have a county line, Fulton County line gets drawn, black voters start voting in a certain way differently than they would in other parts of the country.
00:22:21.000 But Republicans in Georgia were so confident, they were so cocky, they did not think that even with the deluge of ballots they knew Stacey Abrams was going to put into the system, that anything could actually change.
00:22:37.000 And here's the problem: we know the fraud occurred, but the fraud cannot be proven until we get signature verification, which shows exactly the type of signature relaxation of standards that Stacey Abrams is able to achieve.
00:22:54.000 These are signatures that are nowhere near what they should be.
00:23:00.000 How did we get there?
00:23:02.000 Weak Republicans and persistent Democrats that cared about process a lot more than politics.
00:23:11.000 They cared about how the votes were actually counted.
00:23:13.000 As Joseph Stalin famously said, it's one way the votes are counted, but really are cast.
00:23:19.000 What really matters is how the votes are counted.
00:23:22.000 And this is something that Republicans just seemed quite honestly disinterested in.
00:23:27.000 There's this tweet here by Greg Dolizel.
00:23:30.000 He is a Georgia state senator representing Forsyth County District 27.
00:23:36.000 He says, I tested the signature match for absentee ballots in Georgia and it failed.
00:23:41.000 I'm tired of the denier saying there is no evidence.
00:23:43.000 Signature match doesn't work.
00:23:45.000 Here's your evidence.
00:23:46.000 Is it any surprise?
00:23:47.000 Only 2011 signatures were rejected out of 1.3 million in November.
00:23:52.000 We must fix this.
00:23:54.000 His own ballot was the signature on the absentee ballot request form got nowhere near the signature on the voter ID.
00:24:02.000 So basically, I think he was almost testing the system.
00:24:08.000 Is that fair to say, Greg Dolizel?
00:24:10.000 There's no way he didn't do this intentionally.
00:24:12.000 If you look at the signature on the photo ID and the signature he put on the absentee ballot, now in his defense, he might have been at the DMV in a really bad mood.
00:24:20.000 Therefore, he wrote in ancient Hebrew or hieroglyphics.
00:24:23.000 I mean, you look at the signature he put on his photo ID, it's as if he's writing on the pyramids of Giza.
00:24:30.000 Like, I don't know what that is.
00:24:31.000 It's kind of like the pie symbol and just kind of a dash.
00:24:34.000 I guess he was trying to test it.
00:24:37.000 Now, interestingly, this was for the Georgia runoff because it was the 28th date.
00:24:44.000 So he was doing this for the Georgia runoff.
00:24:45.000 That's what he was doing.
00:24:46.000 He's like, I'm going to prove voter fraud right now.
00:24:48.000 Very smart.
00:24:49.000 And I'm going to prove it by not fraudulently filling it out, just filling out the signature different than what the signature they have on file.
00:24:55.000 Got it.
00:24:56.000 That's what Greg Dolezel was doing, right?
00:24:59.000 For the runoff, saying, you want to see there's no fraud?
00:25:01.000 Look at the difference here.
00:25:03.000 This is evidence.
00:25:04.000 They submitted his ballot.
00:25:05.000 Raufensperger, why are you submitting his ballot and taking his ballot?
00:25:09.000 This is evidence.
00:25:11.000 It's because Kemp and Raffensperger had no backbone.
00:25:14.000 They had no guts, and no other thing that you could fill in the blanks about.
00:25:19.000 Kemp and Roffensperger would rather have Biden win Georgia than them lose their political power.
00:25:25.000 Selfish people.
00:25:28.000 Selfish.
00:25:30.000 If they would have fought like Ron DeSantis did, this would not be a problem.
00:25:35.000 And now we have the evidence of that fraud that exists.
00:25:38.000 So we have hundreds of thousands of ballots that went through.
00:25:44.000 And now Greg Dolezel shows us through signature verification that there was no signature verification.
00:25:51.000 It's a mirage.
00:25:52.000 It doesn't exist.
00:25:53.000 So the issue is this.
00:25:56.000 You can't now change the rules after the election has happened.
00:26:01.000 And that's why Kemp and Raffensperger did such an unbelievable disservice to our country.
00:26:06.000 By the way, first of all, the Constitution, the United States Constitution, says that all of these technical changes must go to the state legislature.
00:26:14.000 My question is: why was the state legislature not holding hearings, not allowing this to happen?
00:26:18.000 Answer, Kemp and Roffensperger probably exerted their political control saying, please let us do this.
00:26:24.000 We don't want to go to jail.
00:26:25.000 We don't want to get investigated by the DOJ.
00:26:28.000 Because maybe Kemp did do some suspicious stuff in 2018.
00:26:31.000 Maybe Kemp did lose to Stacey Abrams.
00:26:34.000 And so a lot of people, including myself, are saying, what is the remedy?
00:26:40.000 The remedy should be Kemp and Roffensperger, first and foremost, saying they did this unconstitutionally.
00:26:47.000 Kemp and Raffensperger, most specifically Roffensperger, should put up his hand and say, I did this unconstitutionally.
00:26:54.000 I admit it.
00:26:55.000 These elections were not done under the guidelines of the United States Constitution.
00:27:01.000 Instead, they're digging in.
00:27:03.000 And so Roffensperger says, well, Trump got outworked.
00:27:06.000 No, you got outmaneuvered.
00:27:08.000 You got outplanned.
00:27:10.000 You got outworked by Stacey Abrams.
00:27:13.000 Stacey Abrams, who gets glamorized on the Washington Post, I can see why they did that big story on her now, where they made her look like superwoman, this big thing.
00:27:23.000 We were making fun of it at the time, but I was always suspicious.
00:27:25.000 So, where's our whole team?
00:27:26.000 Why are they doing this?
00:27:28.000 Was she going to be vice president?
00:27:29.000 No.
00:27:30.000 She's Solinsky.
00:27:33.000 She's their Chicago community organizer.
00:27:36.000 That's why they're heroizing her in a heroine-type sense.
00:27:40.000 For good reason.
00:27:42.000 She gamed the whole system.
00:27:44.000 And she made it almost impossible to backtrace the fraud to the practice of ballot laundering.

00:28:12.000 He was an amazing person.
00:28:14.000 Add to that a presidential run in 2012, a victorious battle over cancer, and a flourishing career in Atlanta radio.
00:28:21.000 Herman was an amazing man whose life embodied the values we strive to live and pass along to our kids and grandkids.

00:28:55.000 If the senators believe that they actually want to pick a fight and win, then why don't they pick a fight on January 6th?
00:29:05.000 They should pick a fight, hold the line, and say the Senate will not certify the election results.
00:29:10.000 1876 style.
00:29:13.000 The hearing was great.
00:29:14.000 I got to give Senator Lankford credit.
00:29:15.000 In fact, I think the Senator Lankford piece is almost worth playing again.
00:29:19.000 It's the most surprising because Senator Blankford is the most established of all the people that talked.
00:29:23.000 And he said that there were 42,000 people in Nevada who voted more than once, 1,500 dead, 19,000 who didn't live in Nevada, 8,000 voted from a non-existent address, 15,000 registered a commercial address, and 4,000 non-citizens.
00:29:36.000 Have there been any prosecutions?
00:29:37.000 Not yet, Senator.
00:29:38.000 Play cut 64.
00:29:41.000 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once, according to your work in this.
00:29:46.000 42,000 people.
00:29:49.000 1,500 people voted in Nevada that were dead.
00:29:53.000 19,000 people voted though they did not live in Nevada and they weren't a college student.
00:30:00.000 8,000 people voted from a non-existent address.
00:30:02.000 15,000 people voted though they were registered to a commercial address or a vacant address.
00:30:08.000 And 4,000 people voted in Nevada that are non-citizens.
00:30:12.000 Do you know of any prosecutions currently going on in Nevada for any voter fraud?
00:30:18.000 Not yet, Senator, and that's extremely important.
00:30:22.000 Not yet, Senator.
00:30:23.000 There are no investigations, and that is extremely important.
00:30:26.000 Now, we are going to have Senator Mike Lee, Senator Paul, and Senator Ted Cruz on our podcast very soon on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast exclusively.
00:30:36.000 We are here at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
00:30:39.000 I could tell you that we have a pretty amazing lineup here at our Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
00:30:45.000 In fact, so amazing and so incredible that we are going to have, I think, some great podcast content as we kind of get people to be able to kind of take them aside, including Congressman-elect Madison Cawthorne.
00:30:57.000 We are going to have Congressman Matt Gates, phenomenal people, Senator Rampaul, Mike Lee, Ted Cruz, and many others.
00:31:04.000 And I think that the United States Senate now needs to unite and at least say, we're going to go to roll call vote.
00:31:11.000 Obviously, every Democrat's going to vote to certify, obviously.
00:31:14.000 But all it takes is one senator to object to get this to go to a roll call vote.
00:31:19.000 Two hours of debate, and then we will see how many Republicans want to put their name behind what Lankford himself says is a fraudulent election.
00:31:28.000 He said, I'm not saying this.
00:31:31.000 42,000 people in Nevada voted more than once.
00:31:35.000 1,500 are dead.
00:31:37.000 Rand Paul said the fraud happened.
00:31:39.000 The election in many ways was stolen.
00:31:41.000 And the only way it will be fixed in the future is by enforcing the laws.
00:31:47.000 Senate is the last stand.
00:31:49.000 Some people are saying, what about these court cases?
00:31:52.000 We have zero indication to believe that there is a breathing judge in the country that is going to overturn these election results.
00:32:00.000 It doesn't exist.
00:32:02.000 I'm not saying the case isn't good.
00:32:03.000 It's not what I'm saying.
00:32:04.000 I'm not saying the attorneys don't know what they're doing.
00:32:06.000 I'm saying there is not a judge that wants to be in that position.
00:32:10.000 They are human beings.
00:32:12.000 They are risk-averse and they are not political by nature.
00:32:15.000 They're not.
00:32:18.000 And so the Senate is the last stand.
00:32:22.000 The Senate could block Joe Biden from getting sworn in.
00:32:25.000 If the Senate on January 6th came out with 51 votes, actually, no, I'm sorry, 50 votes because Pence would definitely be the tiebreaker there.
00:32:36.000 5-0 votes and said, we're not certifying the election.
00:32:41.000 Too many questions.
00:32:42.000 Unanswered fraud.
00:32:44.000 Not happening.
00:32:46.000 Joe Biden does not get inaugurated on January 20th.
00:32:49.000 That's simple.
00:32:50.000 If only Republicans controlled the Senate, right?
00:32:53.000 If only Republicans were in control.
00:32:55.000 People say it's time to fight.
00:32:57.000 That's what fighting looks like.
00:32:58.000 Ask your U.S. Senator why they're going to certify the election on January 6th.
00:33:03.000 Why will they put their name and your name behind this shaman of an exercise?
00:33:10.000 It's the last stand.
00:33:12.000 Some people say, what about the state legislatures?
00:33:14.000 They're not even meeting.
00:33:16.000 Okay?
00:33:17.000 They have no interest whatsoever in this.
00:33:19.000 But Pennsylvania, Arizona, maybe Georgia, maybe.
00:33:23.000 Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan, not happening.
00:33:27.000 Arizona, the head of the Arizona speaker of the House said, we're not even meeting about this.
00:33:31.000 Okay?
00:33:31.000 So the state legislatures ended up being more weak and more corrupt than our wildest imagination.
00:33:38.000 The judges want nothing to do with this.
00:33:42.000 The U.S. Senate could stop it.
00:33:44.000 It's just a matter of how much they love their country, really.
00:33:47.000 It really is.
00:33:48.000 It's a matter of are they willing to stand up with truth and courage.
00:33:53.000 We'll see what happens.
00:33:56.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
