00:01:43.000 Happy Monday.
00:01:45.000 It is the 15th of April.
00:01:46.000 It is tax day, and this is a historic day.
00:01:49.000 You got to write it down.
00:01:50.000 This is a day that not a single person in this audience has experienced before.
00:01:55.000 We've been teasing this out.
00:01:56.000 We saw it happening.
00:01:57.000 In fact, this is why we got so worked up in August of 2022.
00:02:03.000 In August of 2022, I remember it vividly.
00:02:06.000 When they raided Mar-a-Lago, we said, oh, they're going for it.
00:02:09.000 This is the final warning salvo.
00:02:12.000 In my opinion, the raid of Mar-a-Lago was one of the most glossed over news stories, outrageous news stories, heading into the disappointing midterm election of 2022.
00:02:24.000 When they raided Mar-a-Lago, the federal government was telling us and demonstrating, Donald Trump, if you run for the presidency, if you cross that Rubicon, the gloves are off.
00:02:37.000 Now, I woke up very early this morning watching Morning Joe, MSNBC, and they made it seem as if this was going to destroy Donald Trump, that this was going to humiliate him, that this would finally be the thing that took him out of the game.
00:02:55.000 The way that they are framing this is that this will be a humiliation trial, a show Soviet trial.
00:03:01.000 And we call it a show trial intentionally, but the way that they are looking at this is that this is finally going to break Donald Trump, that this will finally collapse his support.
00:03:12.000 When in reality, that's not the case of what's happening here.
00:03:16.000 The more you attack Donald Trump, the stronger he gets.
00:03:20.000 He is anti-fragile.
00:03:21.000 He grows stronger in the face of opposition.
00:03:24.000 If you know anything about the history of Donald Trump, from getting the convention center approved to renovating the Commodore Hotel to buying the plaza to the Woolman rink to fighting bankruptcies, Donald Trump has always been somebody that has thrived on opposition.
00:03:38.000 Not everybody is wired that way.
00:03:40.000 Obama certainly is not wired that way.
00:03:42.000 He is conflict averse.
00:03:45.000 Biden is certainly not wired that way.
00:03:46.000 But Trump, he gets power.
00:03:50.000 He gets energy the more tension there is.
00:03:55.000 Let's go to Morning Joe right here, where they are building this up.
00:03:59.000 Donald Trump is in the courthouse.
00:04:01.000 History has begun.
00:04:04.000 Play cut 10.
00:04:05.000 Donald Trump is in the courthouse right now.
00:04:08.000 I mean, history has begun as the first former president to be enduring, to be facing a criminal child under a gag order.
00:04:17.000 You know, the way this is described, this trial is this hush money case about hush money that was paid to Stormy Daniel.
00:04:25.000 Let's continue in cut 11, please.
00:04:27.000 There are two people who will be testifying in this trial who were the closest to Donald Trump in his life.
00:04:37.000 The closest to him in his business, the closest to him during his campaign, and even the closest to him during part of his presidency.
00:04:46.000 And those two people are, the last part has to do with Hope Hicks and also Michael Cohen.
00:04:52.000 And they will be testifying in this trial.
00:04:55.000 And I personally know that's especially triggering to Donald Trump, especially testimony from Hope Hicks.
00:05:01.000 Then you also saw Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.
00:05:05.000 These are embarrassments for him, especially in front of his wife, Melania.
00:05:10.000 There's been a lot of reporting about how the women who hold Donald Trump accountable tend to trigger him the most, make him the most upset, unhinged.
00:05:21.000 They are slobbering over this.
00:05:23.000 They can't get enough of it.
00:05:25.000 The essence, the theme of the coverage of the Trump trial from the mainstream activist media is that this is going to discredit Trump.
00:05:36.000 They believe that by putting Trump on trial and convicting him, which is almost a guarantee, hate to break it to you.
00:05:43.000 It is a rigged jury.
00:05:44.000 It's a rigged trial with such weak legal arguments, hard to even spend time on it.
00:05:51.000 But they believe that this will finally disqualify and discredit Trump from the presidency.
00:05:56.000 But we know that they're wrong.
00:05:58.000 The New York trial doesn't discredit Trump.
00:06:00.000 Instead, it's discrediting one of the only effective institutions America has left, the criminal justice system.
00:06:09.000 Americans think their Congress is corrupt.
00:06:13.000 Their military is a joke.
00:06:14.000 Their business elites are greedy.
00:06:16.000 Their schools are insane.
00:06:18.000 Their religious leaders are immoral.
00:06:20.000 But largely, they've continued to trust our police and our court system with jury trials.
00:06:26.000 But now, Alvin Bragg is putting a president on trial for a completely novel charge.
00:06:33.000 Trump is accused in state court of covering up a federal crime that he's never actually been charged with.
00:06:39.000 This is Kafka-esque stuff.
00:06:42.000 This is unprecedented and transparently politically motivated.
00:06:46.000 This case would never be brought against anyone except Donald Trump.
00:06:51.000 The left, that left's hatred and their desire to hold on to political power forever in perpetuity is that they will destroy everything in America for the sake of getting their target.
00:07:06.000 So this will not discredit Donald Trump.
00:07:11.000 This will only make Donald Trump stronger.
00:07:13.000 Poll after poll shows that Donald Trump is gaining momentum in the Battleground States.
00:07:20.000 Poll after poll shows that Donald Trump is increasing in stature and in power.
00:07:26.000 Very, very early, even before Morning Joe.
00:07:29.000 I caught this.
00:07:30.000 3 a.m. Arizona time.
00:07:32.000 They tell you the whole ballgame.
00:07:34.000 They think that by indicting Trump, this is going to hurt him politically.
00:07:42.000 They are willing to use the once sacred, dare I say holy, American criminal justice system as a political weapon, as an attache of the Biden campaign, to do the work that a super PAC would do.
00:07:59.000 They know that they are unpopular.
00:08:01.000 They know that the current opinions that they hold are not in alignment with the American people.
00:08:09.000 So what is there to do?
00:08:10.000 We're going to try to add a sound bite that now they have to introduce Donald Trump as convicted felon Donald Trump, convicted felon Donald Trump, play cut 20.
00:08:19.000 Yeah, we've never seen anything like it, obviously, in your nearly 250 years, a former president in the dock, in effect, for criminal charges.
00:08:27.000 We've seen, obviously, Donald Trump in court a lot in the last couple of years, but these have always been civil trials and motion hearings and all that kind of thing.
00:08:35.000 Now, for the first time, a jury will be seated to hear whether or not the former president and the putative future president, the one who wants to go back to the White House, is in fact a crook.
00:08:45.000 He's in fact a felon.
00:08:46.000 It's a moment of accountability, a moment to prove the old principle that no one is above the law, even a former president.
00:08:52.000 He continues in that interview to say, this election is going to come down to a handful of votes in Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and a convicted felon against a president very well might make the difference.
00:09:05.000 They want to append the label of convicted felon and want to repeat it endlessly between now and November.
00:09:10.000 It's going to take a lot of brute force from this program, the Charlie Kirk Show, from you to push back against this.
00:09:18.000 Look at how the bloodbath hoax spread into the zeitgeist.
00:09:23.000 Do not underestimate the power of propaganda.
00:09:28.000 Do not underestimate.
00:09:31.000 When you say a lie enough, all of a sudden it becomes a truth or at least something that people accept.
00:09:38.000 They don't like Donald Trump because he's constantly on offense, that he represents people that they want to forget, that he is a legitimate existential threat to the American oligarchy.
00:09:52.000 And they're putting him up on trial for business records requests.
00:09:57.000 Alvin Bragg has downgraded 52% of all felonies to misdemeanors in the calendar of 2022.
00:10:05.000 And yet he goes out of his way to upgrade a misdemeanor to a felony.
00:10:09.000 Why?
00:10:10.000 Well, it fundamentally goes all back to this.
00:10:12.000 They can't stand that Donald Trump is not politically correct, that he doesn't follow their rules.
00:10:17.000 They can't control what he says.
00:10:19.000 They can't control what he thinks.
00:10:21.000 And because of that, they must make an example out of him.
00:10:24.000 And today, on April 15, 2024, you are living through something that no American has ever lived through, an American president standing trial.
00:10:37.000 Remember as a kid, your parents and grandparents making you try all the vegetables on your plate or when they coaxed you to eat fruit instead of sweets?
00:10:43.000 That's because they knew what was good for you.
00:10:45.000 And it's truer today than ever before.
00:10:47.000 You need to eat your fruits and veggies.
00:10:49.000 There's no substitute for a healthy diet, but there is balance of nature.
00:10:53.000 Their products are gluten-free and non-GMO, and they contain no added sugars or synthetics.

00:11:06.000 I started taking Balance of Nature the day I decided I was ready to feel better.

00:11:27.000 Use discount code Charlie to get 35% off.
00:11:32.000 It is much harder to build something than it is to destroy it.
00:11:39.000 It doesn't take a lot of talent to destroy things.
00:11:41.000 Any four-year-old can get a hammer and start destroying things.
00:11:45.000 The American justice system has always been the envy of the world that you can get a fair hearing, that regardless of your background, regardless of where you come from, that a jury of your peers will more times than not rule justly.
00:12:01.000 This is why the founding fathers put so many amendments in the United States Constitution, in the Bill of Rights, around how we administer trials.
00:12:12.000 I'm trying to find my Constitution right here somewhere.
00:12:14.000 My Turning Point USA Constitution, which is why you should all support Turning Point USA, by the way.
00:12:19.000 Fifth Amendment: no person should be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless present of indictment of a grand jury.
00:12:27.000 Sixth Amendment, the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury.
00:12:30.000 Seventh Amendment: the value in the controversy shall not exceed $20.
00:12:34.000 The right of a trial shall be preserved.
00:12:36.000 Eighth Amendment: excessive bail shall not be required, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.
00:12:40.000 5, 6, 7, 8.
00:12:42.000 Four out of 10, 4 out of 10 of the Bill of Rights, of the amendment, the first 10 amendments to the Constitution ratified in 1791, were about the criminal justice system.
00:12:57.000 Why would the founding fathers spend that much time, that much focus on the criminal justice system?
00:13:05.000 Because it is the ultimate exercise of state power.
00:13:12.000 If you do not have rights for a defendant, if you do not make the state prove themselves, if you do not have checks and balances, they will lock up political opponents.
00:13:22.000 We've mentioned this time and time again.
00:13:24.000 It is so much harder to build than to maintain it.
00:13:28.000 Usually, we mean that in terms of things like prosperity, but applies just as importantly to civic and social institutions.
00:13:37.000 One of the biggest reasons the U.S. criminal justice system was trustworthy is that it was used in a mostly fair way for such a long period of time.
00:13:46.000 Think about the story, the book that so many American kids are required to read.
00:13:54.000 And it has been criticized by many people, but I really like it: To Kill a Mockingbird.
00:14:00.000 To Kill a Mockingbird, I think we studied it two or three times when I was in eighth grade and sophomore and senior year.
00:14:06.000 It's a terrific book.
00:14:07.000 And the essence of To Kill a Mockingbird is with proper representation, the truth will set you free.
00:14:14.000 Truth and justice are the immune system of a country.
00:14:20.000 And currently, our immune system is under attack from within.
00:14:24.000 It is an autoimmune response, and our immune system doesn't know what to do.
00:14:28.000 And when you disable truth and justice, you become weak and crippled.
00:14:34.000 But once you smash something to bits, you can't just go, oh, that was a mistake.
00:14:40.000 Now the system is nakedly politicized.
00:14:43.000 And here is the essence.
00:14:44.000 And we called for this from the beginning.
00:14:46.000 And I'm very disappointed in our Republican attorneys general.
00:14:50.000 I got to be very honest with you.
00:14:52.000 The buried lead here is: why did we not retaliate?
00:14:55.000 We called for outright retaliation as soon as Alvin Bragg did this.
00:14:59.000 Why did the Attorney General of Alabama not do an investigation into the Southern Poverty Law Center?
00:15:08.000 Why have we not done criminal investigations into BLM?
00:15:12.000 The temptation on the right will be to retaliate, but we've resisted that temptation because we think that the American justice system is still something worth preserving.
00:15:21.000 It doesn't exist anymore.
00:15:22.000 It is now simply an exercise in political power.
00:15:26.000 You can't just sit there and let your guys get thrown into prison constantly.
00:15:31.000 Peter Navarro is wasting away in a federal prison.
00:15:36.000 They're trying to throw Steve Bannon in prison.
00:15:38.000 They're putting praying grandmothers into federal jail.
00:15:42.000 They're trying to put Donald Trump in prison.
00:15:44.000 Why have we on the right not retaliated?
00:15:48.000 It's the same reason that we've seen, let's just say, excuse after excuse, because our side is not quite yet ready to win.
00:15:57.000 But that's what it's going to require.
00:15:59.000 It's going to now require, I don't celebrate this.
00:16:02.000 I don't rejoice in this.
00:16:03.000 I don't like this.
00:16:05.000 But if you think you are going to win the long-term political battle by just saying, oh, shucks, those guys have really overreached power, the American people are going to wake up.
00:16:15.000 You do not understand the politics of power.
00:16:21.000 If the other side is willing to put you in jail and put leg irons on you and put handcuffs on you, and our side is only willing to write op-eds, we will lose.
00:16:31.000 It's time for us to start to use handcuffs and leg irons too.
00:16:36.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:37.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:16:40.000 We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.
00:16:44.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:16:46.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:16:51.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:16:57.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:17:03.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:17:05.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:17:08.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:17:15.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:17:18.000 Call 833-850-2229.
00:17:21.000 That's 833-850-2229.
00:17:24.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:17:27.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:17:29.000 Also, save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
00:17:32.000 I'm a donor of this organization.
00:17:33.000 They're terrific.
00:17:34.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:17:39.000 It's a remarkable thing.
00:17:40.000 I really would love for the Democrats to answer at some point, and they won't.
00:17:44.000 Is it worth it?
00:17:45.000 Is it worth destroying the American justice system and what is going to come next just to get Donald Trump?
00:17:52.000 I'll be very honest with you.
00:17:53.000 It makes me support Trump even more.
00:17:56.000 It makes me double and triple down and say, boy, if they're really willing to shred the holy, the American justice system, if they're really ready to obliterate the sacred, there must be something to this Donald Trump.
00:18:17.000 The more they attack Trump, the stronger he gets.
00:18:22.000 The more they throw at him, he is anti-fragile at the core.
00:18:25.000 Here's Donald Trump live from, not live, but just recently from the courthouse.
00:18:33.000 The audio is terrible here.
00:18:34.000 I think they intentionally have the audio awful.
00:18:37.000 Can someone get a microphone closer to him?
00:18:39.000 This is just moments ago.
00:18:40.000 Play cut 14, please.
00:18:42.000 This is an assault on America.
00:18:45.000 Nothing like this has never happened before.
00:18:47.000 There's never been anything like it.
00:18:49.000 Every legal scholar says this case is nonsense.
00:18:53.000 It should never have been brought to this officer or anything like this.
00:18:58.000 There is no case.
00:18:59.000 And they've said people that don't necessarily follow or like Donald Trump said this is an outrage that this case was brought.
00:19:07.000 This is political persecution.
00:19:08.000 This is a persecution like never before.
00:19:11.000 Nobody's ever seen anything like it.
00:19:13.000 And again, it's a case that should have never been brought.
00:19:17.000 It's an assault on America.
00:19:20.000 And that's why I'm very proud to be here.
00:19:22.000 This is an assault on our country.
00:19:24.000 And it's a country that's failing.
00:19:27.000 It's a country that's run by an incompetent man who's very much involved in this case.
00:19:32.000 This is really an attack on a political opponent.
00:19:35.000 That's all it is.
00:19:36.000 So, I'm very honored to be here.
00:19:38.000 Thank you very much.
00:19:40.000 I think that might be one of the funniest closes to a press conference in American political history.
00:19:45.000 The guy is a former president in a city that he largely helped build, facing prison time on a complete fake indictment.
00:19:53.000 And at the end, he says, I'm very honored to be here.
00:19:55.000 Thank you very much.
00:19:56.000 Remember, he's under a gag order.
00:19:58.000 Remember that.
00:19:59.000 And how you're able to gag a defendant who's running for the presidency is a direct assault on the First Amendment.
00:20:05.000 But let's not bury the lead here.
00:20:08.000 You see, most conservative media, they're going to spend their time on the podcasts and the broadcasts and all that.
00:20:14.000 This is how terrible it's happening to Trump, and here's why.
00:20:17.000 We'll do that.
00:20:18.000 But you're missing the second part, which is they feel they can do it because there's no cost to them acting like this.
00:20:25.000 We, as conservatives, act as if this is an 80-20 Democrat country.
00:20:30.000 We as conservatives act as if they outnumber us 100 million to 10 million.
00:20:36.000 We act as if they are the majority.
00:20:40.000 Last time I checked, we have Republican attorneys general in Arkansas, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas.
00:20:49.000 Ken Paxton is doing a great job.
00:20:52.000 I wrote this piece for the Federalists, and it's worth resurrecting back in August of 2023.
00:20:57.000 How should Republicans respond?
00:20:59.000 This is to the Fulton County deal: indict the left.
00:21:04.000 This is what everyone should be talking about today.
00:21:07.000 And these Republican attorneys general, I have spoken to many of them.
00:21:11.000 I've confronted them and I've said, Can you show me your indictments of people on the left?
00:21:16.000 Oh, well, we're suing the Biden administration.
00:21:18.000 That's fine.
00:21:19.000 I can have a bunch of law clerks do that.
00:21:21.000 I need courage, and we need you to use political power to go after these people.
00:21:26.000 For example, the Southern Poverty Law Center.
00:21:29.000 For decades, the Sovereign Potty Law Center has collected revenues well in excess of its spending.
00:21:33.000 In 2022, it's collected $140 million and spent just $110 million for a surplus of nearly $30 million.
00:21:40.000 The SPLC's lavish headquarters has been nicknamed the Poverty Palace.
00:21:45.000 Even other, more principled liberals find the group completely loathsome.
00:21:50.000 In 1996, one of them called SPLC founder Morris Dees a fraud and a con man.
00:21:55.000 In a 2019 piece, former staffer Bob Mosier said the group was, quote, ripping off donors and was essentially a con.
00:22:02.000 Well, where is the SPLC?
00:22:03.000 Where are they headquartered?
00:22:05.000 Sacramento, California, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, New York?
00:22:09.000 They're headquartered in Alabama.
00:22:12.000 So I asked the question: where is the war room in the Alabama Attorneys General's office?
00:22:17.000 I think it's Steve Marshall.
00:22:19.000 I've talked to him.
00:22:20.000 Nothing.
00:22:20.000 Doesn't do anything.
00:22:21.000 Office investigating the SPLC the way New York investigated the NRA and destroyed the NRA.
00:22:27.000 Do you know the NRA via Letitia James had a war room dedicated to destroying the NRA?
00:22:33.000 That's all they did all day long.
00:22:35.000 Have we started to fight fire with fire?
00:22:37.000 No, because our side are spineless and weak.
00:22:41.000 How many times do we have to see our guys, our team, get arrested, go in front of trial before we say, well, we have to wait for November?
00:22:50.000 Yes, November matters a lot.
00:22:51.000 I'm dedicating my life to winning in November.
00:22:54.000 Why don't we use current prescribed political power to make them understand there's a consequence?
00:23:02.000 If you are under attack, you have a right to self-defense.
00:23:06.000 Our movement is under attack every single day.
00:23:09.000 Navarro is in prison.
00:23:10.000 Donald Trump facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:23:13.000 Bannon is waiting for his prison sentence.
00:23:15.000 I could go on the list after list after list after list.
00:23:19.000 They disassembled the NRA.
00:23:20.000 They raided James O'Keefe's home.
00:23:22.000 They're trying to put Rudy Giuliani in jail.
00:23:24.000 They're trying to put Mark Meadows in jail.
00:23:26.000 Can you name a single prominent Democrat?
00:23:28.000 I'm waiting, one that is currently facing a serious criminal legal challenge.
00:23:35.000 Can you name one?
00:23:38.000 Name one.
00:23:39.000 Not to mention in the state of Michigan, they're trying to put alternate electors in prison.
00:23:42.000 In Nevada, they're trying to do the same.
00:23:44.000 And they're talking about the same in many other states.
00:23:46.000 People that legally signed a piece of paper, just like what happened in 1960, to be alternate electors, and they're trying to destroy these people's lives.
00:23:54.000 And that is all done by state AGs.
00:23:56.000 And the Republican state AGs say, well, I don't have criminal jurisdiction.
00:24:00.000 Well, then work with the local DA and hand them the goods and usher this thing and shepherd it through.
00:24:06.000 Peter Strzzok, Anthony Fauci, Lisa Page, Hillary Clinton.
00:24:10.000 Shall I continue?
00:24:13.000 The left funnels billions of dollars universities and bureaucracies to implement their agenda.
00:24:18.000 Why can't we spend a few million hiring extra lawyers in red states to protect our freedoms?
00:24:22.000 The Democrats also actively try and disqualify lawyers who defend victims of their lawfare.
00:24:29.000 And so, yes, you should be outraged that Donald Trump is in prison, not in prison, is in court today, they're trying to put him in prison.
00:24:37.000 You should be outraged about it.
00:24:39.000 But then you should be motivated and ask the question: why is the opposition party taking it?
00:24:45.000 You see, the way I'm talking is considered to be radical.
00:24:51.000 It's not how the high society people operate.
00:24:58.000 I'm going to list every Republican attorney general, and I know many of them, and I have gotten nowhere.
00:25:04.000 For example, Sean Reyes in Utah, Austin Knutson in Montana, Steve Marshall in Alabama, Ashley Moody in Florida, Todd Riquita in Indiana, Brenna Burt in Iowa, Chris Kobach in Kansas, who, you know, talks a really good game.
00:25:17.000 Where are the indictments, Chris?
00:25:19.000 You're going to fight Fire or Fire?
00:25:20.000 Is it just more lawsuits?
00:25:21.000 Lawsuits are fine.
00:25:22.000 That's old school, man.
00:25:24.000 You realize the left has, they have graduated past lawsuits into direct criminal action against political opponents.
00:25:31.000 And so we have a choice.
00:25:32.000 We keep on seeing our best people, our most loyal, hardworking, high-integrity people, keep on getting marched to prison.
00:25:39.000 And we say, well, that's really bad.
00:25:42.000 That's really sad.
00:25:43.000 Or we do something about it.
00:25:45.000 Or Lynn Fitch from Mississippi, Alan Wilson from South Carolina, Treg Taylor from Alaska, Tim Griffin from Arkansas, Chris Carr from Georgia, Douglas Moylan from Guam.
00:25:56.000 That'd be an interesting one.
00:25:57.000 Raul Labador from Idaho.
00:25:59.000 Tried with him.
00:26:00.000 Russell Coleman from Kentucky.
00:26:02.000 Liz Murle from Louisiana.
00:26:04.000 Andrew Bailey from Missouri.
00:26:06.000 Again, some of these people are doing some other good work.
00:26:07.000 They're suing Biden and they're doing other stuff.
00:26:09.000 That's not the point.
00:26:10.000 We need direct criminal action against, for example, BLM.
00:26:15.000 Let's cue the Jeopardy music.
00:26:16.000 How many top-level BLM officials have been indicted?
00:26:22.000 Ready to go.
00:26:24.000 None.
00:26:27.000 None.
00:26:28.000 Mike Hilgers from Nebraska, our favorite state.
00:26:31.000 John Formella from New Hampshire.
00:26:33.000 Drew Wigley from North Dakota.
00:26:34.000 Dave Yost from Ohio.
00:26:36.000 Genter Drummond from Oklahoma.
00:26:38.000 Marty Jackley from South Dakota.
00:26:40.000 Jason Mires from Virginia.
00:26:42.000 Patrick Morrissey, who wants to be governor.
00:26:44.000 They all do from West Virginia.
00:26:45.000 And Bridget Hill from Wyoming.
00:26:49.000 You know what AG stands for, aspiring governor.
00:26:52.000 If these people really want to become governor, where is the fight?
00:26:56.000 It's because our side, I get it.
00:26:58.000 Our side actually takes the law seriously, and it seems to be unprecedented, unseemly to use the law as a way to then, let's just say, reciprocate against the attack on Trump and our entire movement.
00:27:13.000 But when the left gets radical, we must return in kind.
00:27:16.000 Stop it, is what we must say to them.
00:27:18.000 Stop it.
00:27:21.000 You do not deal with terrorists with strongly worded letters.
00:27:26.000 It must be mutually assured destruction, M-A-D.
00:27:32.000 Otherwise, we're just lambs to the slaughter.
00:27:35.000 And all these people, these AGs, well, you don't understand.
00:27:37.000 We're suing here and we're suing there.
00:27:39.000 We want people in jail.
00:27:42.000 That's the only way we can respond.
00:27:44.000 I can go through the list.
00:27:45.000 They try to put O'Keefe there, Giuliani, Meadows.
00:27:48.000 Can you name a single top-level figure on the left that is facing the law, even like an inch of the law fair that our side is?
00:27:54.000 Of course not, because we don't do that because we're better people.
00:27:58.000 Again, but we're going to be lovable losers.
00:28:00.000 They're going to obliterate our movement if we don't do something about it.
00:28:03.000 So, yes, we can get fired up up Trump in the courthouse.
00:28:07.000 The question is: why don't we have Hillary Clinton in the Arkansas courthouse?
00:28:11.000 Why don't we have BLM in the Kansas courthouse?
00:28:16.000 Because we don't have the political will.
00:28:18.000 We'd rather lose.
00:28:22.000 Three-star general Michael J. Flynn, head of the Pentagon Intelligence Agency, knew all the government's dirty secrets.
00:28:29.000 He was one of the most respected generals in the military.
00:28:32.000 Flynn knew what the Intel world had been up to.
00:28:34.000 He understood gets funding.
00:28:36.000 He ordered the first audit of the use of contractors.
00:28:40.000 This set off alarm bells.
00:28:42.000 The explosive new documentary, Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost, and covers the facts behind this scandal.
00:28:49.000 Flynn told the truth.
00:28:51.000 He was the most dangerous person for Donald Trump to hire.
00:28:54.000 I find out the worst enemy that I'm going to face in my life is right here in America.
00:28:59.000 They took my assessment and they wanted me to change it.
00:29:02.000 I was like, I'm changing it.
00:29:03.000 They had to get rid of Flynn.
00:29:05.000 With in-depth interviews, archival footage, and never before seen personal records of the man behind the headlines.
00:29:12.000 I just felt like I was drowning.
00:29:14.000 Flynn, deliver the truth, whatever the cost.
00:29:16.000 Available now.
00:29:17.000 Watch it today.
00:29:18.000 Go to satellite.com.
00:29:20.000 Save emnow.com.
00:29:26.000 Let's go to Cut 20.
00:29:28.000 Yeah, we've never seen anything like it, obviously, our nearly 250 years.
00:29:32.000 A former president in the dock, in effect, for criminal charges.
00:29:36.000 We've seen, obviously, Donald Trump in court a lot in the last couple of years, but these have always been civil trials and motion hearings and all that kind of thing.
00:29:44.000 Now, for the first time, a jury will be seated to hear whether or not the former president and the putative future president, the one who wants to go back to the White House, is in fact a crook.
00:29:54.000 He's in fact a felon.
00:29:55.000 It's a moment of accountability, a moment to prove the old principle that no one is above the law, even a former president.
00:30:01.000 I wanted to play that piece of tape again because it's so powerful that they want to try to add the label on as convicted felon.
00:30:10.000 One of the most important realizations that you can come to is that there is no opposition party, but there is an opposition movement.
00:30:22.000 Those are two different things.
00:30:24.000 There is an opposition movement, and you are part of that movement.
00:30:27.000 And Donald Trump is the symbol of the opposition.
00:30:30.000 He is not politically correct.
00:30:32.000 Donald Trump does not play by their rules.
00:30:34.000 Donald Trump wants to shake up the neoliberal order of adventurous foreign wars and southern the southern invasion happening every single day.
00:30:46.000 Donald Trump understands that this country is in slow motion collapse.
00:30:53.000 But as far as an opposition party, you do not have that.
00:30:57.000 You've not had that for quite some time.
00:31:00.000 And look at the FISA vote last week.
00:31:03.000 The FISA vote is a perfect example of how this document, the U.S. Constitution, does not matter to them.
00:31:11.000 A vote to get a warrant, and a majority of Republicans, majority of Democrats, and a sliver of Republicans, to be fair, said no.
00:31:18.000 Warrant?
00:31:20.000 You mean from that old document, the Constitution?
00:31:22.000 That's outdated.
00:31:24.000 We need to make sure the FBI is a super government, which is what they've done.
00:31:28.000 And in the midst of this high-velocity information war that we are in, the Democrats are unafraid to use political power because there is no way Republicans will do the same.
00:31:48.000 There's no way that the BLM leaders would ever be indicted by the AG of Mississippi or that there would be an SPLC commission investigating everything in the SPLC in Alabama because you don't want to be called racist.
00:32:01.000 There's been some good work by the Missouri Attorney General to go into some of the transgender affirming care stuff, but not nearly enough.
00:32:08.000 And it's some people say, well, Charlie, we have to get through this election.
00:32:11.000 You see, that's where you're not looking at this correctly.
00:32:15.000 This should have happened a long time ago.
00:32:16.000 And now Donald Trump is out on an island.
00:32:19.000 Where are the Republican AGs having his back?
00:32:21.000 I'm not talking about some sort of letter.
00:32:22.000 Oh, we have your back, Donald Trump.
00:32:24.000 This is an egregious abuse of power.
00:32:26.000 You see, you're arguing as if the other side cares about standards.
00:32:32.000 You're arguing as if there is an agreed upon transcendent value system that we still live under.
00:32:38.000 This is pure power.
00:32:40.000 There is no right or wrong.
00:32:42.000 There is no good or evil.
00:32:43.000 It's whoever is in charge gets to determine what is right.
00:32:47.000 That is the lesser understood concept of 1984, written by George Orwell, is that truth will be decided by whoever's boot is on the other person's neck.
00:32:58.000 That truth is not objectively explored and discovered and seen, which has been the Western ideal, but truth is declared by the party.
00:33:09.000 And so when we make these arguments, oh, this legal case is outrageous and all this, the left chuckles.
00:33:15.000 They say, you think we care about truth?
00:33:17.000 We care about power.
00:33:18.000 And Donald Trump is a threat to that power.
00:33:22.000 Imagine if a Republican AG went and actually did one of these indictments.
00:33:28.000 You'd be a hero.
00:33:30.000 You'd become governor of whatever state you're in.
00:33:32.000 But there's something they're afraid of or they're cautious.
00:33:35.000 And, well, we can't do that.
00:33:37.000 It's a little bit too much.
00:33:39.000 The Michigan Attorney General, they're not afraid.
00:33:41.000 They indicted a bunch of Trump-supporting senior citizens who are alternate electors.
00:33:46.000 They don't care.
00:33:47.000 That is part of the hero's journey on the left.
00:33:50.000 Manhattan is literally an island of totalitarianism right now this morning.
00:33:55.000 So how should we respond?
00:33:56.000 You can respond by complaining, which our side does very well, wringing our hands and hoping it gets better, or we can realize that we're still actually a majority of this country.
00:34:05.000 We have a majority of states, majority of AGs, and maybe it's time for us to use the political power that we have ignored for quite some time.
00:34:18.000 Thanks so much for listening.
