00:00:42.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:54.000Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:03.000I'm very excited to bring on this next guest because after everything that's going on down in here in New York, we also have to understand what's been going on around the country, the rise of violence, and specifically militant trans violence.
00:01:20.000We saw this in Nashville, but we also saw it in the violence that's targeted towards someone named Billboard Chris.
00:01:29.000And we have Chris on the line with us right now.
00:02:18.000Our children are being harmed psychologically and physically because of an ideology that teaches that just because they defy sexist regressive stereotypes, that they must have been born in the wrong body.
00:02:33.000Can you imagine telling your child they were born wrong?
00:02:45.000Yet this ideology teaching that our children are trans has captured the entire Western world and no one can even define what it means to be trans.
00:03:30.000I've been traveling North America for two and a half years, having conversations out on the street because I felt we had to get out of our echo chambers and spread awareness about what I consider to be the greatest child abuse scandal in modern medicine history.
00:03:40.000That the only strategy of these people on the left, the government, the media, and these militant trans activists is to try to silence all conversation.
00:03:48.000And sometimes they use violence to silence, but I'm not going to let them intimidate me at all.
00:04:16.000So, this was the Transgender Day of Visibility because apparently they don't have enough visibility.
00:04:21.000And I went to this rally and I just have conversations.
00:04:23.000I've had 10, 11, 12,000 conversations out on the streets and at university campuses all across North America.
00:04:30.000And within seconds of arriving, I saw one of my friends there and I tried to walk over to him because he was surrounded by some hostile people.
00:04:47.000And this female police officer got out of the car.
00:04:50.000And I knew right away I had a problem on my hands because I said to her, You know, shouldn't I be able to walk freely in a Canadian park?
00:04:58.000And she said, Well, so there's actually two stories here: there's the assault itself.
00:05:04.000It was the first one, there was a second, more significant one.
00:05:07.000But the most shocking thing was the behavior of this Vancouver police force, who, by the way, have arrested me twice previously after I got assaulted.
00:05:15.000I was once charged with causing a disturbance after a man came and hit me, and Antifa were swarming all around me.
00:05:20.000And they actually banned me from walking on the streets of downtown Vancouver for about six months until the crown prosecutor threw out the charge.
00:05:27.000But I was just hanging out, being as peaceful as I could.
00:05:29.000I was talking to a reporter at the time, and these two violent psychopaths were on each side of me, screaming F you, F you, F you over and over.
00:05:38.000They were then crowding onto my actual body.
00:05:41.000And what am I supposed to do in that situation?
00:05:45.000I can't get out of there if I want to.
00:05:46.000And I actually did want to get out, but we have 40 police officers at this point just watching all of this unfold.
00:05:52.000And as soon as I tried to get out of there, I put a hand gently on this guy's chest, like, I need some space because he's screaming three inches from my ear and it's actually hurting my eardrum.
00:06:02.000And as soon as I just touched him, they used this as a license to commit assault, which he did.
00:06:18.000And the first thing I want to point out that a lot of people totally miss is that when they get that close to your eardrum, and you saw this happen in DC recently, we've seen this happen a lot of places.
00:06:31.000Sometimes they'll use, you know, instruments or whistles or blowhorns, whatever it is, that fog horns, that that actually is a form of assault because that does cause hearing damage that can cause your eardrums to rupture.
00:06:45.000When I was in the Navy, obviously that was something that if you worked in a high-volume space, you always had to wear those ear-canceling devices or just headphones, et cetera.
00:07:01.000When you put your hand on the individual, what you were attempting to do was end their assault and defend the assault that was occurring on you.
00:07:10.000But the fact of the matter is that obviously, even at that point, you didn't swing.
00:07:56.000Let's, let's, if we can, if we can, it's very, this is very fast.
00:08:00.000Let's, let's actually play the clip again because we're, here we are going through it like the Zabruder film, but I, it's very quick, and people need to understand how fast this assault happened.
00:08:29.000Sorry, punched in the throat, then a left hook.
00:08:31.000He pulled me, and then the guy, the other guy pushed me.
00:08:33.000And I'm on a bit of a slope, so I took a few steps there.
00:08:36.000But hey, yeah, it all happens very quickly.
00:08:38.000They're just looking for any reason to hit you.
00:08:40.000If you step on their pinky toe accidentally, they'll take that as a reason to punch you in the face.
00:08:44.000And I'll just say out there that I've been in situations like this myself dealing with Antifa, both in New York City, where I am right now, as well as down in Washington, D.C., where I've been surrounded.
00:08:58.000And people need to realize that they're doing that surrounding in order to try to provoke you because they will take any instance, any instance of you reacting to assault you and try to violently be, of course, we've seen this too, Andy No, the milkshaking, the assaults that have gone on.
00:09:26.000They're done supporting companies that rake in hundreds of millions of dollars, sometimes billions of dollars, while trashing the country that made their success possible.
00:09:35.000Until recently, we had to take it, but companies like Patriot Mobile are building a whole new economy, one which embraces the values that made America the greatest nation on earth.
00:09:45.000Look, Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:09:50.000Look, they offer dependable coverage for all three major networks and they offer you a performance coverage guarantee.
00:09:56.000If you're not happy with your coverage, you could switch to a different network for free without changing carriers.
00:10:01.000All this, plus the knowledge that you're supporting free speech, the sanctity of life, Second Amendment, and our military first responder heroes.
00:10:09.000Their 100% U.S.-based customer service team makes switching awfully easy.
00:10:14.000Just go to patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie or call them today at 878-PATER.
00:10:58.000However, in a family court trial with Rob Hoogland a couple years ago, Rob Hoogland is a Canadian dad who was sentenced to six months in jail last year for violating a gag order.
00:11:14.000At the age of 13, his daughter was indoctrinated through school to believe she was a boy.
00:11:18.000She was sent to this psychologist named Wallace Wong, who's transitioning over a thousand kids, including over 500 in our foster system.
00:11:24.000Almost 10% of all the kids in state care in British Columbia are being transitioned by this one psychologist.
00:11:30.000He sent her to the children's hospital, who decided at 13 to put this girl on testosterone.
00:11:35.000Her dad objected, but he was sent a letter, which I have.
00:11:39.000It literally says he can be a friend and advisor to his own daughter, but he cannot intervene in these medical decisions because we have this law called the Infants Act, which says all that's needed is the doctor's approval.
00:11:49.000And if the doctor thinks the child can understand.
00:12:00.000But in a separate instance at court, the judge told him that it was tantamount to family violence to misgender his daughter.
00:12:10.000So in Canada, parents are powerless to stop the transition of their kids.
00:12:16.000Unanimously, all of our members of parliament last year voted to call it conversion therapy to help your girl feel comfortable as a girl or your boy as a boy.
00:12:25.000It's totally fine to convince your girl she's a boy, cut off her breasts, put her on puberty blockers, give her testosterone, and turn her into a lifelong pharmaceutical patient.
00:12:33.000But if you want to help her feel comfortable with her sex, that's now considered conversion therapy and parents can go to jail for five years.
00:12:39.000But, Chris, I want to ask you as well a little bit.
00:12:43.000This shooting in Nashville, it seems like it's been completely wiped from the media.
00:12:50.000It's been completely wiped from the news.
00:12:52.000A Christian massacre committed by a transgender, a woman attempting to live as we don't know yet whether or not she had been on testosterone or had begun transitioning yet, at least medically.
00:13:07.000Obviously, there's been a question about it.
00:13:12.000When it was any other mass shooter, if someone had, you know, a, you know, a, you know, a Donald Trump hat or something, it'd be the only thing on the news.
00:13:21.000Why is it for this one, suddenly the media doesn't want to talk about it?
00:13:24.000Yeah, it doesn't fit their narrative, does it?
00:13:26.000So we've got this situation where the media and the government, the Democrats, are whipping these people up into a frenzy as though there is a genocide going on against transgender individuals, when in reality, we have a bunch of parents concerned for the health and welfare of their children.
00:14:23.000So the government and the media bear some responsibility for this overall trend we're seeing.
00:14:27.000Well, I would agree with you on there, but then it's also this question of on the flip side, they will say that there's this trans genocide going on right now.
00:14:44.000You know, statistically, if you look at, we hear all the time that people are murdered just for being trans.
00:14:48.000If you look at the actual statistics on this, the general population is statistically per capita more than two times more likely to be murdered.
00:14:58.000There is no hate going on against these people.
00:17:28.000And then we are going to get Scott Pressler in here in just a minute.
00:17:32.000And I say that they're talking about going after the Secret Service and they're bringing them in because the indictment in New York isn't good enough.
00:17:55.000They're going to indict him in Canada.
00:17:56.000They're going to indict him everywhere.
00:17:57.000They're going to indict him at the world court.
00:17:59.000They're going to label Donald Trump the man who never committed or never started a new war, committed U.S. troops to a new war.
00:18:07.000They're going to call him a war criminal and they'll indict him for that and abstention next, right?
00:18:11.000They'll find out that, you know, at the same time that he didn't do this, that they'll say, oh, he was jaywalking when he was, you know, when he was 15 in, you know, in New York City across Fifth Avenue.
00:18:21.000They're going to get him for that one too.
00:18:23.000Let's bring in Scott Pressler here, the great Scott Pressler.
00:18:26.000And Scott, I want to talk to you about Wisconsin, but before we get to that, I have to ask you, man, you and I have known each other since 2016.
00:18:33.000We've been in this fight day in, day out.
00:18:36.000Can you comment for us on what this historic week is for our country?
00:18:41.000The fact that it seems as though the entire establishment is doing everything they can to turn this movement and the man, the leader of this movement into a criminal.
00:19:45.000But Scott, you, and this is what I've always loved about Scott Pressler and his activism, hashtag the persistence, is because while some of us follow the news of the day and some of us are digging in, pulling up receipts day in, day out, you don't do that.
00:20:00.000You focus on all of the races up and down the ballot, all the way across the country.
00:20:07.000And there's a race and you and I, we were, it's funny enough, we were just on with War Room the other day talking about Wisconsin.
00:20:27.000Scott, tell us about the amount of resources that have been dumped into this race and then explain to us why it's so important.
00:20:34.000This is the most expensive Supreme Court race in Wisconsin history.
00:20:40.000President Obama has endorsed the liberal candidate.
00:20:43.000Hillary Clinton has endorsed the liberal candidate.
00:20:46.000George Soros has spent a million dollars on the liberal.
00:20:50.000Governor Pritzker, the Democrat governor of Illinois, has spent a million dollars on this race.
00:20:56.000All of the Democrats across the country, California, New York, they're pouring money into this election because they understand that if we don't elect conservative Justice Daniel Kelly on April 4th, that voter ID will be gone in Wisconsin.
00:21:12.000Proof of residency will be gone in Wisconsin.
00:21:15.000There will be unmanned drop boxes in Milwaukee and Madison, making it so difficult to win the state and making it even more difficult to win the presidency in 2024.
00:21:29.000Gun rights, hunting rights are on the ballot.
00:21:31.000Not being forced and coerced into unions is on the ballot.
00:21:36.000This election is so consequential, Jack, that I got here on March 5th.
00:21:41.000I will be here through April 4th on Election Day.
00:21:44.000I've spent a month of my life barnstorming the state, begging and pleading with anyone that will listen to me about how important this race is.
00:21:53.000And we have to make a plan to vote for Justice Daniel Kelly on April 4th.
00:21:58.000You know, I saw a clip actually of the debaters there with Daniel Kelly against Janet Prasowicz.
00:22:05.000And they were saying she was making these claims.
00:22:09.000I guess it was a fact check clip that was being done.
00:22:11.000She was making these claims that she'd only ever had one recidivist.
00:22:15.000She's only ever had one recidivist when that's someone that she dealer given a light sentence to who had then gotten out and committed, gone on to commit more crime.
00:22:24.000Now, if you're a judge and if you've been sitting on the bench for any number of time, five years, 10 years, you're going to have multiple recidivists.
00:22:32.000This is obviously something that just unfortunately is part of, it goes to human nature.
00:22:36.000Was she seriously claiming that she only ever had one recidivist?
00:22:41.000Yeah, she lied, bold-faced lie on the debate stage.
00:22:45.000And we actually fact-checked her using the transcript of what was said, and she was wrong.
00:22:54.000And when you're running for the highest court of a state, integrity is important.
00:22:59.000And Janet hasn't been telling the truth.
00:23:01.000She's been lying not only about her record, but also about Justice Daniel Kelly with slanderous and defamatory statements.
00:23:10.000And that's why I'm supporting Justice Daniel Kelly.
00:23:12.000And the thing that I find so ironic, Jack, is on the left right now, they're all cheering on President Trump's indictment, saying no one is above the law.
00:23:22.000Then why are these same people who believe that no one is above the law still supporting Janet, who, by the way, didn't give any jail time whatsoever to a man that sexually assaulted a minor, a teenager?
00:23:39.000If no one is above the law, then how could they still in good conscience support Janet?
00:23:45.000And that's why we must support Justice Daniel Kelly.
00:23:50.000Scott, was that the case where, and correct me if I'm wrong, and I assume that she's had other rape cases, but was that the one where she essentially said something like, I think this was a crime of opportunity and I don't think you're a bad person.
00:24:06.000Was that the one where she was using that kind of language?
00:24:08.000She did use that language, calling a man who sexually assaulted a woman that he was a good man.
00:24:16.000Yes, she used that language, unfortunately.
00:24:55.000But Scott, what does it say that in a state like Wisconsin, where we saw the events of Kenosha and Kyle Rittenhouse, where we saw the events of Waukesha, that insane nutjob who drove his car through a Christmas parade, that someone like this could be getting so much support?
00:25:13.000Well, I want to speak to everyone listening.
00:25:16.000Even if you're not in Wisconsin, please let people know that when we're able to win tomorrow with Justice Daniel Kelly on April 4th, this would be defeating President Obama, defeating Hillary Clinton, defeating George Soros, defeating Democrat Governor Pritzker, defeating the Wasaka, Washika, excuse me, Waukesha massacre gentleman that drove through a white crowd on Christmas Day,
00:25:46.000defeating every single person that burned down buildings in Kenosha.
00:25:52.000This would be a slap in the face to everybody cheering on President Trump's indictment while people that committed heinous sexual assault crimes by Justice Daniel Kelly's liberal opponent are walking free.
00:26:07.000This would be a victory for justice for Wisconsin and saving the Supreme Court when we're able to elect him tomorrow, April 4th.
00:28:22.000But if we are not successful with Justice Daniel Kelly tomorrow, April 4th, then you're going to lose your voter ID.
00:28:29.000You're going to lose your proof of residency.
00:28:31.000You're going to have unmanned drop boxes.
00:28:33.000So really, I want to hone in and dial in on the fact that if we're not able to win tomorrow, the road to the White House to making Joe Biden a one-term president to re-electing a Republican president in 2024 is going to be so much harder and more difficult if we don't elect Justice Daniel Kelly.
00:28:52.000I'm getting some notes here that spending by outside groups has favored Protsayowicz more than 10 to 1.
00:29:02.000So they are dumping insane amounts of money because the left understands the importance of Wisconsin.
00:29:07.000They understand that if they want to win, you just dump money in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.
00:29:56.000I'm here because Northwest Wisconsin is not turning out in early voting.
00:30:01.000They are going to vote on election day, but we need to come out strong.
00:30:05.000If you want to make an actual tangible difference, download early vote action.
00:30:10.000You'll be able to make phone calls into Eau Claire, into St. Croix, into Pepin County, and that will make a real outcome pushing out Northwest Wisconsin on the April 4th election for Justice Daniel Kelly.
00:30:24.000So I was in Wisconsin a couple of times before the events of Kenosha, and everybody knows that I covered that very closely, covered the trial and visited there many, many times.
00:30:38.000And I've really become, I don't even know how to explain it, somewhat attached to that state.
00:30:44.000I never even thought I'd go to Wisconsin when I was younger.
00:30:49.000And I realized that it's a great state.
00:30:51.000It's got incredible people there, but the left has been focusing on Wisconsin and many other of these Rust Belt states when you look at Michigan, when you look at Western Pennsylvania for so long, because I think they understand that there's something there that it used to be.
00:31:08.000It used to be that you had these white working class voters that would always vote Democrat.
00:31:12.000But Scott, but that's not the case now up there, is it?
00:31:33.000And we may have some inclement weather on Tuesday, April 4th.
00:31:37.000And that's important and a reason why I'm here in Wisconsin is trying to tell people about the importance of early voting, of doing mail-in voting, of doing ballot chasing.
00:31:48.000And I'm not saying that we should abandon election integrity.
00:31:51.000I'm not saying that we should engage in anything illegal.
00:31:55.000I'm saying that we should use every tool at our disposal in order to win elections.
