00:01:29.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:32.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:41.000 This is not a slow news day.
00:01:42.000 You know, sometimes they say, oh, you know, it's the dull drums of summer.
00:01:45.000 It's a slow news day.
00:01:46.000 You have to think of things to talk about.
00:01:48.000 There's the lack of things to talk about.
00:01:50.000 We're going to actually go through the timeline because it could be so confusing, these indictments all over the place.
00:01:54.000 We had a very powerful show yesterday, if I may say so.
00:01:57.000 The reaction from you, the audience, has been overwhelming.
00:01:59.000 Thank you.
00:02:00.000 You guys can subscribe and listen to what we talked about yesterday in hour one.
00:02:04.000 Can conservatives handle the truth?
00:02:06.000 And the honest answer is most cannot.
00:02:08.000 We received hundreds of emails of people that believe firmly Donald Trump is not going to jail ever under any circumstances.
00:02:13.000 These indictments are just show.
00:02:15.000 It's theatrics.
00:02:17.000 I think that is silly.
00:02:18.000 You look at Tina Peters, Steve Bannon, January 6th defendants in pretrial detention.
00:02:23.000 You look at the Michigan alternate electors.
00:02:26.000 You look at James O'Keefe, Rudy Giuliani, Dinesh D'Souza.
00:02:29.000 The regime is playing for keeps.
00:02:31.000 This is not playtime.
00:02:33.000 There's a lot of news going around this gag order.
00:02:36.000 It looks like Donald Trump will not be gagged by this DC judge, which is good news.
00:02:42.000 The Department of Justice wanted to silence him.
00:02:44.000 He did get a stern warning as we predicted, but it looks like his First Amendment rights are going to be continuing.
00:02:51.000 It's just silly.
00:02:52.000 We even have to say that.
00:02:53.000 But any day now, next week, probably Fannie Willis, who is the Alvin Bragg equivalent in Fulton County, is going to come down with a 12-person indictment in a RICO case.
00:03:04.000 And that's another criminal case against Donald Trump and people in his orbit.
00:03:08.000 Who those 12 people are kind of remains a mystery.
00:03:11.000 We could speculate who they are, maybe Rudy Giuliani.
00:03:15.000 But to get to 12 is very interesting.
00:03:19.000 Some people are suspecting Senator Lindsey Graham could be indicted.
00:03:23.000 I haven't seen a lot of evidence of that, but I actually called Citizen Kane from Citizen Free Press last night.
00:03:28.000 I said, hey, man, who are the 12?
00:03:30.000 And I actually haven't seen the full list.
00:03:32.000 We won't know until the indictment actually comes down.
00:03:35.000 But I want to go through the timeline because there was some breaking news last night.
00:03:38.000 Jack Smith leads aggressively and says, hey, we want the trial January 2nd.
00:03:46.000 So you have Christmas break, AmFest.
00:03:48.000 By the way, get your tickets.
00:03:49.000 AmericaFest is going to be the biggest AmFest we've ever had.
00:03:51.000 Phoenix, Arizona.
00:03:52.000 We have the poster behind us, AmFest.com.
00:03:55.000 Coming in December, you're going to have Christmas.
00:03:56.000 You're going to have New Year's.
00:03:57.000 Boom, January 2nd, right out of the gate.
00:03:59.000 They want Donald Trump in a courtroom.
00:04:01.000 Now, Donald Trump could and his team will likely try to stretch this out a little bit, and the judge has to decide.
00:04:07.000 So it is probable that the trial will be in February or March.
00:04:10.000 That's what it's looking like.
00:04:12.000 The prosecution does not always get what they want.
00:04:14.000 And so they're going to be pushed back a little bit, most likely.
00:04:17.000 There could be pretrial motions.
00:04:19.000 The Trump team can say, hey, we need more time.
00:04:21.000 Judges typically are sympathetic to that.
00:04:25.000 Donald Trump will have to waive some of his constitutional rights to a quick and speedy trial.
00:04:30.000 And in this case, Donald Trump will actually want to waive his rights for a quick and speedy trial.
00:04:35.000 In fact, a quick and speedy trial is probably not in Donald Trump's best interest right now because the more time he can prepare to defend himself against the incredibly aggressive Department of Justice.
00:04:45.000 And also, there's a political angle to this.
00:04:48.000 And so we have here the Georgia case is coming.
00:04:52.000 We'll build that out.
00:04:54.000 If Donald Trump has to stand trial in January, if it happens in January, I want you to understand that is just days before the Iowa caucus.
00:05:07.000 So Donald Trump, who is leading in the Iowa caucus convincingly, so in the midst of the primary season, in the midst of the caucus season, we are seeing massive interference.
00:05:23.000 So it is possible that while people go to cast their caucus ballot in Iowa, the frontrunner is going to be standing trial for obstruction of justice and conspiracy to overthrow the American government.
00:05:39.000 In addition to that, we have a hearing in the January 6th case on August 28th.
00:05:46.000 The first presidential debate that Donald Trump will likely not show up to on August 23rd is happening on August 23rd.
00:05:54.000 On October 2nd, there's a trial in the Trump organization civil fraud suit, which, by the way, we don't even know, we don't even talk about this.
00:06:01.000 There's all these civil cases that are happening against Donald Trump simultaneously.
00:06:05.000 On January 15th, the day of the Iowa caucus, there's a trial in the E. Gene Carroll civil defamation suit.
00:06:14.000 On January 29th, there's a trial in an alleged pyramid scheme class action lawsuit.
00:06:22.000 On February 6th is the Nevada Republican primary.
00:06:27.000 On February 27th is the Michigan Republican primary.
00:06:30.000 On March 5th is the Super Tuesday primary.
00:06:33.000 On March 25th is a trial in New York State criminal hush money case, the Stormy Daniels criminal case.
00:06:40.000 And on May 14th is a pretrial hearing on the classified documents case.
00:06:47.000 So I just want to make sure that you're tracking here.
00:06:51.000 This fall, Donald Trump will be preparing to defend himself against the American government while the campaign season is underway.
00:07:01.000 You have a trial in the Trump organization civil fraud suit, which is brought forward by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
00:07:08.000 Now, let me just pause and remind you: there is not a single Republican attorney general, attorneys general, or a single Republican DA that is doing anything to respond against the criminality of the Democrats.
00:07:22.000 We are sitting here and we are taking it.
00:07:25.000 Just reminding you that we have to go through this entire faux exercise while we are just sitting ducks and we are getting blitz-creed.
00:07:33.000 And I've talked to a lot of these guys.
00:07:35.000 They're sweet people.
00:07:37.000 They don't mean business.
00:07:39.000 No, no, no.
00:07:40.000 The Democrats are playing at such a higher level.
00:07:44.000 They want this more than most Republicans, not you guys, the audience.
00:07:47.000 You guys are terrific.
00:07:48.000 You're elected Republican Attorneys General and DAs are not serious.
00:07:54.000 Fanny Willis is about to put forward a massive RICO case.
00:07:56.000 Why can't we put forward a RICO case against BLM?
00:08:00.000 It is one of the easiest criminal cases ever to prosecute.
00:08:05.000 These people are paying millions of dollars to like their sugar daddies.
00:08:08.000 They're paying, it's outright charitable fraud.
00:08:13.000 You have 50 states engaged.
00:08:15.000 This is all just based on public reporting.
00:08:17.000 And we can't even lift a finger against them, not even a finger.
00:08:23.000 It's maddening.
00:08:24.000 It is.
00:08:24.000 It shows Republicans do not want to win.
00:08:27.000 We want to lose nobly and still protect our lifestyle.
00:08:31.000 Okay, that's somewhat of a separate issue, but it certainly animates me.
00:08:35.000 So I just want to, okay, so then January 2nd, if Jack Smith gets his way, Donald Trump is standing trial.
00:08:43.000 Then on January 15th, E. Gene Carroll has another lawsuit against Donald Trump, financed by billionaires, Reid Hoffman, LinkedIn billionaire.
00:08:52.000 And the Carroll case is pure piracy.
00:08:54.000 Let's just be clear.
00:08:56.000 Absolute insane her case has gotten anywhere.
00:08:59.000 It is legal malpractice.
00:09:03.000 And then we have the Iowa Republican caucus.
00:09:08.000 I actually think that if Donald Trump is standing trial in January, it helps him in the Iowa caucus.
00:09:14.000 I really do.
00:09:16.000 And then you have another trial against Donald Trump in January of a pyramid scheme class action lawsuit, start of trial and class action lawsuit, accusing Trump and his company of promoting a get-rich-quick scheme.
00:09:29.000 Then you have the Nevada Republican primary, the Michigan Republican Party primary just continues.
00:09:34.000 There's a lot of, there are several dimensions to this.
00:09:38.000 Their plan is, at the very least, weigh Trump down with all these legal expenses.
00:09:42.000 It's working, but also it just goes to show the Republican Party, the quote-unquote opposition party, we don't mean, we are not ready for this.
00:09:53.000 We are scared of our own shadow.
00:09:55.000 Fannie Willis is about to go after 12 Republicans.
00:09:57.000 Alvin Bragg, D.O.J. is there a single Republican in the country that has done anything to go after the criminals of the Democrats?
00:10:06.000 If so, please email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:10:08.000 A DA, an attorneys general.
00:10:10.000 They're afraid.
00:10:11.000 They're cowards.
00:10:12.000 That's who they are.
00:10:12.000 That's what the Republican Party is filled of.
00:10:15.000 And meanwhile, I have to receive emails from people.
00:10:18.000 Oh, no, Trump's actually not going to go to jail.
00:10:20.000 They don't mean business.
00:10:23.000 We wonder why we're losing the country.
00:10:27.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:28.000 We are saving babies with pre-born by providing free ultrasounds.
00:10:31.000 When you introduce a girl to her baby by providing an ultrasound, you're giving her the truth at the most important time in her life.
00:10:37.000 And more than 85% of the time, when she sees the baby and hears the baby's heartbeat, she will choose life.
00:10:43.000 The voices that call themselves pro-choice are loud and proud, and they are everywhere.
00:10:47.000 It might feel like an uphill battle, but there is no better fight to fight than with the truth of an ultrasound.
00:10:51.000 $140 gives five mothers a free ultrasound and saves babies.
00:10:55.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:10:57.000 For just $28 a month, you can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:11:01.000 And $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:11:06.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.
00:11:11.000 I'm a donor to pre-born, and you should be too.
00:11:13.000 Call 833-850-BABY.
00:11:15.000 That is 833-850-2229 or go to preborn.org/slash Kirk.
00:11:20.000 If you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, the opportunity is just right there.
00:11:24.000 Go to preborn.org/slash Kirk.
00:11:30.000 So we're going to put together a list.
00:11:31.000 Maybe it's five, maybe it's seven, maybe it's 10.
00:11:34.000 Democrats or Democrat organizations that Republican attorneys general should investigate.
00:11:39.000 Just investigate, get to the truth.
00:11:41.000 Maybe James Biden in Florida for what he did there.
00:11:44.000 Maybe Hunter Biden in Arkansas.
00:11:47.000 Figure it out.
00:11:48.000 So we're going to put together a list, very easy to read so that the Republican Attorneys General have no excuse, and we're going to publish it.
00:11:55.000 And so we're going to just kind of go through a list: BLM, Patrice Colors.
00:11:59.000 How about all these different NGOs and 501c3s that have been financing and/or involved the attack on Cop City in Georgia?
00:12:09.000 GBI, maybe in Michigan.
00:12:11.000 It's an interesting one.
00:12:13.000 They were domiciled in Tennessee.
00:12:16.000 So maybe the Tennessee Attorney General could start looking into that.
00:12:20.000 I don't see any evidence that Republican attorneys general are doing anything.
00:12:25.000 Anything.
00:12:26.000 You know, one of them said, well, Charlie, we're civilly suing BLM.
00:12:30.000 Civilly suing.
00:12:30.000 Yeah, that's really going to, that's really going to shake them.
00:12:35.000 So what they're doing is they're putting forward a $100 million tax on the Trump campaign, and we're taking it.
00:12:42.000 New York Times reports spiraling legal bills threatened Trump with a cash crunch.
00:12:48.000 The former president's political orbit, including the super PAC that backs him, is already spending more than it's taking in.
00:12:54.000 An unusual trajectory this far out from an election.
00:12:56.000 Yeah, why do you think that is?
00:12:58.000 So at the very least, they're weighing down his entire presidential campaign with distractions, indictments.
00:13:05.000 No, it's not fair.
00:13:06.000 It's not fair, but you would act, you would think, by the way, you would think that we had maybe two or three Republican attorneys general.
00:13:16.000 We have 28, 28, and we refuse to use any of them.
00:13:21.000 Anyway, so Donald Trump is being weighed down by these mounting legal bills, which is exactly what they want.
00:13:28.000 Jack Smith wants to slow him down.
00:13:30.000 They want to throw sand in the gears of the MAGA movement.
00:13:34.000 They want to have Donald Trump have to stand trial for weeks on end.
00:13:38.000 Meanwhile, his adversaries in the Republican primary can take pot shots and can run ads against him and lower his favorability ratings.
00:13:46.000 There's a great clip here.
00:13:48.000 Well, it's not great, but it's accurate.
00:13:51.000 I don't know if I see it here on the cut sheet, but it was in the open.
00:13:54.000 It was Donnie Deutsch on MSNBC.
00:13:57.000 And this is exactly how they feel.
00:14:01.000 They believe clearly that if Donald Trump, yeah, that's okay.
00:14:04.000 Cut 136, get it ready.
00:14:06.000 This is why they're operating with the rapidity, the ferocity, the intentionality.
00:14:12.000 This is not a joke for them.
00:14:13.000 This is everything.
00:14:15.000 I've said it before.
00:14:16.000 The leaders of the Democrat Uniparty, the leaders of the Marxist regime, they are so terrified of you, of the ordinary American, of the muscular class.
00:14:29.000 They are saying on television that freedom itself is over if Donald Trump gets elected.
00:14:37.000 This is not a game for them.
00:14:38.000 They're saying it time and time and time again.
00:14:41.000 They're also insanely well-funded.
00:14:43.000 Democrat donors are far more generous than Republican donors.
00:14:47.000 It's not even close.
00:14:48.000 They give five to 10 times more.
00:14:50.000 They have so much money.
00:14:52.000 And the Democrats used to be the ones that would complain about the Koch brothers and campaign finance.
00:14:56.000 Now they are flush with cash.
00:14:58.000 They literally have so much money, so much money flooding the system that they have time to spend money in red states.
00:15:06.000 They'll just flood money into Wyoming or in Indiana.
00:15:09.000 The Democrats have coffers on coffers of coffers of plutocrats and oligarchs that are flooding money in.
00:15:16.000 Republicans and the conservative movement have no such advantage.
00:15:20.000 Scrapping for money.
00:15:22.000 But listen to this.
00:15:22.000 Why are they going after Donald Trump like this?
00:15:25.000 They believe at their core, at their core, they've convinced themselves that Donald Trump is Adolf Hitler.
00:15:32.000 And they're acting like it.
00:15:33.000 Play Cut 136.
00:15:34.000 And this is why I get so enraged with not the far-right fringe, but the Republican, the establishment.
00:15:41.000 Republicans.
00:15:42.000 Do you not understand that if Donald Trump wins, nothing else matters because it's over?
00:15:48.000 You need to think that extreme.
00:15:52.000 It's over.
00:15:54.000 Freedom is over if Donald Trump gets elected.
00:15:56.000 It's that simple.
00:15:58.000 No other issue matters.
00:15:59.000 Freedom is over if Donald Trump gets elected.
00:16:05.000 That's the belief of Jack Smith, of Fannie Willis, of Alvin Bragg, of George Soros, of Lorene Powell Jobs, of the eBay founder, of the Google people.
00:16:14.000 And they're playing for keeps.
00:16:16.000 They have the memory of 2016.
00:16:19.000 They remember the shock, the awe, the desperation, the panic when Donald Trump was announced on election night in 2016.
00:16:26.000 And they will never let that happen again.
00:16:28.000 And I'll be very honest, we as Republicans are not planning or acting as if we want to win this 2024 election.
00:16:37.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:39.000 And like many of you, I'm a busy guy balancing family, show, travel, and TPUSA.
00:16:43.000 When I needed a mortgage, I went to my friends Andrew Delray and Todd of Aiki at Sierra Pacific.
00:16:48.000 They were amazing.
00:16:49.000 And look, I had some complicated stuff.
00:16:50.000 Don't need to go into the details.
00:16:52.000 They handled it personally.
00:16:54.000 Call them if you have an aging family member, for example, that needs some financial relief.
00:16:59.000 Ask them about a reverse mortgage.
00:17:00.000 If you're self-employed and are finding it difficult to qualify because of that, they have my 100% full and complete endorsement.
00:17:07.000 Call them and help you prepare.

00:17:29.000 Check it out.
00:17:29.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:17:31.000 That is AndrewandTodd.com.
00:17:33.000 Fill out the quick form and they'll get you back with answers, AndrewTodd.com.
00:17:39.000 Okay, so some of you are really excited, emailing us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:17:45.000 Oh, Merrick Garland just announced, breaking news while we're on our program, that Weiss is now a special counsel in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation.
00:17:56.000 I'm just at a loss for words that you guys are falling for this, to be honest, but not all of you.
00:18:01.000 Number one, there is a distinct technical legal difference between a special counsel and an independent counsel.
00:18:08.000 A special counsel is nothing more than an attaché to Merrick Garland.
00:18:13.000 An independent counsel is truly walled off, own staff, own funding, and the attorney general has nothing to do with it.
00:18:21.000 That would be Bob Mueller or Ken Starr.
00:18:23.000 A special counsel is nothing more than a revamped, just, let's just say, outsourced attachment of what Merrick Garland wants.
00:18:35.000 That's number one.
00:18:36.000 Number two, why is Merrick Garland doing this?
00:18:40.000 So the appearance of independence.
00:18:47.000 So, and this is important.
00:18:48.000 If Congress actually ends up authorizing a quote-unquote special independent counsel, then it's a completely technically different thing.
00:18:56.000 This means absolutely nothing.
00:19:00.000 It is responsible to the Attorney General of the United States and then to the president United States.
00:19:08.000 So this is just Joe Biden who eventually has total and complete control over this in the executive branch.
00:19:17.000 Number two, this is just an insurance plan.
00:19:19.000 This is simply an insurance plan.
00:19:21.000 That's all this is.
00:19:22.000 This is an insurance policy in case Joe Biden and his dementia starts to overcome him.
00:19:27.000 They need some sort of backup plan.
00:19:29.000 Understand, we as Republican conservatives or MAGA, whatever, I get asked, you know, I got asked by a donor the day, say, well, Charlie, what's the inside plan?
00:19:36.000 I said, there's no plan.
00:19:38.000 I said, the Republican Party can't even hold a debate.
00:19:42.000 The Republican Party can't even, they can't even get every candidate to show up and vet their donors.
00:19:50.000 40,000 donors.
00:19:51.000 Yeah, Mike Pence has 40,000 donors.
00:19:52.000 Sure.
00:19:53.000 There's no plan.
00:19:54.000 There's no ballot chasing plan.
00:19:56.000 There's no voter registration plan.
00:19:58.000 There is no plan.
00:20:00.000 It's all just, we hope everyone shows up.
00:20:02.000 It's a bunch of guesswork.
00:20:03.000 It's a miracle that we actually get as close as we do.
00:20:06.000 The Democrats have planned this down to the precinct.
00:20:10.000 They've planned to the voter, to how we're going to win over this community and micro-target this.
00:20:17.000 They have a machine of artificial intelligence and sophistication.
00:20:21.000 Our plan is: let's try our best.
00:20:26.000 So the Democrats have now put forward a backup plan via David Weiss.
00:20:35.000 David Weiss.
00:20:38.000 Just in case, if Joe Biden gets a little bit out there, they're able to tug it in.
00:20:42.000 David Weiss is nothing more than a leash for the Uniparty to be able to continue to control Biden and, if necessary, bring in Gavin Newsom, bring in Kamala Harris, whomever it is at the right time using the DNC superdelegate system to be able to have who they want as the candidate.
00:21:03.000 Remember, the party of democracy, the party that wants more people to have representation, wants less parties on the ballot, less primaries, less selections.
00:21:14.000 But it's our democracy, as Kamala Harris tells us.
00:21:18.000 Now, what's so interesting, and I want to play these two clips and contrast them, is that I know that this is a lot of, you know, there's been a fair amount of negative news we've covered today, and it's the honest truth.
00:21:27.000 The timeline is not promising.
00:21:29.000 The timeline is a complete insult to our institutions, to our traditions.
00:21:34.000 But I have to say, I am long-term hopeful about what the Republican Party has become.
00:21:42.000 The rise of the small dollar donor has changed the Republican Party for the better.
00:21:48.000 Eventually, we are going to get better elected officials and better politicians.
00:21:53.000 But a bottom-up movement is far more anti-fragile, far more resistant to attacks.
00:22:02.000 It's decentralized.
00:22:04.000 But not everybody agrees with that.
00:22:06.000 So, first, I want to play a piece of tape that shows the everyday man.
00:22:11.000 This reminds me of a National Geographic type special, a PBS special, if you will, that I would see growing up in the early 2000s, where they would send a foreign correspondent to an Aboriginal tribe in rural Australia.
00:22:28.000 And he would go there to sit around and try to find out what the foreign distant tribal members thought about society.
00:22:37.000 And they would capture them.
00:22:39.000 That's John King going to go talk to Republican voters.
00:22:43.000 He's so disconnected.
00:22:45.000 It's so foreign to him.
00:22:47.000 He might as well go down to Peru, to the highlands of Machu Picchu, and talk to the people still living in the 300.
00:22:57.000 And I don't mean this in a derogatory way, so some people could take this wrong, but John King looked at this assignment as if he's going to the zoo or going to sub-Saharan Africa to check out exotic animals.
00:23:09.000 That's the journalistic intent here.
00:23:12.000 It's such a foreign mindset.
00:23:16.000 It is so contrasted with the CNN regime narrative.
00:23:20.000 So CNN goes into the wild with their cameras to view the MAGA, the MAGA voter in their habitat.
00:23:34.000 This is what John King learns: Play Cut 145.
00:23:37.000 Friends and family around the table, don't watch and don't trust CNN.
00:23:42.000 There is reverence for Ronald Reagan here.
00:23:44.000 But listen, the trust is gone.
00:23:46.000 Reagan's optimism replaced by Trump's grievances.
00:23:50.000 We got to find our own way to take care of ourselves.
00:23:52.000 Reagan's disdain of big government replaced by Trump's distrust of just about everything.
00:23:58.000 I think he thinks he stole it from him.
00:24:01.000 Still questions about the 2020 election.
00:24:03.000 And a lot of people agree with him.
00:24:05.000 Criticism of the Trump prosecutions.
00:24:08.000 But nothing about that deal is the American way.
00:24:12.000 I don't think.
00:24:14.000 And this.
00:24:15.000 If you think the United States should be supporting Ukraine in the fight against Putin, raise your hand.
00:24:25.000 Not a single hand goes up.
00:24:26.000 And CNN is suffocating in the silence.
00:24:31.000 Everyone wants war.
00:24:33.000 How dare the MACA person not want to fly the Ukraine flag?
00:24:38.000 They probably don't celebrate Pride Month.
00:24:42.000 And so that gives me hope.
00:24:44.000 The ordinary man, the muscular class, our movement long term is stronger than the Democrats.
00:24:51.000 The Democrats, they are a temporary coalition between permanent, resentful, government-addicted minorities and people that want government benefits, Xanax and Chardonnay wine moms, and resentful, college-educated, white liberal women who complain about everything with single women and oligarchs.
00:25:11.000 That's the Democrat Party.
00:25:13.000 Republicans are a multiracial, small business, parents' party, entrepreneurs, Hispanics, blacks, all across the board.
00:25:23.000 The Republican Party is a healthier party, not left versus right, but top versus bottom.
00:25:30.000 And that might not, that might not manifest itself this election.
00:25:34.000 I'm just going to be honest.
00:25:35.000 No guarantee.
00:25:36.000 But if the Republican Party keeps this pace up, as artificial intelligence starts to displace millions of jobs, as the technocrats try to redesign society, the Democrat coalition is going to shrink and shrink.
00:25:51.000 All they have left is fringe social issues of trans zealots.
00:25:55.000 And as we say frequently, the Aspen ski lift women who care so much about abortion, that's all they vote on.
00:26:03.000 I think it's a Potemkin village.
00:26:05.000 I think it's a house of cards.
00:26:06.000 I think it's an unsustainable political coalition.
00:26:09.000 I had an amazing opportunity to speak yesterday at an organization called PHP.
00:26:12.000 It's put on by Patrick Bett David, who I have a lot of respect for.
00:26:15.000 He's excellent.
00:26:16.000 It was in Las Vegas.
00:26:17.000 There were 8,000 people there.
00:26:20.000 8,000.
00:26:21.000 Almost every single person was Hispanic and black.
00:26:23.000 And you know what?
00:26:24.000 Widespread agreement.
00:26:26.000 Widespread agreement.
00:26:27.000 I'll show you the videos.
00:26:28.000 I'm not making it up.
00:26:29.000 Standing ovations.
00:26:30.000 You know what?
00:26:31.000 We're talking against the trans thing, talking about why you need religion, talking about why our country needs to put our citizens first, Hispanic, black, standing ovations.
00:26:39.000 If we did not have the mass manipulation, the Operation Mockingbird Media, I believe at my core, our message would win in every single possible community outside of Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, or the Upper East Side Manhattan group.
00:26:54.000 Somebody very close to me in my family, who traditionally would be liberal, just came in contact with Megan Kelly's podcasts and totally changed her mind on the trans issue.
00:27:07.000 In her own words, quote, I have been red-pilled on the trans issue.
00:27:11.000 Whoa, it's unbelievable.
00:27:13.000 And so the Democrat coalition is going to fall apart.
00:27:18.000 It is square peg, roundhole.
00:27:20.000 We used that before.
00:27:21.000 I want you to imagine that.
00:27:22.000 It is forced and it's going to collapse at some point.
00:27:26.000 I don't know when, but it's unsustainable.
00:27:29.000 You cannot have people who rant against taking money from rich people in the same party as the billionaire oligarchs.
00:27:36.000 Eventually, that is going to deteriorate.
00:27:39.000 When?
00:27:40.000 I don't know.
00:27:41.000 Jonah Goldberg, though, who is just such a trap.
00:27:44.000 I mean, Jonah Goldberg is the ultimate tragic figure in public commentary.
00:27:49.000 He is.
00:27:50.000 Because Jonah Goldberg authored one of the most impactful books that beautifully describes everything we're living through.
00:28:00.000 This is what just drives me nuts about the Jonah Goldberg story.
00:28:03.000 Jonah Goldberg wrote the story, wrote the book, Liberal Fascism, where he talked about how the natural extension of publicly espoused liberalism is fascist type policies.
00:28:15.000 You should read the book.
00:28:16.000 It is so good.
00:28:18.000 Jonah Goldberg warned us that the left in the country is not actually liberal, but they were leftist.
00:28:24.000 And then Donald Trump came and it just short-circuited Jonah Goldberg's National Review brain.
00:28:29.000 It's overheated him.
00:28:31.000 He just became a crazy person.
00:28:33.000 He's not dumb.
00:28:34.000 He is not stupid.
00:28:35.000 He's definitely not wise, but he's not stupid.
00:28:38.000 And it's too bad he attacks me on Twitter all the time.
00:28:40.000 Truly don't care.
00:28:41.000 And then he said something so foolish on CNN, and I'll play it to you.
00:28:45.000 Trump has changed so many different people, changed their politics, and otherwise smart, otherwise really intelligent people just became total fools.
00:28:57.000 It's too bad because Jonah Goldberg's book, Liberal Fascism, very well could just be the perfect description of what's going after Donald Trump.

00:30:20.000 Okay, so Jonah Goldberg is, again, it's a tragic figure.
00:30:27.000 He's a really smart person who has become a fool.
00:30:30.000 No wisdom.
00:30:32.000 Liberal fascism was peak Jonah.
00:30:34.000 I'm honest.
00:30:34.000 I say this every time I talk about Jonah because it was an excellent product.
00:30:39.000 Okay, so Jonah Goldberg goes on CNN.
00:30:42.000 He sounds like a Democrat now.
00:30:43.000 He never would have said this 10 years ago.
00:30:45.000 He never even would have used the word democracy.
00:30:46.000 He used to actually care about being accurate in his vocabulary.
00:30:51.000 But now Jonah Goldberg said something extraordinary.
00:30:54.000 And this is not a small opinion.
00:30:55.000 I hear it all the time.
00:30:57.000 That Vichy French Republicans believe that you are the problem.
00:31:04.000 That not just your ideas are the problem, but the fact that you give money to Donald J. Trump to Turning Point, USA, to Turning Point Action, that you give money to James O'Keefe, that you give money to Josh Hawley, that you give money to any, that you're the problem.
00:31:25.000 We should celebrate the fact that the Republican Party is becoming a party of small dollar donors.
00:31:33.000 This is exactly the mindset.
00:31:36.000 It's one of the most important clips I have seen in quite some time.
00:31:43.000 We have told you a little bit.
00:31:44.000 I don't have time to build this out properly, extensively or completely, of Plato's idea of the philosopher king, that we live in the clouds.
00:31:54.000 We manage society.
00:31:56.000 We know better than you.
00:31:57.000 We are the just man society.
00:31:59.000 In fact, there was a thing called the Just Man Society, which hilariously actually funded Karl Marx.
00:32:05.000 That's a deeper issue for a different time.
00:32:07.000 But Plato believed in the just man that they have a secret knowledge.
00:32:11.000 You could call this the ruling class, as Angelo Cotavilla would in his beautiful book, Ruling Class.
00:32:15.000 May he rest in peace.
00:32:17.000 Jonah Goldberg thinks of himself as a ruling class member, that he has a special key card into the secret society, the secret gnosis, the secret mind.
00:32:27.000 And that you deplorables, you gun-owning Walmart people, you're the problem.
00:32:37.000 That you're donating, that you have a voice.
00:32:41.000 Jonah Goldberg, in one clip, says that the fact that the Republican Party is financed by you is a threat to democracy.
00:32:51.000 Not a joke, not a misrepresentation.
00:32:54.000 Listen to this carefully.
00:32:55.000 We might even play this twice.
00:32:57.000 Play Cut 144.
00:33:00.000 But I just also think that we were dealing with a time where there were a lot of people, there was a lot of cheering and self-congratulation about the rise of small donors a decade ago.
00:33:10.000 And now small donors are actually one of the biggest problems for democracy, for the GOP, because small donor, large donors actually have a strategic view about moderation, who can win, who can't.
00:33:23.000 Small donors really are just venting their spleen with their credit card, and they lock candidates into positions that can hurt them in a general election.
00:33:32.000 Venting their spleen with their credit card.
00:33:35.000 That's what he thinks of you.
00:33:37.000 That's what he thinks of the military veteran who's 80 years old, who went into their life savings to give money to a candidate they believed could help make their grandkids live in a freer society.
00:33:52.000 That's what he thinks of you, those of you that maxed out your credit cards so that you could support Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
00:33:59.000 He has such contempt for you that he thinks that it's nothing more than venting your spleen.
00:34:07.000 No, he prefers the Republican donor that doesn't want to talk about trans issues, doesn't want to talk about immigration, that appeals to just Ukraine.
00:34:15.000 Jonah Goldberg misses the Secret Society of Republicans.
00:34:22.000 That's what he's lamenting.
00:34:23.000 That's what that clip is all about.
00:34:24.000 Jonah Goldberg is bitter that a group of high-minded Harvard and Stanford Republicans don't run the Republican Party anymore and that he has to resort to CNN in his sloppy, slovenly appearance to yetch, yetch, to complain that you give too much money.
00:34:49.000 This is a phenomenal development in the conservative movement, that you're in charge, that you're able to hold candidates accountable, that they have to listen to you, not just Aspen, Sun Valley, Kenny Bunkport, Martha's Vineyard, Jackson Hole.
00:35:04.000 Those places of high society now matter less.
00:35:08.000 If that mattered, Ron DeSantis would be up 30 points.
00:35:10.000 He's visited the Hamptons to go raise money, doesn't do anything.
00:35:13.000 You now have to win voters.
00:35:16.000 Jonah Goldberg thinks that's disturbing because he hates your values.
00:35:20.000 He hates your worldview.
00:35:21.000 He hates the fact that you have a voice.
00:35:24.000 And now he's on the outside looking in with a politically irrelevant career.
00:35:28.000 He ruined the National Review and he'll be known as a joke and a not very wise person.
00:35:35.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:37.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:41.000 Thank you so much for listening and God bless.
