The Charlie Kirk Show - THOUGHTCRIME Ep. 99 — Thoughtcrime IRL

00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.

00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.

00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.

00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're gonna end up miserable.

00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.

00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.

00:00:26.000 You gotta stop sending your kids to college.

00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.

00:00:31.000 Go start a turning point, you would say college chapter.

00:00:33.000 Go start a turning point, you'll say high school chapter.

00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.

00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.

00:00:38.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.

00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same.

00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord Museme.

00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:00:56.000 Ladies and gentlemen, it is time once again for Thought Crime Thursday, ladies and gentlemen.

00:01:04.000 Welcome aboard.

00:01:05.000 Welcome to Thought Crime IRL, where I am joined by my esteemed colleague, Andrew Colvet.

00:01:11.000 Andrew.

00:01:12.000 Hola, que tal.

00:01:13.000 No I hablado mucho español as uno de cada mas, pero and we are joined now by, of course, Tim Poole.

00:01:25.000 I never introduced myself, Monshow.

00:01:26.000 Welcome to Timcast IRL.

00:01:28.000 In fact, it's actually uh thought crime IRL.

00:01:32.000 We have joined forces to do something uh strange and crazy.

00:01:36.000 And we hit a we hit a bit of a snag on the way in.

00:01:38.000 This is what happens.

00:01:39.000 I think we're streaming to like eight channels.

00:01:41.000 It's it's nuts, and we are like, hey, let's do something really big and crazy.

00:01:44.000 Uh so we did.

00:01:45.000 We do have big news.

00:01:47.000 Elon Musk is going nuclear on these uh woke NGOs that have been smearing, lying about people, and inflaming tensions.

00:01:57.000 He's been tweeting, retweeting, and what did he say?

00:02:00.000 He said the SPLC is guilty of incitement against Charlie Kirk.

00:02:04.000 I mean it's provably.

00:02:08.000 Guilty of incitement.

00:02:09.000 I definitely want to talk about censorship because uh we won.

00:02:11.000 They unbanned our Joe Rogan, Alex Jones as well.

00:02:14.000 We'll get into that.

00:02:15.000 But uh that was the last crossover that you know here we are again.

00:02:19.000 Here we are.

00:02:20.000 So uh, I mean, let's get into it.

00:02:21.000 This Elon Musk, you want you want to take it?

00:02:23.000 Well, wait, wait, wait, there's one more person here.

00:02:24.000 Oh, yeah, I'm the minority here, really.

00:02:27.000 I don't know everyone here.

00:02:28.000 Well, you're Polish, you're in the majority.

00:02:30.000 Well, actually, we're the majority right now.

00:02:33.000 I'm the I think I'm the only immigrant here, but anyway, or Ale.

00:02:35.000 Uh, Lukardowski YouTube.com forward slash we are changed.

00:02:38.000 Lots to talk about.

00:02:38.000 The SPLC has been attacking me since 2010.

00:02:41.000 So I'm very happy that now we are trending towards finally holding them accountable for lawsuit against them.

00:02:47.000 Yeah.

00:02:48.000 I mean, this so what what Elon Musk, by the way, this is ongoing.

00:02:52.000 Um Elon Musk has basically declared war on the SPLC, and he he he basically did so yesterday, right, was the ADL's day, and today has become the SPLC's day, and it's so pressured, and Elon Musk is really driving this train.

00:03:10.000 Yesterday we saw the FBI uh sever their relationship with the ADL and a number of people, including the great uh Greek, you know, he's a demigod, really, Pericles Periobassi of Chicago, who was proudly married to a woman, by the way, Alpha Male.

00:03:28.000 And he dug up the fact that not only was the ADL going after a turning point, but he dug up the fact, and Elon has actually just retweeted this, that on the day before Charlie Kirk was assassinated, the SPLC included him and turning point USA in their monthly hate watch newsletter.

00:03:45.000 And he wrote the SPLC has blood on their hands.

00:03:48.000 So that's great, Periabassi.

00:03:49.000 Uh I started tweeting about that.

00:03:51.000 Andrew started tweeting about that, and then Andrew, you found a tweet, and this is what's so crazy, because we said ADL was number one and SPLC was number two.

00:04:00.000 Yeah.

00:04:00.000 You found a tweet from someone uh from a couple years ago.

00:04:04.000 Who was that?

00:04:04.000 And what was that tweet?

00:04:05.000 This was this was great.

00:04:06.000 This was from Charlie.

00:04:08.000 In it with the date was I think we have this tweet, guys.

00:04:11.000 I'll I'll uh I just flagged it for him just to make sure they get it.

00:04:16.000 But it says, whatever it was in the past, today the ADL is a hate group that dons a religious mask to justify stoking hatred of the left's enemies.

00:04:25.000 There it is right there.

00:04:26.000 I believe in the First Amendment and free speech as a principle regardless of what the law says.

00:04:30.000 I don't want to ban anyone's speech, but the ADL has no place extorting ex Twitter, or any other social media companies, nor should it dictate to federal law enforcement agencies what hate speech is.

00:04:41.000 The ADL itself is America's number one purveyor of hate speech, parenthesis, and the SBLC is number two.

00:04:48.000 So for those that don't know, there are a network of nonprofits, foundations or organizations that do a multitude of things.

00:04:55.000 The anti-defamation league is one ADL, the Southern Poverty Law Center, the other.

00:05:00.000 They do effectively the same thing.

00:05:02.000 They smear people on the right. 0.98

00:05:04.000 They accuse them of being the worst possible monsters or hateful or white supremacists. 0.94

00:05:09.000 This is used to incite run of the mill default libs who don't know better. 0.66

00:05:14.000 Because what'll happen is you'll get some corporate news outlet, and they'll say, Jack Pasobic, comma, who was called the white supremacist by the Southern Poverty Law Center, comma, says X. They can inject that into articles, and then what happens?

00:05:26.000 Wikipedia editors will cite the corporate press saying Jack Bisobek is a known white supremacist, and they'll link to the corporate press.

00:05:33.000 It's how they launder fake news, smears and manipulations.

00:05:36.000 So when Elon is saying they incited people to murder Charlie Kirk, he is correct.

00:05:41.000 Yeah, I mean, if you look at what they are doing, it's not just smearing people, they associate people with the KKK and neo-Nazis.

00:05:48.000 So when they started attacking me in 2010, they were able to get a group of all the We Are Change chapters all around the world, groups that I didn't even know existed, and they're like, okay, here's We Are Change.

00:05:58.000 Here's the KKK, and here's where the KKK is located, and here's a We Are Change chapter.

00:06:02.000 And I'm like, what do I have to do with the KKK or the neo-Nazis?

00:06:06.000 But they lumped it in, and this is where the conversation got really violent.

00:06:09.000 It started in 2010, and then they started to do a Patriot hit list, and they put me on there, they put Ron Paul on there, they put Alex Jones on there, and they said, watch out for these dangerous guys.

00:06:19.000 And then they went to federal and local law enforcement and they said, keep a track, keep track of these guys, spy on these guys.

00:06:25.000 In 2018, they officially partnered with YouTube.

00:06:28.000 In 2019, they officially partnered with PayPal, and they censored individuals who had different opinions.

00:06:34.000 All I was doing is raising questions and asking questions about 9-11, working with family members, but that was somehow equated to being a neo-Nazi and working with uh the KKK.

00:06:45.000 And I'll give a great example of this.

00:06:46.000 So you mentioned 2010, and you know, here we are, it's 2025.

00:06:49.000 In 2014, do you know who the SPLC added to their extremist hate watch list?

00:06:55.000 Dr. Ben Carson.

00:06:57.000 Yep.

00:06:58.000 Ben Carson.

00:06:59.000 In 2014.

00:07:01.000 The sweet, you know, the the the you know, I remember him, you know, at the memorial just ranting and raving, you know, spreading his his his hatred and and I mean, and and then what was it?

00:07:11.000 It was because you know, here he comes in as a Christian, he was standing in defense of traditional marriage, which of course is a core Christian belief, uh, of just very basic Christian belief uh about marriage, and they named him an extremist because of that.

00:07:26.000 So to your point, and this is a hundred percent right, they can just basically willy-nilly label anybody, right?

00:07:32.000 And then you mentioned Tim that they launder this through.

00:07:35.000 So go ahead and I I just today, because I was Googling it, I was like, Charlie Kirk, SPLC.

00:07:41.000 Oh wait, are we doing a are we doing a line change already?

00:07:45.000 Are we doing are we lying to that yet?

00:07:48.000 That's funny.

00:07:49.000 Why is that music playing?

00:07:51.000 Yeah, I don't know.

00:07:51.000 Why would they that's that's very big.

00:07:53.000 Something must be wrong in that.

00:07:54.000 It's very big it is.

00:07:54.000 Yeah, it's gonna be it's okay.

00:07:57.000 So I Google Charlie Kirk.

00:08:00.000 The original producers got deported, so it's true.

00:08:02.000 Well, I'm gonna I'm the token Hispanic on the on the I'm quarter Mexican.

00:08:07.000 You're quarter Mexican? 0.99

00:08:08.000 People don't know this.

00:08:09.000 Yeah, my grandpa said we were Spanish, though.

00:08:11.000 It's a long story.

00:08:12.000 Thank you.

00:08:13.000 Yes.

00:08:15.000 That was actually well done.

00:08:16.000 Better job on the segment.

00:08:18.000 All right.

00:08:19.000 Wait, why did why did you start wiggling when that's on the case?

00:08:21.000 I came on.

00:08:22.000 I can't remember.

00:08:23.000 Yeah.

00:08:24.000 I changed their uh hate watch list to um enemies of the leftist revolution, just so that you know people understood what they were actually trying to say.

00:08:31.000 That's exactly right.

00:08:32.000 That's exactly yeah, exactly.

00:08:33.000 So go I just Googled this.

00:08:35.000 So throw this up, throw throw 347 up.

00:08:39.000 And I found this.

00:08:40.000 This is literally, I Googled it.

00:08:42.000 Charlie Kirk, SBLC.

00:08:43.000 This is the second article, Tim.

00:08:46.000 And it's Charlie Kirk, white supremacist dead at 31.

00:08:50.000 Second article that you, if you just Google Charlie Kirk, SBLC, and then of course, go to 348, you look at it, and it's like, oh, a cornerstone of supremacist logic, and they link to the SBLC.

00:09:03.000 So do you see how they do it?

00:09:05.000 They they just and by the way, this is seen, this has been seen, I guess, 30,000 times about.

00:09:10.000 Well, back in, and then what happened in May?

00:09:12.000 Yeah, well, the in May, I mean, of course, and actually, this is uh Elon Musk gave me a retweet tonight uh or a quote tweet.

00:09:18.000 Let's go.

00:09:19.000 And uh and by the way, thank you to Elon, seriously for taking the taking on this fight.

00:09:24.000 He doesn't have to do this, and he didn't have to take on the ADL, he didn't have to buy X, he didn't have to come out here, but it was the right thing to do.

00:09:32.000 And he's he's even and I just gotta say thank you on a personal level as well, because David Sachs had tweeted a thread out earlier today saying that look, when you Google Steven Miller, the very first thing that comes up is the SPLC.

00:09:45.000 If you Google Jack Pasobic, the very first thing that comes up is the SPLC.

00:09:50.000 And this like there's there's no rhyme or reason for this uh whatsoever.

00:09:55.000 It's not like people are linking back to it, but it's always there.

00:09:57.000 So Elon not only tweeted it out, he also put in the comments he CC'd um Sundar Fachai, the CEO of Google, yeah, and is like, what's going on?

00:10:07.000 Well, I mean, listen, if we're if ever there is a time to get vehemently pissed off about this stuff, they just murdered Charlie.

00:10:14.000 The man who should be sitting in this chair right now.

00:10:18.000 And I you you know, I can't tell you that the assassin read the SPLC, you know, hate map article about turning point that was added in May.

00:10:27.000 But what I can tell you is that it contributes to an ecosystem of radicalism.

00:10:33.000 Yeah, and and Tim, we talked about this on your show earlier this week.

00:10:36.000 It is a they, it is a they, right? 0.99

00:10:39.000 You can yes, the assassin is personally responsible, but it is a they because it's part of an ecosystem of radicalization, and you're seeing it in the polling where 30% of what progressives between the age of 18 and 39 believe that violence is totally justifiable uh politically.

00:10:56.000 Well, because it's one movement, and that's the issue.

00:10:58.000 Do you I it's often described very interestingly what you know what what is the left and the right?

00:11:03.000 And you can be a I'm you take a look at some of these people in the space.

00:11:08.000 Joe Rogan's a great example, he's a bit of a lefty, he's the example, right?

00:11:11.000 And they call him right wing or far right because he's not in the cult.

00:11:16.000 So when you see AOC on the House floor disparaging and smearing Charlie Kirk, she is proselytizing her to her cult. 0.99

00:11:24.000 She is giving a sermon to her fake non-theistic rel or toward this non-theistic religion.

00:11:29.000 They're adherence to it.

00:11:31.000 They when you go to their meetings, their protests, they say respect the diversity of tactics.

00:11:38.000 What that means is we are all part of one movement.

00:11:41.000 And here's the real secret.

00:11:43.000 What they're actually saying, they'll go do and say, no, no, no, look, here's the thing.

00:11:46.000 The other activists that come here and want to find out, find a way to make change the world, may not agree with you, but we're fighting for the same cause.

00:11:53.000 So let them do it.

00:11:54.000 What they're not telling you, those guys over there work for us.

00:11:57.000 They're telling you you don't have to feel bad about the violence they commit.

00:12:01.000 They're a different group.

00:12:02.000 They're not.

00:12:03.000 That's the game.

00:12:04.000 Maybe you guys know this, but did the FBI cut their ties with the SPLC?

00:12:08.000 Because they've been working with them for an extremely long time.

00:12:10.000 Um if there ever was a time and opportunity to cut ties with the SPLC, it is now, but I I want to go further.

00:12:15.000 Because I know that is one of the action items that we're calling for.

00:12:17.000 We're calling for the FBI, we're calling for Amazon Smile, um, and and any other federal law enforcement or any of these organizations.

00:12:24.000 But we should take it further, not just uh not not just to stop working with them, but I want disclosures.

00:12:29.000 I want to know who the ADL was working with on the FBI with to spy on what commentator on what personality, what work were they doing?

00:12:38.000 And if Cash Patel is listening, I hope he does full disclosures, not just cutting off the city.

00:12:43.000 And believe it or not, so when everyone everyone remembers the uh the huge scandal for Catholics that the SPL excuse me, that the FBI was um surveilling and investigating and infiltrating Catholic groups that were you know playing the rosary a little bit too hard, and how it was completely insane to became this national scandal, that operation was shut down when Cash Patel got in, thank God.

00:13:08.000 But one thing that people missed, and Elon actually or um actually just quote tweeted me because I was pulling up some of my old reporting.

00:13:15.000 That investigation was predicated on an SPLC report about Catholics.

00:13:21.000 So they used an SPLC article as a quote unquote what what what Luke is saying here is 100% correct, and this is just a very famous example that people have to understand where this stuff comes from.

00:13:31.000 So the SPLC rates the article, then the FBI sees it and says, Oh my gosh, we have to start an investigation.

00:13:37.000 Then they get approval to start infiltrating Catholic churches and spying and tracking and doing all these illegal things.

00:13:42.000 It gets better.

00:13:42.000 Can we uh pull up this article that I got here?

00:13:44.000 This is from the post millennial.

00:13:46.000 Recently pulled Apple TV show about online hate group researcher was inspired by ADL's anti-extremism work.

00:13:54.000 This is the Jessica Chester show.

00:13:56.000 Right, that's right.

00:13:57.000 Check us out.

00:13:58.000 Are you serious?

00:13:59.000 This is from yeah, from postmillennial able Apple TV's polled series starring Jessica Chastain was based on ADL's research, a researcher tasked with monitoring online hate networks.

00:14:09.000 The show originally scheduled to launch at the end of September was postponed.

00:14:12.000 The New York Times report the tissue came after the assassination of Charlie Kirk earlier this month.

00:14:16.000 So here's the funny thing.

00:14:17.000 This show was basically a girl boss liberal cultist uh wet dream where she goes online and LARPs and then uh uncovers plots from white supremacist groups and then they go and and break them up.

00:14:32.000 When the show got canceled, or it's polled, suspended, who knows?

00:14:34.000 Maybe it'll come back.

00:14:35.000 Jessica Chastain then went on Instagram and gave this long tirade about the extremists on both extremism on both sides. 0.53

00:14:42.000 You know, the right did this and the left did this.

00:14:45.000 It's more important than ever that we have a show like this on the air.

00:14:48.000 The reality, this is how they launder culture.

00:14:53.000 They create a movie about the ADL so that people who don't know better think this is what life is like.

00:15:00.000 And I will stress to you guys, I know there's a lot of people watching right now.

00:15:04.000 You're smarter.

00:15:04.000 I get it.

00:15:05.000 That's why you're watching the our show, Thought Crime, all these shows.

00:15:09.000 You're a discerning individual, but there are many people in this country that think the world is like movies.

00:15:13.000 Why do you think liberals want to ban silencers, suppressors?

00:15:16.000 I'm sorry.

00:15:16.000 Because I think they go pew pew pew, because they've never actually seen one.

00:15:19.000 Right.

00:15:20.000 They base their worldview off of movies.

00:15:22.000 That's why they make shows like this to launder this idea of what the ADL is doing.

00:15:28.000 Well, and Tim, not only that, but and and we still haven't gotten, I'd love to get by the way, like a media screener of this or something, because they pulled this show, and and Andrew, I think you remember, it was like the day after Charlie died.

00:15:40.000 It was one of the first things that we saw, and no one had been talking about this show.

00:15:43.000 There'd been like a meme about it, but nobody like certainly obviously we weren't in a place to think about shows.

00:15:50.000 Nobody thought there was any connection between that show and Charlie Kirk.

00:15:54.000 But do you remember okay?

00:15:56.000 So this is a theory that's gone out since then about this show specifically.

00:15:59.000 Do you remember?

00:16:00.000 And Tim, I know we talked about the other night, the groiper hoax that was spread by so many on the left up to and including in in a sense, Jimmy Kimmel, that a groiper had been the one pulling the trigger to shoot and kill Charlie. 0.65

00:16:15.000 Well, so many people were tweeting that out that the theory was that perhaps a screener of the savant had gone out, and what if that was a plot that had actually been in there and that's where they all got the idea from South Park, just like South Park, because they were saying, Oh, wait, there like it seemed like they were really scared about something in that show.

00:16:38.000 Bro, do you know about the show Utopia?

00:16:41.000 Oh, yeah, that's a while about it, but they have to have a disclosure in the beginning.

00:16:45.000 Check this out.

00:16:45.000 This is not real life events.

00:16:47.000 There was a show that came out.

00:16:48.000 I was at Amazon, I think, right?

00:16:50.000 Yes.

00:16:50.000 And it was about a tech billionaire who was concerned about climate change.

00:16:54.000 He had produced fake meat and was trying to get people to eat it because he wanted to reduce carbon emissions.

00:16:59.000 He secretly worked behind the scenes to create a pandemic scare so that he could get the government to force vaccinations on people, thinking it would vaccinate them from this pandemic, but it sterilized them instead.

00:17:10.000 Yep.

00:17:11.000 Population controls and when did this come out?

00:17:13.000 Wait, why a couple years ago?

00:17:14.000 Why is your t-shirt?

00:17:15.000 Was it 2020?

00:17:17.000 Why is your t-shirt uh taped?

00:17:19.000 Given that story there's some kids watching, and it might not be the best and the most appropriate thing.

00:17:24.000 Yeah, I'll tweet about it.

00:17:25.000 No, it came out of the street.

00:17:27.000 So that means it was a good one.

00:17:28.000 Right before it had been produced in 2019.

00:17:30.000 Yeah, like it gets better.

00:17:32.000 When in 2020 was it?

00:17:32.000 Did it be a good idea?

00:17:33.000 Uh I don't know.

00:17:34.000 I mean, to your point, it was produced in 2019.

00:17:36.000 September.

00:17:37.000 So it gets better.

00:17:38.000 The premise of the show is all of that, but there is an individual with knowledge of the plot who wrote a comic book.

00:17:46.000 And in the comic book, it reveals the plot.

00:17:50.000 So the idea is if you get a copy of this this comic book, Utopia, you will know the plan the elites have for the world. 0.70

00:17:57.000 What a ridiculous story.

00:17:59.000 I mean, for us. 0.99

00:18:00.000 We just have a TV show on Amazon about elites.

00:18:02.000 Yeah, we just realized.

00:18:07.000 But to go to the uh back to the topic of the SPLC, because I think it's important to talk about a couple years ago, there was a terrorist inspired event that a leftist lunatic used SPLC information in order to shoot up the family research council.

00:18:20.000 Lloyd a lot of people forget that they not only put people on hit lists, but they were the inspiration for terrorist attack before.

00:18:29.000 So what Elon Musk is talking about right now is of critical key importance.

00:18:33.000 Cash Patel needs to get on this right now.

00:18:35.000 He needs to provide disclosures.

00:18:37.000 He needs to provide us information, what's happening behind the scenes, what was really going on, and why was federal police hijacked by these leftist woke institutions that literally put us on it on hit list.

00:18:48.000 I was there since 2010, and I remember seeing this terrorist attack, and I'm like, I'm on that list that this lunatic looked at uh that happened in 2012.

00:18:56.000 And I'm like, they just they're literally attacking me.

00:18:58.000 And I tried to reach out, and they actually contacted me and they're like, you know, we'll give you the benefit of that.

00:19:03.000 Let me interview you.

00:19:04.000 So I I recorded the interview with the SPLC.

00:19:06.000 I was like, you guys don't understand.

00:19:08.000 We're raising money, we're working with first responders, we're working with family members, we're working with rescue workers, survivors, and I laid it all out.

00:19:15.000 They took my quotes out of context and then wrote an article talking about how I was a violent extremist.

00:19:20.000 When I never even said any of those things, I did lied and slandered me and then put me on this target list that radicals used.

00:19:29.000 This reminds me of sorry, Tim, but this reminds me of I one time on one in one instance tried to work in good faith with certain SBLC person.

00:19:38.000 Yeah, me too.

00:19:39.000 Yeah, no, but I I just said Jack, let me see, let me see.

00:19:41.000 Because they were coming after Jack, and I was like, I'm gonna just let me see.

00:19:44.000 Because actually, I looked at his questions like there's really point for like an official blah blah blah.

00:19:50.000 Yeah, well, no, yeah, and it was obvious explanations for the questions he was asking.

00:19:54.000 We built timelines, I explained all this stuff, and we spent a lot of time.

00:19:58.000 We like explained the anatomy of a meme and like put the timeline out that showed very clear.

00:20:04.000 Oh, is this the uh okay hand symbol or something?

00:20:05.000 It was along those lines, yeah.

00:20:07.000 So I tried to do it, and then the thing came out, and it was just exactly what it was a complete smear job, hit job, and let me let me let me let me tell you guys a story.

00:20:14.000 So in 2018, an article was put out by the SPLC, which included me.

00:20:18.000 It was it was written about a bunch of people who are uh I guess you call them lefties, progressives.

00:20:25.000 And it's called uh it was called The Multipolar Spin, How Fascists Operationalize Left Wing Resentment.

00:20:32.000 What they were basically saying was here's a spattering of people who are on the left, but they're secretly fascists.

00:20:39.000 I was included in this.

00:20:40.000 I think I I think Max Blumenthal was included in this.

00:20:43.000 And here's the best part.

00:20:45.000 They called me alt-right.

00:20:47.000 Uh I'm mixed race, as everyone knows, and they said that I had gone to Iran for a Holocaust deniers conference.

00:20:53.000 Tim, why did you do that?

00:20:54.000 You shouldn't do that.

00:20:56.000 I've never been to Iran in my life.

00:20:58.000 And their source read the room, Tim.

00:21:01.000 An archive of a since at the time the website had been deleted.

00:21:05.000 It was some blog in Iran from some Holocaust denier who wrote a thing claiming I had been to Iran, which was made up.

00:21:13.000 So we actually filed a lawsuit against them.

00:21:16.000 They issued an apology and took it down.

00:21:18.000 Because my challenge to them was if you want to if you want to claim that I'm an alt-right guy who went to Iran for a Holocaust and I'll conference, I have no problem having you go to court and tell a judge your source is a conspiracy theory website from Iran that was deleted.

00:21:34.000 I want that on the record, and then we'll run well so they they were like, okay, we're taking it down.

00:21:38.000 Not to mention, you know, when they went after Max Blumenthal, he was like, I'm gonna call my dad, and they were like, We'll delete it.

00:21:44.000 I'm gonna I'm half killing.

00:21:46.000 I don't know exactly how that went down.

00:21:50.000 Okay, that's that's our line change.

00:21:52.000 I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you.

00:21:54.000 Blake's taking my spot.

00:21:57.000 Blake is coming in, Blake is coming in, extraordinary appropriate with that sombrero and a mustache and beard.

00:22:03.000 Okay, it's all you, brother.

00:22:04.000 Wait, Blake, Blake, why why do you have that that crazy mustache on, that crazy fake mustache.

00:22:09.000 You can't talk yet.

00:22:11.000 Dios mio Why are we all talking like this for some strange reasons?

00:22:21.000 Oh, because I ordered guac for the office and we got really excited.

00:22:23.000 Well, you igwalk you in sure. 0.83

00:22:25.000 Well, you didn't have any, everybody was eating it.

00:22:27.000 I no, I was like getting the show ready.

00:22:29.000 I was looking at tweets.

00:22:30.000 Elon's like putting me up I was sitting back, I was like, hey guys, instead of doing the show like normal, make Jack do the work.

00:22:34.000 Let's go late.

00:22:36.000 Well, he guacked me.

00:22:36.000 He's just guck me in on my own show.

00:22:39.000 When they delivered the guac, they uh just asked if we play the music.

00:22:42.000 Did you get the Glock?

00:22:44.000 I think I did.

00:22:45.000 Yeah, I can't block.

00:22:46.000 But the thing is, I don't like guacks, so I kind of just let it sit there and turn like brown or whatever. 1.00

00:22:50.000 No, no, I can't.

00:22:51.000 I can't that.

00:22:52.000 Um hey everybody, Andrew Colvet, executive producer of the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:22:58.000 Charlie understood that to lead, he needed to learn.

00:23:01.000 Hillsdale College was ready to teach him.

00:23:03.000 While busy running his company, teaching America's youth and raising a beautiful family, Charlie still found time to complete 31 Hillsdale College free online courses.

00:23:12.000 He talked about it the last time he spoke on his podcast with Hillsdale's president, Dr. Larry Arn.

00:23:17.000 Hillsdale is the cutting edge, and I mean it.

00:23:19.000 It is America's greatest college.

00:23:21.000 You are a force of nature, Charlie Kirk.

00:23:23.000 One of these days, I'm gonna give you an honorary degree.

00:23:25.000 That that would be the honor of my life.

00:23:27.000 But I I got a lot more learning yet to do.

00:23:29.000 And I say this the Hillsdale courses have changed my life.

00:23:31.000 Through Hillsdale College's free online courses, Charlie studied the Bible, the classics, the American founding, and through his relentless pursuit of truth, became not only a great American, but a good man.

00:23:42.000 Charlie's gone, but his spirit of hard work and lifelong learning carry on.

00:23:46.000 Each of us can follow his example and pick up where he left off.

00:23:48.000 So learn like Charlie did at Charlie for Hillsdale.com.

00:23:52.000 That's Charlie for Hillsdale.com.

00:23:57.000 So Blake, we've been talking about the SPLC.

00:23:59.000 We were talking about it earlier today.

00:24:01.000 Uh just get your take on this.

00:24:03.000 What do you think about the fact that Elon Musk uh has just picked up the baseball bat and is just like beating down the poverty palace, which by the way, that's Tim, do you know that's what they call the SPLC's headquarters, the poverty palace?

00:24:20.000 What?

00:24:20.000 Yeah, we should, by the way, guys, we have got to get a picture up of I should have said this before.

00:24:24.000 I was not working very hard in prep.

00:24:27.000 Um, we have got to get a picture of the SPLC's headquarters.

00:24:30.000 It's literally a glass palace.

00:24:33.000 So Blake, your your thoughts.

00:24:35.000 They live in a giant glass house.

00:24:36.000 Yes.

00:24:37.000 Yeah, they throw stones.

00:24:38.000 They sure do so many stuff.

00:24:40.000 Isn't it funny the names they choose for these organizations, though?

00:24:42.000 The Southern Poverty Law Center.

00:24:44.000 Yeah.

00:24:44.000 It it makes people think that it's like a a liberal welfare organization that does legal work for hungry.

00:24:51.000 I'll tell you what it's supposed to do.

00:24:52.000 It's exactly named so that people will think that it is like a 50s, 60s era like civil rights organization.

00:25:00.000 Like the uh what was MLK's group was like Southern Christian Leadership.

00:25:03.000 Yeah, it's very similar.

00:25:05.000 So they're clearly evoking that.

00:25:06.000 Yeah, and I think it was I think it was founded in 1970 or so, and then it just immediately began its direct mail campaigns to scam neurotic housewives out of their money.

00:25:15.000 We had an event in uh Jersey several years ago that it was called I forgot what it was called, but it was um it was called something uh I forgot the name of it, but we we the the the subheader was ending violence, racism and authoritarianism.

00:25:29.000 And Daryl Davis was our headline speaker, and literally it was I I would I guess I would liken it to a send uh centrist type, you know, uh debate on morals.

00:25:42.000 Antifa called it a white supremacist event and threatened to burn the theater down.

00:25:45.000 And I'm like, it's literally called ending racism, violence, and authoritarianism.

00:25:48.000 They were like, yeah, we don't care.

00:25:50.000 And and Blake, so you mentioned you mentioned the scamming.

00:25:53.000 Um there have been there have been liberals who have oh gosh, here's the picture.

00:25:57.000 Tim, look at this.

00:25:58.000 This is their headquarters.

00:26:00.000 Ugh.

00:26:01.000 The poverty palace.

00:26:02.000 It looks like you could hit a button and it would like transform into something that does better.

00:26:06.000 So he has they're in their endowment currently, according to their 2024 release, is almost 900 billion million.

00:26:16.000 Excuse me, 900 million dollars.

00:26:18.000 900 million dollars.

00:26:19.000 900 billion, that'd be like Norway.

00:26:22.000 I was thinking in my head, it's almost a billion.

00:26:23.000 It's almost a billion dollars.

00:26:24.000 So just under a billion dollars they've raised through these scams.

00:26:28.000 And there have been liberals and leftists and even even communists like the people over at uh current affair that have come out and said, Yeah, this is obviously a scam.

00:26:37.000 Former employees have come out.

00:26:38.000 It's obviously a scam.

00:26:40.000 What they're doing is they're claiming that they're doing all this work to fight the hate when essentially all they're doing is targeting people for hate and then shaking down uh again, like like like old liberals for money.

00:26:54.000 They also, Tim, you'll appreciate this, they take that money and a bunch of it, they'll send Tens of millions, I think 30 million, according to Tyler O'Neill over at Daily Signal, is uh is is sent down to the Cayman Islands for tax purposes as a tax haven right now.

00:27:10.000 So the the amount of very southern poverty.

00:27:13.000 Yeah, very southern, extremely southern in the in the Gulf of America.

00:27:16.000 So when when you look at this, it's it's so ripe, not just for by the way, federal investigation for wire fraud and mail fraud, because anything you do by mail is of course uh federal, but Alabama, it is the reddest of the red states, and yet they sit right there in Montgomery, Alabama in their poverty palace, and no one does anything. 0.57

00:27:37.000 Wait a minute, oh my gosh.

00:27:39.000 So guys, do you see that?

00:27:41.000 So on the on the side up here, there um we have MSNBC playing.

00:27:45.000 You guys can't see it.

00:27:46.000 MSNBC is literally running an SPLC ad right now.

00:27:51.000 That's MSNBC up in the top right.

00:27:54.000 Yeah, wow music.

00:27:55.000 As we're talking about this.

00:27:57.000 Yes, and help help fight hate, they say.

00:28:00.000 Fight hate, and they've got t-shirts, they're advocating for change.

00:28:03.000 Oh, there's a blah blah blah.

00:28:05.000 You know, and they're talking about the rhymes.

00:28:08.000 That people think it's just feds faking it.

00:28:10.000 Yeah.

00:28:11.000 Holy molly.

00:28:12.000 And you know what's really interesting is that all of the all of the good.

00:28:15.000 We did not play that's that's actually live MSNBC.

00:28:17.000 Did you notice that in the commercial, all of the good people were black? 1.00

00:28:20.000 Yes, of course. 0.51

00:28:21.000 Like there was a lawyer who was black, the judge was black, the the guy advertising like was black, then it showed the Patriot front, a bunch of white guys in masks, then it showed a bunch of black protesters. 0.53

00:28:31.000 Is that who they're trying to fundraise off of, I guess?

00:28:33.000 Oh no, they're definitely not fundraising.

00:28:35.000 No, Tim, are you drawing some connection there?

00:28:37.000 No, there's no way.

00:28:38.000 It's not possible.

00:28:39.000 That's so crazy.

00:28:40.000 We did not so yeah, the the the people can't see it because it's off screen, but we have a video wall here that just shows you know pretty much all the cable news channels, and uh the one that was playing, so we've got like CNN, we got MSNBC, of course, we've got RAV.

00:28:53.000 This is this this next commercial is worse, it's mushroom coffee.

00:28:57.000 I will not be not drink the mushroom coffee.

00:29:00.000 I will not drink the mushroom coffee.

00:29:02.000 That is I like mushrooms, but not in that way.

00:29:05.000 Blake, you do shrooms?

00:29:06.000 No, no, no.

00:29:07.000 No, Ian's Ian's coming later.

00:29:10.000 Speaking of mushrooms, they'll pop up like a mushroom.

00:29:17.000 Wait, is he actually coming?

00:29:20.000 That is kind of a good segue.

00:29:22.000 Somebody was talking about it.

00:29:24.000 Oh, he's here.

00:29:25.000 I just want to say ahead of time.

00:29:27.000 Wait, wait, you gotta talk to the Mike.

00:29:29.000 I love Mexican culture, and I do love psilocybin.

00:29:32.000 I know I know you do.

00:29:33.000 I know you do.

00:29:34.000 I know you do.

00:29:35.000 Are we do we want to swap or hot swap?

00:29:38.000 Ian go, they're talking about swapping an hour out.

00:29:41.000 So I'll call you what's going on.

00:29:43.000 Yeah, you know, we did talk about mushrooms, so stay in the moment.

00:29:47.000 The moment.

00:29:48.000 Thank you, Ian.

00:29:50.000 Um, but no, it's it's I mean, that that's so crazy.

00:29:53.000 This is how big they are that MSNBC is just running this stuff all the time.

00:29:59.000 So and and that's and and by the way, so Blake, talk to me about the the current demographic of an MSNBC primetime viewer that they're trying to target.

00:30:08.000 Okay, so the current demographic of an MSMB primetime viewer, I'd say median viewers probably what, 75 years old?

00:30:14.000 At least generously.

00:30:16.000 It's very aged people who watch these left-wing cable primetime shows.

00:30:22.000 And they basically like need to like constantly bombard them with fear porn.

00:30:26.000 It's like it's quite funny.

00:30:27.000 Like if you read the direct mailers, too, that SPLC does, it's just very funny because they're basically trying to find you know, rich or upper middle class housewives and being like, hey, remember the Holocaust?

00:30:39.000 It's about to happen again if you don't donate to the SPLC's poverty palace.

00:30:43.000 And you know, they they really whip them up.

00:30:46.000 It's so comical, they're always like, oh, this last year was this is a barn burner, this is a record setter in hate.

00:30:52.000 And there's more hate groups than everyone.

00:30:54.000 Right, and become and this is why though, this is why they've they've and and Tim, you know, this is why they have to expand the aperture because there's a supply and demand issue to the point where Charlie Kirk, right?

00:31:06.000 A guy who's never raised a hand in anger, who just wants to have dialogue and and campus debate, gets ensnared in it.

00:31:13.000 Why is it so easy to be evil?

00:31:14.000 You know, this stuff doesn't work on the right.

00:31:16.000 If we if we made something comparable and we call it rules, the northern elitist, you know, law directives. 0.71

00:31:22.000 Yeah, if we were saying code pink were a bunch of crazy radicals, like and saying that they're extremists, they're gonna hurt people. 0.91

00:31:28.000 Well, well, whatever.

00:31:29.000 They're still entitled to their opinion, and they're mostly uh nonviolent.

00:31:32.000 Uh and they and they do things, you know, pretty peacefully.

00:31:35.000 And sometimes I agree with them actually.

00:31:36.000 Uh sometimes I absolutely disagree with them, but there is an effort to try to yeah, they're they're anti war people.

00:31:42.000 If there was an effort to label them terrorists, I mean that would be a little bit extreme.

00:31:45.000 That would be a good idea.

00:31:46.000 I'm just saying the right doesn't have anything comparable where we create a fake organization with a fake name and then trick people into giving over tons of money.

00:31:54.000 Because that's not how the right operates.

00:31:56.000 Is it being evil as they work?

00:32:00.000 We don't make these crazy comparisons and say you you, you know, you remembered this thing from eighty-five years ago, it's about to happen again if you don't give us money right now.

00:32:10.000 Like you can go and look uh at again.

00:32:12.000 So I mean, like uh uh turning point USA, right?

00:32:15.000 You know, obviously we're we're here, we've got the shirt on, uh Charlie's a leader.

00:32:19.000 You know, go look at a at a at a turning point fundraising drive.

00:32:22.000 It's like we're gonna teach people about the constitution, and we're gonna talk about the Bible and talk about how great America is.

00:32:31.000 And let you come and have a debate in person.

00:32:33.000 Everyone can hear what's going on, the debate period.

00:32:35.000 Of course, that was of the centerpiece of everything that Charlie did.

00:32:38.000 You guys want to talk about this story?

00:32:39.000 Uh can you pull this one up?

00:32:41.000 There's the we don't need the audio for it.

00:32:42.000 It's just an amazing video.

00:32:44.000 Is this uh an Antifa guy who dumped red paint at uh the ICE facility in Portland, and he found out.

00:32:52.000 He he found out.

00:32:53.000 You can see here on the left, this obese young man being arrested.

00:32:57.000 And then what do you think his reaction was once he was actually in the laughing, probably taunting?

00:33:03.000 Is that what you think?

00:33:03.000 Oh yeah, yeah.

00:33:04.000 No, he's shivering in fear and pleading for his life, terrified, because he thought he was playing a game.

00:33:10.000 He look at him, shaking and terrified, begging for forgiveness.

00:33:15.000 You can't really hear the audio in it.

00:33:16.000 It's just it's you know, he's just sitting there shaking, terrified.

00:33:20.000 These people that go out, they create the shield for the for the terrorists to hide in the bushes and shoot like we've seen in the past. 1.00

00:33:27.000 Yeah, these people are stupid. 1.00

00:33:28.000 They think they're playing a game. 1.00

00:33:30.000 They show up to these facilities, they dump paint, and they he's overweight.

00:33:34.000 This dude he doesn't look like he wants for anything.

00:33:37.000 He's just bored and has no purpose, and now he found out.

00:33:41.000 I think with I I'm happy to see Ice taking going going to these extremist groups and having real law enforcement explain to them, and here's what I say.

00:33:48.000 Tell me if you agree.

00:33:49.000 I think you should get a month in jail.

00:33:52.000 Well, I I think I'd want to see what every what all he did though.

00:33:56.000 Sure, I I'm saying for dumping paint.

00:33:58.000 If if that's all he did, criminal damage to federal property, take a guilty plea, one month, you go to federal lockup, and then all your friends can say, where did Enrique go?

00:34:08.000 And you can say he went to federal lockup.

00:34:10.000 Why?

00:34:11.000 Because he was attacking federal law enforcement.

00:34:13.000 I'll say this a month minimum.

00:34:14.000 Minimum.

00:34:15.000 The reason why I think a month is he didn't just do it, he did it as a member of this group.

00:34:21.000 And so that's an enhancement.

00:34:23.000 Yes.

00:34:24.000 Uh there's some pros and the cons in in the weight of this.

00:34:26.000 And and actually, I think it'd be great if you guys want to chime in a second.

00:34:29.000 Um wait, by the way, I I just have to say though, come can we throw up the original picture of him again, guys?

00:34:33.000 Because I I want to be clear, like which one?

00:34:35.000 Uh the the original picture of when he had his hands up there.

00:34:38.000 Oh, yeah.

00:34:39.000 Because when he had the red paint, because when you when you see the red paint, it's very clear that they quite literally caught him red-handed.

00:34:48.000 Oh, indeed, they didn't have one.

00:34:51.000 Sorry, that's all I got.

00:34:52.000 So if you were doing uh if you've got like disorderly conduct, what do you get?

00:34:57.000 You get a weekend of community service, if that, you get a slap on the wrist and a fine.

00:35:01.000 He's he's also don't know if he has priors.

00:35:03.000 This is indeed.

00:35:05.000 But that does seem like what you're seeing in that video though is likely uh what they call shock of capture.

00:35:10.000 So yeah, uh a guy who's been arrested before probably isn't going to uh react like that. 0.85

00:35:14.000 This looks to me like some chubby loser with no purpose who thinks he's playing a game. 0.87

00:35:18.000 He splashed paint at the ice facility. 0.97

00:35:20.000 That's criminal damage to federal property.

00:35:22.000 I don't I I don't I don't think it's effective to throw him in lockup for a year because that could actually radicalize his friends.

00:35:27.000 They they actually rely on this. 0.95

00:35:28.000 One of the strategies the far left uses is to intentionally get stupid people arrested to then radicalize them because they'll tell you wasn't the punishment excessive. 0.99

00:35:37.000 So you gotta find that happy medium where his friends will be like, I don't want to go to jail for a month. 1.00

00:35:41.000 Screw that.

00:35:41.000 But he gets out in time to where it's not like he was disappeared or anything.

00:35:45.000 During a lot of these protests, what Antifa will do is they'll tell the average person, show up, stand here, wiggle your arms, and and chant.

00:35:53.000 They'll then tell their they have they they color code it.

00:35:56.000 They'll tell the direct action group, that's what it's called, go in the middle of that crowd and throw a brick At a cop. 0.98

00:36:00.000 What happens then is these dumb college kids who have no idea what's going on are standing thereping around. 0.95

00:36:05.000 A brick flies in there, hits a cop, the cops say, Okay, we're shutting this down. 0.99

00:36:09.000 Starts grabbing people and arresting people.

00:36:11.000 Once these people, these college kids who have no idea what's going on, end up in jail, they're panicking, they're shaking, they're terrified.

00:36:18.000 That's how they recruit.

00:36:19.000 Not kidding.

00:36:20.000 They'll then have the direct activists, the d uh the direct action crew be in jail and get arrested too intentionally, and say, Don't worry, we're here for you.

00:36:29.000 Our lawyers are gonna get you out. 0.92

00:36:31.000 Isn't it crazy how evil these cops are?

00:36:33.000 You didn't even do anything wrong.

00:36:35.000 Sing with us.

00:36:36.000 Hey, when you get out, call me, here's my number, write it on your arm, and we'll make sure you're safe.

00:36:42.000 That's how they radicalize people.

00:36:43.000 Okay, so with that being said, what if we put them away for 10 years?

00:36:47.000 The guy's friends will get radicalized.

00:36:49.000 Minimum.

00:36:49.000 His family will get radicalized and his friends will get radicalized.

00:36:53.000 So I'm not thinking about this in terms of the emotional satisfaction.

00:36:56.000 If if this like the antifa terrorists who know what they're doing in organize, 10 years agreed.

00:37:01.000 His their friends are already radicals.

00:37:02.000 So by the way, have you ever heard the the uh the categorization of these various groups that you're talking about within the black bloc, uh the colors?

00:37:10.000 Have you heard the colors?

00:37:11.000 Green, red, and yellow?

00:37:12.000 Yeah, green, red and yellow.

00:37:12.000 So I was like, so the green, yeah, the greens are the ones who just kind of like march around and they don't know they conceal, right?

00:37:19.000 And they have no idea.

00:37:20.000 Then the yellows are your organizers, your leaders, your your directors, managers, and the and the yellows, by the way, travel around highly organized. 0.71

00:37:28.000 We were talking about the other night um on Teamcast proper, that they are highly organized and clearly financed, and then the Reds are just the crazy It's the direct action of direct action to say, and when I would infiltrate Antifa events uh like prior to the um attack on the deplorable in uh uh 2017 to Trump's first inauguration,

00:37:49.000 they would they would move someone around there and they would say, and we would have like 200 people in a church basement, and they would say, Okay, anyone who's interested in direct action, we're gonna go over here into another room.

00:38:00.000 But if you're interested in that, come on over here.

00:38:02.000 And those are the reds. 0.93

00:38:03.000 That's the top of the pyramid.

00:38:05.000 There's fewer of them, but those are the ones that are gonna commit actual violence.

00:38:09.000 Yep.

00:38:10.000 And the so that they the green group is the the doofy college kids who have no idea what's going on.

00:38:15.000 Right.

00:38:16.000 They don't want them to know.

00:38:18.000 They want to radicalize them.

00:38:19.000 And so they tell the direct action group, we need to get these people arrested, as many of them as possible.

00:38:24.000 So you might see a flyer at a college and it's like, come march for this social injustice.

00:38:29.000 And what the actual plan is is there's gonna be three guys who wear all black and masks.

00:38:34.000 They're gonna tell you to wear the same.

00:38:36.000 They say, Wear all black, wear a hoodie in solidarity.

00:38:39.000 They're gonna go up to a cop, hit him, or throw a water bottle or something to get you arrested intentionally so that you're terrified because they know that the machine is is cruel.

00:38:49.000 That when you get arrested, the cops are like, Don't know, don't care why you get arrested.

00:38:52.000 Stand here, take your picture, and they're shaking and they're terrified.

00:38:54.000 They've never been arrested before.

00:38:56.000 They've probably never had a job before.

00:38:58.000 That's when they can strike.

00:38:59.000 Oh, you poor thing, look how evil police are.

00:39:03.000 And then come meet us next Saturday and we'll explain everything to you.

00:39:06.000 Then they get a new radical.

00:39:08.000 You know, I don't know.

00:39:09.000 I'm not sure.

00:39:10.000 I'm not sure if it's just bad to radicalize it.

00:39:12.000 I would just say if they want to get radicalized because they're like uh, you know, faffo-ing, and then they get radicalized and they do something more radical, okay, 10 years.

00:39:20.000 But 25.

00:39:21.000 I don't care about filling up a prison with 50,000 of these freaks. 0.99

00:39:24.000 But but what I'm saying is this guy's roommate gets radicalized and you're making more protesters.

00:39:29.000 You're you're j that that's what they want to do.

00:39:30.000 The number of protesters is irrelevant.

00:39:32.000 What matters is if you're doing criminal stuff, if you're attacking cops, if you're destroying buildings, that instead of getting a slap on the wrist, that you are getting, oh, sorry, you're an in you're like an insurrectionist, you're a terrorist, you're going to prison for the rest of the room.

00:39:48.000 Well, so I'm not talking about them going running up gangs and arresting them and putting them in prison.

00:39:53.000 These are these are known gang members to a terrorizing communities.

00:39:57.000 This is a doofy chubby kid who has no idea what's going on in the world who threw paint on the ground. 1.00

00:40:01.000 And he's got a bunch of friends who are also doofy morons who have no idea what's going on in the world. 1.00

00:40:05.000 I'm not talking about letting a guy who smashes a cop car go. 1.00

00:40:09.000 I'm talking about the moron chubby guy who's never been arrested before, never had a job, showing up to what he thinks is a playground for LARPing. 0.98

00:40:15.000 And then when you guys say, Lock him up for a year or longer, Antifa is like, yes. 0.98

00:40:20.000 We tricked them into radicalizing more people that are gonna fundraise on our behalf, that are gonna make money for us and sustain us.

00:40:27.000 You have to be strategic in how you handle their traps.

00:40:30.000 So if a guy shows up with a gun, you arrest them.

00:40:32.000 If a dupey ch a doofy chubby guy shows up, you you say, This guy, I said a month. 0.99

00:40:36.000 Why?

00:40:37.000 Because he won't disappear he won't be disappeared.

00:40:39.000 He'll get out in a month and say, I'm never doing that again, and his friends will be like, dude, I don't want to go anywhere near that stuff.

00:40:44.000 Yeah, or or but what couldn't you also just get out in a month and say, I'm gonna go do it again?

00:40:47.000 No. 0.92

00:40:48.000 Not the doofy retards who don't know anything about politics. 1.00

00:40:52.000 He showed up because someone at his school said, Do you want to come hang out after school? 0.97

00:40:55.000 We're gonna go protest ice.

00:40:56.000 And he went, What's ICE?

00:40:58.000 And they said, you know, the immigration thing, and he went, Okay, he showed up.

00:41:01.000 I mean, he's he's not a just a kid though.

00:41:04.000 He's he's over 18.

00:41:05.000 He's in college, uh, presumably, or at least college age, and he knows what a federal facility is.

00:41:11.000 He knows what a police station is at least.

00:41:13.000 Indeed.

00:41:13.000 And he knows that he's attacking.

00:41:15.000 What is your goal?

00:41:16.000 What's your goal?

00:41:17.000 The goal.

00:41:17.000 What do you want to happen?

00:41:18.000 The goal is to wipe out Antifa.

00:41:20.000 Okay, so if Antifa is setting radicalization traps, and this is just Antifa, it's all of them.

00:41:26.000 I mean, the radicalization is here's the point.

00:41:29.000 Criminal damage to federal property is I think a class A misdemeanor, which has a maximum of a year a year in jail.

00:41:35.000 I love it.

00:41:35.000 So for a guy who's on a first offense and is a doof, I say a month in jail.

00:41:39.000 So a month in jail, I'm not talking about pleaing him down to community service.

00:41:43.000 I'm saying you go to jail for a month.

00:41:44.000 If you give them the maximum penalty right now, I wonder if it's a few.

00:41:49.000 We've talked about like, you know, three strikes laws in general for like, you know, habitual criminals.

00:41:54.000 But I wonder if you could do something like actually specifically dedicated for sort of antisocial rioting.

00:41:59.000 Or maybe it is first offense, as you say, maybe a month, maybe even two weeks.

00:42:03.000 And but then it's like your second one, it like radically escalates and at your third offense for like specifically disruptive rioting type stuff, even if it's what would normally be misdemeanor stuff.

00:42:14.000 When we're once we're saying, Oh, you're just a person who always is going out and like starting stuff with cops and attacking federal facilities, all right.

00:42:21.000 15 years minimum, have fun.

00:42:23.000 I say second offense a year. 1.00

00:42:25.000 My my so my point is when you see a the the Antifa is hoping to recruit stupid people who don't know what's going on. 0.99

00:42:32.000 And so we my my view is agreed, we want to wipe out Antifa. 0.97

00:42:36.000 But I'll put it this way one of the one of the things they they would talk about in these direct action meetings.

00:42:41.000 This is what the activists would say to you.

00:42:44.000 What would happen if you stood in the street and held up a sign and blocked traffic?

00:42:49.000 Well what would happen?

00:42:51.000 Honestly, probably nothing.

00:42:53.000 Uh no, code picked us all the time.

00:42:56.000 Something happens, you get arrested.

00:42:57.000 Okay.

00:42:58.000 What happens tomorrow after the cops arrest you for blocking traffic?

00:43:02.000 Ten more protesters show up angry that you got arrested.

00:43:04.000 That's our goal.

00:43:05.000 That's how Occupy Wall Street grew, too.

00:43:07.000 That's how that was their plan.

00:43:08.000 So during Occupy Wall Street, Tony Bologna, Anthony Bologna, pepper sprayed four women, and he created Occupy Wall Street.

00:43:16.000 This is really important for the for the history.

00:43:18.000 There were about a thousand or so, maybe not even that many people.

00:43:20.000 A couple hundred.

00:43:21.000 I was there on day one.

00:43:22.000 It was only a couple hundred, not even.

00:43:23.000 I showed up on day three of Occupy.

00:43:26.000 There was like seven people.

00:43:27.000 No, no joke.

00:43:28.000 We were standing under a tarp in the rain.

00:43:30.000 An NYPD cop walked up and he smiled and said, It's like, God bless y'all, and he left.

00:43:36.000 Seven people.

00:43:37.000 I said, Should we leave?

00:43:38.000 Why am I here?

00:43:39.000 They told me, just wait till the weekend when people get off work, they're gonna come.

00:43:42.000 That weekend, there was a couple hundred people who started to march down the street.

00:43:46.000 The police said, We're gonna stop this march.

00:43:49.000 It's unlawful.

00:43:49.000 And they did what's called kettling and wrapped an orange net around him.

00:43:52.000 Four young women, and that you can watch this video on YouTube, stood, they were outside of the march.

00:43:57.000 They were not part of it.

00:43:58.000 Anthony Bologna uh Bologna, who was a I think it was a captain, I'm not sure, walked up to him for no reason and sprayed their faces.

00:44:05.000 That video was uploaded instantly.

00:44:07.000 It was the fastest viral video in the history of YouTube at the time, over a million views in less than a day.

00:44:12.000 That video created something like 30 or 40 occupied chapters across the country and sparked a movement from 500 to 300,000 in one weekend.

00:44:21.000 The direct action people do this on purpose.

00:44:24.000 They said, How can we get the cops to slip up?

00:44:27.000 Another really great example is they have a video where it's a uh white shirt in New York swinging a baton wildly, and they CGI'd it to be a lightsaber.

00:44:37.000 And then they said the police were beating, like, haha, look, we made a meme.

00:44:41.000 The police beat people for no reason.

00:44:43.000 The full video shows the occupiers attacking the cops, then pulling back real fast.

00:44:49.000 So when the cops respond with the attack, they can get a video of Antifa going like this with their hands up.

00:44:53.000 Which is exactly what that um that IC agent was in recently, where the woman looks like she's getting pushed for no reason. 0.99

00:45:02.000 She attacks him because she had attacked him, and there's like 20 minutes of her just attacking him.

00:45:08.000 She attacks him.

00:45:08.000 So uh Antifa will hit a cop, and then immediately four people will put their hands up.

00:45:14.000 So when the cops start trying to arrest them, they can start the video at Antifa going like this.

00:45:19.000 Look, I mean information warfare propaganda.

00:45:21.000 That's that's all that's that is going to be part and parcel of most.

00:45:24.000 But I agree with Tim.

00:45:26.000 We gotta be smart about this, right?

00:45:27.000 The facts of this case matter.

00:45:29.000 Uh I made this point a couple days ago.

00:45:31.000 The left is waiting for their ICE George Floyd.

00:45:33.000 And if they have it, it's gonna be their major rallying call.

00:45:36.000 I'm looking they've been great to not have Yeah, you have to show restraint.

00:45:39.000 I'm looking at videos.

00:45:40.000 I don't know what this kid did with the paint, but it looks like uh there's some people who poured red red paint on the sidewalk and then they were putting it on their hands, and they were like, look at the blood on the hands that ICE had.

00:45:50.000 And if this kid did that, I mean it's not as egregious as throwing red paint on like an officer or somebody else.

00:45:56.000 So the facts matter here, and I think we have to be super careful not to fall into the trap of the left and saw uh Linsky, who talked about this extensively, who sets up these traps for us in order to make us look like the bad guys.

00:46:08.000 We're not the bad guys.

00:46:08.000 We shouldn't be the bad guys.

00:46:09.000 We should be tough, but at the same time, we gotta be respectful of people's civil liberties and the constitution and the bill of rights.

00:46:15.000 Right, but you don't have a civil liberty to be a member of a terrorist group, which Antifa has now been declared one.

00:46:21.000 This is the Charlie Kirk show.

00:46:23.000 We are all about saving babies with pre-born.

00:46:26.000 There are 24,836 kindergartners starting school this month who would not be alive if it hadn't been for what pre-born did in 2019.

00:46:36.000 When a woman considering abortion sees her baby on that ultrasound and hears that baby's heartbeat, it doubles the chance that she will choose life.

00:46:45.000 140 dollars gives five mothers a free ultrasound and saves babies.

00:46:49.000 280 dollars can save ten babies, and just twenty-eight dollars a month can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.

00:46:57.000 A fifteen thousand dollar gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save babies' lives for years and years to come.

00:47:02.000 Charlie and Erica love pre-born.

00:47:05.000 Charlie loved it so much, he believed in it so much he was a donor.

00:47:08.000 So I'll give the final word to Charlie Kirk.

00:47:10.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.

00:47:16.000 Call 833-850-229 or click on the pre-born banner at Charlie Kirk.com.

00:47:24.000 And what I would say though is in addition to all of this, when we're talking about there needs to be a huge focus on the yellows because when you work with the networkers, the trainers, the recruiters, the people who are actually, you know, behind these mass movements, uh the their ability to spread it will be broken. 0.99

00:47:41.000 So I'm not saying like this is that this is the only thing you do, but obviously it's going to be in tandem with those same operations going against the higher ups.

00:47:50.000 But this is my point.

00:47:51.000 This guy would be a green.

00:47:52.000 Some doofy college kid who has no idea what's going on.

00:47:54.000 You want to be careful about how you interact with them because they're hoping you do so that that guy can become a yellow or a red. 0.98

00:48:01.000 So the yellows, they should get Rico. 1.00

00:48:04.000 These are the the facilitators and the organizers of this who plan how to do it.

00:48:08.000 This is a thing where Congress could actually do something.

00:48:09.000 This is I hear the RICO thing a lot.

00:48:11.000 What's not really well known.

00:48:13.000 RICO was passed to go after the mob.

00:48:15.000 Yeah, Blake is a great piece of the state.

00:48:17.000 There's sort of in when you read the RICO statute, the federal one, it basically says you need predicate crimes to go after organizations.

00:48:24.000 And the predicate crimes they list are things the mob would do.

00:48:28.000 And as a result, it's inciting a riot is not one of them.

00:48:31.000 It's drugs, it's homicides.

00:48:32.000 Homicide, you know, involvement in those.

00:48:34.000 So insight so conspiracy inside a riot is not one of them.

00:48:41.000 You know, all I'm gonna say is to change it, you would just need some sort of national legislative body that was perhaps controlled by your party.

00:48:49.000 Where are we gonna get one of the pass to pass a modification of that law? 0.98

00:48:53.000 But I I don't know where we're gonna get one of those.

00:48:56.000 They're not usually.

00:48:57.000 Right.

00:48:57.000 So Tim, what he's saying is the RICO statute does not include inciting a riot.

00:49:03.000 Well, I'm not talking about that.

00:49:04.000 I'm talking about the yellows. 0.86

00:49:05.000 I'm talking about funding sources.

00:49:06.000 I'm talking about people organizing.

00:49:08.000 That's what election is.

00:49:09.000 So that's what we mean though.

00:49:11.000 Rico is.

00:49:11.000 Hold on.

00:49:12.000 You can't use Rico against people who are part of organizations that launder money internationally.

00:49:18.000 I'm not following.

00:49:19.000 Well, laundering m the thing is when you say launder money, like they're laundering money for a criminal enterprise and the criminal enterprises to enable and further civil disorder in the United States to like cause riots to get those people out of jail.

00:49:32.000 Like most of their monetary stuff, like they frankly don't need to launder a ton of money because they're not getting the money through criminal means. 0.99

00:49:38.000 They're just getting rich idiots to donate money to them. 0.99

00:49:40.000 I bet in ten minutes you could find uh somewhere. 1.00

00:49:43.000 Uh there's a story.

00:49:44.000 It was in, I think it was in uh was it Nashville?

00:49:47.000 This is several years ago.

00:49:48.000 Antifa show up to a restaurant and demanded that he uh put up a BLM flag when he didn't, they started smashing his property.

00:49:55.000 Okay, you got Rico.

00:49:57.000 When when they start going to businesses and threaten them, when you go to Berkeley and you see people putting up signs saying, please don't hurt us, and they put the symbols in their windows, this is this is RICO.

00:50:06.000 So, sure, if you want to approach it as simplistically as they riot sometimes, but that's not what we're talking about.

00:50:12.000 The yellow category is what he's saying is what he's saying is you could add it to the RICO statute to catch more.

00:50:17.000 Sure, sure.

00:50:18.000 Or and and we could do that at the same time that they're working on that, we could be get charging these people with under RICO and going after them for criminal enterprise.

00:50:24.000 Of course.

00:50:24.000 There's a lot more they do than just riot.

00:50:27.000 I mean, there's there's organized terror attacks that's clearly outside of of right and and the financial ties are easy.

00:50:34.000 They fundraise off this stuff.

00:50:36.000 So when they're when they're engaging in criminal acts under the threat, uh putting people under the threat of force in order to get money, you've got RICO.

00:50:44.000 So the the most dangerous element, in fact, I don't think is actually the red category.

00:50:48.000 These are the direct action guys who go on the ground and attack people.

00:50:51.000 You arrest those guys, they're hoping they can get some of the they can get some of these greens radicalized and turn into reds. 1.00

00:50:56.000 The yellows, these are the people who are connected to the NGOs who are being paid salaries by some nonprofit for some here here's here's it's actually really, really simple.

00:51:05.000 Nonprofits are under very strict rules.

00:51:08.000 Uh business is under very strict rules.

00:51:10.000 I I I gotta I Jack, you you know this, and it's crazy.

00:51:13.000 I have to explain this to people who've never run a business.

00:51:16.000 You can't just hire someone for no reason.

00:51:18.000 You running a company, can't I can't be like, hey Luke, you want a job?

00:51:23.000 Okay, just I'll just pay you a salary. 0.81

00:51:25.000 Not gonna work.

00:51:25.000 I have to write down what his job is.

00:51:27.000 I have to give him a job title.

00:51:29.000 I have to file that with the IRS, and I have to prove it.

00:51:32.000 So if you ever get audited, they're gonna say, Show me Mr. Rodkowski's work and show and prove to me that he's doing it, otherwise you've committed a crime.

00:51:38.000 When nonprofits, which are under stricter regulation, hire staffers and then tell them, hey, why don't you take the day off?

00:51:46.000 Wink, and those that person goes down to organize a protest.

00:51:49.000 Now you've got serious business and fraud uh at the at the nonprofit.

00:51:53.000 Which and I can tie this back to the SPLC because remember uh Stopcop City uh that was going on in outside of Atlanta when they were attacking this uh police facility, Atlanta PD facility trading facility that was being built out in in disforested area and Antifa were like living in trees at one point and then conducting serious attacks on the facility, uh burning, you know, Molotov cocktails, this type of thing.

00:52:19.000 Well, at one point in one of the major assaults on the facility, uh there was an SPLC lawyer who was not there, and by the way, not there from as a quote unquote legal observer, like we can see the guys in the green hats.

00:52:33.000 Um wow, it just hit something on my head.

00:52:35.000 Oh, that's weird.

00:52:36.000 I don't know what that is.

00:52:37.000 And um, this this is a guy who was actually participating in the assault itself.

00:52:42.000 Fraud.

00:52:43.000 When you raise money for a charity that says we're going to lobby for environmental issues, but then your paid staff are going and organizing protests, you've defrauded the people who have donated to you.

00:52:54.000 So there's there's a there's a bunch of real easy ways to go after these people.

00:52:57.000 And so anyway, just to kind of wrap it up, my point ultimately was put them all in jail. 0.98

00:53:02.000 I was just saying be careful about rat giving them the radicalization tools they need by being overbearing on some moron chubby guy who doesn't know what's going on. 0.95

00:53:10.000 The yellow the guys in yellow should get 10 years. 0.99

00:53:13.000 This is Rico stuff.

00:53:14.000 This is mafioso.

00:53:15.000 They go to businesses and that like legit, they'll say something like, Hey, are you we want you to put this in your window?

00:53:21.000 And they'll say, Look, I'm not really interested.

00:53:25.000 Be a real shame if a pro I mean, but there's a protest tomorrow.

00:53:28.000 I mean, I can't imagine what the protests are gonna do.

00:53:30.000 The business is here, be a shame.

00:53:32.000 Okay.

00:53:33.000 And then the way okay, okay, okay, uh please, please, please don't hurt me.

00:53:36.000 I'll put the I'll put it in my window.

00:53:37.000 Come on.

00:53:38.000 And that arrest was classic intimidation, but getting back to the original, the original point of RICO was uh uh would it racketeering and criminal organizations?

00:53:48.000 Racketeering influence influenced criminal organizations.

00:53:52.000 Have you been to Berkeley?

00:53:53.000 And corrupt organizations, I think is what it is.

00:53:56.000 Yes.

00:53:56.000 Have you seen how all the businesses have signs in their windows that either say please don't hurt me or we're leftists?

00:54:02.000 Yeah, and I'm I'm pretty sure you see it all over the place.

00:54:04.000 I'm pretty sure the Chinese nail salon that was all immigrants didn't actually believe in Marxist Leninism. 0.69

00:54:09.000 When I was in uh signing their windows, when I was in Chaz and uh we had all the buildings around there, and I I lived in Jazz for a week.

00:54:17.000 Um, and you would see the businesses, and people were trying as hard as they could, you know, sushi places and car dealers and whatever it was to you know put the signs up saying, you know, and many of them by the way have now gone on to sue the city of Seattle.

00:54:30.000 And I I believe there may have been a settlement in that case where uh they said, You've completely deprived us of our rights.

00:54:36.000 You allowed this organization of armed individuals to prey on us.

00:54:41.000 You told the police to leave the area around the Capitol Hill, uh Capitol Hill, Caly Anderson Park, that neighborhood, which they later then became the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone.

00:54:53.000 And and and all of these businesses sued because their places were getting burned, they were getting squatted in, uh, nobody could work.

00:54:59.000 There also be also people who lived in there because there it was mixed use.

00:55:02.000 So those people couldn't even come in and out of their homes on a regular basis.

00:55:07.000 I think where they have a video they want us to play.

00:55:09.000 Oh, there's a video, and then we might do our swap.

00:55:13.000 We're hot swapping, we're hot swapping.

00:55:15.000 Oh gosh.

00:55:15.000 Who else do we have after Ian?

00:55:17.000 I think that's it.

00:55:18.000 I think just Ian.

00:55:20.000 Don't you think it's terrible how bigoted the president of the United States is being with all these memes about Hakeem Jeffries?

00:55:26.000 Es muy malo.

00:55:28.000 Ay! 1.00

00:55:36.000 I thought we were doing that during the yeah.

00:55:37.000 I thought we were doing that to cover this.

00:55:38.000 Yeah, I thought we were doing that to cover it.

00:55:39.000 But whatever.

00:55:39.000 And then is Andrew Hover.

00:55:40.000 Whatever.

00:55:41.000 Anyway, as I leave where we where do you guys see all the m momentum going on the right?

00:55:45.000 Because there's cultural victories against the ADL, the SPLC, YouTube, uh, cultural victories against Netflix.

00:55:51.000 Where do you guys want to see it to go?

00:55:52.000 I mean, YouTube just uh took back our video with Johnson Joe Rogan, which is huge.

00:55:57.000 Uh by the way, YouTube, you still have a whole bunch of my videos deleted.

00:56:00.000 I I would love them back, especially the ones with us talking with David Icke, predicting everything that happened that got taken down for COVID misinformation about 10, 12 years ago.

00:56:07.000 That would be nice too.

00:56:08.000 But anyway, uh I'll leave you guys with that question.

00:56:10.000 Thank you so much for having me.

00:56:13.000 We'll have you back on.

00:56:14.000 We'll have you back on the back.

00:56:16.000 Thank you guys so much for having me.

00:56:18.000 Uh Ian, uh learn consent.

00:56:19.000 Uh you need it.

00:56:23.000 Thanks, guys.

00:56:23.000 I was I was just standing there.

00:56:24.000 Yeah, there's headphones right now.

00:56:25.000 And then by the way, Blake, you have uh there are headphones if you want them.

00:56:28.000 And uh, over this object upon my head.

00:56:32.000 This this asteroid, how are you talking about?

00:56:35.000 So uh yeah, big news.

00:56:37.000 Uh last night Google reads.

00:56:40.000 Who who is this guy?

00:56:40.000 Who is this who's this crazy character next to us here?

00:56:42.000 I'm a space lord, man.

00:56:44.000 Have you ever been to the moon, Jack?

00:56:45.000 You think we've ever been to the moon?

00:56:47.000 I I don't want to derail this.

00:56:49.000 Have I been there?

00:56:50.000 I I haven't been there today.

00:56:52.000 Uh what, today earlier today?

00:56:54.000 Yeah.

00:56:55.000 You went for lunch.

00:56:56.000 They're for donuts.

00:56:57.000 Oh, yeah.

00:56:57.000 You know we're on the precipice of like a material science revolution.

00:57:00.000 We're about to do that.

00:57:01.000 There's a duncan up there.

00:57:01.000 There's dunking everywhere, bro.

00:57:02.000 But it's not free donuts, you have to pay.

00:57:04.000 I had to pay you.

00:57:04.000 Moonbooks.

00:57:05.000 Yeah, moon bucks.

00:57:06.000 Well, let's talk about using authoritarian crackdowns on uh whatever.

00:57:10.000 All right.

00:57:11.000 Just on Ian.

00:57:11.000 There we go.

00:57:12.000 Just on Ian's.

00:57:12.000 Wait, on what on you or on us or on the show?

00:57:15.000 Yeah, everybody everywhere.

00:57:16.000 Look, man, I don't know what you're into, but we're not talking about gentle jobs.

00:57:18.000 I think it's a time for like virtue.

00:57:20.000 Because you guys were talking about self-restraint.

00:57:21.000 A lot, that's actually temperance.

00:57:22.000 It's one of the seven virtues.

00:57:24.000 You see.

00:57:24.000 Um and holding the virtue, like the kindness that people inhibited and embodied after Charlie's.

00:57:31.000 Yeah, it was.

00:57:32.000 I mean, there was a moment for people to rage and people just held back.

00:57:35.000 They're not going to be able to do it.

00:57:36.000 Well, so is it really?

00:57:37.000 Before we get and I know you want to hit stuff, but so Ian, we're here.

00:57:41.000 This is Charlie's studio.

00:57:43.000 And this is the chair of Charlie Kirk.

00:57:46.000 This is the chair where he sat, did his shows for for years, day in, day out.

00:57:51.000 You know, when he was, you know, obviously here locally.

00:57:54.000 Um, you could see some of the personal effects, himself, his children, um, that that he left.

00:57:58.000 We haven't we haven't changed anything since since the last time he was sitting here.

00:58:02.000 And you know, we talk about these things on a daily basis.

00:58:06.000 Um and they get really real.

00:58:08.000 They get real uh Blake here was um standing about three steps away when when it all went down.

00:58:15.000 Uh a lot of the staff that's uh that's currently working were there with him that day.

00:58:20.000 And you know, we I don't want to like derail the vibe here, but it's it's it's real.

00:58:26.000 What concerned me was that his funeral, uh the the memorial, you know, where everybody Trump was there, Stephen Miller was there, and they I caught some clips where you know Erica's like truly experiencing a level of forgiveness which comes from like kindness and humility and those are virtues, and then Trump's like, I hate my opponents.

00:58:42.000 Let me let me get this entire thought out before you join in.

00:58:44.000 I hate I hate my opponents, which is wrath, which is the sin opposite of patience, the virtue.

00:58:50.000 And to exhibit sin, like if you live in virtue, you're you're living with Christ, you're like Christ.

00:58:56.000 If you live in sin, you're like, well, you're anti-Christ.

00:58:59.000 So to you everybody can exert a moment of anti-Christ behavior by bodying the sins.

00:59:05.000 And when Stephen particularly, I'd love to hang out with Stephen Miller and talk about this, because when he he issued a threat to all of our opponents, he he spoke and then he said, and to all those that oppose us, you are hateful.

00:59:14.000 But he was he was broadcasting this that that threat should have gone on a on a direct channel to the opponent to for to broadcast a threat terrorizes the populace.

00:59:24.000 So I I think we Well, I would argue the populist is currently being terrorized by the people killing Charlie Current.

00:59:29.000 And he was speaking to the he was to those people who are listening, they weren't being terrorists by him, they were being comforted by him. 0.87

00:59:34.000 It's like it's like saying in Minecraft, you are a hateful person.

00:59:36.000 But and I'm like saying it right to you.

00:59:39.000 Let me ask you this though, but so you you say that, but Stephen Miller and President Trump are both currently officials of the federal government.

00:59:49.000 And the Bible also tells us that in Romans and many other places, that it is the role of legitimate government to hold the sword, to wield the sword, and to use the sword for justice.

01:00:03.000 So when he's talking about that, uh I'm looking at that as the role of the magistrate to enact justice for what was done to Charlie.

01:00:13.000 I I do think that is the role.

01:00:15.000 I don't I want to hear, but that to invoke hatred, which is wrath, a sin at that level.

01:00:19.000 I don't think the magistrate needs to hate those that they destroy.

01:00:22.000 Just forgive them.

01:00:23.000 They didn't realize that the danger they were tangling with and well, I I I agree as it pertains to Trump, but not Stephen Miller.

01:00:30.000 And also Trump is just gonna talk the way Trump does.

01:00:34.000 That's frankly just how it's going to be.

01:00:35.000 Uh I don't know that we're ever you just can't really police the way Trump.

01:00:39.000 Yeah, this at this this point in the game, yeah, he's not.

01:00:41.000 Jedi E says as a but he did say he I approve of everything going on here.

01:00:44.000 Thank you.

01:00:45.000 But I wanted to add what going on.

01:00:47.000 What is she?

01:00:47.000 Yeah, I'm not sure I'm just gonna.

01:00:50.000 I will admit, I will admit that, or I will add, I should say, that he did say, I'm open to letting Erica convince me otherwise.

01:00:57.000 That's why I bring it up because we're all capable of exhibiting anti-Christ behaviors, and we need to keep each other in check as we get more powerful and famous and well loved.

01:01:04.000 If you if someone were to snap and then start embodying sin, they wouldn't hit retrospect.

01:01:08.000 Like that was the anti it's just a guy exhibiting anti-Christ.

01:01:11.000 But I think that's I think as what Jack is getting at, you know, you were saying you were happy that in the aftermath of this, there was not an explosion of mostly peaceful protests, as we might call them.

01:01:20.000 Yeah.

01:01:21.000 Um and I agree that that's a good thing.

01:01:23.000 But I do think latent within that reaction is the trust, the premise that there are legitimate state ways of responding to this, right?

01:01:34.000 That they will obviously punish the killer find and punish the killer, and also that they will prevent future assassinations like this happening, up to and including through, you know, corralling these violently antisocial elements that want to kind of stoke low-level political violence across America and put all of us at risk.

01:01:56.000 And a few violence.

01:01:58.000 If they lose their confidence that that can occur, there will be people who will go in alternative, more radical directions.

01:02:04.000 This is exactly what we were talking about last night on Timcast, that what happens when the legitimate authority, just on a practical level, what happens when a legitimate government does not rise to the level of that government, does not provide for the safety of the people, and then the people say, All right, if the government won't do it, then I have to do it.

01:02:26.000 Yeah, that'd be the splinter into factional gang.

01:02:28.000 We don't want that.

01:02:28.000 We mean that's what we don't want.

01:02:29.000 We needed swift.

01:02:31.000 Well, I was thinking, like, let's imagine maybe like the alternative extreme scenario.

01:02:35.000 The most extreme scenario possible.

01:02:36.000 Hypothetical, hypothetical, hypothetical.

01:02:38.000 No, as in hypothetically, let's say there was like a left wing, a radical left-wing president, and this happened to Charlie, and like the president came out and basically said, like, he deserves it, and I'm going to sign a federal pardon for whoever did it.

01:02:50.000 Which is and then like the state authorities to what Barack Obama actually said, by the way, after Charlie's murder, he you know, he he's he he kind of gave the comment where, you know, uh, this is terrible, it shouldn't have happened.

01:03:01.000 He goes, but then he reads off this litany of things that Charlie uh actually had said on this show on thought crime, and and but you know, twisted in such a way and totally decontextualized to remind his listeners, and and by all by all intents, Barack Obama is the leader of the Democrat Party, so he's sort of saying, you know, hey, you shouldn't have done this, but he was a bad guy.

01:03:24.000 He was a bad guy.

01:03:25.000 That's what you shouldn't be sad.

01:03:26.000 You shouldn't be sad about it.

01:03:27.000 They're cre so uh Joe Rogan brought this up when he said, I think the people who hate Charlie think he was a bad guy and they think they were good guys, and I counter with no, they didn't know who Charlie was at all.

01:03:39.000 That's why the lies work.

01:03:41.000 They are told by their by their death cult what to believe, and they say, Yes.

01:03:46.000 So when Jimmy Kimmel goes on TV and says it was a MAGA guy who did it, they all go, Yes.

01:03:52.000 And now when they're polled by you gov, what do they say?

01:03:54.000 It was a right winger who did it.

01:03:56.000 I got this question I want to ask you guys particularly.

01:03:58.000 Um a commenter said, Hey, maybe Charlie would have wanted the man that killed him to receive multiple life sentences so that he had an opportunity to atone in prison and find God and f and and and really on his knee like and I I'd just been like, oh, death penalty, death penalty, no question, death penalty.

01:04:16.000 And now I'm like, would it be better if he was able to suffer and and well, Blake, you know, you you you spent a lot of time with Charlie talking about this issue, you know, what would and obviously you know, Charlie had certain of an arc with with that.

01:04:29.000 Where do you where do you think he would be I mean I it's an impossible question?

01:04:33.000 I don't think Char Charlie would admit to like conflicted feelings about it, but as you said, there was an arc.

01:04:37.000 He kind of earlier on he had you'll see this pretty commonly with uh especially like pro-life uh people on the right where they'll want they'll feel they want maximum consistency, so they'll be opposed to abortion, and they'll also be the Pope Leo's comments.

01:04:49.000 Pope Leo's comments yesterday were all about that.

01:04:51.000 Right before he blessed ICE, as it were.

01:04:53.000 No, no, wait, wait, wait, wait.

01:04:54.000 I just want to contextualize this for people.

01:04:56.000 I want to get I want to explain this.

01:04:58.000 He wasn't blocking uh he wasn't just blessing a block of ice, it was a secret signal that he's blessing the ice mission in America.

01:05:08.000 Everybody missed this he's blessing.

01:05:11.000 It's a big wink, he gives the big wake.

01:05:13.000 Yeah, I re I want to bless ice.

01:05:16.000 Exactly.

01:05:17.000 No, so but then Charlie himself, I would argue with him about this because I would you know, first of all, you you reject vengeance as a principle that uh why you would do this, but yeah, and but there are valid justifications for the death penalty, and it's not merely that this individual person is dangerous.

01:05:34.000 I feel the best argument in favor of capital punishment is that you have to show maximum levels of condemnation for the most destructive or evil acts in your society to say something like this is so intolerable, it will be ripped out of the body politic like the cancer that it is,

01:05:51.000 and I think political assassination, which doesn't just you know, kill end one life, it threatens to basically destroy the country because we have a system that is based on nonviolent resolution of differences through debate, through voting, through argument, and someone went and smashed that to bits with a rifle.

01:06:11.000 And I think Charlie was very was like very understanding of that that when you when a state he was coming to accept that that when you refuse to consider maximally severe penalties on the worst criminals, you're kind of exhibiting this general moral cowardice within your society, and you're spreading it.

01:06:31.000 Now, should the man have an opportunity to find God?

01:06:35.000 Yes, but you know, if he receives a proper trial and so forth, he will get all of those things.

01:06:41.000 Far more than there are plenty of people, by the way, who are like police kill, they just are they're killed in the act, for example.

01:06:47.000 Like we will do lethal force to stop a criminal who is a danger to others.

01:06:52.000 Of course.

01:06:53.000 And sometimes we do that, and actually we end up killing someone who is actually not currently a threat to others.

01:06:58.000 We we accept the need to sometimes mistakenly kill somebody in order to have the general principle of protecting the public.

01:07:07.000 There's even something much more simpler than this.

01:07:09.000 Uh if he got the death penalty, it would take 20 years.

01:07:11.000 He'd have to do that.

01:07:12.000 Well, that's bad though.

01:07:13.000 I was I would strongly encourage us to find a way to reform that.

01:07:16.000 Like, no one who does something like a political assassination where like if you're able to prove their guilt, I suspect it will not be in any serious doubt.

01:07:25.000 Uh you know, if you need to accelerate it, if you need full-time legal proceedings to make sure this is all done and dusted in two years, in three years, make it happen.

01:07:34.000 Yeah, but but but but functionally right now, if he got the death penalty, he'd be in jail for ten years.

01:07:38.000 But we should we should definitely work on getting rid of that.

01:07:40.000 But because one, that would actually make the death penalty itself more effective.

01:07:44.000 We should never have someone getting executed where we need to trot out 30-year-old newspaper articles to remind them of why they were sentenced that way.

01:07:52.000 September is national preparedness month.

01:07:56.000 So it's the perfect time to ask yourself some questions like how much food do you have on hand for emergencies?

01:08:02.000 How would you get clean water if the tap went dry tomorrow?

01:08:05.000 What would you do if a storm knocked out the power for a week?

01:08:07.000 If you're anything like me, there's some room for improvement on this stuff.

01:08:09.000 And that I can tell you that is absolutely the case.

01:08:12.000 Luckily, our friends at My Patriot Supply are making disaster preparedness easier and more affordable than ever by giving you over $1,500 worth of emergency food and preparedness gear for free.

01:08:23.000 They launched their preparedness month mega kit, and it includes a full year of emergency food, a water filtration system that can purify almost any water source, a solar backup generator, and a lot more.

01:08:34.000 And here's the best part.

01:08:35.000 If you go to my patriot supply.com/slash Kirk, you can get 90 preparedness essentials totaling over $1,500 absolutely free.

01:08:45.000 And now, hear from Charlie.

01:08:46.000 Go to My Patriots Supply.com slash Kirk, My Patriots Supply.com slash Kirk.

01:08:54.000 And so in 1901, when an anarcho-socialist uh murdered President McKinley, um, that anarcho-socialist, the assassin, was executed in the electric chair just 45 days after killing President McKinley.

01:09:12.000 You know, that was that was 1901.

01:09:14.000 There's a there's a challenge in this in the in the in the structure of our society, its size, really.

01:09:20.000 I was watching uh what was that, 1912 or whatever that show is?

01:09:23.000 I don't know, 1917 or something.

01:09:25.000 And there's a scene where someone gets accused of pickpocking, pickpocketing, so they just grab the guy and string him up and kill him on the spot.

01:09:32.000 That's how it used to be back in the day.

01:09:34.000 Uh probably not, though, actually.

01:09:36.000 Like I th there's there's like an image people have of the past, and it's very mediated by like the media, as it were.

01:09:43.000 And it can give you a mistaken impression of how it generally worked.

01:09:47.000 Like, we did in fact have a criminal justice system in 1912.

01:09:50.000 Someone might get lynched in a rushed way, and that was bad, and that's why we would have campaigns against lynching.

01:09:55.000 But like the criminal justice system, there's a big difference between even 45 days and immediately.

01:10:01.000 But think about the structure of evidence back in the day.

01:10:03.000 You're not you had no forensics.

01:10:05.000 It was just, did someone see it happen or not?

01:10:07.000 And do we trust the person and people could lie or otherwise?

01:10:09.000 It's actually uh Well, and in the case of of um the uh the uh McKinley's assassin, this was done, I believe it was the world expo in Buffalo.

01:10:19.000 So it means he was in front of you know he he was a receiving line and he walked up with a gun.

01:10:23.000 So for this community that all watched it happen, yeah, it was real easy to just and also like Lee Harvey Oswald, they they got him within day a day or something of Kennedy's, and then Jack Ruby, the guy that killed him, got killed even right after that.

01:10:35.000 Like, who knows, maybe they were covering trails.

01:10:36.000 Yeah, Jack Ruby killed Oswald and then died got killed.

01:10:39.000 And then got killed, so too.

01:10:40.000 He died of cancer.

01:10:41.000 No, no, no, no.

01:10:42.000 No, no, no, he died of cancer.

01:10:43.000 We know the CIA has a has a cancer gun, I think was revealed in the church.

01:10:46.000 Okay, well, to use a recent example, like Dylan Roof.

01:10:50.000 I think America would have less pretty racial trauma, less political trauma in it.

01:10:54.000 If Dylan Roof, instead of sitting on death row to this day, occasionally writing letters to people and stuff that come out and like cause discord.

01:11:02.000 Like, what if Dylan Roof had just been executed eight months after that shooting in Charleston?

01:11:06.000 I think that would have made America a lot better place.

01:11:08.000 The issue I have to do.

01:11:11.000 I think conservatives typically come from a world uh a world view that we are in a country that is a community.

01:11:19.000 When I think what we saw, you know, three weeks ago shows that we are not, that there are people who do not live in the same country as we do, despite occupying similar land.

01:11:27.000 And I do not want to give these power, these people the power to execute who they see fit.

01:11:31.000 I don't think Kamala Harris having the right to execute people is a good idea by any stretch. 1.00

01:11:36.000 So if the argument if she were elected president, she wouldn't have the ability to do that. 0.90

01:11:41.000 She would.

01:11:42.000 Under the current law, yes.

01:11:43.000 So my point is once again, if everyone in the country held the moral worldview of Charlie Kirk, we don't even need the laws.

01:11:50.000 We don't even need police.

01:11:52.000 In the country we have now, the argument for the creation of a uh mechanization of the state to kill means that you've got all the Soros DAs going like, let's start killing people.

01:12:03.000 That's the challenge I have with it.

01:12:05.000 Well, but I mean that you know, I think I believe New York State still has death penalty in California.

01:12:09.000 So okay.

01:12:10.000 Well then I know California does.

01:12:12.000 Yeah.

01:12:12.000 Though effective more than that.

01:12:13.000 But that's my point.

01:12:14.000 My point is that that in in these areas where you have Soros DAs or uh you know, soros control over huge swaths of territory, uh, these are the very same policies where they're not doing that.

01:12:25.000 The reason I brought up Oswald's because I feel like they hushed it up.

01:12:27.000 They didn't want like this guy that's sitting in prison right now that killed Charlie that uh uh what he was allegedly the evidence seems to point to, he might come out and tell us something that was like what and have evidence like well he'll he'll get a trial.

01:12:40.000 He will get it, he will get a fair trial um if he has mitigating factors, if he if he was you know, if if there is something else that that we don't know about yet, he will have the opportunity to present that.

01:12:51.000 I have a theory for you guys.

01:12:54.000 This guy is a Patsy who worked with leftists.

01:12:57.000 There was there were there there's a uh uh appears to be evidence of coordination.

01:13:01.000 Now I'm not gonna say that this is something I I truly believe, just a thought.

01:13:05.000 What happens if the evidence comes out that that communication between him and his furry boyfriend seems very scripted.

01:13:14.000 And this has caused a lot of people to start pushing conspiracy theories.

01:13:17.000 Matt Walsh, I think, had the the best point in that it looks like he wrote this to create reasonable doubt so that it could uh be used as exculpatory evidence for the boyfriend who was actually involved.

01:13:28.000 What happens if in three months the boyfriend's like, oh, by the way, here's the proof I didn't do it.

01:13:33.000 I I did this so that the real killers could escape.

01:13:36.000 You know, it's all the the text messages were to prevent So Matt Walsh's theory, I agree with him on this, but I'm I want to give him credit for it.

01:13:47.000 The messages that came out from the FBI between the alleged assassin and the boyfriend have no typos and are written like theater kids, like it's a script.

01:13:56.000 And liberals have come out saying this proves the FBI faked it, like the conspiracy theorists.

01:14:01.000 Then there's just general conspiracy theories that that's not real, the FBI faked it.

01:14:05.000 I don't think that's the case at all, especially knowing cash.

01:14:07.000 Matt Walsh said what likely happened is the assassin wrote this fake set of messages to the boyfriend, so that in the event of a criminal trial where they bring charges against the boyfriend who coordinated and helped the assassination, they're gonna show these messages to the jury and say, reasonable doubt, the messages show the boyfriend had nothing to do with it.

01:14:29.000 Yeah, so the idea being No, I get that.

01:14:31.000 Okay, I'm just I'm just being clear.

01:14:32.000 Yeah, there appears to be evidence of coordination.

01:14:34.000 No, no, no, no.

01:14:34.000 I I I get what you're saying, I'm just making sure I'm following the the the theory you're presenting because you know, I've I've seen as well that um and if you read some of the Daily Mail reporting that's gone out on this, you know, these ideas that actually they were saying that it was the boyfriend who was was more antisocial, uh, that he was, you know, people referring to him.

01:14:53.000 And again, this is just based on their reporting.

01:14:55.000 I I don't have any direct uh knowledge of this, so you know they could be wrong, right?

01:15:00.000 And and that in fact he was far more political than uh Tyler Robinson had been.

01:15:07.000 And in fact, people were saying that he it was them living together as roommates that really kind of corrupted Robinson.

01:15:15.000 And so there's questions of, you know, did he pull him into this group and do all this?

01:15:20.000 No, but none of that, none of that changes the fact of who was on the on the roof and who pulled the trigger.

01:15:27.000 None of that changes that.

01:15:28.000 Now, again, by uh uh assuming that all the evidence is true, it's a lot of people.

01:15:32.000 And also here's here here's here's a uh there's another theory that the boyfriend's actually the the the assassin.

01:15:37.000 Uh wearing a disguise, they're both of similar height, gait, build, appearance.

01:15:42.000 There is a theory that the boyfriend is actually the one who did it.

01:15:45.000 And then uh the the ch the challenge so here's what I think.

01:15:48.000 I think largely it was a coordinated group of leftists.

01:15:51.000 That's that that explains the Discord chats.

01:15:53.000 It explains the foreknowledge that was presented.

01:15:56.000 It explains the weird nature of this message.

01:15:59.000 And they didn't catch the guy until well after.

01:16:04.000 Right.

01:16:05.000 And so again, I don't know, but one of the theories we've seen the photo of the dude in the in the in the um the dairy queen.

01:16:12.000 There's a lot of really kooky conspiracy theories about palm guns and trapdoors and exactly.

01:16:18.000 However, what if the real shooter is the roommate?

01:16:22.000 The script the messages were scripted to create exculpatory uh fake exculpatory evidence, and this is they coordinate it.

01:16:29.000 Then he's an accessory fry him.

01:16:31.000 He's still an excessory.

01:16:32.000 But either either way, though.

01:16:33.000 Accessory to murder is full murder, definitely.

01:16:35.000 Well, I don't think accessory.

01:16:36.000 I'm I'm saying if there's a coordinated network, we've got a very, very serious problem, and I believe that's the same.

01:16:41.000 Well, and like and obviously And by the way, you know, you'd still, of course, need to you'd need to present that in court.

01:16:48.000 You need to present evidence of all right, you know, are there are there fingerprints?

01:16:52.000 Are there, you know, who had access to the gun.

01:16:54.000 And by the way, the the you know, Tyler Robinson, the fact that it was again his father's gun.

01:16:59.000 You know, originally the grandfathers would, you know, the father in control of it.

01:17:03.000 Um that uh you know, this this the fact that you know you'd you have to say, okay, was the boyfriend physically you know, because there was about what three hours away, you know, so was he physically anywhere present?

01:17:15.000 Can we can we prove that?

01:17:16.000 Uh you gotta prove it.

01:17:17.000 That's all I'm saying.

01:17:18.000 They had uh a bunch of vehicles came to their house in the uh was it in the week prior.

01:17:23.000 Cash is investigating that.

01:17:24.000 He's investigating the Discord servers.

01:17:26.000 They're investing and and he's publicly stated this.

01:17:28.000 This is not a conspiracy.

01:17:29.000 He he's investigating these people who allegedly who appeared to have foreknowledge.

01:17:33.000 And thank God he is.

01:17:34.000 I agreed, agreed.

01:17:35.000 Uh so it's fascinating when the conspiracy theories come out.

01:17:37.000 I'm like, guys, there is a conspiracy, it appears.

01:17:41.000 You know, what Cash is literally telling you he's tracking all of these things.

01:17:44.000 I think we're gonna find that there's more leftists involved in this.

01:17:46.000 It was it was a good thing.

01:17:48.000 Why did you tweet this?

01:17:48.000 Right.

01:17:49.000 What did you know?

01:17:49.000 And and how did you rank by the way?

01:17:52.000 So I saw there were some Discords that came out that that uh an account that has been associated with Tyler Robinson was, but it was more of like a gamer chat.

01:18:00.000 Think about the people who use Discord, all right.

01:18:03.000 Are you really just in one room?

01:18:05.000 Yeah, no, it's like there was in several.

01:18:07.000 Yeah.

01:18:08.000 I've I've never heard of one person just in one room.

01:18:10.000 I've never heard of that.

01:18:11.000 Yeah, so it's like you they're like, oh, well, this Discord was apolitical.

01:18:14.000 Yeah, because it was the apolitical, like guys in my high school who play Halo chat.

01:18:17.000 Yeah, exactly.

01:18:18.000 And then you can also just join the I am a you know, I'm transgender lunatic on the doing there's a lot of things. 0.61

01:18:24.000 And then where's the so where's the furry chat? 0.96

01:18:27.000 And where's the furry porn extreme furry porn chat that this guy was looking at, which included, by the way, depictions of like children or what they call cub porn.

01:18:39.000 Oh, these people in in furry parlance, which is a term that I I have to know now. 0.99

01:18:44.000 And if you have been on Discord, you will know transgender people are lunatics. 1.00

01:18:48.000 Like they're just uh they're they're extremists and they take over things. 0.98

01:18:52.000 So you can join some group that's related to something totally different, some game series, some hobby, but like the moderator will take it over and they'll be you know, some sort of furry or transgender thing. 0.59

01:19:02.000 And then now the logo of your group has a permanent pride flag in the background.

01:19:06.000 Uh a very funny example of this is like the the NFL subreddit on Reddit, like has permanent, like you know, the full trans pride flag is like still still waving on it right now in their center icon.

01:19:19.000 Is that true?

01:19:19.000 I mean I'm gonna I'm looking at it up right now on uh Reddit which forms the NFL subreddit.

01:19:27.000 I I have a I'll ask another one.

01:19:28.000 I mean, I know I don't dis I don't disbelieve you, but I've just I'm I have to see this.

01:19:32.000 Why you guys are pulling up just where on the NFL subreddit?

01:19:35.000 It's it's the main NFL subreddit.

01:19:37.000 You gotta use the old form rather than the new form, which is what everyone prefers anyway.

01:19:41.000 Look at it.

01:19:46.000 It's right there.

01:19:47.000 Just Isaac Newton's uh prism light.

01:19:49.000 And then wait, if you want to if I have it pulled up actually, and there you go.

01:19:53.000 It's it's like games that are like on right now that they're that they're referring to.

01:19:58.000 Yep, yeah.

01:19:58.000 Right here.

01:19:59.000 Yeah, I think any ideology that takes over a system is right there, right there in the middle of it.

01:20:05.000 The got the all the colors you have.

01:20:07.000 And then it's and then right then the first top and the top thread there is Thursday night football.

01:20:11.000 Who are why why why why are people watching football, man?

01:20:14.000 Watch baseball.

01:20:18.000 So the furries like it.

01:20:19.000 So baseball is better like when the Phillies defeat the Dodgers on Saturday.

01:20:23.000 Baseball's like playing pool, it's like pool.

01:20:25.000 No wonder you like it.

01:20:26.000 It's a cubs.

01:20:26.000 It's more like accuracy.

01:20:27.000 I I believe the Cubs did win, actually.

01:20:29.000 I just saw that.

01:20:30.000 And then shout out to the Cubs, by the way, because that was uh that was Charlie's team.

01:20:33.000 Moral question about executions.

01:20:35.000 You know, the Sox guy from the South Side, but, you know, when you leave Chicago, it's like the Cubs are your brother.

01:20:40.000 So you can rag on them when you're in town, but when you're out of town, they're your team, no cubs.

01:20:44.000 That's so with capital punishment.

01:20:47.000 Um some people were like, or at least across my mind, public executions.

01:20:51.000 We've kind of gotten rid of them in society because they maybe they do more harm than good.

01:20:54.000 And I at first I was like, does this guy deserve to be lit up?

01:20:57.000 Is that true in front of groups?

01:20:59.000 But my concern would be that the video would be taken of it, and then that would re replicate a hundred million times online for little kids would see it and they'd go even crazier and it would do like public execution.

01:21:09.000 So this is actually it's funny.

01:21:11.000 I'm looking at Blake because this thing that you're talking about is one of the things that people have been using to smear Charlie about that he said on this program.

01:21:21.000 I I don't remember the deal.

01:21:22.000 No, we were debating this debate.

01:21:25.000 And then on top of that, we also brought up I I brought up what I've argued before.

01:21:29.000 I was like, well, yeah, the death penalty is not a very good deterrent now because it's a thing that is done a handful of times because it's 30 years after the fact it's not immediate.

01:21:38.000 And I said, if you're gonna do it properly, like it should be swift, it should be pretty consistently applied for certain crimes.

01:21:44.000 So it's like if you do assassination, if you do multiple mergers, like you will barring extreme mitigating circumstances, get the death penalty.

01:21:52.000 And then one of the things I argued is it should arguably be done like in public in some way.

01:21:57.000 Like people should be able to see justice being a few.

01:22:00.000 And Blake, what did you say?

01:22:01.000 And then I suggested So Charlie says, I think it should and then Charlie had said uh televised, right?

01:22:09.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:22:10.000 He was like, they should televise it.

01:22:12.000 And then and then Blake added, and then he threw out, he's like, and what age like should we have people watch it?

01:22:17.000 And I and I threw out, I was like, maybe 12.

01:22:20.000 And my all to explain my thinking is we have people in like DC, for example, where if you have you heard about the carjackings going on in DC all the time.

01:22:28.000 The people who do this are heavily minors because if you are 20 years old and carjack someone, you trigger like the federal carjacking offense and you sweat.

01:22:35.000 You see this, but if you're a minor, you just go to Juvie.

01:22:38.000 You know, a 13-year-old is involved in a shooting, a 13 carjacking, 130.

01:22:43.000 You guys are wrong.

01:22:44.000 You're wrong.

01:22:46.000 Go deeper.

01:22:47.000 14 year olds are doing carjackings.

01:22:49.000 Let me no, no, no, let me let me tell you.

01:22:51.000 I can't speak for the rest of the country.

01:22:53.000 I can tell you in Chicago, the urban violence that we have would not be solved or mitigated in any way by public executions or death penalty.

01:22:59.000 I know what you're gonna say.

01:23:00.000 You you do because I've talked about it before, and you're gonna agree with me.

01:23:04.000 Maybe he won't.

01:23:05.000 Uh no, no, no, no.

01:23:07.000 So uh where I grew up, these a lot of the shootings you get in Chicago are about dishonor.

01:23:13.000 So I actually I went night crawling with a journalist once, and we there's like five corpses.

01:23:17.000 They were uh one house was an old lady who got shot because three dudes pulled up and unloaded switches spray to the house. 1.00

01:23:24.000 They were looking for a dude who went on Snapchat and called the guy's girlfriend nasty or ratchet or something.

01:23:29.000 Death penalty doesn't scare these guys because they they they want to go hard.

01:23:36.000 If you take these urban criminals, and the penalty is they have to put on a diaper and a baby bonnet with a pacifier and hop like a bunny down Roosevelt Avenue, literally straight down it for like 12 miles, while everyone lines up and films it, and they have to say, I'm a big baby boo-boo over and over again, they'd stop committing crimes overnight. 0.91

01:23:56.000 And I'm not exact I know it's a silly thought, and it's meant to be kind of silly.

01:23:59.000 My point is if you tell them that you will dishonor them for life, they will hide from you and they will run in fear and they'll do everything they can to avoid.

01:24:07.000 So you're saying public humiliation.

01:24:09.000 I'm totally for that, by the way.

01:24:11.000 I've often advocated, like, you know, I I'll joke.

01:24:14.000 This is less of a serious thing, but I've pointed out it could work because the left always says abolish prisons.

01:24:18.000 Right.

01:24:19.000 And I'm like, you could abolish prison, like a lot of prisons if you basically just had a situation where you were placed prison where on the low end, severe public humiliation.

01:24:28.000 Yes.

01:24:28.000 So your first offense will like flog you in public or make you wear a diaper and do all of that.

01:24:33.000 Bro, that makes them harder. 0.99

01:24:35.000 No, but for flogging getting flogged like on your butt on your bare butt is pretty humiliating. 0.98

01:24:39.000 These guys are gonna in public to to a certain degree, but getting beaten, anything that makes them hard, they like they they don't say I don't want to go to jail, they say when I'm not kidding. 0.98

01:24:51.000 On the South side, they say, when I go to jail, I will do this.

01:24:54.000 When I go to jail, I will do that.

01:24:55.000 If this happens to me, I will do that.

01:24:57.000 They brag about how they might get the death penalty.

01:24:59.000 The reason you don't brag when you get flogged is if you're getting flogged properly, you start screaming really loudly while it happens because it's extremely painful.

01:25:07.000 I I know you're saying that, dude, but these guys shoot each other for less.

01:25:11.000 They know they will get shot for less in public.

01:25:14.000 They don't care the list.

01:25:16.000 Well, Blake, Blake, Blake was talking about a spectrum.

01:25:18.000 So let's let's say spectrum, which is yeah, at the low end, you could humiliate someone in various ways.

01:25:24.000 And I do think flogging would actually be pretty humiliating. 0.92

01:25:27.000 And then the higher end would be things like, oh, we're gonna chemically castrate you because you are a habitual offender. 0.93

01:25:33.000 That could be, or you know, literally castrate them. 0.98

01:25:35.000 Either option. 0.99

01:25:36.000 And then at the high end, death penalty.

01:25:38.000 And then you would basically be able to get rid of vast majority of prisons if you had that level of estimation.

01:25:42.000 Not in Chicago.

01:25:43.000 Well, you know, maybe Chicago, we should just build a wall around it and not let anyone leave. 0.59

01:25:50.000 So if you if you if you if you go to Chicago, you in in these neighborhoods, you get the death penalty for saying F you.

01:25:58.000 These guys do not fear being killed.

01:26:00.000 They're listless, purposeless, and they are killed for much less than the crimes you're describing.

01:26:04.000 They will they will they like watch Nick Shirley's got a great video where he goes to uh gang territory, they all carry around guns and they're like, you'll die for being in the wrong neighborhood.

01:26:14.000 The death penalty for crossing the wrong street.

01:26:16.000 The flogging, I'll tell you this. 0.81

01:26:18.000 Agreed, but it's gotta be a guy, uh it's gotta be a middle class white dad looking guy, and he's gotta be delivering the flogging with a guy bent over his lap while he wears a baby bonnet and a diaper.

01:26:30.000 Here's another here's another thing beautiful.

01:26:32.000 That's gonna be very, very offensive, but I guarantee you we'll make these guys avoid doing crime.

01:26:36.000 Two guys who are accused of committing violent crime have to kiss each other in public.

01:26:41.000 Oh these dudes and love and get thugging. 1.00

01:26:45.000 Can we get the video?

01:26:46.000 Is there too much swearing in that video?

01:26:48.000 You gotta show uh there's the sug and love video from the boom dock because we're up we're on YouTube right now.

01:26:53.000 Oh, yeah, you took two gangbangers who are accused of serious violent crimes, and you said we're gonna put you on stage at Grant Park and you're gonna kiss, they'd be like, I'm going to Canada.

01:27:02.000 I'm going to Mexico.

01:27:04.000 It's like it's like I'm I'm booting and thugging or something.

01:27:06.000 Oh, I can't remember.

01:27:08.000 I'm half kidding about the kissing thing.

01:27:09.000 The the hopping down Roosevelt wearing a diaper and a baby bonnet with a pacifier, guaranteed it would work. 0.95

01:27:14.000 Stockades.

01:27:15.000 With this situation with Charlie's death, I I felt like the best, the best like defense of it ever happening, something like this ever happening in was that it was the movement was impervious.

01:27:25.000 No, it's corkin and Duggan.

01:27:27.000 The movement and Duggan.

01:27:28.000 It wasn't derailed by Charlie's death.

01:27:30.000 We're still it's still moving, if not even stronger than before.

01:27:33.000 So the obviously Charlie's loss is like I mean, in incalculable.

01:27:38.000 I have a question for you, Ian.

01:27:39.000 Oh, finish your thoughts.

01:27:40.000 Sorry.

01:27:40.000 Oh, that if we break down into violence and start attacking in response, that that's the response they want.

01:27:46.000 I heard you guys talking about rule for rat rules for radicals earlier.

01:27:48.000 I have a question.

01:27:49.000 Um What do you think is more cruel?

01:27:52.000 You know, we we say no cruel and unusual punishment.

01:27:55.000 What is more cruel?

01:27:58.000 Putting someone in prison for 20 years, or putting them in prison for two years, but while they're in prison, it's a glass front, everyone can watch, and they have to wear a baby bonnet and a diaper the whole time they're in prison.

01:28:13.000 Which is more cruel.

01:28:14.000 Twenty years in prison, and you guys can answer this too.

01:28:17.000 Or two years with a glass front, everyone can walk by.

01:28:19.000 It's in the middle of downtown Chicago, people walk by, they can point, and you gotta get away.

01:28:26.000 He let beast contestants like torment the prisoner in various ways.

01:28:29.000 Like can't be a good thing.

01:28:30.000 So and so donated 10,000 dollars.

01:28:32.000 You don't get a toilet for the next one only if Mr. Beast has to go first.

01:28:37.000 Actually, actually, but no, no, so what what do you think?

01:28:41.000 Because of what's more cruel all of it.

01:28:43.000 If the guy had a 20-year sentence legitimately, it would be the humiliating seeing them through the glass.

01:28:48.000 Like if it was two different dudes.

01:28:50.000 So I'm saying there's one guy.

01:28:51.000 But you're taking two.

01:28:52.000 When a court says the court says you can go to prison for 20 years.

01:28:55.000 They put him in the hole, that's more cruel and usually.

01:28:57.000 20 years in a supermax prison or two years, but anybody's gonna you're gonna be in public and you gotta dress like a baby.

01:29:03.000 Which which is more cruel.

01:29:04.000 Probably 20 years, probably 20 years.

01:29:06.000 I feel like we'd be at serious risk that they would just embrace the baby aesthetic.

01:29:10.000 Like we have a gang called the babies.

01:29:12.000 Like they would wear they would all wear diapers in public all the time.

01:29:15.000 Torture just doesn't work.

01:29:16.000 Like it's not torture.

01:29:17.000 Like, I'm just gonna say urban culture is pretty good at making things cool.

01:29:21.000 Torture, torture existed for us probably all human history until like eighty years ago or something.

01:29:27.000 This isn't really important for you guys.

01:29:28.000 The Chicago gangs are all Catholics. 0.99

01:29:30.000 What?

01:29:31.000 The Popes, the disciples.

01:29:34.000 I'm not kidding.

01:29:35.000 Um what are the yeah that they they tend to have Catholic names?

01:29:40.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:29:41.000 Uh maybe.

01:29:41.000 Something's switched, and this is a little bit.

01:29:43.000 There's a bunch of different popes too.

01:29:44.000 I'm zooming out.

01:29:45.000 When in like once we developed television and we were able to record our own behavior and see how how some of the stuff like beating women on it used to be cool on like a movie, Sean Connery would smack a girl, but and then we were like, hold on, maybe now that we can see it from a distance, we realize this aspect of our humanity is gonna change.

01:29:59.000 Just the cut culture in general is like stop hitting women on TV. 1.00

01:30:02.000 And um not torture is another thing.

01:30:04.000 I disagree.

01:30:04.000 Torture now that we can see the repercussions of it, like Ian, we've kind of pulled back on torture with a Geneva Convention.

01:30:10.000 I gotta correct you.

01:30:12.000 Striking women on TV is now comedy. 1.00

01:30:14.000 I'm not kidding.

01:30:15.000 Family Guy does it all the time.

01:30:16.000 Okay, as like in comedy, you can pull it off, but like, you know, it's funny to people like less than me.

01:30:22.000 That energy is kind of like, let's let's not do that anymore.

01:30:24.000 Like they have a whole whole bit of Liam Neesom like beating some woman.

01:30:27.000 Racism's kind of starting to vanish since the 50s and 60s since television.

01:30:31.000 Not since DEI and wokeness emerged.

01:30:33.000 But it started to change really like the whole world started to change when we saw ourselves from a distance.

01:30:38.000 Um who did?

01:30:40.000 The just the way we beat the water.

01:30:42.000 I mean, like when Buzz Line looked at the earth and was like, ah that too.

01:30:45.000 We saw the earth from a distance.

01:30:48.000 Hey, Andrew Colvet here.

01:30:50.000 Do you want to own a home?

01:30:52.000 The time to act is now.

01:30:54.000 For the first time in years, buyers finally have the upper hand.

01:30:57.000 We there's more inventory, more negotiating power, and less competition.

01:31:00.000 But this window of opportunity won't stay open for long.

01:31:04.000 As soon as the Fed cuts rates, buyer demand is expected to spike, driving prices up and giving sellers the advantage once again with peak home buying season in full swing.

01:31:14.000 Now is your moment to secure the right home on your terms.

01:31:17.000 Don't wait for the market to shift.

01:31:18.000 I have done this before, and you don't want to do it.

01:31:20.000 Reach out today to get approved for mortgage financing with our dear dear friends, Andrew and Todd.

01:31:25.000 They are godly men and good men.

01:31:27.000 I trust them.

01:31:28.000 Just like Charlie did.

01:31:29.000 Hear him talk about Andrew and Todd in his own words.

01:31:32.000 Go to Andrew and Todd.com or call triple eight triple eight eleven seventy-two.

01:31:36.000 These are the guys that I trust with 40 years of experience, they really are the experts and they make it easy because they keep everything in house.

01:31:43.000 Call triple eight triple eight eleven seventy-two, or go to Andrew and Todd.com.

01:31:47.000 That is AndrewandTodd.com.

01:31:49.000 You're saying that television Because it's so much more persuasive than print, uh, especially on a mass scale.

01:32:00.000 And and even more so than radio because it's visual, that uh the advent of television and the mass spread of television in uh from a commercial level and a personal level, uh particularly in the 1950s, and then that it may have led a sort of uh seated the ground for the counterculture of the 1960s and the cultural revolution that we saw in the United States.

01:32:22.000 And in China, probably Mao's cultural revolution coincided with particularly radio.

01:32:27.000 There's not a lot of video of that.

01:32:28.000 Radio, yes, radio, because that was like the first step is all audio recording, just records in general, and then Hitler used it, obviously, to mass form an entire society for whatever purpose he had. 0.73

01:32:38.000 Uh and then by the way, I am I am told to say happy birthday to uh Chris.

01:32:46.000 So uh it's Chris's birthday out there, he's a big fan and good friends with Michael.

01:32:52.000 And I just want to say, hey, Chris, happy birthday.

01:32:54.000 Feliz Navidad.

01:32:56.000 Happy birthday, Chris.

01:32:57.000 The reason I brought up is because if you could Oh, this is such a horrible thing to say out loud.

01:33:00.000 It torture someone in in a deep fake.

01:33:02.000 So they don't have to actually get tortured, but you get to watch them suffer, but you think it's real because it's a deep fake.

01:33:07.000 Would that be effective humiliation?

01:33:09.000 What if we could um put people in a Neuralink where it would simulate being in prison for 20 years, but it only took 20 minutes?

01:33:18.000 That's coming.

01:33:18.000 Wouldn't people use that to just like also fake live a long time?

01:33:22.000 It's a movie.

01:33:22.000 There's a movie about this.

01:33:23.000 I was gonna say isn't that a they take eye drops with nanites in them that hit their memories, and then they get instantly get a memory of like skiing and aspen or something.

01:33:32.000 Whoa.

01:33:32.000 And so the the there's like a woman in a game.

01:33:36.000 Yeah.

01:33:37.000 Yeah, the the old Arnold Schwarzenegger like I'm gonna take a uh vacation to Mars.

01:33:41.000 So there's like a guy and he says we can we can sell this to prisons, and then we can do 20 year prison sentences overnight, and then the woman who's works with them, she's like, This is supposed to be for entertainment, and then she like they get into a fight and then she makes him go to prison for a hundred years or something, and he's like, ah, and then a minute later comes back and he's insane.

01:33:56.000 You could do the opposite too, where you put someone, they live their life 20 years go by, but they only remember like 10 seconds of it.

01:34:03.000 How about this?

01:34:04.000 Serious.

01:34:05.000 What if we could use a neuralink and rewrite their brain?

01:34:09.000 And it would it would keep their memories and their personality, but eliminate the ability to commit crime.

01:34:14.000 Like literally they any time they w were would commit any kind of crime, they would get physically sick and and feel like scared.

01:34:22.000 You know, there was uh there was this old 90s show called Babylon 5, I believe.

01:34:26.000 I remember that.

01:34:26.000 Where the hands is on that.

01:34:27.000 They had an episode where like uh instead Of the death penalty, they would do death of personality basically.

01:34:33.000 Wow.

01:34:33.000 And they would kind of do a version of that, except they would also basically rewrite your personality.

01:34:37.000 So like you would come back as like essentially a pro-social better person.

01:34:41.000 I mean, this is this is the this this was the theory behind lobotomization.

01:34:45.000 Yeah.

01:34:46.000 Originally, that you know, if we remove certain parts of the brain that target aggression or you know, whatever the variety is.

01:34:53.000 Uh I would say depends on the depends on the conversation.

01:34:56.000 Let's say you've got somebody who's in the case uh let's say there's like a brutal murder and it's like death penalty warranted, and the court the courts are like, we can give the death penalty, or we can rewrite his brain so that he no longer has the ability to be violent or do any of these things.

01:35:11.000 He'll still go to prison for a certain amount of time, like 20 years, but you know, would you prefer that over the death penalty?

01:35:18.000 Twenty years in prison and a rewriting of their brain so they can never commit a murder again.

01:35:22.000 No, Fryan I think that that it's really gonna start happening with Palantir and Neural Net, the ability to to and graphene sensors like super sensitive sensors where you can actually record brain waves and understand and reverse engineer thought patterns and stuff that we will have the opportunity to blank people's brains aspects of it without medical but then what happens when that system gets hacked?

01:35:45.000 That's the problem, man.

01:35:46.000 That's the problem.

01:35:47.000 So uh I want to read some super chats.

01:35:49.000 Yeah, I think we probably have some stuff too.

01:35:50.000 I think I got one from A. Barnes who says, uh nameless and faceless round two.

01:35:54.000 Who can name three leaders of Antifa?

01:35:56.000 Who can name three leaders of anti if he says it over and over again because uh he thinks it's a gotcha?

01:36:00.000 Um I'll say this.

01:36:02.000 For legal reasons, I will simply direct you to Nate Friedman uh on Instagram, Nate Friedman underscore, and uh just watch his videos.

01:36:12.000 So um I can probably name twelve or more.

01:36:17.000 Yeah, I'm just going, I'm going through.

01:36:19.000 I'm like, okay, so DT Antifa has this one, this one, this one, this one, uh the you know, and people who have been charged, by the way, uh, for for various things.

01:36:28.000 Um the person who uh you know assaulted me in uh Lincoln Square Park when um you know, there's that picture of us.

01:36:36.000 I'm gonna put it like this the name court records.

01:36:38.000 Considering Trump has named them a terrorist organization, there's a whole legal minefield in starting to name people who we know are organizing these things and are working with funding.

01:36:47.000 And uh I'm I'm actually friends a lot of them on Facebook, actually, because I know I'm from Zoccupy.

01:36:52.000 And uh I would just say Nate Friedman is doing a really good job of investigating a lot of these people.

01:36:56.000 You all you gotta do is look at his page, and he's got dossiers on these guys.

01:36:59.000 It's crazy that ladies, the dude that I know on Facebook tends to type things like pick up bricks. 1.00

01:37:04.000 I'm like, I feel like I should report it to the FBI.

01:37:06.000 I'm like, then I think about the Nazis and how people would like inform on them when there's a Jew, and I'm like, I want nothing to do with this. 0.53

01:37:13.000 Just distance myself from this crazy radical rhetoric.

01:37:18.000 You're right, Ian, those are the same thing.

01:37:19.000 Like being a Jew who owns a store is the same thing as being a violent extremist who wants people to go commit acts of terrorism. 0.93

01:37:24.000 Right, because pick up bricks.

01:37:25.000 Right.

01:37:26.000 We all know like it doesn't call sarcasm.

01:37:28.000 It doesn't, he's not commanding someone to go throw it, but like what else would you be holding?

01:37:32.000 I'm not playing this game.

01:37:32.000 I'm not Jack's not playing this game.

01:37:36.000 Tweedledee Tweedledumb death threats, don't fly anymore, lock them all up. 0.93

01:37:40.000 If if Tweedle D says pick up a brick, if Tweedledum says fascists should hit with bricks, but then what if he would have said there's the fascists? 0.96

01:37:49.000 What if he tweeted out hey fascist catch?

01:37:52.000 Right, yeah, it's sensitive to the time of that being on a bullet that was used.

01:37:56.000 Well, look if someone we are now in a post-Charlie Kirk world.

01:38:00.000 Well then in a post-Charlie Kirk world, uh I think a lot of those niceties that we used to play by, they just don't apply.

01:38:07.000 So what happens with people that witness things like pick up a brick and they don't say anything about it, are they now an accomplice? 0.96

01:38:12.000 It's not no, it it is it is they are cowards.

01:38:14.000 It is not a crime to not report a crime.

01:38:17.000 Um, however, you you should, as a citizen of the United States, because you would want to know if someone was so let's say someone had decided to, and I mean, look, let's let's be fair.

01:38:27.000 Um obviously uh this studio, this uh turning point has faced uh numerous threats.

01:38:33.000 You guys have been swatted and uh targeted so many times.

01:38:38.000 So I would absolutely pick up the phone and call Tim or call you and say, hey guys, I saw this thing, you might want to key into it.

01:38:48.000 And we and this happens, and I've been in uh this is current.

01:38:52.000 I'm not gonna get into specifics for security reasons, but I've currently been in contact directly to with the FBI over what's going on.

01:38:59.000 That's how Serious things are right now.

01:39:01.000 So my point is this. 0.99

01:39:02.000 If Tweedledee says someone should kill fascists, and then Tweedledumb points at Jack and goes, hey, look, a fascist, lock them both up. 0.70

01:39:10.000 The point of what they're doing is they're trying to say, as long as half of the phrase is from one person and half is from the other, we haven't created a an imminent threat against an individual. 0.97

01:39:19.000 I say, I don't care. 1.00

01:39:20.000 I'm not playing that stupid game. 1.00

01:39:21.000 We know exactly what you're doing and why you're doing it. 1.00

01:39:23.000 Blake, are you like what kind of level of brutal I asked these guys this last night?

01:39:27.000 Level of brutality are you at this point?

01:39:29.000 Because I know you were there with Charlie when he was killed.

01:39:31.000 Like Jack said, like, three feet away or something, six feet away.

01:39:34.000 Ten.

01:39:34.000 Ten feet away.

01:39:35.000 Three steps.

01:39:36.000 And I imagine that that changed your nervous system or something, did it?

01:39:40.000 Uh I don't want to presume things.

01:39:43.000 Um we got here, he was screaming and punching a pillow.

01:39:47.000 But it was a pillow that looked like Ian's. 0.95

01:39:49.000 There's like I ask only uh and I'll let you answer if you do have the I'm thinking of the Mylai massacre in Vietnam where the troops were basically broken by seeing their friends die and they massacred a village of women and children, and then they had to land a guy land a helicopter, pointed at the guns at his own men, and was like, Stop or I'm gonna kill you all.

01:40:06.000 And it was the captain got charged and then pardoned for it.

01:40:10.000 Are you in that state?

01:40:12.000 I don't want to talk too much about it, not the least, because I've been told not to say too much about it as an eyewitness.

01:40:18.000 Um Blake could be called at the trial.

01:40:21.000 Yeah, I'm not sure what I'd say besides what I saw, but uh I don't know.

01:40:31.000 I I guess I I just would prefer rather not to wallow in that.

01:40:35.000 I would I would say though that Blake look, you've been here every day since.

01:40:39.000 I mean, you've been handling it for and and everyone here who who was there, including uh we have staffers here who uh went even beyond that.

01:40:49.000 And I just don't want to get into it right now, but you know, it's uh I I and I'll just answer in for Blake in a sense, you've you've never called for anything other than a fair trial.

01:41:00.000 That's all he said.

01:41:02.000 And we were here live when uh they announced the charges, and we had a very civil discussion about how we want this person to have a fair trial.

01:41:11.000 So and that's that's what we want.

01:41:13.000 I was I was nasty in one way.

01:41:14.000 There was that fellow on the campus who, according to police, he like after the shot happened, the older guy, yeah.

01:41:21.000 The older guy who like kind of tried to take credit for it.

01:41:24.000 Which he later came out and said he was trying to be a decoy.

01:41:26.000 Exactly.

01:41:27.000 And according to reports, he's like a known campus nuisance.

01:41:30.000 Right, right.

01:41:31.000 He in fact I think they had a standing order to arrest him if he was seen, but he blended in because there were so many people.

01:41:36.000 Yeah.

01:41:36.000 Uh I would say I am uh so minded, I would say, like, why should that person not be charged as an after-the-fact accessory?

01:41:45.000 I don't understand why we would be.

01:41:46.000 I don't think it's fascinating.

01:41:47.000 He was attempting to help at a murderer.

01:41:49.000 He helped he helped a murderer escape.

01:41:50.000 Yeah.

01:41:51.000 I I asked about the brute like what level of brutality.

01:41:56.000 It's I mean it's so many things.

01:41:58.000 I feel like we're on the precipice of like a some sort of brutality.

01:42:00.000 But again, that's not brutality.

01:42:01.000 That is I'm talking about justice.

01:42:03.000 Now government coming to use the the boot of of force on and terror networks, and like and in China, like we had the Tian Min Square massacre that was incredibly brutal and then silenced the rapids.

01:42:15.000 According to the government, they were.

01:42:16.000 And then the Hong Kong riots where they were out there spraying water with mixed with um you know pepper spray with blue ink so that they can burn these people's skin and then track them down later, like it wasn't to burn their levels, track them down later.

01:42:28.000 And it burned their skin in the process with the pepper spray, but what level of brutality would you be willing to accept to get this job done?

01:42:35.000 Do you go what job?

01:42:37.000 Quelling the chaos.

01:42:38.000 I know that's a vague term, and it's never again.

01:42:42.000 Right, let me slow you down and try and explain something.

01:42:45.000 I don't think you know what's going on in the world, nor do you understand what it takes to create a civil civil uh a society.

01:42:53.000 Uh and uh I'm not saying that derisively.

01:42:55.000 You're saying what degree of brutality are you willing to accept?

01:42:58.000 Apparently, even the assassination of our friend has not changed our minds in escalating force in any unlawful way.

01:43:05.000 So the point is they have not only killed people we love and care about, they have killed innocent bystanders, they have shot people simply for driving their cars, they have imprisoned the president, they've arrested his lawyers, they have they they they have committed such egregious violations of our moral worldview, the degree of brutality, I think uh let's just call it 100% brutality.

01:43:26.000 Because I think when you when you arrest Trump's lawyers on Constitutionally, raid his home, target his family, when you arrest all of his business associates, falsely accuse him of rape, run them through the courts, try and seize his property, falsely accuse him of fraud, target his supporters, create a a police force that goes nationwide raids people's homes.

01:43:42.000 We're talking about the highest degree of brutality.

01:43:45.000 So what degree of brutality are willing to accept?

01:43:48.000 Apparently all of it in return now.

01:43:50.000 Because like worst case, I'm thinking I'm picturing oh, we get we're gonna we're gonna get moving.

01:43:54.000 But to go like if Antifa were to hole up in a building, they're they're leaders and they're pointing their guns out, and they're not letting guys in guy try to kick the windows in, Navy SEALs, four troops get killed, they're like, just blow up the building.

01:44:04.000 They got civilians in there, take out the building. 0.52

01:44:05.000 We don't care.

01:44:07.000 Uh no, I'm just saying that if you know, if we do want to get to some more chats, we're gonna be able to do that.

01:44:10.000 Thank you guys for waiting for spurs.

01:44:12.000 Let's read those before we lose time.

01:44:13.000 Yeah.

01:44:14.000 Yeah.

01:44:14.000 We're getting close because I think we're gonna lose the studio, and it's just we started we start a little bit late.

01:44:18.000 Right, right, right.

01:44:19.000 But you know, if if there's any if there's any specific ones you wanted to get to or something.

01:44:22.000 Yeah, I don't see any.

01:44:23.000 Uh I might have missed some on ours because I only started looking late.

01:44:26.000 Right.

01:44:26.000 So apologize if that I apologize if that happened to any of you.

01:44:30.000 Um, but we can check the ones on YouTube too.

01:44:33.000 All right.

01:44:33.000 Well, let me uh let me grab one that's uh Enrique AC says between the hats, music and the shout-out, I feel very seen today.

01:44:40.000 Longtime fan, love you all.

01:44:41.000 I am Charlie Kirk.

01:44:42.000 What does he mean by the hats?

01:44:43.000 I don't maybe Ian, he's got a little bit of a channel.

01:44:45.000 I brought this up.

01:44:45.000 Yeah, Ian's wearing a legal seconds and everybody.

01:44:48.000 It's uh it uh someone in chat said that it was like uh a some uh a Yamaka Samboro.

01:44:52.000 Yes a sombrero Yamako.

01:44:54.000 You know me.

01:44:55.000 Shalom.

01:44:56.000 Shout out to all the Jews and all the Mexicans and everybody else.

01:44:59.000 Hey guys.

01:45:02.000 That's today, I think.

01:45:03.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:45:04.000 I can't scroll.

01:45:05.000 This is so annoying.

01:45:07.000 I'm trying to scroll.

01:45:08.000 Um Tim Neil says, Wow, Ian, your account of the Mylai Massacre didn't even uh it didn't even one single fact.

01:45:16.000 I I gotta agree.

01:45:17.000 I I pulled it up right away and I was like, Ian, you're wrong.

01:45:19.000 What about?

01:45:20.000 Well, you said that like they were so shocked by seeing their friends killed or whatever.

01:45:23.000 Yeah, they were more battle fatigued. 0.98

01:45:25.000 It it just says that they gang raped women, they did do that. 0.99

01:45:28.000 Mutilated bodies, I yeah. 0.98

01:45:30.000 And only one guy and children.

01:45:32.000 The captain that issued it.

01:45:34.000 Yeah.

01:45:34.000 Command and Nixon pardoned him.

01:45:36.000 Like, William Callie was the name of it.

01:45:38.000 But I don't trust Wikipedia anyway.

01:45:39.000 By the way, their public opinion was stro or strongly on his side, if I remember correctly, because they they viewed him as being extremely overcharged.

01:45:47.000 I think we covered this like a while ago, didn't we?

01:45:49.000 I'm not sure.

01:45:49.000 I don't think I was there if we did.

01:45:51.000 I I remembered just talking about this not long ago.

01:45:54.000 Yeah, not with me, I don't think.

01:45:55.000 Okay.

01:45:56.000 Ferris says, not much, but here's a donation for your security.

01:45:58.000 I'll become a member tonight.

01:46:00.000 Love what you do, keep up the fight.

01:46:02.000 And there's two things all of you can do, and you should do.

01:46:05.000 You can join our Discord server at Timcast.com and you can sign up for a turning point USA and become a monthly donor and help them do the work they're doing.

01:46:12.000 And uh, I don't know if if your show actually has some some uh an alternate form uh as well for for membership of the There is uh CK exclusives if they want to sign up for that with uh throw it up.

01:46:22.000 So I I think it is uh what is it?

01:46:24.000 Is it Charlie Kirk exclusive?

01:46:26.000 Uh someone's just go to go to Charlie Kirk.com, you'll you'll see how to do it there.

01:46:30.000 And there's exclusives, exclusive content.

01:46:32.000 Um Erica, who was was here the other day, sitting right where Blake is.

01:46:36.000 Uh Tim, actually, where you're sitting right now is where Erica gave her speech.

01:46:41.000 I'm on you know, that's that's the spot.

01:46:44.000 And and uh she said there is there are unreleased uh you know tapes and you know, maybe speeches that were uh private for a you know a fund fundraising group, etc.

01:46:56.000 that people can go into and so uh members at Charlie Kirk, members.charlie Kirk.com, members.

01:47:03.000 Charlie Kirk dot com to get there.

01:47:06.000 I wanted to address just what he was saying about security too.

01:47:08.000 I I I've talked to for the longest time.

01:47:11.000 Everyone always says don't talk about what's going on with security.

01:47:14.000 Uh Steven Crowder pointed this out.

01:47:16.000 I've been talking about it a little bit more, and I I've just had a few more conversations as of recent.

01:47:21.000 Uh obviously, I'll keep it a bit vague, but in the past couple of weeks, the amount of threats we've got have been extremely serious and have escalated to the point where I'm in direct contact with the FBI, which is a pretty crazy thing to say, because I wouldn't have bothered doing that in the previous administration.

01:47:34.000 I think we did.

01:47:35.000 We had a bunch of threats with the bomb threats of swattings and they didn't do jack. 1.00

01:47:38.000 Uh this current FBI is taking it very seriously, and the threats we have are legit and very serious, and probably the worst we've ever seen.

01:47:46.000 I've been told quite a bit by everybody, just don't bring it up, don't talk about it, you make it worse.

01:47:49.000 The problem with that is is exactly as Steven Crowder pointed out, so I stand with him in saying this.

01:47:53.000 If we do not explain to everybody watching that in order to have shows like this where we're goofing off and having philosophical conversations about morals and stuff.

01:48:02.000 Just doing this results in people taking real action to try and end our lives.

01:48:08.000 And in Charlie's case, they they these horrible people murdered this man.

01:48:14.000 I think it's important that we do talk about it when it does happen.

01:48:18.000 I've talked about, you know, we we the swatting's never stopped.

01:48:21.000 We got SWAT 15 times in one year.

01:48:23.000 We just had security handle it.

01:48:24.000 We say, well, just we're just done talking about it.

01:48:26.000 I mean, what's the point?

01:48:27.000 Are we gonna keep sitting?

01:48:28.000 Are we gonna be the SWAT show where we say, hey, it happened again?

01:48:30.000 So with the threats that we get now, I do think when when it when it when it's relevant, when it matters, we we should talk about this.

01:48:37.000 And I should tell you that it's very serious right now.

01:48:40.000 It's extremely expensive.

01:48:41.000 We are spending tens of thousands of dollars more than we normally do because of how serious it is.

01:48:46.000 And I I'm literally having to get on the phone with the FBI because of how serious it is.

01:48:50.000 I don't want to go into any personal details, but let me just say these things are terrifying.

01:48:55.000 If we don't talk about it, regular people have the perception that we're chilling, having a good time, making bank, life is good.

01:49:04.000 The left, I don't think experiences the degree of threats that we do.

01:49:08.000 Um I will say this there's a particular leftist personality who lives in a normal urban neighborhood with neighbors, everybody knows this, and he doesn't seem to have a care in the world, despite having a massive audience and being a prominent leftist.

01:49:21.000 And I have to move out of the city and get away because we had a pedophile trying to break into my house when I was in Jersey.

01:49:27.000 And the cops the worst things to have break into your house.

01:49:30.000 Indeed.

01:49:30.000 And the cops told me if I defended myself, I'd go to prison.

01:49:33.000 So I'm like, okay, time to move, time to get away.

01:49:35.000 Well, you're not a you're not a child, he's not after you.

01:49:37.000 You would have no reason to defend yourself.

01:49:38.000 I guess that's the reason.

01:49:39.000 The kid that you were keeping out of the bed that they would have freaked out.

01:49:41.000 New Jersey says that if you can flee, you have to.

01:49:45.000 And if you can't flee, don't worry.

01:49:46.000 After you're charged with felony murder, we'll figure it out.

01:49:49.000 Even in your house.

01:49:50.000 In your house.

01:49:50.000 In New Jersey, if you are in your home.

01:49:53.000 If you are in your home and someone breaks in and screams that they're going to kill you, you cannot shoot them.

01:49:59.000 The only circumstance in which you are allowed is if you are trapped.

01:50:02.000 Now here's the thing.

01:50:04.000 You will be arrested.

01:50:05.000 I asked the cops, I talked to a lawyer about this. 0.80

01:50:07.000 They said, You will be arrested after killing this person.

01:50:09.000 You will be charged with felony murder.

01:50:12.000 At court, you will argue you could not escape.

01:50:16.000 If, however, the defense, the prosecution will then argue, here's why you could have.

01:50:21.000 If it is all brought to you brought to you, and you answer the question that, well, maybe I could have escaped, prison.

01:50:26.000 If you say, Where what where am I supposed to escape to?

01:50:30.000 Prison. 0.60

01:50:31.000 Because what you're telling the judge and the jury is I would rather murder a man than stand outside in the cold. 0.99

01:50:36.000 You are not allowed to kill people in New Jersey. 0.61

01:50:38.000 In Maryland, only if they try to break into your house.

01:50:40.000 This is a perfect example of why the next governor of New Jersey should be Jack Sciatterelli.

01:50:49.000 Indeed.

01:50:50.000 And make jer New Jersey red jersey make that happen. 1.00

01:50:55.000 We've seen, and we talked about last night, Tim, uh, I think three independent polls now in a row uh saying that this race is either within the margin of error or is completely tied.

01:51:05.000 That is a perfect example.

01:51:07.000 Restore the right of self-defense to New Jerseyans.

01:51:10.000 And yes, yes, even as a Pennsylvanian, I will say that New Jerseyans do deserve rights.

01:51:17.000 Uh you know, you know, well, we case by case basis, perhaps.

01:51:21.000 But you know, the right to self-defense should be sacrosanct, and this is absolutely something that a new governor and uh legislature, of course, hopefully can push through.

01:51:30.000 And always remember the big picture rule.

01:51:32.000 The reason this is the law is that when someone breaks into your home, the right implicitly sympathizes with the homeowner who wants to be in attacked, and the left naturally sympathizes with the person breaking in.

01:51:46.000 Yes.

01:51:46.000 Should we do wrap up we wrap up?

01:51:48.000 We we should.

01:51:49.000 We're just about at time.

01:51:51.000 Tim, this has been wild.

01:51:52.000 That's funny, bro.
