00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody, fan of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:01.000 Rudy Giuliani and Citizen Kane join us.
00:00:04.000 Rudy Giuliani is going through a tough time right now.
00:00:06.000 We have to back him.
00:00:07.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast and get involved with TurningPointUSA at tpusa.com.
00:00:17.000 That is tpusa.com.
00:00:19.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:20.000 Here we go.
00:00:21.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:23.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:25.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:28.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:33.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:35.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:42.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:51.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:54.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:03.000 We have a tendency on this show to ignore all the chatter from the Vichy French Republicans.
00:01:10.000 When somebody is under attack unjustly, they always have a place on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:01:15.000 We've done this over the last couple of weeks, especially, and we're going to keep on doing this.
00:01:19.000 And America's mayor, a decent man, an honorable man, is under attack in a disgusting way.
00:01:27.000 And I think we all have to rally behind Rudy Giuliani.
00:01:33.000 Rudy Giuliani has done nothing wrong.
00:01:35.000 Rudy Giuliani is under attack because he was loyal to Trump and loyal to the country.
00:01:40.000 And he joins us now.
00:01:41.000 Mayor Giuliani, thank you for taking the time.
00:01:44.000 First, how are you doing?
00:01:45.000 And your response to now being booked in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:01:48.000 Well, thank you very much, Charlie, for that introduction.
00:01:50.000 And I respect you for doing this, not only for me, but for all of the other people that are unjustly charged who maybe don't get as much attention.
00:02:00.000 I mean, I have the benefit of getting a great deal of attention for what's been done to me.
00:02:06.000 I have tremendous experience in this area, and I've been through far worse than this.
00:02:12.000 There are a lot of people going through it for the first time, and it's terrible.
00:02:16.000 It's almost impossible to describe if you were brought up, you know, like a normal American.
00:02:23.000 I wake up mornings thinking I'm not an American.
00:02:26.000 I wake up mornings thinking I'm in what used to be described as the Soviet Union or East Berlin or maybe even Nazi Germany.
00:02:36.000 The idea that people can be charged based on politics.
00:02:42.000 I mean, even if you just posit the following, right now we have under indictment, based on the indictments of four different Democrat district attorneys, all very questionable district attorneys, the strongest and most powerful candidate of the opposition party for president who was the prior president.
00:03:04.000 Now, that never happened in America before because we're a democracy and a country of laws.
00:03:11.000 It does happen in communist countries, fascist countries, Nazi countries, and totalitarian states.
00:03:18.000 If that doesn't frighten the hell out of us, nothing will.
00:03:21.000 Yeah, so Rudy, walk us through.
00:03:23.000 I mean, you in a different time, you were one of the top prosecutors on the planet going after actual RICO cases, actual gangsters.
00:03:34.000 And for doing nothing wrong, now they are coming after you for the same sort of similar charge that you once prosecuted.
00:03:42.000 They don't know RICO if hit him across the face.
00:03:46.000 I mean, they've made unbelievable errors.
00:03:46.000 No, they don't.
00:03:50.000 I wish that the professor who wrote this, Professor Blakey, could be here because I think he'd give him an F minus.
00:03:57.000 You know, missing from the RICO case is the extortion.
00:04:03.000 People say, well, is it organized crime?
00:04:05.000 And actually, it's crime by a very large organization over a very long period of time that has at the core of it very serious extortion.
00:04:17.000 For example, if Trump had called the AG and said, get me 11,000 votes, which, by the way, the president meant, out of the 200,000 that you and I know was stolen.
00:04:30.000 And I know that for a fact because that AG had sitting in his desk a report that he was hiding that virtually says that.
00:04:39.000 Now, nobody tells you that, but it came out eight months later with a John Solomon FOIA request.
00:04:46.000 But in any event, there would have to have been magic words there.
00:04:50.000 Words like, if you don't do it, I'm going to break your legs.
00:04:54.000 If you don't do it, I'm going to shoot your wife.
00:04:57.000 Those are the cases I prosecuted, not cases where people are persuading, people are debating, people are even arguing.
00:05:06.000 We're all entitled to do that.
00:05:07.000 We call out the First Amendment.
00:05:10.000 What we're not entitled to do is to threaten harm.
00:05:14.000 And we're actually entitled to threaten harm as long as we don't have the means to carry it out.
00:05:20.000 But we didn't even get to that stage.
00:05:22.000 So this is a ridiculous RICO case.
00:05:24.000 It's a ridiculous case to start with.
00:05:27.000 And the worst part of it is it's a frontal attack on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
00:05:34.000 It will deter other people from contesting elections that may very well have been stolen from them.
00:05:41.000 And the only way they're going to find out is to go to court and aggressively argue their position.
00:05:48.000 And this is in order to ensure a single party state.
00:05:53.000 That's exactly right.
00:05:54.000 Mr. Mayor.
00:05:56.000 So I need to ask you, do you think that part of the reason they went so wide on the RICO is to try to get you to turn against Donald Trump in a multi-level kind of gangster type indictment?
00:06:08.000 Do you think that's what they're trying to do here, Mr. Mayor?
00:06:12.000 Yeah, I mean, they could get me to turn on Donald Trump, and Donald Trump would turn out to be innocent.
00:06:18.000 I mean, people say to me, you're going to cooperate?
00:06:21.000 He's like, I'm happy to cooperate.
00:06:23.000 I don't know a single damn thing that suggests that Donald Trump committed a crime.
00:06:28.000 You want me to tell you what happened?
00:06:29.000 I'd be happy to tell you what happened.
00:06:32.000 And look, I've already, Charlie, gone through my house being raided, my iCloud account taken for three years and spied on.
00:06:44.000 And the day they took my iCloud account was the first day that I represented Donald Trump.
00:06:49.000 And the day they gave it up was the day that I stopped representing him.
00:06:53.000 So they took it in order to spy on Donald Trump.
00:06:56.000 And then about eight months ago, they wrote a letter to the grand jury after costing me, you know, three, four million dollars on my law practice, that there's no evidence over 20 years that I committed a crime.
00:07:08.000 And then this Fannie Willis comes up with this garbage in Atlanta, which is me being a lawyer, as well as Professor Eastman and the other.
00:07:19.000 We were acting as lawyers.
00:07:21.000 I mean, you used to think you got some protection for that.
00:07:25.000 But Donald Trump has no First Amendment rights.
00:07:29.000 Donald Trump has no right to counsel.
00:07:31.000 I mean, they raided my law office.
00:07:34.000 When I was a prosecutor, which I did a lot better than they ever did, I never raided a lawyer's office.
00:07:40.000 Yeah, and I had lawyers representing the mafia, terrorists, Nazis.
00:07:46.000 I had a lot better reason to do it than in an election dispute.
00:07:51.000 So this is an assault on our Constitution.
00:07:55.000 No one is exaggerating, and the president certainly isn't when he says to people, it is very likely this administration continues.
00:08:03.000 This can happen to you.
00:08:05.000 So, Rudy, you're going to have to defend yourself.
00:08:09.000 And in this particular venue, how can people help you with your legal fees and the costs associated with that?
00:08:18.000 I'll get for you the exact place, but we have a legal defense fund, which they could help out with.
00:08:25.000 It'll allow us not only to defend ourselves, but to become more aggressive and to go after them and try to get the information that they have.
00:08:33.000 Because the strange thing is, Charlie, the crimes being committed here are being committed by them.
00:08:39.000 I mean, this is chapter seven.
00:08:41.000 This is chapter seven in a book that begins with a Russian collusion.
00:08:47.000 So that book has a conclusion, right?
00:08:49.000 That conclusion is Democrats lying, Trump, Giuliani, Republicans telling the truth.
00:08:56.000 And then there's another book, Improper Conversation with Ukrainian President Leading to Impeachment.
00:09:04.000 That has a conclusion also.
00:09:07.000 Democrats lying, particularly Shifty Shift.
00:09:11.000 Trump, Giuliani, Republicans telling the truth.
00:09:15.000 And then we got the hard drive, for which if you go back and pick out the last debate, you see Biden accusing us, the president and I, of being Russian porn.
00:09:27.000 In fact, he calls me specifically Rudy Giuliani a Russian porn.
00:09:31.000 Well, that ends up 16 months later with Democrats and Biden lying, Trump, Giuliani, and Republicans telling the truth.
00:09:41.000 Now, I go on and on.
00:09:42.000 There's no reason to believe that these aren't going to end up the same way.
00:09:45.000 The sides didn't change here.
00:09:48.000 I mean, the lifetime criminals, the Biden crime family, didn't all of a sudden change and become honest.
00:09:54.000 Believe me.
00:09:55.000 If you could get that link or whatever for us so that we could promote it.
00:09:58.000 I'll get the link for you.
00:09:59.000 I'd love to.
00:10:00.000 I just want to reiterate here on the Charlie Kirk show, we are proud to be a place of political asylum.
00:10:08.000 If you're under attack, you're going through a crisis and you're a good person, you are welcome on this program.
00:10:13.000 Most of the Vichy French media run away.
00:10:16.000 Oh, we don't want Rudy.
00:10:17.000 We don't want...
00:10:18.000 That's not what we do here.
00:10:20.000 One of the reasons why the left is taking over the country is we turn our back on our own far too easily.
00:10:26.000 We're here to change that.
00:10:28.000 And Rudy Giuliani has done great service to this country, and he is welcome anytime.
00:10:34.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:36.000 The U.S. dollar has lost 85% of its value since the 1970s when the dollar decoupled from gold.
00:10:41.000 And the U.S. government seems bent on continuing the tradition.
00:10:44.000 From now until the next election, the government can print as much money as they want.
00:10:49.000 The last time they did it, inflation went up 9%.
00:10:52.000 This means one thing.
00:10:53.000 The security of your future and your family's future is all in your hands.
00:10:57.000 Make sure you freeze the value of your wealth that you are holding.
00:11:00.000 Invest in gold with Noble Gold Investments.

00:11:18.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:20.000 They're the only gold company I trust.
00:11:22.000 If you want to buy gold, they do a great job.
00:11:25.000 Noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:26.000 They're patriotic, transparent, ethical, and responsive.
00:11:29.000 I think the world of Noble Gold Investments is where I buy my gold from.
00:11:33.000 You should too, noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:38.000 So Rudy, talk about the experience of the Fulton County Jail.
00:11:41.000 You said previously that some people were yelling, Rudy, Rudy, walk us through it.
00:11:46.000 Well, the jail was, first of all, I'm thinking about today and the president, totally unnecessary.
00:11:54.000 I will say the people, the jail personnel, 100% professional.
00:12:00.000 I've run prisons.
00:12:02.000 I used to run the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
00:12:04.000 And I would say this was, you know, high quality professional staff.
00:12:09.000 No complaints at all.
00:12:10.000 However, you go actually into the bowels of the prison.
00:12:17.000 At least I did, and I think Mark Meadows and the others did.
00:12:21.000 You go into the prison, you walk through the prison, you walk past some of the prison cells, holding cells, and then you get into the room.
00:12:30.000 And the person is actually in the room in which you are, in which you're with the mugshots taken.
00:12:38.000 They take a number of them, not just one, in which the fingerprints are taken.
00:12:44.000 It's all of 20 minutes, so it's not an extensive period of time.
00:12:48.000 But the point that I'm making is you're surrounded by prisoners.
00:12:51.000 Now, that can be extremely intimidating.
00:12:54.000 In my case, they were reporting for me.
00:12:56.000 And I think it was legitimate.
00:12:59.000 I couldn't tell.
00:13:00.000 They'd be yelling out rather familiar campaign slogans that go back to my campaigns for mayor.
00:13:07.000 So I have to assume, which doesn't say much for my city, that a lot of them may have been New Yorkers.
00:13:15.000 I mean, I recognize some of the slogans that go back to my campaigns, either for mayor or for other offices, or my son's recent campaign for governor.
00:13:26.000 And they seem to pretty much support it.
00:13:31.000 Go get him, Rudy.
00:13:32.000 We had Lex Go Brandon being yelled out.
00:13:37.000 It was like a rally.
00:13:39.000 So I'm there.
00:13:40.000 So it took away some of the possible intimidation factor.
00:13:44.000 But it is a very long walk.
00:13:46.000 There are prisoners there.
00:13:47.000 I imagine they have to have some other way of doing this for President Trump today.
00:13:51.000 It would be just a travesty if they did that.
00:13:55.000 And I don't understand the mugshot.
00:13:57.000 For me, I'm pretty well known, but for him.
00:14:01.000 For humiliation.
00:14:02.000 That's what it is, Mr. Mayor.
00:14:03.000 It's about humiliation.
00:14:05.000 What do you think about the bail?
00:14:06.000 Well, I mean, he put up $200,000 bail.
00:14:09.000 If he wants to run away, $200,000 is going to stop him.
00:14:13.000 It's a ridiculously symbolic insult.
00:14:16.000 Yes.
00:14:17.000 I mean, $200,000 is a useless bail.
00:14:20.000 It's just done to make him look like a criminal, which he is not.
00:14:23.000 So, Mr. Mayor, do you have the website, by the way?
00:14:25.000 Were you able to dig that up for us?
00:14:27.000 Yeah.
00:14:27.000 Okay.
00:14:28.000 Rudy GiulianiFreedomFund.com.
00:14:31.000 And I think your people are going to be able to do it.
00:14:33.000 We have it on the bottom.
00:14:34.000 Okay, good.
00:14:34.000 Okay.
00:14:34.000 Got it.
00:14:35.000 So, Rudy GiulianiFreedomfund.com.
00:14:37.000 So, Mr. Mayor, you're going to fight.
00:14:40.000 You're going to fight this.
00:14:41.000 Oh, yeah, Mike Hailboy, all that stuff.
00:14:43.000 I'm going to, I mean, they had articles like Mark Meadows was going to testify, and I was going to testify, and Professor Eastman was going to testify.
00:14:53.000 Professor Eastman told him yesterday, no how, no way.
00:14:58.000 I don't lie.
00:14:59.000 See, because when they're asking us to testify, they're not asking us to testify.
00:15:03.000 They're asking us to lie.
00:15:06.000 When they say they want me to cooperate against Donald Trump, I'm happy to cooperate.
00:15:12.000 Not against him, cooperate.
00:15:14.000 If I cooperate, all he did was legitimately contest an election that he truly believed was stolen.
00:15:22.000 Now, even if he's wrong about that, as an American citizen, I always thought, you know, we have a right to free speech.
00:15:33.000 We have a right to our own opinion.
00:15:34.000 They don't get to determine the truth.
00:15:38.000 And then we all go to jail if we vary from the truth.
00:15:41.000 That's 1984, Charlie.
00:15:43.000 It's not about.
00:15:44.000 I'm afraid we're at that place now, Rudy.
00:15:46.000 And that's why I know.
00:15:47.000 I told our team we have to have Rudy on.
00:15:50.000 The bad guys, the leftists, they hated you when you were in New York.
00:15:53.000 They hated when you were mayor, and part of this is revenge against you.
00:15:56.000 It really is.
00:15:57.000 This is decades-old enemies, and I think you would agree with that.
00:16:01.000 Oh, yeah, it's a combination.
00:16:02.000 I'm not just a victim of President Trump.
00:16:05.000 Some are.
00:16:06.000 I'm a dual victim of their hatred of what I did.
00:16:10.000 You cleaned up the city.
00:16:10.000 That's right.
00:16:12.000 That's right.
00:16:13.000 Now we're getting somewhere.
00:16:14.000 Yep, that's right.
00:16:15.000 You cleaned up New York.
00:16:16.000 You cleaned up the crime and they hated you for it.
00:16:19.000 And you turned New York into a world-class city.
00:16:22.000 So, Mr. Mayor, we have your back.
00:16:24.000 And it's so wrong what they are doing to you.
00:16:26.000 And so many others.
00:16:26.000 I know that.
00:16:27.000 Tremendously appreciated.
00:16:29.000 It's the strength that gets me and Donald Trump through this.
00:16:32.000 Support us like you and so many others.
00:16:35.000 Thank you.
00:16:35.000 Come back on soon.
00:16:36.000 And check out the Rudy Giuliani Freedom Fund.
00:16:39.000 Pitch in some money if you can, guys.
00:16:40.000 Thank you, Mr. Mayor.
00:16:44.000 Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?
00:16:51.000 Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government?
00:16:55.000 Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?
00:16:58.000 The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.
00:17:02.000 And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.
00:17:10.000 If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's Free Digest of Liberty.

00:17:48.000 Joining us now is Citizen Kane from citizenfreepress.com, my go-to website.
00:17:52.000 I visit it multiple times a day.
00:17:54.000 Kane, thanks for taking time.
00:17:55.000 Today, Kane, your initial reaction in the last 24 hours, debate, arraignment.
00:17:59.000 Trump Tucker, the floor is yours, Citizen Kane.
00:18:01.000 Well, Charlie, here, first, let me remove my five masks.
00:18:06.000 You know, I may be alone in my office, but you can never be too careful according to this.
00:18:10.000 You can never be too careful.
00:18:11.000 Safety is our God.
00:18:13.000 That is right.
00:18:15.000 Yeah, that's the most important thing.
00:18:16.000 Okay, so I've got four of them.
00:18:18.000 Okay, they're all removed now.
00:18:20.000 So my reaction to the last 24 hours: you know, when I signed up for this job, when I created Citizen Free Press, I had no idea what was coming.
00:18:28.000 And this, you know, how do you take it all in?
00:18:32.000 Right?
00:18:33.000 You had Progozian dying yesterday.
00:18:36.000 Covering that was kind of intense.
00:18:39.000 You had Giuliani being strong and forceful as he left New York and then smiling like a Cheshire cat when he left the Fulton County courthouse yesterday, knowing that his mug shot would be would be released.
00:18:54.000 You've got all kinds of groups, probably hundreds, perhaps thousands in Fulton County as you and I are speaking right now.
00:19:00.000 You've got blacks for Trump.
00:19:02.000 You know, I always wondered where Blacks for Trump was located.
00:19:05.000 It makes sense that it's sort of an Atlanta-based group and they're out in force, in extreme force in Fulton County this morning.
00:19:13.000 You've got police 20 feet away with long guns.
00:19:16.000 You have the president.
00:19:18.000 Hey, let me ask you this.
00:19:19.000 I've been trying to figure out: do we know when Trump is going to fly into Fulton County?
00:19:23.000 Is it late for later?
00:19:23.000 We don't.
00:19:25.000 That's a mystery.
00:19:26.000 It could be tomorrow, too.
00:19:28.000 I guess they're working on the logistics.
00:19:30.000 And I mean, Kane, this is so obviously a Soviet-style humiliation tactic.
00:19:35.000 Really, the mugshot.
00:19:36.000 I think we should lean into the mugshot.
00:19:38.000 I think he should smile.
00:19:39.000 I think that he should go for it.
00:19:41.000 I think that he should make it the most popular mugshot in the history of mugshots.
00:19:46.000 Kane.
00:19:48.000 How about the thumbs up?
00:19:49.000 Maybe even the double thumbs up.
00:19:49.000 Yeah.
00:19:51.000 I don't know if they allow you to show your hands and motives.
00:19:53.000 I would buy that t-shirt.
00:19:54.000 Are you kidding me?
00:19:56.000 He has to get that up on Donaldjtrump.com immediately.
00:19:59.000 I would buy that shirt.
00:20:00.000 Are you kidding me?
00:20:02.000 Absolutely.
00:20:03.000 Yeah, if he got the double thumbs up, that would be beautiful.
00:20:06.000 It's all nuts, Charlie.
00:20:08.000 You know, as I occasionally leave the office for five minutes and walk through the living room and the TV is on and regime media, I saw ABC last night.
00:20:18.000 Everyone is covering this breathlessly.
00:20:20.000 It's an absolute show.
00:20:22.000 It's what it is.
00:20:25.000 Yeah, I mean, they failed on Russia, Russia, Russia for three straight years.
00:20:30.000 And so now this is what they have.
00:20:32.000 And they're going to bleed it, but they can't help themselves.
00:20:36.000 They really can't help themselves.
00:20:38.000 I don't think they have any idea how it's galvanizing Trump supporters.
00:20:42.000 And we're, you know, you and I have talked about this all the time.
00:20:44.000 What's really going to happen?
00:20:45.000 It's a our 40% is going to vote for Trump.
00:20:48.000 Their 40% is going to vote for Biden or Gavin Newsom.
00:20:51.000 So what happens with that 20% in the middle?
00:20:54.000 So that's what they're trying.
00:20:56.000 Yeah.
00:20:57.000 And so, Kane, kind of, you have a really good idea of the pulse of the base.
00:21:01.000 Reaction from the debate: big takeaways, big wins.
00:21:04.000 You know, who do you think might have quote unquote won?
00:21:08.000 What is the vibe from CFP Nation?
00:21:10.000 Well, you know, most people said they weren't going to watch and then they ended up watching anyway.
00:21:15.000 And it's been unfortunate.
00:21:16.000 I'll do a little side note.
00:21:17.000 You know, Fox News has a rule about using clips from that debate.
00:21:20.000 They're limiting it to three minutes and they can only stay up for seven days.
00:21:25.000 So CFP and our Twitter feed, we haven't been really able to clip out the debate as well.
00:21:30.000 But in terms of, you know, what the groundswell, I've seen a lot this morning.
00:21:34.000 There were about 700 comments last night from the debate until 4 a.m. and then another 600 this morning.
00:21:42.000 And in general, people like the work that Vivek did.
00:21:46.000 They think he did well.
00:21:47.000 There are always, you know, in comment sections, when someone talks positively about Vivek, then you have the crowd that comes in and says, you know, he's WEF, he's George Soros, you know, because Soros' brother, Peter Soros, probably never met Vivek, paid for that, or Vivek was a Soros scholar at Yale Law School.
00:22:07.000 So anyway, my point is nothing is clear-cut.
00:22:10.000 There are no winners.
00:22:12.000 There are always critics at CFP.
00:22:15.000 But I don't think anyone, you know, the only positive things I've heard about anyone are just DeSantis and Vivek.
00:22:23.000 The rest have been jokes that people have been making about Christie.
00:22:29.000 So, you know, I think it's basically turned out exactly as we thought, that you're going to have a group of people up there that most of, you know, that most of the MAGA base, you know, is ignoring because they've made their mind up for Trump already.
00:22:47.000 So it was a complicated response to the debate.
00:22:51.000 So I'll end it with that.
00:22:53.000 So, but, Kane, I want your reaction.
00:22:55.000 Did you watch it or you watched parts of it?
00:22:57.000 I'm sure you caught part of it.
00:22:57.000 I'm sure you did.
00:22:59.000 I've seen the whole thing.
00:22:59.000 Yes, yes.
00:23:00.000 I've seen the whole thing.
00:23:01.000 For me, the big takeaway and where I was most upset is the audience.
00:23:05.000 Because if you were just kind of, let's just say an independent voter, if you were a Democrat, which I really don't care, but if you were just an open-minded person and you were watching the debate, you would think that that audience was emblematic of the Republican base when it wasn't.
00:23:21.000 That's what I was most upset about, is that that is not where the base stands at all.
00:23:27.000 And they were almost trying to create the psyop of booing Vivek because he stood against Ukraine, booing Vivek because he stood against the totalitarian, greeny Marxist climate change agenda.
00:23:38.000 Kane, that audience was not a good and accurate picture of what the Republican base is.
00:23:44.000 It was staged.
00:23:46.000 That was one of my, you know, hopefully my voice is okay.
00:23:49.000 Was screaming at the television last night.
00:23:51.000 Absolutely screaming.
00:23:52.000 And I had the same reaction to you as you.
00:23:54.000 It was staged.
00:23:56.000 It was an RNC show.
00:23:57.000 It was Rom, you know, it was Ronald Romney's chosen audience.
00:24:02.000 And it was so obvious.
00:24:04.000 You know, I was happy at least that there were some booze when who took Aza Hutchinson took a big shot at Trump, I remember, and he got booed.
00:24:12.000 So I was happy that MAGA at least represented, but there's no doubt.
00:24:17.000 I mean, they controlled.
00:24:18.000 I don't know the details, but I got to assume that the RNC controlled who was allowed in to watch.
00:24:23.000 They controlled the ticketing came.
00:24:23.000 That's right.
00:24:25.000 I want to play a piece of tape here as a flashback.
00:24:27.000 You'll love this.
00:24:28.000 This is how Donald Trump called it out.
00:24:30.000 This is a great clip.
00:24:31.000 Play cut 150.
00:24:34.000 Quiet.
00:24:34.000 Let me talk.
00:24:36.000 A lot of times.
00:24:37.000 A lot of times.
00:24:42.000 That's all of his donors and special interests out there.
00:24:46.000 So that's what it is.
00:24:49.000 And by the way, let me just tell you, we needed tickets.
00:24:52.000 You can't get them.
00:24:52.000 You know who has the tickets?
00:24:54.000 I'm talking about to the television audience.
00:24:56.000 Donors, special interests, the people that are putting up the money.
00:25:03.000 The RNC told us we have all donors in the audience.
00:25:06.000 And the reason they're not loving me, the reason they're not, excuse me, the reason they're not loving me is I don't want their money.
00:25:14.000 I'm going to do the right thing for the American public.
00:25:16.000 I don't want their money.
00:25:18.000 I don't need their money.
00:25:19.000 And I'm the only one up here that can say that.
00:25:21.000 Eminent domain.
00:25:23.000 Kane, that's when he won the primary.
00:25:25.000 And I think that is tattooed into the memory of the Republican base.
00:25:31.000 Trump would have done that last night in Milwaukee.
00:25:33.000 And in some ways, Blake is not wrong on my team.
00:25:35.000 It almost makes me wish he would have been there because it would have been hilarious to see him booed by an audience.
00:25:40.000 Holy cow, Kane, your reaction.
00:25:42.000 It was beautiful.
00:25:43.000 A couple of things.
00:25:44.000 One, Trump's face, a couple of the faces he made when the audience first started booing.
00:25:49.000 Those ended up, I've seen those faces in memes now for the last six years.
00:25:54.000 It's beautiful.
00:25:55.000 And the second is that I noticed there, I think Trump is more focused when people boo him.
00:26:01.000 It's sort of it, because his answers there were fantastic.
00:26:05.000 He dealt with the audience.
00:26:06.000 He didn't seem in any way cowed by them.
00:26:09.000 He didn't care about the booing.
00:26:10.000 It sort of fired him up.
00:26:12.000 So I think you're right.
00:26:13.000 Had he been there last night.
00:26:14.000 And, you know, look, we don't know if Trump's, there are a number of debates, at least eight, maybe there's 10.
00:26:20.000 I'm sure you know the number.
00:26:21.000 So I think Trump's going to have a big opportunity to entertain all of us going forward.
00:26:26.000 But going back to your original point about how it didn't represent the MAGA base, I think that's a key point.
00:26:34.000 You know, anyone from the base who watched it, that was probably plainly obvious to them.
00:26:39.000 But for the, you know, the average Rhino viewer or the independent, they might have been confused by the audience and by the crowd.
00:26:47.000 Yeah.
00:26:48.000 So it's all part of the show.
00:26:48.000 And that's what I'm saying.
00:26:50.000 Yeah, it bothers me too.
00:26:52.000 And it's all part of the show, right?
00:26:53.000 That's what Trump has to deal with.
00:26:54.000 He not only has to fight Democrats, not only has to fight the regime media, but he has to fight an entire wing of the Republican Party.
00:27:02.000 And, you know, I don't think there's anyone else who could do it and succeed except him.
00:27:07.000 Yeah.
00:27:07.000 So Vivek is getting a lot of positive traction here.
00:27:11.000 What do you think, Kane, about the Ukraine dialogue?
00:27:14.000 I found that to be super interesting, at least one disagreement.
00:27:17.000 But otherwise, it was in total harmony on stage to send more money to a foreign nation while our own country is invaded.
00:27:25.000 And not only was it in harmony, it was disharmonious with the views of the Republican Party.
00:27:32.000 That's what is the takeaway.
00:27:34.000 100%.
00:27:35.000 Yes.
00:27:36.000 Yeah, you've seen the polls, right?
00:27:38.000 You've talked about them on your show, and I posted them on CFP.
00:27:41.000 The polls have shown, and it's not just Republicans.
00:27:44.000 It's a majority of the American people of the American electorate who no longer want to give aid to this, you know, whatever.
00:27:52.000 I'm not, people are dying, so I'm not going to call it a stupid war, but there are better places for the hundreds of billions of U.S. tax dollars.
00:28:00.000 And so it was stunning.
00:28:02.000 It was absolutely stunning to see almost year, you know, near total agreement amongst the rhino, amongst the rhino candidates that we have to keep supporting Zelensky and sending our dollars there.
00:28:17.000 And it's frightening.
00:28:19.000 It's disturbing.
00:28:20.000 There's nothing that we can do about it except laugh when all those guys get, you know, one by one, drop out of the race come January, February, and March of next year.
00:28:30.000 Yeah, that'll be our only revenge.
00:28:35.000 Citizen Kane, James O'Keefe under criminal investigation in Westchester County.
00:28:40.000 Department of Justice launches a civil lawsuit against Elon Musk today.
00:28:46.000 Washington, D.C. Attorney General launches an investigation against the mastermind of the conservative tilt towards the Supreme Court, Leonard Leo.
00:28:56.000 Michigan has indicted 16 MAGA patriots who signed as alternate electors.
00:29:02.000 Fulton County is booking 18 people in the conservative movement.
00:29:08.000 Alvin Bragg has indicted Donald Trump, and yet our movement did not mention once last night on the debate.
00:29:14.000 Not once, Mr. Kane, how we can respond to the gulag state.
00:29:21.000 Citizen Kane.
00:29:22.000 I think they didn't mention it because it's not even in their worldview at this point.
00:29:26.000 They're not even thinking about it.
00:29:28.000 They don't.
00:29:29.000 I think, you know, tacitly, many of the people that we saw on stage last night tacitly agree with the prosecution of Trump.
00:29:36.000 They want him out of the way.
00:29:37.000 They've actually wanted him out of the way for years, most likely.
00:29:41.000 And so I think that's probably why we didn't hear it brought, we didn't hear it brought up by any of the candidates.
00:29:47.000 Yes, that's right.
00:29:49.000 And by your, you know, your tweet, your tweet encapsulated it perfectly.
00:29:54.000 You were, you know, and I hadn't even seen that DOJ Elon Musk story.
00:29:58.000 It's funny, I always write notes down during my interview, interviews with you, things that I need to go cover for CFP.
00:30:05.000 But yeah, the laundry list just keeps getting longer.
00:30:08.000 They're attacking us from every angle, and we have no one fighting back.
00:30:12.000 In fact, there have been very few people even talking about fighting back.
00:30:15.000 You've been one of the, probably the only loud voice, Bannon as well, talking about how state attorney generals, Republican state attorney generals, that's right, need to get some, need to sort of take a look in the mirror and realize that this is the game and this is how it's being played now.
00:30:31.000 And this is how the media is.
00:30:33.000 Yes.
00:30:33.000 Yes.
00:30:34.000 Get some stones.
00:30:34.000 Yeah.
00:30:38.000 So, yeah, so it's not happening, or at least it's quiet, right?
00:30:41.000 We don't know.
00:30:42.000 You know, I'm always an optimist at heart.
00:30:45.000 So I'm always hoping that we've got AGs that are silently working behind the scenes to try to turn a little off their 180 degrees on the Democrats.
00:30:53.000 But as you said, it's not being talked about by the top of the party.
00:30:57.000 So, and I haven't heard it talked discussed on Fox News, I don't think, in weeks.
00:31:03.000 And so, yeah, so it's a battle that I don't know.
00:31:08.000 It's funny.
00:31:09.000 It's depressing, Charlie.
00:31:10.000 But I want to say two things that are not depressing.
00:31:12.000 Go.
00:31:13.000 Okay.
00:31:14.000 One is that I am absolutely convinced that we are making inroads with independence.
00:31:22.000 I threw up Charlie Kirk's Rumble page.
00:31:24.000 If people go there, I was shocked by how many.
00:31:27.000 I don't know who you have doing that.
00:31:28.000 I don't know if it's Andrew or whoever, but someone does a fantastic job of putting together 15 or 20 viral videos there.
00:31:36.000 Anyway, so you had a Harry Enton clip from CNN, and He was right there on the board and making sure that people understood that Trump has a, has a, you know, that CNN viewers understand that Trump has a legitimate shot of winning in 2024.
00:31:53.000 And he laid out sort of the polling differences and talked about how at this point in 2000, I guess it would have been 2020, that Biden was leading by almost double digits in many of the polls, eight to 10 points.
00:32:06.000 And in the polls that he threw up, it was sort of neck and neck.
00:32:10.000 And I've got some links on CFP right now if people want to go that sort of aggregate the polls.
00:32:15.000 So that's the first piece of good news is that Trump is doing better with independence.
00:32:20.000 The second good piece of good news is undoubtedly these indictments haven't hurt him.
00:32:25.000 You and I, that's what we wondered, right?
00:32:26.000 Five months ago, when we saw all of this coming, we had to ask that question: is it going to help him?
00:32:30.000 Is it going to hurt him?
00:32:31.000 How are independents going to react?
00:32:33.000 And I think we're, you know, over these last two months, we've started to get the answer.
00:32:36.000 And it hasn't been disastrous.
00:32:38.000 And not only hasn't it been disastrous, it might be helpful.
00:32:43.000 So those are two pieces of good news.
00:32:44.000 I think that's enough.
00:32:46.000 I was going to say a third piece of good news that I want people to know is that America and the Republican Party and the MAGA base is not racist.
00:32:52.000 How do we know this?
00:32:53.000 In a brand new poll that we just posted, Vivek is now leading DeSantis by four points, 13 to 9.
00:33:00.000 So I think it's a wonderful sign.
00:33:02.000 And I'll throw it back to you.
00:33:04.000 Yeah, I think all those takeaways are deep and profound.
00:33:07.000 And to go to the second one that I want to just emphasize for a second, there is a silent independent streak with younger millennials.
00:33:16.000 I'm telling you, that do not love Trump, but there's something to this rebellious mugshot energy where he's the cool candidate right now.
00:33:24.000 I'm telling you, do not underestimate that of the Joe Rogan, 32-year-old, like kind of gym bro, crypto bro that didn't vote for Trump in 20 because it was all too crazy.
00:33:36.000 But now they're like, hey, this guy is punk rock.
00:33:40.000 This guy is Jimi Hendrix.
00:33:41.000 This guy is going to fight for us.
00:33:44.000 Okay, Citizen Kane, we're out of time.
00:33:46.000 Keep it up.
00:33:47.000 I will be checking Citizen Free Press every five minutes for the rest of the day.
00:33:53.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
