00:00:07.000Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast and get involved with TurningPointUSA at tpusa.com.
00:00:35.000He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:42.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:45.000And your response to now being booked in Fulton County, Georgia.
00:01:48.000Well, thank you very much, Charlie, for that introduction.
00:01:50.000And I respect you for doing this, not only for me, but for all of the other people that are unjustly charged who maybe don't get as much attention.
00:02:00.000I mean, I have the benefit of getting a great deal of attention for what's been done to me.
00:02:06.000I have tremendous experience in this area, and I've been through far worse than this.
00:02:12.000There are a lot of people going through it for the first time, and it's terrible.
00:02:16.000It's almost impossible to describe if you were brought up, you know, like a normal American.
00:02:23.000I wake up mornings thinking I'm not an American.
00:02:26.000I wake up mornings thinking I'm in what used to be described as the Soviet Union or East Berlin or maybe even Nazi Germany.
00:02:36.000The idea that people can be charged based on politics.
00:02:42.000I mean, even if you just posit the following, right now we have under indictment, based on the indictments of four different Democrat district attorneys, all very questionable district attorneys, the strongest and most powerful candidate of the opposition party for president who was the prior president.
00:03:04.000Now, that never happened in America before because we're a democracy and a country of laws.
00:03:11.000It does happen in communist countries, fascist countries, Nazi countries, and totalitarian states.
00:03:18.000If that doesn't frighten the hell out of us, nothing will.
00:03:50.000I wish that the professor who wrote this, Professor Blakey, could be here because I think he'd give him an F minus.
00:03:57.000You know, missing from the RICO case is the extortion.
00:04:03.000People say, well, is it organized crime?
00:04:05.000And actually, it's crime by a very large organization over a very long period of time that has at the core of it very serious extortion.
00:04:17.000For example, if Trump had called the AG and said, get me 11,000 votes, which, by the way, the president meant, out of the 200,000 that you and I know was stolen.
00:04:30.000And I know that for a fact because that AG had sitting in his desk a report that he was hiding that virtually says that.
00:04:39.000Now, nobody tells you that, but it came out eight months later with a John Solomon FOIA request.
00:04:46.000But in any event, there would have to have been magic words there.
00:04:50.000Words like, if you don't do it, I'm going to break your legs.
00:04:54.000If you don't do it, I'm going to shoot your wife.
00:04:57.000Those are the cases I prosecuted, not cases where people are persuading, people are debating, people are even arguing.
00:05:56.000So I need to ask you, do you think that part of the reason they went so wide on the RICO is to try to get you to turn against Donald Trump in a multi-level kind of gangster type indictment?
00:06:08.000Do you think that's what they're trying to do here, Mr. Mayor?
00:06:12.000Yeah, I mean, they could get me to turn on Donald Trump, and Donald Trump would turn out to be innocent.
00:06:18.000I mean, people say to me, you're going to cooperate?
00:06:23.000I don't know a single damn thing that suggests that Donald Trump committed a crime.
00:06:28.000You want me to tell you what happened?
00:06:29.000I'd be happy to tell you what happened.
00:06:32.000And look, I've already, Charlie, gone through my house being raided, my iCloud account taken for three years and spied on.
00:06:44.000And the day they took my iCloud account was the first day that I represented Donald Trump.
00:06:49.000And the day they gave it up was the day that I stopped representing him.
00:06:53.000So they took it in order to spy on Donald Trump.
00:06:56.000And then about eight months ago, they wrote a letter to the grand jury after costing me, you know, three, four million dollars on my law practice, that there's no evidence over 20 years that I committed a crime.
00:07:08.000And then this Fannie Willis comes up with this garbage in Atlanta, which is me being a lawyer, as well as Professor Eastman and the other.
00:08:05.000So, Rudy, you're going to have to defend yourself.
00:08:09.000And in this particular venue, how can people help you with your legal fees and the costs associated with that?
00:08:18.000I'll get for you the exact place, but we have a legal defense fund, which they could help out with.
00:08:25.000It'll allow us not only to defend ourselves, but to become more aggressive and to go after them and try to get the information that they have.
00:08:33.000Because the strange thing is, Charlie, the crimes being committed here are being committed by them.
00:09:11.000Trump, Giuliani, Republicans telling the truth.
00:09:15.000And then we got the hard drive, for which if you go back and pick out the last debate, you see Biden accusing us, the president and I, of being Russian porn.
00:09:27.000In fact, he calls me specifically Rudy Giuliani a Russian porn.
00:09:31.000Well, that ends up 16 months later with Democrats and Biden lying, Trump, Giuliani, and Republicans telling the truth.
00:12:10.000However, you go actually into the bowels of the prison.
00:12:17.000At least I did, and I think Mark Meadows and the others did.
00:12:21.000You go into the prison, you walk through the prison, you walk past some of the prison cells, holding cells, and then you get into the room.
00:12:30.000And the person is actually in the room in which you are, in which you're with the mugshots taken.
00:12:38.000They take a number of them, not just one, in which the fingerprints are taken.
00:12:44.000It's all of 20 minutes, so it's not an extensive period of time.
00:12:48.000But the point that I'm making is you're surrounded by prisoners.
00:12:51.000Now, that can be extremely intimidating.
00:12:54.000In my case, they were reporting for me.
00:13:00.000They'd be yelling out rather familiar campaign slogans that go back to my campaigns for mayor.
00:13:07.000So I have to assume, which doesn't say much for my city, that a lot of them may have been New Yorkers.
00:13:15.000I mean, I recognize some of the slogans that go back to my campaigns, either for mayor or for other offices, or my son's recent campaign for governor.
00:13:26.000And they seem to pretty much support it.
00:14:41.000Oh, yeah, Mike Hailboy, all that stuff.
00:14:43.000I'm going to, I mean, they had articles like Mark Meadows was going to testify, and I was going to testify, and Professor Eastman was going to testify.
00:14:53.000Professor Eastman told him yesterday, no how, no way.
00:16:44.000Listen, as students begin heading back to school, do you think they'll be learning about the founding principles that made America the freest, most prosperous nation in history?
00:16:51.000Will they learn that our unalienable rights are God-given and not granted by government?
00:16:55.000Will they be given a full and honest account of our nation's history?
00:16:58.000The answer to all these questions is yes for students at Hillsdale College.
00:17:02.000And these days, in addition to teaching college students, Hillsdale has extended its teaching to K-12 students and lifelong learners like you and me.
00:17:10.000If you're not doing so already, one of the best ways to start learning from my friends at Hillsdale is through In Primus, Hillsdale's Free Digest of Liberty.
00:17:18.000My listeners can sign up for free at this special website, which is available for a limited time.
00:18:20.000So my reaction to the last 24 hours: you know, when I signed up for this job, when I created Citizen Free Press, I had no idea what was coming.
00:18:28.000And this, you know, how do you take it all in?
00:18:39.000You had Giuliani being strong and forceful as he left New York and then smiling like a Cheshire cat when he left the Fulton County courthouse yesterday, knowing that his mug shot would be would be released.
00:18:54.000You've got all kinds of groups, probably hundreds, perhaps thousands in Fulton County as you and I are speaking right now.
00:20:08.000You know, as I occasionally leave the office for five minutes and walk through the living room and the TV is on and regime media, I saw ABC last night.
00:20:18.000Everyone is covering this breathlessly.
00:21:47.000There are always, you know, in comment sections, when someone talks positively about Vivek, then you have the crowd that comes in and says, you know, he's WEF, he's George Soros, you know, because Soros' brother, Peter Soros, probably never met Vivek, paid for that, or Vivek was a Soros scholar at Yale Law School.
00:22:07.000So anyway, my point is nothing is clear-cut.
00:22:15.000But I don't think anyone, you know, the only positive things I've heard about anyone are just DeSantis and Vivek.
00:22:23.000The rest have been jokes that people have been making about Christie.
00:22:29.000So, you know, I think it's basically turned out exactly as we thought, that you're going to have a group of people up there that most of, you know, that most of the MAGA base, you know, is ignoring because they've made their mind up for Trump already.
00:22:47.000So it was a complicated response to the debate.
00:23:01.000For me, the big takeaway and where I was most upset is the audience.
00:23:05.000Because if you were just kind of, let's just say an independent voter, if you were a Democrat, which I really don't care, but if you were just an open-minded person and you were watching the debate, you would think that that audience was emblematic of the Republican base when it wasn't.
00:23:21.000That's what I was most upset about, is that that is not where the base stands at all.
00:23:27.000And they were almost trying to create the psyop of booing Vivek because he stood against Ukraine, booing Vivek because he stood against the totalitarian, greeny Marxist climate change agenda.
00:23:38.000Kane, that audience was not a good and accurate picture of what the Republican base is.
00:24:04.000You know, I was happy at least that there were some booze when who took Aza Hutchinson took a big shot at Trump, I remember, and he got booed.
00:24:12.000So I was happy that MAGA at least represented, but there's no doubt.
00:27:38.000You've talked about them on your show, and I posted them on CFP.
00:27:41.000The polls have shown, and it's not just Republicans.
00:27:44.000It's a majority of the American people of the American electorate who no longer want to give aid to this, you know, whatever.
00:27:52.000I'm not, people are dying, so I'm not going to call it a stupid war, but there are better places for the hundreds of billions of U.S. tax dollars.
00:28:02.000It was absolutely stunning to see almost year, you know, near total agreement amongst the rhino, amongst the rhino candidates that we have to keep supporting Zelensky and sending our dollars there.
00:28:20.000There's nothing that we can do about it except laugh when all those guys get, you know, one by one, drop out of the race come January, February, and March of next year.
00:28:35.000Citizen Kane, James O'Keefe under criminal investigation in Westchester County.
00:28:40.000Department of Justice launches a civil lawsuit against Elon Musk today.
00:28:46.000Washington, D.C. Attorney General launches an investigation against the mastermind of the conservative tilt towards the Supreme Court, Leonard Leo.
00:28:56.000Michigan has indicted 16 MAGA patriots who signed as alternate electors.
00:29:02.000Fulton County is booking 18 people in the conservative movement.
00:29:08.000Alvin Bragg has indicted Donald Trump, and yet our movement did not mention once last night on the debate.
00:29:14.000Not once, Mr. Kane, how we can respond to the gulag state.
00:29:49.000And by your, you know, your tweet, your tweet encapsulated it perfectly.
00:29:54.000You were, you know, and I hadn't even seen that DOJ Elon Musk story.
00:29:58.000It's funny, I always write notes down during my interview, interviews with you, things that I need to go cover for CFP.
00:30:05.000But yeah, the laundry list just keeps getting longer.
00:30:08.000They're attacking us from every angle, and we have no one fighting back.
00:30:12.000In fact, there have been very few people even talking about fighting back.
00:30:15.000You've been one of the, probably the only loud voice, Bannon as well, talking about how state attorney generals, Republican state attorney generals, that's right, need to get some, need to sort of take a look in the mirror and realize that this is the game and this is how it's being played now.
00:30:42.000You know, I'm always an optimist at heart.
00:30:45.000So I'm always hoping that we've got AGs that are silently working behind the scenes to try to turn a little off their 180 degrees on the Democrats.
00:30:53.000But as you said, it's not being talked about by the top of the party.
00:30:57.000So, and I haven't heard it talked discussed on Fox News, I don't think, in weeks.
00:31:03.000And so, yeah, so it's a battle that I don't know.
00:31:28.000I don't know if it's Andrew or whoever, but someone does a fantastic job of putting together 15 or 20 viral videos there.
00:31:36.000Anyway, so you had a Harry Enton clip from CNN, and He was right there on the board and making sure that people understood that Trump has a, has a, you know, that CNN viewers understand that Trump has a legitimate shot of winning in 2024.
00:31:53.000And he laid out sort of the polling differences and talked about how at this point in 2000, I guess it would have been 2020, that Biden was leading by almost double digits in many of the polls, eight to 10 points.
00:32:06.000And in the polls that he threw up, it was sort of neck and neck.
00:32:10.000And I've got some links on CFP right now if people want to go that sort of aggregate the polls.
00:32:15.000So that's the first piece of good news is that Trump is doing better with independence.
00:32:20.000The second good piece of good news is undoubtedly these indictments haven't hurt him.
00:32:25.000You and I, that's what we wondered, right?
00:32:26.000Five months ago, when we saw all of this coming, we had to ask that question: is it going to help him?
00:32:46.000I was going to say a third piece of good news that I want people to know is that America and the Republican Party and the MAGA base is not racist.
00:33:04.000Yeah, I think all those takeaways are deep and profound.
00:33:07.000And to go to the second one that I want to just emphasize for a second, there is a silent independent streak with younger millennials.
00:33:16.000I'm telling you, that do not love Trump, but there's something to this rebellious mugshot energy where he's the cool candidate right now.
00:33:24.000I'm telling you, do not underestimate that of the Joe Rogan, 32-year-old, like kind of gym bro, crypto bro that didn't vote for Trump in 20 because it was all too crazy.
00:33:36.000But now they're like, hey, this guy is punk rock.
