00:03:40.000So she said, well, we have no money, but you're not raising any money because donors don't trust you.
00:03:46.000Yeah, you've got two jobs as a party leader.
00:03:50.000You raise money and you set up state-by-state infrastructure so that the party can succeed, which means, by the way, getting out the vote and setting up get out the vote infrastructure.
00:04:00.000So, your job is to raise a truckload of money and you're supposed to set up everything so that we can match the other side, match the Democrats and how they get out the vote, how they do ballot chase and all that.
