00:01:06.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:15.000 Joining us now is Sean Davis, CEO and co-founder of the Federalist.

00:01:20.000 Sean, I'm tired of losing.

00:01:22.000 I'm sick of losing.

00:01:23.000 I'm a big football fan.

00:01:24.000 It's my weakness.

00:01:25.000 I know I get a lot of hate mail for it.

00:01:27.000 Oh, it's woke.

00:01:27.000 I don't care.

00:01:28.000 And one of the things about football is if you lose, you get fired.

00:01:32.000 At the RNC, though, if you lose, you remain.

00:01:35.000 Explain this to me, Sean.

00:01:37.000 I don't know.

00:01:37.000 It seems like that's almost a fact of politics anymore: is that the worse you are at your job, the higher you fail upward.

00:01:45.000 It's pretty disappointing.

00:01:48.000 Watching these debates, for example, why on earth are people who hate us and hate people who read us and follow us and hate what we believe?

00:01:57.000 Why are we letting them run these debates and attack our people?

00:02:01.000 It would almost be like giving the Yankees front office the ability to interview anyone who's going to go and play for the Red Sox or like letting the Redskins, and I still call them the Redskins, and I always will, letting the Redskins coach pick who's going to play for the Cowboys. 0.99

00:02:17.000 It's so dumb. 0.93

00:02:18.000 And yet, we seem to do it debate after debate and year after year. 0.99

00:02:22.000 And I simply don't understand it at all.

00:02:24.000 Yeah.

00:02:24.000 And so I want to play a piece of tape here.

00:02:28.000 So Rana McRomney was asked about her involvement in Virginia, and it's always deflection.

00:02:35.000 It's blaming other side.

00:02:36.000 And Larry O'Connor, who's a total superstar.

00:02:38.000 I really like Larry.

00:02:39.000 He's been in the movement for quite some time.

00:02:41.000 He so calmly and beautifully asked this question: Hey, why wasn't the RNC more involved?

00:02:47.000 His reaction afterwards is just epic.

00:02:49.000 So let's play this piece of tape here.

00:02:51.000 It's always somebody else's fault.

00:02:52.000 It's never the National Party's fault.

00:02:53.000 Play Cut 155.

00:02:55.000 You don't let people lie about you and not let it go unanswered.

00:02:59.000 Let it go unanswered.

00:03:00.000 And our candidates have got to do this. 0.99

00:03:03.000 You can walk and chew dumb at the same time. 0.97

00:03:05.000 You can go and say, This is where I stand. 0.99

00:03:07.000 The Democrats are lying.

00:03:09.000 And now let's talk about crime, schools, border, fentanyl, and national security.

00:03:13.000 I just want to clarify one quick thing, though.

00:03:15.000 The RNC had no involvement in these elections in Virginia per Governor Junkin's request.

00:03:20.000 Well, we were told in the summer they didn't need us, that they had all the money and they were good.

00:03:24.000 So now we've learned that the Virginia GOP chair, Rich Anderson, says that he asked the RNC to match the Democrats with $1 million of a late cash infusion into the state.

00:03:35.000 The RNC, the only excuse they have is they can't raise money, but that was supposed to be Ronna's thing.

00:03:40.000 So she said, well, we have no money, but you're not raising any money because donors don't trust you.

00:03:43.000 The grassroots don't trust you.

00:03:44.000 Sean, help me understand.

00:03:46.000 Yeah, you've got two jobs as a party leader.

00:03:50.000 You raise money and you set up state-by-state infrastructure so that the party can succeed, which means, by the way, getting out the vote and setting up get out the vote infrastructure.

00:04:00.000 So, your job is to raise a truckload of money and you're supposed to set up everything so that we can match the other side, match the Democrats and how they get out the vote, how they do ballot chase and all that.

00:04:12.000 I've seen, like, I don't pay attention all that much to the fundraising, so I won't, I won't comment on that.

00:04:17.000 Um, but it's been almost four years since a completely absurd election in 2020 when the Democrats just ran circles around us in their absentee ballot chase, their mail-in chase.

00:04:31.000 I haven't seen a whole lot of evidence that in states where we really need to win, like Arizona and Georgia, that either the state party or the national party is doing much of anything to make sure the Dems don't run in 2024 the exact same playbook they ran against us in 2020.

00:04:46.000 So, I'm honestly kind of befuddled.

00:04:49.000 I feel like I'm watching office space, watching the Bobs interview the employees, and thinking, what would you say you do here?

00:04:56.000 Because I can't figure it out.

00:04:58.000 So, moving forward here, Sean, let's emphasize on the NBC News thing.

00:05:04.000 So, we're after a very disappointing night, and then Lester Holt and Welker are cross-examining our candidates.

00:05:13.000 Just, I want just the most objective way you could look at it.

00:05:17.000 What candidate do you think separated themselves from the other?

00:05:20.000 And who do you think missed an opportunity at that debate?

00:05:23.000 Oh, I thought Vivek was awesome.

00:05:24.000 I love how he came right out of the gate and trashed the moderators and basically said, You're a whole bunch of Russian collusion hoaxers.

00:05:31.000 Like, who do you think you are?

00:05:33.000 That's how you handle these moderators.

00:05:35.000 And I think Newt Gingrich was the one who provided the perfect model for this.

00:05:40.000 He did it during the 2012 primary, where every time he got a question in one of these debates from a total left-wing hack masquerading as a journalist, he just took him to town. 0.99

00:05:51.000 So, you know, your premise is garbage. 1.00

00:05:52.000 You're full of crap. 1.00

00:05:53.000 I think you're liars. 1.00

00:05:54.000 And here's what I'm going to talk about instead of the nonsense that you want to talk about. 0.99

00:05:57.000 That's how you handle this.

00:05:58.000 So, I think Vivek was fantastic.

00:06:03.000 It's hard for me to say who the loser was in these because they kind of feel like loser debates to me in the first place.

00:06:09.000 It's like watching the kids' table.

00:06:11.000 So, I think the whole debate thing in and of itself, we need to have a discussion about.

00:06:18.000 But I thought Vivek and the way he handled the moderators was great.

00:06:22.000 And I wish every single Republican from now until forever would treat these hack propagandists the exact same way.

00:06:28.000 So, I totally agree.

00:06:30.000 And I'll just say this: you know, Ron DeSantis received the first question and he gave his kind of typical, and by the way, he's the best governor in America.

00:06:36.000 I want everyone to be very clear.

00:06:37.000 I get hate mail when I say that.

00:06:38.000 Ron DeSantis remains the best governor in America.

00:06:41.000 He's not a good presidential candidate.

00:06:42.000 He's running a poor campaign.

00:06:44.000 It's the brutal honest truth, and it's hard to watch.

00:06:46.000 He gives this fine answer: you know, I'm Ron DeSantis, and people can't pay for gas and buy field, you're penya, whatever. 0.99

00:06:52.000 Ron, how awesome!

00:06:54.000 You were just, you it was like a, it was like a t-ball.

00:06:56.000 You could have went right after NBC News.

00:06:59.000 You could have just used them as the villain.

00:07:00.000 And Vivek kind of picked up, you know, the trillion-dollar bill that was laying right there.

00:07:06.000 And he called for Rana's resignation on top of it.

00:07:08.000 It was Rana's resignation. 1.00

00:07:10.000 The RNC is a bunch of losers. 0.99

00:07:12.000 We have a culture of losing. 1.00

00:07:13.000 And NBC News, you guys are the complete worst.

00:07:17.000 And he got the headlines, honestly.

00:07:19.000 He got the headlines across the headline, you know, across the board, and people really appreciate it because they want a fighter.

00:07:24.000 So let me ask you, kind of shifting gears here, Sean, Joe Manchin not running for the Senate, the significance of this, and how should we think about a potential no labels candidacy that is bubbling up with Millard Willard Mitt Romney and Mr. Manchin?

00:07:39.000 Yeah, so I got a kick out of Manchin's press release that he put out and said, you know, I've accomplished what I want to do in my career, and I'm very proud of what I've done.

00:07:47.000 And I have hopes of doing other things. 0.96

00:07:50.000 Buddy, you're retiring and not running again because you were going to get your butt kicked because you were Joe Biden's little lapdog when you were supposed to be representing West Virginia voters. 0.85

00:08:01.000 So I think we need to be honest about why he's not going to be a senator again. 0.95

00:08:05.000 And it's because no one in his own state likes him.

00:08:07.000 The people who know him best don't want him as their senator anymore.

00:08:12.000 And that's why he's not going to be running again.

00:08:14.000 So you bring up Mitt Romney.

00:08:17.000 Man, they are birds of a feather in that thing.

00:08:20.000 Mitt Romney's only, the only consistent thing he has done his entire career in politics is run.

00:08:27.000 He gets in once, and then he does such a poor job that everyone in the state hates him.

00:08:33.000 So he can't run again.

00:08:34.000 So he just finds like a new state to run.

00:08:36.000 He was a one-term governor in Massachusetts.

00:08:40.000 He got smoked in the presidential.

00:08:42.000 So he decided to move to Utah and run for Senate there. 1.00

00:08:44.000 And no one likes him there anymore because he's a jerk. 1.00

00:08:47.000 And so what does he have left to do? 0.99

00:08:49.000 The only thing that Joe Manchin has left to do, which is avoid any actual real job and just stay in politics and find a bunch of left-leaning voters who pretend they're independent who you can bilk and make a living off of.

00:09:02.000 So that's what's happening with Joe Manchin.

00:09:04.000 And I can't take this no-labels stuff seriously at all. 1.00

00:09:06.000 It's just a grift for a bunch of idiots who are hated by the left and hated by the right, don't want to get a real job and have no home to go back to. 1.00

00:09:14.000 By the way, Federalists, you guys do great work. 1.00

00:09:15.000 It's really amazing.

00:09:16.000 Just 30 seconds, riff on the Federalists.

00:09:18.000 How are things going there?

00:09:19.000 You guys are one of the most important outlets in the conservative movement.

00:09:22.000 Well, you're very kind to say that.

00:09:24.000 Thank you.

00:09:25.000 The Federalists is an online media publication.

00:09:28.000 We do a lot of fantastic commentary, original reporting.

00:09:31.000 Our editor-in-chief is Molly Hemingway, who literally wrote the book on the rigged election of 2020.

00:09:38.000 We unmasked the Russia collusion hoax.

00:09:40.000 We unmasked the Kavanaugh rape hoax.

00:09:42.000 And unlike a lot of many other publications that pretend to be on the right, we actually love conservatives and we love our readers and we love our voters and we want to be their voice and make them as loud as possible so people in Washington can hear them and not vice versa.

00:09:56.000 Sean, stay right there.

00:09:57.000 We'll get right back and everyone check out federalist.com.

00:10:01.000 Is thefederalist.com correct?

00:10:03.000 Thefederalist.com.

00:11:05.000 Sean, let me read this headline for you, and we have a video to accompany it in a second.

00:11:08.000 Will John Fetterman cost Joe Biden the election?

00:11:12.000 Divisions among Democrats over Israeli-Palestinian conflict have highlighted the fault with lines in the party.

00:11:18.000 John Fetterman's actions are unlikely to sway the presidential election in Pennsylvania.

00:11:21.000 However, it does show that there are fault lines in the Democrat Party. 0.90

00:11:24.000 First of all, I'm not a fan of John Fetterman, but the guy is a masterclass troll. 0.96

00:11:28.000 Every Republican could take a class in how to troll like John.

00:11:33.000 John Fetterman is basically, if Reddit became a U.S. senator, I don't know if you saw this video, but it's just, you know, you have this guy that looks like Cyclops walking, you know, in a hoodie with an Israeli flag walking.

00:11:43.000 Did you see this video?

00:11:43.000 It's one of the funniest things you've ever seen.

00:11:45.000 And all these halos people are getting arrested. 1.00

00:11:46.000 Honestly, I respect that level of game.

00:11:49.000 And this, his base, he's trolling.

00:11:51.000 So, Sean, you know, let's broaden this a little bit outside of just Fetterman doing the trolling is this, which is the fault lines of the Democrat Party over Israel, the Palestine issue.

00:12:03.000 I don't want to overplay this.

00:12:05.000 I think this is the most divided I've seen the Democrats in recent memory.

00:12:10.000 Am I right on saying that, Sean?

00:12:13.000 I think you are.

00:12:13.000 And I think it explains why the institutional left, why Joe Biden and the party leadership walk on eggshells on this issue, which really shouldn't be a difficult issue.

00:12:24.000 You know, people shouldn't be rolling into Israel and murdering babies and raping people and filming it and bragging about it. 0.91

00:12:32.000 That's bad. 0.97

00:12:33.000 I feel like anyone who has a soul understands that's bad. 0.96

00:12:36.000 But unfortunately, there's a significant segment of the left, the far left, that hates Israel, hates Jews.

00:12:44.000 And when they see party leadership like Joe Biden and anyone else say common sense things about Israel, they lose their minds.

00:12:54.000 And that explains everything about why the Democrats are handling this as poorly as they are, is that Joe Biden is terrified that he's going to lose the presidential election because he's going to lose Michigan because he's going to lose Dearborn, Michigan.

00:13:05.000 That's what explains everything.

00:13:08.000 It's everything that's going on.

00:13:09.000 It has nothing to do with principle.

00:13:11.000 They're just scared about what their loony left is going to do to them if they don't kowtow to Hamas.

00:13:16.000 Yeah.

00:13:16.000 And it's just, but also beyond that, Sean, there are radicalized white liberals that care about the Gaza issue as well.

00:13:23.000 It's not just the Muslim vote, right?

00:13:25.000 This could impact on their college campus enthusiasm.

00:13:29.000 And you play that in with some Jill Stein, Cornell West.

00:13:32.000 I mean, there are serious fault lines in this forced Democrat coalition.

00:13:38.000 Oh, absolutely. 0.75

00:13:39.000 The hardcore white left is every bit as anti-Semitic as the hardcore Islamo radicals, far and away. 0.89

00:13:49.000 And they're being bred, by the way, in left-wing run universities who view the entire world through this oppressor, oppressed, colonialist victim perspective. 0.91

00:14:00.000 And so, yeah, your most rabid anti-Semites often on college campuses are these hardcore left-wing white radicals.

00:14:08.000 It's totally bizarre.

00:14:09.000 But if you watch the media, you watch the media, the only anti-Semites on earth are on the right, which is absurd if you have eyes and ears and a brain, because it's clearly concentrated on the left.

00:14:19.000 Final question, Sean, your just gut reaction.

00:14:22.000 Tucker Carlson, vice president for Donald Trump.

00:14:24.000 I love it.

00:14:25.000 I love Tucker.

00:14:26.000 I think it'd be great.

00:14:27.000 It'd be great for America.

00:14:29.000 He's one of the only people who says all the things that we all think, but aren't allowed to say.

00:14:34.000 And he actually comes out and says it.

00:14:36.000 And I love him.

00:14:37.000 I think it'd be awesome.

00:14:39.000 I think we would win, especially in a multi-candidate race.

00:14:42.000 We're going to keep on building it up.

00:14:43.000 Sean, thanks so much.

00:14:44.000 Appreciate it.

00:14:45.000 Thank you, sir.

00:14:47.000 Tucker, nobody is better in front of the camera than Tucker.

00:14:50.000 You're not going to outwit him.

00:14:51.000 Could you just imagine Tucker in a debate?

00:14:55.000 Tucker versus Cammy? 0.99

00:14:58.000 Kamala Harris versus Tucker.

00:15:00.000 Tucker is ridiculously alert. 0.89

00:15:02.000 He's been harassed constantly.

00:15:04.000 And in an internet age, as Joe Rogan famously said, Tucker Carlson was built for the internet.

00:15:13.000 No personal scandals.

00:15:14.000 His laugh alone.

00:15:17.000 We know this at Turning Point USA.

00:15:19.000 You could fill up a room if you just announced Tucker.

00:15:21.000 So let's pretend Trump has to go to Fulton County and Jack Smith, and he's tied up in all this court stuff.

00:15:27.000 Wouldn't it make sense to have a vice president who could draw big crowds and draw media attention?

00:15:32.000 Especially in a multi-candidate race, everybody. 0.97

00:15:36.000 You want to win younger voters, especially younger men?

00:15:40.000 Tucker Carlson.

00:15:43.000 You would win early 30-somethings.

00:15:45.000 You would win the Rogan Bros.

00:15:46.000 You would win the Andrew Tate people. 0.99

00:15:49.000 And honestly, I think you'd win a lot of suburban women.

00:15:52.000 A lot of moms like Tucker. 1.00

00:15:55.000 They really do.

00:15:57.000 Tucker's smart.

00:15:58.000 He's well-educated.

00:16:00.000 He's smooth.

00:16:01.000 He's also very anti-fragile.

00:16:03.000 Our new favorite word.

00:16:04.000 I've used it before.

00:16:05.000 I'll use it again.

00:16:06.000 The more he's attacked, the stronger he gets.

00:16:08.000 They've tried to take Tucker out every possible way.

00:16:10.000 The government spied on him illegally.

00:16:12.000 Tucker doesn't care.

00:16:14.000 He's in a political moment that we're in.

00:16:16.000 Doesn't that make sense?

00:16:19.000 I want to tell you about the Herzog Foundation.

00:17:21.000 Joining us now is the legend Benny Johnson.

00:17:26.000 Benny is best known by hosting.

00:17:30.000 You are a legend.

00:17:31.000 No, no, no.

00:17:32.000 I don't just, I just don't throw praise unless it's earned.

00:17:35.000 Okay.

00:17:35.000 I got to tell the whole story here and we'll get through it.

00:17:38.000 And Benny, of course, hosts the Benny show.

00:17:41.000 He's amazing.

00:17:41.000 We've done some really fun stuff at Turning Point USA and continue to.

00:17:44.000 And so, but he's best, he will be best known when the history books are written for being a debate coach.

00:17:54.000 So here I am about to take the stage at Freedom Night, our Turning Point USA event, and my phone is lighting up.

00:18:00.000 Vivek goes after the RNC.

00:18:02.000 Vivek goes.

00:18:03.000 I say, what is going on?

00:18:05.000 Because here, I kind of put in the back of my mind, I was like, whatever.

00:18:08.000 You know, you and Vivek were like doing somersaults off of jet skis or something.

00:18:11.000 You're like, we're debate prepping, running through the woods.

00:18:14.000 I was like, all right, okay, whatever.

00:18:15.000 And then as soon as I saw Vivek go after NBC News, I said, Benny, it's Benny.

00:18:21.000 Tell us the story, Benny.

00:18:24.000 Okay, so what do I do professionally?

00:18:27.000 Like, this has been something that I've had a tough time, a question I've had a tough time answering my entire life.

00:18:32.000 I do pattern recognition and energy, right?

00:18:37.000 Like, where is the base?

00:18:39.000 What is our energy?

00:18:41.000 What are the patterns of the things that we hate the very most?

00:18:44.000 Well, we hate an RNC that doesn't listen to us.

00:18:48.000 We hate a Republican Party that won't build the wall, that won't deliver for the base that delivers election wins for the RNC.

00:18:54.000 It is not the RNC that wins elections.

00:18:56.000 It is us who gets out and votes.

00:18:59.000 But we also hate the corporate press.

00:19:01.000 And so why don't we bundle both those two things into criticism of an RNC that is siding with NBC News to host a debate and ask the questions: why are these debate hosts allowed to, one, rig another debate against Republicans?

00:19:18.000 Why is the RNC celebrating NBC News as a debate partner when they went with Hunter Biden's laptop disinformation, Russia disinformation against President Trump, kneecap President Trump's presidency, and what were Russia collusion hoaxers?

00:19:32.000 Why would we allow that?

00:19:34.000 Like, how cucked are we?

00:19:36.000 And how embarrassing is it for all of us that we have to say this is our Republican Party?

00:19:41.000 And why doesn't Rana just resign?

00:19:44.000 Do us all a favor and simply resign.

00:19:46.000 And so, I all I did, all I did was bring those concerns to the person who I was making a documentary with that day, Vivek.

00:19:53.000 And, you know, the compliments to Vivek.

00:19:55.000 He sort of absorbed them.

00:19:57.000 And let's show the clip here.

00:19:59.000 So, because, Benny, it really was the shot heard around the world.

00:20:02.000 It was one of the most viral debate moments in the history of debates because Vivek said what we were all thinking.

00:20:08.000 Rana has a 99% disapproval rating. 0.98

00:20:12.000 Every base, every base member, all the donors I talk to, they want her gone. 1.00

00:20:16.000 It is, it transcends economic lines, state lines. 0.85

00:20:19.000 Nobody likes her unless they're on the payroll, right?

00:20:22.000 And yet, Vivek is the only one that, and then NBC News on top of it.

00:20:26.000 This is behind the scenes before the debate.

00:20:28.000 It's amazing you captured this, Benny.

00:20:30.000 Play cut 154. 0.98

00:20:34.000 Because these snooty, the snooty, like uh, persnippity moderators to be compared to Greg Gutfeld, and then it'll throw them off, it'll throw them off their game so bad because you'll be like, You, you, you people are clowns to us, right? 0.97

00:20:47.000 Like, our base doesn't like you, and it's nothing personal, it's just you've earned it, right? 0.98

00:20:52.000 You've lied to that consistently, yeah.

00:20:55.000 Yes, so why are we allowing you to be our inquisitors?

00:20:58.000 This is such a broken RNC, this is such a yep, it's such a broken system.

00:21:03.000 Now, I want to brag on Vivek because we're going to play some more here.

00:21:06.000 How many times, Benny, how many times have you and I texted or you know said good ideas to congressmen and senators?

00:21:13.000 They said, Yeah, yeah, they don't listen to us.

00:21:15.000 Credit to Vivek for also being open-minded, right?

00:21:17.000 That's a big deal.

00:21:18.000 That's exactly right.

00:21:20.000 And also, Vivek, who's certainly not short of podcast bookings, said, Why isn't Elon Musk and Joe Rogan and Tucker Carlson hosting a debate?

00:21:30.000 Why isn't Charlie Kirk hosting a debate, Charlie?

00:21:33.000 Why aren't you?

00:21:34.000 Have you been asked by the RNC to host a debate?

00:21:36.000 No, I have been attacked by the RNC in the last couple of weeks.

00:21:39.000 Uh, definitely not asked to host the debate, but I'm thankful to even be included in that list.

00:21:45.000 That's that's very sweet.

00:21:46.000 But no, what, but, but, why, like, why not?

00:21:49.000 I mean, that's in the little that's in the documentary that we put up.

00:21:51.000 We put up a 30-minute documentary about that debate preparation, which really was just us having a conversation, right?

00:21:58.000 Like, energy absorption.

00:21:59.000 Like, where's the base right now?

00:22:01.000 What do they want to hear?

00:22:03.000 Because as much as we want to talk about the number of naval ships and Hugh Hewitt, how many ships do we got?

00:22:08.000 Like, people are really concerned about other issues, and specifically inside of the party, like you shouldn't get rewarded for lying to us.

00:22:15.000 And that's what the Republican Party just did.

00:22:17.000 They rewarded Christian Walker and NBC News, who lied to us for three years and kneecapped President Trump, who we put in office in spite of them trying to rig the 2016 election.

00:22:28.000 We put Tresident Trump in office and they destroyed, arguably, his first term based on a lie.

00:22:34.000 And they have never apologized.

00:22:36.000 They have never said they were wrong.

00:22:38.000 They then get rewarded by our own RNC.

00:22:41.000 And it allows me to ask the question again and again: how cucked are we?

00:22:45.000 If we can't say you get no debates until you apologize to our base for lying to us about the Russian collusion hoax, then we really don't have a party.

00:22:52.000 And so it was refreshing to see somebody actually say that from the stage and then to call for Rana to resign.

00:22:57.000 Which, by the way, you want to talk about moving the Overton window because I, you know, you know me, Benny, I, I, I, I pick fights all the time and I've been kind of like beating the drum.

00:23:06.000 You know, why is Rana Mick Romney still in there, you know, in our little corner here?

00:23:10.000 And, you know, we're having fun.

00:23:11.000 And next thing you know, boom, Vivek goes on stage.

00:23:14.000 It's like, yeah, why are you in charge exactly?

00:23:16.000 And who are you?

00:23:17.000 And it was, I mean, now it's mainstream, completely mainstream.

00:23:22.000 Here's cut 166.

00:23:23.000 Benny did a documentary with Vivek before the debate.

00:23:27.000 Here is the conversation behind the scenes of Vivek deciding he will call for Rana to resign.

00:23:33.000 Play cut 166.

00:23:34.000 Yeah, I think it's just, I mean, I think it's just say that.

00:23:37.000 Ron and Gail should resign.

00:23:39.000 There needs to be some accountability.

00:23:40.000 She's signing. 1.00

00:23:41.000 She should get up on stage right now.

00:23:43.000 She's here. 1.00

00:23:43.000 Ronna, come up here and resign. 1.00

00:23:45.000 We could just do that.

00:23:46.000 I mean, if you want to do that, if you want to ensure that you die the cast, like set the die and set the cast for the entire rest of the debate, that's probably the way to do it.

00:23:56.000 If you get it out early, if you get it out early, then everyone who's pecking online will just go hard in on that angle because that's such a juicy angle.

00:24:03.000 And they'll be like, nope, nothing else will matter, right?

00:24:05.000 The debate will be over.

00:24:06.000 You will have already laid down the gauntlet.

00:24:09.000 Benny, you saw every chess move as it happened.

00:24:13.000 Well, I mean, it's not hard to simply just read the room.

00:24:17.000 Why should Rana keep her job?

00:24:19.000 And you and I both know the dirty little secret here, which I think we can both say, Charlie, you know a lot of Republican donors.

00:24:27.000 This is why they're so scared of you.

00:24:29.000 This is the only reason that Rana keeps her job is corruption. 1.00

00:24:33.000 She keeps her job because she pays people off because the RNC overpays massive consultants and people who have connections to the GOP committee men and committee women from each state.

00:24:46.000 The RNC engages in corruption and it is institutional and endemic in D.C.

00:24:51.000 It is not just the RNC, but it is also the RNC.

00:24:53.000 And that is how these people stay in power.

00:24:55.000 Here's a great story for you.

00:24:56.000 Just a short anecdote.

00:24:58.000 I lived in Washington, D.C. for 15 years.

00:25:00.000 One of the biggest mistakes of my life, but nonetheless, around the corner from me was an RNC staffer who was so ashamed.

00:25:07.000 She's one of the major fundraisers for the RNC.

00:25:09.000 She was so ashamed of working for the RNC. 0.64

00:25:11.000 She often and regularly lied to people and told them that she was a Democrat and lied about where she worked, saying that she worked for a Democrat senator.

00:25:19.000 And so these are the people that run the RNC.

00:25:22.000 I know this firsthand.

00:25:23.000 They are humiliated to be Republicans.

00:25:25.000 They're embarrassed of the base and they don't deserve your money.

00:25:28.000 And so Vivek goes after it.

00:25:30.000 Benny, just objectively, because I know you spent time with him before.

00:25:34.000 He was the viral winner of the debate.

00:25:36.000 And I'm going to ask you a tough question, Benny, but I'm going to preface it correctly.

00:25:39.000 I believe Governor Ron DeSantis is America's greatest governor.

00:25:42.000 Okay.

00:25:42.000 I've said it before.

00:25:43.000 I'll say it again.

00:25:44.000 He's done an amazing job.

00:25:46.000 But Benny, I got to ask the obvious question.

00:25:49.000 Why is he not hanging out with you beforehand and vibing out and going after NBC News?

00:25:54.000 And I mean, Vivek is the online winner here.

00:25:58.000 I can't help but be sad, sad, Benny.

00:26:02.000 What's going on here?

00:26:04.000 I am living in Florida because of Ron DeSantis.

00:26:06.000 So I am no, I am no like massive critic or hater on Ron DeSantis.

00:26:11.000 I move my entire family.

00:26:12.000 Most precious things in my life, my children, I moved to Florida because of Governor Ron DeSantis because I believe that arguably he's the best Republican governor of my lifetime.

00:26:21.000 Now, he has run a lackluster kind of campaign because he just hasn't listened to the people who absorb energy all day.

00:26:27.000 That's all I do.

00:26:28.000 Pattern recognition on the internet and absorbing energy.

00:26:30.000 That's how you can crack algorithms, right?

00:26:32.000 And so I see where the base, like what the base really cares about.

00:26:35.000 And the base was enraged that the moderators, I don't know how it didn't, how didn't this like pop into the head of anyone else on the debate stage that the moderators were the enemy?

00:26:45.000 The moderators were the bad guys.

00:26:47.000 So go after the moderators and then tangentially go after the RNC who allowed them to moderate.

00:26:53.000 I don't know why that doesn't.

00:26:54.000 It only doesn't connect if you're not actually understanding and listening to what your online communities are telling you and what the energy online is telling you.

00:27:02.000 So I will say, I'll end by saying this, Charlie.

00:27:04.000 I wasn't asked, right?

00:27:06.000 Like not once has the DeSantis team come and asked for an interview or said, can we get DeSantis on your show?

00:27:12.000 The New York Times ran a story about DeSantis' online campaign and they name-dropped me saying that I turned them down to be an influencer.

00:27:19.000 I'm going to fact check this right now 100%.

00:27:21.000 They never asked.

00:27:22.000 The New York Times was wrong.

00:27:24.000 I know this is going to come as a shock to you, but they never, the DeSantis team never asked me to be an influencer.

00:27:29.000 They never asked me anything.

00:27:30.000 They've never even contacted me, which is strange, right?

00:27:34.000 For a guy that's living in your state and moved his family down to your state.

00:27:36.000 So odd campaign tactic.

00:27:38.000 disappointing but an institution or a company an organization can either be built on truth and merit or corruption it's one it's binary one of two ways and what how do how does the government operate colleges fbi secret societies on corruption because they can't operate on truth and merit think about it that's the rnc benny plug all your coordinates for our audience how people can follow and support you Yeah,

00:28:07.000 at Benny Johnson on all social media accounts, although we are working on securing the at Benny account on X. I'm looking forward to that.

00:28:17.000 But right now, Benny Johnson, verified and on pretty much everything.

00:28:23.000 You have a ton of followers on YouTube, Rumble, all of it, and also on podcasting.

00:28:28.000 And the website, is it BennyJohnson.com?

00:28:30.000 Is that right?

00:28:31.000 Yeah, BennyJohnson.com is our website.

00:28:33.000 My relief factor is behind me.

00:28:35.000 It is the bottle of bourbon.

00:28:39.000 That's where Benny and I disagree is on liquor.

00:28:42.000 All right, Benny, good idea or great idea, Tucker Carlson, VP for Donald Trump.

00:28:47.000 Yeah, totally.

00:28:49.000 100%.

00:28:51.000 They had a interview on the night of the RNC debate.

00:28:57.000 I mean, that interview has been seen by the entire population of America.

00:29:01.000 It's got 350 plus million views.

00:29:03.000 So sure.

00:29:06.000 Do you want the, ask yourself this.

00:29:08.000 Do you want the Kamala Harris Tucker Carlson debate for vice president?

00:29:12.000 Yes. 1.00

00:29:12.000 That alone. 1.00

00:29:13.000 Yes.

00:29:13.000 The answer is yeah.

00:29:14.000 Yes.

00:29:14.000 You sure about that?

00:29:16.000 You sure about that?

00:29:17.000 That alone.

00:29:18.000 That, I mean, come on.

00:29:19.000 The most entertaining.

00:29:20.000 Elon's razor is the most entertaining outcome is always the right one.

00:29:23.000 And that this is the most entertaining outcome, obviously, right?

00:29:26.000 Yeah, totally.

00:29:27.000 Yeah.

00:29:27.000 And come on, that's your ticket right there.

00:29:29.000 That's your ticket right there.

00:29:30.000 Like, I love Cary Lake, right?

00:29:31.000 I like Byron Donald's, but could Byron even be constitutionally, could Byron Donalds even be the vice president?

00:29:37.000 They're both from Florida, right?

00:29:37.000 So I don't think that's a good idea.

00:29:41.000 I mean, Tucker could re-domicate the main temporarily, but he is at home there.

00:29:44.000 So, but yeah, I mean, that's easier than Byron.

00:29:47.000 Are there any downsides to this, Benny?

00:29:48.000 I mean, I'm just trying to game this out.

00:29:50.000 There's going to be five candidates.

00:29:52.000 We need to win over those Rogan bros.

00:29:53.000 We need to win over the people in the middle.

00:29:55.000 What, if any, are their downsides to this?

00:29:58.000 It probably would interrupt Tucker's X show and would, I think, potentially bring Tucker Carlson back to Washington, D.C., a place he doesn't want to live any longer.

00:30:09.000 He didn't live too far from Naval Observatory Circle, right?

00:30:12.000 And he didn't like it.

00:30:13.000 His door was kicked in by Antifa when he was living there.

00:30:16.000 And so that's bad.

00:30:18.000 But now he'd have secret service.

00:30:19.000 So Tucker Carlson with secret service protection, thing I want.

00:30:23.000 Yeah, I just and access to the military, like an access to the military.

00:30:27.000 Yes, thing I want.

00:30:28.000 And a meeting with Zelensky, potentially?

00:30:30.000 Like, that would be awesome. 0.99

00:30:32.000 Ah, you greet, you greasy little rat, you know, you rat-like, greasy little man in a tracksuit. 0.99

00:30:37.000 Yeah, Tucker would sit down with Zelensky. 0.99

00:30:40.000 So like, why do you have Nazis in your military exactly?

00:30:43.000 Like, what is that all about?

00:30:43.000 No, Tucker would go to NATO and be like, why do you exist?

00:30:46.000 Like, why do, why are we in this?

00:30:47.000 Dude, they went after Vivek.

00:30:49.000 They went after Vivek for that.

00:30:50.000 They're like, he called, he called Zelensky a Nazi.

00:30:54.000 Yo, like, we have the footage of him saluting a Nazi in Canada.

00:31:00.000 We have the, we have the tape, bro.

00:31:02.000 Like, he stood up and applauded.

00:31:03.000 He gave a standing ovation to a Nazi.

00:31:06.000 It's a really simple binary.

00:31:07.000 We want to talk about simple binaries here.

00:31:09.000 Okay, let's go.

00:31:10.000 If you fought the Russians in World War II, which was Canada's ally, and you fought on behalf of the Germans in Ukraine, which side were you on?

00:31:19.000 Hans, are we the baddies?

00:31:21.000 You're like, wait, wait, who are we applauding exactly?

00:31:24.000 Which side?

00:31:25.000 Not to mention the Azov battalion. 0.98

00:31:27.000 Benny, the Azov battalion are full of Nazis. 0.99

00:31:30.000 Well, that's exactly right. 0.80

00:31:30.000 That's the point of the Azov Battalion, right? 0.80

00:31:33.000 I mean, I know Jack Pisobic, but even I know that.

00:31:36.000 Yeah.

00:31:37.000 So Benny, moving forward, so the RNC, we need a new leader.

00:31:41.000 Other thoughts, concerns you see going into 2024, the things that need immediate fixing so that we do not lose a major opportunity and lose the country.

00:31:51.000 Things that need major fixing?

00:31:52.000 I mean, it's easier to say the things that are going right.

00:31:55.000 You know, you can count on one hand maybe or less.

00:31:59.000 But the things that need major fixing is obviously Tyler Boyer talks a lot about this.

00:32:03.000 I know he's a friend of the show.

00:32:04.000 You got to.

00:32:06.000 get ballot operations in place, man.

00:32:08.000 I mean, we've just been destroyed on these issues.

00:32:12.000 You got to get in touch with voters.

00:32:14.000 Scott Pressler, I know, works tangentially with you, Charlie.

00:32:18.000 Rana won't return Scott's calls.

00:32:20.000 Hey, Rana, call Scott.

00:32:23.000 I don't understand why that is, unless you actually want to lose, which is the thing I would ask you is, is this all a long-term play by the Romney family to destroy the Republican Party because he was denied the presidency and Republicans didn't turn out to vote for him.

00:32:39.000 Like, is this all a bitter?

00:32:40.000 Is this all a bit in a race that he should have won, by the way?

00:32:43.000 He should have beat Barack Obama in 2012, one of the easiest races to ever win for anyone.

00:32:47.000 But Republicans didn't turn out for him because he was a greaseball.

00:32:51.000 And now he's staging a long-term coup to destroy the Republican Party from the inside by putting his niece or whatever up.

00:33:00.000 I don't know.

00:33:00.000 It's interesting.

00:33:02.000 Interesting question.

00:33:02.000 Do you think that Ron McDaniel is trying to destroy the Republican Party?

00:33:05.000 What would she do differently?

00:33:07.000 Yeah.

00:33:08.000 Yeah.

00:33:09.000 You know, it's interesting.

00:33:10.000 If you study your family, her mom ran for Senate, lost.

00:33:14.000 Her dad ran for governor, lost. 1.00

00:33:17.000 Every member of her family, it's like when you say she's a loser, yeah, but like not just her, like her entire family are losers. 0.98

00:33:25.000 And now Utah's, like, clearly Mitt Romney didn't want to run. 0.98

00:33:28.000 Like, you know, Utah might have chucked Mitt Romney.

00:33:31.000 This, he was, he had like four or five primary challengers. 1.00

00:33:34.000 So yeah, just straight up losers, man. 0.98

00:33:37.000 Benny Johnson, everybody. 0.99

00:33:38.000 Benny's show.
