00:01:39.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:44.000 It's important to keep our eye to our neighbors to the north.
00:01:48.000 Canada is a beautiful country that has just been terrorized by awful people.
00:01:54.000 Joining us now is Ezra Levant, who does a great job and he runs Rebel News.
00:01:59.000 Ezra, thank you for taking the time.
00:02:01.000 Give us the latest here as we're still trying to get to justice and moral clarity post-trucker protests a couple years ago.
00:02:09.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:02:10.000 You might recall that Canada had very harsh lockdowns.
00:02:13.000 There was a no-fly list.
00:02:15.000 If you didn't have a jab, you were not allowed on any airplanes or trains.
00:02:19.000 And by the way, we're the second largest country in the world.
00:02:23.000 The giant province of Quebec had a mandatory curfew.
00:02:27.000 You couldn't leave your home between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m., even if you were jabbed.
00:02:31.000 So we were one of the most locked down places in the world.
00:02:34.000 But then a miracle happened, not coming from law professors or any elites or politicians, but grassroots working class truckers said enough is enough.
00:02:44.000 And they had this huge convoy that drove to Ottawa and honked their horns and waved flags.
00:02:49.000 It was extremely peaceful.
00:02:50.000 It was beautiful, bouncy castles, hot tubs.
00:02:53.000 It was a real festival feeling.
00:02:55.000 It was amazing.
00:02:56.000 And Trudeau, our left-wing prime minister, was embarrassed.
00:03:00.000 So he brought in martial law.
00:03:03.000 The Emergencies Act has never been used before, not even during 9-11, Charlie.
00:03:07.000 And Trudeau invoked this law, deployed riot police, jailed his critics, seized hundreds of bank accounts of his political opponents without any legal process, and basically smashed democracy.
00:03:22.000 Well, two days ago, a bit of a miracle happened.
00:03:26.000 The federal court of Canada finally issued a ruling that the martial law was illegal, that it was against the law, that he violated our constitutional rights.
00:03:36.000 And I had begun to lost hope in our system because none of the checks and balances had been working.
00:03:43.000 In Canada, justice is really slow, Charlie.
00:03:45.000 But finally, it happened.
00:03:47.000 This week, Justin Trudeau was declared a lawbreaker, a civil rights violator, a man who broke the law.
00:03:55.000 And it's just been an amazing vindication of those peaceful protesters.
00:04:01.000 Justin Trudeau wanted those truckers to be his January 6th insurrection moment.
00:04:08.000 That was the narrative.
00:04:09.000 He was trying to copy the January 6th narrative from the States.
00:04:13.000 It blew up in his face.
00:04:15.000 He's the one that the courts have contemned as a lawbreaker.
00:04:20.000 So, Ezra, I want to elaborate on this because Trudeau kind of plays this.
00:04:25.000 fake live and let live, you know, very agreeable, but he turns on a dime into a Canadian Mussolini.
00:04:34.000 Can you elaborate on that?
00:04:36.000 Because deep within, every liberal is a totalitarian waiting to get out.
00:04:41.000 You're right.
00:04:42.000 And sometimes people say, oh, Canadians are so nice.
00:04:45.000 And I suppose in some ways we're polite.
00:04:47.000 We're always saying sorry.
00:04:48.000 You know, that's our favorite saying.
00:04:50.000 But for some people, it's sort of a passive aggressiveness, I think.
00:04:53.000 And Justin Trudeau is very much that way.
00:04:55.000 He's got a good EQ, as they say.
00:04:58.000 He looks you in the eye when he's talking to you.
00:05:01.000 He's not a particularly handsome man, but compared to other politicians, he is.
00:05:05.000 So, you know, he's managed to connect with people.
00:05:08.000 But over the course of time, people realize that's inauthentic.
00:05:12.000 And that friendly exterior masks a bit of an inner authoritarian.
00:05:16.000 There have been flashes of that over the years.
00:05:19.000 I don't know if you remember, but before he was elected prime minister, he was asked a question that he hadn't scripted an answer to.
00:05:25.000 So he answered honestly by accident.
00:05:27.000 He was asked, other than Canada, what country do you most admire?
00:05:31.000 That's actually a great question, isn't it?
00:05:33.000 And he said, China.
00:05:35.000 And if he would have ended there, okay, he could have said, I like the food, the culture, the language, the architecture, the history.
00:05:42.000 And maybe that's a good answer.
00:05:43.000 But he went on, he said, because of its basic dictatorship, he literally chose the worst thing about China.
00:05:51.000 And he said, that's the country he most admires.
00:05:53.000 And you might recall he's a fan of Castro.
00:05:57.000 His father would vacation there in Cuba.
00:06:00.000 In fact, there's rumors that maybe Castro's his actual father.
00:06:03.000 The photographs of them young certainly look a lot alike.
00:06:06.000 I don't know if that's true or not.
00:06:08.000 But Trudeau has always had a fascination for tyrants.
00:06:11.000 He sucks up to the Chinese dictators today.
00:06:14.000 He's been soft on Iran's Ayatollah.
00:06:18.000 And by the way, he's broken with the United States and the UK, and he has voted with Hamas at the United Nations.
00:06:27.000 He's the only world leader, for example, the only G7 leader who has not, who refuses to visit Israel since the war.
00:06:34.000 So Justin Trudeau has this glamorous love for tyranny, and it's really gross.
00:06:42.000 And I think the federal court confirmed what we all suspected, which is Justin Trudeau looks like a liberal on the outside, but he's a bit of a fascist on the inside.
00:06:52.000 Oh, he's totally one.
00:06:54.000 So first of all, Ezra, I just want to brag on you.
00:06:57.000 I love what you're doing.
00:06:58.000 It's much higher stakes to do what you're doing at Rebel News than what I do.
00:07:02.000 America has a lot of problems, but we really do have robust First Amendment protections here.
00:07:08.000 I mean, the civil courts are still a little bit tough here.
00:07:11.000 But Ezra, you guys have a, you live in a totalitarian country.
00:07:15.000 Can you talk about how they've targeted you?
00:07:18.000 I mean, this is not a joke.
00:07:19.000 Canada is not a free country anymore.
00:07:22.000 It doesn't have the same First Amendment tradition that we do in this country.
00:07:26.000 And so the fact that you keep on sticking your neck out, that you keep on talking about this stuff is so inspiring to me because I feel as if I'm communicating to somebody in East Germany.
00:07:37.000 Well, I like to say that Canada is a laboratory for bad ideas.
00:07:43.000 And we're experimenting with what does internet censorship look like?
00:07:47.000 What does open borders mass migration look like?
00:07:51.000 Does carbon taxes and now nitrogen taxes look like?
00:07:55.000 So you can look at Canada as a kind of time machine Charlie, what's five years into America's future?
00:08:01.000 Because bad ideas that start here often seep into the?
00:08:04.000 U.s.
00:08:05.000 So the things that you find worrying about Canada America is not immune to them.
00:08:10.000 Let me give you a quick example, because you asked about censorship.
00:08:13.000 I don't know if you know my colleague, David Menzies.
00:08:16.000 He's he.
00:08:16.000 He wears a funny fedora and he's always got that sort of Colombo style.
00:08:22.000 He accosted our deputy prime minister and finance minister on the street and just asked her a very, you know, reasonable question, why won't she ban a terrorist group called the um Islamic sorry, the uh, the uh Iranian Republican Guard Corps?
00:08:38.000 It's a terrorist group.
00:08:39.000 And he asked her the question twice.
00:08:40.000 And it was a fine question, public policy question of a public person in the public street, no problem.
00:08:46.000 But you may have seen the viral video, because we were filming this and suddenly our, our colleague, David Menzies, was swarmed by mounties and they grabbed him, smashed him against the wall and then accused him of assaulting the finance minister and they handcuffed him and put him into a police car.
00:09:06.000 And that's not the first time our journalists have been arrested and and the whole time this cabinet minister was just sort of smirking and was quite pleased with it.
00:09:16.000 They're they are.
00:09:17.000 They've developed a news license, a government license for journalists, called the QC JO Qualified Canadian Journalism Organization.
00:09:27.000 You have to apply to the government to be granted a journalism license.
00:09:32.000 Obviously we applied and were rejected.
00:09:34.000 Um, because it's it's a way that the government gives and takes privileges and power.
00:09:39.000 Um, we don't take any government money, but 99 of journalists in Canada take enormous amounts of money from Justin Trudeau for their media.
00:09:47.000 So of course they're going to be very gentle on Trudeau.
00:09:50.000 We don't, so we get the stick.
00:09:53.000 We've been banned from attending election debates.
00:09:56.000 We've had to run to the court to to get justice.
00:09:59.000 I really feel like Justin Trudeau.
00:10:01.000 The more control he has over the media and he's got a lot of control the more he hates the PEW holdouts.
00:10:08.000 We're actually pretty small, Charlie.
00:10:09.000 We're just 45 guys and gals here at Rebel NEWS.
00:10:12.000 You know, we're a small outfit compared to, let's say, the CBC state broadcaster, which gets 1.5 billion dollars a year from Trudeau, and it's actually larger than all other private sector media combined.
00:10:24.000 So we're just this tiny little ant.
00:10:26.000 But he's so angry that he can't control us.
00:10:28.000 It's like he's going around the house trying to hit this ant with a sledgehammer and he's busting up the whole place.
00:10:35.000 We're going to keep doing it, and I love it when Americans pay attention.
00:10:39.000 No no no, I love it yeah.
00:10:41.000 So no, to finish that thought Ezra, because i'm inspired to come and visit and help, because Tucker has I and i'll.
00:10:47.000 I'll be very honest with you, Ezra.
00:10:49.000 You know, there was this very strange thing where I had to go to Canada recently, in the last couple of years, and I got a notice from the Canadian government that I might, I shouldn't.
00:10:59.000 It was like a very weird thing where I was on a list And I don't know, it was a very murky thing.
00:11:05.000 And I could tell you the whole story.
00:11:07.000 And it wasn't like overt, like don't come here, but it was really cryptic.
00:11:11.000 And it freaked me out.
00:11:13.000 And that was right near the Trucker thing.
00:11:14.000 It was right.
00:11:15.000 And I was like, I don't know if I'm, am I going to get arrested if I go to Canada?
00:11:18.000 I want to talk about that Rebel News and Tucker because Tucker, when I found out that Tucker was doing a rally in Canada, I said, he's going to be put in prison.
00:11:26.000 He's going to be put in prison.
00:11:29.000 Hey, everyone, Charlie Kirk here.

00:12:37.000 You have breached the media line.
00:12:39.000 For all urgent requests, please send your request by email.
00:12:48.000 Yes, hi, I couldn't understand the French part, but it's Tucker Carlson calling from the United States.
00:12:53.000 And I'd be grateful if you pass a message on to the Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
00:12:58.000 We are coming to liberate Canada.
00:13:01.000 We are coming to liberate Canada.
00:13:04.000 And we'll be there soon.
00:13:05.000 Messi.
00:13:09.000 I just love that.
00:13:11.000 So, Ezra, I got, so Tucker's got courage.
00:13:13.000 I'll tell you the story.
00:13:14.000 So one of our friends owns an airline service, and he was flying us private from Bozem, Montana to Calispel, Montana.
00:13:22.000 But the plane was coming from Canada.
00:13:23.000 And for whatever reason, they had to submit who the next passengers were going to be.
00:13:26.000 We get a call.
00:13:27.000 They said, hey, the Canadian government is flagging this.
00:13:30.000 And we've only seen this when someone's on a no-fly list.
00:13:33.000 And we got it cleared up.
00:13:34.000 And maybe it was nothing in a confusion, but was right during the trucker thing, like right during it.
00:13:40.000 And I was the only one that probably would have flyed it.
00:13:41.000 Maybe it was nothing.
00:13:42.000 Maybe it was a paperwork thing.
00:13:43.000 Maybe it was just some sort of, but I want to play this as B-roll 138.
00:13:47.000 Tucker Carlson just had a massive hockey game style attendance in Edmonton.
00:13:54.000 What's going on here?
00:13:55.000 The Patriots of Canada are rising up, Ezra.
00:13:58.000 Yeah, I was there last night.
00:13:59.000 I think I might have even filmed the clip you're showing.
00:14:01.000 There was about 10,000 folks in Edmonton, and that was at 7.30 p.m.
00:14:06.000 And earlier that day, there was about 4,000 folks in Calgary.
00:14:11.000 That's a lot of people.
00:14:13.000 I don't think Justin Trudeau could fill a stadium like that in Canada.
00:14:17.000 I don't know if you saw the MMA fight in Toronto where everyone was chanting F Trudeau, F Trudeau.
00:14:24.000 So Tucker was welcomed as a conquering hero.
00:14:27.000 Now, you saw that video where he was having a little bit of fun leaving messages for Trudeau in French and English.
00:14:33.000 Canada's media is so dour, so humorless that when Tucker makes jokes about liberating Canada, he does it with a straight face.
00:14:41.000 The media here goes berserk.
00:14:43.000 And in fact, it wasn't just Tucker speaking.
00:14:46.000 Jordan Peterson joined him.
00:14:47.000 He's probably the most famous Canadian around the world.
00:14:51.000 And someone else who joined was the premier of the province of Alberta, who would be sort of politically like the governor of Texas.
00:14:58.000 Alberta is the province where those two big Tucker events were.
00:15:02.000 So the premier of the province sat down to talk to Tucker.
00:15:05.000 So it was quite a whole show.
00:15:07.000 Today, in press scrum, she was being grilled by Trudeau's CBC state broadcaster.
00:15:12.000 Why did you meet with him?
00:15:14.000 Do you endure like the cancel culture tried to scupper Tucker's event, tried to cancel the premier from meeting with him, but it didn't work.
00:15:24.000 That's one of the things that I loved about Tucker's visit.
00:15:27.000 He didn't care.
00:15:29.000 In fact, he liked to poke at the attempted cancelers and the censors.
00:15:35.000 It was a great talk.
00:15:36.000 And you know, sometimes an outsider coming in and telling you his thoughts on your situation, it's, you know, we're living the Canadian situation every day.
00:15:45.000 Tucker is an outsider.
00:15:47.000 And when he came in and he said, look, mock Trudeau, mock Christy Freeland.
00:15:51.000 Laugh at them.
00:15:52.000 They hate it.
00:15:53.000 They got a thin skin.
00:15:54.000 And that's a way to take them down a peg.
00:15:56.000 And I thought, yeah, that's good advice.
00:15:58.000 And Tucker's got a natural sense of humor.
00:16:00.000 Leftists do not.
00:16:02.000 Ask any comedian.
00:16:03.000 They don't want to go to campuses for them for the comedy circuit anymore because you're not allowed to make fun of anything.
00:16:07.000 Which is too bad because Canada produces the best comedians.
00:16:11.000 I think you guys have the most comedians per citizen of any country in the history.
00:16:15.000 I mean, it's like Jews and Canadians that are like disproportionately filled the comedian industry.
00:16:22.000 It's true.
00:16:23.000 Half of Saturday Night Live.
00:16:24.000 I think even Lauren Michaels himself was Canadian.
00:16:26.000 And totally true.
00:16:29.000 And I think it's because Canada, we have that sort of fake politeness.
00:16:33.000 So if you want to really be rambunctious, you have to go to America, the First Amendment place.
00:16:37.000 And I think the fact that we have not had your strong First Amendment has been to our discredit.
00:16:43.000 And you asked about the carrots and sticks Trudeau has taken to Rebel News and the few other independent journalists.
00:16:48.000 It's brutal.
00:16:50.000 I mean, after payroll, our number two expense is not rent.
00:16:55.000 It's not computers.
00:16:56.000 It's not travel.
00:16:57.000 It's lawyers.
00:16:59.000 We're constantly battling attempts to censor us or pushing back when they arrest us.
00:17:04.000 We've been arrested, I don't know, half a dozen times now.
00:17:08.000 And it's all, there was only one shooting during the entire trucker convoy.
00:17:13.000 Other than that, it was completely peaceful.
00:17:15.000 There was really no crime whatsoever.
00:17:17.000 But there was one shooting, Charlie.
00:17:19.000 I don't know if you know this.
00:17:20.000 Our reporter, Alexa Lavoie, a Mountie took a riot gun, aimed it right at her leg, and fired like a riot round, which is not meant to be shot at a person.
00:17:33.000 The only shooting was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police shooting our reporter.
00:17:38.000 And I'm sorry, I don't believe that's a coincidence.
00:17:40.000 And we were suing the Mounties over that.
00:17:43.000 And we've got some disclosure.
00:17:45.000 And they knew exactly who she was.
00:17:47.000 And after they shot her, they didn't even offer her first aid.
00:17:50.000 Like, that's how bad it is.
00:17:52.000 I mean, thank God they haven't killed anyone.
00:17:55.000 But when you throw people in jail for weeks or in some cases, years, when you seize bank accounts, when you deploy riot police, and when you shoot journalists, I think we're in trouble, Charlie.
00:18:06.000 Ezra, maybe I have to visit Canada.
00:18:09.000 We'd love to have you.
00:18:10.000 You guys could bail me out if I get arrested.
00:18:12.000 Ezra, God bless you.

00:19:18.000 Joining us now is Tom Fitton.
00:19:21.000 Tom, welcome to the program.
00:19:22.000 Tom, there's a couple of stories I want to hit with you.
00:19:24.000 The first of which is this census story and how illegals are counted in the census.
00:19:31.000 Walk our audience through that.
00:19:32.000 Well, the census counts persons, whether they're here lawfully or not, and whether they're citizens or not.
00:19:41.000 And why is that important?
00:19:43.000 Well, the census is used to distribute money, tax money, to the various states.
00:19:52.000 It's also used in the apportionment of Congress, meaning how congressional districts are set up.
00:19:58.000 So if a state has more persons, legal or otherwise, you know, citizens or not, than another state, they stand to benefit from mass immigration, legal and otherwise.
00:20:11.000 So in 2020, the Center for Immigration Studies showed that there was a 25, 24 vote swing in favor of Democratic-leaning states as a result of these extra people in the census.
00:20:28.000 So they're more powerful in the House of Representatives and they gain seats under this scenario.
00:20:36.000 What that means is that, you know, let's say a congressman in New York City has fewer actual citizens voting for him.
00:20:45.000 He may represent the same number of people, but have fewer voters.
00:20:50.000 And therefore, those voters are more powerful in a house than, for instance, a district where there were more lawful citizens present.
00:21:00.000 And it's going to get worse in 2030 because we have these astronomical numbers.
00:21:05.000 So unless the millions of new aliens who have arrived are removed or the law is changed or the Constitution is jiggered with, it's going to disproportionately and potentially historically benefit the Democratic Party and the left.
00:21:22.000 Yeah.
00:21:22.000 And so I just wanted to understand.
00:21:23.000 So foreigners, non-passport holders are counted in how we figure out who's going to represent who.
00:21:30.000 And I did the math years ago.
00:21:31.000 We're trying to find this tweet.
00:21:32.000 But for example, some of these, and it would hurt some red states, but it would hurt blue states far more.
00:21:37.000 I mean, you look at California or New York, they potentially could lose six or seven congressional seats.
00:21:43.000 I mean, the population is actually far inflated and that with that, electoral votes as well.
00:21:50.000 And so, Tom, this has been sued on before, but do we really think the founding fathers and the framers wanted non-citizens, people that are not even here correctly, to be counted in representation?
00:22:02.000 I don't.
00:22:03.000 I don't think they intended foreign nationals who aren't here legally in the least to be counted.
00:22:10.000 I think there might be a constitutional argument for permanent residents to be counted, but certainly aliens who aren't supposed to be here, the idea that they, the politicians who represent them obtain increased political power,
00:22:26.000 or at least the states that have them present, and obtain increased political power in the House is, I think, the very opposite of what the founders or the writers of the 14th Amendment in this respect would have envisioned.
00:22:41.000 And on top of that, when you have large numbers of aliens present in the United States, it's a numbers game in terms of voting as well, because even though under the law, they're not allowed to vote, when there's a voter registration form they fill out for the federal elections, all they're asked to do is to attest whether they're citizens or not.
00:23:04.000 And there's no double checking of that.
00:23:06.000 There's no verification process.
00:23:09.000 So a certain number of aliens register to vote.
00:23:12.000 And then of those, a certain number vote.
00:23:14.000 It's sure, you can be sure as surely as night follows day.
00:23:20.000 And, you know, so my question for the Senate, right, as they negotiate their latest amnesty proposals, you know, maybe they can add in something about requiring citizenship verification in order to register to vote and to vote.
00:23:35.000 And so let's play a piece of tape here.
00:23:38.000 And I'm going to find this tweet because it's from a couple of years ago.
00:23:41.000 Let's play Cut 144, please.
00:23:43.000 I'm from Brooklyn, New York.
00:23:44.000 We have a diaspora that can absorb a significant number of these migrants.
00:23:51.000 And, you know, when I hear colleagues talk about, you know, the doors of the inn being closed, no room in the inn, I'm saying, you know, I need more people in my district just for redistricting purposes.
00:24:06.000 And those members could clearly fit here.
00:24:10.000 So, Tom, she's saying that.
00:24:13.000 And she doesn't have to ask for their vote.
00:24:15.000 So she gets to represent these adults who are foreign nationals without having asked for their vote.
00:24:21.000 So there's less.
00:24:22.000 So all of her friends have increased power who are voters in those types of districts.
00:24:27.000 And I don't think Americans like that.
00:24:29.000 If they understood it, I think they would object vociferously.
00:24:33.000 Yeah, I think if you told the average American, hey, people that are here illegally get representation, I don't think they would be on board for that.
00:24:40.000 I want to also highlight this amazing story.
00:24:42.000 Well, I mean, just think in New York and California, where you have voters and citizens leaving the state, the influx of aliens greatly mitigates the potential loss of Congressional House seats as a result of regular citizens leaving those states.
00:25:01.000 That's exactly right.
00:25:03.000 So Tom, I want to highlight this other story here.
00:25:05.000 Judicial Watch does such a great job.
00:25:07.000 You know, there is this, the left gaslights us.
00:25:09.000 They say, oh, there were never forces working against Donald Trump.
00:25:12.000 There is no deep state.
00:25:13.000 We now have piece of evidence after piece of evidence.
00:25:16.000 And this one in particular, Eric Chimarella, who we forgot about, the guy that triggered the first impeachment, you now have documents and you're suing the Defense Department.
00:25:27.000 And I want to make sure I get these facts correctly, that he was overheard two weeks after Trump became president talking about how to remove Trump from office.
00:25:36.000 This guy is a he is an employee of the federal government serving the president, chatting about how to get rid of the president.
00:25:45.000 Tom, walk us through this extraordinary story.
00:25:48.000 So our friend Paul Sperry over at Real Clear Investigations reported that he had a defense source who overheard this conversation.
00:25:57.000 Let's get Trump.
00:25:58.000 And they were going to oppose his policies.
00:26:01.000 And Chiramela, and we're not allowed to say his name for YouTube purposes because YouTube is protecting the deep state as a CIA person, according to various reports.
00:26:13.000 And the person he was talked to later went to work for Adam Schiff.
00:26:17.000 And many folks think that was his connection in the subsequent impeachment targeting of Trump by Schiff to retaliate and protect Joe Biden from Trump's concern about Ukraine corruption.
00:26:33.000 But now we know that this anti-Trump animus extended to the early part of the administration.
00:26:39.000 Course, it's no surprise given Obama and Comey and company were trying to do similar things.
00:26:44.000 So we sued the Defense Department because we said, you know, there was the Paul Spirit report suggested there was reporting to their seniors in the Defense Department about what they overheard.
00:26:58.000 We want to know what's going on.
00:26:59.000 And of course, the Biden Defense Department doesn't want to give us any documents.
00:27:03.000 So we're now in federal court over it.
00:27:05.000 But, you know, this is, you know, what's old is almost always new in Washington, D.C., right?
00:27:11.000 Charlie?
00:27:12.000 I mean, this is Ukraine, Barisma, impeaching Trump for taking on the deep state, the intelligence community, targeting and abusing their authority, targeting Trump by abusing their authority.
00:27:24.000 Talk about sedition and insurrection.
00:27:27.000 You had slow motion coups going on day after day in Washington, D.C. when Trump was president.
00:27:34.000 And this is just, can you elaborate other examples that we have that play into this that kind of that we know that there was this active deep state against Donald Trump that you guys at Judicial Watch have been uncovering?
00:27:47.000 Well, look, there was an op-ed in the New York Times written by an anonymous employee who turned out to be a senior official in the Department of Homeland Security talking about how he and his resistance colleagues in the agencies were opposing Trump.
00:28:06.000 We had the FBI spying on Trump while he was president of the United States.
00:28:12.000 We uncovered the FISA warrants showing the targeting of Trump.
00:28:16.000 The first time in history that the Freedom of Information Act was able to obtain these Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants.
00:28:24.000 And, you know, what's frustrating to me is that few, if little, a few, if any, accountability took place over this corruption.
00:28:32.000 Now things have metastasized.
00:28:33.000 They're abusing the Justice Department to target Trump.
00:28:37.000 And you can expect that this type of behavior we're seeing now is going to be even worse if President Trump is re-elected.
00:28:47.000 Talk broadly also about other things you're working on right now at Judicial Watch, Tom.
00:28:50.000 Any other programs or projects you want our audience to be aware of?
00:28:54.000 You know, we're very interested in this election issue.
00:28:58.000 And we just cleaned up as a result of our investigation and threats of litigation, 103,000 dirty names from the voter rolls just here in Washington, D.C. alone.
00:29:10.000 California, the voting rolls are a mess.
00:29:12.000 We've uncovered voting rolls being a disaster in Illinois as well.
00:29:17.000 So expect federal lawsuits there.
00:29:20.000 But even before that, we've cleaned up 4 million names from the voter rolls in just the last year and a half or so.
00:29:27.000 So dirty voting rolls, Charlie, I don't need to explain to you why that's an opportunity for dirty elections and voter fraud.
00:29:36.000 So it's urgent that we ensure that their voting rolls are clean, especially since in too many states, they mail everybody and their mother a ballot.
00:29:45.000 Keep up the great work, Tom.
00:29:47.000 Judicial Watch is one of the most important organizations in the country, and we support it 100%.
00:29:51.000 Tom, thank you so much.
00:29:52.000 You're welcome, Charlie.
00:29:56.000 I want to tell you guys about what we're doing on Monday.
00:30:00.000 On Monday, we have this amazing event, turning point action event, restoring national confidence in Vegas.
00:30:08.000 It's going to be amazing.
00:30:09.000 We have Bannon coming.
00:30:10.000 We have Don Jr. coming.
00:30:11.000 It's restoring national confidence.
00:30:13.000 Las Vegas, Nevada for two days, January 28th and 29th.
00:30:17.000 And 29th and 30th, I'm sorry.
00:30:20.000 It's going to be all about grassroots training, technology, the whole thing.
00:30:24.000 There's a whole nother primary that's coming through here.
00:30:26.000 And if we don't fix the RNC, we are going to be in a very compromised and difficult position.
00:30:33.000 I'm hearing more and more whispers, though, that the Obama team is putting the gang back together.
00:30:40.000 The Biden campaign is spinning Joe Biden's age like this: play cut 12.
00:30:45.000 Look, when it comes to the president's age, we have a simple formula for that, and that's results.
00:30:49.000 You know, age equals wisdom equals results in experience.
00:30:52.000 And President Biden, because of his age, has come to the table and brought people together from both sides of the aisle to deliver.
00:30:58.000 When it comes to African-American voters, I want to be very clear about this: that no administration has done as much for the African-American community as President Biden and Vice President Harris.
00:31:07.000 We're talking about black wealth being up 60%, the racial wealth gap being the lowest as it ever been in recorded history.
00:31:13.000 We have to continue to take this message directly to African-American voters, and our campaign has done that.
00:31:19.000 They are struggling big time with black voters.
00:31:22.000 They are seeing huge, huge defections in urban America, in black America.
00:31:31.000 What is the path forward for Joe Biden?
00:31:34.000 They think they can run on abortion.
00:31:36.000 They think they can run up the score with their ballot chasing operation and their get out the vote operation.
00:31:43.000 And RFK is going to be on the ballot in all 50 states.
00:31:48.000 As it stands now, I think that hurts Trump, but that's changing.
00:31:53.000 It's getting to a place where it could end up hurting Democrats more than Republicans.
00:31:58.000 It is moving.
00:31:59.000 Play cut 133.
00:32:00.000 Well, you know, I'm already, my favorability ratings are now better than either President Trump or President Biden.
00:32:08.000 I am beating both President Trump and President Biden in Americans, all Americans under 45 in the six battleground states.
00:32:18.000 I'm beating them across the country, but I'm gaining points in the election about one point a month.
00:32:27.000 And I've got nine months, and I've got all I need to do is to get the 34 points to win the election.
00:32:33.000 And I'm already at 24.
00:32:35.000 Wow.
00:32:36.000 Average in the battleground state.
00:32:38.000 Are you on the ballot in these battlegrounds?
00:32:42.000 No, but I'll be on the ballot in every state and the District of Columbia.
00:32:46.000 We just completed our signatories today.
00:32:51.000 Now, he's a Massachusetts liberal.
00:32:52.000 We had him on the show.
00:32:54.000 We had a good conversation.
00:32:55.000 We challenged him on some stuff.
00:32:56.000 The conversation went viral.
00:32:58.000 We'll have him back on.
00:32:59.000 But if you have multiple candidates, if he's going to be on the ballot in all 50 states, by the way, if he actually ends up polling, I don't even, I haven't seen the 24%, but if he ends up polling at 10 to 15%, I just hope you understand that means he'll be on the debate stage.
00:33:12.000 If he's at 10 to 15%, it's going to be very, very hard not to have him on the stage of the Presidential Debate Commission.
00:33:19.000 And he'll make a big stink about it.
00:33:21.000 He'll probably sue.
00:33:22.000 If there is even a debate, by the way, between Trump and Biden, there might be no presidential debates.
00:33:27.000 They just might get rid of it.
00:33:28.000 Biden will probably not debate.
00:33:30.000 But then you have Cornell West, you have Jill Stein.
00:33:33.000 If Donald Trump can break 40%, if Donald Trump can break 41 or 42%, which he, of course, can do in most of these states, not to mention there's this no labels candidacy that is lurking.
00:33:47.000 Nikki Haley might run no labels with Joe Manchin.
00:33:51.000 They might run on some sort of unity ticket.
00:33:53.000 Will Michelle Obama be called out of Martha's Vineyard?
00:33:57.000 There's far more disarray on the Democrat side than there is on the Republican side.
00:34:02.000 And no one would have thought that would be possible a year ago.
00:34:04.000 It looked terrible for Trump.
00:34:06.000 He was facing all these indictments, bitter, nasty primary with DeSantis, January 6th.
00:34:12.000 There's all these questions of whether he should run again.
00:34:14.000 And a year later, it is the complete opposite story.
00:34:17.000 It is Biden's numbers that are super low.
00:34:20.000 There is real defections happening in the Democrat Party against Joe Biden.
00:34:26.000 Then you have RFK, you have Cornell West, you have Jill Stein.
00:34:31.000 How they're going to sort this out remains to be seen.
00:34:35.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:34:37.000 Email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:39.000 Thanks so much for listening.
