00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:01.000 This is Andrew Colvett, executive producer of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:05.000 Honored to be with you today.
00:00:06.000 We have an action-packed hour one.
00:00:08.000 Literally, we cover four stories in depth.
00:00:11.000 We start with Tucker's major announcement that he's coming to Twitter.
00:00:15.000 I explain my take on it and why I think he should also incorporate Rumble.
00:00:20.000 Then we talk about James Comer, House Oversight, and their bombshell press conference.
00:00:26.000 And I explain, even though we are all waiting for people to be arrested in handcuffs and shackles, this was an important step to make.
00:00:34.000 I walk you through it.
00:00:36.000 We also talk about Eugene Carroll, the crazy rapist sexy lady that got awarded $5 million and why that's such a farce.
00:00:44.000 And we also talk about George Santos.
00:00:46.000 Lots to go through, lots to unpack.
00:00:48.000 You're not going to want to miss it.
00:00:49.000 Right here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:50.000 Buckle up.
00:00:51.000 Here we go.
00:00:52.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:54.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:56.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:59.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:02.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:03.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:04.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:11.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:13.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:22.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:24.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:34.000 So I want to start with Tucker.
00:01:38.000 The Tucker news is, I think, earth-shattering.
00:01:41.000 I don't think there's when Fox made the move to pull him off the air.
00:01:47.000 Now, I very carefully did not say fire him because reportedly they are still paying him.
00:01:52.000 They are paying him to keep him quiet and to keep him sidelined.
00:01:55.000 Well, it doesn't look like that's going to work.
00:01:57.000 So let's start just first and foremost with some of what he had to say.
00:02:04.000 He dropped his second video since the debacle with Fox, the second one on Twitter.
00:02:12.000 And now, interestingly, enough, he says he's going to be coming back to Twitter.
00:02:17.000 That's where he's going to be doing these segments.
00:02:19.000 We don't know how long they're going to be.
00:02:21.000 We don't know if it's an hour-long format.
00:02:22.000 We don't know if it's going to be minute by minute.
00:02:26.000 But it is going to be on Twitter.
00:02:28.000 Now, Elon has come out and he gave him kind of a chilly response.
00:02:33.000 So this has a lot of people talking.
00:02:34.000 He says, on this platform, unlike the one-way street of broadcasts, people are able to interact, critique, and refute whatever he or anyone may say.
00:02:42.000 And of course, anything misleading will get community notes.
00:02:45.000 Now, if you're not a Twitter native, Elon's tenure on Twitter has one very dramatic difference from old Twitter, and that's called community notes.
00:02:56.000 That's where they don't remove content or censor it, but they do add notes to it that get voted up or down by users of the platform.
00:03:06.000 And so you might see something from a Democrat nowadays that is absolutely a lie.
00:03:11.000 And guess what?
00:03:12.000 You'll see it in community notes.
00:03:13.000 And that really offends the leftists that have never been subjected to this kind of critique.
00:03:18.000 It's not censorship, but it is a different context.
00:03:22.000 So Elon Musk is coming right out of the gate saying, you will get community notes too as well, Tucker.
00:03:28.000 It says, Tucker is subject to the same rules and rewards of all content creators.
00:03:32.000 Rewards mean subscriptions and advertising revenue share, which is a function of how many people subscribe in the advertising views associated with his content.
00:03:40.000 I hope that many others, particularly from the left, also choose to be content creators on this platform.
00:03:46.000 So let's play a couple of these clips really quick in case you missed it.
00:03:50.000 Let's just a little smattering here.
00:03:52.000 Let's play cut 80.
00:03:53.000 Tucker last night in his second video drop on Twitter since being ousted from Fox.
00:03:59.000 Hey, it's Tucker Carlson.
00:04:00.000 You often hear people say the news is full of lies, but most of the time that's not exactly right.
00:04:06.000 Much of what you see on television or read the New York Times is in fact true in the literal sense.
00:04:12.000 It could pass one of the media's own fact checks.
00:04:14.000 Lawyers would be willing to sign off on it.
00:04:16.000 In fact, they may have.
00:04:18.000 But that doesn't make it true.
00:04:19.000 It's not true.
00:04:20.000 At the most basic level, the news you consume is a lie, a lie of the stealthiest and most insidious kind.
00:04:27.000 Facts have been withheld on purpose, along with proportion and perspective.
00:04:32.000 You are being manipulated.
00:04:34.000 Read between the lines of what he's saying, and you see it echoed also in Elon's statement.
00:04:40.000 He called broadcast media a one-way street.
00:04:43.000 He's saying on Twitter, you can interact with the content that is published there, which is true.
00:04:48.000 What this might mean is a tectonic shift away from what we have all known and grown up with and seen on the nightly news, that the broadcast media will dominate.
00:04:59.000 Well, not anymore necessarily.
00:05:01.000 When you fire, when you sideline somebody like Tucker Carlson, you are risking a seismic shift in the landscape of broadcast media.
00:05:10.000 Now, I'm going to play one more clip from Tucker's announcement here, and this is him saying that he's going to be doing it on Twitter.
00:05:17.000 And then I want to make a comment after this.
00:05:19.000 Cut 83.
00:05:21.000 You can't have a free society if people aren't allowed to say what they think is true.
00:05:25.000 Speech is the fundamental prerequisite for democracy.
00:05:29.000 That's why it's enshrined in the first of our constitutional amendments.
00:05:32.000 Twitter has long served as the place where our national conversation incubates and develops.
00:05:38.000 Twitter is not a partisan site.
00:05:40.000 Everybody's allowed here, and we think that's a good thing.
00:05:43.000 Starting soon, we'll be bringing a new version of the show we've been doing for the last six and a half years to Twitter.
00:05:48.000 We bring some other things too, which we'll tell you about.
00:05:51.000 But for now, we're just grateful to be here.
00:05:53.000 Free speech is the main right that you have.
00:05:56.000 Without it, you have no others.
00:05:58.000 See you soon.
00:06:00.000 All right.
00:06:00.000 So this is a summing it up.
00:06:04.000 He says he's going to be doing the same show that he's been doing for the last six and a half years on Fox, but he's going to be doing it on Twitter.
00:06:09.000 Okay.
00:06:10.000 Now, a lot of people thought this would be a breach of contract, but the other piece of this story is that Axios got a massive scoop yesterday.
00:06:20.000 His lawyers released a brief accusing Fox News of fraud and breach of contract.
00:06:26.000 Axios.
00:06:27.000 Notably, the letter alleges Fox broke an agreement with Carlson not to leak his private communications.
00:06:32.000 All of these video drops that we have been seeing of Tucker behind the scenes getting ready for some sort of hit or segment.
00:06:43.000 And the quote says, to take any adverse employment action against him.
00:06:46.000 The letter also alleges Fox broke promises not to settle with Dominion voting systems in a way which would indicate wrongdoing on the part of Carlson and not to take any actions in a settlement that would harm Carlson's reputation.
00:07:00.000 Well, Carlson is alleging that one of the board members of Fox News told him that he was fired as part of the Dominion lawsuit, the Dominion settlement.
00:07:12.000 So he's claiming that they are in breach.
00:07:14.000 Therefore, he's going guerrilla.
00:07:16.000 He's going gorilla straight to the people on Twitter.
00:07:18.000 Now, I want to make one note of this, that I don't think it's actually that smart to put all of our eggs in the Twitter basket.
00:07:27.000 Let me explain why.
00:07:29.000 Elon has been a free speech warrior.
00:07:31.000 I think a lot of people in this audience appreciate the things that Elon's done, but I think a lot of you are also skeptical.
00:07:37.000 He's got ties to China.
00:07:39.000 He's really into this weird kneer-link transhumanism thing.
00:07:42.000 He's also taken a direct attack at Substack, which is used by reporters like Matt Taibbi, who's been another free speech warrior.
00:07:53.000 So what's that about?
00:07:55.000 I think, honestly, when I look at the Elon Musk tenure at Twitter, the Substack thing stands out as a glaring hole in his resume, as something where he took sort of tyrannical power to target a smaller, what he deemed to be a competitor.
00:08:12.000 Now, you might say he has every right to do that, and perhaps he does, but is it in the spirit of building a larger ecosystem of free speech?
00:08:20.000 I don't think you can have a larger ecosystem of free speech if one outlet or platform attempts to dominate and squelch out all other platforms, namely Rumble.
00:08:32.000 What is surprising, we stream this show on Rumble every day.
00:08:36.000 We like the guys over at Rumble, they're building something truly remarkable and special.
00:08:39.000 It's still new, they're working out some of the kinks, but it is a great free speech platform.
00:08:43.000 In fact, I would say a lot of our critiques of the vaccine, a lot of our critiques of election integrity that were banned from other platforms, we would not have if it was not for Rumble.
00:08:55.000 Rumble became the incubator in lieu of Twitter.
00:08:58.000 Rumble became the safe haven for us to talk about outlawed speech, thought crimes, wrongthink.
00:09:04.000 Rumble was that.
00:09:05.000 Do not forget what Rumble gave us in the dark days of COVID, in the dark days of censorship.
00:09:11.000 Now, Elon Musk was a big part of liberating those dark times in those dark days.
00:09:16.000 And so, hats off to Mr. Musk.
00:09:18.000 But do not forget that it was actually Rumble that was there when nobody else was it, when Google was absolutely crushing us, crushing shows like this, crushing voices like Charlie Kirk.
00:09:28.000 I do not think it is smart to put all of our eggs in the Twitter basket in the Elon basket.
00:09:33.000 I will give credit where credit is due, but I will not put my eggs there.
00:09:36.000 So, listen, I think if Tucker wants to be the populist man of the people, he's got to look beyond Twitter, in my opinion.
00:09:42.000 So, I want to just make one point.
00:09:46.000 Elon Musk is a very mercurial individual.
00:09:52.000 He has been different at various times in his career as we've known him, right?
00:09:56.000 I mean, he was considered a liberal, a climate activist, if you will, not too long ago.
00:10:02.000 And now he says he would vote for Ron DeSantis in a presidential election, which is great.
00:10:06.000 And maybe this is where he stays.
00:10:08.000 We just don't know.
00:10:09.000 The other point I want to make is that the finances for Twitter are very fragile, very fragile.
00:10:16.000 There's reports that he's losing millions of dollars a day, every single day.
00:10:20.000 And obviously, he's working to change that.
00:10:22.000 The question is: what if it goes bankrupt?
00:10:24.000 It really could.
00:10:25.000 I mean, I know Elon Musk is the richest man in the world, but at what point do you eventually throw up your hands and say, I'm not going to be throwing any more resources into this dumpster fire?
00:10:35.000 I don't know what that is.
00:10:36.000 And then maybe it gets taken over by anti-free speech actors.
00:10:41.000 Do you really want to put all your eggs in that basket?
00:10:42.000 Instead, why don't you support the community of free speech platforms that are coalescing all together and that might act as a hedge against something if the worst were to happen?
00:10:53.000 Okay, I want to talk about this E. Gene Carroll story.
00:10:57.000 I like to call her the creepy rapist sexy lady.
00:11:00.000 Let's go ahead and actually play that clip.
00:11:02.000 96, just to give you a little primer back on when she was on CNN with Anderson Cooper, and she said, I think rape is sexy.
00:11:08.000 Go ahead, 96.
00:11:10.000 The word rape carries so many sexual connotations.
00:11:15.000 This was not sexual.
00:11:17.000 It just, it hurt.
00:11:19.000 It just, what, it just, you know.
00:11:21.000 I think most people think of rape as a, I mean, it is a violent assault.
00:11:25.000 It is not.
00:11:26.000 I think most people think of rape as being sexy.
00:11:30.000 Let's take a short break.
00:11:31.000 Think of the fantasies.
00:11:33.000 We're just going to take a quick break.
00:11:35.000 If you can stick around, we'll talk more on the other side.
00:11:37.000 You're fascinating to talk to.
00:11:41.000 Yep.
00:11:42.000 That lady just got awarded $5 million from a New York jury for, not for rape, but for defamation and sexual assault at the hands of presumably Donald Trump.
00:11:56.000 Now, this is one of the most ridiculous lawsuits that I have ever seen or encountered.
00:12:03.000 And just for the record, I think New York juries should be prohibited from even making judgments on cases anymore.
00:12:10.000 The jury pool there is completely slanted, as it is in D.C. You get no justice.
00:12:16.000 There is no impartiality when you go to these deep blue, perverse jurisdictions.
00:12:24.000 It's just been proven true.
00:12:26.000 It's where justice goes to die.
00:12:28.000 So let me sum this up.
00:12:31.000 She says she forgot what year the rape took place.
00:12:37.000 Let's stop right there.
00:12:38.000 If you cannot remember the year that you are alleging that the former president of the United States raped you, there's no case.
00:12:46.000 You're done.
00:12:48.000 That should be thrown out on its face right there.
00:12:52.000 If you cannot remember what year it happened, it's done.
00:12:56.000 But let's also say that she was funded.
00:13:01.000 Her lawsuit was actually funded by Reid Hoffman, the guy who founded LinkedIn, who happens to be a absolute far-left, loony-toon, billionaire mega donor to the Democrat machine.
00:13:16.000 And then she claims she forgot about that in the deposition.
00:13:21.000 Let's go ahead and play cut 100.
00:13:25.000 Another thing that he and his lawyers have often spoken about is the lack of disclosure about a big Democratic donor funding part of this case.
00:13:33.000 Was there a reason it wasn't disclosed?
00:13:34.000 And did you view this as political in any way?
00:13:36.000 No.
00:13:40.000 I just completely forgot that he even existed.
00:13:44.000 In your deposition?
00:13:45.000 Yes, in my deposition.
00:13:48.000 Okay, so let's just run this down.
00:13:50.000 The lady forgot that this mega donor, mega billionaire Democrat machine operative, happened to be funding her lawsuit in the first place to get Trump.
00:14:00.000 And she just forgot about it.
00:14:02.000 And then she forgot which year she actually got raped.
00:14:06.000 Trump completely denies it.
00:14:08.000 She says rape is sexy.
00:14:11.000 She says she's going to prove him to true, she's going to sue him to prove that he did, in fact, rape her.
00:14:17.000 He says, okay, bring it on.
00:14:19.000 Then the New York jury says, yeah, he didn't rape you, but here's $5 million.
00:14:24.000 Make it make sense.
00:14:26.000 The absolute state of our insane judicial system is just a laughing stock.
00:14:32.000 It's a laughing stock.
00:14:33.000 Trump has denied it.
00:14:34.000 He says he's going to appeal.
00:14:36.000 But nevertheless, I want to show you the cover of the New York Times today.
00:14:40.000 Oh, yeah.
00:14:41.000 It's creepy rapist sexy lady.
00:14:46.000 Are you feeling burned out and a little tired?
00:14:48.000 Look, I want to tell you about something that I've become a big believer in.
00:14:51.000 And if you do not know about it, you got to research it.
00:14:53.000 You could fact-check me.
00:14:54.000 It's NAD.
00:14:56.000 NAD is a precursor for your body to be able to create ATP, which is basically the life force of everything that you do.
00:15:03.000 And look, there's a lot of people out there that are promising energy and doing all this, but go do some research on NAD and go see actually how incredibly important it is for high performance to be able to go actually get it to the next level.
00:15:17.000 And so what does NAD stand for?
00:15:19.000 Well, try to take a note here.
00:15:20.000 It is nicotinamide adenonide dinucleotide.
00:15:25.000 I did that pretty well, don't you think?
00:15:27.000 NAD.
00:15:28.000 It's a coenzyme that is central to metabolism.
00:15:31.000 Again, don't take my word for it.
00:15:32.000 Go watch a YouTube video or two or three or four and go fact-check me on it.
00:15:36.000 I've been taking NAD for quite some time.
00:15:38.000 And people say, Charlie, how do you travel 2,700 days in a decade?
00:15:42.000 How do you do the 300 days a year?
00:15:44.000 How do you do that?
00:15:45.000 Look, it's not only because of this.
00:15:46.000 I eat well and do other things as well.
00:15:48.000 But if you look at NADH, especially when it combines with CoQ10 and marine collagen, it boosts your body's cellular function.
00:15:56.000 I would never tell you guys to go do something I myself did not do.
00:15:59.000 And Strong Cell has been able to put together a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen.
00:16:08.000 When you combine them together, you get mental clarity.
00:16:11.000 And that's a must for me.
00:16:12.000 It's not just that.
00:16:13.000 It's for vitality.
00:16:14.000 It helps your immune system.
00:16:16.000 It's all good stuff.
00:16:18.000 So go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and see for yourself.
00:16:22.000 It's not a stimulant.
00:16:23.000 It doesn't contain any caffeine.
00:16:25.000 I'm talking about overall health from the cellular level.
00:16:28.000 NADH has been called the anti-aging enzyme that helps with so many issues like brain fog, short-term memory loss, blood pressure, heart disease, blood sugar retention, and so much more.
00:16:38.000 And look, it's not a magic pill.
00:16:39.000 It's like, oh, I'm going to start taking this and I'm going to be super smart.
00:16:41.000 No, no, it's an additive, an amplifier on people that want to get better.
00:16:46.000 But I could tell you, it makes a big difference.
00:16:49.000 I've personally seen undeniable benefits from taking Strong Cell and engaging with NAD every day.
00:16:54.000 So I had to partner with them.
00:16:55.000 I vetted them.
00:16:56.000 I checked out their ingredient profile.

00:17:16.000 Don't believe me, go to WebMD, go to ScienceDirect, go to Nature Journal, NIH, YouTube.
00:17:21.000 It's all natural.

00:17:45.000 We're honored to have her.
00:17:46.000 Welcome to the show.
00:17:47.000 Thank you so much for making the time for us today.
00:17:50.000 We all watched with bated breath this morning as Chairman Comer and the rest made this, it made an appeal to the American public.
00:18:01.000 That's what I was watching, Congresswoman, when I saw what they were saying.
00:18:04.000 They were like, please pay attention to these receipts.
00:18:07.000 Pay attention to the evidence that we're putting forth to the American people because you don't seem very interested.
00:18:13.000 Why don't you tell us, Congresswoman, what you believe are the major findings from the House Oversight Committee and lay it out in as much detail as you can.
00:18:23.000 Well, first of all, in that initial hearing, I thought that Chairman Comer and Representative Donalds actually did a fabulous job in pointing out that the media has been complicit in, I think, running interference on behalf of the lustis-controlled administration that we're currently seeing out of the White House.
00:18:39.000 And I say that for a few reasons.
00:18:40.000 You know, they initially said when we started bringing forward this information that these were conspiracy theories.
00:18:48.000 They said we never get access to the bank records.
00:18:51.000 They basically poo pooed it.
00:18:52.000 And then as you know, during the Trump-Biden debate in 2020, Biden famously said that he and his family never received money from the CCP, right?
00:19:01.000 So he went on record and basically denied everything that we found and that was brought forward today.
00:19:06.000 So I think the important takeaway for this is that, one, we absolutely have bank transactions and evidence that the Biden family received payments from the Communist Chinese Party.
00:19:18.000 And I'm talking payments in the sums of millions of dollars.
00:19:21.000 These payments were replicated not just for China, but also for another foreign government in Romania that was done actually while Biden at the time was vice president.
00:19:34.000 So basically he was using his position to personally enrich himself and his family.
00:19:40.000 And it's important to note that we've only really subpoenaed four banks right now and we got all of this information.
00:19:46.000 We believe as of right now that there's upwards of 12 banks involved in all of this.
00:19:52.000 20 LLCs have been tied to these shell corporations in an effort to money launder.
00:19:58.000 And we have transactions and evidence of all of this.
00:20:01.000 So it is important that one, we do work together to disseminate this information to the American people because, you know, remember during Watergate, it was actually the media that brought that forward.
00:20:12.000 It wasn't even at the time Congress.
00:20:14.000 And yet we see right now that this administration is really being protected by the media.
00:20:18.000 So we've put forward this information and this is influence peddling.
00:20:22.000 It's obviously illegal.
00:20:24.000 And so it's our job on oversight to expose this for the American people.
00:20:27.000 Yeah, so you said, you said, I think this is an important point because I was, you know, I'm a part of all these group chats with all these influencers and these people.
00:20:35.000 And, you know, part of, I would say, one contingent within these chats were people saying, we knew all this.
00:20:40.000 We knew all this already.
00:20:42.000 You know, what's the big news?
00:20:43.000 You know, Comer hyped this up starting on Sunday with Maria Barda-Romo show.
00:20:49.000 He's been hyping it all up.
00:20:50.000 We knew all this.
00:20:51.000 What's going to happen next?
00:20:53.000 And I just want to caution you in the audience.
00:20:56.000 What they did was the equivalent on the House oversight.
00:21:00.000 What they did is the equivalent of forensic accounting.
00:21:03.000 What they now have, and I mean, feel free to step in, Congresswoman, but what you guys now have are the receipts, literally the receipts.
00:21:12.000 You subpoenaed four banks.
00:21:13.000 Now it sounds like there's eight more that you want to get into, but already there's at least $10 million in payments made to nine Biden family members.
00:21:25.000 Nine Biden family members to include children.
00:21:28.000 Okay.
00:21:29.000 So what we're talking about is there's a very big difference between speculating and then saying something and then having the evidence to back it up.
00:21:37.000 And as you know, the Biden family is very well protected legally, but we were able to get access to these bank records and to really these receipts by actually subpoenaing information from people that we knew were involved.
00:21:49.000 And so what we're finding now is not only did this family on multiple occasions lie to the American people, but it's important to note that when you're looking at it from a foreign policy perspective, when you're wondering why it is that this administration seems to be doing nothing except enabling China, meanwhile, we are literally hemorrhaging finances right now.
00:22:09.000 And our country is now, according to an article that I saw yesterday on a well-known news outlet, we are obviously in a very, very bad place economically speaking.
00:22:19.000 You know, we have proof of this.
00:22:21.000 And it's even more alarming to see that this is not just China involved.
00:22:26.000 They did the exact same thing with the government of Romania.
00:22:29.000 And we have evidence of that.
00:22:31.000 And so we brought their receipts.
00:22:33.000 What happens next is this has been something that I think Congress has for a number of presidents had issues with in the past.
00:22:41.000 And so we're going to be working on writing the legislation to ensure that this never happens again.
00:22:45.000 But we are not the DOJ.
00:22:46.000 And if the DOJ would get off their bus and do their jobs, I think that you would actually find that there'd be multiple people from this family being arrested.
00:22:54.000 Yeah, you know, it's such a good point.
00:22:56.000 I mean, this is this is this investigation into Hunter Biden has lasted longer than the United States involvement in World War II.
00:23:05.000 And they can't come up with anything.
00:23:07.000 Meanwhile, you guys have 100 days and a little motivation, and you guys pull all of these bank records.
00:23:13.000 You do the forensic accounting, you bring the receipts.
00:23:15.000 This is now elevated beyond mere allegations, speculations, or rumors.
00:23:20.000 This is now basically provable fact.
00:23:23.000 And you're asking that, you're asking a very, I think, very basic, good question.
00:23:29.000 What was the, what was in exchange for these payments?
00:23:33.000 Did the Biden family members provide or produce?
00:23:36.000 What businesses were there?
00:23:38.000 I mean, we had a reporter that came forward and was like, well, you know, I'm trying to basically speculate that Trump had done something similar, which was obviously completely false.
00:23:47.000 First of all, President Trump had a legitimate business.
00:23:50.000 The point is, is that Biden's, the Biden family, Joe Biden, has never had a legitimate business.
00:23:56.000 His business has been politics.
00:23:57.000 And so when you're seeing these massive transactions and you're seeing them coming from foreign governments like the Communist Chinese Party through shell corporations and companies of over 20 business dealings, no legitimate business conducts themselves like that.
00:24:12.000 And this is only two countries.
00:24:13.000 We do speculate that there's a third country involved, but I'll wait on touching on that until we can get more evidence.
00:24:19.000 Interesting.
00:24:19.000 Nice little tease there.
00:24:20.000 I want to play.
00:24:20.000 You mentioned Byron Donalds.
00:24:22.000 I want to mention, bring up this clip from him.
00:24:24.000 I thought he did a phenomenal job from the podium because, you know, Comer had to sort of lay out the big picture stuff.
00:24:30.000 And then a number of the House Oversight members came up and sort of highlighted different aspects of it.
00:24:37.000 And as soon as Byron got to the podium, I was like, man, he just brought in some crystal clear thinking right there.
00:24:43.000 Let's play Cut 78, Byron Donalds, talking about how this serves no legitimate purpose.
00:24:50.000 78.
00:24:52.000 Cycling through this many companies serves no legitimate purpose.
00:24:57.000 And as somebody who actually worked in banking, I did that long before I came here.
00:25:01.000 Whenever there was like this many companies just laying all over the place and you see wire transfers, cashier checks over here going to random members of the family for no apparent purpose at the size and velocity at which all of this was being conducted, the only logical conclusion of a financial professional is you are concealing money.
00:25:23.000 That's the only reason you set up a structure like this.
00:25:26.000 Concealing money.
00:25:28.000 That is the only reason you set up a structure like this.
00:25:33.000 Just wanted you to react to that clarity from Representative Donald's right there.
00:25:37.000 Also from the great state of Florida.
00:25:40.000 He is absolutely correct.
00:25:42.000 And what's crazy is it wasn't just done with China.
00:25:45.000 It was done with Romania, the exact same transactions.
00:25:47.000 So you have a scheme where a massive amount of money was wired.
00:25:52.000 The Biden family received a third of the cut.
00:25:54.000 It was shuffled through all of these different entities.
00:25:58.000 And then it was deposited into the accounts of multiple family members of his, to include children, which I'll be honest with you, I don't know what service a child could provide a foreign government like the Communist Chinese Party or Romania.
00:26:11.000 Yeah, it was probably energy consultation, high-level stuff.
00:26:16.000 I mean, this is what's funny.
00:26:17.000 I mean, to all those people out there that want to say this is, you know, this is a zero.
00:26:22.000 We knew all this.
00:26:22.000 We knew it already.
00:26:24.000 This is the type of information that you need.
00:26:28.000 This is the type of proof that you need to actually get convictions when you have a DOJ that will do everything in its power to actively thwart conservative investigations.
00:26:37.000 You need stuff that is so dead to rights that they can't ignore it.
00:26:42.000 Well, and there was also a whistleblower that came forward to Senator Grassley that actually talked about and apparently presented a document that showed that the FBI had proof that Biden was involved in this illegal activity, like actual evidence, and the FBI said on that document.
00:26:59.000 Yeah, there's a lot of flushing that we have to do.
00:27:02.000 But you need the proof in order to bring charges.
00:27:04.000 Exactly.
00:27:05.000 So I want to lay this out because I know our audience gets so frustrated at the fact.
00:27:09.000 And Congresswoman, I know you share this frustration.
00:27:11.000 We've talked offline.
00:27:13.000 When is somebody going to get arrested, indicted, whatever?
00:27:16.000 We need results from this.
00:27:18.000 Or else the well, like I've said before, you know, the only thing that we can do From our perspective in Washington, is bring forward the evidence and showcase it to the American people, but we don't have, we're not prosecutors, right?
00:27:36.000 And that's important to remember.
00:27:38.000 The DOJ has to pick up this mantle.
00:27:40.000 And so I do believe that we are, I mean, you're seeing it right now.
00:27:44.000 We are projected to take back the White House and the Senate in this upcoming election.
00:27:49.000 And with the ending of Title 42 with the economy, I think, and now this, I just don't see any world where the Biden's get re-elected.
00:27:56.000 But I do not think that there will be anything punitive until I think we have correct leadership out of the White House because ultimately they're blocking for their own right now.
00:28:05.000 Right.
00:28:05.000 You're absolutely right.
00:28:06.000 I mean, listen, the polling, you're right, is in our favor.
00:28:08.000 I think we have to play like we're 10 points behind.
00:28:11.000 You know, the get out the vote machine, the harvesting, the grassroots activism.
00:28:18.000 Well, exactly.
00:28:19.000 We have to build the machine to counter this because you're right.
00:28:22.000 The evidence is overwhelming.
00:28:23.000 The country's in an absolutely abysmal place.
00:28:26.000 And yeah, Title 42 is being revoked at the worst time.
00:28:28.000 So everything's fine.
00:28:31.000 What can we say?
00:28:32.000 Congressman, thank you for your time today and bringing the receipts.
00:28:35.000 Thank you for all your hard work on the Oversight Committee and everything else that you're involved in.
00:28:40.000 We will have you back soon.
00:28:41.000 That much I can be sure of.
00:28:42.000 Thanks so much.
00:28:43.000 Take care.
00:28:43.000 All right.
00:28:44.000 Bye-bye.
00:28:47.000 Look, you did the tough thing during the Chinese coronavirus.
00:28:50.000 You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic.
00:28:53.000 And now doing the tough thing could qualify you up to $26,000 per employee at covidtaxrelief.org.
00:29:00.000 Government funds are available to reward companies with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
00:29:05.000 This is not a loan, and you don't have to pay it back.
00:29:07.000 I know a lot of people that have benefited from this.
00:29:09.000 I think Congress appropriated way too much money.
00:29:12.000 This program is complicated, but nobody knows it better than the CPAs and tax experts at covidtaxrelief.org.
00:29:19.000 That is covidtaxrelief.org.
00:29:21.000 You pay nothing up front.
00:29:23.000 They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:29:26.000 Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PPP loans, even if you had an increase in sales.
00:29:34.000 You did the difficult thing for your employees during the virus.
00:29:38.000 Let covidtaxrelief.org help you get up to $26,000 per employee.
00:29:42.000 Visit covidtaxrelief.org.
00:29:44.000 That is covidtaxrelief.org, covidtaxrelief.org.
00:29:51.000 All right, so I want to get into this George Santos thing.
00:29:54.000 Listen, I don't think anybody's denying the fact that George Santos has been caught in lies.
00:30:00.000 He's admitted it.
00:30:01.000 I think he is a liar.
00:30:04.000 I'm not going to defend it.
00:30:05.000 But what do you want us to do?
00:30:06.000 We got a slim majority in the House.
00:30:10.000 It's a tricky situation.
00:30:11.000 But what I want to call out is the fact that six years to investigate Hunter Biden, and we got zilch so far.
00:30:21.000 We are having to beg, plead, investigate, subpoena, just to get an inch in that case with Hunter Biden because we're being stonewalled by the Department of Justice.
00:30:32.000 Meanwhile, George Santos is like 100, what, four months?
00:30:36.000 Four months.
00:30:37.000 And George Santos gets, is now in custody in New York, facing 20 years.
00:30:45.000 And the allegations against him are just phenomenal.
00:30:47.000 I mean, this stuff is just, I mean, listen, let me set the stage.
00:30:52.000 Play cut 91.
00:30:53.000 We'll lay out the charges against him.
00:30:55.000 George Santos is in custody, and this indictment has been unsealed.
00:30:59.000 I want to give you some quick details as we're going through the paperwork.
00:31:02.000 He is charged on a 13-count indictment according to those court documents.
00:31:07.000 The charges include seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, and two counts of making materially false statements to the House of Representatives.
00:31:22.000 Okay.
00:31:23.000 So, no clearer example of this two-tiered system of justice that we have in America than this case right here.
00:31:30.000 You don't have to like George Santos.
00:31:31.000 You don't have to defend his lying.
00:31:33.000 We're not going to do that here.
00:31:35.000 But they, four months, and the guy's facing 20 years.
00:31:38.000 Meanwhile, Ilhan Omar, credible allegations would suggest, married her brother.
00:31:43.000 She's been accused of multiple campaign finance violations, lying up to Wazoo.
00:31:48.000 And guess what?
00:31:48.000 She's still serving happily away in Minnesota.
00:31:51.000 In the House of Representatives, Ilhan the Ingrate.
00:31:55.000 Saved by America, hates America.
00:31:57.000 We don't do anything about it.
00:31:57.000 It doesn't matter.
00:31:59.000 George Santos is facing 20 years for lying.
00:32:02.000 Okay, let's talk about it.
00:32:05.000 So there are 13 total charges: seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of theft of public funds, two counts of making material false statements, which is the left's favorite catch-all, by the way.
00:32:20.000 So the first is Santos allegedly solicited donations for political nonprofit, then use the donated funds for his personal expenses.
00:32:29.000 Two of these counts are for receiving illicit unemployment benefits of $564.
00:32:36.000 $564.
00:32:38.000 You can literally go into a CVS in California, rob it of just under $1,000 of goods, walk out, wave goodbye to the store staff, and nobody cares.
00:32:49.000 Meanwhile, because he's got an R next to his name and because he's a powerful person, one of our members of Congress, and he represents part of the very slim majority that we are hanging on to in the House, well, guess what?
00:33:00.000 He's facing 20 years.
00:33:02.000 If you don't think the whole system is full of it, this right here will tell you everything you need to know.
00:33:08.000 And they can sit on their moral high horse and say he's a confirmed liar, whatever.
00:33:14.000 Show me how many.
00:33:15.000 You think Eric Swalwell slept with a spy from China, Feng Feng.
00:33:22.000 He's still sitting there.
00:33:23.000 He still goes on MSNBC like he's some respectable member of Congress.
00:33:26.000 You got to be kidding me.
00:33:29.000 Rashida Tlaib has called for the extermination, essentially, of Israel.
00:33:33.000 She was trying to do it again yesterday.
00:33:36.000 Thankfully, McCarthy blocked her ability from holding that press conference or whatever it was, the rally.
00:33:44.000 So so far, oh, that's the other thing.
00:33:48.000 He exaggerated his income.
00:33:51.000 He didn't say he made less to avoid taxes or something.
00:33:54.000 He bragged about.
00:33:55.000 This guy's a piece of work.
00:33:57.000 I will tell you, he's a piece of work.
00:33:58.000 So far, McCarthy has not called for Santos to resign.
00:34:02.000 So just from a political standpoint, I've said it already.
00:34:04.000 I'm being transparent.
00:34:06.000 That makes perfect sense.
00:34:07.000 If the Democrats were in the similar position, if we actually grew a spine and held some of these liars on the other side accountable, guess what?
00:34:15.000 They would hold the line.
00:34:16.000 You can remove a sitting member of Congress by an up or down vote.
00:34:19.000 There's no burden of proof necessary, just so we're clear.
00:34:23.000 So the Democrats are begging McCarthy to call for that removal of Santos, and he has not done it.
00:34:31.000 It's just unbelievable.
00:34:32.000 I mean, you know, you literally have to find a dead body in the freezer of a Democrat in order to get him out of Congress.
00:34:38.000 Meanwhile, he lies about 564 bucks and he's facing 20 years.
00:34:41.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
