00:01:36.000 A lot happening this morning.
00:01:37.000 And what I'm going to try to do this morning is I seek to explain.
00:01:42.000 I'm going to try to explain the best of my ability what is going on here in regards to Epstein and the messaging around Epstein.
00:01:51.000 I'm going to do my best.
00:01:52.000 I may not land the plane perfectly, but I think I have something to say here that will add some context and some depth to what we are seeing.
00:02:01.000 President Donald Trump repeated what he said this morning on Truth Social.
00:02:06.000 President Trump said, basically, right now in the press conference, some people are doing the Democrats' work talking about Epstein, and they are stupid people.
00:02:16.000 I'm approximating.
00:02:17.000 He said something similar on his Truth Social this morning, and he calls it the Epstein hoax.
00:02:22.000 Now, before we go any further, I do want to say big breaking news this morning, John Solomon is reporting that in his sit-down interview with Donald Trump, President Trump has greenlit a special prosecutor to potentially be able to go after the criminal conspiracy around Epstein and all deep state activity.
00:02:39.000 So that is a phenomenal victory.
00:02:41.000 That is something that we should rejoice in.
00:02:44.000 And if that is true, because it's John Solomon, it's kind of like two or three levels back, but basically going after all things deep state, a deep state prosecutor.
00:02:52.000 That is a terrific development.
00:02:54.000 And I would love to see, you know who I want to see do that?
00:02:56.000 Ed Martin.
00:02:58.000 I think Ed Martin would be a phenomenal deep state prosecutor.
00:03:01.000 So let's kind of just put a part on that.
00:03:04.000 Let's just put a little bit of a little plug on that because we'll get back to it.
00:03:07.000 That's a huge victory.
00:03:08.000 The president deserves credit there if we get a full deep state criminal conspiracy prosecutor.
00:03:13.000 Think basically Robert Mueller for deep state activity, but one of our guys doing it.
00:03:20.000 And interestingly, special prosecutors and the deep state activity actually is interlaced into all of this.
00:03:29.000 So this morning, President Trump posted on Truth Social.
00:03:32.000 I could read the entire thing on Truth Social, but let me just kind of do the best of.
00:03:37.000 You guys can obviously find it on Trump's Truth Social.
00:03:39.000 He says the radical left Democrats have hit pay dirt again, just like the fake and discredited steel dossier, the lying 51 intelligence agencies, the laptop from hell, which the Democrats swore came from Russia.
00:03:49.000 No, it came from Hunter Biden's bathroom.
00:03:51.000 Even the Russia-Russia scam itself, a totally fake and made-up story, used in order to hide crooked Hillary Clinton's big loss in 2016 election.
00:03:58.000 These scams and hoaxes are all Democrats are good at.
00:04:01.000 It's all they have.
00:04:01.000 They are no good at governing, no good at policy, and no good at picking winning candidates.
00:04:05.000 Also, unlike Republicans, they stick together like glue.
00:04:08.000 Their new scam is that we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein hoax.
00:04:11.000 And my past supporters have bought into this BS, hook, line, and sinker.
00:04:16.000 They haven't learned their lesson and probably never will, even after being conned by the lunatic left for the last eight years.
00:04:22.000 I've had more success in the last six months than perhaps any other president in the history of our country.
00:04:26.000 That is totally true.
00:04:27.000 And all these people want to talk about with strong prodding by the fake news and success star of Democrats is the Jeffrey Epstein hoax.
00:04:35.000 Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats' work.
00:04:38.000 Don't even think about talking about our incredible and unprecedented success because I don't want their support anymore.
00:04:43.000 Thank you for attending to this matter.
00:04:44.000 Make America great again.
00:04:45.000 Okay, so let's start with this.
00:04:47.000 President Donald Trump is obviously upset.
00:04:49.000 Why is he most upset?
00:04:50.000 I'm going to go through the top two reasons and seek to explain it.
00:04:55.000 He's venting because he has achieved a lot in six months against all the odds.
00:05:00.000 Energy prices are going down.
00:05:01.000 The border is hermetically sealed.
00:05:03.000 He passed the big beautiful bill despite a three-seat majority in the House of Representatives.
00:05:07.000 He's embarking on mass deportations.
00:05:10.000 He ended a war between Israel and Iran.
00:05:12.000 He took out the Iranian nuclear facilities.
00:05:14.000 He ended the India-Pakistan war.
00:05:16.000 He ended the Congo-Rwandan war just in his spare time.
00:05:20.000 He's going after DEI.
00:05:21.000 He is reducing the federal workforce.
00:05:23.000 He has the biggest welfare reform in American history.
00:05:26.000 I could go piece after piece after piece of all of the victories that President Donald Trump was able to achieve.
00:05:33.000 One of the most impactful six months ever of any president.
00:05:37.000 So from President Trump's perspective, he is experiencing a pace.
00:05:41.000 He's experiencing a reality that is far different than the first six months of Trump 1.0.
00:05:48.000 So President Trump's immediate reaction as someone who is making phone calls to try to end the Russian-Ukrainian war, he's trying to figure out this Jerome Powell thing.
00:05:56.000 He's got agencies of governments to manage.
00:05:59.000 He's turning and probably saying, why is the attention on a guy who has been dead for six years?
00:06:05.000 That is probably what President Trump is saying.
00:06:07.000 And I'm synthesizing part of his venting.
00:06:10.000 Here's my piece of advice, guys.
00:06:11.000 Don't take too seriously this whole truth social here.
00:06:14.000 I know some people are getting fired up about this.
00:06:16.000 I don't believe he was trying to insult anybody personally.
00:06:20.000 His base, the people who made his movement what it is, I think is what he was pushing back on what he thinks is a misaligned Press narrative from what he wants to see as celebration of all the victories over the last six months.
00:06:38.000 However, now let me now go to why I believe we, not necessarily why I care about this, and why the base cares about this so much.
00:06:46.000 And then I'm going to kind of connect the dots.
00:06:48.000 Remember where President Trump was at this moment in Trump 1.0.
00:06:54.000 At this moment in Trump 1.0, President Donald Trump was being hunted by Robert Mueller.
00:07:02.000 President Donald Trump basically lost his attorney general at this moment in Trump 1.0.
00:07:07.000 He's very loyal to Pam Bongi for many reasons, one of which is that he does not want to lose another attorney general.
00:07:16.000 He does not want to lose another member of his cabinet this early on.
00:07:21.000 Secondly, he saw in the summer of 2017 a lot of people jump ship and align with the Robert Mueller thing.
00:07:31.000 So President Donald Trump has within his memory, he saw that his presidency in 2017 was largely taken from him in Trump 1.0 because a lot of people jumped aboard the Mueller bandwagon.
00:07:47.000 And with that, he kind of saw so much of his momentum that he had from the election thwarted.
00:07:54.000 When people demand that he fires Pam Bondi, he hears people demanding that he explode his admin, just like what happened in the first term.
00:08:03.000 So a big question the base has is why doesn't President Trump care as much as the base cares?
00:08:11.000 So let me connect the two dots together.
00:08:13.000 The base cares about this, not as a way to hurt Donald Trump.
00:08:18.000 And this is where I think I could be an explainer here because I think everyone's talking past each other a little bit.
00:08:24.000 We do not care about the story as a way to hurt Donald Trump.
00:08:28.000 In fact, it's the opposite.
00:08:30.000 We love President Trump.
00:08:32.000 We love what he's doing.
00:08:33.000 We actually care about this story because this is a rare opportunity of a sloppy operation by the deep state.
00:08:44.000 The deep state conducted itself in an overly messy, sloppy way.
00:08:49.000 President Donald Trump taught us to drain the swamp.
00:08:55.000 President Donald Trump taught us to want to go after the deep state.
00:08:58.000 So I actually think we're all agreeing on this.
00:09:00.000 President Trump wants to have a special prosecutor go after the deep state.
00:09:05.000 We want to have an emphasis on Jeffrey Epstein because Jeffrey Epstein was probably an actor of the intelligence agencies.
00:09:15.000 We don't know that for certain.
00:09:17.000 He could have been a fabulist like Mike Ben said yesterday.
00:09:20.000 And maybe he was kind of doing brokering or maybe he was kind of connecting the different entities together.
00:09:29.000 But understand this.
00:09:31.000 When I go to college campuses, I am not proactively bringing up Epstein.
00:09:35.000 People are bringing Epstein to me.
00:09:38.000 The reason why we are caring about this is not trying to win Brownie points or not trying to make the liberals or the media care about us.
00:09:47.000 To go full circle, we are caring about the Epstein story because we are afraid that if we do not lance the intelligence community Boyle that tried to murder him on July 13th in Butler, Pennsylvania, that tried to take him out with Russia, Russia, Russia, then that very same deep state actor that spied on him and leaked the phone call of him between Zelensky that resulted in his first impeachment.
00:10:11.000 We're worried the deep state will derail Trump.
00:10:14.000 And we look at the Epstein story as a skeleton key to be able to look under the hood, dismantle and deconstruct the administrative state to protect Donald Trump from his adversaries.
00:10:27.000 So to elaborate on this a little bit further, President Donald Trump thinks that if someone is talking about this, they're going against him.
00:10:38.000 And I can understand why he thinks that way, because in Trump 1.0, so many people jumped ship and went aboard the Mueller investigation.
00:10:49.000 So many people jumped off of the Trump movement and thought that Trump was done because of Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:10:55.000 And President Donald Trump clawed himself out of it.
00:10:58.000 He climbed himself out of it to barely be able to survive after all of the deep state attacks.
00:11:06.000 And Trump is getting wins, and we should be talking about them.
00:11:10.000 The president is very fired up here also because this was all done under this, almost all of the documents and all of the reporting around this was done during James Comey.
00:11:23.000 It was done back in 2007 under George W. Bush.
00:11:26.000 This has been thrown upon his desk.
00:11:29.000 And I'm going to defend the president here on one key thing.
00:11:33.000 He does have a right to be a little bit skeptical and paranoid.
00:11:38.000 And I'm going to try to translate part of the truth social as to what I think would be the best way to resonate with you.
00:11:44.000 After all of the different ways they've tried to take out President Trump, he's saying, guys, they could have put a stink bomb in the quote unquote files that will make me look bad.
00:11:57.000 Honestly, that paranoia is not totally unfounded.
00:12:01.000 On the other side, this is what I'm telling the president both privately and publicly, is that the base cares about this not to get you.
00:12:10.000 The base cares about this not to try to take you out.
00:12:14.000 The base cares about this because they have your back.
00:12:17.000 The base cares about this because they have your best interests at heart.
00:12:23.000 The base cares about this because we are defending you.
00:12:28.000 And it's not so much about that we care about the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:12:34.000 We do care about the victims, but it's not so much that the person of Jeffrey Epstein is a hyper focus.
00:12:42.000 Instead, it is not the person of Jeffrey Epstein, which the president, he's communicating here as if we are obsessed with the creep, the pervert, and the evil, demonic, satanic activity of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:12:57.000 No.
00:12:58.000 We are actually interested in Who was he an agent of?
00:13:02.000 Were the same people that were behind Butler, Pennsylvania, the same people that were behind the Russia hoax, were they also the ones that were pulling the strings of Jeffrey Epstein?
00:13:12.000 The same people that were around COVID?
00:13:14.000 Mr. President, the same people that were behind the stolen election of 2020 that you talk about so frequently.
00:13:21.000 We think these are the same actors.
00:13:24.000 And so as President Donald Trump is upset on Truth Social, I do not think he's attacking all of you in the rank and file.
00:13:33.000 Instead, President Donald Trump is venting off some anger right now because he thinks that this is being used to derail his presidency.
00:13:45.000 He thinks that this is being used to derail all of his success.
00:13:51.000 When the grassroots would say, it's not actually a mainstream media-driven narrative.
00:13:57.000 The mainstream media has actually been very disinterested in this.
00:14:01.000 This is a, we've got your six.
00:14:04.000 We have your back.
00:14:05.000 We're not trying to take you out.
00:14:07.000 The grassroots is not trying to make you look bad.
00:14:11.000 We want to try and make sure the bad people that have done such terrible things to you can finally be held accountable.
00:14:22.000 Right now, over 7.5 million businesses in America are thriving on TikTok.
00:14:27.000 We're reaching the next generation rather successfully there.
00:14:27.000 We certainly are.
00:14:30.000 Businesses that employ more than 28 million people.
00:14:33.000 But behind the stats, it's the stories that really matter.
00:14:36.000 Like Dan O. Seasoning from Kentucky, who used TikTok to reach new customers and grow from a one-man show to a team of 45.
00:14:43.000 Or Arizona Taco King in Arizona, able to employ over 28 people and pay them well, thanks to the foot traffic TikTok brings in.
00:14:51.000 Or She Mechanic in Georgia, who expanded her auto shop and hired new employees with the support she found on TikTok.
00:14:57.000 Their success means jobs, support for families, and stronger local communities, because when small businesses thrive on TikTok, so do the communities around them.
00:15:05.000 Learn more about TikTok's contribution to the U.S. economy at TikTokEconomicImpact.com.
00:15:11.000 That is TikTokEconomicImpact.com.
00:15:16.000 Let's play just some of the pieces of tape.
00:15:18.000 First, the breaking news of John Solomon on the special counsel looking into all of the deep state activity, including Jeffrey Epstein and the conspiracy attached to it.
00:15:29.000 John Solomon 352.
00:15:31.000 You did inform him that they're thinking about appointing a special counsel on this to take over this entire investigation.
00:15:39.000 Yeah, and he sounds like it's a good approach.
00:15:40.000 Let's just do it.
00:15:41.000 Let's get the trust of the American people.
00:15:42.000 Let's get accountability.
00:15:44.000 And then let's focus on the things that matter.
00:15:45.000 So he's on board with the situation of getting a special prosecutor and having the Epstein situation put into that so that can be formally looked at.
00:15:55.000 It's legitimate that you're looking at.
00:15:56.000 And really in a critical consequence.
00:15:57.000 And I'm going to start it by the way, Steve.
00:15:59.000 You know, I ask about the special prosecutor.
00:16:00.000 He immediately volunteers and then I follow up on it.
00:16:02.000 But he immediately brings up Epstein.
00:16:04.000 Like, just throw that in there.
00:16:04.000 Let's get it all answered.
00:16:05.000 I got nothing to hide.
00:16:06.000 I want truth and I want prosecutions and I just want the justice system to take care of what needs to be taken care of.
00:16:11.000 It was really a remarkable moment.
00:16:13.000 It's a phenomenal clip.
00:16:14.000 And I would say Ed Martin as the deep state prosecutor would be a perfect person.
00:16:18.000 Throw Epstein in there, throw the 2020 election there.
00:16:21.000 Why does that matter?
00:16:22.000 And this is why I think we're actually more in agreement than the back and forth here.
00:16:27.000 The reason the base cares about this, again, is because we believe Epstein was an agent of the people that tried to kill Trump, that tried to take the election from Trump, and try to destroy Trump's first term.
00:16:39.000 President Trump thinks, though, the people caring about Epstein are part of the people that have been trying to ruin him prior.
00:16:46.000 That's where I think we're actually more in harmony here.
00:16:49.000 And I'm not just saying this as, you know, trying to cope or run cover, because President Donald Trump is obviously okay with appointing a special prosecutor.
00:16:57.000 Simultaneously, he's fired up about people.
00:17:02.000 He thinks that some people are trying to use this to hurt him.
00:17:04.000 We're trying to use this to save him.
00:17:06.000 Not save him, but to try to protect him.
00:17:08.000 I don't want to say save him.
00:17:09.000 But maybe save him from another deep state coup attempt.
00:17:12.000 So President Donald Trump is in an active posture right now.
00:17:16.000 He is in a place of where he is looking for threats on the horizon.
00:17:21.000 Who can blame him?
00:17:23.000 Play Cut 353.
00:17:25.000 Operated the Autopen had a policy, which is, by the way, I think the biggest scandal.
00:17:30.000 That's the scandal they should be talking about, not Jeffrey Epstein.
00:17:35.000 Will you ask Attorney General Pambani to release more documents to finally put this controversy to bed?
00:17:41.000 Whatever is credible, she can release.
00:17:43.000 If a document is credible, if a document is credible, she can release.
00:17:48.000 I think it's.
00:17:49.000 I think it's good.
00:17:50.000 But it's just really it's just a subject.
00:17:54.000 He's dead.
00:17:55.000 He's gone.
00:17:56.000 And all it is is the The Republicans.
00:17:59.000 Republicans got duped by the Democrats, and they're following a Democrat playbook.
00:18:05.000 No different than Russia, Russia, Russia, and all the other hoaxes.
00:18:09.000 They're started by the Democrats, and some Republicans, in this case, I was surprised, but they got duped.
00:18:17.000 Okay, I think he's talking about people on Capitol Hill.
00:18:20.000 He might be talking about Speaker Johnson here that are calling for special investigation or Ghelain Maxwell, something like that.
00:18:28.000 But we're all talking about the same thing in different ways.
00:18:32.000 Knowing this from privately and public conversations, this is not that hard of a code to crack.
00:18:39.000 The president says, why are you so focused on the person of Epstein?
00:18:42.000 We're doing all this amazing stuff.
00:18:44.000 This guy's a creep.
00:18:45.000 I kicked him out of my club.
00:18:47.000 Why are you so fired up about this?
00:18:49.000 Where our counter is, we're actually not that interested in the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:18:53.000 We're not.
00:18:54.000 What we are interested in is we're interesting in, was he a representative of the shadow government?
00:19:02.000 We all want to focus on the president's big wins happening right now, on things that matter for all 340 million Americans.
00:19:10.000 And he's doing an awesome job of that.
00:19:12.000 And he is.
00:19:13.000 And the emphasis is not, oh, it's all about the person of Jeffrey Epstein.
00:19:20.000 The reason why the grassroots is mad and the reason why you guys are fired up about this and the reason why you guys are emailing me, freedom at charliekirk.com, is you say, No, Mr. President, this guy is a way.
00:19:33.000 It is a skeleton key.
00:19:35.000 It's a chance for us to look under the hood.
00:19:38.000 It's a chance for us to say, whoop, this is the thread.
00:19:40.000 Thank you.
00:19:41.000 The deep state made a mistake.
00:19:43.000 They were sloppy.
00:19:44.000 They were messy.
00:19:45.000 How did Epstein die?
00:19:46.000 Where did he get his financing from?
00:19:48.000 Was he a representative of a foreign government?
00:19:52.000 Everything, we look at Epstein as an introductory story to all of the other elements that tried to take you out.
00:20:00.000 It's not that we are obsessed with the...
00:20:06.000 They're like very into like who Epstein was personally.
00:20:09.000 There's been plenty of documentaries about that.
00:20:11.000 That's not what is animating this.
00:20:13.000 That's not what's firing a lot of people up in this audience.
00:20:16.000 Instead, you know that Epstein was likely a bagman and a fixer, a fixer for the same people that have been trying to take out Donald Trump.
00:20:26.000 And look, my other piece of advice here is that don't get too fired up about the truth social and President Trump ranting and venting about this.
00:20:34.000 And let me tell you why.
00:20:35.000 It's that President Donald Trump went through an entire first term.
00:20:41.000 He went through an entire term where people were constantly turning on him for fake stuff.
00:20:48.000 Constantly turning on him.
00:20:51.000 And so he says, wait a second, like he basically thinking he knew Jeffrey Epstein.
00:20:56.000 He got in a big fight with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:20:58.000 He kicked him out of his club.
00:20:59.000 He's mistrustful of all of these different elements here.
00:21:03.000 At the same time, the message that I want the president to hear, both privately and publicly, is that you and the grassroots, the emphasis and the focus on this is, you know, partly, partly because of all the kind of back and forth of, you know, is it up?
00:21:24.000 Is it down?
00:21:25.000 Also, you know, PTSD, you know, post-traumatic stress disorder, I guess you could call it.
00:21:31.000 But I think part of this is just a messaging misunderstanding.
00:21:35.000 And again, emails are flooding in right now, supportive of the way that we are articulating it.
00:21:41.000 And that's where John Solomon says we're going to get a special prosecutor on this.
00:21:45.000 I think it's phenomenal.
00:21:47.000 What I'm going to say to the president, you know, if I see him soon or if we talk on the phone, or I'll say this, the same thing on the show, there's no like private agenda here, is that, Mr. President, the emphasis on Epstein is truly the best intentions of your most loyal followers.
00:22:05.000 Where we're not trying to score points with the CNNs or the New York Times.
00:22:09.000 It's truly because we care about you.
00:22:12.000 It's because we want what's best for the presidency.
00:22:14.000 And one of the core campaign promises that I know that you are pushing forward is that you want to dismantle the deep state.
00:22:23.000 We are messengers here.
00:22:25.000 We are relaying what we are hearing from your most loyal ultra MAGA supporters all the time.
00:22:32.000 And it's not that people are saying, you know, they want to learn about Epstein because they have any suspicion of President Trump.
00:22:43.000 No.
00:22:43.000 We don't think, no one thinks, no one thinks you're involved in any way of that stuff whatsoever.
00:22:49.000 But the way that you taught us is that we need to go after the rogue intel agencies to lance the boil that has been festering in this country for decades.
00:23:00.000 And by an act of God and by your courage and by what the president has been able to do, and you just happen to be president.
00:23:10.000 We are your students in dismantling the deep state.
00:23:14.000 And this cancer has been festering in this country for decades.
00:23:18.000 So the Boyle is the intelligence community.
00:23:21.000 The Boyle is James Comey is involved in all of this stuff.
00:23:25.000 James Comey's daughter is the prosecutor on the Ghana Maxwell case.
00:23:31.000 You think of all the prosecutors that could have been chosen in the federal government.
00:23:36.000 Maureen Comey, I think that's her name, was chosen as the prosecutor on the Maxwell case.
00:23:42.000 Come on.
00:23:44.000 And the Diddy case.
00:23:46.000 And look, my one piece that I would say to the president privately as well is have an understanding of your supporters and your followers here and know that they're not trying to take you out.
00:24:03.000 They're not trying to fall for a hoax.
00:24:06.000 And I could tell you, amongst the young people that I'm following right now, they don't really know how to analyze or process this.
00:24:12.000 This is, I would say, Mr. President, this is not a Trump resistance from a lot of the young people, from the college bros and the crypto bros and the podcast people.
00:24:22.000 These are not never Trumpers.
00:24:23.000 Part of that is out there, but it's not this.
00:24:26.000 These are guys that care about transparency.
00:24:29.000 And they do want to talk about your success.
00:24:31.000 They do want to talk about this historic presidency.
00:24:35.000 And so instead, let's try to combine all of these forces together and try to go after the deep state.
00:24:43.000 And I can tell you right now, Gen Z is really fired up about this, especially young men.
00:24:48.000 I mean, we're getting flooded with thousands, hundreds of thousands of comments that are very unhappy about this.
00:24:55.000 And I think they're unhappy about it because they want, and they voted for President Trump on a government.
00:25:01.000 They want to have a mandate where they assail the deep state.
00:25:03.000 And we all agree.
00:25:05.000 We all agree.
00:25:06.000 Gen Z is going off right now on this.
00:25:08.000 And that's no breaking news.
00:25:12.000 President Trump was elected primarily to go after the deep state.
00:25:15.000 We want to go after the deep state.
00:25:17.000 A lot of this is largely just a misunderstanding.
00:25:23.000 Tired of hearing that fossil fuels are ruining the planet?
00:25:26.000 Well, here's what the headlines won't tell you.
00:25:28.000 We're living in the safest, healthiest, and most prosperous time in human history.
00:25:32.000 Since 1980, global extreme poverty has plummeted from 42% to under 10%.
00:25:36.000 Meanwhile, life expectancy and incomes have soared.
00:25:40.000 And this transformation didn't happen in spite of fossil fuels.
00:25:43.000 It happened because of them.
00:25:45.000 From powering clean water systems and food supply chains to driving industrial growth and life-saving infrastructure, fossil fuels have been the quiet force lifting billions out of poverty.
00:25:55.000 So while activists blame fossil fuels for everything under the sun, the data tells a different story.
00:26:00.000 Fossil fuels have made the earth a better, safer place for people to live.
00:26:04.000 I'm Charlie Kirk, and I want you to know the facts, so don't be fossil-fooled.
00:26:09.000 Get the full picture at oilfacts.com.
00:26:11.000 Brought to you by NASDAQ Listed Prairie Operating Company, a high-growth, low-cost producer of safe and responsible American energy.
00:26:18.000 Oilfacts.com.
00:26:19.000 That's oilfacts.com, oilfacts.com.
00:26:25.000 So I'm going to get to Rich Barris in just a second here.
00:26:27.000 We're going to talk about all of the polling here about with young men and with Gen Z. The bigger issue is who was working with Epstein.
00:26:36.000 And if it's no big deal, then let's get to that.
00:26:40.000 Was it the deep state?
00:26:41.000 Was it the administrative state?
00:26:43.000 We need names, countries, leaders.
00:26:46.000 The deeds are really bad.
00:26:48.000 But the bigger issue is indeed the relationship of all the Intel parties.
00:26:54.000 And I think that is the way to proceed.
00:26:57.000 I think that is the path forward here.
00:27:00.000 Mike Benn said elite institutions and several governments.
00:27:03.000 And if that is not the case, then we, the American people, will learn that very quickly.
00:27:07.000 Let's get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible.
00:27:11.000 Joining us, and by the way, I will say this.
00:27:13.000 I am not minimizing this.
00:27:15.000 I am just the messenger here.
00:27:16.000 I am simply the interlocutor.
00:27:18.000 The young men and the Gen Z audience that I represent, they are flaming mad right now about this stuff.
00:27:24.000 I've said that.
00:27:26.000 It's been a week and a half, and they're watching this thing unfold, and they want to go after the deep state of government.
00:27:34.000 I could tell you that amongst the younger voters that we represent, that we know better than anybody else, they want action on this.
00:27:40.000 Action, action, action.
00:27:42.000 We say all this because we want President Trump being the most popular president in history.
00:27:48.000 We are his greatest, most stalwart defender.
00:27:51.000 Joining us now is Rich Barris.
00:27:53.000 Rich, welcome here.
00:27:54.000 Rich, we want to have you on the program.
00:27:55.000 We're highlighting all of this data that you have because we love Trump, because we care about him.
00:28:00.000 This is not an op from people who hate him.
00:28:04.000 This is his most loyal, fervent young voters in particular, but of all ages, that they want to bring the Intel agencies to heel.
00:28:17.000 And they look at Epstein as a representative of that very same deep state government.
00:28:23.000 Rich Barris, we say that as a prerequisite.
00:28:26.000 What is happening with the polling and the data around the Epstein situation?
00:28:30.000 I think it's in, thanks as always, Charlie, for having me on.
00:28:34.000 Yeah, I'm kind of in route from point A to point B, but I think it's important to repeat what you just said.
00:28:39.000 It's not so much Epstein, the issue itself.
00:28:43.000 It is a proxy issue.
00:28:45.000 And I think that a lot of people have failed to understand it in that space where people see it as a way to hold a ruling class that has been getting away with everything for years accountable when they don't.
00:29:01.000 So people have to first come to grips with that.
00:29:05.000 It's not just an issue that's been a partisan issue, Charlie.
00:29:08.000 It's more like a ruling class versus we, the little guy, kind of an issue.
00:29:13.000 So that's how people see it.
00:29:15.000 Some of the president's most strongest supporters and supporters, by the way, that he has been able to count on in the past, particularly in 24, that the Republican Party is not.
00:29:28.000 So in the polling that we did just release, I think one of the biggest warning signs is the decline among 18 to 29-year-olds, that young voting group that we highlighted so much on your show going into 24, that Trump was running so far ahead with this group compared even to Republicans who marginally improved, right?
00:29:48.000 They did improve.
00:29:49.000 They just didn't get all of that.
00:29:51.000 They didn't squeeze as much blood out of that stone as Donald Trump did.
00:29:55.000 And that was the biggest decline this month.
00:29:57.000 Honestly, the reason why he didn't decline further, because in our poll, he only went slightly negative.
00:30:03.000 It is the first negative that we've gathered from him this presidency.
00:30:07.000 But he only did because that was partially offset.
00:30:11.000 And I think people need to hear this.
00:30:12.000 Partially offset by a bump in voters who have a four-year degree or higher.
00:30:18.000 Those voters still tell us that they will vote Democrat in the 26 midterm election.
00:30:25.000 This is a temporary bump among people who do like to see things, you know, like interventions.
00:30:32.000 They do like to see, you know, him take the posture that he has been taking.
00:30:36.000 So he's being rewarded by that, but it's not going to earn any votes.
00:30:39.000 Honestly, the concern is from his more loyal base, and this is not being communicated correctly.
00:30:47.000 And again, what I'm trying to say is some of that support in this poll is fleeting.
00:30:52.000 One is not.
00:30:53.000 I think that it's wiser to prioritize the concerns of those who are not fleeting.
00:30:59.000 They're not fair weather friends.
00:31:01.000 So what does this mean?
00:31:03.000 Because I could tell you just anecdotally.
00:31:05.000 Blake sent a message this morning.
00:31:07.000 He said, Blake said something that a friend of his said that the Charlie Kirk show is one of the best connected yet least insulated programs out there, meaning that we're very well connected into the U.S. government with the administration and stuff with the president, but also we're in total touch with the grassroots.
00:31:26.000 And I can tell you, the grassroots, the younger people especially, Gen Z, they are flaming mad this morning.
00:31:32.000 Why are they flaming mad, Rich?
00:31:34.000 And how does that manifest into the data?
00:31:38.000 Well, let me also say that I think that there is a lot of good stuff that the president has to talk about.
00:31:45.000 There's just a lot of frustration among these people that some of the mishaps or miscommunications, mishandling of these issues is overshadowing that stuff, Charlie.
00:31:56.000 So, you know, think about if you're running in your social circles and you're a younger person, you supported Donald Trump.
00:32:03.000 You want to go out there and tell his successes, but you and the president obviously feels the same frustration.
00:32:08.000 You constantly have to answer the criticisms of how certain things were done, right?
00:32:14.000 So it's hard to say, let's forget about this and just focus on no tax for tips when it was such a prevalent part of their argument for him and his argument for the presidency, that there will be a different tone in government, there will be this almost like radical transparency, right?
00:32:35.000 It puts them, I think that some people just aren't appreciating the position that average voters are in.
00:32:40.000 You know, support, it is not, it was not easy to support Donald Trump, Charlie.
00:32:45.000 It's not, all right.
00:32:46.000 And I think you know that, and every voter who is out there who voted for him, especially in these new emerging MAGA demographic groups.
00:32:54.000 So young voters, Hispanic men, young black men, you know, they're, they're out on a limb there too.
00:33:00.000 And I think they're not being, they feel like they're not being heard or appreciated.
00:33:04.000 Let's play Cut 302.
00:33:05.000 This is the CNN.
00:33:06.000 They report Google searches for Epstein this week have skyrocketed 1,900%.
00:33:13.000 With younger people, this is the top issue outside of housing and stuff we really need to be focusing on.
00:33:19.000 Stuff that deserves more of our platform.
00:33:21.000 But I could tell you, the Epstein thing for younger voters, they look at this as something they've heard about for years.
00:33:26.000 There's a lot of mystery.
00:33:28.000 There's a lot of dark aura around all this.
00:33:31.000 And they want to try to get to the truth.
00:33:33.000 And this is a demo that already has like negative trust of government.
00:33:36.000 They're dealing from a deficit of trust of government.
00:33:39.000 Let's go to Cut 302, please.
00:33:41.000 Why don't we take a look at Google searches for Jeffrey Epstein?
00:33:45.000 Take a look at this.
00:33:46.000 Today versus a week ago, up like a rocket, up 1,900%.
00:33:51.000 My goodness gracious.
00:33:53.000 And get this.
00:33:54.000 It is currently the top term topic being searched alongside Donald Trump today.
00:34:01.000 If Donald Trump, who is begging, asking his supporters to drop it, he is not getting his wish whatsoever.
00:34:08.000 His supporters are not dropping it.
00:34:10.000 Interest in this story is at basically an all-time high.
00:34:14.000 And of course, this is such an interesting story because it is one that unites different parts of the far right.
00:34:19.000 It's one of the few stories that actually brings together folks like Steve Bannon and Elon Musk.
00:34:25.000 They all are wondering what the heck is going on here.
00:34:28.000 And at this particular point, Donald Trump has not figured out a way to solve this problem and quell the problem on the right side of his base.
00:34:35.000 Rich Barris.
00:34:37.000 He had to throw in far right in there, which I just need to point out is not true.
00:34:41.000 Donald Trump got more popular than he has ever been.
00:34:45.000 He won an electoral victory that was larger than any of the ones prior in electorates that are getting more self-identified as moderate because the word, you know, the idea of being conservative can mean different things.
00:34:58.000 Young voters have a different definition in their minds of what it means to be a traditional conservative.
00:35:03.000 So that's that, he has to throw that in there.
00:35:05.000 And that's just not even true.
00:35:07.000 But again, what he's talking about is really undeniable.
00:35:11.000 And some of the polling that we did, Charlie, the interest in this story is so high.
00:35:17.000 You're starting to get to the levels of voter ID, right?
00:35:21.000 This kind of, do you think that, you know, Jeffrey Epstein and people like that get away with things or right, that there's secrecy surrounding these issues and that, you know, the people in power bend over backwards to keep that stuff from coming to light.
00:35:34.000 There's agreement there.
00:35:35.000 That's one part that Harry is right about.
00:35:37.000 There's agreement there at levels that you normally don't see.
00:35:41.000 And it was even a little bit surprising to me.
00:35:43.000 But again, that's because of how this issue is used.
00:35:46.000 Young voters particularly, they have very little prospects for the future, right?
00:35:50.000 They have, we were just talking about housing.
00:35:53.000 You said we'd rather be talking about housing prices, right?
00:35:55.000 And the cost of shelter and the CPI.
00:35:58.000 All of this, you know, is coming on the backdrop of you have this class of rich people who they made this system.
00:36:05.000 They presided over it.
00:36:06.000 They managed its decline and they get away with everything, right?
00:36:10.000 So again, a lot of this, for me personally, it's how it was handled.
00:36:15.000 I think that just talking to voters as much as we have over the last couple of weeks about it, if it was just handled a little bit differently, I think that these voters do have a lot of trust in President Trump, but it wasn't.
00:36:25.000 And that's something that has to be acknowledged.
00:36:28.000 They still give them a lot of latitude, you know, on the trust they have for him.
00:36:33.000 So I would really say the better direction moving forward here is to acknowledge that things are mishandled, say that they're coming, but we do need to move on so we can get your life in a better position.
00:36:44.000 So we can address these things that are not only going to impact your future, but the future of your kids.
00:36:49.000 It's not to browbeat, right?
00:36:51.000 So we can't do that.
00:36:52.000 That's not going to work.
00:36:53.000 And, you know, Harry's over there.
00:36:55.000 He's reveling in it.
00:36:56.000 Listen to how he truly, and of course he opposes Donald Trump.
00:37:00.000 Listen to how he's reveling in it.
00:37:02.000 None of these people are reveling in this, Charlie.
00:37:05.000 And that's something that is being communicated and it's just not correct.
00:37:11.000 It's not because they want to, you know, they want to pin him down or they want to get him.
00:37:15.000 It's because they want him to do it right and move on.
00:37:17.000 Rich Barris, big data poll.
00:37:19.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:37:19.000 Thank you so much, Rich Barris.

00:38:22.000 This Epstein story has become a symbol beyond its direct significance.
00:38:28.000 Epstein has become a symbol.
00:38:30.000 And that's the other thing that I want to tell the president, both privately and publicly, is that you have to take a step back and look at this much more broadly.
00:38:40.000 A leader who can convincingly bring transparency to this case will win loyalty and support from people who have been jaded about politics.
00:38:49.000 And Trump can be that leader.
00:38:51.000 You see, President Donald Trump, he's looking at this as the person of Epstein.
00:38:57.000 Where we are looking at this as the symbol of Epstein.
00:39:02.000 We all know who Epstein was.
00:39:04.000 Sort of.
00:39:05.000 We know he was as a person.
00:39:07.000 A creep, a terrible individual.
00:39:10.000 So it's far less personalized for us.
00:39:13.000 But President Trump fought Epstein.
00:39:15.000 He knew Epstein.
00:39:17.000 do you know this?
00:39:18.000 This is important for everyone to know.
00:39:19.000 Do you know that Donald Trump kicked Epstein out of a club, Mar-a-Lago, because he kept on bringing young girls?
00:39:25.000 And Donald Trump be like, Jeffrey, who are you bringing here?
00:39:28.000 Oh, this is my niece.
00:39:30.000 After the third time he did, he said, Jeffrey, you're a creep.
00:39:33.000 He fought him over it when he started to hit on pool girls and bring these like weird young girls there.
00:39:40.000 This is folklore throughout Palm Beach.
00:39:41.000 And he famously threw Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Laga saying, I want nothing to do with this.
00:39:45.000 Their relationship ended in total discord.
00:39:48.000 Discord.
00:39:48.000 And it was just a social relationship.
00:39:51.000 By the way, George Stephanopoulos, everyone had some sort of circular, in the circle of overlapping of Epstein.
00:39:58.000 And Trump fought him.
00:40:00.000 Trump's DOJ arrested him.
00:40:02.000 The American people, the MAGA base, view this as the common man versus the global elite.
00:40:10.000 The conservative base, the MAGA faithful, they view this as the muscular class, as we frequently and commonly say, versus a group of people that are never held accountable for their crimes.
00:40:24.000 There's a major economic portion of this.
00:40:27.000 How many people went to jail after the 2008 financial crisis?
00:40:31.000 None.
00:40:32.000 It's a huge rallying cry for the Occupy Democrats and for AOC and Bernie Sanders.
00:40:37.000 How many people went to jail after COVID, locking down our schools, putting masks on our kids, and forcing vaccines?
00:40:46.000 None.
00:40:47.000 How many people went to jail for keeping the border completely wide open under Joe Biden's presidency?
00:40:54.000 None.
00:40:55.000 So what you have is a multi-decade buildup of a ruling class that is never held accountable, of a ruling class that gets to do whatever they want.
00:41:07.000 And in this case, the American people view it.
00:41:10.000 They say, this guy's like raped girls and was probably an intel agent.
00:41:15.000 And we can't get to him.
00:41:17.000 That is why the anger is driving this so forcefully.
00:41:21.000 So then what can be done about this?
00:41:23.000 President Donald Trump said that I want all credible information out.
00:41:27.000 Well, I put a 10, 10 things, immediate credible action items.
00:41:32.000 Let's go one by one.
00:41:33.000 The OPR Department of Justice report should be immediately released.
00:41:38.000 Mike Benz did an entire show on that with us yesterday.
00:41:40.000 You guys should check it out.
00:41:42.000 Very, very important show.
00:41:44.000 Number two, the Department of Justice should move to unseal all Maxwell grand jury testimony immediately.
00:41:50.000 We need to find out what's in those grand jury documents.
00:41:53.000 Number three, bring Alexander Acosta, who was the U.S. attorney under the original 2007 botched case against Epstein, for a full interview and find out what he knew about Epstein working for foreign or domestic intelligence.
00:42:08.000 Israel has very strongly denied that he was Mossad.
00:42:12.000 Was it Saudi?
00:42:13.000 Was it MI6?
00:42:14.000 Was it CIA?
00:42:15.000 Let's figure it out.
00:42:16.000 Was a foreign country running a child rape ring domestically in the United States of America with our own intel agencies knowing?
00:42:25.000 And if it was nobody, just make it clear why we know that, and then people will say thank you.
00:42:30.000 Show us the evidence.
00:42:32.000 Number four, release all non-CSAM, which is child sexual abuse material.
00:42:36.000 No one wants to see that stuff.
00:42:38.000 By the way, that's the thing.
00:42:38.000 No one wants to see the kids getting raped.
00:42:41.000 No one wants that.
00:42:41.000 No one wants to see that.
00:42:43.000 But release all the non-CSAM underlying facts around Epstein indictment in 2019.
00:42:49.000 This is key.
00:42:50.000 Remember, Trump's DOJ arrested Jeffrey Epstein in the summer of 2019.
00:42:59.000 Can we get all the information that the Trump DOJ was operating on?
00:43:03.000 That means they probably had a document trove this thick around Jeffrey Epstein in the 2019 indictment.
00:43:10.000 Because remember, Jeffrey Epstein died in jail.
00:43:13.000 Jeffrey Epstein was arrested by Donald Trump's Department of Justice.
00:43:16.000 Number five, we need a report on why the 2007 Bush-Comey investigation of Epstein was so butchered.
00:43:22.000 Number six, green light Ghelin Maxwell to speak freely to the media or to Congress and learn what she knows.
00:43:29.000 Number seven, get to the bottom of how Epstein got his money.
00:43:32.000 Subpoena bank records and financial statements.
00:43:35.000 Figure out the capital flows.
00:43:37.000 Number eight, release the names of prisoners on the prison floor the night Epstein was murdered.
00:43:42.000 Overrule the prisoner privacy rules.
00:43:45.000 Who were the prisoners on the floor that Epstein was murdered?
00:43:48.000 Why does that matter?
00:43:49.000 Well, if Epstein was murdered, he was probably murdered by a fellow prisoner.
00:43:53.000 Number nine, get the missing minutes of the prison footage.
00:43:56.000 There's right now two and a half missing minutes of the prison footage.
00:44:00.000 That's inexplicable to a lot of us.
00:44:02.000 What happened there?
00:44:02.000 Almost three minutes of missing footage.
00:44:05.000 If you want to create conspiracy theories, that is what you do.
00:44:08.000 Oh, yeah, he killed himself and there's three minutes of missing footage.
00:44:12.000 Yeah, you got to get to the bottom of that.
00:44:13.000 And then number 10, this is the most, not the most important, but the most immediate.
00:44:17.000 And honestly, I'm going to say this with all love and reverence for the administration.
00:44:22.000 This does not even touch President Trump.
00:44:24.000 Why is it that for a week and a half, we have had to go just cover this story without a press conference from the administration?
00:44:33.000 We need Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, Dan Bongino, Cash Patel.
00:44:36.000 Boom, boom, boom, boom.
00:44:38.000 What's happening is we are now, we're basically having to do the PR work of the administration, basically.
00:44:44.000 And honestly, we're like, guys, it's been 10 days since you've leaked this thing on the holiday weekend, and you still have not done a straight-to-camera, straight-to-the-sticks press conference.
00:44:55.000 Here's what we looked for.
00:44:56.000 Here's what actually existed.
00:44:57.000 Here's why we reached the conclusion that we did.
00:45:00.000 And so what they've done is basically people like myself and Benny Johnson and Steve Bannon and Jack Pesobic, we're out here.
00:45:06.000 We're having to explain this all day long, kind of doing little crumbs, little here, a little this, little that.
00:45:10.000 President Trump, he's got a million other things going on.
00:45:13.000 We're trying to fill the void and we're trying to explain it.
00:45:16.000 When we get questions that remain, here's what we are doing to reach transparency.
00:45:21.000 It is at critical mass right now, and that is number 10 on this list.
00:45:25.000 Guys, you got to get to the sticks for at least an hour, hour and a half.
00:45:28.000 You got to get out there.
00:45:29.000 And I know these guys have said it and I've given some time.
00:45:32.000 I'm like, okay, you know, let's buy them some time.
00:45:34.000 We are now Wednesday going into Thursday.
00:45:37.000 People are very, very confused.
00:45:39.000 And some people are very disappointed and mad.
00:45:41.000 You need to help them out a little bit.
00:45:43.000 Explain what is going on.
00:45:44.000 It's by the way, I'm glad people are tuning into our show at record numbers.
00:45:48.000 Our show's never been doing better.
00:45:50.000 And thank you for that.
00:45:50.000 We're covering this extensively and exhaustively.
00:45:53.000 But at some point, we got to hear from the DOJ FBI.
00:45:57.000 And Dan Bongino is a media wizard.
00:46:01.000 There is no one better in front of cameras than Dan Bongino.
00:46:04.000 He knows how to handle himself in front of a camera.
00:46:07.000 So release him to the dogs.
00:46:11.000 And when Dan Bongino says something with a no BS type approach, boom.
00:46:17.000 I think that will go a long way.
00:46:19.000 Totally.
00:46:21.000 We made so much progress with Gen Z. And this is a big vulnerability.
00:46:25.000 Online, on TikTok, this story is not landing well.
00:46:28.000 Let's fix this and we can.
00:46:30.000 Why?
00:46:31.000 Because we are the most resolute defenders of President Trump.
00:46:35.000 That is why.
00:46:36.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:46:39.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
