00:01:47.000 Everyone's talking about the debate, and they should be, but there was something that broke right before the presidential debate, and President Trump mentioned it during the debate, which is there is a growing criminal scandal surrounding the Biden family.

00:02:05.000 Former Biden associate Tony Bobulinsky did a press conference right before the presidential debate, and he confirmed the emails that were involved in the laptop revelations, and that Joe Biden pushed to make millions of dollars from the Chinese Communist Party in exchange for nothing.

00:02:34.000 I'm making the statement to set the record straight about the involvement of the Biden family, Vice President Biden, his brother Jim Biden, and his son Hunter Biden in dealings with the Chinese.

00:02:47.000 I have heard Joe Biden say that he's never discussed business with Hunter.

00:02:52.000 That is false.

00:02:54.000 I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden.

00:03:01.000 And Bob Yulinsky then says that there is no question that H, which we saw in the email, was Hunter and the big guy was father, was his father, Joe Biden.

00:03:19.000 On May 13th, 2017, I received an email concerning allocation of equity, which says 10% held by H for the big guy.

00:03:30.000 In that email, there's no question that H stands for Hunter, big guy for his father, Joe Biden, and Jim for Jim Biden.

00:03:40.000 In fact, Hunter often referred to his father as the big guy or my chairman.

00:03:46.000 On numerous occasions, it was made clear to me that Joe Biden's involvement was not to be mentioned in writing, but only face to face.

00:03:53.000 In fact, I was advised by Gilliard and Walker that Hunter and Jim Biden were paranoid about keeping Joe Biden's involvement secret.

00:04:02.000 Tony Bobielinski has no reason to be doing this.

00:04:05.000 He's a registered Democrat.

00:04:06.000 He's a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant, and he's the CEO of Sino Hawk Holdings.

00:04:12.000 So why is Tony Bob Yelinski all of a sudden speaking out against the Bidens?

00:04:17.000 The best answer we have to that is not only did the Biden steal $5 million from him, but Tony Bobielinski is probably worried.

00:04:26.000 He's worried because this laptop discovered by, not discovered, but in the hands of Rudy Giuliani and in the hands of Mr. Costello very well might implicate Bob Yelensky in this criminal conspiracy.

00:04:42.000 And the way that ruling class Democrats work is they will find scapegoats to escape prosecution.

00:04:51.000 And so the Bidens will find somebody that was involved in their criminal conspiracy and blame it all on them.

00:04:59.000 So Tony Bobyelinsky is making a calculated risk here.

00:05:04.000 Again, this is conjecture, but it's pretty logical when you build it out.

00:05:07.000 Tony Bobulinsky does not want to go to jail.

00:05:10.000 Tony Bobielinski regrets doing business with the Biden family.

00:05:17.000 Therefore, Tony Bobielinski is coming out in front of the story to make it not about him, but make it about the Bidens.

00:05:32.000 I was told this past Sunday by somebody who was also involved in this matter that if I went public, this information, it would bury all of us, man, the Bidens included.

00:05:46.000 I've never been political.

00:05:48.000 The few contributions I have made have been to Democrats.

00:05:52.000 But what I am is a patriot and a veteran.

00:05:57.000 To protect my family name and my business reputation, I need to ensure that the true facts are out there.

00:06:04.000 So Tony Bobielinski would not be doing this if everything that they did in their business dealings was perfect.

00:06:12.000 Tony Bobielinski would not be doing this if there was not something he knew that was going to be discovered on that laptop that Hunter Biden handed over to the computer repair shop man.

00:06:22.000 So Tony Bobielinski is making a very logical, reasonable, calculated risk.

00:06:29.000 I'm going to get out in front of this and I'm going to define it how things really happened.

00:06:35.000 And so Tony Bobulinsky, being a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant, a reputable businessman, a registered Democrat, he probably was threatened by the Bidens not to say anything for months.

00:06:46.000 He probably has wanted to do this for quite some time.

00:06:49.000 He probably had disgust and disdain for the Bidens and just so much, so much evidence.

00:06:57.000 But he probably thought that rich people and Democrats get away with committing crimes.

00:07:02.000 And typically that's the case.

00:07:04.000 That is typically the case until people like Hunter Biden hand over physical laptops to computer repair shop people and sign it away as abandoned property.

00:07:15.000 So then Tony Bobielinski goes as far to show phones he says he'll be turning over to the federal Bureau of Investigation.

00:07:26.000 I have also heard that Vice President Biden said on Tuesday that Senator Ron Johnson, the chair of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, should be ashamed for suggesting that Biden family sought to profit from their name.

00:07:39.000 Well, here are the facts I know, and everything I'm saying is corroborated by emails, WhatsApp chats, agreements, documents, and other evidence.

00:07:51.000 And the American people can judge for themselves.

00:07:54.000 I brought, I guess, for record three phones that spanned the years 2015 through 2018.

00:08:04.000 These phones have never been held by anybody else besides myself.

00:08:11.000 I was told this past Sunday by somebody who was also involved in this matter.

00:08:16.000 And I think that's where the previous cut we played.

00:08:19.000 So here's a question I have: Breaking today: the Federal Bureau of Investigation says they are going to sit down and interview Tony Bob Yelensky.

00:08:27.000 Why now, FBI?

00:08:30.000 Why did it take a public story?

00:08:32.000 You've had this laptop for 10 months.

00:08:34.000 Why are you so interested?

00:08:36.000 You're interested because you're trying to save your reputation.

00:08:39.000 That's why.

00:08:40.000 The Bureau has been trying to cover this up the last nine months.

00:08:44.000 Just the same FBI that spied on Donald Trump, the same FBI that launched an intergovernmental coup, the same FBI that lied about it under oath via James Comey, the same FBI that forged FISA documents, has been in possession of Hunter Biden's laptop for quite some time.

00:09:04.000 And being in possession of Hunter Biden's laptop, what did the FBI do?

00:09:09.000 Nothing.

00:09:11.000 And since they have done nothing, now there is so much public pressure, and Bob Yelensky is meeting with senators.

00:09:18.000 He says in cut five, tomorrow I'll be meeting at the Senate, but we already have the next chapter written, which is that the Bureau is saying they will interview Bob Yelensky.

00:09:30.000 Tomorrow, I will be meeting with the Senate committee members concerning this matter, and I will be providing to the FBI the devices which contain the evidence corroborating what I have said.

00:09:42.000 So I will not be taking any questions at this time.

00:09:46.000 And then cut six: Tony Bob Yelensky lands the plane.

00:09:51.000 I also had a disagreement with Hunter about the funds CFC was contributing to Sinohawk.

00:09:58.000 Hunter wanted $5 million of those funds to go to himself and his family.

00:10:03.000 So he wanted the funds wired directly to an entity affiliated with him.

00:10:07.000 I objected because that was contrary to our written agreements concerning Sinohawk.

00:10:13.000 He said, referring to the chairman, his father, that CFC was really investing in the Biden family.

00:10:21.000 And he has emails to prove this.

00:10:25.000 So now this veteran, a Democrat, but a self-described patriot, with no reason to do this except to try to save his reputation, is accusing Joe Biden and his family of selling out our government for money.

00:10:44.000 We have a word for that, but I'm not going to use it because it's too weighted.

00:10:50.000 But I'll make the argument that this is one of the most important political scandals in the modern era with more evidence than we have ever had against anyone that has been suspected of this activity.

00:11:03.000 So how does Chris Koons from Delaware, the alleged moderate, react to Tony Bob Yelensky with his credible evidence, his emails, his phones, and now his public accusations?

00:11:17.000 Before I play this tape, you have to understand that Bob Yelensky was unrelated.

00:11:23.000 It was not connected to this email laptop scandal.

00:11:26.000 So now you have the laptops that were independently found, and then you have somebody outside of that who confirms, corroborates, and makes the accusation.

00:11:37.000 What does Senator Chris Coons have to say?

00:11:43.000 You think he's lying?

00:11:44.000 I'm saying I've literally just heard of him now for the first time.

00:11:48.000 And Ron Johnson, senator from Wisconsin, spent millions of dollars and months of Senate time investigating these matters.

00:11:55.000 It seems awfully late to me for this flimsy evidence to be brought forward, and we'll see what comes of it.

00:12:01.000 And I frankly think this last-minute press conference smacks of desperation.

00:12:06.000 Smacks of desperation.

00:12:08.000 Well, Senator Chris Koons, I'll tell you what smacks of desperation.

00:12:12.000 Joe Biden calling this Russian disinformation, like Adam Schiff did.

00:12:17.000 Cut 26, Adam Schiff repeatedly saying that these are smears from the Kremlin.

00:12:22.000 I'm sorry.

00:12:23.000 Is Tony Bob Yulinsky a Kremlin agent who's a U.S. veteran and a registered Democrat?

00:12:29.000 He's probably one of your donors, Adam Schiff.

00:12:33.000 Well, we know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin.

00:12:39.000 That's been clear for well over a year now that they've been pushing this false narrative about the vice president and his son.

00:12:47.000 And he only says Kremlin 11 times in this interview.

00:12:50.000 But now Joe Biden is going to be forced to answer for his criminal schemes.

00:12:56.000 And by the way, this is only what we have evidence for.

00:12:58.000 There are multiple other deals that have been brought to the surface that we don't have evidence on the laptop or emails.

00:13:07.000 But Tony Bob Yelensky is the guy that they never anticipated.

00:13:12.000 And it's not just Tony Bob Yelensky.

00:13:14.000 There are other former business partners of Hunter Biden that are talking, that are saying that this was not a Hunter Biden scheme.

00:13:22.000 This was a Joe Biden-directed criminal conspiracy against the American people.

00:13:30.000 And that's the way that we must actually make this argument.

00:13:33.000 Because this is not just about the Bidens getting rich.

00:13:36.000 It's about decisions that were being made allegedly for the betterment of our republic and our country for their financial benefit.

00:13:46.000 That's the real point here.

00:13:48.000 Is that these people that swore an oath to not just uphold the Constitution, but protect us from enemies foreign and domestic, were enriching themselves from enemies foreign and domestic.

00:14:02.000 So if you ask somebody in the national security space, who are the top enemies of the United States, they would probably mention Iran, North Korea, Russia, and China.

00:14:14.000 Well, now we have actual evidence of Joe Biden receiving millions of dollars from two of those countries.

00:14:23.000 $3.5 million wire from the wife of the mayor of Moscow.

00:14:27.000 And a $5 million interest-free loan, forgivable, which is illegal according to the IRS.

00:14:33.000 You are not allowed to give interest-free loans.

00:14:35.000 It has to be counted as a gift to the Biden family.

00:14:40.000 Tony Bob Yelensky, he might end up being the person that unravels the Biden criminal conspiracy.

00:14:50.000 And for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the fact that you did not proceed with interviews is so incredibly telling that That someone still within the Bureau is calling the shots to protect entrenched cartel interests, I mean the cartel of Washington, D.C., and to attack President Donald Trump at all costs.

00:15:12.000 And anyone who would dare disrupt the landscape.

00:15:17.000 This could not be happening at a worse time for Joe Biden.

00:15:20.000 If this story came out in mid early September, it might have faded off.

00:15:24.000 But the fact that people are voting today, the fact that I am going to be voting today, alongside millions of other people, while this story is getting hotter and hotter and more and more intense, and Bob Yelensky is saying, in essence, that Joe Biden is the maestro, is the chief architect, is the general, is the designer of these schemes,

00:15:49.000 goes to show that Joe Biden should not be allowed anywhere near power in this country.

00:16:02.000 There'll be more people like Bob Yelensky coming to the surface very soon.

00:16:06.000 Because just how those Me Too allegations always happened, once one person sees someone coming out of the woodwork and making the accusation, all of a sudden it starts to create a herd and it grows.

00:20:08.000 Unfortunately, Kristen Welker decided that climate change and race relations in our country was more important, despite America being systemically un-racist, the most decent, benevolent, open-minded, charitable country ever to exist in the history of the planet.

00:20:26.000 And breaking just right now, President Donald Trump signs another peace deal, entering Sudan into the Abraham Accords.

00:20:35.000 One thing that I am quite upset about is that in three debates, one vice presidential debate and two presidential debates, there was zero mention of the Israel-UAE-Sudan-Bahrain peace accords.

00:20:48.000 Not one mention.

00:20:50.000 I wish that President Donald Trump would have focused on ending the endless wars, bringing our troops home.

00:20:57.000 Now, it's not to say this wasn't said on television.

00:21:05.000 He's done more in the past three and a half years than most presidents have done in two terms.

00:21:12.000 We've defeated the ISIS Caliphate.

00:21:15.000 We just brought the Beatles home and we're going to prosecute them for the death of Caleb Mueller and the other Americans Sotla, Foley and Kasich. 0.79

00:21:21.000 We brought peace to the Middle East through the Abraham Accords, bringing Bahrain and UAE into diplomatic relations and really an alliance with Israel.

00:21:32.000 We're going to have more news on the Abraham Accords in the not too distant future as other countries, the momentum builds to have peace in the Middle East.

00:21:39.000 We ended the JCPOA, which the Obama-Biden administration had supported and gave $150 billion to the Iranians, which they in turn used on proxy wars across the Middle East.

00:21:48.000 On big power competition, we put tariffs on China and stood up to China for the first time in 40 years.

00:21:54.000 We've rebuilt the military.

00:21:55.000 We've gotten our allies to pay $400 billion more in NATO defense spending over the next 10 years and to contribute troops to Afghanistan and Iraq.

00:22:03.000 And the president is ending our forever wars.

00:22:06.000 So, you know, you look at that record.

00:22:08.000 It's pretty amazing.

00:22:08.000 It's pretty unbelievable.

00:22:10.000 And then you put the trade agreements on top of it.

00:22:12.000 USMCA, the agreements that I was just in Brazil to witness the signings of this past week.

00:22:19.000 And that's another thing I wish that would have been mentioned, is that the USMCA and the renegotiation of our trade deals was not mentioned at all.

00:22:27.000 And I was thinking last night, the one thing I wish the president would have leaned in on is his success at renegotiating the trade deals that was a promise that he made to Midwestern voters in 2016.

00:22:38.000 I think that was a missed opportunity.

00:22:40.000 In fact, I think the president needs to lean in on that even more.

00:22:44.000 I think the president needs to almost brag about how he has been able to renegotiate the failure of NAFTA.

00:22:52.000 And guess who voted for NAFTA?

00:22:54.000 Joe Biden voted for NAFTA in the 1990s in the U.S. Senate.

00:22:59.000 Part of the debate shifted to race relations.

00:23:02.000 As I mentioned, Kristen Welker thought that was more important than literally establishing world peace and ending the endless wars and the forever wars. 0.94

00:23:51.000 From Google Trends, one of the top searched questions in Google was: can you change your vote?

00:24:04.000 I think that's a pretty convincing win for President Donald Trump.

00:24:07.000 Unfortunately, no, you can't change your vote in most states, though you can go make sure other people don't make the same mistake you did, which I hope you didn't.

00:24:17.000 If you voted for Trump, just keep your vote the same way.

00:24:20.000 Voted for Biden, go atone for that by getting 900 other people to go vote.

00:24:29.000 President Donald Trump framed the argument in a way that put him as the champion for middle-class workers.

00:24:38.000 And in one of the most bizarre moments of the night, clip 32, Joe Biden calls Donald Trump Abraham Lincoln.

00:24:46.000 Abraham Lincoln here is one of the most racist presidents we've had in modern history.

00:24:51.000 And I don't know if we have the segment here, but when Donald Trump said, you just called me Abraham Lincoln, where did that come from?

00:24:58.000 It was terrific.

00:25:00.000 And we saw Joe Biden continuously struggle with pinpointing Donald Trump on his record or on anything that is relatable to middle-class families and workers across the country.

00:25:27.000 Everything that Joe Biden has ever touched when it comes to foreign policy has turned into a disaster.

00:25:33.000 This is Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense for Obama, saying Joe Biden failed in almost every foreign policy arena in the last 40 years.

00:25:47.000 And you said in your memoir, I think he's been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades.

00:26:23.000 There is not one part of the world where Joe Biden took a stance or made his position clear where that part of the world became safer or more likely to achieve peace.

00:26:37.000 Whereas President Donald Trump, albeit some people think his style is unconventional, he is able to negotiate historic peace deals.

00:26:46.000 And he's the first president in my lifetime not to send my generation to another endless war overseas.

00:26:55.000 He is ending the forever wars.

00:27:43.000 What's the point that President Trump's trying to make?

00:27:46.000 Lockdowns are a luxury of the rich, that the rest of the country does not have the savings, does not have the income, does not have the wealth to survive another lockdown.

00:28:00.000 It was a nice little jab about how Joe Biden has sold out our country internationally so that he and his family can become wealthy and rich.

00:28:10.000 And President Trump, I believe, makes the argument correctly that a president who wants the country to reopen should do it alongside the country.

00:28:20.000 Joe Biden is not able to reopen the country because Joe Biden is not able to leave his home himself.

00:28:28.000 What if I told you that there was a race in one of the most liberal states in the country for the United States Senate where a Republican might win?

00:28:41.000 No, I'm not talking about Maine.

00:28:45.000 I'm not talking about Colorado.

00:28:48.000 I'm talking about Minnesota.

00:28:53.000 In a surprise sequence of events, we are now seeing a complete and total reversal in the Minnesota Senate race.

00:29:06.000 Minnesota is on no one's radar right now, but there is a poll that has just been published by the KSTP Survey USA, 625 Likely Voters, and the Minnesota Post that both show Jason Lewis, who is challenging Tina Smith to the U.S. Senate down one point in Minnesota.

00:29:33.000 So the balance of the U.S. Senate is very much determined on a couple of states.

00:29:41.000 Martha McSally in Arizona, Tom Tillis in North Carolina, Corey Gardner in Colorado, Susan Collins in Maine.

00:29:48.000 But very few people had Minnesota as going into play.

00:29:53.000 Some people had John James in Michigan.

00:29:56.000 We'll definitely have Tommy Tubberville winning in Alabama.

00:30:05.000 And now you're also seeing the Trump campaign re-engage heavily in Minnesota.

00:30:13.000 And it says, and we're just pulling up the data here that shows that the Trump campaign is now re-engaging in Minnesota with spending, people on the ground, and thinking that they can win Minnesota.

00:30:25.000 Some members of our research team here on the Charlie Kirk show, they've been telling me, you don't understand, Trump is going to seem like he doesn't want to win Minnesota.

00:30:32.000 He's going to come in the last 10 days and win the state and surge it.

00:30:36.000 It's what we've been saying.

00:30:37.000 I haven't been saying it, but my team's been saying it to me.

00:30:40.000 And I'm a Minnesota skeptic.

00:30:44.000 My family is from Minnesota.

00:30:49.000 1984 is the only, is this state, Minnesota was the state in 1984 when Ronald Reagan won every state except Minnesota and Washington, D.C.

00:31:01.000 And now you have a Senate race. 0.88

00:31:02.000 Forget President Trump's polling, but we have a Senate race where Tina Smith, she is really in a tough race right now.

00:31:11.000 And what's so amazing about this is that all the national Senate groups are pouring money into Texas to try to defeat John Cornyn.

00:31:20.000 And John Cornyn's up seven points.

00:31:22.000 They're pouring money into South Carolina to try to defeat Lindsey Graham. 0.68

00:31:26.000 And Lindsey Graham's up eight points instead of 12.

00:31:29.000 But do you know where they're not spending money? 0.95

00:31:31.000 They're not spending money in Minnesota.

00:31:33.000 And so as the Democrats thought they could be relentlessly on offense this cycle, they have just exposed their safe ranks in states that they never thought would be competitive, like the Minnesota Senate race in Michigan.

00:31:46.000 They're spending no money in Minnesota.

00:31:47.000 Now they're going to redirect it.

00:31:48.000 You know what that will do?

00:31:49.000 That'll free up candidates like McSally and Tillis because a million dollars going to Minnesota means that million dollars is not going to Maricopa County in Arizona.

00:31:58.000 So this guy, Jason Lewis, the fact that this poll just came out means that all this national money is about to pour back in Minnesota.

00:32:06.000 And you know what?

00:32:07.000 Maybe Tina Smith will win, but that money has to go somewhere.

00:32:11.000 And it's not going to go to help Jamie Harrison in his pipe dream in South Carolina, which will not materialize, or Ossif in Georgia against Purdue.

00:32:20.000 So as the Democrats were overly zealous with the Hollywood money, they did not realize that in Minnesota, the head of the Democrat Farmer Labor Union, the backbone of the socialist working class, that there might be a huge vulnerability.

00:32:38.000 In 2004, Democrats got 51% of the vote in Minnesota.

00:32:45.000 2008, 54%.

00:32:47.000 2012, 52%.

00:32:49.000 But in 2016, 46.4%.

00:32:52.000 Republicans with 44%.

00:32:56.000 And there's a huge reason why this is happening.

00:32:59.000 The Iron Range, which is traditionally a Democrat stronghold, has flipped upside down completely and totally.

00:33:07.000 Minnesota is mostly a rural state with a couple major population centers, of course, Minneapolis, St. Paul.

00:33:15.000 But if you look at Duluth, you look at the northern parts of the state, they are President Donald Trump strongholds right now.

00:33:21.000 With a strong debate performance and a phenomenal Senate candidate and Jason Lewis with Tina Smith on the ropes, this might change the entire balance of the United States Senate.
