00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody.
00:00:04.000 First about Michael Sussman, then about disinformation, talk a little bit about the breaking news from the Uvalde shooting.
00:00:10.000 And finally, do you think the Elon Musk Twitter purchase will go through?
00:00:14.000 I love hearing from you directly, so please email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:31.000 Kind of on the Uvalde shooting, we got this email.
00:00:33.000 Charlie, I have 30 years of police experience.
00:00:35.000 About 15 years ago, active shooter response changed from waiting to make contact of a team of four, which rapidly changed what is going on even with two people, then to immediate contact.
00:00:45.000 If there is an active shooter, without a doubt, an active shooter in a school, as you arrive, you take seconds to armor up if available, grab a long weapon if available, and move to the shooting and neutralize the threat.
00:00:54.000 Accepted practice, no excuse for this travesty.
00:00:57.000 It's well said from one of our listeners, Scott, and it confirms our other episode that I think you should check out.
00:01:04.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:06.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:07.000 Here we go.
00:01:08.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:10.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:12.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:15.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:18.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:19.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:20.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:22.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:28.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:29.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:38.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:40.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:49.000 Justice is incredibly important for humanity to continue.
00:01:56.000 Aristotle famously said, It is in justice that the ordering of society is centered.
00:02:01.000 Justice is to give every man his due.
00:02:06.000 The conservative base has been hungry for justice for years for good reason because they have seen James O'Keefe's apartment raided, Rudy Giuliani's apartment raided, the targeting of Michael Flynn, the spying of Donald Trump, and almost not even a slap on the wrist for the people that have done much worse, but even worse, the people that were responsible for the abuse of power.
00:02:29.000 And finally, we're starting to see some momentum towards the conclusion of justice.
00:02:35.000 Aristotle agreed, justice can be the messiest of all the virtues, but it is necessary.
00:02:39.000 A friend of the show who has been monitoring the Michael Sussman trial and does a great job is Kash Patel.
00:02:48.000 And Kash Patel knows a lot of things happening out there that are below the surface.
00:02:53.000 If you know what I mean, you know what I mean.
00:02:54.000 Cash, welcome back to the program.
00:02:56.000 Charlie, thanks so much for having me.
00:02:57.000 I love the backdrop.
00:02:58.000 Looking better and better every time.
00:03:01.000 Yeah, thank you.
00:03:02.000 We are in an undisclosed location in Indiana, one of my favorite states.
00:03:06.000 It doesn't get the attention it deserves.
00:03:08.000 Cash, what's going on in the Sussman trial?
00:03:10.000 We've been so distracted for good reason on the tragedy in Texas, World Health Organization, World Health Assembly.
00:03:15.000 Kind of catch us up, kind of get us up to speed here.
00:03:18.000 What's going on in the Michael Sussman trial?
00:03:20.000 Okay, real quick.
00:03:21.000 So the government and the defense have rested their cases.
00:03:24.000 That means they're done presenting evidence.
00:03:26.000 So tomorrow, the trial attorneys for John Durham and the attorneys for the defense will give their closing arguments to the jury.
00:03:36.000 And the case is very simple in terms of evidence that actually is going to be used to convict Michael Sussman.
00:03:42.000 One, the deposition transcript of my interrogation of Michael Sussman from 2018, which the whole world can see on DurhamWatch.com, where he said to me under oath, I, Michael Sussman, am doing all this work, Alphabank stuff, for the client, the client being Hillary Clinton.
00:03:58.000 Michael Sussman is now charged by John Durham with lying to the FBI because he went to the Alpha with this Alphabank nonsense.
00:04:05.000 And this is what the evidence came out of trial and told the FBI, I'm here as quote, a good Samaritan, not for anyone.
00:04:10.000 The problem is you have the deposition, the testimony from the FBI, which, you know, they're dirty cops over there, so they're not that helpful.
00:04:17.000 But you have Michael Sussman's own text message entered into evidence the night before he went to the FBI, where he texted the head of the FBI's lawyer department and said, I'm coming to you as a good Samaritan.
00:04:29.000 So did he lie to Congress or did he lie to the FBI?
00:04:32.000 They're both illegal, but he's charged with lying to the FBI.
00:04:34.000 And the kicker, the nice one, is the thumb drive that they loaded the Alphabank fantasy on, paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign, was bought by Michael Sussman in Washington, D.C. and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
00:04:49.000 They actually entered a receipt and billing record into evidence.
00:04:52.000 So he's going to draw in on jury nullification and it's going to be tough.
00:04:57.000 What does that mean, the jury nullification?
00:04:59.000 That's a lot of legalese for our audience.
00:05:00.000 Yeah, sorry.
00:05:01.000 So that's from my public defender and prosecutor days.
00:05:04.000 So basically, when you don't have the law and you don't have the facts, you put the cops on trial.
00:05:11.000 That's what I used to do as a public defender.
00:05:12.000 That's your job, you know, to exert due process.
00:05:16.000 They have been putting, isn't this ironic, Charlie?
00:05:19.000 Hillary Clinton's lawyer is calling the FBI liars.
00:05:24.000 I don't know if you could get more hypocritical or richer with irony or what verbiage you're supposed to use here, but this is hilarious.
00:05:32.000 That's their defense.
00:05:33.000 The FBI is lying.
00:05:35.000 Hillary's saying this.
00:05:36.000 And jury nullification is tied to that.
00:05:38.000 It just means we know we lied.
00:05:41.000 We know we're screwed with the evidence and the facts, but please let my client off.
00:05:46.000 He was trying to save the world because he worked against Donald Trump.
00:05:49.000 And that's illegal, but they can argue creatively around that.
00:05:54.000 So the answer for me is, why did Robbie Mook say that he would never go to the FBI?
00:06:00.000 Can you add some insight into that kind of breaking news clip where he said, well, yeah, of course Hillary signed off on sending this to the media.
00:06:08.000 I refuse to believe that was a slip of the tongue.
00:06:11.000 What's your thought on that?
00:06:12.000 Do you think it was coordinated in rehearsed or do you think it was a rare moment of honesty that might require Robbie Mook to have full-time security?
00:06:20.000 I think it's the latter because here's what happened in the case.
00:06:23.000 First, the government goes, then the defense goes.
00:06:26.000 But because Robbie Mook was going on a vacation to Spain, if you can believe it, the defense asked to interject in the government's presentation of their case and say, we have a witness we have to present right away.
00:06:38.000 That is never allowed.
00:06:40.000 Never.
00:06:41.000 You don't take vacations during federal criminal trials.
00:06:43.000 You're under subpoena.
00:06:44.000 You show up.
00:06:45.000 I never, ever was allowed to do that.
00:06:47.000 But this judge allowed it and gave the prosecution the biggest missile in that statement when he said Hillary, not only was she in on it, she knew it.
00:06:55.000 And she authorized us to go to the media and leak this information that we paid for.
00:06:59.000 It is a moment of truth from Robbie Mook, who knows he's also under John Durham's investigation and that he could be prosecuted later.
00:07:07.000 So when you tell people they're on the verge of going to jail, or maybe so, it's a funny way of bringing out the truth.
00:07:14.000 So you're of the opinion that that wasn't previously coordinated between Mook's attorney and Hillary's attorney.
00:07:20.000 Therefore, Cash, and you've been really consistent on this.
00:07:22.000 You don't think this is going to go all the way up to Hillary, maybe Andy McCabe.
00:07:25.000 But is what Robbie Mook revealed in court, does that put Hillary in potential legal jeopardy now?
00:07:32.000 Potential, but where I see it going is she will be just destroyed in the Durham Report, which isn't the accountability America wants, but it'll be a nice tale that we can tell our grandkids.
00:07:43.000 But where the accountability will go for indictments, as I've said, is the Andy McCabe, Peter Strzok.
00:07:48.000 I think a couple of FBI guys are going down.
00:07:50.000 I think Fusion GPS is going down.
00:07:52.000 And if we're lucky, maybe a Jake Sullivan for also lying to Congress and me under oath when I took his interrogation.
00:07:59.000 So they're all in on it.
00:08:00.000 And I think John Durham, he's figured out all this information I never knew as a chief rush gate investigator.
00:08:06.000 And I subpoenaed the DOJ and FBI for it.
00:08:08.000 And guys like Chris Ray and Rod Rosenstein, of course, blocked the presentation of that.
00:08:12.000 But it gives me confidence that John Durham is getting all of this information.
00:08:17.000 It really does.
00:08:19.000 So then what are the next steps then?
00:08:22.000 So this trial is going to wrap up.
00:08:25.000 There is a period of time between the conviction and then the sentencing, right?
00:08:33.000 Kind of decision of the jury and then the sentencing.
00:08:37.000 What can we expect next out of John Durham?
00:08:40.000 What are the targets you think he's going to indict next?
00:08:42.000 And has there been anything in this trial that has really surprised you?
00:08:48.000 So next, well, the sentencing will be a couple months away if and when I believe Sussman's convicted in the next day or two.
00:08:48.000 Yeah.
00:08:55.000 After that, we have to remind the audience, he already has another indictment in place and a trial set for this fall of the source to Christopher Steele.
00:09:02.000 And he also has a, he has a multiple count indictment for lying to the FBI a ton of times and for making up all that Christopher Steele information.
00:09:09.000 So he's got that in the pipeline public already.
00:09:11.000 What I think is next is the joint venture conspiracy, as John Durham has called it in the federal pleadings in the Sussman and Danchenko case, that he has multiple other targets.
00:09:22.000 And he has said Rodney Jaffe, the tech executive that was paid millions of dollars to drum up this false alphabet narrative while they were also drumming up their steel stuff.
00:09:32.000 He has said publicly, gee John Durham, then Rodney Jaffe is a target of my ongoing investigation.
00:09:37.000 He has also said in his pleading, these other people in the joint venture conspiracy, all that is is legalese for a bunch of people have to get together to do this.
00:09:46.000 The FBI, the Clinton campaign, Fusion GPS, and these guys like Rodney Jaffe and the Jake Sullivans of the world.
00:09:52.000 They're all mentioned by title in these pleadings, and they're all under his investigation.
00:09:56.000 So that's why I think he's going to get a couple of FBI agents and he should get Andy McCabe, who orchestrated this entire thing, and Peter Strzok, hopefully as well, along with Fusion GPS and this tech guy, Rodney Jaffe.
00:10:08.000 And if he does all that, that's pretty good work in the environment we're sitting in right now.
00:10:13.000 And the most shocking thing I learned during this trial is what we just talked about, Robbie Mook.
00:10:18.000 I can't believe he just throttled his former boss.
00:10:22.000 And like you said, he may need to be going on an extended vacation with the security detail for a while.
00:10:28.000 Robbie Mook should stay away from balconies and high buildings, train platforms and subway stations.
00:10:36.000 Have you looked at how much of Russia is inside your 401k or IRA?
00:10:40.000 Did you know my friends at PAX Financial Group have zero investments in Russia through their biblical investment strategy?
00:10:46.000 Those companies were screened out long ago because they didn't pass the treat people right test.
00:10:50.000 One of the most important tenets of the Christian faith is to love your neighbor, and this includes to love your employees.
00:10:55.000 Based on PAX's biblical responsible investment strategy, a company, domestic or international, is excluded from an investment from your portfolio if it violates our innate God-given fundamental rights.
00:11:06.000 So PAX Financial is wonderful.
00:11:08.000 They share our values.
00:11:09.000 In fact, I know people that have switched to PAX Financial from our partnership, and they speak so favorably about it.
00:11:16.000 Stop using the woke money managers.
00:11:18.000 PAX Financial is rooted in biblical wisdom.
00:11:22.000 So if you have $150,000 or more and would like to know more about biblical responsible investing at PAX Financial Group, text Charlie to number 74868.
00:11:32.000 That's Charlie at number 74868.
00:11:35.000 That's Charlie to number 74868.
00:11:39.000 So you just take out your phone, text the number 74868, and type in Charlie to get to know about PAX biblical responsible investing, biblical responsible investing strategy.
00:11:51.000 Take out your phone, text Charlie to 74-868.
00:11:56.000 They're about to manage some money for me.
00:11:58.000 I really think highly of PAX Financial.
00:12:00.000 Text Charlie to number 74-868.
00:12:06.000 I'll be very honest, Cash.
00:12:07.000 I was cynical.
00:12:09.000 I was angry.
00:12:10.000 I was frustrated.
00:12:10.000 I was like, no one's going to jail.
00:12:11.000 Durham's moving too slow, but you've been consistent and you've been methodical on this.
00:12:16.000 I'll be honest.
00:12:18.000 I want to see Hillary and all these other criminals go to jail, but we're working our way up to that.
00:12:23.000 So, Cash, who is Rodney Jaffe?
00:12:25.000 You call him the Christopher Steele of all of this.
00:12:28.000 Can you build that out a little bit more for us?
00:12:30.000 Yeah, as we all know, Christopher Steele perpetuated, perpetrated the Russia hoax at the beginning of the Clinton campaign by coming up with all this Russian garbage dirt on people in Trump's universe that was totally fake and used by the FBI to launch an investigation into President Trump.
00:12:45.000 Now, this was orchestrated by the Hillary campaign, and that one line of effort wasn't enough.
00:12:50.000 Of course, they, the dirty Democrats working for her, had another evil plan.
00:12:54.000 In parallel effort, they hired this guy, Rodney Jaffe.
00:12:57.000 We'll just call him the tech guy.
00:12:58.000 And what he did was he went out and basically cobbled together a team who made up information that would show a connection between Trump Tower in New York City and Russia through this Alpha Bank company.
00:13:13.000 They knew the information was bogus.
00:13:15.000 Then they loaded it onto a thumb drive and gave it to the FBI.
00:13:19.000 And the FBI used that information built on lies, knowingly, to launch an investigation, another investigation into President Trump.
00:13:27.000 So they had a backup to the operational plan that on Line of Effort won.
00:13:30.000 The kicker is like Christopher Steele, Rodney Jaffe was a decade-long source of the FBI.
00:13:37.000 So we, the government, are paying this guy to lie, and he's getting paid by Hillary Clinton.
00:13:41.000 You just can't make it up.
00:13:42.000 It's unreal.
00:13:44.000 And he got fired.
00:13:44.000 No, no, so I'm sorry.
00:13:46.000 I'm sorry to interrupt, but what you just said was so profound that Hillary had two parallel campaigns going on to try and find fake dirt on Donald Trump.
00:13:58.000 Can you expand on that?
00:13:59.000 That's the first I've heard that.
00:14:01.000 Yeah, that's been my thing for years.
00:14:04.000 And we've been trying to get it out there, but we were limited.
00:14:06.000 So the line of effort won steel dossier.
00:14:08.000 We know all about that.
00:14:09.000 Nuna's memo, crushed the steel dossier, built on lies, paid for by Hillary.
00:14:13.000 That's one.
00:14:15.000 Two, the lawyers went out for Hillary and said, not only are we going to do that one, we are going to do the computer tech savvy route in case this one falls apart.
00:14:26.000 We're going to go have technical information made up.
00:14:28.000 We're going to use our DC contacts like Michael Sussman.
00:14:31.000 We're going to pay him to go out and hire a crack crew and put together a totally false media computer narrative on the technical side so the FBI can launch a counterintelligence investigation into then candidate Trump.
00:14:45.000 And that's what they did on two avenues.
00:14:46.000 And they spent over $50 million of campaign funds on both those efforts, which is also illegal.
00:14:53.000 No, no, I just, I mean, it's totally illegal, right?
00:14:57.000 And so, but I just want to reinforce this.
00:15:00.000 They're in the midst of a heated campaign where the margins are thin in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and they're deploying their resources towards this.
00:15:09.000 It does make you think: has this been kind of a standard operating procedure amongst Democrats to do this for many years prior?
00:15:17.000 What are your thoughts on that?
00:15:19.000 You know, maybe, but to do it at this level, to be this sophisticated, to have buried it and covered it up and have the media carry your water for you.
00:15:28.000 You know, it does, you know, you have to sort of tip your hat to their criminality because they are the best syndicate in the world.
00:15:34.000 And they literally never thought they were getting caught because she was supposed to be president.
00:15:38.000 And now we're so many years down the road.
00:15:39.000 So I don't know if other Dems do this.
00:15:41.000 Maybe they try, but no one has pulled it off like the Clinton crime cartel.
00:15:47.000 Now, there's no evidence to support this.
00:15:49.000 I am not a fan of James Comey at all, but you might wonder that when he kind of did his press conference that hurt Hillary, he might have been so upset that Hillary was trying to influence the Bureau through her campaign.
00:16:01.000 I'm just saying, maybe there was something where it's like, I don't like Trump, but I'm going to put you in your place.
00:16:06.000 Crazier things have happened.
00:16:08.000 Yeah, you're 100% right.
00:16:09.000 James Comey had the ego the size of the state of Texas.
00:16:13.000 He had to run the Department of Justice, even though he was the FBI director and reported to the Attorney General.
00:16:18.000 He hijacked the investigation from federal prosecutors and put everyone in his place and made sure he attached his name to it.
00:16:24.000 That FBI conference he gave where he told the world he was investigating Hillary was literally unlawful.
00:16:31.000 He's not authorized by the law to do that.
00:16:33.000 The DOJ is.
00:16:34.000 So you're totally right.
00:16:35.000 And it's backed by a lot of facts, as usual.
00:16:39.000 Yeah, it's in a bizarre turn of events.
00:16:42.000 The ego of James Comey might have given us Donald Trump.
00:16:44.000 Just go figure that one out for all of you keeping score at home.

00:18:02.000 It's kind of what Drudge used to be and kind of how it was way back when.
00:18:09.000 But the difference is that they actually do phenomenal investigative work, revolver.news.
00:18:15.000 And with us is the mastermind behind that, Darren Beattie.
00:18:19.000 He does a great job, and he's been in the weeds on several very, very important stories recently, especially when it comes around disinformation and it comes around all of these very important topics.
00:18:33.000 So with us right now is Darren Beattie from Revolver.news.
00:18:36.000 Darren, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:18:38.000 So great to be back.
00:18:39.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:18:42.000 So Darren, let's go through a couple of these stories you have here.
00:18:45.000 Busted, Biden's minister of truth, Nina Jankowicz, who thankfully is no longer in a position of power, participated in secret NATO-funded cabal to subvert Western democracies using disinformation as a cover.
00:18:58.000 Tell us about it.
00:19:00.000 Well, this is one of the biggest stories we've ever run.
00:19:03.000 And what's important about this is there's so much information in here, and it's such an explosive story.
00:19:09.000 And it's so essential to understanding the very basic architecture of this vast ecology I call the disinformation industry that's been arrayed against us.
00:19:22.000 Disinformation industry, make no mistake.
00:19:25.000 This is the information warfare component of the broader domestic war on terror that's perpetrated against us, anyone who dares to question the regime and perpetrated against us by our national security apparatus.
00:19:40.000 And so there are pluses and minuses.
00:19:43.000 The big plus was that there was a natural interest in this story because it involved Nina Djankovich, who was probably one of the most comical public figures in American life in a long time, certainly in the political arena.
00:19:58.000 And that's saying a lot, especially given some of the interesting people Biden has chosen to elevate.
00:20:04.000 And she came out, you know, the videos came out of her previous career as a Harry Potter wizard rock sorceress.
00:20:14.000 She was in a band that specialized in, I'm not making this up, that specialized in eroticized versions, eroticized interpretations of Harry Potter themes.
00:20:25.000 And this was her big passion in life.
00:20:27.000 And frankly, she should have stuck to that passion because she did far less damage in that arena than in the arena that she moved into.
00:20:35.000 And that was the disinformation arena.
00:20:37.000 And in case someone's been living under a rock, she was appointed head of what we've dubbed, our circles have dubbed the Ministry of Truth, what Biden's Department of Homeland Security called the Disinformation Governance Board.
00:20:53.000 And she was the head disinformation sorcerer who was meant to zap away anyone who dared raise an objection to the Biden regime.
00:21:03.000 They must be engaging in disinformation.
00:21:05.000 I mean, it's ridiculous on its face.
00:21:08.000 But the architecture she sat on top of was not as really funny as she was.
00:21:16.000 And to get a sense of what this architecture was, we need to go back a couple years.
00:21:21.000 We need to go back to a couple years to really one of the biggest leaks in recent history.
00:21:30.000 I would say it's not an exaggeration at all to say that these are Edward Snowden tier leaks for the disinformation industry.
00:21:37.000 And only now, years later, do we fully understand their importance.
00:21:41.000 So what is this?
00:21:42.000 Well, a couple of years ago, there were documents released pertaining to a shadowy group out of the UK called the Integrity Initiative.
00:21:52.000 The Integrity Initiative described itself as a network of networks, of clusters, of people that they recruited, friendlies that they recruited that consist of academics, journalists, think tank professionals, national security bureaucrats.
00:22:08.000 And they established clusters throughout Europe, in the United States, and beyond.
00:22:15.000 And what would they do with these clusters?
00:22:17.000 So we go through many explosive examples in the piece, but just to give you a little taste of it.
00:22:22.000 So there was a situation in Spain, which these leaked documents bragged about, where there was going to be a minister appointed to a high-level defense position.
00:22:31.000 And of course, the Integrity Initiative, which is all over Russia, of course, which is the favorite pretext to intervene in Western democracies.
00:22:40.000 They said, this guy, we don't like him, probably for other reasons, but we're going to say he's a little bit too pro-Kremlin.
00:22:46.000 So we're going to engage the clusters that we have.
00:22:50.000 And what they did was they coordinated on WhatsApp and other venues to engage in secret influence level campaigns on Twitter in order to tar and smear this guy, which they did successfully in the matter of a week in which the appointment was totally killed and a new person who was more favorable to this organization got put in place.
00:23:14.000 Now, a secret influence operation would be juicy enough, but the fact is that this integrity initiative was funded by NATO.
00:23:23.000 It was funded by the UK government, the Foreign Commonwealth Office, which oversaw the British equivalent of the NSA and the British equivalent of the CIA at the time.
00:23:38.000 And of course, it was funded by the US State Department.
00:23:42.000 So here we have two things.
00:23:44.000 We have, for one, a NATO-funded cutout organization engaging in secretive influence operations to meddle in a NATO democracy, namely Spain.
00:24:00.000 And guess what?
00:24:01.000 Guess what its motto was?
00:24:03.000 Defending democracy against disinformation.
00:24:06.000 And so they do that by engaging in secretive influence campaigns to meddle in the democracies of other NATO, NATO groups.
00:24:14.000 So it's pretty amazing.
00:24:16.000 And also, by the way, you know, we were the last time we got together, Charlie, we talked about Elon Musk and Twitter, which was a great episode.
00:24:24.000 It did tremendously well.
00:24:27.000 People loved it, which I'm very gratified for because it's very important information.
00:24:31.000 One of the things we talked about was how Twitter is not an ordinary company.
00:24:36.000 Twitter is a playground for Intel-led influence operation.
00:24:41.000 And this is a concrete example of precisely what the value is for Twitter to our national security establishment.
00:24:49.000 This is not the only influence operation our national security establishment has been involved in by virtue of its cutout groups and NGOs and so forth.
00:24:59.000 And so where does Nina Yankovich come into this?
00:25:02.000 Well, her name came up as part of the leaks as a member of the UK inner cluster.
00:25:09.000 So this was years ago where Nina Yankovich's names came in and she was a nothing at the time.
00:25:14.000 She was an undiscovered Harry Potter wizard sorceress.
00:25:18.000 She hadn't been put on the big time.
00:25:21.000 She hadn't been put into the big castle by Biden yet.
00:25:25.000 She was just a low-level disinformation operative, but she was part of the club and some other names that came up just to give people a flavor of what this network is like and how these people don't fail.
00:25:37.000 They don't get canceled even after they're exposed.
00:25:39.000 In fact, they get elevated.
00:25:41.000 Another name that came up in this leak was Ben Nimmo.
00:25:45.000 At the time, Ben Nimmo was a major player involved in the DFR lab, which is the Atlantic Council's version of the disinformation censorship organization, the Atlantic Council, of course, just like the Integrity Initiative, also funded by NATO, also funded by the UK government, also funded by the U.S. State Department.
00:26:06.000 But guess what Ben Nimmo does now?
00:26:09.000 Now, I'm not even making this up.
00:26:10.000 This is in the reports, one of the many explosive bombshells in this report.
00:26:14.000 Ben Nimmo now is a senior level employee at Facebook tasked with fighting against global disinformation influence operations.
00:26:28.000 This is a guy whose name came up in one of the most explosive leaks pertaining to just such a disinformation influence operation.
00:26:37.000 And some of the other names, I don't know if your audience is familiar with Ann Applebaum.
00:26:42.000 I'm sure you've encountered this name before.
00:26:44.000 She was in there.
00:26:45.000 There are a lot of winners in this.
00:26:47.000 Todd Leventhal, who was at the time the head of the State Department's Global Engagement Center, which is like the propaganda foreign propaganda unit of the State Department.
00:26:57.000 And so there's an element of this that really seizes on the public's attention and imagination.
00:27:03.000 That is the ridiculousness of Nina Yankovich.
00:27:06.000 But the real story here that's kind of easy to get lost in because it's complicated.
00:27:10.000 There are a lot of moving parts.
00:27:11.000 You got to slog through it a little bit.
00:27:14.000 But it's so important.
00:27:15.000 And that is that the Integrity Initiative really shows the architecture of what the disinformation industry actually is.
00:27:24.000 How it's this sort of, it's state-funded.
00:27:27.000 It's really state-controlled.
00:27:29.000 But typically these operate as clusters of non-governmental organizations.
00:27:35.000 There are now organizations run out of universities, which gets to the next story if we have time on Renee DeResta, someone who is like Nina Yankovich, a disinformation operative who wrote a lot of attack pieces on Elon Musk, who would dare to impose free speech on Twitter.
00:27:53.000 Well, it turns out that Rene, disinformation operative du jour, Renee used to work for a company called New Knowledge.
00:28:03.000 What is New Knowledge famous for?
00:28:05.000 Well, they build themselves as a group that we understand Russian disinformation campaigns.
00:28:11.000 We're going to uncover these campaigns.
00:28:13.000 We're going to protect the American people from Russian influence operations.
00:28:17.000 And they harped on this stupid internet research agency that had Mueller chasing his tails for years when it really amounted to nothing on Facebook.
00:28:26.000 Well, it turns out that New Knowledge was caught red-handed by the New York Times, no less, as having engaged in a secretive influence campaign to meddle in the Alabama special Senate election with Roy Moore and Doug Jones.
00:28:42.000 And guess what their influence operation was?
00:28:44.000 It was setting up fake Russian accounts that would support the candidate they didn't like.
00:28:50.000 In this case, that was Roy Moore.
00:28:52.000 And so they could tarnish Roy Moore as a beneficiary of a Russian influence operation.
00:29:00.000 Wow.
00:29:01.000 You can't make this.
00:29:02.000 There's so much there, Darren.
00:29:03.000 And so.
00:29:04.000 No, and what you've articulated is a whole disinformation cottage industry that has been created.
00:29:10.000 So Nina has been sidelined and this disinformation board of the DHS has been put on hold.
00:29:16.000 Very quickly, do you think that they're still going to go through with it under a different name and a rebrand?
00:29:21.000 What's your thoughts?
00:29:22.000 Absolutely.
00:29:23.000 It's a pyrrhic victory.
00:29:25.000 She was too ridiculous.
00:29:26.000 She was too clownish, even for the people in charge, which is saying a lot.
00:29:30.000 But look, there's so much at stake here.
00:29:33.000 The disinformation industry represents a reconfiguration of our entire national security apparatus in order to control the information flows in the internet age.
00:29:44.000 There's too much at stake for them to abandon it.
00:29:47.000 If you want the blueprint of what this structure looks like, go to revolver.news, read the piece on the integrity initiative, and read the follow-up piece on Renee DeResta and the new knowledge secret influence operation.
00:30:00.000 That'll give you a taste of what we're up against.
00:30:05.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:30:06.000 With the left in a total panic over Twitter and DHS essentially creating their own Ministry of Truth, it is safe to say we're facing the biggest threat to the First Amendment in our lifetime.
00:30:15.000 That's why I'm proud to support Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
00:30:19.000 They offer broad nationwide coverage.
00:30:21.000 You get the same great service without funding the major carriers who donate to the left.
00:30:25.000 Patriot Mobile has plans to fit any budget and their U.S.-based customer support team provides exceptional customer service.
00:30:31.000 Most importantly, Patriot Mobile shares your values and supports organizations fighting for religious liberty, the rights given to you by God and protected in the Constitution and the sanctity of life.
00:30:40.000 So make the switch right now today.
00:30:42.000 I've made the switch.
00:30:43.000 Our team has made the switch.
00:30:44.000 Do it right now.
00:30:45.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:30:49.000 Get free activation with the offer code Charlie.
00:30:51.000 They also have special discounts for our veteran and first responder heroes.
00:30:54.000 PatriotMobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:30:57.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:31:09.000 Darren, we're going to switch gears a little bit just because we have some breaking news happening and this impacts the narrative and actually has been a lot of misinformation.
00:31:17.000 I don't want to go disinformation around this story.
00:31:20.000 And so what's happened in Uvalde is dramatically different than what we originally told.
00:31:25.000 What we are now learning is that the gunmen walked through an open door unlocked to kill indiscriminately.
00:31:31.000 There was not even an armed officer to begin with.
00:31:34.000 Originally said there was a gunfight.
00:31:35.000 Now there was no confrontation.
00:31:37.000 To kind of speaking of disinformation, it seems like there was just blatant lies being told about this.
00:31:43.000 According to all reports, it seems that police officers stood by and did nothing for 40 minutes to an hour while pepper spraying and really going after parents who are trying to go and intervene and save their children.
00:31:57.000 How does this happen, Darren?
00:31:59.000 What's our takeaway here?
00:32:00.000 I'd love your thoughts.
00:32:02.000 Well, it's obviously outrageous and it's a tragedy for all of the victims involved.
00:32:08.000 And it really goes to show that, you know, everything that's filtered through a political lens, unfortunately, all of these mass shootings are just too significant politically for the American people to be able to access the truth.
00:32:21.000 Certainly right off the bat in the initial phases of the news cycle, it's all about how the regime is going to exploit this to its advantage, or if there are unfavorable details, how the regime is going to suppress those and massage it such that the ultimate narrative that comes out is favorable to them.
00:32:40.000 And if that's not possible, to just shut the story down completely.
00:32:45.000 And so what we're seeing here is like indications of something very troubling that the people whose job it is to protect these children didn't do their job.
00:32:56.000 And, you know, I think we need to kind of develop the courage in order to ask the questions: well, why didn't they do that?
00:33:03.000 Is there something about the selection effects now and how cops have been demonized for so long that maybe the people who are upstanding and courageous and willing to do something, maybe those people aren't as interested in joining that profession anymore?
00:33:19.000 Maybe there's just a general decline in human capital that applies to the police forces generally.
00:33:26.000 You know, it looks like this is going to be an issue that requires some sober analysis in its own right: how do we get to the point where police officers could drop the ball in such a dramatic and tragic fashion as this?
00:33:44.000 Yeah, and the amount of initial disinformation from the beginning or misinformation from the beginning is just beyond striking.
00:33:53.000 So in closing here, Darren, I want to go back to something you said previously around Elon Musk.
00:33:58.000 What do you think are the chances of him actually finishing this Twitter purchase?
00:34:03.000 There's a lot of back and forth, lawsuits, investigations.
00:34:07.000 Are you a believer that this purchase is going to go through?
00:34:13.000 Depends what you mean by believer.
00:34:15.000 If believer means I think it's greater than 50% chance, then I'm not a believer.
00:34:20.000 But I'm still a believer that this is probably one of the most important kind of live issues going on with a real live player that actually amounts to something of significance.
00:34:31.000 But, you know, even if it doesn't work out, we have to credit Elon for really kind of exposing a huge part of the system in the same way that in the same way that Trump did.
00:34:41.000 But it's also a little bit demoralizing to see if like if anyone's in a position to array himself against this system at this point, it's someone like Elon Musk, who has sort of the cultural cachet of Joe Rogan and others.
00:35:02.000 He's got more money than you can imagine, more money than Trump, although his net worth has depleted significantly since he dared to speak up against the system.
00:35:12.000 And so what we might see is like, you know, it's no wonder that so many, unfortunately, so many very high net worth people are just incredibly risk averse because it turns out that no matter how many billions you have, it doesn't translate into real power.
00:35:29.000 And the fact is that these people need to stay in their lane and learn their place or they get crushed like anybody else.
00:35:36.000 And so Elon should be thankful that he played the game up to the point that he did.
00:35:42.000 So he'll probably be fine personally.
00:35:45.000 But for the people who attack the system before they've made billions of dollars, just imagine how much harder it is for them.
00:35:52.000 That's kind of the boat that we're in.
00:35:56.000 It's hard for anybody to attack the system.
00:35:59.000 I credit Elon for doing it.
00:36:01.000 I still think there's a real chance that he succeeds, but he might not have even understood, as smart as he is, he might not have understood the hornet's nest that he was rocking by daring to demand that Twitter have free speech.
00:36:16.000 It's well said.
00:36:17.000 Revolver.news, Darren, wonderful research as always and terrific commentary.
00:36:21.000 Thank you so much for joining us.
