00:00:39.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:40.000 Here we go.
00:00:41.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:43.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:45.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:48.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:52.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:53.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:54.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:56.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:01.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:02.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:11.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:14.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:23.000 Do we want to win?
00:01:24.000 That's such an obvious question.
00:01:26.000 The great brush lumbaugh taught us that establishment Republicans deep down don't want to win.
00:01:30.000 They want to be controlled opposition, have the media to cover fire for them, be invited to cocktail parties, go on codels, do debates with NBC News.
00:01:38.000 Winning requires responsibility.
00:01:40.000 And deep down, Republicans would rather be attachés.
00:01:46.000 They would rather be puppets and controlled by the Democrats.
00:01:50.000 This is why Donald Trump was such a threat to them.
00:01:52.000 When Donald Trump actually won, it was shock and awe throughout of Washington, D.C. Wait, we actually won something?
00:01:59.000 Donald Trump's insistence on winning is not something the Republican establishment wants.
00:02:03.000 They would rather lose all throughout.
00:02:06.000 The RNC leadership does not want to win.
00:02:09.000 They have a track record of losing.
00:02:11.000 Do I get any sort of, did you guys see Rana or any of those CABA members get upset today?
00:02:16.000 No, they're too busy doing a debate with NBC News because they hate you.
00:02:20.000 Joining us now is Harmeet Dylan.
00:02:21.000 Harmeet, welcome to the program.
00:02:23.000 Harmeet, you sent out a tweet of you just with your hands up.
00:02:27.000 What do you think?
00:02:27.000 Yeah, I mean, I'm look, I'm trying to be diplomatic here.
00:02:31.000 I'm a member of the RNC, but in reality, what I and all the other 156, 168 members of the RNC expect is that we are going to be going strong and doing the blocking and tackling for our candidates and creating the best situation for our candidates to win.
00:02:46.000 And what happened yesterday was not that.
00:02:49.000 Now, the RNC is not the only body whose job it is to elect Republicans.
00:02:53.000 In fact, our main focus is supposed to be electing a president, and I'll get to that in a minute.
00:02:57.000 But we ought to be providing guidance and sort of a playbook for state parties to be able to get it right.
00:03:04.000 For a while, to be frank, state parties have also not necessarily done their jobs in raising the money necessarily.
00:03:11.000 But you look at Kentucky, our Republican Governors Association's job is to raise the money and spend it so that our candidate does not outspent three or four to one.
00:03:21.000 We need help with messaging.
00:03:23.000 We need to update our playbook to make sure that we're, you know, gathering the ballots and getting those low propensity ballots in early, like the Democrats are doing.
00:03:34.000 And that's not a volunteer activity anymore.
00:03:36.000 Democrats are spending billions of dollars doing that over the last few election cycles, and we're just not even doing a drop in the bucket compared to that.
00:03:44.000 So, you know, RNC's competence is necessary, but not sufficient with these elections.
00:03:50.000 And I hope yesterday was a wake-up call to all Republicans that we have less than one year to really get our act together and immediately engage and get this right.
00:03:59.000 Otherwise, we are going to be looking at years of more misery like what's happening right now.
00:04:06.000 So, Harmeet, just there's a debate tonight.
00:04:09.000 It's kind of perplexing to do a debate with NBC News.
00:04:12.000 Are other members of the RNC equally as confused?
00:04:15.000 People are pretty puzzled by some of these choices, to be frank, but most of us have no input in it.
00:04:22.000 I used to be on the executive committee of the RNC.
00:04:24.000 I'm not right now.
00:04:25.000 We have a debate committee.
00:04:27.000 I have a couple of friends on the debate committee.
00:04:29.000 And, you know, frankly, even some of them are surprised by some of these choices, not just the venues that we're doing them or the platforms, but also the specific moderators have been selected.
00:04:42.000 It seems almost pointless or like fiddling while Rome is burning to be engaging with the far left here and letting them dictate the terms of our candidate selection.
00:04:54.000 I'm not paying attention to that, to be honest with you.
00:04:56.000 I'm really worried about what's happening in our country, what happened yesterday, and figuring out how we can work around our national effort and make sure this gets done in the states or we're doing.
00:05:08.000 So I'm going to ask a hypothetical that isn't so hypothetical for you, not hypothetical for me.
00:05:13.000 Is there a way to recall or remove an RNC chair this far into the game?
00:05:19.000 You know, in the past, hypothetically, where there have been chairs who have failed completely, the executive committee of the Republican National Committee can certainly step in and, let's say, tighten the first ring, set some boundaries, and make it very difficult.
00:05:38.000 But, you know, Rhonda got a mandate in January.
00:05:43.000 She won pretty decisively.
00:05:44.000 People ask me, are you going to contest that?
00:05:46.000 No, I'm not going to contest it.
00:05:47.000 She definitely won the election with a significant percentage of the votes.
00:05:52.000 And there were major political operatives in our country on the Republican side looking votes for her.
00:05:58.000 And there are many, many political consultants who really run the party who are very invested in the way it is.
00:06:04.000 So I don't really see that happening.
00:06:07.000 So, you know, while it's convenient to pick a scapegoat of the RNC for what happened yesterday, we got to get it together and not just complain on Twitter.
00:06:16.000 We actually have to just understand this is the situation that we have and work around it.
00:06:22.000 There are state parties.
00:06:23.000 It is the job of state parties to get money and get it together and get a game plan.
00:06:29.000 Election laws vary by state.
00:06:30.000 Some states have voter ID.
00:06:32.000 Some states have 45 days of early voting.
00:06:34.000 Whatever the situation is in your state, if you can't change it by election day, figure it out and learn how to master it.
00:06:40.000 We've done that in California, for example.
00:06:43.000 We hate the system, but we've learned to figure out where we can win elections, ballot harvest, ballot cure, and get it done.
00:06:51.000 And we do win those targeted elections.
00:06:53.000 Yeah, Harmeet, I have a serious concern that we don't have the infrastructure necessary to win coming into next November.
00:07:01.000 We are running out of time.
00:07:03.000 You sent a tweet out, Simulus, and you said this, which is the infrastructure is just not there.
00:07:08.000 We're not seeing the sort of consolidation of resources.
00:07:12.000 And Harmen, I know you have to be diplomatic because you're colleagues, all these people, but I'm going to say something I'm sure you're hearing.
00:07:18.000 This is not just a grassroots concern.
00:07:20.000 High-level donors, the richest people, are actually saying very similar things as the grassroots as far as why are we not placing these investments?
00:07:30.000 This is an unprecedented chapter where the rank and file precinct committeeman, the plumber, the electrician, the welder, the teacher, the mom, is saying the same thing as the person worth a couple hundred million dollars.
00:07:42.000 Are you hearing that too, Harmee?
00:07:43.000 I am hearing it.
00:07:44.000 I spoke to some donor representatives just earlier this week, a billionaire donor, who's a reliable conservative donor.
00:07:51.000 And quite a few of those folks supported change at the RC.
00:07:55.000 They didn't see it and they're sitting on their hands right now.
00:07:58.000 And that's unfortunate because these investments can't happen in October next year.
00:08:04.000 They can't happen in, there can't be like, okay, let's call up some volunteer lawyers in September and hopefully they'll put down their laptops and go into the field and do this stuff.
00:08:14.000 That's not how the Democrats do it.
00:08:16.000 And since 2004, Democrat billionaires and big donors have been systematically and in a disciplined way investing in legal warfare, investing in ballot harvesting, investing in smart tactical development of ballot measures and other bait, if you will, to get their voters to the polls, the high-propensity voters.
00:08:43.000 Voters, they have the money to pay the mules to gather these ballots and get them in.
00:08:50.000 We are 20 years behind now.
00:08:52.000 And, you know, I feel like watching a debate tonight is like fiddling while we're almost burning.
00:08:56.000 It is not relevant to winning the election next year.
00:09:00.000 Now, it has to be done.
00:09:01.000 We can't skip this process.
00:09:03.000 But, you know, I wonder why we're doing it with unfriendly moderators and platforms.
00:09:09.000 It seems like a lost opportunity.
00:09:11.000 Bottom line, if we have been investing in lawfare and in the army of ballot gatherers that we need, like by the way, Turning Point Action is doing.
00:09:22.000 Tyler's been out there doing that work.
00:09:24.000 It's inspiring and it's important.
00:09:26.000 There needs to be 100 pilers and 100 Turning Point Actions out there doing this work in different states.
00:09:32.000 There's, you know, the Party Patriots and other groups are doing that, but we just aren't doing enough of it.
00:09:37.000 We have to have more.
00:09:39.000 And yesterday needs to be a five-alarm fire makeup haul.
00:09:45.000 Do not expect large S from DC to save our butts, okay?
00:09:51.000 Organize at the state and local level and find the local lawyers and I can help with that.
00:09:57.000 Find the people necessary and prepare the ground because if we don't, I mean, literally as we speak, my partners are flying around the country defending the right of President Trump to be on the ballot.
00:10:08.000 This is extraordinary that the regime is trying to take this is what happens in South America and banana republics that the regime tries to prevent the most popular opposition candidate from being free or from being on the ballot.
00:10:24.000 That's what's happening in America right now.
00:10:26.000 So, you know, that's what's at stake.
00:10:28.000 And if you, you know, let's not just use Twitter as a sport and get on there.
00:10:32.000 Oh, you know, it's X person's fault or it's Y person's fault.
00:10:35.000 That doesn't move the needle.
00:10:37.000 What moves the needle is putting on your big girl and boy pants, getting out there, helping raise the money and helping be the person who organizes the precincts, finds out which neighbors aren't voting and why and persuade them to.
00:10:52.000 And if they're not even going to do that, then find a way to, you know, persuade them to turn their ballot over and you get it in for them.
00:10:58.000 That's what it's going to take.
00:11:00.000 Harmeet Dylan, wish you were RNC chair.
00:11:02.000 We'd be in a much better spot.
00:11:04.000 Thank you so much.
00:11:04.000 See you soon.
00:11:05.000 My pleasure.
00:11:06.000 Thanks for having me.
00:11:09.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:10.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?
00:11:13.000 That's a long time to live without a set of income.
00:11:15.000 We want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money.
00:11:18.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.
00:11:21.000 It's about living your best life.
00:11:22.000 Let's not retire.
00:11:23.000 Let's pivot.
00:11:24.000 My friends at PAX Financial Group developed a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot.
00:11:30.000 If you want your own free guide of pivoting into the next chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:11:39.000 That is paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:11:43.000 I have some of my money managed by PAX Financial.
00:11:46.000 They do a wonderful job.
00:11:48.000 And remember, retirement is about more than just investments.
00:11:51.000 The Charlie Kirk endorsement of the PAX Financial Group LLC was given for compensation, which creates an incentive to recommend PAX's advisory services.
00:12:01.000 Need to make sure that disclaimer is very clear.
00:12:03.000 So check it out, PAXFG.com slash Charlie.
00:12:08.000 George Soros, Lorene Powell Jobs, Mackenzie Bezos, Reed Hoffman, Mark Benihoff.
00:12:15.000 You've probably heard those names before.
00:12:17.000 Mark Benihoff is Salesforce, Reid Hoffman is LinkedIn.
00:12:20.000 Laureen Powell Jobs, worth $20 billion.
00:12:22.000 The widow of Steve Jobs, Mackenzie Bezos, one of the most expensive divorces in history.
00:12:26.000 They're financing left-wing causes and the abortion issue animates them.
00:12:30.000 Mackenzie Bezos is worth $35 billion and she said she'll spend it all to protect abortion rights.
00:12:36.000 It's a big deal for her to make sure that abortions continue.
00:12:39.000 There's another name that you need to be aware of, name that you're probably not introduced to, who pumped money into 501c4, 501c3s, and other instruments to influence politics.
00:12:52.000 Now, whether or not this should be legal or not, it's on the edge.
00:12:55.000 There's been a lot of, there have been plenty of calls for investigative work here, but it's a foreigner, a foreigner that you need to be aware of.
00:13:03.000 His name is Hans Jug Weiss.
00:13:07.000 Hans Joeg Weiss, say that three times.
00:13:10.000 He's a Swiss billionaire.
00:13:12.000 Hans-Jorg Weiss.
00:13:13.000 Thank you.
00:13:15.000 Weiss.
00:13:16.000 He's worth billions of dollars.
00:13:18.000 And he was profiled in the New York Times a couple of years ago.
00:13:20.000 And every so often there's an article about him.
00:13:22.000 He's worth $4.7 billion.
00:13:25.000 He committed $131 billion to Harvard University alone.
00:13:30.000 And he pumps hundreds of millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars into Democrat left-wing causes.
00:13:39.000 New York Post reports that he has pumped in, that we know of, over $200 million, this one donor, a foreign Swiss billionaire donor from his foundation that we know of to groups that supported Democrats and progressive causes.
00:13:55.000 In 2019 alone, the 1630 Fund, which is a dark money organization, gave $35 million to that group.
00:14:06.000 This is just one example of several where there has been a cabal.
00:14:10.000 And I'm going to not just speculatively tell you about this because they do this in public.
00:14:14.000 That's what's so amazing.
00:14:15.000 And the media doesn't cover it.
00:14:17.000 It's right in front of us.
00:14:19.000 In fact, you can visit their website.
00:14:22.000 There's a cabal that involves Lorene Powell Jobs, but she does the Emerson Collective thing.
00:14:28.000 That's her thing, but she's still a member of this.
00:14:30.000 George Soros, who's the convener.
00:14:33.000 Reed Hoffman, Mark Benihoff, a lot of tech oligarch people, master of the universe.
00:14:38.000 They believe they're God and that you're the peasants.
00:14:40.000 And it's literally right in front of you.
00:14:42.000 You can check it out.
00:14:43.000 It's called the Democracy Alliance, democracyalliance.org.
00:14:49.000 Now, Hans-Jorg, can say that 50 times.
00:14:54.000 Hans-Jorg Weiss is a member of the Democracy Alliance.
00:14:58.000 When you go to the Democracy Alliance's website, again, it's a dark money, plutocrat, oligarch, billionaire meeting group, planning group, coordination group.
00:15:11.000 You go to their website, democracyalliance.org, and they say, here are their goals.
00:15:18.000 Number one, their first goal is to change election rules.
00:15:22.000 Their first goal is to change the election rules.
00:15:28.000 Mark Elias, signature verification, mass mail and balloting.
00:15:32.000 Understand the disappointing results yesterday are also because they have closed the window of propensity to vote.
00:15:43.000 They took COVID as an opportunity to permanently change our election laws.
00:15:47.000 Republicans used to do better in these off-year election cycles.
00:15:50.000 Now Democrats do better with mass mail-in voting, micro-targeting.
00:15:55.000 The RNC Republicans were doing none of this.
00:15:57.000 There's no war room.
00:15:58.000 There's no data.
00:15:59.000 There's no sophistication.
00:16:00.000 We're trying our best at turning point action.
00:16:02.000 The next goal of the Democracy Alliance that this foreigner is part of, expand the electoral map to win beyond the current battleground states so we're not always one election loss away from catastrophe.
00:16:15.000 They put this on their website.
00:16:17.000 Invest in people like we want them to win through power building, radical collaboration, long-haul commitments, especially with the youth.
00:16:30.000 Billions and billions of dollars of Democrat left-wing donors who have come together and you see what they stand for, a fair democracy, a fight of our lives will be won together.
00:16:45.000 This is the work of the Democracy Alliance.
00:16:47.000 We've been building this for two decades, all convened by George Soros.
00:16:52.000 It's not a conspiracy.
00:16:54.000 It's in plain sight.
00:16:56.000 And you're living in their plan.
00:16:59.000 We're like, where does this come from?
00:17:00.000 Where's the money?
00:17:01.000 Where is all this?
00:17:02.000 It's by foreign billionaires, American billionaires that have a plan, and they're ahead of schedule to shred the U.S. Constitution and radically transform America.
00:17:15.000 America's colleges and universities today are less concerned with critical thinking than with indoctrination.
00:17:20.000 It is no wonder why so many young Americans embrace cancel culture, deny free speech to conservatives, and even celebrate terrorism.
00:17:27.000 But I'm happy to report there is one college where students debate ideas openly and honestly, where they pursue truth together with their professors, and where America's great heritage of liberty is studied and revered.
00:17:37.000 My favorite college, Hillsdale College.
00:17:39.000 As stated in Hillsdale's founding document in 1844, Hillsdale's original mission was to offer the kind of serious liberal arts education needed to preserve the blessings of civil and religious liberty across the land.
00:17:50.000 And this mission continues to guide Hillsdale College today.
00:17:53.000 You can learn more at my favorite college's website, charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:17:57.000 There you will find a short video that's just over a minute long showing how Hillsdale's work, not only on its Michigan campus, not only in Washington, D.C. campus, but across the nation is effective in defending American liberty.
00:18:11.000 Take some time to watch today at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:18:14.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:18:19.000 Joining us now is Professor Alan Dershowitz.
00:18:21.000 Professor, I have to compliment you that you are prolific in your ability to produce new books.
00:18:28.000 This has been, what, six, eight weeks?
00:18:30.000 I mean, you do turn this around in record time.
00:18:32.000 Tell us about your latest book.
00:18:34.000 Well, it's only been four weeks and two days.
00:18:38.000 I dropped everything.
00:18:41.000 Devoted myself to writing this book called War Against the Jews.
00:18:45.000 I originally called it War Against Israel, but then it became so clear from what's going on in college campuses that this is a war against Jews.
00:18:53.000 If I had it to write again, I would say war against Jews and Americans because, you know, scratch an anti-Semite, scratch an anti-Zionist, and you're going to find an anti-American.
00:19:03.000 One of the reasons so many of these woke people hate Israel is because Israel is America's closest ally in the Middle East and they hate America.
00:19:12.000 And so these are kids who are so anti-you know, these demonstrations aren't pro-Israel, pro-Palestine demonstrations.
00:19:21.000 They're anti-Palestine because Hamas is Palestine's worst enemy.
00:19:26.000 They're anti-Israel.
00:19:28.000 They're pro-Hamas, but they're not pro-Palestine.
00:19:31.000 And they're anti-American and they're very dangerous because these kids who today are wearing green headbands instead of Nazi swastikas, they would join the terrorists if the terrorists started attacking American institutions.
00:19:46.000 So, you know, it's coming to a theater near you like it did in the 1960s and 70s when the weathermen were trying to blow up Fort Dix and planted bombs at the University of Wisconsin.
00:19:56.000 That's where it's going.
00:19:58.000 If terrorism is justified, as Barack Obama seemed to suggest the other day in an outrageous and obscene statement in which he basically, in the same breath, talked about how bad Hamas was, but also how bad Israel is because it occupies Gaza.
00:20:15.000 No, it ended the occupation of Gaza in 1905.
00:20:19.000 You ignore Amists, don't you know anything?
00:20:23.000 And to make that comparison between a disputed military occupation, which reasonable people could disagree about, and rape, beheading, and burning of students just encourages these young kids to justify what Hamas did.
00:20:40.000 The book is War Against the Jews.
00:20:41.000 Professor, you've spent a serious amount of time at Harvard University prior to this massacre and this intentional attempt at genocide of Jews.
00:20:50.000 Did you start to get indications that the Harvard student body was this anti-Semitic, or were you even shocked when you saw 31 Harvard student organizations and over a thousand Harvard students convene just days where they still haven't identified the bodies and the hostages are still being held?
00:21:08.000 As someone who spent a lot of time at Harvard, did you see this coming?
00:21:13.000 I saw it coming.
00:21:13.000 I'll tell you why I saw it coming.
00:21:15.000 I left Harvard 10 years ago.
00:21:16.000 After 50 years of teaching, I was one of the most popular teachers and one of the most popular speakers.
00:21:22.000 I was asked to speak literally once a week there.
00:21:25.000 Since I left Harvard 10 years ago, I have never been asked to come back to Harvard to speak.
00:21:30.000 Once when a bad organization asked me to speak, they moved my speech off campus for fear that if I spoke about Israel on campus, my life and safety would be endangered.
00:21:41.000 I saw it happening.
00:21:42.000 I saw it coming.
00:21:43.000 And when Harvard picked its newest president, who was woke and progressive and was involved in the firing of Ron Sullivan, a great young African-American lawyer who fired him because he had represented Harvey Weinstein, I saw this coming.
00:22:01.000 I didn't think it would be as stupid and ignorant as this.
00:22:05.000 I mean, these 33 student groups attacked Israel even before Israel fired a single shot.
00:22:11.000 It's as if, and they said they blamed Israel for the rapes, the beheadings, the burnings, the kidnappings.
00:22:17.000 I mean, can you imagine a student group getting on campus and saying, we blame blacks for being lynched in the South because they were too upy.
00:22:25.000 We blame women for rapes because they wear provocative clothing.
00:22:30.000 We blame gays for being shot and attacked because of their lifestyle.
00:22:35.000 Nobody would get away with that.
00:22:36.000 The president of the university would be out there making the strongest possible statement condemning those racists, sexists, and bigots.
00:22:45.000 But where is the president of Harvard when it comes to condemning these 33 student groups?
00:22:49.000 Absolutely silent, which is why I and so many other people long associated with Harvard have broken our association, certainly financially.
00:22:59.000 We're not contributing a single penny.
00:23:01.000 One group has decided to send a dollar a year just to make it clear what we're doing.
00:23:06.000 But I'm not sending a penny to Harvard, a penny to Yale, a penny to Brooklyn College, where I went to school and where I was educated.
00:23:14.000 But I'm not going to contribute to bigotry and anti-Semitism just the way I wouldn't contribute if the school tolerated the Ku Klux Klan or the Nazi Party or any group of that kind.
00:23:25.000 The book is War Against the Jews: How to End Hamas Barbarism.
00:23:28.000 I want to get into that question, but just a follow-up, Professor, can you help illustrate the psychology of the Harvard president and the people?
00:23:38.000 Do they really hate Jews?
00:23:40.000 Or is it that they are comfortable with Jew haters?
00:23:43.000 I mean, or is it unclear?
00:23:46.000 Well, it depends.
00:23:47.000 Everybody's different.
00:23:48.000 In the 1930s, Harvard welcomed Nazis.
00:23:51.000 It sent delegations to a Nazi university that had just fired all of its Jewish professors.
00:23:57.000 It wanted to be part of the greater European community, many of which were supportive of Nazis.
00:24:04.000 It had quotas against Jews going back to the 1915, 1920 period.
00:24:10.000 I don't believe these people hate Jews.
00:24:13.000 They just don't want to get into a confrontation with woke students.
00:24:16.000 They're terrified of students.
00:24:18.000 Students today run the asylum and young faculty members run the asylum.
00:24:23.000 And they are encouraging students to say and do things that are anti-Semitic.
00:24:31.000 And then Barack Obama joins in.
00:24:33.000 He's a great role model for students.
00:24:36.000 And he basically issues a statement saying that the raping, the beheading, the burning of innocent people, you can understand that because life is so unbearable in the occupied territories.
00:24:47.000 Well, there's no occupation of Gaza.
00:24:49.000 It ended in 2005.
00:24:51.000 And there's no occupation in Ramallah or the biggest cities on the West Bank.
00:24:56.000 And even if there were, how does that in any way explain how people can murder and behead children?
00:25:04.000 And Barack Obama ought to be as king of himself for making that comparison and encouraging students who admire him and support him, as I once did, but no longer do.
00:25:15.000 And, you know, we have a real problem with what the elders are telling the youngers, and the youngers are just swallowing the Kool-Aid, listening and babbling forth what they've been told.
00:25:28.000 So, Professor, Americans, especially American students, aren't exactly experts in foreign affairs.
00:25:34.000 Talk through the facts here because there's so much disinformation and intentional misinformation.
00:25:39.000 I know you talked about this in your book, War Against the Jews.
00:25:42.000 Explain Gaza, Hamas, the Palestinian Authority, Israel's relationship.
00:25:47.000 And I could just go through the list, Professor, but you've heard it.
00:25:49.000 Open-air apartheid state, you know, intentional genocide, ethnic cleansing.
00:25:55.000 Take whichever one you'd like, but this is, these are repeated.
00:25:59.000 It's all the same.
00:26:00.000 In 2005, Israel ended its occupation.
00:26:02.000 Not only removed every single Israeli civilian and soldier, but it even dug up the bodies of people long dead and brought them back to Israel.
00:26:10.000 Enormous amounts of money were poured into the Gaza Strip, which was then controlled by the Palestinian Authority.
00:26:17.000 They could have turned it into Singapore and the Mediterranean.
00:26:20.000 It's a beautiful place.
00:26:21.000 I've been there.
00:26:21.000 I've had meals there.
00:26:23.000 I've spoken to people there.
00:26:24.000 It's right on the water.
00:26:26.000 They could have done that.
00:26:27.000 But Hamas had a coup and it illegally took over the running of the government.
00:26:31.000 It killed the PLO leaders.
00:26:33.000 It began to send rockets into Israel, build tunnels.
00:26:36.000 At that point, Israel imposed controls, yeah, over the borders.
00:26:40.000 That's not an occupation.
00:26:41.000 There wasn't a single Israeli.
00:26:43.000 15,000 Gazans a day came to work in Israel.
00:26:46.000 It turns out that several of them were spies now who helped provide Hamas with information necessary to kill and kidnap these Israeli civilians.
00:26:56.000 But this is 100% the fault of Hamas.
00:26:59.000 If President Obama thinks that life in Gaza is unbearable, he ought to point the finger at the people who are making it unbearable.
00:27:07.000 Hamas, these leaders are billionaires.
00:27:10.000 The New York Post had a story about six or seven of them, each worth over a billion dollars, taking the money that was intended for the people and the medical hospitals and the education in Gaza and putting it in their own bank accounts in Qatar and in Turkey.
00:27:26.000 So shame on Obama for miseducating and misinforming the American public and particularly young people about the realities in the Middle East.
00:27:35.000 And if you're gay or you're a feminist, how do you support Hamas?
00:27:40.000 Hamas believes in rape, honor killing.
00:27:42.000 It believes in killing gays.
00:27:44.000 It believes in killing transgenders.
00:27:47.000 Let these people go to Gaza and protest Israel there.
00:27:51.000 They wouldn't have to buy a return ticket because they'd be murdered as soon as they set foot in Gaza, even if they were Jewish, especially if they were Jewish.
00:27:59.000 But if they were gay or anything else that violates Sharia law, they'd be killed.
00:28:05.000 Hamas is not interested in the two-state solution.
00:28:08.000 It's interested in Palestine will be free from the river to the sea, which means free of Jews, which means not a single Jew is allowed to remain alive between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
00:28:19.000 That's why Congresswoman Tulaib was appropriately sanctioned by the House of Representatives with the votes of 20 some odd Democrats.
00:28:28.000 Just some practice.
00:28:29.000 Do you think that the IDF and Israel is on their way to ending Hamas, extinguishing this moral cancer from the face of the earth?
00:28:38.000 If the United States doesn't stop them.
00:28:41.000 And in my book, I end by saying, look, you must ignore international opinion on this.
00:28:46.000 You have the right to defend yourself.
00:28:48.000 After Pearl Harbor, after the Germans start attacking, nobody was calling for a fire.
00:28:55.000 We wanted Churchill and wrote a total victory, complete surrender.
00:29:00.000 That's what Israel is entitled to.
00:29:02.000 That's what the world is entitled to.
00:29:04.000 You know, the major beneficiaries would be if were destroyed, the Palestinian people.
00:29:09.000 Maybe, maybe they could keep some of their money.
00:29:12.000 Maybe they can educate their children instead of teaching them to hate Jews.
00:29:17.000 Maybe they can put money into hospitals and build Singapore on the Mediterranean.
00:29:22.000 But with Hamas there, there's no chance of that.
00:29:24.000 So the best thing that could happen, if you're pro-Palestinian, you must be anti-Hamas.
00:29:30.000 Well, and that's really, and when I go on these campuses, Professor, they have to choose one way.
00:29:34.000 So I'll say one thing.
00:29:35.000 I'll say, you know, Hamas is terrible.
00:29:37.000 And then they'll say, but Hamas doesn't represent the Palestinian Authority.
00:29:40.000 I say, well, then wouldn't you support the IDF going after Hamas?
00:29:44.000 Which one is it then, exactly?
00:29:46.000 Either you support the liberation or you don't.
00:29:48.000 Well, Hamas is the Palestinian people of Gaza.
00:29:51.000 Exactly.
00:29:52.000 That's the problem.
00:29:52.000 And no one wants to say, no, you can't have it both ways.
00:29:56.000 They are democratically elected, weren't they, Professor?
00:29:59.000 But they were elected.
00:30:00.000 I don't know about how democratic it ever is in Gaza Strip, but they were elected and they are popular there.
00:30:07.000 And their popularity increased after October 7th.
00:30:10.000 There were demonstrations in the speech.
00:30:12.000 Streets, people were cheering the beheaded body, bleeding body of a woman who had been raped.
00:30:18.000 They were cheering and yelling, Aluwa Akba.
00:30:20.000 These are not innocent people.
00:30:22.000 Sure, three-year-old children are innocent, and they're being used as human shields by Hamas in order to have them killed so that their bodies can be paraded in front of CNN.
00:30:32.000 They call it the CNN strategy.
00:30:33.000 In my book, I call it the Dead Babies.
00:30:36.000 The book is War Against the Jews.
00:30:38.000 I'm going to purchase a couple of copies.
00:30:39.000 Professor Dershowitz writes a very important book here.
00:30:44.000 I want to tell you about the Herzog Foundation.
00:30:46.000 We are partnering with them on some exciting stuff.
00:30:49.000 For years, I've been talking about our nation's public schools and how they've been captured by progressive ideologues teaching things that directly contradict the values of American families, especially true if you're a Christian family.
00:30:58.000 For those of you worried about the best educational path, I want you guys to check out the Herzog Foundation.
00:31:05.000 They are the trusted source on American K-12 public education with a remarkable suite of resources for parents and grandparents thinking about making the switch from public schools to a Christian education.
00:31:18.000 Check out their online, their online deal, The Lion, online publication, to their podcast, Making the Leap.
00:31:26.000 The Herzog Foundation offers a wide range of advice and information for Christian parents to make the best education decisions for your kids.
00:31:34.000 To learn more about how your family, faith, and community can flourish through a quality Christian education, go to Herzogfoundation.com.
00:31:41.000 That's Herzogfoundation.com.
00:31:44.000 Professor, explain more in your book of what you consider to be a solution.
00:31:50.000 Because the international media, BBC Reuters, they make it seem as if, oh, there's no solution.
00:31:55.000 It's occupation.
00:31:56.000 Walk us through because the book is how to end Hamas barbarism.
00:32:01.000 Walk us through it.
00:32:02.000 There are two solutions, and they both require tough attitudes.
00:32:06.000 Number one, Israel must be permitted to totally destroy the Hamas military capacity, just as the United States destroyed the Nazi German and the Japanese military capacities, and just like the United States and our allies destroyed ISIS and al-Qaeda.
00:32:25.000 It must be the end of Hamas.
00:32:28.000 And they can't.
00:32:28.000 And the president has said this, and others have said this, Republicans and Democrats join.
00:32:32.000 Hamas cannot any longer be controlled, control the Gaza Strip.
00:32:38.000 That's number one.
00:32:39.000 Number two, we must destroy Iran's nuclear arsenal capacity.
00:32:45.000 Iran is behind all these.
00:32:47.000 They have to be punished.
00:32:48.000 They're sitting in Tehran and laughing.
00:32:50.000 In the meantime, Israelis are dying, Palestinians are dying, university students, and Iran is laughing.
00:32:56.000 They're benefiting from all this because they pull the strings.
00:33:00.000 And this is the perfect time for Israel, with the logistical support of the United States, once it finishes with Hamas, to send its Air Force and its submarines to destroy the ability of Iran to develop a nuclear arsenal, which they have said they would use against Israel.
00:33:19.000 What country has an obligation to wait until the first atomic bomb drops?
00:33:23.000 As Iran's leaders have said, Israel is a one-bomb state.
00:33:27.000 All you have to do is drop one bomb, kill 3 million people, and that's the end of Israel forever.
00:33:31.000 They then continue, and Israel will then drop a bomb on Tehran and kill 10 million Muslims, but that's worth it, they say, because it would mean the end of Judaism, the end of Israel, and yet Islam would still survive.
00:33:45.000 No country has the obligation to wait until that happens.
00:33:48.000 And so Israel must retaliate and respond and prevent Iran from developing a nuclear arsenal.
00:33:56.000 Imagine if the terrorist groups, Hamas or Hezbollah, had been given small nuclear devices by Iran.
00:34:03.000 Everything would be different.
00:34:05.000 And America's next.
00:34:07.000 If Iran is allowed to go after the small devil, they'll go after the big devil.
00:34:13.000 The big devil is the United States, according to them.
00:34:15.000 So how would you judge or analyze the current military operation?
00:34:22.000 Do you think it's been going as you would have anticipated?
00:34:27.000 Is it close to accomplishing their goals?
00:34:29.000 You know, there has been nonstop war reporting, Professor, but it's been rather hard to get information.
00:34:35.000 We get a little snippet here, a little snippet there.
00:34:38.000 What should we be made aware of?
00:34:39.000 Well, Israel has a policy and a plan.
00:34:42.000 They want to cut the Gaza Strip in half, want to send the civilians to the south.
00:34:46.000 They are every day having four or five hour cessations of bombing.
00:34:52.000 They've created roads.
00:34:54.000 Hamas has killed some of the people, by the way, who have tried to come south because they don't want them to come south.
00:35:01.000 And others have gone south.
00:35:03.000 Then Hamas, of course, fires rockets from the south at Israel, and Israel has to respond by taking out the rockets.
00:35:10.000 And then Hamas says, see, even the people in the south aren't safe.
00:35:13.000 Well, they are safe if you just stop sending rockets.
00:35:16.000 Let the people, the civilians, go to the South.
00:35:18.000 Yeah, they're going to not be able to be in their homes for a few weeks.
00:35:21.000 Too bad.
00:35:22.000 When you support a government that murders 1,400 people and takes 242 of them hostage, you're going to suffer a little bit.
00:35:29.000 That's part of what happened to the German people, the Japanese people.
00:35:34.000 America and our allies killed millions of civilians to win the Second World War without a lot of protest.
00:35:42.000 And now Israel has to be able to do that.
00:35:46.000 And Hamas can avoid civilian casualties by just allowing the civilians to move south, take them out of the hospitals, because the hospitals are now being used as underground bunkers to protect Hamas murderers.
00:36:01.000 And Israel has the right to go after these murderers.
00:36:04.000 So yes, there'll be civilian casualties, but every one of them will be the fault of Hamas.
00:36:09.000 War Against the Jews, How to End Hamas Barbarism.
00:36:11.000 Professor, congratulations on another book.
00:36:14.000 Very important.
00:36:15.000 I encourage everyone to buy it as we fight against the rampant anti-Semitism and Jew hatred in our country.
00:36:20.000 Thank you so much, Professor.
00:36:21.000 Thank you for having me.
00:36:22.000 I appreciate it.
00:36:25.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
