00:01:08.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:16.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:43.000It's not like Maui's a swing district that's going to make them hold on to power.
00:01:48.000Front page of the New York Times is all about Hillary, Hillary drenching Southern California, Ukraine, Spain winning the Women's World Cup.
00:02:01.000But is anyone asking the question hey, a thousand people are missing.
00:03:18.000Some of the challenges are going to be extraordinary.
00:03:21.000As you reported, 85% of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs.
00:03:43.000Extreme concerns that because of the temperature of the fire, the remains of those who have died in some cases may be impossible to recover meaningfully.
00:03:55.000This is one of the weirdest, inexplicable news stories I've seen in quite some time.
00:04:01.000There is something else going on here.
00:04:03.000Joining us now is Nick Sortor, who's an independent journalist.
00:08:29.000I mean, you have a thousand missing American citizens.
00:08:33.000And so, Nick, if you were to speculate based on what you've been told on the ground, is it, do you believe that a fair amount of these 1,000 missing people are dead?
00:08:47.000I would say at this point, the vast majority of those 1,000 missing people are dead because there have been, there were reunification centers that were set up.
00:08:56.000There are, You know, big groups of people that were trying to, you know, reach out to the missing.
00:09:02.000I mean, you've had people searching and searching and searching for, you know, two weeks now.
00:09:08.000At this point, the outcome looks really grim and people are starting to lose a lot of hope when it comes to possibly finding loved ones.
00:09:16.000And they're still searching the areas for missing people.
00:09:22.000I believe they're up to about 60% search so far.
00:09:27.000And one of the other things about that that bothers me about the efforts down there is we really can't see in either because they have that place locked down like I've never seen before.
00:09:39.000You know, if we did the same thing down at our southern border, it would be the best thing ever.
00:09:48.000And it just makes people more uneasy about what could possibly be going on because they can't get answers, but they also can't even see.
00:09:56.000They can't even see inside of their own town.
00:09:58.000There's a man that is sitting in a jail cell right now because he was a resident of Mahina and decided to go into the exclusion zone to go see if he could retrieve some of his stuff and see what remained of his house.
00:10:34.000Is that anywhere between 500 to 600 people are likely dead on top of that, which would mean this would be one of the deadliest natural disasters, deadliest disasters in American history.
00:11:56.000It's not a natural disaster, it is a man made disaster.
00:11:59.000The water guy, Kaleo Manuel, wouldn't give landowners water access to fight fires when it was still small.
00:12:06.000There's video of him babbling that water is a god in Hawaii, pagans, and should be revered rather than used.
00:12:12.000He should be criminally charged and put in prison.
00:12:14.000The emergency manager for the island, Maui Emergency Management Agency Director Herman Eindaya, was a career political aide with no emergency background.
00:12:23.000His defense was that he watched online training videos made for by FEMA.
00:12:26.000He's resigned and was probably only there because of woke criteria.
00:12:29.000The power company knew wildfires were a danger, but spent almost no money on wildfire prevention.
00:12:35.000Tons of renewables, though, because Hawaii passed a bunch of mandates for them.
00:12:39.000This is not a natural disaster, it's man made.
00:12:42.000Nick, you have intelligence on the power company.
00:12:55.000construct something that quickly and that under the radar.
00:12:58.000It happens to be right where I believe the fire started because there is no burn trail anywhere beyond that substation and they don't let anybody get close to it.
00:13:11.000I had to send a drone up in the air to actually get the first look at it.
00:13:15.000And that was a tip off that came from a wealthy landowner up there, a builder.
00:13:28.000When it comes to the power company's initial handling of the downed lines that we heard about that, you know, did probably start the fire, they left the lines down for 10 hours.
00:13:42.000They were down for 10 hours and they were still live the entire time.
00:13:45.000So, all the way up to the point where there was a fire raging, you know, burning through the town, those wires were all still live, laying across the road, which is one of the reasons that you had police blocking the roads and not letting anybody get out.
00:14:00.000And you had gridlock traffic because the power company did nothing, even after the lines were down.
00:15:08.000And they're getting desperate at this point.
00:15:10.000They're hoping that the media will eventually just give up and go away.
00:15:13.000And, like every disaster that happens, it ends up leaving the news cycle, and the government just, you know, pushes it all back under the rug, and you end up never really hearing about it again.
00:15:25.000So that's why the story is really important to continue hammering this because you and I both know that the government will be long gone as soon as it gets out of the news cycle.
00:15:36.000Are you running into like a lot of New York Times or Washington?
00:15:39.000Washington Post reporters, are you seeing a lot of investigative energy from the regime media?
00:15:43.000No, no, I haven't seen any of them here.
00:15:46.000I've seen the only ones that I've really seen.
00:17:28.000Public Square is one of my favorite apps.
00:17:30.000There are progressive corporations out there that are just doing terrible things.
00:17:34.000And Public Square is out there leading the charge against all this garbage that we see from Target, for example, Starbucks strong arming their customers to support abortion, and financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:17:48.000Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer.
00:17:50.000With Public Square, we now have a solution.
00:17:53.000Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our Constitution at publicsq.mobi.
00:18:02.000Public Square is an app and a website where you can get connected to tens of thousands of businesses from all different industries that share your value for life, family, and freedom.
00:18:11.000Public Square is free to join and get started today.
00:18:37.000He's a great patriot, and we're going to give him the floor.
00:18:40.000So, I turn my phone off Friday night to Sunday morning, and all of a sudden, I get all these messages about how people are listless vessels.
00:18:49.000I say, what in the heck is a listless vessel?
00:18:53.000So, apparently, Governor Ron DeSantis comes out.
00:18:57.000And calls Trump supporters saying many of them are listless vessels.
00:19:02.000Now, I know what the word listless means, but who the heck talks like that?
00:19:38.000A series of polls show that Vivek Ramaswamy is in second place.
00:19:41.000The DeSantis consultant class is the worst I've ever seen in the history of American politics.
00:19:46.000Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately, Governor DeSantis keeps on listening to them because he's a great governor who's ruining his political career in real time.
00:19:54.000And so, why was Vivek Ramaswamy in second place?
00:20:10.000A movement can't be about the personality of one individual.
00:20:14.000The movement has got to be about what are you trying to achieve on behalf of the American people?
00:20:20.000And that's got to be based in principle.
00:20:22.000Because if you're not rooted in principle, if all we are is listless vessels that just supposed to follow, you know, whatever happens to come down the pike on Truth Social every morning, that's not going to be a durable movement.
00:21:36.000Remember, everybody's looking for hope and a plan.
00:21:39.000Well, the first day we went through, every state was represented up there on stage, and they went through state by state the hope, the stuff that's been going on that we have been out there fighting every day for two and a half years.
00:21:52.000To get our election platforms as close to same day voting, paper ballots, hand counting, precinct level, signature required.
00:22:01.000And we've been fighting on every level, and there is hope in every state.
00:22:05.000And so that's what we did on the first day.
00:22:09.000And the second day, I rolled out a plan.
00:22:12.000And part of that was we now have these devices that can monitor.
00:22:17.000And I want to take away all the rumors that were started all around the country.
00:22:26.000To just for effect and to make it, you know, kind of cool, bringing it in, all the excitement.
00:22:31.000And what these devices do is they, where you go into a building and on your phone, like the managers, it shows up all the different internet.
00:22:44.000Well, this device is the first of its kind in the world.
00:22:48.000It shows what devices are on the internet the IP address, it'll show the MAC address, it'll show where it's at.
00:22:56.000So if you're in a polling station and you're a county clerk, you're going to want one of these.
00:23:31.000And it reaches out to about 300,000 people across all 50 states.
00:23:36.000And any whistleblower thing where you have other problems in our elections, or let's say you have people that eight people voted in a house that only has one person living there, or let's say they voted overseas and they're not a veteran and they say, No, I didn't even vote.
00:23:53.000You have all these kinds of things going on.
00:23:55.000But the people that were reporting them before, like when I had a public whistleblower site, it doesn't work so good because you get all kinds of false alerts and false alarms.
00:24:06.000But now we have it set up over the last.
00:24:09.000A year here where all the people that I trust because I have this big group where they're the ones now are going to be reporting this.
00:24:19.000And so you're going to be able to sit at home in the comfort of your own easy chair and police in your own backyard, your own town, your own precincts, your own counties, and your own country and look at all these alerts come up of what's going on.
00:24:35.000And then we're going to do that through Frank Social.
00:24:44.000And it's truly exciting because I want, first of all, for this fall's elections, everyone's going to be able to monitor and see what's going on in Louisiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, because we're ready to go right now.
00:24:57.000We've launched this, and so that's exciting.
00:25:01.000But more importantly, Charlie, it's on the back end of that.
00:25:05.000Over the next year, we only have, I figure, 12 more months to get our election platforms secure.
00:25:12.000And we've got over 100 counties across the country committed to going paper ballots hand counted.
00:25:18.000And get rid of their electronic voting machines.
00:25:32.000These machines are connected to the internet.
00:25:34.000Now, what that means, I have no idea, but they have lied and they've been caught lying.
00:25:39.000We don't know what that means, but we know that they've lied about the machines being connected to the internet.
00:25:44.000Kamala Harris, in a Senate hearing, was the leader of this sort of machine skepticism, Play Cut 16.
00:25:53.000Recently, I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues here at the Capitol where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
00:26:06.000Those that are being used in many states, but are not state of the art from our perspective.
00:26:12.000So, if before any one of you heathen degenerates out there attack my friend Mike Lindell, you better also attack Kamala Harris, who was the leader of this.
00:26:21.000The way we technologically do elections is not advanced, it is not secure.
00:27:10.000So it showed everybody's cell phones online and everybody's computers.
00:27:15.000If you have a watch, if you have a refrigerator that's on the internet, I mean, and you'd be able to tell exactly where it is and that it's on somebody's Wi Fi, but you're able to tell the device.
00:28:12.000Let's just talk about you lied to us, and now we're going to call you out and say, why are these online when you told us they were not online?
00:28:20.000They have lied about the connectivity issues in regards to the machines and the internet.
00:28:26.000Give us a little taste of the hope reports that you were given at the summit.
00:28:32.000There are so many lawsuits going on that are giving to, Towards the finish line now, that, like, for example, in Michigan, five lawsuits were won against that Secretary of State alone.
00:28:44.000You tend to hear the negative out there.
00:28:46.000Oh, people were, all the lawfare going on, people were charged with crimes, and people over here.
00:28:52.000Well, if you're just sitting there and you're watching your Fox News of the world, you're going to go, wow, there's no hope, there's no hope.
00:29:00.000In every state, I'll give an example Osage County, Michigan, I mean, Osage County, Missouri, we already did a whole election with paper ballots hand counted.
00:29:09.000Democrats, Republicans working together.
00:29:12.000They finished about the same time as the machine with 100% accuracy, everybody.
00:29:17.000And during the Hope Report, we showed that to go to paper ballots hand counted is about one tenth the price.
00:29:25.000And so any argument that Kirk would give you, we address that in all these hopes of every state.
00:29:31.000Even my home state of Minnesota had hope, and I didn't think there was any hope, Charlie.
00:29:39.000Every day we hear about another familiar brand selling out their customers and going woke.
00:29:44.000Americans are sick and tired of having left wing propaganda jammed every product they consume.
00:29:48.000Woke mobile companies are no different.
00:29:50.000For years, they've been dumping millions into liberal causes, and we had to take it because you need a cell phone and probably thought there was no alternative.
00:29:57.000I've got news for you there is, and I want you to make the switch today.
00:30:00.000Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks, so you get the same coverage you've been accustomed to in your area, minus the leftist propaganda.

00:30:18.000And our military, veterans, and first responder heroes.
00:30:20.000Their 100% U.S. based customer service team makes switching very easy.
00:30:25.000Keep your phone, keep your number two.
00:30:27.000Just go to patriotmobile.comslash Charlie or call 878 Patriot.
00:30:31.000Get free activation today with the offer code Charlie.
00:30:34.000Ask about their coverage guarantee while you're there.
00:30:44.000Now, the second piece you're talking about, which is what people usually mean by election reform, how are you going to keep it from Us being able to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines, manipulate the records.
00:30:55.000The one way to do that is I think we should pass a federal law mandating that the same machines with paper trails be mandatory for every federal election.
00:31:06.000That video feels like AI because it's like Joe Biden talking in coherent sentences.
00:31:39.000We get one shot in history to correct and secure our elections because we're at the apex in history when you talk about artificial intelligence, Charlie.
00:32:00.000And we get one shot that they're never going to get rid of all these election computers if that's what got them voted in, which was what got them voted in.
00:32:14.000We have like California has, oh, California's been, you asked for hope, 18 counties in California are on record that they're going to go to paper ballots hand counted rather than have these electronic machines.
00:32:30.000If people knew what I knew, And if you knew the magnitude of this, all the hard work that goes into resources that go into campaigns and go into getting people elected, and they're elected, you should be elected on their policies and stuff, just to have it all flushed down the drain.
00:32:49.000Remember, Charlie, and you showed it, the Democrats wanted these computers gone for two decades.
00:32:55.000My own senator in Minnesota, Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, all the Democrats wanted them gone.
00:33:02.000Now, all of a sudden, they're on this side.
00:33:05.000You know, they're going, okay, now they're silent like crickets.
00:33:08.000It's really been amazing to me that our biggest pushback has been Republicans in all these red states.
00:33:16.000I would think it would be easy in Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, all these red states.
00:33:23.000We should have been able to go in there and say, hey, let's fix our election platforms.
00:33:27.000Look at all the problems you have with these computers and all these things here.
00:33:31.000Well, not only can you not look inside them, but you can't even talk about them.
00:33:35.000We had people under the Freedom of Information Act.
00:33:38.000Reach out and ask for cast vote records, which shows what goes on in these machines.
00:33:43.000And one lady in Missouri, she got sued by this Shane Scholler, who's running for Secretary of State, who's a Republican for even asking.
00:33:53.000So we got this, it's a spiritual battle.
00:34:15.000We're working hard to get a lot of these counties to pay for ballots hand counted, but you can overrun the algorithms of these machines to get, you know, where they're set.
00:34:24.000And then it opens up doors that you can't even imagine because people are going to go, what are you talking about here that they won by this much?
00:34:35.000People are out there, even with, you know, not the term ballot harvesting, but ballot chasing, people out there that never, That never go out and vote.
00:34:43.000We've got to get a hold of them to get them out to vote.
00:34:46.000We have to get everybody out to vote, Charlie.
00:34:48.000This has to be the biggest elections in history, the biggest turnout ever, because we can win this.
00:34:55.000We're going to have a lot of these platforms fixed by then.
