00:01:25.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:28.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandtod.com.
00:01:37.000 The media does not care about Maui, Hawaii.
00:01:41.000 Why would they?
00:01:43.000 It's not like Maui's a swing district that's going to make them hold on to power.
00:01:48.000 Front page of the New York Times is all about Hillary, Hillary drenching Southern California, Ukraine, Spain winning the Women's World Cup.
00:02:01.000 But is anyone asking the question hey, a thousand people are missing.
00:02:06.000 Where are they?
00:02:08.000 So, 114 have died.
00:02:10.000 And what's been really bizarre about this is the death count has frozen, hasn't gone up at all.
00:02:18.000 How many people have died in the Maui wildfires?
00:02:23.000 Well, they're losing the narrative.
00:02:26.000 They're doing everything they can to blame this on climate change.
00:02:28.000 It's not working.
00:02:29.000 You have the water worshiping pagan dude who has resigned, who's like, oh, yeah, we worship water around here.
00:02:37.000 Why did you not turn on the water to help fight the fire?
00:02:40.000 That's a really important question.
00:02:42.000 The media doesn't care to ask it.
00:02:45.000 And now we've learned that 1,000 residents are missing.
00:02:49.000 I don't want to be morbid, but that means probably a fair amount of them are dead.
00:02:57.000 This could be one of the deadliest natural disasters in history.
00:03:01.000 And the media just doesn't care.
00:03:03.000 Our government is just kind of slow walking this whole thing.
00:03:07.000 What the heck is going on in Maui?
00:03:10.000 Play Cut 8.
00:03:12.000 More than 1,000 are unaccounted for, about 1,050.
00:03:16.000 It will take several weeks still.
00:03:18.000 Some of the challenges are going to be extraordinary.
00:03:21.000 As you reported, 85% of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs.
00:03:32.000 So at 85% of the land's been covered.
00:03:34.000 Now we go into the larger buildings, which require peeling back some of the floors and structures.
00:03:40.000 That last 15% could take weeks.
00:03:43.000 Extreme concerns that because of the temperature of the fire, the remains of those who have died in some cases may be impossible to recover meaningfully.
00:03:55.000 This is one of the weirdest, inexplicable news stories I've seen in quite some time.
00:04:01.000 There is something else going on here.
00:04:03.000 Joining us now is Nick Sortor, who's an independent journalist.
00:04:08.000 He has been reporting live from Maui.
00:04:11.000 And here's where it gets weirder.
00:04:13.000 As he was reporting live from Maui, people come up to him to try to intimidate him, basically to get him off the island.
00:04:21.000 This feels like Chernobyl that something happened here and they do not.
00:04:27.000 Want the world to find out.
00:04:28.000 Nick joins us now.
00:04:29.000 Nick, welcome to the show.
00:04:30.000 Give us the latest live from Maui.
00:04:34.000 Yeah.
00:04:35.000 So, Charlie, thank you for having me.
00:04:37.000 It has been such an interesting experience being here on the ground.
00:04:42.000 It's so sad.
00:04:45.000 I cover a lot of disasters, man, and this is by far the most catastrophic I've ever seen.
00:04:50.000 I mean, at a very minimum, it was a catastrophic failure of government, bar none.
00:04:56.000 And, you know, that's, Not exactly what everybody here is thinking.
00:05:00.000 A lot of people are thinking that maybe there was something more nefarious going on.
00:05:03.000 And the reason is, is because we can't actually get any answers here.
00:05:07.000 And the answers that we do get are either half answers or they're lies.
00:05:11.000 So there's so much confusion.
00:05:15.000 There's the relief efforts that the government is taking care of, it's practically non existent.
00:05:23.000 It's all community members that are coming together and doing this.
00:05:27.000 And it's really hard for these people to Move on, like try to rebuild their lives like this because it's just mayhem.
00:05:35.000 It's chaos.
00:05:36.000 They don't know who to trust.
00:05:38.000 They don't know what happened.
00:05:40.000 And it's, it's, it's really, it's not getting any better at all day by day.
00:05:44.000 I mean, we try really hard to, uh, to press the mayor and the governor and all we get are lies.
00:05:52.000 And, uh, they, they don't want to talk about children.
00:05:55.000 That's more and more.
00:05:57.000 It seems like there's some sort of cover up going on there.
00:05:59.000 And that's my main priority at this point, Charlie.
00:06:02.000 Well, Nick, I want to play Cut One.
00:06:03.000 This is a clip of you while live on Steve Bannon's program being approached by some lunatic Hawaiian.
00:06:10.000 You're trying to get the word out, help these people, and they're trying to cover this up as if it's Chernobyl.
00:06:16.000 I'm going to keep on using that example.
00:06:18.000 Play Cut One.
00:06:19.000 People's minds here.
00:06:22.000 Hey, what's up, Nick?
00:06:24.000 I've been trying to reach you.
00:06:25.000 I've been reaching out to you on X. You're supposed to be meeting with people here.
00:06:32.000 What victim are you talking about?
00:06:34.000 Okay, yeah.
00:06:35.000 So this is.
00:06:36.000 So, you're seeing this live right now.
00:06:38.000 People actually tracked me down.
00:06:41.000 You said you were coming and staying in a tent, Nick.
00:06:46.000 You're taking up resources.
00:06:47.000 I'm not taking up any resources here.
00:06:50.000 Whoa.
00:06:51.000 So, here you are trying to report the news and you get hunted down at 5 45 in the morning by a lunatic Hawaiian.
00:06:59.000 Nick, I've never seen anything like this.
00:07:02.000 You're trying to help.
00:07:03.000 Nick, tell us about it.
00:07:05.000 Yeah.
00:07:06.000 And the other part about it is yes, this was 5 45 a.m.
00:07:10.000 But this was also directly behind my hotel that was 45 minutes away from Lahaina.
00:07:15.000 And they were able to track me there.
00:07:17.000 And I guess they were waiting for me.
00:07:20.000 I don't know.
00:07:21.000 The guy just appeared behind me.
00:07:22.000 I never heard a car pull up, I never heard any movement until he was right behind me.
00:07:28.000 It was the weirdest thing I've ever heard.
00:07:30.000 I was speechless.
00:07:31.000 I didn't even know what to say.
00:07:32.000 And it's worth noting that this guy was clearly not actually Hawaiian.
00:07:38.000 I don't know who he is or where he is from.
00:07:42.000 But he, you know, very, very pale skin, very, you know, he was lighter than I am.
00:07:48.000 Okay.
00:07:49.000 He's not a Hawaiian.
00:07:50.000 He's definitely not native.
00:07:52.000 So, I would love to be able to figure out this guy's motives, you know, why I'm being targeted.
00:07:58.000 Keep in mind, this was about 12 hours after I started really pushing the mayor to give us answers on the missing children.
00:08:06.000 Because, you know, at this point, we have a thousand people that are still missing.
00:08:11.000 The death count, for whatever reason, has gotten stuck at like 114.
00:08:17.000 Why is that, number one?
00:08:18.000 And why won't they talk about the missing children?
00:08:21.000 That is, that's priority number one for me at this point.
00:08:24.000 I don't know why it isn't priority number one for every media outlet.
00:08:28.000 Or how about our government?
00:08:29.000 I mean, you have a thousand missing American citizens.
00:08:33.000 And so, Nick, if you were to speculate based on what you've been told on the ground, is it, do you believe that a fair amount of these 1,000 missing people are dead?
00:08:47.000 I would say at this point, the vast majority of those 1,000 missing people are dead because there have been, there were reunification centers that were set up.
00:08:56.000 There are, You know, big groups of people that were trying to, you know, reach out to the missing.
00:09:02.000 I mean, you've had people searching and searching and searching for, you know, two weeks now.
00:09:08.000 At this point, the outcome looks really grim and people are starting to lose a lot of hope when it comes to possibly finding loved ones.
00:09:16.000 And they're still searching the areas for missing people.
00:09:22.000 I believe they're up to about 60% search so far.
00:09:27.000 And one of the other things about that that bothers me about the efforts down there is we really can't see in either because they have that place locked down like I've never seen before.
00:09:39.000 You know, if we did the same thing down at our southern border, it would be the best thing ever.
00:09:45.000 But I don't know.
00:09:48.000 And it just makes people more uneasy about what could possibly be going on because they can't get answers, but they also can't even see.
00:09:56.000 They can't even see inside of their own town.
00:09:58.000 There's a man that is sitting in a jail cell right now because he was a resident of Mahina and decided to go into the exclusion zone to go see if he could retrieve some of his stuff and see what remained of his house.
00:10:10.000 They put him in jail.
00:10:11.000 They put him in jail this weekend.
00:10:13.000 This is so Soviet.
00:10:15.000 And this is a regime covering something up.
00:10:19.000 It reminds me also of just COVID, where you're like, you're not allowed in.
00:10:23.000 You can't look at it.
00:10:24.000 Poor management, no emergency response, turning off the water, no alarms.
00:10:29.000 The death count has now flatlined.
00:10:31.000 My speculation.
00:10:34.000 Is that anywhere between 500 to 600 people are likely dead on top of that, which would mean this would be one of the deadliest natural disasters, deadliest disasters in American history.
00:10:45.000 Definitely not a natural disaster.
00:10:48.000 Definitely not a natural disaster.
00:10:52.000 I love a company called Christensen Arms.
00:10:54.000 They're known for these lightweight carbon fiber barrels on their hunting rifles.
00:10:58.000 I've hosted the CEO on our program before, and I own a Christensen Arms rifle myself.
00:11:05.000 They are an innovative gun company.
00:11:07.000 Our friends at Christensen Arms are offering something quite fun for fans of our show to activate.
00:11:13.000 This one's so cool.
00:11:14.000 Just a free $35 hat for our listeners.
00:11:16.000 Just head to Christensen Arms website and add the items you want in your shopping cart along with your favorite style of hat.
00:11:23.000 Final step, just enter promo code Kirk and boom, the hat is free while supplies last.
00:11:28.000 This is a fun short-term offer, folks, and it is going to sell out quickly.
00:11:32.000 So get over there right now before you forget to scoop this deal.
00:11:35.000 They currently have over 30 styles of hats to choose from.
00:11:38.000 Google Christensen Arms Charlie Kirk and my show's landing page should pop up in the search results.
00:11:44.000 Christensen Arms is defined in the future of firearms.
00:11:47.000 We love partnering with these guys and are happy for their success.
00:11:50.000 Go grab your free hat today.
00:11:55.000 Nick was right in correcting me.
00:11:56.000 It's not a natural disaster, it is a man made disaster.
00:11:59.000 The water guy, Kaleo Manuel, wouldn't give landowners water access to fight fires when it was still small.
00:12:06.000 There's video of him babbling that water is a god in Hawaii, pagans, and should be revered rather than used.
00:12:12.000 He should be criminally charged and put in prison.
00:12:14.000 The emergency manager for the island, Maui Emergency Management Agency Director Herman Eindaya, was a career political aide with no emergency background.
00:12:23.000 His defense was that he watched online training videos made for by FEMA.
00:12:26.000 He's resigned and was probably only there because of woke criteria.
00:12:29.000 The power company knew wildfires were a danger, but spent almost no money on wildfire prevention.
00:12:35.000 Tons of renewables, though, because Hawaii passed a bunch of mandates for them.
00:12:39.000 This is not a natural disaster, it's man made.
00:12:42.000 Nick, you have intelligence on the power company.
00:12:44.000 Tell us about it.
00:12:45.000 Yeah, so the power company, it looks like they built a brand new substation right where the fire started.
00:12:51.000 I have never seen a power company.
00:12:55.000 construct something that quickly and that under the radar.
00:12:58.000 It happens to be right where I believe the fire started because there is no burn trail anywhere beyond that substation and they don't let anybody get close to it.
00:13:11.000 I had to send a drone up in the air to actually get the first look at it.
00:13:15.000 And that was a tip off that came from a wealthy landowner up there, a builder.
00:13:23.000 So he was able to tip me off on that.
00:13:28.000 When it comes to the power company's initial handling of the downed lines that we heard about that, you know, did probably start the fire, they left the lines down for 10 hours.
00:13:42.000 They were down for 10 hours and they were still live the entire time.
00:13:45.000 So, all the way up to the point where there was a fire raging, you know, burning through the town, those wires were all still live, laying across the road, which is one of the reasons that you had police blocking the roads and not letting anybody get out.
00:14:00.000 And you had gridlock traffic because the power company did nothing, even after the lines were down.
00:14:07.000 They just sat on their hands.
00:14:09.000 And I guarantee you, a lot of people are dead specifically because of that, because they couldn't even drive out of the town.
00:14:14.000 And the fire spread so quickly that these cars just got engulfed in flames and bodies were just trapped everywhere inside.
00:14:22.000 So tell us about the evidence you have gathered about the cover up that is happening.
00:14:26.000 Do you believe that there's an act of cover up occurring?
00:14:30.000 There's absolutely a cover up occurring here.
00:14:32.000 And I think it has to do with just.
00:14:34.000 Having the officials wanting to save their own butts.
00:14:38.000 They just, you know, the whole goal that a politician has is to get elected, stay elected, and get elected to higher office.
00:14:45.000 So, you know, they know that they were totally incompetent, that they messed everything up.
00:14:50.000 They know that a bunch of elderly and children are dead and missing because of their gross incompetence.
00:14:58.000 And that's where I think the cover up comes in here is that they know that this is going to hit them really, really hard.
00:15:07.000 The careers are going to be over.
00:15:08.000 And they're getting desperate at this point.
00:15:10.000 They're hoping that the media will eventually just give up and go away.
00:15:13.000 And, like every disaster that happens, it ends up leaving the news cycle, and the government just, you know, pushes it all back under the rug, and you end up never really hearing about it again.
00:15:25.000 So that's why the story is really important to continue hammering this because you and I both know that the government will be long gone as soon as it gets out of the news cycle.
00:15:36.000 Are you running into like a lot of New York Times or Washington?
00:15:39.000 Washington Post reporters, are you seeing a lot of investigative energy from the regime media?
00:15:43.000 No, no, I haven't seen any of them here.
00:15:46.000 I've seen the only ones that I've really seen.
00:15:48.000 I saw the New York Post.
00:15:51.000 They were here.
00:15:52.000 I haven't seen a lot of pieces from them.
00:15:54.000 And then everybody else is just, you know, local Hawaii media, which is shocking.
00:15:59.000 And maybe they are here somewhere, but they're definitely not in the places that I'm going.
00:16:04.000 They're not talking to the residents as I am.
00:16:06.000 They're not, you know, pressing the mayor or the governor.
00:16:10.000 So I don't know what they're doing.
00:16:12.000 If Trump was president, Morning Joe would be reporting live from La Haya, from Maui, and they'd have a donate on the bottom.
00:16:21.000 They would have congressional hearings already.
00:16:23.000 They would have impeachment proceedings because of gross incompetence.
00:16:28.000 There could be upwards of 1,000 people dying.
00:16:31.000 I just want to give it an idea.
00:16:33.000 That's the death toll of one of the two towers falling on 9 11.
00:16:39.000 That's 10 Oklahoma City bombings.
00:16:44.000 And I don't see any sympathy.
00:16:47.000 Concern, rapidity from the regime media or from our government.
00:16:53.000 I just kind of see the rolling of the eyes.
00:16:55.000 Oh, zero urgency.
00:16:58.000 Who cares?
00:17:00.000 Biden is going there today.
00:17:01.000 I hope someone asks Joe Biden, maybe you'll get a chance to, Nick, how many people have died?
00:17:06.000 How many people have died?
00:17:07.000 During COVID, we had death meters on our cable television in real time as people were dying.
00:17:14.000 And we can't get an approximation of how many people passed away.
00:17:18.000 Because of a man made disaster in Hawaii.
00:17:21.000 I hope people go to jail for the rest of their life over this.
00:17:24.000 Nick, great job.
00:17:24.000 Stay safe.
00:17:28.000 Public Square is one of my favorite apps.
00:17:30.000 There are progressive corporations out there that are just doing terrible things.
00:17:34.000 And Public Square is out there leading the charge against all this garbage that we see from Target, for example, Starbucks strong arming their customers to support abortion, and financial services like PayPal canceling customers for their political views.
00:17:48.000 Thankfully, we don't have to fund these companies any longer.
00:17:50.000 With Public Square, we now have a solution.
00:17:53.000 Join the movement of millions of patriotic Americans who love truth, our country, and our Constitution at publicsq.mobi.

00:18:23.000 Good friend of mine, 100% behind him.
00:18:25.000 Check it out today.
00:18:29.000 So, in just a second, Mike Lindell will join us to summarize his summit last week.
00:18:34.000 The media has been attacking him like crazy.
00:18:35.000 I love Mike Lindell.
00:18:37.000 He's a great patriot, and we're going to give him the floor.
00:18:40.000 So, I turn my phone off Friday night to Sunday morning, and all of a sudden, I get all these messages about how people are listless vessels.
00:18:49.000 I say, what in the heck is a listless vessel?
00:18:53.000 So, apparently, Governor Ron DeSantis comes out.
00:18:57.000 And calls Trump supporters saying many of them are listless vessels.
00:19:02.000 Now, I know what the word listless means, but who the heck talks like that?
00:19:08.000 It's like really bizarre vocabulary.
00:19:12.000 A listless vessel?
00:19:15.000 So, this is worth commenting on a couple parts.
00:19:19.000 Number one, I got asked by a reporter this morning, Charlie, why do you think Vivek Ramaswamy is now in second place?
00:19:25.000 By the way, we called it on the show.
00:19:27.000 We were mocked.
00:19:28.000 I remember DeSantis people said, I'm a moron.
00:19:30.000 I don't know what I'm talking about.
00:19:31.000 I have the text messages to prove it.
00:19:33.000 Charlie, you know, you're irrelevant.
00:19:35.000 Vivek will never be in second place.
00:19:37.000 Turns out we were right.
00:19:38.000 A series of polls show that Vivek Ramaswamy is in second place.
00:19:41.000 The DeSantis consultant class is the worst I've ever seen in the history of American politics.
00:19:46.000 Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately, Governor DeSantis keeps on listening to them because he's a great governor who's ruining his political career in real time.
00:19:54.000 And so, why was Vivek Ramaswamy in second place?
00:19:56.000 Because he doesn't insult his voters.
00:19:58.000 He doesn't insult the people he needs to vote, get votes from.
00:20:03.000 I'm just curious how many of you have ever talked like this listless vessel?
00:20:08.000 Play Cut 15.
00:20:10.000 A movement can't be about the personality of one individual.
00:20:14.000 The movement has got to be about what are you trying to achieve on behalf of the American people?
00:20:20.000 And that's got to be based in principle.
00:20:22.000 Because if you're not rooted in principle, if all we are is listless vessels that just supposed to follow, you know, whatever happens to come down the pike on Truth Social every morning, that's not going to be a durable movement.
00:20:35.000 Did he practice that?
00:20:37.000 Is that supposed to be funny?
00:20:40.000 Why do you think Donald Trump is up in the polls?
00:20:42.000 First of all, he was a great president, so people supported his policies as president.
00:20:46.000 That's number one.
00:20:48.000 Number two, Donald Trump now is on a one on one battle against the administrative state.
00:20:54.000 About time.
00:20:55.000 It's been a hundred year reckoning.
00:20:56.000 About time.
00:20:58.000 It's been a hundred years of cancerous ideology of an unelected shadow government calling the shots.
00:21:04.000 It's that simple.
00:21:05.000 That really excites me.
00:21:07.000 Before Donald Trump, I wanted to try to rein in the administrative state.
00:21:10.000 And now with Donald Trump, we finally have a referendum against the administrative state.
00:21:15.000 With all due respect, Governor DeSantis, that is not about personality.
00:21:19.000 That is the greatest of all policy questions.
00:21:22.000 Okay, we'll pick that up in a little bit.
00:21:23.000 Joining us now is Mike Lindell, mypillow.com, promo code KERC.
00:21:26.000 Mike, thank you for joining the program.
00:21:28.000 Mike, take as much time as you need.
00:21:29.000 Amazing summit last week.
00:21:31.000 Tell us about it.
00:21:32.000 Oh, it was awesome.
00:21:34.000 We had all 50 states, everybody.
00:21:36.000 Remember, everybody's looking for hope and a plan.
00:21:39.000 Well, the first day we went through, every state was represented up there on stage, and they went through state by state the hope, the stuff that's been going on that we have been out there fighting every day for two and a half years.
00:21:52.000 To get our election platforms as close to same day voting, paper ballots, hand counting, precinct level, signature required.
00:22:01.000 And we've been fighting on every level, and there is hope in every state.
00:22:05.000 And so that's what we did on the first day.
00:22:09.000 And the second day, I rolled out a plan.
00:22:12.000 And part of that was we now have these devices that can monitor.
00:22:17.000 And I want to take away all the rumors that were started all around the country.
00:22:22.000 These are not drones, everybody.
00:22:24.000 We brought it in on a drone.
00:22:26.000 To just for effect and to make it, you know, kind of cool, bringing it in, all the excitement.
00:22:31.000 And what these devices do is they, where you go into a building and on your phone, like the managers, it shows up all the different internet.
00:22:44.000 Well, this device is the first of its kind in the world.
00:22:48.000 It shows what devices are on the internet the IP address, it'll show the MAC address, it'll show where it's at.
00:22:56.000 So if you're in a polling station and you're a county clerk, you're going to want one of these.
00:23:01.000 Because they've lied to us.
00:23:02.000 They've lied to us.
00:23:04.000 Every machine company has, the clerks have, you know, a lot of them have just been dupes saying, ours aren't on the internet.
00:23:09.000 Ours aren't on the internet.
00:23:10.000 Well, now, if you're a county official and you've got one of these devices, you go, hey, wait a minute.
00:23:18.000 It just went on the internet.
00:23:19.000 So we became, we now can police our own elections.
00:23:25.000 And also, Charlie, I've got what's called the cause of America.
00:23:29.000 We had all of them there too.
00:23:31.000 And it reaches out to about 300,000 people across all 50 states.
00:23:36.000 And any whistleblower thing where you have other problems in our elections, or let's say you have people that eight people voted in a house that only has one person living there, or let's say they voted overseas and they're not a veteran and they say, No, I didn't even vote.
00:23:53.000 You have all these kinds of things going on.
00:23:55.000 But the people that were reporting them before, like when I had a public whistleblower site, it doesn't work so good because you get all kinds of false alerts and false alarms.
00:24:06.000 But now we have it set up over the last.
00:24:09.000 A year here where all the people that I trust because I have this big group where they're the ones now are going to be reporting this.
00:24:17.000 I call it real time crime.
00:24:19.000 And so you're going to be able to sit at home in the comfort of your own easy chair and police in your own backyard, your own town, your own precincts, your own counties, and your own country and look at all these alerts come up of what's going on.
00:24:35.000 And then we're going to do that through Frank Social.
00:24:39.000 We set up franksocial.com.
00:24:42.000 It's on the App Store, everybody.
00:24:44.000 And it's truly exciting because I want, first of all, for this fall's elections, everyone's going to be able to monitor and see what's going on in Louisiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, because we're ready to go right now.
00:24:57.000 We've launched this, and so that's exciting.
00:25:01.000 But more importantly, Charlie, it's on the back end of that.
00:25:05.000 Over the next year, we only have, I figure, 12 more months to get our election platforms secure.
00:25:12.000 And we've got over 100 counties across the country committed to going paper ballots hand counted.
00:25:18.000 And get rid of their electronic voting machines.
00:25:20.000 So it's very exciting.
00:25:21.000 Well, we'll be able to go now, the people we've approached before, and say, Are you sure you really want to use these?
00:25:27.000 You know?
00:25:28.000 So, Mike, I want to build out what you're saying here.
00:25:31.000 Mike, you're onto something.
00:25:32.000 These machines are connected to the internet.
00:25:34.000 Now, what that means, I have no idea, but they have lied and they've been caught lying.
00:25:39.000 We don't know what that means, but we know that they've lied about the machines being connected to the internet.
00:25:44.000 Kamala Harris, in a Senate hearing, was the leader of this sort of machine skepticism, Play Cut 16.
00:25:53.000 Recently, I actually held a demonstration for my colleagues here at the Capitol where we brought in folks who, before our eyes, hacked election machines.
00:26:06.000 Those that are being used in many states, but are not state of the art from our perspective.
00:26:12.000 So, if before any one of you heathen degenerates out there attack my friend Mike Lindell, you better also attack Kamala Harris, who was the leader of this.
00:26:21.000 The way we technologically do elections is not advanced, it is not secure.
00:26:27.000 Period.
00:26:28.000 So, Mike, just help me understand, though, how can we legally do this without being anybody accused of voter intimidation or harassment?
00:26:36.000 Because you've probably already heard some of that, Mike.
00:26:37.000 So, get into some detail.
00:26:41.000 Well, it's interesting, Charlie.
00:26:42.000 They went after the drones, which were not using drones.
00:26:45.000 The drones have nothing to do with it.
00:26:47.000 And the media did go attack saying, you know, these drones could be illegal in Louisiana and other places.
00:26:53.000 But the device itself is about the size of a phone and it's perfectly legal, it's passive capture.
00:27:00.000 You're not intruding on anybody's network.
00:27:03.000 All it does is show 100% if a machine went online.
00:27:08.000 And we did a demo at the event.
00:27:10.000 So it showed everybody's cell phones online and everybody's computers.
00:27:15.000 If you have a watch, if you have a refrigerator that's on the internet, I mean, and you'd be able to tell exactly where it is and that it's on somebody's Wi Fi, but you're able to tell the device.
00:27:27.000 So it is legal.
00:27:28.000 Believe me, we've had our legal team on this for a while.
00:27:32.000 Over a year.
00:27:33.000 And it's just like radio waves, you're capturing it.
00:27:37.000 But what they're trying to do, Charlie, is they're trying to say, oh, you know, these snippers have been around.
00:27:42.000 You can buy them on Amazon.
00:27:44.000 Yeah, those are just to say if there's internet in the room.
00:27:48.000 You know, that doesn't mean these machines, these routers, these printers, these polling books are online.
00:27:53.000 Now you have a device that says, yes, they are online.
00:27:57.000 And I like the way you framed it.
00:27:58.000 It's like they lied to us and said that they weren't online.
00:28:02.000 Which has blocked us at every level from getting rid of them and saying, hey, can we see what's going on inside?
00:28:09.000 Now we don't even care what's going on inside.
00:28:11.000 You know what?
00:28:12.000 Let's just talk about you lied to us, and now we're going to call you out and say, why are these online when you told us they were not online?
00:28:20.000 They have lied about the connectivity issues in regards to the machines and the internet.
00:28:26.000 Give us a little taste of the hope reports that you were given at the summit.
00:28:30.000 Yeah, the hope reports, everybody.
00:28:32.000 There are so many lawsuits going on that are giving to, Towards the finish line now, that, like, for example, in Michigan, five lawsuits were won against that Secretary of State alone.
00:28:44.000 You tend to hear the negative out there.
00:28:46.000 Oh, people were, all the lawfare going on, people were charged with crimes, and people over here.
00:28:52.000 Well, if you're just sitting there and you're watching your Fox News of the world, you're going to go, wow, there's no hope, there's no hope.
00:29:00.000 In every state, I'll give an example Osage County, Michigan, I mean, Osage County, Missouri, we already did a whole election with paper ballots hand counted.
00:29:09.000 Democrats, Republicans working together.
00:29:12.000 They finished about the same time as the machine with 100% accuracy, everybody.
00:29:17.000 And during the Hope Report, we showed that to go to paper ballots hand counted is about one tenth the price.
00:29:25.000 And so any argument that Kirk would give you, we address that in all these hopes of every state.
00:29:31.000 Even my home state of Minnesota had hope, and I didn't think there was any hope, Charlie.
00:29:35.000 Wow.
00:29:35.000 All right.
00:29:38.000 Hey, everybody.
00:29:39.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:39.000 Every day we hear about another familiar brand selling out their customers and going woke.
00:29:44.000 Americans are sick and tired of having left wing propaganda jammed every product they consume.
00:29:48.000 Woke mobile companies are no different.
00:29:50.000 For years, they've been dumping millions into liberal causes, and we had to take it because you need a cell phone and probably thought there was no alternative.
00:29:57.000 I've got news for you there is, and I want you to make the switch today.

00:30:36.000 Patriotmobile.comslash Charlie.
00:30:40.000 Play Cut 17.
00:30:42.000 Joe Biden.
00:30:43.000 You want to actually have an impact.
00:30:44.000 Now, the second piece you're talking about, which is what people usually mean by election reform, how are you going to keep it from Us being able to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines, manipulate the records.
00:30:55.000 The one way to do that is I think we should pass a federal law mandating that the same machines with paper trails be mandatory for every federal election.
00:31:06.000 That video feels like AI because it's like Joe Biden talking in coherent sentences.
00:31:09.000 I'm just so not used to that.
00:31:11.000 Mike, I want to segue all this together though.
00:31:14.000 Mike, the FBI took your phone.
00:31:16.000 You've been intimidated.
00:31:17.000 You've been sued.
00:31:17.000 You've been threatened.
00:31:19.000 Your business has gone down a little bit because of all this, yet you're not giving up.
00:31:23.000 Why?
00:31:23.000 Well, because we lose our country.
00:31:25.000 You know, there's been over, I believe it's somewhere around 50 countries have been taken by computers in their elections.
00:31:33.000 The last one being my good friend, President Bolsonaro of Brazil.
00:31:37.000 And if we give up now, it's over.
00:31:39.000 We get one shot in history to correct and secure our elections because we're at the apex in history when you talk about artificial intelligence, Charlie.
00:31:50.000 You talk about these things.
00:31:52.000 Who do you want regulating those things?
00:31:54.000 All this new technology, someone that the people elect.
00:31:58.000 Or somebody that was selected.
00:32:00.000 And we get one shot that they're never going to get rid of all these election computers if that's what got them voted in, which was what got them voted in.
00:32:13.000 We've got great news, though.
00:32:14.000 We have like California has, oh, California's been, you asked for hope, 18 counties in California are on record that they're going to go to paper ballots hand counted rather than have these electronic machines.
00:32:29.000 I can't ever give up.
00:32:30.000 If people knew what I knew, And if you knew the magnitude of this, all the hard work that goes into resources that go into campaigns and go into getting people elected, and they're elected, you should be elected on their policies and stuff, just to have it all flushed down the drain.
00:32:49.000 Remember, Charlie, and you showed it, the Democrats wanted these computers gone for two decades.
00:32:55.000 My own senator in Minnesota, Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, all the Democrats wanted them gone.
00:33:02.000 Now, all of a sudden, they're on this side.
00:33:05.000 You know, they're going, okay, now they're silent like crickets.
00:33:08.000 It's really been amazing to me that our biggest pushback has been Republicans in all these red states.
00:33:16.000 I would think it would be easy in Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, all these red states.
00:33:23.000 We should have been able to go in there and say, hey, let's fix our election platforms.
00:33:27.000 Look at all the problems you have with these computers and all these things here.
00:33:31.000 Well, not only can you not look inside them, but you can't even talk about them.
00:33:35.000 We had people under the Freedom of Information Act.
00:33:38.000 Reach out and ask for cast vote records, which shows what goes on in these machines.
00:33:43.000 And one lady in Missouri, she got sued by this Shane Scholler, who's running for Secretary of State, who's a Republican for even asking.
00:33:53.000 So we got this, it's a spiritual battle.
00:33:56.000 Yes, it's good and important.
00:33:57.000 In closing here, Mike, just, but I want to make sure your message is clear.
00:34:01.000 Some people say, oh, you know, we should never vote again.
00:34:04.000 That's not what you're saying, right?
00:34:06.000 No.
00:34:08.000 So make sure that's clear and we'll close it out, Mike.
00:34:10.000 Right, right.
00:34:11.000 Yeah, I want to make sure, I want to tell everyone it's clear.
00:34:13.000 We have to overrun.
00:34:15.000 We're working hard to get a lot of these counties to pay for ballots hand counted, but you can overrun the algorithms of these machines to get, you know, where they're set.
00:34:24.000 And then it opens up doors that you can't even imagine because people are going to go, what are you talking about here that they won by this much?
00:34:33.000 So, no, we have to overrun that.
00:34:35.000 People are out there, even with, you know, not the term ballot harvesting, but ballot chasing, people out there that never, That never go out and vote.
00:34:43.000 We've got to get a hold of them to get them out to vote.
00:34:46.000 We have to get everybody out to vote, Charlie.
00:34:48.000 This has to be the biggest elections in history, the biggest turnout ever, because we can win this.
00:34:55.000 We're going to have a lot of these platforms fixed by then.
00:34:58.000 But you know what?
00:34:59.000 We've got to, no matter what, we've got to get everyone.
00:35:01.000 And that includes this fall, too, everybody.
00:35:03.000 Well, it's an above all approach, right?
00:35:05.000 So everyone has to know their role and do their thing.
00:35:07.000 Mike Lindell, you have grit and hustle and determination.
00:35:11.000 God bless you, Mike Lindell.
00:35:13.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:35:15.000 God bless, Charlie.
00:35:19.000 Thanks so much for listening.
