00:01:00.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:02.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:13.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:22.000 With us right now is a great American patriot, Benny Johnson.
00:01:27.000 We are going to be talking about our upcoming Student Action Summit, amongst many other things.
00:01:32.000 Benny is wearing a Barack Hussein Obama beige suit.
00:01:37.000 Excuse me.
00:01:39.000 This is a gray suit.
00:01:40.000 I think the coloration may be off.
00:01:42.000 Looks beige, Benny.
00:01:44.000 Very questionable.
00:01:45.000 Well, I mean, hey, listen, you know, it's not a twice-laundered black shirt mixed with a hairstyle that you could find at any truck stop.
00:01:57.000 Benny, I will make no comment of whether or not you have a receding hairline.
00:02:00.000 We're not going to talk about that.
00:02:02.000 I promise.
00:02:03.000 So, all right.
00:02:04.000 I don't wear hats for that exact reason.
00:02:05.000 I was asked yesterday, you want a hat from a gun shop?
00:02:08.000 I'm getting my gun certification here in Florida.
00:02:11.000 You can do that here in Tampa, in Florida.
00:02:14.000 You can get your concealed carry.
00:02:15.000 And they were like, You want a hat?
00:02:17.000 I'm like, No, I'm going to keep whatever hair I still got on the top of my head.
00:02:21.000 I do not want your hat.
00:02:22.000 Get it away from me.
00:02:23.000 But yeah, I'm able to get a concealed carry here, something I wasn't able to do in Washington, D.C., living there for 15 years.
00:02:30.000 And that's why we're very excited to be welcoming Student Action Summit, Turning Point USA, this weekend.
00:02:35.000 Benny, you've been to many Turning Point USA events.
00:02:37.000 In fact, you've played a critical role in creating that kind of immersive experience.
00:02:42.000 You kind of started first as an MC at one of our Turning Point events.
00:02:46.000 If I remember in SAS 18 or SAS 17, if I'm not mistaken, and then all of a sudden, you're like, this could be bigger.
00:02:53.000 This could be bolder.
00:02:54.000 For people that are listening, what are they missing out on if they're like, I don't need to go to Tampa this weekend?
00:03:01.000 What are they missing out on?
00:03:03.000 You're not missing out on an event.
00:03:04.000 You're missing out on an experience.
00:03:06.000 The experience of saving your country is really exciting, actually.
00:03:10.000 Who among us wouldn't want to go back and ride with Paul Revere?
00:03:13.000 Who among us wouldn't want to storm the beaches on D-Day and tell those stories, jump into Normandy on a plane?
00:03:21.000 Who wouldn't want to be part of saving a great country?
00:03:24.000 And we are in a country in need of saving right now.
00:03:26.000 And so the people who are gathering in Student Action Summit, Turning Point USA is a student action summit, not just students, it's parents, it's people who graduated, all ages, all you know, all the way up to your, you know, to your grandparents, which is my mom and dad who will be in attendance, who just moved down to Florida.
00:03:44.000 So it'll be a celebration of conservatism.
00:03:47.000 It'll be a celebration of freedom here in Florida.
00:03:50.000 And most importantly, it will be a chart path for the future for how we save this great nation.
00:03:57.000 And there is so much value in the assembly of people.
00:04:00.000 That's why the right to assembly is there in our constitution.
00:04:03.000 And so we will assemble and we will chart that path with Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis.
00:04:09.000 I mean, who doesn't want to see the two of them, the goats on stage together?
00:04:12.000 If they were joined by Tom Brady, it'd be like the modern day Holy Trinity.
00:04:16.000 It is Tampa.
00:04:17.000 You never know.
00:04:18.000 Who knows?
00:04:19.000 You know, that's actually not a bad idea.
00:04:21.000 We should actually broker an official invitation to Tampa to Tom Brady.
00:04:26.000 He knew it.
00:04:27.000 He doesn't care, and he's a super right winger.
00:04:30.000 So it'd be interesting to see.
00:04:32.000 So, Benny, I want to ask you about this idea of the new right, something I'm going to talk about in my remarks.
00:04:37.000 You know, we are now a movement that fights, that understands what we want.
00:04:42.000 And it's interesting, Benny, you've been in this for 10 years.
00:04:45.000 I've been in it for 10 years.
00:04:47.000 You know, kind of in the movement.
00:04:48.000 And we've seen these kind of different chapters, if you will.
00:04:52.000 But it seems as if there's a new attitude that is setting in, an attitude where we're not going to settle for anything less than victory, that we know who our enemies are, and we're kind of in a non-negotiable position.
00:05:04.000 Your thoughts on what is the new right?
00:05:07.000 So you said it excellently a couple of years ago at a private speech that you didn't give in public.
00:05:14.000 You gave to just a couple of select people at some restaurant in Arizona.
00:05:20.000 And you and I have been working together for a while.
00:05:22.000 And I traveled out there and you were just talking to some friends of Turning Point USA.
00:05:26.000 And you said, listen, if you see AOC on college campuses tabling and walking around and being crazy and looking for some reason to be offended and relive 1968, that's going to be in Congress.
00:05:40.000 That will come to Congress.
00:05:41.000 You said this before AOC.
00:05:43.000 You said this before there was a squad, before Ilhan Omar, when it was, you know, kind of a fuddy duddy Jerry Nadler Democrat Party.
00:05:50.000 And you said, what is happening on campus will hit Congress.
00:05:54.000 And those people are not your grandfather's Democrat Party.
00:05:57.000 And you were right.
00:05:58.000 And you were also right conversely, because what Turning Point USA and what you have created with Turning Point USA is the new right, which is the countermeasure to the AOC activists on campus.
00:06:09.000 And now the new right is having their own squad in Washington, D.C.
00:06:13.000 They don't, they don't get the puff pieces in Rolling Stone.
00:06:15.000 They don't get to be on the cover of Vogue.
00:06:17.000 Not even Melania Trump gets to be on the cover of Vogue.
00:06:19.000 She's a supermodel first lady.
00:06:21.000 But I digress.
00:06:22.000 What we have created in the new right is a group of people.
00:06:25.000 I guess if you could sum it up in a single sentence, it'd be this.
00:06:27.000 People who do not see the culture wars as a net zero.
00:06:31.000 Someone wins, someone loses.
00:06:33.000 That's how every war goes.
00:06:35.000 There's no stalemate with the socialists or the Nazis or the communists.
00:06:39.000 There's somebody winning and someone losing.
00:06:41.000 The wall either falls or it goes up even higher.
00:06:44.000 And so the new right does not see it as a zero-sum thing.
00:06:47.000 The old right did.
00:06:48.000 They thought that they could just sit back and let the gray matter of society, you know, that everything would be solved if you just didn't confront anyone.
00:06:55.000 The new right saying, no, you only win if you're on the battlefield.
00:06:58.000 Yeah.
00:06:59.000 So the old right is also this idea of live and let live, when in reality, it's live and let them rule.
00:07:05.000 And, you know, it's interesting.
00:07:06.000 Most people on the right, you and I would love to live in that free society that we've always read books about.
00:07:11.000 But now they're chemically castrating 10-year-olds.
00:07:14.000 They're putting forth pornography for seven-year-olds in our schools.
00:07:18.000 You have these teachers.
00:07:19.000 I want to play this tape here, Benny, and it's from TikTok.
00:07:22.000 And by the way, I'd love your thoughts on TikTok in general because our audience needs to hear about it.
00:07:27.000 I think TikTok is a Chinese psyop operation to get our kids to hate themselves and depressed, full of anxiety and psychiatric medication.
00:07:35.000 But besides that, it's a beautiful thing.
00:07:37.000 So let's play this tape here.
00:07:39.000 Okay.
00:07:40.000 Yeah.
00:07:40.000 It is tape 260.
00:07:43.000 A non-binary teacher says she reads a book about pronouns and gender identity and that she got a first grader to come out as trans.
00:07:52.000 The old right, Benny, would look at this tape and say, well, that's the fruit of liberty.
00:07:57.000 It's great that a first grader wants to do what they want to do, but the new right has a different reaction of which I will allow you to explain after this tape, play cut 260.
00:08:08.000 I just read they, she, he, me, free to be to a grade one class, and one of the students came out as trans.
00:08:20.000 It was such beautiful proof that kids of any age are absolutely capable of accepting anything that they are taught with love.
00:08:31.000 So please, no matter what age your kids are or what age you teach, it is so important that you teach them that trans people are valuable.
00:08:43.000 Benny.
00:08:45.000 Well, I have a two-year-old and a three-month-old.
00:08:47.000 My two-year-old really likes swimming.
00:08:48.000 She's being raised in the great state of Florida and she loves going to the beach.
00:08:52.000 She thinks she's a fish.
00:08:53.000 She goes to the aquarium.
00:08:54.000 She sees fish.
00:08:55.000 She thinks she is a fish.
00:08:57.000 And if I were to reinforce that, I would be a bad parent.
00:09:00.000 I thought I was a ninja turtle for quite a while.
00:09:04.000 Charlie, growing up in the 80s, ninja turtles were rad, dude, cowabunga.
00:09:09.000 My parents bought me ninja turtle stuff, but they never reinforced in me that I was a ninja turtle.
00:09:15.000 And more importantly, they would never send me to a school that would reinforce that I was a ninja turtle or a fish or anything I pretended to be.
00:09:21.000 Kids are like sponges.
00:09:23.000 They'll absorb what you give to them.
00:09:25.000 It's no great accomplishment that a young child is absorbing something that an adult is telling them.
00:09:31.000 That's actually how society passes down information, knowledge, and values.
00:09:36.000 And so this isn't some great feat that this person has done.
00:09:39.000 This is abuse because the school system is not intended to be pushing your political or sexual identity on children.
00:09:46.000 This is an abuse of our public school system.
00:09:49.000 And I am just committed a horrible crime.
00:09:51.000 It's not public school.
00:09:52.000 It's government school, damn it.
00:09:53.000 And if we started talking like you are sending your children to government school, then I think a lot of conservatives would take a step back and say, wait a second, it's my tax dollars that fund this place.
00:10:01.000 And more importantly, my children follow those tax dollars.
00:10:05.000 And so if I pull my kid out, I actually hurt that tax basis and we can start to erode the machine from within.
00:10:12.000 That's exactly right.
00:10:13.000 The old right would say, oh, who are we to judge?
00:10:16.000 What difference does it make?
00:10:17.000 The new right is not going to allow children to be preyed on by these demented pink hair people that honestly have mental conditions and they need to be helped by somebody who knows what they're doing.
00:10:27.000 But you're really sick and twisted if you go after a first grader and then you brag about it and then you make a TikTok video about it.
00:10:34.000 You shouldn't be a teacher.
00:10:35.000 I'm sorry.
00:10:36.000 You could go be something else.
00:10:37.000 I'm sure Starbucks is hiring.
00:10:40.000 Is it possible that what has happened to the United States and the world from COVID-19 to 9-11 are part of an ancient mystery?
00:10:47.000 Is it a warning?
00:10:48.000 Does the mystery tell us what is yet to come?
00:10:51.000 Do we have the key to uncover it?
00:10:53.000 New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Kahn takes audiences on an epic journey to uncover the stunning mystery.

00:11:26.000 Go to salemnow.com.
00:11:27.000 That is salemnow.com.
00:11:32.000 I want to play this tape.
00:11:33.000 Play cut 277, Tucker Carlson in Iowa talking about the new right, PlayCut 277.
00:11:40.000 And I mean like Republican leaders.
00:11:43.000 And just on principle, that enraged me.
00:11:47.000 And it's not just the evangelicals, but it's basically the average Republican voter is not represented in a meaningful way by his or her leaders in Washington.
00:11:56.000 And I cannot stress that enough.
00:11:59.000 And I cannot overstate how hostile that makes me.
00:12:02.000 So, you know, I have every intention of staying in the job that I'm blessed to have, but I'm going to keep hammering that.
00:12:07.000 Not because I want to weaken the Republican Party.
00:12:08.000 No, because the Republican Party is our only option.
00:12:10.000 That's it.
00:12:11.000 No one's starting a new party.
00:12:12.000 Like, that's not going to work.
00:12:14.000 And we need immediate attention and help.
00:12:16.000 This is an SOS moment.
00:12:18.000 I really feel that way.
00:12:20.000 An SOS moment.
00:12:21.000 Benny, your thoughts.
00:12:24.000 Well, Tucker Carlson is in Iowa.
00:12:26.000 So I'm from Iowa and you're from Midwest.
00:12:28.000 And so that's very interesting that he's using the platform of Iowa and the first state in the nation to give these remarks.
00:12:35.000 I know Tucker.
00:12:36.000 I've worked for Tucker.
00:12:37.000 I don't think he's running for president, but he was asked there.
00:12:40.000 That's his response to, Are you running for president?
00:12:42.000 And Tucker didn't necessarily say no.
00:12:44.000 So are things going to get super interesting?
00:12:47.000 I don't know.
00:12:47.000 But of course, obviously, Tucker is correct there.
00:12:49.000 The easiest thing to say in our business, Charlie, is one, Benny, you have a receding hairline.
00:12:55.000 And then two, Tucker Carlson is correct.
00:12:57.000 Like those are the two easiest things to say in our industry.
00:13:01.000 And so it is absolutely true that Tucker Carlson has been the drumbeat and the heartbeat of the Republican Party.
00:13:08.000 And it's also very sad that the Republican Party sort of functions as the same machine, corporate machine that the Democrat Party functions as inside of the Acela corridor.
00:13:21.000 You asked about the new right.
00:13:22.000 I mean, I think the greatest attribute of the new right is that we exist outside of the Acela corridor, that corridor between Washington, D.C. and New York.
00:13:30.000 And that creates such hive minds, such hermetically sealed hive mind that it takes over Republican brain, it takes over Democrat brain.
00:13:37.000 And a lot of the thinkers and commentators in the Republican Party live inside that corridor, and it really affects them like a mind virus.
00:13:45.000 Yeah, SAS really is a celebration of the new right.
00:13:48.000 And so, Benny, you have this question in the Republican Party, which is: do we need to be more socially liberal on certain things or do we stay to our socially conservative values?
00:13:59.000 47 Republicans voted to not make government agnostic on the issue of marriage, but to make outward gay marriage the law of the land.
00:14:09.000 47 Republicans.
00:14:11.000 Why are some Republicans so insistent at betraying their voters?
00:14:15.000 I think that Marco, you know, Marco Rubio said that this is an absurd, that is an absurd vote.
00:14:20.000 It's like meant to work, you know, it's meant to fracture and to divide.
00:14:26.000 And this is something that the Democrat Party has done very, very effectively, actually, is to use these schisms and the fissures inside of society to further divide and further erode what it means to be an American and to create classes, right?
00:14:42.000 To like break people apart.
00:14:43.000 You saw this during George Floyd.
00:14:45.000 You've seen this during the Antifa riots.
00:14:47.000 You've seen this in the coming days, you know, when you're going to have Joe Biden talk about the great climate emergency.
00:14:53.000 Is it further fracturing?
00:14:55.000 It's further paranoia.
00:14:56.000 And I think, quite frankly, that the left lives inside of such a vacuum.
00:15:00.000 Again, we talked about hermetically sealed, sort of machine eating that the left does of the gray matter that is bilged out by corporate press.
00:15:09.000 They create such a fake world for people to live in that people are indeed scared that the sun will fall into the earth and will fry us all, you know, or that there's going to be, you know, government Gestapos rolling through and taking your rights every day.
00:15:24.000 And, you know, Clarence Thomas will rule in a black robe above all of us with the black golden gavel that he smashes.
00:15:30.000 We can only hope it's paranoia.
00:15:33.000 It's paranoia and it's meant to divide.
00:15:36.000 That's right.
00:15:36.000 Benny Johnson, you have the Benny Report.
00:15:38.000 People should subscribe and listen to that.
00:15:41.000 The Student Action Summit is going to be amazing.
00:15:42.000 Benny will be speaking at our Student Action Summit.
00:15:45.000 He will be doing memes, probably, maybe.
00:15:48.000 Who knows?
00:15:49.000 It's kind of what he's known for.
00:15:51.000 And we have some other special guests.
00:15:53.000 We moved to Florida.
00:15:54.000 There's the one-year anniversary of us moved in Florida.
00:15:56.000 So I'm going to talk about what the difference is between red and blue America, essentially.
00:16:00.000 The only thing about Florida I can't get over is the humidity.
00:16:03.000 It's just not a fan, but I would take freedom with humidity any day.
00:16:08.000 So, Benny, thank you for the-you're from the Midwest.
00:16:12.000 You're from Illinois.
00:16:12.000 Like, humidity is bad there, too.
00:16:14.000 Yeah, it's just, you're right.
00:16:15.000 This is not as bad as Florida.
00:16:16.000 All right.
00:16:16.000 Thank you, Benny.
00:16:17.000 Appreciate it.
00:16:20.000 It's really out of control.
00:16:21.000 Inflation is at a 40-year high.

00:16:36.000 A team member that we have at Turning Point USA literally just had his bank account shut down by Bank of America.
00:16:43.000 Literally, no longer allowed to use Bank of America because of his politics.
00:16:46.000 True story.

00:17:18.000 In fact, they're helping me with a problem right now.
00:17:20.000 Just all this nonsense with interest rates and all this are helping me clarify it.
00:17:24.000 They're phenomenal to work with.
00:17:25.000 They're responsive.
00:17:26.000 They're Christians.

00:17:37.000 Bank of America, again, my team member, I'm not going to say his name.
00:17:40.000 You guys know him.
00:17:41.000 He's been on our show.
00:17:42.000 Literally, Bank of America sent him a note saying, we are no longer allowing you to bank with us.
00:17:47.000 Boom, like that, all because of politics.
00:17:50.000 Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage share your values.

00:17:59.000 They'll treat you right and that when you use them, you're not using Citibank or Chase or these people that hate your values, that believe in this trans nonsense.
00:18:07.000 Don't use those banks, diversity, equity, inclusion banks.
00:18:10.000 Nope.

00:18:51.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:18:55.000 With us right now is Phil Klein, Former Attorney General of Kansas with the Amistad Project.
00:18:59.000 Phil, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:19:02.000 We'll go through multiple topics here.
00:19:04.000 I want to start with the fallout from Roe versus Wade.
00:19:06.000 Can talk about some of the developments that are happening after Dobbs and the movements that are happening in certain states.
00:19:13.000 Well, what's happening in various states is threefold.
00:19:17.000 First of all, you've got a group of leftist prosecutors who have signed a pledge and said, I don't care what the law is, I'm not going to enforce it.
00:19:25.000 And the reality is, Charlie, that many of these Democrat officials and leftist officials have already chosen to enforce the laws that they agree with and to ignore the laws that they disagree with rather than fulfilling their obligations as prosecutors and applying the law equally to all citizens.
00:19:45.000 So that's one large development that continues, primarily funded through the Soros group and supported through a Soros-funded group called the Farah Institute.
00:19:55.000 You see many of their members trying to set aside these laws.
00:19:59.000 Secondly, you've got a legal battle going on in states that have trigger laws or say that Winro falls, as it did, that we will prohibit abortion.
00:20:09.000 The left is initiating new lawsuits to challenge those trigger laws in the states, and you have some judges acting to try to prevent enforcement of those laws.
00:20:19.000 And then, thirdly, you have what I would consider the big lie, and that is the fear-mongering of the left that is saying that every right's going to go out the window, that America is going to be terrible, and that we need to set aside the Supreme Court's role in American society by stacking the court or something along those lines.
00:20:41.000 Yeah, and so in particular, they're now talking about Obergefell saying that that somehow might be reversed.
00:20:49.000 But it's important to recognize Obergefell made law where it didn't exist.
00:20:53.000 It overturned other states that had decided they wanted marriage to be one man, one woman, didn't it?
00:21:00.000 Yes, it did.
00:21:01.000 And some of that criticism of Dobbs by the left, that Obergefeld is in jeopardy, is premised on a concurrent opinion by Justice Thomas, in which he said, look, substantive due process, a whole line of cases that deals with the court finding in the penumbra of the Constitution certain rights that are essential to ordered liberty, is a wrong line of cases.
00:21:28.000 The due process clause protects a process.
00:21:31.000 You have a right before life, liberty is taken away from you to have due process of law.
00:21:38.000 It should not be read as giving the court the ability to come up with what those rights are.
00:21:44.000 It protects process, not the definition of rights.
00:21:47.000 That's Justice Thomas's concurrence.
00:21:50.000 It's also important to note that he identifies specific cases where due process, substantive due process, made horrible decisions, that thinking.
00:22:00.000 And he cites the Dred Scott case as an example.
00:22:04.000 That's a case in which a runaway slave was given back to his slaveholders after fleeing to Missouri or out of Missouri on a substantive due process claim of the owner that they had the right to own slaves within their state.
00:22:21.000 So he points out bad cases have come from this.
00:22:24.000 And he speaks to other clauses of the Constitution in which we might better rest or find these rights, specifically the privileges and immunities clause.
00:22:34.000 So it's a very detailed legal debate.
00:22:38.000 I don't see Oberfeld or any of those cases, the Casey decision as it relates to birth control, any of those cases being in jeopardy.
00:22:45.000 And the plurality of the court actually stated that.
00:22:48.000 They said life and abortion is different than these other cases because we are protecting a right of life and the state's right to protect it rather than restricting a right.
00:23:02.000 So what do you think that means then moving forward?
00:23:05.000 Do you think that does Congress now have to act to repeal the Defensive Marriage Act?
00:23:10.000 I mean, do you think they're going to get a challenge to overturn Obergefell?
00:23:14.000 What's your prediction?
00:23:16.000 Well, I think that there will eventually be a challenge, and I believe it will fail.
00:23:22.000 Now, the legal reasoning of the court is going to be very interesting to watch.
00:23:27.000 Are they going to follow Justice Thomas's lead and buttress up and strengthen what's called the Privileges and Immunities Clause?
00:23:37.000 Recently, there have been some major cases relating to that clause, which have protected constitutional rights of citizens against city and state infringement, particularly as it relates to the Second Amendment.
00:23:50.000 Whether that clause protects state rights, in other words, states have to respect the rights gathered by a citizen of another state is an issue that may be taken up.
00:24:01.000 So long and short, to summarize, I don't believe that gay marriage is going away.
00:24:08.000 I believe it'll be a part of this country.
00:24:10.000 Whether this court continues to protect it or whether states adopt it will be the issue of the future.
00:24:18.000 So, Phil, I want to shift gears and talk about election integrity, an issue that you've been spending a lot of time and energy on.
00:24:24.000 Where do you think we stand now?
00:24:26.000 July of 2022.
00:24:29.000 You've been talking about this for a year and a half, warning people, telling them to fix things.
00:24:33.000 I believe a lot of your gut instinct was reaffirmed and honestly vindicated by 2000 Mules, the film by Dinesh D'Souza, because you talked about how drop boxes could be used for this sort of fraud.
00:24:46.000 Where do we stand now?
00:24:49.000 Well, the evidence is compelling and continues to come forth, and courts are finding that what happened in 2020 was illegal.
00:24:59.000 But unfortunately, we are still mired into this inability to discuss 2020 because everybody turns it into, was the election stolen or is Trump lying?
00:25:12.000 That is not the issue.
00:25:14.000 The issue is, did government conduct the election properly and lawfully?
00:25:20.000 And the answer clearly is, it did not.
00:25:23.000 Did government, with the help of private interests, treat voters and ballots differently based on the ideological position of the voter?
00:25:34.000 The answer is it did.
00:25:37.000 And that is improper and in many instances, illegal.
00:25:42.000 Did that have an impact on the election?
00:25:44.000 Absolutely, it did.
00:25:45.000 Have we fixed the problem?
00:25:47.000 No, we have not.
00:25:50.000 Some states are getting closer.
00:25:51.000 Pennsylvania recently passed a good law that actually prohibits private money and they wrote it correctly.
00:25:58.000 Georgia passed a law claiming it prohibited private money and influence, but it did not.
00:26:03.000 It actually adopted it and made it law.
00:26:06.000 Many of our election laws still do not have accountability or any sanctions or repercussions for violating the law.
00:26:14.000 Nobody is watching this shop.
00:26:17.000 State legislatures still do not and have not accepted the responsibility of overseeing the election.
00:26:26.000 It is still given to local officials who are told they must accept the results as told to them by vendors and others who really know what's happening.
00:26:36.000 So our elections are a mess.
00:26:37.000 And unfortunately, Charlie, I do not believe our political class, both Republican and Democrat, are willing to discuss the needed changes.
00:26:47.000 They turn every debate into a debate about the 2022 election or whether Mr. Trump was somehow harmed by the 2020 election, which he was, or whether Biden's president.
00:27:01.000 That is not the issue right now.
00:27:03.000 The issue is what's the problem with our elections?
00:27:05.000 There are many, and how do we fix it?
00:27:07.000 And hardly anybody is talking about it.
00:27:10.000 Why are Republicans so unwilling to actually go about fixing this?
00:27:15.000 Well, you know, I've been in that position before.
00:27:18.000 And right now, what is happening is a lot of Republican leadership is thinking, oh, my gosh, what's the next public opinion poll?
00:27:25.000 What is my next office that I'm going to run for?
00:27:29.000 Well, I have an opportunity to fare well in the New Hampshire primary in the Republican primary.
00:27:34.000 How do I distance or how do I tie myself to Trump and his machine?
00:27:39.000 Those considerations, I call it wrestling ghosts, unfortunately, seem to be the primary considerations of those who are holding public office and not the substance of policy.
00:27:50.000 Well, that's not very encouraging.
00:27:53.000 Basically, it's that.
00:27:54.000 Sorry about that.
00:27:55.000 No, that's most Republicans.
00:27:57.000 Basically, they don't care about their voters and they just care about political power, basically.
00:28:03.000 Well, I think in a lot of ways, our political process has been corrupted to that point.
00:28:09.000 And just think about it.
00:28:11.000 How many media reports in the last year have you seen where they are discussing actual substance at length of policy and sitting at the table with people who have differences and discussing it rationally without engaging in cancel culture and rhetoric?
00:28:31.000 You don't see it anymore.
00:28:33.000 And it's that type of discussion that is the lifeblood of democracy.
00:28:38.000 That's how we preserve our form of governments and our liberty.
00:28:42.000 And we're not doing it.
00:28:44.000 I don't see it.
00:28:47.000 Yeah, I don't either.
00:28:48.000 I definitely don't.
00:28:49.000 No, I see the opposite.
00:28:51.000 They run away from dialogue.
00:28:53.000 And so are there any states that have made any changes?
00:28:56.000 I mean, I know the Wisconsin Supreme Court has overturned Dropboxes.
00:29:02.000 Is this a small victory?
00:29:04.000 If I could, no, it's significant.
00:29:06.000 And its significance is greater than how it is phrased.
00:29:10.000 They didn't overturn drop boxes.
00:29:12.000 They just read the statute that was in place for the 2020 election, which said you cannot have remote places to collect ballots unless a person is there.
00:29:22.000 And that is rational because if a person is there, they can ensure that the ballot is being delivered by a person who either was authorized by the voter or is the voter themselves.
00:29:33.000 And therefore, the voter is properly registered and the ballot wasn't achieved through coercion or intimidation or misleading the voter.
00:29:41.000 Very important law that's always been followed.
00:29:45.000 But in 2020, with Zuckerberg money, leftist officials in core areas violated that law.
00:29:55.000 And they did it to benefit Joe Biden and to help get more ballots in from targeted people for Joe Biden.
00:30:01.000 It was illegal in 2020, and that's what the Wisconsin Supreme Court found, that these officials violated the law.
00:30:09.000 That's what they found.
00:30:11.000 Yeah, so years after we find out that we violated the law and how we conducted an election in Wisconsin, what we've been saying all along, but then why is it the people that then have won in those elections get to still hold their offices?
00:30:23.000 It's just they just basically the agenda, well, let's cheat, get caught later, and get people into office and then smear our opponents as pushing forward the big lie.
00:30:32.000 So have we made the appropriate changes to stop oligarchs that hate themselves and hate the country from funding our elections?
00:30:39.000 Or can this just happen all over again?
00:30:42.000 In the few states we have, and in those states, unfortunately, the Biden administration is trying to accomplish the same objective through another means.
00:30:50.000 What's happened is these nonprofits still exist.
00:30:54.000 They still have the same kind of partisan name to them, and they're trying to accomplish the same things.
00:30:59.000 And now the Biden administration is providing federal grant monies to them to do so.
00:31:04.000 So we have this partnership, this shadow government, which is going to take more action to eradicate from the management of our elections.
00:31:12.000 Yeah, and I just, I mean, we see this massive effort by left-wing oligarchs to do everything they possibly can to infiltrate into the actual tabulation of our elections.
00:31:25.000 Phil, one of the things you brought to my attention early on is the integration of voter roles with outside Democrat organizations such as Rock the Vote.
00:31:32.000 Is that still happening?
00:31:35.000 Yes.
00:31:36.000 And to update your Rock the Vote entered into contracts with leftist officials that gave them unique access to the poll books.
00:31:46.000 They in turn relicensed that access, for example, in Philadelphia, to leftist organizations, including Democratic campaigns, who had access that Republican counterparts and conservative groups did not have and did not know about.
00:32:01.000 So government is playing favorites in trading on your sensitive information.
00:32:07.000 And is this in every state or is this in what states is this happening in?
00:32:12.000 It's the same thing.
00:32:13.000 It's the swing states where these nonprofits were involved, the states that impacted the presidential election.
00:32:19.000 And let me say this too, Charlie.
00:32:21.000 Zuckerberg's the tip of the iceberg.
00:32:23.000 You know, he alone gave more money than the federal government spent in the election, but he's only a part of a huge nonprofit cabal that in the provision of talent, resources, expertise, and research, provided billions of dollars to core urban area election offices to manage that election for the benefit of Biden in 2020.
00:32:48.000 That's unbelievable.
00:32:49.000 Final marching orders, Phil.
00:32:50.000 What can possibly be done in the next couple of months before the midterms, if anything at all?
00:32:56.000 Well, I think a couple of things.
00:32:57.000 First of all, watch the elections, get engaged, and don't let them kick you out.
00:33:00.000 You have a right to be there.
00:33:02.000 Be a poll worker, be a poll watcher.
00:33:04.000 Secondly, constantly ask your government, how is it using its resources to impact the election?
00:33:10.000 Are you allocating resources to register people?
00:33:13.000 Where are you doing it?
00:33:15.000 Is it only in Democrat strongholds where you're registering people?
00:33:18.000 Or are you treating the citizens of the state equally?
00:33:21.000 We must insist on equal protection before the law that every ballot and every voter be treated the same.
00:33:29.000 Amen.
00:33:30.000 Phil Klein, thank you so much for joining us.
00:33:32.000 And the Amistad Project, is that right?
00:33:34.000 That's right.
00:33:35.000 Everyone, go and check it out and support them.
00:33:37.000 Phil, thank you so much.
00:33:38.000 Thank you.
