00:01:29.000 Joining us now is an American hero and someone who has been on this case of Trump getting shot, the assassination attempt, which is getting weirder and weirder the more we look into it.

00:01:38.000 Senator Hawley is with us.

00:01:40.000 Senator Hawley, you've been on this assassination investigation like nobody else.

00:01:43.000 You were talking to whistleblowers, you visited Butler, unlike Kim Cheadle, and you have a lot to unload for us.

00:01:49.000 The floor is yours.

00:01:50.000 What have you discovered, Senator Hawley?

00:01:53.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.

00:01:54.000 Listen, what I discovered is the Secret Service is an agency in crisis, and just about everything that they've told us publicly turns out not to be true.

00:02:01.000 I mean, let's go back to the now widely discredited lie that the slope of the roof on that building was just too steep. 0.68

00:02:08.000 Ridiculous! 0.83

00:02:09.000 I've been there myself. 0.99

00:02:10.000 I've seen it.

00:02:10.000 Number one, it is a single-story roof.

00:02:12.000 Number two, there are large air conditioning units, which would make it easy, easy,

00:02:18.000 for any able-bodied individual to get up onto the roof without a ladder.

00:02:22.000 Forget the question whether the guy had a ladder, he wouldn't need one.

00:02:26.000 Number three, it is so gently sloped that you could literally get up and walk around on it.

00:02:31.000 You don't need to crawl, you can walk on it.

00:02:33.000 All of that is false.

00:02:34.000 It wasn't way far away.

00:02:35.000 They said, oh, it's not in the security perimeter because it's too far out.

00:02:39.000 It's barely a hundred yards out, maybe 150 yards.

00:02:43.000 And Charlie, there's a clear line of sight from that roof line right to where the platform was.

00:02:49.000 We've heard reports that, well, there's trees.

00:02:51.000 There are trees there.

00:02:52.000 I saw them.

00:02:53.000 They're to the south.

00:02:54.000 They do not block the line of sight.

00:02:56.000 And all I can figure out is I've talked to whistleblowers.

00:02:59.000 I've talked to local law enforcement, state law enforcement.

00:03:02.000 Charlie, what they say is they were not, there was no coordination with the Secret Service.

00:03:07.000 They were not on the same radio frequencies?

00:03:09.000 The Secret Service never asked them to secure the building?

00:03:13.000 I mean, I cannot for the life of me understand why they didn't get that guy off the top of the roof, why they even allowed him to get onto it, and why they ever sent Donald Trump on stage knowing they had a possible shooter there.

00:03:26.000 Senator, it begs some dark thoughts.

00:03:29.000 I don't even want to go there with you.

00:03:30.000 I think the audience can fill in those gaps.

00:03:32.000 So, you went to the scene of the crime.

00:03:36.000 We must remember, an American hero died.

00:03:38.000 A firefighter father died in this line of fire.

00:03:42.000 So, Senator, just so our audience understands the timeline.

00:03:46.000 How much time was there between identifying this shooter between from that point forward to shots being fired?

00:03:56.000 62 minutes.

00:03:56.000 They identified him at 510.

00:03:58.000 He was identified by Secret Service as a person of interest because he was acting suspiciously.

00:04:04.000 At 530, Charlie, they identified him as having a range finder for a firearm.

00:04:11.000 At 552, he was on the roof and I can understand now why so many people saw him.

00:04:17.000 Again, it's a very low building and it's very close To the main stage in the main area.

00:04:23.000 So naturally, lots and lots of rally goers are saying, hold on, there's a guy up on that roof and he appears to have an implement.

00:04:30.000 Oh, wow.

00:04:30.000 It's a firearm.

00:04:31.000 That was at 5.52.

00:04:33.000 Trump has shot at 6.12.

00:04:35.000 So from 5.10 to 6.12, 62 full minutes and never does law enforcement approach him a single time.

00:04:45.000 We think that local police are finally asked about three or four minutes before he opens fire.

00:04:51.000 are finally asked to go and do a walk around of that Los Lugos building, which they do.

00:04:55.000 They see a guy up there.

00:04:57.000 They get up on the roof.

00:04:59.000 He points the gun at them, then turns back around and begins firing at the president.

00:05:03.000 I mean, it is inexplicable why you'd go an hour and not confront the guy and why you'd

00:05:09.000 send Trump on stage.

00:05:10.000 Senator, Ana Paulina Luna said this morning after her briefing she no longer believes that the shooter acted alone.

00:05:18.000 We know that there were three encrypted accounts overseas and two phones.

00:05:21.000 I want to make sure we stay factual in all this.

00:05:24.000 What have you learned in regards to whether or not Crooks acted alone?

00:05:28.000 I don't know the answer to that, Charlie.

00:05:30.000 I don't know if he did or not.

00:05:31.000 I've been briefed on the same material you just disclosed, that there are multiple encrypted platforms that law enforcement tell us, federal law enforcement now, tell us they have not been able to access.

00:05:42.000 Local and state law enforcement, who I've talked to on the ground, their descriptions to me are ones of being totally in the dark, of lots of chaos, of being asked by the federal law enforcement to police the outer perimeter and to attend to traffic.

00:05:58.000 I want to emphasize this.

00:05:59.000 Local law enforcement, who by the way, Charlie, are furious at getting thrown under the bus here.

00:06:04.000 They said, listen, we did what we were asked to do.

00:06:06.000 They asked us to basically see the traffic matters.

00:06:09.000 They asked us to attend to the outer perimeter.

00:06:12.000 We did all of those things.

00:06:13.000 Then they asked us at the last minute, would you please do a walk around of the building?

00:06:17.000 We did.

00:06:17.000 We saw a shooter.

00:06:19.000 And then the guy starts shooting and now Secret Service blames us.

00:06:21.000 So the bottom line is there's a huge amount of confusion, which is why we need to get the actual facts here.

00:06:28.000 The idea that this Secret Service Director, as we speak, is on the Hill basically taking the fifth.

00:06:33.000 I mean, let's admit it.

00:06:34.000 She's basically up there saying, I'm not going to tell you anything.

00:06:38.000 I'm just going to sit here and say, ongoing investigation, ongoing investigation.

00:06:42.000 This person ought to be removed immediately.

00:06:45.000 But she and her whole team also need to be thoroughly debriefed to figure out what in the world they're doing and what they're hiding from us.

00:06:52.000 So, Senator, I'm trying to understand the detail.

00:06:56.000 Do you have any evidence that there was somebody on stage that called for Trump to be pulled off of stage?

00:07:04.000 So, it seems as if the local Trumpsters saw the shooter on the roof.

00:07:09.000 Local police even tried to engage him.

00:07:13.000 Was there any chatter on radio frequencies, or who made the call to keep Donald Trump on the stage?

00:07:21.000 I'm not aware of the answer to that, Charlie, and I'd like to know why it is Secret Service cleared him, and it would have been their call, because there were multiple agencies involved, federal agencies, law enforcement agencies, rather, involved on the day, Secret Service.

00:07:34.000 DHS, which is a whole other subject because they were unprepared, local and state law enforcement.

00:07:39.000 Secret Service are the ones closest to Trump, the ones in direct contact with the Trump campaign, and they would have been the ones, under the usual protocol, who then are in charge of communicating security features to the campaign, security facts, and saying, yes, it's safe, no, it's not.

00:07:56.000 So, unless there's something that we don't know about, it would have been Secret Service who said, Yeah, it's all fine.

00:08:01.000 Let's go ahead.

00:08:02.000 He can go out and go on the platform.

00:08:04.000 Keep in mind, by the time that happened, by the time Trump went out there at around six o'clock, they had known not only that there was a person of interest acting suspicious for almost an hour, they also knew that by that point, he was on the roof a hundred yards away.

00:08:20.000 And certainly nobody ever told the former president about that.

00:08:23.000 Campaign whistleblowers tell me they didn't know about it.

00:08:27.000 Local law enforcement tell me they didn't know about it.

00:08:29.000 So what in the world?

00:08:31.000 This is where it just becomes inexplicable, Charlie.

00:08:34.000 I mean, the best you can say about this, the best, is that it is total rank incompetence on the part of leadership of DHS and Secret Service.

00:08:43.000 Well, so Senator, it also begs another question.

00:08:46.000 What if this is how they've been operating for the last decade?

00:08:50.000 So there's two explanations.

00:08:51.000 There's something even darker, which we can entertain at some point.

00:08:55.000 Or, that the Secret Service has actually not been doing their job for quite some time.

00:08:59.000 That the Secret Service has been lazy and incompetent, and that they just so happen, they got caught in real time.

00:09:07.000 Senator, do you have faith That the Secret Service is able to keep their protectees safe.

00:09:14.000 This is more than an operational failure.

00:09:17.000 This seems to be a systemic problem in the United States Secret Service.

00:09:21.000 Yeah, I don't have faith that it is systemic and we can see it right now.

00:09:23.000 You can see it in their leadership.

00:09:25.000 Look at this person who's the leader.

00:09:27.000 Not only will she take no responsibility, Charlie, she's totally unprepared even for this hearing.

00:09:31.000 I mean, she says she hasn't been to the site.

00:09:33.000 I've been to the site and it's not my job to secure the president.

00:09:37.000 It is my job, however, to get the truth, and right now we do not have it.

00:09:40.000 What we are hearing right now is not the truth, and what really bothers me is, it has been since the assassination attempt, it has, and since the murder of that good American who you pointed out, the fire chief, let's not forget that, since that, it has been a steady stream of misstated facts, half-truths, and sometimes lies coming from federal officials, from the slope roof to the fact that, well, oh no, Trump's security detail was at full strength, not true, Uh, you know, we were all, law enforcement were sharing information.

00:10:09.000 Not true.

00:10:10.000 We asked local law enforcement to, uh, to go and confront the shooter.

00:10:13.000 Not true.

00:10:14.000 These things are just, they are false that they have been telling us.

00:10:16.000 And I want to know, why are they lying to us?

00:10:19.000 It's bad enough they almost got the president killed.

00:10:22.000 Why are they lying to us now?

00:10:24.000 Charlie, this is not acceptable.

00:10:26.000 This is so DC.

00:10:28.000 This Kimberly Cheadle person, she has no shame.

00:10:30.000 She doesn't care.

00:10:32.000 I'm watching this.

00:10:33.000 It's very similar to Peter Strzok's smirk.

00:10:35.000 She's just kind of smirking and doing her job.

00:10:37.000 Oh, you know, talk to the FBI.

00:10:39.000 Oh, that's under our jurisdiction.

00:10:41.000 In D.C.

00:10:42.000 you fail upwards.

00:10:44.000 And she knows that if she just survives this, she'll end up getting, you know, another job and be paid well.

00:10:50.000 This is borderline gross criminal negligence.

00:10:52.000 She should lose her pension and be fired in humiliation and disgrace. 0.98

00:10:56.000 But she won't be.

00:10:57.000 Because it's Washington D.C.

00:11:01.000 Hey there, investing feels overwhelming right now, doesn't it?

00:12:17.000 Noblegoldinvestments.com.

00:12:22.000 So, I want to read here from Senator Johnson's testimony.

00:12:26.000 Secret Service did not attend security briefing provided to local SWAT and

00:12:30.000 sniper teams on morning of attempted assassination. Local law enforcement said

00:12:34.000 communications were siloed and they were not in frequent radio contact directly

00:12:38.000 with US Secret Service. Local law enforcement notified command about

00:12:41.000 Crooks prior to shooting and received confirmation that the US Secret Service

00:12:44.000 is aware of notification. So Senator, do you find that there is vast indifference

00:12:50.000 from the Secret Service towards the protection of Donald Trump?

00:12:54.000 Yeah, indifference, incompetence, total disarray.

00:12:57.000 You know, the other thing that's of interest here, Charlie, as whistleblowers pointed out to me, it's been several days ago now that there were actually relatively few Secret Service agents who are trained professionals on the ground there that day.

00:13:08.000 Most of the federal law enforcement were these DHS personnel who were just detailed to this event only for this event.

00:13:16.000 They arrived, I'm told, unprepared.

00:13:18.000 Many of them did not participate in a security walkthrough.

00:13:21.000 They were supposed to be using dogs, you know, canine detection, both at the entrance and then in the crowd.

00:13:28.000 They were not doing that.

00:13:30.000 DHS personnel were supposed to be manning the platform area near where Trump was.

00:13:35.000 They were not doing that.

00:13:36.000 DHS was supposed to be helping coordinate comms.

00:13:38.000 They were not doing that.

00:13:39.000 I mean, so it just, at every stage, at every turn of this, it's a complete and total disaster.

00:13:46.000 And you just have to ask yourself, this is an American president we're talking about here,

00:13:50.000 you know? I mean, this would be bad if it were like a kid's birthday party, but this is an

00:13:54.000 American president and this is the security? I mean, it's just it's wild. It is totally out

00:13:59.000 of control. Do we know how he got on the roof, Senator?

00:14:01.000 They don't know.

00:14:03.000 I mean, this is... Cheadle said when she briefed Senators a few days ago that she didn't know.

00:14:08.000 I understand this morning she said again in her testimony in the House that she didn't know.

00:14:12.000 How is this even remotely acceptable?

00:14:14.000 Please continue, I just... Oh, well, and the deal is that it's not hard to get on that roof.

00:14:19.000 I mean, you really, you don't need a ladder.

00:14:21.000 I can't emphasize how low that roof is.

00:14:24.000 It's single story and there are huge air conditioning units right by the roofline.

00:14:30.000 So all you have to do is hop up onto the air conditioning unit and from there pull yourself

00:14:34.000 onto the roof.

00:14:35.000 Again, any able-bodied individual, let alone a 20-year-old boy, could absolutely do this.

00:14:39.000 I mean, it's not hard.

00:14:41.000 And maybe he had a ladder, maybe he didn't.

00:14:43.000 But the real question is, this building is very exposed.

00:14:46.000 I cannot emphasize that enough.

00:14:47.000 It's not like it's set back in the woods and boy, nobody knows where it is.

00:14:51.000 It is right there in obvious sight.

00:14:55.000 So that's why you had all of these people, rally goers, saying, wait a minute, what's

00:14:59.000 that dude doing up on the roof?

00:15:00.000 You can see it.

00:15:01.000 People watched him get up there.

00:15:03.000 There's no excuse for this not to have been in the security perimeter.

00:15:06.000 It boggles the mind.

00:15:08.000 So, Senator, can you talk to me about a drone?

00:15:10.000 Again, there's so many wrinkles to this.

00:15:13.000 Apparently he was able to fly a drone and the Secret Service didn't.

00:15:17.000 What is that all about?

00:15:18.000 I mean, you laugh because otherwise it's just you tear your hair out.

00:15:23.000 Yeah.

00:15:24.000 I mean, Secret Service told senators Point blank, that the Secret Service did not use a drone.

00:15:30.000 There were no drones employed.

00:15:31.000 They have them, but they did not use them on the day.

00:15:33.000 Now, I noticed recently in public, they've waffled on that, but I tell you, Charlie, they told us when they briefed us on this, what Wednesday it was, they said, point blank, no, Secret Service did not use any drones.

00:15:45.000 Federal law enforcement officials did not use any drones.

00:15:47.000 But Charlie, I can tell you, I was there on Friday at the site.

00:15:51.000 there was a drone overflying the site when I was there, and it did not belong to law enforcement.

00:15:58.000 So this site, I mean, there's wild stuff going on at this site, and it doesn't surprise me at all

00:16:05.000 that this kid was able to fly this drone.

00:16:08.000 It's just remarkable to me.

00:16:09.000 I mean, this site should have been specced out and secured days in advance.

00:16:14.000 The kid is flying a drone on the day of the event, and nobody sees it, nobody does anything about it.

00:16:21.000 But again, there were drones flying overhead when I was there.

00:16:23.000 And nobody seemed to take any notice.

00:16:25.000 Senator, in closing here, I have to ask a political question.

00:16:28.000 Kamala Harris seems as if she's going to be the nominee. 0.50

00:16:31.000 Your reaction?

00:16:33.000 Well, good luck with that. 0.99

00:16:35.000 Listen, she is even crazier and nuttier than Joe Biden. 0.96

00:16:39.000 I mean, look at what Kamala has said she will do if she gets elected president. 0.97

00:16:43.000 She's going to shut down the entire oil, gas and fracking industry in this country. 1.00

00:16:47.000 We're not going to produce any energy in America.

00:16:48.000 None.

00:16:49.000 Zilch.

00:16:49.000 Zero.

00:16:50.000 That's your grand plan for the United States of America?

00:16:53.000 She's the border czar who personally approved and opened our border. 0.69

00:16:56.000 I mean, if you like 9, 10 million illegals coming in here, shooting people, killing people, taking our jobs, then you're going to love Kamala because you're going to get that double.

00:17:05.000 I mean, Charlie, if they want to run her, my advice is go right ahead. 0.99

00:17:10.000 She is far worse.

00:17:11.000 Joe was supposedly a moderate.

00:17:13.000 She was always on the left.

00:17:14.000 She is a radical.

00:17:17.000 She's a cackling communist. 1.00

00:17:19.000 Thank you so much.

00:17:19.000 Senator, excellent work.

00:17:21.000 Thanks for having me.

00:17:24.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:25.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.

00:17:27.000 We had last month saving babies with preborn by providing ultrasounds.

00:17:31.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.

00:17:34.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.

00:17:39.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.

00:17:45.000 Your gift to preborn will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.

00:17:52.000 $280 can save 10 babies.

00:17:54.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.

00:17:56.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

00:18:02.000 And we'll also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:18:06.000 Call 833-850-2229.

00:18:09.000 That's 833-850-2229.

00:18:10.000 Or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.

00:18:14.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.

00:18:17.000 Also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:18:20.000 I'm a donor to this organization.

00:18:21.000 They're terrific.

00:18:22.000 Go to charliekirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.

00:18:27.000 Okay, email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:18:30.000 Joining us now is Aaron Friday from rduty.group to discuss this huge story.

00:18:37.000 Again, it wasn't covered as much last week because of all the other news of SpaceX moving from California to Texas.

00:18:45.000 All about this recent California law.

00:18:48.000 Aaron, welcome to the program.

00:18:49.000 Walk us through it.

00:18:51.000 Yes, so there was a bill called 1955, which was misnamed the Safety Act.

00:18:57.000 It's really the Double Secret Act, which will prevent any school district from having a parental notification policy that will alert parents when their children are struggling with gender dysphoria.

00:19:14.000 And this all started out because Assemblyman Bill Asale, Picked up a bill that I wrote to require schools to notify parents when their child is struggling with a mental disorder, because that's what a trans-identified child is struggling with.

00:19:32.000 And school boards started to pass parental notification policies.

00:19:37.000 And to stop this from happening, the LGBTQ caucus came up with a bill and a law that will prevent parental notification policies What it also does is it safeguards these groomer teachers, and I'm using that term on purpose, who will scaffold or push along a child's gender identity behind parents back. 0.95

00:20:03.000 So it's a major bill and law that needs to be repealed.

00:20:10.000 And we're already seeing New York is thinking of doing the same law And so thank God for Elon Musk for jumping in and saying, California has had it.

00:20:23.000 We've had enough here in California attacking parental rights. 0.51

00:20:28.000 So I want to just read.

00:20:29.000 I want to talk about the Roseville Joint Union High School secret social transition plan.

00:20:34.000 And so just so we are clear that in California, do parents even exist anymore?

00:20:39.000 Who actually are the parents in California?

00:20:42.000 The government.

00:20:43.000 Yeah, the government thinks that they know best.

00:20:45.000 The government believes that all parents are abusive until proven otherwise.

00:20:50.000 The government thinks that they know better for your child.

00:20:54.000 They think they know your child better than you do.

00:20:57.000 And I mean, we've seen this time and time again.

00:20:59.000 And parents need to wake up that they have lost their parental rights in all of these blue states.

00:21:06.000 So I want to play this piece of tape here.

00:21:07.000 This is a complete fabrication.

00:21:09.000 This is a war on parents.

00:21:11.000 If you are a parent in this country and you vote for the Democrat Party, you are voting for the continuation of no longer being your child's parent.

00:21:20.000 This is Cut 66, which is assemblymen Al Murtashi addresses an angry crowd of parents.

00:21:28.000 He spreads lies and claims numerous studies that kids get beaten by their parents because

00:21:33.000 of trans identity. 1.00

00:21:34.000 This is a lying, repulsive individual. 1.00

00:21:37.000 Play cut 66. 0.96

00:21:38.000 There are numerous studies that show that when students are outed for not identifying

00:21:51.000 with the gender of their birth, the sign that they're birthed, they're not identified.

00:21:55.000 Oh.

00:21:57.000 That they get beaten by their parents.

00:22:02.000 They get beaten by their classmates.

00:22:04.000 That's not me.

00:22:06.000 That's a lie.

00:22:08.000 That's a lie.

00:22:10.000 He does hate you. 1.00

00:22:12.000 He is a liar. 1.00

00:22:14.000 I can't believe you said that on camera. 1.00

00:22:16.000 No.

00:22:18.000 No.

00:22:20.000 No they're not.

00:22:21.000 Aaron, that's hard audio to understand, but essentially he's saying that the that kids

00:22:48.000 are beaten by their parents because they come out as trans.

00:22:53.000 Producer Andrew lives in California, and even in left-wing California, Democrats are talking about how freaked out of this they are.

00:22:59.000 Is this law yet?

00:23:00.000 What is the status of this legislative item?

00:23:04.000 It has been signed by the governor, so it is law.

00:23:09.000 Charlie, I don't know if you remember, but I'm a registered Democrat.

00:23:12.000 I've been a Democrat since I was 18 years old.

00:23:14.000 I'm also a mother of a daughter who used to believe that she was trans identified.

00:23:19.000 I can assure you, I can assure you I did not beat my daughter.

00:23:23.000 And I work with parents all over the country, probably have spoken to thousands of parents at this point.

00:23:29.000 None of us harm our child when they tell us that they are struggling with distress over their natural bodies.

00:23:38.000 This is an outright lie, and it's just this repeated narrative that is just really, it's just BS.

00:23:47.000 It is total and complete BS.

00:23:49.000 So, Erin, do you find that other people are flipping politically?

00:23:55.000 And is it fair to say that this is trans-kidnapping of children? 1.00

00:24:01.000 Is that a fair summation of this?

00:24:04.000 Yes, I would say that is true.

00:24:08.000 You know, all these blue states are wanting to create trans identified kids.

00:24:13.000 That's what it is.

00:24:14.000 Like there's this huge push to make as many kids gender confused as possible.

00:24:21.000 And absolutely there are so many Democrats, independents that are against this.

00:24:27.000 I mean, the polling shows that we have Gallup polling that shows that 84% of parents, regardless of parental or Affiliation, political affiliation are against schools keeping secrets from parents and are against schools socially transitioning their child without parental consent.

00:24:48.000 So I don't understand why the Democrats are, you know, if they want to keep their political positions, why they are going against their own rank and file voters.

00:25:01.000 I can assure you that there are many, many Democrats that are hopping out of The party or they're like me, dinos, Democrat name only now voting Republican because it's not just this issue.

00:25:15.000 It's males in girls sports. 0.99

00:25:18.000 It's males in, in prisons. 0.95

00:25:20.000 So it's a wide swatch where the Democrat party hates women. 1.00

00:25:26.000 They hate women. 1.00

00:25:27.000 They hate children and they hate families. 0.99

00:25:30.000 And it's undeniable now.

00:25:32.000 So, Erin, to politicize this further, and I mean it in this best way, Kamala Harris is from California, and she looks as if she's going to be the nominee.

00:25:42.000 Shouldn't she have to now answer clearly where she stands on this law from the state that she considers to be her residence?

00:25:49.000 She absolutely does.

00:25:51.000 And, you know, we'll ask the same question, and it's not a joke.

00:25:54.000 What is a woman, Kamala? 1.00

00:25:56.000 If you can't answer that question, you cannot be a leader in this country.

00:26:01.000 Well, not only can she not answer it, she'll say, I'm not a biologist.

00:26:05.000 And so we have this on 65.

00:26:07.000 I want to put it up.

00:26:09.000 So effectively, this is the Roseville Joint Union High School where kids are grading their parents.

00:26:14.000 As you well know, in the Cultural Revolution in Mao's China, the parents were spied on by the children.

00:26:22.000 The Red Guard was enlisted to spy on the children, turning children against their parents.

00:26:28.000 Erin, are we now incentivizing children to become spies against their elders, as Orwell predicted also in 1984?

00:26:36.000 Of course we are.

00:26:38.000 Look, I don't think people can see that screen well enough, but what it says is that a child, a student, is rating their parents from 0 to 10 on whether their parent is supporting their trans identity.

00:26:51.000 If that number is zero, That school can call CPS, Child Protective Services, and start investigating that family because that family believes in biological reality.

00:27:05.000 And once Child Protective Services gets involved, then we're in trouble.

00:27:11.000 That's when they pull the child out.

00:27:13.000 They put that child into foster care.

00:27:16.000 Again, you're absolutely correct comparing this to China and communism, Marxism, Is the separation of the child and parent is what our Democrat Party wants to do now.

00:27:29.000 In closing here, what was Gavin Newsom's justification for this?

00:27:38.000 Well, he wants to kowtow to the LGBTQ caucus, first and foremost. 1.00

00:27:45.000 I mean, his response was Was idiotic. 1.00

00:27:48.000 Parents can still have conversations with their children was one of his talking points. 1.00

00:27:53.000 Of course they can.

00:27:54.000 This is absurd.

00:27:56.000 He believes that parents will harm their gender confused children.

00:28:03.000 And remember the Democrats did a little trick here.

00:28:05.000 They did forced teaming with the LGB and called this an outing policy.

00:28:10.000 And this is how they trick the Democrats over and over and over again.

00:28:14.000 This has nothing to do with same-sex attracted.

00:28:18.000 It has nothing to do with outing, by the way.

00:28:21.000 These students are telling the school, asking the school to participate in their social transition.

00:28:27.000 This child is already public to everyone at school, and the parents are the only ones kept in the dark.

00:28:36.000 And it is true These children are more susceptible to suicidal ideation than kids who are not gender confused.

00:28:45.000 And you're going to keep the parents in the dark?

00:28:48.000 Rob Bonta put in his lawsuit that 87% of gender confused kids have thought about suicide. 87%!

00:29:00.000 And you're going to keep the parents in the dark.

00:29:02.000 It's just an absurdity.

00:29:04.000 And Gavin Newsom is enemy number one.

00:29:07.000 I'm really glad to see that he will not be the nominee for the Democrat Party.

00:29:11.000 And his political career is really over.

00:29:16.000 I hope you're right.

00:29:17.000 Aaron Friday.

00:29:17.000 Check it out right now.

00:29:18.000 OurDuty.Group.

00:29:19.000 Thank you so much.

00:29:20.000 Thanks for having me.

00:29:24.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:29:25.000 Did you know that 80% of adults take supplements to feel our best, right?

00:29:30.000 Well, one thing your dog can't do without you is improve their diet or health to feel their best.

00:29:36.000 That is why I believe Rough Greens could dramatically help your best friend by adding what is missing to their diet like you do.

00:29:44.000 Rough Greens is helping thousands and thousands of dogs feel better and live longer, including my dog, Mr. Briggs, who loves it.

00:30:03.000 Dog food is dead and Rough Greens supplements your dog's food with existing vitamins and minerals.

00:30:09.000 Alright, let's be honest.

00:30:10.000 The great tragedy that is in front of us is that J.D.

00:30:12.000 antioxidants. Dr. Black is offering you a free jumpstart trial bag. To fetch your

00:30:17.000 free jumpstart trial bag, just cover shipping, don't change your dog's food,

00:30:21.000 just go to roughgreens.com slash Kirk. RUFFGREENS.COM slash Kirk.

00:30:25.000 Alright, let's be honest. The great tragedy that is in front of us is that

00:30:34.000 JD Vance will not be debating Kamala Harris. Let's play cut a

00:30:39.000 It's such an incredible, a blessed week.

00:30:42.000 What a cool thing it was to be asked by President Trump to serve as his running mate and to get out there on the campaign trail.

00:30:49.000 But there's some bad news, actually.

00:30:52.000 The Vice President, Kamala Harris, she doesn't like me. 1.00

00:30:58.000 Kamala Harris said something to the effect that I have no loyalty to this country.

00:31:07.000 Well, I don't know, Kamala.

00:31:08.000 I did serve in the United States Marine Corps and build a business.

00:31:11.000 What the hell have you done, other than collect the check?

00:31:18.000 So now J.D. 0.96

00:31:18.000 Vance is going to have to debate some smooth-talking white man. 0.96

00:31:24.000 Because the Democrat Party can only be so diverse, everybody.

00:31:27.000 The Democrat Party can only have so much... Diversity is our strength, to an extent.

00:31:32.000 Diversity is our strength unless we're going to lose white men by 75 points.

00:31:37.000 And then diversity is kind of our strength.

00:31:39.000 Then does diversity become your weakness, Democrats?

00:31:42.000 I thought diversity was strength.

00:31:43.000 Why don't you just go all in and go with Elon Omar?

00:31:49.000 Let's just go for it.

00:31:51.000 Just totally go for it.

00:31:53.000 Go Harris, Omar.

00:31:55.000 Borders don't exist.

00:31:57.000 Just open it all up.

00:32:01.000 54 on stage, this is Kamala Harris' potential running mates. 1.00

00:32:05.000 What do you see in common here?

00:32:07.000 Apparently diversity is a weakness for the Democrats.

00:32:10.000 You got the Wicked Witch of the West, Gretchen Whitmer. 1.00

00:32:13.000 You got J.B.

00:32:14.000 Pritzker, who looks skinny in that picture.

00:32:17.000 You got Andy Beshear, who's probably the most talented, but he's in nothing.

00:32:21.000 You got Mark Kelly, who's very, very overrated. 0.98

00:32:25.000 You got Josh Shapiro, who I think's a total dork. 0.91

00:32:28.000 That's gonna solve their Gaza problem. 1.00

00:32:30.000 Yeah, let's solve all of our Gaza protests by putting Josh Shapiro on the ticket.

00:32:34.000 Then you got Roy Cooper, who no one's ever heard of.

00:32:38.000 And we got all of them up here.

00:32:41.000 And Shapiro might be too controversial for the base because he's too moderate in some ways, and hearing that he's already been crossed off.

00:32:50.000 Gretchen Whitmer.

00:32:50.000 If they go Gretchen Whitmer, I think that Donald Trump will win 80% of the mail vote.

00:32:57.000 I mean, that would be one of the most remarkable things.

00:33:00.000 Harris Whitmer?

00:33:03.000 JB Pritzker?

00:33:05.000 He is by far the most overrated politician in America.

00:33:09.000 The guy was born on 3rd and thought he hit a triple.

00:33:13.000 I think it's probably going to be Andy Beshear or Roy Cooper.

00:33:16.000 Roy Cooper might open up the map a little bit more because North Carolina otherwise was becoming out of grasp for them.

00:33:23.000 They might go Mark Kelly, but Mark Kelly doesn't help that much in the Rust Belt.

00:33:27.000 He would obviously open up Arizona to a greater extent, but it wouldn't be a guarantee.

00:33:32.000 And also, remember, rarely does the Vice President matter.

00:33:37.000 Rarely.

00:33:39.000 Now, this year might be unusual because it's been very unusual across the board.

00:33:43.000 I think it's going to be Andy Beshear or Roy Cooper.

00:33:46.000 Out of those two, I'd rather have it be Roy Cooper.

00:33:49.000 We'll see what happens.

00:33:50.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:33:51.000 Email us as always freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
