00:03:04.000 Expressvpn.com slash.
00:03:07.000 Charlie.
00:03:10.000 Lot to get to here.
00:03:11.000 Kyle Rittenhouse, jury has been, is now in deliberation, and Kyle's future and fate is currently, let's say, under consideration.
00:03:23.000 But I want to start with this story here, which is one of the most incredible stories that is CRT, critical race theory, in policy and in action.
00:03:35.000 So a lot of people ask me, they say, Charlie, what is critical race theory?
00:03:38.000 What is diversity, equity, inclusion?
00:03:40.000 What is this wokeism?
00:03:42.000 I could talk to you about black-only dormitories such as Western Washington University that have black segregated-only dormitories.
00:03:51.000 I could talk to you about Columbia University in New York City, where they have black-only graduation ceremonies.
00:04:00.000 I could talk to you about in Georgia at the Atlantic Public Schools, they have black kids that go to one classroom and white kids that go to another classroom.
00:04:09.000 I could talk to you about State Street Capital Advisors out of Boston, Massachusetts that says they cannot hire white people or white men without approval from the board, but they can hire Hispanics and blacks however they want.
00:04:21.000 And so we know what is at the root of CRT.
00:04:23.000 It's anti-white discrimination.
00:04:26.000 It's explicitly that.
00:04:29.000 Some people tap dance around it, but we see what's really happening here.
00:04:32.000 And we see that it's racism under a different name and it's bigotry.
00:04:35.000 It'd be racism if it was against anybody else, but it's racism in this current institutional form.
00:04:42.000 One of the most amazing kind of developments is how people are willing to embrace this wokeism, the CRT regime, without ever thinking out the potential consequences for it.
00:04:59.000 So we know that white people are being actively discriminated against when hiring for jobs at State Street Capital Advisors.
00:05:05.000 We know that affirmative action is anti-white admission hiring practices.
00:05:10.000 We know these.
00:05:11.000 We know all these things.
00:05:12.000 But what if I told you that CRT, critical race theory and critical theory, is now medical policy?
00:05:21.000 What if I told you that it is now the policy of the Texas Health and Human Services to not administer life-saving regeneron or monoclonal antibodies to people that might need them, potentially life-saving treatments if they're white?
00:05:47.000 That is not just one bigoted nurse.
00:05:50.000 No, no, no, that is policy at Texas Health and Human Services.
00:05:55.000 Don't believe me?
00:05:56.000 Cut 12 is the tape of a Texas man being denied medical treatment because he's white.
00:06:04.000 Play cut 12.
00:06:05.000 So I'm not going to be able to get it today?
00:06:07.000 Because I don't qualify?
00:06:09.000 What if I like smoke and shave?
00:06:11.000 I heard that was a...
00:06:13.000 No.
00:06:14.000 No.
00:06:15.000 Okay.
00:06:16.000 But if I were black and Hispanic, then I'd be able to qualify.
00:06:20.000 Okay.
00:06:20.000 I'm being denied medical service because of my race.
00:06:24.000 Meet the criteria.
00:06:25.000 Yeah.
00:06:25.000 So what I do is I go around and make sure everyone meets the criteria.
00:06:29.000 Okay.
00:06:29.000 So that's a black woman for the Texas Health and Human Services.
00:06:32.000 Well, that's the criteria.
00:06:34.000 You're white, so you're not allowed to get monoclonal antibodies.
00:06:38.000 So then someone fact-checked it.
00:06:40.000 By the way, this is under Governor Abbott.
00:06:41.000 Why is he putting up with this?
00:06:43.000 This has been a national news story for a couple of days.
00:06:45.000 It's been bubbling up.
00:06:47.000 And quite honestly, you know, it's amazing how many conservatives are avoiding this story.
00:06:50.000 They want to be called racist.
00:06:54.000 Play Cut 32, someone called the state infusion hotline and was told that if you have COVID, you are not able to get monoclonal antibodies because that's only for Hispanic and black people.
00:07:06.000 You hear that?
00:07:07.000 White people, go to the back of the line.
00:07:10.000 Connor, get me Ibram X. Kendi's quote, please, because this is Ibram X. Kendi's world we're all living in.
00:07:13.000 PlayCut 32.
00:07:15.000 Okay, so there's eligibility criterias that we go by.
00:07:22.000 And African American and Hispanic are high-risk ethnicity groups, so that would be a qualifier.
00:07:33.000 So black and Hispanics are considered to be high-risk ethnicity groups.
00:07:38.000 So white people, if you get COVID, you're on your own in Texas.
00:07:41.000 Good luck getting monoclonal antibodies.
00:07:44.000 Good luck getting anything that might be able to save your life.
00:07:46.000 No, no, no.
00:07:46.000 Go to the back of the line.
00:07:49.000 Discrimination today to try and atone or make up for discrimination yesterday.
00:07:57.000 That is Ibram X. Kendi's viewpoint.
00:08:00.000 Ibram X. Kendi, the archbishop of critical race theory.
00:08:06.000 His quote is, the only remedy to racist discrimination is anti-racist discrimination.
00:08:13.000 The only remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination.
00:08:16.000 The only remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.
00:08:20.000 He is who teaches many of your children if you send them to college or send them to school.
00:08:26.000 If there really is a scarcity for monoclonal antibodies and you have to discriminate, then discriminate against young people.
00:08:32.000 I get that.
00:08:34.000 Give them ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine, aspirin, and azithromycin.
00:08:38.000 But discriminating based on race?
00:08:41.000 You want to talk about Jim Crow 2.0.
00:08:43.000 Everybody, this is the number one news story in the country.
00:08:45.000 Could you imagine if a black person went into a monoclonal antibody treatment center in Birmingham, Alabama, and they said, oh, no, our criteria says only white people can get regeneron.
00:08:56.000 Could you imagine?
00:08:59.000 No, instead, everyone's okay with it because I guess there is this kind of white, not just white guilt, but it's also a large portion of white people almost want the punishment.
00:09:11.000 They're like, yeah, I just, I feel so defeated.
00:09:14.000 I guess it's okay that white people can't get regeneron or monoclonal antibodies.
00:09:18.000 But blacks and Hispanics, they can get whatever medical treatment they want.
00:09:21.000 So this is now the new regime in America.
00:09:24.000 The same CRT that we've been warning you about for warning about for a year and a half is now in medical policy, everybody.
00:09:33.000 It's now in who gets to live or die is now based on the color of your skin.
00:09:38.000 How is this any different than eugenics?
00:09:40.000 No, seriously.
00:09:41.000 How is this any different than choosing some skin color with some sort of value or merit?
00:09:47.000 Somebody, it's open offer on the show, by the way.
00:09:49.000 Anyone can call in or anyone can defend this saying, oh, yeah, I think that blacks and Hispanics should be given monoclonal antibodies above white people.
00:09:58.000 You want to know the implications of CRT, of wokeism, of all this?
00:10:02.000 The implications are soon.
00:10:04.000 You, if you are a white person, listen to this right now, and we have people of all beautiful backgrounds and diversity listening.
00:10:10.000 You might go to your doctor soon and you might ask for life-saving treatment.
00:10:14.000 And the doctor might tell you, I'm sorry, the criteria is white people need not apply.
00:10:20.000 White people, you're on your own.
00:10:23.000 Welcome to America, everybody.
00:10:27.000 Last month, an absolute landslide of all of you made the switch to PeerTalk.
00:10:31.000 You were chained to overpriced unlimited plans from Verizon ATT or T-Mobile.
00:10:36.000 Then finally, you decided to make the switch because you know that PeerTalk saves the average family over $800 a year without having to sacrifice coverage.
00:10:45.000 So do this.
00:10:46.000 Make the switch to PeerTalk.
00:10:48.000 You can keep your phone, keep your number, or get massive discounts on the latest iPhones and Androids.
00:10:53.000 And let me be clear, you are not sacrificing service with PeerTalk.
00:10:57.000 Let me say that again.
00:10:58.000 You are not sacrificing service with PeerTalk.
00:11:00.000 They're on the same network as one of the big guys.
00:11:03.000 Plus, PeerTalk invests a fortune into making sure they have the latest technology.
00:11:07.000 They just pass all the savings on to you.
00:11:10.000 Get unlimited talk, text, and six gigs of data for just $30 a month.
00:11:15.000 Or if you still want unlimited data, you can get that and still save a fortune.
00:11:20.000 Just dial pound250 and say Charlie Kirk, and you'll save 50% off your first month.
00:11:24.000 That's pound250 and say Charlie Kirk.
00:11:27.000 Peer Talk is simply smarter wireless.
00:11:33.000 People can't believe this is actually happening.
00:11:35.000 That in the state of Texas, you try to go get monoclonal antibodies or regeneron, and you're turned away because of the color of your skin.
00:11:43.000 Why are we putting up with this?
00:11:44.000 Why is the Texas leadership putting up with this?
00:11:47.000 It's a really good question.
00:11:48.000 And why did it take an undercover video of a guy trying to get the treatment to expose it?
00:11:53.000 We need a lot better leaders in our country.
00:11:55.000 The fact that this is even remotely tolerated in the state of Texas is stunning.
00:12:00.000 Connor's from Texas.
00:12:01.000 He's a proud Texan.
00:12:03.000 But I'll be honest, Texas has lost its swagger recently.
00:12:08.000 You're letting illegals just flood into your state.
00:12:11.000 You know, Beta O'Ork or whatever his name is.
00:12:14.000 Robert Francis O'Rourke, the fake Hispanic who calls himself that, who married a developer's daughter from El Paso, never done anything meaningful in his life.
00:12:23.000 He's running for governor.
00:12:24.000 Come on, Texas, get your act together.
00:12:27.000 You're tougher than this.
00:12:28.000 You're smarter than this.
00:12:29.000 The fact that you're allowing your medical policy straight from the equivalent of Texas Health and Human Services.
00:12:35.000 So this is the official government body.
00:12:37.000 This is not some like one-off.
00:12:38.000 Is that right, Connor?
00:12:39.000 It's not like some one-off private industry.
00:12:41.000 Speaking of which, we had a question yesterday about the vaccine.
00:12:45.000 It was a good kid.
00:12:46.000 I don't think I was too intense.
00:12:48.000 Was I, Connor?
00:12:48.000 I think I handled that okay.
00:12:50.000 And he said, Charlie, why is it that conservatives are so vaccine skeptical or hesitant or whatever, you know, the accusation is?
00:13:00.000 And I was just having this conversation with my family over the weekend.
00:13:03.000 It's, well, a lot of, we're seeing a lot of people that got the vaccine and they're getting very sick.
00:13:12.000 And then you see stories like this one.
00:13:15.000 Gibraltar, which is a very small country, one of the most vaccinated countries on the planet.
00:13:24.000 Highest vaccination rates up there with Israel and Singapore.
00:13:27.000 They have canceled Christmas celebrations amid COVID spike.
00:13:31.000 Health Minister Han Samantha Sacramento described the increase in case numbers as drastic and encouraging people to come forward to receive their booster vaccine.
00:13:42.000 These people never learn.
00:13:44.000 The government has advised members of the public to wear masks, avoid large gatherings, and maintain social distancing.
00:13:51.000 Gibraltar is one of the highest rates, actually is the highest rates of vaccinations in the world.
00:14:02.000 In March, Gibraltar became the first nation in the world to vaccinate its entire adult population.
00:14:08.000 The government has traced the spike back to religious gatherings, workplace mixing, and social events.
00:14:13.000 They now mandate mask wearing in all shops, medical establishments, airports, and enclosed places of worship.
00:14:19.000 What's really interesting about Gibraltar, though, is it has a very small population, 34,000 people.
00:14:30.000 So going on a mass vaccination campaign wasn't that hard.
00:14:33.000 But how's it working out for them?
00:14:35.000 One of the highest, most vaccinated countries in the world, Gibraltar, has hardly been able to turn the curve.
00:14:45.000 One of the other most vaccinated countries in the world is Singapore.
00:14:48.000 Similar issues.
00:14:49.000 Israel, similar issues.
00:14:52.000 Fauci, who should be in prison, CUT 28, has said, we put together a good plan on how we're going to try and dampen down the spread of infection early to put this misplaced perception of people's individual right to make a decision that supersedes societal safety.
00:15:07.000 The United States Constitution was written to protect us from people like Anthony Fauci.
00:15:13.000 James Madison, John Jay, and Alexander Hamilton, amongst many others, but mostly James Madison, who was the father of the U.S. Constitution, when he stared to the sky and prayed to the heavens, he saw a picture of a tyrant like Anthony Fauci and he said, I got to make sure you're protected from people like him.
00:15:32.000 Play cut 28.
00:15:34.000 We put together a good plan for how we were going to try and dampen down the spread of infection early on.
00:15:42.000 Thinking that that was accepted by everybody.
00:15:44.000 And then the next day, the president's saying free Michigan, free Virginia.
00:15:51.000 I didn't quite understand what the purpose of that was, except to put this misplaced perception about people's individual right to make a decision that supersedes the societal safety.
00:16:08.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower famously said, we must be wary of an unelected scientific and technological elite that will be running the country for their own benefit.
00:16:17.000 Be wary of the mad scientist.
00:16:19.000 Even Socrates and Plato, well, Plato wrote everything that Socrates said, said that you cannot allow a group of what Plato would call Plato's guardians, people that made the rules but didn't have to live under them themselves.
00:16:38.000 I want you to imagine over 100,000 Americans losing their jobs.
00:16:42.000 You could stop imagining because it's a reality.
00:16:45.000 Since 2015, over 100,000 independent farms and ranches in the United States have shut down.
00:16:51.000 Why?
00:16:52.000 Because foreign meat is stealing their businesses and robbing you of the quality and flavor that you deserve.
00:16:57.000 That's why Good Ranchers is here.
00:16:58.000 They exist to support local American farms that help you make great American meals.

00:17:19.000 Did you know the product of USA TAG has been stolen by foreign countries?
00:17:23.000 Because of the foreign labeling laws that favor foreign imported meat, over 100,000 independent farms and ranches have closed since 2015.

00:18:49.000 The sad-souled prosecution man who is going after Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:18:54.000 So we are keeping our eyes on the Kyle Rittenhouse situation, everybody, and we may have a very big guest on this show this week.

00:19:17.000 The way you subscribe, upper right-hand corner is a plus sign, and you're able to hear all of our content in real time.
00:19:22.000 So, this guy, Binger, do we have a picture of Binger?
00:19:25.000 Oh, okay, yeah, 29.
00:19:26.000 This is one of the craziest things.
00:19:28.000 So, I had a really busy day yesterday.
00:19:31.000 I spoke at the University of Arizona.
00:19:32.000 We had the amazing Scottsdale Unified School District Board.
00:19:35.000 And by the way, that creep by the name of Jan Michael Greenberg is no longer president of the Scottsdale Unified School District.
00:19:42.000 And thank you to all of our wonderful listeners that are listening right now.
00:19:45.000 And AM960, the Patriot in Phoenix, Arizona, that showed up yesterday.
00:19:50.000 So, Binger, Thomas Binger, who is the assistant district attorney, he just picks up a gun and starts waving it at the jury like a crazy person.
00:20:00.000 Play cut 29.
00:20:02.000 What we see in the video: him putting the fire extinguisher on the ground and then raising the gun.
00:20:08.000 Your honor, I'm going to check you're spacing the wrong direction.
00:20:13.000 But by the way, he had his finger on the trigger.
00:20:16.000 And I was like, boy, it's a little too close to Alec Baldwin for my tastes.
00:20:20.000 He is flying a little too close to the sun.
00:20:22.000 He's just waving the gun at the jury.
00:20:25.000 Is that jury intimidation, Connor?
00:20:26.000 Are you allowed to do that?
00:20:29.000 I don't know.
00:20:30.000 Prosecutor then, Binger, to kind of recap yesterday, comes out cut 25 and says, You lose the right to self-defense when you're the one who brings the gun.
00:20:41.000 I want you to think about that.
00:20:43.000 I want you to think about if this was actually true.
00:20:46.000 There was a great story 18 months ago or so when a mass shooter tried to go into a Texas church, and we did a documentary on this guy at Turning Point USA.
00:21:01.000 And arm citizen comes out, bang, stops the mass shooting before it happens.
00:21:06.000 Are you not allowed to defend yourself?
00:21:07.000 So let me get this straight.
00:21:09.000 So you lose your right to self-defense if you bring your own gun.
00:21:13.000 Play cut 25.
00:21:15.000 You can't claim self-defense against an unarmed man like this.
00:21:22.000 You lose the right to self-defense when you're the one who brought the gun, when you're the one creating the danger, when you're the one provoking other people.
00:21:32.000 And you could see that as he says that the judge looks, he's like, What are you talking about?
00:21:36.000 So if you bring a gun to a knife fight and they try to kill you with the knife, you lose your right to self-defense.
00:21:44.000 If you try to constitutionally carry and bring your own gun.
00:21:47.000 So this is how weak the prosecution argument has become.
00:21:51.000 Now, it's interesting.
00:21:53.000 I got an email from somebody before I go any further, and I am ridiculing Binger for a reason.
00:21:57.000 I am mocking him relentlessly.
00:22:00.000 Someone says, Charlie, you got to lay off on Binger.
00:22:03.000 He seems like a good guy.
00:22:04.000 I said, Excuse me.
00:22:05.000 This is not some sort of Sierra Club activist who's trying to save the Sequoia trees.
00:22:12.000 This is not some sort of just random anti-gun organizer.
00:22:16.000 No, Thomas Binger has the power of the state behind him.
00:22:23.000 Thomas Binger can put people in prison for the rest of their life.
00:22:27.000 Thomas Binger has a moral obligation to be precise, factual, and accurate.
00:22:34.000 Thomas Binger, the assistant district attorney, tampered with evidence.
00:22:39.000 Thomas Binger was probably violating the Fifth Amendment rights of Kyle intentionally.
00:22:48.000 Let's play cut 30.
00:22:50.000 So Jen Psaki was asked, she said, Peter Ducey, who's done an unbelievable job, by the way, he's been really good.
00:22:57.000 He says, why did President Biden suggest that Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist?
00:23:02.000 And Jen Psaki says, we're not going to speak about an ongoing trial, but then attacks Rittenhouse as an example with vigilantes patrolling our communities with assault rifles.
00:23:11.000 Oh, Kyle Rittenhouse is a vigilante.
00:23:14.000 And yet, what about the jury intimidation, the Wendy's being burned down for fun, the $2 billion in damages?
00:23:24.000 How about the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone?
00:23:26.000 Play Cut 30.
00:23:28.000 Why did President Biden suggest that Kyle Rittenhouse on trial in Kenosha is a white supremacist?
00:23:38.000 So, Peter, what I'm not going to speak to right now is anything about an ongoing trial nor the president's past comments.
00:23:46.000 What I can reiterate for you is the president's view that we shouldn't have, broadly speaking, vigilantes patrolling our communities with assault weapons.
00:23:56.000 Vigilantes patrolling our, that's not what happened, okay?
00:23:59.000 Kyle Rittenhouse went up there to go administer aid.
00:24:03.000 He legally had an AR-15, did not want to use it, by the way, had perfect gun posture, might I say?
00:24:09.000 Connor knew how to hold a gun and didn't have his finger on the trigger.
00:24:13.000 He looked like a member of the Taliban because they have perfect gun posture.
00:24:19.000 Hey, we taught them that.
00:24:22.000 Before the Afghan invasion, I can tell you, the Taliban, they used to have the guns behind their back and in between the goats they were herding and the childs that they were, the children they were molesting.
00:24:32.000 And now you see the Taliban, when they take over the capital, they all have perfect gun posture.
00:24:39.000 It's like, hey, we taught them that.
00:24:42.000 It's our one, our longest lasting and most meaningful impact in Afghanistan is perfect gun.
00:24:50.000 Is gun posture the right way to put it?
00:24:52.000 I guess that's not a bad way to say it, right?
00:24:54.000 I'm sure there's a better word I'm missing, but etiquette.
00:24:58.000 Etiquette's not, etiquette is as if it's like manners.
00:25:01.000 Protocol.
00:25:02.000 Let's say protocol.
00:25:03.000 That's probably right.
00:25:04.000 Gun protocol.
00:25:07.000 Tucker Carlson has been spot on on this entire thing.
00:25:09.000 And honestly, God bless Tucker Carlson for having the courage to be able to speak out against this because so many weak knee Republican conservatives in the media have been afraid to stand for Kyle Rittenhouse and his family.
00:25:23.000 But now do you notice, Connor?
00:25:24.000 Do you notice, everybody, it's kind of the cool thing now to defend Connor now that all of a sudden the kind of the momentum has broken?
00:25:31.000 Remember who spoke out in favor of Connor early, in favor of Kyle Early.
00:25:35.000 Too many K's.
00:25:37.000 Tucker, cut 24.
00:25:40.000 Himself?
00:25:41.000 What's the point of having a gun if you can't save your own life with it?
00:25:46.000 Well, that's exactly what they're telling you.
00:25:48.000 They're telling you you don't have that right.
00:25:50.000 You have no right to resist.
00:25:52.000 That's the whole point of this whole proceeding.
00:25:54.000 So the next time BLM sweeps into your town, your neighborhood, your house to burn and loot and brandish weapons, you had better not try to protect yourself or your family.
00:26:03.000 Try to protect yourself or your family, and we will charge you with murder.
00:26:06.000 And while we're at it, we'll have the national media call you racist.
00:26:10.000 The national media will call you racist.
00:26:13.000 And not only that, a person that had a chance of becoming the president of the United States, Joe Biden, Thomas Binger is at direct odds with the Constitution.
00:26:28.000 The Constitution is the greatest political document ever written.
00:26:32.000 And despite the complaining of Joy Reed, despite the demands of the New York Times, all of that noise gets put aside.
00:26:41.000 And the courtroom remained a sober, deliberate, intentional, reason-based feeder to determine the future of Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:26:51.000 That process, the structure of the U.S. Constitution is a beautiful thing.
00:26:57.000 And I am an admirer.
00:26:59.000 I am a student.
00:27:01.000 I am a, some would call me an evangelizer for the U.S. Constitution.
00:27:06.000 The deeper I dive into the Constitution, the more I realize that that judge, Schroeder, I think that was his name, right?
00:27:12.000 Schroeder, regardless of politics, he saw an out-of-control New York Times, MSNBC, Huffington Post, Twitter, woke mob inspired and supported pathological prosecution and a young man who is going to fall victim to mob justice.
00:27:33.000 And this judge said enough.
00:27:34.000 That's not the way we do things in this country.
00:27:36.000 I don't know what you're up to, man.
00:27:39.000 That charge is dismissed.
00:27:41.000 You didn't tell me you were going to put that piece of evidence in.
00:27:44.000 Let's get that tape ready of that judge who admonished the prosecution and remember that.
00:27:50.000 But the place that I encourage all of you to study the Constitution and to find, to dive deeper into the gift we've been given is Hillsdale College, a wonderful sponsor of this program.
00:28:03.000 American history and civics education is at a turning point.
00:28:06.000 Will we allow bureaucrats and lobbyists to choose what school children are taught, or will we teach the entire truth?
00:28:12.000 My friends at Hillsdale College argue for teaching the truth.
00:28:15.000 They've made the Hillsdale 1776 curriculum downloadable for free at charlie4hillsdale.com available not only to teachers but also to citizens just like you to share with other concerned Americans.
00:28:27.000 This complete K-12 history and civics curriculum designed to give educators guidance, not mandates, allows students to learn their tragedies and triumphs of American history as it has really happened.
00:28:38.000 Only through a complete and honest study of our history can students fully understand the world in which they live.
00:28:42.000 Our children deserve to be taught the truth through a sound curriculum that was created by teachers, not bureaucrats, and upholds the dignity of each individual.
00:28:50.000 America's future depends upon an honest, candid look at our history.
00:28:53.000 Download Hillsdale's 1776 curriculum for free today at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:29:00.000 That's charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:29:02.000 And portions of this program are proudly brought to you by the last college and the greatest college that I can think of that fights for liberty, freedom, and truth, Hillsdale College.
00:29:12.000 Okay, let's go to this clip right here.
00:29:15.000 Cut 23, Binger.
00:29:17.000 Again, you want to talk about the Constitution and what I just talked about, Hillsdale?
00:29:20.000 What's directly at odds with that, the tension point?
00:29:23.000 People like this prosecutor, thankfully, do not get to put you in prison unless they can convince your peers to do so.
00:29:30.000 That's a characteristic of the U.S. Constitution, everybody.
00:29:33.000 The 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Amendment are all rights that were put in there in the Declaration of Rights, ratified in 1791, four years after the Constitution, for the purpose of protecting you from people like him.
00:29:50.000 Play cut 23.
00:29:52.000 The standard is the defendant may intentionally use force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm, such as fire and AR-15, only if the defendant reasonably believed that the force used was necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself.
00:30:17.000 Not, oh, if you repeatedly smash someone's face, it might lead to injury.
00:30:22.000 Not, oh, this could have happened.
00:30:24.000 Imminent death or great bodily harm.
00:30:28.000 Now, that wasn't Binger.
00:30:29.000 That's Lunchbox, the J.B.Racolite, who calls himself a prosecutor.
00:30:34.000 So I got him confused.
00:30:35.000 But people like him, too, lunch break.
00:30:37.000 You have rights against people like him as well.
00:30:42.000 Hey, everybody.
00:30:43.000 Lately, I've been sounding the alarm about why we all need to be well prepared in case the worst happens anytime soon.
00:30:49.000 No, I'm not an alarmist.
00:30:51.000 I'm a realist.
00:30:52.000 Charlie Kirk here, I've been personally preparing myself and my family.
00:30:56.000 I hope you have too.
00:30:57.000 Because the way things are going, it's not looking good.

00:31:37.000 I'm a prepper and you need to prepare to mypatriotsupply.com today.
00:31:42.000 That's mypatriotsupply.com.
00:31:48.000 This is about whether or not you have the right to defend yourself.
00:31:52.000 Understand what's really on trial here with Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:31:55.000 What's really on trial with Kyle Rittenhouse is the very same thing that the McCloskeys were indicted in Missouri.
00:32:02.000 And this is the following.
00:32:03.000 Because of the popularity of the Second Amendment, because of the moral right as defined in the U.S. Constitution of your right to self-defense and own weapons, because so many different people have sued successfully, including the Heller decision in a 5-4 decision from the D.C. circuit that went up to the Supreme Court that reaffirmed that firearm ownership for self-defense is a right,
00:32:32.000 the left, the collectivists, the authoritarians, the totalitarians, the micromanagers, the arrogant elitist ruling classes, the Plato Guardians, and Plato's Guardians were a group of people that would administer rules and regulations or laws and they themselves never have to live under them.
00:32:51.000 The strategy for those groups of people, that group of people, has turned away from trying to confiscate our weapons for the time being and instead saying, instead of saying, oh, you're not allowed to own those guns, they're saying, you're not allowed to use those guns.
00:33:11.000 You see, the two biggest existential threats against the Second Amendment that are in front of us today, number one, ammunition ownership and acquisition of ammunition.
00:33:21.000 And I don't know if you've noticed this.
00:33:23.000 There is a massive shortage of ammunition right now in America.
00:33:26.000 And anyone that is able to solve the ammunition problem is going to be a very wealthy person.
00:33:32.000 The price of ammunition has gone up exponentially in the last two years.
00:33:37.000 Because in times of inflation, ammunition has objective value.
00:33:43.000 Ammunition and land, I think, are going to become the new objective currency and Bitcoin.
00:33:48.000 I'm actually more and more of a, I'm more understanding of how Bitcoin's place in this whole equation is going to be.
00:33:54.000 That's a different conversation for a different time.
00:33:57.000 But instead of going after ammunition as part of it, and very suspicious purchases, by the way, of ammunition factories across the country, very suspicious of massive ammunition depots that are being bought by very shady actors.
00:34:12.000 But if they're not able to take your gun away, they're just going to say you can't use the gun you already have.
00:34:21.000 Instead of saying that we're going to come knock on your door like they did to James O'Keefe and Project Veritas, they're just going to say that if you use the guns, we're going to put you through this with Kyle Rittenhouse or the McCloskeys.
00:34:37.000 That we're going to make it that you are now less likely to even want to own a gun because if you use it, it might destroy your life.
00:34:47.000 You know, I have some good friends in Chicago, in the suburbs of Chicago, and during Floyd Apalooza, the entire circus last summer, when we decided to destroy our country over a total lie that black people are being hunted down in the streets, a complete and total abject statistical lie.
00:35:07.000 I talked to some business owners in Chicago and they said, Charlie, I'm afraid.
00:35:11.000 I said, Well, what are you afraid of?
00:35:12.000 They said, Well, I'm not afraid of the mob coming into my store.
00:35:16.000 I'm not afraid of the mob trying to come after me.
00:35:20.000 They said, They'll all end up dead.
00:35:22.000 I said, I'm afraid of what happens next.
00:35:25.000 I'm afraid that I'm going to get accused and go through multi-years of defending myself and my property if they break into my store and steal my merchandise and I protect myself and then I have to go stand trial for the next two years for using lethal force when all they're trying to do is steal your stuff.
00:35:47.000 I mean, come on.
00:35:49.000 Who's to say that they shouldn't be able to steal $200,000 with a tanzanite?
00:35:54.000 It's reparations.
00:35:55.000 It's what they deserve, right?
00:35:58.000 What's on trial here with Rittenhouse is many different things.
00:36:02.000 The Constitution's on trial.
00:36:03.000 The Second Amendment's on trial.
00:36:05.000 Our traditions are on trial.
00:36:07.000 Due process is on trial.
00:36:09.000 And this right here is a microcosm moment.
00:36:15.000 It's a pressure cooker.
00:36:16.000 It's a test of all the different cultural and political dynamics that are converging, whether it be the racial components, the constitutional components, the rush to judgment components, the questions of the Second Amendment.
00:36:31.000 All of them are in one situation at one time.
00:36:35.000 And I suppose that we have to explore then how is the other side going to react if and when Kyle Rittenhouse gets acquitted?
00:36:47.000 That's a good question and an important one.
00:36:50.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:36:51.000 I love hearing from you.
