00:01:54.000 In economics, we are taught about opportunity costs.
00:01:59.000 That for every decision that you make, by definition, when you allocate resources or time or your focus, that disallows you from allocating time, energy, and resources in something else.
00:02:13.000 You must choose where you dedicate your time.
00:02:16.000 A society best organized is one that respects the choices of individuals.
00:02:21.000 In economics, when you allow 330 million people to deploy their capital as they see fit, markets will solve a lot of those problems for you.
00:02:31.000 However, when you start to organize governments and you start to put together public policy, you have to come to some form of agreement of where are you going to use your time, your treasure, your energy, your resources, and your focus.
00:02:45.000 And by definition, you must make a priority.
00:02:48.000 You must make an argument of hierarchy.
00:02:50.000 This is one of the reasons why we have been so against setting $40 billion to Ukraine without an inspector general, without any sort of oversight at all whatsoever, while we have so many problems here domestically, open border,
00:03:04.000 where we have rising crime, where we have a baby formula shortage, inflation, that the backwards, upside-down priorities of the American regime ruling class show that the opportunity cost of further intervention abroad is damaging to the well-being of a country.
00:03:26.000 And so you must choose where you dedicate your time.
00:03:29.000 So the federal government has a national police force.
00:03:33.000 The national police force is involved in very specific types of criminal investigations, largely involving interstate crime.
00:03:43.000 And that is, of course, called the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:03:46.000 Now, the FBI is somewhat of a new creation in historical terms.
00:03:50.000 For the first hundred plus years of America, there was really no FBI.
00:03:54.000 The Secret Service was the closest thing to it.
00:03:57.000 Would police counterfeit currency or interstate crime.
00:04:02.000 The FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which they say it stands for Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity, really came to be because of bank robberies, interstate bank robberies, and local sheriffs or local police departments' inability to be able to investigate these sort of police robberies and interstate crimes.
00:04:22.000 Then counterfeit currency started to come across.
00:04:25.000 And of course, the very famous and very complicated, I'll be nice today, cross-dresser J. Edgar Hoover came up with an incredible breakthrough in criminal investigation, which was to popularize fingerprint technology, which was that we are going to be able to use fingerprint technology and be able to find criminals in the act of crimes, not in the act, but after the act of crimes and investigate them.
00:04:54.000 And the FBI was largely a kind of national police project out of this idea that we can now use this new technology to be able to hold people accountable and to be able to investigate them and then to be able to arrest them.
00:05:10.000 The Federal Bureau of Investigation over the last 40 or 50 years has been rife with corruption, from being weaponized by Bobby Kennedy when he was Attorney General and his brother was President John F. Kennedy and investigating Martin Luther King Jr.,
00:05:25.000 from tampering with evidence to the highly suspicious activities of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the 1990s, of what happened in Waco and what happened in many other different places as far as not actually following leads and not arresting suspects early when the evidence was overwhelming that resulted in widespread crime or tragedy.
00:05:49.000 Now, that's not to say that everything the FBI has done is wrong or incorrect.
00:05:53.000 They've arrested some pretty significant scumbags over the last 20 or 30 years, drug traffickers, child sex traffickers, some of the worst people in society.
00:06:02.000 However, within the culture of the FBI seems to be this idea that we're going to be able to use the power and the apparatus of the Federal Bureau of Investigation on the margins to be able to implement a political agenda.
00:06:18.000 Now, this is one of the best arguments for small and limited government.
00:06:23.000 One of the best arguments for small and limited government is that despite what you think government should do, despite what you think it can do, is that what government will end up doing is end up being the guys with the guns to protect and to, let's say, enforce the needs, wants, and concerns of the most powerful.
00:06:46.000 Now, we saw this in 2016 when the Federal Bureau of Investigation spied on Donald Trump and lied about it all the way from James Comey to Andrew McCabe to Peter Strzok, from Lisa Page, all throughout our federal government.
00:07:05.000 There was widespread corruption to use the power of the FBI to actually go against political opponents.
00:07:13.000 We know that the FBI sent 15 agents to investigate a rope poll in Bubba Wallace's NASCAR garage.
00:07:21.000 We know the FBI sent 29 agents, including people with helicopter support and in they were literally wearing like full like regalia of dive gear to go arrest Roger Stone.
00:07:39.000 And so the FBI has had a mission creep for quite some time.
00:07:44.000 And this is something that we as conservatives have been trying to warn against.
00:07:47.000 We've been trying to tell people saying that the FBI has lost its focus is just trying to be, you know, full of fidelity, bravery, and integrity and trying to protect the American people.
00:07:59.000 And it's more about kind of protecting the Democrat Party.
00:08:03.000 The FBI raided James O'Keefe's home.
00:08:06.000 The FBI raided Rudy Giuliani's home.
00:08:11.000 And yet the FBI hasn't been doing the most basic things they should be doing.
00:08:18.000 You know, a lot of people are talking about this tragedy in Buffalo.
00:08:21.000 It's terrible.
00:08:21.000 It's awful.
00:08:22.000 No one likes to see it.
00:08:24.000 Now, the media is quick to try to hyper-racialize and politicize what's happening in Buffalo.
00:08:29.000 We're not going to do that.
00:08:31.000 I think it's disgusting when people try to racialize and politicize suffering.
00:08:36.000 We didn't do that in Waukesha when a black activist on a Christmas parade ran over innocent people in a Christmas celebration, and we all just kind of forgot about that.
00:08:52.000 So we're not going to do that now, and we didn't do that then.
00:08:55.000 But instead, it begs the question: which is, did the FBI have any notice that this person in Buffalo, and we don't use the shooters' names, just as a rule, we don't want to try to make them more famous or further incentivize the quote-unquote fame that you get from committing awful tragedies, which is, did the FBI know about this?
00:09:21.000 And the evidence is actually showing yes.
00:09:24.000 The evidence is showing that there is plenty of warnings ahead of the Buffalo mass shooter.
00:09:32.000 He underwent a mental health evaluation.
00:09:35.000 He was previously thought to be threatening at his high school last June.
00:09:42.000 The Buffalo shooting suspect wrote of his plans five months ago.
00:09:46.000 And in fact, there's evidence to show that an FBI agent had responded to a question about his future plans saying that he wanted to commit a murder-suicide.
00:09:59.000 So the FBI knew about this, and the FBI did not intervene.
00:10:03.000 What was the FBI doing instead?
00:10:04.000 Well, we actually know, and that's where the opportunity cost argument comes.
00:10:09.000 You must prioritize what matters to you.
00:10:11.000 And the FBI has been prioritizing not potential mass shootings, child sex trafficking, drugs in our communities, but no, the evidence shows that the FBI has made it a top priority of the Bureau to make sure that parents don't know about their children's education.
00:10:29.000 So what has the Federal Bureau of Investigation been focused on?
00:10:33.000 Certainly not preventing mass shootings.
00:10:36.000 They investigated the Orlando mass shooter, the pulse shooter, and found no reason to continue their investigation, resulted in many people dead.
00:10:48.000 New Mexico man, a couple years ago, convinced the FBI he was not a threat, and then he carried out a school shooting.
00:10:55.000 So the Federal Bureau of Investigation has pivoted.
00:10:57.000 They've pivoted from kind of trying to prevent mass shootings.
00:11:00.000 And, you know, it's one thing that there's 100,000 plus drug overdoses in our country, something the FBI actually should be focused on, drug busts and interstate crime.
00:11:09.000 But no, the Bureau has now made it a top priority and a concern to treat parents the same way that they would treat ISIS.
00:11:19.000 You see, parents reclaiming the mantle of education, parents actually getting involved on the grassroots level of how their children are educated, is considered to be a homeland security threat to the Democrat Party.
00:11:34.000 You see, if parents do get involved in their children's education, if parents do get involved in homeschooling, then actually does jeopardize a lot of the plans of Eric Swalwell and Elon Omar and AOC.
00:11:46.000 You see, the Democrat bet that they have made, the Democrat gamble, I should say, is that enough people will believe insane things because they've gone through broken institutions.
00:12:01.000 You see, when people go away from the institutions and they live a normal life, they find these ideas that are put forward in critical race theory or in postmodernist deconstructionist theory or Jacques Derrida or Michelle Foucault or any one of the Spinoza or Derek Bell or Kimberly Crenshaw or any one of these ridiculous theorists that your children are learning about in elementary school is the more,
00:12:26.000 let's say, independent you are in your education, the more disconnected you are from these ideas, the more conservative the country actually becomes.
00:12:35.000 And so the people in charge, Pelosi and Schumer, Obama and Jarrett, all these people, both in government and outside of government, they know they can't have parents get too involved in education.
00:12:46.000 That would be a big problem.
00:12:48.000 Parents getting involved in their children's education is a fire alarm for the Democrat Party.
00:12:56.000 And so what is the plan?
00:12:58.000 Well, Democrats could try to convince people that public schools are actually great.
00:13:03.000 They could use dialogue, dialogos through logic.
00:13:09.000 But why do that when you just have the guys with the guns?
00:13:13.000 I mean, just go send in the FBI.
00:13:16.000 Why would you actually try to improve schools or listen to parents' concerns when you have the federal Bureau of Investigation?
00:13:23.000 That is exactly what has happened.
00:13:25.000 Now, we warned against this last fall.
00:13:28.000 We warned in great detail about how Merrick Garland was likely lying under oath.
00:13:34.000 We warned about how Merrick Garland, it's cut 35.
00:13:37.000 This is Merrick Garland.
00:13:38.000 I mean, he's such a weak, pathetic person.
00:13:41.000 He's a craven individual.
00:13:44.000 Honestly, one of the great things Mitch McConnell has ever done for our republic is making sure that this person never went on the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:13:51.000 It was Mitch.
00:13:52.000 He deserves credit for this.
00:13:53.000 Play cut 35.
00:13:54.000 I can't imagine any circumstance in which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances of parents complaining about their children, nor can I imagine a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrorism.
00:14:10.000 And now we know because of an FBI whistleblower which came out recently, just the last couple days, that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been using threat assessment tags, and they have been investigating parents for showing up to school board meetings.
00:14:27.000 That the federal government and the federal Bureau of Investigation, while there's the mass shooting in Buffalo that very well could have been prevented with proper investigation and proper intervention, no, they've been too busy spying on moms.
00:14:40.000 And now we know about some of these moms now, thanks to an FBI whistleblower.
00:14:44.000 And I guarantee you this, that the Biden regime is going to spend more time and energy actually trying to find the leaker of the person who blew the whistle in the FBI than actually trying to fix the fact that parents are now being treated like the Taliban.
00:14:58.000 In fact, the Taliban is actually being treated better than parents.
00:15:02.000 Let me say that again.
00:15:03.000 The Taliban is being treated with more diplomatic respect than moms and dads that show up at school board meetings across the country.
00:15:10.000 Why?
00:15:11.000 It's because if parents reclaim the mantle of education in America, the Democrat Party becomes less powerful.
00:15:18.000 The Democrats know that as soon as education goes back to its classical roots, as soon as education goes back, it de-radicalizes, that they may never win another national election again.

00:16:35.000 The government has to make choices, and the choices the government makes should be connected to the consent of the governed.
00:16:41.000 But far too often, they're not.
00:16:44.000 If we had more members of Congress like Congressman Jim Jordan, the FBI would not be doing any of this garbage.
00:16:50.000 Instead, the FBI has kind of become the Praetorian Guard and the deployable army of the Democrat Party.
00:16:57.000 And I don't want to live in that country, and you don't either.
00:16:59.000 You do not want to live in the country where the National Police Force is doing the enforcement, let's say, wishes of a major American political party.
00:17:08.000 With us right now is the author of the terrific book, Do What You Said You Were Going to Do, and someone that, God willing, when we take back the House in November, will have a lot of power because he deserves it.
00:17:20.000 Congressman Jim Jordan, welcome back to the program.
00:17:22.000 Good to be with you, Charlie.
00:17:24.000 So, Jim, just walk us through this story.
00:17:27.000 You beautifully articulated this on the great one, Mark Levin's radio program.
00:17:30.000 I actually caught it in the car last week about moms for liberty, these threat tags at the FBI.
00:17:37.000 Walk us through it.
00:17:38.000 Yeah.
00:17:39.000 Well, because of some brave whistleblowers that came forward and told us that more than two dozen cases where parents have actually had the designation, the label, the threat tag moniker, whatever you want to call it, put on their name and been investigated.
00:17:53.000 And we highlighted three of those examples in the letter we sent to the Justice Department and the ones you just mentioned.
00:17:59.000 One was a mom in the group Moms for Liberty who happened to own a firearm, which, again, you're allowed to do under our Constitution, under the Second Amendment.
00:18:07.000 And because of all that, she was reported on the line that the Attorney General had set up this, I call it the snitch line, but the dedicated line of communication for threat reporting, as he framed it in his memo.
00:18:18.000 She was reported on that.
00:18:19.000 The FBI was investigated.
00:18:21.000 Now, thank goodness she wasn't charged with anything, but just the fact that the FBI is coming to talk to a mom.
00:18:27.000 And her thing was, we're coming for you, is what she said.
00:18:30.000 What she meant was, we're coming for you guys in the next school board election, for goodness sake.
00:18:34.000 There was even one case where the person who filed the complaint on the snitch line, when that person was interviewed by the FBI, they said, well, we really didn't, there weren't any threats.
00:18:46.000 There was no real concern about a crime.
00:18:48.000 We just knew that there was a threat tag.
00:18:49.000 We didn't like what this guy was because we think he's a bad guy potentially.
00:18:52.000 And they filed a complaint.
00:18:54.000 So this is how ridiculous it has gotten under the Joe Biden Justice Department.
00:18:59.000 Yeah, I mean, is there a threat?
00:19:01.000 Is there a snitch line for Lori Lightfoot who says that we have to have a call to arms?
00:19:04.000 Because, I mean, I'd love to call in, like, hello, FBI.
00:19:08.000 Can you please investigate the mayor of Chicago for saying that we need to have a call to arms?
00:19:12.000 I mean, so how deep does this go, I suppose, is my first question.
00:19:17.000 I mean, the whistleblower, God bless this person.
00:19:20.000 How deep does this go?
00:19:21.000 Yeah, well, yeah, well, go back to when it started and understand.
00:19:25.000 I call it the speed and intensity with which they put this together.
00:19:29.000 So, September 29th, last fall, the National School Boards Association, a left-wing political group, sends a letter to the Biden White House.
00:19:36.000 The letter says, use the Patriot Act to go after moms and dads.
00:19:38.000 The domestic terrorism, counterterrorism measures to go after moms and dads.
00:19:42.000 Five days later, the attorney general of the United States issues a memorandum to every single U.S. attorney in this country saying, Set up this dedicated line of threat communication, do this and that.
00:19:51.000 And it spells it out in the memorandum.
00:19:53.000 And then 16 days later, the FBI sends out an email to agents across the country and says, put this threat tag designation, this threat table, threat tag label, put this on parents you're investigating.
00:20:08.000 All that happens, Charlie, in 22 days.
00:20:10.000 And sort of the first question you ask is, when have you ever seen the federal government move that fast?
00:20:16.000 It never does.
00:20:17.000 But when it comes to killing speech, think and that very apparatus that they set up was what was in fact used to go after these parents.
00:20:26.000 And the examples that the whistleblowers who came to us said, we've had it.
00:20:30.000 We want to show you exactly what's happening.
00:20:32.000 It's just like you all predicted was going to happen when you had the hearing with the Attorney General last fall.
00:20:38.000 Well, and it seems like he lied under oath.
00:20:40.000 The only way he'd be able to escape it is through some sort of kind of linguistic gymnastics where he said, well, I can't imagine that we would ever use this power to be able to do it.
00:20:50.000 Now, saying I can't imagine, I mean, that's as close to lying under oath as one could possibly come to.
00:20:58.000 So, Congressman, we take back the House in November.
00:21:01.000 That looks to be increasingly likely that people are really upset.
00:21:05.000 What could be done about this, especially with UN leadership?
00:21:10.000 I mean, can we impeach Merrick Garland?
00:21:12.000 Is that in the cards?
00:21:13.000 I mean, please.
00:21:15.000 No, good question.
00:21:17.000 At a minimum, we need him back testifying, answering the questions, answering for what he said when, you know, last fall when he said he would not use the counterterrorism, anti-terrorism measures of the United States to go after moms and dad.
00:21:28.000 Well, that looks like exactly what took place in the situation that the whistleblowers told us about.
00:21:33.000 So we can have him back in front of the committee.
00:21:35.000 As far as the question of impeachment, whether it's Joe Biden, whether it's Secretary of Mayorkas over Homeland Security, who set up the Disinformation Governance Board, who's opened up our borders and is doing it intentionally, or the Attorney General, I think those are questions that the entire Republican Conference has going to have to figure out as a group.
00:21:51.000 You can't just go run off and do something of that magnitude.
00:21:55.000 But I will tell you, particularly with my orchestra, Charlie, and you know this, you've talked a lot about this issue.
00:22:00.000 You know that what's going on in our border is intentional.
00:22:03.000 There is a plan to systematically allow people to come across our border and not enforce our laws because we just set a record in March.
00:22:11.000 Guess what?
00:22:11.000 We just got the numbers yesterday.
00:22:12.000 That record was broken in April.
00:22:14.000 230-some thousand now.
00:22:16.000 Record number of illegal immigrants coming across our southern border.
00:22:19.000 So that is certainly one that I think warrants consideration of impeachment, if in fact the American people put us in the majority.
00:22:26.000 Yeah, I mean, and so the executive branch, by law, has to implement laws whether they like them or not.
00:22:34.000 But it seems like we're in this new era of like selective enforcement and just kind of not enforcing what they don't like.
00:22:42.000 And we see this with immigration in particular.
00:22:46.000 And, you know, the courts have kind of been passive on this because of kind of legal technicalities, if you will, because the executive branch says, oh, no, we're doing fine.
00:22:55.000 And, you know, we still have some agents here and there.
00:22:58.000 And I mean, you've been down to the border many times, Congressman.
00:23:01.000 I mean, I live in Arizona.
00:23:02.000 When I go down to Yuma, when I go to Nihalis, when I go down there, I mean, it's an invasion, and it could be fixed, and it could be actually up, you know, fixed, fixed, I guess, the right term, really quickly.
00:23:17.000 So Title 42 is in the cards.
00:23:18.000 What are you hearing about that?
00:23:20.000 Do you think that Biden is going to go through with that?
00:23:23.000 I do.
00:23:24.000 I do.
00:23:24.000 I mean, Gotzi testified today and said that he thinks that was the right move.
00:23:28.000 So, you know, One of the things that, if you step back and think about this, and we talked about this before as well, but this idea that the quote experts run the country, not the people who go put their name on the ballot, run for office, and get elected to the United States Congress.
00:23:42.000 They don't make the decisions anymore.
00:23:43.000 It's the quote experts.
00:23:45.000 It's Maorca.
00:23:46.000 It's Fauci.
00:23:47.000 It's Garland.
00:23:48.000 And some of those people, like Fauci, weren't even Senate confirmed.
00:23:52.000 But yet he had so much impact on our lives.
00:23:54.000 And he's testifying today, saying, Yeah, go ahead and get rid of Title 42, which is going to make an already chaotic situation on our border that much worse.
00:24:02.000 So that to me is one of the things that I think the American people are going to show up in a big way.
00:24:06.000 And I do think we're going to get the majority back.
00:24:08.000 And I think part of what's driving them, certainly it's inflation, the bordering, and crime, and all these other issues.
00:24:13.000 And I agree how bad those are, but it's this idea that these quote experts are here running things and aren't looking out for the interests of moms and dads and families across this country.
00:24:21.000 Yeah, and that's against everything that you and I love about the Constitution, which is kind of this unelected, you know, no connection to the people, consent to the governed, you know, kind of violating the promise of consent to the governed of this kind of group of supreme specialists where they are above us.
00:24:38.000 They know better than us.
00:24:38.000 They're in the clouds.
00:24:40.000 And so what can be actually technically done then to restore that check and balance?
00:24:46.000 Because a lot of people, I'll be honest, Congressman, they're really cynical.
00:24:50.000 They say, oh, I mean, how are we ever going to be able to hold someone like Fauci accountable or any one of these people?
00:24:56.000 I mean, give us some hope here of, okay, we restore power back to Republicans.
00:25:01.000 What does some success look like?
00:25:02.000 How do we put points on the board?
00:25:03.000 Because you were right there in the trenches during the Lois Learner fight.
00:25:06.000 She still has her pension.
00:25:07.000 I mean, it's almost like nothing happened.
00:25:09.000 Well, one thing you do is you make sure the American people get all the facts.
00:25:13.000 They get the full story.
00:25:14.000 They get the truth, which right now the Democrats, I think, are in many ways trying to keep that from the American people.
00:25:19.000 So we do the investigation and the American people get the truth.
00:25:23.000 If, in fact, they give us back the majority in the Congress, then we have to focus on the appropriations process and making some gains and wins there for these agencies that are abusing their power.
00:25:32.000 And then the best news we've heard in the last 24 hours is Dr. Fauci said: if President Trump runs and wins re-election, he's going to leave government.
00:25:38.000 I think that one more, one more of the many reasons why we want President Trump to run and win.
00:25:43.000 So when President Trump gets it back in office in January 2025, they should fire anyone and everyone that's permitted to fire.
00:25:51.000 And frankly, they should probably fire some people they're not allowed to fire and make them sue them just to prove the point.
00:25:56.000 And so we're going to have the people elected by we, the people in this country, make decisions.
00:26:02.000 So in closing, you were subpoenaed by this January 6th committee where the minority first time ever has not even been allowed to place members on the committee.
00:26:12.000 Kevin McCarthy was subpoenaed as well.
00:26:14.000 It doesn't seem like they're stopping at all.
00:26:16.000 It seems like the Democrats are accelerating their hyper-partisan abuse of power.
00:26:23.000 How do we actually, I'm really worried about the country when this continues.
00:26:28.000 I mean, there's really no good way this ends.
00:26:31.000 I mean, Mark Levin, when you were on his program, he said it, and I was cheering in the car.
00:26:35.000 We said they have to learn that the sword swings the other way.
00:26:38.000 I mean, is that something that's in the cards where they have to realize that, you know, you just can't keep on treating us like this without you guys having to pay the price as well?
00:26:46.000 What are your thoughts on that?
00:26:48.000 Yeah.
00:26:48.000 No, I agree.
00:26:49.000 The only, I mean, look, it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander, to use it per se, or maybe even more appropriate, the only way to deal with the bully is to punch them right back in the nose.
00:26:58.000 So we'll see how this all shakes out.
00:27:00.000 What I do know is they always talk about democracy, but understand the Democrats are the party that has kicked Republicans off the committee, won't let Republicans for the first time, as you mentioned, Trevor, serve on the select committee.
00:27:09.000 They have enacted proxy voting.
00:27:10.000 They have closed the capital.
00:27:11.000 They're trying to end the thrill of bus.
00:27:13.000 They're trying to end the electoral college.
00:27:14.000 And on and on we could go.
00:27:16.000 And with respect to this particular committee, they have doctored evidence, lied about it to the American people in a text message that I sent to them.
00:27:24.000 So that's what they're up to.
00:27:25.000 And as you say, they just keep pushing.
00:27:28.000 So, at some point, someone's going to have to push back.
00:27:30.000 And again, if the American people put us in the majority, we'll be looking to ways to do that.
00:27:36.000 Do what you said you're going to do.
00:27:37.000 Tell us about your book and how people can find it.
00:27:41.000 Well, I vote every word of it.
00:27:43.000 The title speaks for itself.
00:27:44.000 When you get in office, you should do what you told the voters you were going to do.
00:27:47.000 No one did that better than President Trump.
00:27:48.000 And I write a lot about my interactions I had with President Trump through impeachment and some of the big fights we've had here on Capitol Hill over the years, big investigations.
00:27:59.000 I try to take the reader behind the scenes so they can kind of feel what it's like.
00:28:05.000 And I think it's an easy read, 250-some pages, I think.
00:28:09.000 And I think your listeners will enjoy it.
00:28:11.000 Well, keep up the great work.
00:28:12.000 And one of the reasons why we need to take back the house is because of people like you.
00:28:17.000 There's plenty of rhinos I can't stand.
00:28:19.000 But when I say, hey, you know what?
00:28:20.000 Jim Jordan is going to be in leadership and have investigative and subpoena power, that's a reason to show up.
00:28:25.000 I mean it.
00:28:26.000 So thank you so much, Congressman, for joining us.
00:28:27.000 We deeply appreciate it.
00:28:28.000 Thank you.
00:28:30.000 Thank you.

00:29:32.000 Let's go to a cut here.
00:29:35.000 Cut 43.
00:29:36.000 This is the mom that was spied on by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:29:41.000 This mom right here is a bigger threat to the country, according to the FBI, than some potential mass shooters.
00:29:50.000 Play Cut 43.
00:29:51.000 Fundamental rights to their children.
00:29:54.000 Those rights were not given to us by the government, and the government cannot take those rights away.
00:29:58.000 We believe that one of the most important things that you can do in America is have your voice heard by your local representatives.
00:30:04.000 So this does not deter us from our mission or our course.
00:30:07.000 Our moms are a threat to the education establishment.
00:30:12.000 And that's what we've seen very, very clearly.
00:30:14.000 We've seen citizen input being stifled in many different ways from shutting down citizen input from three to one minute or making us turn our t-shirts inside out, Greg.
00:30:25.000 So, you know, we'll just keep on doing what we do, which is standing up for our kids.
00:30:29.000 This is the co-founder of Moms for Liberty, Tiffany Justice.
00:30:33.000 They're doing a great job.
00:30:34.000 It's momsforliberty.org.
00:30:37.000 She's such a threat because she shows up to school board meetings that not local police, not the local sheriff, no, the FBI is spying on her, surveilling her, looking at her movements, what she might be planning, as if she's Timothy McVeigh, that she's going to show up to a school board meeting with a pipe bomb.
00:30:57.000 Meanwhile, you have people that are already within the FBI database, like the Buffalo shooter, like previously the Pulse shooter, like the Marjorie Stoneland Douglas shooter.
00:31:08.000 Remember that entire tragedy, Parkland, Florida?
00:31:12.000 Where post-MSD, post-Parkland, Florida, we had all of these young activists, and our entire national conversation was pivoted towards gun control for weeks and months.
00:31:24.000 And we were right there in the smack dab middle of that.
00:31:27.000 I could write a book about all that.
00:31:29.000 The FBI had warnings about that person and didn't do anything about it.
00:31:35.000 But the FBI is now saying that the focus of their work, directed by the Attorney General of the United States, is parents who care about education.
00:31:48.000 Look, the education system for quite some time has been more focused on creating an elite group of presumptuous specialists.
00:31:57.000 Parents do not want their children to become arrogant, hyper-technocratic, secular, soulless specialists.
00:32:07.000 They want the education that they once had, at least one that attempts and might fail at times to be rooted in tradition, wisdom, virtue, and teaching what is good, beautiful, true, and courageous.
00:32:20.000 Parents want that for their children.
00:32:22.000 And how does their government respond?
00:32:25.000 That they're a terrorist.
00:32:26.000 And so, as Biden goes to Buffalo and tries to politicize the tragedy, the only operative question is: where was the FBI?
00:32:34.000 Why didn't they stop it?
00:32:35.000 Answer: Spying on you and your children if you dare question curriculum.
00:32:41.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
