00:02:07.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:02:09.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:02:16.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:25.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:28.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:02:37.000 The bad guys, the Marxists, the globalists, the totalitarians, the autocrats, we call them the left, the regime, whatever you want to call them.
00:02:44.000 It's very hard to capture the traumatic event that was 2016.
00:02:50.000 When we don't get our way as conservatives, for example, when Donald Trump did not become president after the 2020 election, it was disappointing, but I wouldn't say it was traumatizing for me.
00:03:02.000 It wasn't something where it created a PTSD style, you know, searing in my consciousness and my identity.
00:03:11.000 It was motivating.
00:03:12.000 It was sad to see Joe Biden, a traitor to the United States, become president in an election that I don't think that he won fairly at all in a drive-by shooting of the U.S. Constitution.
00:03:23.000 In fact, I wouldn't say he won it all.
00:03:24.000 They just happened to say he got more votes than Donald Trump.
00:03:28.000 It wasn't traumatizing, but it was heavy.
00:03:31.000 When the bad guys didn't get their way in 2016, it was as if they experienced what could be best summarized as a repeating traumatic event.
00:03:45.000 It was seared into the neuroplasticity of their brain.
00:03:51.000 It became their identity.
00:03:52.000 They can't believe that it happened for many reasons, not just because they hated Donald Trump, but the smart ones knew what it meant.
00:04:01.000 The smart ones knew, for example, that they're going to have to live with a Trump Supreme Court for five years, 10 years.
00:04:07.000 They're still living with that.
00:04:08.000 Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch.
00:04:13.000 They have to live with the circuit court judges and live with the adjustments and the solving of the border crisis.
00:04:19.000 They have to live with the embassy in Jerusalem.
00:04:21.000 These are long-lasting generational wins.
00:04:23.000 And they literally screamed to the sky.
00:04:28.000 They couldn't believe it.
00:04:30.000 That something that was supposed to happen, Hillary Rodham Clinton was supposed to be the last step in the revolution, the election that ended all elections.
00:04:39.000 And it wasn't just that Donald Trump won, it's that he was a different type of Republican.
00:04:43.000 It'd be one thing of Jeb Bush upset Hillary Clinton, whatever, you get all the same stuff.
00:04:47.000 The borders remain open.
00:04:48.000 You go invade Russia.
00:04:50.000 You get a bunch of foreigners from Somalia, business as usual, just a debate on corporate tax cuts and minor adjustments on judges.
00:04:56.000 That's it.
00:04:57.000 It's not civilizational altering stuff.
00:04:59.000 Donald Trump was different and they knew it.
00:05:01.000 Now, this video perfectly captures the searing, the trauma that so many of these people felt.
00:05:09.000 Play cut 10.
00:05:10.000 Donald J. Trump is now President of the United States.
00:05:19.000 I am so sorry.
00:05:21.000 They have been.
00:05:22.000 To my world.
00:05:23.000 I am so sorry to my world.
00:05:25.000 This is not what we want.
00:05:28.000 We will face this.
00:05:29.000 There's so much potential.
00:05:33.000 We will get the job done.
00:05:35.000 For beauty and for devastation.
00:05:38.000 In this one moment, it's just almost incomprehensible that they can exist right now.
00:05:42.000 So close.
00:05:47.000 Conservatives on college campuses.
00:05:49.000 I remember we were running turning point groups.
00:05:50.000 They said, I felt unsafe on college campuses because people were in outrage, screaming into the sky.
00:05:56.000 The moment that was the most traumatic, though, was election night.
00:06:02.000 When all of a sudden it happened, as Ernest Hemingway would say, gradually then suddenly, they saw power be put in jeopardy.
00:06:12.000 What was a certainty became an uncertainty?
00:06:14.000 Let's play cut nine.
00:06:17.000 This is where we stood coming into the night.
00:06:19.000 268 to 204.
00:06:21.000 So clearly an advantage for Secretary Clinton.
00:06:23.000 Florida has been going back and forth, back and forth.
00:06:26.000 Just changed again.
00:06:26.000 It's only 11,000 vote lead just now.
00:06:29.000 It changed.
00:06:29.000 Math on your feet.
00:06:30.000 Anderson, this night is turning on to be a real nail biter.
00:06:30.000 I like this.
00:06:34.000 All along, the Trump campaign has been saying that Florida's must win for them.
00:06:38.000 And I mean, they can't win without it.
00:06:39.000 Donald Trump will carry the state of Florida.
00:06:42.000 You know, I'm guessing that the people in Brooklyn, they're probably, I can see their fingers.
00:06:47.000 Yeah, fingers probably bleeding because there's no more nail to bite.
00:06:51.000 I wouldn't call anything encouraging for Hillary Clinton at the moment, to be honest with you, my friend.
00:06:55.000 Wolf, the scene here is so different than it was a few hours ago when people were happy and relaxed.
00:07:01.000 I have been looking around the room at people who are stone-faced.
00:07:06.000 Some of them have been crying.
00:07:08.000 This was a whitelash against a changing country.
00:07:12.000 It was a white lash against a black president.
00:07:14.000 This is the people rising up saying it's time to listen to us.
00:07:17.000 It's time to listen to us in Michigan and Wisconsin and work for the people.
00:07:21.000 Hillary Clinton has called Donald Trump to concede the race.
00:07:27.000 I can't put into words.
00:07:29.000 That's still one of the greatest nights of my life.
00:07:30.000 It doesn't hit, you know, meeting your child for the first time when your child is born.
00:07:35.000 It doesn't get to that level, but it's top 10.
00:07:37.000 I got to be honest.
00:07:38.000 Not as good as my wedding night and getting married, but top 10.
00:07:43.000 I remember exactly where I was.
00:07:45.000 I was there in New York.
00:07:46.000 I was in Trump Tower with Don Jr.
00:07:46.000 I saw it.
00:07:48.000 For us, it was a celebration moment for the bad guys seared into their memory.
00:07:54.000 They said to themselves, never again.
00:07:58.000 The same two words that they would say about the Holocaust, they'll say about Donald Trump.
00:08:04.000 I know that might sound radical for some of you.
00:08:06.000 They take it even more seriously.
00:08:08.000 Never again, never again, never again.
00:08:12.000 Mark Benihoff and Norm Eisen and Mark Elias and Lorene Powell Jobs.
00:08:20.000 Right near the midterms of last year, when Donald Trump was saying, I'm going to run, there was obviously some sort of a meeting.
00:08:27.000 There was a meeting between mega donors, Soros, Reid Hoffman, Mackenzie Bezos.
00:08:36.000 And they had to make a decision.
00:08:39.000 They had to make a decision of how they were going to handle Donald Trump not giving up.
00:08:45.000 They tried to warn him, leaking stories to the Washington Post raiding Mar-a-Lago.
00:08:50.000 Understand, the reason they raided Mar-a-Lago was multifaceted.
00:08:54.000 The raid of Mar-a-Lago was the final warning shot to Trump.
00:08:58.000 The raid of Mar-a-Lago was like, dude, if we can't get your attention with a raid in your home, then all bets are off.
00:09:06.000 The raid of Mar-a-Lago happened in August of 2022, August of last year.
00:09:10.000 An unprecedented raising of a rating of a private residence over documents, over documents.
00:09:16.000 No, they did it as a message.
00:09:17.000 They tried to get Trump's attention.
00:09:19.000 But Trump is wired differently.
00:09:21.000 It only makes him want to fight harder.
00:09:23.000 You're never going to find someone like him for another 100 years.
00:09:25.000 You're never going to.
00:09:26.000 They, of course, wanted to move the Overton window, set the precedent for indictments.
00:09:30.000 But, and Trump says this, Rachel Maddout says this.
00:09:33.000 It's very simple.
00:09:34.000 That if Trump would have gotten raided at Mar-a-Lago and then would have backed off in December of last year and said, you know what?
00:09:41.000 I'm not going to run for president.
00:09:43.000 Screw it.
00:09:43.000 Donald Trump would not be under indictment.
00:09:45.000 Now Donald Trump would not be facing 700 years in prison.
00:09:48.000 He'd plead down, have to do community service or whatever, and he could golf the rest of his life.
00:09:52.000 But the raid on Mar-a-Lago was a boom.
00:09:54.000 It was a warning shot.
00:09:56.000 And Trump doubled down.
00:09:57.000 So there was obviously some sort of a meeting in November of last year.
00:10:03.000 And in the meeting, and I'm speculating, but you could fill in the dots here, was Norm Eisen.
00:10:08.000 We're going to talk extensively about him.
00:10:11.000 There was Mark Elias, who we know was the architect of the shadow campaign that tilted the 2020 election, according to Molly Ball, Time magazine.
00:10:20.000 There were mega donors or representatives of mega donors.
00:10:22.000 Barack Hussein Obama or his surrogate Valerie Jarrett was there.
00:10:26.000 And the meeting was probably a robust discussion.
00:10:29.000 And one day we will learn that this came out of this meeting.
00:10:33.000 Eric Holder was probably there, and they probably debated the Trump problem.
00:10:38.000 Seared into their memory was the 2016 trauma.
00:10:43.000 And they made a conscious decision in this meeting.
00:10:46.000 They debated.
00:10:46.000 They went back and forth.
00:10:48.000 And post that meeting, the consensus was this.
00:10:52.000 And the more aggressive voices won the debate because they probably said, oh, should we just not take him seriously?
00:10:58.000 Just ignore him.
00:10:59.000 You know, we did it once.
00:11:00.000 We could do it again.
00:11:01.000 They said, no, no, no, no.
00:11:02.000 They slammed their fist on the table and Mark Elias and Norm Eisen said, no.
00:11:06.000 Full force, full throttle, full aggression.
00:11:10.000 No excuses.
00:11:11.000 There are no rules.
00:11:12.000 He is Hitler.
00:11:13.000 We must do what is necessary.
00:11:15.000 And post that meeting, you are now living through their Dresden on the conservative movement.
00:11:26.000 Hey, everybody, I want to introduce you to the Artillery Tea Company.
00:11:28.000 Artillery Tea is the premium tea for freedom-loving patriots.
00:11:32.000 I drink tea every day, and an artillery tea company is the brand that I choose.
00:11:36.000 Why?
00:11:37.000 Well, their tea is whole leaf for a more full-bodied flavor.
00:11:40.000 Plus, you can brew each bag twice, which gives you 30 cups per 10.
00:11:44.000 They've got all the flavors you want.
00:11:46.000 Earl Gray, peach apricot green tea, chamomile mint, and many others.
00:11:50.000 The best part is a portion of all sales is donated to veterans and first responders.
00:11:54.000 Visit artilleryteaco.com and support these guys.
00:11:58.000 Not only do they make the best teas on the market, in my opinion, but you're also supporting veterans and first responders through every purchase.
00:12:04.000 Right now, they're offering 10% off for podcast listeners.
00:12:07.000 So visit artilleryteaco.com.
00:12:10.000 That's artillerytea.com.

00:12:14.000 That's artillerytea.com.
00:12:15.000 Enter promo code Charlie and get 10% off.
00:12:17.000 They're an amazing company.
00:12:18.000 I really like them.
00:12:19.000 They do a great job.
00:12:20.000 ArtilleryT.com, artillerytea.com, promo code Charlie.
00:12:27.000 So they all sat in a room and they decided that they will never let it happen again.
00:12:33.000 It's going to be the most aggressive political operation in modern history.
00:12:39.000 We're going to try to stop Trump before he gets out of the gate.
00:12:42.000 And there were multiple points to this, and they gave everybody different assignments.
00:12:46.000 It's very clear.
00:12:47.000 And they went to go work in their own areas.
00:12:49.000 Mark Elias, you're going to keep on suing like wild, and you're going to try to relax the voting laws.
00:12:54.000 Norm Eisen, you're going to do your thing with the Center for Ethics Crew or whatever it's called.
00:12:59.000 And you're going to try to prevent Trump from getting on the ballot at all.
00:13:02.000 We're going to keep on calling it an insurrection.
00:13:05.000 We're going to use the January 6th report.
00:13:06.000 You're just going to try to prevent Trump from getting on the ballot.
00:13:08.000 Norm Eisen, go crazy.
00:13:09.000 Go sue everywhere you can.
00:13:11.000 Reid Hoffman, go fund Egene Carroll's lawsuit.
00:13:15.000 Go fund lawfare against Trump.
00:13:18.000 Just make it hard for him to wake up every single day.
00:13:21.000 Make it hard for him to operate.
00:13:23.000 Just go fund every possible lawsuit.
00:13:25.000 Eric Holder or Valerie Jarrett or what other smooth operator?
00:13:29.000 You're going to get Alvin Bragg to indict him on this silly Stormy Daniels thing.
00:13:34.000 You're going to get Big Fanny.
00:13:37.000 And then finally, the Jack Smith thing.
00:13:40.000 Not to mention, they're going to deploy infiltration-type operations in the Republican primary to do everything they possibly can to stop Donald Trump from having a clear victory in the Republican primary.
00:13:54.000 Now, that's one of the few things that went wrong.
00:13:57.000 There's a couple things that went wrong.
00:13:58.000 When they had this meeting, obviously 13 or 14 months ago, they were planning in 2023 that Trump would be in this nasty back and forth Republican primary on debate stages and it would defy the party.
00:14:10.000 It's actually not happening.
00:14:11.000 The party is consolidating with record velocity and it's meshing together actually really beautifully.
00:14:19.000 And one of the reasons is that when they were sitting around a table, Reid Hoffman and Lorene Powell Jobs and Norm Eisen and Mark Elias again, we're speculating here, but they thought Ron DeSantis was actually going to be a good presidential candidate.
00:14:36.000 Ron DeSantis, in a very unpredictable way, was one of the glitches in the regime's matrix in 2023.
00:14:44.000 Nobody anticipated that this guy would short circuit the way he would.
00:14:48.000 I mean, he's now in like third place behind Nikki Haley.
00:14:51.000 The whole thing's a disaster.
00:14:53.000 But the meeting and the attitude that came out of the meeting is that we will not allow the trauma of 2016 to happen again.
00:15:01.000 And if we are accused of being too aggressive and not following rules and customs, who cares?
00:15:07.000 Scorched earth.
00:15:09.000 And you're starting to now see the nearly 14, 16, 18 months of planning come to the surface in a very rapid way.
00:15:19.000 And by the way, there's more coming, and we can only speculate what that is.
00:15:23.000 Just off the top of my head, I think they're going to try to crash Twitter.
00:15:26.000 I think they're going to try to indict Elon Musk.
00:15:28.000 I think they're going to try to do a DDOS attack, making it look like a foreign power going after Twitter.
00:15:33.000 So Twitter goes dark.
00:15:34.000 If I was them, I went through all of this the other day.
00:15:36.000 It's quite a Christmas break, right?
00:15:38.000 If I was the bad guys, what would I do?
00:15:39.000 Of course, we talked about they're going to try to assassinate Donald Trump.
00:15:43.000 Certainly hope that doesn't happen.
00:15:44.000 That's definitely on the table for them.
00:15:46.000 They've been talking about it for quite some time.
00:15:48.000 They are writing articles about it.
00:15:50.000 They're talking about how Trump is acting like Caesar.
00:15:52.000 They're trying to set the precedent for that.
00:15:54.000 But what else are they going to try to do?
00:15:56.000 I mean, they might try another COVID-type hysteria.
00:16:00.000 They might try an EMP-type attack.
00:16:02.000 You have to think about this because the way that they're acting, they obviously haven't hit the crescendo.
00:16:09.000 If we're only in December of 2023, and we're still talking about ballot access, we thought that ballot access would be the most aggressive thing they've done.
00:16:18.000 No, no, they have other things planned.
00:16:19.000 That's the other point I want to get here.
00:16:21.000 And one of the things that they planned was they needed to take over the swing state apparatus.
00:16:29.000 This is why they went so heavy in winning the Secretary of State's race here in Arizona.
00:16:33.000 They have Adrian Fontes.
00:16:35.000 That's why they have the Attorney General's office now in Arizona by 250 votes.
00:16:38.000 Give me a break, 250 votes.
00:16:41.000 This is also why we were warning and warning and warning and warning and warning.
00:16:47.000 Hey, Rana McRomney, RNC, by the way, the new RNC financials are out.
00:16:52.000 She should resign.
00:16:52.000 It's an insult.
00:16:54.000 She's still spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in limos.
00:16:59.000 I mean, we're going to get into this, but we were warning and warning and warning.
00:17:02.000 Hey, Rana, the Wisconsin Supreme Court race is going to be really important.
00:17:08.000 The Wisconsin Supreme Court race is going to be really important.
00:17:11.000 If you guys remember our program back in the spring, we were one of the only people that was warning about the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
00:17:18.000 You guys remember that?
00:17:18.000 Maybe not.
00:17:19.000 We were kind of beating the drum.
00:17:19.000 It's okay.
00:17:21.000 We had the candidate on.
00:17:22.000 We were trying to get base turnout.
00:17:24.000 And we had Scott Pressler.
00:17:25.000 We did everything we can.
00:17:26.000 We're not the size of the RNC.
00:17:28.000 And obviously, we weren't successful.
00:17:30.000 The Democrat won the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
00:17:32.000 They don't hear anything about it.
00:17:33.000 Okay, Charlie was doing all this bluster.
00:17:35.000 Boom.
00:17:36.000 Wisconsin Supreme Court, just a couple days ago, under the cover of Christmas, made a ridiculous ruling trying to redraw all the state legislative maps.
00:17:49.000 But that was part of the plan.
00:17:50.000 Ballot access, Supreme Court, Colorado, and Trump.
00:17:55.000 You are living through a full-forced aggression campaign that was planned nearly 18 months ago.
00:18:06.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:18:09.000 If you deal with exhaustion, brain fog, mood swings, or food cravings, if you're constantly getting sick or simply lack the zeal you used to have in life, then I have some news for you.
00:18:19.000 While back, I found a liquid supplement called Strong Cell, and it changed my health in a very profound way.
00:18:24.000 I take it every single day.
00:18:27.000 Look, I knew I had to partner with them.
00:18:28.000 I did the research.
00:18:29.000 Google and look up online what happens when you mix NADH with CoQ10 and marine collagen.
00:18:36.000 Every area of your body has cells.
00:18:36.000 It's simple.
00:18:39.000 So if your cells are healthier, then you will also be healthier.
00:18:42.000 You don't have to take my word for it.
00:18:43.000 Listen to one of these testimonials.
00:18:45.000 After taking Strong Cell for six weeks, I found improvement in many areas, less shoulder pain, improved mental clarity, increased natural energy, and so much more.
00:18:52.000 I'm thankful that Charlie Kirk recommended this to his listeners.
00:18:55.000 Rebecca says, I absolutely love Strong Cell.
00:18:58.000 At first, I didn't think it would make much of a difference for my chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety, but I thought I'd give it a chance.
00:19:03.000 I've tried to find depression meds for 10 years, and since you Strong Cell, I'm feeling better than I ever have on depression medication.
00:19:10.000 Customer for life, thank you, Charlie Kirk, for recommending this product.
00:19:14.000 So there it is.
00:19:14.000 You've heard from me directly and some of the users who have seen their lives changed by Strong Cell.
00:19:20.000 I personally recommend taking it every day for at least 30 days.
00:19:23.000 I take it every day before I go on the air, and it's helped me in more ways than I can even name.
00:19:27.000 Each of our bodies is very different.
00:19:29.000 So I would recommend you give the supplement at least two to three months to see the changes in your body.
00:19:34.000 Go to strongcell.com and learn more for yourself.
00:19:37.000 That's strongcell.com forward slash Charlie.
00:19:40.000 And don't forget to use discount code Charlie at checkout to get your special 20% discount for Kirk listeners.
00:19:45.000 Or you can call 888-596-0155 to order over the phone.
00:19:50.000 That is 888-596-0155 or visit strongselle.com forward slash Charlie.
00:20:00.000 You're living through a plan, and they obviously have more things coming.
00:20:04.000 And I have been trying to say this for some time.
00:20:07.000 And we had a whole series of podcasts that you guys should listen to, and the answers were pretty good.
00:20:11.000 I don't think we've done a good enough job wargaming out what they're going to have.
00:20:15.000 Surprise.
00:20:16.000 They obviously have surprises for us.
00:20:18.000 What surprises does the Democrat war room have for us coming into 2024?
00:20:25.000 By the way, please email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:20:28.000 The top ones I can think of is trying to crash Twitter, trying to indict Elon Musk.
00:20:32.000 Those are the top ones that are kind of asymmetrical and you might not think of them initially or immediately.
00:20:38.000 Now, obviously, they've been trying to kick Trump off the ballot in Colorado.
00:20:43.000 Thankfully, today, Michigan Supreme Court says, no, actually, Trump can stay on the ballot.
00:20:47.000 So no in Colorado, yes, in Michigan.
00:20:49.000 The United States Supreme Court hopefully is going to come in and end this once and for all.
00:20:54.000 But let's focus on Wisconsin.
00:20:56.000 We said the most important election in 2023 was the Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
00:21:00.000 Ronna McRomney couldn't be bothered to care about it.
00:21:02.000 Obviously, she's too busy.
00:21:04.000 I don't know what she's doing.
00:21:06.000 The RNC is a complete joke, by the way.
00:21:08.000 I'm going to go through some of these financials.
00:21:09.000 Their cash on hand is historically bad.
00:21:12.000 She's still spending money on really luxurious stuff, limos and cars and all this.
00:21:17.000 Go rent a car.
00:21:18.000 When I travel, I rent a car.
00:21:19.000 What is this?
00:21:20.000 Who do you think you are?
00:21:20.000 Madonna?
00:21:21.000 No, you're not.
00:21:22.000 You're Rana.
00:21:24.000 So Democrats were very, very focused on Wisconsin going into this last year.
00:21:31.000 They poured a ton of money into the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, and then people forgot about it.
00:21:36.000 Well, so in Wisconsin, they control the governor's mansion, but the Wisconsin state legislature has eluded them.
00:21:42.000 Like in a lot of states, it's hard for Democrats to win because the state is a mixture of 100% blue cities and then maybe 65, 70% everywhere else.
00:21:50.000 Democrats have wasted a lot of votes in big cities, meaning that all their votes are concentrated.
00:21:56.000 So if they win a certain legislative seat by 50 points, it doesn't matter.
00:22:00.000 So what's their plan instead of trying to win over more voters, instead of trying to use the system as it was constituted, win the Supreme Court with a lot of out-of-state dark money, Wisconsin being a key to the White House, Wisconsin being a whole key to the rest of the country, and do a backdoor maneuver.
00:22:18.000 While the RNC is too busy doing what?
00:22:21.000 Taking your money and doing nothing and having a Washington, D.C. office, in Wisconsin, the Democrat war room, their plan is well underway.
00:22:31.000 So the Wisconsin Supreme Court a year ago upheld the state's legislative election maps as constitutional.
00:22:36.000 Fast forward to today, we lost that Supreme Court race back in the spring.
00:22:41.000 And now they are saying we have to redraw all of the Wisconsin legislative maps.
00:22:49.000 Democrats won some elections for the state Supreme Court, so now they have a blue majority.
00:22:54.000 And like clockwork, the court just took a new case and ruled that the state's legislative maps are unconstitutional and must be drawn from scratch.
00:23:03.000 This is one of the secret weapons for the left in 2024.
00:23:06.000 The courts, especially state courts.
00:23:08.000 In fact, it was already their secret weapon in 2020, but Republicans haven't done a great job reacting to this.
00:23:14.000 Remember how every election integrity measure just got thrown out the window in 2020 because of a COVID emergency?
00:23:20.000 It was overwhelmingly state courts, state courts signing off on that.
00:23:25.000 State courts let officials radically change signature verification standards or just ignore them entirely.
00:23:31.000 State courts allowed unpostmarked ballots to come in after election day.
00:23:35.000 It was like, oh, yeah, one came in last year.
00:23:37.000 Sure, it's fine.
00:23:38.000 State courts destroyed the Constitution, and our U.S. Supreme Court should have came in, and Mark Levin was the one that articulated this beautifully.
00:23:46.000 The Pennsylvania election in particular was conducted unconstitutionally.
00:23:52.000 Now, all of this has come back with a vengeance.
00:23:55.000 The Colorado ruling kicking Trump off the ballot, that was the sort of extremism you can only get in a state where the entire Supreme Court is unanimously far left.
00:24:05.000 In fact, as we mentioned, the Michigan Supreme Court, which has a 4-3 Democrat majority, ruled that Trump can remain on the ballot.
00:24:11.000 Now, where does all this come from?
00:24:13.000 This is a surgical strike, a missile of Norm Eisen.
00:24:18.000 Now, remember, they had their war room and everyone had their assignments.
00:24:21.000 Mark Elias is to sue Baby Sue, sue baby Sue, sue baby sue to make it easy to cheat and hard to verify.
00:24:28.000 The mission statement of Mark Elias is make it easy to cheat and hard to verify, easy to cheat and hard to verify.
00:24:36.000 That's Mark Elias' mission statement.
00:24:38.000 Eric Holder and Valerie Jarrett is weaponize the administrative state against political opposition and opponents.
00:24:44.000 Deploy Merrick Garland, use the FBI, raid James O'Keefe's home, kick him out at Project Veritas, all this sort of stuff that's happening.
00:24:51.000 It's not happening.
00:24:52.000 Oh, my goodness, everything.
00:24:54.000 It's by design.
00:24:56.000 You are living through the byproduct of a series of meetings where at the very least, if you're not bought into, oh, they have a plan and all this, they did choose an attitude.
00:25:10.000 They definitely wargame part of this out, I think, to a great extent.
00:25:13.000 We'll never prove all of it.
00:25:14.000 Molly Ball showed us, by the way, in her Time magazine article the extent of which they wargame stuff out.
00:25:21.000 Weekly Zoom calls, shock troops in the streets, lawfare, mass mail and balloting, tons of money for ads.
00:25:28.000 And so here's where Norm Eisen comes in.
00:25:32.000 Norm Eisen is a hyper-aggressive Democrat operative.
00:25:36.000 Now, you must remember, the left has literally hundreds of organizations.
00:25:40.000 And by the way, it's immaterial whether or not there is actually a meeting of the minds.
00:25:45.000 I think there was.
00:25:46.000 Some people say, oh, that means that you believe in a conspiracy.
00:25:48.000 Okay, let's put that aside, okay?
00:25:50.000 What is, without a doubt, is that there's widespread agreement that the attitude of the left is that they have to launch a preemptive aggressive war.
00:26:00.000 They have a political operation on the left of a scale we cannot comprehend.
00:26:06.000 This is also why they can get so much more aggressive.
00:26:08.000 When a liberal gets burned, they just go to a college or something and they have a guaranteed job.
00:26:13.000 They become a professor.
00:26:14.000 When a conservative gets burned, they get sent out into exile.
00:26:18.000 It's amazing, actually, how many state legislators and governors' mansions and how many elections we win, considering the imbalance of the political operation of the left and the political operation of the right.
00:26:28.000 It's actually hard to comprehend.
00:26:31.000 So Norm Eisen, who I want to focus on for a second, co-founded the Citizens for Ethics and Responsibility in Washington, the nonpartisan group that brought the lawsuit in Colorado.
00:26:41.000 Eisen personally authored 10 articles of impeachment against Trump long before Trump even did the phone call with Zelensky that justified the first impeachment against Donald Trump.
00:26:51.000 Crewe, the nonpartisan ethics watchdog, filed more than 200 lawsuits against Trump on emoluments and hotel rooms and Saudi princes.
00:27:00.000 That was all Norm Eisen.
00:27:02.000 Wear him down, wear him down, wear him down, wear him down by a war of attrition.
00:27:08.000 Again, Donald Trump is such a beast that it doesn't work the way that it should.
00:27:13.000 He's so unusual.
00:27:14.000 You'll never find somebody else like him, everybody.
00:27:16.000 I want to be honest.
00:27:17.000 Other people would surrender, collapse.
00:27:19.000 They would fold.
00:27:20.000 They would sue for peace.
00:27:21.000 He is so unique that I believe, honestly, that God has his hand on him at this point.
00:27:25.000 I mean, there is no other explanation, that God has his hand on him in the sense that how could you possibly get through this sort of nonstop artillery every day?
00:27:36.000 They're throwing something at him.
00:27:37.000 And he seems to be more energy, more.
00:27:40.000 I just spoke to him on the phone the other day.
00:27:41.000 It's like unbelievable passion and energy.
00:27:43.000 He's in a great mood.
00:27:44.000 You're not, it's, that's why they're doing one of the reasons why they're doing this is they have profiled him.
00:27:50.000 In fact, Norm Eisen and Mark Elias and Valerie Jarrett and Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder and all the Cabal members actually have profiled Donald Trump far better than establishment Republicans have.
00:28:05.000 They're like, this guy will not give up.
00:28:06.000 He's a Churchill, he's a Lincoln, he's a Washington.
00:28:09.000 And I don't even know if he'll have that kind of impact, that lasting impact.
00:28:12.000 I'm just talking as an attitude, from an attitude perspective, he doesn't give up.
00:28:16.000 It's unlike anything we've ever seen.
00:28:18.000 So Norm Eisen has thrown all this.
00:28:19.000 It doesn't work.
00:28:21.000 And so it's worth pointing out: the New York Times then ran an essay by Norm Eisen.
00:28:26.000 A Trump conviction can cost him enough voters to tip the election.
00:28:29.000 Well, thanks, Norm Eisen.
00:28:30.000 As if we didn't know this.
00:28:32.000 Mr. Eisen was special counsel to the House Judiciary Committee in the first impeachment grade.
00:28:37.000 And he says basically in the New York Times that if we can get Trump convicted, he'll lose the election.
00:28:43.000 Thanks, Norm Eisen.
00:28:44.000 Now we know your entire plan.
00:28:46.000 We've known it all along, but they're telling us very clearly the quiet part out loud.
00:28:50.000 By the way, this is just something I want to be very clear.
00:28:53.000 They're not acting very confident.
00:28:55.000 You want some good news?
00:28:56.000 You might say, oh, my goodness.
00:28:58.000 These are people that obviously have a plan.
00:29:00.000 They're executing it with hyper-aggression and ferocity.
00:29:05.000 But these are not confident people.
00:29:07.000 They're not acting as if everything is going perfectly.
00:29:10.000 Remember, they centrally plan everything.
00:29:13.000 They centrally planned the 2020 election, and it just so happened it worked.
00:29:17.000 They centrally planned the 2024 election.
00:29:20.000 And it's not necessary.
00:29:22.000 They're not, if you were to ask the Democrats, if you had Norm Eisen and all these people and you could listen into their private conversations, they're actually more worried than they are confident.
00:29:31.000 The worry-confidence matrix is out of balance right now for these people.
00:29:35.000 By the way, all they do is worry because they're rats.
00:29:39.000 They don't build anything.
00:29:41.000 These people are relentless parasites on the country.
00:29:45.000 They don't construct stuff.
00:29:46.000 They don't look at how to create value.
00:29:49.000 They don't try to take new risks to improve people's lives.
00:29:52.000 All they do is lie, steal, cheat, destroy.
00:29:56.000 Lie, steal, cheat, destroy.
00:29:58.000 It's their modus operandi.
00:29:59.000 That's Norm Eisen.
00:30:01.000 That is Mark Elias.
00:30:03.000 So their whole life is just like this massively paranoid existence.
00:30:09.000 What an awful, awful way to live, by the way.
00:30:12.000 There's no joy.
00:30:13.000 There's no peace.
00:30:14.000 There's no love.
00:30:16.000 Norm Eisen is the type of guy that's wondering if somebody poisoned the pizza to kill our family.
00:30:21.000 Like, dude, calm down.
00:30:23.000 Okay.
00:30:24.000 That's just his whole life is hyper-paranoid.
00:30:27.000 Imagine being married to that.
00:30:29.000 When death is the worst thing you can fathom, you end up making the world a living hell.
00:30:33.000 And we are literally being terrorized by these godless Democrats.
00:30:38.000 And yes, I do call them demonic.
00:30:39.000 There's no other explanation for this.
00:30:40.000 These people are so relentless.
00:30:42.000 It is so dark.
00:30:43.000 There's obviously a spiritual war.
00:30:45.000 But is Norm Eisen right?
00:30:47.000 A Trump conviction could cost them enough votes to tip the election.
00:30:52.000 They had a plan.
00:30:53.000 They have a plan.
00:30:54.000 How's it going?
00:30:56.000 Not as well as they thought.
00:30:59.000 And there might be some regret.
00:31:03.000 You can't handle the truth.
00:31:04.000 The truth is the clowns running this place live for chaos.
00:31:08.000 Many of our problems could be solved overnight, but they let them be and destruction fuels them.

00:31:58.000 The trauma of 2016 drives them and motivates them, and they have a plan.
00:32:02.000 And the plan is underway.
00:32:02.000 They have more surprises coming up in 2024.
00:32:05.000 I want you to email me what you think they have in store for us.
00:32:09.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:32:11.000 One of the things that they underestimated, and Norm Eisen, who was probably, we must be aggressive, indict, sue, kick off the ballot, go as strong as you can.
00:32:20.000 However, they didn't anticipate, as Blake says in our chat, is it making Trump less popular or is it making him more sympathetic?
00:32:29.000 I can tell you from personal experience.
00:32:32.000 I was doing Christmas grocery shopping, and some people were coming up and they were talking and they said, Charlie, what do you think is going to happen?
00:32:40.000 And I said, you know, Trump's going to be the nominee.
00:32:42.000 And one person is so powerful.
00:32:43.000 They said, I can't stand Trump, but I love him now.
00:32:47.000 I said, well, that's a walk-in contradiction.
00:32:51.000 Can you explain that to me?
00:32:52.000 They said, oh, Trump's annoying and he's a narcissist and he's prideful and he lies, but I'm 100% voting for him.
00:32:58.000 And I said, because the policy said, no, no, no.
00:33:00.000 Because it's so wrong that a government would target an opposition leader.
00:33:03.000 I'm all in.
00:33:04.000 Wow.
00:33:05.000 So you hate him, but you love him.
00:33:07.000 I was trying to understand this.
00:33:08.000 They said, yes.
00:33:09.000 They said, it's because I hate the bad guy so much that it makes me like him more.
00:33:15.000 Don't underestimate that driver.
00:33:17.000 Now, there's a video here that is so powerful.
00:33:20.000 It was designed as a video to troll Trump supporters.
00:33:24.000 They went to a pledge to caucus Trump support, the young Turks did, and interviewed Trump supporters.
00:33:29.000 They're trying to make it look like a cult.
00:33:30.000 It had the exact opposite impact.
00:33:34.000 They start interviewing people.
00:33:35.000 Hey, would you vote, not vote for Trump for a million dollars?
00:33:38.000 Would you, would you?
00:33:39.000 And their answers are unbelievable.
00:33:42.000 This is why Norm Eisen and Mark Elias and these degenerate scum are so surprised because no matter how hard they try, they can't break the will of the American people.
00:33:56.000 These are muscular class blue-collar plumbers.
00:33:59.000 This one guy says, no, I'll stay broke because the country means more.
00:34:04.000 You can't break this, everybody.
00:34:06.000 What was intended as a video to mock us is a perfect example of our greatest asset, the anti-fragile grassroots.
00:34:16.000 Play Cut 15.
00:34:18.000 If somebody gave you a million dollars to not vote for Donald Trump, would you take it?
00:34:23.000 No.
00:34:24.000 A million.
00:34:25.000 No.
00:34:26.000 I'll go hapsies with you.
00:34:27.000 No.
00:34:29.000 I'll need my country back.
00:34:29.000 Okay.
00:34:31.000 If someone came up to you and said, I'm going to give you a million dollars for you not to vote for Trump or not to caucus for Trump here in Iowa, but Biden becomes president, would you take the million?
00:34:40.000 Absolutely not.
00:34:41.000 Can't buy that.
00:34:44.000 If you were offered $2 million not to vote for Donald Trump, would you take it?
00:34:49.000 Well, it's secret balloting, right?
00:34:52.000 I can say what I did and they'll have to believe me.
00:34:54.000 That's true.
00:34:55.000 Good point.
00:34:56.000 What if you were offered $3 million not to support Donald Trump?
00:35:00.000 No.
00:35:00.000 Would you take it?
00:35:01.000 No.
00:35:02.000 Would you go hapsies with me?
00:35:04.000 Could I make a sweet deal, a sweeter deal?
00:35:05.000 No.
00:35:06.000 I could use a million five.
00:35:08.000 No.
00:35:10.000 The country means more to me than money.
00:35:11.000 If you were offered $3 million to not vote for Donald Trump, would you take it?
00:35:17.000 $3 million.
00:35:18.000 No, no, no.
00:35:20.000 Our country deserves better.
00:35:22.000 So the country really does deserve better.
00:35:25.000 Would you want them to take the $3 million?
00:35:27.000 Absolutely not.
00:35:29.000 Somebody came up with a check and said, I'll give you $3 million not to vote for Trump.
00:35:34.000 Nope.
00:35:34.000 I'll stay broke.
00:35:36.000 They can take the remains of you.
00:35:39.000 I'll stay broke.
00:35:40.000 Do you think that our elites think that way?
00:35:43.000 No, they've sold out the country for far less.
00:35:46.000 That's a movement that is going to win eventually.
00:35:49.000 You can't break that movement.
00:35:50.000 I'll pay you $3 million.
00:35:52.000 No, I'll stay broke.
00:35:53.000 Because what he loves is more than money.
00:35:55.000 I'm proud to be associated with that movement.
00:35:57.000 The young Turks and the liberals, they're mocking us on Twitter over this video.
00:36:01.000 Ah, they're a bunch of cultists that want to vote for Trump so bad they don't want to take a million dollars.
00:36:06.000 Look at that.
00:36:07.000 Every one of their answers was about the country, something that I know you on the left don't understand because you're trying to destroy it every single day.
00:36:12.000 That's a beautiful testament to what we have on the American right.
00:36:17.000 If you go to Bernie Sanders or AOC rallies, you could offer them free weed and they wouldn't vote.
00:36:22.000 Yeah, sure, whatever.
00:36:24.000 There's something very powerful happening here.
00:36:27.000 So, Normizen, how's it going?
00:36:29.000 And the answer is they're worried because our base is strengthening and expanding.
00:36:33.000 Trump Democrats helping destroy the Obama coalition of black people, Hispanics, and youth.
00:36:38.000 Young men are coming our direction.
00:36:40.000 Hispanics are coming our direction.
00:36:41.000 Black voters remains to be seen.
00:36:43.000 I think black men are going to come our direction in a powerful way.
00:36:48.000 They have a plan, and you're living through it with more surprises in store.
00:36:52.000 But if that video is any indication of what our side believes and motivates them, watch out.
00:37:01.000 We're tougher than them.
00:37:02.000 We want it more than them.
00:37:04.000 We're going to outwork them.
00:37:05.000 And we value the country over money.
