00:01:25.000 Reports from the Washington Post show that the Department of Justice says they have enough evidence to indict Hunter Biden on tax and gun charges.

00:01:38.000 In fact, I had some people message me at very high levels in media, including some office holders, saying, finally, justice.

00:01:48.000 And I texted back and I said, how could you be so naive?

00:01:52.000 That is not what is happening here.

00:01:56.000 You think the FBI all of a sudden is waking up to be an institution of fidelity, bravery, and integrity, what the FBI is supposed to stand for?

00:02:05.000 You think all of a sudden the FBI and the Department of Justice says, oh, yeah, you know, we got to get ourselves in line here.

00:02:09.000 No, no, no.

00:02:10.000 It's very clear what's happening.

00:02:11.000 And we have been ahead of the curve on this program, predicting to a T with the timeline of what exactly is happening with Hunter Biden, exactly what is happening with Joe Biden.

00:02:54.000 Federal agents now believe they have enough evidence to charge Hunter Biden with tax crimes and for making a false statement regarding a gun purchase.

00:03:02.000 Sources telling Fox News the decision is now in the hands of the U.S. Attorney in Delaware.

00:03:07.000 It's a Trump holdover named David Weiss.

00:04:52.000 So this is an indictment without an indictment leaking to the Washington Post saying an indictment is likely, but the indictment will not happen before the midterms.

00:05:02.000 They don't want to have election interference, but so what's the middle ground?

00:05:05.000 They want all of a sudden for people to have a restored confidence in the FBI.

00:05:10.000 They want people to have kind of a restored ideal that the FBI is going to do the right thing.

00:05:22.000 The Department of Justice and the FBI, we believe, will indict Hunter Biden after the election, right before Republicans take over Congress as a way to try to, meaning get sworn into Congress, as a way to try to say, hey, see, we're balanced.

00:05:34.000 I think that Hunter Biden has an indictment looming sometime in late November, early December.

00:05:39.000 I do not think Merrick Garland will make it much longer.

00:05:41.000 I think he's going to resign.

00:05:43.000 And I think that Joe Biden will make an announcement sometime next year that because of personal issues, he always just wanted to serve one term to heal the nation and that he's going to open up the Democrat primary.

00:05:53.000 Now, all this is speculation, but we have lots of evidence to show this.

00:06:30.000 They're doing this because right now in Battleground States, Republican candidates that are hammering the Gestapo of the FBI, that are hammering the heavy-handedness of the FBI, it is not a good political issue.

00:06:46.000 So because of this, they need to leak this story so then journalists can provide cover fire and they say baseless claims that the FBI is nothing more than a Democrat enforcement agency.

00:06:59.000 They're about to indict Hunter Biden.

00:07:02.000 Basically, and it's an attempt to tweak the narrative and pave the way for what their real intentions are, which we're going to get to in a second, because this has nothing to do with Hunter Biden.

00:09:06.000 In the state of Pennsylvania, the raid of Mark Houck, pro-life leader, father of seven, whose state and local agencies said he really did nothing wrong to be able to press charges against him, received a raid of 25 armed SWAT agents at home as if he's El Chapo or an international terrorist.

00:09:29.000 So the FBI is trying to clean that up.

00:09:30.000 But there's two other things that are much bigger than that, that are right around that prediction that we made.

00:09:37.000 And it involves first Joe Biden in 2024, and then it involves something close to many of you, someone that you care a lot about.

00:11:14.000 They're trying to calm down a MAGA wave that is criticizing the FBI and that's resonating as a legitimate midterm issue.

00:11:23.000 And so they leak this story.

00:11:24.000 But mind you, they leak it, but they don't indict him.

00:11:27.000 So it's not an indictment.

00:11:29.000 It's a kind of a half-measured Democrat op where they say that they have the evidence to indict, but they have to wait for a U.S. attorney to indict.

00:11:39.000 And of course, then Merrick Garland's going to pick up the phone and he's going to say, wait till after the midterms to indict.

00:11:44.000 So they're trying to clean up their image ahead of the midterms.

00:11:47.000 And then they want to make themselves look more neutral when they do actually indict Hunter Biden, which I think will happen.

00:11:54.000 I do believe they're going to indict Hunter Biden on some tax stuff and some gun issue stuff sometime between November and late December, as we've predicted multiple times on this program.

00:12:04.000 But then there is the third part, the third move, which is Joe Biden's approval rating, which is historically low.

00:12:11.000 Joe Biden has zero charisma, as we know with all of his issues of blunder and dementia and unpopularity, and he's become a very bitter president.

00:13:44.000 There was a reset of the Democrat primary.

00:13:53.000 And that someone could have been Mark Elias.

00:17:17.000 They also want to be able to have a nice talking point ahead of the oversight hearings, the oversights blitz that Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gates and Jim Jordan and many others are going to lead coming into January and February next year.

00:17:33.000 They say, wait a second, okay, is it going to be Stacey Abrams?

00:17:37.000 Is it going to be Gavin Newsom?

00:17:42.000 And by the way, a lot of this movement, a lot of this maneuvering is happening because they've been having tryouts lately. 0.99

00:18:57.000 And they look at Kamala Harris, who's been, let's just say, trying out for the position, and her negatives might be the highest I've ever seen. 0.98

00:19:31.000 You have to look at what's actually happening, not just the misdirection, the mirage, the play action pass that they're throwing on cable television, which it's very obvious.

00:19:45.000 This is trying to set the groundwork, the prerequisite to indict Donald Trump.

00:19:50.000 This is not good news for Donald Trump yesterday.

00:21:22.000 You have the local DA in Fulton County trying to indict him over a phone call.

00:21:26.000 You have Department of Justice on multiple levels.

00:21:30.000 But the big one is they're trying to condition the American people to restore trust in the judicial system, which there is no coincidences around here.

00:21:42.000 You're trying to tell me that the FBI leaks this just days after Tony Bobulinsky goes on Tucker Carlson?

00:21:50.000 No, no, Tony Bobulinsky going on Tucker Carlson.

00:21:54.000 They said, we got to get, we have to, we now have to engage.

00:21:59.000 It is Operation 2024.

00:22:02.000 And Operation 2024, the same way that they had Crossfire Hurricane, and they have all these weird sounding things, Operation 2024 within the FBI, within the DOJ, within the deep state, within the shadow government is very clear.

00:22:14.000 We got to restore our image, make us look neutral and nonpartisan.

00:22:19.000 I guarantee you that there will be an op-ed in the New York Times the next 90 days saying, good on the FBI.

00:22:30.000 Let it be a signal and let it be a message to all politicians that you're not going to get away with your crimes.

00:22:47.000 And then they will package somebody else and implement someone who's likable enough to get the election close because Operation 2024 is not just about making sure Joe Biden doesn't run, but it's making sure Donald Trump doesn't run.

00:22:58.000 But they're starting to recognize and they're starting to realize that with this Hunter Biden news that it's actually deeper than Trump.

00:23:04.000 And they're, you know, finally they're waking up, the smart guys on MSNBC, I put smart in air quotes, they're starting to realize this is not a cult of personality.

00:25:59.000 He's saying that the American people want a country that is recognizable.

00:26:27.000 They see this, and now all of a sudden, they recognize and realize, like, okay, we can leak some stuff against Hunter Biden and refresh our image.

00:26:34.000 But Donnie on MSNBC is saying, this is a lot deeper and a lot more popular than we would have recognized.

00:27:08.000 But they really believed in their own bubble that that was the death sentence of our entire movement, that that was metaphorically putting MAGA to capital punishment and it's over.

00:27:43.000 And now they're waking up 32 days from the midterm election and they say, what is going on?

00:29:46.000 Basically, I think this is first and foremost an attempt to try to have the FBI look cleaner ahead of the midterms.

00:29:52.000 Secondly, they want to look more neutral coming into an oversight blitz that will likely happen if Republicans flip the House and the Senate or the Senate.

00:30:00.000 Also, I think it's going to put Joe Biden in a political penalty box coming into 2024 so that they can have a Gavin Newsom or someone much more likable.

00:30:08.000 But kind of most importantly, I think that it is a way to try to set the table to indict Donald Trump.

00:30:15.000 I think the evidence against Hunter Biden is so overwhelming, they're going to use this as a first step to then go after Trump.

00:30:21.000 Miranda, what are your thoughts?

00:30:24.000 There's a lot to unpack there.

00:30:26.000 Obviously, the leaks to the Washington Post, just like the leaks earlier to CNN, are part of a strategy, a game being played to shape the narrative ahead of any charges or any plea deal coming up.

00:30:41.000 Now, we've known for many months that what was coming out of Delaware is always going to be a slap on the wrist.

00:30:52.000 And the most obvious part of that is the fact that they never called Tony Bobolinski, who would be your key witness if you really wanted to get to the bottom of the Biden family influence peddling scheme when it came to China, particularly, which is probably the most important in terms of our national security, definitely.

00:31:12.000 So, and, you know, Tony Bobolinski was never subpoenaed, never called before that grand jury in Delaware.

00:31:21.000 So instantly, that tells you that they were not interested.

00:31:24.000 They were deliberately refusing to follow any lines of inquiry that would lead to the White House to Joe Biden, which effectively means the whole influence peddling scheme is off the table.

00:31:36.000 And you see that from the leak to the Washington Post.

00:31:38.000 It's just about tax evasion.

00:31:40.000 It's just about a gun charge, albeit a felony, a gun charge, pretty serious.

00:31:44.000 People have gone to jail for lying on that background check form.

00:31:49.000 But really, the tax charges.

00:31:51.000 The question you have to ask is: if Hunter has paid back, as we're told, $2.8 million worth of taxes, unpaid taxes to the IRS, where did that money come from?

00:32:03.000 We know where that money came from.

00:32:05.000 That money came from China, came from Ukraine, came from Romania, came from Kazakhstan.

00:32:12.000 It came from the influence peddling operation that the Bidens were running around the world while Joe Biden was vice president, that Joe Biden says he knows nothing about.

00:32:22.000 And the reason that this is coming out, I'm calling it a limited hangout, you know, a legal limited hangout.

00:32:29.000 The reason that these just trivial charges really are being aired at this time is to create a narrative that I know the Hunter Biden cab who I talked to yesterday is putting forward, which is that, look, Hunter Biden has nothing to hide.

00:32:47.000 He's been investigated for four years.

00:32:49.000 The poor guy was a drug addict.

00:32:50.000 He was late with his taxes.

00:32:51.000 Who wouldn't be if they had those kind of addiction problems?

00:32:56.000 And there's nothing else.

00:32:57.000 The DOJ case has fallen apart.

00:33:00.000 These were all Trump prosecutors.

00:33:02.000 They're just trying to save face.

00:33:04.000 And they're leaking to put pressure on David Weiss to indict Hunter.

00:33:11.000 And they're also saying that Hunter is not being offered a plea deal.

00:33:15.000 So make of that what you will.

00:33:17.000 This is anonymous sources from people close to Hunter.

00:33:21.000 So they're not putting their name to it.

00:33:23.000 And it's obviously part of creating a narrative that suits Hunter Biden.

00:33:29.000 Yeah, I mean, I hear all that.

00:33:30.000 And I think the facts are important.

00:33:32.000 I'm just, you know, I'm just so cynical in the sense where I think they're just the regime in DC doesn't want to have to go after Hunter.

00:33:40.000 But if they are going to, which they will, they're going to use it for some other objective and some other aim.

00:33:46.000 What do you think about the theory of trying to, let's just say, change their appearance in the eyes of the American people or of the Senate or Congress, that they're a non-political neutral institution to then do a move against Donald Trump?

00:34:00.000 Oh, I'm sure that will happen.

00:34:02.000 You know, the slap on the wrist will happen.

00:34:04.000 This will be exhibit A of how the DOJ, without fear or favor, has charged the president's son or has, you know, given him a suspended sentence or a big fine, whatever, that they've investigated him, that there was no interference from Joe Biden, no interference from Eric Garland.

00:34:21.000 I'm sure there will be a press conference trumpeting all of that and making out that, and they'll be aided and abetted by the New York Times and Washington Post and so on, whose readers don't know any better because they've never really been told the full story of the influence peddling scheme as told by, you know, the laptop Bob Linsky, but not just them.

00:34:43.000 Also, the voluminous amount of Treasury Department records tracing the money that Chuck Grosley and Ron Johnson discovered during their Senate inquiry.

00:34:54.000 You know, those three pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fit together to tell a really strong tale of corruption, which goes both ways in Washington.

00:35:03.000 Joe Biden, this is about Joe Biden.

00:35:05.000 It's not about Hunter Biden, but it could be about a lot of people on both sides of the aisle in Washington because influence peddling, making money in corrupt ways is an equal opportunity game for both sides in Washington.

00:35:21.000 It's the norm, you know, with your great reporting from the laptop from hell.

00:35:43.000 What did we learn, if anything, from that conversation?

00:35:46.000 What did you learn or maybe nothing as the kind of subject matter expert on this?

00:35:52.000 Well, the new information that I hadn't known was that Jim Biden called Tony Bobelinski when he was in the middle of that five-hour interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020, just 11 days before the election.

00:36:09.000 And he called him.

00:36:12.000 Tony Bobolinski held up his phone, showed it to the agents who were interviewing him.

00:36:16.000 Their eyes widened.

00:36:17.000 They said, Oh, you should take that.

00:36:19.000 I walked out of the room, let him take it.

00:36:21.000 When he answered the phone, there was just dead air.

00:36:24.000 Jim Biden didn't answer.

00:36:26.000 He texted Jim Biden.

00:36:28.000 Did you call me?

00:36:29.000 No answer.

00:36:30.000 He hasn't heard from the Biden since.

00:36:33.000 But, you know, that opens all sorts of questions.

00:36:37.000 Maybe it was a coincidence, or maybe somebody at the FBI tipped off the Bidens to the fact that Tony Bobulinsky.

00:36:44.000 That's very interesting.

00:36:45.000 Yes, that's exactly right.

00:36:47.000 We have a tape here of him talking about that, actually.

00:36:49.000 I want to find this tape of Tony Bobulinsky kind of going back and talking about it.

00:37:02.000 But there are hundreds of data points that Joe Biden was acting in, in a capitalistic term, I would say the chairman.

00:37:20.000 He's a figurehead.

00:37:20.000 He shows up in meetings, shakes hands, advises, you know, has faith in his team.

00:37:26.000 Effectively, that was Joe Biden's role in the Biden family business ventures and around the world.

00:37:32.000 And so in normal world America, Tony Bobulinsky is not just a helpful witness.

00:37:41.000 He's the lynchpin to the entire investigation.

00:38:11.000 That was a New York Times article, which was looking into CEFC, this Chinese energy conglomerate that paid millions of dollars to the Biden family.

00:38:21.000 And Chairman Yee was the head of that CEFC, and he had been squiring around Hunter and, you know, sucking up to the Bidens.

00:38:32.000 And he was basically Jim and Hunter Biden's partner.

00:38:36.000 And Joe Biden, this was the deal that Joe Biden was slated to get 10% for the big guy, as Tony Bobulinsky attested to.

00:38:45.000 So, you know, that's Joe Biden, who has always claimed he knows nothing about Hunter's overseas business dealings, obviously intimately aware of the details of this New York Times article, knew that Hunter was panicking about it.

00:39:02.000 And he rings up with a sigh of relief and says, I look at seeing the article.

00:39:07.000 Looks like you're clear.

00:39:09.000 Let's play Cut 74.

00:39:11.000 So the last contact I had with the Biden family was actually when I was in my interview with the FBI on October 23rd for that five plus hours.

00:39:20.000 So my phone starts ringing in the middle of this interview.

00:39:22.000 So I look down and I'm like, I'm like, is he really calling me right now?

00:39:27.000 So I show the phone to my lawyer and he's like, and then I show it to the agents.

00:39:32.000 The agents got up out of their chair and left the room.

00:39:34.000 They were like, you can take that call if you want.

00:39:36.000 And so I answered it and there was nobody on the other side.

00:39:40.000 So I don't know if it was a mistake or they were trying to send me a message or what it was, but that's the last interaction or communication I've had with the Biden family.

00:39:50.000 I guess the question is: you know, Tony Bobulinsky should have called them back and recorded the call with the FBI agents right there.

00:39:56.000 It could have been signed, sealed, and delivered.

00:39:57.000 But that's rather remarkable.

00:39:59.000 Was that kind of like a mob, like you call and no one's on the other line type thing, or kind of like you wake up with a dead horse's head in your bed?

00:40:06.000 What are we supposed to make of this?

00:40:08.000 Look, who would know?

00:40:10.000 You can put any complexion on that you like.

00:40:12.000 But as with everything with the Bidens, there's always some sort of plausible deniability.

00:40:16.000 Remember, Joe Biden's been doing this for 40 years. 0.99

00:40:19.000 He's not stupid enough to get caught saying anything overt, doing anything overt. 0.98

00:40:26.000 But the circumstantial evidence, when you piece it all together, is incontrovertible. 0.99

00:40:32.000 We know that Joe Biden was involved, that he met at least more than a dozen of Hunter Biden's overseas business partners.

00:40:39.000 We know that he knew about Hunter and Jim's business.

00:40:43.000 We know that in part, we've got some evidence that he financially benefited from it from the laptop.

00:40:49.000 And so there's a lot there to investigate.

00:40:51.000 But obviously, over in Delaware, which is Joe Biden's home state, very small state.

00:40:58.000 Everyone knows each other.

00:41:00.000 They have done the bare minimum.

00:41:02.000 And this is just a limited hangout in terms of any charges that might be brought against Hunter Biden.

00:41:07.000 There's a deeper game at play.

00:42:03.000 This is a poll that is commissioned in WPRI, and it's an amazing opportunity.

00:42:11.000 And if you look at what's happening here, it is a congressional race in Rhode Island.

00:42:17.000 So it's a House seat, and it shows that Republicans are poised to win it for the first time since 1992 in Rhode Island.

00:42:27.000 Fung is a centrist Republican who served as a mayor of the second largest city in Rhode Island and very popular, very charismatic.

00:42:36.000 And obviously, Rhode Island only gets one congressional seat, not the biggest state, but great people.

00:42:41.000 I love Rhode Island.

00:42:43.000 And there's some wacky people in Rhode Island too, but there's some great people.

00:42:46.000 I've spent some time in Rhode Island.

00:42:47.000 I've spoken at Brown University in Providence.

00:42:53.000 And I've also been to Newport, which is quite honestly one of the most beautiful places America has to offer is Newport, Rhode Island.
