00:01:13.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:16.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:26.000 Welcome back, everybody.
00:01:26.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com in just a moment.
00:01:28.000 We'll have Steve Bannon join us, mostly on the Tucker issue.
00:01:32.000 That's really what I want to dive into.
00:01:33.000 But also, he has an idea of a unity ticket as well.
00:01:37.000 I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:01:39.000 Alexandria Casio-Cotez, where she's basically bragging that she got Tucker fired.
00:01:47.000 It's very strange, AOC doing this.
00:01:52.000 She says that deplatforming works and it is important.
00:01:56.000 It's a very weird camera angle.
00:01:57.000 The whole thing is very bizarre.
00:01:59.000 Play cut 25.
00:02:02.000 While I'm very glad that the person that is arguably responsible for some of the largest driving, some of the most amounts of death threats and violent threats, not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country.
00:02:17.000 I also kind of feel like I'm like waiting for the cutscene at the end of a Marvel movie after all the credits have rolled.
00:02:26.000 And then you see like the villain's like hand re-emerge out to grip over like the end of a building or something.
00:02:36.000 But deplatforming works and it is important.
00:02:41.000 And there you go.
00:02:44.000 Good things can happen.
00:02:51.000 Another insightful comment from Alexandria Casio-Cotez.
00:02:55.000 Deplatforming works, she says.
00:02:57.000 Reminder, AOC is just some horrible 30-year-old liberal who happens to be in a congressional seat that she flukely won.
00:03:04.000 And just always remember that.
00:03:05.000 She's not smart.
00:03:06.000 She's not deep.
00:03:07.000 She used to be radical, but now she is mainstream.
00:03:11.000 AOC is a perfect example of what I mentioned in The Last Hour, which is the economic Marxists that have made a deal with the oligarchs on the woke stuff.
00:03:21.000 Steve Bannon is with us.
00:03:22.000 Steve, welcome to the program.
00:03:23.000 Steve, you have some strong thoughts on Tucker Carlson's departure from Fox News.
00:03:27.000 Let it rip.
00:03:29.000 Yeah, Charlie, I think it's pretty obvious.
00:03:31.000 I mean, the Wall Street Journalists owned by the Murdoch have kind of been leaking pieces of this in separate stories in the New York Times.
00:03:37.000 Also, I mean, Tucker is under contract.
00:03:40.000 I think he's the highest paid by far person, not just at Fox, but in all mainstream cable news.
00:03:49.000 And he was negotiating, his agents and lawyers were negotiating an extension of his contract through 2029 when this happened.
00:03:57.000 So put that opinion in that.
00:03:59.000 He was negotiating extension of this massive contract.
00:04:03.000 I think it's pretty clear, particularly the way they did it and showed no respect to him.
00:04:08.000 They blow him out.
00:04:08.000 But remember, the way these cable contracts are written as a personality, the last thing they want to allow you to do is go be to go to a competitor.
00:04:17.000 So the way these contracts are written is they can take you off air.
00:04:20.000 They can essentially, we parted ways.
00:04:23.000 But as long as they meet the terms of the contract and paying you, and my understanding is Tucker's deal is not $10 million.
00:04:29.000 That was his old deal.
00:04:30.000 His new deal is $20 million per year.
00:04:33.000 As long as they pay Tucker, and I think this contract, and what I'm told, runs a couple of years, they've taken him off.
00:04:39.000 What the Murdoch have done is taken the populist voice, the anti-Ukraine voice, the anti-uniparty voice, really the platform in mainstream media and prime time, the only voice out there of populist nationalism, right?
00:04:55.000 It's like getting War Room and Charlie Kirk roll up into one in one hour on a mainstream platform.
00:04:59.000 They've taken it off through the 2024 election, which as I've said from day one is what the Murdoch's plan here is.
00:05:06.000 I think what they're going to do, and look, we'll see in the next couple of days, is that they're going to tell Tucker, we're going to force a contract.
00:05:12.000 We're going to pay you $20 million, but, you know, you can go do what you want to do.
00:05:17.000 Start a new network, start a new show, start a podcast because Tucker could do anything right now, obviously.
00:05:22.000 You can do that when the contract runs out, I don't know, sometime in 24 or 25.
00:05:26.000 That's what I think is going on.
00:05:28.000 That's why I think they showed him no respect.
00:05:30.000 And this is, I want to put anybody that tells me, and people would tell me all the time, oh, you're too harsh on Fox.
00:05:35.000 Lachlan's actually a conservative.
00:05:37.000 No, Lachlan is not a conservative.
00:05:39.000 The Murdochs are foreigners.
00:05:41.000 They think like foreigners.
00:05:42.000 This is all about money and power.
00:05:44.000 Lachlan Murdoch with his old man were the two guys that pulled the trigger on this, taking orders from his father.
00:05:50.000 And what they're trying to do is suppress the platform and the voice of populist nationalism in our country.
00:05:57.000 Was it too many effective hits on target, Steve?
00:06:00.000 The vaccine, Bobby Kennedy, Ukraine war.
00:06:03.000 I mean, it's almost every issue.
00:06:05.000 J6.
00:06:06.000 I mean, when you're on those mainstream networks, Steve, you're talking about it.
00:06:11.000 It's, look, it's exactly what we cover in the war room and cover in the Charlie Kirk show.
00:06:17.000 But we play to a different audience.
00:06:18.000 We are an activist base.
00:06:20.000 You're an activist base.
00:06:22.000 Our audience is deep into this.
00:06:23.000 The power of Tucker Carlson, not just was the more general Republican Party and conservative base, he was bringing in really the Tim Poole crowd over to Fox.
00:06:33.000 I mean, the big advantage what he had of O'Reilly and Megan Kelly, because what they're arguing and telling the Wall Street guys right now is that, look, his audience was up 10%, but it wasn't dramatically different than O'Reilly and Meggie Kelly, which was the other.
00:06:45.000 That's just not true.
00:06:46.000 He was bringing in a whole group of people, and many of whom are just not that active in politics.
00:06:51.000 And he hit every big topic.
00:06:53.000 I mean, from Wuhan Lab to every, I mean, look, I loved watching Tucker.
00:06:58.000 I watched it, you know, and this is after doing four years of War Room.
00:07:01.000 I would get a kick out of watching because his take on things and his presentation skills are very different than Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon and others.
00:07:09.000 We're very hard up in your grill.
00:07:11.000 He's very watchful.
00:07:12.000 Our audience loves it.
00:07:13.000 Yes.
00:07:13.000 Why?
00:07:14.000 Because our audience is the hoplites, right?
00:07:18.000 Tucker was talking to a totally different audience.
00:07:20.000 And I've spoken to so many conservatives and particularly people who vote Republican, but it's just not engaged in politics.
00:07:29.000 They would watch Tucker Carlson religiously every night and come back to me and say, hey, I finally understand what you guys are talking about.
00:07:35.000 Because Tucker talked about it in a more accessible way.
00:07:38.000 That's the power of Tucker Carlson.
00:07:40.000 The intellect with 25 years of skills.
00:07:43.000 You know, Charlie, you and I come from different backgrounds and different professions of what we've done.
00:07:50.000 Tucker has been doing this for 25 years.
00:07:51.000 He's a professional broadcaster at a very serious level.
00:07:55.000 And he knows how to make these things accessible to people.
00:07:58.000 That was the power of Tucker Carlson.
00:08:00.000 And that's the power.
00:08:01.000 The Murdoch, look, the Murdoch populist nationalism to win.
00:08:06.000 They are neoliberal.
00:08:08.000 Okay, they're all about money and power.
00:08:10.000 And what they did, and they showed no respect to the audience.
00:08:14.000 They showed no respect to the Trump movement.
00:08:16.000 They showed no respect to the president.
00:08:18.000 And particularly with Tucker, that audience and that faithful, loyal audience he has absolutely no respect to tell a guy 10 minutes before you put out a press release and not to even let you come back and have a week or two of shows, but to say your last show is Friday, just up in your grill, screw them.
00:08:34.000 And they did that on purpose.
00:08:35.000 Their fear was going into 2024.
00:08:38.000 And I said this at CPAC.
00:08:39.000 I said they're going to use DeSantis today.
00:08:41.000 They're going to use Youngkin tomorrow.
00:08:42.000 They're going to use Tim Scott.
00:08:43.000 They're going to use any tool they can get their hands on to stop Trump.
00:08:46.000 And if they don't do that, they're going to back the Biden or the Michelle Obama or whoever it is to stop Trump because Trump represents populist nationalism in this country.
00:08:56.000 And now they've actually hurt themselves economically by taking Tucker Carlson off.
00:09:00.000 That shows you a signal to your audience of how much they fear the audience of how much they fear the audience of Real America Voice, and particularly those ideas seeping into a more mainstream audience.
00:09:14.000 That's why Tucker Carlson is pulled.
00:09:16.000 And I think you're going to see a huge fight with them trying to keep Tucker Carlson from starting his own network, going either the news maps or one America or Real American Voice, starting his own podcast, whatever he is to get his message out.
00:09:28.000 They will fight tooth and nail to stop that because what they're trying to do is take his platform away at least through 2025.
00:09:35.000 So, Steve, one minute really quick.
00:09:37.000 Do you think that Fox is going to be able to survive this if this kind of attack on their own audience?
00:09:42.000 Is their business model sustainable?
00:09:45.000 I think they're going to go to some centrist audience.
00:09:46.000 Look, remember, most of their audience is over 75 years old.
00:09:49.000 It just has it up there as white noise.
00:09:51.000 So, yes, I think they will survive.
00:09:53.000 I think their earnings will be down.
00:09:54.000 I think their cash flow will be down.
00:09:56.000 But I think they'll go to the center.
00:09:59.000 They'll become centrists.
00:10:01.000 If you look at the voting score of the CPAC analysis today, all those senators in the 50s, the Mitch McConnell's up, they're going to push neoliberal neocon with a smiley face.
00:10:10.000 And yes, I think they will survive.
00:10:12.000 But I think if we play our cards right, they'll take a major economic and more important political hit.
00:10:18.000 There's a huge opportunity.
00:10:19.000 Steve, Steve, Donald Trump just posted saying, okay, everyone's talking about debates.
00:10:23.000 No one ran it by me.
00:10:24.000 Why even do these debates?
00:10:26.000 Steve, do you think Donald Trump should participate in these debates?
00:10:28.000 By the way, the first co-sponsor is Fox.
00:10:30.000 We don't know the other ones.
00:10:31.000 It could be Washington Post, CNN.
00:10:33.000 Should Trump even participate?
00:10:36.000 Absolutely not.
00:10:37.000 Not even, not even.
00:10:38.000 Why is he participating?
00:10:40.000 This is not a primary.
00:10:41.000 Every poll day, none of the polls out today is up 37, 40%.
00:10:45.000 Why should he give the Keebler Elves?
00:10:47.000 Why should he give the Keebler Elves any air?
00:10:49.000 He shouldn't.
00:10:50.000 It's ridiculous.
00:10:51.000 And I thought, look, this is not just Rana.
00:10:54.000 Dave Bossi, who's a dear friend of mine, like a brother to me, one of the best guys out there.
00:10:58.000 I don't understand what they're doing on these debates.
00:11:00.000 And I don't understand why President Trump's not the first guy to sit down with and get clear.
00:11:05.000 I just don't see any need for a debate.
00:11:07.000 The DNC the other day said Bobby Kennedy's at 17%.
00:11:11.000 And before he announces, and he's driving a real message in that campaign, Biden, 70% of Americans don't want him to run again.
00:11:20.000 Very high among Democrats.
00:11:22.000 The DNC comes out and says, we are not having any debates.
00:11:27.000 Full stop, end of story.
00:11:29.000 You know why?
00:11:30.000 Because the DNC Democrats play smash mouth.
00:11:33.000 And the Republicans are all, you know, wandering around to the tune of the donor.
00:11:37.000 Screw the donors.
00:11:38.000 President Trump, my strongest recommendation to President Trump, he should never, the only person you get on a debate stage with is the Democratic nominee, whether that is Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom or Joe Biden or Cleveland Harris, whoever it is.
00:11:53.000 Steve, he debates that.
00:11:55.000 He debates that.
00:11:55.000 Not nobody else.
00:11:56.000 We're in total harmony.
00:11:57.000 I spent the whole last hour saying the primary is over and the primary.
00:12:00.000 He's going to be the nominee, whether it's by 40 points or 80 points.
00:12:03.000 He's going to be the nominee.
00:12:04.000 Shouldn't we be investing in early states, signature verification, law fair, going to do the Elias thing, playing offense in the key states, not having some sort of debate with a 2% candidate who tries to get a book deal against Donald Trump so that they can get questions asked to them by NBC, right?
00:12:21.000 That's a total scandal.
00:12:22.000 Hold on, first up, you've got CBS News has got Asa Hutchinson, who is at 0.0, leading off faces.
00:12:29.000 No, listen, this is all Democrats and our enemies trying to hold up, guys.
00:12:34.000 You're exactly right.
00:12:35.000 We got to get into the ballot harvesting, the ballot generation, early state.
00:12:40.000 We ought to hire Mark Elias and get on with it.
00:12:43.000 If we don't win this, the game's over.
00:12:45.000 And I don't, and we can't, we're not going to win it with what, Asa Hutchinson, Chris Christie, or Kemp or Youngkin or Tim Scott, whoever is the next, whoever's the next, you know, Ron DeSantis, because he's flamed out.
00:13:00.000 We don't have a primary, and we're not going to have a primary.
00:13:03.000 And President Trump, I think, is just the audacity to go to the Reagan Library run by the guy that is the Washington Post's publisher.
00:13:11.000 Frederick Ryan.
00:13:12.000 Do that.
00:13:12.000 Yep.
00:13:14.000 It's a joke.
00:13:15.000 But it's not a surprise.
00:13:17.000 This is the RNC.
00:13:18.000 Yeah.
00:13:19.000 It's an insult to the president.
00:13:21.000 It's an insult to the president.
00:13:22.000 It's an insult to MAGA.
00:13:23.000 It's an insult to all the volunteers.
00:13:25.000 Full stop.
00:13:26.000 No debates.
00:13:26.000 The only piercing debates is whoever the Democratic nominee is.
00:13:30.000 That's right.
00:13:31.000 And end the primary, build the machine, play to win, build the infrastructure.
00:13:35.000 Steve, you have a provocative idea that I find interesting.
00:13:38.000 I want you to make the case.
00:13:38.000 You say unity ticket, Trump Kennedy.
00:13:41.000 Tell us about it.
00:13:44.000 Look, look, I would love Carrie Lake or maybe one of these powerful women to be his vice president.
00:13:50.000 However, I see a very compelling reason, although I know Bobby Kennedy's terrible on guns.
00:13:55.000 He ain't great on Ukraine.
00:13:57.000 But he talks about going after the administrative and deep state in a very significant way, led by the pharmaceutical industry.
00:14:04.000 If we put together a unity ticket of Trump and Kennedy, it would be insurmountable.
00:14:08.000 We would bring over many of the populists on the left, many of the people that don't agree, Charlie, with Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon and Donald J. Trump.
00:14:16.000 But that's what a unity ticket is.
00:14:18.000 And I think we could get two-thirds to 70% of the American people and back of what we have to do and taking on the Chinese County's Party, taking on the deep state, taking on big pharma, taking on big tech, taking on big media.
00:14:31.000 Everybody that's trying to, it shouldn't be lost on people.
00:14:34.000 Bobby Kennedy comes on Tucker last week and has a throwdown interview.
00:14:38.000 And next thing you know, Tucker Carlson's given the bums run the best and biggest show in the history of Fox.
00:14:47.000 O'Wally wasn't bigger.
00:14:48.000 Megan Kelly wasn't bigger.
00:14:50.000 Kennedy, the top of his game's not bigger.
00:14:51.000 Glenn Beck was not there.
00:14:53.000 They gave him the bums rush.
00:14:55.000 Didn't even show him the courtesy of letting him announce this on his own due time and having a couple of shows for his audience to take care of his goodbyes.
00:15:05.000 Gave him the bums rush.
00:15:06.000 And one of the last big interviews he did was with Bobby Kennedy.
00:15:09.000 That's how much they fear that platform.
00:15:12.000 That's how much they fear the voice of Bobby Kennedy.
00:15:14.000 If you put Kennedy and Trump together, that's the dynamic doing.
00:15:17.000 And people, I understand there's a lot of issues that separate us, but there's enough that unites us that could take on the administrative.
00:15:26.000 Well, I mean, the fourth branch of government, the Leviathan, I think is the number one issue when it comes to policy for the next Republican president if we're able to win.
00:15:35.000 Steve, God bless you.
00:15:36.000 Thanks for your commentary and courage.
00:15:38.000 Thanks so much.
00:15:39.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:15:40.000 Appreciate it.
00:15:41.000 And we got to get Charlie Kirk to work to put this thing together.
00:15:43.000 Thank you, brother.
00:15:44.000 That's what we're doing at Turning Point Action.
00:15:44.000 Amen.
00:15:45.000 We're trying to build that machine every day.
00:15:47.000 Three states, seven counties.
00:15:50.000 Let's focus on what matters.
00:15:51.000 Ignore the noise.
00:15:52.000 Focus on us winning because currently we're behind in the ballgame.
00:16:00.000 I don't know about you, but it takes a lot to shock me these days.
00:16:03.000 To see our judicial system resemble a third world banana republic, to see trusted American companies embrace insane and destructive woke ideologies is sometimes depressing.

00:17:14.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis.
00:17:16.000 Mike Davis is a great man, and I want to get Mike's initial reaction on Tucker Carlson Fox News.
00:17:22.000 Mike, what's your take?
00:17:24.000 It's shocking.
00:17:25.000 You know, Tucker was the biggest personality at Fox News, so it's very shocking that he left.
00:17:32.000 And I don't know the, obviously, we don't know all the details.
00:17:35.000 There could be a lot more that happened behind the scenes than what's been reported, but it's not good for free speech.
00:17:42.000 That people, if it has anything to do with this defamation lawsuit by Dominion, it's really bad for free speech in this country if a company can sue a news organization based upon accurately reporting what one side alleges and what the other side denies.
00:17:59.000 That's called journalism.
00:18:01.000 And Fox News can afford to pay a $785 million settlement to make this BS claim go away by Dominion.
00:18:10.000 But I don't know if other news organizations can afford that.
00:18:12.000 I don't know if they have the deep pockets that Fox has.
00:18:17.000 And so, you know, the liberals are laughing now about this, but it could very quickly come back and bite them down the road.
00:18:25.000 For example, what if Donald Trump decided to sue CNN and MSNBC for airing the clearly defamatory, bogus Russian collusion allegations against Trump?
00:18:35.000 I mean, this is a pretty dangerous path the media is heading down, and it's not good for free speech or free press in this country.
00:18:42.000 So, help me understand, though, why is it that Fox was quick to try to settle?
00:18:45.000 Were they afraid of the jury selection?
00:18:47.000 They did not, I don't understand.
00:18:49.000 And maybe you're the lawyer, you can help me understand how you're a talk show host and you ask questions and you critically try to find the truth about topics that people are curious about.
00:19:01.000 How is that not protected speech?
00:19:03.000 I mean, is the crux of it the private text messages by Tucker Carlson that maybe could have been interpreted?
00:19:08.000 But even though Tucker was saying, I don't believe these guests, I have them dead to rights, you're not allowed to have those people on your show.
00:19:17.000 Help me understand it.
00:19:20.000 Well, I'm not just so it's very clear.
00:19:21.000 I'm not Fox's attorney here, but I would just say from the outside, it looks like they probably got a bad judge and a bad jury up in Delaware because they settled this case after the jury was impaneled.
00:19:36.000 So, maybe they got a bad jury and they figured that we're gonna go through a trial that's gonna bloody the brand.
00:19:42.000 You're gonna get some bogus jury award from some activist jury, and it's gonna, you're gonna have to take this all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court to get it reversed.
00:19:52.000 And you have months and months, maybe years of damage to the brand during this process, you're ultimately going to win, but it's going to be a pyrrhic victory, right?
00:20:01.000 I mean, what's the point of letting your brand get destroyed for several years while you ultimately win at the U.S. Supreme Court and you've lost, you know, your brand is destroyed in the process.
00:20:13.000 So I don't know why they settled, but if I just objectively looking at that, at this, that is the best explanation that I can think of.
00:20:22.000 And but then also to can your top person and then pay $700 million.
00:20:22.000 Yeah.
00:20:28.000 It's very, it's very confusing to me.
00:20:31.000 And it sets a bad precedent for free speech, a bad precedent for people that come after hosts like us and like others.
00:20:37.000 It just, it doesn't make any something here is missing.
00:20:41.000 And I think we'll find out as we proceed.
00:20:44.000 So there's a lot of news right now, you know, outside of all the top-level stuff on the Supreme Court.
00:20:48.000 The left is going after Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsett.
00:20:52.000 Your thoughts, Mike?
00:20:53.000 This is part of a campaign by the left.
00:20:55.000 President Trump transformed the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts of appeals, these crucial courts.
00:21:02.000 Trump transformed them for the first time in 90 years to constitutionalist majorities.
00:21:08.000 You never heard about any of these ethics issues or any of these other issues that Democrats are bringing up now as part of their organized campaign to go after the justices.
00:21:17.000 You only hear about it now because the left is trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court so they can destroy the Supreme Court with court packing, impeachment term limits.
00:21:26.000 They hate the fact that the Supreme Court is the last line of defense that keeps the Democrat politicians in check.
00:21:33.000 And if you get rid of this constitutionalist Supreme Court, hell, we could have COVID mandates for the rest of our lives and COVID IDs and everything else that the Marxist left wants to do.
00:21:43.000 So this is all bogus.
00:21:47.000 This is part of an organized Democrat campaign to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
00:21:51.000 Do you think they're going to try to impeach Clarence Thomas?
00:21:54.000 I think if these radicals get enough Senate seats, they're going to try to do an impeachment hearing of Clarence Thomas.
00:21:59.000 Clarence Thomas is very similar to Donald Trump, where they believe that person should never have been in that position.
00:22:05.000 From Clarence Thomas in the early 90s or those hearings that Joe Biden chaired to Donald Trump winning in 2016, very similar.
00:22:11.000 There is this pent up, just unceasing, never, never disappearing resentment for both Clarence Thomas and Donald Trump.
00:22:21.000 Do you think they're going to try to impeach him?
00:22:23.000 I hope the Democrats are stupid enough to try to do that.
00:22:26.000 That will guarantee that President Trump is back in the White House in January of 2025.
00:22:32.000 It will guarantee the Republicans win back a sizable majority in the Senate.
00:22:36.000 It will guarantee Republicans keep the House.
00:22:38.000 So I hope Democrats overplay their hand.
00:22:40.000 Remember, the Democrats have hated Clarence Thomas for 40 years since Clarence Thomas escaped the Democrat plantation.
00:22:49.000 And they have hated Clarence Thomas since he's been on the Supreme Court for 31 years.
00:22:53.000 And they've tried to chase him off the Supreme Court for 31 years.
00:22:57.000 They hate him.
00:22:58.000 They hate the fact that he is a conservative black man who thinks for himself.
00:23:03.000 And that is very dangerous to the Democrats.
00:23:05.000 You know, Democrats, they run on coalitions.
00:23:08.000 They can't run on the fact that they're Marxist and want to destroy our country.
00:23:12.000 So they run on coalitions.
00:23:14.000 And black Americans make up 13% of the population.
00:23:18.000 Democrats win 95% of the black vote.
00:23:21.000 And people say, well, Republicans are never going to win the black vote.
00:23:25.000 If Democrats only win 85% of the black vote instead of 95%, that is a 1.3% swing in the national election.
00:23:34.000 That changes presidential outcomes.
00:23:35.000 And Democrats know this.
00:23:37.000 That's why they show no mercy to black Americans and other minorities who escape their plantation.
00:23:45.000 They punish them severely.
00:23:46.000 And they've been doing this to Clarence Thomas for 40 years.
00:23:50.000 They're going after them relentlessly, but there's a lot of a conflict of interest from, if I remember, with Kagan, with Obamacare.
00:23:56.000 It's not as if the liberal justices are scot-free here.
00:24:00.000 I mean, you have Katangi Brown Jackson, who's a moron, who can't even tell you what a woman is.
00:24:05.000 It's just, it's an incredible set of circumstances and events here.
00:24:09.000 And so, so, Mike, give us a little bit of an update as you see it legislatively right now with oversight, Congress, whether it be big tech.
00:24:16.000 Are you seeing any of the breakthroughs that we hoped from this new Congress for oversight weaponization of government committee?
00:24:23.000 So, let me tell you about Jim Jordan.
00:24:25.000 I was a loud vocal critic of Jim Jordan for several years because of his position on big tech.
00:24:30.000 And I still am a critic of Jim Jordan on big tech.
00:24:33.000 And I welcome converts to the big tech fight, the antitrust fight against Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.
00:24:40.000 We have to break up their gatekeeping power over information and commerce.
00:24:43.000 I was a critic of Jim Jordan when he got off to a slow and bumpy start on his oversight, but I have quickly turned into a big fan of Jim Jordan on his oversight.
00:24:52.000 He is doing fantastic work.
00:24:53.000 He's firing on all cylinders.
00:24:56.000 He's particularly doing a good job with Alvin Bragg's bogus, unprecedented indictment of Trump up in New York.
00:25:03.000 And but for Jim Jordan issuing letters and subpoenas to expose that, to blow open that this is a political prosecution, they would have just railroaded Trump and we would have had the other George Soros-funded and Democrat DAs around the country following suit.
00:25:21.000 So my hats off to Jim Jordan for what he's doing with Alvin Bragg.
00:25:25.000 That's great to hear.
00:25:26.000 What other investigative breakthroughs do you think we can expect soon?
00:25:29.000 I mean, there's a lot that needs to happen with the FBI.
00:25:32.000 And I mean, we're still asking for answers on CDC and Fauci.
00:25:37.000 What else do you think we can expect sometime soon?
00:25:39.000 I think the biggest bombshell coming is this IRS whistleblower who, according to the news reports, has evidence that Attorney General Merrick Garland has been blocking U.S. Attorney David Weiss's investigation of Hunter Biden and therefore Joe Biden up in Delaware.
00:25:56.000 There is evidence, according to this news reporting, that Hunter Biden committed at least four crimes: one with tax evasion, foreign corruption, with his Chinese and Ukrainian illegal corrupt deals and a gun charge.
00:26:08.000 And this ties directly back to Joe Biden, 10% to the big guy.
00:26:12.000 David Weiss has had evidence up in Delaware, the U.S. Attorney up in Delaware.
00:26:17.000 They say he's a Trump U.S. attorney.
00:26:19.000 Look, I ran the confirmation process for then Chairman Shuck Grassley.
00:26:23.000 This is the hand-selected U.S. attorney by the two Democrat U.S. senators in Delaware.
00:26:28.000 That's how it works.
00:26:29.000 The home state senators pick the U.S. attorney.
00:26:32.000 And so this guy has, he's nonpartisan, non-political.
00:26:36.000 He's had evidence for a year that Hunter Biden committed these crimes and Joe Biden's tied to this.
00:26:42.000 And Merrick Garland's been covering this up for a year.
00:26:45.000 When this whistleblower gets his protection and comes forward, I think it's going to be the end of Merrick Garland's career.
00:26:51.000 And it could be the beginning of the end of Joe Biden's presidency.
00:26:55.000 I think that the Weaponization of Government Committee needs to go back and get the footage they gave to Tucker Carlson that now we don't know where it is and we got to make all the January 6th footage public.
00:27:05.000 I think that part of the removal of Tucker Carlson is the January 6th stuff.
00:27:11.000 I really think so.
00:27:12.000 There's something there.
00:27:14.000 The incredible backlash he received for that is really extraordinary.
00:27:18.000 Mike, thank you so much.
00:27:20.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:27:24.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:27:25.000 Are you tired of feeling burnt out and struggling to stay productive throughout the day?
00:27:29.000 Does brain fog and short-term memory loss keep you from functioning at your best?
00:27:32.000 Well, I did too.
00:27:33.000 And then I was introduced to Strong Cell, more specifically NADH.

00:27:42.000 They combine NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen to boost your body's cellular function.
00:27:48.000 I personally take it every day.
00:27:49.000 I'm a big NAD believer.
00:27:50.000 People say, Charlie, how do you keep up the schedule?
00:27:52.000 How do you have mental clarity?
00:27:54.000 Go do some research on NAD.
00:27:55.000 It is a precursor to ATP, which is your body's life source.

00:28:03.000 I get approached by many supplement brands, and I tell most of them no.

00:28:27.000 You got to wonder what motivated the decision over this happened really quick.
00:28:31.000 Tucker Friday, boom.
00:28:32.000 By Monday, he's out.
00:28:35.000 And the replacement last evening, Brian Kilmead, a good man.
00:28:39.000 It's a tough job.
00:28:40.000 I feel bad for Brian.
00:28:40.000 No, he's getting attacked by a lot of people.
00:28:42.000 Brian and I disagree on a lot.
00:28:43.000 He's always been very good to me.
00:28:44.000 But I want to play Cut 30.
00:28:46.000 I mean, it's like, hey, Brian, step right into the machine gun, man.
00:28:50.000 It's tough.
00:28:51.000 I feel bad for him.
00:28:52.000 Play Cut 30.
00:28:56.000 Hi, everybody, and welcome to Fox News tonight.
00:28:58.000 I am Brian Kilmead.
00:29:00.000 As you probably have heard, Fox News and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways.
00:29:04.000 I wish Tucker the best.
00:29:06.000 I'm great friends with Tucker and always will be.
00:29:08.000 But right now, it's time for Fox News tonight, so let's get started.
00:29:11.000 At the very least, what Tucker deserved was a best of, a send-off, a triumph.
00:29:17.000 Let's just do a mashup.
00:29:18.000 By the way, we should be making that.
00:29:20.000 We should be making a best of for Tucker.
00:29:22.000 Because whether it be his exposure of Floyd a Palooza or against vaccine mandates or the vaccine and what the damage it was doing to people, big tech censorship, gender altering hormone blockers, or gender reaffirming surgery.
00:29:37.000 I mean, the guy has hit home run after home run after home run after home run for years, holding Republicans accountable, exposing Democrats.
00:29:43.000 Some of those entertaining cable television intellectual warriors.
00:29:46.000 He deserved better than that.
00:29:47.000 He deserved a lot better.
00:29:48.000 He deserves a lot better than all of this.
00:29:50.000 I mean, obviously.
00:29:54.000 Chuck Hugh Schumer, though, admits that he has control over the mainstream media.
00:30:00.000 He admits that we're the ones in charge.
00:30:06.000 Our democracy is under attack.
00:30:10.000 And they get what they want.
00:30:13.000 If you had to say, one of the most evil people in American government, Chuck Hugh Schumer is right up there.
00:30:18.000 He is a nasty, craven man.
00:30:21.000 Play cut 37.
00:30:24.000 This is not simply telling them what to do.
00:30:26.000 This is telling them, showing them that they have hurt our democracy, probably a way that no other actor, maybe with the exception of Donald Trump, who used them, has done.
00:30:37.000 And so when it's that vital, I think we not only have a right to tell Rupert Murdoch and Fox what to do, but an obligation.
00:30:44.000 And I hope people from one end of the country to the other will call up Fox and say, do what leader Hakeem Jeffries and I asked for, which is stop the lies, say they were wrong, and report the news.
00:30:58.000 How do you know you're on the right side of history?
00:31:00.000 How do you know that you're fighting for truth?
00:31:03.000 How do you know that you are contesting towards what is good, true, and beautiful?
00:31:08.000 You're not openly arguing for censorship of your political opponents.
00:31:12.000 AOC came out and she's gloating that deplatform works is important.
00:31:16.000 Chuck Hugh Schumer goes on CNN and says that Washington, D.C. has the right and the duty.
00:31:22.000 The European Union is ramping up censorship of 19 online platforms, including Twitter, under content moderation.
00:31:29.000 Justin Trudeau is pushing to criminalize offensive remarks or protests if they come within 100 meters of Drag Queen Story Hour of drag queens near young children.
00:31:41.000 The United Kingdom is pushing an online harms bill, which would censor so-called, quote, anti-vax misinformation.
00:31:47.000 Left-wingers in the Western world want to criminalize wrongthink that is at odds with the regime talking points.
00:31:54.000 Who are threats to that?
00:31:55.000 Steve Bannon, Donald Trump, James O'Keefe.
00:32:00.000 One after the other, after the other.
00:32:01.000 That's what they do.
00:32:06.000 You got to really wonder who's calling the shots here.
00:32:12.000 Truth tellers allow the society to remain sane.
00:32:18.000 The more truth tellers that are taken out of the game, taken out of the arena, then all of a sudden you get colleges that teach men give birth.
00:32:27.000 Vast majority of colleges teach that men give birth.
00:32:30.000 And so we're in a set of circumstances here where censorship is not just considered to be a popular opinion, but necessary.
00:32:42.000 And this point is made often, but it needs to be reinforced as we close out this hour in our time on Real America's Voice.
00:32:50.000 They would not have to shut up Tucker Carlson if he wasn't effective.
00:32:55.000 They would not have to silence him if he was not persuasive.
00:32:59.000 It's the same reason why they have to come with weapons when I show up on a college campus.
00:33:03.000 The same reason they have to kidnap Riley Gaines when she shows up on a college campus.
00:33:07.000 Our ideas resonate when they're given a fair hearing.
00:33:11.000 They have to smear us as disinformation.
00:33:13.000 They have to try to attack us and try to do everything they possibly can.
00:33:16.000 They don't want to have dialogue or debate.
00:33:18.000 These people do not believe in speech.
00:33:20.000 The postmodernists, the inheritors of Michel Foucault and Jacques Derrida, they do not believe in speech.
00:33:27.000 They believe speech is only used by white, powerful men to stay powerful.
00:33:31.000 They believe in revolution.
00:33:33.000 And Tucker Carlson was one of the most effective speakers of a generation, which is why they had to try to take him out.
00:33:40.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
