00:00:55.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:04.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:02.000While I'm very glad that the person that is arguably responsible for some of the largest driving, some of the most amounts of death threats and violent threats, not just to my office, but to plenty of people across the country.
00:02:17.000I also kind of feel like I'm like waiting for the cutscene at the end of a Marvel movie after all the credits have rolled.
00:02:26.000And then you see like the villain's like hand re-emerge out to grip over like the end of a building or something.
00:02:36.000But deplatforming works and it is important.
00:03:07.000She used to be radical, but now she is mainstream.
00:03:11.000AOC is a perfect example of what I mentioned in The Last Hour, which is the economic Marxists that have made a deal with the oligarchs on the woke stuff.
00:03:29.000Yeah, Charlie, I think it's pretty obvious.
00:03:31.000I mean, the Wall Street Journalists owned by the Murdoch have kind of been leaking pieces of this in separate stories in the New York Times.
00:03:37.000Also, I mean, Tucker is under contract.
00:03:40.000I think he's the highest paid by far person, not just at Fox, but in all mainstream cable news.
00:03:49.000And he was negotiating, his agents and lawyers were negotiating an extension of his contract through 2029 when this happened.
00:04:08.000But remember, the way these cable contracts are written as a personality, the last thing they want to allow you to do is go be to go to a competitor.
00:04:17.000So the way these contracts are written is they can take you off air.
00:04:33.000As long as they pay Tucker, and I think this contract, and what I'm told, runs a couple of years, they've taken him off.
00:04:39.000What the Murdoch have done is taken the populist voice, the anti-Ukraine voice, the anti-uniparty voice, really the platform in mainstream media and prime time, the only voice out there of populist nationalism, right?
00:04:55.000It's like getting War Room and Charlie Kirk roll up into one in one hour on a mainstream platform.
00:04:59.000They've taken it off through the 2024 election, which as I've said from day one is what the Murdoch's plan here is.
00:05:06.000I think what they're going to do, and look, we'll see in the next couple of days, is that they're going to tell Tucker, we're going to force a contract.
00:05:12.000We're going to pay you $20 million, but, you know, you can go do what you want to do.
00:05:17.000Start a new network, start a new show, start a podcast because Tucker could do anything right now, obviously.
00:05:22.000You can do that when the contract runs out, I don't know, sometime in 24 or 25.
00:06:23.000The power of Tucker Carlson, not just was the more general Republican Party and conservative base, he was bringing in really the Tim Poole crowd over to Fox.
00:06:33.000I mean, the big advantage what he had of O'Reilly and Megan Kelly, because what they're arguing and telling the Wall Street guys right now is that, look, his audience was up 10%, but it wasn't dramatically different than O'Reilly and Meggie Kelly, which was the other.
00:06:53.000I mean, from Wuhan Lab to every, I mean, look, I loved watching Tucker.
00:06:58.000I watched it, you know, and this is after doing four years of War Room.
00:07:01.000I would get a kick out of watching because his take on things and his presentation skills are very different than Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon and others.
00:07:14.000Because our audience is the hoplites, right?
00:07:18.000Tucker was talking to a totally different audience.
00:07:20.000And I've spoken to so many conservatives and particularly people who vote Republican, but it's just not engaged in politics.
00:07:29.000They would watch Tucker Carlson religiously every night and come back to me and say, hey, I finally understand what you guys are talking about.
00:07:35.000Because Tucker talked about it in a more accessible way.
00:08:08.000Okay, they're all about money and power.
00:08:10.000And what they did, and they showed no respect to the audience.
00:08:14.000They showed no respect to the Trump movement.
00:08:16.000They showed no respect to the president.
00:08:18.000And particularly with Tucker, that audience and that faithful, loyal audience he has absolutely no respect to tell a guy 10 minutes before you put out a press release and not to even let you come back and have a week or two of shows, but to say your last show is Friday, just up in your grill, screw them.
00:08:43.000They're going to use any tool they can get their hands on to stop Trump.
00:08:46.000And if they don't do that, they're going to back the Biden or the Michelle Obama or whoever it is to stop Trump because Trump represents populist nationalism in this country.
00:08:56.000And now they've actually hurt themselves economically by taking Tucker Carlson off.
00:09:00.000That shows you a signal to your audience of how much they fear the audience of how much they fear the audience of Real America Voice, and particularly those ideas seeping into a more mainstream audience.
00:09:16.000And I think you're going to see a huge fight with them trying to keep Tucker Carlson from starting his own network, going either the news maps or one America or Real American Voice, starting his own podcast, whatever he is to get his message out.
00:09:28.000They will fight tooth and nail to stop that because what they're trying to do is take his platform away at least through 2025.
00:10:01.000If you look at the voting score of the CPAC analysis today, all those senators in the 50s, the Mitch McConnell's up, they're going to push neoliberal neocon with a smiley face.
00:11:38.000President Trump, my strongest recommendation to President Trump, he should never, the only person you get on a debate stage with is the Democratic nominee, whether that is Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom or Joe Biden or Cleveland Harris, whoever it is.
00:12:04.000Shouldn't we be investing in early states, signature verification, law fair, going to do the Elias thing, playing offense in the key states, not having some sort of debate with a 2% candidate who tries to get a book deal against Donald Trump so that they can get questions asked to them by NBC, right?
00:12:35.000We got to get into the ballot harvesting, the ballot generation, early state.
00:12:40.000We ought to hire Mark Elias and get on with it.
00:12:43.000If we don't win this, the game's over.
00:12:45.000And I don't, and we can't, we're not going to win it with what, Asa Hutchinson, Chris Christie, or Kemp or Youngkin or Tim Scott, whoever is the next, whoever's the next, you know, Ron DeSantis, because he's flamed out.
00:13:00.000We don't have a primary, and we're not going to have a primary.
00:13:03.000And President Trump, I think, is just the audacity to go to the Reagan Library run by the guy that is the Washington Post's publisher.
00:13:57.000But he talks about going after the administrative and deep state in a very significant way, led by the pharmaceutical industry.
00:14:04.000If we put together a unity ticket of Trump and Kennedy, it would be insurmountable.
00:14:08.000We would bring over many of the populists on the left, many of the people that don't agree, Charlie, with Charlie Kirk and Steve Bannon and Donald J. Trump.
00:14:18.000And I think we could get two-thirds to 70% of the American people and back of what we have to do and taking on the Chinese County's Party, taking on the deep state, taking on big pharma, taking on big tech, taking on big media.
00:14:31.000Everybody that's trying to, it shouldn't be lost on people.
00:14:34.000Bobby Kennedy comes on Tucker last week and has a throwdown interview.
00:14:38.000And next thing you know, Tucker Carlson's given the bums run the best and biggest show in the history of Fox.
00:14:55.000Didn't even show him the courtesy of letting him announce this on his own due time and having a couple of shows for his audience to take care of his goodbyes.
00:15:06.000And one of the last big interviews he did was with Bobby Kennedy.
00:15:09.000That's how much they fear that platform.
00:15:12.000That's how much they fear the voice of Bobby Kennedy.
00:15:14.000If you put Kennedy and Trump together, that's the dynamic doing.
00:15:17.000And people, I understand there's a lot of issues that separate us, but there's enough that unites us that could take on the administrative.
00:15:26.000Well, I mean, the fourth branch of government, the Leviathan, I think is the number one issue when it comes to policy for the next Republican president if we're able to win.
00:15:52.000Focus on us winning because currently we're behind in the ballgame.
00:16:00.000I don't know about you, but it takes a lot to shock me these days.
00:16:03.000To see our judicial system resemble a third world banana republic, to see trusted American companies embrace insane and destructive woke ideologies is sometimes depressing.
00:16:12.000We must fight back, and that starts with changing the way we spend our money.
00:16:16.000For years, big mobile companies have been dumping millions into leftist causes, and we had to take it because another option did not exist.
00:16:23.000Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks.
00:16:30.000So you get the best possible service in your area without the woke propaganda pushed by left-wingers working hard to destroy America.

00:16:43.000Go to patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:16:46.000That is patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie or call them at 878-PATIOT.
00:16:50.000Get free activation today with the offer code Charlie.
00:16:53.000Ask about their coverage guarantee while you're there.
00:17:25.000You know, Tucker was the biggest personality at Fox News, so it's very shocking that he left.
00:17:32.000And I don't know the, obviously, we don't know all the details.
00:17:35.000There could be a lot more that happened behind the scenes than what's been reported, but it's not good for free speech.
00:17:42.000That people, if it has anything to do with this defamation lawsuit by Dominion, it's really bad for free speech in this country if a company can sue a news organization based upon accurately reporting what one side alleges and what the other side denies.
00:18:01.000And Fox News can afford to pay a $785 million settlement to make this BS claim go away by Dominion.
00:18:10.000But I don't know if other news organizations can afford that.
00:18:12.000I don't know if they have the deep pockets that Fox has.
00:18:17.000And so, you know, the liberals are laughing now about this, but it could very quickly come back and bite them down the road.
00:18:25.000For example, what if Donald Trump decided to sue CNN and MSNBC for airing the clearly defamatory, bogus Russian collusion allegations against Trump?
00:18:35.000I mean, this is a pretty dangerous path the media is heading down, and it's not good for free speech or free press in this country.
00:18:42.000So, help me understand, though, why is it that Fox was quick to try to settle?
00:18:45.000Were they afraid of the jury selection?
00:18:49.000And maybe you're the lawyer, you can help me understand how you're a talk show host and you ask questions and you critically try to find the truth about topics that people are curious about.
00:19:03.000I mean, is the crux of it the private text messages by Tucker Carlson that maybe could have been interpreted?
00:19:08.000But even though Tucker was saying, I don't believe these guests, I have them dead to rights, you're not allowed to have those people on your show.
00:19:20.000Well, I'm not just so it's very clear.
00:19:21.000I'm not Fox's attorney here, but I would just say from the outside, it looks like they probably got a bad judge and a bad jury up in Delaware because they settled this case after the jury was impaneled.
00:19:36.000So, maybe they got a bad jury and they figured that we're gonna go through a trial that's gonna bloody the brand.
00:19:42.000You're gonna get some bogus jury award from some activist jury, and it's gonna, you're gonna have to take this all the way up to the U.S. Supreme Court to get it reversed.
00:19:52.000And you have months and months, maybe years of damage to the brand during this process, you're ultimately going to win, but it's going to be a pyrrhic victory, right?
00:20:01.000I mean, what's the point of letting your brand get destroyed for several years while you ultimately win at the U.S. Supreme Court and you've lost, you know, your brand is destroyed in the process.
00:20:13.000So I don't know why they settled, but if I just objectively looking at that, at this, that is the best explanation that I can think of.
00:20:22.000And but then also to can your top person and then pay $700 million.
00:20:53.000This is part of a campaign by the left.
00:20:55.000President Trump transformed the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts of appeals, these crucial courts.
00:21:02.000Trump transformed them for the first time in 90 years to constitutionalist majorities.
00:21:08.000You never heard about any of these ethics issues or any of these other issues that Democrats are bringing up now as part of their organized campaign to go after the justices.
00:21:17.000You only hear about it now because the left is trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court so they can destroy the Supreme Court with court packing, impeachment term limits.
00:21:26.000They hate the fact that the Supreme Court is the last line of defense that keeps the Democrat politicians in check.
00:21:33.000And if you get rid of this constitutionalist Supreme Court, hell, we could have COVID mandates for the rest of our lives and COVID IDs and everything else that the Marxist left wants to do.
00:23:46.000And they've been doing this to Clarence Thomas for 40 years.
00:23:50.000They're going after them relentlessly, but there's a lot of a conflict of interest from, if I remember, with Kagan, with Obamacare.
00:23:56.000It's not as if the liberal justices are scot-free here.
00:24:00.000I mean, you have Katangi Brown Jackson, who's a moron, who can't even tell you what a woman is.
00:24:05.000It's just, it's an incredible set of circumstances and events here.
00:24:09.000And so, so, Mike, give us a little bit of an update as you see it legislatively right now with oversight, Congress, whether it be big tech.
00:24:16.000Are you seeing any of the breakthroughs that we hoped from this new Congress for oversight weaponization of government committee?
00:24:25.000I was a loud vocal critic of Jim Jordan for several years because of his position on big tech.
00:24:30.000And I still am a critic of Jim Jordan on big tech.
00:24:33.000And I welcome converts to the big tech fight, the antitrust fight against Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Apple.
00:24:40.000We have to break up their gatekeeping power over information and commerce.
00:24:43.000I was a critic of Jim Jordan when he got off to a slow and bumpy start on his oversight, but I have quickly turned into a big fan of Jim Jordan on his oversight.
00:24:56.000He's particularly doing a good job with Alvin Bragg's bogus, unprecedented indictment of Trump up in New York.
00:25:03.000And but for Jim Jordan issuing letters and subpoenas to expose that, to blow open that this is a political prosecution, they would have just railroaded Trump and we would have had the other George Soros-funded and Democrat DAs around the country following suit.
00:25:21.000So my hats off to Jim Jordan for what he's doing with Alvin Bragg.
00:25:26.000What other investigative breakthroughs do you think we can expect soon?
00:25:29.000I mean, there's a lot that needs to happen with the FBI.
00:25:32.000And I mean, we're still asking for answers on CDC and Fauci.
00:25:37.000What else do you think we can expect sometime soon?
00:25:39.000I think the biggest bombshell coming is this IRS whistleblower who, according to the news reports, has evidence that Attorney General Merrick Garland has been blocking U.S. Attorney David Weiss's investigation of Hunter Biden and therefore Joe Biden up in Delaware.
00:25:56.000There is evidence, according to this news reporting, that Hunter Biden committed at least four crimes: one with tax evasion, foreign corruption, with his Chinese and Ukrainian illegal corrupt deals and a gun charge.
00:26:08.000And this ties directly back to Joe Biden, 10% to the big guy.
00:26:12.000David Weiss has had evidence up in Delaware, the U.S. Attorney up in Delaware.
00:26:29.000The home state senators pick the U.S. attorney.
00:26:32.000And so this guy has, he's nonpartisan, non-political.
00:26:36.000He's had evidence for a year that Hunter Biden committed these crimes and Joe Biden's tied to this.
00:26:42.000And Merrick Garland's been covering this up for a year.
00:26:45.000When this whistleblower gets his protection and comes forward, I think it's going to be the end of Merrick Garland's career.
00:26:51.000And it could be the beginning of the end of Joe Biden's presidency.
00:26:55.000I think that the Weaponization of Government Committee needs to go back and get the footage they gave to Tucker Carlson that now we don't know where it is and we got to make all the January 6th footage public.
00:27:05.000I think that part of the removal of Tucker Carlson is the January 6th stuff.
00:29:20.000We should be making a best of for Tucker.
00:29:22.000Because whether it be his exposure of Floyd a Palooza or against vaccine mandates or the vaccine and what the damage it was doing to people, big tech censorship, gender altering hormone blockers, or gender reaffirming surgery.
00:29:37.000I mean, the guy has hit home run after home run after home run after home run for years, holding Republicans accountable, exposing Democrats.
00:29:43.000Some of those entertaining cable television intellectual warriors.
00:30:24.000This is not simply telling them what to do.
00:30:26.000This is telling them, showing them that they have hurt our democracy, probably a way that no other actor, maybe with the exception of Donald Trump, who used them, has done.
00:30:37.000And so when it's that vital, I think we not only have a right to tell Rupert Murdoch and Fox what to do, but an obligation.
00:30:44.000And I hope people from one end of the country to the other will call up Fox and say, do what leader Hakeem Jeffries and I asked for, which is stop the lies, say they were wrong, and report the news.
00:30:58.000How do you know you're on the right side of history?
00:31:00.000How do you know that you're fighting for truth?
00:31:03.000How do you know that you are contesting towards what is good, true, and beautiful?
00:31:08.000You're not openly arguing for censorship of your political opponents.
00:31:12.000AOC came out and she's gloating that deplatform works is important.
00:31:16.000Chuck Hugh Schumer goes on CNN and says that Washington, D.C. has the right and the duty.
00:31:22.000The European Union is ramping up censorship of 19 online platforms, including Twitter, under content moderation.
00:31:29.000Justin Trudeau is pushing to criminalize offensive remarks or protests if they come within 100 meters of Drag Queen Story Hour of drag queens near young children.
00:31:41.000The United Kingdom is pushing an online harms bill, which would censor so-called, quote, anti-vax misinformation.
00:31:47.000Left-wingers in the Western world want to criminalize wrongthink that is at odds with the regime talking points.
00:32:06.000You got to really wonder who's calling the shots here.
00:32:12.000Truth tellers allow the society to remain sane.
00:32:18.000The more truth tellers that are taken out of the game, taken out of the arena, then all of a sudden you get colleges that teach men give birth.
00:32:27.000Vast majority of colleges teach that men give birth.
00:32:30.000And so we're in a set of circumstances here where censorship is not just considered to be a popular opinion, but necessary.
00:32:42.000And this point is made often, but it needs to be reinforced as we close out this hour in our time on Real America's Voice.
00:32:50.000They would not have to shut up Tucker Carlson if he wasn't effective.
00:32:55.000They would not have to silence him if he was not persuasive.
00:32:59.000It's the same reason why they have to come with weapons when I show up on a college campus.
00:33:03.000The same reason they have to kidnap Riley Gaines when she shows up on a college campus.
00:33:07.000Our ideas resonate when they're given a fair hearing.
00:33:11.000They have to smear us as disinformation.
00:33:13.000They have to try to attack us and try to do everything they possibly can.
00:33:16.000They don't want to have dialogue or debate.
00:33:18.000These people do not believe in speech.
00:33:20.000The postmodernists, the inheritors of Michel Foucault and Jacques Derrida, they do not believe in speech.
00:33:27.000They believe speech is only used by white, powerful men to stay powerful.
