00:04:05.000 Top Democrats acknowledge that Joe Biden won't win this year by the same electoral landslide he won in 2020, conceding that winning in Arizona and winning in Georgia will be very tough.

00:04:17.000 This entire article hinges on the belief that Nebraska does not fix their system.

00:04:28.000 Democrats are counting on what is called the blue wall.

00:04:35.000 The states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, where Biden has seen an uptick in polling and where his efforts to rebuild domestic manufacturing is most likely to pay off.

00:04:45.000 But the abortion thing is huge.

00:04:59.000 It was critical in 2016, Senate Democrat Policy and Communications Committee Chair Debbie Stabenow said of the Democrats' blue wall in the upper Midwest.

00:05:06.000 Stabenow said Biden's focus on onshoring or bringing back American manufacturing will be a top selling point of his reelection campaign in our home state.

00:05:14.000 Quote, the CEO of U.S. Steel has called the manufacturing a manufacturing renaissance.

00:05:19.000 Basically, the Biden administration is doing everything others, including Donald Trump would talk about.

00:05:24.000 It's basically propaganda.

00:05:27.000 Joe Biden could win Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and still lose the presidency.

00:06:08.000 In fact, they are now running advertisements all throughout the state of Nebraska to try to say block winner take all, block winner, take all.

00:06:15.000 And we were within one or two votes to get this done.

00:06:19.000 We'll focus on that later.

00:06:21.000 More important is getting a special session called.

00:06:24.000 And to the governor's great credit, he has not dismissed this.

00:06:28.000 The governor is thinking very deeply about this.

00:06:31.000 And I believe that the governor will end up making the right decision.

00:06:36.000 And they might say, why are you calling?

00:06:37.000 It's not from Nebraska.

00:06:38.000 You say, because I am an American patriot that is so worried about the future of America.

00:07:10.000 And in Nebraska, we have heard and we have been told that if Nebraska, if he calls a special session on taxes, that he can also combine that with a special session on winner-take-all.

00:07:22.000 And he's planning to do a special session on taxes.

00:07:27.000 According to theHill.com, it goes on and saying that Joe Biden is now going all in.

00:07:35.000 And they believe because of the Nebraska electoral vote, they do not need to compete in Nebraska.

00:07:41.000 Listen to this.

00:07:42.000 But even if Biden loses Nevada's six electoral votes, he would still need 270 to win, assuming Democrats manage to pick off the blue-leaning congressional district in Nebraska, which splits its electoral state.

00:07:57.000 Biden won the district that includes Omaha in 2020.

00:08:03.000 It's right there.

00:08:05.000 They are broadcasting to you how it is.

00:08:08.000 So this is not going to happen this legislative session.

00:08:11.000 We got fired up about that last week for good reason.

00:08:14.000 So now the ask from the grassroots, the ask from the millions Americans is Governor Pillen, call the special session.

00:08:21.000 Understand that the governor is on our side.

00:08:25.000 I want to make sure you know this.

00:08:26.000 He just simply has to call the special session.

00:08:28.000 It's not a matter of convincing.

00:08:30.000 He has been courageous and heroic in voicing support for winner-take-all.

00:08:35.000 He has the power.

00:08:36.000 It's perfectly legal.

00:08:38.000 This is not some sort of unprecedented thing.

00:08:40.000 Special sessions are commonly called.

00:08:42.000 They did a special session for vaccine mandates.

00:08:44.000 He was thinking of doing a special session specifically for the tax issue that needs to be resolved.

00:08:51.000 Nebraska has very, very high property taxes, and he wants to fix that.

00:08:55.000 Good for him for wanting to do that.

00:08:56.000 And then add winner-take-all to that.

00:08:59.000 In addition, tomorrow, we are going to Omaha, Nebraska.

00:09:04.000 You might say, well, Charlie, why are you going to Omaha, not the Capitol?

00:09:07.000 Well, some of the swing voters that are holding out for the winner-take-all deal are right there in Omaha.

00:09:15.000 And we're going actually to the congressional district that is defining the whole deal.

00:09:21.000 And I have been told from people in Nebraska that have spoken to the governor directly, I have not, that he's on favor, in favor of this.

00:09:27.000 He's trying to solidify votes to get there and to call the special session.

00:09:32.000 I look at this a little differently.

00:09:33.000 I think he should call the special session regardless if he has the votes or not.

00:09:38.000 And calling the special session basically calls the bluff.

00:09:40.000 That's my personal opinion, is that you got to call the special session regardless.

00:09:44.000 That puts pressure on lawmakers.

00:09:46.000 That allows you to work each of those.

00:09:51.000 And there's even a way to overcome the filibuster, if necessary.

00:09:55.000 We don't want to even talk about that yet.

00:09:57.000 That is too legislatively wonky.

00:10:00.000 We find it very hard to imagine that the Republicans who voted for these Omaha senators want their electoral vote to go to Joe Biden, which is exactly why we're going to Omaha tomorrow.

00:10:14.000 And we're going to encourage Governor Pillen, who might be able to win the White House for Trump and save the civilization.

00:13:49.000 In fact, this Democrat strategist is basically saying Joe Biden is going to abandon Georgia.

00:13:55.000 He's going to abandon Arizona.

00:13:57.000 He's going to abandon Nevada.

00:14:00.000 What an opportunity for us to be able to jeopardize the entire Biden political operation to throw into suspense this idea that Joe Biden can go to three favorable blue wall states where the voting laws benefit them, where they're only going to run on abortion.

00:14:19.000 Democrats believe they can simply ditch 70% of the swing states and worry only about three of them, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan.

00:14:31.000 In fact, they're so right that Joe Biden might not even get on the ballot in Ohio.

00:14:36.000 He doesn't even have a team in Ohio that's been monitoring ballot access.

00:18:59.000 As we mentioned in the Hill.com piece, they say that the blue wall and going through Nebraska is their way to the presidency and also the topic of abortion.

00:19:09.000 Now, before we go any further, I am not just pro-life, but I put my commentary, my reputation at not at risk, but in play every day with my pro-life beliefs.

00:19:20.000 Going to the most hostile places you can go with the OnlyFangirls at whatever, going to college campuses. 1.00

00:19:28.000 We have lost millions of dollars in donations over the years over our abortion stance, being pro-life.

00:19:35.000 In fact, our once biggest donor decided to suspend all giving because I would not water down or dilute my pro-life beliefs or messaging.

00:19:52.000 I talk about the need and the necessity to protect all life, no matter how the size, the level of development, the environment, or the degree of dependency.

00:20:40.000 I never liked that idea.

00:20:42.000 I said, Mr. President, you should send it back to the states.

00:20:46.000 Be morally clear about what you did with repealing vote Roe versus Wade.

00:20:49.000 This is a state's rights issue.

00:20:52.000 And as we build consensus, maybe one day it can also, and hopefully God willing, can be a national federal issue.

00:21:01.000 But this is a reality that is so important to repeat that two things can be simultaneously true.

00:21:10.000 You could be morally clear with your pro-life beliefs and also understand you have to win elections.

00:21:17.000 That if you don't win elections, you do not have political power.

00:21:21.000 If you don't have political power, zero out of 100 of pro-life beliefs will ever be advanced.

00:21:29.000 This is a four-minute video that President Trump released today.

00:21:32.000 Some people really don't like this.

00:21:35.000 Some pro-life leaders are very upset.

00:21:37.000 Other pro-life leaders, such as Kristen Hawkins, a legendary warrior for the pro-life cause, thought this video is excellent, and I agree with her.

00:21:45.000 I think this was a masterful accomplishment because understand, there were people that were lobbying him to try to say, hey, only say late-term abortion and that all other abortion is permissible.

00:21:55.000 And he said, no, I could imagine he would say, I'm speculating.

00:21:58.000 He'd say, no, I don't think that's right.

00:22:01.000 I don't think it's right to tell the pro-life base in states like Oklahoma that they can't have states' rights.

00:22:09.000 And understand, a potential 16-week ban is bad in two directions.

00:22:13.000 It concedes that we don't need to ban it earlier, and it is also probably not popular voters yet.

00:22:18.000 That's important.

00:22:20.000 So if we lose, pro-abortion forces will try and turn the pro-life cause out of the GOP.

00:22:26.000 I think President Trump is using prudence here.

00:22:28.000 He's standing on principle.

00:22:30.000 I want you to be the judge.

00:22:32.000 We're going to play all four minutes, and that is a long tape to play, but it is worth it.

00:22:38.000 Listen carefully.

00:23:01.000 Like the overwhelming majority of Americans, including the vast majority of Republicans, conservatives, Christians, and pro-life Americans, I strongly support the availability of IVF for couples who are trying to have a precious baby.

00:23:19.000 Today, I'm pleased that the Alabama legislature has acted very quickly and passed legislation that preserves the availability of IVF in Alabama.

00:23:30.000 They really did a great and fast job.

00:23:32.000 The Republican Party should always be on the side of the miracle of life and the side of mothers, fathers, their beautiful babies, and that's what we are.

00:23:41.000 IVF is an important part of that, and our great Republican Party will always be with you in your quest for the ultimate joy in life.

00:23:51.000 Many people have asked me what my position is on abortion and abortion rights, especially since I was proudly the person responsible for the ending of something that all legal scholars, both sides, wanted and, in fact, demanded, be ended.

00:24:07.000 Roe v. Wade.

00:24:09.000 They wanted it ended.

00:24:11.000 It must be remembered that the Democrats are the radical ones on this position because they support abortion up to and even beyond the ninth month.

00:24:21.000 The concept of having an abortion in the later months and even execution after birth, and that's exactly what it is. 0.65

00:24:29.000 The baby is born, the baby is executed after birth, is unacceptable, and almost everyone agrees with that. 0.96

00:24:37.000 My view is now that we have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both.

00:24:47.000 And whatever they decide must be the law of the land, in this case, the law of the state.

00:24:54.000 Many states will be different.

00:24:56.000 Many will have a different number of weeks or some will have more conservative than others, and that's what they will be.

00:25:04.000 At the end of the day, this is all about the will of the people.

00:25:07.000 You must follow your heart or, in many cases, your religion or your faith.

00:25:12.000 Do what's right for your family and do what's right for yourself.

00:25:16.000 Do what's right for your children.

00:25:18.000 Do what's right for our country and vote.

00:25:21.000 So important to vote.

00:25:23.000 At the end of the day, it's all about will of the people.

00:25:26.000 That's where we are right now, and that's what we want, the will of the people.

00:25:31.000 I want to thank the six justices, Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and Neil Gorsuch, incredible people, for having the courage to allow this long-term, hard-fought battle to finally end.

00:25:48.000 This 50-year battle over Roe v. Wade took it out of the federal hands and brought it into the hearts, minds, and vote of the people in each state.

00:25:58.000 It was really something.

00:26:00.000 Now it's up to the states to do the right thing.

00:26:02.000 Like Ronald Reagan, I am strongly in favor of exceptions for rape, incest, and life of the mother.

00:26:09.000 You must follow your heart of this issue, but remember, you must also win elections to restore our culture and, in fact, to save our country, which is currently and very sadly a nation in decline.

00:26:22.000 Our nation needs help.

00:26:24.000 It needs unity.

00:26:25.000 It needs us all to work closely together.

00:26:28.000 Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservative, everyone, we have to work together.

00:26:34.000 We have to bring our nation back from the brink, and that's where it is.

00:26:38.000 It's at the brink, and we will.

00:26:40.000 We will do it.

00:26:41.000 I promise you, we will do it.

00:26:44.000 Always go by your heart, but we must win.

00:26:47.000 We have to win.

00:26:49.000 We are a failing nation, but we can be a failing nation no longer.

00:26:54.000 We will make our nation great.

00:26:56.000 We will make our nation greater than ever before.

00:27:03.000 And I say that as one of the most outspoken pro-life leaders out there.

00:27:07.000 I mean, yeah, I disagree on some of the stuff as far as, you know, I understand why politically I say the exception stuff, but if you ask me morally, I get it.

00:27:16.000 You have pro-life politics.

00:27:18.000 And he is right.

00:27:19.000 We absolutely have to win.

00:27:22.000 Donald Trump will then have the ability to nominate more Supreme Court justices.

00:27:27.000 And whether we like it or not, the Democrats are trying to force our hand to make this the defining issue of the 2024 election.

00:27:34.000 The defining issue.

00:27:36.000 They're going to spend hundreds of millions of dollars.

00:27:38.000 And by the way, the Democrats are very upset today at that statement.

00:27:41.000 They wanted Donald Trump to do what Lindsey Graham did.

00:27:44.000 They wanted Donald Trump to do what Lindsey Graham did and come and say 16-week ban, national ban, 16-week national ban.

00:27:51.000 Donald Trump didn't say that.

00:27:53.000 Donald Trump said, I was very happy that we repealed Roe versus Wade.

00:27:56.000 We sent it back to the states.

00:27:57.000 Follow the heart on the issue.

00:27:59.000 We must follow the will of the people, that life is precious and worthy of protection.

00:28:05.000 I think his statements on IVF were excellent.

00:28:07.000 I think that's where the American people are.

00:28:09.000 And I think we've covered IVF here and many of you in the audience, 99% of you are in support of IVF.

00:28:15.000 And if you don't win, you don't get Supreme Court justices.

00:28:19.000 And it's not a matter of compromising your values.

00:28:21.000 Nothing in that segment, nothing is about compromising values or doublespeak, it is clear.

00:28:29.000 It is who's actually responsible.

00:28:30.000 And for example, if Oklahoma wants to ban abortion and make it abolished, and Massachusetts wants to make it up until the point of birth, is that okay for Massachusetts?

00:28:41.000 Boy, we're going to fight everything that we possibly can, but we are a republic.

00:28:45.000 It's a lot better than we were when Roe versus Wade was over the entire country.

00:28:49.000 Think about that.

00:30:13.000 I really think it was masterful.

00:30:15.000 I mean, that could be taught as a master communications course.

00:30:18.000 It was morally clear, by the way, talking about how we as Republican Party want babies and families, that we love life.

00:30:26.000 You don't hear that from the Democrats.

00:30:27.000 The Democrats, they love a lot of things and it's not life.

00:30:32.000 In fact, the Democrats are so, the thing that they talk about is they love themselves almost more than anything else.

00:30:41.000 And let's be, let's say Donald Trump came out and did what Lindsey Graham and what some of these other people were lobbying for him to do, which is Donald Trump says, I support a 15-week national abortion ban.

00:30:54.000 In some ways, you're kind of tacitly acknowledging that abortion is okay somehow, as long as it's not up to 15 weeks.

00:31:01.000 And that would bother a lot of us that are pro-life warriors.

00:31:05.000 So Donald Trump's in a very difficult political position here.

00:31:09.000 But I thought he handled it in a spectacular fashion.

00:31:11.000 And he did this in a way where he was playing offense on the issue.

00:31:16.000 Now, there are some people that are really getting upset about it.

00:31:18.000 But I say, wait a second, Donald Trump just gave you the opportunity in many states to abolish abortion.

00:31:24.000 If Donald Trump becomes president, Joe Biden's position is to nationalize Roe versus Wade.

00:31:30.000 In fact, Joe Biden's official position is that no county should be without abortion access.

00:31:37.000 That every single county, and here's the brutal truth, everybody, and you have to deal with the hands that are dealt with you.

00:31:44.000 Up or down abortion votes by referendum have been won by the pro-abortion side in some of the reddest states in the country.

00:31:51.000 Kentucky, Kansas, Montana.

00:31:55.000 We need to do a lot more persuasion or we will lose elections over this.

00:31:59.000 And then Roe is back and Roe is stronger.

00:32:02.000 And that does not mean you have to ever compromise how important this issue is.

00:32:08.000 It is the defining issue.

00:32:09.000 Of course it is.

00:32:09.000 That's why I speak at pro-life thinners, why I go on these campuses and get screamed at and called all these names.

00:32:14.000 That's why I have hundreds of hours of videos online of me debating the abortion issue.

00:32:20.000 Trust me, I understand the significance of it.

00:32:23.000 But I also have a different hat that I'm wearing, literally.

00:32:26.000 That's why I'm wearing the Nebraska hat.

00:32:28.000 That some, that some, that some, but not all, in the pro-life movement, I think need to recognize, which is politics.

00:32:37.000 Politics is the art of the possible.

00:32:40.000 So how do you possibly thread the needle between an issue that really does not have a lot of gray area and politics?

00:32:49.000 You do so in the way that Donald Trump approached the topic.

00:32:53.000 And understand, there were lobbying forces and people that said, oh, you have to draw the line, national abortion ban, national abortion ban.

00:33:00.000 And I'll say this is also.

00:33:02.000 If the entire election going into November is about a national abortion ban, I don't think we would do very well.

00:33:10.000 Think of all the other pro-life issues that are happening.

00:33:13.000 This is where I think Donald Trump needs to play offense.

00:33:16.000 There is a national ban that I think Donald Trump should announce next week and flip it on them.

00:33:21.000 Take the, make, set this trap for them.

00:33:25.000 Donald Trump should call for a national ban on child gender affirming care.

00:33:32.000 That is a ban that could put the Democrats on defense.

00:33:38.000 Donald Trump should issue a statement saying, hey, since you guys are all big into bans and trying to fear monger, I, as president, will put a ban on child mutilation.

00:33:49.000 No more mutilators.

00:33:51.000 And while we're talking about national bans, a ban on squatting.

00:33:56.000 No more squatting in people's homes from blue state to blue state.

00:34:01.000 All of a sudden, now you're playing offense against the Democrats.

00:34:05.000 You can be principled, and I love principled.

00:34:08.000 Trust me.

00:34:09.000 And here's the thing.

00:34:10.000 There's a difference between being a commentator, because I wear lots of different hats, and then also being a political organizer.

00:34:16.000 You kind of have to balance those two things.

00:34:19.000 In politics, you have to respond to the citizenry, build coalitions, and then get political power to advance your cherished principles forward.

00:34:29.000 If you do not get political power, then you get none of what you want.

00:34:34.000 Like in Oregon or in California.

00:34:38.000 How effective has the pro-life movement been in those states?

00:34:41.000 And the answer is not very.

00:34:43.000 I think Donald Trump's approach here is excellent.
