00:01:26.000 Joining us now is someone I have admired from afar on social media.
00:01:30.000 He's a very courageous man and very effective.
00:01:33.000 Billboard Chris joins us now.
00:01:35.000 It's billboardchris.com.
00:01:36.000 If you're not familiar with Billboard Chris, he's a father of two girls and he decided to take a stand against gender ideology.
00:01:43.000 And he goes out into the street over 2,500 hours and has conversations while wearing a billboard.
00:01:49.000 For example, one of them is children cannot consent to puberty blockers.
00:01:54.000 His name is Chris Elston, and he joins us now.
00:01:56.000 Chris, thank you so much for taking the time.
00:01:58.000 Thank you so much for having me, Charlie.
00:01:59.000 It's a big honor to be here.
00:02:00.000 So, Chris, tell us your story: 2,500 hours in the streets, kind of a free speech advocate of the West.
00:02:07.000 Tell us your story and what you have learned by having over 2,500 hours of dialogue.
00:02:12.000 Sure.
00:02:13.000 So, in 2019, I learned about these things called puberty blockers.
00:02:17.000 And I'm just a normal dad living out in the suburbs who used to be a financial advisor.
00:02:22.000 And I've got two little girls.
00:02:24.000 And I said to myself, What the heck are puberty blockers?
00:02:26.000 And I looked it up.
00:02:27.000 And of course, these are drugs being given to kids to stop their development because these kids have been led to believe that they were born in the wrong body, which is extraordinarily psychologically abusive, never mind all the physical harm coming to these kids.
00:02:39.000 And I learned all about this.
00:02:41.000 And the more I learned, the worse it got.
00:02:44.000 And I decided to take a stand against what I consider to be the greatest child abuse scandal in modern medicine history.
00:02:50.000 And the only way I could really reach people as a guy with no platform or anything was to head outside and talk to them one-on-one.
00:02:55.000 And I had a vision for this whole thing.
00:02:57.000 And I knew if I just kept going outside talking to people, that I would help educate them and help to activate other people.
00:03:03.000 And when the borders opened up in 2021, I started heading down to the States where it's been just phenomenal.
00:03:09.000 I get so much support down there.
00:03:11.000 There are so many great conservative organizations helping me.
00:03:14.000 And today, this is the number one cultural issue of the day: raising awareness about this child abuse all over the conservative airwaves.
00:03:20.000 We have 20 states just this past year who have passed legislation to stop this madness.
00:03:25.000 And I just keep going traveling the world.
00:03:27.000 I was just in London.
00:03:27.000 I'll be heading to Australia in a few months.
00:03:29.000 And I'm never going to stop this until this child abuse stops.
00:03:33.000 So I have just a very quick question.
00:03:36.000 Then I'm going to play your piece of tape here that's gone incredibly viral.
00:03:40.000 Do free speech laws allow you to do this in Canada without fear of reprisal or recourse?
00:03:45.000 Yeah.
00:03:46.000 So our free speech laws aren't as good as yours.
00:03:48.000 We do have freedom of conscience, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, and all that.
00:03:53.000 Section one of what is called our Charter of Rights and Freedoms says these following freedoms are subject to reasonable limits as prescribed by law.
00:04:01.000 So who makes the law?
00:04:02.000 Lawmakers, of course.
00:04:04.000 So that makes this a lot weaker.
00:04:06.000 But I go wherever I want, say whatever I want, and in defiance of what our government wants, and I've been fine.
00:04:12.000 I have been arrested twice after getting assaulted.
00:04:15.000 I was charged with causing a disturbance and banned from walking on all the streets of Vancouver, Canada.
00:04:19.000 But that was a violation of my rights.
00:04:22.000 I was really looking forward to going to court.
00:04:24.000 But of course, the prosecutor dismissed the charge before that ever happened.
00:04:27.000 And I think I've embarrassed a lot of police forces.
00:04:29.000 So they just leave me alone now, pretty much.
00:04:31.000 Well, that's good to hear.
00:04:32.000 Yeah, I mean, Canada does not have, as you say, as robust free speech protections as we have in the States.
00:04:39.000 Okay, I want to, before I play it, kind of lead us up.
00:04:42.000 What is the context of this video?
00:04:44.000 Essentially, it is, from my understanding, Antifa sympathizers getting into a debate with pro-Palestinian marchers about how Muslims don't believe in gender transitions.
00:04:54.000 Set the stage before we play this tape here.
00:04:56.000 Sure.
00:04:57.000 So I was in London for the ARC conference last week, and I kept a few days on the end of my trip so I could go out on the street.
00:05:03.000 And of course, this huge protest is going on.
00:05:06.000 So I go to wherever people are.
00:05:08.000 And I was there.
00:05:09.000 I was hanging out by Trafalgar Square.
00:05:12.000 And I was just walking along, and some guy masked up said, F you, you effing fascist.
00:05:17.000 So for me, that's a fish on the hook.
00:05:19.000 So I turned on my phone and I started filming and I had a conversation with him.
00:05:23.000 And what I usually do with these guys is I ask questions to get them to challenge their own beliefs because they have no idea why they support what they do.
00:05:30.000 They just know that this is the acceptable opinion for them.
00:05:32.000 And this is some Antifa guy.
00:05:34.000 And he started getting really agitated.
00:05:36.000 Three young Muslim women came along to see what the fuss was all about.
00:05:40.000 He appealed to them for support.
00:05:42.000 And of course, they totally destroyed him because he said something like, he thinks kids can't be trans.
00:05:48.000 And of course, they said that they can't.
00:05:51.000 And then they berated him and he ran away.
00:05:53.000 Okay, let's play the tape here.
00:05:54.000 See it for yourself, everybody.
00:05:55.000 Play Cut 53.
00:05:57.000 You know what I'm saying?
00:05:58.000 He's trying to harpate anti-LGBTQTQ propaganda.
00:06:05.000 He's trying to tell children that they are not allowed to be trans.
00:06:22.000 Some religions.
00:06:24.000 In our religion, you can't do that.
00:06:26.000 We don't.
00:06:31.000 What do you identify yourself as something Muslim?
00:06:33.000 What do you identify as?
00:06:36.000 What do you identify as?
00:06:37.000 What do you identify as you identify yourself as?
00:06:42.000 Chris, that video exposes the contradiction in real time.
00:06:46.000 That is a 45-second window, a microcosm of the universe of separations that actually the left has.
00:06:55.000 It's a snapshot.
00:06:56.000 It's an incredibly powerful thing because here you have these rather passionate, by the way, they happen to be right, Muslim women arguing with a white woke typical European person.
00:07:08.000 And you saw it unfold.
00:07:11.000 It's a very deep.
00:07:13.000 There's a reason why this has gone viral.
00:07:15.000 Chris, tell us about it.
00:07:16.000 Yeah, I think that guy's actually American, by the way.
00:07:18.000 But no, of course, no Muslims support this.
00:07:21.000 And in Canada, on September 10th, across the country, I mean, I've been traveling myself, standing out on my own for the longest time, unable to find any supporters.
00:07:29.000 This year, just two months ago, we had 30,000 people across the country protesting this, and tons of them were Muslims.
00:07:35.000 Because of course, Muslims don't support gender ideology.
00:07:39.000 Boys are boys, girls are girls, and that's that.
00:07:41.000 And they all know that.
00:07:42.000 So they're not in favor of any of this, and they're starting to find their voice.
00:07:46.000 But This is where intersectionality, where different worlds collide.
00:07:52.000 And he's out there supporting these pro-Palestinian marchers.
00:07:56.000 And of course, they do not support him at all.
00:07:59.000 So it's just a really poignant clip that shows how leftism ultimately isn't going to have success because all of these immigrant communities and everything don't support any of this nonsense about gender transition.
00:08:14.000 Yeah.
00:08:15.000 So there's a there's an important thing here, which is intersectionality.
00:08:19.000 And we, you know, we've built this out pretty comprehensively on this program.
00:08:23.000 But until it was exposed by a third party, which is you, the Palestinian Arab women and the woke guy were friends.
00:08:33.000 But a third party introduced into that forced marriage created friction and tension and a schism.
00:08:42.000 That could be a very interesting blueprint, isn't it?
00:08:44.000 Because in some ways, that is a microcosm of how we, as how we expose the inherent contradictions in the tribes that compose the Marxist left.
00:08:54.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:08:55.000 I knew this was going to happen because, of course, tons of these radical leftists are out there supporting this.
00:09:04.000 And they simply do not mix these two different groups when it comes to this issue.
00:09:09.000 So I thought it would be powerful to expose that.
00:09:12.000 I just take whatever happens.
00:09:14.000 And fortunately, that clip went incredibly viral.
00:09:17.000 It's been seen probably tens of millions of times.
00:09:20.000 And yeah, going forward, hopefully this helps to empower more Muslims to continue speaking up about this because the left doesn't know what to do with them.
00:09:31.000 Someone like myself, a white conservative male, they can just easily dismiss.
00:09:37.000 But as we saw with this Antifa guy, he was left speechless himself and he ran away.
00:09:41.000 So we need all these voices to speak up against this child abuse.
00:09:44.000 Chris, please plug your website.
00:09:46.000 BillboardChris.com.
00:09:48.000 There's a donate button they can click there, which would be very helpful because I literally survive off $30 and $50 donations.
00:09:53.000 What I really want people to do is get informed about this and start having these discussions because when we don't know anything about this, we can't talk about it.
00:09:59.000 When people don't know what to do, they end up doing nothing.
00:10:01.000 So please get yourself educated.
00:10:03.000 Follow me on Twitter at BillboardChris.
00:10:05.000 Same thing on Instagram.
00:10:07.000 I get asked all the time, what can I do?
00:10:09.000 Charlie, I'm helpless.
00:10:10.000 What can I do?
00:10:11.000 I mean this in the most positive way, Chris, but here you are, a one guy with a sign who is now impacting hundreds of millions of people.
00:10:21.000 I never want to hear from our audience, but there's nothing I can do.
00:10:24.000 There's nothing I can do.
00:10:26.000 Chris is a living, breathing example that anybody can change.
00:10:29.000 The zeitgeist the Overton window in the narrative.
00:10:31.000 One guy with a sign, but it took work.
00:10:34.000 You got to get off your tail and standing in the public recording and having conversations for 2,500 hours.
00:10:41.000 That is thankless work.
00:10:42.000 But you deserve gratitude, Chris, and we are thankful.
00:10:47.000 Balance of nature, changing the world one life at a time.
00:10:51.000 I try to take care of myself.
00:10:53.000 I try to eat right.
00:10:54.000 And I love fruits and vegetables.
00:10:56.000 I'd rather have them than anything else, but I know I don't get nearly enough.
00:10:59.000 So I thought, I'll try it for two months and no harm, no foul.
00:11:02.000 If it doesn't work after that, then let's try it.
00:11:05.000 And at least I know.
00:11:06.000 Within two weeks, I noticed a huge difference in my energy, sleeping better at night, and just energy.
00:11:13.000 I would get up in the morning and get up, not just sit around.
00:11:17.000 You guys have got to try this.
00:11:19.000 You have to try it.
00:11:19.000 You owe it to yourself to try it.
00:11:21.000 The wife and I both think it's done a lot of good.
00:11:24.000 We both think it's, you know, it's improved your overall day-to-day how you feel.
00:11:29.000 And we've turned everybody onto it.
00:11:31.000 Our kids are on it.
00:11:33.000 We've got brothers and sisters that are on it.
00:11:35.000 We've got some neighbors we've turned on to it.
00:11:38.000 So we're very pleased with the product and the results.
00:11:41.000 It's not like you're Superman, but you definitely know you're healthy.
00:11:44.000 Are you going to lose weight?
00:11:45.000 And I've never heard that said in any of the commercials, but by golly, you do.
00:11:50.000 I work in a school, so I'm around like a thousand kids a day constantly.
00:11:54.000 And so I wash my hands and use alcohol on them probably a hundred times a day or better.
00:12:00.000 And my hands are always cracking open and splitting.
00:12:03.000 And I did not have that this entire winter.
00:12:05.000 And I've bet you anything.
00:12:07.000 This is me.
00:12:08.000 I bet you anything it's balance of nature because it's the only thing I've done different.
00:12:11.000 Like the guy on your commercial says, I'm going to keep on taking it the rest of my life.
00:12:15.000 And I feel the same way.
00:12:17.000 It's going really good.
00:12:18.000 I mean, I feel better.
00:12:20.000 Got more energy and, you know, I can go through my day better.
00:12:24.000 Start your journey to better health with Balance of Nature.

00:12:50.000 So, Chris, let me just make sure I understand: you support your family and your lifestyle, and you just started going out with a sign.
00:12:56.000 Tell us more about it.
00:12:57.000 It's just an amazing story, and now you impact tens of millions of people.
00:13:01.000 Yeah, literally, just did this all from nothing.
00:13:04.000 I just felt really a calling to go raise awareness about this.
00:13:08.000 I'm a dad.
00:13:09.000 All I care about are my girls, and all I care about is the world I'm going to leave for them.
00:13:13.000 I'm an old guy now.
00:13:14.000 I don't care about my own life, but I'm not going to send my girls into a world that doesn't know what a woman is or a world trying to change the sex of children.
00:13:21.000 We just cannot tolerate this.
00:13:23.000 So, I have a financial background.
00:13:25.000 I kind of viewed this like compounding interest.
00:13:28.000 You start with a dollar, you double it.
00:13:29.000 Pretty soon you're at a million.
00:13:31.000 And I knew if I just started reaching people one at a time, this would grow into something.
00:13:34.000 I knew other events would happen, and viral videos would start going.
00:13:39.000 So, it's just working.
00:13:40.000 And really, what I'm also trying to do is activate other people.
00:13:44.000 So, for example, in November of 2021, I was in Texas.
00:13:47.000 I jumped on a Twitter space at night and I saw this group called Moms for Liberty.
00:13:51.000 I had no idea who they were.
00:13:52.000 And I talked to Tiffany Justice, the co-founder that night, told her what I was doing.
00:13:56.000 She believed in me.
00:13:57.000 She learned all about this.
00:13:59.000 And now there's 130,000 moms fighting.
00:14:02.000 So that's one way I'm able to leverage my efforts.
00:14:05.000 And it's just working spectacularly well.
00:14:08.000 We have to believe that we can achieve whatever we want in life.
00:14:12.000 If there's a huge problem, we can't be cowed by that.
00:14:14.000 We just take it one day at a time.
00:14:16.000 What do you have to say to people that will push back?
00:14:21.000 There's nothing I can do.
00:14:22.000 It doesn't make a difference.
00:14:23.000 I'm just a normal person.
00:14:25.000 Well, that's all I am.
00:14:26.000 That's all all of us are.
00:14:27.000 We're all just people.
00:14:30.000 But especially in this age of social media, it's possible to reach millions and you can do it quickly.
00:14:36.000 You can go to a school board meeting, write a good two or three minute speech, and lay into these school board members who are trying to transition kids without their parents' knowledge.
00:14:44.000 Tell them you're not okay with it.
00:14:46.000 Get that recorded.
00:14:47.000 And it goes viral.
00:14:48.000 Just do something.
00:14:49.000 Join an organization like Moms for Liberty.
00:14:51.000 Get involved with universities.
00:14:53.000 Get involved with Turning Point.
00:14:54.000 Do whatever you can.
00:14:55.000 But my gosh, we have to fight back against all this nonsense going on in the West.
00:15:01.000 We have to stop apologizing for truth.
00:15:04.000 Chris, some people say, but aren't you afraid to walk around with a sign?
00:15:07.000 You could get attacked, Chris.
00:15:08.000 How do you do this?
00:15:09.000 Well, I do get attacked.
00:15:11.000 I've had my arm broken by Antifa.
00:15:13.000 I've been assaulted probably 30 times, but whatever.
00:15:18.000 Look what's happening to kids.
00:15:19.000 They're cutting off the body parts of children.
00:15:21.000 There's a girl named Layla Jane in California right now.
00:15:24.000 She was 13 years old when they cut off her breasts in grade eight.
00:15:27.000 She just left elementary school.
00:15:29.000 Now she's suing.
00:15:30.000 Harmee Dylan is her lawyer.
00:15:32.000 But she was led to believe that she was born wrong.
00:15:35.000 What the heck does that even mean?
00:15:37.000 I think a lot of people have been confused because the left uses all these euphemisms to describe all these terms.
00:15:42.000 But there's no such thing as a transgender child.
00:15:44.000 They're called girls and boys.
00:15:46.000 And the positive message we should be sending is that they're beautiful just as they are.
00:15:50.000 No drugs or scalpels needed.
00:15:52.000 I say that all the time.
00:15:53.000 There are two sexes, there are zero genders, and there are infinite personalities because that sums us all up.
00:15:59.000 And the left has taken the word gender, which we used as a synonym for sex for the longest time, and they've tried to make it into being some separate thing.
00:16:08.000 They essentially believe that we're all in drag, that we're all performing the stereotypes associated with our sex.
00:16:14.000 This whole thing is nonsense.
00:16:16.000 We need to get back to reality.
00:16:19.000 And we just can't be afraid because this is a war.
00:16:22.000 Our grandfathers stormed the beaches of Normandy into machine gun fire to defend the West, knowing they probably wouldn't survive the day.
00:16:31.000 And I'm supposed to worry about some 130-pound trans activist in a black mask who's going to call me names.
00:16:37.000 I'm supposed to worry about CBC or CNN calling me a bigot.
00:16:40.000 Please, we got to get our priorities straight.
00:16:43.000 Well, a lot of people do care, Chris, and people have to get off their tail and get into the arena.
00:16:47.000 And you are moving the dial significantly, and you have been attacked, but we have your back and it builds and it builds and it builds.
00:16:55.000 And then all of a sudden a wave is created and there's this crescendo and this cascading effect.
00:17:00.000 And I hope that it resonates with at least one person in this audience that's sitting on their tail, just yelling at the screen or being negative.
00:17:08.000 Final question, Chris.
00:17:09.000 How do you not allow the overwhelming negativity to make you despair?
00:17:13.000 So many people in our audience say, oh, it's not worth fighting.
00:17:16.000 It's not worth doing this.
00:17:17.000 And they just kind of, they don't do much.
00:17:20.000 I know what's right and I know what's true and what other people think of me as irrelevant.
00:17:24.000 I've got all the friends in the world I need.
00:17:27.000 And I've got my wife and my two daughters.
00:17:29.000 And ultimately, that's all I need.
00:17:30.000 And they know who I am.
00:17:32.000 So we just got to stop worrying about what other people say about us.
00:17:35.000 The fact of the matter is I've made more great friends, friends for life in my mid-40s than I ever made the rest of my life combined because I'm living a purpose-driven life and I'm finding other people who are living that same purpose-driven life.
00:17:49.000 And we're just going to keep building this network.
00:17:51.000 Because traditionally, conservatives have been quiet on grassroots.
00:17:51.000 I love it.
00:17:55.000 Conservatives like to go home, have a barbecue and watch football.
00:17:57.000 And for leftists, they love getting involved in all these grassroots activities.
00:18:01.000 But we have to build up these organizations ourselves and we've got to fight back because government isn't going to save us.
00:18:06.000 There's no savior in the president who's going to stop it.
00:18:08.000 It's up to us.
00:18:09.000 It's our agency.
00:18:10.000 God bless you, Chris.
00:18:11.000 We have your back.
00:18:12.000 You're an inspiration.
00:18:13.000 Thank you.
00:18:14.000 Thank you so much.

00:19:20.000 Tom Holman, former ICE Director and President and CEO of Border911.com.
00:19:24.000 Tom, thank you so much for taking the time.
00:19:26.000 I want to play a piece of tape here that has been making the rounds and then we'll riff on it.
00:19:30.000 PlayCut 54.
00:19:31.000 I've done this job for over three decades.
00:19:33.000 I've never seen numbers anywhere near this.
00:19:36.000 This is drastic.
00:19:37.000 This is the biggest national security barrier that I've seen in this country since 9-11.
00:19:42.000 Business is stark.
00:19:44.000 I promise President Trump when he announces that he goes back, I go back, and I'm going to run the biggest deportation operation this country's ever seen.
00:19:52.000 Because these millions of people are being released in this country, nine out of 10 will get an order removal based on immigration court data.
00:19:57.000 A judge organism removed.
00:19:59.000 We're going to find them and we're going to remove them.
00:20:01.000 There's no consequence.
00:20:02.000 We can't fix the border.
00:20:04.000 We're going to have a consequence in the Trump administration.
00:20:07.000 Tom, tell us about it.
00:20:09.000 A second Trump term, the largest deportation force ever seen.
00:20:12.000 Tell us more.
00:20:13.000 Yeah, you know, I've met with President Trump many times.
00:20:16.000 I was one of the first guys that he met with when he re-announced he's coming back, and I thought I might come back in a minute.
00:20:22.000 And I thought I might come back for free because I'm so pissed off what this administration did.
00:20:26.000 We gave this administration Charlie the most secure border in my lifetime, and they unsecured it.
00:20:32.000 The first president in history is the nation that unsecured the border.
00:20:35.000 So I promised President Trump I'll come back.
00:20:37.000 And people need to understand these millions of people that are released in the United States.
00:20:41.000 If you look at the immigration court data over the last decades, people claim asylum at our border.
00:20:46.000 Nearly nine out of 10 never get relief from U.S. courts because they simply don't qualify.
00:20:51.000 And they're going to be ordered removed.
00:20:52.000 And we're going to remove them under the Trump administration because if you're demanding due process, which we give them, due process doesn't mean squat.
00:20:59.000 It's a final decision of the courts aren't carried out.
00:21:02.000 So we're going to find the nine out of 10, they get order removed.
00:21:06.000 We're going to locate them and we're going to deport them because there has to be a consequence to breaking the laws of this country.
00:21:12.000 What do you have to say to some people that would, you know, say it's not logistically feasible to deport millions of people?
00:21:19.000 You know, it is very difficult.
00:21:21.000 And do I think I can remove 20 million people?
00:21:24.000 No, but we do it one at a time.
00:21:26.000 No one's off the table.
00:21:28.000 Listen, if the immigration court, if the federal judge orders somebody removed and we don't remove them because it's too hard, then let's shut down the immigration courts too, because the final orders obviously don't mean anything.
00:21:40.000 No, we need to carry it out.
00:21:41.000 And look, if we work with Congress and pass some legislation that if you got an order of removal from the courts, you don't qualify ever for amnesty, for DACA, for any benefits, that will certainly help to self-deport many people.
00:21:56.000 You got to cut it off.
00:21:57.000 You got to stop rewarding people of illegal behavior.
00:22:00.000 What they're going to do to become fugitives, they get order removal.
00:22:02.000 They don't leave.
00:22:03.000 They'll hide out.
00:22:04.000 They'll hide out long enough for the next giveaway, the next day, the next staca.
00:22:08.000 We can't allow that.
00:22:09.000 That has to stop.
00:22:10.000 No more rewarding behavior.
00:22:12.000 If we get some legislation to support that, we'll have a lot of success in removing a lot of people.
00:22:19.000 So, Tom, walk us through what is occurring on the southern border as far as the morale of Border Patrol and your average illegal that comes in contact with a Border Patrol agent right now.
00:22:31.000 What does that conversation look like?
00:22:33.000 Americans tend to think in their head that every single one of these people are just escaping and they're running into the interior, but it's not like that.
00:22:41.000 They actually may meet an agent, they'll declare asylum.
00:22:45.000 Walk us through what does that dialogue look like?
00:22:48.000 And what are the American federal agents told to do, instructed to do when they declare asylum?
00:22:56.000 That's a great question because the cartels teach them a few key phrases.
00:23:01.000 They only got to say a few key things, and they're going to pass the interview.
00:23:06.000 And they'll be really serious.
00:23:07.000 Here's what's happening southern border.
00:23:09.000 They catch them, they process and release as quick as possible.
00:23:13.000 They'll send them to their final destination, either on a bus or airline ticket, at the cost of the United States taxpayer.
00:23:19.000 You pay for this.
00:23:20.000 They're going to get to their final destination.
00:23:22.000 They'll apply for a work authorization and they'll go to places like New York City or Chicago.
00:23:26.000 They'll get free lodging, free health care, three square meals a day, and work authorization.
00:23:32.000 I mean, when you make those type of promises to an illegal alien population, they're not, you know, why wouldn't it come?
00:23:38.000 I mean, the whole world's going to come, and we are seeing a whole world coming.
00:23:41.000 Over Borbato's arrested people from 171 different countries.
00:23:46.000 And that's where I went to this is the biggest national security failure in my lifetime because Borbato has arrested people from 171 different countries.
00:23:53.000 Some of these countries are sponsored with terror.
00:23:56.000 They've already arrested 569 in the past year.
00:23:59.000 They've arrested more people on terrorist watchlists on the northern border than they did on the southern border, but no one talks about that.
00:24:04.000 So if they've arrested 569 people on terrorist watch lists in the last year in the entire country, we got 1.7 known gotaways.
00:24:13.000 These are track gotaways.
00:24:14.000 How many of that 1.7 came from the country sponsoring terror that came here to do us harm?
00:24:19.000 If people think it's zero, then they're idiots.
00:24:23.000 There's no way, not a single one of that 1.7 million gotaways didn't come here to do us harm.
00:24:28.000 This is the biggest national security failure this country has seen since 9-11.
00:24:31.000 Mark my word.
00:24:33.000 Do I know how many known suspected terrorists have entered the country of this administration?
00:24:36.000 No.
00:24:37.000 But someday we're going to find out.
00:24:38.000 It's going to be a bad day for America.
00:24:40.000 So, Tom, contrast what Border Patrol and DHS is told to do now versus what you guys had under Trump as far as how to deal with fraudulent asylum claims, the kidnapping of children under the guise of family migration, remain in Mexico, getting the Mexican government to do their part.
00:24:59.000 What are the, and I know this is a technical question, but what are the greatest policy changes that Joe Biden made?
00:25:07.000 There's a lot of macro narrative changes, but specific decoupling of policy that worked.
00:25:13.000 What were the ones that were the most disappointing to see?
00:25:16.000 The remain in Mexico was a game changer of the Trump administration, and President Biden ended it.
00:25:21.000 This serves that people can still claim asylum, but don't wait in Mexico for the hearing.
00:25:26.000 And that way, when the nine out of 10 lose, I get order removal, we don't have to go look for them.
00:25:30.000 So that was a game changer.
00:25:32.000 Matter of fact, when they realized it took about three months for the Remain in Mexico program and they realized, hey, I'm not going to be released into the United States to not show up in court or I'll lose my hearing and not be removed.
00:25:44.000 When they realized they weren't being released in the United States, they stopped coming.
00:25:47.000 So the population going to Mexico to claim asylum went down drastically.
00:25:51.000 The second thing Biden administration did is end the third safe country agreements with Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
00:25:58.000 What that policy said was: if you're really escaping fear and persecution in El Salvador and you get to Mexico, have you not escaped that fear and persecution?
00:26:08.000 Obviously, you have because you left the country.
00:26:10.000 You should be claiming asylum in the first free country you come to, Mexico.
00:26:13.000 Biden undid that policy and he undid the construction of the border wall.
00:26:18.000 Now, a lot of people say, well, the border wall don't work.
00:26:20.000 We have historically immigration, even though we built 465 miles of wall.
00:26:24.000 But the question needs to be asked: where are the main crossing right now?
00:26:28.000 They're crossing where there isn't a wall.
00:26:30.000 Walls work.
00:26:31.000 Walls will people down.
00:26:33.000 Walls funnel people, the most vulnerable people, like women and children, to a place there isn't a wall, where they're going to be met by border patrol agents who will first take care of the humanitarian crisis because a lot of them are sick and in bad shape and they can enforce immigration law.
00:26:46.000 But one of the most important things the Trump administration did was end catch and release.
00:26:51.000 The law is clear.
00:26:52.000 If you're an arriving alien without proper documentation, you shall be detained.
00:26:57.000 That's what the statute says.
00:26:58.000 You shall be detained.
00:27:00.000 Well, we detained them or we removed them.
00:27:02.000 We didn't release people.
00:27:03.000 So people realize we had a consequence when you entered the United States.
00:27:06.000 You want to claim asylum?
00:27:07.000 Fine.
00:27:08.000 You wait in Mexico.
00:27:09.000 If you want to cross the border legally, we're going to detain you in one of our facilities.
00:27:13.000 And when you're detained in a facility, you get a hearing in front of an immigration judge in less than 40 days because immigration court prioritizes those in detention.
00:27:21.000 If you're released, you don't get a hearing for five to seven years.
00:27:24.000 So within 30, 35 days, they get a final order removal.
00:27:28.000 They're in ICE detention and they're removed.
00:27:30.000 People need to understand the Homeland Security LIFE report, Secretary Mayorka's very own report says this.
00:27:36.000 If you get an order removal and you're in ICE detention, you're removed 99.7% of the time.
00:27:41.000 If you're not in detention and you get order removal, if you're a family unit, you leave 6% of the time.
00:27:47.000 That's why we created the Rain in Maine in Mexico program.
00:27:50.000 President Trump says, well, if nine out of 10 don't qualify and only 6% leave, why do we keep releasing them?
00:27:56.000 So we stopped it.
00:27:57.000 It makes sense.
00:27:57.000 Remain in Mexico is a game changer.
00:27:59.000 And the Biden administration could turn that on today.
00:28:02.000 The highest courts in the land says it's legal.
00:28:04.000 They can solve this border crisis today, but they don't want to solve it.
00:28:08.000 This is by design.
00:28:09.000 They want the open border.
00:28:11.000 So, Tom, anywhere between 8,000 to 10,000 people are coming a day.
00:28:15.000 What would that number be?
00:28:16.000 Just with the speculation.
00:28:17.000 What does history show us if we reinstitute remain reinstituted remain in Mexico?
00:28:23.000 The Trump administration, when we had all those policies in place, we averaged about 1,200 a day.
00:28:29.000 And most of those 1,200 were voluntary return.
00:28:32.000 So they're kept in custody, immediate return.
00:28:34.000 Or we detain whoever wanted to fight their case.
00:28:38.000 But we had an average of 55,000 people in detention.
00:28:42.000 The Biden administration has an average of about 20,000 because they're not detaining people.
00:28:46.000 They're releasing them.
00:28:47.000 And the biggest thing, though, Charlie, is under Trump administration, in four years of the Trump administration, we encountered 11 people on the terrorist watch list.
00:28:56.000 This administration, they had 18 in one month.
00:28:59.000 In September, they had 18 in one month.
00:29:02.000 Again, I said, just on the southern board alone, 284.
00:29:06.000 284 in three years.
00:29:08.000 On the Trump administration, 11 in four years.
00:29:11.000 That's the biggest difference is that border is more secure.
00:29:14.000 It was less vulnerable to those terrorists wanting to enter the country.
00:29:17.000 Yeah, I mean, the numbers, just so everyone understands that in April of 2020, mind you, during COVID, but still, about 16,000 people in a whole month crossed over.
00:29:31.000 We are now looking at hundreds of thousands a month.
00:29:34.000 This is not a 10% increase.
00:29:36.000 This is a factor-fold increase, right?
00:29:39.000 We see entire caravans arriving.
00:29:41.000 Question for you, Tom.
00:29:43.000 What is the Mexican government doing, if anything, to prevent this?
00:29:47.000 Or are they facilitating the invasion of America?
00:29:51.000 They're facilitating it, Charlie, because this administration isn't holding them accountable.
00:29:55.000 Look, Mexico last year took over $66 billion, $66 billion with a B money from remittances from illegal aliens here in the United States and sent the money back to Mexico.
00:30:06.000 $61 billion.
00:30:07.000 That's a big part of their GDP.
00:30:09.000 They don't want to fix this thing.
00:30:11.000 They got to be threatened to fix, like President Trump did.
00:30:14.000 He told them, you're going to put military in another, another northern and southern border.
00:30:19.000 You're going to enforce your immigration laws, actually against the law of Mexico to traffic in women and children.
00:30:24.000 And finally, you're going to participate in the Remain in Mexico program.
00:30:27.000 You're going to host this program.
00:30:28.000 At first, Mexico said they wouldn't do it.
00:30:30.000 Then President Trump says, well, I'll tariff the hell out of you now.
00:30:32.000 Yep, I remember.
00:30:33.000 And all of a sudden, they did it.
00:30:34.000 President Trump.
00:30:35.000 It was one tweet.
00:30:36.000 There was no policy committee.
00:30:37.000 There was no Congress.
00:30:39.000 It was a tweet when Trump got mad and he said, Hey, if you guys don't do X by this date, 5% tariff, or might have been 10% tariff.
00:30:46.000 We can find the original tweet on everything from Mexico.
00:30:48.000 I remember when it happened, we were having our Young Women's Leadership Summit and the regime media lost their mind.
00:30:54.000 Turns out it was one of the smartest things that Donald J. Trump did as president.
00:30:58.000 One tweet.
00:30:59.000 There was no executive order, no legislation.
00:31:02.000 Just the threat, Tom, of a 5% tariff on automobiles from Mexico made the Mexican government act super tough.
00:31:09.000 Tom, just final thoughts on that.
00:31:11.000 Well, you're right.
00:31:12.000 President Trump, you know, he was out of the box thinker.
00:31:14.000 He got incredible assistance from Mexico.
00:31:17.000 But also, the Central American countries on Thursday country agreements, they didn't want to do that either.
00:31:22.000 And President Trump said, Tom, what do we usually do?
00:31:24.000 I said, well, usually we give millions of dollars to help create opportunity zones so they don't leave the country, but it never works.
00:31:30.000 President Trump says, I'm not giving them any money.
00:31:32.000 Matter of fact, I don't take money away.
00:31:33.000 He called those three presidents that you were participating in the third safe country agreement.
00:31:39.000 Well, I'm going to take every dollar of international aid the United States gives you away.
00:31:43.000 Within 48 hours, all three presidents agreed to the safe third country agreement.

00:32:58.000 I'm telling you, Israel, the issue of Israel can break the back of the Democrat Party.
00:33:05.000 They have no idea how to handle this except try and call people like me an anti-Semite.
00:33:10.000 Of course, Media Matters says, we've been documenting Charlie Kirk's escalating anti-Semitism.
00:33:15.000 Today, he blamed Jewish dollars for funding cultural Marxist ideas and said that ideology must be cleansed.
00:33:20.000 Yeah, that's 100% the truth.
00:33:23.000 How is that anti-Semitic, by the way?
00:33:25.000 It's not happening, but it's good that it is.
00:33:28.000 Michael Anton.
00:33:29.000 You know, you're getting closer and closer to the truth and doing something powerful and significant if the other side has to resort to baseless, repeated, and frantic name-calling every time you do a segment.
00:33:45.000 It's very powerful.
00:33:46.000 It tells you a lot.
00:33:49.000 This Thursday, there will be a walkout at UCLA, University of California, Los Angeles, led by the Students for Justice of Palestine, but that's not it.
00:33:59.000 There's many other groups that will be there.
00:34:00.000 By the way, it just so happens, I will be on campus simultaneously.
00:34:04.000 That'll be something.
00:34:05.000 Let me read this for you.
00:34:07.000 Let me see if actually I could send this to you guys if we could put it up on screen really quick.
00:34:10.000 It's really something.
00:34:11.000 Because it's not just the Students for Justice of Palestine, it's the socialist group.
00:34:14.000 It's everything.
00:34:15.000 And this is the Hamas playbook.
00:34:17.000 Kill Jews, then play the victim and complain that you might be held accountable for that.
00:34:24.000 But it's also the union-made group, Students for Justice of Palestine, Answer Los Angeles, Mecha de UCLA.
00:34:32.000 So the Hispanic group, whatever, I don't know what they do, Mecha de UCLA, Outright Newsmag.
00:34:41.000 All these different groups unite around the Palestine issue.
00:34:46.000 This is a simple but very, very accurate answer.
00:34:51.000 These people are bored.
00:34:54.000 These people are bored.
00:34:56.000 Boredom plus affluence equals really, really bad and weird behavior.
00:35:04.000 If you are bored and rich, you get existential despair.
00:35:09.000 Instead of improving their own life, finding purpose, contemplating deep and meaningful ideas, they fill that void with hatred, with envy, with resentment.
00:35:25.000 And the Palestine-Israel issue or the Hamas-Israel issue, that is a simple and easy way to be able to wear the jersey of victimhood.
00:35:37.000 Instead of understanding that there's quite a lot of nuance to this, going a level deeper and thinking to yourself, well, maybe there's a reason why Gaza is poor.
00:35:48.000 Maybe there's a reason why all these Hamas billionaires are living the high life.
00:35:54.000 And the media is morally reprehensible.
00:35:58.000 The media is attacking me as an anti-Semite, which is hilarious.
00:36:03.000 Los Angeles Times, this is one of the most unbelievable headlines I have ever seen.
00:36:07.000 And I've seen some incredible ones.
00:36:09.000 You guys have got to put this up.
00:36:11.000 So there's a very tragic story of a Jewish man that was murdered, second-degree murder, at a Israel-Hamas protest in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village.
00:36:20.000 I know the area very well.
00:36:22.000 How does the LA Times cover it?
00:36:25.000 Jewish man in California dies after hitting head.
00:36:30.000 Dies after hitting head.
00:36:33.000 Jewish man in California dies after hitting head during altercation at Israel Hamas war protest.
00:36:40.000 Man in California dies after suffering head injury at pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian demonstrations.
00:36:46.000 NBC News.
00:36:47.000 Jewish man dies after hitting head.
00:36:49.000 It's like saying the 9-11 victims died in a fire or they died from a fall.
00:36:55.000 Witnesses said Paul Kessler fell and struck his head.
00:36:59.000 Second degree murder, manslaughter at the least, and they act as if he fell.
00:37:05.000 The media manipulation against the Jews is unbelievable.
00:37:11.000 Jewish man dies from injuries suffered in Israeli Palestine rally in Westlake Village.
00:37:18.000 This is some sick stuff, everybody.
00:37:21.000 Could you imagine if a Muslim died at a rally like that?
00:37:24.000 Would they say Muslim men fell to his death?
00:37:26.000 No, they'd say that Jew killed Muslim on the streets.
00:37:30.000 That's what they would say, of course.
00:37:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:36.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:39.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
