00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:50.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:52.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:54.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:57.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:00.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:01.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:02.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:04.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:09.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:11.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:20.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:22.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:31.000 The woke ideas are infecting our entire society.
00:01:40.000 We know that.
00:01:42.000 Who created the woke?
00:01:44.000 Well, the woke, they're largely white liberals.
00:01:52.000 Mostly, mainly.
00:01:53.000 Postmodernist ideas put forward by Jacques Derrida and many others were put forward by people that have a hyper-academic view of the world.
00:02:06.000 But people that are closer to faith and traditional family and culture, they believe in nature.
00:02:16.000 And there's an unintended consequence that is bubbling up here that is something that is significant and it's profound.
00:02:24.000 And we've talked about it here on this program a couple times.
00:02:27.000 First of all, in order to be a liberal, you must be arrogant, self-righteous, and a demagogue.
00:02:34.000 It's a necessary, let's just say, character, a series of character traits.
00:02:43.000 Let's put it that way.
00:02:45.000 I can't stand smugness.
00:02:47.000 It's one of my least favorite characteristics.
00:02:50.000 It's okay if you're wrong, but don't take yourself so seriously.
00:02:55.000 Be open to disagreements.
00:02:57.000 Have some nuance.
00:02:58.000 Go where facts lead you.
00:03:00.000 Please don't be ideological in the sense that you do that.
00:03:02.000 And I think part of what is really exciting about the new right, people like Blake Masters, for example, who we just endorsed.
00:03:10.000 We're going to have him on our program soon.
00:03:12.000 And JD Vance, by the way, who's coming up in just a couple of minutes on this program, is an ability to have a belief in certain things that do not change.
00:03:20.000 That's not ideological.
00:03:21.000 That's philosophical.
00:03:23.000 Love of wisdom.
00:03:25.000 Understanding that wisdom, the laws of nature and nature's God, as Jefferson beautifully put it, is what anchors our existence.
00:03:34.000 And having prudence or practical judgment to make choices or decision necessary to be able to navigate an ever-changing world.
00:03:45.000 You see, people on the left, they have no humor, no humility, and they're not happy people at all whatsoever.
00:03:53.000 A great piece of advice I received, and I have to do my best to honor it, is don't take yourself so seriously, okay?
00:04:01.000 If someone makes fun of you and you do a good job, sure.
00:04:06.000 For example, someone at some event came up to me and they said, Charlie, you know, something like making fun of like, you know, something we were doing.
00:04:17.000 And I said, well, at least I take Relief Actor.
00:04:20.000 And it just diffused the whole thing.
00:04:22.000 As soon as you're a little bit, let's just say, self-deprecating, I think it's one of the great tools that at least keep you a little bit anchored.
00:04:31.000 And humility is a really interesting thing.
00:04:33.000 I'm not claiming to be humble because as soon as you claim to be humble, you're not humble.
00:04:38.000 It's one of the great ironies.
00:04:39.000 Look at how humble I am.
00:04:41.000 Just be open.
00:04:43.000 Be firm in what you believe in.
00:04:46.000 But the smugness that just completely infects the American left is remarkable.
00:04:52.000 And so I'm saying all this for a reason because it's now manifesting itself politically.
00:04:57.000 The kind of colonial, almost imperialistic view that comes forward with white liberal wokeism is now manifesting itself in many different communities.
00:05:12.000 And you are now seeing a 25 to 30 point swing in the Hispanic community largely because of this.
00:05:19.000 Now, this is going to sound very controversial, but here we go.
00:05:22.000 With the same, as soon as I say that, everyone's heads pop up in this studio.
00:05:26.000 It's so great.
00:05:27.000 What's he going to say now?
00:05:29.000 Hispanics view woke ideology with similar apprehension as colonialists coming with blankets in the 1500s.
00:05:42.000 Now, if you don't know what I mean by that, there's this whole idea of diseased blankets coming from Europe that were distributed to Native American and Indigenous populations and completely wiping them out.
00:05:54.000 That is ingrained in a lot of Native American and Hispanic and South American and Central American folklore and tales, of which there's a lot of truth to it.
00:06:03.000 Whether it was malicious or not, we don't know.
00:06:04.000 I think it was smallpox.
00:06:06.000 But this idea of a foreign pathogen coming into your family, a foreign pathogen coming into your village and wiping it out, is something that Central and South American families live through and they're very apprehensive.
00:06:20.000 Be careful of the ideas the white man brings you.
00:06:25.000 And it's now remanifested itself, not in blankets, but now in the idea that men can become pregnant.
00:06:32.000 So we played that tape previously, Professor Bridges and Josh Hawley.
00:06:36.000 And you have to understand, someone that comes from the third world, from Nicaragua, El Salvador, all they have is their children.
00:06:42.000 Their net worth, their bank account is their kids.
00:06:44.000 And by the way, they're some of the richest people on the planet because of that.
00:06:49.000 They're not rich in material terms, but they're rich in things that actually matter.
00:06:53.000 Rich in their relationship with the Lord, with their wife, with their children, in bonds that will live longer than themselves.
00:07:00.000 A lot richer than some sort of 48 or 42-year-old woman that works for Goldman Sachs that isn't married.
00:07:10.000 And she wants to tell other people how to live.
00:07:12.000 Hispanics believe in God and family and work.
00:07:15.000 And there is a seismic change happening in front of us in the Hispanic community.
00:07:20.000 And we ought to do everything we possibly can to encourage it, but not give an inch on immigration.
00:07:25.000 This is very important.
00:07:27.000 This is not because the harder we've gotten on immigration, the more socially conservative we become, the more Hispanics want to come towards us.
00:07:36.000 It's not about amnesty.
00:07:38.000 It's not about gun control.
00:07:40.000 No.
00:07:40.000 And Myra Flores, she's been great.
00:07:45.000 I always cushion it because you never know.
00:07:50.000 Someone could always let you down.
00:07:52.000 So first, let's play the tape that kind of has went around the Hispanic world.
00:07:59.000 Jill Biden is the perfect example.
00:08:02.000 She has a doctorate in education.
00:08:05.000 She is the woke colonialist.
00:08:08.000 I come bringing blankets, Jill Biden says.
00:08:12.000 And what does she do?
00:08:14.000 She essentially calls Hispanics tacos.
00:08:19.000 Play Code 52.
00:08:21.000 But we can't get those things on our own.
00:08:24.000 Raul helped build this organization with the understanding that the diversity of this community, as distinct as the Bogadas of the Bronx, as beautiful as the blossoms of Miami, and as unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio.
00:08:47.000 What brown educated, white liberal, non-binary speech writer put that into her speech?
00:08:58.000 Brown University, let's be very clear.
00:09:02.000 I meant Brown University.
00:09:04.000 Okay, obviously.
00:09:05.000 Let's be very clear.
00:09:06.000 What Dartmouth educated?
00:09:08.000 Do I have to cushion that one?
00:09:10.000 What Cornell educated?
00:09:12.000 What Columbia educated?
00:09:14.000 What Princeton educated?
00:09:15.000 Okay, we made the point.
00:09:18.000 Apparatchic, as they were flying on the plane to San Antonio and said, here's a great idea.
00:09:26.000 Here's how you're going to win over the Hispanics, Jill.
00:09:28.000 I know our polls are collapsing and they're winning the Rio Grande Valley.
00:09:32.000 Call them tacos.
00:09:34.000 Say that the Hispanic community is as unique as San Antonio tacos, breakfast tacos.
00:09:45.000 This is so similar to Hillary Clinton with the black community where they asked her, they said, so what do you carry in the bag, in your bag?
00:09:52.000 Oh, I carry hot sauce.
00:09:55.000 And they said, oh, come on, no, you're just playing.
00:09:57.000 She said, no, I do.
00:09:59.000 They said, come on, you're just pandering to black people.
00:10:01.000 And she said, well, is it working?
00:10:06.000 White women liberals will be the reason why Republicans win black and Hispanic voters long term.
00:10:16.000 Don't pretend to be somebody you're not.
00:10:20.000 It's kind of just be authentic, be real.
00:10:24.000 And Myra Flora's response to this, we'll get that in the next tape.
00:10:27.000 But this white wokeism, they are so convinced of it.
00:10:32.000 They are so certain of it.
00:10:36.000 They think that a person that has just come to America from El Salvador wants to hear about if you don't believe men can become pregnant, you're transphobic, and you're committing acts of violence, then be called tacos.
00:10:53.000 Look, gathering around the table, it's been a catalyst for change since the beginning of time.
00:10:59.000 Meals matter.
00:11:00.000 Let me say that again.
00:11:01.000 Meals matter.
00:11:02.000 And who you're eating with really matters.
00:11:03.000 And what you're eating also matters.
00:11:05.000 Look, it starts with a table and time together.
00:11:07.000 And Good Ranchers, a beautiful company.
00:11:10.000 Their mission is to bring people to the table.
00:11:12.000 And we want people to know that.
00:11:14.000 They want to make those moments around the table easy and accessible and delicious is what they do.
00:11:19.000 It's what they deliver in every box.

00:13:07.000 We had an article written about us yesterday in NBC by Brandy Zadrozny.
00:13:12.000 It was actually a fine article.
00:13:14.000 I mean, they got to hit you and whatever.
00:13:16.000 Shows how a big turning point USA has grown, and we're really proud of that.
00:13:20.000 Very thankful for that.
00:13:20.000 Thank you, Lord, for the blessings.
00:13:22.000 But they kept on repeating in the news article and in the news hit, it kind of ties into this whole thing with Myra Flores all about hot sauce.
00:13:32.000 They said, Charlie Kirk Hawks hot sauce.
00:13:35.000 If I'm something negative about that, but yes, we do have Kirk's hot sauce, by the way.
00:13:39.000 You guys can go to kirkshotsauce.com.
00:13:42.000 This is the whole one of the funniest stories ever is about this hot sauce.
00:13:45.000 I made it for one person myself.
00:13:47.000 I literally went through five years of trying to make the perfect hot sauce.
00:13:49.000 I'm kind of a hot sauce aficionado.
00:13:51.000 Unlike Hillary Clinton, I'm not doing it to pander to anybody.
00:13:54.000 And by the way, I don't even talk about it that much.
00:13:56.000 People like discover it when they're walking through the halls.
00:13:58.000 I'm like, oh, yeah, do you want some?
00:14:00.000 And they're usually blown away.
00:14:03.000 Hillary Clinton, cut 87.
00:14:06.000 No more questions?
00:14:06.000 They said, no, she has to go.
00:14:08.000 What's something that you always carry with you?
00:14:10.000 Hot sauce.
00:14:11.000 Really?
00:14:12.000 Yeah.
00:14:13.000 Yeah.
00:14:13.000 Really?
00:14:14.000 Are you getting information right now?
00:14:16.000 Hot sauce.
00:14:18.000 Hot sauce in my bag, Swag?
00:14:20.000 Hot sauce.
00:14:21.000 Really?
00:14:21.000 Yes.
00:14:22.000 Now, listen, I just want you to know.
00:14:23.000 People are going to see this and say, okay, she's pandering to black people.
00:14:28.000 Okay.
00:14:29.000 Is it working?
00:14:34.000 Her immediate reaction.
00:14:37.000 You could just tell.
00:14:38.000 What does my training tell me to do?
00:14:42.000 Is it working?
00:14:45.000 What?
00:14:47.000 It's like artificial intelligence kicks in.
00:14:50.000 Ooh, what do I say next?
00:14:53.000 Ha, Is it working?
00:14:58.000 As I talk job to you.
00:15:03.000 So Jill Biden calls Hispanic voters, tacos.
00:15:07.000 And Maya Flores is not having it.
00:15:10.000 She says, no, you're not going to condescendingly come in as a white woke liberal and tell us how to live our life.
00:15:19.000 Pretty fire here.
00:15:21.000 I got to say, Myra Flores is passing all the early tests.
00:15:25.000 Play cut 86.
00:15:27.000 Do you accept her apology from this past week?
00:15:31.000 Yeah, right.
00:15:31.000 They don't see us as Americans.
00:15:33.000 They see us as tacos.
00:15:34.000 That's exactly how they see us.
00:15:36.000 And we're proud Americans and they only are doing this to get our vote.
00:15:40.000 And they think that by giving us tacos and playing Latin music, that that's all it's going to take for us to vote for them in November.
00:15:47.000 It's going to take a lot more than that.
00:15:49.000 We want gas, rent, and groceries to come down.
00:15:53.000 We want more money in our pockets, and they're only making our lives more miserable.
00:15:56.000 Did she say something that you would accept in terms of an apology?
00:16:01.000 We took her apology, but we know that the reason why she's apologizing is because of all the backlash that she's receiving.
00:16:08.000 Truly doesn't mean it.
00:16:10.000 It's pretty fire.
00:16:11.000 She doesn't mean it.
00:16:12.000 That's exactly right.
00:16:14.000 Look, the Democrat Party, they've always looked at blacks and Hispanics as their property.
00:16:20.000 These are our voters.
00:16:21.000 We're not going to do anything for them.
00:16:22.000 We're not going to improve their lives, but we need them for political purposes.
00:16:27.000 Myla Flores, she's part of this new right coalition.
00:16:31.000 Let me tell you, you know what the old Republican, the Paul Ryan, the old Republican Party would have done, the John Boehner.
00:16:39.000 They would have said, well, I accept Joe Biden's apology and thank you, Jill.
00:16:44.000 And I hope to get taco bowls with you sometime soon.
00:16:49.000 Ha And Myra Flores is like, no, actually, you think I'm subhuman.
00:16:54.000 Ooh, that's new.
00:16:56.000 She gets it.
00:16:57.000 Why?
00:16:58.000 Because Myra Flores lives on the border and her community is being invaded by the arrogance of white liberal, open border, Davos-centered World Economic Forum policies.
00:17:06.000 That's why.
00:17:09.000 Myra Flores had the courage to run for office.
00:17:13.000 Her husband's a border patrol agent.
00:17:15.000 God bless our border patrol.
00:17:17.000 She won a shock victory in a district that is traditionally a Democrat plus 25 district, and she won that race.
00:17:26.000 One, this story.
00:17:27.000 We're going to keep following this story.
00:17:28.000 I'm telling you, if the Hispanic community gets close to 50-50, we win everything.
00:17:36.000 If the Hispanic community goes 55% in the Republican direction, we win more than everything.
00:17:43.000 And the smart liberals, if you read the New York Times commentary and you listen to their podcast and you go a step deeper, they're freaking out.
00:17:50.000 There is this article recently where they said, A Republican's dream and all of this.
00:17:56.000 I mean, look at Cut 88.
00:17:58.000 Hillary Clinton saying, all black people look the same.
00:18:01.000 Finally, people are waking up to the arrogance and the smugness of these white liberals.
00:18:05.000 Play Cut 88.
00:18:06.000 Or whatever.
00:18:07.000 You know, that is, that's childish.
00:18:09.000 What do you think of Corey Bookers?
00:18:10.000 And you didn't comment on him and you're feel free.
00:18:12.000 Oh, I adore him.
00:18:12.000 What do you think about him saying kick them in the shins, essentially?
00:18:15.000 Start to get to that kind of political.
00:18:17.000 Well, that was Eric Holder.
00:18:18.000 Oh, Eric Carol Holder.
00:18:19.000 I'm sorry.
00:18:19.000 Yeah, I know they all look alike.
00:18:20.000 No, they don't.
00:18:23.000 Oh, well done.
00:18:26.000 No, Hillary.
00:18:28.000 Yeah, I. Ha ha.

00:19:23.000 There is a new roster and generation of candidates that is rising up.
00:19:30.000 It's super exciting.
00:19:32.000 We were early and endorsed the great JD Vance in Ohio, and he won his primary.
00:19:37.000 And it looks like he's on his way to win in November.
00:19:40.000 Still some work to do there.
00:19:42.000 We just endorsed Blake Masters in Arizona, who's doing very, very well.
00:19:48.000 Big Trump rally this weekend in Arizona.
00:19:51.000 And voting will be wrapped up in just a couple of weeks with Blake Masters.
00:19:55.000 And Blake and JD are part of what we are calling the new right.
00:19:59.000 With us right now is JD Vance, who is the Republican nominee.
00:20:03.000 It feels good to say that in the great state of Ohio.
00:20:05.000 JD, welcome back to the program.
00:20:07.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:20:08.000 How are you?
00:20:08.000 Doing great.
00:20:09.000 Thank you.
00:20:10.000 So first, how's your race going?
00:20:11.000 You're on up against a total phony, Tim Ryan.
00:20:14.000 I think that's his name.
00:20:15.000 How's the race going?
00:20:17.000 Yeah, you're right.
00:20:17.000 Total phony voted with Biden 100% of the time, voted with Pamelosi 98% of the time.
00:20:23.000 And yet, if you watch his TV commercials, Charlie, he's just a sensible conservative Democrat cut from the old cloth.
00:20:29.000 You know, he didn't support defund the police, even though he called them all racist in the new Jim Crow.
00:20:34.000 He didn't support Biden's inflation policies, even though he voted to shut down the Ohio energy economy.
00:20:38.000 It's just, man, it is a preposterous thing where you watch a guy who has voted one way for 20 years try to say that he's something totally different in TV commercials.
00:20:48.000 And that's the challenge.
00:20:49.000 The race is going well.
00:20:50.000 I mean, Ohio is a great state.
00:20:52.000 We've got smart people.
00:20:54.000 The environment is bad because Joe Biden has been a disaster and Tim Ryan has helped him.
00:20:59.000 But he does have a lot more money than we do, which is one of the big challenges that Republicans have all across the country is all the out-of-state Democrat money is allowing these guys to brand themselves.
00:21:08.000 But I don't think the people of Ohio are going to buy it.
00:21:10.000 And I think I'm going to win and we're going to be able to do some good things in the Senate.
00:21:13.000 Yeah, just as a side note, where does that money come from exactly?
00:21:16.000 I think a lot of people ask me that.
00:21:18.000 Our policies are so unpopular.
00:21:20.000 And Tim Ryan is hardly connected, you know, should hardly be connected to Silicon Valley and Wall Street.
00:21:27.000 What is the source of a lot of that money?
00:21:30.000 You know, it's all from Act Blue, this online digital fundraising platform for Democrats.
00:21:36.000 And it's, you know, it's like young tech people, executives, millennials who are sort of putting in money, sprinkling it all across these races nationwide, which is why it's all mostly out of state.
00:21:47.000 People who live in California, they live in New York, but they're supporting Democrats all across the country.
00:21:51.000 That Act Blue thing is such an interesting and important point.
00:21:54.000 So talk about inflation.
00:21:56.000 It's crushing people in Ohio.
00:21:58.000 What is driving it?
00:21:59.000 And what do the voters in Ohio connect their misery to?
00:22:04.000 Because they're obviously blaming somebody.
00:22:07.000 Who do they blame for these rising prices?
00:22:10.000 Well, I think they're blaming Joe Biden because Biden came out and said two years ago, and he's certainly said consistently ever since, that he wants the American people to pay more for energy, that he wants them to pay more for the things that they need so that we will transition to a green economy.
00:22:26.000 And like, you know, I'm like one of these people who cannot get over every time I drive.
00:22:31.000 You know, we're traveling around the state and every time I drive past some beautiful piece of Ohio farmland and I see these windmills and I'm like, why are we doing this?
00:22:38.000 They don't produce that much energy.
00:22:40.000 They don't produce reliable energy.
00:22:42.000 We have great energy reserves in the state of Ohio.
00:22:44.000 Joe Biden has actively prevented us from exploiting the stuff from developing it.
00:22:48.000 And that makes everything become more expensive, Charlie, because yes, it means you pay more for gas when you go to the gas station.
00:22:56.000 It also means that Ohio farmers are paying three times as much for fertilizer.
00:23:00.000 And if they're paying more for fertilizer, then all of us are paying more for food.
00:23:03.000 And down the line, the Biden administration's effort to transition our economy into a green economy has basically meant that a lot of people are poor and our situation is much less stable and much less secure.
00:23:18.000 And Charlie, I see something a little bit, you know, a little bit crazy going on here.
00:23:22.000 I think what the Democrats are doing is they recognize that the industries that real Americans depend on, agriculture, manufacturing, trucking, the things that require energy, that's where all the good jobs in the state of Ohio are coming from.
00:23:35.000 They are in bed with the tech industry and the finance industry, very low energy requirement industries.
00:23:41.000 And so they basically, the green economy is not about the environment.
00:23:45.000 It's about rewarding their corporate allies at the expense of businesses and workers in the state of Ohio.
00:23:51.000 Yeah, that's really well said.
00:23:53.000 And part of this is an ideological pursuit by the Biden regime.
00:23:58.000 And Ohio has always been one of my favorite places in the country because it's strikingly non-ideological.
00:24:04.000 And this is probably why your race needs to be taken seriously, right?
00:24:08.000 I mean, you have a race that votes for Trump by 10 points and also elects Sherrod Brown.
00:24:13.000 I mean, that's the opposite of ideological, right?
00:24:16.000 And in some ways, that's actually really promising because I think ideology will be the death of us in a lot of different ways, especially when it's against what you're seeing empirically in front of your eyes.
00:24:26.000 And so I suppose part of the challenge in your race is you actually have a hyper-ideological opponent that camouflages and pretends to be this kind of just moderate guy.
00:24:38.000 Something that really struck me, and it's just kind of a nuanced thing, is yesterday, the day before, it was trending on Twitter.
00:24:46.000 He says that he couldn't go and vote in Washington, D.C. because of the public health emergency, and he's going to go take selfies at some diner with some people.
00:24:56.000 I mean, thoughts on that?
00:24:58.000 It just kind of plays into this theme, you know, dishonest, two-faced.
00:25:05.000 Your thoughts?
00:25:06.000 Yeah, he's, you know, the thing I add to that is lazy, Charlie.
00:25:10.000 I mean, it's a weird little thing that bothers.
00:25:14.000 I don't know how much this is politically effective, Charlie.
00:25:17.000 I'm being honest with you.
00:25:17.000 I don't know, but it really bothers me that he's been in Congress for 20 years and he's gotten four bills passed.
00:25:22.000 And three of those four bills, Charlie, were renaming local post offices.
00:25:27.000 Like, what are you doing there for 20 years?
00:25:29.000 Right?
00:25:29.000 When he left to join the U.S. Congress, well, it's 2003.
00:25:33.000 You know, Charlie, I left Ohio the same year to enlist in the United States Marine Corps.
00:25:37.000 So this guy, since I left my grandma's home to enlist in the Marines, he's been in Congress.
00:25:42.000 He's gotten a bunch of post offices renamed, and that's all the people of Ohio have to show for Tim Ryan's public service.
00:25:48.000 I just don't understand these people.
00:25:51.000 And again, I think the weapon that we have against him is the truth.
00:25:54.000 It's the people of Ohio know that he votes with Biden and Pelosi and Schumer as often as he does.
00:26:00.000 If they know that he supported destroying the police and the law enforcement community in Ohio, which has made it, of course, hard to walk down the street in Ohio without at least seeing somebody commit a crime, that means that you, if you tell the truth about it, that means people are going to vote for me.
00:26:19.000 That's how I see it.
00:26:20.000 It's pretty simple.
00:26:21.000 Tim Ryan's got a bad record.
00:26:22.000 We just got to tell the truth about it so that he doesn't, he's not able to portray himself as somebody that he's not.
00:26:28.000 So there's this kind of interesting controversy.
00:26:31.000 I'm sure you saw Senator Holly's back and forth with Professor Bridges on the what is a woman or what is a man thing.
00:26:39.000 I can't imagine.
00:26:40.000 I mean, this is part of what I would, you know, I know you're going to play offense on against Tim Ryan, which is he's kind of part of that entire Democrat Party that thinks you're being transphobic because you think men can't become pregnant.
00:26:54.000 And it's just this interesting thing that's happening.
00:26:56.000 And by the way, Democrats should continue doing, I'm enthusiastically supporting.
00:27:00.000 And just to think, you go and bring a college professor from Berkeley and you choose that person as a witness, like as if that person's going to help make your case.
00:27:11.000 I'm sure you saw that clip.
00:27:13.000 Just your reaction, just the smugness, the arrogance, and also just her hostility.
00:27:18.000 Like, who is actually questioning who?
00:27:21.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:27:22.000 My reaction: why does everything have to be so insane?
00:27:26.000 And why do these people have to pretend to believe things that they don't?
00:27:28.000 Look, no one believes that uttering the basic truth that women become pregnant is transphobic or even more that it's violent.
00:27:36.000 That was the part that really got me.
00:27:38.000 It's not just that she disagreed with what Holly was asking her.
00:27:41.000 It's that it was violence to ask the question.
00:27:44.000 It's just, I think most people, like, you know, I'm a social conservative.
00:27:48.000 I think most people, even those who are not social conservative, they look at that line of questioning and they look at her response and they say, who allowed this crazy person to run United States of America?
00:28:00.000 Like, how do we get here where the inmates in the insane asylum are actually running the show?
00:28:05.000 And the answer, of course, is bad.
00:28:07.000 Part of it is bad policy.
00:28:08.000 Like, we as a society have elected to give this person an incredible role, an incredible amount of influence over our children to earn a very good salary for uttering complete nonsense, total insanity.
00:28:21.000 And we have to stop that.
00:28:22.000 You're right.
00:28:23.000 We do have to go on offense.
00:28:24.000 We have to be willing to say that, you know, the education system exists to educate and provide virtue and teach virtue to our children.
00:28:32.000 It doesn't exist to make them crazy people who believe obviously absurd things.
00:28:37.000 And if it's not doing the training and the virtue creation, maybe it shouldn't get as much of our tax dollars.
00:28:44.000 Yeah.
00:28:44.000 I mean, and how about they're like, oh, we need to forgive student loans.
00:28:47.000 Why don't you go raid the endowments and have them go pay for the student loan forgiveness and not have the U.S. taxpayers have to pay for that?
00:28:56.000 And so in closing here, JD, there's so many issues that I know are in the minds of, you know, Ohio voters here.
00:29:02.000 What else are you hearing from on the front lines and the disconnect between what Washington, D.C. focuses on?
00:29:10.000 Washington, D.C. is all about January 6th.
00:29:13.000 It's all about Ukraine.
00:29:15.000 I know inflation and rising prices are on the front line, on the front of people's minds, but what else?
00:29:20.000 You know, Charlie, one thing I've picked up on in the last few weeks, and I say this as a guy who's always been a fan of law enforcement and would like to have thought that I knew a lot about what's going on among our police.
00:29:31.000 Like we are on the cusp of a generational crisis of law and order in this country.
00:29:36.000 And I'm not talking about, you know, the rise in crime that we've seen the last few years.
00:29:41.000 I'm talking about police officers who are exhausted, who feel underappreciated, who are working, whether it's a sheriff's department or a big city police department that are 20, 30% understaffed.
00:29:53.000 We are going to be in a world of crap if we ward our police and make sure that they have the resources that they need.
00:30:02.000 This is bad, Charlie.
00:30:03.000 I really think that in five years, the story is nobody's going to be a police officer and our streets are going to be ridiculously unsafe unless we fix this problem.
00:30:12.000 Yeah, that's well said.
00:30:13.000 JD Vance is the nominee for the Republican Party in a very tight race in Ohio.
00:30:18.000 Go to JDvance.com to help JD out.
00:30:21.000 The other side has a fundraising juggernaut funded by people that do not live in Ohio, that live in Malibu and Manhattan and Silicon Valley and Cupertino that want to impose their values in Ohio through a camouflaged candidate with Tim Ryan.
00:30:36.000 So thank you so much, JD Vance.
00:30:38.000 We are behind you.
00:30:38.000 Go to JDvance.com.
00:30:40.000 And JD, again, is part of this new right.
00:30:42.000 Got Blake Masters, JD.
00:30:43.000 It's super exciting.
00:30:44.000 So check it out.
00:30:45.000 JD, thanks so much.
00:30:46.000 Thanks, Charlotte.
00:30:47.000 See ya.
00:30:47.000 You bet.
00:30:48.000 There's so many stories I want to get to here.
00:30:51.000 I want to go to this one here.
00:30:53.000 This is just a shocking clip.
00:30:56.000 John Bolton has a admission that he helped plan foreign coups.
00:31:05.000 How many countries have we done this in?
00:31:08.000 And the more operative question is, are they now using that playbook here domestically?
00:31:13.000 Play cut 48.
00:31:15.000 It's not an attack on our democracy.
00:31:18.000 It's Donald Trump looking out for Donald Trump.
00:31:21.000 It's a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence.
00:31:23.000 I don't know that I agree with you, to be fair, with all due respect.
00:31:28.000 One doesn't have to be brilliant to attempt a coup.
00:31:32.000 I disagree with that.
00:31:33.000 As somebody who has helped plan coup d'état, not here, but other places, it takes a lot of work.
00:31:39.000 And that's not what he did.
00:31:40.000 It was just stumbling around from one idea to another.
00:31:45.000 It's a shocking clip on multiple levels.
00:31:47.000 First of all, he just said it so casually.
00:31:51.000 Like, look, as someone who has kind of a lot of expertise in toppling governments and displacing Democrat intent of sovereign citizens, and Jake Tapper's like, oh, yeah, of course.
00:32:04.000 Yeah, totally.
00:32:05.000 And hilariously, John Bolton is actually defending reality when he's saying this because he's right in a weird, it's just like on so many different things.
00:32:15.000 I'm not a fan of John Bolton, obviously.
00:32:17.000 But I always, I met him a couple of times.
00:32:19.000 I got along fine.
00:32:20.000 I just totally disagree on stuff.
00:32:21.000 But, and I thought what he did to Trump was so terrible.
00:32:24.000 Yeah, the, was that, he had that on the legal pad where he said like 25,000 troops to Venezuela or something, just walking around with the different hemispheres he wants to send Marines to.
00:32:35.000 And so, but the more shocking part of this whole thing is not, I mean, it's shocking that he's just like, hey, look, as someone who's actually done the coup thing, let me tell you, this is amateur hour, is that he's actually helping reality because it's true.
00:32:57.000 And he just says it so casually and just so kind of like, look, yeah, that's right.
00:33:02.000 That's the, that's him up on screen there.
00:33:04.000 It says White House National Security Advisor raised questions about U.S. intentions in Venezuela after he appeared at a June 28th briefing with a notepad displaying the words 5,000 troops to Colombia.
00:33:16.000 Colombia!
00:33:18.000 Nothing like 5,000 Marines and Bogota in the summer.
00:33:21.000 How does that threaten national security, American national security?
00:33:24.000 I'm not quite sure.
00:33:28.000 Meanwhile, Democrats are saying the largest threat to our national security, it's not China, it's not Vladimir Putin.
00:33:36.000 No, it's climate change.
00:33:39.000 Now, the brilliance of the climate change movement is that you never have to define it.
00:33:45.000 It's an invisible enemy.
00:33:47.000 Representative Jason Crowe, who's a Democrat, is saying the weather is a greater threat than Xi Jinping.
00:33:56.000 Play Cut 47.
00:33:58.000 Bottom line is that the Democratic Party and the House Democratic Caucus is the party of national security in the 21st century to addressing the largest national security threat facing our planet and our country.
00:34:08.000 That is climate change, which is both a threat multiplier and a threat magnifier and dedicated to doing this in the right way.
00:34:16.000 What's so amazing is that he's actually speaking on behalf of the entire Democrat caucus.
00:34:20.000 I didn't know that.
00:34:21.000 I thought it was just something that he was at some environmental march.
00:34:24.000 No, he's at the official press conference saying, okay, I just want you all to know.
00:34:27.000 And by the way, I think that's after they had their meeting about what they stand for and what they're running on.
00:34:32.000 So they're going to tell you and the entire country, look, CCP, Iran, North Korea, no, the real threat is climate change.
00:34:42.000 The doctrine and dogma of Greta Thunberg continues onward.
00:34:50.000 We got a really good one here.
00:34:53.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:34:54.000 Love your show.
00:34:54.000 Just a thought.
00:34:55.000 Remember when Biden announced that they had put together the most extensive voter fraud in history?
00:34:58.000 I wonder if he actually was reading from a note card and he only said it as a reminder to himself.
00:35:02.000 Seemed too incredulous at the time and everyone dismissed it, thinking he misspoke.
00:35:06.000 But now we know he was clueless.
00:35:07.000 He is reading note cards and the teleprompter doesn't sound too far off.
00:35:14.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:15.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:18.000 Thank you so much for listening.
00:35:19.000 God bless.
