College campuses are supposed to be bastions of freedom of speech, but when it comes to conservative voices, many of them are afraid to speak on campus because of fear of incitement. Charlie and his organization, Turning Point USA, are fighting back. They are suing the University of New Mexico for $10,000 in security fees that they charged me for a speech I did on their campus. Riley Gaines, host of the podcast "Gaines For Girls" joins us to talk about the fight for free speech on college campuses and the movement to keep men out of female sports. 00:00:00.000 Hey everybody today I'm Charlie Kirkstra.
00:00:01.000 How did we get to a place where foreigners are given more support than Americans?
00:00:07.000 Well that's exactly what is happening in North Carolina.
00:00:10.000 We're out of money to help Americans.
00:00:12.000 We're done because all the money has been spent on those migrants that have broken into our country. 1.00

00:00:42.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:45.000 I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy.
00:00:47.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are gonna fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:33.000 Alright, major win for free speech, especially for conservative voices on college campuses.
00:01:38.000 Last year, Turning Point Chapter at University of New Mexico invited me to speak on their college campus about the gender ideology movement.
00:01:45.000 Naturally, in an attempt to get me to not come to their campus, the university charged me almost $10,000 in security fees.
00:01:53.000 I kind of just complied because I thought this was normal, but I was wrong.
00:01:57.000 I realize this is a tactic that a lot of universities do to conservative voices.
00:02:02.000 This same hefty fee was not applied to speakers who had opposing viewpoints to me.
00:02:07.000 A few weeks after, UNM brought a bunch of drag queens to campus, and guess how much they paid in security fees? 1.00
00:02:14.000 That's right. Zero dollars.
00:02:16.000 So, I sued. Joining us now is Riley Gaines, host of Gaines for Girls podcast and a woman's rights advocate. 0.66
00:02:25.000 It's good to have her back on the show.
00:02:27.000 Riley, tell us about the lawsuit.
00:02:29.000 I also had to encounter this at University of New Mexico before.
00:02:33.000 Tell us all about it. Well, it looks like they did not yet learn their lesson.
00:02:38.000 Always good to be on with you, Charlie.
00:02:40.000 Yeah, last year I went to University of New Mexico, and they stuck a $10,000 security fee on me, which, I mean, I thought this was hefty at the time, but of course, being young, being new to the space that maybe this was normal, I didn't really know, didn't pay it, didn't feel right, but I decided to do some digging, and what I found out in doing this digging was this was not the standard fee they charged other speakers, especially speakers who had opposing viewpoints to that of my own.
00:03:12.000 As I said in the video, a few weeks after I was on campus, of course they had a bunch of drag queens come to campus, and they were charged zero dollars. 0.97
00:03:20.000 And after I saw that, I mean, I really had no other option than to pursue a lawsuit along with Turning Point, along with the individual students there.
00:03:31.000 They were brave enough to put their own name on the lawsuit, which was pretty incredible.
00:03:36.000 Leadership Institute, Southeastern Legal Foundation, were all proponents of the lawsuit.
00:03:40.000 And so we had depositions and things and testifying even, and we just found out last week that at least temporarily the lawsuit has been victorious and they have issued a preliminary injunction, meaning we don't have to pay the fees.
00:03:55.000 But this is really the first step in hopefully making this injunction permanent for the university to follow from here on out.
00:04:04.000 Yeah, and again, the idea of freedom of speech on campus only applies to left-wing groups.
00:04:10.000 And this is from a Herbert Marcuse belief of repressive tolerance.
00:04:13.000 You can say whatever you want.
00:04:15.000 The protesters have tons of rights.
00:04:17.000 But if you as a conservative want to talk about I went up to speak and they had me in a security room.
00:04:32.000 They had hundreds of protesters. I went to kind of a balcony to go wave at the protesters.
00:04:37.000 The protesters lost their mind.
00:04:39.000 The police then did not come to the protesters to arrest them.
00:04:43.000 They came to me and threatened me with arrest for incitement.
00:04:47.000 Just to give you an idea of how these college campuses are rigged.
00:04:50.000 Despite that though, Riley, as you visit these college campuses, are you seeing more and more people wake up to biological reality and this idea that men in female sports is largely unpopular?
00:05:01.000 Absolutely I am.
00:05:03.000 What I notice on college campuses, whether it was at UNM, whether it was at even I think of San Francisco State University, another turning point chapter where things got kind of wiry and police had to get involved and really I was ambushed and held for ransom.
00:05:20.000 Tonight I'm actually at University of Texas in Austin with a turning point chapter.
00:05:25.000 Hundreds and hundreds of students have signed up to be there, which is really cool.
00:05:30.000 It shows you these students are desperate to hear the truth.
00:05:34.000 It is something they are being denied on these college campuses, these large academic institutions.
00:05:41.000 They are denying them of truth.
00:05:43.000 We are all victims, not just me.
00:05:45.000 When they suppress free speech, it's not just me who's at a loss.
00:05:49.000 It is that every single person who hopes to attend, who doesn't get to listen, they are also losing out.
00:05:57.000 I've been overwhelmed with the support, with the encouragement, with the amount of students who are showing up, which I know you're feeling as well.
00:06:04.000 I have been so just revitalized and inspired to see you on all these college campuses, whether it's Penn State, whether it's Arizona State, seeing the sea of red MAGA hats.
00:06:16.000 That should show you.
00:06:17.000 My generation, Gen Z, we are amped up now more than ever, and it's because we see what's at stake.
00:06:24.000 And we understand it's our future that we must fight for it.
00:06:29.000 I totally agree. Let's put 178 up on screen.
00:06:32.000 This was like 10 protesters that cost us $10,000.
00:06:36.000 And this just got up on screen.
00:06:38.000 This is the racket that happens on these college campuses.
00:06:42.000 Riley, you're also involved in this growing and developing story.
00:06:45.000 Remember, Kamala Harris wants men in female sports. 1.00
00:06:48.000 She's perfectly okay with it.
00:06:50.000 Donald Trump is morally clear on this topic that men will not be in female sports. 0.53
00:06:54.000 You have filed a lawsuit claiming A player for San Jose State's volleyball team is a biological male.
00:07:00.000 So far, four programs have forfeited matches against this team rather than play against a dude, which is a great development.
00:07:07.000 This is growing, everybody.
00:07:09.000 This is Utah State, Boise State, Southern Utah, and Wyoming.
00:07:12.000 Reportedly, the biological male, Blair Fleming, is capable of spiking a volleyball at 80 miles an hour or more, creating a lot of health concerns for women on opposing teams.
00:07:21.000 Riley, tell us about this and just connect the dots.
00:07:24.000 Kamala Harris is perfectly fine with dudes competing against your daughters. 1.00
00:07:28.000 Not only is she perfectly fine for it, she encourages it.
00:07:31.000 That's what we've seen as of August 1st of this year.
00:07:34.000 The Biden-Harris administration has gone forward with a new proposal of Title IX. They've abolished Title IX as it once stood for the past 52 years as it was originally implemented.
00:07:46.000 They have abolished that and they have now equated sex with gender identity, meaning they encourage what we see at San Jose State University, which is A man towering over, I mean, 6'2", playing on the women's team.
00:08:02.000 There are growing numbers of concerns of these female athletes on other teams, their safety.
00:08:08.000 We saw, actually, they played University of Delaware not too long ago.
00:08:12.000 We watched him drill this volleyball into a young girl's face.
00:08:17.000 It was the game-winning point.
00:08:19.000 They're undefeated this season.
00:08:21.000 They've never been undefeated in the past season.
00:08:23.000 I think three, four seasons as a team this far along into the season.
00:08:27.000 But now, as you said, four universities have forfeited, which is great.
00:08:33.000 The girls have actually voted and they have voted.
00:08:35.000 We don't want to play this.
00:08:37.000 We know we're going to suffer a loss, but it's a worthy loss.
00:08:40.000 It is a loss we are willing to take because the cause is necessary and it is worthwhile.
00:08:45.000 What I can tell you, Charlie, in talking to these girls, even talking to some of his teammates, some of the girls on the team, one of the girls, actually the girl in this photo behind him, number three, that's Blair Fleming, the male, the girl behind him in this photo, her name is Brooke Sessler, and she has actually joined on to her lawsuit suing the NCAA. She says this is wrong.
00:09:05.000 This is discriminatory towards us as women, and we want no part of it.
00:09:09.000 That's the overall general consensus of how we feel.
00:09:12.000 And it's not because these teams of Boise State and University of Wyoming and Southern Utah and Utah State, it's not because they're teams full of staunch young conservative women. 0.91
00:09:23.000 No, these are teams of women who have worked their entire lives to compete and to succeed at the highest level. 1.00
00:09:29.000 But because of the progressive policies put in place by the NCAA, by their individual universities, and by the Kamala Harris Biden administration, the rug is being stripped out from under them.
00:09:41.000 And they acknowledge it's wrong, they acknowledge it's unfair, and that it's unsafe.
00:09:45.000 I hope everyone understands this is one of the simple moral issues of our time.
00:09:51.000 This is 184, which you would know the name, Riley, which is the female team. 1.00
00:09:57.000 This is from North Carolina, I think, of the female volleyball player who got hit in the head by a trans man is now paralyzed with brain damage.
00:10:03.000 I think you probably know the details here.
00:10:04.000 Let's go right there. Boom. Hit in the head, paralyzed by brain damage.
00:10:08.000 So... Modern day feminism brought to you by Kamala Harris is men being able to give brain damage to women in female sports. 0.78
00:10:15.000 This is not complicated.
00:10:17.000 This is not hard. It is so simple.
00:10:19.000 But I just want to add, the fact that teams are starting to forfeit and boycott, that is a new development.
00:10:26.000 We would not have seen that a couple years ago.
00:10:28.000 It just used to be the way of kind of sit down, roll over, shut up.
00:10:33.000 And this really credits you, Riley.
00:10:34.000 You've been leading this movement. And...
00:10:37.000 We have to now culminate this in a political victory where Donald Trump wins and he says to the Department of Education, you do not get federal funding if biological men are able to compete against women.
00:10:46.000 It has to be that simple. Executive order.
00:10:48.000 we can end this thing with a presidential victory with a lot of force from the federal government.
00:10:54.000 Are you worried about the future of the US economy? With so much uncertainty in the air,

00:11:59.000 Riley, you have a new piece out, outkick.com.
00:12:02.000 Here's why my generation is ready to vote for Donald Trump.
00:12:04.000 And I want to give Riley Gaines credit.
00:12:06.000 She has been terrific on supporting President Trump and advocating for Trump.
00:12:09.000 She spoke at our event back in August, which means a lot to me and to the movement, because your voice in that space is important.
00:12:16.000 I know some people say, oh, Riley, just focus on the men and female sports. 1.00
00:12:19.000 But Riley's gone all in on President Trump, making sure he's going to win.
00:12:22.000 You deserve a lot of credit for that.
00:12:24.000 And a lot of people look up to you.
00:12:25.000 Riley, Tell us about your piece and why you are doing everything you can to get President Trump across the finish line.
00:12:30.000 Absolutely. Well, Charlie, to be totally honest, I'm inspired by you and by the work that you guys are doing at Turning Point by people like Scott Kressler, who really have taken the initiative of engaging voters, but Turning Point specifically, engaging and inspiring and mobilizing young voters.
00:12:48.000 I understand this is a demographic that historically does not typically vote conservatively, especially young women.
00:12:57.000 But now it just feels different.
00:13:00.000 The energy feels different. Watching President Trump, of course, at the Alabama-Georgia game, the reception that he got there, in total contrast to the reception that Tim Walz received at the Michigan-Minnesota game, On top of, like I said, what we see at Penn State, these universities, the viral sounds on TikTok of they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats.
00:13:20.000 I mean, young people are dancing to this now remix sound that has gone viral.
00:13:25.000 The energy now is different than before.
00:13:27.000 And so what I laid out in this piece are five main reasons why the youth will turn out for Trump.
00:13:33.000 Number one, of course, economic growth and job opportunities.
00:13:36.000 Number two, free speech is on the ballot.
00:13:38.000 Number three, outsider perspective.
00:13:40.000 Young people love to buck the system, and that's what we see President Trump as.
00:13:45.000 He is this figure who is anti-establishment.
00:13:48.000 There's only one political figure who has been indicted and targeted in the way that he has, the lawfare that he has faced, now the iconic mugshot.
00:13:58.000 They have tried to bankrupt him.
00:13:59.000 They have tried to keep him off the ballot.
00:14:01.000 I think that's a draw to young people.
00:14:03.000 Of course, the security issue, what we are seeing at the border, how our law
00:14:08.000 and order has just been totally corrupted in this country and how the Republican
00:14:13.000 party, number five, how the Republican party is now the party of unity.
00:14:17.000 The other side of the aisle, they claim to be the party that of course is tolerant
00:14:22.000 and inclusive and embraces diversity.
00:14:25.000 Well, guess what? They're lying to you.
00:14:26.000 They do not embrace diversity.
00:14:28.000 They do not, certainly do not embrace diverse thought.
00:14:31.000 It is the Republican Party now who does.
00:14:33.000 It was super cool. I was actually at the rally in Arizona, put on by Turning Point, where RFK Came out.
00:14:40.000 He endorsed Trump at this rally.
00:14:42.000 It was remarkable, the reception that he received.
00:14:45.000 Now we have this new slogan of Make America Healthy Again.
00:14:48.000 We've got former Democrats like Tulsi Gabbard, of course, Elon Musk, who has done more for free speech in this country than any other person, hands down.
00:14:56.000 It is the Republican Party that is the party of unity, and it appeals to young voters like myself.
00:15:03.000 I love that. You have Elon Musk, you have Bobby Kennedy, you have Tulsi Gabbard.
00:15:07.000 And Riley, we're seeing a big change here.
00:15:10.000 What is your advice on how to win over, let's just say, open-minded young women voters? 0.98
00:15:15.000 Unfortunately, far too many are on the left, as you well know.
00:15:18.000 But there's a fair amount that are open-minded and fair-minded.
00:15:20.000 What issues, what topics, what approaches are persuasive in trying to win over younger female voters? 0.97
00:15:28.000 You know, maybe I'm biased here, but what I believe and what has really disheartened me to see is that the gender ideology movement has escaped the past three national debates that we have had.
00:15:41.000 I wish so desperately that this is a topic that would get brought up because...
00:15:47.000 Imagine how powerful it would have been.
00:15:49.000 Tim Walls the other day was talking about abortion.
00:15:52.000 He's so passionate about it, right?
00:15:54.000 He's going off into how basically women should be able to abort and dismember their developing child up to nine months I wish so badly. 1.00
00:16:05.000 In that moment, there's a clip of him saying, we're pro-women.
00:16:08.000 I wish so badly that JD Vance would have looked at him and said, pro-women, okay.
00:16:13.000 Well, what about the 16,000, almost 16,000 rapists, known rapists, that have entered this country illegally? 0.52
00:16:21.000 Is that pro-women?
00:16:22.000 Or what about allowing men into women's sports or into your daughter's locker rooms? 1.00
00:16:27.000 Is that really what pro-women is? 0.99
00:16:29.000 How in the world... Can these fools claim to defend what they can't even define? 0.96
00:16:35.000 I wish this is an issue that would get brought up because I think it would appeal to a lot of young women like myself. 0.99
00:16:42.000 They claim to care about women.
00:16:43.000 They do not.
00:16:44.000 They do not love women. 1.00
00:16:46.000 No, they just love death and they just love destruction. 0.99
00:16:49.000 That is what we have seen from the other side.
00:16:52.000 I cringe.
00:16:53.000 I cringe watching Democrats talk about their love for women.
00:16:57.000 All 203 in the House voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.
00:17:01.000 158 Democrats in the House voted against the Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act.
00:17:06.000 These people don't love women. 1.00
00:17:08.000 They're lying. They're gaslighting.
00:17:09.000 It's what they're good at. Well said, Riley Gaines.
00:17:12.000 Riley, we'll see you at many of our upcoming events.
00:17:14.000 Thank you for your leadership and for your defense of President Trump and our movement.

00:18:00.000 We are attempting to get Corey Mills here.
00:18:03.000 So let's play some tape of him.
00:18:04.000 So Corey Mills actually, he does not, I don't think he's representing North Carolina, if I'm not mistaken.
00:18:09.000 I think he's from Florida.
00:18:11.000 That's right, he is a representative from the 7th Congressional District in Florida.
00:18:14.000 He's volunteering his time to come up and help the people of North Carolina.
00:18:17.000 He's been doing a great job of that. I want to play some tape here of Corey Mills.
00:18:21.000 This is how FEMA, the federal government, is missing in action because it has diverted resources for immigration resettlement.
00:18:27.000 Let me say that again. According to Corey Mills, the federal government Is not able to properly respond to what's happening in North Carolina, which is terrible flooding, because the federal government is too busy helping foreigners that have broken into America. 1.00
00:18:43.000 Let's play Cut 164.
00:18:45.000 Delivering insulin, oxygen bottles.
00:18:47.000 A lot of people, it's not just food and water and non-perishables, but it's medications that they're short on.
00:18:52.000 So trying to fulfill those needs until the federal government can get up and do what they need to be doing.
00:18:57.000 So that's really where the missing piece is, is the federal piece.
00:19:00.000 And again, let's go ahead and point out the obvious, which is that FEMA had utilized a large majority of the personnel who should be here taking care of this to be set and set up Replaced or repurposed, if you will, for immigration resettlement when we need to be focusing on Americans and what's going on, whether it be in Maui, Palestine, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee.
00:19:21.000 So, FEMA has run out of money for Hurricane Helene while spending hundreds of millions on migrants. 0.96
00:19:27.000 That is the centersquare.com that is reporting.
00:19:29.000 And AP News says this, Mayorkas warns that FEMA doesn't have enough funding to last through the hurricane season.
00:19:35.000 Now, FEMA, of course, is the federal emergency management agency that operates to try to respond to crises like this.
00:19:44.000 So, your federal government is forsaking American citizens that are literally drowning in North Carolina.
00:19:50.000 And prioritizing foreigners that are breaking into the country. 0.97
00:19:54.000 Let me tell you who they are prioritizing.
00:19:56.000 They're prioritizing people that are...
00:19:57.000 Another caravan is coming to the country right now, by the way.
00:20:00.000 Put 175 up as B-roll.
00:20:02.000 This is who Kamala Harris is prioritizing. 0.89
00:20:04.000 The foreigners that are coming up right now through the Darien Gap, that's them. 1.00
00:20:09.000 That's where your money is going.
00:20:11.000 Your emergency management taxpayer money is not going to help your fellow countrymen.
00:20:15.000 It's going to help people that are breaking into the nation. 1.00
00:20:19.000 FEMA's role, by the way, is natural disasters.
00:20:22.000 It's not for foreigners or migration. 1.00
00:20:26.000 FEMA is now subsidizing the mass migration.
00:20:30.000 Your taxpayer dollars are helping the breaking in of your nation.
00:20:33.000 And these foreigners will get more money than hurricane victims. 0.97
00:20:37.000 Ukraine will get more money than these hurricane victims.
00:20:40.000 When Donald Trump says America first, this is what he means.
00:20:45.000 Now understand, the ruling class in D.C. has total contempt for North Carolina, Western North Carolina, for Asheville, for Boone, because this is conservative country.
00:20:55.000 Why would you take care of your own people, just like East Palestine? 1.00
00:20:58.000 These are conservative white Christians. 1.00
00:21:00.000 Let's just let them drown. 0.98
00:21:01.000 Now, we don't know actually how many Americans or North Carolinians have died in this flooding.
00:21:07.000 I go to CNN.com.
00:21:08.000 Not a whisper. About the flooding in North Carolina.
00:21:13.000 The media has a total blackout of what's happening in our own country.
00:21:16.000 And your taxpayer dollars are going to subsidize the breaking in of our beloved country.
00:21:22.000 And this is a pattern.
00:21:24.000 Americans were left behind in Afghanistan.
00:21:26.000 East Palestine was forgotten.
00:21:28.000 What happened in the Maui fires by the way?
00:21:30.000 That was a strange thing.
00:21:31.000 How many people died there? Instead, we have Kamala Harris doing a photo op wearing a crisis jacket promising $750 apiece. 0.98
00:21:40.000 Play cut $177.
00:21:42.000 And the federal relief and assistance that we have been providing has included FEMA providing $750 for folks who need immediate needs being met, such as food, baby formula, and the like.
00:21:57.000 And you can apply now for anyone who's watching this who has been affected.
00:22:02.000 There are FEMA personnel who are going door-to-door to interact personally with folks, especially those who do not have electricity, but also that aid, if you have electricity, can be applied for online, and I encourage people to do that.
00:22:17.000 FEMA will just basically verify your address, and then the process should take hold.
00:22:23.000 She couldn't care less for the people of North Carolina.
00:22:25.000 Let me tell you what she should do if she was a leader. 0.99
00:22:29.000 She would say, I am mobilizing every military asset nearby.
00:22:33.000 We are going to have hundreds of thousands of people come and offer relief.
00:22:36.000 There will not be a single person that goes to that electricity within a week or two.
00:22:41.000 And we will do whatever we can.
00:22:42.000 We will have the full force of the federal government help.
00:22:44.000 Instead, she's reading off some script saying, here's 750 bucks.
00:22:48.000 This is a North Carolina resident on the lack of federal response.
00:22:51.000 Again, remember, your government hates you.
00:22:54.000 Your government despises you.
00:22:57.000 They don't care about what you believe.
00:22:59.000 They don't care about your worldview.
00:23:00.000 If you're drowning, it's irrelevant to them.
00:23:03.000 And I've honestly spent a couple days to not do this topic because I've been giving the federal government the benefit of the doubt.
00:23:10.000 I know they haven't earned it, but I said, okay, come on.
00:23:12.000 They got to at least get their act together.
00:23:14.000 And they have it. This has been a reprehensible, repulsive response.
00:23:19.000 And as Corey Mills said on television, the money that should be spent on all of this...
00:23:24.000 The money that should be spent on helping Americans is being spent to facilitate mass migration on the southern border.
00:23:33.000 Do you guys get luxury hotels paid for by taxpayer dollars?
00:23:36.000 Anyone in the audience get a luxury hotel?
00:23:38.000 Well, if you break into the country, you get a luxury hotel in downtown New York.
00:23:42.000 When's the last time you got a flight paid for for you?
00:23:44.000 Well, if you break into our country, you get a taxpayer-funded flight.
00:23:47.000 Is your cell phone bill covered?
00:23:49.000 If you break into our country, you get a taxpayer-funded cell phone bill. 0.74
00:23:52.000 Do you guys get your food for free?
00:23:54.000 If you break into this country, you guys get taxpayer-funded food stamps.
00:23:58.000 $1 billion of FEMA money has now gone to illegals.
00:24:02.000 Of FEMA. Which is hilarious, by the way, because the fact they're using FEMA is actually acknowledging that the southern border is a crisis, by definition, because it is the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
00:24:13.000 Let's play cut 176, please.
00:24:15.000 When we heard that Biden was just going to be, you know, flying around, it kind of just made us feel like, you know, as our president, you know, where is that, like, guidance?
00:24:24.000 Where, like, you know, you're supposed to be kind of here helping us with this.
00:24:28.000 And just almost like it's like almost a sense of abandonment, you know.
00:24:32.000 And like I said, you know, it's mainly just the community coming together and helping each other out with all of this.
00:24:37.000 It's the community helping the community, wiping out one of the most red parts of North Carolina. 0.99
00:24:41.000 Yes, I know Asheville is not red. 0.95
00:24:43.000 I know that. It's like a hippie colony.
00:24:45.000 But all the outskirts of Western North Carolina are some of the reddest parts of the country.
00:24:50.000 And that's not insignificant.
00:24:52.000 The more conservative that you are, like East Palestine, the more Trump you are, your federal government just doesn't care about you.
00:24:57.000 Oh, your border is getting invaded?
00:24:59.000 Eh, I don't care. However, if a bunch of foreigners We're dying and drowning. 1.00
00:25:06.000 This would be the number one news story in the country.
00:25:08.000 Just think about it. Remember when a bunch of Border Patrol allegedly whipped migrants on the southern border?
00:25:14.000 That was the number one news story in the country.
00:25:17.000 Yet Americans are drowning in North Carolina and the federal government barely lifts a finger.
00:25:22.000 And then Alejandro Mayorkas says, yeah, I mean, we're out of money because we spent too much money on the people breaking into the United States of America.
00:25:31.000 This is Joe Biden announcing $2.4 billion for Ukraine and no more aid for Hurricane Helene.
00:25:37.000 Let me just repeat, the ruling consensus in D.C. is that the homeland of the country is Is insignificant and an annoyance.
00:25:48.000 The wars abroad are the priority.
00:25:51.000 Play cut 16. I'm proud to announce a new $2.4 billion package of security assistance.
00:25:59.000 We've given them everything that we have.
00:26:03.000 We're on the ground ahead of time, so we're working hard.
00:26:07.000 Are there any more resources the federal government could be giving them?
00:26:10.000 No, we've pre-planned a significant amount of it, even though they didn't ask for it yet.
00:26:15.000 It's an insult to every one of you.
00:26:17.000 And that is the America last agenda of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
00:26:21.000 So far this year, the United States has given $24.4 billion to Ukraine, $11.3 billion to Israel, $1.9 billion to Ethiopia, $1.6 billion to Jordan, $1.4 billion to Egypt, $1.1 billion to Afghanistan, $1.1 billion to Somalia, $1.1 billion to Yemen, $987 million to the Congo, $896 million to Syria, $9,000 per illegal immigrant that has entered the United States, and Americans who have lost everything to Hurricane Helene will be getting $750,
00:26:54.000 courtesy of FEMA. North Carolina Democrat Governor Roy Cooper still has not deployed 1,000 troops approved to assist in the Hurricane Helene recovery.
00:27:04.000 And a lot of people are asking, how is North Carolina going to vote in all this?
00:27:08.000 They're working on mobile precincts.
00:27:09.000 But honestly, the Democrats don't care.
00:27:12.000 They hope that everyone there is disenfranchised.
00:27:14.000 It's a super red part of the country. 0.74
00:27:15.000 This could flip North Carolina, by the way, to a blue state.
00:27:18.000 Maybe that's why they're doing it. This could flip North Carolina into a blue state.
00:27:23.000 Just the entire part of North Carolina is demolished, underwater, and flooded.
00:27:27.000 Millions of people that are suffering there.
00:27:28.000 And we have no idea how many have died.
00:27:30.000 No idea. And this is the commonality of the ruling regime.
00:27:37.000 $941 million of FEMA's funding went to illegals.
00:27:42.000 But not to you. I mean, you're just a sucker in this game. 1.00
00:27:47.000 If you're from Honduras or Venezuela, you matter far more to the federal government than the American people. 0.99
00:27:53.000 That's the way the current composition of the Kamala Harris worldview is.
00:27:58.000 You come last.
00:28:00.000 Foreigners come first. 1.00
00:28:01.000 This is a fundamental... They wonder why Trump is so popular.
00:28:04.000 They wonder why our movement is ascendant.
00:28:06.000 This is an elementary breakdown of why government exists.
00:28:09.000 Government exists first and foremost to serve its citizens.
00:28:13.000 Not serve ideas or abstractions or foreigners. 1.00
00:28:17.000 But understand, as your fellow countrymen are drowning and babies are face down in rivers, your taxpayer dollars...
00:28:25.000 Being used for luxury hotels for a bunch of foreigners in downtown New York.

00:29:29.000 Wonderful organization. MyPillow.com.
00:29:34.000 How did we get here?
00:29:35.000 How did we get to a place where the ruling regime has such contempt for its citizens, its stakeholders and cares about foreigners?
00:29:45.000 Well, number one, it's because we've had a uniparty that has never held this consensus accountable.
00:29:51.000 Number two, it's the administrative state, the fourth branch of government that calls the shots.
00:29:57.000 Originally, the founders' intent, and the founders got it right, was this idea of three branches of government.
00:30:02.000 Article I, Article II, Article III. The executive, the legislative, and the judicial.
00:30:08.000 You see, in the Constitution that lays out the seven articles of the U.S. Constitution, separation of powers is also...
00:30:16.000 Derived from the most important principle of government.
00:30:22.000 Consent of the governed.
00:30:23.000 Otherwise said, we give them orders.
00:30:27.000 They are there on our behalf.
00:30:28.000 This is why the administrative state, the fourth branch of government, is so dangerous and is so problematic.
00:30:36.000 The fourth branch of government, definitionally, does not take its orders from the people.
00:30:40.000 When they say democracy, when the ruling regime says democracy, what they mean is that You vote for what we think is best for you, and if you don't vote for what we think is best for you, we're gonna do it anyway.
00:30:55.000 If you don't vote for what we think is the right decision, we're just gonna do it by fiat, by rule, by regulation.
00:31:02.000 So the founders had it right.
00:31:04.000 The founders' original intent was the structure and the form of government must be derived from the people, and the people are the sovereign.
00:31:12.000 We, the people of the United States, And now we have we, the administrative state.
00:31:18.000 So they don't take orders from you.
00:31:20.000 Now, I'm not going to say that elections have no consequence, but elections have waned in their consequence.
00:31:27.000 Oh, do we have finally Corey Mills now?
00:31:29.000 All right, Corey Mills joins us from North Carolina.
00:31:31.000 Corey, you're in North Carolina.
00:31:33.000 Give us the update here. What is going on?
00:31:35.000 So I appreciate you taking the time, Charlie.
00:31:37.000 Hopefully my columns are okay.
00:31:39.000 So we've been over the last four days.
00:31:41.000 We've dropped about a little over 18,000 pounds of supplies from water to food,
00:31:48.000 medicines like insulin. We've had different things for Starlink systems
00:31:54.000 that we've been setting up to try and get connectivity.
00:31:57.000 That will reduce the amount of missing person reports that we have because in some cases we've got 1,000 to 1,200 unconfirmed reports.
00:32:05.000 But that's also due to the fact that a lot of family members just haven't heard from them since all the comms and the actual storm took place.
00:32:12.000 We've gone everywhere from Asheville to South Toe to Broad River to Banner Elk.
00:32:18.000 We're right now in Mountain Heights High School, which is outside of Burnsville.
00:32:22.000 We've been up to Poplar. We were out in Pensacola just recently.
00:32:25.000 And so we're continuing to work SAR missions, medevacs, and just waiting for FEMA and everyone else to start stepping up.
00:32:32.000 So really quick, Corey, what is the death toll here?
00:32:36.000 We haven't got an accurate death toll.
00:32:38.000 How many people approximately have died here?
00:32:40.000 Well, right now it's being reported at least 170, but I can tell you, I was in Pensacola, North Carolina, up in the mountains yesterday.
00:32:47.000 I talked to the fire chief, Harris, and he had four more fatalities.
00:32:50.000 He had two individuals who had been washed down the river.
00:32:53.000 They've been unable to find the bodies on.
00:32:55.000 He's got a couple of landslide areas, and his exact comment, and I'm quoting him exactly, will be recovering bodies throughout the end of the year.
00:33:03.000 Through the end of the year.
00:33:05.000 And so, Corey, you made news where you said that the federal government is spending money on migrants and foreigners not here.
00:33:11.000 Educate our audience on what FEMA is spending money on.
00:33:14.000 Well, last time I checked, the Federal Emergency Management Agency was supposed to respond to natural disasters that are impacting Americans here at home.
00:33:21.000 But the reality is that they've allocated nearly a billion We need to start prioritizing our own borders over those 9,000 miles away.
00:33:48.000 We start prioritizing Americans in need.
00:33:50.000 We don't need to repeat what happened in Maui, what happened in Palestine, Ohio.
00:33:54.000 We need to get full Title 10 enactment by the executive branch to get our military and everyone in here to start providing the necessary time.
00:34:00.000 Because Charlie, here's the thing. Once you hit that 96-hour critical point from the storm, we start looking more from rescues into recoveries.
00:34:09.000 And that's a very scary thing when you start thinking about where these people are remote and isolated in mountain areas.
00:34:14.000 Okay, Corey, really quick.
00:34:15.000 You've been through a lot of disaster zones and military deployments.
00:34:20.000 Just describe to our audience here the tragedy, the human cost.
00:34:24.000 Describe to us what you are seeing and witnessing.
00:34:27.000 Well, look, I helped to conduct the very first successful overland rescue of Americans in Afghanistan after the botched withdrawal.
00:34:33.000 I've rescued over 255 people who are evac'd out of Israel only days after the October 7th horrendous incident.
00:34:40.000 I've been in Haiti, rescued 23 Americans by Hilo, 59 children who were mentally, physically
00:34:44.000 disabled after what was going on there.
00:34:47.000 I've been in many Florida hurricanes.
00:34:49.000 In 2021, my district was hit by Hurricane Nicole and Ian.
00:34:52.000 This is one of the most devastating.
00:34:54.000 There are complete cities that are completely wiped out right now.
00:34:58.000 People don't have power.
00:34:59.000 People are running low on food and water and medication, and it's civilians who are stepping 1.00
00:35:04.000 up and making it happen.
00:35:05.000 Very good.
00:35:06.000 Corey Mills, thanks for all that you're doing.
00:35:08.000 Please join the program.
00:35:09.000 Let's get some better connection.
00:35:10.000 Obviously, it's not your fault.
00:35:12.000 So please talk soon.
00:35:13.000 Thanks so much.
