00:11:16.840 But with one sneaky political maneuver, that voice was handed over to Mark Carney's liberals

00:11:22.220 instead, without consultation or election or permission from the people who actually own

00:11:28.360 that seat, the voters. But there's an MP behind you that's talking about leaving the party. So
