People that just want to fight and cause trouble, and some good news for the Alberta oil industry. All that and more on this episode of The Krusty Canuck Podcast. Episode 237: Paroxysm and C69's Failure.
00:02:03.600Let people live in peace, regardless of what history has done, or what history has said, or what some noble, frickin' half-assed commie professor says, or what some so-called noble 20-something kid with blue hair and dirty armpits and a dirty crotch has to say.
00:02:48.820Now, we've seen it from our government.
00:02:50.380We've seen it from the American government.
00:02:51.620We've seen it from the British governments.
00:02:52.600All these people are screaming outrage against what happened to the Jews, what happened to the Palestinians, and regardless of what biblical ties are to the land, it's about goddamn time we try to sort the F out.
00:09:32.200I am supportive of the individuals that want to fight the good fight and live in peace and harmony and do what they can.
00:09:37.000But there are it's there is two sides to this, not just the civilians that want to annihilate each other.
00:09:45.280OK, in my arrogance, many moons ago, I would sit there and say, let them fight, let them sort out, treat like a hockey fight and then penalize them both.
00:09:54.620But if you got a group of people that are determined to annihilate another group of people and then all better than the shitheads back in World War Two, commies and fascists alike.
00:10:06.360I said in my last episode how much I love democracy and regardless of how imperfect it really is, it's still the better system.
00:10:14.100It's a hell of a lot better than democratic socialism that these college kids like to promote because everything will be done for you because they deserve comfort rather than fucking reality.
00:10:53.440Now, keep in mind, though, too, Egypt has been helpful, but they also closed the border to a lot of Palestinians because they can't tell who's the baddie or not.
00:11:02.100And history has proven, too, that some of the enemy of certain allies have hidden in boxes, hidden in populace, hidden in here, hidden there.
00:11:48.520I guess if you like and hear what you see, please click, like, subscribe, share this podcast content all over your social media platforms, too.
00:11:55.200Help us, Canucks, reach out to other Canucks and other North Americans, too, or around the world, too.
00:11:59.740To my Podbean listeners, thank you once again.
00:12:28.780Let the government in this country know that there is a lot of Canadian content out there that should be heard and listened to, regardless of the government agrees with it or not.
00:12:46.140Now, those who don't know, Bill C-69 was passed legislation back in 2019, okay, to basically the impact of infrastructure and everything, too.
00:13:00.420In layman's terms, basically, it's a bill that put a stop to working on a pipeline, to creating a pipeline to transport Canadian oil to other parts of the country and to the world market.
00:13:23.100They would sooner buy Nigerian oil, Venezuelan oil to heat their homes, to run their vehicles and to charge ridiculous fucking carbon tax on which they don't really don't pay, by the way, compared to the federal numbers.
00:13:37.920But they also love the equalization that comes out of it, though.
00:13:41.420I think in 2019, roughly 18 and a half billion dollars was given to La Belle Provence in the name of equalization.
00:13:50.220Now, C-69 made it that much harder, right?
00:13:53.160And the federal government at the time, Catherine McKenna was big on this, you know, climate Barbie about whole gender parity and gender impact when it comes to building things in this country.
00:14:01.920So basically, it put a stifle to any kind of progress.
00:14:07.700And now the Supreme Court of Canada has said it's unconstitutional.
00:14:11.300They either have room to amend it or whatever it is.
00:14:13.820But the Supreme Court of Canada basically deemed it as unconstitutional.
00:14:18.140And our premier here, Daniel Smith, is putting your thumbs up thing and good because that opens the doorways up to prosperity, i.e.
00:14:26.520investment, foreign investment to invest in Alberta again to bring our oil and gas to market.
00:14:32.720Okay, so to all the pearl clenches out there and all those environmental people that they stop oil, look at your cell phone.
00:15:01.800According to the government, it didn't make good business then because they want to go green and promise so many middle class jobs for us all here, right?
00:15:10.720But they also failed to realize that when those wind turbines fail, there's minimal technology that can recycle that material.
00:15:18.520And while they're waiting to be recycled, they're buried in fertile land.
00:17:11.620I've made a lot of good friends over the years, especially in my time in the military.
00:17:15.080I've had a lot of Americans, a lot of Australians, some Kiwis, some French, some English alike.
00:17:19.800And we can all agree on defending our democratic institutions and our democracies.
00:17:26.940And regardless if they sit on the fence of conservatism or sit on the fence of old-fashioned liberalism, classical liberalism, or if they're libertarian.
00:17:43.920And we can all agree that we don't have time for real whiny bitches who worry about their coffee and their faith bases when it comes to getting education.
00:17:51.500Now, I'm not dissing people who go to school to better themselves, to understand life as we see it, to understand life as we know it.
00:17:59.720And I especially respect those individuals who study law, medicine, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, to try to build things to make things better for our lives.
00:18:14.080But when I hear kids and students complain about their feeling and their safe spaces, and how dare you say those words, you're not learning a goddamn thing because you're being catered to, you're being coddled, you're being pat on the head for minimal effort.
00:18:31.320And when you get in the real world and start applying to these jobs that you're apparently qualified to do, any sane employer is going to look at your resume, look at you, look at your resume, look at you,
00:18:43.300and say, get the fuck out of my office, you whiny little, well, speaks for itself.
00:18:51.880So when I look at society today, a lot has changed over the past 20 years.
00:18:58.560A lot has changed in the past 10 years.
00:19:01.980Where was the outrage when little kids were being locked up in institutions with masks on their face?
00:19:18.100If you're polite to me in saying, hey, Krusty, can you address me as a she or as a he?
00:19:22.760If you're polite about it, I just might do it.
00:19:25.720But when you snap your fingers and demand it, well, because it's the law, because it's my human right, well, then I might be just tempted to go put my uniform on,
00:19:34.540get out of my drill cane and start screaming drill commands at you.
