00:00:11.280 mr stephen gilbo in trouble again sidestepping all that good stuff and of

00:00:15.420 course name was upset with canada again gee what is new i wonder why are they

00:00:20.840 so upset with canada maybe it's because our prime minister 0.98

00:00:23.480 sucks anyway all that more come out of the 0.98

00:00:26.100 podcast please stick around listen to review this question may be advised

00:01:04.700 and life here's crusty

00:01:07.220 and so ladies and gentlemen welcome to this beautiful 20th february

00:01:11.180 another tuesday rant i'm your host i hope you've all had a great week

00:01:15.660 i know i've been pretty busy this week uh with work and everything and some

00:01:19.920 legal stuff to get uh some of my screenwriting and all that

00:01:23.200 sort it out anyhow i'll make a long story short as the title said

00:01:26.180 on the tuesday rant more green schemes and they were upset with canada so we'll

00:01:30.980 start with the whole green scheme again mr stephen gilbo

00:01:34.120 mr environment minister and mr climate change aficionado

00:01:37.300 uh last week we said uh if we don't smarten up when it comes to oil and gas

00:01:42.360 uh you know he's not going to make sure there's any roads built

00:01:44.960 uh then again it's not really his jurisdiction

00:01:47.240 i know that's a provincial and municipal thing

00:01:49.900 he has to say you know he's going to cut off the money supply

00:01:52.800 but we've all heard that story before when it comes to any federal minister in

00:01:57.300 this country since 2015 who has threatened to cut off the

00:02:00.560 money supply has done nothing but give money away to other people 0.91

00:02:04.400 so it just goes to show you out there ladies and gentlemen how inept and how

00:02:11.600 out of touch our politicians are anyway just before we carry on there too

00:02:15.980 i'd like to say this is brought to you in part and supported by

00:02:32.600 my last video i've had one comment and that was for myself

00:02:35.620 asking why people haven't commented now i'm not

00:02:39.540 demanding a comment or two but out of the 160 likes that i've had and

00:02:44.540 160 views that i've had correction uh the 30 odd likes 160 views

00:02:49.900 nobody said anything interesting why is that

00:02:55.020 anyway not that i demand comments it's just uh to my listeners out there and my

00:03:03.220 viewers alike when you comment and like

00:03:05.840 um hating content it tells the algorithm that people are watching and

00:03:11.180 people consider it and there's a fan base for it

00:03:14.860 so you don't have to comment if you don't want it

00:03:18.780 but if you do it helps us along it helps all of us

00:03:22.400 out here too because uh you'll see 11 c18 c36

00:03:26.980 are basically censorship bills that are supposed to

00:03:31.180 heighten uh the awareness and heighten the algorithm of mainstream media

00:03:35.660 all us young guys and us young little peeps here and us little folk basically

00:03:40.460 independent guys get stifled so the more you comment the more you share this

00:03:45.340 around the more it's out there the more canadian content for canadians and

00:03:49.300 americans and whoever wants to watch any content

00:03:51.660 and see it so please click like subscribe and comment

00:03:55.100 if you can too and we're carrying on this episode of the tuesday rant that's

00:03:59.060 right i'm going to mug up there too more green schemes and nato upset with

00:04:03.140 canadians oh excuse me as i was saying about stephen gobo

00:04:07.180 last week he said uh you know no roads if uh canada doesn't smart enough to

00:04:12.580 repress the oil and then he kind of backtracked oh no i didn't say that

00:04:15.860 um i'll have a video here from uh the fine lord gunter from uh some media there

00:04:19.980 uh to explain in finer detail the funerary that these people constantly promote

00:04:25.100 in the name of uh green and whole climate and all that too now i personally

00:04:30.820 don't believe that we are going to die due to climate change i do believe that

00:04:36.800 the climate is changing because planet earth is constantly changing throughout the

00:04:41.420 eons and eons and eons and eons okay george carlin did a stand-up

00:04:46.940 or maybe 15 years ago talking about the planet's fine it's just the people are you

00:04:52.280 know what kind of you know self-explanatory so it doesn't really matter uh how much

00:04:59.160 plastic bags we use or how many aluminum cans we

00:05:02.040 okay we're not going to save the world by cutting back on things

00:05:06.840 now a co-worker sent me a video just recently i can't queue it up just yet

00:05:12.080 but i will leave it in my description if you just follow ladies and gentlemen it's

00:05:15.720 about agriculture and i work in the agriculture industry

00:05:18.440 i work with cattle and uh it's a good job right and there's a lot of people out

00:05:24.120 there that i know personally who love a good

00:05:26.200 burger and good steak a nice fine roast on a sunday

00:05:29.480 uh evening so when you have the powers that be such as still being good bull

00:05:34.440 and all these other aficionados that come after

00:05:36.760 and uh if you actually pay attention what's going on in europe right now

00:05:40.360 with german farmers italian farmers french farmers belgian and got your life

00:05:44.440 you're seeing a big upkeep right because the powers that be in the name of

00:05:49.400 localism climate and the wef like good stuff are trying to stifle

00:05:53.960 production trying to halt production trying to tell more and more farmers what

00:05:57.800 they can produce with less they cannot produce basically just cutting things off 0.96

00:06:02.600 by the legs at one inch at a time and they want to try that crap here too 0.82

00:06:06.360 okay but i think they're afraid they might have another convoy interesting right 0.95

00:06:13.000 can't have that kind of behavior right but he has to say

00:06:18.440 we we have to really tone down the whole green mantra

00:06:23.960 i like clean water i like clean parks i like trees i like going camping i like being outside

00:06:29.560 and i think we have come a long way especially in the past 50 years when it's come to

00:06:34.200 looking after the environment looking after our lands looking after people and making sure people

00:06:39.560 are fed and there's health regulations and certain standards when it comes to processing

00:06:43.880 meats and processing plant foods and and certain flour and and canola etc etc so we know what

00:06:50.840 we're doing here unfortunately based on the narrative that's being uh submitted for our

00:06:55.880 approval on a daily basis all the Greta Thunberg's out there and all the steven

00:06:59.800 Gabo's and the Catherine McKenna's and all the green steamers the AOC's down in the United States 0.90

00:07:04.920 and my American friends i'm sorry that she's in charge of some things but you know

00:07:10.600 crack don't smoke itself right it's getting to a point where they think they have the answer

00:07:16.760 by putting a band-aid on a sucking chestnut the answer is simple leave people alone that's what you can

00:07:25.000 do you can leave people be let farmers produce and cut these ridiculous taxes but of course no they

00:07:30.760 won't now the video i'll put up here shortly we'll explain all this to you once again thanks to lauren

00:07:36.680 gunter from sun media uh for putting that together and uh he basically summarizes the whole thing and just

00:07:43.480 the buffoonery right back after this stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gap

00:07:51.720 telegram youtube and podbean subscribe today and donate at crustycanuck.ca

00:08:01.560 and you're back ladies and gentlemen the tuesday rant for the 20th of february coming 24 episode 262

00:08:07.080 once again if you like and hear what you see please kick like subscribe and do not forget to comment

00:08:11.720 please the comments do help us get our words out there too so i'll just cue the video up here from

00:08:17.080 mr lauren gunter uh from sun media and basically he sums it up just the buffoonery of what we have 0.74

00:08:25.480 as leadership here when it comes to uh what these clowns want what they want us to do what they want

00:08:31.560 us to be how they want us to be you know it's about six minutes ladies and gentlemen so please bear with 0.79

00:08:36.600 me you know i will somewhat i will start to pause right and uh we'll go from there right i do like

00:08:46.680 lauren gunter he does uh do some pretty good uh how do you say editorials on behalf of the average

00:08:54.440 citizen i'll just cue this up where it was not a particularly good week for federal environment

00:09:00.600 minister steven giebel he had to back down from two or three of his major green initiatives although

00:09:07.480 i don't think he would say he had actually backed down of course there was the famous one where he

00:09:12.280 said at a transit conference in montreal that the federal government was no longer going to support

00:09:17.240 any major road building there were enough roads in canada we didn't need any more what you needed to

00:09:21.880 do was get out of your car and walk or ride a bike or take your roller skates to work and it's fine if you

00:09:29.080 don't live 120 kilometers away from the plant that you work at it's fine if you don't have a farm that's

00:09:36.680 60 kilometers from the nearest supply center and 100 kilometers from the nearest hospital he just

00:09:43.320 doesn't understand canada and i think that fact was explained to him because that was on a monday

00:09:48.360 and by the wednesday giebel was saying no no no no no i didn't say that that's not what i meant you

00:09:52.840 didn't understand when it was clearly what he had said and what he had meant because there were cameras

00:09:58.200 there were reporters there there were 250 delegates at the conference where he was speaking but it was

00:10:05.160 clear that canadians pushed back this is this is one of those issues on which canadians clearly

00:10:11.080 understand immediately what the implications are they clearly understand the secret agenda of the

00:10:17.240 government which is to get us out of cars period to close down the oil industry period to de-industrialize

00:10:24.920 our country period it's all summed up in one easy step from the federal government so by the wednesday

00:10:31.880 after the monday where he'd made this statement gibo was backpedaling he was saying no no i didn't mean

00:10:37.400 that we will support road building but you know we have a lot now and i really want people to get into

00:10:42.280 active transportation that means bicycles walking taking your roller skates your roller blades your your

00:10:48.760 uh skateboards whatever to work uh and it's ridiculous in a country this size you simply

00:10:56.040 that was sounds like that make that work but he also had to back down from his net zero power grid you 0.83

00:11:02.440 remember before christmas he announced that by 2035 there would be no more emissions from generating power

00:11:09.240 in canada well we then had some very brutal lessons in january in the west and in nova scotia about what

00:11:16.120 happens to the power grid when you are based on wind and solar or based on heat pumps rather than

00:11:24.840 natural gas furnaces

00:11:29.880 and winter hits we were almost without power in in alberta for two days because it went to minus 40 and

00:11:38.280 the wind turbines all stopped turning you can't turn them after about minus 25 or the blades might break

00:11:44.120 so guibo said this week as well well i've heard you you you've been listened to and i'm going to bring

00:11:52.600 in about a dozen major changes to my net zero power grid regulations they also had to rename the carbon

00:12:02.120 tax credit canadians apparently aren't giving the liberals enough credit for giving them rebates four

00:12:08.760 times a year on the amount they spend on carbon tax but since you spend the carbon tax at the pump or

00:12:15.400 on your heating bill at home every time you fill up or every month when you pay your bill and the

00:12:21.320 rebates don't come connected to that people don't see perhaps what the federal government is doing so

00:12:28.600 they're going to change from the carbon action initiative which is what they were calling the

00:12:33.240 rebate to the canada carbon rebate as though somehow canadians are going to be fooled by what that is

00:12:39.640 oh yes let's call it the the canada carbon rebate and they won't understand that that this is the old 0.99

00:12:46.040 carbon tax and the old rebate like you're too dumb to figure that out that's what gets me about this 0.97

00:12:52.440 government is always it's your fault that their green initiatives aren't working it's your fault that 0.97

00:12:58.200 you're not buying enough electric vehicles it's your fault that the things don't go very far on a

00:13:02.920 charge it's your fault that you're not getting out of your car and into a bus even though you live in

00:13:08.680 a neighborhood or a suburb where you can't get on a bus and go to work they blame you for their failures

00:13:19.080 and gibo has had a lot of them this year remember when trude announced last year that he was going to

00:13:26.280 cut the carbon tax on home heating fuel but really only in atlantic canada there was a big blowback

00:13:33.320 across the country so big that the liberals were in danger of losing the carbon tax initiative

00:13:40.360 and so they decided well they had to cancel a bill that they had allowed to go through the house of

00:13:44.760 commons that would have given a carbon tax cut to farmers so if your food is more expensive this year

00:13:53.960 it's because the liberals messed up on giving the carbon tax exemption in atlantic canada so they

00:14:00.200 had to cut the carbon tax exemption they had planned to give farmers it's going to cost about a billion

00:14:05.880 dollars a year on farmers heating bills and so where's that going to go it's going to go on your cereal

00:14:13.800 it's going to go on your meat it's going to go on your produce all of the things that you buy at the

00:14:17.880 grocery store that are already too expensive are going to get more expensive because the liberals

00:14:21.720 messed up on the carbon tax exemption for atlantic canada so this is a group a government that's in

00:14:29.000 complete chaos and the face of that is stephen gibo the federal environment minister so is it any wonder

00:14:36.920 that the conservative party's internal polls show that gibo is a benefit for them he is so unpopular 0.99

00:14:45.560 so disliked by canadians outside of montreal and toronto a little progressive bubbles

00:14:52.760 that he's pulling the liberal party down with him for post media i'm lauren gunter 1.00

00:15:05.080 yeah exactly this gentleman you know they're proving themselves to be idiots 1.00

00:15:11.400 they're proving themselves to be total idiots when it comes to spending money 1.00

00:15:14.520 and how they want to save the world now stephen bow said no more cars and you know and uh no more 1.00

00:15:20.600 of this because you know we're going to save the planet and it it just goes to prove that all these

00:15:26.360 elected officials that are looking after you and me they think city they think urban planning they

00:15:32.520 don't think the rural areas i wouldn't be surprised if some of them think that our meat still comes from

00:15:38.040 grocery stores and not from actual cattle i would be surprised if they think that there's little

00:15:46.120 urban gardens out there that provide all the fresh fruit and vegetables that they like to have when

00:15:51.160 they have their salads and avocado toast you know i mean the arrogance that these politicians promote

00:15:58.840 is going to be their downfall it's that simple and i hope that uh there is an election called i hope

00:16:05.800 there is something in the works where it's going to benefit all of us who better thing now i'm not

00:16:11.320 saying the next prime minister in line possibly mr pierre poly of is going to make a dramatic change

00:16:18.600 i know he wants to cut the carbon tax he wants to bring housing uh to people he wants to cut a lot of

00:16:24.680 taxes but what's going to suffer in the meantime what are their cuts are we going to face because

00:16:31.320 of the previous government's decision i can just see it now a year from now you know well the last

00:16:36.200 prime minister mr trudeau did this and this blah blah blah back and forth back and forth we got to

00:16:40.920 fight for more liberty ladies and gentlemen that's what it comes down to but it's good to see there's

00:16:45.400 more and more people coming out and coming to their senses in regards to these taxes in regards to

00:16:50.760 the green scheme of things okay so i know the sensors are gonna probably have a heyday with

00:16:55.960 this right now but there is no emergency as far as i know we got to do better to look after things i

00:17:01.800 agree it comes to planting when it comes to trees when it comes to agriculture and when it comes to

00:17:07.880 clean water we also have to create more clean water for our first nations we have to give give our

00:17:15.320 people in this country all of our peoples all colors all creeds doesn't matter benefit and the

00:17:21.240 chance to thrive and to grow as we should in this supposedly working democracy stay updated and follow

00:19:23.160 tuned for updates on that as well like i say carrying out this episode episode 262

00:19:28.840 of the tuesday rant i just want i'm on my green schemes things green scheme things

00:19:36.920 i can't speak English today more green schemes and nato upset with canada now i do have a couple

00:19:42.680 articles here that i will add in description but a lot of this stuff when it comes to

00:19:47.400 uh nato when it comes to canada's commitment now i did watch a video earlier today from the fine

00:19:54.280 people at ctv you know bell media owns them and they just laid off uh 4 000 people or 4 000 4.8 000 0.62

00:20:02.120 people recently uh too bad i don't really give a shit and then neither should you you know but needs 0.97

00:20:07.800 to say um that these panel of experts not one of them has actually served the military so when it comes to 0.71

00:20:14.920 the panels of experts out there who want to weigh in on certain uh ideas and scenarios they have no

00:20:22.040 effing idea okay but i'll put this link in the description for you to follow anyway now canada

00:20:28.120 has fallen behind in the two percent gdp that nato expects now my libertarian side is coming out here

00:20:35.560 i don't expect anyone to be drafted or conscripted i don't like that idea at all unless we're you know

00:20:41.160 it's kind of the scenario where we're facing an enemy like in the independence day that moved from

00:20:47.240 the 90s that sci-fi spectacular cheesy uh sci-fi extravaganza or you know there's another world war

00:20:55.000 around the corner some of us think there will be but i still don't believe in the conscription

00:21:01.400 coming to that but when it comes to the nato standard which was etched basically in stone

00:21:06.040 uh since the end of the 1940s and also considering canada as one of the founding members next to

00:21:12.040 britain the united states and france i believe um we've got to do better okay now when you look at

00:21:19.240 your taxes that have been spent on everything but the military you would wonder why we cannot meet

00:21:25.960 two percent gdp what we should spend on our military okay look at our land mass in this country and i'm

00:21:32.440 sure your fellow vets my fellow vets out there and my fellow viewers who happen to be veterans

00:21:37.160 it doesn't matter if you're with canadians or the americans i'm sure you can understand

00:21:42.200 the importance of defending that space okay back in the 1950s and 60s canada had a very very active

00:21:48.120 role in the arctic with the dew line the warning systems we had a very very active navy active air

00:21:53.320 force and active army too okay now to my civilian listeners to my fans who never served a day in

00:22:02.200 their life i might put you down you have to understand that there's more that came military

00:22:06.680 what we did back in the 80s and 90s in regards to peacekeeping okay peacekeeping was another role

00:22:13.720 that was adopted that's not the only role our military did that was just another role that our

00:22:18.280 military adopted and we were pretty good at it you know but we also had a time where there was things

00:22:23.400 that were available kit was available training was available rotations were on the go people were being

00:22:29.000 paid and there wasn't ridiculous things called uh the housing department and all these other civilian

00:22:34.600 hands getting into the military kitty to take money here take money there while the troops went without

00:22:39.960 now the prime minister of this country has blatantly ignored our troops blatantly ignored our military for

00:22:45.800 a long time just like his old man did now his old man did upgrade back in the 70s when it came to

00:22:51.400 updating our tanks and certain vehicles and another update that these

00:22:55.560 f-18 fighters that canada received in the early 80s now since this liberal government has come in

00:23:02.840 they've done nothing but try to renew old equipment they bought from australia to upgrade our cf-18s

00:23:08.520 and upgrade our tanks they tried to but they end up giving a few tanks away to the ukraines

00:23:14.600 and a lot of ammo and a few extra bucks and a lot of kit a lot of logistics that this country needed okay now i'm not anti

00:23:25.560 anti-ukraine at all i feel bad for ukraine but there's things we need to look after here

00:23:33.480 there are things we need to really look after here especially with what's going right now and i don't

00:23:39.960 care how you feel about it from my personal experience from where i've been this country needs

00:23:47.960 an upstanding military full-fledged army full-fledged navy full-fledged air force

00:23:55.240 the ability to go at a moment's notice doesn't matter it doesn't matter if it's for humanitarian

00:24:00.280 reasons it doesn't matter if it's for peacekeeping reasons peacemaking reasons 0.96

00:24:06.200 heaven fucking forbid another bloody war

00:24:08.040 we got to be ready to it we got to stand to it and this government has blatantly disregarded 0.99

00:24:14.520 it disregarded in the name of veterans disregard in the name of wounded veterans and disregard it in

00:24:19.960 the name of security of this country right look how many look how many veterans affairs ministers

00:24:25.560 we've gone through look how many national offense ministers we have gone through who have bragged about 0.96

00:24:29.880 shit they never did or say they really really relate to the troops and yet i've presented to 0.99

00:24:35.160 you a few episodes back in regards to how the brass would rather worry about goddamn tampons 1.00

00:24:41.160 worry about tanks or rather worry about feelings rather than troop compatible compatibility or worry 0.79

00:24:49.080 about more feelings and haircuts rather than do we have enough to fight with you know what i mean

00:24:55.000 so it's pretty self-explanatory ladies and gentlemen nato is not happy with us and and really i don't

00:25:00.520 blame them i don't blame them at all now can we talk about nato and talk about the u.n i don't trust the

00:25:06.600 u.n and i hate to say it i'm starting to lose faith in it but i'm also glad it was getting on these 0.64

00:25:16.680 people's asses because i know the king has said many times we should operate our military and i've talked to 0.92

00:25:23.240 a couple of politicians over the past few years who have always said well the constituents never 0.98

00:25:27.880 wanted it are you sure did you really ask those questions or you just went along to get along like

00:25:34.440 most politicians do and like they will come this April 1st they'll get a nice paycheck but who am i

00:25:42.600 so what we have to do ladies and gentlemen is that i encourage all of my canadian listeners out there

00:25:47.880 and my american listeners too and all my listeners worldwide okay you gotta stand for what's right

00:25:53.880 especially my canadian listeners okay write your empty mail after mail email call

00:25:59.880 upgrade our services upgrade upgrade upgrade upgrade upgrade

00:26:03.560 not gonna happen overnight but they've taken an inch taking a foot taking an inch taking a foot

00:26:09.000 and when it comes to procurement in this country there are so many bloody boards you have to go through 0.82

00:26:13.560 first to get it to get a goddamn tire or to get another box of ammunition so for human boards 0.88

00:26:24.280 our defense minister should have a defense background 0.97

00:26:29.720 and when it comes to upgrading our military we need some brats from military to stand up and say hey 1.00

00:26:35.640 enough of this shit let's get this all going Rick Hillier did back in the 2000s 0.99

00:26:41.080 he told the martin government what need to be done and he told the government what need to be done 0.99

00:26:46.440 and ironically enough things were getting done our gdp was getting more towards defense

00:26:54.120 worldmaster aircraft came in wow great it's better vehicles to use overseas wow more ammo more choices

00:27:03.160 gdp was gucci did modernized a lot of times

00:27:09.560 indians are probably the best trained soldiers in the world but our government just doesn't want to 1.00

00:27:15.560 look after it properly until it's too late and i just hope it doesn't come to a point in our life

00:27:22.440 right now or soon in your future where too little is too late because that would just really really

00:27:29.640 suck for everybody and a lot of people will get hurt anyhow ladies and gentlemen i have been 0.87
