00:02:08.140 television yours truly probably have a podcast his podcast my podcast on there sometime soon anyway

00:02:14.320 carrying out this episode 279 so this was actually brought to my attention by a guy i follow on

00:02:21.420 youtube there he's an ex-mountie he actually has some really good uh some good videos on his channel

00:02:29.260 there uh he goes by northwest calvaryman he's ex-rcmp himself he's quite the musician and he does quite

00:02:36.360 the commentary and i'll give a shout out to uh northwest calvaryman thank you for putting this video up

00:02:42.580 bring it to my attention and uh i found the story on ctv and i will post it here for you too and i'll post

00:02:50.860 a link uh to northwest calvaryman's uh video and we'll get uh to the bottom of this here too but it's

00:02:57.340 interesting how things are turning in our society with uh all these terrible things that are going on

00:03:02.680 the world today uh this is from ctv this is i think from today if i'm not mistaken and i'll just

00:03:11.220 queue it up for you ladies and gentlemen and i'll read along with you too quite the interesting uh little

00:03:15.960 little article to say the least you know i wonder who remembers uh what that leaked tweet the rcmp had

00:03:24.220 when they did um their presence at the ottawa convoy and some of the things that they said

00:03:31.740 there right now who i wonder who remembers that remember that please give me a thumbs up or give

00:03:38.580 me a comment or two once you see this video and with this from ctv rcmp boss expressed a desire for

00:03:46.720 new law to deal with threats against politicians okay that was more to it than just that ladies and 1.00

00:03:52.580 gentlemen rcmp commissioner mike duhaime says he wants the government to look at drafting a new law

00:03:58.940 that would make it easier for police to pursue charges against people who threaten elected officials

00:04:05.440 the mounties are seeing an increase in invective directed at politicians including comments from

00:04:10.880 the same individuals on multiple occasions duhaime said in an interview however often the behavior does

00:04:16.660 not mean the criminal code threshold for laying a charge of uttering threats so that's sometimes a

00:04:22.280 challenge quote unquote duhaime said but there are other tools that we can use in question mark is

00:04:28.020 there anything else that we can add to the criminal code that can address this situation now think about

00:04:34.780 that with all the criminals that are being released catch and release in today's society those four

00:04:44.280 individuals that have just been caught in bc for killing that calistani promoter right what's going to

00:04:50.260 happen to them how about the individuals that have been caught on bail and released the same day

00:04:55.400 one of those individuals that stole the gold in toronto last year he was released on bail go figure

00:05:01.660 right but now here's the top cop can is top cop okay to say the least is recommending this to protect

00:05:09.660 politicians from threats you mean like words you know no so someone go to jail because someone spray 0.96

00:05:16.400 painted the word cunt on catherine mckenna's office she deserved it it's unprofessional but yeah i think 0.96

00:05:23.560 you get my point here anyhow it goes on to say uh the rcmp hopes to work with public safety canada and 0.96

00:05:29.900 the department of justice on the possibility of a new provision to address the phenomenon well it's not

00:05:35.100 a phenomenon people are getting pissed off there mike okay mike hello mike quote unquote it'd be nice to

00:05:41.360 see if we could look at that he said yeah let's look into creating more laws and putting more people

00:05:46.520 on the spot and instilling more fear in people for words yeah that's that's really great buckeye god

00:05:52.840 damn it people feel more free to express what they really think which is a good thing but it has to be

00:05:58.180 done in a very very civil way every elected official has the right to feel secure in doing their job 0.98

00:06:04.880 okay do hame's comments come amid a growing concerns about the safety of politicians mps have been

00:06:10.600 followed on the street and subjected to death threats the escalation has prompted efforts to

00:06:15.120 bolster protection and security measures ontario liberal mp pam damoff yeah yeah okay pam recently

00:06:21.820 announced that we should not run the next election saying the threats and the misogyny says she has 1.00

00:06:26.860 experience made her fearful of going out in public well pam you also made some stupid comments about gun 1.00

00:06:32.960 owners and about military members in this country so you're gonna get some backlash toots right 0.99

00:06:40.600 do hame said the rcmp regularly communicates with other police forces about threats to

00:06:45.460 politicians in addition the mounties have a liaison team that keeps in touch with federal

00:06:50.260 ministerial offices about daily security needs and the force works closely with the house of

00:06:55.100 common sergeant arms concerning protection of mps the force will sometimes turn into disruption

00:07:00.040 measures with officers knocking on the door of someone who has made a concerning comment to have a

00:07:05.940 chat with them do hame said yes we will go to your door and we will ask you a certain question of all

00:07:12.960 yes did you write this email to this person what was your intent for that you have all i don't think

00:07:18.840 that's very good i don't think you should do that again again do we have understanding here yeah you have all 0.97

00:07:24.580 you see that's the way i look at it ladies and gentlemen holy shit rcmp behavioral science

00:07:30.960 specialists specialists he didn't say experts he said specialists also look at the incoming cases and 0.89

00:07:36.720 the force has noticed that disturbing comments sometimes come from people known to the force from

00:07:41.540 earlier instance he added okay an intelligence report released in march said threats against politicians

00:07:46.980 had become increasingly normalized due to the extremist narratives prompted by personal grievances

00:07:51.760 and fueled by misinformation or deliberate lies okay well they keep throwing those words

00:07:58.720 misinformation around misinformation disinformation how about the fact that we watch some of these

00:08:03.800 politicians whether it be on the cpac channel or in question period or on sunday when ctv puts

00:08:10.480 question period back and forth and we analyze what they say and when some of these politicians sit in press

00:08:15.880 conferences and say ridiculous things to the canadian people our prime minister has done it when it

00:08:21.200 came to the convoy you know people who didn't want to get the jibby jab were called misogynists and 0.95

00:08:26.880 racists and and homophobes and islamophobes and all that good stuff right right toronto started a big 0.98

00:08:33.480 editorial there uh during the pandem saying all these people are not vaccinated should just die and do all

00:08:39.360 these terrible things right and yet here's the rcmp guy worrying about the general public speak in their

00:08:45.840 minds see what we're getting into ladies and gentlemen right the june 2023 report prepared

00:08:52.660 by a federal task force that aims to safeguard elections said baseless theories disinformation

00:08:58.340 and misinformation had spread to larger audiences exposing online users to to a vast network of

00:09:04.520 narratives that undermine science undermine the science systems of government and traditional figures

00:09:10.240 of authority quote-unquote violent rhetoric routinely fixates on elected officials with particular 0.98

00:09:15.600 hostility towards high-profile women the report said okay bullshit i am so sick and tired of these 0.98

00:09:23.340 hidden agendas looking for sexism oh high-profile women you're giving women a hard time for me high 1.00

00:09:28.380 profile no people are calling out women for doing stupid things just like when they call out men for 1.00

00:09:34.760 doing stupid things i like to warn you politicians you're in the national spotlight okay you have a 1.00

00:09:42.200 camera in your face a microphone in your face you say stupid things stupid things are gonna happen 1.00

00:09:47.420 oh boy who knew right in recent years countries including bolivia brazil and tunisia have brought in 1.00

00:09:54.840 legislation directed at violence against women in politics ensuring that social media platforms are

00:10:00.720 enforcing terms of service that will minimize the sense of violence is important said chris tenove

00:10:05.620 assistant director of the center of study for democratic institutions at the university of british

00:10:10.040 columbia okay what i'm going to do ladies and gentlemen i'm going to leave this article

00:10:13.660 okay in my description you read it and you uh just think for yourself about it because this is just

00:10:21.400 total bs honestly okay they're so worried about threats of violence okay and when you look at the

00:10:29.700 threats of violence and the discomfort that's going around now look at what's happening look what these

00:10:38.520 politicians are doing look what these leaders are doing to the canadian people okay now i'm not

00:10:44.460 justifying violence i'm not going to promote violence towards any politician but if you're going to take the

00:10:51.100 responsibility of running for any office whether it be municipal provincial or federal if you're going to

00:10:56.980 take the initiative to join a party that has some really really ridiculous policies you know like 0.96

00:11:02.840 national debt and treating our military like crap and giving all the money away to other militaries 0.95

00:11:07.400 so they can fight the good fight right what do you expect people to say what do you expect people to do 0.98

00:11:13.700 come on in put your feet on my coffee table would you like a coffee would you like a slap and tickle 1.00

00:11:19.760 for your pickle hey maybe i reach around or two hey want to date my sister what do you want what do you

00:11:26.140 expect well it just goes to show ladies and gentlemen that more and more of these politicians expect the

00:11:32.940 crack to smoke itself stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook twitter gap telegram youtube

00:11:41.840 and podbean subscribe today and donate at crustycanuck.ca

00:11:49.760 and furthermore you know what do you think is going to happen right katherine mckenna made a big

00:11:56.240 stink when she was in office about people saying the word c-u-n-t to her now i don't believe in

00:12:01.760 defacing someone's property but look at the mandates that she was pushing when she was the environmental 0.99

00:12:07.060 minister right i don't have time for anybody who disagrees with me you know you stomp your feet and you

00:12:13.140 say it loud enough in parliament people are going to believe you and there's also questions upon

00:12:17.180 questions of billions of dollars that went supposed to go to the infrastructure bank and it didn't get

00:12:22.940 didn't get there so when you read a report like that canada's top cop is promoting we have to make

00:12:29.080 better laws to protect the politicians how about you make better laws to protect the citizens of this

00:12:34.520 country instead of worrying about a handful of politicians that might be offended welcome to the

00:12:41.180 public spotlight welcome to public office you are not impartial to criticism you're not impartial to

00:12:48.860 suggestion and you're definitely not impartial to scrutiny either so put on the big boy pants the big

00:12:56.000 boy skirties or the little girl skirties whatever your preference is and start being adults it's that

00:13:04.040 effing simple ladies and gentlemen but you know it's just wow you know we got we got to protect

00:13:11.080 these people it seems like every time we turn around there's always a certain group of individuals

00:13:16.340 that want special treatment here or special treatment there or over here or want a little

00:13:21.360 slappy here and tickle there a little back rub there you know some avocado toast a nice cup of tea oh

00:13:26.840 whoa no come on like enough is enough here so i highly suggest that people question this man's

00:13:33.920 ability question this man's leadership and if anybody knocks on your door and inquires about

00:13:40.460 what you said to somebody and you stand your ground and tell them the truth okay and know your rights to

00:13:49.320 talk to an attorney first just to make sure that everything's copacetic right because any cop that

00:13:55.460 comes knocking on my door wants to know why i said this and why i said that i'll probably tell them

00:14:00.640 the truth this individual pissed me off or she pissed me off or he pissed me off or they pissed me off

00:14:07.840 whatever kids you know time to grow up and grow a pair stay updated and follow crusty canuck on facebook

00:14:25.460 and just a reminder ladies and gentlemen if you like and hear what you see please click like and subscribe

00:14:30.100 share this content all of your social media platforms don't be shy give me a comment give me a thumbs up

00:14:35.440 especially my friends there on the tube and on the rumble give me some comments too and i have a special

00:14:41.120 message out there for people that see me on rumble i appreciate your subscriptions but any solicitors

00:14:48.360 you're trying to sell me more views right and show me a european number for whatsapp brace yourself 0.85

00:14:56.780 i'm gonna say this once okay i don't care what your name is i don't care where you're from i'm sick and 0.66

00:15:02.980 tired of your solicitation i've already written reports to the powers that be on rumble to block you 0.99

00:15:09.260 but if you come again and go oh wow what a great channel let me help you fuck off okay it's that simple 1.00

00:15:17.740 all right i am so sick and tired of these fly by night these these fly by night promoters that say 1.00

00:15:24.680 they can do wonderful things for low low cost and the only thing you do is they sell your stuff to bots 0.99

00:15:30.480 or they sell your data to other shitheads who don't really give a shit okay so the next person 0.98

00:15:37.580 that invites me to a whatsapp okay on my rumble i'm reporting you and i'm blocking you it's that simple 0.94

00:15:45.340 so don't waste my effing time whoo now that's off my chest anyway carrying on this episode uh 279

00:15:52.180 the top mounties request and more wildfire panic that's right ladies and gentlemen we've got these

00:15:56.880 wildfires issues that are starting to happen you know it's every year every spring things get warmer

00:16:01.620 okay poor forest management a lot of deadfall on the ground it does catch fire because of lightning

00:16:07.680 and because of human incompetence too but of course it powers that be would have us believe that it's

00:16:13.520 because of climate change and the world's dying and we have to take more money out of your pocket

00:16:18.900 to save your life right we believe that narrative i don't believe that narrative in a second ladies 0.84

00:16:25.640 and gentlemen i do not believe that narrative whatsoever do we have pollution issues yeah there's

00:16:33.000 some issues that can be looked at right but here's an article here from global of all places too

00:16:38.440 right and it was actually written last month i believe yeah april 10th uh from naomi bargill so

00:16:47.220 i've seen some of her work before she's one of those panickers as well all right basically what they're

00:16:53.340 doing is they're worried about what's going to happen because of last year and we saw our environment

00:16:59.460 ministers we saw prime minister we saw every tom dick and harry and so-called expert in the field

00:17:06.100 tell us that if we don't do something about this you know the world's gonna die i'll leave an article 0.95

00:17:12.680 from globe i'm not even gonna read it it's just so much verbal diarrhea and of course they put on the

00:17:17.220 whole climate change right we both know that wood does not spontaneously combust unless you throw in

00:17:24.960 some gasoline throw in some kindling you know some other additives strike a match voila there's your

00:17:31.840 fire but then you have lightning too and you have people that do take walks in the woods and wooded

00:17:36.700 areas and they drop their cigarettes they don't butt them out properly and what do you know the dry grass

00:17:41.500 there whatever even last year though there was a few people from quebec i think there was two lads

00:17:47.100 in from quebec that were actually arrested for arson a couple in uh yukon and northwest territories 0.65

00:17:52.180 and even some ass clowns here in alberta that were caught setting the fires not just throwing a 0.90

00:17:59.140 smoke down they're taking a lighter and igniting right to either promote the narrative or instill fear 0.99

00:18:06.220 or just because they're dicks okay there's a person i used to work with who works uh in the forestry

00:18:12.340 service and she would basically tell me that 20 percent of every fire that happens is due to human error 0.97

00:18:20.960 i.e. cigarette butts campfires right last year it went up because of arsonists the other 80 percent

00:18:29.500 of the time is natural causes i.e. lightning strikes which happens which has happened since the dawn of

00:18:36.760 time okay so to my listeners and my viewers out there alike if you're worried about the climate

00:18:43.560 okay each to their own okay but you and i both know dead fall does not spontaneously combust

00:18:52.700 right we're not going to have fire and brimstone the apocalypse is not coming

00:18:57.420 so we have to ask the tough questions talk to somebody who works in the forestry service

00:19:01.940 talk to somebody who's done forestry management because there's lots of speculation out there too

00:19:07.260 in this country that a lot of forestry management systems have gone

00:19:10.580 to the dogs because people have ignored it people aren't cleaning up the dead fall as they should be

00:19:16.600 people aren't looking after certain areas right i saw a video the other day of mr harjeet sajan

00:19:21.980 talking about fire guards oh what an innovation they've only been around for a little while there

00:19:26.540 harjeet where have you been oh that's right probably getting older parts again for our old f18s again 0.99

00:19:31.840 my bad my bad my bad right so we can't buy the hype and buy the bullshit ladies and gentlemen 0.98

00:19:38.720 enough is enough honestly honestly like just start being sensible if you're a smoker and you're outside 0.99

00:19:47.060 dispose of your butt properly bury it or field strip it common sense it's that simple 0.96

00:19:54.000 don't let the mainstream narrative govern what we're going to do during this time of year 0.98

00:20:01.700 weather's getting better people are going out being a little more mobile

00:20:05.200 you know and every year there's going to be wildfires

00:20:08.220 why because it's just the way it is it's just the way it is

00:20:13.560 i i i don't have an answer from other nature 1.00

00:20:17.140 you know i have an answer sometimes for stupid people 1.00

00:20:20.400 you know they do stupid things you do stupid things to them 1.00

00:20:23.900 right if you catch someone setting a fire kick their ass it's that simple 1.00

00:20:28.960 right how else do we we we fight this panic that's constantly being put down our throats 1.00

00:20:35.100 how else do we fight these things you know

00:20:38.140 either ask the tough questions what the powers of being on the spot

00:20:43.960 you know like i remember as a kid we had a record high spring and there are no issues with fires

00:20:49.860 because people using your head people weren't instilling fear and giving us a hard time saying

00:20:55.180 oh my god climate change climate change climate change what are you gonna do

00:20:57.800 no one worried about it you know people were worrying about a second ice age back in the 70s

00:21:05.860 back in the 80s people were worrying about acid rain and then the ozone layer right

00:21:10.680 then you had people come up and say well because of science they figure it out

00:21:14.040 yeah because the science they figure it out and people stop panicking too

00:21:19.360 and they figure it out so the thing is lay off the panic

00:21:23.420 right you're not going to make people work faster or find a viable solution to earth's problems

00:21:29.180 when you instill panic you're not this is not like a sci-fi movie of the week here this is real life here 0.99

00:21:36.320 right george carlin one of his best comedic routines was the planet's fine the people are fucked 0.81

00:21:44.220 right so it's self-explanatory ladies and gentlemen we shouldn't have to sit and dwell on this because 0.88

00:21:51.840 we have a handful of activists that want us to give away more money and take more money

00:21:56.500 in the name of this plight and this panic because you and i both know not every tom dick and harry

00:22:01.820 can drop 65 000 down on an ev vehicle that needs to be charged on a daily basis

00:22:08.220 right because we don't have the grid yet to support said such phenomena if everyone bought an ev vehicle

00:22:16.060 but not everybody has 60 to 65 000 of disposable income just to throw down on a vehicle right away too

00:22:22.960 right so with all this crap with people wanting to change the laws

00:22:29.720 and certain police officers you know okay mike duhaime hey hey you want to make better laws to 0.79

00:22:37.260 protect a handful of politicians right are you going to knock on my door because i disagree with 0.98

00:22:42.580 this this environmental policy that uh stupid stephen gilboll wants to promote 0.99

00:22:47.280 or you know ditzy uh katherine mckenna try to promote too because someone called her a nasty name 1.00

00:22:53.480 am i going to be in trouble for saying that no i don't wish harm on these individuals

00:22:59.160 but i really want to see him get humbled that's for sure and i want to see him defeat in the next 0.97
