In this episode of the Krusty Canuck Podcast, I talk about fake leadership, fake safety, fake quarantine, fake hotels, and more! Stay tuned for the rest of the show on March 3rd and 4th.
00:19:28.500Since March 2020, the city of Toronto has permanently housed more than 2,000 individuals who experience homelessness.
00:19:33.680That is an increase of 50% over this time last year, but there's still not enough space to house every person seeking refuge.
00:19:40.700That's why a carpenter named Khalil Sevrite tried to step in.
00:19:44.900He started building makeshift shelters that could stay warm even in minus 20 temperatures from the body heat of his residents alone.
00:19:50.980His online fundraising page quickly skyrocketed past his target of $20,000 and with no time, Khalil was working seven days a week in his garage to build, provide free mobile shelters across Toronto.
00:20:03.040But as often in this case, no good deed goes unpunished.
00:20:06.900This is the story of how Toronto man's ingenuous help.
00:20:14.900Basically, I'll leave the article in the description section for you.
00:20:22.300It's been a long day for me here, but I'll leave the article for you guys to read.
00:20:26.460And when this carpenter decided that he was going to do this for the homeless, he basically built a shelter that would house one person, keep them warm based on their body heat, reflective insulation, all that good stuff.
00:20:36.840Now, there was a situation where one person was actually killed because one of them caught on fire.
00:20:41.460The story was that this individual had a candle.
00:20:44.740He wasn't looking after it, and he basically set himself ablaze.
00:20:47.600But the Sea of Toronto figured they would sue this man for using his initiative.
00:20:52.420Now, I don't know about you, but if anybody takes the initiative to do something like that for the community, for the greater good,
00:20:59.760I would say you give him a prize or you give him $100,000 for his efforts because this guy took it upon himself to help people in need.
00:21:08.300And the big conglomerates in the city of Toronto figured, okay, we're going to sue this individual because they're making us look bad, right?
00:21:17.160So obviously, they weren't doing enough work to help the homeless in their city.
00:21:20.800And this guy took it upon himself and volunteered and raised money to build said materials, to build things, to help people, right?
00:21:30.260And he didn't care if they're black or white or Asian or they identified as this or identified as that.
00:21:36.780He took it upon himself to help people.
00:21:40.560And the city of Toronto tries to fuck him for it.
00:21:43.420Well, I'll leave, I'll probably give updates later on in regards to this man's case.
00:21:47.940But that story kind of stuck with me there.
00:21:50.540Here's a guy who took it upon himself to do something wonderful and his own city trying to screw him for it, right?
00:21:56.720And the second winner of the Canadian Polar Vortex of Bullshit goes to people that try to shut down or have, I guess, successfully taken six books out of the Dr. Seuss library because they fail to be inclusive.
00:22:11.220Now, regardless of how old you are or not, I know Dr. Seuss books have been a staple in every child's life one way or the other.
00:22:20.740Everything from watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas at Christmastime to Horton Hears a Who.
00:22:26.460I remember those books being read to me when I was a kid.
00:22:30.360And it never altered my perception and how people look or how they react.
00:22:35.000It was just, there were fun stories and there were great learning curves, how to put words together and how to really explore the English language for what it is.
00:22:46.640I'm just getting so sick and tired of this fucking woke mandate BS.
00:22:51.180And these so-called fake victims and fake leaders talking about, oh my God, you're displaying images that were so unfair and so disingenuine.
00:23:00.320And yet half of these books were written many years ago.
00:23:03.880Many years ago when people's perceptions were a bit different.
00:23:12.020It was just perceptions that people had.
00:23:14.160And regardless of how you dress it up, you're not going to change history.
00:23:19.060So I really wish these victimhood, uh, Mongols, uh, these, these, these, these victimhood mongers sitting there worrying about feelings and perceptions, get a goddamn grip of yourselves first.
00:23:31.240And who the fuck are you guys to erase history?
00:23:57.660And what gets me too, is that half of these people who have persecuted people like Khalil for building things for people and helping people and the other, uh, individuals that have had all this wonderful education when it comes to social structure and understanding, uh, all our feelings and how we should get along.
00:24:14.940Don't have the goddamn couth to sit back and think for a minute before they act.
00:24:34.760You're going to get rid of coloring books too, because certain colors in a crayon box tend to be a little more, uh, divisive or non-inclusive.
00:25:19.860Yes, coming up this Thursday on the Krusty Canuck Thursday Fastball, where I go live on YouTube and Facebook.
00:25:25.860My guest this week will be a Ms. Valerie Keefe, an Edmontonian, very, very outspoken in regards to political and social structures, has a background in economics.
00:25:38.440And we had a talk there last Sunday on the Adam Daniel Mazzeh Hidden Gem Livestream.
00:25:45.120And just a very, very stimulating intellectual human being, a very decent human being.
00:25:49.660So please tune into that if you can, ladies and gentlemen.
00:25:52.680That's every Thursday, the Krusty Canuck Thursday Fastball, broadcasted live via YouTube and Facebook by the good people at StreamYard.
00:26:05.120And make sure, ladies and gentlemen, if you're going to ask questions about myself or my guest, keep them clean, keep them real.
00:26:12.320We don't care if you drop an F-bomb or a C-bomb here and there.
00:26:15.380But if you're just going to be a bunch of vulgar pricks or be vulgar in general just for the sake of it, because you want to get a row out of me or my guest, you're wasting your time.
00:26:42.360It'll be live on YouTube and Facebook.
00:26:44.980And again, carrying on with more fake safety and more fake leadership.
00:26:48.980It's getting to the point, like I said, the past three days my wife and I have been cleaning.
00:26:51.880So I haven't paid attention to a lot of the news and more of these COVID updates.
00:26:54.800And the vaccine issue is still up in the air, right?
00:26:57.400The procurement is just still another effing joke.
00:27:00.680And what gets me, ladies and gentlemen, too, is that every time there's been a liberal government in regards to procuring things, it's always been a shit show.
00:27:10.760Now, from my time serving in the military, from my time deploying with the military overseas, a couple of tours here and there, some taskings here and there, you know, a couple of visits to the States, a visit to France, what have you.
00:27:25.200Procurement has always been a major issue because as far as I know, there's a board of individuals that sit in the procurement office, the procurement ministry, right?
00:27:35.200And there's about 30 or 40 of them that sit there and scratch your butt, scratch your balls, scratch your nose, pick their nose, pick each other's nose.
00:27:42.300And they really can't make a solid decision when it comes to getting anything done, right?
00:27:48.920Now, all these buzzwords have been buzzing around about which vaccine is better, which vaccine is good.
00:27:56.180You've got Moderna, you've got Pfizer, you've got these other ones.
00:28:00.440Fuck, I can't even pronounce half the goddamn names of them.
00:28:02.400But do we even know that they're efficient?
00:28:29.060If anyone has any suggestions on, you know, what these vaccines can do to help us in the long run,
00:28:36.500please send me an email, crustybcanuck67 at gmail.com, right?
00:28:41.100Or like I said, and above mentioned, you can reach me at different social platforms too.
00:28:45.900You know, pay attention to my community page and Facebook page for updates.
00:28:48.840But if you have any suggestions, please let me know.
00:28:52.100So I had a fan send me a whack of emails there a couple of weeks back, and I'm still going through them as we speak.
00:28:57.900So pardon me for not catching up to my reading.
00:29:00.300But there's a lot of theories out there and a lot of speculation, and rightfully so, right?
00:29:06.740Because a lot of theories and speculation have put a lot of people in very, very terrible positions, right?
00:29:14.060Let's take a look at what's going on here, especially out here in Western Canada, right?
00:29:19.080How many young people have come across opioids?
00:29:24.180How many people in general have contemplated suicide because of these restrictions and lockdowns?
00:29:31.600Now, I know Alberta has been more laid back than Ontario and a good part of La Belle Provence, right?
00:29:37.620But like I remind you listeners, my fans out there too, a lot of these bigwigs are still getting fucking paid.
00:29:45.760Well, a lot of us, you know, plebe folk and young folk and crazy folk and working class folk are still getting shafted, right?
00:29:55.380And with the speculation of an upcoming election, you can obviously tell that the Potato Party has been, you know, trying to win favor again.
00:30:04.620Or we're going to bring the vaccines in now, and we're going to give more CERB and more SIVA payments.
