00:00:00.360 Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. It's a beautiful 22nd of June 2021.
00:00:05.520 Coming up with the Krusty Night Podcast, episode 135.
00:00:08.700 Who watches the watchers? Bill C-10 has passed in the House of Commons.
00:00:12.720 Just waiting for the Senate to say yay or nay before the summer is sitting.
00:00:16.920 And more political BS from our military leaders.
00:00:20.000 All that and more coming up with the show. Please, please, stick around.
00:00:30.000 Hit it, sweetheart.
00:00:32.200 Because I am hard, you will not like me.
00:00:35.180 Yes, sir.
00:00:38.620 There is no racial bigotry here.
00:00:43.500 There you are always will be working.
00:00:47.500 From Western Canada, this is the Krusty Canuck Podcast.
00:00:52.180 A Canadian veteran's point of view.
00:00:54.220 On political, social, economic issues, and life.
00:00:58.400 Here's Krusty.
00:01:00.000 Well, smack my ass and call me Judy.
00:01:04.940 That's right, ladies and gentlemen.
00:01:06.240 Episode 135 of the Krusty Canuck Podcast.
00:01:08.160 I'm your host, Krusty Canuck.
00:01:09.860 Yes, Bill C-10 has passed in the House of Commons.
00:01:14.900 That's right.
00:01:15.600 The Liberals, the Bloc, and the NDP are all for it.
00:01:18.800 Basically, C-10 is an amendment to the Broadcast Act,
00:01:22.680 which basically is going to monitor what you, what I,
00:01:26.460 what everybody else is going to do online.
00:01:28.120 Now, I've seen different versions of it since November 2020,
00:01:31.540 when it was first tabled, or when it was first motioned.
00:01:35.940 And to sum it all up, based on what I've read and seen,
00:01:38.440 it's going to tell people like you and me what we can see online,
00:01:40.680 what we can do online, all that good stuff,
00:01:42.320 in the name of Canadian content.
00:01:44.400 Now, that's a broad term, ladies and gentlemen,
00:01:47.180 because there's lots of Canadians that I've listened to,
00:01:50.160 different shows, different formats, different blogs, what have you.
00:01:53.440 And not all of them mention that they're from Canada,
00:01:55.220 not all of them mention that are Canadian.
00:01:57.100 And it doesn't really matter.
00:01:59.380 The thing being, if you want to protect Canadian content in this country,
00:02:01.600 you already have Canadian content laws that I believe came into effect in 1980,
00:02:06.880 if I'm not mistaken.
00:02:07.700 You know, and I remember Second City made a big stink about it
00:02:10.780 because they made fun of it, right?
00:02:12.800 You know, what's the sense of doing comedy
00:02:14.200 if you have to do everything Canadian?
00:02:15.460 So what they did, they created Bob and Doug McKenzie.
00:02:17.700 So you can thank Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis for that, you know?
00:02:20.960 But needs to say, it created something good, something fun,
00:02:23.700 something real, and really,
00:02:25.560 just kind of laughed in the face of the administration.
00:02:27.520 But I digress.
00:02:29.480 Last night, in the House of Commons,
00:02:31.160 they debated until about 1.30 in the morning,
00:02:33.000 and then they gave it to the Senate to pass.
00:02:34.560 And they got two days before they decide to sit for the summer
00:02:37.760 and have their holidays and go la-la-la-la
00:02:40.200 while the rest of us are trying to get our work
00:02:41.960 and get our bills paid and all that good stuff.
00:02:43.620 You know, the typical dynamic.
00:02:45.320 So let me tell you about C10.
00:02:49.020 We know it's not a good thing.
00:02:51.040 Honestly, we don't.
00:02:52.280 We know it's not good for you or for me or for anybody else
00:02:54.680 who just wants to make a living online
00:02:56.320 or wants to do a podcast like yours truly
00:02:58.740 or anyone who does a video series or a blog series,
00:03:01.300 even as far as it goes to people trying stuff on.
00:03:04.900 You know, there's lots of those channels on the tube today.
00:03:06.960 You know, certain people trying this on,
00:03:08.660 trying that on, all that good stuff.
00:03:10.480 But, you know, needless to say,
00:03:12.340 it's not good for you or me.
00:03:14.600 And based on everything that I have read
00:03:16.040 and the articles that have come and gone
00:03:17.540 via National Post and other media outlets,
00:03:19.980 and I'll leave the description as a link for you,
00:03:21.620 my listeners, to decide.
00:03:23.540 Okay?
00:03:24.280 It's a shit show.
00:03:26.280 How else do I say it?
00:03:27.740 All right?
00:03:28.600 Stephen Gobert can never make up his mind.
00:03:30.200 They've filibusted the whole thing.
00:03:32.340 They have stalled and they've amended this
00:03:34.900 and amended that,
00:03:36.240 trying to make sense of the whole thing.
00:03:37.920 Now, I'll leave a video here
00:03:39.000 from one of my internet friends, Greg Wycliffe there.
00:03:41.800 He's a member of the PPC party.
00:03:43.380 However, he's quite comedic
00:03:44.600 and he does make some great videos.
00:03:48.740 So I'll let you, my viewers, to decide
00:03:50.180 exactly, you know,
00:03:54.080 what to think
00:03:55.260 based on what he has said
00:03:57.680 in this whole conglomerate.
00:04:00.180 Just a real shit show.
00:04:01.420 Pay attention here.
00:04:14.960 Some questions around Bill C-10.
00:04:17.740 I'm a Canadian.
00:04:18.520 My name's Greg.
00:04:19.340 Bill C-10 was passed last night.
00:04:21.460 This is going to affect Canadian internet
00:04:23.480 in many different ways.
00:04:24.980 I made a bunch of TikToks
00:04:26.660 responding to certain comments.
00:04:28.440 So I'm just going to post them all
00:04:29.800 here in this video.
00:04:31.360 Comment one,
00:04:32.340 this guy is asking about,
00:04:33.780 oh, don't these rules already exist?
00:04:36.540 Aren't we just applying CRTC rules
00:04:38.880 to the internet?
00:04:40.860 So Bill C-10 is the Broadcasting Act.
00:04:43.980 And yes,
00:04:44.420 the CRTC applies to TV,
00:04:47.300 radio,
00:04:47.640 and newspaper.
00:04:48.660 These are mass medians.
00:04:50.640 If I own a TV station,
00:04:53.280 a radio station,
00:04:54.420 or a newspaper,
00:04:55.460 I can sell advertising.
00:04:56.840 I can have my own business.
00:04:59.200 CRTC hands out the licenses.
00:05:01.260 And along with that,
00:05:02.020 there's a whole bunch of rules
00:05:03.780 of the content,
00:05:05.260 how Canadian it has to be.
00:05:06.680 There's a lot of rules.
00:05:08.360 If you consider that
00:05:09.280 I could just pick up my cell phone
00:05:10.960 and make a video like this,
00:05:13.020 and now the rules are going to apply
00:05:14.540 to me,
00:05:15.480 and you,
00:05:16.100 and anybody who makes a tweet
00:05:17.820 or posts anything
00:05:18.940 makes a website on the internet,
00:05:20.560 how are they going to reconcile all that
00:05:22.120 with these new rules?
00:05:23.480 There's so many question marks
00:05:25.300 about how they're going to do this,
00:05:27.360 and that's why people didn't think
00:05:28.900 it was a good idea.
00:05:30.220 That's why they added an amendment
00:05:32.120 to exclude user-generated content,
00:05:35.100 which they took out.
00:05:36.400 And now we're being told,
00:05:37.460 just trust us.
00:05:38.380 We'll enforce the rules fairly.
00:05:40.480 Comment number two,
00:05:41.640 the guy's asking,
00:05:42.660 how bad is this?
00:05:43.740 Can I express myself online anymore?
00:05:46.840 So obviously,
00:05:47.800 big tech censorship
00:05:48.840 is already a problem.
00:05:50.820 And for those who follow
00:05:51.800 the patterns of big tech censorship,
00:05:54.400 you would know that,
00:05:55.480 you know,
00:05:55.680 aside from the obvious stuff
00:05:57.160 like real hate speech,
00:05:58.840 there seems to be
00:05:59.880 political patterns
00:06:01.000 that dictate what is
00:06:02.520 and is not allowed.
00:06:03.800 Never officially,
00:06:05.140 right?
00:06:05.520 Never really officially
00:06:06.740 does it say
00:06:07.520 we are going to allow
00:06:08.940 transgender people
00:06:10.200 to talk about
00:06:11.460 all sorts of craziness
00:06:13.220 and the end of gender online.
00:06:16.100 But we are going to ban
00:06:17.540 a conservative
00:06:18.260 for, you know,
00:06:19.260 ever bringing up
00:06:20.100 Christian values.
00:06:21.220 That's never explicitly
00:06:22.280 explained
00:06:23.220 in big tech censorship,
00:06:25.700 but you can see the pattern.
00:06:26.960 This new layer
00:06:27.860 that's going to come
00:06:28.680 with Bill C-10
00:06:29.540 is going to be similar to that.
00:06:31.180 You're never going to say,
00:06:32.340 oh, we're going to stop
00:06:33.220 your speech
00:06:33.780 if we don't like it,
00:06:35.020 but in function,
00:06:36.800 in practice,
00:06:37.880 that's what's going to happen.
00:06:39.720 If you're posting content
00:06:41.060 or memes
00:06:41.900 about the wrong
00:06:42.900 political issue,
00:06:44.060 they'll find an excuse
00:06:45.020 to ban you.
00:06:46.140 This third comment
00:06:46.940 is really cute
00:06:47.720 because it's a
00:06:48.700 liberal talking point
00:06:50.400 talking how
00:06:51.500 big tech platforms
00:06:53.260 never give back
00:06:54.760 to Canadians,
00:06:55.480 so we need to tax them.
00:06:57.920 Aww,
00:06:58.560 this commenter's repeating
00:07:00.880 a liberal talking point.
00:07:02.720 Aww.
00:07:08.860 500 million dollars
00:07:10.920 into Canada's economy.
00:07:12.540 This goes into the pockets
00:07:14.260 of Canadians.
00:07:16.080 Oh!
00:07:17.000 Liberals didn't mention
00:07:18.100 that part, did they?
00:07:19.300 Same thing with YouTube.
00:07:21.100 923 million dollars
00:07:23.360 in 2020 alone.
00:07:24.700 That's the equivalent
00:07:25.340 of 34,000
00:07:26.880 full-time jobs,
00:07:28.560 full-time employees
00:07:29.440 in Canada
00:07:30.320 thanks to these
00:07:31.580 evil big tech giants.
00:07:33.520 Big tech has its problems,
00:07:34.840 but it's given
00:07:35.240 Canadian artists
00:07:36.120 an opportunity to grow,
00:07:37.420 more so than the government.
00:07:38.580 If you tax Netflix
00:07:39.660 for operating in Canada,
00:07:40.880 it's going to get more expensive
00:07:42.220 for Canadians.
00:07:43.600 This was another concern
00:07:44.560 that was completely ignored
00:07:46.020 when this bill
00:07:46.920 was being passed.
00:07:48.080 Never take what a politician
00:07:49.200 says at face value,
00:07:50.440 especially if it's
00:07:51.520 very sketchy legislation.
00:07:53.040 And this hate speech stuff
00:07:53.960 isn't part of Bill C-10,
00:07:55.240 but it's really,
00:07:55.900 really bad news.
00:07:56.640 And finally,
00:07:57.280 this fourth comment
00:07:58.040 is somebody who's saying,
00:07:59.200 oh, why don't we talk about,
00:08:00.520 you know,
00:08:01.020 education pay cuts?
00:08:02.720 Why don't we talk about
00:08:03.540 something else?
00:08:04.600 As if Bill C-10
00:08:06.240 and internet censorship
00:08:07.460 isn't that big of a deal.
00:08:08.640 Some people commenting
00:08:10.000 really do not see the gravity
00:08:11.500 of this Bill C-10 thing.
00:08:12.860 An important part of democracy
00:08:14.200 is being able to
00:08:15.560 criticize the government.
00:08:17.440 The news media
00:08:18.180 is supposed to do this,
00:08:19.600 but our Canadian news media
00:08:20.820 is already paid off
00:08:22.100 by the government,
00:08:23.320 so they're not very critical.
00:08:24.560 And over the past year
00:08:25.740 with the COOF,
00:08:27.020 they're even banning
00:08:28.040 types of in-person protests.
00:08:30.420 Usually a protest
00:08:31.240 is to criticize the government
00:08:32.940 and push for some sort of change.
00:08:34.700 And now with Bill C-10,
00:08:36.420 every opinion,
00:08:38.380 every social media post,
00:08:39.960 every website
00:08:40.780 can be looked at
00:08:42.320 by the government
00:08:42.980 and deemed non-essential,
00:08:44.700 un-Canadian,
00:08:45.800 harmful content.
00:08:47.600 And if you don't think
00:08:48.400 this will be enforced
00:08:49.420 upon people
00:08:50.160 who are being critical
00:08:51.120 of our government,
00:08:52.400 then you're very naive.
00:08:53.520 This already happens
00:08:54.460 in other countries
00:08:55.160 and it's not pretty.
00:08:56.520 So that's it for now.
00:08:57.720 This bill still could be stopped
00:08:59.640 in the Senate,
00:09:00.700 so keep your fingers crossed,
00:09:02.060 keep those hopes up.
00:09:03.300 Otherwise,
00:09:03.880 we can't be silent about this.
00:09:05.500 We need to use
00:09:06.880 our freedom of speech
00:09:07.860 more than ever online
00:09:09.480 before we lose it for good.
00:09:11.840 I'll continue to cover this stuff.
00:09:13.360 If you want to support me,
00:09:14.700 like, share, subscribe,
00:09:15.820 all that good stuff.
00:09:16.720 And we'll talk to you soon.
00:09:19.280 Yeah, and thank you,
00:09:20.200 Greg Wycliffe,
00:09:20.780 for that,
00:09:21.240 and especially your permission
00:09:22.140 for letting me use that there,
00:09:23.340 Sunshine.
00:09:24.260 Thank you very much.
00:09:25.340 Needless to say,
00:09:26.060 so like you said too,
00:09:28.060 what would we be deemed
00:09:29.020 unessential?
00:09:29.960 Would we be deemed
00:09:30.200 un-Canadian?
00:09:31.220 You know,
00:09:31.640 I'm Canadian.
00:09:32.460 I have it with my logo.
00:09:34.060 I show Canadiana all the time.
00:09:35.880 It's behind me,
00:09:36.660 Canadian history.
00:09:38.300 Roots, origins,
00:09:39.480 the history of this nation,
00:09:40.940 right?
00:09:41.260 That doesn't make me
00:09:42.020 an empire loyalist.
00:09:43.240 That doesn't make me a colonial.
00:09:44.700 That makes me a Canadian.
00:09:45.860 Why?
00:09:46.120 Because I appreciate Canadian history.
00:09:47.760 And he sums it up very well
00:09:49.440 when it comes to C10.
00:09:51.320 Dissenting views, right?
00:09:52.700 So they're sitting here saying
00:09:53.640 that we're going to protect
00:09:54.120 Canadian content
00:09:54.840 with all this,
00:09:55.700 and like I mentioned earlier,
00:09:56.720 we already have
00:09:57.700 Canadian content
00:09:58.380 in our laws as it is.
00:10:00.440 We already have
00:10:00.960 hate speech laws too.
00:10:03.400 You can't say anything racist,
00:10:04.620 can't say anything bigoted.
00:10:05.740 We know that already.
00:10:07.100 So why they put an emphasis
00:10:07.940 for us online too?
00:10:10.260 Dissenting views
00:10:10.880 because the federal government
00:10:11.920 has already bought the media
00:10:12.860 to the tune of $695 million.
00:10:15.800 Bailouts for this paper,
00:10:16.980 bailouts for this conglomerate,
00:10:18.100 bailouts for this radio company,
00:10:19.780 bailouts for the CBC,
00:10:21.020 not to mention how much taxes
00:10:22.660 the CBC get too.
00:10:24.220 And in recent events as well,
00:10:25.400 the CBC has cancelled
00:10:26.540 or diluted
00:10:27.860 or got rid of all their comments
00:10:29.340 when it comes to their Facebook page
00:10:31.600 and YouTube pages.
00:10:32.580 So you can't post a comment
00:10:33.760 when they put something up there.
00:10:36.200 I wonder why.
00:10:37.920 I wonder why.
00:10:39.000 Because, you know,
00:10:39.560 their feelings might get hurt.
00:10:41.440 You know,
00:10:41.960 they might, you know,
00:10:43.260 have a good cry or something.
00:10:45.120 They might get offended.
00:10:45.960 Oh, I don't know.
00:10:46.920 Oh my goodness.
00:10:47.880 What are we going to do?
00:10:48.980 We're going to have to
00:10:49.640 keep trucking on, folks,
00:10:50.680 and start fighting the good fight.

00:11:33.280 It's a Canadian-based company
00:11:34.140 helping Canadian podcasters
00:11:35.680 such as myself
00:11:36.520 and others
00:11:37.220 to get the word out there.
00:11:38.420 So please check me out
00:11:39.060 on Supercast.
00:11:40.120 And we're carrying on again.
00:11:41.080 Who's watching the watchers?
00:11:42.500 So let's say hypothetically
00:11:43.400 that Senate does pass this
00:11:45.500 in record time
00:11:46.700 because it's about
00:11:47.200 a day and a half
00:11:47.800 before the great leaders
00:11:50.200 and overseers
00:11:50.860 that we all come to love
00:11:52.300 and we're going to
00:11:53.460 pardon the pun
00:11:54.060 are going to
00:11:55.600 take a summer break.
00:11:57.200 You know,
00:11:57.620 some would say
00:11:58.120 well-deserved.
00:11:59.020 I don't say
00:11:59.720 it's well-deserved
00:12:00.380 because not enough
00:12:01.520 of them have actually
00:12:02.200 gone to work
00:12:03.060 to deserve any kind
00:12:04.220 of summer break.
00:12:05.760 Okay.
00:12:07.060 And let's say
00:12:08.740 the Senate does pass it.
00:12:10.120 Then what's going to happen?
00:12:11.980 All right.
00:12:12.480 I could speculate
00:12:13.320 say we have to fight harder
00:12:14.340 to get in different platforms.
00:12:15.920 We're going to have to rally
00:12:17.060 to say no to the CRTC
00:12:18.960 and ever-gunning bodies
00:12:20.080 that are going to tell us
00:12:21.420 that we can't do this
00:12:22.480 and can't do that
00:12:23.280 by showing them
00:12:23.880 that we can
00:12:24.380 and we will do this.
00:12:25.740 Right.
00:12:26.360 I wonder if there's going
00:12:27.200 to be violence over this too.
00:12:28.560 Makes me think
00:12:29.080 because every province
00:12:31.260 has had their restrictions
00:12:32.140 when it comes to lockdown.
00:12:33.460 Every province
00:12:34.200 has had its closure
00:12:36.040 of businesses
00:12:36.600 and different rules
00:12:38.080 for the
00:12:38.520 and different rules
00:12:39.240 for them
00:12:39.680 and different rules
00:12:40.240 for this guy
00:12:40.760 and different rules
00:12:41.280 for that guy
00:12:41.800 telling us to stay home.
00:12:43.280 Yet some of them
00:12:43.780 are flying all over the country
00:12:44.760 and all over North America
00:12:45.760 and other parts of the planet
00:12:47.160 to look after their interests
00:12:49.380 while us, you know,
00:12:51.120 young plebs
00:12:51.860 are sitting around
00:12:52.580 getting table scraps
00:12:54.000 looking for work, whatever.
00:12:55.760 Now, I'm better off
00:12:56.880 than some people
00:12:57.400 that I know personally
00:12:58.160 and that's not a bragging point.
00:13:00.080 That's just the chances
00:13:01.120 I've taken.
00:13:02.540 Okay.
00:13:03.160 And there's also talk too
00:13:04.280 of creating another UBI.
00:13:05.760 That's on the table
00:13:06.480 as well too.
00:13:07.500 A universal basic income
00:13:08.620 to replace the CERB
00:13:09.620 or the CBA.
00:13:10.640 Right.
00:13:11.160 So making more
00:13:12.320 and more people
00:13:13.080 reliant on the government
00:13:14.180 teat.
00:13:15.340 And for what?
00:13:16.780 Right.
00:13:17.480 To say,
00:13:18.200 Justin's doing a real good job.
00:13:20.140 He's my hero.
00:13:21.780 Yeah.
00:13:22.300 Okay.
00:13:23.680 You've heard me ramble
00:13:24.540 out just enough.
00:13:25.680 But needless to say, folks,
00:13:27.060 C10 does not look good
00:13:28.380 for us.
00:13:29.620 And it doesn't matter
00:13:30.520 if you actually work
00:13:31.300 for a small town paper
00:13:32.300 or a small town radio station
00:13:34.180 or a small town TV station
00:13:36.640 or if you're even associated
00:13:37.860 with the bigger wigs.
00:13:39.460 Right.
00:13:40.020 We've all seen
00:13:40.780 how mainstream media
00:13:41.640 has manipulated
00:13:42.360 everything so far.
00:13:44.220 Okay.
00:13:45.320 And what gets me too,
00:13:46.280 I've only seen
00:13:46.820 two stories today
00:13:47.700 in regards to C10.
00:13:49.540 I just watched
00:13:50.120 Power Play and CTV
00:13:51.040 with my wife
00:13:51.640 when we discussed
00:13:52.240 the whole issue
00:13:53.240 when it comes to censorship
00:13:54.740 and the possibility
00:13:56.440 of them calling
00:13:56.880 election in August
00:13:57.680 or maybe after Labor Day
00:13:59.220 because of it too.
00:14:00.340 Because if the Senate
00:14:01.080 does not pass this,
00:14:03.060 then hopefully
00:14:03.820 the next government
00:14:04.440 will kibosh it
00:14:05.360 and say,
00:14:05.840 sayonara,
00:14:06.460 we're not dealing
00:14:07.080 with your crap today.
00:14:08.740 Rightfully so.
00:14:09.560 And what gets me too
00:14:11.880 is that they're pushing
00:14:13.380 this agenda
00:14:14.160 in the name of safety
00:14:15.840 and to stop
00:14:16.620 on-light hatred.
00:14:19.020 Well, like Greg said,
00:14:21.060 it's democratic
00:14:21.660 to criticize your government.
00:14:23.440 It's democratic
00:14:24.160 to take your soapbox,
00:14:25.340 stand there,
00:14:26.380 scream at the man
00:14:27.100 or the gal,
00:14:28.020 whoever's in charge,
00:14:28.820 and say enough is enough.
00:14:31.120 So they want to stifle that.
00:14:32.640 Right.
00:14:33.440 Or they want to make
00:14:34.360 the rules so regulated
00:14:35.700 and so round up
00:14:36.580 in red tape
00:14:37.200 that you need a license
00:14:38.300 to get a computer
00:14:39.660 and then need a license
00:14:41.060 to broadcast
00:14:42.060 and say computer
00:14:42.720 and get permission
00:14:43.740 from said local whatever
00:14:45.160 to broadcast your stuff.
00:14:46.940 So it becomes
00:14:47.520 a cash grab too, right?
00:14:49.180 It becomes a monopoly.
00:14:50.300 A whole monopoly
00:14:51.200 on what you can do
00:14:52.600 with your spare time.
00:14:54.100 You know?
00:14:54.840 So that means
00:14:55.460 people like myself,
00:14:56.560 people like you
00:14:57.100 that enjoy watching
00:14:58.580 and listening to podcasts
00:14:59.840 or other video series.
00:15:01.160 It doesn't matter
00:15:01.980 if someone's putting
00:15:02.540 Lego together
00:15:03.120 or someone's dressing
00:15:03.980 in their favorite
00:15:04.920 sci-fi costume
00:15:05.860 or there's some little
00:15:06.760 girl doing her thing
00:15:09.720 and OnlyFans
00:15:10.440 or TikTok,
00:15:11.720 whatever,
00:15:13.080 you know,
00:15:13.360 that's going to be censored.
00:15:15.140 Right?
00:15:16.560 I don't mean little girl
00:15:17.540 as in child.
00:15:18.060 I mean like some,
00:15:19.020 some female
00:15:21.980 who has nothing better to do
00:15:23.000 except gyrate,
00:15:23.880 you know?
00:15:24.720 And I draw the line
00:15:25.380 of that crap too,
00:15:26.200 ladies and gentlemen.
00:15:26.800 I don't tolerate
00:15:27.960 the whole sexuality
00:15:29.780 of kids and shit like that.
00:15:31.260 I don't.
00:15:32.040 You've heard me ramble
00:15:32.640 on that before.
00:15:33.280 I believe people
00:15:33.620 that play with children
00:15:34.380 like that should be shot.
00:15:35.860 But I'll say that
00:15:36.380 for another episode.
00:15:37.540 Okay?
00:15:38.180 You get my point though
00:15:39.140 when it comes to
00:15:39.780 who goes online
00:15:40.880 and does whatever
00:15:41.400 they want to do
00:15:41.920 and so be it.
00:15:42.880 You know,
00:15:43.100 you don't have to watch
00:15:43.900 half the stuff
00:15:44.420 they put online too
00:15:45.160 and you always have a choice.
00:15:47.320 See,
00:15:47.460 that's the thing.
00:15:48.540 You know,
00:15:48.780 before the advent
00:15:49.460 of the internet
00:15:49.920 as we knew it,
00:15:50.640 okay,
00:15:51.040 you had a choice
00:15:51.900 whether what paper
00:15:52.640 you want to read,
00:15:53.220 what TV station
00:15:54.060 you wanted to watch,
00:15:54.700 what show you wanted to watch,
00:15:56.000 what radio station
00:15:57.000 you wanted to tune into,
00:15:57.680 what movie you wanted
00:15:58.520 to buy or rent.
00:15:59.480 You had that choice
00:16:00.540 and we still do.
00:16:03.300 But there's people
00:16:04.000 that want to govern it.
00:16:04.940 I hate those choices
00:16:06.340 in the name of safety
00:16:08.060 or online hate speech.
00:16:09.560 Oh my goodness.
00:16:11.600 I hate it when it's 50 below zero.
00:16:14.480 I hate tax time.
00:16:16.780 I hate disingenuine politicians.
00:16:18.960 Right?
00:16:19.880 I don't like racists.
00:16:20.980 I don't like bigots.
00:16:21.780 I hate those a lot too.
00:16:23.720 Is that hate speech?
00:16:25.000 Am I being hateful?
00:16:26.120 Am I going to be censored now
00:16:27.180 for saying that sort of thing?
00:16:28.320 Oh my goodness.
00:16:29.320 How dare you,
00:16:30.020 Krusty Knuck?
00:16:30.600 You really hurt my feelings.
00:16:31.760 Oh,
00:16:32.400 we're going to pass legislation
00:16:33.500 against that too.

00:16:51.180 please join me on Supercast.
00:16:52.520 As above mentioned,
00:16:53.340 $5 a month
00:16:54.120 gets you all of my audio episodes.
00:16:56.680 Censorship free.
00:16:58.220 Hopefully.
00:16:59.200 If they pass C10,
00:17:00.380 we'll see what's going to happen.
00:17:01.400 But we don't know exactly.
00:17:03.600 We don't know.
00:17:04.780 I guess we can hope
00:17:05.840 based on speculation
00:17:06.920 that I've received
00:17:07.700 from my Facebook page
00:17:08.980 and from other comments
00:17:10.160 that I've received
00:17:10.720 from viewers such as yourselves,
00:17:12.680 no one knows
00:17:13.680 what the story is.
00:17:15.300 So we're going to have to wait
00:17:16.360 until what the Senate says
00:17:17.260 or what the Senate's going to do here
00:17:18.460 or what the Senate's going to do there.
00:17:19.940 You know?
00:17:20.760 I mean,
00:17:20.980 it's just a giant shit show.
00:17:24.480 It's just,
00:17:24.940 like Robert Downey Jr. said
00:17:26.900 in that movie,
00:17:27.340 Tropical Thunder,
00:17:28.480 never go full retard.
00:17:30.020 And really,
00:17:31.740 it looks like our government's
00:17:32.620 going full retard.
00:17:33.720 So tell me what you think.
00:17:35.540 Please consider.
00:17:36.800 Consider donating
00:17:37.400 and send me an email today too.
00:17:39.120 So just as a reminder,
00:17:40.580 you know,
00:17:41.880 let's just keep things clean, folks.
00:17:43.440 I don't take any hate mail.
00:17:44.480 So, you know,
00:17:45.300 I'll take it.
00:17:45.940 Sure,
00:17:46.080 if you've got something hateful to say,
00:17:47.160 take it.
00:17:47.500 And I might read it on the air for you.
00:17:49.460 Who knows?
00:17:50.060 But until that time,
00:17:51.120 you know,
00:17:51.760 it's just getting to a point
00:17:52.980 where, you know,
00:17:53.880 it's not good for anybody here.
00:17:55.540 Not good for anybody at all.
00:17:57.560 Not good for anybody at all
00:17:58.720 for us in the long-term world
00:18:01.160 as far as I know.
00:18:02.980 It's not good for me,
00:18:04.180 for you,
00:18:04.720 for people that want to create
00:18:05.720 and broadcast their own music,
00:18:07.840 create their own music,
00:18:08.720 you know.
00:18:09.540 And that's the thing.
00:18:10.260 What's going to make it Canadian
00:18:11.260 other than saying
00:18:12.200 you're so-and-so
00:18:12.960 and this is your band
00:18:13.760 and you're from,
00:18:14.620 let's say,
00:18:15.020 Hamilton,
00:18:15.900 Ontario,
00:18:16.420 or you're from
00:18:17.340 Moncton,
00:18:18.000 New Brunswick,
00:18:18.540 or you're from St. John's,
00:18:19.540 Newfoundland,
00:18:20.000 or you're from
00:18:20.520 Innovate,
00:18:21.840 you know,
00:18:22.860 or you're from,
00:18:23.780 you know,
00:18:24.940 Vancouver,
00:18:25.620 BC.
00:18:26.020 You know what I mean?
00:18:26.860 And let's just say your name
00:18:27.820 and this is our label
00:18:28.660 and this is what we do.
00:18:30.180 Will that be Canadian enough?
00:18:31.320 Is that the seal of approval
00:18:32.600 that these powers of be
00:18:33.700 are projecting?
00:18:35.200 You know?
00:18:36.280 You know?
00:18:36.580 And let's say if this law
00:18:37.680 does pass though too,
00:18:38.700 are they going to amend it
00:18:40.260 even further?
00:18:41.960 Right?
00:18:42.480 Right now in Quebec,
00:18:43.520 they're talking about
00:18:44.100 the whole thing
00:18:44.680 of only having
00:18:46.300 Quebec or music
00:18:47.320 being played
00:18:48.020 in government offices.
00:18:49.760 You know,
00:18:50.040 Quebec artists
00:18:50.660 alike and all that stuff.
00:18:52.600 You know?
00:18:54.580 Weird concept, eh?
00:18:56.140 You know?
00:18:56.640 Weird concept.
00:18:57.680 Totally weird concept.
00:18:59.480 So,
00:18:59.800 like the heading says,
00:19:00.900 it will censor,
00:19:01.360 read,
00:19:01.920 watch,
00:19:02.200 promote,
00:19:02.540 create,
00:19:02.880 all in the name
00:19:03.280 of ending hate speech
00:19:04.260 and Canadian content.
00:19:05.920 Now,
00:19:06.600 I know it says,
00:19:07.280 you know,
00:19:07.420 I'm not ending Canadian content.
00:19:08.520 They're trying to,
00:19:08.880 they're trying to back up
00:19:10.240 Canadian content.
00:19:11.420 Right?
00:19:12.520 But how are they going to do that?
00:19:14.060 What makes us more Canadian
00:19:15.440 than the next guy?
00:19:16.400 What makes me less
00:19:17.560 or more Canadian
00:19:18.320 than a guy in Toronto
00:19:19.320 or somebody in Windsor
00:19:20.760 or Point Peeling Island?
00:19:22.300 You know?
00:19:22.640 Or somebody in Prince Edward Island
00:19:23.900 is talking about
00:19:24.360 the finer points
00:19:24.980 of potato crops
00:19:26.580 compared to,
00:19:27.320 let's say,
00:19:27.600 someone talking about
00:19:28.320 a grape crop
00:19:29.080 for a vineyard
00:19:30.040 in Vancouver.
00:19:31.460 Right?
00:19:32.160 That's the thing.
00:19:32.920 We've got to be skeptical.
00:19:33.780 And I prefer us
00:19:34.380 to be skeptical
00:19:34.980 and a little more factual too
00:19:36.500 when it comes to the C-10 issue
00:19:37.600 because you've heard me
00:19:38.380 ramble on about Stephen Gobert,
00:19:40.000 the ineffective
00:19:40.820 little politician
00:19:41.740 that got in trouble
00:19:42.500 back 20 years ago
00:19:43.460 for coming to the CN Tower
00:19:44.360 to save a few geese.
00:19:45.720 All in the name of Greenpeace.
00:19:47.740 Right?
00:19:48.240 And now he's trying
00:19:48.860 to push legislation
00:19:49.720 that's going to tell us
00:19:50.380 what to see
00:19:50.900 and what we can read.
00:19:52.020 All in the name of safety
00:19:53.320 yet again.
00:19:54.120 Oh my goodness.
00:19:55.200 Here we go.
00:19:55.800 That's right.
00:19:57.020 So,
00:19:58.020 anyway,
00:19:58.380 carrying on,
00:19:58.720 ladies and gentlemen,
00:19:59.500 like I said in the title,
00:20:00.780 the whole military misconduct
00:20:03.580 too now,
00:20:05.360 Gregory Lick
00:20:06.260 of the military ombudsman
00:20:07.560 had a big
00:20:08.140 powwow today
00:20:09.780 and this morning
00:20:10.600 on CTV
00:20:11.180 and I'll add that video
00:20:12.580 to the description
00:20:13.080 for you too
00:20:13.680 what he was saying.
00:20:15.900 And more or less
00:20:16.300 to summarize
00:20:16.780 or paraphrase,
00:20:18.460 more or less said
00:20:19.060 Jagmeet Singh knew
00:20:20.040 or correction,
00:20:20.860 Harjeet Sajjan knew.
00:20:22.400 My mistake,
00:20:23.100 Mr. Singh.
00:20:24.040 Harjeet Sajjan knew
00:20:24.840 what was going on
00:20:25.460 and he sat on it
00:20:26.060 for the better part
00:20:26.500 of three years.
00:20:27.360 And according to his office,
00:20:28.560 when they actually
00:20:29.520 formulated
00:20:30.040 the proper investigation
00:20:31.800 protocols
00:20:32.420 and they submitted
00:20:33.880 the reports
00:20:34.680 to
00:20:35.200 Mr. Sajjan's office,
00:20:38.400 they sat on it
00:20:39.320 for another six months
00:20:40.560 before actually
00:20:42.140 going public with it
00:20:43.180 and doing something
00:20:43.940 about it.
00:20:44.680 So,
00:20:45.280 not only did his office
00:20:46.280 know since 2018,
00:20:48.460 okay,
00:20:49.000 they also sat on it
00:20:50.720 for an additional
00:20:51.160 six months.
00:20:52.340 Now,
00:20:52.940 whether to come up
00:20:53.800 with an excuse
00:20:54.460 or to look after
00:20:55.340 this person
00:20:56.020 or to scratch that back
00:20:57.200 or to tickle those balls
00:20:58.780 or tickle this belly,
00:21:00.140 we don't know,
00:21:02.060 okay?
00:21:02.920 But needless to say,
00:21:04.200 they sat on it still.
00:21:08.620 So,
00:21:08.760 here's a very,
00:21:09.740 very important thing
00:21:10.420 that has to be looked after
00:21:11.780 that has to be addressed.
00:21:12.960 Sexual misconduct
00:21:13.740 in our military
00:21:14.520 and not just through
00:21:15.980 a few NCOs
00:21:17.300 here and there.
00:21:18.060 This is going up
00:21:18.920 right to the brass here,
00:21:21.380 okay?
00:21:22.320 And,
00:21:22.980 I don't know about you,
00:21:24.540 being an ex-military man,
00:21:26.240 I really find that conduct
00:21:27.700 unbecoming.
00:21:29.640 Right?
00:21:30.000 That is something
00:21:30.700 that has to be sorted out
00:21:31.920 right away.
00:21:33.720 Honestly,
00:21:34.520 I treat the same,
00:21:35.940 it's a crime.
00:21:37.300 It is.
00:21:37.860 How else do you look at it?
00:21:39.320 Okay?
00:21:40.580 And the powers that be
00:21:41.700 in Department of National Defense,
00:21:44.060 right?
00:21:44.820 D&D,
00:21:45.820 you know,
00:21:46.080 the civilian side,
00:21:47.500 the minister's office,
00:21:48.520 sat on it.
00:21:50.060 Like I said,
00:21:50.420 I'll leave a link
00:21:50.860 in the description
00:21:51.340 for you to decide too.
00:21:53.020 Mr. Lick was quite
00:21:54.200 explanatory
00:21:55.980 and what he found
00:21:58.060 and his own personal
00:21:59.200 influence
00:22:00.360 and what he found
00:22:01.180 and his own fight
00:22:01.920 and findings
00:22:02.400 and everything.
00:22:03.480 So,
00:22:03.760 I suggest you watch
00:22:04.860 that video there,
00:22:06.220 ladies and gentlemen,
00:22:06.680 and decide for yourselves
00:22:07.720 because here's an individual,
00:22:10.940 Mr. Harjit Sajjan,
00:22:11.900 yeah,
00:22:12.080 had a military background.
00:22:14.040 Okay,
00:22:14.220 he was Lieutenant Colonel
00:22:14.960 in the Reserves
00:22:15.520 and I guess he was also
00:22:16.680 a police detective
00:22:17.420 in Vancouver
00:22:18.020 at one time.
00:22:19.480 All right?
00:22:20.500 But here's a guy
00:22:21.260 that said
00:22:21.840 that he ramrodded
00:22:24.620 Op Medusa.
00:22:26.340 Okay?
00:22:27.020 It was his influence
00:22:28.820 and intrigue
00:22:29.300 to make Op Medusa
00:22:30.060 what happened,
00:22:30.920 made it what it was.
00:22:32.380 Now,
00:22:32.680 I don't buy that
00:22:33.280 for one fucking second
00:22:34.300 because I remember
00:22:35.120 burying the lads
00:22:36.000 that came back
00:22:36.620 from that battle.
00:22:38.400 So,
00:22:38.860 I don't buy that plan
00:22:39.820 that he made
00:22:40.480 or whatever gesture
00:22:41.420 he,
00:22:42.380 illusion or delusion
00:22:44.300 of grandeur
00:22:44.960 that he promoted.
00:22:45.880 Okay?
00:22:46.860 Because if he was
00:22:47.700 such an able-bodied,
00:22:49.260 great military thinker,
00:22:50.780 I think he would have
00:22:51.820 done a hell of a lot more
00:22:53.000 when it came to
00:22:54.560 getting proper ships
00:22:56.120 for our Navy,
00:22:57.780 proper gear
00:22:58.440 for our military,
00:22:59.520 i.e. the Army
00:23:00.260 and the Reserves
00:23:01.320 and he would have
00:23:02.820 done a hell of a lot
00:23:03.480 better than getting
00:23:04.740 old F-18s
00:23:06.140 to replace
00:23:07.380 our old F-18s.

00:23:20.860 And furthermore too,
00:23:25.660 I think he would have
00:23:26.200 been a little more
00:23:27.020 outstanding
00:23:27.720 and stand up
00:23:28.700 and honest
00:23:29.180 with those military
00:23:30.500 decisions too.
00:23:31.940 Okay?
00:23:33.220 We all know
00:23:34.260 what's happening
00:23:35.000 with our services.
00:23:36.740 You know,
00:23:37.540 I came across
00:23:38.420 an article there
00:23:39.020 in Facebook
00:23:39.500 a week ago
00:23:40.680 how one of our
00:23:42.220 submarines
00:23:42.540 is now ready to go
00:23:43.640 after 10 years
00:23:45.000 of repair.
00:23:46.220 Hmm.
00:23:46.860 Interesting.
00:23:47.820 So Canada
00:23:48.640 has four submarines.
00:23:50.320 They were submarines
00:23:51.180 that were made
00:23:51.660 for the British Navy
00:23:52.540 at the time
00:23:53.520 used as trainers
00:23:54.260 to train
00:23:54.860 the British sailors
00:23:55.880 and how to work
00:23:58.140 on the nuclear
00:23:58.660 submarines
00:23:59.200 that the British have.
00:24:00.760 And of course
00:24:01.100 the Paul Martin
00:24:01.600 government
00:24:01.940 picked them up
00:24:02.480 at a rebate
00:24:03.800 at a decent
00:24:04.240 little price
00:24:04.860 to upgrade
00:24:05.620 our Navy
00:24:06.020 even better.
00:24:07.140 Right?
00:24:07.300 And the last
00:24:08.980 time I heard
00:24:09.620 I think that
00:24:11.320 was the ship
00:24:12.200 that caught fire
00:24:13.040 if I'm not mistaken
00:24:13.940 and that killed
00:24:15.600 that poor sailor
00:24:16.420 and another one
00:24:17.220 actually ran aground
00:24:18.300 and it damaged
00:24:19.460 its hull
00:24:20.000 somehow.
00:24:20.900 So that's still
00:24:21.440 in dry dock
00:24:21.960 as far as I know
00:24:22.680 but one of them
00:24:23.780 is up and running.
00:24:24.800 Yay!
00:24:25.340 That's great!
00:24:27.100 Holy shit,
00:24:28.080 really?
00:24:28.920 And 10 years
00:24:29.700 to fix a boat.
00:24:31.160 10 years
00:24:31.620 to fix a submarine
00:24:32.660 that's just a little
00:24:33.260 bit smaller
00:24:33.800 than the conventional
00:24:34.620 nuclear submarines
00:24:35.960 that are out there.
00:24:37.220 Right?
00:24:37.820 And it took him
00:24:38.560 10 years
00:24:38.900 to fix it.
00:24:41.420 What's that tell you?
00:24:42.880 Right?
00:24:43.780 Not a big priority,
00:24:44.820 right?
00:24:45.140 Not a big priority
00:24:45.940 at all.
00:24:47.380 And there's
00:24:48.500 another point
00:24:49.060 that the ombudsman
00:24:49.800 made in his
00:24:50.640 little speech
00:24:51.180 day too
00:24:51.620 in regards
00:24:52.280 to retention,
00:24:54.160 keeping people
00:24:54.680 in the military,
00:24:55.900 keeping people
00:24:56.500 involved
00:24:57.580 and actually
00:24:58.440 advertising
00:24:59.080 for people
00:24:59.500 to come in
00:25:00.040 because all
00:25:00.800 of our branches
00:25:01.440 of service
00:25:01.960 I know for a fact
00:25:02.820 need men
00:25:03.820 and women.
00:25:04.840 Okay?
00:25:05.060 Need all.
00:25:06.100 Need people
00:25:06.600 to fill in the gaps.
00:25:07.740 Okay?
00:25:08.620 And if anyone
00:25:09.060 remembers the last
00:25:09.800 bunch of commercials
00:25:10.740 they had on
00:25:11.340 advertising our services,
00:25:13.600 my personal opinion
00:25:15.020 is this.
00:25:16.060 They made it look
00:25:16.700 like you're going
00:25:17.140 to summer camp
00:25:17.980 and talk about
00:25:18.800 your feelings
00:25:19.440 and doing some
00:25:19.960 crochet and sitting
00:25:20.800 by the fire
00:25:21.440 and having a little
00:25:22.400 guitar sing song
00:25:23.420 when they should
00:25:24.380 be showing you
00:25:24.860 the training
00:25:25.300 and the discipline
00:25:25.880 and the skill
00:25:26.340 that comes out of it.
00:25:27.840 But no,
00:25:28.600 no, no,
00:25:29.000 of course not.
00:25:29.860 They have to be
00:25:30.420 politically correct
00:25:30.940 and make it look
00:25:31.440 like it's one big
00:25:32.240 fun,
00:25:32.540 happy fucking
00:25:33.140 party
00:25:33.540 when it's not.
00:25:36.560 It's professionalism,
00:25:37.580 it's dedication,
00:25:38.360 it's integrity,
00:25:39.320 it's honor,
00:25:39.900 it's respect,
00:25:40.560 it's showing discipline,
00:25:42.300 courtesy,
00:25:43.000 not just to your
00:25:43.800 fellow soldier
00:25:44.360 but to your
00:25:44.860 fellow citizen too
00:25:45.760 and respect
00:25:47.300 and loving
00:25:47.660 for your country.
00:25:49.020 But I guess
00:25:49.520 we can't do that
00:25:50.140 anymore because
00:25:50.680 Canada's so bad.
00:25:52.160 Which brings me
00:25:52.880 to a brief point
00:25:53.580 about Victoria
00:25:54.220 canceling Canada
00:25:55.000 and other cities
00:25:56.440 canceling Canada
00:25:57.220 too.
00:25:57.600 to my First
00:26:00.240 Nation listeners
00:26:00.900 out there,
00:26:01.980 I am sorry
00:26:02.800 that you had
00:26:03.320 to go through
00:26:03.700 that pain.
00:26:05.500 Okay?
00:26:06.380 As a Canadian
00:26:07.220 to another Canadian.
00:26:09.780 As another human
00:26:10.660 being to another
00:26:11.140 human being.
00:26:12.740 I cannot change.
00:26:14.440 My friends,
00:26:15.080 my family cannot
00:26:15.760 change what
00:26:16.360 happened to you.
00:26:19.040 Okay?
00:26:19.620 We cannot change
00:26:20.300 that.
00:26:21.520 But you and I
00:26:22.500 as adults,
00:26:24.040 as functioning,
00:26:25.880 abled,
00:26:26.760 sane adults,
00:26:27.780 we must go
00:26:28.940 forward.
00:26:30.780 Okay?
00:26:31.800 We have to find
00:26:32.680 the truth.
00:26:33.240 I am a firm
00:26:33.680 believer in truth
00:26:34.160 and reconciliation.
00:26:35.240 I am a firm
00:26:36.040 believer in holding
00:26:36.740 those people
00:26:37.780 responsible that
00:26:39.340 signed the papers
00:26:40.180 and said yes to
00:26:41.040 this and said yes
00:26:41.900 to that.
00:26:42.880 Okay?
00:26:43.420 I am fully aware
00:26:45.220 what's going on.
00:26:46.740 But we got to
00:26:47.380 find the truth
00:26:47.960 no matter what.
00:26:48.600 We have to
00:26:49.240 find the truth
00:26:49.880 about those
00:26:50.800 215 in
00:26:51.740 Kamloops.
00:26:52.620 We have to
00:26:53.060 find the 106
00:26:54.800 in Manitoba
00:26:55.400 that were found
00:26:55.960 recently too.
00:26:57.140 We have to
00:26:57.840 find the truth
00:26:58.540 and we have to
00:26:59.500 investigate it
00:27:00.300 properly and
00:27:01.500 efficiently with
00:27:02.700 all the resources
00:27:03.380 we have and we
00:27:04.280 have to do it
00:27:04.800 together.
00:27:06.180 Okay?
00:27:07.040 Because we're only
00:27:07.660 going to reconcile
00:27:08.360 this monstrosity of
00:27:09.760 our history until
00:27:11.360 we do it together.
00:27:12.800 Okay?
00:27:13.900 No one here in
00:27:15.180 my life that I
00:27:16.140 know personally is
00:27:16.800 ever going to tell
00:27:17.300 you what to do
00:27:17.740 with your life.
00:27:18.600 You do what
00:27:19.240 you want to
00:27:19.660 do.
00:27:21.020 But for the
00:27:21.640 love of whatever
00:27:22.420 gods are up
00:27:23.340 there, please,
00:27:24.780 let's work
00:27:25.420 together on this
00:27:26.140 and still, let's
00:27:28.200 appreciate this
00:27:28.940 country for what
00:27:29.680 it is.
00:27:30.280 It is great because
00:27:31.320 we do have a
00:27:31.820 great history,
00:27:32.460 ladies and
00:27:32.740 gentlemen.
00:27:33.380 We do.
00:27:34.380 A couple of
00:27:34.820 points to that
00:27:35.340 is there a guy
00:27:35.860 named Frederick
00:27:36.280 Banting who
00:27:36.840 created insulin.
00:27:37.860 That's one good
00:27:38.640 tick.
00:27:39.580 Okay?
00:27:40.640 How we measure
00:27:41.380 time zones.
00:27:42.120 That's another
00:27:42.500 good tick.
00:27:44.000 How we stood up
00:27:44.880 for our friends and
00:27:45.580 allies when we had
00:27:46.540 to fight real
00:27:47.060 evil like
00:27:47.920 Imperial Japan
00:27:48.680 and Nazi
00:27:49.340 Germany.
00:27:50.300 That's one good
00:27:51.060 tick too.
00:27:52.720 Right?
00:27:53.140 In regards to the
00:27:53.880 racial dynamic at
00:27:54.580 that time, I know a
00:27:55.280 lot of First Nations
00:27:55.900 stepped up and
00:27:56.480 volunteered and did
00:27:57.660 their part as well.
00:27:58.700 And fucking amen to
00:27:59.780 you, brothers and
00:28:00.300 sisters, for doing the
00:28:01.080 same thing.
00:28:02.440 Right?
00:28:03.200 We can't change
00:28:04.000 history, but we have
00:28:04.900 to learn from history
00:28:05.700 nonetheless.
00:28:06.380 We have to learn from
00:28:07.300 those mistakes.
00:28:07.940 We have to learn and
00:28:08.680 work together to find a
00:28:10.220 viable solution so we
00:28:11.820 can move on forward
00:28:13.320 forward and on to
00:28:14.600 better things.
00:28:16.700 For all of us, all
00:28:18.020 Canadians, all
00:28:18.680 colors, all creeds.
00:28:20.660 No matter if you
00:28:21.400 believe in Turtle
00:28:21.880 Island, no matter if
00:28:22.740 you believe in the
00:28:23.180 globe.
00:28:24.440 Okay?
00:28:24.740 All of us are in this
00:28:25.720 together regardless.
00:28:27.300 I'm a firm believer in
00:28:28.120 liberty and democracy.
00:28:30.420 You're part of it too.
00:28:32.900 You know?
00:28:33.760 My homage behind me,
00:28:35.220 that's to my history.
00:28:36.320 That has nothing to do
00:28:36.900 with Her Majesty.
00:28:38.180 Right?
00:28:38.640 That is the history that
00:28:39.840 I have come from, that
00:28:40.960 I represent.
00:28:41.500 That's all.
00:28:43.640 But I'm here too, with
00:28:44.620 you.
00:28:45.340 I was here too.
00:28:46.540 My grandparents were
00:28:47.280 here.
00:28:47.580 My parents were here.
00:28:49.400 You know?
00:28:50.080 What else can I say?
00:28:51.380 I'm not a settler.
00:28:52.660 I'm not a colonist.
00:28:54.280 Okay?
00:28:55.220 I'm not.
00:28:56.260 I am a Canadian.
00:28:58.760 What are you?
00:29:00.780 You know?
00:29:01.780 Without trying to sound
00:29:02.620 like a broken record,
00:29:04.860 you know, I had a great
00:29:05.620 talk with David Moon.
00:29:08.960 He has a little TV show
00:29:10.220 up in the works there
00:29:12.160 on Facebook and D-Link
00:29:14.300 and I think Restream
00:29:16.320 too.
00:29:16.640 We had a great talk
00:29:17.380 about diversity and
00:29:19.100 truth and honor and
00:29:19.920 respect for each other
00:29:20.860 and I got a lot of
00:29:21.960 respect for that guy.
00:29:23.080 Great guy.
00:29:24.140 And I'm going to try to
00:29:24.640 bring him on to the
00:29:25.220 fastball, probably as a
00:29:26.300 regular too in the next
00:29:27.460 little while.
00:29:28.580 So pay attention to him.
00:29:29.420 I'll leave a link to his
00:29:30.580 TV show there too in the
00:29:31.980 description for you to
00:29:32.700 decide.
00:29:33.040 You can see the interview
00:29:33.560 I had with him there a few
00:29:34.360 days back.
00:29:35.340 Great fella.
00:29:36.180 Coach, father.
00:29:36.900 He's a loving boyfriend.
00:29:38.680 He's just a good man to
00:29:40.060 his woman, to his kids.
00:29:42.560 He's just a good all
00:29:43.620 around fucking nice guy.
00:29:46.100 Regardless if he's
00:29:46.880 First Nations or not,
00:29:47.820 he's a man.
00:29:48.640 He's a good man.
00:29:49.980 And I'm tired of this
00:29:50.720 racial divide that we're
00:29:51.660 constantly being told all
00:29:52.820 the time too.
00:29:55.200 Which brings me to the
00:29:57.420 Veterans Coalition party,
00:29:58.520 ladies and gentlemen.
00:29:59.260 Now I'm not doing a
00:30:00.020 campaign here by any
00:30:01.480 means, but I'm letting
00:30:03.080 you know my listeners
00:30:04.360 out there, my Canadian
00:30:05.500 listeners and voters
00:30:06.620 alike, okay, you've got
00:30:08.840 a choice.
00:30:09.560 Just follow the link at
00:30:10.340 the bottom of the
00:30:10.840 screen and in the
00:30:12.140 description of my
00:30:12.780 YouTube and my Podbean
00:30:14.140 accounts too.
00:30:15.340 And find it for
00:30:16.180 yourself, okay?
00:30:19.400 Truth, honor, and
00:30:20.260 integrity.
00:30:21.000 That simple.
00:30:21.760 Truth, duty, and
00:30:22.440 integrity too for that
00:30:23.420 matter, right?
00:30:25.600 It's pretty well
00:30:26.340 self-explanatory.
00:30:28.100 And please follow my
00:30:29.260 page at the Crowfoot
00:30:30.180 Battle River riding
00:30:32.700 there too.
00:30:33.220 I'll put up a video
00:30:34.760 there sometime this
00:30:35.880 evening that I did a
00:30:36.680 few days back about
00:30:37.700 integrity and honesty
00:30:39.560 and how we should get
00:30:41.920 back to our blue-colored
00:30:42.680 basics again when it
00:30:43.740 comes to politics in
00:30:44.740 this country.
00:30:46.420 So, with that being
00:30:47.840 said, ladies and
00:30:48.480 gentlemen, who watches
00:30:50.140 the watchers?
00:30:50.880 So they pass this
00:30:51.820 legislation, the C-10,
00:30:53.960 and the Senate's all
00:30:54.820 for it and everything
00:30:55.740 else is tickety-boo.
00:30:57.620 Who's going to watch
00:30:58.580 our government?
00:30:59.280 What's our government
00:31:02.200 going to watch?
00:31:02.820 What's our government
00:31:03.340 going to do?
00:31:03.880 Are they going to
00:31:04.160 hire more people,
00:31:04.980 create more jobs in
00:31:06.600 the name of online
00:31:07.660 safety and stopping
00:31:09.220 a hate speech?
00:31:10.640 Is that what they're
00:31:11.720 going to do?
00:31:13.180 Or are they actually
00:31:14.120 going to realize that
00:31:15.460 they made a fucking
00:31:16.040 error because people
00:31:17.520 might riot in the
00:31:18.200 streets?
00:31:19.740 Who knows, folks?
00:31:21.320 Who knows?
00:31:23.180 Who knows how it's
00:31:24.320 going to turn out?
00:31:24.960 Who knows what's
00:31:26.420 going to happen?
00:31:26.940 But let's hope that
00:31:27.740 the Senate looks at it
00:31:28.600 and goes, what the
00:31:30.080 fuck?
00:31:31.720 No, we're not
00:31:32.240 passing this garbage,
00:31:33.600 right?
00:31:34.560 And regardless of how
00:31:35.280 many times they've
00:31:36.000 tried to pass it and
00:31:36.800 read it and try to
00:31:37.360 justify it, we've all
00:31:38.740 seen the footage,
00:31:39.380 ladies and gentlemen,
00:31:39.960 Mr. Gilbert and
00:31:40.980 Trudeau and Christopher
00:31:41.760 Freeland and all of
00:31:43.080 the liberal
00:31:43.540 affascinados sidestepping
00:31:45.960 and backstepping on
00:31:46.880 everything they've said
00:31:47.640 about this bill.
00:31:48.960 So it just goes to
00:31:49.960 show how much these
00:31:50.840 fuckers really care
00:31:51.880 about you and me,
00:31:54.880 right?
00:31:56.400 Makes a point,
00:31:57.220 doesn't it?
00:31:58.600 And anyway,
00:31:59.700 this brings me to the
00:32:01.540 point of the episode
00:32:02.420 where I award
00:32:05.000 the ever so
00:32:06.980 infamous
00:32:07.600 the Canadian
00:32:12.620 polar vortex
00:32:14.560 of bullshit.
00:32:18.480 And with due
00:32:19.460 consideration,
00:32:20.240 after really thinking
00:32:20.880 about it for a couple
00:32:21.540 of times,
00:32:22.440 all this good stuff,
00:32:24.120 you know,
00:32:24.620 really thinking about
00:32:25.560 who really has
00:32:28.920 earned this episode's
00:32:30.620 polar vortex of
00:32:31.540 bullshit.
00:32:32.500 And the only thing I
00:32:33.620 can really think of at
00:32:34.500 this time is
00:32:35.680 the Canadian
00:32:41.780 Parliament.
00:32:42.940 Yes, that's right,
00:32:43.560 ladies and gentlemen,
00:32:44.800 Canada's Parliament.
00:32:46.020 Now, I'm not going to
00:32:46.940 pinpoint anybody in
00:32:48.340 particular per se.
00:32:49.620 I will say the
00:32:51.000 Liberals,
00:32:51.680 the NDP,
00:32:53.520 the Bloc,
00:32:55.360 and a few of the
00:32:56.020 Conservative
00:32:56.460 backbenchers that
00:32:57.960 really, really didn't
00:32:58.780 work hard enough to
00:33:00.180 really thwart the
00:33:01.200 decisions of this
00:33:02.980 ridiculous federal
00:33:03.900 government and their
00:33:05.480 promotion of C10.
00:33:07.020 So, Canadian
00:33:08.240 Parliament, give
00:33:09.140 yourself a round of
00:33:10.000 clap for promoting
00:33:11.760 C10.
00:33:12.260 Well-deserved, I
00:33:21.400 say.
00:33:22.100 Well-deserved.
00:33:23.340 And this has been
00:33:24.840 the Canadian
00:33:29.500 polar vortex of
00:33:32.220 bullshit.
00:33:35.180 Yes.
00:33:36.180 Well done,
00:33:36.680 Liberal Party.
00:33:37.420 Well done,
00:33:37.920 Bloc.
00:33:38.280 Well done,
00:33:38.740 NBT.
00:33:40.140 NDP.
00:33:41.280 And well done to
00:33:42.160 everybody else who
00:33:43.020 supports this
00:33:44.320 ridiculous fucking
00:33:45.500 C10 mandate.
00:33:47.300 Anyway,
00:33:47.800 carrying on again,
00:33:48.540 who's going to
00:33:48.960 watch the
00:33:49.340 Watchers,
00:33:50.120 right?
00:33:51.340 Not that it's
00:33:51.820 going to matter
00:33:52.180 because we all
00:33:52.780 know Justin
00:33:53.200 Trudeau beat the
00:33:54.400 ethics issues that
00:33:55.700 he had three years
00:33:56.340 ago, beat the
00:33:57.300 issues he had with
00:33:58.040 SNC-Lavalin,
00:33:59.140 is still beating
00:34:00.000 the issues with
00:34:00.740 the e-scandal,
00:34:02.120 you know.
00:34:02.900 So, my
00:34:03.500 prediction is this,
00:34:04.500 and based on the
00:34:05.000 information I did
00:34:05.600 receive from CTV
00:34:06.460 News and from
00:34:07.680 idle chitchat I've
00:34:08.560 had with some
00:34:08.960 co-workers and
00:34:09.760 friends of mine,
00:34:10.340 I think if
00:34:11.900 they call an
00:34:12.280 election this
00:34:13.100 fall, it would
00:34:13.660 be after Labor
00:34:14.480 Day, okay?
00:34:16.160 Because I
00:34:16.620 personally think
00:34:17.120 that a lot of
00:34:17.460 Canadians are
00:34:17.760 getting tired of
00:34:18.760 this shit and
00:34:19.200 they want a
00:34:19.500 decent summer.
00:34:21.200 Because I think
00:34:21.800 we've earned it,
00:34:22.340 folks.
00:34:22.700 I think we've
00:34:23.160 really earned a
00:34:23.820 decent fucking
00:34:24.320 summer.
00:34:25.080 I think we've
00:34:25.580 earned our
00:34:25.880 freedom back,
00:34:26.980 regardless of how
00:34:28.420 anyone feels about
00:34:29.140 masks or washing
00:34:31.740 your hands or the
00:34:32.860 beer bug or the
00:34:33.800 pandemic, or
00:34:36.340 regardless of all
00:34:36.920 the Carls and
00:34:37.660 Karens out there
00:34:38.580 who have screamed
00:34:39.700 to the top of
00:34:40.120 their lungs for
00:34:40.640 people not wearing
00:34:41.120 their masks or
00:34:41.740 social distancing,
00:34:43.260 and yet not
00:34:43.940 worrying about the
00:34:44.600 so-called leaders
00:34:45.380 and bureaucrats
00:34:46.060 that have taken
00:34:46.480 some lovely,
00:34:47.500 lovely trips while
00:34:49.140 telling us common
00:34:50.060 folk what to do.
00:34:51.600 So, something to
00:34:52.460 think about,
00:34:52.860 folks.
00:34:54.160 And like I say,
00:34:55.240 look around at
00:34:55.860 the Veterans
00:34:56.300 Coalition Party
00:34:56.980 too if you can.
00:34:58.640 Yours truly is
00:34:59.420 running in this
00:34:59.880 riding, the Crowfoot
00:35:02.600 Battle River
00:35:03.080 riding, and I'm
00:35:05.600 going to do what I
00:35:05.920 can, get out there
00:35:06.920 and campaign once we
00:35:07.720 get the thumbs up
00:35:08.420 and we're told
00:35:08.860 that it's okay
00:35:09.640 that we can, you
00:35:10.600 know, campaign for
00:35:11.300 an election.
00:35:12.420 So, keep that in
00:35:13.140 mind, ladies and
00:35:13.640 gentlemen, too.
00:35:14.540 You have choices
00:35:15.100 out there.
00:35:16.160 And to my other
00:35:16.660 Canadian listeners
00:35:17.140 too, look into the
00:35:17.960 Veterans Coalition
00:35:18.480 Party as well.
00:35:20.100 You know, PPC has
00:35:20.840 got some decent
00:35:21.360 points, but look at
00:35:23.240 the VCP as well
00:35:24.200 too.
00:35:25.160 Now, I know the
00:35:25.680 leader personally.
00:35:26.480 He's a good man,
00:35:27.280 good solid man,
00:35:28.040 good family man.
00:35:29.200 He was a hell of a
00:35:29.800 leader when I worked
00:35:30.460 with him and worked
00:35:31.220 for him.
00:35:32.220 And he'll tell you
00:35:33.200 straight up, he won't
00:35:34.620 fuck you around.
00:35:35.980 And we need more of
00:35:36.960 that.
00:35:37.160 We need some more
00:35:38.300 straight shooters
00:35:38.840 calling the crap in
00:35:40.500 Ottawa.
00:35:41.840 And, you know, he's
00:35:43.600 got a good gift to
00:35:44.380 call bullshit when
00:35:45.280 it's bullshit.
00:35:46.360 So, please, check out
00:35:47.360 the Veterans
00:35:47.740 Coalition Party,
00:35:48.500 ladies and gentlemen.
00:35:49.100 To my Edmonton
00:35:50.160 listeners too, check
00:35:51.680 out Travis Caillou.
00:35:52.660 He does a wonderful
00:35:53.640 job in organizing and
00:35:55.880 spreading information
00:35:56.580 around the VCP.
00:35:57.520 So, please check those
00:35:58.660 individuals out too.
00:35:59.600 And if you have any
00:35:59.960 questions towards the
00:36:01.380 VCP, feel free to
00:36:02.580 contact me.
00:36:03.880 I'll leave my email
00:36:04.820 there at the bottom
00:36:05.400 of the screen here
00:36:06.420 for you so you can
00:36:07.100 check.
00:36:08.180 Yeah, crustybcanuck67
00:36:09.340 at gmail.com.
00:36:11.060 Ask me anything you
00:36:11.760 want to know, by all
00:36:12.880 means.
00:36:13.340 And the floor is still
00:36:14.100 open to any of those
00:36:15.440 liberal aficionados out
00:36:17.060 there that want to
00:36:18.100 engage me in debate.
00:36:18.960 I'll set it up via
00:36:19.980 live stream if you
00:36:20.700 want.
00:36:21.560 I'll set up my
00:36:22.140 StreamYard account so
00:36:22.920 you and I can have a
00:36:23.560 debate about these
00:36:24.300 policies and we'll go
00:36:25.160 live if you want to.
00:36:27.240 I'll set it up for
00:36:28.100 you.
00:36:28.240 Yeah.
00:36:29.400 What do you say?
00:36:30.880 Right?
00:36:31.020 What do you say?
00:36:33.160 Sounds like a good
00:36:33.700 time as far as I'm
00:36:34.480 concerned.
00:36:35.340 I'd do it.
00:36:41.020 What say you?
00:36:42.420 Right?
00:36:42.940 Why not?
00:36:44.620 Anybody who supports
00:36:45.620 this mandate, anybody
00:36:46.560 who supports these
00:36:48.100 garbage bills, please
00:36:49.160 let me know.
00:36:50.380 And I'll set up a
00:36:51.000 StreamYard debate so
00:36:52.920 you, myself, your
00:36:54.380 audience and my
00:36:55.140 audience can sit and
00:36:55.960 have a good laugh.
00:36:57.040 Right?
00:36:57.280 What do you say?
00:36:58.480 Check me out.
00:36:59.420 Just follow the
00:36:59.940 screen there at the
00:37:00.820 bottom by my
00:37:02.020 email.
00:37:02.700 Anyhow, ladies and
00:37:03.160 gentlemen, I've been
00:37:03.500 Krusty Canuck on this
00:37:04.320 beautiful 22nd of
00:37:06.040 June 2021.
00:37:09.640 You know, weather's
00:37:10.340 getting hotter out
00:37:10.860 there, so it's
00:37:11.260 summertime.
00:37:11.840 So do what you can to
00:37:12.500 help each other out.
00:37:13.980 Water your plants, look
00:37:15.180 after your gardens, look
00:37:15.960 after your loved ones,
00:37:16.820 help a neighbor out,
00:37:17.500 maybe help his senior
00:37:18.640 out by cutting his or
00:37:19.760 her grass for, you
00:37:21.540 know, once or twice a
00:37:23.280 month.
00:37:24.460 You know, give some of
00:37:25.520 your time to people.
00:37:26.280 Do what you can to help
00:37:27.040 people out, best of
00:37:28.380 your ability.
00:37:29.380 Well, we're only going
00:37:30.380 to change this dynamic
00:37:31.380 if we bring light to
00:37:33.560 this manufactured
00:37:34.240 darkness, folks.
00:37:35.420 And it's up to you and
00:37:36.180 me to do it, too.
00:37:37.460 So let's say if they do
00:37:38.400 pass C-10, then harass
00:37:39.820 the senators and harass
00:37:41.200 your MPs for better
00:37:42.880 alternatives to find
00:37:44.060 some way.
00:37:44.800 And who cares if they're
00:37:45.700 going on a break in
00:37:46.460 summer or not, too?
00:37:47.020 They've had enough
00:37:47.440 breaks this year already.
00:37:49.300 You know, it must be
00:37:49.780 really nice to sit in
00:37:50.500 your home all day and
00:37:51.240 do the meetings and
00:37:52.800 talk about your hair and
00:37:53.900 your makeup and how
00:37:54.620 much money you're
00:37:55.180 making while there's
00:37:56.340 other people like you
00:37:57.260 and your friends and
00:37:59.420 your loved ones struggling
00:38:01.620 to get ahead.
00:38:02.960 It's not to think about
00:38:03.720 this September, right?
00:38:05.980 Think about it hard.
00:38:07.020 But in the meantime,
00:38:07.740 enjoy yourself.
00:38:08.840 Go have some fun with
00:38:09.720 your family and friends.
00:38:10.780 Hug your loved ones.
00:38:12.000 Look after your friends
00:38:12.700 and neighbors and your
00:38:13.900 loved ones the best you
00:38:14.740 can with what you got.
00:38:15.780 And remember, ladies and
00:38:16.520 gentlemen, humanity and
00:38:18.520 merit wins the day.
00:38:21.120 Take care, and I will see
00:38:22.740 you next time on the
00:38:24.180 Krusty Connect podcast.
00:38:26.460 And stay posted to my
00:38:28.620 YouTube page and my
00:38:29.620 community page for
00:38:31.380 updates and my Facebook
00:38:32.940 page for updates, too.
00:38:35.040 Like I say, humanity
00:38:36.300 merit wins the day.
00:38:37.740 Take care, and I'll see
00:38:38.260 you next time.
00:38:39.280 Bye for now.
00:38:43.520 Hit it, sweetheart.
00:38:45.780 Because I am hard, you
00:38:47.320 will not like me.
00:38:48.520 Yes, sir.
00:38:49.300 There is no racial
00:38:53.400 bigotry here.
00:38:56.700 There you are all
00:38:57.980 equally worth it.
00:39:01.020 This has been another
00:39:02.340 episode of the Krusty
00:39:03.700 Canuck podcast.
00:39:04.900 Stay sane, and thank you
00:39:06.440 for listening.
00:39:07.280 From Western Canada, this
00:39:09.040 is the Krusty Canuck
00:39:10.240 podcast.
00:39:10.680 Mama always said I had a
00:39:18.500 face for radio.
00:39:19.380 Nope.
