The Crusty Canuck Podcast - The Burning...

00:00:00.500 Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. It's a beautiful 25th of June, 2021, coming up

00:00:05.980 to episode 136 of the Krusty Connect podcast. Basically, the burning. Yes, ethics, truth,

00:00:13.720 choice, residential schools, C10, C36, hyperinflation, weed charity, S&C Lavalin, scandals, questioning

00:00:22.340 our liberty and our freedoms, and not to mention another 700 plus bodies found in Saskatchewan.

00:00:27.260 All that and more come up in the podcast. Please, stick around.

00:00:57.260 Krusty Connect podcast, a Canadian veteran's point of view on political, social, economic

00:01:02.300 issues, and life. Here's Krusty.

00:01:06.660 That's right, ladies and gentlemen. I'm your host, Krusty Canuck. Welcome once again to the

00:01:10.040 Krusty Connect podcast. If you like and hear what you see, please click like, subscribe,

00:01:14.420 share this all around your social media platforms while we still have the freedom to do so. And

00:01:19.480 listener and viewer discretion is advised. I do swear a lot and I use big, bad, nasty words.

00:01:24.300 I do make some unlawful facial and figure gestures. Anyway, carrying on. The burning,

00:01:29.060 episode 136. It's been brought to our attention now that there's another additional 700 bodies

00:01:35.000 plus found in Cowessus Reservation in Saskatchewan. Now, I've talked about this before, ladies and

00:01:42.940 gentlemen, but I can't help but hang on to this devastating fucking result. This devastating 0.99

00:01:50.180 discovery. Okay, now you've heard me ramble on about equality and fairness and how we have to

00:01:54.860 get along with our fellow Canadians, how we have to get along with everybody here. And I've said

00:02:00.760 numerous times, ladies and gentlemen, that I was raised in a household where I don't judge people

00:02:05.160 based on the color of their skin or their religion, what have you, even though a lot of our federal

00:02:09.860 parliamentary officials like to say that we're all guilty of being racist. Meanwhile, they're the first

00:02:15.200 ones to pull a race card every time someone questions their integrity or puts in their

00:02:20.580 accountability. You know, now in recent news, I guess, well, the C36 and C10 were passed in

00:02:32.480 the parliament. Now it has to wait for Senate approval. But along with C10, the whole internet

00:02:38.900 censorship thing, basically having the CRTC decide which is Canadian content or not. They've also added

00:02:44.580 C36, more or less upping the ante when it comes to hate speech and saying bad words to people.

00:02:50.980 Right? Now, in 2013, the Harper government, regardless of how imperfect he was, or imperfect

00:02:57.640 his party was, they more or less laid the foundation of common sense when it came to C13. Now, Ezra Levant,

00:03:06.140 you know, the honcho from Rebel Media, put in a cartoon against Muhammad, on Muhammad, whatever,

00:03:12.120 in his publication, the Western Standard at the time. And he was called into Human Rights Tribunal

00:03:17.900 because how dare you offend certain Muslims? How dare you offend these people? How dare you offend

00:03:22.960 those people? All in the name of so-called fairness and equality. Now, what I understand of the freedom

00:03:29.660 of press, doesn't matter what democracy you live in, doesn't matter if you live in Britain, doesn't

00:03:33.100 matter if you live in the United States, in Germany, France, Canada, any working democracy,

00:03:38.680 as far as I'm concerned, the press is allowed to be satirical, critical, no matter what. Okay?

00:03:46.900 I remember back in the 80s, cartoons they used to make against Rex Humbard, a TV evangelist,

00:03:51.520 and Jimmy Swaggart, and other evangelists out there that got their peepees caught doing something

00:03:56.040 terrible. Oh, and yet there was no outrage from the Christian community about that. 1.00

00:04:00.700 Right? Now, what I remember of the story as Levant being brought in and being convicted and a court of 0.70

00:04:08.100 his peers, apparently, but it was just a kangaroo court. So I'll summarize. Basically, the charges

00:04:12.760 didn't stick. He was good to go. However, it put his life up in a big upheaval because of people being

00:04:19.180 offended, yada, yada, yada. Now, the liberals now want to push the C-36 to stop online hatred,

00:04:27.260 to stop all this feel good, or to start the feel good thing again, to keep Utopia very happy, alive,

00:04:35.020 and well, and keep all these things on the go, to make everyone just feel lovey-dovey, and sit by a

00:04:41.020 campfire, play guitar, and drink some craft beer. Doesn't that sound fantastic? I mean, really?

00:04:47.880 You know? We all know it's bullshit, ladies and gentlemen. Okay? Now, let me summarize this too. 1.00

00:04:52.980 Every time any government passes any kind of law or tries to pass any kind of law into what you and

00:04:59.060 I can say or what you and I can see, it's obviously a censorship thing. You don't need a law degree

00:05:03.760 or a sociology degree to fucking figure this shit out. Okay? Now, I'm a little concerned because I'm 1.00

00:05:12.540 still an up-and-comer within the podcasting world. I'm not expecting to make oodles and noodles of cash.

00:05:17.180 I've got a great fan base, and I'm very, very thankful to my audience out there. You know,

00:05:21.860 recent subscribers, newer subscribers, my old subscribers, my old fans, and I appreciate

00:05:26.340 every email that everyone gives me, especially the hate mail I do receive. And I'm going to make

00:05:31.420 an episode of all the hate mail I have received. So, I am saving and clipping pasting all this good

00:05:35.560 stuff for an episode in the future. But for now, here we have a government that has done nothing but

00:05:42.600 superinflate our economy, borrow more money to print more money to give away to people other than

00:05:49.460 Canadians. Okay? They've lied about the SNC-Lavalin issue. They've lied about inflation. They have lied

00:05:55.920 about their association with the We Charity and what have you. And now, our Prime Minister wants to sue

00:06:01.620 the House Speaker for demanding information on the Wuhan lab incident. Okay? Apparently, two Chinese 1.00

00:06:08.620 scientists that were working in Winnipeg, working on something very secretive,

00:06:11.980 were fired for some reason. And yet, the Parliament wants the documents on that

00:06:16.940 to figure out what the fuck is going on. And everybody's all hush-hush and quiet-quiet. 0.96

00:06:21.580 Oh, tis-tis-tis. We can't talk about this now. We don't want to hurt our Chinese overlords.

00:06:26.900 And I'm not dissing Chinese Canadians. I'm dissing the Chinese Communist Party. Okay?

00:06:34.220 Any kind of Communist Party that wants to infiltrate

00:06:37.540 our democracy, as far as I'm concerned, does not deserve a free pass.

00:06:43.060 And I don't care. Okay? Which brings to my next point, too, that how the Chinese government

00:06:47.680 is rallying the United Nations on giving Canada such a hard time over our Indigenous peoples.

00:06:53.700 And in a way, they're right. Yes.

00:06:56.040 We have a lot of governments. It doesn't matter which prime minister was in charge since the 1890s

00:07:01.380 or 1880s or 1860s. It doesn't matter which prime minister called this or which premier called that

00:07:06.560 or which archdiocese or whatever bishop did. Okay? There's a whole whack of fucking responsibility

00:07:12.140 that's been null and void. Okay? A whole whack of responsibility that has just been ignored 0.99

00:07:18.560 and things that have been put under the rug. Hidden and buried. No pun, ladies and gentlemen.

00:07:25.280 But we're seeing a lot of the truth come to light now.

00:07:29.360 Not just with the residential school issues. Okay? And they're beyond issues.

00:07:33.300 It's a fucking atrocity. It's an abortion. It's a dog's fucking breakfast on diplomacy and respect. 1.00

00:07:40.200 Okay? Now, I've had a few First Nation members weigh in, give me some nice emails. 1.00

00:07:44.060 And I've had a few nasty comments from some First Nations persons telling me, 1.00

00:07:48.360 mind your own fucking business. You don't have the right to talk about this. 1.00

00:07:52.200 You don't have the right to say anything about this. You're a part of the problem.

00:07:56.740 I'm part of the problem. I even had somebody call me a colonialist.

00:08:02.520 Right? All based on the flags that I have behind me here.

00:08:05.160 Oh, you're a colonialist because you believe in Britain. Oh, oh, you believe in the monarchy.

00:08:10.840 Well, I got news for you, people. I don't believe in the monarchy.

00:08:14.640 And based on everything that I have read the past couple of weeks,

00:08:17.340 I have really, really lost whatever faith I had in the monarchy.

00:08:21.340 So there, you heard it. You heard it right here. Okay?

00:08:24.920 I'm sure the Queen's a lovely lady. I'm sure she's wonderful to sit and have a cup of tea with 0.85

00:08:29.060 and talk about football and have a becky or two.

00:08:32.600 Right? And Charles, such a wonderful lad.

00:08:34.380 And Harry and William are doing so well. Right?

00:08:37.800 But this is what I think as a Canadian.

00:08:41.020 Now, I fought for this country.

00:08:42.620 And yes, I pledged a solemn affirmation to Canada and the Queen.

00:08:48.220 And I pledged a solemn affirmation to my fellow Canucks.

00:08:51.240 Okay?

00:08:51.720 Now, I still believe in Canada.

00:08:55.260 Regardless of how tarnished our halo is.

00:08:58.360 Okay? We do have a dark history.

00:09:00.180 So does America. So does Britain. So does France.

00:09:01.920 So does Germany. So does every other working democracy on the planet.

00:09:05.100 Nothing is perfect.

00:09:07.440 But I personally believe now we have to get to the bottom of this whole residential schooling issue.

00:09:11.780 This is not an issue anymore. This is a fact we have to figure it out.

00:09:14.580 We have to find common ground so we can move forward as we should.

00:09:19.460 Okay? 1.00

00:09:20.220 So I call in all churches that had their hands in that dirty fucking doctrine. 1.00

00:09:25.020 Doesn't matter if you're Catholic. Doesn't matter if you're Anglican, Presbyterian, United. 1.00

00:09:27.780 I don't care what prime minister was reigning here or what prime minister was reigning there.

00:09:31.220 All conservatives and liberals alike.

00:09:35.480 Okay?

00:09:36.380 For every decade.

00:09:37.860 There's been two governing bodies that have governed this country since inception.

00:09:42.000 Yes, there have been other parties and other leaders and other people who have come up with facts and figures.

00:09:45.740 But when you look at that, when you sum it all up.

00:09:47.960 Okay?

00:09:48.460 The conservatives and the liberals.

00:09:50.200 Conservatives, liberals.

00:09:51.320 Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.

00:09:53.820 Okay?

00:09:54.480 And how many liberals and conservatives are alive today?

00:09:58.540 Okay?

00:09:58.940 From the late 60s until now.

00:10:01.840 That knew something and failed to do anything.

00:10:36.660 Anyway, carrying on.

00:10:37.400 Should be more of these findings coming up, too.

00:10:42.260 Now, 215 apparently were found in Kamloops.

00:10:46.200 Okay?

00:10:46.760 And now a 700-plus have been found in Kowessis Reserve in Saskatchewan.

00:10:51.700 Apparently, the gravestones were mowed down or taken down in the 1960s.

00:10:58.200 So, I guess you could say guilt based on the Catholic Church's part.

00:11:06.080 Because, I guess, in the 1960s, the school went to the control of the federal government.

00:11:09.740 And who was the man in charge at that time in the federal government?

00:11:16.100 That's right, Pierre Trudeau and his Liberal Caucus.

00:11:19.520 The geniuses that promoted multiculturalism.

00:11:22.040 And the geniuses that combined our military into one fighting force.

00:11:25.900 And the geniuses that figured that spending more money externally was better than spending it internally.

00:11:33.020 Right?

00:11:33.160 Now, when I hear people talk about multiculturalism in Canada, I talk about different cultures and everything.

00:11:40.700 Everything from every neighborhood to, let's say, Kensington Market in Toronto.

00:11:44.520 A very, very diverse community.

00:11:46.120 North York of Toronto.

00:11:47.400 A very, very diverse community.

00:11:48.360 Where I used to live before I joined the Army.

00:11:50.180 A very diverse community.

00:11:51.160 Lots of Italians.

00:11:51.940 Lots of Portuguese.

00:11:53.180 Lots of East Indians.

00:11:54.600 Right?

00:11:54.760 A lot of First Nations.

00:11:56.420 A lot of white people from different walks of life.

00:11:58.520 Poland.

00:11:59.600 Former Czech Republic.

00:12:01.120 A lot of former Eastern Bloc countries.

00:12:02.620 So, diversity was there.

00:12:04.520 I remember the giant soccer tournaments they used to have in that area at the time.

00:12:09.540 And all walks of life coming out to play the wonderful game of soccer.

00:12:12.740 Or to my English friends, football.

00:12:14.680 Right?

00:12:15.300 And very diverse.

00:12:18.440 Right?

00:12:18.780 Lots of games.

00:12:20.040 You know?

00:12:21.060 Lots of people getting together and just enjoying life.

00:12:24.060 Doing what they enjoy to do.

00:12:25.720 And whether they play a couple of games in the pitch or not.

00:12:27.960 Go have a few pints at one of our favorite pubs.

00:12:31.580 Or just sitting around and enjoying each other's company.

00:12:34.360 Okay?

00:12:34.880 Now, maybe I've been blindsided.

00:12:36.920 I don't know.

00:12:37.980 I'm not going to sit here and say, I'm woke. 0.99

00:12:39.740 I fucking hate that term. 0.99

00:12:40.800 To me, that's just lazy fucking English. 1.00

00:12:42.540 But I'm awakened. 0.99

00:12:43.840 I have been awakened to a lot of things since I left the service.

00:12:47.520 Understanding key principles of leadership.

00:12:49.400 Understanding key principles of responsibility. 1.00

00:12:52.260 Owning your shit. 0.99

00:12:53.180 And I've said this numerous times in the podcast, ladies and gentlemen. 1.00

00:12:55.740 We have to get to a point where we start owning our shit again. 0.99

00:12:58.740 This one is a big deal. 0.99

00:13:01.540 Okay?

00:13:02.140 This is a big effing deal when it comes to understanding this nation.

00:13:06.740 Now, I can see why certain groups of our society want to say, let's abolish Canada Day.

00:13:12.420 Because of the tarnished halo.

00:13:14.760 The crimes.

00:13:15.940 The inhumanities.

00:13:17.280 To a degree.

00:13:19.680 But like the Midnight Oil song.

00:13:22.140 My country right or wrong.

00:13:23.660 I love this nation.

00:13:28.700 I love my country.

00:13:29.560 Because I fought for it.

00:13:31.420 A lot of my friends fought for it.

00:13:33.800 And some of those friends of mine are not here with us today.

00:13:37.340 Because of their dedication and their service.

00:13:40.080 And it wasn't just the war that killed them.

00:13:44.460 It was other things that killed them.

00:13:45.860 It was other issues and stuff.

00:13:47.920 The human psyche sometimes cannot handle a lot of the horror and gory details.

00:13:54.020 Of serving your country in that platitude.

00:13:57.920 Okay? 0.94

00:13:59.680 And I too suffer from some mental issues when it comes to that dirty place called combat.

00:14:06.840 And it took me for one hell of a whirlwind.

00:14:13.440 And I'm not going to sit here and try to gain sympathy.

00:14:15.800 I don't want sympathy.

00:14:16.860 What I want is understanding.

00:14:19.000 I'm a firm believer in truth and reconciliation.

00:14:21.120 Of all aspects.

00:14:23.040 Okay?

00:14:23.400 And to my First Nation listeners out right there too.

00:14:25.800 I am extending an actual olive branch.

00:14:28.760 Okay?

00:14:29.300 Not because of guilt.

00:14:31.100 Not because of how I have to be ashamed.

00:14:33.780 I am ashamed that we ignored a lot of this. 0.98

00:14:37.140 I am ashamed of the fact that we have government leaders that have been privy to see information from the clergy, from other offices, from provincial offices, from municipalities that harnessed all these fucking atrocities and did nothing. 0.97

00:14:53.280 That's what I'm ashamed of too. 0.99

00:14:58.340 That's what I'm ashamed of.

00:14:59.500 I'm ashamed of the fact that I actually took some belief in some of these leaders when it came to looking after Canada.

00:15:08.660 And the only thing they looked after was their own little privies and their own little groups and tribes.

00:15:13.200 So as far as I'm concerned, ladies and gentlemen, regardless of my political belief or not, okay, all the bigwigs that have sat in the provincial governments, federal governments, throughout the centuries, throughout the century and a half of this garbage, knew something.

00:15:30.480 Okay?

00:15:30.920 Now, I'm not trying to disenfranchise my Catholic friends or my Anglican friends or Presbyterian friends or my atheist friends.

00:15:36.920 Okay? 0.98

00:15:38.060 I'll disenfranchise the powers that be that govern, that have governed throughout that whole fucking time. 0.99

00:15:44.740 Okay? 0.98

00:15:45.780 I will disenfranchise the Catholic Church of Canada, the Church of England, not to mention the connections that have gone to the crown too.

00:15:55.980 Now, I wonder what influences the crown at that time has had, all the way from Queen Victoria to King George to Elizabeth herself.

00:16:05.720 Okay?

00:16:06.160 And the same thing probably goes for the people of New Zealand and the people of Australia, the Aborigines in Australia. 0.98

00:16:13.980 Did they go through the same thing too?

00:16:15.900 Did the Maori go through the same thing in New Zealand?

00:16:18.460 Right? 1.00

00:16:18.860 Like, every empire that has come and gone has had its nasty fucking history and its dirty bits. 1.00

00:16:25.040 The Romans did some nasty things. 1.00

00:16:26.760 The Mongolians did some nasty things. 1.00

00:16:28.580 Alexander the Great did some nasty things.

00:16:31.500 Okay?

00:16:31.640 But that's history.

00:16:35.040 And regardless of how close to home this is, this is our history too.

00:16:40.640 But we have the ability to do something about it.

00:16:43.380 To find and to prosecute and persecute those who are guilty.

00:16:49.020 Okay?

00:16:50.060 So let's get rid of the kangaroo court mandates.

00:16:52.240 Let's get rid of the hurt feelings mandates.

00:16:54.340 Let's get rid of these bills C-10 and C-36 to thwart hate speech. 0.98

00:16:58.480 And let's look at the real fucking hatred that our governments have had over the past century. 0.97

00:17:05.280 Okay? 0.99

00:17:05.700 Let's look at the individuals.

00:17:07.460 Doesn't matter what color of cloth they wore. 0.98

00:17:09.720 Doesn't matter if they wore the conservative blue or the liberal fucking red or the NDP orange. 0.99

00:17:15.000 Okay? 0.98

00:17:15.840 Let's look at the people responsible. 1.00

00:17:19.180 And start kicking ass and taking fucking names. 1.00

00:17:41.760 All episodes, all audio.

00:17:44.060 Censorship free, hopefully.

00:17:45.900 Knock on wood here.

00:17:47.040 It depends if C-10 does get passed by the Senate or C-36 get passed.

00:17:50.720 Because I might be deemed as a hate speech monger.

00:17:54.100 Because I might make someone feel uncomfortable.

00:17:56.940 Right?

00:17:57.500 It's like the movie Minority Report, you know?

00:18:00.540 You know?

00:18:00.940 They think you might do something because some psychic foresaw it.

00:18:04.940 So they're going to arrest you just in case, you know?

00:18:07.400 It's not like how the vaccines work, right?

00:18:09.700 You know, here, you haven't broken your arm yet, but we're going to give you a cast anyway.

00:18:13.200 Just in case.

00:18:13.980 Because we're all ace and medic, right? 0.99

00:18:15.540 Or whatever the fucking term is. 0.99

00:18:17.780 I can't speak English today. 0.99

00:18:18.620 I'm just so fucking wild up. 0.97

00:18:20.360 But you get my point, right? 0.96

00:18:22.020 It's kind of like how Bill Blair operates, too. 0.99

00:18:24.560 You know, that guy, the old fucking old Toronto police cop talking about fucking gun safety 1.00

00:18:29.060 and how guns are so terrible. 1.00

00:18:30.860 And yet, they let Bill C-75 reign supreme.

00:18:35.020 You know, you're caught doing something illegally with a gun.

00:18:37.000 You get less sentences.

00:18:38.320 Yet, as gun owners, we get to pay the price.

00:18:40.700 Right?

00:18:40.980 Yeah.

00:18:41.460 Yeah.

00:18:41.860 That mentality.

00:18:42.380 But in recent news, too, three percenters, three percenters, you know, militia groups.

00:18:50.300 I've actually known a couple of three percenters.

00:18:52.380 And you want to know something?

00:18:53.260 Three of them I can think of.

00:18:54.440 One guy was white.

00:18:55.420 Yeah.

00:18:56.200 And another guy was half Indian, meaning I think it was his mother that was East Indian

00:19:00.740 and his father was white.

00:19:02.360 And another individual was black.

00:19:06.160 Now, based on what happened January 6th in the United States, the Capitol Hill storming, 0.93

00:19:10.340 I guess, what it was, I guess, three percenters are now deemed as terrorists and white supremacists.

00:19:15.780 Now, I just mentioned the three people that I knew.

00:19:18.200 Now, I'm not sure if they're still affiliated with it or not.

00:19:20.380 I haven't talked to them in a while.

00:19:22.740 But we did have a couple of video conferences just talking politics and shop had nothing to 0.94

00:19:27.180 do with me joining or me being part of any fucking group whatsoever. 0.97

00:19:30.720 It's just a good conversation about Canadian politics history and the love we have for this 0.98

00:19:34.860 land.

00:19:36.120 All right.

00:19:36.720 Now, because Bill Blair is sensitive, you know, jumping the gun, hoping to find glory 0.99

00:19:42.640 and fucking, you know, virtue like they all fucking do. 0.99

00:19:47.040 Right. 1.00

00:19:47.920 As deemed as a terrorist group.

00:19:51.400 Okay.

00:19:52.360 And they also deemed the Proud Boys is this terrorist group, too.

00:19:55.780 Now, I also mentioned before that I talked to a few Proud Boys and they weren't white. 0.99

00:20:00.720 So the whole white supremacy thing has got to fucking stop, folks. 0.99

00:20:04.740 Really. 1.00

00:20:05.220 The moment you call anybody a white supremacist, you got to find out.

00:20:11.440 Okay.

00:20:12.300 Honestly, because I'm so sick and tired of this race card.

00:20:15.420 I'm sick and tired of hearing it from all people.

00:20:17.760 Okay.

00:20:18.560 Like I said earlier, you know, there was a couple of First Nations members that wrote

00:20:21.880 me some nasty emails calling me a colonist and I should recognize my privilege. 0.55

00:20:26.280 Well, here's my privilege. 0.99

00:20:27.720 I've worked for everything in my fucking life. 0.99

00:20:30.600 Okay. 0.99

00:20:31.080 I've worked for everything.

00:20:32.600 Nothing was handed to me.

00:20:33.720 Everything from this microphone to my soundboard, to these headphones, to what you see behind

00:20:38.420 me, to the walls in this house.

00:20:40.240 I worked for.

00:20:41.400 It wasn't handed to me.

00:20:43.340 Okay.

00:20:43.820 I might've had some insight on a mortgage rate.

00:20:46.140 I might've had some insight in how to save my money.

00:20:49.120 They get a good down payment.

00:20:50.760 That's about it.

00:20:51.900 Okay.

00:20:53.980 The vehicles I own, I worked for.

00:20:56.800 Okay.

00:20:57.480 The rank I had in the military, I worked for.

00:21:00.280 Okay.

00:21:01.080 The jobs I had before the military, the privileges I wanted then, I had to work for.

00:21:06.920 Okay.

00:21:07.460 Had nothing to do with the color of my skin.

00:21:08.960 Had nothing to do with my background, my upbringing.

00:21:11.800 It had to do with me as a character.

00:21:13.680 You get up and go to work every day.

00:21:15.880 Okay.

00:21:16.240 And I've met lots of minorities who do the exact same thing to go to work, pay their

00:21:22.280 bills, see if they qualify for a loan, see if they qualify for a mortgage, see if they

00:21:26.520 qualify for a car loan.

00:21:28.400 They see if they qualify for a student loan.

00:21:31.180 Okay.

00:21:32.420 So when I hear someone and sitting there, give me the old proverbial pointing, oh, well,

00:21:36.660 you got to recognize your privilege.

00:21:37.960 Maybe you should recognize your prejudice before you ever, ever talk to me about my privilege.

00:22:00.480 And secondly, too, what makes me so more privileged than you?

00:22:05.000 Okay.

00:22:05.140 What makes me so more, more privileged than anybody?

00:22:10.800 We're lucky.

00:22:11.600 We live in a country where you can find benefits, where you can find things to help you along

00:22:16.320 your way.

00:22:16.820 But all those benefits and programs, guess where they come from?

00:22:21.100 Taxpayers.

00:22:21.780 They don't come from the magic money machine that the liberals like to keep promoting.

00:22:25.200 We'll just keep churning out billions of dollars, billions of dollars.

00:22:28.700 Oh, you utopia.

00:22:30.100 That's right.

00:22:30.920 And we'll have all this interest rate and we'll have all these wonderful things because it's

00:22:34.640 helping people and it's safety and it keeps your ears and everything just, you know,

00:22:39.940 safe and keeps your eyes blinded from reality.

00:22:44.080 You know, we keep talking about wonderful things and pixie farts and unicorn farts and all 0.65

00:22:49.240 this good stuff.

00:22:50.140 We know the truth, ladies and gentlemen.

00:22:51.680 So when someone tells me, you better recognize your privilege, I'll say again, you better 1.00

00:22:56.200 recognize your fucking prejudice. 1.00

00:22:58.640 Okay. 1.00

00:23:00.300 Like I say, folks, I've worked for everything in my life.

00:23:02.640 Nothing was handed to me.

00:23:04.320 And in some cases you might have to work harder or stronger or longer, but nonetheless, hard

00:23:09.860 work does pay off.

00:23:11.000 But based on everything that I've seen lately of the people in charge, calling the shots,

00:23:17.320 telling me what to say and what to do and how to do it, who are we working for?

00:23:21.260 Really?

00:23:22.180 You know, we have to get rid of this government dynamic where we have to praise our government

00:23:27.500 leaders as gods.

00:23:28.880 No, they're not gods.

00:23:30.260 Some of them may be educated.

00:23:31.460 Some of them say they're educated, but based on what I have on the bottom of my screen here

00:23:38.080 too, okay, they're basing their decisions on fear and speculation.

00:23:43.040 They're not basing it on anything real. 0.92

00:23:45.200 They're not basing it on anything fucking, you know, substantial. 0.97

00:23:51.240 C10. 0.64

00:23:53.180 They promote C10 for the sake of, oh, well, we're going to stop big tech making lots of

00:23:58.000 money and it's not promoting Canadian content enough.

00:24:01.460 Yet we already have content laws that protect Canadian artists and writers and painters

00:24:06.320 and dancers, okay?

00:24:08.320 Especially when a lot of American companies come to Canada to make movies, okay?

00:24:12.680 My last episode, Greg Wycliffe made a point when I put his video up there, how much money

00:24:17.920 Netflix has spent in making movies in Canada, Amazon and other companies alike.

00:24:23.480 How many Canadians are employed behind the scenes, okay? 0.93

00:24:26.400 How many extras that happen to be trained in Canada?

00:24:29.100 How many supporting roles are given to Canadian actors too, right?

00:24:33.860 It's the same thing when Canadian artists produce a record.

00:24:36.960 There's opportunities more so now than let's say there was 50 years ago.

00:24:41.200 When you get bands like the Guess Who and Rush, for example, they had to go stateside to get

00:24:46.540 recognition, okay?

00:24:48.780 And it wasn't until they started building momentum on the American side that Canadian

00:24:53.940 producers and Canadian directors and recording studios and executives start paying attention

00:24:59.040 and going, oh, well, we've got some homegrown talent here.

00:25:02.000 And I think the laws changed around 1980 when it came to content.

00:25:06.660 So C10 is a joke. 0.97

00:25:09.200 C36 is just a bigger fucking joke, right? 0.98

00:25:12.100 Because they want you to think a certain way. 0.99

00:25:14.060 They want you to walk a certain way and talk a certain way.

00:25:16.520 That's what it is, right? 1.00

00:25:19.100 It's the old fucking adage of, you know, let's do everything my way or you're fucked, right? 1.00

00:25:26.800 Join the Liberal Party of Canada. 1.00

00:25:29.660 We'll tell you what to think, what to do, how to wipe, how to pick your nose.

00:25:35.520 Oh, in the name of safety.

00:25:40.000 Yeah, that's pretty self-explanatory, isn't it, ladies and gentlemen? 0.98

00:25:42.540 And I've made that point before when I first introduced Bill C10 with Stephen Gobert and his bullshit. 0.97

00:25:49.380 That's what gets me too. 0.94

00:25:50.460 Here's the heritage minister promoting a censorship bill when he should be looking after Canadian heritage.

00:25:56.400 Okay?

00:25:57.080 So if you're going to promote Canadian content and anything, why isn't he promoting a bill that protects Canadian content and not stifles it?

00:26:04.620 Is my content not Canadian enough for you?

00:26:08.980 Does it not mean that I stand on guard for thee?

00:26:12.060 Really?

00:26:13.200 Right?

00:26:14.320 Other podcasters too.

00:26:15.820 My friends like Frank P. Vaughan, Adam Danny Mazze, Gabriel Scheer, Julie Davis, other promoters of the spoken word, other writers, other creative thinkers out there.

00:26:25.900 That's not Canadian enough?

00:26:27.200 Or it's not the Canadiana you want.

00:26:30.700 And while you're sitting there telling people like me that I can't do something and other Canadians alike that we can't do something, you're still pushing the residential school stuff under the rug.

00:26:41.700 Now I get it, Trudeau, in the Liberal Party, you gave a heartfelt apology based on what I saw in global news today.

00:26:48.460 But the apology is no more.

00:26:51.580 Okay?

00:26:55.640 I don't buy it.

00:26:57.200 I don't buy it whatsoever.

00:27:01.380 I don't buy anything. 0.99

00:27:02.600 I don't buy anything you fucking say in regards to your apologies. 0.99

00:27:07.080 Okay? 0.98

00:27:08.040 And if you do call an election, and I'm pretty sure you might call an election come August.

00:27:12.760 You know, you go away in your summer holidays to reboot, to revamp, how to reignite the brand of the Liberal brand, you know?

00:27:18.320 And to my conservative friends out there too, you've got to think about it for a second too.

00:27:22.660 Is there no tool really doing the right thing as well?

00:27:25.420 Okay?

00:27:25.640 Okay?

00:27:27.200 We've all seen everybody stand up in Parliament and do the virtue signaling and the finger pointing and the finger wagging and everything like that.

00:27:34.940 And calling the majority of Canadian racists.

00:27:36.700 Oh, no one's safe in this country.

00:27:38.040 No one can do this.

00:27:38.800 No one can do that. 0.99

00:27:39.880 And yet here these clowns are sitting in Parliament with all their perks and privileges. 0.95

00:27:42.660 With $183,000 base salary paycheck. 0.96

00:27:46.960 Not to mention other perks.

00:27:48.720 Okay?

00:27:49.720 So we're seeing the contradiction here.

00:27:52.200 Okay?

00:27:52.360 And my friends in Britain too are seeing the contradiction with their health minister as well, apparently.

00:27:56.120 Apparently it was big news.

00:27:58.860 Their health minister was caught necking his associate or something like that.

00:28:04.040 But I'll leave a link to that for you guys to follow and decide for yourselves.

00:28:08.040 But like I say, we're seeing nothing but contradictions here.

00:28:12.300 Okay?

00:28:12.580 Now here in Alberta, of course, Mr. Kenny is going to lift the restrictions effective July 1st, which would ease more restrictions.

00:28:20.860 But there's still a lot of employers out there that are still going to enforce the mask issue too.

00:28:26.200 Right?

00:28:26.880 Now I have a piece of paper that I got from a registered health practitioner who said, I don't have to wear masks if they really, really bother me.

00:28:36.660 And they do bother me.

00:28:38.120 Because I find it very stifling to walk around all day like this.

00:28:41.740 Just when you're talking to people and relating to customers and all this good stuff.

00:28:44.720 And I find it really disingenuine after a while.

00:28:46.740 Plus, it triggers in some ways anxiety.

00:28:49.620 It triggers some anger and rage.

00:28:51.920 I have to step out of the house and step out of the room for a second just to get my thoughts together.

00:28:56.840 Now, comfort's not a right.

00:28:58.240 I get that.

00:28:59.540 But common sense should be.

00:29:02.040 Okay?

00:29:02.820 So we'll see how that works.

00:29:04.580 But regardless of how many times I have dissed Jason Kenny on this show.

00:29:09.920 Okay?

00:29:10.260 He's still the leader.

00:29:11.560 Okay?

00:29:12.120 There has been some liberties and freedoms that are still good in Alberta.

00:29:15.900 But I'd rather have Jason Kenny calling his shots than Motley Notley any time.

00:29:23.680 Join today's NDP.

00:29:25.740 We'll keep moving the goalposts.

00:29:27.960 You don't walk the line for us. 1.00

00:29:29.420 We'll call you racist, misogynistic, xenophobic, homophobic. 0.98

00:29:33.540 We look for racism in everything. 0.92

00:29:35.760 Please join the NDP today.

00:29:38.140 And subscribe and donate.

00:29:40.120 Please walk our line.

00:29:41.700 Thank you.

00:29:42.160 And that's the thing, folks.

00:29:45.540 Both Liberals, NDP, and now the Bloc and the Greens, because they all pulled the race card.

00:29:50.500 They all moved the goalposts.

00:29:52.200 Right?

00:29:53.700 And they expect magic things to happen. 0.98

00:29:56.020 They want monkeys to fly out of their butts. 1.00

00:29:57.740 And they want the Canadian taxpayer to foot the bill. 0.96

00:30:00.680 We know the truth.

00:30:01.760 That's not going to happen.

00:30:03.220 Okay?

00:30:05.000 So I just...

00:30:09.360 Like I say, Ottawa's burning.

00:30:10.720 That's where the headline is.

00:30:12.080 They're burning.

00:30:13.000 All these conspiracies are coming to fruition.

00:30:16.460 Okay?

00:30:16.940 All this money being paid for and given away for what?

00:30:20.140 For what virtue?

00:30:21.040 Is it helping Canadians out?

00:30:22.540 No.

00:30:23.480 Okay?

00:30:23.960 How has the federal government really helped Canadians out there?

00:30:26.000 Regardless of the CERB or the CIMA payments.

00:30:28.800 Okay.

00:30:29.800 It's helped people that need it.

00:30:31.000 I agree.

00:30:32.780 You know, especially when provincial and federal jurisdictions have closed businesses and ordered things to be shut down in the name of safety.

00:30:40.720 Yet they allow the bigger wig stores to open up and thrive. 1.00

00:30:44.360 You can get yourself a cheeseburger at any fast food joint.

00:30:46.720 But heaven forbid if you actually go to get a cheeseburger at Mom and Dad's Diner Extraordinaire.

00:30:52.060 Can't have that.

00:30:53.840 Right?

00:30:54.840 So they've changed the rules all in the name of whatever.

00:30:58.580 Panic and fear.

00:31:00.000 Okay? 1.00

00:31:00.500 And all these nonwithstanding clause that we see in our charters all the time, they use that to justify their fucking buffoonery. 0.95

00:31:07.100 I can only understand, tolerate nonwithstanding clauses if this country was being invaded by a million people. 0.96

00:31:13.300 I.e. like in Red Dawn, people from parachutes, you know, coming down and invading our shores.

00:31:18.100 And then assault vehicles hitting our beaches.

00:31:20.420 That kind of thing.

00:31:21.120 And I can understand notwithstanding if that ever happened.

00:31:23.920 Or something like Independence Day where aliens come in the sky.

00:31:27.000 You know, that kind of thing.

00:31:27.720 But when it comes to common sense and people going about their business over a respiratory infection that can be controlled and contained with proper means.

00:31:41.480 We've been conned.

00:31:42.360 We've been lied to, folks.

00:31:43.860 And it's up to us to fix it.

00:31:45.800 It's up to us to change that.

00:31:48.800 And to do what's right.

00:31:50.000 To do what's right for all of us.

00:31:52.840 Right?

00:31:53.900 I want information and I want reconciliation to come.

00:31:57.720 I want the truth and reconciliation to be out there for everybody.

00:32:02.460 Okay?

00:32:03.180 I want it all to prevail.

00:32:05.440 We have to get over this.

00:32:06.560 We have to find the answers and find the solutions.

00:32:08.340 And persecute and prosecute those involved.

00:32:12.360 Okay?

00:32:13.080 We have to question these public safety ministers that say, what is white supremacist?

00:32:17.960 What is deemed as racist?

00:32:19.380 Okay?

00:32:20.200 I haven't seen any actual racist groups out there promoting any kind of hatred or division.

00:32:26.700 Okay?

00:32:27.000 The closest thing I can think of when it comes to promoting any kind of division is our elected officials.

00:32:34.120 Okay? 1.00

00:32:34.960 Now, I'm sure there's some bigot groups out there that want to call the shots and say some stupid shit. 1.00

00:32:39.480 And I'm sure you can find a website if you try hard enough. 1.00

00:32:43.480 I don't encourage it, ladies and gentlemen.

00:32:46.240 But if you want the information, you got to find it.

00:32:48.540 I just find it disingenuine that these so-called security officials and these ex of this or ex-police officers or ex-doctors or ex-practitioners of whatever bullshit they have promoted, weighing in, telling me and you and my other listeners and everyone else out there what we can see and what we can do and what is deemed racist, what is deemed hateful. 0.65

00:33:07.240 We know what's hateful.

00:33:09.020 I can't think of one person in my life, in my circle of my life, my wife, my friends, my family, my associates, my acquaintances, that it would ever go out of their way to hurt anybody because of their gender, the color of their skin, their identity.

00:33:26.320 Well, we're all guilty of speculation, we're all guilty of talking, we're all guilty of gossip one way or the other.

00:33:33.640 But if you can't handle that, then what the hell are you doing in public office?

00:33:41.780 If you can't handle that, then that's not society's problem, that's yours.

00:33:46.560 And that's a test of your character.

00:33:49.660 And maybe you should work on your character more than you worry about mine or ours.

00:33:53.800 Anyway, folks, this has been another Krusty Connect podcast, episode 136, the burning, right?

00:34:01.980 Ottawa is burning. 1.00

00:34:03.240 It is proverbial burning with all their bullshit and their lies and their agendas. 1.00

00:34:07.280 But we will find light at the end of the day. 1.00

00:34:10.460 I'd like to think we will.

00:34:12.560 Okay.

00:34:13.280 Now it's summertime.

00:34:14.520 It's here.

00:34:15.120 Weather's nice.

00:34:16.040 So go out and have some fun with your friends and your family.

00:34:18.260 Do what you can.

00:34:19.380 Keep working.

00:34:20.120 Keep fighting the good fight.

00:34:21.180 Do what's right for you.

00:34:22.080 To my First Nations brothers and sisters out there, offer still stands.

00:34:27.320 Please send me an email.

00:34:28.740 You can find me at KrustyBCanuck67 at gmail.com.

00:34:32.540 I'm easy to find.

00:34:34.060 It's not too hard.

00:34:35.200 And if you do like and see what you hear, please consider donating.

00:34:38.160 Ladies and gentlemen, links will be in the description as well.

00:34:40.180 I'll leave a banner here at the bottom for you too.

00:34:42.220 Go to KrustyConnect.ca, donations.

00:34:44.700 When this video premieres on YouTube and other media platforms, please don't hesitate.

00:34:48.420 If you want to donate, I would like to, if you could, I'm not going to demand cash, but

00:34:53.760 every little bit helps, ladies and gentlemen, every little bit helps.

00:34:56.440 So here's my email too at the bottom of your screen.

00:34:59.720 Reach out to me, talk to me, let me know what's going on.

00:35:02.580 You can either reach me through a community page on YouTube, comment at my videos or the

00:35:07.160 Facebook page to comment there as well too.

00:35:09.180 So, uh, but the moment you start throwing insults at me, uh, I don't, I won't pay attention

00:35:14.520 to it.

00:35:15.000 I won't, I will just delete it or I'll counterpoint you or whatever.

00:35:18.080 I just, I don't tolerate it folks.

00:35:19.920 So if you've got something to say, please say it, say it well to the best of your ability.

00:35:24.000 But if you're going to turn around and point, uh, facts and figures that are based on social

00:35:27.900 justice warrior points of, uh, last year or this year, I'm not going to buy it that simple.

00:35:34.000 So, so, and a special hello out there to everybody on the fastball crew, uh, let me know what's

00:35:40.020 going on there folks.

00:35:41.760 And again, a special thank you to everyone who has come out to the last fastball too.

00:35:46.040 I didn't get to, to, uh, uh, appreciate, uh, your presence and your efforts that you've

00:35:52.160 all made to help me make the fastball what it is today.

00:35:55.040 So thank you all out there to my subscribers and my viewers who have tuned into my fastball

00:35:59.560 every two weeks, right?

00:36:01.260 Uh, once my schedule changes, I'll probably go back to the weekly format, but for now

00:36:04.740 it's going to be every two weeks.

00:36:05.660 And this Sunday, um, there will not be a fastball.

00:36:09.440 So, uh, next Sunday will be, I believe on, uh, not the 27th, but on the 4th.

00:36:17.320 So it'll be kind of like a special, um, post Canada day, uh, and independence day celebration

00:36:24.800 to my American viewers and listeners out there too.

00:36:26.840 So, uh, July 4th will be another Sunday fastball 4 PM mountain standard time.

00:36:32.880 So please tune to that and pay attention to my community page on YouTube and Facebook

00:36:36.800 for updates in that as well.

00:36:38.180 Ladies and gentlemen, like I say, I've been Christy Canuck on this beautiful 25th of June,

00:36:42.720 2021.

00:36:44.900 And, uh, we will do better. 0.98

00:36:47.500 Ladies and gentlemen, let's fight the good fight, fight for the answers, put these clowns 0.98

00:36:52.440 on the spot. 0.94

00:36:53.820 And if they want to keep passing laws and legislation, because they don't want to get

00:36:58.180 their feelings hurt.

00:36:59.360 And we know exactly what these leaders stand on.

00:37:02.520 They'd rather stand the backs of others than stand on their own.

00:37:05.260 And to me, that's not leadership.

00:37:06.560 That's just cowardice. 0.98

00:37:08.300 Like I say, folks do what you can to help each other out in these trying fucking times, 0.98

00:37:12.040 uh, chin up as my grandparents used to say, and really chin up. 0.98

00:37:17.260 I'm not saying suck it up buttercup, but we can persevere. 0.99

00:37:21.000 Our human spirit is resilient and I think we can do a wonderful fucking job. 0.99

00:37:26.160 That's my outlook. 0.95

00:37:26.880 Anyway, a little more of a positive thing today than there was before, but you catch my drift

00:37:31.960 and we will find the answers.

00:37:34.720 We will find truth reconciliation and we will get ahead and we will find light in this manufactured

00:37:40.660 darkness.

00:37:41.720 Like I say, folks, look after your friends and loved ones, do what you can to help each

00:37:44.640 other out to the best of your ability.

00:37:46.620 And remember, humanity and merit wins the day.

00:37:50.240 Take care and I'll see you next time.

00:37:53.000 Bye for now.

00:37:57.400 Hit it, sweetheart. 1.00

00:37:59.640 Because I am hard, you will not like me.

00:38:02.400 Yes, sir.

00:38:06.040 There is no racial bigotry here.

00:38:10.680 There you are all equally.

00:38:12.220 This has been another episode of the Krusty Canuck podcast.

00:38:18.760 Stay sane.
