00:00:06.660He may actually vote for J.D. Vance because the Democratic Party has been cowardly and embracing Democratic socialists.
00:00:14.700Recently, we've seen the DSA announce their plan.
00:00:17.340They want to abolish the Senate, which would fundamentally change the structure of government in this country.
00:00:23.140And I would argue that it's rather destabilizing.
00:00:25.420But we've seen other elements from the leftist faction of the Democratic Party that are a bit more extreme beyond just wanting to seize the means of production.
00:00:35.120Recently, an individual made some incoherent statements in the main Senate race where the Democrat is favored to win in the prediction markets.
00:00:43.820And just this morning, an individual suspected of being an anti-ice terrorist firebombed a federal building in Manhattan.
00:00:50.420Now, not a lot of damage, just a fire was set in front of the building, just off the side of it with some mortars thrown into those fires, explosions.
00:00:59.480There were two individuals that were injured, minor injuries.
00:01:02.580So I don't want to exaggerate or claim this is a major terrorism event, but it was low-scale terror.
00:01:08.760And we've seen quite a bit of that for some time, as well as what I would describe as high-grade terror as well.
00:01:14.760When Bill Maher calls out the cowardly Democrats in the face of the Democratic Socialists, it's not just about economic policy, which I believe largely Bill is focused on now.
00:01:25.220Bill Maher famously, as a lib, very anti-Trump and for the longest time rejected much of the narratives that had come out showing the Democratic Party had become more radicalized.
00:01:36.660But in recent years, Bill Maher seems to be a bit more on point calling out the absurdities of the Democratic Party is introducing in one instance, which I will save for later on in this video as to the graphic nature.
00:01:49.920The main Senate candidate, Ashley Webb, reportedly has made some, let's just call it biologically impossible and alarming statements about gender, body functions and things of that nature, which suggests it's not just an inability to comprehend economic systems, but it may actually be the Democratic Party's embracing of the DSA, whether by choice or by force.
00:02:17.500It is not about changing policy in a way that will make this country better, but perhaps it is about the ignorance and mental disorders of individuals who have found a political party that will champion their causes, even if they don't make sense.

00:02:38.340And in their desperation, they turned to a group of people they did not quite understand.
00:02:43.500And now they are being consumed by it.
00:02:45.900Perhaps with Bill Maher coming out saying he might actually vote for J.D. Vance, we have a chance to restore some kind of balance in this country.
00:02:54.180As much as Tucker Carlson has been very critical of Trump, the war in Iran, he's actually praised J.D. Vance as well.
00:03:01.120And I got to admit, personally, I think J.D. Vance could be a great president for one reason.

00:05:46.360Now, that being said, there was a period where I was deeply critical of Bill because I felt that he wasn't paying attention to what was going on in the world.

00:12:07.720Senate? I mean, this is just a massively destabilizing action. It doesn't seem feasible,
00:12:13.500but as the Democratic socialists are ascendant, it is quite possible that, look, things change.
00:12:19.540Amendments happen. The manifesto comes after a series of primary victories by the DSA,
00:12:24.640reflecting the organization's renewed energy and long-term plan to replace what it argues are
00:12:28.560undemocratic institutions within the government, with the government, more directly accountable
00:12:33.480to voters. Now, what I will say is that if we did get rid of the Senate, the SAVE Act is passed
00:12:38.340overnight, and it could be tremendously good for Republicans. But I feel that despite all of the
00:12:42.660problems with the Senate, it's largely been stabilizing for this country. And a fundamental
00:12:47.800shift like the abolition of the Senate is not the appropriate way to go about things. I believe the
00:12:52.500best way to deal with the problems of the Senate would be to appeal the 17th Amendment, which
00:12:57.160turned state appointment of senators into a popular vote. It used to be that local elections
00:13:03.200were held. The state senators and state representatives would then appoint a representative
00:13:08.160from their state to go to Washington, D.C. And I believe that's the way it should have remained.
00:13:13.520The concern back in the day when they implemented the 17th was that cronyism and corruption were
00:13:19.140getting senators put in place in exchange for backroom deals. But I can tell you this,
00:13:24.520Having it run by popular vote hasn't improved anything.
00:13:27.220It's just effectively turned it into another Congress, and we're not seeing anything get done, as it were.

00:22:34.220nobody really talks about it. But at the state level, we even see states trying to implement
00:22:39.360$15, $20. It is still less than 2%, likely between 1% and 2% nationally for individuals in their
00:22:47.280state who are making that level. So what is this narrative? Well, the reality is, I think people
00:22:56.500have largely had enough. The DSA is lying. That's what's happening. The truth is the people who live
00:23:03.300in New York, these young people that are voting for the likes of these DSA candidates are voting
00:23:08.020for reasons that are just emotional and largely don't make sense. So, Caleb, when you snap at

00:23:21.320And the end result is they don't come on your show. Truth be told, Caleb Hammer's already
00:23:27.000explained that he has trouble getting leftists and liberals to appear on his show. Now, I will say

00:27:34.940about this real quick. I am not suggesting it is good that people live out of their cars
00:27:39.200when they're forced to. Those that have the van life and choose to, hey man, do your thing.
00:27:43.380But let's go back 100, 200 years. Nah, people didn't have cars to sleep in. They would just
00:27:49.220go outside and get sick and die. And there are some people who are homeless who do,
00:27:53.300but that's largely an issue of mental disorder. I'm saying right now, for many people,
00:27:57.060you have a car with heating and air conditioning that you can sleep in.
00:28:01.620You can go to a gym and for, what, 20 bucks a month, have a shower whenever you want.
00:28:09.440And I've done this before when I was a teenager, when I was 18, 19, lived in my car briefly,
00:28:14.220on and off. I was homeless. And I'd go to a gym, get exercise, use the shower, get cleaned up. And
00:28:20.680there are many people who do this. It's not good. People shouldn't have to live in poverty like
00:28:24.900that. My point is, however, even if you're poor, you have parasite-free clean running water. You
00:28:31.420can walk in any fast food restaurant and get a cup of water for free. Now I want you to think
00:28:34.840about something. You can go into a Chipotle and you can ask for a cup of water and they will give
00:28:39.980you one. That cup costs money. The lid costs money. And there's free lemons. And you can fill
00:28:45.300it with water. Don't steal. And you can put some lemon juice in there. You go to some restaurants,
00:28:50.060they give you free chips. Free. Europeans who came for the World Cup were shocked. They sat
00:28:55.160down at a Mexican restaurant and were given chips. They said, we didn't order that. He said,
00:28:57.500no, that's free. Free. Remarkable. So many people in the world don't have access to what we have
00:29:04.620access to. So I will say this to bring it back to point. I'm excited to see Bill Maher standing up
00:29:10.440and calling out the absurdities, and I stand with him. I think what's happening is not so much an
00:29:15.040economic issue, but a purpose issue. Young people don't have purpose. They don't know what they're1.00
00:29:19.740working for or why. And so they've adopted an ideology to give them a meaning. Used to be
00:29:25.560children. You'd work for your kids because your kids needed things and you loved seeing the smile
00:29:30.100on their faces and you wanted them to live well. But many people today, they don't have kids and
00:29:35.840they have no purpose, no faith, no motivation. So along comes an ideology that says, look at the
00:29:42.640suffering people. There are suffering people, but there's not that many. And this system does very,
00:29:47.840very well. So even with all of our problems and all of the anger, and this is why I'm done with
00:29:53.160all of the anger, we live very, very well. After I finish recording this, maybe I'll go get some
00:29:59.980guacamole. They'll make it right next to the table. They'll give me fresh chicken with onions,
00:30:07.260marinated, delicious. It truly is a blessing. I feel a purpose, and it is helping people.
