00:31:18.560 bigger. Why say no? Why simply just go to war and get destroyed when they're offering you an
00:31:24.520 opportunity? That's my point about Cuba. Why should Cuba just lay down and die when they're 0.98
00:31:29.460 being offered wealth and access? And it's not even that ideological, there's not even a great
00:31:33.700 ideological difference. I would then say to China, when they offer our elites, I say clearly there is 0.97
