00:00:57.060 You know, I've always had questions about what it's like to be on reality TV shows because,

00:01:03.580 well, they say it's reality, but it's probably all fake. It's probably all scripted.

00:01:07.820 And so we have a lot to talk about, especially with, you know, Matt Walsh's new film,

00:01:11.900 Am I Racist, coming out, plus his previous film, What is a Woman?

00:01:15.420 There is a great opportunity here to get to the heart of what it's like in Hollywood and these shows.

00:01:19.820 So we've got a couple of great guests to talk to us about all of this today.

00:01:23.540 We're being joined by the star of The Bachelorette, Josh Sider.

00:01:27.720 Would you like to introduce yourself?

00:01:29.080 Hi, I'm Josh Sider. Nice to be here. Thanks for having me, Tim.

00:01:32.440 And how long ago was it that you discovered you were a woman?

00:01:37.940 So, you know, it's something that I struggled with all of my life, my gender identity.

00:01:42.440 I remember being six, seven years old and putting on my mom's dresses, clip-on earrings, stuff like that.

00:01:49.240 But I was homeschooled my whole life.

00:01:51.380 So I had very strict parents, draconian rules about things.

00:01:55.320 So I really wasn't able to express myself.

00:01:57.960 So in college, when I had a little more independence and freedom, there's a little more self-exploration going on.

00:02:04.400 And then it was in May of this year that I decided that I could just be myself and really lean into it and express myself.

00:02:14.240 And so, you know, not many things have changed.

00:02:18.700 I just outwardly dress a little different than I used to.

00:02:21.640 But a lot of people seem to, you know, have opinions about it.

00:02:26.240 And so it's kind of set the world on fire.

00:02:28.820 But I'm just being me, which is a trans woman.

00:02:31.300 And you're right.

00:02:32.240 And we're being joined by someone who's very proud of you, who has expressed great support, Alex Stein.

00:02:37.240 And I don't have my Tuck-friendly bathing suit, but I wanted to come here in solidarity.

00:02:40.900 But, you know, Josh, I've seen so much of your content.

00:02:44.780 And, you know, I just want to start off.

00:02:47.060 Let's just start off hot.

00:02:48.380 I love what you're doing.

00:02:49.640 You know, I don't think that this is real.

00:02:52.160 I personally think that, you know, you're trolling.

00:02:53.960 And that's fine whether, you know, we can argue about it.

00:02:55.920 But what I'm saying is what you're doing, I think, is important because it lampoons these people that just say that they can switch their gender. 0.97

00:03:04.340 And when I see people in the comments section get mad at you, it shows them how hypocritical they are.

00:03:08.860 It's like there was these OnlyFans actresses that, or whatever you want to call them, they were biological females, but they pretended to be trans. 0.94

00:03:15.840 And they got hated on. 0.95

00:03:17.780 And it just shows the hypocrisy of the whole trans movement. 1.00

00:03:20.740 So I love what you're doing, Josh. 0.85

00:03:22.100 I think it's very important.

00:03:23.500 Well, I can't speak for anyone else.

00:03:25.320 I'm just me.

00:03:26.440 And, you know, personal identity is exactly that.

00:03:28.880 It's personal.

00:03:30.060 And it's something that we define ourselves.

00:03:32.980 We have agency and autonomy.

00:03:35.560 So I can't really speak for anyone else.

00:03:37.480 But for me, it's just my personal identity.

00:03:40.200 And I'm just following the science.

00:03:42.740 What's the science?

00:03:44.660 What's the science?

00:03:46.580 And the science just makes it clear that we define our gender identity.

00:03:52.300 And so I'm a big believer in following the science.

00:03:55.320 And so I just would encourage others to do that.

00:03:57.920 So, you know, I made a video about your videos.

00:04:04.900 And, you know, I refer to you as the greatest actor of our generation, maintaining this bit.

00:04:11.720 And I'm going to just jump in with Alex.

00:04:13.560 And for those that are – there's a bunch of people in the chat.

00:04:17.380 They have no idea what's going on.

00:04:18.540 They're like, what is it?

00:04:19.540 You have done this – what is presumed by so many people to be a bit.

00:04:24.320 But you've done it so well that people are questioning whether you're doing a bit.

00:04:28.380 And if you look at the comments on your Instagram when you make these videos where you say, like, the man should pay.

00:04:33.540 And so he goes, well, then you should pay.

00:04:35.100 And you're like, oh, how dare you?

00:04:37.200 It's split between – I see these comments from leftists.

00:04:40.560 And they're saying things like, I don't know if you're trying to joke or not.

00:04:43.740 But, you know, please be careful when you're presenting an image about trans women.

00:04:47.380 Like, these activists can't tell whether or not you are serious or ribbing on them.

00:04:55.140 And it's much like – are you familiar with Angela Belcamino?

00:04:58.420 I am not.

00:04:59.100 I'll give a shout-out to Angela.

00:05:00.240 Yeah, Angela's cool. 0.83

00:05:01.220 So she's the bold lib she calls herself on X. 0.98

00:05:05.020 And she makes these videos. 0.98

00:05:05.960 And they're all the same.

00:05:06.900 It's her walking past the camera strutting.

00:05:09.060 And it says, like, conservatives can't stand a bold lib or whatever.

00:05:11.800 And I'm 42 and single and childless and they can't stand me.

00:05:16.020 It's funny stuff.

00:05:17.480 Yeah, it's good stuff.

00:05:18.660 But it's a bit, apparently.

00:05:20.880 Well, I mean, it's kind of like what you're doing.

00:05:22.820 You know, it's kind of – it's blending reality and fiction.

00:05:26.380 And I think that's why people like it.

00:05:27.820 Because the best content is content that triggers people, right? 0.67

00:05:30.480 Like, when I started to go viral, I did this stupid thing where I went and I talked about the vaccine. 0.66

00:05:35.320 I said, you know, Dr. Fauci, give me that ouchie. 0.99

00:05:37.280 And the reason why I did well is because people on the right were like, man, this guy sucks. 0.92

00:05:40.900 But people on the left are like, this guy's kind of cool. 0.92

00:05:43.440 You know, and they were also kind of embarrassed by it.

00:05:45.480 So I guess my point is when you trigger both sides, that is the content that I think goes the most viral.

00:05:50.820 And that's what you're doing.

00:05:52.240 Yeah, and it's not intentional.

00:05:53.460 I'm just being me.

00:05:54.840 But I have noticed that both conservatives and the far left seem to have opinions on what I do.

00:06:01.920 And, you know, some of them like me and some of them dislike me.

00:06:05.760 But it's very interesting to see how many people are outing themselves as bigots, especially on the left, and are trying to police my body and my voice and things like that.

00:06:16.160 And so I'm just being me, but during this process of my transition, people are outing themselves for the narrow-minded, myopic people that they are.

00:06:27.780 And it is what it is.

00:06:30.620 I'm just being me.

00:06:31.880 Well, the chat said this.

00:06:33.040 It's a good question.

00:06:33.600 What is a woman? 1.00

00:06:36.300 Well, again, I would defer to the science.

00:06:38.560 So if you follow the science now, the NIH, WHO, WPATH, it all says that someone can be a biological male.

00:06:48.840 But their gender and their gender identity is determined by them and them only.

00:06:55.280 And so if we just follow the science, a woman is whoever wants to be a woman. 1.00

00:07:00.080 And I know Matt Walsh has spoken on this and, you know, done the movie or whatever.

00:07:04.920 But if you follow the science, that's what they say.

00:07:09.640 And we choose our gender.

00:07:12.700 But there is biology.

00:07:14.360 And biologically, I was born a male.

00:07:16.320 I was assigned male at birth by a doctor.

00:07:20.000 But I identify as a woman.

00:07:22.400 What do you think about biological or, I guess, excuse me, trans people competing against biological women?

00:07:31.040 What do you think about that in sports?

00:07:32.920 Yeah, that's a very nuanced, I think, everyone can agree, very nuanced issue.

00:07:37.640 Because there are hormonal differences, bone structure differences, muscular differences.

00:07:43.100 There's nature versus nurture arguments going on there.

00:07:46.220 So it's such a nuanced issue.

00:07:48.220 And it's tough because I don't think anyone thinks that trans women like me or anybody should not be able to compete in sports.

00:07:55.560 But I think a great argument that's been put forth is should they have their own league?

00:08:01.220 You know, should we have our own league?

00:08:03.000 Is that intergender league their own, you know?

00:08:05.400 Well, it'd be trans women competing against trans women, trans men competing against trans men, 0.81

00:08:10.440 and then cisgendered women, what are thought of as traditional women competing with traditional women, 0.82

00:08:16.280 and cisgendered men competing with cis.

00:08:17.920 So I think having our own league is definitely a viable option.

00:08:22.560 I don't know if it's the right one.

00:08:24.500 But having trans women like me competing with cisgendered biological women,

00:08:31.260 that's a very tough question, and I can't say I know the answer to it.

00:08:35.620 Do you get clothes specially tailored for you?

00:08:38.460 Well, I have a large chest.

00:08:41.540 Not that large.

00:08:42.560 But it's pretty large just through genetics and working out a lot.

00:08:48.040 So I don't get clothes tailored, but not because I shouldn't.

00:08:52.000 It's because I can be cheap.

00:08:53.960 And so I tend to not get clothes tailored.

00:08:56.740 But lots of things don't fit me how I would like them to.

00:08:59.980 Today I found, you know, some stuff that fits pretty well.

00:09:04.220 You look like a guy.

00:09:04.880 Yeah, you're dressed like a dude.

00:09:06.540 Yes, what are you talking about?

00:09:08.020 You're in a sport coat and a nice shirt, your chest hairs out.

00:09:11.080 Yeah, but women wear suit blazers. 1.00

00:09:13.460 I guess Hillary Clinton does wear pantsuits, technically. 1.00

00:09:16.500 Yeah, so I just, I could be an androgynous look, I think.

00:09:21.500 What I was going for was...

00:09:22.700 You have a five o'clock shadow.

00:09:23.960 Yeah.

00:09:24.440 What was that?

00:09:25.200 You have a five o'clock shadow.

00:09:25.920 Why don't you get breast implants? 1.00

00:09:27.120 Honestly, why don't you...

00:09:28.000 And you know...

00:09:28.700 Well, I already don't like how large my chest is.

00:09:31.500 So I already made a video about why I wouldn't get a chest.

00:09:34.480 You did?

00:09:34.980 I think I may have seen that.

00:09:36.540 Yeah.

00:09:36.780 I'm not getting top surgery.

00:09:37.780 Tell us, how do the trans people treat you at the DNC?

00:09:40.420 You made that video, it went pretty viral.

00:09:41.940 Wait, you went to the DNC?

00:09:42.960 Well, so I live four miles in Chicago from where the DNC was held, and so there are actually

00:09:48.620 protests outside of local precincts everywhere throughout Chicago, and just a few blocks from

00:09:55.460 where I live, there was a protest.

00:09:58.280 And I told Alex earlier in the car ride over here that a couple other, I'm not sure, I don't

00:10:04.640 want to, I don't want to assume their gender, they were outwardly presenting like two possibly

00:10:12.740 trans women or maybe non-binary, very aggressively came up to me and wanted to know what my sign 1.00

00:10:19.780 said, and why was I here, and I was very thrown off, because I thought it was an inclusive 1.00

00:10:24.700 protest.

00:10:25.500 What was your sign?

00:10:26.920 It's trans for Palestine. 0.59

00:10:29.680 And I thought it was an inclusive protest, and they would be open to all of us just coming

00:10:34.080 there together in the spirit of love.

00:10:36.680 But they were very aggressive with me, and so I actually had to tell them to go away

00:10:42.060 and kick rocks so that...

00:10:43.440 But, so actually, this is actually interesting, right?

00:10:45.880 Obviously, the whole chat is everybody saying troll level 9,000, 10 out of 10, blah, blah,

00:10:50.480 blah.

00:10:50.780 But you've never actually been outwardly antagonistic to any of these people.

00:10:55.640 You've never said that this is a joke.

00:10:57.380 You've maintained that it's true.

00:10:58.500 And it is actually the left, these individuals who are more likely to give you, to present

00:11:04.200 animosity or anger.

00:11:05.800 Just going by my experience on social media, there's tens of thousands of comments under

00:11:10.600 my posts and millions of views.

00:11:14.740 Just going by that and the messages I get, which are thousands of messages, it definitely

00:11:20.440 appears as if most of the vitriol and animosity is coming from the left.

00:11:26.360 And people that are part of the LGBTQIA plus community.

00:11:31.740 So it's interesting.

00:11:33.200 It's not conservatives, usually, but sometimes it is.

00:11:36.120 Honest question.

00:11:37.040 And this is for both of you, obviously.

00:11:38.460 But I think people can make assumptions as to why that is.

00:11:41.800 But honestly, why do you think that is?

00:11:44.360 Look, let me preface this.

00:11:46.440 There was a viral post years ago of a biological male with a full beard, and he put on a pink

00:11:53.200 dress.

00:11:53.700 And he said, I'm a woman.

00:11:54.680 And you don't have to look like, and it was this big deal.

00:11:57.980 It was, it was, the left was cheering it on.

00:11:59.860 The LGBTQ community was cheering it on.

00:12:01.940 And this male was saying that only women define womanhood.

00:12:07.100 And so that's why it's, it's this fascinating hypocrisy that the posts you've made on Instagram,

00:12:14.500 right?

00:12:14.600 For example, one of them is you saying the guy should pay for the first date.

00:12:17.320 And so you slid the bill to him.

00:12:20.380 And he said, well, then you should pay.

00:12:21.620 And you went, that was just so rude.

00:12:24.380 That is completely consistent with the left's view and ideology on all of this.

00:12:29.580 And yet they're the ones getting mad about it.

00:12:30.960 Why, why is it the left?

00:12:34.140 I was surprised because I thought the left was all about inclusivity and tolerance and

00:12:40.440 you are valid and it doesn't matter what you look like and don't judge people on appearance,

00:12:45.700 judge them on character.

00:12:46.840 And I have found none of that during, um, this process.

00:12:52.160 Um, you say it's more hate though, from the left, going off my social media and messages

00:12:57.440 I receive, um, get ready for a Las Vegas style action at bad MGM, the king of online casinos.

00:14:14.680 Weird, I don't remember saying that part.

00:14:17.400 Visit Desjardins.com slash care and get insurance that's really big on care.

00:14:23.460 Did I mention that we care?

00:14:24.480 I'd say it's about 70 to 80 percent from the left and then people that are saying they're

00:14:33.420 conservative or Republicans, maybe 25 percent.

00:14:36.860 No sense of humor.

00:14:37.720 I found I've gotten a lot of messages of support from women who say they're Trump supporters

00:14:43.740 and they love me and accept me and they have no problem with me.

00:14:47.040 I've gotten almost few of those messages from anyone saying they're on the left or that

00:14:52.760 they're Biden supporters.

00:14:54.020 I haven't gotten a single message from a Biden supporter saying, I'm a Biden supporter and

00:14:57.540 I support you.

00:14:59.020 It's only people that are on the right or support Trump.

00:15:02.400 So it's very interesting.

00:15:03.460 Who are you voting for, Trump or Kamala?

00:15:06.220 Well, I was going to vote for Kamala.

00:15:08.720 I hope I'm not mispronouncing her name.

00:15:11.100 Kamala?

00:15:11.800 Yeah, Kamala.

00:15:13.680 Okay, yeah.

00:15:14.260 Her niece explained it.

00:15:15.560 So that's helpful.

00:15:16.300 They get really offended.

00:15:17.320 They get pissed about that.

00:15:18.320 They yelled at me the other day at this gas station.

00:15:20.880 I was trying to interview people.

00:15:21.440 You said Kamala?

00:15:21.760 So I was going to vote for Kamala and Kamala, I'm sorry, I don't want to mispronounce her

00:15:27.780 name.

00:15:28.640 But she is just, I've heard no discussion about the open border.

00:15:33.100 I tend to have views that, you know, are between left and right on various issues.

00:15:39.120 I think the border is an issue, a serious issue in the economy.

00:15:42.640 And I've heard absolutely nothing of substance from Kamala on that.

00:15:47.000 And so I'm not a fan of Trump at all.

00:15:50.300 He lets Caitlyn Jenner pee in his hotel.

00:15:53.160 Trump does? 0.59

00:15:53.860 Yeah, in the women's restroom. 1.00

00:15:56.060 I don't know.

00:15:57.080 I mean, I guess that's in the women. 1.00

00:15:58.680 He lets her...

00:15:59.180 Caitlyn Jenner peed in the women's restroom and made a video at, I forget which hotel, 0.99

00:16:04.460 at one of the Trump Towers.

00:16:05.740 So he's very inclusive.

00:16:06.760 Yeah, that's very, I mean, that's great that he's progressive.

00:16:09.160 Yeah, so you should vote for Trump.

00:16:10.940 Yeah, Trump's progressive.

00:16:11.940 But Trump, to me, tends to be a demagogue in an ideologue, and I'm not a fan of that.

00:16:17.480 I'm a libertarian.

00:16:18.980 And so neither of the candidates, because I'm a libertarian, come from a libertarian ethic

00:16:23.420 and education.

00:16:25.380 Neither of them is appealing to me.

00:16:27.520 So I'd really like to find somebody that embodies truly the libertarian ethic of let

00:16:32.100 everybody live how they want to live.

00:16:34.120 We're not going to tell you what to do with your body or, you know, with your life decisions.

00:16:38.920 And I feel like both candidates are constantly trying to tell us how we should be living and

00:16:44.060 what we should do.

00:16:45.100 The left and the Democrats are constantly trying to tell us how we should be talking and what

00:16:49.520 we need to believe.

00:16:50.800 And the right, when it comes to things like abortion and women's health care, are trying

00:16:55.080 to tell us how we should live our lives.

00:16:57.520 So neither of them is appealing to me, because I don't think they're true libertarians.

00:17:01.720 What is your stance on abortion?

00:17:03.760 On abortion, I feel like obviously laws are put in place and codified by the states now

00:17:12.220 that it's gone back to the states.

00:17:13.600 And I think that is founders' intent.

00:17:16.820 And I think that is a good thing.

00:17:19.140 But lots of states are voting on it democratically and making decisions that the rest of the country

00:17:24.620 does not agree with.

00:17:26.320 But that is democracy.

00:17:27.920 And that's how it works when it goes back to the states.

00:17:30.440 So I can't have an opinion on it other than using my vote as a voice in my state were the

00:17:37.580 issue to come up.

00:17:38.520 And I would vote for women to have the right to get an abortion. 1.00

00:17:43.120 And I don't think we should impinge on that or curtail it too much.

00:17:47.660 But I also don't think we should be having late term abortions or abortions in the very

00:17:52.360 late terms.

00:17:53.000 I don't think that's good either.

00:17:54.020 I think we need a reasoned, rational approach.

00:17:56.700 You know, but the issue is when it comes to the Democrats' presentation is they just lie

00:18:00.660 about it.

00:18:01.680 So on the debate stage, for instance, Trump says, you know, you had Virginia.

00:18:05.800 He incorrectly said West Virginia, mind you.

00:18:07.640 That was offensive to us in West Virginia.

00:18:09.400 I am not a native born West Virginian, but I speak on behalf of West Virginians.

00:18:12.680 Don't blame the people who live here for what Virginia did. 0.54

00:18:15.940 Governor Northam in Virginia said the baby would be born, brought into the other room,

00:18:20.140 and then the discussion would happen.

00:18:21.440 And that woman, what's her name, Davis or something, immediately goes, there is no state that allows 0.99

00:18:26.080 the killing of babies or whatever.

00:18:28.560 Did you say the killing of babies?

00:18:29.560 I don't, I forget what her exact terms were, but that clip obviously went viral, said we're

00:18:34.640 going to keep the baby comfortable and then they make the decisions.

00:18:37.280 And so the issue is you look at Colorado has zero restrictions on abortion to the point

00:18:42.640 of birth.

00:18:43.040 You can abort.

00:18:43.620 And then you have Oklahoma, which has no abortion allowed at all. 0.99

00:18:47.900 The Republicans will tell you outright.

00:18:49.880 There is a debate internally among the right about pro-life federal abortion ban and states

00:18:55.680 abortion ban and how many weeks it might be.

00:18:58.380 The left will just lie the whole time and say, that's not happening and it can't happen. 0.99

00:19:01.840 Shut up. 1.00

00:19:02.080 You're wrong. 1.00

00:19:02.500 And then you can see it literally happen.

00:19:04.720 There's a viral video going now where a woman calls a clinic and she says that she's 34

00:19:09.580 weeks, but her boyfriend left her and she needs to get rid of the baby. 1.00

00:19:14.580 And they're like, no problem.

00:19:16.140 Here's how we'll do it.

00:19:17.000 And then she's like, and this is not like a rare thing.

00:19:19.320 You do this all the time.

00:19:20.060 Like, yep, all the time.

00:19:21.580 And then they say it's never happening.

00:19:22.560 I, you know, in that debate, I, I, um, we always talk about abortion, but I wish Trump

00:19:29.220 would kind of use the playbook that Kamala was saying, how she's like, oh, I have a gun,

00:19:32.980 you know, and she's trying to kind of defending, uh, gun rights when she's on the record saying

00:19:38.140 that she would have an assault weapons ban.

00:19:40.120 I wish Trump would go and lean in to say, I gave you guys 1200 bucks.

00:19:43.460 And when I get into the white house again, I'm going to help you guys out again financially.

00:19:46.780 So I kind of wish he would take their playbook, not lie, but I guess try to sell

00:19:52.440 himself a little better.

00:19:53.680 Do you think he sold himself enough to the, to like, I guess the people that are on the

00:19:57.360 fence?

00:19:57.800 Well, we, we, we've talked a lot about the debate the past week.

00:20:00.140 I think that it was, it was, uh, Kamala needed the opportunity to explain why she's different 0.97

00:20:05.820 and what she offered and she didn't do it.

00:20:07.420 So I think there's a certain amount of it.

00:20:10.040 That's fair to say that Kamala was better prepared and kept her cool and goaded Trump, 0.82

00:20:13.440 but it doesn't matter because Trump, I feel like Trump could have got up on stage and

00:20:16.640 in the chicken dance for, for an hour and a half.

00:20:19.140 And people still would have been like, well, to be honest, Kamala, uh, did not

00:20:22.420 explain what she's doing.

00:20:23.580 She didn't, but she wasn't asked the questions to expound on in order to explain it because

00:20:27.740 the moderators weren't asking her any questions of substance about the economy, about the border,

00:20:32.840 what she was going to do.

00:20:33.640 They didn't bring up the assassination attempt one time.

00:20:36.140 How could she articulate anything when none of the questions would allow her?

00:20:40.120 And they were just, you know, softball questions to her.

00:20:43.240 And I feel like this is another reason I won't vote for her, um, is because I have no clue where

00:20:48.560 she stands on anything.

00:20:49.900 I know where Trump stands.

00:20:51.120 I'm not voting for either of them, but at least I know, I know where Trump stands.

00:20:55.520 Um, but I have no clue where Kamala stands. 1.00

00:20:57.940 Uh, and I just saw her nodding her head in agreement to a guy that said he thought that,

00:21:02.620 um, black people should have different laws than white people. 1.00

00:21:05.900 And she was nodding her head and saying, wait, what really? 0.96

00:21:08.140 Yes.

00:21:08.620 Yeah.

00:21:08.820 Did you see it?

00:21:09.680 It was like, there was a round table and he was like, we're going to go back to 300 years

00:21:13.320 and we deserve, like, he was kind of calling for segregation.

00:21:15.980 It was a, it was a black guy saying, yeah.

00:21:17.520 And she was nodding her head in heavy agreement to everything he said.

00:21:20.940 I feel like she will say and do, do anything to get elected.

00:21:26.600 Um, and so I just don't know where she stands. 0.99

00:21:28.580 She's kind of an enigma to me.

00:21:29.880 Like, yeah, it's like, it was like a, it was like a round table of like black business 1.00

00:21:35.140 owners or something.

00:21:36.500 Uh, a conversation took place.

00:21:38.260 It looked like on a couch in a hotel lobby.

00:21:40.700 Yeah, here it is.

00:21:41.520 This is it.

00:21:43.000 Here we go. 0.57

00:21:44.000 And we're talking about specifically something that happens to black people.

00:21:48.020 So we have to be specifically targeting to help those people because we put those people

00:21:54.520 in a position and everybody knows the history.

00:21:56.840 Yeah.

00:21:57.180 Everybody understands the history of America.

00:21:59.200 That's right.

00:22:00.360 America, you did this to these people.

00:22:03.160 You should write laws for these people.

00:22:06.420 Separately.

00:22:06.740 Don't group us in with everybody because everybody didn't have it to everybody.

00:22:10.620 And let's, let's be fair.

00:22:11.780 We plan from behind the people.

00:22:13.700 We waited for 400 years back.

00:22:16.620 We don't, we're not actually going to give us nothing.

00:22:18.780 We actually write the law.

00:22:19.920 Those of us who are willing and able to do the work, will do the work.

00:22:23.840 That's right.

00:22:24.760 That's right.

00:22:25.580 That's right.

00:22:27.800 Wow.

00:22:28.620 I can't believe that.

00:22:29.200 So I just, I just feel like she'll do say anything and I just don't trust anything she

00:22:34.720 says.

00:22:35.160 So that's why I won't vote for her, but I'm also not voting for Trump.

00:22:38.780 So you're like a, you were, are, were a reality TV star.

00:22:42.940 You were on the Bachelorette.

00:22:44.300 Yeah, I was on the Bachelorette and I was on another show prior to that the year before

00:22:47.860 called Escape Club on the E-Network, which was an island show of singles living on an

00:22:53.020 island.

00:22:53.260 And that was on the E-Network.

00:22:54.700 Did you get busy with a lot of chicks on the island? 0.94

00:22:56.880 I had a girlfriend on the show.

00:22:58.520 Yeah.

00:22:59.160 Her name was Whitney.

00:22:59.940 How did that, how did that work?

00:23:01.080 Like when you guys, they had cameras in the room?

00:23:03.620 They did at all times.

00:23:04.900 They had one just in the corner, even when we were sleeping, that was on 24 seven.

00:23:08.780 And so on the show, we didn't do anything physically because it was...

00:23:12.680 The whole time?

00:23:13.420 I know.

00:23:13.660 Because you don't want them to have...

00:23:14.860 Yeah.

00:23:15.460 Right.

00:23:15.780 Wow.

00:23:16.440 I can't imagine that.

00:23:17.700 How do you sleep with a camera on you?

00:23:19.080 I don't know.

00:23:19.600 It was a small one just in the corner.

00:23:21.500 You're so exhausted by the end of filming every day.

00:23:24.120 We were on an island.

00:23:24.980 We were in Punta Cana in a mansion on the ocean.

00:23:27.620 It was awesome.

00:23:28.860 That's awesome.

00:23:29.280 But I was on a show, Tim.

00:23:30.180 You might not even know this.

00:23:30.960 It's called The Glass House.

00:23:31.920 And it's like a big brother.

00:23:33.040 You told me that.

00:23:33.660 Yeah, but...

00:23:34.160 And you were in It's Always Sunny.

00:23:35.280 Yeah, I was on a bunch of different stuff.

00:23:36.580 But this is what was annoying is because of the strategy, they had to have cameras in

00:23:39.980 the bathroom.

00:23:40.960 What?

00:23:41.300 Because you could go...

00:23:42.380 Yeah, you could go...

00:23:43.240 I was saying, you can go in the bathroom and talk strategy.

00:23:46.500 Yeah.

00:23:46.720 So it doesn't point towards the toilet.

00:23:48.420 It points, you know, to the waste.

00:23:49.740 I'd be like...

00:23:50.600 Like, oh my God.

00:23:52.500 Like, oh, this is all on camera.

00:23:54.440 It was terrible.

00:23:55.360 It was horrible.

00:23:56.260 But yeah.

00:23:56.900 So you have no privacy, not even in the bathroom.

00:23:59.400 It was insane.

00:24:00.720 So yeah, it's just, you know, so people take a look at you and you're on The Bachelorette.

00:24:09.100 You have these images of you as...

00:24:10.960 How tall are you?

00:24:11.940 I'm six foot even.

00:24:13.260 Six foot.

00:24:15.060 You have a broad chest, clearly working out.

00:24:18.320 You're ripping your shirt open, covered in tattoos.

00:24:20.140 All the women are fawning at you and you're a woman. 0.99

00:24:22.500 Yeah, I think our physical appearance, and this is one thing the left has gotten right.

00:24:27.460 Our physical appearance doesn't define us.

00:24:29.960 And again, I would just defer to the science and the scientific literature makes it clear

00:24:34.580 that it doesn't matter what you look like, how muscular you are.

00:24:38.440 Your gender identity is how you identify and how you articulate it.

00:24:42.860 It's your personal identity, which means it's personal.

00:24:46.440 And so how broad my shoulders are, how big my chest is, or how little it is, doesn't matter.

00:24:52.060 I'm just imagining, you know, work with me on this one, Alex, that Josh and his buddies were sitting around drinking a beer,

00:24:56.960 watching Monday Night Football, complaining about gender ideology.

00:25:00.380 And then Josh was like, I'm just going to put on lipstick and they're going to have to agree with me.

00:25:05.260 I think you're exactly right.

00:25:06.620 And I think what you're doing is brilliant.

00:25:07.960 It is like Andy Kaufman-esque.

00:25:09.720 But yeah, I just...

00:25:10.500 Oh, Josh is upset.

00:25:11.480 Yeah, I know, Josh.

00:25:12.200 And I'm not, you know, I like you, Josh.

00:25:13.600 I support you.

00:25:14.400 I even support you however you want to dress, however you want to identify.

00:25:17.040 But you came on saying like the science.

00:25:19.020 And I get confused with this, and Tim probably knows the answer better than me.

00:25:21.960 What is the difference between sex and gender?

00:25:24.540 So gender is now defined now as something that we as a person, as an individual, can determine.

00:25:35.140 And your sex is the biology. 0.82

00:25:37.860 And no one is arguing that I know that trans women like me were born women.

00:25:43.520 And we would agree biologically we are males, but our gender identity is female.

00:25:50.880 So we have this from New York City.

00:25:53.480 This might help you out, Alex.

00:25:55.120 This is a list of recognized genders in New York City. 0.83

00:25:58.520 You'll notice bigendered, cross-dresser is a... 1.00

00:26:01.020 Drag king is a recognized legal gender in New York City. 0.98

00:26:04.760 Drag queen, femme queen. 1.00

00:26:07.160 Now here's what's interesting.

00:26:08.560 Female to male, literally female hyphen to hyphen male is a gender.

00:26:13.520 And right next to it, FTM is a separate gender. 0.99

00:26:15.520 Which is female to male, that's what it's saying.

00:26:17.340 I just want to point out that all the health organizations, too, make it clear that you

00:26:22.580 can be trans and non-binary and gender fluid at the same time.

00:26:27.300 So I've spent a lot of time thinking about that if I fit into those other...

00:28:05.140 But you could be trans as well as non-binary and gender fluid at the same time.

00:28:10.600 I like this one, gender gifted.

00:28:13.300 I don't know what that is.

00:28:14.800 Do you have an extra gender? 0.90

00:28:16.540 No, no, no.

00:28:17.200 It's because being a man is a gift.

00:28:19.180 So I am a man and I am gifted.

00:28:22.160 Some people would say it could be a curse.

00:28:25.780 But I don't know.

00:28:26.920 Josh.

00:28:27.380 Wait, wait, wait.

00:28:27.960 Real quick.

00:28:28.840 You want to read this one, Alex?

00:28:29.880 This is a legal listed gender.

00:28:31.400 In person of transgender experience.

00:28:34.020 I don't know what that is.

00:28:36.100 But why is androgynous one of the last ones?

00:28:37.880 I feel like that should be the first one.

00:28:39.400 You know, a lot of people I'd say, like, Pat, right?

00:28:41.540 You guys remember that SNL sketch?

00:28:43.160 Yeah, it's Pat.

00:28:44.340 Androgen is also listed there.

00:28:46.340 And so the issue with this is actually in New York City law, gender is defined as – they give you this non-legal definition.

00:28:54.960 But if you actually pull up city ordinance and human rights code, gender identity is considered self-expression.

00:29:02.200 So it's every and anything.

00:29:04.920 So it creates an interesting legal conundrum, I suppose, in that you could – a furry is a gender.

00:29:12.800 And that's not an exaggeration.

00:29:13.920 I'm not meant to – I'm not trying to be cute or silly or trolling.

00:29:16.680 No, no, no.

00:29:16.920 Quite literally in New York City, you could have the gender of furry, and the law says you cannot be discriminated in the workplace based on how you dress and the name you use.

00:29:28.440 And so the point I made up – and this is back in 2017.

00:29:31.700 This is seven years ago when I first covered this story – was that if you got a job at Starbucks and then – like, Alex, you show up, dress in there.

00:29:40.360 You say, I want to work here.

00:29:41.200 I make coffee.

00:29:42.220 I'm a furry.

00:29:42.920 No, you wouldn't say that.

00:29:43.780 On your first day of work, you show up in a full fur suit and you say your name is Volsiferon, Herald of the Winter Mists.

00:29:52.480 It would be a violation of New York City human rights law for them to refuse to use that name in full and to allow you to dress in a way that suited your gender identity.

00:30:04.500 And so I talked to – I called three different human rights law firms and I asked them – I called one woman.

00:30:12.500 I called in office and I went and answered and she was like, I don't think I can answer these questions for you.

00:30:17.400 Thank you and have a nice day.

00:30:18.680 I got one guy on the phone and he said, look, if you showed up to work dressed up like a wolf, they're going to kick you out.

00:30:26.620 And when you go to court, they're going to laugh you out of court.

00:30:29.460 And he said, this is the reason we have judges, okay?

00:30:31.820 A judge is going to interpret the law.

00:30:32.920 We know the intent of the law.

00:30:34.040 The law is to protect transgender individuals.

00:30:35.600 And so I just asked him.

00:30:37.900 I said, okay, if a judge can look at the way I dress as a wolf and my name, Volsiferon, as something to be mocked, what's to stop any other judge from looking at a male wearing a dress, calling himself Janet?

00:30:52.680 Why can't he laugh at that person?

00:30:54.360 And the lawyer actually didn't have a good reason.

00:30:55.820 He said, honestly, it's a good point.

00:30:57.740 I don't know.

00:30:58.960 It's just the judge's interpretation, I guess.

00:31:00.560 I think it comes down kind of to whether it's genuine or it's not.

00:31:06.140 But how do you know?

00:31:07.340 Obviously, mine is.

00:31:08.200 But I get a lot of comments.

00:31:09.500 Is that obvious, Josh?

00:31:10.720 And direct messages from people saying, hey, I'm a real trans woman. 0.99

00:31:16.300 You're fake. 0.99

00:31:17.280 Or you're a fake trans woman. 1.00

00:31:19.440 And I said, how is that? 0.84

00:31:21.520 We're both biological males that were born and assigned male at birth that identify as women now.

00:31:30.560 And so what separates us and makes me fake and you real?

00:31:35.320 And who is the arbiter of that?

00:31:38.040 And so I get, you know, that's upsetting to me when I get those messages.

00:31:41.580 But I think it needs to be a sincere and genuine belief.

00:31:44.980 Anyone that's lampooning this or mocking this or just pretending to be a different gender or one of these, the 20 or so genders that were up there.

00:31:56.680 Anyone that's mocking that, you know, that's not okay.

00:32:00.980 But if it's a sincere belief like mine is, I think it should be respected.

00:32:06.560 And I think that should be the defining characteristic of it.

00:32:09.600 This is what I think is, I feel like the high point of your work.

00:32:18.460 We get it.

00:32:19.100 You're never going to say that it's, you know, a gag or whatever.

00:32:20.920 But you have done nothing to everything you've done.

00:32:27.560 I said this earlier, but everything you've done has been consistent with gender ideology and has been outwardly defensive and respectful of all of the claims they've made.

00:32:35.760 Yet you still get attacked as a hoaxer for some reason.

00:32:39.640 And this is what I'm trying to figure out.

00:32:42.480 What is the line to where there is a six foot five biological male wearing a dress with – you see this guy?

00:32:50.100 Big silicon or whatever.

00:32:51.900 Yeah, this fake.

00:32:52.500 Boob suit.

00:32:53.000 Big fake lips.

00:32:54.900 And this person's like, it's ma'am.

00:32:56.380 Excuse me.

00:32:57.040 You refer to me as ma'am.

00:32:57.920 And they're like, you got it.

00:32:59.180 And then when you do this – you're not even doing anything as crazy as that.

00:33:02.500 They insult and attack you as if you're lying about it when you've followed all of the rules.

00:33:06.540 What's even more surprising, I would expect me to get attacked.

00:33:10.420 I think what's surprising is who it's coming from.

00:33:14.280 And it's coming from the people I thought would be accepting of me and that we're all about diversity and not judging people and being inclusive.

00:33:22.040 So I think it's normal for people to be skeptical of something they don't understand.

00:33:29.060 But what I find interesting is who is doing the attacking here.

00:33:32.540 And often it seems to be coming from the left or people within my own community.

00:33:37.020 A lot of it's coming from my own LGBTQIA plus community.

00:33:42.020 And that's hurtful. 0.99

00:33:43.160 Because you are a lesbian. 1.00

00:33:44.020 You still like women. 0.99

00:33:44.960 Well, I don't personally – I wouldn't – I don't like to put labels on a lot of things.

00:33:50.340 And I don't like to put labels on my orientation.

00:33:53.240 But I like women. 1.00

00:33:54.800 Do you have autism?

00:33:57.000 Do I?

00:33:58.200 No.

00:33:58.600 I have a family member that has Tourette's.

00:34:03.520 But no, I don't.

00:34:04.100 Because a lot of – you know what I mean?

00:34:04.980 Those are very different things.

00:34:06.000 They are a much different.

00:34:06.740 It's on the spectrum.

00:34:07.100 No, Tourette's is on –

00:34:07.860 Is it really?

00:34:07.940 It is on the autism spectrum.

00:34:09.380 Is it really?

00:34:09.820 It's a very – yeah.

00:34:11.120 Really?

00:34:11.360 The smaller side of the – but yeah, it's on the spectrum.

00:34:12.840 Because a lot of people that are trans – and this is conspiracy. 1.00

00:34:18.140 I think this is fine for you too.

00:34:19.320 But a lot of people that are trans have autism.

00:34:22.480 They've just done studies.

00:34:23.500 Not all trans people. 0.99

00:34:24.460 And they say that there's an increase in autism and maybe that's an increase in transgenderism.

00:34:30.400 Have you never heard that theory?

00:34:31.120 What do you correlate or what is the causative link there?

00:34:35.400 Why do you think that – is there a broader point you're making about you think people autistic would be confused or something?

00:34:41.840 Real quick, I do have a fact check.

00:34:43.420 It's not on the spectrum, Tourette's syndrome, but it does overlap with autism.

00:34:48.760 Yeah, there's – so this is what pops up when you search for it.

00:34:52.840 Okay.

00:34:53.580 TS and ASD include very similar things and overlap in their symptoms.

00:34:57.280 Interesting.

00:34:57.740 Yeah, that's very interesting.

00:34:58.440 If it overlaps, then it's on it, but okay.

00:35:02.000 Anyway.

00:35:02.760 Well, I was just curious.

00:35:04.160 I didn't know if you –

00:35:05.340 I have not heard about those studies, Alex, and I don't know if there's any merit to them.

00:35:09.500 I could be wrong.

00:35:10.360 I don't want to get a strike or anything like that.

00:35:12.260 I don't want to – but I just – you do hear that.

00:35:16.220 At least I hear that.

00:35:17.160 I don't have autism.

00:35:19.220 What's up with that video where the woman is at a pool filming you walking around, and she said she caught you or something?

00:35:25.600 Yeah, what about that?

00:35:26.720 You got exposed.

00:35:27.160 I went to the pool, and I –

00:35:29.760 Topless.

00:35:30.480 I was – well, again, this is the thing.

00:35:34.640 It's – 0.99

00:35:34.960 Your nipples out. 0.98

00:35:35.880 I can present how I feel most comfortable presenting at any time, and again, that's – the scientific literature makes it clear. 0.98

00:35:44.320 And that day, I felt most comfortable – it is my body, my choice, and I felt most comfortable going to the pool and presenting more masculine.

00:35:53.820 So I presented more mask, and I went to the pool, and someone filmed me while I was – I was reading a book that day and filmed me and was upset that I was presenting mask that day and not fem enough for them.

00:36:09.140 Was this in Illinois?

00:36:10.260 Yeah.

00:36:10.560 It's not legal for women to be topless in public in Illinois. 1.00

00:36:15.100 I was just presenting more masculine that day.

00:36:17.440 But you're a woman, right?

00:36:18.300 You're breaking the law.

00:36:18.680 I am.

00:36:19.420 You're breaking the law.

00:36:19.700 You're going to jail, Josh.

00:36:21.220 You're going to jail.

00:36:22.540 Again, the scientific literature makes it clear that I can present however I want in a more masculine or feminine way, and no way is the right way, it says.

00:36:31.620 You know, Tim, we have to admit this, and Tim is a great debater.

00:36:35.260 I'm an okay debater, but you're winning this debate because you're doubling down, dude.

00:36:39.320 I mean, I don't know what to say because everything you're saying is the left's playbook.

00:36:44.300 I mean, this is literally what we've been hearing for years now.

00:36:47.360 So I don't know.

00:36:48.320 You're winning this debate, sadly.

00:36:50.680 That's why I said Josh is the greatest actor of our generation.

00:36:53.080 He's good.

00:36:53.400 I mean, how many people could have maintained for – we're going on – was it four months, five months?

00:36:58.360 I came out publicly in May, about May 18th, I believe.

00:37:03.860 This is – like you said, Kaufman.

00:37:05.940 This – you know, honest question for people in the chat or whatever.

00:37:09.800 How many personalities have dedicated, you know, several months of their lives to a – actually, let me put it this way.

00:37:16.180 There's the question.

00:37:16.960 How many people have been known to have done a full immersion?

00:37:19.800 But have you guys ever seen The Prestige?

00:37:22.240 Yeah, it's great.

00:37:23.320 You should definitely watch the movie.

00:37:24.620 It's awesome.

00:37:25.020 It's – it was a Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, Michael Caine, and it's about – there's two magicians and their assistants to a magician.

00:37:34.460 They want to start their own acts or whatever.

00:37:36.580 They become rivals over a tragedy, and then they hate each other.

00:37:39.940 This one's really great because in the beginning – it was a spoiler.

00:37:43.360 I don't know.

00:37:43.580 It's a 20, 30-year-old movie or whatever, but a 20-year-old movie.

00:37:47.220 In the – Michael Caine tells these two magicians, go and watch this magician and tell me how he does the fishbowl trick.

00:37:54.160 And so they go to watch this act, and there's this old Chinese man, and he's walking, struggling to walk, and he walks up to an empty table and throws a curtain over it.

00:38:05.700 And then when he pulls it away, there's a full fishbowl on the table with a fish in it, and everyone's clapping.

00:38:11.060 He's like, how did he do it?

00:38:12.360 When they leave the theater, the old man's hobbling to the car, and they're helping him come to the car.

00:38:17.360 And Christian Bale is like, that's the trick right there.

00:38:20.660 He's pretending to be old and feeble when he's in public so that when people see his show, they can't understand how he does it.

00:38:27.100 And then Hugh Jackman is with his girlfriend or whatever.

00:38:30.560 The fishbowl is between his legs, and he's walking and hobbling, and he's like – Christian Bale's character saw it right away.

00:38:37.200 His life was the act.

00:38:38.520 And then that turns out to be a huge component of the movie or whatever.

00:38:42.340 But that's – anyway, back to the original point, very few people – I mean, how many people have turned their life into a performance art to call out something that is logically inconsistent or – like –

00:38:56.320 Well, I take umbrage at that, Tim, because I'm –

00:38:58.960 Well, not directed at you.

00:38:59.800 It's not okay.

00:39:00.180 I just wanted to – yeah.

00:39:01.380 Yeah, but you have dedicated your life for this.

00:39:04.580 I mean, you've probably lost a lot of friendships, and I'm sure you probably – your parents probably are probably mad, I'm guessing.

00:39:11.400 Well, my mom still accepts me.

00:39:13.700 She's great, loves me unconditionally, as most mothers do.

00:39:16.760 My father passed away in August of 2021.

00:39:20.940 But I have lost some friends, and most of them were closed-minded bigots.

00:39:27.660 Yes, interestingly, they were on the left and were Democrats.

00:39:33.540 But most of my Republican and conservative friends still totally support me through this. 0.92

00:39:37.260 Have you gone pee in a woman's restroom? 0.99

00:39:42.080 Yeah, once.

00:39:43.040 I try not to use the restroom in public.

00:39:44.820 Oh, yeah, I saw that video.

00:39:45.720 Was that a Walmart that you're –

00:39:47.180 Yeah, I was grabbing, I think, shaving cream, and I can't remember what I was grabbing.

00:39:53.320 So I used it, and it was nice.

00:39:55.620 It was clean.

00:39:57.000 But I try not to use public restrooms usually.

00:39:59.400 I just – and I don't like to talk about that.

00:40:02.780 Has this been bad for your career?

00:40:05.580 What do you mean?

00:40:06.520 Like since you posted your first video saying that you were a woman, has this affected –

00:40:11.680 like your agent said, it's going to be hard to find you work?

00:40:14.200 I don't have an agent.

00:40:15.540 So are you still doing reality TV or no?

00:40:17.580 No, I haven't done reality TV in nine years.

00:40:20.220 I did mental health advocacy online for –

00:41:48.300 Did I mention that we care?

00:41:49.740 Seven years.

00:41:54.020 And then switched from blogging and talking about that to talking about my gender identity.

00:42:00.760 So for the last seven years or so, I was just raising awareness about depression, anxiety, OCD,

00:42:07.520 things like that, which is something that you still see in my story highlights there.

00:42:10.900 All of those highlights I created about cognitive behavioral therapy to treat depression, anxiety, OCD,

00:42:18.240 and other thought disorders.

00:42:19.820 So that's been a passion of mine.

00:42:21.400 What is Juris Doctor in your profile?

00:42:23.000 I got a law degree in 2013 from Chicago Kent College of Law.

00:42:27.660 So I got my Juris Doctor, yeah.

00:42:29.640 Wow.

00:42:30.220 So you're smart.

00:42:32.100 Uh, yeah.

00:42:35.040 Here we go.

00:42:36.220 Everyone, I'm outside the DNC showing my support to Palestinians.

00:42:42.460 I know if I was in their country, they would accept me with open arms.

00:42:46.420 So I just want to do the same here.

00:42:48.840 So, hey everyone, I'm out.

00:42:51.420 You do realize that it is a criminal act in Palestine to be trans. 0.78

00:42:57.940 Well, so, and again, I just want to say, I wanted to make the Palestinian people that come to America feel comfortable.

00:43:06.360 Because if, you know, I were in their country, I would want to feel comfortable.

00:43:10.480 And so me showing my support that day, I'm actually Jewish.

00:43:13.880 I'm culturally and ethnically Jewish.

00:43:15.920 We're not religious Jews, and my parents converted to Christianity when I was a young child.

00:43:21.640 But we're cultural and ethnic Jews on my maternal side.

00:43:25.800 And so I just wanted to step out of my comfort zone and show support to Palestinians and just kind of reach an arm across the aisle.

00:43:33.960 And so that's all I was doing there, because I can only fathom how uncomfortable many of them feel in this country,

00:43:40.360 especially after September 11th, when, you know, radical Muslims hijacked planes and flew them into our buildings.

00:43:49.020 And so I don't want them to feel uncomfortable.

00:43:51.300 And so I was just trying to, it was just an overture, I guess.

00:43:54.760 And that was where you got confronted or attacked or what happened?

00:43:58.160 I did verbally attacked by two people there who's, I don't want to assume their gender. 1.00

00:44:04.580 It was not clear how they would identify, but they were very aggressive with me.

00:44:10.420 This is a one of two things, and they're both, I guess, insulting to you.

00:44:15.720 But you are genuine, and your persona and view of things are so overlapping with trolling that even the left can't believe it's real.

00:44:28.480 Or it's a masterfully performed bit, right?

00:44:33.240 And they're both, I guess, in the sense of your stated perception as of right now, both would be insulting to you.

00:44:42.740 Yeah, but I don't care how, if people, what their view of me or what their perception of me is, so I don't internalize that.

00:44:51.700 That was actually a good video.

00:44:53.800 We can't play the song.

00:44:55.020 Oh, okay.

00:44:56.660 I was just roller skating there, having some fun.

00:44:59.020 It was a roller blade.

00:44:59.900 Sorry, I rolled a blade.

00:45:01.700 Perfume, that's a great scent, by the way.

00:45:04.240 Sun bathing. 0.95

00:45:05.160 That is so disgusting. 0.55

00:45:06.760 No offense, Josh. 0.96

00:45:07.680 That is too much.

00:45:10.080 And I've done that.

00:45:10.960 I put on the women's bathing suit.

00:45:12.060 At least I did a one piece. 1.00

00:45:13.380 I mean, damn. 1.00

00:45:14.580 You know if I'm crazy. 1.00

00:45:15.400 Well, I was trying to just break out of my comfort zone.

00:45:17.940 One of the first videos I posted was me going to the beach in a bikini, just trying to break out of my comfort zone.

00:45:23.140 So, why don't you play the one about the taco truck, right by, down one, right there, that was, yeah.

00:45:33.780 So, I just want to talk for a second about a disturbing incident that just happened to me at the grocery store.

00:45:39.960 There was a food truck in the parking lot.

00:45:42.580 I don't know if it was associated with the grocery store or not, but they were serving tacos.

00:45:47.360 And it was two white gentlemen, and there's an American flag hanging off of the truck.

00:45:51.940 And they had sombreros on their head.

00:45:56.000 And I just don't like that.

00:45:59.140 I don't like people appropriating other people's cultures and identities for themselves.

00:46:05.820 That just doesn't sit right with me.

00:46:08.020 It's just one of those things.

00:46:09.340 So, I wanted to know what you guys think about that.

00:46:13.480 And I have to admit, the tacos were really good.

00:46:17.620 And while I was there, I got two salsas.

00:46:21.340 One of them is this delicious pico, and the other one is this green salsa.

00:46:27.340 So, I'm a big fan of Mexican food and tacos.

00:46:30.940 I don't know if you guys are, but you should definitely try these.

00:46:34.320 So, that was just, I had gone to the store.

00:46:38.540 It was a Mariano's by me.

00:46:40.500 And, yeah, there's these white guys.

00:46:43.000 And, you know, I chatted with them.

00:46:44.700 They said they were Trump supporters.

00:46:45.840 Whatever, that's fine.

00:46:47.200 But the sombrero thing, it was, I just felt like they were kind of appropriating.

00:46:52.460 You know, when you appropriate something that you're not like that with someone else's culture and you're mocking it, I didn't like that.

00:47:01.560 But people had lots of opinions on that.

00:47:03.560 This one, you've pinned this video, I think.

00:47:05.760 It's from 12 weeks ago.

00:47:06.760 Hey, everyone.

00:47:08.320 Sorry, I look like a hot mess today.

00:47:11.240 I just wanted to vent a little bit.

00:47:13.420 I feel like dates can be so cheap.

00:47:17.340 The last couple of dates that I've gone on, I've expected the guy to pay because I feel like the man should pay for the first date.

00:47:24.620 And they just don't want to.

00:47:27.500 And so I just had a date earlier this afternoon.

00:47:31.180 And I sat there when the bill came.

00:47:33.820 And finally, I just said, the guy should pay first and kind of pushed it towards him.

00:47:38.280 And he said, well, in that case, you should pay.

00:47:41.800 And I just thought, that is so rude.

00:47:46.680 And I just don't understand what the issue is.

00:47:49.060 I feel like everyone's trying to get something for free these days.

00:47:53.220 I don't understand.

00:47:54.380 Man, I just want to go on a date and have the man be a gentleman.

00:47:58.100 What do you think that man you were dating was trying to say by telling you you should pay for the bill?

00:48:03.380 Well, I didn't want to go on the date in the first place because I'm mostly only attracted to women. 1.00

00:48:09.500 They were a little more androgynous looking, which is why I agreed to go in the first place.

00:48:15.680 Open-minded.

00:48:16.200 Yeah.

00:48:16.640 So when they suggested I pay, I feel like they were insulting me and saying, well, you're a man.

00:48:26.540 And so I feel like it was an insult, like a subtle insult.

00:48:31.540 And that's how I took it.

00:48:32.820 So I was offended by it.

00:48:34.840 But I think people can split bills if they want to split bills.

00:48:38.100 I think that's fine.

00:48:39.080 And, you know, people are like, oh, your voice is higher there than it is other places.

00:48:44.500 And I always say, my body, my voice.

00:48:48.120 My body, my choice.

00:48:50.180 And so I don't like when people try to police the modulations and intonations of my voice.

00:48:55.160 And sometimes it presents higher like it does there.

00:48:57.980 Sometimes it's a little more lower.

00:48:59.740 Or like today, I feel like it kind of depends on how I'm dressed and my sartorial attire.

00:49:06.480 What does sartorial mean?

00:49:07.660 It means clothing.

00:49:08.820 I didn't know.

00:49:09.480 Thank you.

00:49:10.100 You're very smart.

00:49:10.980 You have that law degree.

00:49:11.920 You are smart.

00:49:12.720 Yeah.

00:49:15.020 Help me out with this one, Alex.

00:49:16.220 I kind of feel like if I was on a date and after we ate, the woman went, the man should pay and slid the bill to me.

00:49:21.500 I'd be like, oh, hell no.

00:49:22.700 Yeah, I know.

00:49:23.220 I don't like that either.

00:49:23.960 I mean, you just kind of naturally.

00:49:25.580 If you invite the girl out, I think you kind of have to pay. 0.98

00:49:28.180 And if you go Dutch on a date, that's just it. 0.99

00:49:31.440 That means the date was bad.

00:49:32.460 Sometimes I like, you know, and sometimes in my videos, I like to promote open discussion and debate.

00:49:38.660 I feel like that's been lost in the country and open dialogue and discourse.

00:49:42.600 I think everyone, especially on the left, thinks you need to all agree or think the same way.

00:49:48.560 And if you don't, there can't be a conversation.

00:49:50.940 I like there to be a conversation.

00:49:52.300 And I try to promote dialogue on my page.

00:49:55.240 And so that's something that, you know, I try to do in some of my videos is promote open discourse and dialogue.

00:50:01.920 And I think a lot of people are outing themselves as bigots.

00:50:05.620 And a lot of people are, you know, trying to have a real dialogue and dialectic.

00:50:10.740 And I think that's great.

00:50:11.640 I love it, you know, because I love calling out hypocrisy from these people.

00:50:20.140 You know, we, I think one of the biggest things that we do here at TimCast is criticism of fake news.

00:50:24.980 The media is lying all the time and it's so frustrating.

00:50:28.140 And, you know, and I'll preface, it's not all the time.

00:50:30.320 We use corporate news sources for a lot of our sourcing, but we have to double, triple verify.

00:50:34.040 And then it's more so when you find the bias in the fake news, it's heavy.

00:50:39.560 It's the very fine people hoax, things like that, where they accuse Trump of doing things he didn't do.

00:50:43.040 And then, you know, with the stuff I see you're doing, just in a broader context, I'm sure there's a lot of people out there, because I feel this way and I'm sure they do, that you want them to just publicly expose their hypocrisy.

00:50:55.740 When you see that person out pretending to be, you know, supporting of left-wing causes or whatever, and you know they're hypocrites, you know they're lying, you want the world to be able to see those lies.

00:51:05.820 And so what I see with your content, and again, it's nothing to do with you, it's the people responding to you.

00:51:11.120 They, they espouse values that they then do not uphold.

00:51:15.460 And each and every one of these people who comments and says things like, you're not really a woman because I said so.

00:51:21.080 Actually, you know, you brought this up a moment ago, Alex. 0.89

00:51:23.500 There's two females who made a video saying, what was it like, just boys being silly or whatever?

00:51:29.220 Yeah, they were OnlyFans girls, and they pretended to be trans, and they got crushed by the trans community.

00:51:35.500 Saying, stop appropriating my identity and stuff like this? 0.99

00:51:37.540 I think they put, like, a fake penis. 0.99

00:51:38.820 They were pretending, and again, I think we need to distinguish between people who are pretending and people who aren't. 0.99

00:51:47.960 And the only person who gets to decide if they are is themselves.

00:51:52.220 Wait, wait, wait, wait, that's the point.

00:51:53.500 These two females who said they were boys, so they're, so they're, they're trans men? 0.78

00:51:59.200 How dare any of these better trans women? 1.00

00:52:02.320 Nobody but them can say whether it's genuine or not.

00:52:06.700 And I dare anybody to say that they aren't really trans.

00:52:12.380 And that's the point.

00:52:13.200 And I dare anybody to prove they aren't trans or that I'm not trans.

00:52:18.720 And that's the point.

00:52:20.620 When these individuals made the video, it was transgender, it was trans women who insulted, attacked them, and told them to stop. 1.00

00:52:27.940 And my response is, you know, the conservatives are all saying these women are just grifting.

00:52:32.620 Grifting is probably not the right word. 0.99

00:52:34.220 They're making porn on OnlyFans.

00:52:36.620 And they're doing this because they have a market for it. 0.98

00:52:39.140 And my response is, based on gender ideology, they very well may just be transgender.

00:52:44.980 You can't say not.

00:52:46.080 Are we going to have police, people policing and deciding whose identity is real and whose isn't?

00:52:51.820 Is that what the left wants?

00:52:53.460 They'll determine if it's real or if it's not.

00:52:56.880 But who is to say that those women's was real or not, what they were doing, the two OnlyFans models, other than them?

00:53:05.720 We can't know.

00:53:06.720 And I think it's wrong for us to assume.

00:53:09.000 And I think in the name of tolerance and open-mindedness, we should trust that people are being genuine and honest.

00:53:16.300 And I think it's wrong to try to police someone's gender identity. 0.91

00:53:20.940 I take offense to that.

00:53:22.380 And it's sad that a lot of that policing is coming from that.

00:54:49.320 Did I mention that we care?

00:54:50.800 The interesting thing about the gender identity stuff, especially with like New York,

00:54:58.140 is that race falls into the same exact category.

00:55:01.540 Based on how they've legally defined gender, race is protected in the exact same way. 0.57

00:55:06.580 And so, you know, I'm curious what your guys' thoughts are on...

00:55:10.300 We've got a lot of people out there who claim to be one race or another.

00:55:13.880 It's actually a big component of the news cycle in politics right now.

00:55:17.000 Donald Trump during the debate said,

00:55:18.160 I don't care what she is.

00:55:19.260 She said she was black.

00:55:20.080 She put out, whatever, I can say that. 0.94

00:55:22.560 And now, you know, all of a sudden she's black, whatever. 1.00

00:55:26.540 There seems to be a question.

00:55:29.300 Actually, you know...

00:55:29.840 You have Rachel Dolezal, who is trans-Rachel.

00:55:32.440 With the Kamala thing, though, I think that everybody's always agreed that like her dad was black,

00:55:37.840 but she just didn't, you know, I guess...

00:55:39.760 Her dad is Jamaican, I believe, and her mother's from India.

00:55:42.940 And maybe I'm wrong, but I think it's that she doesn't kind of emphasize black culture.

00:55:47.280 Like that's not...

00:55:48.200 She doesn't identify as black.

00:55:49.600 Like people know that she's black, but I guess she would put her Indian culture before that. 1.00

00:55:53.480 Her dad is Jamaican and her mom is Indian.

00:55:56.340 Can you be transracial, though?

00:55:57.560 Like Rachel Dolezal, do you think that she is valid?

00:56:00.740 I think we should defer to the science on that.

00:56:03.080 What is the science?

00:56:03.920 Because you can get tan.

00:56:04.980 I mean, I could get tanner.

00:56:06.260 Does that make me black?

00:56:07.220 I don't know what the science is on that issue.

00:56:10.680 I always, at least with gender identity, prefer to follow and defer and be in line with the science. 0.62

00:56:17.060 What about child gender hormone therapy?

00:56:19.300 Uh, I think...

00:56:21.760 Oh, wait, wait, wait.

00:56:24.120 I just Google searched Kamala Harris' dad.

00:56:26.260 It says he's Jamaican-American of Indian descent.

00:56:28.900 Yeah, there's...

00:56:29.640 It's not...

00:56:30.120 Wikipedia is saying he's not black.

00:56:31.860 Yeah, I said he's Jamaican.

00:56:33.120 He's not African-American.

00:56:34.200 He's Jamaican.

00:56:35.180 And I believe her mom is Indian.

00:56:37.860 Well, it's weird that she doesn't...

00:56:39.480 Like, she's estranged from her dad right now.

00:56:42.360 And I know a lot of...

00:56:42.880 His name is Donald J. Harris.

00:56:44.760 That's crazy.

00:56:46.280 I know, Donald J. Trump, that's...

00:56:48.200 Yeah.

00:56:49.300 Do you know that her mom's name is Shyamala?

00:56:51.320 Well, you know what I think the weirdest thing is that...

00:56:53.280 And I don't know if you've talked about this on your show, but how Veep...

00:56:56.660 In Veep, uh, Louis...

00:56:58.760 What is it?

00:56:59.320 Louis...

00:56:59.800 What's her name?

00:57:00.660 Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

00:57:02.720 She's playing the vice president.

00:57:04.180 And in the show, she becomes the 47th president because the older president is, like,

00:57:08.980 too senile.

00:57:10.400 And it's just weird that that is literally happening right now.

00:57:13.740 It's like, uh, it's almost like this is all planned, uh, or, like, there's people in...

00:57:17.680 It's hard.

00:57:18.500 I, I, I, I want to understand Biden's stance on things, but I have trouble understanding

00:57:23.440 what he's trying to say, and he seems lost a lot of the time.

00:57:27.120 I like Biden now that he put on that Trump hat.

00:57:29.260 No, I'm not...

00:57:30.040 No, I, I, I think, I think Kamala Harris's dad is Indian, Indian-Jamaican mixed.

00:57:35.200 Yeah, but I believe her mom is also Indian, um... 0.63

00:57:38.500 And she lives in Canada.

00:57:40.020 Yeah, so she's, she's maybe, like, a quarter, a quarter Jamaican or whatever. 0.90

00:57:43.200 I mean, you look at the photos of her dad.

00:57:44.460 I pull the photos of her dad.

00:57:45.440 It's, you know...

00:57:46.320 But again, nobody can determine or decide it except for themself.

00:57:51.580 Um, and I think it's wrong to try to police that.

00:57:53.960 All Kamala has to do is say the N-word, and then we, then we'll know, but I haven't ever

00:57:57.700 heard her say that.

00:57:58.320 That was actually a joke someone made, but it's an interesting point.

00:58:01.560 Who, who said that?

00:58:02.080 Was it Kevin Sorbo who said that?

00:58:04.960 Did he say that?

00:58:05.540 I didn't see that.

00:58:06.120 I follow Kevin.

00:58:06.820 Kevin's great, but...

00:58:07.740 I think he made that point that, you know, if Kamala were to say the N-word, would, would

00:58:12.020 people be offended by it?

00:58:12.980 And the left got offended that he brought that up.

00:58:14.880 And his point was simply, like, in rap music, in all of, in all of this culture, it is considered

00:58:20.340 socially acceptable, if you are black, to use the N-word.

00:58:23.300 And that, I think he made an interesting question.

00:58:25.200 How would they react if she said, they would not react favorably.

00:58:27.220 It would be, it would be shocking to the press and the public if she were to say such a

00:58:30.760 thing.

00:58:30.780 I think so.

00:58:31.480 I think people would be a little offended.

00:58:33.960 I don't know, though.

00:58:34.640 If she was rapping, like if...

00:58:36.440 I mean, if she's, like, rapping lyrics to a song, a white person can basically say the

00:58:39.560 N-word.

00:58:39.800 But, you know, I'm just saying, if she walked in that barbershop and was like, what's

00:58:42.880 up, my N-words, you know, it would, I think that would probably rub people the wrong

00:58:46.760 way.

00:58:47.080 Because there's videos of TikTok of, you know, of African Americans that kind of, they talk

00:58:54.500 kind of like Urkel, you know, they talk like a white guy, right?

00:58:57.440 And then they say the N-word and it goes viral and everybody in the chat is like, man, he's

00:59:01.320 not allowed to say the N-word.

00:59:02.380 I got to find the video, but...

00:59:04.000 Because if you say it like a white dude, it's bad or whatever?

00:59:06.360 Yes, even though the guy's black and the video is saying it, but he says it like Steve 0.71

00:59:09.900 Urkel and everybody's mad.

00:59:11.280 Do you remember when there was that black radio host who was on an interview and the woman 0.94

00:59:15.960 was like, well, you're a white man.

00:59:17.860 He's like, what?

00:59:18.800 That was, he's famous.

00:59:20.240 That's Jesse Peterson.

00:59:22.460 No, no, no.

00:59:22.940 No, this one was, let me pull this one up.

00:59:24.580 I've heard that one.

00:59:25.360 I thought that was Jesse Peterson.

00:59:26.660 Do you like Jesse Lee Peterson?

00:59:29.100 You know, his content is very interesting.

00:59:31.500 Oh, okay.

00:59:32.080 I thought that was...

00:59:32.380 A CNN analyst.

00:59:34.120 Let's play it.

00:59:34.960 Let's play it.

00:59:35.420 This is from 2019.

00:59:36.820 Do we have the audio?

00:59:37.640 ...parts of the media world, done the work so that I'm qualified to be in each one.

00:59:42.660 I never considered my color the issue.

00:59:45.960 I considered my qualifications the issue.

00:59:49.000 Well, David, you know, that's a whole nother long conversation about.

00:59:52.940 White privilege and things that you have the privilege of doing that people of color don't 1.00

00:59:59.000 have the privilege of.

01:00:00.260 How do I have the privilege of white privilege?

01:00:03.060 David, by virtue of being a white male, you have white privilege.

01:00:06.840 This whole long conversation.

01:00:08.200 I don't have time to get to it.

01:00:09.080 Areva, I hate to break it to you, but you should have been better prepped. 0.75

01:00:13.460 I'm black. 0.96

01:00:15.040 Okay, Ben. 0.97

01:00:16.900 You went to white privilege.

01:00:18.840 This is the falsehood in this.

01:00:20.820 You went immediately with an assumption.

01:00:23.480 Your people, obviously, or you didn't look.

01:00:25.620 You're talking to a black man who started out in rock radio in Boston, who crossed the paths

01:00:33.000 into hip-hop, rebuilding one of the greatest black stations in America, and went on to work 0.91

01:00:38.680 for Fox News, where I'm told apparently blacks aren't supposed to work. 0.70

01:00:43.240 But yet, you come with this assumption, and you go to white privilege. 0.98

01:00:47.560 That's actually insulting.

01:00:49.260 It is, and I apologize, because my people gave me wrong information.

01:00:53.440 They told me.

01:00:54.420 The whole white privilege thing is insulting.

01:00:56.180 David, can I apologize and correct the record?

01:00:58.880 I want to apologize.

01:01:00.140 I was given wrong information about you, and I apologize.

01:01:03.080 But based on my color, you were going to something that I was part of, and just to add to it, my

01:01:09.300 family background is white, black, Indian, Arawak, Irish, Scottish.

01:01:16.480 I mean, it's so diverse.

01:01:17.800 I'm like the UN when it comes to this.

01:01:20.620 This is part of the problem with driving a narrative around a construct like white privilege.

01:01:27.320 Privilege is one thing where applied wealth, economy, various social factors, but not necessarily.

01:01:33.820 This was huge because it's, I mean, another crack in the armor, I suppose, of this false identity

01:01:40.740 ideology that they push, where she didn't actually have an argument against any of his ideas,

01:01:45.920 so she attacked his race. 0.67

01:01:47.900 That's racist. 0.97

01:01:49.460 Well, they're racist.

01:01:50.700 I mean, that's when you make everything about race, that's racist. 0.96

01:01:54.660 And I think that's just kind of the hypocrisy getting exposed right there. 0.94

01:01:58.620 So, yeah, I mean, obviously, the left is the racist one. 0.88

01:02:01.460 I'm parodying what Alex just said.

01:02:03.080 I don't like to do it.

01:02:03.980 But the media is constantly playing identity politics and talking about race, and I feel

01:02:11.600 like dividing and balkanizing people based on racial identity and other identities, that

01:02:17.300 it then predictably and inexorably leads to situations like this, where race is constantly

01:02:23.660 on people's mind because of the media and the far left, and then they start making assumptions

01:02:30.040 based off of that, because they can't stop obsessing and thinking about it, and then it

01:02:35.420 leads to situations like this.

01:02:36.860 So I think we should stop obsessing and constantly talking about people's identities, whether they're

01:02:43.360 racial or gender, and I feel like most of the people obsessing and talking about it are

01:02:48.160 on the left and in the media.

01:02:51.020 I agree.

01:02:52.980 But I mean, every single one of your videos on Instagram is basically talking about your

01:02:56.440 identity.

01:02:58.600 Again, I like to encourage conversation and dialogue and discourse.

01:03:02.720 So on my Instagram, I try to do that.

01:03:05.480 But in my everyday life, I don't go around doing it.

01:03:10.040 And I think the media, big media, has a larger responsibility than an individual to make sure

01:03:17.140 that they are promoting healthy discourse.

01:03:20.020 And I'm promoting, I think, healthy discourse.

01:03:23.060 And I think the onus is on them to make sure they're doing it also, especially since they're

01:03:28.020 much bigger than I am.

01:03:29.220 And I feel like they don't.

01:03:31.040 Do you guys feel like at some point, all of this stuff goes back in the bottle?

01:03:36.580 Well, do we get to a point where it's going to be more like the 90s and people just aren't

01:03:42.580 going to be talking about identity as much?

01:03:44.060 You didn't talk about black shows back in the 90s, right?

01:03:46.720 There was just, there is this show that happens to be, it was incidental or tangential to

01:03:52.440 it.

01:03:52.460 Well, UPN, like the Waynes Brothers, I think there's blacks. 1.00

01:03:54.300 In Living Cove.

01:03:55.680 I'm saying there were black, they weren't known.

01:03:58.360 Lots of shows weren't known as, I didn't say I'm watching a black show, mom.

01:04:02.760 It's called Family Matters.

01:04:04.160 I watched Family Matters.

01:04:06.440 I loved Family Matters.

01:04:07.080 Yeah, man.

01:04:07.980 And that's a huge point.

01:04:09.760 That was TGIF.

01:04:10.840 Yeah.

01:04:11.500 You know?

01:04:12.060 Was that where Urkel was?

01:04:13.440 Yeah.

01:04:13.920 They weren't black shows, but that's not what we referred to them as.

01:04:19.500 I feel like our vernacular has changed and we're constantly referring to it because the

01:04:25.780 media and the far left demands it by their identity or their racial identity.

01:04:32.120 And it's just a show.

01:04:33.520 They're just a person.

01:04:34.660 That person on the news is a broadcaster.

01:04:37.580 They don't have to, we don't have to constantly talk about and dissect the fact that, oh, that's

01:04:43.160 a black person.

01:04:44.560 It's just a person.

01:04:45.680 And so can we go back to that time, and I hope that we do, and that question you asked

01:04:50.800 him was great.

01:04:51.840 Are we going to go back to the 90s when people were just people and shows were just shows

01:04:55.920 and we weren't obsessing over their identities?

01:04:58.640 Well, maybe late 90s.

01:04:59.880 I mean, obviously you had the LA riots, so race in the news was a huge issue.

01:05:04.720 But it's a good point that In Living Color was not a black show.

01:05:08.880 It was on Fox or whatever.

01:05:10.520 It was like a major network comedy show, and it had a large black cast, but it also

01:05:15.800 had-

01:05:16.580 Jim Carrey.

01:05:16.880 Right, Jim Carrey.

01:05:17.580 I think it had a couple white people on it.

01:05:19.800 And then you had Family Matters is a really good point.

01:05:22.020 And I remember growing up and never once did anyone ever say to me anything about this

01:05:26.660 show is a black show.

01:05:28.300 And everybody knew Urkel.

01:05:29.960 It was one of the biggest shows.

01:05:31.260 I don't normally watch CNN, but I watched it leading up to the debate, and every other

01:05:35.460 word was about someone's identity or their racial appearance or their gender identity

01:05:41.540 or orientation.

01:05:42.620 It's absolutely over the top.

01:05:46.460 And I want people to just judge people based on their character.

01:05:51.740 That's how I want them to judge me.

01:05:53.640 That's how I want to judge them.

01:05:55.240 And I don't think we should be judged by our outward appearance.

01:05:58.180 And unfortunately, most of the people that seem to be doing this judging and these assumptions

01:06:02.700 are on the far left.

01:06:04.180 Well, Tim, to what you said earlier, is this going to be bottled back up?

01:06:08.040 And I think about, is the pendulum going to swing back?

01:06:10.380 But it wasn't that long ago, you keep on bringing up the 90s, where Kurt Cobain wore a dress

01:06:14.440 and it was cool.

01:06:16.360 But that was punk rock.

01:06:19.700 People bring this up, and it's not the idea that he was trans or anything like that.

01:06:24.960 He was doing shock content. 0.84

01:06:26.860 I mean, Howard Stern, that dude was nuts in the 90s.

01:06:29.640 Yeah, he dressed in a wedding dress and on his book.

01:06:32.580 And that dude probably got more racial slurs in his belt than...

01:06:36.280 Yeah, he said...

01:06:37.200 Dude, he went on The View and said he didn't say the N-word.

01:06:39.820 There's literally...

01:06:40.700 Even worse than Joe Rogan's super cut of the N-word. 0.99

01:06:43.880 There's like 30 times where he said the N-word, and he's just a liar.

01:06:47.760 At least Joe Rogan admitted it and said this is...

01:06:49.240 It's interesting who gets a pass and who doesn't, Jim.

01:08:14.440 Did I mention that we care?

01:08:18.820 I mean, Kimmel wore blackface.

01:08:21.080 You know, that's totally unacceptable, but someone else mentions blackface and they get fired.

01:08:26.640 Oh, yeah.

01:08:27.020 It was Megyn Kelly, right?

01:08:27.840 Oh, yeah.

01:08:28.160 And you know what?

01:08:29.120 Can I comment on her?

01:08:30.320 Because she just... 0.98

01:08:31.060 Please.

01:08:31.580 Yeah.

01:08:31.920 Megyn Kelly just did a video on me a few days ago. 0.99

01:08:36.120 On YouTube?

01:08:36.780 Yeah, she was constantly...

01:08:38.580 Well, you can just bring it up.

01:08:39.780 Yeah.

01:08:40.220 And I mean, she used to be my celebrity crush,

01:08:43.120 but she's... 1.00

01:08:43.880 After this, she's not.

01:08:45.660 I feel like Megyn Kelly really...

01:08:47.160 So we have talked about...

01:08:48.080 That's Brett Cooper.

01:08:48.700 That's Brett Cooper.

01:08:49.620 You have to type in my name.

01:08:51.540 It just says Megyn Kelly Bachelorette Stars.

01:08:54.080 Oh, okay.

01:08:54.480 You'll have to type into YouTube.

01:08:56.040 Megyn Kelly's really anti-trans, I've noticed. 1.00

01:08:59.340 Hasn't she?

01:08:59.840 I mean, that's what I've just seen from the clips and stuff.

01:09:02.140 And we please...

01:09:02.840 She seems anti-trans.

01:09:04.080 Yeah.

01:09:04.340 Is this the video?

01:09:05.120 Yeah, that's it.

01:09:06.400 This one's it?

01:09:07.420 Yeah.

01:09:07.880 Let's talk about the Bachelor contestant who now says he's a woman,

01:09:12.960 which we all know on this show is not possible, sir.

01:09:17.580 He is claiming that he's a woman, but some believe it's all a big troll.

01:09:24.560 Okay, he has full body tattoos, which he shows off.

01:09:27.140 So what?

01:09:27.580 He has short hair, like man hair.

01:09:29.080 He has facial hair.

01:09:30.680 Look at this.

01:09:31.520 Look at this guy.

01:09:32.560 It's unbelievable what they can call a woman these days.

01:09:35.760 Josh Sider, 37, former Bachelorette star.

01:09:39.100 He was on season 11 of the TV show in 2015 from Chicago.

01:09:43.020 And as of this past May, claims he's a transgender woman.

01:09:47.500 If you just substitute fake for trans, you can follow. 1.00

01:09:50.840 He's a trans woman, which means he's fake. 1.00

01:09:53.760 And he now has revealed he's not on hormone medication

01:09:57.880 and is unsure if he will get surgery.

01:10:00.140 But we're supposed to be treating him like he's a woman.

01:10:05.800 Here's a little bit of...

01:10:07.220 So she goes on, of course, I'm not going to play the full eight-minute video,

01:10:09.720 but you have critique of Megyn Kelly?

01:10:11.580 Well, I just, you know, again, the scientific literature, whether it's NIH, WPATH,

01:10:17.920 who makes it very clear that to be trans, you don't need to be on hormones,

01:10:22.220 you don't need to transition, you don't need to have gender dysphoria,

01:10:25.400 and only the person can choose how they want to identify or transition if they want to transition,

01:10:32.320 but they don't have to.

01:10:33.720 And all of the people, whether they choose those things or not, are valid.

01:10:38.740 So I would just point Megyn Kelly to the science.

01:10:41.900 And also, you know, she used to be my celebrity crush when I was younger,

01:10:45.480 but watching her bash me and say those things, that's no longer the case.

01:10:50.920 Have you reached out to Dylan Mulvaney at all?

01:10:53.300 I haven't.

01:10:54.220 I'm not a fan of Dylan.

01:10:56.080 Dylan, I think that Dylan, you know, she said she inserts and uses tampons,

01:11:04.040 and I just think she was making a mockery of the trans movement, but she's celebrated. 0.59

01:11:09.640 So I'm not a fan of hers.

01:11:11.320 Why do you think Dylan is celebrated so much, though?

01:11:13.320 Because Dylan's had a meteoric rise where I actually trolled Dylan when Dylan had like 30,000 followers,

01:11:20.540 but just shortly thereafter just blew up.

01:11:23.860 Are you on that?

01:11:24.640 30,000, you said?

01:11:25.380 Like, yeah, when she was like, or he, whatever, you know.

01:11:28.180 I want to clarify this, too, for Dylan Mulvaney.

01:11:30.560 I do not believe Dylan Mulvaney is trans.

01:11:33.000 I think Dylan Mulvaney is doing a bit that is intended to insult trans people.

01:11:39.140 I am not being cute.

01:11:40.400 We're not trying to troll.

01:11:41.820 If you look at Dylan Mulvaney's very early on content.

01:11:45.060 The Price is Right, or did you see that one?

01:11:46.800 The Price is Right is totally different.

01:11:48.000 Dylan Mulvaney and The Price is Right was just... 0.96

01:11:49.660 He just seemed like a gay guy. 0.94

01:11:51.140 Well, I mean, The Price is Right shows some kind of narcissistic behavioral disorders 0.88

01:11:54.820 where he's swimming, he's paddling on the ground, he's doing...

01:11:58.960 And they're looking at him like, what is he doing?

01:12:00.460 He's desperate for that spotlight.

01:12:02.600 But Dylan Mulvaney's original Days of Girlhood videos, there's one where it's like, I'm a

01:12:07.760 girl now, so I'm going to be completely irresponsible, spend money I don't have, insult people, be

01:12:12.240 mean to everybody.

01:12:13.040 And it's like, that was just like a comedy bit from someone who's insulting women.

01:12:17.420 And then the most famous one is The Hiking Heels, where Dylan Mulvaney's like, I'm a

01:12:21.200 woman now, so I'm going hiking wearing heels.

01:12:22.780 Oh, look at the bugs.

01:12:23.940 Woo! 0.99

01:12:24.700 And I'm like...

01:12:25.340 That's a good impression.

01:12:26.480 But that whole thing, if Stephen Crowder went outside and said, I'm trans, I'm wearing

01:12:33.860 hiking heels, everybody would be like, haha, it's a bit, because we know Stephen Crowder

01:12:37.120 is...

01:12:37.620 He does comedy and he's mocking the ideology.

01:12:39.340 Because she's left and he's right.

01:12:41.120 That's why she's celebrated and that's why no one says anything.

01:12:43.940 So that's why Stephen Crowder can't do it, because his beliefs are right and because

01:12:48.880 she's woke and her views are on the left, she will be accepted.

01:12:52.300 And the reason I'm being doubted is because I don't fall in line or tote the official

01:12:57.540 far-left narrative, and so they're trying to invalidate me.

01:13:01.520 So I think it doesn't depend on your transition or how you look so much as what your ideological

01:13:05.840 beliefs are.

01:13:07.020 Yep.

01:13:07.200 And so long as they're far-left and they fall in line with their official narrative, they

01:13:11.500 are going to celebrate you and lift you up.

01:13:14.280 And if you dare to have different ideological beliefs, they are going to try to erase you

01:13:20.180 and cancel you and invalidate you.

01:13:22.260 And so they're not as tolerant as they appear.

01:13:24.700 Do you ever hear of Nuka Zeus?

01:13:29.380 Never.

01:13:29.640 It's Nuka Zeus.

01:13:30.580 Someone said I should look up Nuka Zeus, a guy who took melanin to change himself from

01:13:37.380 white to black.

01:13:38.560 Is that for real? 0.97

01:13:40.640 Well, you know, in the black community, there's a lot of hate between dark black people and 0.88

01:13:46.420 light-skinned black people. 0.56

01:13:47.320 I didn't realize that until recently.

01:13:48.940 Yeah, like Drake catches a lot of stuff for being white-skinned.

01:13:53.400 What is this?

01:13:55.000 Yeah, so here's...

01:13:56.100 I don't know.

01:13:56.740 Noah Sanders super chatted saying, look up Nuka Zeus.

01:14:00.740 This guy... 0.97

01:14:01.340 Because if I'm not black, I don't want to live, so I risk my life with injections. 0.98

01:14:05.260 He injects himself with melanin or whatever? 0.98

01:14:10.240 My gosh.

01:14:11.620 This is insane.

01:14:12.540 When you found that solution, what's it called?

01:14:18.440 Melanotin?

01:14:20.080 Melanotin, too.

01:14:21.860 Melanotin.

01:14:22.540 Okay.

01:14:23.020 Melanotin.

01:14:23.400 How did you find out about melanotin?

01:14:26.340 How did I find out about it?

01:14:28.040 I've seen pictures on the internet, you know, floating around here and there, and I thought

01:14:31.560 it was dysfunction disorder, but they found out that when people go into the sun, they

01:14:35.040 just happen to get, you know, a lot darker, a lot faster.

01:14:37.640 And I started...

01:14:38.980 At first, it didn't do anything different with my libido.

01:14:42.600 Is that the right word?

01:14:44.140 Yeah.

01:14:44.260 Libido. 0.99

01:14:46.680 That guy looks insane. 0.89

01:14:48.540 Man, you know... 0.96

01:14:48.960 And how does he not know you can only change your gender? 0.97

01:14:51.580 You can't change your race. 0.97

01:14:53.320 Why can't you change your race? 1.00

01:14:54.120 Yeah, why not?

01:14:54.720 I don't know why he...

01:14:55.940 Well, I just, again, would defer to the literature and the science makes it clear you can only

01:15:00.700 change your gender.

01:15:01.780 Well, so I have a question, though.

01:15:03.780 Like, uh, the thing about the gender stuff and the race stuff, someone could actually

01:15:12.220 be, you know, one-eighth black, and people don't know because they can't tell.

01:15:16.900 Who's that actor?

01:15:18.940 That famous actor?

01:15:20.120 He plays, uh, he was in Prison Break.

01:15:23.180 Well, Quarter Black Garrett is a Quarter Black, I believe. 0.99

01:15:25.620 Yeah, the main guy, right?

01:15:26.540 The bald guy?

01:15:27.740 Is he the one that...

01:15:28.500 No, no, no, no, no.

01:15:29.660 So, um, in Prison Break, there's two characters.

01:15:33.180 One of them is, what, what, what, what, what, what, what's it, Wentworth, what's his name?

01:15:38.860 What was it?

01:15:39.220 Wentworth Miller, I think.

01:15:40.140 Is that his name?

01:15:40.820 That's the main guy.

01:15:41.520 That's the big...

01:15:42.560 The bald guy with the shape...

01:15:43.660 Well, he has a shaved head, right?

01:15:45.080 Kind of like...

01:15:45.420 Wentworth Miller.

01:15:46.260 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:15:46.900 Wentworth Miller.

01:15:47.660 And he also plays Captain Cold or whatever.

01:15:50.020 I'm pretty sure he's, like, one-eighth black or something, isn't he?

01:15:54.020 Kind of looks like Channing Tatum.

01:15:55.320 Maybe Channing Tatum's an eighth black. 0.98

01:15:57.420 He's a really good dancer.

01:15:58.640 I mean, I'm not trying to generalize or anything.

01:16:01.300 You kind of are.

01:16:03.300 Yeah, Wentworth Miller, his father is African-American, Jamaican, German, English.

01:16:09.340 And he's mixed race.

01:16:11.160 That's why you should never judge a book by its cover.

01:16:14.060 And so that's the thing, right?

01:16:15.380 If he came out and said, I want people to address me as a black man, I mean, you know

01:16:20.960 that he'd be attacked for it.

01:16:22.780 They'd, like, the left would go after him.

01:16:25.120 They'd say, how dare you?

01:16:26.400 I don't know.

01:16:28.800 I mean, there's probably a lot of people who would be like, okay, fine.

01:16:32.100 But that's the interesting thing to think about, like, the transracial thing.

01:16:34.400 If someone is 1 16th, you know, I don't know, black or whatever, can they come out and say,

01:16:40.700 I want to identify as a black person and I want people to recognize that?

01:16:43.840 I guess we just have to trust Webster's dictionary and then, you know, what they define race.

01:16:49.960 Because they make updates and often change the definitions of things.

01:16:53.440 That's how we know.

01:16:54.120 That's how we keep track of it.

01:16:54.700 Maybe they'll change it in a couple years.

01:16:56.660 So I would just defer to that and the science on that.

01:16:59.200 But I don't know.

01:17:02.120 Did we talk about the children?

01:17:04.580 We did talk about the...

01:17:05.560 You asked.

01:17:06.100 Yeah, I didn't answer.

01:17:06.980 Can you ask it again?

01:17:07.800 Yeah, I mean, what do you think about, you know, hormone therapy for children under 18 years old?

01:17:11.920 Yeah, so I think we should let kids be kids.

01:17:15.480 And I think most people can agree with that.

01:17:17.640 I don't think we should influence or encourage them one way or the other.

01:17:22.440 I think we should just...

01:17:23.800 If a boy wants to wear a pink shirt and play with dolls, let him.

01:17:27.920 It doesn't matter.

01:17:29.280 He's a kid.

01:17:31.980 That's a double-edged sword, though.

01:17:33.440 It also goes with don't influence him and try to convince him that he's something he's not.

01:17:38.780 So I see a lot of people, there's an influencer that is constantly trying to encourage their kid,

01:17:45.180 their biologically male child to be female or feminine and do feminine things and wear girl clothes. 0.91

01:17:54.200 Let the kid have autonomy.

01:17:55.840 Let the kid have agency and let him be a kid.

01:17:58.100 So I would say we should not be interfering with children.

01:18:01.620 And if they want to do blockers or hormone therapy, I think like with anything, there is a big responsibility there.

01:18:10.040 And they should wait until they're 18 to make any decisions that are going to have colossal impacts on their life.

01:18:16.320 Their hypothalamus isn't even fully developed until they're 25.

01:18:19.980 We should not be encouraging them or letting them make life-changing decisions like genital mutilation until they are at least 18.

01:18:28.360 And Josh, you know, you are a great actor and I know, you know, like I say, this is obviously a bit and that's my opinion, you know.

01:18:36.180 But your biggest problem is, and we brought up Dylan Mulvaney, because you went on The Bachelor and you were a heterosexual male trying to date a female,

01:18:44.320 you're not going to have support from the LGBTQ community.

01:18:47.500 And I think that's what's hurting you the most in this whole thing is that you're not gay. 1.00

01:18:51.960 I think that's what's, I think that's what is holding you back from getting to go.

01:18:56.240 I kind of, but yeah, if I, again, I don't like labels, but I like women. 1.00

01:19:00.960 So technically I.

01:19:02.200 You are a lesbian. 1.00

01:19:03.460 Yeah.

01:19:03.920 But I have always, you know, I'm part of the community and I've been part of it, but it's not just me.

01:19:08.460 A lot of my followers have voiced the fact that although they are gay or bi or trans, they don't feel part of the community.

01:19:15.160 And what they voiced to me is that the community has been taken over by extreme voices.

01:19:20.440 They feel like it is no longer accepting.

01:19:22.800 They feel like it only elevates the most extreme voices.

01:19:26.680 And so they don't feel like it's an inclusive community.

01:19:29.200 And I have to say that during my experience, I'm in agreeance with that.

01:19:34.340 I'd like you to shoot some content at a gay bar or, you know, one of these trans rallies and see how you're accepted. 0.87

01:19:40.200 I know you're at the DNC, but I'd like to see other people's reactions. 0.94

01:19:43.020 Yeah, I haven't been, you know, I went to gay bars occasionally in Chicago and Boys Town.

01:19:47.760 They're pretty cool.

01:19:49.720 What about girl bars, girly bars?

01:19:51.680 Like normal, like heterosexual. 0.52

01:19:53.480 No, no, no.

01:19:54.260 I think it's lesbian bars. 1.00

01:19:55.820 Andersonville?

01:19:56.640 Andersonville is, yeah.

01:19:57.480 I used to dance occasionally at one bar there too.

01:20:01.160 Have you ever, have you gone up there recently?

01:20:03.220 I was in Andersonville about a year ago, but not recently.

01:20:06.640 What is Andersonville?

01:20:08.120 It's a lesbian. 1.00

01:20:09.280 So for those that don't know.

01:20:10.040 Boys Town is.

01:20:11.060 Like Wrigleyville Lakeview is Boys Town. 0.88

01:20:13.180 And then it's Andersonville is Ladystown, they call it.

01:20:16.320 It's kind of weird that it's separated that way.

01:20:18.500 I don't know.

01:20:19.000 Yeah, I don't know why there has to be all this separation.

01:20:21.500 You know, sometimes I.

01:21:40.380 Visit Desjardins.com slash care and get insurance that's really big on care.

01:21:46.000 Did I mention that we care?

01:21:47.460 I think about it, and I feel like the left actually separates people a lot rather than bringing them together.

01:21:56.680 There's always trying to taxonomize and categorize people and things and identities.

01:22:02.300 It's odd.

01:22:02.980 I thought they would bring us together.

01:22:05.060 I agree with you on that, but I think the Boys Town and the Ladies Town thing, it's because, like, if you're a dude and you want to meet dudes,

01:22:13.260 if you go to any random neighborhood, I mean, you're going to be looking for, what, like, three people out of 100 or not less than that.

01:22:21.260 Like, maybe one out of 100 guys is going to be interested.

01:22:24.400 You go to Boys Town, it's, you know, 9 out of 10.

01:22:27.300 But if you're a woman, and it's the same thing.

01:22:30.220 So the reason they create these communities is because the women are like, I don't want to waste any time. 1.00

01:22:35.420 I want to know for sure that all the people here are going to be interested and available or, you know, to some degree.

01:22:40.600 But then it does create a weird circumstance where you have, quite literally, these neighborhoods.

01:22:45.340 Segregated.

01:22:46.100 Segregated.

01:22:46.920 And it's weird.

01:22:48.200 I mean, and it's true, too, for race as much as it is for orientation.

01:22:53.100 Chicago is heavily racially segregated.

01:22:55.420 I live there, yeah.

01:22:56.660 Do you want to say what neighborhood you live in?

01:22:59.820 Yeah, I live right by Roscoe Village.

01:23:03.460 Oh, okay.

01:23:04.060 It's, like, north area?

01:23:05.360 Yeah, north of the city.

01:23:06.400 Are you from Chicago?

01:23:07.580 I'm from Champaign-Urbana.

01:23:08.780 Oh, okay, right, yeah.

01:23:10.200 Which is where the University of Illinois is.

01:23:11.120 So I grew up—

01:23:11.420 You're from Chicago.

01:23:12.140 I grew up in Chicago.

01:23:12.460 Oh, okay.

01:23:12.980 I did my undergrad at the U of I.

01:23:14.720 I lived 10 minutes from there in my family home where my mom still lives in Champaign-Urbana.

01:23:20.360 I did my undergrad there and then came up to Chicago for law school.

01:23:23.500 I recommend people who really want to understand the left and Democrat policy and all that, spend some time in Chicago.

01:23:30.660 You can go to parts of the city where, when you cross the street, the language changes.

01:23:36.760 Like, where I grew up, Archer and Cicero, on one side, billboards, English.

01:23:42.880 You cross the street, everything's Spanish.

01:23:44.720 Cicero, yeah.

01:23:45.760 Cicero.

01:23:46.500 Berwyn, Cicero, North Riverside.

01:23:49.060 And it's crazy because, you know, the advertiser putting up ads, it's not malintent.

01:23:55.880 It's just, why are we going to put up an English ad in a neighborhood that only speaks Spanish?

01:23:59.920 Well, that's how it is in, like, West Dallas.

01:24:01.380 All the billboards are in Spanish, you know.

01:24:03.060 But I just mean for Chicago—I certainly understand.

01:24:06.200 And if you're in Dallas, right, you've got a lot of Spanish influence, especially.

01:24:09.280 But in Chicago, where I grew up, you cross from the south, from, like, 48th Street.

01:24:16.260 You go north to 47th.

01:24:18.060 It goes from all white, all black.

01:24:22.800 Instantly. 0.96

01:24:23.620 Like, you cross a street, and everyone's black. 0.78

01:24:27.060 I don't—is that how it works in other cities?

01:24:29.500 I mean, because I—

01:24:29.880 I don't know.

01:24:30.520 Yeah, mostly—and, you know, in Champaign-Urbana, that's a smaller college town, campus town.

01:24:34.640 But in Chicago, I'm thinking of moving crime there as just out of control.

01:24:41.420 And it's weird, because Biden said, you know, mega is the biggest threat to America.

01:24:46.480 But I don't think mega is the ones that's carjacking and committing violent armed robberies

01:24:54.060 and murdering people every weekend.

01:24:56.460 I've just been looking, and they don't look like mega Republicans to me.

01:25:00.360 But, yeah, it's just become a very crime-ridden city, and people are being carjacked all the time,

01:25:05.380 even in the Gold Coast and places that, Tim, you know, are once very nice, pleasant places to live

01:25:11.580 have been taken over by, you know, they're busting out shop windows of small businesses

01:25:17.380 where there's hardworking people trying to have small businesses, which Kamala apparently loves. 1.00

01:25:22.980 And people are, you know, robbing them and setting them on fire.

01:25:27.580 And so it's just kind of sad to see a city that I once loved devolve.

01:25:31.840 And, yeah, it's pretty violent there now.

01:25:34.420 Do you own a gun?

01:25:35.940 I do.

01:25:37.020 Yeah, I think you have to.

01:25:38.940 It's—man, I saw a video of some urban explorers, and it was like Instagram auto-fed it to me.

01:25:47.940 Would they go to abandoned places?

01:25:49.140 Yeah, and it was in Chicago, and it's like we got into an abandoned skyscraper in Chicago,

01:25:53.200 and I was like, oh, wow, where's that?

01:25:55.220 Like, where could that be?

01:25:56.320 And it was like a prominent downtown building that I had—I used to go to and eat during lunch at work.

01:26:01.580 I was like, what the—it's only been 10 years—I left Chicago in 2010.

01:26:09.280 14 years later, the city's fallen apart to that degree?

01:26:11.940 You make a good point, but I think the conclusion to that point is it seems to be democratic policies that are directly leading to this.

01:26:19.720 And I think what we need is more two-parent homes.

01:26:22.120 I think we need homes where the fathers are present.

01:26:24.780 I think we need kids that are being raised by families.

01:26:28.440 Unlike what BLM says, families do matter.

01:26:32.140 Nuclear families matter.

01:26:33.560 Having two-parent homes matters, and I think what we're seeing is a cultural decline that's happening because we don't have that, and it's leading directly to crime.

01:26:42.460 And it's not rocket science, and I think most of us understand what's going on, but the far left refuses to say anything about it,

01:26:49.800 and this is another reason why I'm a libertarian because I believe in freedom to do what we want, but we can't do that if we're not safe and if we're being murdered while we're trying to live our life.

01:26:59.540 And I think democratic policies are in direct—are directly against living a libertarian life often, and that's why I'm just not a fan of the far left because it's hard to be free when you're being carjacked.

01:27:13.380 Josh, and I look at your tattoos and stuff.

01:27:15.620 You seem like an extreme guy.

01:27:16.880 Do you like to party?

01:27:17.740 Do you like to go out and do the drink?

01:27:19.220 No, I rarely drink.

01:27:21.620 I don't go out a lot.

01:27:22.820 If I do, it's out to eat.

01:27:24.360 You don't smoke weed or anything?

01:27:27.080 Occasionally I will.

01:27:27.960 I was smoking a vape a decent amount a few months ago.

01:27:32.260 I haven't done it lately.

01:27:33.860 There's a lot of toxins in those.

01:27:35.480 Yeah, there is a lot.

01:27:36.500 Those really scare me, though, because the vape, that scares me more than the regular marijuana.

01:27:42.740 Yeah, that's why I put it down because I like to be a healthy woman, and I just don't know what's in that stuff.

01:27:47.980 And I don't want to put things into my body that are changing my body.

01:27:52.380 I just don't want to do that.

01:27:55.300 So I like to keep it pretty organic.

01:27:57.440 So I try to lead a healthy lifestyle.

01:27:59.160 I spend a lot of time in the gym.

01:28:00.740 But I'm trying to, you know, take down muscle mass and get a little more leaner just so it's congruent with my gender identity now.

01:28:10.020 Well, women can't have muscles? 1.00

01:28:11.520 They can, just not.

01:28:12.740 I don't like – I personally don't like the aesthetic of a bulky look.

01:28:16.260 I prefer a leaner look.

01:28:17.500 All right, Josh, and I told you this before, but this is the next step that you have to do, in my personal opinion, is you have to compete against biological females in some sort of sport. 0.58

01:28:27.060 I think it was Zuby.

01:28:27.900 Was it Zuby that went super viral doing that?

01:28:30.100 Yeah, he just did a deadlift, and then it was like, there you go.

01:28:33.500 I broke the record.

01:28:34.080 I think doing it just to do it is wrong, but there's things I'm passionate about, and if they don't create an independent trans league, all just following the rules and the science, I'd be forced to compete against cis women in those things.

01:28:46.480 I do enjoy bodybuilding and working out, like I said.

01:28:49.360 Boxing?

01:28:50.740 Occasionally, yeah, I like to hit the bag, and I'm actually pretty good at it.

01:28:55.320 But I think, you know, the advantage especially is if you were going to go compete as a woman, you just wouldn't need to train at all. 0.95

01:29:00.700 Yeah, I mean, I'm pretty athletic, but again, I think just doing it to do it or try to prove a point is dumb.

01:29:10.100 I like to follow rules.

01:29:11.420 I'm a rule follower.

01:29:12.600 Don't think about the haters.

01:29:14.120 Just think about the prize money.

01:29:15.340 Yeah.

01:29:15.680 Yeah.

01:29:16.320 But, you know, one day I may enter a competition, and it may just so happen that, you know, I'm competing against cis women because of the rules and the science. 0.70

01:29:25.480 And, you know, I hope I would do well and perform to the best of my ability.

01:29:30.480 And if that means that they lose and I win, it is what it is.

01:29:35.000 But I think it's cruel to just go out there and try to crush.

01:29:37.720 Like Leah Thomas, I have some issues with what she does.

01:29:40.900 Wow.

01:29:41.860 Can you expand on that a little bit, why you don't like Leah Thomas?

01:29:45.680 Well, I don't want to say I dislike her.

01:29:48.260 I don't know how far along in her transition or gender identity she was. 0.98

01:29:52.760 They swam on the men's team for three years, and then I believe that they had to take hormone therapy for one year, and then they were able to.

01:29:59.300 That's usually the rule is one year of hormone therapy. 1.00

01:30:01.920 It, to me, just smacks of being unfair.

01:30:06.200 But, again, I'm a rule follower, and she's probably just following the rules.

01:30:10.580 But it does something to your, you know, when you read about that.

01:30:14.480 And there's women that were crying, cis women that are, you know, identify as the gender they were born biologically.

01:30:20.920 And they're crying, and Leah Thomas is winning.

01:30:24.200 And, you know, it's sad to see hopes and dreams over 18, 20 years that are dashed because a, you know, biological woman, man, sorry, transitioned into a trans woman. 0.79

01:30:38.840 But it's just the rules, and she's just playing by them.

01:30:41.680 So I guess I can't believe it.

01:30:42.880 I think the easiest sport where you could infiltrate would be cycling.

01:30:47.380 I think that's the one where they're letting.

01:30:49.100 You could, I mean, and you're strong enough.

01:30:51.880 I bet you could probably compete with the women at a high level in cycling. 1.00

01:30:56.340 I'm just looking at your frame.

01:30:57.700 Yeah, I'm not into bite.

01:30:59.260 I mean, infiltrate the kin.

01:31:01.140 I just, the verbiage you use, I would disagree with.

01:31:04.460 But I would.

01:31:05.640 You should enter a women's contest, but then lose intentionally to prove a point. 1.00

01:31:08.940 Yeah.

01:31:10.280 What's the point that would be proven?

01:31:12.140 Is that there's no unfair advantage for trans men or women, whatever.

01:31:15.600 Yeah, I don't like doing things just to, you know,

01:31:18.680 I would never do something just to prove a point or like, you know.

01:31:22.300 You wouldn't.

01:31:22.740 You wouldn't do something to prove a point.

01:31:24.700 No, no, I wouldn't.

01:31:25.560 And I, you know, so I don't, I wouldn't do something like that.

01:31:28.120 Again, if I'm passionate about it, I would, you know, do it.

01:31:30.820 I'm passionate about something cycling.

01:31:33.560 I'm not very passionate about it.

01:31:34.960 I was just thinking what sports you could probably get into right away.

01:31:37.680 Because like boxing.

01:31:38.460 I think I would do very well in, you know.

01:31:41.020 I think I would do well in whatever sport I try.

01:31:44.160 You could be an Olympic boxer.

01:31:46.360 They were, she was actually a hermaphroditic, the one who won.

01:31:50.800 Amin Khalifa and Lenny Tangers, too.

01:31:51.880 Yeah, she's hermaphroditic. 0.98

01:31:53.220 She genuinely was born with X, Y, I believe, chromosomes, but female genitalia. 0.99

01:31:59.180 So that's a much more nuanced issue that a lot of people on the right were getting wrong.

01:32:03.480 And were saying wrong, fallacious things, saying, oh, she's a trans woman.

01:32:08.480 She wasn't.

01:32:09.080 She is a scientific, legal hermaphrodite when she was born with both male and female body parts DNA. 0.84

01:32:17.420 And her gender was assigned and chosen throughout her childhood, but was always consistently female.

01:32:23.940 And so she is suing now a number of people that made false claims, including J.K. Rowling and some other people,

01:32:31.200 because they did say things that were patently false.

01:32:33.480 Well, you actually brought up a good point, and we've talked about this a lot.

01:32:36.060 And I remember taking a gender studies class at LSU, Louisiana State University,

01:32:40.140 and they teach you that even though it's a very, very, very small percent,

01:32:45.600 but there is a percent of people that are born intersex, you know, with either hermaphrodite,

01:32:50.580 multiple genders, gender mutilation, and that the parents have to decide right then, 0.74

01:32:54.820 the earlier that the child starts identifying as that gender is best for their, you know, acclimation into it, right?

01:33:03.340 You know, it's just better for them to identify earlier.

01:33:05.800 The problem is, is now they've taken that same thing for people that are born intersexed,

01:33:10.380 and now they've applied it to 12-year-olds, 13-year-olds, 14-year-olds that want to transition their surgery,

01:33:16.340 instead of just, excuse me, transition their sex, instead of just waiting a few years.

01:33:20.340 Now they're using the same, I guess, medical diagnosis that they would do on an infant or a baby to teenage kids,

01:33:29.400 and I think that's the huge problem because there used to be gender reassignment clinics. 0.90

01:33:32.760 There's just a few in like the 60s or 70s.

01:33:35.360 Now there's like 20 in every state.

01:33:37.500 So you don't have a problem with hermaphroditic or intersex babies being assigned something or transitioning or choosing a gender,

01:33:45.160 but now you're saying they're choosing the gender not at one or nine months old, but at 14, 15, 16 years.

01:33:53.240 And that's where I have.

01:35:17.960 Care, care, care.

01:35:19.000 Did I mention that we care?

01:35:22.240 A disagreement with it.

01:35:24.100 Like I said, if a baby's born intersex, a man Khalifa was probably born hermaphroditic. 0.93

01:35:29.420 She was, yeah.

01:35:30.060 Yeah.

01:35:30.620 And so they had to decide, oh, she's going to be a female even though they have XY chromosomes 0.93

01:35:34.540 and their body structure is of a man.

01:35:38.020 So yeah, that's a tough decision.

01:35:39.540 It's tough because she shouldn't be prohibited from competing.

01:35:42.160 See, I think she should have probably been prohibited because-

01:35:45.160 That's tough.

01:35:46.220 It is tough.

01:35:47.160 That's tough.

01:35:47.640 Tim, what do you think about Amin Khalifa considering that they were born like that? 0.56

01:35:52.440 I mean, you know, that is a good debate.

01:35:54.100 That's not that they shouldn't be fighting.

01:35:56.400 I agree.

01:35:57.000 I think if you have the XY chromosomes, you should be excluded. 1.00

01:35:59.980 And there's other that, what is it?

01:36:01.160 The IFB said that they are not allowed to compete, but the Olympics said it was okay.

01:36:05.920 They said their passport says it, so it's fine.

01:36:07.600 But that's not a consistent or logical ruling.

01:36:10.880 Was that what the Olympics said?

01:36:12.840 Because some countries allow people to change their passports and some don't.

01:36:15.560 So they've created an inconsistent rule base where if you've got a passport with female 1.00

01:36:19.820 on it, you could be an Olympic boxer.

01:36:21.120 It's just your choice.

01:36:23.180 That's the Olympic rules.

01:36:24.100 The Olympics is more progressive than other sports organizations, is my understanding.

01:36:28.040 They tend to be more progressive in their views.

01:36:31.040 I think we should just get rid of women's sports. 1.00

01:36:33.920 Well, I don't know.

01:36:34.740 The WNBA is on fire right now. 1.00

01:36:36.360 Caitlin Clark, dude. 0.99

01:36:37.560 I don't know.

01:36:38.040 They're cheating.

01:36:38.560 It's all cheating.

01:36:39.920 What do you mean?

01:36:41.060 You can't simultaneously say we've created a sport for one gender, but that anyone can be

01:36:46.100 any gender, but then we're going to keep certain people out based on what we think. 1.00

01:36:48.920 So right now, this is the logical circumstance of American sports.

01:36:55.780 The WNBA is great. 0.52

01:36:56.980 Caitlin Clark is so awesome.

01:36:58.960 They compare her in the press to Steph Curry, and they say she's the same, even though it's

01:37:04.280 a shorter distance for the three points.

01:37:08.440 I think the hoop is lower.

01:37:09.980 The ball is smaller.

01:37:10.840 So it's not the same stats.

01:37:12.740 They act like it is.

01:37:13.820 If they want to play this game and say it's the same thing, then normalize the size regulations

01:37:21.040 for the sport.

01:37:22.140 Don't create two different ones.

01:37:23.640 At the same time, if the argument is that anyone can be a woman, well, then it is cheating 0.98

01:37:31.260 for the WNBA to not be drafting biological males who identify as women to play.

01:37:35.300 Well, you know, Brittany Greiner, who is one of the most famous WNBA players, not just 0.79

01:37:39.960 because of the Russia scandal, identifies and is said that they're going to be called dad.

01:37:45.140 Really?

01:37:45.500 Yes.

01:37:46.160 So they say Brittany Greiner.

01:37:47.580 And I'm ignorant on this.

01:37:48.060 Is she trans? 0.88

01:37:49.160 Because I saw a video and I thought.

01:37:50.900 Yeah, no breasts. 1.00

01:37:53.180 They've had a mastectomy, and I believe that.

01:37:55.220 Brittany Greiner had a mastectomy? 0.88

01:37:56.560 Type in Brittany Greiner topless right now, Tim.

01:37:59.040 Look what comes up.

01:37:59.940 I've seen those videos where Brittany Greiner's walking around in shorts and be like, what up, 1.00

01:38:02.980 dude?

01:38:03.180 Why'd she have a mastectomy? 1.00

01:38:05.920 She had her breasts removed, or they had their breasts removed. 1.00

01:38:08.380 Really?

01:38:08.780 I didn't know that.

01:38:09.380 Yes, yeah.

01:38:09.600 Just type in.

01:38:10.220 I don't know if you could show it on YouTube.

01:38:11.540 I mean, I've showed it before.

01:38:12.660 It's on their Instagram.

01:38:13.560 Wait, so is she transitioning to man?

01:38:15.020 Should she be playing in the NBA? 0.98

01:38:16.300 Just type in.

01:38:17.000 It's like Brittany Greiner shooting.

01:38:19.440 I'm not going to look that up.

01:38:21.100 Yeah.

01:38:21.380 I can't play that on YouTube.

01:38:22.820 Yeah, I know, but I'll just pull it up.

01:38:24.200 So is she transitioning into manhood if she got a mastectomy then? 1.00

01:38:28.360 Is she?

01:38:28.760 There's viral videos on TikTok and on Twitter of Brittany Greiner walking around in shorts

01:38:36.000 with no shirt on, and it's just some guy.

01:38:39.420 I don't know if it's actually Brittany Greiner because it just looks like some dude. 0.99

01:38:41.920 It is Brittany Greiner, but Brittany Greiner is more masculine than probably all of us in

01:38:45.940 this thing.

01:38:46.540 I mean, let me try to find it.

01:38:48.120 Okay.

01:38:48.560 Actually, yeah.

01:38:49.200 Somebody did bring up a good point.

01:38:50.600 What was the deal?

01:38:50.960 Brittany Greiner posted these.

01:38:52.220 Yeah, it was on their Instagram.

01:38:53.760 What was the deal with the death hoax?

01:38:55.140 What was that all about?

01:38:55.520 Yeah, there's no mastectomy.

01:38:56.740 That's just a...

01:38:57.720 We've got to talk about that, though, Josh, because people do want to know.

01:39:01.520 No, Brittany Greiner is a woman. 1.00

01:39:04.060 Yeah.

01:39:04.300 Why do you say that now?

01:39:05.680 Belly button.

01:39:07.740 Female belly buttons are below the hip line. 1.00

01:39:10.260 Okay.

01:39:10.660 Well, that doesn't matter, but Tim, we've got to ask Josh.

01:39:13.880 Josh had a viral post.

01:39:15.340 But it could be one of these syndromes or whatever where certain hormones are...

01:39:23.560 Oh, she probably has those hormones, yeah, Matt. 1.00

01:39:25.460 No, no, no.

01:39:26.220 There's, like, there can be...

01:39:28.080 So, like, Iman Khalif might have that thing where it's a...

01:39:31.360 I forgot what it's called, but this is what everyone was talking about, where you're born

01:39:34.220 biologically male, but your body's, like, immune to testosterone, to androgens.

01:39:39.700 So, like, the body develops female because the male hormones aren't actually affecting

01:39:45.880 the body properly, but it is an XY person. 0.73

01:39:48.460 I think Brittany Greiner might have that. 1.00

01:39:49.900 I don't know.

01:39:50.200 I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but Brittany Greiner posted photos, topless, playing 0.81

01:39:54.900 basketball, and it's, like, I kind of don't feel like that's something, like, a woman would 1.00

01:39:59.460 do.

01:40:00.860 However, when you look at the photo, you're, like, oh, that's a female hip line. 1.00

01:40:04.440 Yeah, but they're trying to identify as a male, and just type...

01:40:09.200 And they shouldn't be in the WNBA. 1.00

01:40:10.660 You know, I'm sorry...

01:40:11.280 Do you think Brittany Greiner should be not allowed?

01:40:13.760 Wow.

01:40:14.020 So, there's a professional skateboarder that goes by Leo Baker, was born Lacey Baker, one

01:40:20.820 of the best female...

01:40:21.440 That's other documentary.

01:40:22.680 One of the best female skaters in the world.

01:40:24.020 Now, I don't...

01:40:24.940 Like, I got no beef, right?

01:40:25.960 But I'm going to have to criticize where criticism is due.

01:40:28.660 I have friends who are friends with Leo, and I personally met this person before...

01:40:33.320 Wait, this is a female to male transition.

01:40:34.740 Yes, and so here's the issue I take, okay?

01:40:37.760 One, I will say, when I had met this person, it was a she who went by Lacey Baker.

01:40:44.120 I have friends who was friends with her.

01:40:46.920 We had skated before, and she was really good.

01:40:50.080 At some point, she came out and said, now, she was going by he, and was a trans man, and

01:40:56.060 still kept competing in the women's. 1.00

01:40:58.200 Oh, yeah, that happens all the time, or they say, yeah.

01:41:00.280 And that pissed me off.

01:41:01.400 I said, look, man, I'm trying to be nice and accommodating, by all means.

01:41:04.860 If these are the rules you want to abide by, and you think this is fair, you are now

01:41:08.160 a man, get out of women's skateboarding. 1.00

01:41:11.160 And Leo Baker didn't do it.

01:41:13.940 However, after like a couple years, I think, finally, Leo said, I'm not a man.

01:41:17.600 I'm just trans, but I'm quitting.

01:41:19.480 I'm not going to skate anymore.

01:41:20.200 I'm not going to compete anymore.

01:41:21.600 And I think that was why, because there's this hypocrisy.

01:41:25.420 If it's a biological male who wants to compete, the male will compete against women. 0.96

01:41:31.620 But if it's a female who wants to be male, this person will still compete against women. 1.00

01:41:36.220 It only flows in one direction.

01:41:37.620 So this is a broken system.

01:41:38.420 Because that shows you where they have the advantage.

01:41:40.440 Because they don't have an advantage doing it the other way.

01:41:42.460 It's not, it's not, you can phrase it that way.

01:41:44.400 I'd say this.

01:41:45.820 With all due respect to Leo Baker, Leo would never qualify for any of the top men's athletic

01:41:51.020 events.

01:41:52.380 That's just it.

01:41:53.160 Does Leo win all the women's events?

01:41:54.660 I think Leo, as Lacey, used to win and get gold as a top female athlete. 1.00

01:42:02.000 When Lacey Baker transitioned to Leo and kept competing in the women's league, I think that

01:42:09.260 is an affront.

01:42:10.400 And that should have been called out immediately by people saying, why is a man competing in

01:42:13.480 the women's division? 0.99

01:42:14.600 But nobody bet in an eye. 0.92

01:42:17.300 And it's hypocrisy.

01:42:18.140 I think things that aren't consistent are, you know, there is hypocrisy there.

01:42:24.260 And if she's identifying as a man, she should be competing in the men's category or else 0.54

01:42:29.160 all of us are going to wonder what's going on because none of this makes sense.

01:42:33.840 So we need some consistency for sure.

01:42:36.880 And so I agree with you.

01:42:38.480 Did you want to talk about the death hoax?

01:42:40.180 Yeah, we had to ask, Tim, I don't know if you know this, but Josh was involved in like

01:42:44.300 an Instagram death hoax.

01:42:45.900 But it was major news, right?

01:42:47.240 Yeah, it was world, yeah, worldwide.

01:42:49.240 Yeah, it was like a big deal.

01:42:50.420 What was that?

01:42:51.280 I think I asked you about it, but I forget.

01:42:52.860 What was that all about again?

01:42:54.300 It was someone posted, hacked my account and posted that.

01:42:58.460 Like Shannon Sharp, you got hacked?

01:42:59.920 I saw that.

01:43:00.820 Yeah, I didn't watch it.

01:43:01.980 I don't want to see that, but I heard about it and posted that I had died.

01:43:05.920 And TMZ and 10,000 other places posted that I was dead.

01:43:12.100 Are you dead or are you alive?

01:43:13.620 No, I'm definitely here. 0.98

01:43:15.300 Okay, here.

01:43:15.880 I didn't know.

01:43:16.280 Maybe you're old.

01:43:16.980 Because I thought maybe you posted that because the old Josh died and now you're the new Josh.

01:43:21.060 A lot of people have been interpreting that death of the cisgendered Josh and now I'm trans

01:43:27.800 and that's just a coincidence that that happened.

01:43:31.780 But I guess you could see it as my rebirth, kind of, like the phoenix.

01:43:35.820 You're rising out of the ashes.

01:43:37.720 Yeah, but I'm very happy.

01:43:40.280 Are you happy?

01:43:40.980 That's a very important question.

01:43:42.320 No, let's be real.

01:43:43.520 Because now you're on Tim's show.

01:43:45.200 You know, obviously Tim is a big platform.

01:43:47.220 You're getting millions of hits upon millions of hits.

01:43:50.400 And I know what that feels like.

01:43:51.780 It does feel good to go viral.

01:43:53.700 But sometimes you go viral, then you're like, I need to go viral again.

01:43:56.900 I need to go viral again.

01:43:57.780 It kind of puts this weird pressure that I didn't expect once I started to gain, I guess, more popularity.

01:44:02.660 But are you happy with your life at this moment?

01:44:06.660 Yeah, I feel very fulfilled.

01:44:08.240 A lot of my life I struggled with insecurity, whether it's financial insecurity,

01:44:13.980 just normal things that we go through in our 20s, trying to find ourselves.

01:44:17.580 Who are we?

01:44:18.920 What's my identity outside of gender?

01:44:20.900 Just who am I?

01:44:22.080 What am I going to stand for?

01:44:23.580 What's the mark I'm going to leave on this world?

01:44:26.660 Things like that.

01:44:28.160 And so when my dad passed about three years and a month ago,

01:44:34.140 I kind of feel like that's when it really elucidated for me and crystallized who I am

01:44:39.740 and what I want to stand for and who I want to be.

01:44:43.660 And so I do.

01:44:45.340 I feel secure in who I am now.

01:44:47.420 I have a fulfilling life.

01:44:49.560 I have a cat, Oliver, which I love.

01:44:51.480 We love cats.

01:44:52.440 I love cats.

01:44:53.100 Tim likes cats.

01:44:54.200 I am a single lady.

01:44:55.720 I just wanted to put that out.

01:44:57.280 So you're a single cat lady. 1.00

01:44:59.480 I'm more attracted to women, so any single ladies out there. 1.00

01:45:03.760 But yeah, I am.

01:45:05.520 I'm happy.

01:45:06.260 I really am happy.

01:45:07.560 I think this is a scandal that conservatives probably should bring up more often,

01:45:13.260 highlighting the problems here.

01:45:15.880 And so, you know, with limited respect to Leo Baker, this is time.com talking about Leo

01:45:24.880 Baker, born female, one of the top female athletes, writing for a company of all female athletes.

01:45:29.940 And it says that around the age of, at the age of 19, Baker realized he was trans.

01:45:35.600 That would be 2010.

01:45:37.760 Baker, knowing that they were trans and a man and identifying as a man, went on to compete in all of these top leagues,

01:45:44.800 winning gold in 2016, 2017, bronze in 2018 at the World Championships, the Summer X Games, 2014, Norway 2018, 2013, 2013, 2013, 2006.

01:45:53.740 Well, we'll exclude 2006.

01:45:56.120 But this is an individual who placed and meddled in numerous competitions, knowing and publicly stating now that they were a man competing in the women's division.

01:46:05.660 And I take umbrage at that, and I take offense at that as a trans woman.

01:46:09.800 You know, you are what you say you are.

01:46:11.760 You choose your identity.

01:46:13.300 If you follow the science, it makes it very clear.

01:46:17.440 And so she's a man.

01:46:18.520 Um, and so for her to compete in women's sports, for he to compete, I'm sorry, in women's sports, uh, as a man that's upsetting to me, I think that's bigoted and inconsiderate of him.

01:46:30.740 Um, and so an apology would be nice for, for that.

01:46:34.940 Because that's not fair to, to my trans community.

01:46:37.940 I don't appreciate that.

01:46:39.080 The big deal, this is a story from, uh, 2021, and they mentioned that Baker, uh, quit the Tokyo Olympics to publicly come out as, as a, as trans man using he, him.

01:46:49.720 Uh, I think later Leo then said, no, I'm non-binary, I'm not a man, but still he goes by, goes by he, him, or they, them.

01:46:55.000 Uh, the opening line is, oh my boy, I just am.

01:46:58.080 Um, so this, this, this is, this is the issue I see.

01:47:01.060 Whenever it's a female identifying as a man, there's never a question of this person competing against other women, right?

01:47:09.200 So Leo Baker said, I'm a man, but I'm going to keep competing against women. 1.00

01:47:12.260 Okay, well, do we have a standard here?

01:47:13.900 If the argument is that biological males can compete against females because.

01:48:35.380 Visit Desjardins.com slash care and get insurance that's really big on care.

01:48:41.540 Did I mention that we care?

01:48:43.000 If it's a women's league, not a male league, then this must be true for Leo Baker. 0.56

01:48:51.480 And Leo Baker should return the prize money, turn in the medals, and admit to cheating.

01:48:56.460 I think we should see where the science is on that.

01:49:00.460 I think we should—the science is always progressing and evolving, and it's very fluid.

01:49:05.020 And so we should defer to the doctors.

01:49:07.600 And, you know, if they say that technically if she wants to compete in women's sports still, I think we really just need to—sorry, he—defer to the doctors on that.

01:49:19.300 I fully trust the doctors.

01:49:21.840 I really trust the science and what they say.

01:49:26.100 And I think it's very credible.

01:49:28.920 And so I think we should defer to them on very nuanced issues like this.

01:49:32.900 Yeah, one of the issues I take, too, with the way Wikipedia handles these things is that it says, you know, when you look up somebody, it often doesn't tell you that the person transitioned.

01:49:44.820 So there will be an individual who was born male and lived as a male for 35 years.

01:49:50.160 Then they'll scrub all references to the individual as a male, and it'll say, you know, say, she won this, she won that.

01:49:57.380 And that's important because as it pertains to, say, a female who transitions to male, when it says things like, he won the world championships, you're imagining in your mind this—like, if you don't know anything about this person, and you don't know they're trans because they don't include it in the article.

01:50:12.640 This—I'm not speaking of Leo Baker because it does say transgender, but there are pages where it will not explain to you that this athlete was born female, won the female championships, when they scrub all references to gender, and it says he won the world championships, you're assuming a guy who won—

01:50:28.060 It's almost Orwellian, you know?

01:50:29.980 You think about the book 1984.

01:50:31.660 1984, it's almost an Orwellian world that we're living in, where there's doublespeak and things are the opposite of what they actually are.

01:50:40.560 And sometimes I feel like we're living in George Orwell's 1984, but I did Google the actress that was in Juno that has now become a man.

01:50:49.260 I am forgetting her name at this time.

01:50:51.100 Elliot Page.

01:50:51.340 Elliot Page, but very confusing going on there because Wikipedia—I mean, if you just read it, and they keep saying they, which is proper, but at times can be confusing even to a law school-educated person like me.

01:51:06.900 But yeah, it can be confusing.

01:51:08.520 I mean, so I think this story is actually very sad, if you guys are familiar with it.

01:51:15.840 As Alan Page, you know, now Elliot Page, I guess in Page's book, I'll just say Page, Page says something to the effect of Page was suicidal, self-harming, and heard a voice telling them to gender transition or whatever.

01:51:33.700 And it was something like that.

01:51:35.780 It was a huge scandal, actually, when this came out, because it's like, here's a person who is suffering from years of abuse in Hollywood, who's having a psychotic break, and is trying to figure out how to remedy this solution.

01:51:48.880 Instead of getting a doctor to help this person get them away from the abusers, they just said, sterilize yourself.

01:51:54.320 Yeah, and Elliot Page, it's a whole can of worms, too.

01:52:01.940 Like, you know, how old were they when Juno came out?

01:52:04.480 I think they were like 19 or something.

01:52:06.420 I think younger than that.

01:52:07.360 Was she younger than that?

01:52:09.180 Let me check.

01:52:10.140 When was Juno?

01:52:11.260 So, I don't know.

01:52:12.260 Hollywood's so weird.

01:52:13.040 Like, Megan Fox has three trans kids.

01:52:16.340 There's a lot of other people.

01:52:17.240 And I take offense to that, because the statistical probability of you having three trans kids is in the trillions. 1.00

01:52:23.240 And Jordan Peterson pointed that out.

01:52:25.940 So, either she's lying, or she's the luckiest woman on Earth, depending on how you view it, to have three trans kids. 0.58

01:52:33.520 But that definitely seems odd, just statistically.

01:52:37.980 She was in Trailer Park Boys.

01:52:40.320 Alan was?

01:52:40.920 I love Trailer Park Boys.

01:52:41.260 Yeah, when she was real young.

01:52:43.660 That was her first grade.

01:52:45.400 I think her first, it says when she was 13, she started in the industry.

01:52:48.940 Oh, no, younger than that.

01:52:50.920 See, I think that's part of it, too. 0.96

01:52:52.100 Because it's almost impossible to be a child actor and not have a mental illness, sadly. 0.67

01:52:56.960 I mean, it is.

01:52:57.780 I think you get on set, and people treat you different.

01:53:00.880 And then, I don't know.

01:53:02.180 I think she talks about how she was sexually abused.

01:53:04.860 And that's a big one, too. 0.54

01:53:05.820 You know, a lot of people that identify as gay were sexually abused in their youth.

01:53:10.760 The story that I heard, and I'm not saying it's true or anything. 0.61

01:53:13.720 It's just, this is a component of the press around it, was that Ellen Page had been raped 0.90

01:53:18.460 and abused in Hollywood as a child and teenager.

01:53:22.080 And I think, you know, Page probably writes about this.

01:53:24.820 And the story goes that Page decided to adopt a male persona as a defense mechanism against 0.99

01:53:32.240 being raped by large, disgusting Hollywood men. 0.98

01:53:36.040 It's this thing where it's like, if only I was a guy, this would have never have happened to me. 0.99

01:53:41.160 And so, you know, when you see that story where Page says that there's a voice in her head

01:53:45.320 telling her to do things and she was self-harming, it's kind of like, wow, this individual needed

01:53:49.640 serious help but didn't get it.

01:53:52.760 I don't like what the medical community, definitely.

01:53:55.840 I think we need to make sure that we're helping people and not harming people.

01:53:59.860 And I think the medical community could definitely do better with making sure that they don't

01:54:05.460 confuse people that are already suffering from issues.

01:54:10.060 And I feel like oftentimes the medical community just exacerbates it.

01:54:13.540 Didn't you say you struggled with mental health stuff?

01:54:15.560 Yeah, I always have.

01:54:16.360 That's why this is an issue that's dear to my heart.

01:54:18.760 Have you ever...

01:54:19.300 Real quick, sorry.

01:54:20.380 I want to make sure this is clear because I am not saying psychotic break as an insult.

01:54:23.960 I am not trying to disparage this person.

01:54:25.640 Here's an excerpt from the LA Times.

01:54:27.700 One night he tried to knock himself out, took his knuckles to his face and pounded over

01:54:31.860 and over until bruises formed.

01:54:33.600 Four days after, he sat in a lawn chair on the porch, ashamed, his face sore, and then

01:54:37.840 he heard a voice, you don't have to feel this way.

01:54:40.980 It was a small voice, barely discernible, but it kept echoing in his head a way out.

01:54:45.140 It was something, it was as if something in my brain turned on.

01:54:48.320 The agonizing voice saying, no, you're not.

01:54:50.520 No, you can't just switched and became, no, you can't just switched and became very gentle

01:54:56.160 and loving.

01:54:56.480 Oh, maybe I'm trans, why don't I explore that?

01:54:58.940 Within weeks, he'd schedule a Zoom consultation with a doctor to discuss top surgery.

01:55:02.460 The procedure was scheduled for November.

01:55:04.120 A month later, he announced to fans on Instagram who have known him since the release of Juno

01:55:08.380 13 years prior that his name was Elliot.

01:55:10.140 I want to stress this.

01:55:11.700 A psychotic episode where Ellen Page, at the time, by Ellen, beating herself in the face

01:55:17.860 until her face was physically damaged, hearing a voice then saying, maybe you're trans,

01:55:22.720 maybe you're trans, within weeks.

01:55:25.700 We're not talking about a long period of psychological assistance and medical evaluation.

01:55:29.720 Within weeks.

01:55:31.060 Where is the point in the story where Page's friends intervened and said, 5150.

01:55:37.440 This person has been self-harming to an extreme degree, is having severe emotional distress,

01:55:41.700 and needs help.

01:55:42.200 Instead, there was no assistance.

01:55:43.940 There was no help.

01:55:44.940 Page called the doctor within weeks.

01:55:46.420 And they were like, we will give you surgery on your chest.

01:55:48.500 Tim, you're not suggesting that people that are trans have mental health problems. 0.91

01:55:54.920 No, I'm suggesting that Elliot-

01:55:56.180 I'm suggesting that.

01:55:57.660 Elliot Page- 0.98

01:55:59.160 That's ridiculous. 0.98

01:56:00.360 Come on, Josh. 0.98

01:56:01.980 No, no, no.

01:56:02.300 Hold on.

01:56:02.720 There's a distinction.

01:56:03.800 This is important here. 0.93

01:56:04.960 Some people have mental health problems, and they'll claim to be trans.

01:56:08.680 And you need to get to the root of what is the mental health reason behind a person's

01:56:13.420 statements or actions.

01:56:14.640 If there is someone who is suffering from gender dysphoria, as defined by the DSM-5,

01:56:19.360 that is very distinct from someone who's having a psychotic break and punching themselves

01:56:23.140 in the face over and over again.

01:56:24.460 So the problem I think we're seeing is, with someone like Dylan Mulvaney, who I believe

01:56:28.900 suffers, and I'm not a doctor, narcissistic personality disorder and borderline personality

01:56:34.120 disorder, histrionics, all of those things, they then say, if Dylan Mulvaney says they're 0.99

01:56:40.000 trans, there's no diagnosis, be damned. 0.99

01:56:42.580 There's a multitude of mental disorders and illnesses that can outwardly manifest as a 0.99

01:56:48.620 person claiming they're the opposite gender.

01:56:51.040 There is a distinction between gender dysphoria.

01:56:53.640 A person looks in a mirror, they feel a sense of anxiety and dread over how they perceive

01:57:01.000 their body.

01:57:01.840 It's not even about gender in that regard.

01:57:03.500 There's body dysmorphia.

01:57:04.520 There's weight issues like anorexia, bulimia, et cetera.

01:57:07.820 And then there are people who are outright psychotic.

01:57:10.780 And that's not an insult.

01:57:12.000 There are people who can't discern illusion from reality or imagination from reality.

01:57:17.300 If both of these people come to you and say, I'm not actually a man, I'm a woman, and there's

01:57:22.380 no effort to actually provide medical assistance, you are not going to help either of them.

01:57:27.120 You're going to take someone like Elliot Page, look, if you're 36 and you're beating yourself

01:57:32.920 in the face over and over again, that is not gender dysphoria.

01:57:35.760 And a doctor needs to come and say, this is self-harm, this is anxiety, panic, psychotic

01:57:40.320 breaks, physical violence.

01:57:42.040 This person needs help and loving care.

01:57:44.580 Instead, Page, who is clearly not in the right state of mind to understand what's wrong with

01:57:50.200 them.

01:57:50.640 I want to stress this.

01:57:51.340 If you saw a person in an alley beating themselves in the face, and then that person with no

01:57:56.420 medical assistance called a gender surgeon, a gender surgery doctor, and said, please 0.96

01:58:01.340 cut off my breast.

01:58:03.300 And the doctor said, you got it.

01:58:04.360 We'd be going, whoa, whoa, whoa, we need diagnoses here.

01:58:07.040 And I just want to commend you.

01:58:08.180 This is one conservative point that I will agree with that you're espousing that the conservatives

01:58:13.220 make, which is that we should treat mental health problems.

01:58:16.360 I feel like often the left just kind of indulges people's beliefs, whether they're right or

01:58:23.620 not.

01:58:24.820 And the right actually wants, sometimes I don't like agreeing with them, but sometimes they

01:58:29.440 actually like treating people's mental health problems and making sure that they're okay.

01:58:34.060 So I do commend you, Tim, on that conservative point that we should actually address severe

01:58:39.000 mental health problems.

01:58:39.880 As a mental health advocate, I just wanted to...

01:58:42.120 And this is legit, right?

01:58:44.040 So let's take a look at other body dysmorphic disorders.

01:58:48.360 Anorexia.

01:58:48.960 There's big erexia, too, where the bodybuilders get so big their heart explodes.

01:58:52.680 Yep.

01:58:52.900 They keep working out.

01:58:54.260 They keep eating protein or they take steroids because they feel like they're weak.

01:58:57.300 They look in the mirror and they see scrawny and their brains are not showing...

01:59:02.260 They're not understanding reality. 0.79

01:59:04.040 Anorexia.

01:59:04.680 How does it manifest?

01:59:06.440 Do people who are of average weight, who feel like they're fat, beat themselves to the

01:59:11.360 point, where they're bloody, and then, no, they stop eating?

01:59:15.720 So when we're looking at body dysmorphic disorders, it typically, at least when you look at the

01:59:21.080 literature and the stories, I'm sure there are exceptions, it manifests in a way that

01:59:25.720 alters the body in some fashion.

01:59:28.500 The obvious, again, being anorexia, they stop eating.

01:59:30.600 When you look at the story of Paige, I mean, the news reporting Daily Caller, Elliot Page

01:59:35.640 says, voice in her head told her she was trans if she tried to punch herself to death.

01:59:40.100 Do anorexic people look in the mirror and see themselves as fat and start beating themselves 0.98

01:59:43.820 mercilessly?

01:59:44.820 I'm sure there are some exceptions, but typically, body dysmorphic disorders result in people

01:59:49.540 trying to alter their body.

01:59:50.660 Another example is general body dysmorphic disorder.

01:59:53.580 There are people who want to remove their hands, for instance, and they'll go to doctors

01:59:57.100 and say, my hand is not part of my body, it doesn't feel, it feels like there's a foreign

02:00:01.720 object attached to my body, I need it removed, and they'll say, absolutely not.

02:00:04.940 We will not cut your hand off.

02:00:06.940 Some of these people have been known to stage accidents, where they will flip a car or have

02:00:12.280 a, like a car, they'll put a car on like a jack and then pop the jack so it falls and

02:00:16.620 crushes their arm, so they force the doctors, yep, there have been, so that is self-harm in

02:00:23.440 a way that manifests the body change they desired.

02:00:26.420 There's also individuals who self-harm related to their gender.

02:00:31.380 There's a distinction here.

02:00:33.000 I think when you look at a story of Elliot Page, you can see how this is not proper healthcare

02:00:36.960 for individuals who are suffering.

02:00:38.700 I think it's fair to say when you look at, like, Dylan Mulvaney is a great example.

02:00:43.180 Dylan Mulvaney, I believe, got plastic surgery for the same reason Madonna did, right?

02:00:47.400 You want to be in the limelight, you want the attention, and you'll do whatever it takes

02:00:50.780 to get it.

02:00:51.180 So Madonna, of course, is a very old woman, still wants to look a certain way and be in 0.95

02:00:56.280 the spotlight, so Madonna goes and gets this ridiculous surgery, and it makes her face look 1.00

02:00:59.380 many people, in a way that many people criticize.

02:01:02.480 Dylan Mulvaney is doing the same thing.

02:01:04.420 There is this knee-jerk reaction to assume if someone says they're gender dysphoric, diagnosis

02:01:09.760 be damned, just do whatever they want, even though there's a plethora of either illnesses

02:01:14.020 or disorders that could lead to someone saying that. 0.98

02:01:15.880 I think when people, you brought up anorexia or anorexic, we don't tell them, yes, you really

02:01:23.020 are too fat and you should lose more weight.

02:01:25.360 We treat the problem, right? 0.98

02:01:27.460 And when people are schizophrenic and say the FBI is after me and that man's stalking me

02:01:31.960 in the bushes, we don't go, yes, you are correct.

02:01:34.220 We don't indulge their delusions.

02:01:36.240 And so I take offense when the world and the medical community indulges people's delusions,

02:01:42.660 and I don't like that.

02:01:45.140 But I'm grateful that they respect my gender identity and my right to...

02:01:50.820 Josh, you're a great actor.

02:01:52.200 I just, I mean, I said at the beginning, you're winning this debate.

02:01:55.080 You're doing well today.

02:01:56.260 I mean, I thought...

02:01:56.840 I just think the onus is on the medical community to treat mental illness and mental health problems,

02:02:04.780 and if someone's anorexic or schizophrenic, they say, no, you're wrong, and we're going

02:02:10.340 to help you and get you treatment.

02:02:12.520 And they lock you up, because I know, you know, they'll...

02:02:14.520 Yeah, but I'm very grateful that, you know, they are there.

02:02:17.700 The medical community allows me to just be me and to express myself at the same time,

02:02:23.100 so I don't want to look like I'm overly criticizing them.

02:02:26.060 But, yeah.

02:02:27.940 Well, we got about 10 minutes, but where do you guys think we end up in 5, 10 years?

02:02:32.780 Personally, I do think about this a lot, and whether we want to say Amin Khalifa, you know,

02:02:38.120 hermaphrodite or whatever, I do think, Tim, this is what scares me when we talk about the

02:02:42.520 pendulum swinging back, there are going to be more children or parents of children that

02:02:47.160 encourage their kids to transition to have an advantage in sports.

02:02:50.100 I think we're going to see that boom in the next 5 or 10 years, because I would have

02:02:54.620 never guessed that there would be somebody with XY chromosomes winning an Olympic gold

02:02:58.100 medal, so I don't know if we ever get more conservative, and there's, you know, the trans 1.00

02:03:02.800 movement slows down, but I do think the sports angle is only going to get just more prevalent.

02:03:09.880 As a trans woman, I just, I don't like gender ideology or gender identities being pushed on

02:03:16.080 kids, and so I think there will be pushback the more and more children are being drawn into

02:03:22.540 this, usually by the very far left.

02:03:24.680 Again, I'm a libertarian trans woman, but the more and more children are brought into 0.99

02:03:29.380 it, the more and more pushback there's going to be, and so I really think that we need to

02:03:35.000 just let kids be kids, and it doesn't help my movement that there's parts of it and extremist

02:03:43.000 parts of it that are trying to involve children in it, and that is not okay, and I don't like

02:03:47.860 that, and I think that's anathema to freedom and to what this country should stand for.

02:03:52.780 And I agree with you, and I just want to make this point.

02:03:54.360 Have you seen this meme, Tim, where they have a public school, and then they have a prison,

02:03:58.980 and like they show the cafeteria in the prison, they show the cafeteria in the public school,

02:04:02.220 it looks the same, and it's a meme.

02:04:04.020 So I guess my point is, I think we should protect kids, but I don't think kids are protected

02:04:08.380 at all.

02:04:08.780 I think they're the most vulnerable, and people take advantage of their vulnerability, and that's

02:04:12.780 why this movement's only going to get worse.

02:04:14.340 Well, in public schools, the more and more extreme public schools are getting with the

02:04:19.120 far-left narrative, the more and more parents are going to be yanking them out.

02:04:22.140 I was homeschooled my whole life, Tim.

02:04:23.780 I don't know if you know that.

02:04:25.040 My parents took my brothers out of public school when they were in third grade and homeschooled

02:04:30.820 me from the time I was able to go to school.

02:04:32.800 I never went to public school except for one year when I begged my parents as a typical high

02:04:37.640 schooler, please, please, I want to go to experience public school and go to prom and homecoming.

02:04:42.000 They let me go for one year.

02:04:43.400 It was miserable.

02:04:44.400 I was bullied. 0.99

02:04:45.760 It did suck the one year. 0.88

02:04:46.980 Yeah, it was terrible because I didn't know the people.

02:04:50.000 I hadn't been in school with them since childhood.

02:04:52.100 I'd been in this conservative, homeschooled group, cadre of individuals from a very small

02:04:58.680 age.

02:04:58.800 Is that how your parents did it, in group teaching, kind of?

02:05:01.500 It was an individual with just me and my brothers and my mother teaching us, but once

02:05:05.720 a week we'd meet at a place called La Casa.

02:05:08.460 I'm not sure why it was called that.

02:05:09.860 Obviously, it's Spanish for the house where other homeschooled kids in the area would come.

02:05:13.680 So we have, I still keep in contact with a lot of the kids I was homeschooled with in

02:05:17.900 La Casa, but it was just my mom teaching me and my brothers.

02:05:21.220 That has to be cool.

02:05:21.520 You're really close to the mom.

02:05:22.740 You're obviously very smart.

02:05:23.680 You went to law school.

02:05:24.300 I went to law school and my brothers both have post-bachelor degrees and undergrad degrees.

02:05:31.560 So we all did well, even though our mother homeschooled us.

02:05:35.000 And I think a lot of people are going to turn to alternative methods of education the

02:05:39.880 more and more the public schools become this disaster that they are.

02:05:44.020 Um, and I, again, as a libertarian, I think that's good because I don't want my kids being

02:05:50.480 taught patently false things by public schools.

02:05:54.560 And so that's just going to keep happening.

02:05:56.640 There's going to keep being pushback.

02:05:59.180 You're one of the greatest comedians of our generation.

02:06:01.580 You're like Andy Kaufman.

02:06:02.720 We're going to look back at this.

02:06:04.060 Why do you keep calling me a comedian though?

02:06:07.260 Because you're funny in your clips.

02:06:09.160 That's why it gets millions of views.

02:06:10.380 You're talking about the green salsa.

02:06:11.760 And I'm just trying to encourage, you know, the mega, you say mega and say the maga.

02:06:17.240 You're funny.

02:06:18.020 You are very funny.

02:06:19.200 I just want to encourage, you know, debate and discussion on my page and get people to

02:06:24.760 think and to, you know, again, I think it's been lost in America because of the far left,

02:06:30.480 just open discussion and understanding it's okay to disagree.

02:06:33.980 And I just want to encourage people to have a conversation again.

02:06:37.520 And so I'm glad I came here so we could have a conversation, even if Alex, we don't

02:06:41.700 agree on everything.

02:06:42.340 But I am your friend and I would, if I can ever do anything to help you, Josh, don't

02:06:46.320 ever hesitate to reach out.

02:06:47.420 And I think you're a nice guy.

02:06:48.800 And I do think it's important what you're doing because it shows the hypocrisy and it

02:06:53.040 kind of shows the double.

02:06:54.880 No, no, no, hold on, hold on, hold on.

02:06:56.460 You see, you took it the wrong way.

02:06:58.020 What you're doing does show the hypocrisy, whether it's genuine or otherwise.

02:07:00.740 It's if you are, if you, if you are in earnest presenting these ideas, a hypocrisy of the

02:07:06.080 far left, right?

02:07:07.800 Attacking you and criticizing you when you've abided by everything they say is the right

02:07:12.120 way to do it.

02:07:13.160 It shows that they never actually cared when they say you don't have to look a certain

02:07:17.220 way.

02:07:17.480 Anybody can be a woman. 1.00

02:07:18.380 You say, thank you.

02:07:18.980 I agree.

02:07:19.360 I'm a woman.

02:07:19.720 And then they yell at you.

02:07:20.720 Or I think the trans for Palestine thing is a really good example.

02:07:23.740 That's a great example.

02:07:24.460 I don't see you doing anything that's violative of their worldview, but they got mad about it

02:07:28.760 anyway. 1.00

02:07:28.960 They're hypocrites. 0.99

02:07:29.680 It's culture jamming. 0.99

02:07:30.600 It is culture jamming.

02:07:31.700 It's why I'm not, you know, a liberal and I'm a libertarian and always will be.

02:07:35.440 But I'm also a trans woman, but I don't want that to be my only identity.

02:07:39.060 And I don't want that to define me.

02:07:41.380 I am just, you know, an individual going through life and I'm more than just my gender.

02:07:47.680 And so I hope people remember me for more than that.

02:07:51.160 Remember me for other things that I did.

02:07:53.580 So, yeah, you'll definitely be remembered.

02:07:56.880 Yeah.

02:07:57.320 So, but I think you are going to be remembered for this.

02:08:00.700 I mean, I just, yeah, I'm just, I don't know how you're going to shake that.

02:08:03.820 You're the bachelor person.

02:08:05.360 Oh, it's, it's, it's real simple.

02:08:06.620 And, you know, six, seven months, Josh comes out and just says, you know, I thought about

02:08:09.620 it and I kind of feel more like a man now.

02:08:10.940 So thank you everybody.

02:08:11.760 Well, I mean, you could do that right now for me to present more masculine and femme and the

02:08:17.480 medical community and the science has made that clear.

02:08:19.820 So I posted a couple of pics to my story over the last couple of weeks of just me expressing

02:08:24.540 myself in my individuality, which I thought we were all about.

02:08:28.920 And so I presented a little more masculine on my story and people lost it.

02:08:34.500 And I don't understand it because I can present like today.

02:08:38.180 I'm a little more androgynous, obvious, because it's a professional.

02:08:41.120 I wanted to be more professional coming on the show wearing a pantsuit.

02:08:44.260 And I posted it to Instagram and said, oh, I'm going on the Tim cast podcast.

02:08:49.140 And people were like, you can't wear that.

02:08:51.300 And I saw one of them had their voting for Biden-Harris.

02:08:54.260 And I'm thinking, why can't I?

02:08:56.140 I thought we weren't supposed to police people's sartorial attire.

02:08:59.140 So a little discouraging.

02:09:00.580 But yeah, I can present however I want.

02:09:03.680 And it just sucks that not everyone's accepting.

02:09:07.600 So I accept you.

02:09:08.700 I do.

02:09:09.060 Thanks, Alex.

02:09:10.520 So any final thoughts on I guess that may have been it?

02:09:14.320 What do you want to say?

02:09:15.300 I guess is that your final thought?

02:09:16.340 Because, you know, this a lot of people are going to see this.

02:09:18.200 And I'm sure these clips are going to go viral.

02:09:20.040 You know what it's like to go viral?

02:09:22.300 Like what is, I guess, your message or what do you?

02:09:24.900 Yeah, well, I just want to say first and foremost, Tim, thanks for having me on the show.

02:09:29.720 I, you know, just hope that I get people to think a little bit more and have a discussion with your neighbor.

02:09:39.280 Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you need to hate them.

02:09:42.560 It doesn't mean they're terrible.

02:09:45.440 It's okay to disagree with people.

02:09:47.080 Well, I disagree with Alex, but I would consider him a friend at this point.

02:09:50.520 And I may disagree with Tim on some things.

02:09:52.780 But my final thoughts are just be kind to each other.

02:09:57.880 Thank you for having me.

02:09:59.180 I think it's a bit, but you're a genius.

02:10:01.960 And you need to keep it up.

02:10:04.760 You need to just keep it up as long as you can because it's pissing off all the right people.

02:10:08.920 And it's giving entertainment to a lot of people as well.

02:10:11.880 So, bravo.

02:10:13.180 My recommendation would be to get more cinematic as time goes on.

02:10:17.460 You know?

02:10:17.900 I mean, you've got to compete in sports.

02:10:19.360 I think that has to be the next thing.

02:10:20.700 I think that would break the internet.

02:10:22.380 You know, that's cliche.

02:10:23.580 That would just, that would make major news if you went and won a cycling contest.

02:10:27.200 Have you ever watched How To Basic?

02:10:29.440 No.

02:10:30.320 Is that a YouTube channel?

02:10:31.440 It's an old school YouTube channel.

02:10:32.540 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

02:10:32.900 And so, it was this big YouTube channel that started out with how to change the toilet paper.

02:10:39.460 It was the dad or whatever?

02:10:40.720 I don't know.

02:10:41.540 It was a guy filming.

02:10:42.400 Oh, then he shows you how to do a tie?

02:10:43.620 No, no, no, no.

02:10:44.300 It was, it's a first person POV and it would be like, how to change toilet paper roll.

02:10:48.520 And then it would, the hand comes in and then lifts it up and pulls the old roll off.

02:10:52.940 Then puts a new one on, puts it down and then it's over.

02:10:54.880 That was the video.

02:10:55.900 The next video was, you know, how to do, how to start a lawnmower.

02:11:00.220 However, but slowly over time, the videos were getting more and more strange until after

02:11:07.100 about a year, it was like, how to close a refrigerator and it's the camera shaking, eggs flying everywhere.

02:11:14.060 There's a guy spraying ketchup and he's going, and it just, every video got slightly crazier

02:11:20.320 until the whole channel was just like horror nonsense site.

02:11:25.860 Let me, let me see if I can pull something up.

02:11:27.040 Oh, actually, you know who the best, well, I don't know if this is considered performance

02:11:31.460 art, but Tim, do you know Nick Akato?

02:11:33.340 17 million views.

02:11:34.620 This Nicky Avocado lost all the weight.

02:11:36.280 I know, Nick Akato lost all that weight.

02:11:39.060 Look at you taking over the area.

02:11:40.540 Look at this, look at this.

02:11:42.080 How to pick up an umbrella.

02:11:46.700 That was it.

02:11:47.540 That's the whole video.

02:11:49.080 And then, oh, did they?

02:11:50.260 Like, right.

02:11:51.440 And so then, as you see, as we go to oldest, so it's how to save power in terms of light

02:11:57.140 off, how to close a door, how to viciously put a lid on plastic.

02:12:01.180 It slowly starts getting weirder and weirder how to click a big pen.

02:12:05.580 And then if we just like go forward, I don't know, let's just jump way, way forward.

02:12:10.980 Here we go.

02:12:12.980 How to make breakfast.

02:12:18.920 It's just becoming increasingly more unhinged.

02:12:23.220 That's annoying.

02:12:24.080 I would never watch that.

02:12:28.680 So it's like, right now, that wasn't that crazy, right?

02:12:32.260 It's like, okay, it's kind of weird, but you just keep going further and further.

02:12:37.780 I don't know what he's doing lately.

02:12:40.980 Yeah, this is not as crazy.

02:12:42.560 There's like, I don't know where the ones where he's throwing eggs and smashing everything.

02:12:47.560 Oh, these are new ones.

02:12:50.180 Where's the oldest?

02:12:52.440 What's the most popular one?

02:12:53.940 How to get a six pack.

02:12:55.360 It's just like, yeah, eating crazy food.

02:12:59.320 Yeah.

02:12:59.920 Well, Tim, I'm just going to keep being me, so I'm not going to make my page crazy.

02:13:04.440 I just want people to think and have discussions and a conversation.

02:13:08.300 And you should be posting on YouTube, and are you on YouTube yet?

02:13:12.500 I'm not.

02:13:13.080 I'm not on YouTube.

02:13:13.920 Because so many people talk about you.

02:13:15.680 Yeah, you've got a lot of followers.

02:13:17.220 You need to be on YouTube.

02:13:18.300 Big Instagram.

02:13:31.920 What do we have next week?

02:13:33.760 Am I allowed to say what's going on next week?

02:13:35.240 I don't know if I am.

02:13:36.400 Oh, I think next week we're doing a Section 230 debate, which is big, because there's

02:13:39.180 a lawsuit that could end Section 230.

02:13:40.960 This is huge.

02:13:41.780 Is that the-

02:13:42.460 Jason Fick, I think his name is.

02:13:43.780 It's January 6th.

02:13:44.420 What's the Section 230?

02:13:45.680 Section 230 is where you can't sue Facebook, because-

02:13:48.840 Oh, yeah.

02:13:49.620 But there's a lawsuit that's actually made it through, which is going to be huge, and so

02:13:53.440 we'll probably talk about this one.

02:13:54.900 But we'll wrap it up there, my friends.

02:13:56.260 Thank you all so much for hanging out and watching the show, and we will see you all
