00:08:56.640 that was the guy that reported, um, that incident, and he went there and dealt with it on March 5th,

00:09:01.840 2016, now, from what I understand, he's a police officer for LAPD, but back then, he was, like, a

00:09:06.600 security director for the Intercontinental Hotel, where that, um, you know, situation happened with

00:09:12.600 Didi and Cassie, now, um, during his testimony, I'm going to summarize this for you guys, basically,

00:09:17.360 the piece of evidence that they brought in was his incident report at the Intercontinental Hotel

00:09:21.520 on that day, and basically, what happened was, he reported, um, you know, what transpired in that

00:09:26.700 day, but he left out a couple of things that he didn't necessarily talk about when he, uh, that,

00:09:31.360 that he left out things from the report that he talked about, well, as you understand, two big ones

00:09:35.300 were, um, that Cassidy had a black eye, and that, um, there was a third man in the room, uh, on the

00:09:43.000 sixth floor of the Intercontinental Hotel, and the reason he saw this is because he went to open the

00:09:47.880 door, uh, when Cassie was getting her stuff and leaving, and he saw another individual in the

00:09:53.280 room. Now, on cross-examination, Brian Steele, the attorney for Young Thug, you know, kind of,

00:09:59.360 you know, got him on a couple of these inconsistencies, because the problem is that,

00:10:02.500 um, the black eye, namely, which is the, I would say, the most important fact, he didn't put that in

00:10:06.820 his incident report, and Brian was like, well, if it was such a pertinent fact back then,

00:10:10.660 and you remember it 10 years later while you're testifying, why didn't you put that in your

00:10:13.480 incident report? You know, as someone who's security for the hotel, you have a duty to

00:10:17.460 make sure if someone's actually injured on the property that you documented, um, and he didn't

00:10:21.440 really have an answer for that, and the other thing that was very important is that he had,

00:10:24.980 um, the security guard said, Diddy told Cassidy, you can't leave, right? That's what he told

00:10:32.500 in his testimony, but when you read the report, the report says, um, Diddy told her to leave,

00:10:37.820 so that's another big discrepancy that Brian Steele's able to catch him on, so on testimony,

00:10:42.700 he says, oh, yeah, Diddy told her not to leave, but in his report, it says, Diddy told her to leave,

00:11:43.760 very poorly written, didn't have facts in it, and he mentioned facts during testimony that were not

00:11:49.440 in that report that the government relied upon, so they beat him up on that, that was the first

00:11:53.600 witness, right? Second witness, um, was a stripper named, uh, Phillips, uh, and he went for two days,

00:12:00.680 uh, during the direct examination, long story short, he basically was saying that he was getting paid,

00:14:33.400 was, um, so, the guy told a story of how he witnessed Diddy, okay, assault Cassie, and the

00:14:41.360 way it went, basically, was he showed up, him and Cassie had sex, right? And after he

00:14:46.380 had sex, what he basically does is he kind of sits there in the living room for a bit

00:14:49.480 and he waits until he's dismissed, okay? Because during these freak-offs, which would occur

00:14:53.800 for hours at a time, sometimes days, there'd be sessions, okay, in these freak-offs. And
