00:01:57.740 all right we are back what's up guys welcome to fed it man uh sorry for the delay guys this one took

00:02:08.940 me a long time to prepare for because this case is very complex there's a lot of information out there

00:02:14.000 i had to go ahead and get a bunch of content ready for y'all um some of it is going to be from

00:02:18.580 netflix some of it's going to be from youtube i gotta dance around the netflix because you guys

00:02:22.160 know copyright is a you know a pain so uh yeah pretty much i was gathering everything and as you

00:02:33.000 have all the information right there and then i have all my tabs sorted and you know ready to go

00:02:36.940 and i kind of have an idea of how i'm gonna do it so um angie's here i know you guys are probably

00:02:42.160 wondering where's angie she's uh she's here she's just like uh you know being a woman getting dressed 1.00

00:03:21.760 show you guys real fast um i went ahead and made it into a playlist for you guys uh hold on one second

00:03:28.960 i'm pulling it up for y'all right now so you guys kind of have an idea of where it's at so it's easier

00:03:33.800 to find um and while you guys are here man if you or if you haven't already please go ahead

00:03:39.380 and subscribe to the channel and like the video um so if you go to channel right i'm trying to make

00:03:44.720 everything easier for you guys right so obviously the most viewed videos are here all the most recent

00:03:49.380 um videos are here right then you can go to sunday videos which are all the live streams right

00:03:54.220 then you got the thursday videos which is typically when i break down a documentary or i react to certain

00:03:59.060 things right then you got the serial killer cases right here i've covered pretty much most of the

00:04:08.060 the golden state killer for you guys because you guys requested that one and then here i got the

00:04:12.300 italian mafia right here for y'all i go over you know the origins hierarchy terms then i go into the

00:04:18.500 gambino crime family then i go into the lucchese's then i go into the bananos and uh donnie brasco um and

00:04:25.160 then we're going to do the genovese tonight and then i will go ahead and give you all columbia

00:04:28.920 colombo probably after that then i got a whole 9 11 series as well for y'all guys um where i cover

00:04:34.020 the 1993 world trade center bombing to 9 11 how the fbi actually solved the step by step um here let me

00:04:40.600 enlarge this for you guys so it's a little bit easier to see um osama bin laden how the cia tracked

00:04:44.800 them down and all the mistakes the cia made to find them uh then i start getting into the conspiracy

00:04:50.620 theories right i break down the new pearl harbor and then i bring ryan dawson on

00:04:54.980 okay probably one of the best 9 11 researchers because he covers an angle that no one wants to

00:05:01.700 cover and they're too scared to cover all right which we actually did a full episode on this on

00:05:06.180 rumble we talked about the saudi arabian involvement and the cia involvement with uh 9 11 and then we

00:05:11.480 went ahead and covered the entire situation involving them boys on rumble so make sure to go

00:05:16.820 ahead and check that one guys all right but yes i will cover the triads i will cover the yakuza i will

00:05:21.580 cover um the mexican cartel i will cover the columbia cartels i'm going to cover all the big

00:05:27.160 organized crime groups guys uh just be patient because like i said before if i'm going to do a

00:05:31.580 big organized crime group i'm going to do it correctly i'm going to probably do a series on

00:05:35.680 it just like i did with 9 11 um and everything else like that so uh so that's kind of how i do it

00:05:42.640 man i want to make sure i do it correctly so uh mafia i probably got two or three more episodes left

00:05:46.800 with that and then we'll probably move on to the next organized crime group right uh okay so let

00:05:51.920 me see here um oh and you set up you ready yeah okay what's up introduce yourself to the people

00:05:57.980 hi guys uh it's me and helica or angie as you prefer uh we'll be doing a very peculiar case and i

00:06:05.940 i don't know anything about this case i didn't know like that was the thing my myron just told me today

00:06:11.620 so i'll be reacting just like you guys like it'll be my first time knowing about this case yeah we

00:06:17.740 were gonna do a case what was the one that you that you were telling me about before that we were

00:06:21.780 gonna do and then i was like you know this one's probably better well uh we do have like a long

00:06:26.060 list of requests and i've been telling myron like you guys have been requesting the ice man and also

00:06:31.760 a prolific serial killer of canada robert robert picton i think it is and yeah i suggested those

00:06:39.800 case tomorrow but because myron would likes to keep up with like uh trending news and like trending

00:06:44.640 cases uh you told me about a new one i i think it was which one there was that you told me before

00:06:53.240 the one i told you uh you remember no which one i think it was a shooting in atlanta oh yes yes yes

00:07:00.420 yes there was a shooting in atlanta this week and then there was another shooting in texas man yo 0.99

00:07:03.800 there's been 200 mass shootings already guys in the united states shit is getting crazy out here man

00:07:08.340 yeah uh i suggested him the other case that has been trending like lately the one from these like 0.97

00:07:15.360 newlyweds that got killed uh a few days ago after their wedding in north carolina i don't know if you

00:07:22.020 guys know anything about that but like it's been trending non-stop this week so yeah i told him about

00:07:27.320 that well as well all right uh cool so uh what else do we got here we got here the armed forces of

00:08:07.000 angels banditos etc i didn't do a biker gang case but i did have a drug case that linked to a biker 0.97

00:08:13.240 gang and i just kind of stayed away from it because that was a big pain in the ass i didn't want to go 0.95

00:08:16.960 ahead and do another whole retrico case with another criminal organization but one of the guys that i was 0.91

00:08:20.860 investigating was uh was a bandito uh but that's a whole other situation but yes i will go ahead and

00:08:28.080 do organized uh biker gangs for y'all as well um curtis cole i love the content asked about frank

00:08:33.500 lucas case in the future also another good case would be the mendez brothers killing their parents 0.96

00:08:37.520 okay that's that's in the that's on the list that's on the list okay and this brothers yeah

00:08:42.020 shedrick straker goes can you make a series about drug cartels i will um myron i just want to thank

00:09:18.320 kingdoms so i am not surprised uh let's see here uh let's see yeah even back then in the biblical

00:09:26.720 times man they knew that you know women deserve less get the book by the way it's in stores right

00:09:31.100 now guys on amazon audible kindle paperback all over the place uh and then we got here

00:09:37.160 bro you skipped my super chat uh the good life can you find that for me angie i don't know if i skipped

00:09:42.560 them okay uh mr speak on it goes what are your thoughts on everything popping off in texas currently i was

00:09:47.120 going to cover that case but there's not enough information right now so it would have been

00:09:50.720 boring uh thanks for the content myron and angie appreciate that sooner history uh and then i think

00:09:55.700 am i caught up here yeah yeah i think so i'm caught up all right cool um so today guys we're going to 0.87

00:10:01.380 be covering the uh bomber pizza bomber case this one is fucking crazy man uh so let's get right into 0.92

00:10:09.340 it uh death of brian wells okay um the death of brian wells took place on august 28th 28th 2003 after wells 0.95

00:10:16.820 a pizza delivery man robbed a p&t bank near his hometown of erie pennsylvania united states upon

00:10:21.680 being apprehended by police wells was murdered when an explosive collar locked to his neck

00:10:25.700 detonated the plot subsequently uncovered has been described as one of the most complicated

00:10:29.880 bizarre crimes in the history of the federal bureau of investigation fbi in conjunction with the atf

00:10:35.280 and uh pennsylvania state police the fbi investigation into marjorie deal armstrong and kenneth barnes

00:10:39.640 being charged with the crime in 2007 now it's much more complex than that but uh i'm gonna go ahead

00:10:44.900 guys and we're gonna get right into uh we're gonna play a portion of this documentary i'm streaming

00:10:49.640 on twitch as well guys because i already know that youtube might be lame and try to shut this down

00:10:55.620 so this is what we're gonna do i'm gonna go ahead and play a portion of it right and i'm gonna pause

00:11:00.400 it often to give you guys commentary and to be honest with you i need to give you guys commentary

00:11:03.440 to make things make sense anyway uh and then uh and then i also have another documentary here as well

00:11:09.380 that we're gonna be using um but this one right here what we're gonna go over is the actual incident

00:11:14.920 that occurred where the bomb went off and him robbing the bank etc all the facts that kind of led to

00:11:19.380 that and we'll kind of work our way from there so we're gonna go with the bombing incident and then we're

00:11:23.180 gonna work our way backwards okay into the actual investigation and identify all the

00:11:27.140 conspirators involved i want you guys to pay attention because this case is very complex it's very bizarre

00:11:31.200 it's very weird um but it is uh nonetheless fairly entertaining um and then and do you have anything

00:11:38.200 before i get into this thing no i really don't know anything about this i'm like trigger i need to know

00:11:43.040 okay all right all right um so guys do me a quick favor like the video we're on twitch as well

00:11:48.260 so um if it does go down on youtube don't worry just be patient and it's gonna come back up and then

00:11:53.860 when you watch the replay it's gonna come back up uh but i'm gonna like i said before i'm gonna be

00:11:57.580 playing you think it's gonna be taken out uh am i what they'll do is like this stream is playing

00:12:02.480 blah blah blah and then it'll be lame okay but it but it's weird because when you play it back on

00:12:07.000 youtube it'll play um but yeah so i pretty much have it ready to go from where i want y'all to see

00:12:12.000 um this is a state trooper that was involved in this investigation from the beginning and one of the

00:12:16.980 responding officers back on um august 28 uh 2003 so um and this is the pizza bomber timeline right here

00:12:25.720 okay guys the pizza bomber case took more than seven years to investigate and prosecute with fbi

00:12:28.980 special agent jerry clark as the lead investigator here's a synopsis of some of the events in the

00:12:32.760 probe based on court records and other sources and it's compiled by ed uh palatella for the eerie

00:12:39.380 times news and we're gonna go over this right here august 28 2003 brian wells is killed when a bomb

00:12:44.420 locked to his neck explodes after he rubs the pnc bank and summit town center a shopping plaza just

00:12:49.220 south of erie pennsylvania wells tell state police before the collar bomb goes off that four black men

00:12:54.460 forced him to wear the device and rob the bank investigators later determined wells was lying

00:12:58.480 the night of august 28 2003 federal agent searched wells house on loveland avenue in mill creek township

00:13:03.800 they find nothing to indicate the collar bomb was built there all right so let's go ahead and get

00:13:08.440 into it my friends pnc bank which is located directly across here uh had been robbed by individual

00:13:18.000 apparently wearing a collar bomb

00:13:19.740 and as you guys can see here he walks into the bank right and he's chilling he's he's walking in 0.96

00:13:28.260 he's kind of strolling in he has this big ass bulge right on his shirt okay and it says guess on it's a 0.90

00:13:34.720 guest shirt and he's uh if you guys are wondering what that is right there it's a lollipop he actually 0.97

00:13:38.540 walked into the bank and took a lollipop from the from this little thing right here and he had a cane but

00:13:44.000 you guys are going to see what that cane actually was here in a second brian wells walked into pnc bank

00:13:49.220 with the cane and the collar around his neck

00:13:51.380 there's a cane right there what does that look like guys

00:13:56.420 learned that the cane it was actually a gun a cane yes it was my friends it was a shotgun

00:14:05.700 that was uh given to him by the masterminds here gun

00:14:11.820 he only hands up the teller a note

00:14:16.660 okay so this is one of the notes here goes bomb hostage you are to go to the pnc bank at summit

00:14:28.880 town center on peach street quietly give the following demand notes to a receptionist or

00:14:33.400 bank manager do not cause alarm get required money and deliver it to a specified location by

00:14:39.560 following notes that you will collect as uh i can't see what this says here but race going

00:14:45.640 against time okay each note leads to the next note and key until finished you will collect several

00:14:51.780 keys and a combination to remove bomb after police won't charge you because you were a hostage

00:14:58.000 most important explanation point do not radio phone or contact anyone alerting the authorities

00:15:03.960 your company or anyone else will bring you death if we spot police vehicles or aircraft you will be

00:15:10.240 killed this powerful booby trap bomb can be removed only by following our instructions using time

00:15:16.220 attempting to escape it will fail and blah blah blah so you can see here that these guys were on some 0.98

00:15:21.480 demon time this is some shit out of the movie saw right here man 0.91

00:15:26.100 the notes were were nine pages they were they were quite rambling in places there were a couple of 0.98

00:15:36.500 them that were instructions for brian there were one that he was to give to the to the bank manager

00:15:42.220 and he had a bunch of notes guys a bunch of them and we'll go through uh some of them in a little

00:15:53.420 bit more detail here in a little bit but uh let's keep going

00:15:56.420 and you guys are probably wondering why is it in such nice handwriting uh what they did was

00:16:02.660 they typed it and then they traced over it why did they do that well that's actually pretty smart that

00:16:08.260 they did that because it would make it um almost impossible to detect handwriting so if someone

00:16:13.700 comes in and trying to get a handwriting exemplar blah blah blah they won't be able to trace the

00:16:17.580 handwriting because the person basically typed it up on a typewriter then put it down then they traced

00:16:22.560 over the typewriter so the font is basically whatever the typewriter is pretty smart very time

00:16:27.760 consuming but pretty smart

00:16:28.760 banknotes i have a gun give me all your money i mean they're not they're not usually you know

00:16:39.160 dissertations that are that are miles long yeah my man wrote a freaking uh uh thesis paper here

00:16:47.000 so use no ink bombs markings tracking locating device or any other security measures we will screen for

00:16:52.980 these and if found will make us detonate the bomb defiance guarantees death and revenge

00:16:57.880 we are using scanners and other detection methods to verify the money is clear channels are monitored

00:17:03.120 for police calls we will detonate if the authorities are involved myself uh wife and partner are following

00:17:09.340 centuries to ensure compliance after receiving money we will provide bomb hostage with the location of

00:17:14.700 the final key and combination to disarm and remove bomb wait one hour after bomb hostage returns to

00:17:20.860 contact police or we will one bomb or two retaliate so obviously these guys were out here

00:17:26.860 writing a thesis of terror for this guy

00:17:30.000 and yes guys he had only 55 minutes to complete this task

00:17:44.860 and um just so you guys know very interesting the police actually went and tried to complete

00:17:53.320 they actually like retrace the steps and tried to complete what he was tasked to do

00:17:57.200 and they could not do it so this was pretty much a death sentence for this guy uh brian wells

00:18:02.160 do not think you can outsmart us guys

00:18:09.660 that is a clue to the people that were behind this crime the two main masterminds that were behind this

00:18:15.820 crime we are following you he had asked for 250 000 in the end all he got was what was in the drawers

00:18:29.300 somewhere around eight thousand dollars i think it was about um 8700 to be exact guys because um at the

00:18:36.100 time the manager that was there uh there was only one manager and you needed two managers to open up the vault

00:18:41.600 so they couldn't get the money out of the vault so they just gave him whatever they could

00:18:44.960 with the drawers and got him out of there and then um a witness that was there obviously he's like what 0.97

00:18:50.480 the fuck this guy's here with a cane son's off he you know he obviously he follows him out he uh calls 0.93

00:18:56.500 the police and you know it's 2003 so there were nokia cell phones back then right uh he calls the police 1.00

00:19:01.780 and what he does is he gives a description of the vehicle and the police are able to arrive on scene

00:19:07.540 very quickly and what happens next

00:19:10.040 okay next instruction get out of the car and go to the small sign uh red in the flower bed by the sign

00:19:24.480 there is a rock with a note taped to the bottom it has your next instructions

00:19:29.340 read i think he's gonna miss out he exited the bank stopped at mcdonald's and picked up a uh

00:19:40.360 apparently a note in the flower bed he had a with it 0.83

00:19:44.140 got you know they even drew the fucking thing for him drive through 24 hours okay that's dedication 0.97

00:19:54.480 yeah that's dedication these guys were dedicated and y'all are going to see here in a little bit 0.97

00:19:58.080 uh with how they made the bomb etc that these guys were dedicated his vehicle back on the road

00:20:03.420 proceeded to head south on route 19 which is peach street when our units arrived at which time our

00:20:09.340 unit spotted his vehicle and pulled him over in eyeglass world parking lot okay so bam so y'all can

00:20:15.340 see here's the bank literally within minutes of each other guys if y'all look at it from the map here

00:20:19.400 the bank is here he comes out goes over to mcdonald's right gets the note then he comes out this way and

00:20:27.700 this is where you guys are going to see the police intercept him

00:20:30.000 and erie pennsylvania just so you guys know give you guys a quick little uh thing here uh where is it

00:20:41.000 hold on erie pennsylvania guys is a very small town

00:20:47.040 all right and you are you're basically smack dab in the middle of two states you're about 20 minutes

00:20:55.200 from two different states you can either go to the east and hit new york or to the west and hit ohio

00:21:02.420 okay and let me go ahead and boom just you guys have a full view here of where it's at

00:21:08.400 okay it's west pennsylvania right there on on the on the uh lake erie well what hell that's why it's

00:21:16.500 called erie but this was a very eerie case give myself the bad joke thing all right but y'all get

00:21:22.980 the idea here right back to the documentary

00:21:26.320 i was assigned to the patrol unit here in erie and on that particular day i was riding my motorcycle

00:21:39.300 i was made aware of the situation going on over on peach street

00:21:43.140 police captured brian wells age 46 a pizza delivery man just minutes after he left the bank

00:21:52.160 we got him out of the car in the hand cup not married no kids and this is gonna that's gonna

00:21:59.500 play a significant role here guys when we figure out what brian wells did on his free time if y'all

00:22:05.440 know what i'm saying and brian had said something about a bomb so what you guys seeing here being

00:22:17.360 done pretty much is like a felony stop they get them you know in a position of disadvantage right

00:22:22.160 and uh they cuff him up right because all they know is that hey someone robbed the bank

00:22:27.980 he may or may not be armed he has some kind of weird cane uh something's on his neck it's and this

00:22:33.740 is the car he's driving so obviously they arrive at scene and they assume the worst and they

00:22:37.640 immediately put him in a position of a disadvantage and they cuff him up right then she's about to get 0.83

00:22:44.020 real it was trooper zomanski who went up and actually using a small pair of scissors cut the

00:22:51.860 size of the shirt because whatever he had was underneath a t-shirt and when trooper zomanski

00:22:57.340 lifted the shirt he looked at it he goes yeah that was yeah oh my god he's like nah i'm good

00:23:03.340 ah man get me out of here you know this is not gonna be one of those i'm good because guys keep

00:23:09.560 in mind all right again some of y'all are young so you guys don't know in 2003 we were still in a

00:23:16.080 very you know war on terror you know you know 9-11 was fresh in our minds we had just invaded iraq by

00:23:23.420 the way guys it was we invaded iraq in march of 2003 this is august so literally five months later

00:23:30.380 so anything that has to do with bombs or terrorism or any of that stuff we were extremely sensitive to

00:23:36.360 that in the united states back in 2003 i can't you you would have to live through it to understand

00:23:42.240 the level of fear um that people had when it came to that t-word when it came to bombs when it came

00:23:48.600 to planes and when it came to islam it was a different time my friends 0.99

00:23:52.280 it'll bomb to me that's when they sat him down to isolate him they're like fuck this y'all don't pay 0.99

00:24:01.240 me enough man i'm making 50k with the state police i'm straight i'm good i'm out of here 0.99

00:24:05.280 oh man this that that ain't enough money man boom bucker

00:24:10.280 at that time when i pulled up the general consensus is it was probably a fake bomb but

00:24:25.000 we never know so we have to act as it's a real bomb when i arrived uh he was already on his knees

00:24:32.100 cuffed and he was talking calmly so we were going back with forth with him being a willing participant

00:24:38.180 or a hostage 0.99

00:24:39.360 he's like yo take these handcuffs off man this shit hurts um and real quick uh i'll hit some of these 0.99

00:24:49.680 chats guys because as you guys know i'm playing netflix stuff right now so i got to be very careful 0.95

00:24:53.160 that the stream doesn't get turned off so i apologize that i'm um pausing it frequently but

00:24:57.820 you guys understand you know what i mean uh here can i get the other one the yellow can one

00:25:02.340 got to angie helping out okay uh what are your thoughts on everything popping off nope read that

00:25:07.660 one uh thanks for the content angie and iron sooner history appreciate that uh we got here spark you

00:25:13.620 know uh started watching your shows one year ago quit drinking lost my beer gut and i'm shredded

00:25:18.460 now six foot 285 pounds quit chasing 304s and invest in crypto and making my bag good stuff

00:25:23.080 my friend make that money don't be a loser okay uh hey myron thank you so much for giving ryan

00:25:28.040 dawson your platform to expose them boys lmao when you have an aman again um we're gonna do it for 0.73

00:25:33.240 some of you guys that were wondering we um we covered epstein then we also covered 9-11 we went

00:25:39.060 into the them boys portion right the dancing boys if y'all know what i'm saying uh but next we're gonna

00:25:44.160 cover um the tennessee ring of them boys and then also the um there was uh art students as well so we're

00:25:51.720 gonna cover that i'm thinking we might do it this wednesday or possibly maybe even on the off days

00:25:57.720 like a thursday or or friday but we're definitely gonna have him back on to finish the 9-11 thing

00:26:02.040 uh because yeah that that it's a monster but i hope i'm glad that you guys enjoyed it man ryan dawson is

00:26:06.940 really smart uh it's a sad it's sad that he was deplatformed and canceled everywhere but hey man

00:26:11.980 we're gonna give him a voice hell we might even post new mech on our channel for y'all man

00:26:15.760 quick announcement yeah me and him are working that out right now uh but we might post that on

00:26:21.240 the channel for y'all i'm gonna talk to the youtube people make sure it's cool but it is very

00:26:24.000 historically accurate it's not slanderous or any of the other stuff everything that he says in that

00:26:28.340 documentary is one thousand percent fact he has declassified documents to prove it i mean them

00:26:32.240 boys definitely stole the nuclear bomb from the united states it's a fact it's not even in dispute

00:26:37.020 anymore uh pino chet's helicopter tours have you looked into the la brim case i have not uh mr shandon 0.98

00:26:43.920 mind me up bro can you do the case of james bulger i already did it i already did it god damn it 0.92

00:26:48.760 i already did whitey bulger yeah i already did whitey bulger that was one of my favorite ones too

00:26:53.220 uh go back and look at the um go back and look at the uh thursday videos it's in there i definitely

00:26:59.000 did james bulger man i dude i went to college in boston man you can't you can't say boss without

00:27:03.380 saying james bulger me and my colleagues usually talk about concepts similar to what you discussed but

00:27:07.700 unfortunately we can't be open because we work health care yeah bro it is what it is man

00:27:11.180 you guys are cucked over there all right let's get back to the documentary and then i'll read the

00:27:14.780 rest of the chats after but like i said before actually you know what will you guys cover the

00:27:19.360 parkland shooting parkland shooting oh that was here in florida if i'm not mistaken uh yeah i could

00:27:25.860 cover that one i i want uh i want uh if you're reading this like the video the shooting that was in

00:27:30.640 uh i think it was in orlando from this guy that that went into the gcs actually made the case

00:27:37.900 um the interrogation room and he was trying to fake as if he was um oh crazy yeah yeah i think

00:27:46.500 the parkland shooter was one of the people in there if i'm not mistaken if it's the 18 year old

00:27:50.980 high school kid i think it was from 2018 yeah that's him that's him that's the parkland shooting

00:27:55.020 i think so that's what it's called i'm not mistaken okay that's the one i wanted to he just got

00:27:59.920 convicted too recently like it took them forever to go to trial you know florida is slow as hell when it

00:28:03.540 comes to going on trial like they're about to go to trial on meli's case like next month bro meli's

00:28:09.180 been in jail since like 2018 like what the hell is going on bro the florida justice system and the

00:28:14.940 texas florida justice system are so behind man yes yeah ll justice systems man but hey it is what it

00:28:20.680 is all right let's keep going

00:28:21.780 i'm looking through the binoculars and he's talking he's nervous but he's not talking agitated he's not

00:28:30.120 agitated at all and he was really concerned about getting the collar off his neck

00:28:38.320 as soon as we believed that we had a bomb and the call went to your bomb squad it's just

00:28:47.600 unfortunate that they were probably over 10 miles away and another unfortunate thing is that in the

00:28:54.260 process of protecting the public by closing down peach street we've now created a traffic problem

00:28:59.900 that the bomb squad they now have to contend with this traffic okay so you guys are probably

00:29:05.060 wondering like yo why did the police do anything right then and there etc so whenever you have a

00:29:10.200 a bomb situation like that guys there's only a small amount of officers in the state a lot of the times

00:29:15.320 that can even deal with bombs right and it's typically going to be a bomb squad every major

00:29:19.460 city typically has one and if a major city doesn't have one there's the state police will always have

00:29:23.260 a squad but since they're pretty much a specialized unit right it's a bunch of different troopers that you

00:29:29.020 know might be investigators might be road guys whatever it may be they all have to they get the

00:29:33.280 call okay they got to drop what they're doing and then they got to go ahead and respond that takes time

00:29:38.600 guys it's just like a SWAT team and it's even more refined because there's less of them that are

00:29:42.840 qualified um you can also ask the feds for help right maybe the atf might have a bomb squad but a lot

00:29:47.740 of the times they don't right especially in rural areas like this the atf might have a bomb squad

00:29:51.600 in a big city but in a uh place like erie pennsylvania more than likely that's going to be

00:29:56.760 a big nope so it's going to take the time to respond and obviously each minute of precious time

00:30:03.520 is uh you know brian wells is losing he only has 55 minutes so you guys are going to see what ends

00:30:08.340 up happening here but yeah man i mean the police there are not qualified to deal with a bomb and

00:30:14.220 and disarm it you know much less disarm it so that's why they couldn't do anything and that's why it

00:30:18.860 took them so long to get there because bomb squads are typically trained officers that specialize

00:30:23.900 with bombs disarming them etc they know what to look for what to not look for how to disarm it etc and

00:30:28.340 it still takes some time and they got to set up they got to wear the that the bomb suit um etc

00:30:34.100 so that they can go in there it's it's a very it's a very taxing and cumbersome process unfortunately guys

00:30:41.160 did you call my boss yeah i guess i guess he had to he's like damn i'm going to be late on this

00:30:52.600 next delivery we realized what pizza shop that he worked at and i sent two guys down there to

00:30:58.280 conduct interviews mama mia pizza shop is where he worked at guys and that pizza shop is located

00:31:06.600 right here this guy was delivering pizzas to the bank or what right here mama mia's pizza shop what

00:31:13.340 was that he was delivering pizzas to the bank or what no no no not to the bank you'll see where he

00:31:18.160 was delivering it you'll see here in a second but yeah right this is where uh mama mia's pizza is

00:31:22.560 nowadays guys 1533 w38 street sub salads calzones strombolis yeah w the sponsor that myron is giving

00:31:31.480 them yeah yeah shout out to them man y'all owe me a check for promoting y'all go eat pizza lunch

00:31:36.440 specials at pennsylvania yeah go ahead legendary place workers at mama mia's pizzeria saw wells leave

00:31:43.160 to deliver two sausage and pepperoni pies to a remote location and oh okay now we're getting somewhere

00:31:50.280 he had to deliver the pizzas to an unoccupied radio tower hmm sus unoccupied radio tower

00:32:01.800 he was saying there was black people uh dropped them okay bro i actually got a laugh that he said 0.98

00:32:12.400 yo it's black people that put this on me come on man we we know it wasn't some black people that put 0.99

00:32:17.600 that on you bro first of all black people ain't gonna make a bomb like that that's that's 0.99

00:32:20.480 sophisticated number two they're not gonna give you a cane gun okay it's just come on the police 0.99

00:32:25.820 knew right away yo this dude's capping but that's funny that he said that black people put this on me 1.00

00:32:29.540 he never said who it was he couldn't describe the black individuals that he claimed put the bomb 0.98

00:32:45.280 around his neck jamal and kareem oh my god you know in your heart that there's probably not a black 0.98

00:32:51.100 person involved in it but that's what they're going to say yeah let's keep it a thousand black people 1.00

00:32:57.880 ain't fucking giving you some bomb telling you to rob a bank with some detailed ass notes like no 0.99

00:33:03.100 that's not that's not happening 0.99

00:33:04.720 it's crazy that you they just left them there at that time what was that you said

00:33:13.900 it's it's crazy that you they just left them there just in case the bombs close he's just like there

00:33:19.200 and everyone is like yeah because the police don't know what to do they're like uh because they're

00:33:23.840 confused like think about it some dude robbed the bank and he has a bomb on him and he's saying that

00:33:28.200 he was put the bomb was put on him guys mind you this was in 2003 this was before the movie saw came

00:33:33.940 out oh my god so they have no clue what the hell is going on right now like wait you told me that 0.97

00:33:39.780 you robbed the bank but you got a bomb on your neck and you tell me some black people put it up like 1.00

00:33:43.320 what the so for them it was pure bizarre confusion like that there was like there was no idea what the

00:33:48.840 hell was going on the movie saw i want to check it out it came out um october 29 2004 so this is well

00:33:55.780 before that movie came out um i just i just don't understand like but that time wouldn't be

00:34:01.880 someone like specialized to try to disarm those kind of things they were on the seat they were

00:34:07.880 responding they were they were driving they were on the way they're on the way yeah but remember like

00:34:13.100 there's not many of them in a rural area like that and um it's gonna take time and they blocked

00:34:18.340 off the road because they had to segregate so it made it even harder for them to get there okay

00:34:23.000 beat his whole demeanor changed

00:34:28.380 and i think it's at that time that he realized that it is a real bomb

00:34:38.940 i'm not lying i don't think he realized until it started

00:34:43.040 pure confusion so at this point guys the police are trying to clear the area because they don't

00:34:56.020 know how powerful this bomb is so they're telling everyone to get the hell out the area

00:34:59.420 he was getting excited and then i kept hearing it if you know it was going beep beep

00:35:13.480 all right guys about to get graphic here in a little bit so viewer discretion is advised

00:35:19.680 what y'all are about to see i was zoomed in right on his face 0.98

00:35:23.060 oh my god god damn holy 0.98

00:35:34.560 yeah yep yep yep yep rest in peace man that was not yeah that was crazy crazy crazy 0.99

00:35:45.300 they just literally let him die what the heck his eyes just got real wide

00:35:53.600 and then he went to the back of his head

00:35:58.240 and that was the end of him

00:36:01.560 can you go back and repeat it 0.89

00:36:04.660 no you sicko

00:36:07.260 do that on your own time angie

00:36:11.140 i just kind of want to know where it exploded

00:36:14.480 it was uh so you're gonna see here in a little bit

00:36:17.560 okay

00:36:18.340 i was looking in that direction

00:36:20.420 the man was sitting there as he was since about three o'clock when all of a sudden

00:36:25.380 a loud explosion and he flipped onto his back and the state police troopers scrambled they're still holding guns

00:36:31.500 guys do me a favor this video more than likely is probably going to get demonetized

00:36:35.640 i guarantee it

00:36:36.860 of course with that explosion

00:36:38.360 yeah it's going to get demonetized so do me a favor guys we do these videos for y'all because we love y'all

00:36:43.700 like the video subscribe to the channel if you haven't already we got

00:36:46.340 1200 you guys watching you guys can be anywhere else in the world but you're here with us right now

00:36:49.520 so do me a favor man

00:36:50.860 if anything at least like the video because i'm definitely getting demonetized after this breakdown 0.99

00:36:56.020 i'm telling y'all it's it this is hell i might get canceled after this shit 0.99

00:36:59.800 and canceled 1.00

00:37:00.920 and canceled

00:37:03.840 i'm playing netflix documentaries for y'all 0.99

00:37:06.280 gore and shit explosions 0.96

00:37:08.000 yeah like the video please shout out to the department of justice because he already knows what time it is

00:37:12.400 so please guys if anything

00:37:15.620 like the video for that this is going to definitely get demonetized you guys don't have to donate a

00:37:19.260 dollar to the stream i never asked for money on this on this podcast i just want y'all to get the

00:37:24.060 entertainment the edutainment the um and the knowledge right of how criminal cases really work

00:37:29.140 giving you guys uh perspective from a former fed so that's all i asked man just uh like the video

00:37:34.500 and subscribe to the channel he just blew up yeah yeah seriously bro y'all just saw an explosion

00:37:38.360 as you can see they're still not exactly sure his condition

00:37:42.000 my name is tom stankiewicz in august 20

00:37:48.140 at insults injury the bomb squad showed up like maybe three to five minutes

00:37:54.380 after the bomb went off

00:37:56.580 holy hell

00:37:58.360 but you guys are going to see that honestly even if they had arrived on time they probably wouldn't have

00:38:04.780 been able to disarm the bomb and you guys are going to see hear that in a second

00:38:07.420 the 8th 2003 i was the bomb squad commander for the city of very police

00:38:11.300 within about four blocks of our arrival at the scene we received information over the radio that

00:38:18.580 a bomb had exploded on this suspect

00:38:20.560 he had still been breathing up until a couple of you know really until a moment

00:38:25.740 okay you guys see this right here this is a replica of the bomb that the crooks made which um

00:38:32.420 you guys are going to see pretty pretty sophisticated fairly sophisticated

00:38:35.500 before we had arrived we put on bomb suits took up the necessary equipment that we might need

00:38:42.040 and again guys that all takes time so even if they arrived on time they probably wouldn't have

00:38:47.140 been able to get that bomb off of them and you guys are going to see that the bomb makers put

00:38:50.460 some booby traps in there as well but yeah putting on that bomb suit takes time man

00:38:54.020 booby traps yeah you're going to see here in a second switching the person at the scene

00:38:59.720 it was evident that he was deceased at that point well i mean no brainer

00:39:06.060 the suspect still had part of the device secured to his neck

00:39:12.980 we methodically went through to make sure there were no more explosive devices on him

00:39:22.880 as well as searching his vehicle for any potential further explosive devices so anytime the bomb

00:39:28.520 squad responds guys not only do they have to clear the area where the bomb went off they have to clear

00:39:32.860 the area all around it to make sure there's not any what you call secondaries which means another

00:39:36.880 explosive device um so that's first and foremost obviously they get in they see that he's deceased

00:39:43.000 okay cool like not cool but like okay he's he's deceased we can't do anything this is now an active

00:39:48.740 crime scene now we got to make sure that there's not going to be another bomb here that's going to go up

00:39:51.900 that's going to hurt us or destroy evidence so that's the the um second priority after they

00:39:57.260 figure out if the person is alive or not

00:40:00.760 does this was like and that's a photo of the vehicle right there at the scene was that good

00:40:08.160 was this like a sort of type of terrorist ah you'll see here in a bit

00:40:12.720 angie doesn't know this case at all guys so she's kind of in the same boat as y'all that might not know

00:40:18.340 he just doesn't want to tell me 0.99

00:40:20.200 bro did someone say rest in pizza yo y'all are messed up bro god damn man holy y'all are on some 1.00

00:40:31.540 demon time in here man what's that rest in pizza oh my god what the fuck bro all right so this is what 1.00

00:40:37.980 is found in the car y'all can see the cane gun is here was it actually a gun yeah it was it was it 0.99

00:40:45.800 was functioning wow

00:40:47.040 more notes are found in his car

00:40:51.920 brian wells was supposed to okay so let's go ahead and take a look guys at some of the notes here okay

00:41:02.600 um so let me enlarge this for y'all

00:41:06.740 okay

00:41:09.480 oh my bad

00:41:12.860 enlarge this part okay so

00:41:16.100 so here's one of the notes right rules you must follow a course of instructions to find keys and

00:41:22.800 uh combination codes to disarm the bomb do not insert keys into keyholes until instructed some

00:41:27.820 keyholes are booby trapped to prevent tampering drive 60 miles per hour throughout the course

00:41:32.020 use only two or three minutes at each stop a century will be watching at each stop to ensure you are not being followed

00:41:37.860 bomb has tripwires

00:41:39.920 forcing or tampering will detonate all weapons

00:41:43.220 papers containers tapes etc

00:41:45.560 must be returned to us each item you find after dropping money has a key and or combination word you will need to decipher the combination

00:41:52.900 this will disarm some tripwires before you unlock this procedure is to make sure you leave no materials behind

00:41:58.460 bro holy imagine like like having to uh to go through that what what does booby trap means so what so booby trap means uh

00:42:07.800 basically what they did guys was they put what you call like kind of false wires in there so there was a bunch of yellow wires and a collar right and here's a collar right here and i'll show it to y'all real fast

00:42:16.440 this

00:42:17.780 this

00:42:18.040 was the collar okay as y'all can see there's a bunch of wiring here

00:42:22.540 okay oh it's not oh thank you angie for letting me know

00:42:26.140 um this is the collar right here guys and they actually had to saw

00:42:30.120 brian's head off to get the collar uh off and keep the collar intact

00:42:35.040 is that the actual thing like the real thing this is the actual one yeah you can see the blood on it 0.98

00:42:38.280 this is the actual evidence right um so yeah i know this is some saw type shit man these guys were

00:42:44.940 on demon time so anyway you can see here that these wires were in in the way here these wires really had

00:42:51.140 nothing to do with the bomb they were just there for display and also kind of like tripwires so

00:42:55.140 if uh the bomb squad tried to come in and disarm the bomb they would be wasting time dealing with

00:42:59.840 those wires so these guys were on some on some real demon time trying to get them killed to be honest

00:43:07.040 with y'all and he blew up on this hole right there like yeah so what they ended up doing so

00:43:11.320 this was attached to his neck he never got it off so what ended up happening is after he was killed

00:43:16.520 the police to preserve this this collar neck right because it's their best piece of evidence

00:43:21.500 right they had to saw his head off they actually saw his head off yeah they saw his head off yep

00:43:27.480 yep yep yep to preserve the evidence and his family and his family was very mad about that for

00:43:32.620 obvious reasons so here's some more of the notes right this is mcdonald's number one

00:43:37.040 leave mcdonald's from the rear and drive behind and around the side of up eyeglass world okay

00:43:43.640 stop at peach street import it you must get out and tie the orange tape taped on bomb east around the

00:43:49.700 fire hydra at peach street to signal that you have money and left the bank to go south to peach street

00:43:55.280 take 90 west for two miles and guys memorize peach street that's going to be very important later on

00:44:00.080 at interchange 178 take 79 north for two and a quarter miles at exit 180 pull to the side of the

00:44:07.320 road ramp and stop next to the yellow traffic light warning sign right and they draw it for him

00:44:11.680 go directly across the grass to the right and into the woods the container with the orange tape has your

00:44:16.460 next instructions place all notes containers and tapes in the money bag and proceed tell me you 0.92

00:44:21.680 wouldn't be fucking terrified bro and this instructions if you got these instructions 0.95

00:44:25.620 and you had only 55 minutes to do this and they put a map in here guys keep in mind okay this is 0.93

00:44:33.100 2003 there's no such thing as gps okay the best that you could do back then in 2003 was you had to go and 0.67

00:44:41.880 print some fucking map quest directions and shit like that to get to where you were gonna go there was 0.98

00:44:46.220 no such thing as gps maybe you had a tom tom if you were lucky and y'all don't even probably know 0.98

00:44:51.480 what a tom tom is a tom tom used to be this thing you should put in your car and you'd like put an

00:44:55.460 address and it would take you somewhere that's if you were lucky you had a tom tom this guy i doubt

00:45:00.020 had a tom tom those things were expensive back then so uh so yeah you guys could see here that they put

00:45:05.900 all these instructions right um giving them all uh and the map so yeah dude this this is literally

00:45:12.960 terrifying and this is strangers were for who uh for the pizza guy okay yeah um that he had to follow

00:45:21.360 right to get the bomb to get the bomb disarmed uh let's see here yeah y'all can see look at all these

00:45:28.640 destructive like these super detailed instructions uh okay let's get back to it going to scavenger hunt

00:45:39.120 and he was supposed to go from point a to point b to point c to point d in order to get further

00:45:48.700 instructions to eventually lead him to a location where the keys would be given him to release this bomb

00:45:54.100 and that's what i just read to you guys

00:46:00.760 leaving mcdonald's from the rear go south on peach street

00:46:07.620 he was following that's the sign that he was supposed to go to instructions from

00:46:21.820 the mcdonald's to this site contacted and that's where he got he never made it here guys because

00:46:28.820 obviously he got caught right so this was the next stop that he was supposed to take we're going to go

00:46:33.320 over the stops that he was supposed to uh retrace it we'll retrace the steps here in a little bit

00:46:37.340 bomb squad also we got uh 1300 y'all watching on youtube and then another 100 plus y'all on twitch

00:46:43.380 so do me a favor guys open up a tab watch us on youtube and watch us on twitch at the same time

00:46:47.780 uh so we get pushed more in the algo on youtube we only got 704 likes man we should have a thousand at

00:46:53.020 least why because i'm probably going to get demonetized and or canceled for showing y'all this

00:46:57.680 and maybe some copyright bs because i'm playing a netflix documentary we're going all the way in

00:47:02.840 right now man we are literally going raw okay pause so go ahead 0.78

00:47:06.980 and like the video god damn it because we're in this thing no condom 0.81

00:47:12.640 they came in swept the area the glue was sitting in the uh in a coffee can maybe 0.72

00:47:21.580 five to ten yards off the barn you know just do it right on the side it's not too not too far from the

00:47:28.760 side all right so this is the um the note found in the coffee jar now and let me see if i can pull it

00:47:40.380 up for y'all so we can go through it real fast uh this was number one

00:47:45.740 that's the bank one i'm gonna write my answers down for the end of the video because okay

00:47:57.940 where did i put it god damn it is it not here 0.88

00:48:02.180 trying to find it for you guys hold on it might be here might be not no this is dealing with the 0.97

00:48:13.120 police our enforcement you know they got an enforcement policy

00:48:16.340 these guys were really on some demon time here that's the bank manager receptionist

00:48:27.100 detailed instructions step one nope we need step two how many notes did they give them they gave

00:48:33.680 them a lot man most people nowadays would have been terrified just off how many notes it was

00:48:38.940 uh from the drop okay backtrack to 79 south two miles uh on the side of the highway two out of 10

00:48:46.740 mile before i78 just before the overhead power lines park at the mckinn township sign walk off the right

00:48:57.540 okay it's cut off guys so i can't read all of it uh into the woods and follow orange tapes to

00:49:03.700 instructions inside point number one which was interchange road he was to go to his next dropout

00:49:10.160 point which was on 79 south pretty close to the mccain township exit

00:49:14.000 where we're at right now is the second place for the scavenger hunt that he was directed to come to

00:49:24.260 what did we found here as we were looking for other items

00:49:29.140 all right guys uh pay attention because something here is going to be very interesting that comes up

00:49:34.640 okay

00:49:34.940 uh we found the orange tape sign with uh vietnam on it

00:49:41.200 as we were looking in through here i noticed way way back on the other side of that field

00:49:50.700 a minivan coming this way and started to come towards us

00:49:56.140 a minivan

00:49:58.460 but it looked like he was coming to this point also and we kind of surprised him

00:50:05.680 and uh when he saw us he stopped for a while

00:50:09.720 hesitated backed up and took off

00:50:15.580 and he was so far away we couldn't drive up through here he basically got away

00:50:24.020 it was like a blue type dirty blue type

00:50:29.120 a van

00:50:30.160 keep that in mind guys so at the next stop that he was supposed to go to who was looking

00:50:36.300 a blue minivan

00:50:38.620 i figured whoever

00:50:41.660 as seen by the police when they were there trying to reach uh find the steps

00:50:45.680 who was responsible for leaving the notes

00:50:49.820 was in that van leaving the notes at both the drop-off points

00:50:53.700 actually that band always bothered me

00:50:58.140 all right knew it uh so we already got hit with the stream suspended

00:51:02.800 uh on youtube so it's fine it's fine don't worry we'll be back in a second

00:51:07.520 so what i'll do is i'll just read the chat everyone is like no no it's fine i prepared for this i already knew it was coming

00:51:14.740 i already i already knew it was coming so it's fine that's what they that's what they do

00:51:18.400 um but we'll be right back guys so don't don't worry about it if you guys are watching on twitch

00:51:22.680 awesome if you guys are watching on youtube don't worry about it give it probably

00:51:25.640 two minutes i'll say one one or two minutes and they'll and they'll give it back which is no problem

00:51:30.020 so anyway so let's go ahead and hit some of these chats in the meantime

00:51:33.460 because i always i'm prepared for this one uh

00:51:37.640 can you drop the twitch link everyone is asking oh the twitch link yeah actually i can do that

00:51:43.840 so give me one second uh it's a yeah let's see here i'll drop it for you guys here in a second

00:51:51.960 uh right it's the fresh and fit twitch guys don't worry i'm not i'm not progressing forward

00:51:59.060 uh yet so don't worry guys hold on okay cool i'll put it that's the video of a live stream you guys

00:52:09.100 yeah don't worry guys we got we got y'all man i knew this was coming

00:52:12.680 but you know what it's good because we at least completed what i wanted to show y'all

00:52:16.400 so yes you guys this is what inspires three 30 minutes of the last movie yeah the comedy movie

00:52:22.980 yeah so yeah it's it's suspended but they're gonna they're gonna obviously um it's gonna come back up

00:52:29.160 so don't worry about it in the meantime i will go ahead and uh read some of these chats real fast

00:52:34.680 um this is why we need to go to rumble to rumble yeah i know uh freaking uh it gets kind of lame

00:52:41.700 with that but you know it is what is i knew it was coming but the important thing is is that we um

00:52:46.360 we got the main stuff out the way which is like the bombing incident the notes so they kind of knew

00:52:52.340 what happened with that now we're going to kind of go into the conspiracy and work our way backwards

00:52:56.160 in the actual investigation see we're back on youtube i already already called it see told y'all

00:53:00.760 okay and don't worry guys when you watch this back on the replay they're actually going to show

00:53:04.880 that part of the stream on youtube so we're good bro don't worry about it so just a little recap for

00:53:09.960 all my youtube people that are here uh i knew that was going to happen i knew that they're going to

00:53:15.420 suspend the stream while we're doing it because it's netflix it is what it is but the most important

00:53:19.360 thing is we got through what i wanted to show y'all on netflix for the majority which was

00:53:23.640 the um the incident actually take taking place which we're able to get through so that is done

00:53:29.360 uh okay so what we're going to do now guys is we're going to go ahead and continue you were

00:53:35.020 going to read the super chats that's fine i'll i'll do it after later okay yeah in case we get taken

00:53:40.660 down again uh see that's why y'all need to like the goddamn video because i told y'all man we're 0.87

00:53:46.320 risking a lot here okay so we're going to go ahead and back to the timeline here okay um so later on 0.93

00:53:53.000 guys okay on august 31st robert panetti well's friend and co-worker dies from what is ruled as

00:53:59.420 an accidental drug overdose okay and this is him right here okay this is him right here panetti

00:54:09.860 okay okay group your face yep and we're going to describe who these other people are in this

00:54:15.160 conspiracy later on okay so let's go back to the timeline so three days later guys so brian wells

00:54:21.400 gets killed which we just showed y'all on the netflix documentary and then his buddy robert

00:54:25.300 panetti is killed three days later then on september 8 2003 investigators pursue the lead about the black

00:54:31.900 men by searching the eerie apartment of a black man whose girlfriend said she knew wells the man is

00:54:36.960 never charged also that black guy um had some experience in the military guys with explosives

00:54:41.840 that's another reason why the fbi went ahead and interviewed him as well sus uh and then also just

00:54:46.760 to let y'all know you guys are probably wondering what ended up happening with this case or like

00:54:51.280 what who because obviously the state police responded at atf responded fbi responded etc so what ended up

00:54:56.740 happening guys whenever you have a case like this that hits multiple jurisdictions and you have multiple

00:55:00.400 agencies involved um and in this case you got a bank robbery you got explosives you got um uh you know

00:55:08.720 obviously state violations uh going down right so the fbi is in charge of doing bank robberies that

00:55:15.860 is their one of their legacy crimes that they investigate right then atf right they're called

00:55:20.280 the bureau of alcohol tobacco farms and explosives right so they also handle explosives but the fbi

00:55:24.840 handles explosives if it has to do with terrorism atf handles explosives if it doesn't necessarily

00:55:30.640 deal with terrorism most of the time it does deal with terrorism so the fbi ends up doing it anyway

00:55:33.900 but you guys get the idea and then the state police were the main responding agency and the state also

00:55:39.420 has jurisdiction in doing robberies and crimes like that right so in this case right especially when

00:55:45.660 you got like a small town like erie a lot of these guys know each other right the fbi agents are friends

00:55:50.680 with the state police atf guys there's probably like two or three fbi agents that work in erie

00:55:54.400 there's probably like one or two atf guys that work in erie right and then you got the state police

00:55:58.480 there when you're in like these rural towns or whatever all the law enforcement know each other 0.97

00:56:02.260 knows each other so there's none of this like weird stupid oh it's my case blah blah blah that 0.97

00:56:07.500 doesn't happen because at the end of the day everyone is short-staffed for manpower everyone 0.91

00:56:11.180 works together so it ended up working out where the fbi took the lead in the investigation because

00:56:15.480 at the end of the day it was a bank robbery there were explosives involved and obviously let's keep

00:56:20.120 it a thousand it's 2003 it's post-terrorism era it's it's the terrorism era right everyone is hoping

00:56:25.600 it's not one of them boys if you know what i'm saying so they're they're obviously going crazy with

00:56:30.720 the with the uh post 9-11 uh hysteria so fbi obviously ends up taking a case atf is the co-case

00:56:38.160 um agency i guess you would say right and they investigated together but it ends up being a

00:56:44.960 federal case in in uh in the beginning right so they went ahead and uh uh pursue that lead right

00:56:51.440 then william a rossstein uh marjorie deal armstrong's former fiance dumps 1040 pounds of debris at lake

00:57:03.060 view landfill now you guys are probably wondering who the hell is william rossstein i'm wondering

00:57:07.040 what's debris debris it's like uh stuff like a bunch of crap so here is rossstein right here guys 0.77

00:57:13.000 okay so quick little background on rossstein okay uh jewish family comes from erie pennsylvania his

00:57:20.980 family is very wealthy they had a cola company back in the day and rossstein right got picked on a lot

00:57:26.900 because you know he's one of them boys and um uh his family had quite a bit of money uh armstrong

00:57:33.780 right also comes from money as well her father was very successful entrepreneur i think with real

00:57:40.660 estate etc and he had quite a bit of money as well he had saved up a small fortune and you guys are 0.95

00:57:45.780 going to see here that a big part of the motive of this crime is marjorie this crazy ass woman right 1.00

00:57:52.020 and she was very smart too by the way her and rossstein both have high iq okay and uh she has i 0.89

00:57:59.020 think a bachelor's degree and a master's degree and then him he had like tried to become a pilot but he

00:58:04.260 kind of didn't he was like a habitual failure rossstein he he was really big into pursuing things very

00:58:10.540 high iq very smart but his problem is that he always thought he was smarter than other people

00:58:13.820 and never finished what he wanted to finish and he ended up being uh a failure to be honest with

00:58:18.920 y'all in life okay one of those guys that has iq that thinks he's better than everybody else

00:58:24.700 but never ends up finishing anything through and then armstrong also very intelligent but has a bunch

00:58:29.440 of mental disorders bipolar narcissistic um violent she had two husbands right that uh died of weird 0.88

00:58:37.500 circumstances one she killed because of self-defense and she shot him six times while he was asleep oh 0.92

00:58:44.060 my god yep and she claimed that it was self-defense and she ended up getting off too by the way 1.00

00:58:49.020 failed justice system all right back in the 80s and then another husband died from allegedly um

00:58:56.700 falling and hitting his head on the table if you know what i'm saying so she has two dead one dead

00:59:03.100 boyfriend one dead ex-husband and then ross stein right who she had been seeing um they were kind

00:59:10.140 of having a falling out hence why ross stein calls the police okay and says that he has um

00:59:18.700 a body right in a freezer which we're gonna i could go ahead and play the netflix clip on that

00:59:23.260 as well for y'all hopefully we don't get canceled um so and this is right here on september 20 2003

00:59:28.300 so he calls uh he calls 911 to report that the body of james rodent deal armstrong's boyfriend

00:59:34.940 is stuffed in a freezer in ross stein's uh garage he blames deal armstrong and just so you guys know

00:59:41.020 rodent is where is he this guy right here okay um rodent is is her boyfriend at the time so that's

00:59:48.860 three dudes that are dead because this woman allegedly all right yeah so so just to get this 0.78

00:59:56.860 straight so this woman right here okay this woman right here she has a dead husband okay that allegedly 1.00

01:00:05.980 hit his head and died mysterious purposes right that's one dead second she shoots and kills her 1.00

01:00:12.940 boyfriend shooting him six times while he's asleep on the couch self-defense super sauce and then the third

01:00:18.860 is this guy rodent right who um ross stein says was killed james rodent was killed by armstrong uh as

01:00:28.700 well and he claims that he she shot him with a shotgun in the back of the head because he

01:00:35.180 one was threatening her and then another situation is he knew too much information you guys are going to

01:00:39.980 see here when we talk about too much information we talk about the conspiracy let's go ahead and play

01:00:44.940 that 911 call okay uh let's go ahead and play that 911 call here for a second for y'all that ross

01:00:55.740 sign actually called into the police there she's a hoe what'd they say someone said there she's a hoe 1.00

01:01:02.460 yeah go ahead yeah she had 304 for sure she's a crazy 304 too hold on one second guys 0.99

01:01:08.140 all right let me go to self-defense when he was sleeping yeah that's crazy yep that is wild right

01:01:19.180 yeah it was at the end of this episode i remember

01:01:23.420 who do you mind i'm giving out okay three weeks after brian wells death okay this 911 call comes in

01:01:28.700 guys all right so uh let's get into i'm only gonna play a portion of it so we don't get hit with the

01:01:33.020 thing again on netflix because you know they're haters there's a frozen body it's in the freezer in

01:01:39.260 the garage 45 p street in the garage okay so that's ross sign calling into 9-1-1 oh beach street he says

01:01:48.060 at 80s 86 45 p street in the garage there's a frozen body there's a frozen body it's in the freezer in

01:01:55.020 the garage there's a woman there that you might want to pick up in question yes how do you know that 1.00

01:02:02.620 her trust me i know who are you i'm the guy who lives there oh man i'm the guy that lives there

01:02:14.780 that's how i know that's how i know woman and that's the address that was on the note right 1.00

01:02:20.540 huh that's the address that was on the note it was uh one of the i think it was no no it was not

01:02:26.220 the address that was put on the note but it was pete street it wasn't that particular address

01:02:30.220 but you're going to see here the link here in a second i'm going to show y'all

01:02:43.500 okay boom look at that guys 86 45 p street that's ross stein's house

01:02:49.100 and then this is where brian wells delivered the pizza coincidence

01:02:53.020 and here it is right here literally guys right down the street and just see y'all know

01:03:03.980 86 45 p street right which is now a chiropractor's office how far away is it literally like like a

01:03:09.900 couple hundred yards probably okay because this right here guys is a um a dead end okay so it would make

01:03:16.140 sense that they would make him drive all the way in here right and then that's where you know the

01:03:22.460 situation happened where the collar was put on his neck um etc and we're going to talk about who

01:03:27.980 was there and greeted him and put the collar on his neck here in a little bit but before i do i need

01:03:33.580 y'all to like the goddamn video we got um 997 y'all watching right now on youtube come on over to youtube 0.74

01:03:38.540 if you guys uh don't mind go ahead and uh watch on youtube and watch it twitch at the same time 0.93

01:03:43.500 and like the video on youtube let's get this thing engagement up uh like i said before because

01:05:55.980 what was that let me see if i can find no no yeah yeah find it for me um and then share it on your

01:05:59.740 screen okay so we're gonna go ahead on to this documentary here guys true crime central here and

01:06:05.340 we'll go back to the netflix one here in a bit but let's go ahead when ross stein calls in

01:06:10.860 okay we're gonna fast forward here

01:06:15.100 okay we're gonna fast forward here

01:06:25.340 and named william rothstein calls police about a random

01:06:30.060 murder committed by his ex-girlfriend detectives start to think that the body he reported in the

01:06:45.980 freezer isn't so random after all and keep in mind guys it's the body of james rodent who showed before

01:06:53.500 who's her third man that's pretty much died under her watch i got a call from marjorie and she said that

01:07:03.100 she had a problem and she needed me to help clean it up can you please give us marjorie's full name 1.00

01:07:09.740 marjorie deal armstrong please continue she told me that she had had a fight with her boyfriend 0.78

01:07:17.020 james wrote and it shot him in the back with a shotgun

01:07:22.780 rossstein tells police the man in the freezer was jim rodent who was the current boyfriend of

01:07:30.780 marjorie deal armstrong but why would marjorie want to kill her boyfriend jim rodent and why did she 1.00

01:07:37.660 solicit help from her ex william rothstein the place was a mess i mean blood was everywhere

01:07:44.460 and she wanted me to clean it up and dispose of the body why would you come forward now to confess

01:07:51.660 all this i'll have to admit she did pay me seventy thousand dollars seventy thousand dollars 0.99

01:07:59.500 ah haters haters coming haters coming again i knew that was coming all right so now we know that this

01:08:06.060 true crime central is also going to be lame which is fine it's all good i'm going to go ahead and read

01:08:11.340 the chats don't worry guys i know some of y'all are freaking out right now i see y'all on youtube going

01:08:14.940 wild don't worry about it it's going to come back haters will hate they could try but they can't stop

01:08:21.740 us guys can still hear you on you on the stream but they can't see you no no no they uh so basically

01:08:26.860 what happens is youtube takes it down should say stream suspended lol okay um but what ends up happening is

01:08:32.540 it comes back and when you play it back it plays um but it's because they think that it's copy it's

01:08:37.100 it's weird the way youtube operates is gay they yeah that too uh definitely 0.67

01:08:44.700 but if they think it's copyrighted material they'll just like automatically like suspend the stream just

01:08:49.660 to out of an abundance of caution even if they know it is or is it or they don't know so anyway

01:08:55.500 let's go ahead and uh read some of these chats that came through shout out to all you guys for all the

01:08:59.980 support and like i said before like the video subscribe to the channel because i already know

01:09:03.580 that they bought it hey i'm all i know is i'm just gonna have to you know stop the stream a little

01:09:43.980 bro oh my god you guys are funny uh this reminds me of the black mirror episode shut up and dance the 0.97

01:09:49.020 writer probably got the inspiration from the from this case probably uh not whitey bulger james p

01:09:54.780 bulger was a two-year-old killed by two by two ten-year-old boys massive case in the uk angie

01:10:00.140 i've watched every fed video thank you okay i'm writing it down okay jared choy five bucks told

01:10:05.900 y'all and we're back on youtube we're back we're back um yeah so guys the way i'm gonna have to do

01:10:12.540 this is i'm gonna have to just um i'll go ahead and play this documentary from this channel i just gotta

01:10:17.820 you know basically pause it often and give commentary and shit like that so you guys are gonna hear more 0.78

01:10:22.220 insight for me so uh let's keep going here we're back on youtube shout out to all my twitch ninjas

01:10:29.020 by the way we got uh almost 1400 you guys watching between all the platforms so that's great um but

01:10:34.860 do me a favor guys because i'm gonna have to take this down on on twitch uh because it's not fresh

01:10:39.340 and fit to be honest with y'all but i already knew to preemptively to prepare so go ahead and do me a

01:10:43.980 solid come on over to youtube watch it on youtube keep two tabs open like the video on youtube so we can

01:10:48.700 get pushed more in the algo because they're definitely trying to hate but hey i knew this

01:10:51.980 i knew that doing this episode was going to cause some problems but hey i want to do it right give

01:10:57.180 you all the documentaries in the sauce that are the best and uh yeah let's just go from there

01:11:03.660 is this the house of the crazy lady

01:11:07.740 yes yes yes yes yes yes so yeah just hit share screen on your stream yard and uh

01:11:12.380 uh yeah you know how to do that yeah yeah give me one second you got to do it by share screen

01:11:18.140 though not to make it easier okay yeah uh move your streamer to the other one i think it's this one

01:11:22.540 um well is there anything else you want to add so the please bring him in and ask him questions right

01:11:28.220 uh oh there you go okay so this is a picture guys of her house which as y'all can see is freaking

01:11:33.500 disgusting hit control plus a few times andrew so they could see she was a literal pack rat when they 1.00

01:11:37.820 did the search at her house she had uh cats that were malnourished and animals and there was feces 0.74

01:11:44.060 everywhere scroll down you she had diet coke bottles everywhere uh i don't know if there's another one

01:11:51.740 it's i think this is just that's it this one yeah yeah okay well y'all get an idea of how disgusting

01:11:56.620 this woman was yeah again i mean l woman so let's go back to the timeline real fast um okay so

01:12:06.940 eric police charged deal hamstrung and rodent's death allegedly she fatally shot him in her east

01:12:11.020 7th street house in erie sometime before august 28th and then helped move the body to ross lines

01:12:16.700 upper peach street house south of interstate 90 a summit township near erion southern erie counter uh

01:12:22.780 erie county so guys get this straight she killed her boyfriend james rodent before um your guy

01:12:31.100 brian wells was killed with the bomb so she killed him first the boyfriend this dude right here okay

01:12:38.780 and they were able to preserve the body by putting him in the freezer and when they did the autopsy they

01:12:44.220 saw that he had got shot in the in the head with a shotgun his body was all up

01:12:48.540 all right let's go back to uh to the doc here

01:12:58.460 well i just want everybody to know that i had nothing to do with this brian wells case brian

01:13:04.220 wells you mean the color bomber it seems very strange so he comes in immediately and what does

01:13:09.580 he do oh i don't have anything to do with this case so what does he do man he's smart he comes to

01:13:13.980 the police first because he knows at some point right the feds are involved fbi's involved ats

01:13:18.620 of all the state police involved the erie the county police everyone and their mom was investigating

01:13:22.940 this case this was big guys this fbi major case 203 by the way okay this was all over the news and

01:13:28.140 again this is 2003 post 9 11 era where terrorism was the number one priority so he knew at some

01:13:34.940 point yo they're gonna trace this bomb back to me even though he had dumped a thousand uh pounds

01:13:40.300 it looks like right if we go back to the timeline here he had dumped a bunch of debris right uh

01:13:48.860 one thousand pounds of debris at lakeview landfill and again a witness saw him do this okay so this

01:13:57.180 right here very sus so he's trying to get ahead of it police that this man being questioned about

01:14:06.300 something completely different would just offhandedly mention this doesn't have anything to do with the

01:14:10.860 man with the collar bomb so why did you tell us that now it only draws our suspicion to you that

01:14:15.740 you might be somehow involved with this case as well are you involved the fbi wants to keep a close eye

01:14:21.740 on rothstein he is arrested also interesting thing so the the state investigators interviewed him first

01:14:27.020 guys right and then the fbi asked hey could we interview this guy as well because they were certain

01:14:31.020 that rothstein was linked to the brian wells case with the bomb why well because of this right here

01:14:39.260 my friends if you guys look here right look at his house in relation to where brian wells went to go

01:14:46.380 deliver those two pepperoni pizzas literally a few hundred yards okay so they thought yo this is

01:14:53.340 the town of erie this is two you know we don't believe in coincidences here this doesn't make sense

01:14:59.260 now with that said the police at this time right the state police were the ones interviewing rothstein

01:15:04.540 as a murder case why because he called in saying hey uh i got this body in the fridge i want to

01:15:09.900 cooperate and help y'all out so they're looking at it as a homicide but once the fbi got wind that

01:15:16.620 this guy called into 9-1-1 and he lived so close to where the pizza guy had delivered they're like no

01:15:20.460 no no no no no this is this is not this is not a coincidence so the fbi shows up the case agent

01:15:25.740 jerry clark right who is uh this guy right here matter of fact i'll go ahead and show y'all a little fast

01:15:33.900 okay yeah whatever jerry clark jerry clark

01:15:38.460 there he is right here came right up oh he's a phd now okay this is jerry clark this is the fbi

01:15:51.180 agent that did the case right when jerry clark went in to go interview him the first thing 0.96

01:15:57.020 that this ass clown told him rothstein was oh uh i'm the smartest guy in this room and the agent 0.90

01:16:04.700 right what does he do he looks around he's like well it's only me and you in here so okay i guess 0.99

01:16:09.340 you're the smartest guy in the room it's not like my wife hasn't told me that before ha ha right

01:16:14.780 now obviously that's a very smart technique right when you got narcissistic criminals like 0.92

01:16:18.940 this that want to go ahead and think that they're the smartest in the room and blah blah blah you

01:16:22.620 a piece of their ego so that they're more comfortable talking to you because as soon as you

01:16:25.900 walk in and you know mind you he had been interviewed by the state police now an fbi comes in

01:16:30.220 a fbi agent comes in oh jerry clark fbi blah blah blah what does he say he wants to try to assert

01:16:34.940 dominance i'm the smartest guy in this room ho ho because he thinks by him going to the police first 0.88

01:16:40.140 right he's kind of he's he's he's getting himself out of the conspiracy to a degree

01:16:45.340 right because you guys gonna see here that this guy rothstein was definitely involved in this

01:16:50.540 situation all right to a heavy extent by the way

01:16:53.980 shout out to mo that's watching the stream shout out to mo and charged with abuse of a corpse and

01:17:02.140 the local news picks up the story so so that's a slap on the wrist he only gets charged with abuse

01:17:07.740 of a corpse versus murder conspiracy or any of the other federal charges the police are trying to put on

01:17:13.100 him anytime you have a big media presence and people just want to know about this case you can use that to

01:17:20.540 your advantage and that's what the investigators did the news story prompts a witness to come

01:17:25.500 forward with information the tipster tells police he saw william rothstein using a public

01:17:31.100 payphone on the same day brian wells died oh here we go

01:17:36.780 shit's about to get real i'm going to show you guys that payphone here in a second all right

01:17:43.020 and when police checked the phone's records they learned that a call was in fact placed to mama mia's pizzeria on the 0.99

01:17:50.940 what day in question gotcha motherfucker gotcha bitch so he did place the call over to mama mia pizzeria 1.00

01:17:59.020 okay and i'm going to show y'all real quick where they made the call from uh 1.00

01:18:05.900 right here this is the payphone booth where the call to mama mia's was made in order to uh to order

01:18:11.820 the two pizzas that were to be delivered by brian wells okay and this was at a shell station guys 0.98

01:18:16.940 located right here it's closed now right but let me enlarge this for real real fast all these stupid 0.91

01:18:24.940 ads okay this now closed shell gas station at the intersection of peach street and robinson road is 0.96

01:18:30.300 where marjorie deal armstrong and william rothstein used the payphone to place an order for a pizza

01:18:35.420 which will be delivered by brian wells on august 28 2003 and this witness guys worked for ups okay so i

01:18:42.220 think he was on a delivery route maybe he was gassing up or whatever but he saw clear as day

01:18:47.900 marjorie okay armstrong this chick and this guy rothstein at that shell gas station all right um

01:18:58.940 at that shell gas station placing a phone call right and he remembers because he saw he walked into marjorie

01:19:05.900 um and saw her he saw her face and then also he knew it was rothstein because rothstein likes to wear 0.92

01:19:11.740 overalls okay where he has he always wears these goddamn overalls which you're gonna see right here 0.84

01:19:17.500 even in his mugshot photo he has it on he always wears these overalls so he knew it was them right 0.95

01:19:21.980 away and rothstein's a big guy you can't miss him right he's a well over six feet tall and then marjorie

01:19:26.140 she has that look of death on her face and she purposely guys would shave her eyebrows to make 1.00

01:19:30.140 herself look more crazy so she can appeal to um to the insane claim uh this woman was not stupid 1.00

01:19:37.420 right she was mentally crazy but she was not stupid all right so that witness got them dead to rights 0.99

01:19:45.260 and saw them there with the payphone and i know some of you guys are probably laughing in the chat like 0.97

01:19:50.220 wait what are you talking about payphone what yes guys back in 2003 what the people used pay

01:19:55.980 phones not everyone had a cell phone back then okay it was very common to use a payphone

01:19:59.740 all right pizzeria can help you when they asked william rostey were you on the payphone he admits

01:20:07.900 yeah i used to say gotcha he admits that he was on the phone why because the eyewitness placed him

01:20:14.300 there positively identified him and marjorie same payphone back then a second witness comes forward

01:20:22.700 saying they saw rothstein at the local dump a few days before his arrest oh got you again

01:20:29.740 they got him at the dump right here when on september 13th okay

01:20:40.300 bill rostein was seen at the landfill dumping over a thousand pounds of something into the waste at the

01:20:47.580 landfill what this says to invent my speculation guys is that what he dumped was materials used to make the

01:20:54.620 bomb okay because he knew if i'm gonna make this bomb i need to get rid of all the tools

01:21:01.500 all the materials again yeah well it's fine l l l l l l youtube it's fine they they could uh we'll hit

01:21:09.340 the chat we'll hit the chats again i i'm prepared so it's okay we straight man don't worry shout out to

01:21:16.140 all the twitch ninjas watching right now um okay i'll hit the chats and then we'll get back into it uh let's see here

01:21:24.620 jared toy okay cool um and you don't forget to unmark the ones that we already read okay that's

01:21:31.020 fine yes i'm on some of them right now okay kika kika ad8 goes uh appreciate y'all appreciate that

01:21:37.820 sparky note goes also myron what are the best crypto you invest in i want to spread uh over more um dude i

01:21:44.940 just get ethereum and bitcoin i don't buy anything else at this point uh those are the most stable coins

01:21:49.020 so i just get those two um if you want to go you should get in the crypto oh well it's too late

01:21:53.340 now i think they're already it's already closed uh but i guess get it in the next time but me

01:21:57.100 personally i always just buy ethereum and bitcoin nowadays i just buy ethereum uh jonathan hogu that's

01:22:03.580 cap that geo metro couldn't drive 60 miles per hour probably not bro uh please tell chris

01:22:08.380 son banned me from the super chats i promise i won't make fun of whales anymore leprecoon did he ban

01:22:13.420 you bro i mean it's always funny when you guys make fun of the fat girls uh

01:22:20.780 it always is funny uh you guys should also cover columbine uh you know what we probably should

01:22:26.220 that was the first big school shooting actually in american history that i can remember that was back

01:22:31.340 in 1999 they blamed eminem and maryland manson for that one so uh yeah columbine yeah columbine

01:22:39.660 that that's uh that's pro that's shooting one of the first major school shootings uh ikramudin

01:22:47.100 zwane uh goes how was he supposed to follow those instructions under that pressure that was devil

01:22:52.540 plus demon time absolutely my friend i agree and again like i said before the police actually tried

01:22:57.980 it it could not do it man so um he was destined to die that day guys we're back shout out to all the

01:23:04.860 ninjas on youtube we are back on youtube guys um again uh guys do me a favor like the video on

01:23:10.380 youtube because like i said before they're trying to they're trying to silence us but it's okay

01:23:14.460 i got y'all they can't stop us okay um

01:23:21.180 let's see here we got here so let's go back to the timeline right so september 24 2003 police of federal

01:23:30.540 agents question rostein about the wells case he says he may have used the pay phone that was the

01:23:35.180 source of the final phone call to wells yeah i may have you mean you definitely did buddy uh

01:23:39.500 mid-march 2004 so you fast forward about a year later and deal armstrong who suffers from a bipolar

01:23:44.860 disorder is transformed from the erie county prison to mayview state hospital near pittsburgh for a

01:23:49.340 long-term psychiatric evaluation in the road in case she's off limits investigators while at mayview

01:23:53.900 because of her mental state okay then you fast forward to july 30 2004 rostein 60

01:23:59.980 dies of cancer he says nothing about the wells case investigators who questioned him on his

01:24:05.180 deathbed now also i want to make that very uh very clear here for y'all so when he got um

01:24:10.620 diagnosed with cancer right and the investigators went over and talked to him jerry clark and the other

01:24:14.860 guy from atf they went to go try to talk to him on his deathbed they said hey you know listen

01:24:19.180 you're gonna go come clean were you involved in this wells case and he goes ahead he's because

01:24:25.820 he's too weak to talk he writes on a piece of paper a big no and obviously the you know

01:24:32.300 investigator ceased the questioning at that time he wouldn't want to admit to it and he ended up

01:24:36.460 dying and taking the secrets with him to the grave okay so let's go ahead and continue on with the

01:24:41.100 timeline uh uh

01:24:43.020 then january 7 2005 armstrong pleads guilty but mentally ill to third degree murder in rodent's

01:24:53.100 death in erie county court and is sentenced to seven to twenty years in a state prison now she

01:24:56.940 obviously does this as a plea deal guys because she knew uh that if she pled guilty right and again 1.00

01:25:03.180 rostein had provided a multi a bunch of evidence to prove that she was the shooter and killed rodent and

01:25:10.140 asked him to help her with disposing of the body but he didn't want to go through with it because

01:25:15.180 at that point i think he knew he would have got caught if he was uh participating so he did two

01:25:19.660 things he implicated her in that murder and he distanced himself from the wells case i think it was

01:25:24.540 a true pride attack from him to uh avoid detection from police and he knew he was dying so he went that

01:25:31.180 route right next march 16 2005 deal armstrong is transferred from mayview to state correctional

01:25:37.020 institution at muncie okay uh april 20th and may 23rd 2005 the main investigators in the wells case

01:25:43.740 john jerry clark who i showed you all before of the fbi and jason wick of the atf interviewed

01:25:48.860 deal armstrong she talks about rostein but refuses to answer questions okay so she starts being a pain 1.00

01:25:54.780 in the ass guys she doesn't want to answer questions you know i need y'all to move me and transfer me to 0.98

01:25:59.500 another center she wanted to be closer to her attorney because her attorney was complaining about driving 0.99

01:26:03.020 to her all the time so she's trying to play hard ball with the investigators right so clark and wick

01:26:09.340 again these are the two the atf and fbi agents right interview armstrong at the state prison at

01:26:13.660 cambridge springs according to the fbi she says she killed raiden rodent sorry to silence him in the

01:26:19.020 well spot plot and she says she never spoke in detail about his killing because she feared it would

01:26:24.780 implicate her in the wells case well obviously duh and she will go down for first degree murder but at

01:26:29.740 this point she had already pled guilty she was serving time for that so obviously double jeopardy

01:26:35.020 they can't come and get after her now for first degree murder which is what she deserved to get 1.00

01:26:38.860 but she didn't end up getting okay this woman is on demon time as y'all can see because of her 1.00

01:26:44.780 mental issues yes so she was able again shaving her eyebrows trying to make herself look crazy and she

01:26:50.140 was able to get away with it right uh in the summer of 2003 she says she gave roststein kitchen timers

01:26:58.380 integral components to the collar bomb and was a quarter of a mile from the bank robbery site

01:27:03.340 when wells was killed armstrong first raised the possibility of immunity during the interview

01:27:08.060 she kept talking and never ended up getting a deal she would later dispute the fbi's version of her

01:27:13.740 statements guys this is key why well if you guys look at the bomb which i'm going to show you guys here

01:27:22.060 real fast actually you know let me see if i have the evidence here if they have it

01:27:28.380 the reason why this is key guys they don't have a picture of the bomb oh yeah this was from oh

01:27:37.420 this is from ken barnes house okay we'll talk about that here in a little bit whose house is this one

01:27:41.180 from bill ross okay this is bill rossstein's house guys so uh terrible these dudes were all messy 0.91

01:27:49.820 fucks oh and here's the picture that uh angie showed before 1.00

01:27:52.700 um let me see here so this is the bomb right after it detonated right you can see two sticks of uh 0.99

01:28:04.460 two sticks of dynamite right one got blew up and then you can see two timers right here let me

01:28:10.460 enlarge this for y'all real quick so you guys can see what i'm talking about here

01:28:17.580 you know what it's not enlarging the way i want you know what here

01:28:22.700 i got you right now where was this bomb it was on his neck brian wells it's the same one yeah it's

01:28:29.820 the same one uh oh i see because you had like i'm trying to show yeah i'm trying to show you guys the

01:28:40.620 replica version of it which the guy had in a netflix video

01:28:43.820 but i'm trying to get like a nice big one for y'all real fast okay is it not this okay you passed it

01:28:52.700 see because it had two timers and i want to show y'all that one

01:28:57.980 okay you know what i'm gonna go back to netflix right here i'm gonna look it up

01:29:05.340 where the bomb squad guy had it because he he shows it he shows it

01:29:10.380 when they arrive on scene i think it's like forward oh right here okay

01:29:15.500 okay bam okay person at the scene it was evident that he was deceased at that point

01:29:30.860 the suspect still had part of the device secured to his neck

01:29:38.140 yeah i'm gonna mute it real quick so we don't get hit with that copyright is bad

01:29:41.900 let's see here let's see

01:29:45.340 they better not hit stream suspended i'm gonna be mad as hell where the 0.98

01:29:53.980 god damn this is a pain in the ass i think it's off forward my 0.99

01:29:58.860 oh okay there we go okay bam all right there it is right there it's not okay 0.99

01:30:03.660 okay um here let me turn the subtitles off so i can see that better okay here it is right here guys

01:30:12.140 so you can see here there was a phone two sticks of dynamite and these two clocks here right and

01:30:17.820 let me enlarge this real fast so you can see this

01:30:22.140 these two clocks right here so this is why this is so important okay because these two clocks were

01:30:26.860 provided by armstrong to rossstein rossstein guys was the one that built this bomb okay he was a

01:30:35.340 handyman he's very good with building stuff and uh very um sadistic as y'all can clearly see but he

01:30:43.100 needed timers marjorie aka armstrong was the one that provided him with these timers now he put a cell

01:30:49.340 phone in here he had a bunch of decoys in here that had nothing to do with the situation it was

01:30:53.340 actually these two timers that set off the bomb this one was a decoy but these two were provided

01:30:57.980 by her and the reason why this was so important guys is because it had not been released to the media

01:31:04.460 that there were two timers in the uh in the bomb and she was able to specifically name

01:31:12.220 the brand of the bombs sorry the brand of the of the timers kitchen time basically for cooking timers

01:31:18.540 is what what she used okay so that was what effectively tied her to the conspiracy in the

01:31:26.140 initial stages all right so let's go ahead and continue on here with uh the timeline

01:31:35.740 july 19th and 20th 2005 clark and wick well let me show you all this okay clark and wick interview

01:31:43.340 floyd a um jay stock uh floyd a stockton jr ross stein's housemate at the time wells was killed

01:31:52.380 he says ross stein and armstrong were involved in the bank robbery and bomb plot because they needed 0.83

01:31:58.300 money guys this is very important now you guys are probably wondering who the fuck is stockton well 0.83

01:32:03.260 stockton is this guy right here okay convicted uh grapist okay out of washington state 0.86

01:32:13.020 so after this went down guys right after wells was killed ross stein told stockton hey bro get the 0.92

01:32:20.300 hell out of town okay you need to get out of town because there's a bunch of shit going on we're 0.97

01:32:25.180 gonna have problems get out of town so stockton got the hell out of there right at the time he was 0.60

01:32:29.740 bumming off in ross stein's house just chilling and he was a fugitive on the run so marjorie what does

01:32:35.420 she do she tells the fbi about this stockton guy that had been at the house at the time during this

01:32:41.340 whole situation that's how the police got wind of him in the first place and then when they went

01:32:47.180 to go talk to him he goes ahead and admits that um that armstrong was involved and ross stein in in

01:32:55.100 the situation obviously in exchange for less time all right so august 11th 18th and august 11th 18th

01:33:02.700 and september 13 2005 clark and wick interview kenneth uh e barnes deal arms armstrong's fishing

01:33:09.420 buddy he says armstrong before wells was killed soliciting uh killed solicited him to kill her 0.50

01:33:15.580 father to stop her father from spending her inheritance okay now who is kenneth e barnes well

01:33:21.980 this is him right here guys kenneth barnes is this guy okay kenneth barnes is a drug dealer 0.96

01:33:27.740 and somewhat pimp to whores in the area of eerie he's a crack cocaine dealer okay drug dealer in 0.97

01:33:36.300 general small-time drug dealer selling drugs to a lot of prostitutes why is this important because 0.99

01:33:41.020 he sells drugs to this girl right here jessica hoopsick okay this woman was a prostitute and guess 1.00

01:33:47.820 who she was banging this guy right here brian wells okay so now you can see guys that this is 0.74

01:33:58.060 all coming together okay so barnes okay his friends were armstrong they go fishing talk 0.97

01:34:05.660 shit etc and armstrong tells him that i she needs her father killed well barnes is like okay i could do it 0.96

01:34:13.740 and he claims that he was just kidding around or whatever and says oh yeah i'll do it but i want 1.00

01:34:18.460 250 000 to do it and she's like okay done he's like okay well uh if you really want me to kill him 0.88

01:34:25.580 i need a hundred thousand dollars up front so she's like okay let's go ahead rob this bank okay get the 1.00

01:34:32.460 money from the bank i pay barnes he kills my dad then we're all sitting pretty with money also keep in

01:34:38.700 mind guys at the time ross stein had that house on peach street okay that armstrong was staying at

01:34:44.380 he had it on the market for 250 000 coincidence i think not he the mark the house was only worth

01:34:52.300 about 100 000 back then in 03 but he wanted 250 000 for it okay so you can see here that he had issues

01:35:00.780 with his estate she wanted her father killed so that she could get her inheritance and then this guy 0.58

01:35:05.740 just basically wanted money in general because he had a drug problem alcohol problem it was a drug

01:35:09.900 dealer okay and then he was selling crack to hoop sick who was banging brian wells all right and then 0.85

01:35:17.420 this guy panetti worked with brian wells in the pizza shop however he was just a drug addict and died

01:35:22.700 from an overdose okay they couldn't really link him to uh to the entire conspiracy and then stockton

01:35:28.940 was housemates with ross stein okay guys so that is in general the um the cons the the links between

01:35:40.220 all the individuals in this conspiracy so this lady just literally like gave out his name to like brian 0.99

01:35:46.700 wells to this drug dealer yes so what happened was they rostein armstrong and barnes wanted to rob the bank

01:35:57.180 but they don't want to rob it themselves so they came up with this plan with the neck bomb right the

01:36:01.900 collar bomb so they asked hoop sick or bonds or barnes asked hoop sick hey who do you think we can

01:36:07.900 get to do this and she says well you guys can go ahead and bring brian wells he's kind of a pushover 0.99

01:36:12.540 he's kind of a pussy why because this guy would simp on her he would buy her groceries buy her food 1.00

01:36:17.020 hang out with her family she was one of his johns but he would like treat her kind of like a girlfriend 1.00

01:36:21.100 which is uh very uh you know you stupid but it is what it is but she knew that he was a simp and a 0.99

01:36:27.500 trick so what did she do she lined him up for ken barnes okay now there's a you know speculation that 0.99

01:36:35.100 brian wells was involved in the conspiracy and that he knew what was going on it's just that he didn't

01:36:40.700 know that the bomb was real they told him that the bomb was fake that he would be able to escape

01:36:44.620 without getting issues because he's a hostage in the situation um after looking at all the evidence i

01:36:50.540 think that he didn't know personally um and hoop sick actually comes out in the documentary and says

01:36:55.100 that he didn't know and i'll show you guys that clip here right now if y'all want let me boom she

01:37:01.980 confesses that she was the one that brought him on uh in the situation

01:37:12.700 okay so hopefully i don't get hit but with youtube here real quick uh before i do this though uh we got

01:37:18.700 a couple shots that came through okay guys do me a favor like the video we're gonna go ahead

01:37:23.260 and play this clip for y'all at the risk of potentially getting kicked off youtube again

01:37:27.100 but let's do it i think he was a good guy

01:37:30.540 i was and in a steady strong

01:37:43.980 i could do this to somebody who i cared about

01:37:49.500 she lined him up

01:37:50.300 my name is jessica hoop sick i'm a friend of brian wells and i'm ready to tell the real story now

01:38:01.980 and mind you just so you guys know right um the person i made this documentary had tried to interview

01:38:07.340 her before right after the trial and she said no right so what ends up happening is she gets arrested 0.61

01:38:14.860 for a drug charge and she goes to jail guess who she ends up in jail with next to her her favorite

01:38:20.780 person aka marjorie um armstrong this girl right here right she gets in jail with the crazy one 1.00

01:38:28.540 so marjorie knows that hoopstick had testified in court against her okay for the federal case

01:38:35.260 so what does she do she tracks her down and corners her at the yard and tells her i'm going 1.00

01:38:39.340 to whoop your ass i'm going to kill you blah blah blah blah all this shit right so now 1.00

01:38:42.700 hoopsick is like you know what i'm gonna go ahead and finally give the documentary uh a shot i'm gonna 1.00

01:38:50.460 talk to you guys to tell you how the real story because there's a bunch of contention if wells was

01:38:55.340 actually involved in this conspiracy and for obvious reasons she didn't want to say uh give

01:39:01.900 her side of the story because it makes her look really bad but at least she came forward and told the

01:39:05.660 truth um which i i do believe her in this case because this doesn't make her look good so i i think

01:39:09.900 she more than likely this is the truth that she lined him up i think he was a good guy

01:39:26.700 and she ended up having a kid later guys and she claims that it's uh brian wills kid which is a 0.97

01:39:47.660 i don't know what's worse having a kid with a prostitute or smashing a prostitute raw but that's 0.98

01:39:50.940 a whole other discussion i guess ew yeah all right fast forward this okay so she's talking 0.99

01:40:06.460 about ken barnes here he wanted me to find a gopher to rob a bank for him need to find a gopher again

01:40:11.260 and this is what she's talking about right here just to put a picture to the name this guy ken barnes

01:40:15.260 right here and she knows ken barnes because he sells her crack cocaine guys all right

01:40:22.380 preferred to rob the bank for him he wanted somebody who they could scare into doing this

01:40:29.180 that would not run that would not call the cops they said that it wasn't going to be real it was

01:40:34.620 just going to be a scare tactic to scare him into going to rob the bank oh yeah sure it's not going to

01:40:40.620 be real it's it's going to be just a scare tactic man stop the cow see i can see the diabolical plan

01:40:47.740 here so they want to rob the bank they want to get the money so that marjorie right again some pieces 0.99

01:40:55.420 together for you guys right i know this is a complex situation so rostein armstrong and barnes plan to rob

01:41:02.540 the bank armstrong has a big inheritance that she's her father has that she thinks she's entitled to

01:41:08.860 right which we're going to get into that in a little bit as well so she hires barnes to kill 0.93

01:41:13.900 her father however barnes wants 100 000 down payment and 250 000 to do the hit so she says 0.94

01:41:20.060 let's rob the bank for 250 000 i'll give you the money you kill my dad we're all going to get money

01:41:25.260 we're all going to be sitting pretty you'll be able to deal with your estate i'll be rich and barnes 0.99

01:41:29.980 you can be rich as well and get all the crack whores that you want right so barnes is like okay well 0.99

01:41:35.180 i don't want to rob the bank that's a lot of fed time he had been done he had been arrested 0.99

01:41:38.540 before for drug trafficking so that he and he's not stupid he knows it's a federal charge 1.00

01:41:43.580 automatically for robbing the bank so yo let's get an idiot that'll rob the bank for us that we 1.00

01:41:48.300 will won't necessarily be able to trace back so let's go ahead and get somebody random let's get 1.00

01:41:51.980 the fucking pizza guy so rostein right goes ahead rostein goes ahead and uh builds the bomb okay 1.00

01:42:01.660 can cost a plan with armstrong and here's barnes right here and they use this dumb prostitute 1.00

01:42:08.540 to lure this guy um to the pizza spot where they made the phone call where you guys remember 0.97

01:42:15.260 right here from the shell station so they had him set up the whole time and sent him to an address

01:42:19.740 that they knew was going to be rural and deserted and no one else would be there

01:42:24.220 who put the the collar on his neck it was uh the person that put the collar on his neck good question

01:42:30.300 was stockton okay stockton put the collar on his neck so when he arrived at the location he was met

01:42:36.220 by barnes armstrong rostein and stockton okay she wasn't there she just was the one that said that

01:42:43.580 this is the guy that you want he worked at this pizza spot right and brian wells was paying this 0.59

01:42:47.420 girl to have sex yes she was a woman that he would see uh fairly often oh another reason too which you

01:42:53.500 guys are going to see here in a second why he was not involved in conspiracy which hoopsick is going to

01:42:57.260 talk about which i won't disclose but so he gets to the location and these four are me and meet him

01:43:05.500 they offered me five thousand dollars i was high for about three days and i called caddy and told him

01:43:11.980 can you give me some money now if i tell you this guy's name he said well i'll give you some some crack

01:43:17.180 now and i said okay so i went down there and i said well i know this guy brian i said and he's

01:43:27.660 you know he's a pushover you could probably use him

01:43:32.540 he's a pushover you can use him

01:43:35.660 i um set it up for the next week to bring brian over there so i brought brian over there

01:43:40.060 okay so this house right here is brian uh is um this is ken uh ken barnes okay crack house okay

01:43:53.180 ken barnes guys operated pretty much like a stash house slash crack house slash whorehouse okay um and 0.96

01:43:59.660 this address is right here um god damn it where'd i put it oh right here 617 perry street okay guys 0.95

01:44:10.860 this is the address where um hoopsick brought brian and ken barnes was able to get a look at him 0.97

01:44:19.100 right she made it look like it's oh yeah i'm just bringing my john here so that we can smash

01:44:23.660 but the real reason she brought him over there was so that ken barnes can size them up

01:44:27.660 get an idea who who he was and then bam they'd plot to call the pizza shop and get him to that

01:44:33.020 secluded location over there on peach street over here which we talked about earlier uh right here

01:44:39.900 okay so that's the real reason she brought him to that address and if you guys are wondering

01:44:45.260 the fbi right which i went ahead and got the search warrant for y'all

01:44:51.100 ended up doing a search at this house to get evidence okay i gerald c clark jr being

01:44:57.420 duly sworn to pose and stay i'm a special agent with the federal bureau of investigation blah blah

01:45:00.700 blah he goes and says i love me which if you guys watch fed it i explain how affidavits are written

01:45:04.380 for y'all right and this is the affidavit uh as far as like how they searched the information that they

01:45:11.100 got to search the home okay right you can see here that they've done some interviews with confidential

01:45:16.940 informant one okay that he's been acquainted with ken barnes for approximately seven eight years

01:45:21.980 confidential one and confidential informant one uh indicated that barnes considers him to be a

01:45:26.860 close associate trust the ci right and then he gave information on the house like i tell you before

01:45:30.700 anytime you see a search warrant for a home it means a ci is involved right um and then they go ahead 1.00

01:45:37.500 and put a certain criminal history in there because you have to do that right because you got to show

01:45:41.260 how dependent or undependent the um person is talk more about the informant right and they wrote all

01:45:48.380 this to basically get a search warrant right for the house um let's talk to him on several okay so

01:45:55.820 they had two cis all right and then also they take an interview for marjorie deal armstrong on july 5 2005

01:46:04.940 she indicated that on day of the bank robber she was a cellular telephone that was not hers however

01:46:08.380 previously on may 19 2005 uh deal armstrong told another inmate at the state correctional institute

01:46:14.380 at muncie a cooperating witness that william rossstein had eight to ten cellular telephones

01:46:19.020 in different names and that she used one of the cell phones to call rye stein during the robbery

01:46:23.500 in light of barnes previous statements concerning his knowledge and involvement with marjorie deal in the

01:46:27.740 bank robbery and the death of brian wells and his concern that investigators may have seized the

01:46:31.340 cellular telephone in his residence there's probable cause for investigators to search and seize

01:46:36.060 this item and search its contents the cellular telephone number can be compared to cellular

01:46:39.900 telephone tower data from august 28 2003 which is can has been obtained by investigators to determine

01:46:45.820 whether the cellular telephone was utilized on the date in the vicinity of the cellular telephone to

01:46:49.900 tower servicing the area in which the collar bomb incident took place and the contents of the cellular

01:46:54.220 telephone can be retrieved for analysis of any further connection barnes has with this case okay so

01:47:00.220 they were they went ahead and got a search warrant signed by the judge right on may 5 2006 and then this

01:47:07.260 guy's okay i got y'all again i got the actual search warrant right that shows what they got out of the 0.58

01:47:15.900 house again this is ken barnes's house guys okay like the goddamn video all right um and y'all can see 0.71

01:47:23.100 here right that this was uh the actual search warrant right that was given to him so that what i showed 0.87

01:47:29.740 y'all before this is the affidavit right you have to file an affidavit in support of a search warrant

01:47:34.220 right with all your facts then you get the search warrant signed by the judge right now here is the

01:47:39.420 return okay guys anytime you do a search warrant you have to uh bring something called a return

01:47:44.860 and put exactly what you took from the house so let's take a look at what they took from that house

01:47:52.140 so see attached um fd597 and the reason for that is because that's their form

01:47:56.780 right so and this is the certification right so this is what they took this is the with the day

01:48:03.500 that they did it this is the case number the fbi case number right 617 address so they took a

01:48:11.580 shop vac containing sweepings from the basement um type writtens hard drives nokia track phone black

01:48:21.420 boone's book um drives license of elmer keith uh credit cards access cards telephone answering

01:48:31.340 machine panasonic safe deposit box and a pager a gte pager that's what they took okay from the search

01:48:41.100 okay and this is the fbi document right here this is fd597 that's the uh the receiver received the

01:48:46.540 return release so they basically gave this copy to ken barnes they probably served them with this after the

01:48:51.180 fact okay so uh let's go back oh my bad guys like the video because like i told you before i was

01:48:59.100 preparing all this for the show for y'all um where are we at here oh okay so going back to this is hoop

01:49:07.100 sticks uh account of how she said brian wells up and this was again at the stats that i just showed y'all

01:49:13.980 and he's seen who brian was and but i didn't introduce them or anything i just took brian and

01:49:19.340 seeing him and then took him out they asked me for his work schedule

01:49:26.140 the next day march gave me fifteen hundred dollars so marge is the one that paid her fifteen hundred

01:49:30.700 bucks okay this is critical evidence guys

01:49:38.940 and that is why march hates her so much by the way as well keep in mind what did march say you lying 1.00

01:49:43.500 bitch i'm gonna kill you blah blah blah she threw in there at the jail why because hoopstick had the 1.00

01:49:49.260 dirts on her it'd be in the second week of august but then they canceled it because march had something 1.00

01:49:57.100 to do she couldn't be there okay you guys are probably wondering what the is this myron that is the body of

01:50:03.820 this guy right here guys james roden as we discussed before um remember she shot him in the head okay

01:50:11.020 and then he he died weeks before wells was killed on august 28th she killed him and then she needed 1.00

01:50:17.500 to stash the body somewhere so who does she hit up she hits up rostein one of them boys hey i need

01:50:22.540 help stashing this body rostein puts the body in his house over there on peach street right here okay

01:50:28.540 again it's a complex case so i'm repeating myself because i really want you to understand

01:50:33.420 he puts the body there and then he calls the police right a couple days after the after brian was dead

01:50:38.780 because he could feel the heat it says yo this guy's body's at the house and it was who marjorie

01:50:44.220 that killed him aka this bimbo right here okay miss no eyebrows miss no she was the mastermind in the in 1.00

01:50:52.940 yes i would say her and from me looking at this case i think her and rostein were the two

01:50:58.140 masterminds she uh she came up with like the general idea she was like the main stimuli because 0.97

01:51:03.100 she wanted her father dead and then rostein is the one that was the arms he was the one that built

01:51:07.500 the bomb etc so that's james roden's body guys after they thawed him out etc from the freezer

01:51:18.380 please like the video on youtube guys get me to 1000 plus likes on here because

01:51:22.620 y'all already know i'm about to get demonetized to death what about the pre-robbery meeting the day

01:51:29.580 before the one that barnes and stockton say that brian was at okay quick little recap so guys

01:51:38.780 barnes and stockton okay claimed that wells met with them the day prior

01:51:46.860 to the bank robbery on august 27th okay and they met and planned this all out okay and that he was

01:51:54.860 a willing conspirator let's see if that's actually true based on what hoopstick says

01:52:03.180 um i was with brian the day before for a couple hours i don't believe that he was there that day

01:52:09.340 i mean i know he was supposed to go to work at like four o'clock that night

01:52:13.340 and he was with me from like 12 until like 2 30 which would have given time to go home and get

01:52:18.700 ready for it so i don't believe he was with them that day and there you have it my friends that

01:52:26.140 i think is kind of the smoking that he was not there and conspired with these guys to rob

01:52:34.620 the bank because if you think about it it doesn't make sense why would he be the one to take all the

01:52:40.060 risk put the collar on his neck etc right with a bomb on it even if they told him allegedly like

01:52:44.940 oh yeah like no bro it's not real etc like no man i think that he didn't know what was going down and

01:52:52.300 that they just and they ambushed him when he showed up at the um at the tower okay and put the and put

01:52:58.060 the collar on his neck but you guys are probably wondering yo myron well why would they lie about that

01:53:02.700 well there's a reason my friends the reason why they lied about it guys is because

01:53:07.180 murder has no statute of limitations

01:53:14.300 so by saying that he was a willing conspirator what it basically did was it took the death penalty

01:53:21.100 off the table for the federal case okay and what they ended up getting them on

01:53:26.780 is what here is the indictment right here okay guys and uh yeah i'm i'm giving myself another 0.97

01:53:35.500 i got all the documents here god damn it like the goddamn video guys all right ain't nobody going 0.97

01:53:40.860 this hard so they got them with uh 18 usc 371 which i know off the top of my head is conspiracy 0.97

01:53:46.220 924 c1 b and 2113 d and 2113 e which if i'm not mistaken it's a use of a destructive device

01:53:56.700 and uh bank robbery let's see here manner means of conspiracy okay this is the indictment that they got

01:54:03.900 them all on overt acts which if you guys know right a conspiracy is basically done when it's

01:54:09.020 an agreement between two people to commit an illegal act and then an overt act so for example right uh

01:54:15.020 let's say me and angie right plan to rob a bank right and i go ahead and get the rent the getaway car

01:54:22.140 she gets some gloves and then mo that helps out with helping us count the money at the end basically

01:54:27.260 the fact that i got the getaway car is an overt act and furtherance of the conspiracy so they will

01:54:32.300 use that as an overt act to get us for the bank robbery and the conspiracy because i take actions

01:54:37.100 to make sure that we will actually commit the crime and uh angie as well uh let's see here let

01:54:44.140 me see the charges you will be the mastermind yeah i would probably be the mastermind if i was the one 0.89

01:54:49.100 that planned it yep and i would get the most time of course so count two oh this is an old ass indictment 0.72

01:54:54.460 they don't list out the crimes like they should be okay here i got y'all right now

01:55:01.340 fbi uh pizza bomber right here okay this is the archive okay they ended up getting them the charges were 0.97

01:55:17.660 god damn it 0.67

01:55:24.460 oh conspiracy to commit bank robbery armed bank robbery and using and carrying a destructive device 0.99

01:55:30.300 in a crime of violence okay let me enlarge that for y'all real quick my bad guys this is an old 0.98

01:55:34.780 fbi archive from when was this 2007 god damn i was in i was a junior in high school but yeah these

01:55:41.340 were the charges uh conspiracy to commit bank robbery armed bank robbery and using and carrying

01:55:45.580 a destructive device in a crime of violence all right so i had most of them right all right uh and

01:55:50.460 that was this indictment right here as y'all could see okay this is the actual official 0.94

01:55:54.700 indictment which you could tell how old and it's all faded and shit 0.84

01:56:06.220 i have a lot of remorse for a lot of stuff i did and a lot of all right so yeah she feels bad 0.93

01:56:10.780 because she set him up and she should feel bad because i was fucked up so let's fast forward here 0.94

01:56:15.500 she like basically kill him yeah basically she set him up to die real talk 0.98

01:56:25.020 so this is kind of what happened and company decide to target 0.91

01:56:31.740 and she killed him 0.97

01:56:35.180 all right that's her killing rodent that that's her killing james rodent yeah

01:56:39.020 yeah dramatization is hilarious seems as if investigators have learned

01:56:42.940 all the details yeah what the heck was that week why did deal armstrong and company decide to target

01:56:51.180 brian wells to be the bank robber oh my god well that's when kenneth barnes

01:56:57.500 brian wells was in on the plot okay we know that that was not true so this this documentary is actually

01:57:02.380 wrong about this we know thanks to the to the 304 right that she belongs to the streets we know that

01:57:11.820 brian wells actually was not in on it and he didn't know what the hell was going on and to be honest

01:57:15.900 with you i believe the prostitute because she makes herself look really bad because she has to admit

01:57:19.660 that she set him up to die okay and that's why she didn't want to do the interview in the first place

01:57:24.620 so what's here's what really went down guys so he shows up right brian wells and let's go ahead and

01:57:29.580 pull up this and again just so you guys know let me show you all this real fast this so again here are

01:57:36.780 all the conspirators right and here is a screenshot so brian wells gets the uh gets the uh the delivery

01:57:45.100 for two um pepperoni pizzas i think with sausage fat bastard he goes all the way back here right 0.87

01:57:51.420 when he gets back here he's met by um ken barnes armstrong marjorie uh armstrong william rostein 0.95

01:58:02.700 and stockton okay and what ends up happening is they basically grab him up okay they grab him up

01:58:10.700 and they put the collar on him right so i think barnes barnes grab barnes grabs him smacks him

01:58:18.460 and then stockton comes over and puts the collar on his neck all right while this is all going down and

01:58:24.940 wells is trying to um struggle his fight back and struggle rostine shoots a gun in the air to let 0.53

01:58:30.460 him know hey we can we can kill you right so that's what i think wells meant when he said they

01:58:34.620 were shooting at me he might have not seen it but rostline shot a gun in the air and then armstrong

01:58:39.580 is there as well observing everything going down but the two people that mason mostly had their hands

01:58:44.140 on him were barnes and stockton okay so stockton puts the the the clamp on his neck and then they

01:58:52.060 tell him hey this is what you got to do and they give him the instructions and tell him get the

01:58:55.180 fuck out of there you got 55 minutes and then obviously the the saw situation ended up going 0.82

01:59:01.660 down live or die it's your choice if you guys remember uh what jigsaw would famously say 0.99

01:59:08.540 um so that's kind of what went down there when he went back over there to that area okay and

01:59:13.580 obviously he was set up by hoopsick um who basically told ken barnes that he was a guy she got paid

01:59:20.620 fifteen hundred dollars by marjorie for setting this guy up and barnes gave her some free crack

01:59:26.380 cocaine all right so yeah she did it for cracking fifteen hundred bucks originally supposed to be 1.00

01:59:35.100 five thousand dollars but i guess she she took a crack discount you guys don't do drugs guys kill

01:59:39.740 someone crack is whack um let's see here so let's go through the timeline some more make sure we didn't

01:59:45.340 miss anything uh okay so okay may 10 2006 uh okay yeah federal agent search barnes then residence

01:59:55.100 in 600 block of perry street and erie for bond making components and other items um armstrong

01:59:59.980 would talk to wick and clark remember those are the two agents from atf and fbi total of eight times

02:00:04.860 this was the day of her last interview along with her personal lawyer lawrence d ambrosia who encouraged

02:00:09.260 her to talk she goes on a ride with wick and clark in a summit township she points out where she

02:00:13.340 was throughout the day when wells was killed according to the fbi yeah they actually took

02:00:16.860 her out guys to um to get pretzels and uh diet coke and she ended up talking no way yeah yeah she was 0.74

02:00:23.100 so she like crack pretzels and coke hey man hey man get some get some goddamn yeah actually it was in 0.83

02:00:29.900 this documentary let me see here if i can show y'all i'll show y'all here if i can find it she belongs to 0.96

02:00:35.100 the streets yeah she definitely belongs to the streets let's see here if they if they're gonna if i can 0.96

02:00:39.660 find it i forget which episode it was in i think it was this one oh yeah it was this one so here they

02:00:45.020 are leading her away guys right as y'all can see here's the two case agents here's jerry clark

02:00:50.140 and the guy from atf right they're leading her from the jail right to take her on the ride

02:00:58.380 did you were you the mastermind behind this brian wells cakes 1.00

02:01:02.780 yes i wasn't even involved you're fucking stupid stupid i don't know why she's talking 1.00

02:01:09.020 see as y'all can see the fbi agents are quiet as hell they don't want to well the fbi and atf 1.00

02:01:13.100 guy are quiet as hell they don't want to say shit and she's over here yapping her gums away and they 0.99

02:01:16.860 probably told her too don't say shit to the press if she's still over here talking weren't involved 1.00

02:01:20.460 you didn't know what's gonna happen i did nothing you didn't do the collar bomb nothing i'm innocent 0.98

02:01:26.060 i'm innocent not the cow who's framing you was bill rostein the mastermind bill rostein and the 0.53

02:01:32.700 government are framing me okay frame me okay and the rest of these lying lying perjuring witnesses

02:01:39.420 yeah as she gets into a government car what you're working with the government right now 1.00

02:01:45.180 what are you talking about like stupid and also not to mention i also want to mention this as well 0.99

02:01:50.300 guys so they said perjuring witnesses just so you guys know 1.00

02:01:52.860 there were a bunch of people that were housed with um marjorie that came forward and said that

02:02:00.700 she confessed to shooting her heard that first boyfriend back in the 80s six times while he was

02:02:05.340 asleep and she got away with it she would brag about how she got away with it she also bragged

02:02:09.100 about how her and rostein committed this crime together and how rostein made the bomb and she had

02:02:15.020 hired ken barnes to kill her father so that she would get money she was literally obsessed with getting

02:02:21.260 this money out of inheritance which is funny because her father okay had taken her off their

02:02:27.100 inheritance

02:02:27.900 love you father donna marco for him

02:02:34.140 donna marco literally was out here making a whole crazy plot right to kill her dad for 250k get pizza 1.00

02:02:43.420 men to blow up and going into banks and creating a fucking cane shotguns and all this other 0.99

02:02:49.180 shit meanwhile she was never on the will 0.99

02:02:56.780 oh man w dad man w dad shout out to him but i don't understand is that um 1.00

02:03:03.020 she killed all these people to kill all her husbands and boyfriends and shit 1.00

02:03:07.900 why didn't she just killed her dad she tried to but she didn't want to oh uh because the paper trail 1.00

02:03:14.140 would have been too too too easy to trace back to her yeah but can you see like how easy it is for

02:03:20.860 like to get her on this thing like yeah i i'm shocked that she got by on the other ones like

02:03:26.060 when she was like because she the first one she claimed self-defense she shot him six times while he 1.00

02:03:29.260 was whatever and she said she was an abusive relationship when she got off she could have 1.00

02:03:32.060 done that with her dad but then with the second guy she had to like he got he hit his head on the

02:03:37.180 table and died but she was never like accused of being a a crook so i think if she if her dad died

02:03:43.020 too would have been too too obvious if they would be like bro so i think she wanted to distance herself

02:03:47.500 because at this point think about it she had the bank robbery she didn't want to be involved in that

02:03:50.700 she knew she was under the radar from the police okay and her time was ticking okay i can see that

02:03:54.940 so she wanted ken barnes to do it instead all right so let's go real quick uh so you guys can see

02:03:59.980 what i'm talking about here when she cooperated with the police daddy can't there's no physical evidence 0.99

02:04:04.380 she and i want y'all to pay attention to that she keeps saying there's no physical evidence i never 0.92

02:04:09.420 confessed anything crook man that's some crook type comment shit on that day she was just um i think 0.93

02:04:16.780 glad to be out of prison said marjorie'd like something to eat yeah let's get a uh something 0.98

02:04:22.700 at the country fair here so we stopped marjorie asked for some pretzels so i went in grabbed a bag

02:04:28.540 of pretzel rods a couple diet cokes and we sat in the back and we're eating pretzel rods

02:04:34.060 drinking diet cokes while we're driving around looking at locations and it was

02:04:40.620 w police right there man

02:04:45.420 and real quick i want to mention to y'all um when they raided her house the first time

02:04:49.900 right on peach street when she was living there uh they found literally like diet coke bottles

02:04:56.860 everywhere it was literally disgusting so this woman had loved diet coke i don't know why because 1.00

02:05:01.580 diet coke is trash it's all about coke zero but you know it is what it is it was almost like 0.82

02:05:07.580 you had you know just your family member that you're taking around for a ride 0.95

02:05:15.180 there's the bomb again see guys you can see the two timers in there and again critical piece of

02:05:19.740 evidence is that she said that she provided the two timers and she was able to name the brand and

02:05:24.300 again that was not released to the media at the time so that was a very solid piece of evidence

02:05:29.100 oh and they're going to talk about that here actually right now she divulged that mr rostine

02:05:33.580 had requested two kitchen timers from her and that was significant because up to that point the media

02:05:39.420 of course had a lot of information released a lot of information on this case but they did not know

02:05:44.940 and did not release the fact there were two timers in this device when she said mr rostine wanted

02:05:49.180 two and she provided two that was a significant piece of information boom so uh okay so what do

02:05:59.580 we got here so we're going to go back to the timeline real quick guys okay

02:06:05.580 uh a federal grand jury which was which has been meeting in the wells case for close to two years and

02:06:11.820 was about to have his term expire indicts armstrong and barnes on the felonies of armed bank robbery

02:06:15.900 again with guys barnes the fishing guy that she's friends with that she conspired to kill her dad

02:06:21.740 with drug dealer and armstrong uh conspiracy to commit uh armed bank robbery and using destructive

02:06:30.300 device in the crime of violence the grand jury names wells and rostine is unindicted co-conspirators and

02:06:34.220 the reason why is because wells was dead and rostine was dead as well at this point that's why they were

02:06:38.060 unindicted co-conspirators and keep in mind guys like i said before the reason why barnes

02:06:43.420 and marjorie and uh the other guy who actually was not indicted this dude um stockton right 0.97

02:06:51.820 didn't say it kept saying that wells was and was a willing participant as because they're not stupid 0.59

02:06:57.420 if he was not a willing participant what ends up happening they can all get the death penalty okay so

02:07:03.180 that's why that was a key reason why they said that he was a willing participant july 11 2007 the

02:07:09.100 u.s attorney's office unseals the indictment stockton is not named in the indictments he

02:07:12.540 reaches an immunity deal with the government in exchange for testifying against armstrong and

02:07:15.900 barnes and again that is the child grapist right here and i think at this point he was already in

02:07:21.900 prison guys on a great charge out in the state of washington that's another reason why they didn't

02:07:25.260 want to charge him because he was already serving time go back to the timeline july 29 2008 u.s

02:07:31.340 district judge sean mclaughlin uh rules armstrong incompetent for trial largely because of her 1.00

02:07:37.740 bipolar disorder he orders her to undergo more mental health exams in the federal prison system 0.98

02:07:42.460 september 3rd 2008 barnes pleads guilty before mclaughlin to conspiracy to commit bank robbery as

02:07:46.780 well as using a destructive device during a crime of violence both felonies so barnes can uh pleads guilty

02:07:53.580 okay so he's done the drug dealer is done december 3rd 2008 mclaughlin sentences barnes

02:08:01.260 then 54 to 45 years in federal prison but he agrees to testify against armstrong gotcha

02:08:09.180 september 8th 2009 mclaughlin finds armstrong competent to stand trial okay uh march 10th

02:08:17.900 armstrong has a cancerous lump removed from her neck and is later diagnosed with glandular

02:08:22.700 cancer that originated in one of her breasts okay also i don't know why they didn't mention this but um

02:08:28.780 um barnes got 23 years knocked off of his sentence to testify against armstrong

02:08:40.860 so he ended up getting only about 20 years okay to to testify against her uh august 12 2010 at a court

02:08:49.340 hearing mclaughlin this is the judge again reviews a physician's report that gives armstrong three to seven

02:08:54.700 years to live the prosecutor assistant united states attorney marshall piccini said he plans to proceed

02:09:00.540 with the trial he said he would have considered halting the trial if the medical report had given

02:09:04.460 armstrong less time to live mclaughlin sets a trial date for october 12th october 12 2010 jury selection

02:09:11.900 begins in armstrong's trial november 1st after deliberating 11 hours and 30 minutes over two days the jury

02:09:17.740 convicts armstrong of all the charges february 28 2011 mclaughlin sentences armstrong to life in prison

02:09:24.860 plus 30 years oh my god the pretty the federal prison system has no parole aka l for her 1.00

02:09:34.620 no she died she died she ended up dying i think in 2017 and uh and barnes died in 2019 okay so everyone in 0.67

02:09:43.580 this case is pretty much dead i think maybe except for the prostitute i think the prostitute is still

02:09:49.500 alive and let's see here who's still alive he's dead hold on let me put the picture for y'all so 0.55

02:09:56.300 panetti dead drug overdose wells obviously dead because you know he had the bomb blew up um hoopstick 0.73

02:10:03.100 to my knowledge right now still alive barnes died 2019 armstrong died 2017 rostein died in 2000 0.86

02:10:13.580 when the hell did he die god damn it let's go back to the timeline he died july 30th but i forget 0.70

02:10:18.140 the year for some odd reason was it 2004 to the yeah uh hold on july july july 30 2004 rostein dies 0.98

02:10:25.660 60 of cancer okay okay so so he's dead stockton i think is still alive so i think the only two people

02:10:33.420 that are left here stockton and hoopsick they tried to interview stockton for the for the documentary but

02:10:38.540 he said no um so yeah the thing that got armstrong guys again was her links to rostein right uh barnes

02:10:48.620 the two biggest people that testified against her here guys in this case were stockton barnes

02:10:55.900 hoopsick and also they brought the women that um that she confessed to in the prison that she was

02:11:03.100 involved in the wells case there were a couple of them hell one of the prisoners actually took notes

02:11:08.780 when armstrong was admitting to being involved in the wells case with rostein 1.00

02:11:17.660 so stupid lady yeah yeah very very stupid she bragged man this is typical narcissistic behavior 1.00

02:11:23.340 so not surprised yeah so she's where she needs to be probably in hell because uh you know at the end of 1.00

02:11:29.500 the day she's behind a bunch of men dying like she killed she killed four dudes if you think about 0.99

02:11:35.420 it she killed her husband she killed her boyfriend and then she killed rodent who was her other 1.00

02:11:42.060 boyfriend this guy right here right shot his ass with a shotgun because he he claimed that he was 0.99

02:11:46.700 going to go to police once he figured out that this conspiracy he didn't apparently he wasn't get 0.99

02:11:50.140 enough gonna get enough of the money from the bank robbery heist so she killed him and uh and yeah 1.00

02:11:56.380 so she's behind four and then obviously wells so she's behind four different males dying um and then 0.96

02:12:02.540 rostein he took his uh uh secret to the grave but we know he was involved because um the kitchen timers

02:12:10.380 he was a handyman he was dumping a bunch of uh but dumping a bunch of debris also he made the pay phone

02:12:17.740 calls uh to wells to the pizza shop so and witnesses saw him there so yeah man there's there's no way

02:12:25.500 around and then obviously barnes knew her very well fishing buddy he asked her to kill her father

02:12:31.180 and uh yeah that was l so yeah guys that is the case summarized um angie what are your thoughts on

02:12:37.420 this situation i know it's gonna be crazy very one of the most bizarre cases of all time that we've

02:12:42.300 covered on this uh show it is pretty crazy they never got the money no they never they got 8 000 bucks

02:12:49.500 and they didn't even get that man they spent more on on setting the plot than what they

02:12:56.700 yeah they probably did spend more yet building that bomb took months they paid that the only winning

02:13:01.260 like person was the lady the the first oh did the prostitute serve in prison no she never served any 1.00

02:13:07.820 time interesting she never served any time for this crime she uh because she they they just never 0.79

02:13:14.620 charged her fbi never charged her even though she set brian up to die 0.63

02:13:19.660 that's just crazy yep what would she have done to not get charged uh i mean it was after it was

02:13:26.460 way after the fact at that point i think the case agent had retired the case was kind of done

02:13:30.700 they had got their main conspirators so uh maybe maybe uh she maybe she uh probably got some kind of

02:13:37.500 deal because again she testified against marjorie in the federal trial all right because so that 0.59

02:13:41.500 might have been a situation as well that she worked something out with them well i'll have charged her 0.90

02:13:46.620 anyways like ill justice system yeah yeah that's how it is man a lot of times people crooks walk so

02:13:53.420 that they can go and get the masterminds like the government is always more interested in getting

02:13:56.780 the guys at the top of the totem pole and unfortunately a lot of the times you have to let other people go

02:14:01.020 question what this has been will this have been like a racketeering um charge for something

02:14:09.100 um that's a good question um this could have been a racketeering charge a rico charge if they were a part of

02:14:15.580 a gang but they weren't that's the only like yeah you need to be able to establish that it's an

02:14:20.620 enterprise that's like the that's like the baseline foundation for you being able to charge someone

02:14:24.940 racketeering you need to establish that they have a criminal enterprise and there's some time and

02:14:28.940 they're working together in furtherance of the organization so um in this case i don't think

02:14:33.420 racketeering charges would have sufficed um and then you would have had to have like multiple crimes

02:14:39.420 going on over a period of time in reality this was just one crime over like one like one right like they

02:14:44.860 didn't have like a pattern of racketeering activity i thought it was just it just needed to be an

02:14:48.940 organization yeah why why was the fbi um involved uh because it was a bank robbery okay so if a

02:14:56.620 bank robberies in united states are automatically investigated by the fbi and the reason for that

02:15:00.620 is because banks are federally insured so if you rob a bank it's automatic fbi is coming after you

02:15:06.540 okay so anything that's fdi insured is going to be fbi and then also the fact that there was um

02:15:11.420 a bomb used in this situation brought the atf in right so automatically it was going to probably be 0.67

02:15:18.940 federal okay the atf was was uh what uh bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms right so atf uh the

02:15:27.100 other guy that was that was there um right he uh atf is involved whenever explosives are there

02:15:33.180 if there isn't a terrorism nexus if it's explosive but there's a terrorism nexus fbi takes it but if

02:15:37.420 it's just explosives atf takes it because they pretty much are the main agency that tracks uh

02:15:43.740 guns explosives all that stuff they regulate all that stuff federally right okay all right no good

02:15:49.980 questions uh we got here curtis cole hoodie myron giving out the best content i appreciate that uh

02:15:55.100 eddie t great job covering this story so far appreciate the work you and angie do putting all
