00:02:01.820 We're back.

00:02:02.260 What's up, guys?

00:02:02.780 Welcome to Fed It, man.

00:02:04.240 Again, sorry for the delay, guys.

00:02:05.360 As you guys know, sometimes I got to do some research, get some things together, you know,

00:02:08.960 make sure I have everything nice and orchestrated so that when we actually go live, it's not

00:02:12.240 a whole bunch of ridiculousness.

00:02:14.060 So thank you for being patient.

00:02:16.340 So quick announcement before we get into the show, guys.

00:02:18.560 Number one, we're going to have Fresh and Fit tomorrow at 6 p.m., guys.

00:02:23.820 So we're going to start doing the shows a little bit earlier.

00:02:26.060 We're going to try to do the regular show at 6 and then try to get the, you know, night

00:02:30.540 show with the girls going by 8.39.

00:02:32.840 We'll see how long that could last.

00:02:33.880 You guys know girls take forever. 0.99

00:02:35.360 So that's pretty tough.

00:02:36.700 So that's going to be the new thing is we're going to start to try to do the shows a little

00:02:39.820 bit earlier.

00:02:40.720 Also, guys, tickets are on sale.

00:02:42.460 Go and check us out on over there.

00:02:43.980 The Eventbrite link, I'll put it down below.

00:02:46.400 We sold out the 550 tier.

00:02:48.520 However, we are definitely going to go ahead and have more tickets at the higher tiers.

00:02:53.680 Like I said before, the reason why, guys, is because it's going to be a rooftop party,

00:02:57.320 open bar, lots of girls, downtown Miami. 0.93

00:03:01.640 It's going to be lit. 0.96

00:03:10.380 whatever it may be.

00:03:11.040 It's going to be a lot of people there.

00:03:11.900 So it's going to be lit.

00:03:13.200 But we will meet with all of you guys for absolutely for free.

00:03:15.780 So if you do come down to Miami, the party is going to be January 14th.

00:03:18.580 If you're in town at that time, we're going to do a free meetup in a public location.

00:03:22.240 Meet you guys, shake hands, take pictures, all that other stuff, because I don't want you

00:03:25.300 guys to pay money just to meet us.

00:03:26.800 Right.

00:03:26.980 But if you want to party, hang out with girls, drink, get the views, all that other stuff, then

00:03:31.440 yes.

00:03:31.960 I mean, it's going to cost money, guys, because we're going to have security there and everything

00:03:34.300 else like that.

00:03:34.760 It's not cheap to run parties.

00:03:35.600 It's going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars.

00:03:38.480 Also, you know, I heard the news about Aaron Carter, guys.

00:03:41.780 Rest in peace to him.

00:03:42.920 Obviously, I think he is the brother of Nick Carter, Backstreet Boys, which is before a

00:03:47.720 lot of your guys' time, back in the early 2000s, late 90s, when boy bands were a thing.

00:03:53.440 I don't really think they're a thing anymore.

00:03:55.180 But the late 90s and the 2000s were a different era, man.

00:03:59.080 What else here?

00:03:59.900 Any other announcements I'm trying to think?

00:04:01.220 That's pretty much it, guys.

00:04:02.060 Oh, yeah.

00:04:02.420 And then check me out for this podcast, guys.

00:04:04.020 We post it on Anchor.

00:04:22.940 I am Luna.

00:04:23.880 I'm 19 and I manage OnlyFans.

00:04:27.780 There you go.

00:04:28.420 She helps girls get money on there. 0.97

00:04:29.900 Yeah, so she's helped me out, guys, tonight because, yeah, we got quite a bit to cover

00:04:36.880 here.

00:04:37.500 You have anything else you want to tell the people besides that?

00:04:41.260 No, that's about it.

00:04:42.660 I'm in a few words.

00:04:43.480 That's what I like.

00:04:45.160 And yes, guys, she has those glasses.

00:04:47.000 She looks like Adrian from Rocky.

00:04:48.340 Have you ever seen Rocky?

00:04:49.920 Adrian!

00:04:50.600 You guys know what I'm talking about?

00:04:51.700 Okay.

00:04:52.380 They bought a roaster in the chat.

00:04:53.320 Okay, I know they're going to want to ask.

00:04:57.720 Where are you from?

00:04:58.280 What's your background?

00:04:59.440 Because they're asking it already.

00:05:00.560 I'm Argentinian, but I'm also half Saudi Arabian.

00:05:04.300 Yes, bro. 1.00

00:05:04.960 Haram is fucked, by the way. 1.00

00:05:06.360 Just so y'all know, man. 1.00

00:05:07.740 Haram!

00:05:09.740 Yeah, so half Saudi, half Argentinian.

00:05:12.920 But cool.

00:05:14.120 Anyway, so guys, today we're going to be covering.

00:05:17.000 Actually, you know, I should hit some of these chats real fast.

00:05:19.060 You got one job, woman. 1.00

00:05:19.880 Highlight the chats.

00:05:20.320 That's all you got to do.

00:05:21.260 I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry.

00:05:21.860 Oh, my God. 1.00

00:05:22.580 Stupid. 1.00

00:05:23.140 All right. 1.00

00:05:25.160 Okay, so let's see here.

00:05:27.820 Candice goes, a new girl turns 18 every day. 1.00

00:05:30.520 You mean 19 in this case, assholes. 1.00

00:05:31.660 I'm 19, actually. 0.99

00:05:32.840 We got Michael Trilstein.

00:05:34.060 Dollar goes, thank you so much.

00:05:36.580 We got another Michael Trilstein.

00:05:38.560 While they hate my crates and Fresh clubbing.

00:05:41.940 Well, you know, it is what it is, man.

00:05:43.860 Me and Fresh make different kinds of content, guys.

00:05:46.180 100K on the way.

00:05:47.480 100 L's from Osama. 0.90

00:05:48.740 Yeah, Osama's been taking a lot of L's. 0.93

00:05:50.320 Speaking of which, by the way, guys, I just dropped a documentary on Osama last week.

00:05:55.460 I talked about what they found in his compound.

00:05:57.220 So first episode, guys, I got a four-part 9-11 trilogy, which I'm actually going to film

00:06:00.980 the last part of it tonight.

00:06:03.220 First part was the 9-11 situation.

00:06:05.540 What happened?

00:06:06.080 You know, the planes hitting the towers.

00:06:07.600 How the FBI investigated the case.

00:06:08.940 Okay.

00:06:09.420 The second part was how the CIA and then identifying Bin Laden and Al Qaeda as the culprits.

00:06:13.660 Right.

00:06:13.820 Then the second episode was how the CIA found Bin Laden through a courier.

00:06:18.780 The third episode was how the SEAL Team 6 raided Bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan, how they killed him.

00:06:26.640 And then what they found in his house, all his writings and journal entries, et cetera.

00:06:30.380 Really interesting stuff on what he had planned for future terrorist attacks.

00:06:33.720 Then for all you conspiracy theorists, people out there, don't worry, I'm going to go ahead and react to the New Pearl Harbor, which is a five-hour documentary going after the official, you know, events from 9-11, you know, saying it was an insider thing and everything else like that, which they do make some interesting points on there.

00:06:51.380 So I'm looking at it from an objective standpoint.

00:06:53.320 So we went ahead and covered the official version, right, from the FBI and CIA and the intelligence agencies and from the government.

00:06:58.300 Now we're going to go ahead and look at the conspiracy theories on the next episode.

00:07:01.340 I might have to do it in a two-part, so I might end up being a five-parter because that's a five-hour documentary, but you guys get the point.

00:07:06.200 Myron's grandfather, five bucks.

00:07:07.300 I've missed quite a bit of episodes of my own documentary.

00:07:10.140 I've been working in a sheriff's conspiracy, conspiring, of course.

00:07:13.480 All jokes aside, thank you, inshallah. 1.00

00:07:15.200 Thank you, Myron's grandfather with the Bin Laden emoji, you fucking asshole. 1.00

00:07:19.020 Haram! 1.00

00:07:19.580 Funny Fungus goes, can you do the Zodiac Killer or Steve Avery for Making a Murderer?

00:07:24.680 Yes, I can do those.

00:07:26.040 I did cover a couple of serial killers, by the way, as well, guys.

00:07:28.460 I did Ted Bundy and I did John Wayne Gacy.

00:07:31.600 The reason why you guys might have not saw it is because the Ted Bundy one got demonetized and the John Wayne Gacy one got a yellow check.

00:07:37.680 So it didn't get pushed to the same level as Jeffrey Dahmer.

00:07:39.800 I did a whole podcast on Jeffrey Dahmer as well.

00:07:41.880 But I'm going to be covering more serial killers for you guys, so don't worry.

00:07:44.540 I'm going to be covering all different types of topics over here on FedIt, whether it's celebrity news, serial killers, terrorists, bank robberies, documentaries.

00:07:53.140 I cover pretty much every single crime, all right?

00:07:55.900 Storm Hunter goes, Trilstein, thank you.

00:07:57.880 You talk too much.

00:07:59.080 Okay.

00:08:00.020 Anything else here?

00:08:00.940 Oh, Myron, stop the cap.

00:08:02.240 We know why you were late.

00:08:03.180 LMFAO.

00:08:04.000 No, we did not do anything before this podcast, right? 0.99

00:08:06.780 You perverts. 0.66

00:08:07.700 Literally, you're my witness, even though you're not the strongest witness here. 0.96

00:08:12.300 Was I not researching the whole time?

00:08:13.720 Yeah, we were both researching.

00:08:14.940 Yes.

00:08:15.320 Yeah. 0.99

00:08:15.800 So we were researching the whole time, you perverts. 0.98

00:08:19.400 What else? 0.98

00:08:20.020 Why?

00:08:20.300 What else do we got here?

00:08:21.420 Anything else?

00:08:22.900 Hold on.

00:08:23.580 I think that's...

00:08:25.060 Fired.

00:08:26.000 Fired.

00:08:26.460 I'm so sorry.

00:08:27.380 This is the first time.

00:08:28.280 Sorry.

00:08:30.440 Let's see here.

00:08:31.100 What else we got?

00:08:32.140 Stop the cap from Slay Thompson.

00:08:33.960 Cool.

00:08:34.480 Anything else?

00:08:36.700 Myron been smashing. 1.00

00:08:38.100 You nigga. 1.00

00:08:38.920 Yo, man. 1.00

00:08:40.160 Yo, you guys got to grow up, bro.

00:08:41.860 You got to.

00:08:42.320 You guys got to grow up.

00:08:43.020 Someone said Myron DiCaprio. 1.00

00:08:44.120 Yo, you guys got to fucking grow up, man. 0.99

00:08:46.140 I can't. 0.99

00:08:46.760 I can't do nothing with you guys.

00:08:49.480 I ain't gonna lie. 0.97

00:08:54.700 Did you see that? 0.98

00:08:55.320 That Netflix series?

00:08:56.640 The Jeffrey Dahmer one?

00:08:57.800 Dude.

00:08:58.280 Someone in the chat goes...

00:09:00.660 They go, oh, Jeffrey Dahmer was doing Netflix and kill. 1.00

00:09:06.300 And I was like, bro, what the fuck? 0.99

00:09:08.540 And then someone else sent a thing saying, Jeffrey Dahmer, oh, you thought I was feeling you? 1.00

00:09:14.000 Nigga, you lunch. 1.00

00:09:14.720 And I was like, yo, this chat, you guys got no fucking chill, bro. 0.99

00:09:19.540 You should do the Jamaican shower posse slash dotis. 1.00

00:09:21.880 Yes, I am doing dotis.

00:09:22.860 I've already started researching that one.

00:09:24.260 Don't worry.

00:09:25.640 I'm also going to do more espionage as well, guys.

00:09:28.000 I've been doing a lot of research on espionage cases, counterintelligence from the Russians.

00:09:32.540 I'm going to cover definitely Operation, I think it was called Ghost Stories, those 10 Russians that got arrested back in 2010 in New York that were doing espionage for like 20 years in the U.S.

00:09:43.780 They became U.S. citizens and they literally acclimated in life. 0.90

00:09:46.220 And they were sending a bunch of intel back to Russia and they were doing this shit for real. 0.96

00:09:51.600 Guys had fake names and everything. 0.97

00:09:52.900 They came in under Canadian documents and it was like deep, deep espionage.

00:09:58.660 So I'm going to cover that as well.

00:09:59.620 So I'm going to do more espionage, guys.

00:10:00.780 I'm going to cover everything when it comes to different types of criminal activity.

00:10:04.100 Venom, me and Myron like the same types of girls. 0.99

00:10:08.480 Three Diglets. 0.69

00:10:09.060 Adrian, give the people a spin before the show starts.

00:10:14.040 That's up to you.

00:10:15.140 They want to see you stand up, but it's up to you.

00:10:17.360 She said no.

00:10:18.980 Maybe later on.

00:10:20.000 Who knows?

00:10:20.700 Speaking of conspiracies, do you believe in those?

00:10:24.500 Sometimes.

00:10:25.280 Sometimes.

00:10:25.920 Sometimes they just be wild.

00:10:27.140 You know what I'm saying, guys?

00:10:27.820 So it is what it is.

00:10:29.220 Anything else?

00:10:32.580 LOL, he's going to stop having girls if y'all don't chill.

00:10:34.800 Yeah, I'm going to have to.

00:10:35.580 Yeah, if you guys keep going like this, I might not be able to do it.

00:10:38.480 All right.

00:10:38.940 I think we're caught up with the super chats.

00:10:40.180 All right.

00:10:40.780 So, OK, guys.

00:10:42.600 So let's get serious here.

00:10:44.520 Today's episode, guys, we're going to be covering today's pod.

00:10:46.700 We're going to be covering the takeoff shooting, man.

00:10:48.340 It was obviously a very tragic shooting that happened about a week ago in Houston, Texas.

00:10:52.320 And we're going to cover it.

00:10:54.900 Just want to let y'all know, this is still an active investigation.

00:10:56.900 So we don't have all the facts.

00:10:58.220 I'm going to cover what we have up until now.

00:11:00.920 I'm going to go over the facts.

00:11:03.120 I'll cover some of the rumors that are going around as well.

00:11:05.680 And, you know, from there, we can kind of come to a conclusion.

00:11:09.300 But I'll give you guys what we got at the moment.

00:11:11.420 So first and foremost, we're going to start with who was takeoff guys.

00:11:14.880 So as you guys know, got my Wikipedia here.

00:11:17.100 Right. 0.51

00:11:17.320 Because as much as people talk shit about Wikipedia, it is fairly accurate. 0.53

00:11:19.860 So just so you guys understand, because some of you guys might not be hip hop fans. 0.69

00:11:23.260 OK, I am.

00:11:24.840 I like the Migos.

00:11:26.200 I'm very familiar with who takeoff was.

00:11:27.940 And when I found out that he was killed, I was actually up late at night that night.

00:11:32.340 I was researching an espionage case and I saw it on Twitter.

00:11:36.280 And yeah, very, very sad, man.

00:11:39.400 But anyway, Kersnick, Kari Ball, and he was only 28, by the way, born June 18, 1994, died November 1st, 2022, Halloween evening.

00:11:50.760 Right.

00:11:51.680 No, professionally, his takeoff was an American rapper.

00:11:53.860 He was best known as a member of the hip hop trio Migos, along with his uncle, Quavo and first cousin once removed offset.

00:12:00.880 The group scored multiple top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including Motorsport, featuring Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, Stair Fry, Walk It Like I Talk It, featuring Drake and Bad and Bougie, featuring Lil Uzi Vert.

00:12:11.200 This is a song really that took them to this is like what made them hit the mainstream, Bad and Bougie.

00:12:17.040 The latter of which peaked at the top of the chart, although takeoff was not present on that signal.

00:12:22.020 He also received two Grammy Award nominations on November 1st, 2022.

00:12:25.420 Takeoff was shot killed in Houston.

00:12:26.540 And if you guys remember, Bad and Bougie, yes, takeoff wasn't featured on that song.

00:12:31.040 And, you know, that's when Joe Budden was trying to get out.

00:12:32.760 I'm like, you know, that's a mate where I want you on Bad and Bougie. 0.84

00:12:36.460 And he responded like, did it look like I'm not on I was not Bad and Bougie.

00:12:39.520 And, you know, he has a very strong accent from Georgia.

00:12:41.960 So, you know, and then that's where the famous like, you know, wrap this interview up. 0.99

00:12:46.500 Fuck Joe Budden. 1.00

00:12:47.240 He's a loser anyway. 1.00

00:12:47.980 So no one gives a shit what he got to say. 1.00

00:12:50.240 And he was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia, guys, 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. 0.99

00:12:53.260 He was raised in Lawrenceville by his mother, along with family members Quavo and Offset.

00:12:57.600 He started making beats and developing rhythms in the seventh grade, but did not start producing music professionally in 2011.

00:13:02.920 So as you guys can see, very musically inclined from a young age.

00:13:07.880 And the other thing, too, right, I don't normally, you know, shout out to DJ Academics as well.

00:13:12.500 DJ Academics was in that interview with Joe Budden.

00:13:15.500 Academics asked the question, right?

00:13:17.080 And then Joe Budden was the one trying to rush the interview.

00:13:19.540 And then that's when the Migos felt disrespected.

00:13:22.240 And rightfully so, because it was disrespectful the way Joe Budden went about it. 0.98

00:13:25.220 You know, I'm not the biggest Joe Budden fan, so I might be a little biased, right, being 100 percent transparent here because he talks shit about us for absolutely no reason.

00:13:31.220 I've never said anything about the guy until he started making a whole fresh and fit, blah, blah, blah, blah. 0.70

00:13:34.460 So I don't care what he got to say. 0.95

00:13:36.800 There's a reason why his channel sucks. 0.97

00:13:38.920 But anyway, that's a whole that's a whole other conversation.

00:13:41.260 But speaking of academics, I really think you guys, if you guys want a very in-depth breakdown, academics did a fantastic breakdown on this situation.

00:13:53.620 Him and his chat basically solved the entire case.

00:13:56.000 I'm going to go ahead and give you all an overview of it and give you guys the most pertinent stuff.

00:14:00.600 Right.

00:14:00.760 So we don't go ahead and get into don't make this thing drag on too long.

00:14:04.720 And I'm going to make sure I put timestamps for you guys at the end of this broadcast as well.

00:14:08.100 So you guys can quickly find whatever you need.

00:14:10.180 OK, so.

00:14:10.920 All right.

00:14:11.060 Let's get back to it.

00:14:12.240 All right.

00:14:13.040 So.

00:14:13.400 So what were what was going on?

00:14:16.020 OK, well.

00:14:18.060 Quavo.

00:14:18.700 Right.

00:14:19.120 And take off.

00:14:20.440 We're in Houston, Texas.

00:14:21.860 OK, guys.

00:14:22.740 And they were there to have a private party.

00:14:25.780 They had a private party at the bowling alley.

00:14:27.980 And they were also going there to get some, you know, check out some jewelry, get it cleaned up, etc.

00:14:33.160 So this is what they were doing prior to the to the, you know, the fateful events of that night.

00:14:40.460 Meanwhile, in Houston, a jeweler is coming forward with new surveillance video from the night takeoff died.

00:14:47.400 He tells Eleven Alive take off Quavo and their entourage stopped by his store just hours before that shooting.

00:14:52.920 As our Cody Alcorn reports, the man known as the king of bling was one of the last people to see the Grammy nominated artist alive.

00:15:01.360 This is surveillance video of takeoff and Quavo.

00:15:04.380 And all my guys out here that listen to hip hop back in the, you know, early to mid 2000s, you guys are going to recognize this guy right here.

00:15:10.860 Made famous by, you know, Paul Wall and Mike Jones and all these other rappers from Houston, you know, still tipping all that other stuff.

00:15:17.300 Remember, that song was a hit back in the day.

00:15:19.640 Grills were a huge thing.

00:15:21.120 You know, that's like when it really hit the market.

00:15:22.460 And this guy was kind of at the forefront of that.

00:15:24.720 Along with their entourage, walking into Houston's Johnny Dane Company custom jewelry.

00:15:29.860 We open late for you because that's a convenient that I always take care of.

00:15:33.720 Johnny Dane says his spot is always a stop for the group.

00:15:37.780 Whenever they go to Houston, they just stop by, hang out and buy some new stuff.

00:15:43.720 He says takeoff and Quavo stop by to get some jewelry cleaned and to check out a couple new pieces.

00:15:48.940 He just said right there on Monday night.

00:15:51.280 Takeoff is the one, very, very quiet.

00:15:54.900 So nice.

00:15:56.740 I've been around.

00:15:57.820 Sorry, guys.

00:15:58.320 I don't have no subtitles for this.

00:16:00.120 I know his English is a little tough.

00:16:01.740 Oh, wait, maybe it is.

00:16:02.460 We've been around so many times.

00:16:04.240 Hours later, takeoff was gunned down after leaving a private party in downtown Houston outside of Bowling Alley.

00:16:10.760 A shock to the entire hip-hop industry and fans around the world, including Dane, who was known in the industry as King of Bling.

00:16:19.580 Losing, you know, last one of the members like takeoff is a very big loss.

00:16:25.040 Houston police say about 40 people were outside that private party when something went down and shots were fired.

00:16:32.720 Police confirmed at least two weapons were fired.

00:16:35.660 As of this hour, no one has been arrested in connection to the homicide.

00:16:40.100 For more details.

00:16:41.420 All right.

00:16:42.060 So and this was pretty much like right after the situation broke, guys.

00:16:46.820 So hold on.

00:16:48.440 Let me.

00:16:49.860 All right, cool.

00:16:50.360 So next, guys, we're going to go ahead and go into the police briefing.

00:16:55.160 OK, right after the shooting, the police went ahead and conduct held a press conference.

00:17:00.040 And and we're going to go ahead and talk about some of these things as well, because I think it's important that we go ahead and shed some light into what the police are more than likely going to do in this investigation.

00:17:09.180 And also we're going to play this from the get and I'm going to fast forward through parts of it because they have a whole part that's in Spanish and everything like that.

00:17:16.940 For some of you guys that aren't familiar with Texas and Houston in general, Houston has a huge Hispanic population, you know, predominantly Mexicans.

00:17:24.780 Texas in general does.

00:17:26.380 So it's very common for them to do, especially for like big press conferences like this, for them to do it in Spanish as well.

00:17:33.120 OK, so let's go ahead and play this.

00:17:36.740 And guys, don't worry.

00:17:37.340 I'm going to link academic stream on Twitch.

00:17:39.740 I think it was like a four or five hour stream.

00:17:41.280 Shout out to DJ academics.

00:17:42.200 I was actually texting with him earlier today.

00:17:43.860 As you guys know, a good friend of ours is what you guys want to say.

00:17:46.600 Oh, academics, whatever.

00:17:49.000 You know, he's our homie, man.

00:17:50.160 So I don't care what anybody says.

00:17:53.420 So let's go ahead and play this press conference.

00:17:55.520 OK, guys, and you can see here, this is a chief of police and this is a mayor.

00:17:58.700 All right.

00:17:59.120 For the city of Houston. 1.00

00:18:00.520 And they need better cameras because even at 1080p, this shit trash. 0.99

00:18:03.600 But that's a whole other conversation. 0.99

00:18:04.780 Cops are typically very bad with audio and video. 0.99

00:18:06.920 Guys, I tell you that from my personal experience when I was an agent, man, nobody knew how to put the fucking transmitter on the informant. 0.98

00:18:13.100 Everybody. 0.98

00:18:13.280 No one knew what the hell they were doing. 1.00

00:18:16.800 Like, so if you didn't have like a tech agent or some tech guy there that knew how to do it, you were fucked, bro. 0.98

00:18:21.480 So if I was ever to go back to the government now, I'd be I'd be ready with the audio. 0.98

00:18:26.920 Should I be able to wire up that informant?

00:18:28.220 Perfect. 0.99

00:18:28.460 Nowadays, with this goddamn content creator info. 0.99

00:18:33.520 OK, and then we got Frank Castillo. 0.99

00:18:36.780 Put up.

00:18:37.520 Put on your shoes outside.

00:18:38.600 Please do the Zodiac killer.

00:18:39.640 Shout out to you, Frank Castillo.

00:18:41.360 I see what you did there, sir.

00:18:43.400 OK, let's get into this press conference.

00:18:46.180 Oh, city.

00:18:47.300 And keep in mind, guys, that this occurred right after the shooting.

00:18:50.860 So they didn't have all the facts at the time.

00:18:52.540 They were trying to get people to come out.

00:18:54.640 Right.

00:18:54.820 So this is not what we have 2020 right now, providing everything we need as resources.

00:19:01.780 He's received a few calls just as I did.

00:19:05.080 And don't worry, guys, we're not going to play this entire press conference.

00:19:07.600 I'm only going to play parts of it.

00:19:08.940 He wanted to stand.

00:19:09.840 So he'll be here to make a statement later if he wants or definitely here to answer questions.

00:19:15.560 So let me let me speak to a human element first before we do anything.

00:19:24.820 I spoke to this young man's mother just an hour ago, flew in here from out of town.

00:19:33.680 I want everybody to understand the pain, the suffering of a mother.

00:19:39.660 Very tough.

00:19:40.720 And I told her, as we stand with any victim of violence or any homicide victim, their family, we stand with them in this city and this police department and everybody that's standing behind me.

00:19:55.620 I want to thank our homicide unit under the direction of.

00:20:01.280 All right.

00:20:01.680 So I want you to know, right, that's very important.

00:20:04.860 That's a little that's a little tip right there.

00:20:06.780 The homicide unit immediately took over.

00:20:09.740 OK, so that also lets you guys know that they're taking this fairly seriously.

00:20:14.800 Now, we're going to get into the facts, you know, more about who potentially is a shooter, etc.

00:20:19.380 But, you know, obviously for them to hold a press conference immediately after a shooting.

00:20:24.920 Right.

00:20:25.440 And homicide to be right up on it like this.

00:20:27.500 And the fact that the investigators actually in a comment, which you guys are going to see here in a second.

00:20:30.660 And that tells me, right, that the police department is going to put the full force of their resources and the PD in general into figuring out who was responsible and holding those individuals accountable.

00:20:44.440 And I know you guys are probably wondering, yo, Martin, are the feds going to more than likely get involved in a case like this?

00:20:49.540 I'll answer that here in a second for y'all.

00:20:51.060 Thank you.

00:20:52.200 Amanda Spears for doing great work time and time again.

00:20:57.700 I'm going to speak briefly and I'm going to turn it over to the investigator, investigator, homicide investigator, Arrington.

00:21:05.640 And just so y'all know, guys, nine out of ten times the chief of police or like the highest guy, right, in a police department or an agency, whatever, they typically don't know the details of the investigation.

00:21:16.700 They just kind of know like some bullet points.

00:21:18.740 But it's the lead investigator, a.k.a.

00:21:20.740 the case agent or the in this case is going to be the lead detective, homicide detective.

00:21:24.860 In this case, they're going to know all the most pertinent facts of the investigation.

00:21:28.240 They're going to be the ones that have the sources.

00:21:29.720 They're going to be the ones that are interviewing suspects.

00:21:31.720 They're the ones that are going to be having witnesses.

00:21:33.260 They're the ones that have the deep, intimate knowledge of the investigation.

00:21:36.300 They're working in tandem with a prosecutor.

00:21:38.000 They know what the hell is going on.

00:21:39.460 So that's why he's kind of giving the opening statements, right, because he's the chief.

00:21:42.580 He's the face of the department.

00:21:43.820 He's got some political ties, et cetera.

00:21:45.300 This is a high profile case.

00:21:46.320 So he's got to let them know, hey, listen, we're taking this extremely seriously because let me tell y'all something. 0.97

00:21:50.980 If it was a regular person that got killed, right, at a bowling alley at, you know, 245 in the morning on Halloween night, they wouldn't be doing a press conference like this, having the fucking lead homicide investigator. 0.81

00:22:02.160 That's actually investigating the case there with the mayor and everything else like that.

00:22:06.140 So this tells me right there, just from all the brass that I see on here, that they're going to take this extremely seriously, which is a good thing.

00:22:12.400 You know, I anticipate that they're going to have people in custody, if not already within the next week or two.

00:22:17.440 They're probably they're probably drafting arrest warrants and are getting these guys indicted as we speak right fucking now. 0.62

00:22:23.700 All right. And I'll tell you guys this because I used to live in Texas. 0.93

00:22:25.760 Right. And I used to work criminal investigations in Texas.

00:22:28.360 And I know how slow the Texas state system is.

00:22:33.060 They're going to they're going to push this to the forefront. 0.99

00:22:34.960 They're going to convene a grand jury for these fucking guys immediately. 1.00

00:22:37.840 You mark my words on that one. 1.00

00:22:39.580 Trust me.

00:22:39.960 And after he speaks, I'm going to get commander Garcia.

00:22:46.360 To come up and translate in Spanish.

00:22:49.440 But.

00:22:51.200 Yeah, we're going to definitely skip that part, guys.

00:22:53.560 Go over some of the investigative parts.

00:22:56.880 But let me speak to this just right.

00:23:00.160 But we understand and we know it last this morning at about approximately two thirty four a.m.

00:23:07.640 officers received a call of a shooting in progress.

00:23:12.620 Officers arrived there shortly thereafter.

00:23:14.640 The location is a downtown location.

00:23:18.560 Billiards Bowling Alley located at 1201 San Jacinto Street here.

00:23:24.160 All right. Real quick, just to let you all know what he's talking about.

00:23:26.660 This is what he's talking about, guys.

00:23:28.420 This is where the shooting occurred.

00:23:30.220 You see right here, 810.

00:23:31.680 Here it is.

00:23:32.720 San Jacinto Street.

00:23:34.400 Right.

00:23:34.880 Very common in Texas, guys.

00:23:36.000 A lot of the street names are going to be in Spanish.

00:23:38.460 And he was if I'm not mistaken, they found the body on the third floor.

00:23:43.580 OK, you guys can see this kind of like an open mall type area.

00:23:47.280 OK, and they found him up up like over here.

00:23:50.140 So this is where the actual shooting occurred.

00:23:53.520 And this is downtown Houston, by the way, guys, this is this is not like this pretty nice area.

00:23:57.280 OK, I'm pretty certain the Galleria Mall is not that far from here.

00:24:01.360 You know, high end shopping, et cetera.

00:24:03.120 So this is a pretty good part of town.

00:24:05.740 OK, but this is this is where he's referring to.

00:24:07.960 Let's go back to the press conference.

00:24:11.580 Shout out to all my Mexicans, by the way, in the chat, man.

00:24:23.740 Well, get on that way, but it's Kersnick Ball, better known as Takeoff.

00:24:32.160 He's a member of the Migos rap group out of Atlanta.

00:24:37.540 And I want to pause again because sometimes the hip hop community gets a bad name.

00:24:43.960 And I know and evident from this city and people who I have a personal relationship, a lot of great people and our hip hop community and I respect them.

00:24:55.520 But back to Takeoff, I got many calls from Houston.

00:25:01.340 Speaking of which, guys, just so y'all know, like a rapper has pretty much been killed at least once or twice per year since like for the past, like, you know, four or five years.

00:25:09.540 It's crazy, man.

00:25:10.880 You know, PMB Rock was recently killed, you know.

00:25:13.960 Pop Smoke, Nipsey Hussle, like so many rappers have been murdered with gun violence in the past few years, man.

00:25:21.320 It's it's wild.

00:25:23.300 And outside of Houston and everyone spoke of what a great young man this is, how peaceful he is, what a great artist.

00:25:32.700 And I'm calling up on everybody.

00:25:35.600 I'll help our artists.

00:25:39.340 In Houston and around the nation, we got to police ourselves.

00:25:44.920 It is so many talented individuals, men and women in that community who, again, I want to meet with some of our artists.

00:25:54.640 So, yeah, he's going to be calling just so y'all know, he's going to be calling a meeting with some rappers in Houston very soon to try to suppress the gun violence, which, you know, hey, man, shout out to shout out to him for trying to make a difference.

00:26:06.220 But they ain't going to cooperate.

00:26:08.900 We all know we live in a world now, guys.

00:26:10.320 Let's be honest, man.

00:26:11.380 Cooperating with the police, working with the police, doing anything that assists in police investigations is considered snitching.

00:26:17.120 We live in a day and age now, guys, where murderers, killers, drug dealers, criminals, et cetera, are glorified.

00:26:24.420 And anyone that cooperates with the government is vilified.

00:26:27.120 That's just how it is.

00:26:27.960 The villains actually are looked at as superheroes and the people that are good Samaritans, et cetera, are vilified. 0.92

00:26:32.900 So it's wild, you know, it's upside fucking down.

00:26:36.320 And the thing is, too, is that even with this case, you know, people are coming forward and cooperating. 0.90

00:26:42.140 But, I mean, people would rather post on fucking Twitter, right, you know, corpses and people bleeding out and put it on Worldstar and give it to TMZ and shit like that versus going to the police and handing this evidence over directly to them. 0.66

00:26:58.960 Like, the police got to go ahead and investigate on fucking TMZ versus witnesses coming forward and giving it to them. 0.96

00:27:03.640 And it's wild because what they don't realize, right, and I'm talking from an investigator standpoint here, is that if I see you post something on Twitter, right, and it has evidence of a crime, right, and I go to you and I say, yo, I know that you are at this location because I can see it on your social media. 0.57

00:27:19.220 I need the raw form of this video, and I want to do an interview with you, and you tell me, oh, no, I don't want to cooperate.

00:27:27.160 You know what I'm going to do?

00:27:28.080 I'm like, oh, really?

00:27:29.860 Fantastic.

00:27:30.400 You know what I'm going to do? 1.00

00:27:31.020 I'm going to go to a fucking judge. 0.99

00:27:32.600 I'm going to write up a search warrant. 0.99

00:27:33.980 I'm going to come back. 0.99

00:27:35.200 I'm going to take your fucking phone, and I'm going to unlock it, and then I'm going to search it. 0.99

00:27:39.220 I'm going to get the evidence I need, then I'm going to give it back to you. 0.99

00:27:41.500 So that's how do you want to play this, you know?

00:27:43.440 Because I know for a fact that the evidence is on your device because I can see, number one, who you are.

00:27:49.380 I can see the social media platform you submitted from.

00:27:52.580 I can look at the device that was used to log into said device, the IMEI number and everything else like that. 0.99

00:27:57.180 So thinking from an investigator's perspective, I can come in and literally just seize your shit and write a search warrant for it. 0.99

00:28:01.900 Done. 0.97

00:28:02.860 So – and I'm sure that's what the police aren't playing right now, right, because with people like this that are reluctant that don't want to cooperate with the police,

00:28:09.220 and they might have to go ahead and strongarm some of these individuals to get the evidence that they need, okay?

00:28:15.700 And let me tell y'all, son, there was a lot of witnesses there.

00:28:18.140 There was 40-plus people there. 0.99

00:28:19.360 A lot of them were thotties, dressed in their goddamn Halloween costumes, right, posted on Instagram, 1.00

00:28:23.880 oh, look at me, ah! 1.00

00:28:25.500 You know, but they don't want to go and posting it on Twitter like, oh, my God, look at this.

00:28:29.100 All right, people, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:28:30.160 But they don't want to go to the police and provide the information, which is wild to me that we live in a world like this

00:28:33.860 where a man can die in front of your own eyes and no one wants to – people want to be scared

00:28:38.080 and not, you know, come to the police and help with investigations.

00:28:43.180 And that – a lot of the times, guys, well, homicide investigations, crimes of violence, et cetera,

00:28:47.480 especially in rougher neighborhoods, it's extremely difficult to develop these cases

00:28:52.260 because people don't want to come forward, which I get it.

00:28:54.240 Sometimes it's because, you know, for fear of violence or whatever it may be.

00:28:57.280 But a situation like this where there's a lot of affluent people involved, you know,

00:29:00.600 people don't necessarily know each other like that because it was a party, right?

00:29:03.840 Right?

00:29:04.040 It's kind of like a couple degrees of separation.

00:29:06.680 It's not like a close-knit community or a neighborhood.

00:29:09.060 There are a bunch of hoes there that got flewed out. 1.00

00:29:11.400 You know, shout out to academics. 0.97

00:29:12.420 He exposed a couple of these girls in the airport the next day, posted on their stories and shit like that. 0.98

00:29:15.860 Oh, my God. 0.96

00:29:16.780 But a lot of these people don't want to go to the police.

00:29:18.800 And it's wild to me. 0.99

00:29:19.660 So people need to go ahead and take this shit more seriously where if you're not a street dude or whatever, 0.99

00:29:27.240 you don't abide by the code of the streets, okay? 1.00

00:29:30.260 Honestly, it's a very stupid code. 1.00

00:29:31.520 If you want to be a criminal, you want to be a crook, you want to go ahead and abide by the streets 1.00

00:29:34.180 and do all this other stupid shit, fantastic. 1.00

00:29:36.460 One of two things is going to happen to you. 1.00

00:29:37.680 You're either going to go to prison or you're going to fucking die, all right? 1.00

00:29:40.740 Being a gang member, committing crime, doing a bunch of stupid shit is not worth it. 1.00

00:29:45.240 You guys want to know how many criminals I've interviewed that will sit there and cry to me in a fucking interview room 1.00

00:29:49.920 saying I wish I could do it over? 0.98

00:29:51.820 They don't talk about that, do they?

00:29:53.140 I've interviewed terrorists, murderers, child molesters, hitmen, sicarios, you guys want to call it in Spanish, 1.00

00:30:01.420 whatever it is, human smugglers, drug traffickers, the worst of the worst fucking people. 1.00

00:30:07.540 Bro, I'm telling y'all, if they could turn the fucking clock back and go back in time and start over again 1.00

00:30:12.620 and not be a criminal, they will. 1.00

00:30:14.540 That shit is not cool. 1.00

00:30:16.440 And speaking with someone, and I've actually done the case. 1.00

00:30:19.420 I've interviewed the worst of the worst people, one of the few people on YouTube that could talk about this shit. 0.99

00:30:23.700 All right? 0.99

00:30:24.340 There's not many, there's, you know, lawyers on YouTube, whatever. 0.99

00:30:26.960 There's not former special agents on fucking YouTube. 0.97

00:30:29.300 I'm telling y'all, I've talked to these people, okay? 0.99

00:30:32.060 They break, they fold, they bend, all this. 1.00

00:30:36.180 When you got them there in a fucking cold ass room with your partner and you tell them, 1.00

00:30:40.400 listen, man, you're looking at 20 years plus fed time, not no fucking parole. 1.00

00:30:44.420 You're not going to get out on good behavior and none of that shit. 1.00

00:30:46.480 No conjugal visits. 0.99

00:30:47.700 No fed time doing 80% of your time. 0.99

00:30:50.000 At least they fucking break every time. 0.97

00:30:53.240 Every time, you know, a little trick I used to do, going back to the memory lane. 0.98

00:30:56.300 If they didn't want to talk the first, you know, night or whatever, after we arrested,

00:31:00.520 I'm like, cool.

00:31:01.300 I'll let them sit in the jail for two or three days. 0.97

00:31:03.900 Because I know the county jail sucks.

00:31:05.540 When they get booked in the first time, before the marshals actually pick them up,

00:31:08.080 put them in federal custody, nine out of ten times,

00:31:10.840 the feds typically have some kind of contract with the local county jail. 0.98

00:31:13.520 The county jail sucks. 0.95

00:31:14.780 I'll let them sit there for a few days. 0.99

00:31:16.560 Then I go back.

00:31:17.600 You want to talk now?

00:31:18.700 Yeah, I want to talk.

00:31:19.520 All right, cool.

00:31:19.900 Read them their rights again?

00:31:20.960 Boom.

00:31:21.280 Get a full confession?

00:31:22.100 I want to cooperate.

00:31:22.840 All right.

00:31:23.400 Let me talk to the prosecutor, see what we can do. 0.99

00:31:25.780 Being a criminal is not fucking cool. 0.95

00:31:29.220 So any of you guys out there, right? 0.99

00:31:30.900 This is intervention. 1.00

00:31:33.100 If you're selling drugs, you're doing some dumb shit, 1.00

00:31:35.820 you're fucking stealing, you're robbing people, whatever it may be. 1.00

00:31:38.580 Even if you're doing fraud, scam, and all this other stupid shit that all these things people think is cool nowadays, 1.00

00:31:43.440 fucking stop it, man. 1.00

00:31:44.620 I'm telling y'all, it's really not worth it. 0.99

00:31:46.560 It really isn't.

00:31:47.600 These criminals that, oh, I'm for the streets, blah, blah, blah, all that other stuff, 0.99

00:31:50.340 nine out of ten times, they fucking fold, bro. 1.00

00:31:52.580 They fold. 0.99

00:31:54.220 Anyway, getting back to it.

00:31:55.780 As well, but I want to pray for acts that we all pray, for his mother, his family,

00:32:04.380 and all of his friends who are in deep pain and shock still right now.

00:32:10.200 Thank you.

00:32:11.440 Investigator, come on up.

00:32:13.120 Thank you.

00:32:14.640 Okay, so this is a lead homicide investigator on this case.

00:32:17.240 And keep in mind, guys, that this is right after the shooting happened.

00:32:21.780 So he's kind of working on limited facts here.

00:32:24.320 Thank you again, Chief, and thank you all for coming here, and good afternoon.

00:32:30.760 I'm Sergeant Michael Arrington.

00:32:32.960 I'm a sergeant with the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division.

00:32:36.420 And earlier this morning, as he said, our patrol officers received a call at approximately 2.34 a.m.

00:32:43.820 of a shooting just occurred at the 810 Billiard Factory.

00:32:47.740 And, I'm sorry, Billiard and Bowling Alley.

00:32:52.100 From there, we were notified that there was a single male who was shot and pronounced deceased on the scene,

00:32:59.520 on the third level, outside, just outside the front door.

00:33:03.100 We were also informed that two other individuals had reported themselves by personal vehicle to area,

00:33:11.860 local area hospitals on their own, both of them with non-life-threatening injuries, but a 23-year-old male and a 24-year-old female.

00:33:24.100 Yeah, there were two other people shot, but they're alive.

00:33:27.940 Takeoff was the only one that was killed during the shooting.

00:33:31.120 I said both of them are going to be okay, and we have spoken and gotten information from them to help us in this investigation.

00:33:39.820 But the officers arriving on the scene, initial statement.

00:33:43.260 Translation.

00:33:44.060 They went ahead, and they're more than likely, those people are going to cooperate 100%,

00:33:47.940 because if you got shot and you're sitting in a hospital bed, 0.99

00:33:50.360 you're going to want to make sure that whoever the fuck shot you gets arrested. 0.99

00:33:54.160 And it's from employees working at the establishment notified us that there was an incident that occurred after the party had ended. 0.99

00:34:04.140 There was a private party that was booked out for the event.

00:34:08.440 And then after that ended, there was a large group of people who gathered at the front door area just outside of the building.

00:34:16.340 And it led to an argument where the shooting took place from the disagreement.

00:34:22.420 And we're going to talk about the argument and what led to that, which it's really sad what the argument was about, guys.

00:34:30.420 But we'll get into that.

00:34:32.300 A lot of the people that were there fled the scene and did not stick around to give a statement.

00:34:38.380 So we're asking them to either call us at the Homicide Division at 713-308-3600.

00:34:45.420 Or if they would like to remain anonymous, they can call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.

00:34:53.800 We're looking for anything.

00:34:54.700 I got a bunch of leads off Crime Stoppers, man.

00:34:56.640 And they pay you, too, guys.

00:34:58.640 They pay you to go on Crime Stoppers, man.

00:35:01.000 So if anybody here has information on this case or whatever, and you happen to be watching this stream, 1.00

00:35:06.260 bro, call the fucking cops, man. 1.00

00:35:08.660 Being for the streets and the street code, it's all a bunch of fucking stupidity. 1.00

00:35:12.140 Stupid. 1.00

00:35:12.440 All right. 1.00

00:35:13.580 Any information at this time, any videos, any information.

00:35:19.060 We do know that the media has received a lot of phone calls, text messages, Twitter, tweets, Vines, videos.

00:35:26.660 We need all of y'all to send those to us so we can solve this case.

00:35:32.240 We're looking for anything to help us.

00:35:34.460 From there, as the chief said, we want to find justice for this family.

00:35:43.040 They're going through a lot right now.

00:35:44.960 And the only thing that we can do is hope that y'all reach out and assist us in any way to lead to evidence that will help us to apprehend and get charges and arrests on the person responsible for the death of takeoff.

00:35:58.520 Thank you.

00:36:01.000 Let me say something, Mike, just to follow up.

00:36:04.400 I just want to say something to our city.

00:36:08.200 All right.

00:36:08.660 And he's going to basically tell them, hey, come forward and cooperate.

00:36:11.360 So this is something that was very interesting to me.

00:36:13.340 And I'm going to go ahead.

00:36:14.080 This is where he starts taking questions.

00:36:15.500 All right.

00:36:18.120 These two individuals pulling tricks.

00:36:19.620 Okay.

00:36:20.320 Hold on.

00:36:26.500 Give me one second.

00:36:27.340 I don't know who did it.

00:36:28.420 Let us do our investigation.

00:36:32.340 But those individuals that I've talked about that are committing crime after crime, don't know if this is the case here.

00:36:39.040 But we do have some two, at least two individuals pulling triggers around.

00:36:43.300 All right.

00:36:43.600 So, bam.

00:36:44.160 Already.

00:36:44.960 Okay, guys.

00:36:45.680 Remember, this is hours after the situation.

00:36:48.240 Right.

00:36:48.520 And the police already had already known that at least two people were were shooting.

00:36:54.160 Okay.

00:36:54.520 And which when we play some of the footage, you guys are going to be able to tell that just off the cadence of the gunshots, that it was more than obvious that there was more than, you know, there was more than one firearm being discharged.

00:37:03.960 Okay.

00:37:04.520 So they already knew hours after the fact, which tells me, right, some some some good Samaritans definitely came forward.

00:37:09.940 But the police were on it, bro.

00:37:11.660 You know what I mean?

00:37:12.160 With with all the with all the, you know, the media coverage that this case is going to get the fact that pretty much damn near a list celebrity was killed. 0.99

00:37:22.780 They're going to take this shit seriously. 0.99

00:37:24.040 I mean, look at all the brass here. 1.00

00:37:25.540 That's that's sitting here.

00:37:26.800 You got the mayor, the chief.

00:37:28.160 This is the lead investigator.

00:37:29.660 This more this guy right here guaranteed is probably his co-case detective.

00:37:32.500 That's also helping them on this.

00:37:34.080 Anytime you do big investigations, you're going to need at least two or three guys running the investigation.

00:37:38.020 There's a point man.

00:37:38.720 And then you got one or two other guys that are helping you with, you know, writing reports, getting search warrants, et cetera.

00:37:42.940 Because as you guys can tell, all of those people that were at that party are 100 percent going to get interviewed.

00:37:49.360 OK, and like I said before, given the the the huge the the huge media coverage of this investigation, they're going to be very aggressive on everyone.

00:38:00.700 So if they go to someone like, all right, listen, we identified you as being there.

00:38:04.400 We know that you were there.

00:38:05.580 We have cell phone footage that puts you at the location cell tower location data that puts you there, which is you guys know.

00:38:10.440 Cell phone location data is extremely reliable.

00:38:13.380 That's actually a big part of the YNW Mellie case, why they're going to more than likely convict them 100 percent.

00:38:18.400 I've already you guys want to watch that episode as to why YNW Mellie is more than likely going to be convicted of murder. 0.64

00:38:23.620 You go ahead, check out that episode.

00:38:24.660 I break it down.

00:38:25.220 But yeah, cell site data is extremely reliable. 0.99

00:38:27.560 So they're going to be able to figure that shit out. 0.96

00:38:29.460 And then if the person doesn't want to turn there, doesn't want to cooperate or whatever, they go ahead and just take their phone and write a search warrant for it. 0.98

00:38:35.760 And boom, they hold on to that phone as long as they need to get that search warrant, guys.

00:38:39.560 It is what it is.

00:38:41.220 You know, I've had someone's phone for months.

00:38:43.720 Right.

00:38:44.080 Because sometimes there's a code on it and you and you have to you know, you have to break the code.

00:38:47.720 It could take a while for a forensic agent to go ahead and get in there and break the code.

00:38:51.900 So that's what happens sometimes when people don't want to cooperate.

00:38:54.480 They essentially lose their phone because they don't want to they don't want to help.

00:38:57.260 And with a case like this, as big as it is.

00:38:59.520 Yeah, bro.

00:39:00.080 They're going to begin search warrants for phones easy, especially when they can prove that the person was there and they were using social media to record evidence of a crime.

00:39:07.440 Yeah, we're going to get them in custody.

00:39:10.300 OK, I see that there's a lot of new people here or whatever it may be that are saying, yo, are you law enforcement?

00:39:15.900 Guys, I was a former special agent with Homeland Security.

00:39:18.340 So I used to do federal investigations, but I'm very familiar with how the state works, especially the state of Texas, because I was in station in Laredo, Texas for almost four years.

00:39:26.660 OK, so so I'm very familiar with how Texas law enforcement does their cases as well.

00:39:33.480 Let me get her and then I'll come back. 0.99

00:39:35.320 I want to get into what we got time to get back.

00:39:37.400 Yes.

00:39:37.560 We're asking no suspects.

00:39:44.960 No one's detained.

00:39:46.100 Can you give us any information?

00:39:47.340 So this is the answer.

00:39:48.380 We're viewing it as part of the investigation and that may uncover something.

00:39:52.440 But the best thing that we have, because even if we have a face, the best thing is somebody can stand up because somebody knows exactly who it was.

00:40:01.720 And I'm really confident that somebody is going to step up.

00:40:04.280 Anybody over here and then I'll come back to you.

00:40:06.360 Go ahead.

00:40:06.580 Did the argument start at the party or was it an argument or a disagreement that had.

00:40:13.720 That's still part of the investigation.

00:40:15.520 At some point, I think that was a disagreement on something.

00:40:18.620 And we're still trying to determine that and work that out. 0.99

00:40:21.020 But again, once we determine real quick for for the low IQ people out there that say dumb shit like Navgeek right here saying Myron is a snitch. 0.99

00:40:28.320 No correction, sir. 0.99

00:40:30.020 I was the agent that controlled the snitches, a.k.

00:40:32.460 the informants. 1.00

00:40:33.220 So you're very stupid for saying that. 1.00

00:40:35.460 Right. 1.00

00:40:35.800 You got to understand that there's a difference here. 1.00

00:40:37.380 There's levels to this shit, you dummy. 1.00

00:40:39.080 All right. 1.00

00:40:39.300 I was the one controlling the informants.

00:40:41.140 Right.

00:40:41.340 Getting the information, building the cases, putting people in jail, et cetera, because anyone that's a good agent, anyone that's a good investigator,

00:40:47.480 always has informants.

00:40:48.940 At one time, I was controlling 10 plus different informants signed up with CI numbers and all that shit. 0.68

00:40:54.600 Right. 0.99

00:40:54.900 Which is a lot of paperwork for anyone that has been on the job, understands controlling informants is a pain in the ass. 1.00

00:41:00.260 I was out here doing shit. 0.99

00:41:01.160 I was out on the streets making cases. 0.99

00:41:03.740 OK, I didn't get a director's award for nothing. 0.99

00:41:05.480 And yes, this is one thing I am extremely arrogant and cocky about, because I was actually out here doing these fucking cases. 0.98

00:41:10.980 I was doing racketeering cases. 0.99

00:41:12.220 I was doing terrorism cases. 0.97

00:41:13.320 I was doing national security cases, doing human smuggling, drug trafficking, you know, OCDF cases, all that shit. 0.95

00:41:18.280 Acronyms that you guys probably don't even know. 0.81

00:41:20.300 But that's why I'm able to speak the way that I speak.

00:41:23.220 So L for you, my friend.

00:41:25.560 Anyway.

00:41:26.200 Yeah. 1.00

00:41:26.500 But no, I just when people say that shit, it's hilarious. 1.00

00:41:29.500 It's hilarious. 1.00

00:41:30.460 I've rescued children from fucking child pedophiles. 1.00

00:41:33.080 I've done all kinds of shit. 1.00

00:41:33.960 So that's why I speak the way that I do, because I know what the fuck I'm talking about, man. 0.99

00:41:39.020 Anyway. 0.99

00:41:39.800 So, OK, so we're going to go ahead, guys. 1.00

00:41:43.000 What the hell is this shit? 1.00

00:41:44.200 OK, so you guys are probably wondering, yo, they were in they were in Houston, right? 1.00

00:41:50.600 They were there for a party.

00:41:51.560 So I got an Instagram story here that I want to show you real fast.

00:41:54.360 OK, I'm going to drag it on screen for you guys here.

00:41:58.080 So this is from Quavo, his Instagram, right?

00:42:02.220 The night before.

00:42:03.960 If I can move this thing.

00:42:05.840 There we go.

00:42:06.920 I'll enlarge it for you guys and show it put on screen.

00:42:08.960 Now, this is their Instagram story the night before.

00:42:12.280 OK, so obviously they went to the jewelry.

00:42:14.140 Right.

00:42:14.660 And then this is later on.

00:42:20.260 All right.

00:42:20.740 So who is this right here next to him?

00:42:21.920 This is Jay Prince, guys.

00:42:23.200 If you guys don't know who he is, he is a son, right?

00:42:27.240 He's Jay Prince Jr.

00:42:28.880 So he's the son of Jay Prince from Rapalot Records.

00:42:31.660 OK, it came up.

00:42:32.520 And you can see a firearm right there in the middle of the console.

00:42:38.080 Right there.

00:42:40.700 You can see it right right here.

00:42:42.540 OK, which is I mean, there are open carry laws in Texas.

00:42:46.420 But I mean, I wouldn't do that.

00:42:47.920 But, you know, it is what it is to each their own, I guess.

00:42:49.960 We get down.

00:42:51.180 Got the birthday boy with me.

00:42:52.760 Yeah.

00:42:53.020 Yeah, we on the field.

00:42:59.700 OK.

00:43:00.440 She's trying to do birthday boy with me. 0.98

00:43:02.300 Yeah.

00:43:02.680 So you can see back here.

00:43:05.860 OK, keep in mind this individual right here.

00:43:09.940 OK.

00:43:10.820 Awesome.

00:43:12.040 Because this guy is going to come up later.

00:43:13.780 All right.

00:43:14.040 And I know some of you already know who that is.

00:43:18.140 Or Jazz Prince or whatever it is.

00:43:20.200 Either way.

00:43:20.840 It's one of the guys from from Rapalot, guys.

00:43:28.840 That's not really relevant to the story.

00:43:31.780 OK.

00:43:33.060 All right.

00:43:33.660 So let me remove. 0.53

00:43:34.860 OK.

00:43:35.540 So that was.

00:43:37.740 That was them earlier that day.

00:43:40.920 Right.

00:43:41.480 Earlier that evening.

00:43:43.620 Cruising.

00:43:45.560 So.

00:43:47.340 Let's see here.

00:43:48.220 So we're going to go ahead and go through the TMZ article here.

00:43:53.060 All right.

00:43:55.880 All right.

00:43:56.880 So take off.

00:43:57.400 That new video shows our man in crowd.

00:43:59.080 Cops say he's a person of interest.

00:44:01.500 OK.

00:44:02.240 In fatal shooting.

00:44:03.760 All right.

00:44:04.440 And our man standing just feet away from takeoff in Quavo moments before the fatal shots is.

00:44:08.940 Now a person of interest in the rapper's death TMZ has learned.

00:44:23.520 OK.

00:44:24.780 We obtained this video.

00:44:25.720 A new angle of what went down only seconds prior to the gunfire.

00:44:28.740 And you can see a man dressed in black with a black satchel and a handgun in his right hip pocket.

00:44:34.760 OK.

00:44:35.480 And here you guys can see.

00:44:36.380 You can see the firearm clearly right here being held.

00:44:38.780 This is right before the shots went off.

00:44:41.300 You can clearly see the weapon in the man's pocket.

00:44:43.460 He has his hand on it as Quavo is involved in a heated discussion that preceded the gunfire.

00:44:47.720 OK.

00:44:47.980 This is the guy right here.

00:44:49.280 There's his face.

00:44:51.720 In fact, Quavo in the bright orange shirt walks behind the man two seconds before the first shot is fired.

00:44:56.720 Now, there's nothing in the video proving the man fired the first shot.

00:45:00.760 But about five seconds later, he has seen raising his weapon and seemingly firing it.

00:45:03.740 It's unclear where takeoff or Quavo were in relation to him at that moment.

00:45:08.540 Houston PD tells us they have seen this video and have deemed the man a person of interest.

00:45:12.280 They have not identified him yet.

00:45:13.760 Now, I don't believe that they haven't identified him yet. 0.98

00:45:16.660 They definitely know who he is because everybody else fucking knows who he is. 0.97

00:45:20.060 All right. 0.99

00:45:21.980 Someone already put it in.

00:45:23.100 Yeah, that's Quavo's cousin.

00:45:25.020 Let's see.

00:45:25.480 So, chat, go ahead.

00:45:26.900 Who is it, guys?

00:45:27.760 Go ahead.

00:45:28.000 I see you all in the chat.

00:45:28.800 Go ahead.

00:45:29.060 Just say who it is.

00:45:30.440 Who is it?

00:45:31.720 As reported, takeoff was standing a few feet behind Quavo early Tuesday morning outside the Houston bowling alley when things got heated.

00:45:38.900 OK.

00:45:42.500 And let's see here.

00:45:45.040 Let's see what the chat's saying.

00:45:45.980 All right, guys.

00:45:51.320 Yes, Jazz Prince is in the car with him.

00:45:52.720 OK, guys.

00:45:53.440 Cool, cool, cool.

00:45:54.340 That's fine.

00:45:54.980 That's fine.

00:45:55.360 It's not really relevant to the situation like that.

00:45:58.200 All right.

00:45:58.700 Because I know what some of you, you know, let's I can handle this rumor right now because I know a lot of you guys are saying like, oh, yo, they were conspiring.

00:46:06.120 They set them up to kill them, blah, blah, blah.

00:46:08.580 Those are rumors at this point. 0.98

00:46:11.120 Right.

00:46:11.620 We don't know if that's true.

00:46:13.160 Right.

00:46:13.540 We know that there's a couple of individuals of interest.

00:46:16.660 I would say two for sure that were involved in the shooting and it looked like it was an accident.

00:46:21.640 OK, but yes, yes.

00:46:24.000 Mego bands.

00:46:24.520 I see what y'all see.

00:46:25.780 Yeah.

00:46:26.300 So that's who the people think it is.

00:46:28.020 OK.

00:46:28.460 And if you guys remember.

00:46:29.860 Right.

00:46:30.080 Let me pull up that video for y'all one more time.

00:46:34.400 OK.

00:46:35.880 Hold on.

00:46:36.440 Let me share this with y'all.

00:46:39.640 Y'all can see.

00:46:40.400 Yeah.

00:46:43.020 Same hat.

00:46:45.040 Right.

00:46:45.800 The chain.

00:46:47.140 The dreads.

00:46:49.140 Same outfit.

00:46:50.420 OK.

00:46:53.280 Versus.

00:46:55.560 Hold on.

00:46:57.260 If you guys look.

00:46:58.880 Hold on.

00:46:59.440 Let me rewind it just a little bit.

00:47:03.480 He's wearing a Mariners hat.

00:47:05.560 With the green brim.

00:47:07.060 With the teal brim.

00:47:08.460 Right.

00:47:09.120 So one more time.

00:47:10.160 Get a good look at it, guys.

00:47:12.300 You can see right there.

00:47:13.360 Seattle Mariners.

00:47:14.800 Teal brim.

00:47:15.340 Yeah.

00:47:17.080 Looks like he's wearing a Dickie shirt.

00:47:19.300 Yeah.

00:47:19.500 We on the field.

00:47:20.960 Boom.

00:47:21.900 Then.

00:47:22.720 Right.

00:47:23.180 The only thing that's missing really is that satchel.

00:47:27.000 Hold on.

00:47:27.500 Pull it back up for y'all.

00:47:28.680 Give me one sec, guys.

00:47:32.800 I got a million screens open right now.

00:47:34.940 All right.

00:47:35.380 Share this back.

00:47:36.540 Boom.

00:47:37.020 You guys look.

00:47:40.540 Here he is right here.

00:47:41.520 Same hat.

00:47:43.400 Same dreads.

00:47:44.820 The only thing that's missing is the satchel.

00:47:46.360 But he ended up having that on later on.

00:47:48.400 This satchel right here.

00:47:49.840 But see, same guy.

00:47:52.300 Migo Banz.

00:47:53.480 All right.

00:47:54.100 Who's a part of their team.

00:47:56.000 Now, I can see clearly the firearm right here.

00:47:58.780 Okay.

00:47:59.140 And I'm going to show you guys the video right here.

00:48:03.900 Hold on.

00:48:06.100 Give me one sec.

00:48:07.060 I got it right here, guys.

00:48:07.920 Because I'm going to play the video from this news thing versus playing it from TMZ.

00:48:12.180 Because TMZ is kind of lame on that.

00:48:14.260 They'll hit you with a copyright immediately.

00:48:18.880 Actually, you know what?

00:48:20.200 Here.

00:48:20.620 And then.

00:48:20.920 Okay.

00:48:21.340 So the first article I showed y'all, that was on November 2nd.

00:48:24.080 Then I'm going to show you guys this one that just came out.

00:48:25.920 And then we're going to play the video.

00:48:27.220 All right.

00:48:27.720 So the TMZ also released this one two days later.

00:48:30.000 All right.

00:48:30.180 So we had this first one here on November 2nd.

00:48:32.840 All right.

00:48:33.520 So they got this footage pretty quick.

00:48:35.380 Right.

00:48:35.640 821 a.m.

00:48:36.240 Then 11 for 1 a.m.

00:48:40.020 Okay.

00:48:40.920 Cops piecing together beef that led to fatal shooting.

00:48:43.280 All right.

00:48:43.660 So here we go.

00:48:44.420 This is what the argument was about, guys.

00:48:45.700 I know it's going to be it's going to be wild.

00:48:47.400 Cops are trying to piece together the argument that escalated to the point of gunfire and

00:48:51.380 the fatal shooting of takeoff.

00:48:52.600 And the triviality of the whole thing is just mind boggling.

00:48:56.180 Law enforcement sources tell us angry words were exchanged between Quavo and others after

00:49:00.680 he lost in a dice game at the bowling alley.

00:49:03.560 We're told they took the argument outside and somehow they began jawboning over who could

00:49:08.240 beat who at basketball.

00:49:17.120 That lines up with the video obtained by TMZ in which you hear Quavo become increasingly

00:49:20.940 frustrated talking about basketball and sharing the group he'd win.

00:49:23.560 From there is when things hit a breaking point.

00:49:28.100 Quavo breaks to begins to walk away.

00:49:30.380 And then our sources say a punch was thrown.

00:49:32.840 Suddenly, at least 10 shots ring out.

00:49:34.160 It appears multiple weapons were fired, striking three people take off fatally.

00:49:39.180 Okay.

00:49:40.220 Yeah.

00:49:40.440 I could see you go bands here pretty much more than likely.

00:49:43.980 No arrests have been made and cops haven't publicly named the suspect.

00:49:46.420 However, in another video obtained by TMZ, you see one man in the group holding and then

00:49:50.280 raising his gun.

00:49:51.440 Cops tell us he's currently a person of interest.

00:49:53.380 And they already knew who this guy is.

00:49:54.940 They just what the cops more than likely want to do here is they want to have multiple

00:49:59.080 witnesses corroborating the same exact set of facts.

00:50:01.620 They probably already know who this guy is.

00:50:03.840 They just want to get as many people coming forward saying, yo, it was him.

00:50:06.320 Yo, it was him.

00:50:06.760 Yo, it was him.

00:50:07.140 Because what happens is, right, when it comes to identifying, you know, suspects and crimes

00:50:12.180 and everything else like that, the more witnesses you have, okay, that can come forward and

00:50:17.080 say, yo, he was the person, he was the person, he was the person.

00:50:19.280 What that does, guys, is it makes that testimony more credible because more people are able

00:50:23.840 to independently corroborate it, okay?

00:50:25.400 So this is how it works when it comes to witness testimony in cases.

00:50:29.700 Number one, they're going to look at the credibility of the witness, right?

00:50:32.040 So if you got a drug trafficker, for example, right?

00:50:34.200 And he says, yo, he gave me 10 keys, and then I transported it here, and I got caught,

00:50:40.840 and that's how y'all caught me with the 10 keys.

00:50:42.420 Well, one criminal testimony more than likely is not going to be enough.

00:50:45.580 They're going to need other people.

00:50:46.940 This is where conspiracy cases start to flourish, racketeering cases, because if you get multiple

00:50:50.920 people, let's say he was with one or two other individuals, and you had surveillance,

00:50:55.460 and you have an informant, and you potentially were, you know, tracking the phones, et cetera,

00:50:59.160 when he tells you, yo, I was traveling with 10 kilos of Coke, and then two other

00:51:02.840 conspirators say the same thing, yeah, he was traveling with 10 kilos of Coke, and

00:51:05.780 then on top of that, you got physical surveillance to corroborate it, maybe you had a plane up

00:51:08.460 in the air, maybe you had, you were tracking his phone, whatever it is.

00:51:12.720 Now, that criminal's testimony becomes a lot more what?

00:51:16.640 Credible, because even though he's a criminal, he's been convicted of a bunch of crimes,

00:51:19.980 he's not a reliable witness, right?

00:51:22.720 Because he's lied under oath, maybe, or he's just a felon in general.

00:51:25.300 You have other, right, pieces of evidence that independently corroborate what he's saying,

00:51:31.800 which makes the testimony more credible.

00:51:33.640 Now, I say all that to spin it back and let y'all know, right?

00:51:38.040 The more people that could come forward and point the finger at Mego Banz or whoever this

00:51:42.220 individual is, more than likely, just from y'all seeing the photos and everything else,

00:51:45.120 it looks like it's him, right?

00:51:46.360 I could say conclusively, we're 95% sure that that's our guy, right?

00:51:50.020 The more people that come in and point him and say, yo, that was him, Mego Banz, blah,

00:51:54.240 blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:52:00.780 I guarantee you they already have him identified.

00:52:02.480 They probably got him under surveillance. 0.99

00:52:03.520 They probably know where the fuck he's at at this point. 0.98

00:52:05.200 Maybe they're even tracking his phone at this point, right? 0.98

00:52:07.260 Because he would be considered someone who has the means, right, to travel.

00:52:12.680 I don't think he's from Texas.

00:52:13.640 I think he's from Georgia originally.

00:52:15.320 So they want to know where the hell he's at.

00:52:17.240 And they're more than likely, what I'm thinking is one of two things is going to happen.

00:52:19.780 This is my prediction, of course, but it's either they're going to convene a grand jury, right?

00:52:24.240 which when you convene a grand jury you get a bunch of people right just like kind of like it's

00:52:28.600 it's like a jury for like a like a trial they come in and that you know the investigator goes in he

00:52:34.020 says yo this is the facts of the case he's there with the prosecutor you know and they you know

00:52:38.200 establish all the elements of the crime they talk about the facts of the case how they came to that

00:52:41.740 conclusion yo we have 20 witnesses that were at this establishment that identified that you know

00:52:47.120 mego bands as the potential shooter etc cool they get a true bill that go they that true bill gets

00:52:53.420 them an arrest warrant they go ahead uh and they go serve that arrest warrant go pick them up now

00:52:57.720 you guys are probably wondering i said earlier right yo are the feds going to be involved well

00:53:01.100 there's two ways that i can see the feds being involved in this

00:53:03.520 number one when they get a rest warrant for him and he's not in the state of texas they're gonna

00:53:10.660 have to go ahead and get the u.s marshals involved okay because now he's uh he's considered like kind

00:53:17.300 of like almost a fugitive right because uh he's not in the state of texas so they have to go ahead

00:53:21.320 and get the u.s marshals involved to go get him because uh texas law enforcement doesn't have the 0.94

00:53:27.040 authority to go get him in another state right then if they're able to establish right that he's

00:53:33.140 running from the police then what they could do is they can go ahead and call the fbi and get

00:53:36.900 something called an unlawful flight to avoid prosecution warrants okay which is also known

00:53:41.560 as a ufap okay and that pretty much makes it a federal crime where if you know that you've been

00:53:47.300 indicted or charged and you don't turn yourself in and you're uh unlawfully flighting prosecution

00:53:52.740 now the fbi can come can uh can come in because you're affecting interstate nexus and go ahead and

00:53:59.720 get you and why that's so important is because now i think the the state of texas can use federal

00:54:04.460 resources right of the fbi or any other federal agency to be honest that has like some type of 0.89

00:54:09.500 investigative authority to go get this fucking guy right but typically a lot of times they'll go to 0.82

00:54:13.700 the bureau uh and then also they'll have the u.s marshals involved as well then that will give 0.96

00:54:17.720 them u.s marshals a little bit more authority to go after him as well because now they got a federal

00:54:20.860 warrant for him okay so that is how it that's how i think it's going to play out and i think that's

00:54:26.440 what's going to happen uh as far as um get that guy out of here i'm how you gonna tell me it's wrong

00:54:32.560 when i'm telling you how the federal system works and how they could potentially be involved in this

00:54:36.260 situation so um so that's what may happen if uh if he's not in the state at the time but more than

00:54:43.280 likely they know who it is they're either a getting that grand jury convened or the other option is

00:54:48.120 they can submit something called a criminal complaint and a criminal complaint guys is an

00:54:51.640 affidavit written by an investigator right you can do this at the federal or the state level and they

00:54:56.680 cite all the facts in their investigation and then they go ahead and give it to a judge if the judge

00:55:01.460 approves it they can go ahead they'll get assigned hey do you swear everything is true to the best of

00:55:05.360 your knowledge right so help you god boom yes signs it agent signs it or in this case the detective

00:55:11.200 signs it and then he gets an arrest warrant and then he can go get him on that so those are two

00:55:15.620 main ways to charge someone right and then there's a third which is an information but we're not going

00:55:19.240 to talk about an information because nine out of ten times when someone gets charged with the

00:55:21.880 information which is the prosecutor basically charging you directly without a grand jury being

00:55:25.620 involved uh they're cooperating nine out of ten times so we're not going to even go down that road

00:55:29.480 but uh anyway uh so uh add this back to the stream uh so yeah so he's a person of interest right this

00:55:41.880 guy take off smegos uh group mates have not yet made public statements about his death which you

00:55:47.160 know for obvious reasons you know that you never know right because obviously associates were involved

00:55:53.220 there was a shooting they don't want to necessarily implicate anybody else because it looks like this was

00:55:57.220 uh him getting shot by an associate so i could see why they wouldn't want to talk to the authorities

00:56:02.360 here but you know it is what it is that's where the witnesses need to come in right and just so y'all

00:56:06.540 know right after he passed away the autopsy the official uh autopsy out of the harris county right

00:56:11.660 because this um houston is in harris county um following an autopsy by the harris county institute of

00:56:16.640 forensics uh forensic sciences in houston authorities announced on wednesday that takeoff died from gunshot

00:56:21.200 wounds to the head and torso okay that's very important uh to note and i'm going to come in

00:56:28.200 and talk about the second angle that the feds are more than likely going to be involved in this

00:56:31.680 investigation should it go down this route which i see this is the more likely route right

00:56:35.420 um so let's go ahead this news uh portion plays the clip of the actual shooting okay moments right

00:56:43.440 before the shooting because tmz is kind of lame so i'm gonna play it from the news thing thanks for

00:56:47.940 joining us tonight we begin with some new information in the tragic shooting death

00:56:51.420 of rapper takeoff a member of the popular group migos two days after his murder here in houston the

00:56:57.280 medical examiner officially ruling his death a homicide this is all coming rashi has some new video shows

00:57:02.980 a possible person of interest who police are now looking for fox 26 is sherman to sell continuing our

00:57:09.480 coverage tonight yeah this new video obtained by tmz does not show who fired the fatal shot but it does

00:57:16.960 show takeoff in a crowd of people where there could have been multiple guns it also shows how

00:57:20.980 quickly violence can escalate

00:57:22.480 who fired the shots that killed and as you guys can see let me play that back a little bit you can

00:57:29.140 tell from the cadence of the shots that there's more than one gun going off

00:57:32.240 violence can escalate

00:57:36.460 who fired the shots that killed global rap star takeoff is still a mystery tonight

00:57:43.540 but new video shows someone police are interested in talking to tmz released footage that shows an

00:57:49.560 unidentified man standing near rappers cuevo and takeoff with a gun in his pocket there is right

00:57:55.300 there you guys can see the free shot right there this was while cuevo got into an argument with someone

00:58:00.960 over a dice game a scuffle starts then you can see that same man with that gun drawn you hear gunshots

00:58:08.440 still can't tell who fired the first shot uh but we know rewind it back so y'all can get a better

00:58:13.380 view of the gun see that same man with boom there he is right there you can see the hand the gun right

00:58:17.820 there same guy that gun drawn you hear gunshots and he and he's retreating right so it looks like

00:58:25.200 he's running away because he's getting shot at as well right because he's backing up right but

00:58:29.260 the issue with that is obviously you could tell and i'll tell you how this right now too look as you

00:58:33.440 can see from the way he's holding the gun a scuffle starts then you can see that same man with that

00:58:39.760 i could tell from the way he's holding the gun he's not really trained guys right doesn't have a

00:58:44.000 nice firm grip on the gun all the way up he's using kind of one hand it's canted to the side a bit

00:58:48.620 you know and and explains why you know and he's kind of retreating as he's shooting and he's not

00:58:54.060 necessarily even looking down the sights right he's not looking at what he's trying to shoot at

00:58:58.840 right and because he's trying to retreat he's getting shot at as well right because obviously you

00:59:02.840 know 20 20 hundreds of course you're going to run away too but this is where you would want to take

00:59:07.920 cover right so you could tell just from the way he's holding the gun his maneuvering etc he's not

00:59:12.500 really trained gun drawn you hear gunshots still can't tell who fired the first shot uh but we know

00:59:19.860 after that first shot there were roughly 10 more shots police say they are aware of this video and

00:59:26.000 this unidentified man is a person of interest they know who the hell he is like i told y'all before 0.58

00:59:30.580 my my estimate is they know who he is they just want more people to come forward and identify the

00:59:36.380 same guy so that they can say in their criminal complaint or in their affidavit or in their

00:59:40.860 indictment or whatever it is that they decide to go ahead and charge him with yo we know it is this

00:59:45.540 individual because we have 20 witnesses that identified him you can't really refute 20 witnesses

00:59:49.980 regardless they could all be crackheads but if they're all saying the same thing and they got the

00:59:54.280 footage and they know what he was wearing that day bro i'm telling you they already know who it is

00:59:58.400 they're saying it's a person of interest so that more people come forward and identify the same

01:00:02.600 person typical police tactic there's also speculation that multiple guns were fired

01:00:09.400 tmz executive producer charles latibodier says that they anticipated more people to send information

01:00:15.540 that could help police figure out what happened early tuesday at 8 10 billiards in bowling a private

01:00:21.620 party had already ended that night with at least 40 people in attendance migos record label quality

01:00:27.980 control music and its ceo pierre thomas released statements in regards to the shooting part of it

01:00:33.460 reads quote senseless violence and a stray bullet has taken another life from this world and we are

01:00:39.340 devastated please respect his family and friends as we all continue to process this monumental loss

01:00:45.580 fans also share their grief for recording artists that left a lasting impression traumatic things

01:00:52.900 tragic things happen to them their fans feel it also and i've certainly seen plenty of that emotion

01:01:00.060 being poured out on social media now we're still waiting to hear from houston police to see if they

01:01:05.780 have any more evidence on this case including possible surveillance video this is a business off

01:01:11.540 of san jacento that's surrounded by cameras they definitely have the surveillance footage like and again 0.92

01:01:16.780 the police guys are playing stupid in this situation and the reason why guys is because they already know 0.98

01:01:22.440 who the fuck uh the shooters were right but they just want more people to come forward so that they 0.99

01:01:27.640 can go ahead and get more corroborating evidence all right so uh also we're gonna go ahead i'm gonna 0.98

01:01:32.800 play this from our boy dj academic shout out to him guys and just yell no this offer reddit you know

01:01:39.620 on reddit they always you know solving cases over there so shout out to the reddit shout out to the

01:01:43.200 chat guys over at dj academics um that they solved this case over that stream go check it out on twitch if

01:01:47.900 you guys want like i said this is kind of a summary i'll put the time stamps in it a little bit more of an

01:01:51.340 overview of all the facts that are going on but i'm gonna go ahead and play this portion right here

01:01:55.620 for you guys okay uh and shout out to academics my enlarges for y'all i think i should be able to

01:02:02.060 enlarge it here nope of course not uh let me refresh this as you guys can see i got a million tabs here

01:02:09.220 all right i'm gonna go ahead and just make this larger for you guys dj academic says migo's affiliated

01:02:16.000 name me named migo bands could be the shooter same dude in the car behind cuevo which i showed y'all

01:02:20.880 before in the story okay 0.98

01:02:23.220 largest for y'all so it's better okay oh hold on no sound you're like nigga it's a nigga with the 1.00

01:02:32.560 fucking jerry girl like clear like we only got to talk in codes no more nigga like nigga it's a 1.00

01:02:37.160 nigga with the fucking jerry girls in the back of the car who shot nigga the biggest the biggest 1.00

01:02:41.060 you guys can see him boom there's him in the satchel right there in this shot though 1.00

01:02:45.740 and the other shot that i showed y'all he didn't have the satchel might have been on his lap or

01:02:49.640 whatever he didn't have it wrapped around his uh his shoulder but in this you can see it right there

01:02:53.480 why the hell is it hold on one second guys 0.98

01:03:05.600 it's a nigga with the jerry girls in the back of the car who shot nigga the biggest the biggest 1.00

01:03:12.480 why the hell oh this is just this person's video okay 0.99

01:03:18.940 you can see someone pulls out the gun one shot fired 0.76

01:03:32.620 i ran talk about that guy in the yellow hoodie too shooter backs up see here he is the only thing is

01:03:39.500 if if he's the shooter the only person in front of him is

01:03:45.160 is takeoff this is takeoff right here yep because i'm gonna tell you what we're gonna do with this stream

01:03:50.720 so now now we're gonna go into the second individual okay guys that could be the potential

01:03:58.160 shooter and this is gonna be a guy named little cam the fifth all right now as y'all can see here in

01:04:03.400 this footage here's takeoff right here this is during the altercation all right play this for y'all

01:04:08.440 you can learn this

01:04:10.120 the analyzation of the takeoff murder footage the yellow hoodie the guy wearing the bam yeah i can

01:04:21.360 see right there okay looks like uh the top portion of a firearm the yellow hoodie seems to have a gun

01:04:29.860 in his hand all right and he was standing right next to takeoff right takeoffs walking by

01:04:38.680 and you see the guy in the yellow hoodie making suspicious moves towards takeoff it seems like

01:04:46.620 and you see so he's right in the crossfire guys he's in between two different individuals that got guns

01:04:51.980 all right so i can see how this goes ahead and uh can lead to a very uh you know we call this the

01:04:59.260 you know like a almost like a fatal photo type situation okay crossfire all right now in police

01:05:05.580 tactics guys all right in police tactics and i'll show you all this real fast when you're dealing

01:05:12.100 with a sub suspect you always come in on a tactical l why do you come in on an l the reason why is

01:05:18.000 because it avoids the crossfire so you approach the individual straight on and then your partner 0.96

01:05:22.960 approaches him from the side okay and the reason for that is that so if y'all shoot him the bullets

01:05:30.060 aren't going to hit you aren't you guys aren't going to have any type of crossfire okay so you come and

01:05:36.020 you face him directly and then your partner fans out and goes goes across the side but as y'all can see

01:05:40.480 here takeoff is walking right in the middle of two people right that are armed all right now i'm assuming

01:05:47.180 more than likely he knew that the amigo bands his boy was armed right normally when you're with

01:05:53.720 your camp or whatever you know who who has the gun i mean that's just common uh you know safety

01:05:58.320 procedure right like when i was in when i when i was um an agent for example right and i will fly armed

01:06:04.160 right federal agents and federal officers you know are able to fly armed with their farms right to do

01:06:09.460 their job um what you would have to do a lot of times when you check in is you got to make sure if

01:06:13.480 there was an air marshal or someone else on the plane that was also armed another federal agent you

01:06:16.980 would know who they are you know or they're sitting whatever to avoid crossfire right because

01:06:21.700 that's just how it is you know when you're a law enforcement officer and you're involved in a

01:06:25.940 situation where uh there's chaos or whatever you want to make sure you know who else has a gun who

01:06:30.740 else is armed so that you don't shoot each other or there's not a what we call a blue on blue incident

01:06:35.060 okay when this situation right uh he's unaware i guess or maybe he just wasn't thinking because

01:06:43.540 quavo was involved in a scuffle and he's like hey i gotta help so he goes in and he gets just

01:06:48.620 caught in the crossfire let's keep rolling the footage though and we got uh almost 5 000 you guys

01:06:55.540 watching right now man um thank you for watching uh just do me a quick favor guys and like the video

01:07:00.100 because it took a while to put this all together so just like the video show some support you don't

01:07:03.980 got to donate a dollar to the show and uh you know rest in peace to take off and uh you know

01:07:08.220 condolences to his family mego bands right here so takeoff is walking towards mego bands

01:07:13.980 he's walking past him right and mego bands is walking towards takeoff you see the guy in the

01:07:21.240 yellow hoodie looking at takeoff in that direction and looking at mego bands look like mego bands got

01:07:27.960 his eyes on the guy in the yellow hoodie and the guy in the yellow hoodie starts to run

01:07:32.360 right behind takeoff there you go he's right behind takeoff now now you see what i'm saying

01:07:40.160 look look i'm gonna run it back for you he runs off into the bowling alley after he runs behind takeoff

01:07:45.400 look now the guy in the white right there he got the hell out of there man yeah it's takeoff 0.92

01:07:51.940 okay you see mego bands coming up and then you see the guy in the yellow hoodie running behind

01:08:00.640 takeoff who's this guy right here in his white shirt i'll tell you who he is he's the guy that

01:08:08.260 was holding takeoff's legs trying to pick him up after the incident what the shooting yeah which

01:08:15.720 was a little strange for him to be doing that happens on the third floor why was this and this is

01:08:20.340 quavo right here guy in his white shirt and jeans trying to pick up takeoffs body he was trying to

01:08:26.000 pick him up by his feet was he gonna pack the body all the way downstairs or something because they

01:08:30.920 was on the third floor man trying to figure out why was he doing it for it to be a wild shootout

01:08:36.180 the guy in the white shirt in the blue jeans stood there the whole time like it was nothing going on

01:08:40.700 right and also the guy in the v-loan with all right so the most important thing guys right just to

01:08:46.160 rewind it back so y'all could see it is this guy guy in the yellow hoodie seems to have a gun

01:08:53.200 in his hand all right and he was standing right next to takeoff right takeoffs walking by

01:09:02.020 so y'all could see too already why this is bad because you got two individuals that are armed

01:09:06.820 that were more than likely potentially well we know for sure mego bands was shooting we don't know if

01:09:13.740 he shot but he had a gun okay and the other thing too i want to let y'all know is that um one of the

01:09:20.420 shots right that hit takeoff hit him in the torso went through his arm which is indicative of a more

01:09:26.160 of a closer of a closer type shot okay shot at a closer range so again speculation we don't know yet

01:09:35.620 but it is very plausible for him to be a shooter as well little cam all right and this is this is him

01:09:40.680 right here his uh or big cam whatever they call him uh here's his and also something also interesting

01:09:47.140 i want y'all to know as well okay is you look at both of their instagrams this little cam the fifth

01:09:53.880 right aka the fifth ward account is private and then mego bands account is private yeah you know

01:10:01.780 they're probably getting a whole bunch of hate dms right now so i understand but interesting as well

01:10:06.700 right so uh also so now that we know we got two potential individuals right that that could be

01:10:14.060 the shooters right we don't know for sure but it looks that way so what can they actually be charged

01:10:19.780 with okay well guys um they could be charged with more than likely it's going to be manslaughter okay 0.93

01:10:25.040 and we're here on the actual capital.texas.gov this is the official official shit chapter 19 offenses 0.62

01:10:31.860 against the person criminal homicide all right because remember i want to let y'all know this 0.54

01:10:36.600 right now the feds do not do homicide investigations the state does homicide investigations the only time

01:10:43.700 feds get involved in homicide investigations is if it affects interstate nexus typically or it's a part

01:10:48.460 of some other federal crime for example let's say i rob a bank right with with luna here right we rob a

01:10:55.320 bank all right she would probably get caught immediately but the point i'm trying to make 0.99

01:10:59.140 is let's say we rob a bank and then she oh shit and she goes and she shoots someone 1.00

01:11:03.660 now we're gonna go ahead and get hit with bank robbery as well as murder because we killed someone 1.00

01:11:12.180 during the commission of a federal crime all right or if you're a drug trafficker and you kill someone 0.84

01:11:16.740 during the commission of a drug trafficking crime or you uh racketeering as a power part of racketeering

01:11:22.040 activity a part of an organized criminal activity then you go ahead and get hit with homicide but

01:11:26.240 when it comes to homicide as far as like a one-off or premeditated murder i'm killing my wife for

01:11:31.360 insurance money or some shit like that and it doesn't affect interstate commerce nine out of ten 0.94

01:11:35.220 times it's going to be the state that takes it okay now i say all that to say that the only way i foresee

01:11:41.560 the feds being involved uh in this investigation besides the uh scenario i gave you guys before where

01:11:47.720 megal bands identified or this other guy that uh little cam right and they they leave the state of

01:11:53.680 texas and then the state investigators have to get the marshals involved and the uh potentially the

01:11:58.340 fbi involved to get a ufab warrant right unlawful uh flight to provide uh to prevent prosecution to

01:12:03.700 avoid prosecution right the second scenario guys is they're going to go ahead and do uh they will do

01:12:10.500 firearm analysis okay what i mean by this is since there were multiple firearms going off at the same

01:12:15.420 time they're going to need to be able to identify the gun that actually killed takeoff now you guys are

01:12:20.360 probably wondering how are they able to do that so the way they're able to do it guys is they do

01:12:25.640 a ballistics test okay they can do it through the atf which the atf has a whole you know they're the

01:12:30.760 lead agency when it comes to farms the united states right the bureau of alcohol tobacco firearms and

01:12:34.560 explosives okay atf uh under the department of justice and what they can do is is they can do

01:12:40.920 something where they could take the cell casings from takeoff's body right and if they can get the

01:12:46.580 guns which i guarantee you they probably have the guns in custody already at this point because i already

01:12:49.720 know who who these two individuals are they probably have the gun seized at this point

01:12:53.160 what they can do is unless those guys got rid of them but if they got rid of them then well we got

01:12:58.900 you on footage with the guns you're destroying evidence obstructing investigation uh congratulations

01:13:03.920 now you got yourself another felony my friend

01:13:06.040 so what they can do is guys identify if what how the firearm how the bullets came from a firearm is

01:13:15.340 every time a uh bullet is fired through a firearm right or ammunition it creates almost a fingerprint

01:13:22.040 okay it creates groves and a pattern on the bullet okay and it's think of it as like a distinctive

01:13:27.720 fingerprint for that gun all right so when they fire the gun right with the bullets it leaves a distinct

01:13:34.560 pattern so they're able to trace back that pattern to that firearm so if those patterns right match up to

01:13:40.260 the bullets found to take off body well they'll be able to pretty much identify which gunshot which

01:13:45.240 bullets and and which bullets actually killed them all right which the headshot i think was a fatal one

01:13:50.900 so that is going to be what they're probably most interested in identifying the bullets uh in his head

01:13:56.180 where where that came from where those where those bullet what gun that those bullets came from 0.97

01:14:00.580 that makes sense okay so that's how they trace it back essentially the bullets leave a pattern

01:14:04.780 from the farm that it was shot from they can replicate that by test firing the guns

01:14:09.340 with the same with the ammunition and then look compare the groove patterns to the bullets found at

01:14:14.520 the crime scene done that's how they're able to effectively link a firearm to a body guys like the 0.88

01:14:20.060 fucking video all right so let's go back to the texas penal code all right uh all right so chapter 19 0.92

01:14:28.380 criminal homicide right so they got different types of murder right you got murder one etc right where it's 0.99

01:14:34.060 like you know it's the most serious shit capital murder right um but we're gonna go into manslaughter 0.94

01:14:39.080 because this is what this is more than likely going to be okay and it's right here okay a person 0.98

01:14:45.740 commits an offense if he recklessly causes the death of an individual which textbook this is essentially

01:14:51.720 what's going on in this case okay an offense under this section is a felony of the second degree

01:14:57.160 all right now what are the defenses to manslaughter okay uh well the defenses guys are

01:15:04.840 the insanity defense which you know that almost never that's always an l right more than likely

01:15:11.780 but because i mean if you got jeffrey dommer over here eating people and they still gave him an l

01:15:15.520 it ain't gonna work for him either all right that's gonna definitely be so then next you got self-defense

01:15:21.040 well in this case right self-defense might be a viable option because right like let's say one

01:15:27.000 of these guys gets arrested yo they were shooting guns i didn't know i was trying to help my guy

01:15:30.880 um my guy was in danger but what they're gonna obviously be able to point back at and say yo

01:15:36.520 oh let me enlarge this for you guys by the way

01:15:38.260 okay and texas is a stand your ground state guys which means you're under no duty to retreat

01:15:46.600 okay if your life is a danger florida is like that as well okay stand your ground state all right

01:15:52.920 more gun friendly everyone has a gun in texas okay but uh the thing the problem that uh you know

01:15:59.540 these guys are going to run into is that you killed someone in the process that wasn't necessarily a

01:16:03.620 threat to you okay so that's where the manslaughter situation is going to hit them all right and then

01:16:09.140 heat of passion defense which this one is a little different heat of passion just that response

01:16:13.420 motivated by immediate and intense emotion in texas this offense is often used to persuade a

01:16:17.920 jury that you responded the way you did due to some extreme rage or fear the key to this offense

01:16:23.100 is the presence of adequate provocation the situation must be such that a reasonable person

01:16:27.300 in the passion of that moment naturally responded to the situation the crime must be have occurred

01:16:31.040 almost immediately with no cooling off period additionally when not provoked by the situation you

01:16:35.440 must not have previously attempted or conspired to commit the same act this type of defense is

01:16:40.160 difficult to prove and is usually used in cases of murder as a means to reduce the charge

01:16:43.360 to manslaughter it can also be used as a mitigating factor if convicted of murder or manslaughter in

01:16:48.260 texas like elsewhere the state recognizes difference between premeditated murder and manslaughter as

01:16:52.780 response to immediate intense rage or fear and census can reflect the same so that the punishment fits

01:16:58.260 the crime aside from the these three defenses doug murphy will work to weaken and this is the defense

01:17:03.040 attorney right uh and he's in houston right so these guys might need to hit this thing up right here okay

01:17:08.580 so but the point this right here this is actually a very strange i've never heard of this um it's not

01:17:16.860 very common but this is something like extreme guys you probably won't run into this often this is more

01:17:20.740 like you know you walk into a house and you know you see your daughter being assaulted by someone like 1.00

01:17:26.900 okay i could see that like oh my i'm killing this guy right and you just shoot his ass and and kill him 1.00

01:17:31.040 uh that might be a situation because it's like you know even though yeah that that could be a 0.99

01:17:37.620 potential situation where that could work but i mean yeah this is a very uh unorthodox defense that

01:17:43.580 you i've never seen this before but hey man every state is different guys you know states like texas

01:17:47.420 like this that are more red typically tend to be more pro-gun more self-defense more stand your ground

01:17:53.180 etc they're gonna have more defenses like this you ain't gonna find out like that in new york though i'll tell 0.96

01:17:56.860 you that you ain't gonna find out like that in california or or uh new jersey none of that shit 0.91

01:18:00.940 um so okay uh you know we can read some of these chats real fast can you start highlighting some

01:18:06.820 of them for me uh luna uh and thank you guys so much for the support man don't forget to like the

01:18:11.440 video by the way guys okay and i'll read some of these chats and then i'll give you guys my final

01:18:17.900 assessments here uh common texas w yep shout out to texas man great state i lived there for many years

01:18:23.320 um and you know actually i could get some of these chats here i'll refresh the page uh okay

01:18:30.100 yeah do do the chats the colored ones yes she's fishing for him guys yeah

01:18:35.660 shout out to 1090 jake by the way guys as well um i got some of them here okay jay uh junior varsity

01:18:42.100 22 goes he goes uh low cam is dead so okay there's some rumors about this that he's uh that he got

01:18:51.600 killed in the fifth ward or whatever from what i've been seeing people are saying he's alive in texas

01:18:55.460 they're saying that he's he's hiding out because of obviously there's a lot of heat on him right now

01:18:59.420 okay uh michael trusty and 2k likes and i'll bless the chat yes guys please like the video uh there's

01:19:04.920 what almost 5,000 y'all watching right now you guys could be anywhere else in the world so i appreciate

01:19:09.360 it and if you guys like criminal uh case breakdowns like this i cover you know hip-hop cases i cover um

01:19:15.160 celebrity cases i've done jeffrey epstein elaine maxwell or kelly um i did the ysl rico i broke that

01:19:21.100 down i did the 69 tekashi case i do every single type of case that y'all really could think of um i

01:19:26.280 actually do a lot of requests as well so if you like this type of stuff man go ahead and check it

01:19:30.360 out i don't think there's anyone else on youtube that's a former fed that actually did these

01:19:33.420 investigations uh themselves going ahead and giving you guys insight like i'm giving y'all uh we got

01:19:38.980 here three diglets uh goes uh low cam aka yellow hoodie was killed allegedly yeah allegedly uh from what

01:19:44.680 i'm getting my my intel i've done some research on this he's still very alive guys he's just hiding out 0.99

01:19:48.700 because he knows that the heat is on him uh three diglets goes you had one job luna yes she stupid 0.99

01:19:53.520 um poop uh papa lott he goes and why did the guy in the flown duck so early that's mike prince 16 0.99

01:20:01.820 year old son they were strategically placed around takeoff it was a backdoor hit and the video was

01:20:06.040 edited out okay so i guess this is where the conspiracy theories can come in i did the casanova

01:20:10.060 case views from the kid i already did it uh check out the channel i'll show you all some of the

01:20:13.880 videos that i've done but i already did the casanova case and i actually predicted that he was

01:20:18.060 gonna plead guilty yeah over almost a year ago um so i mean y'all can say that bro from the now from

01:20:25.760 what i have the information that i have i don't think uh mob ties and and the prince family was

01:20:31.660 involved in this i think it was just a really bad situation where you had individuals that were

01:20:36.920 not trained in firearms firing at each other and uh take off unfortunately getting in the middle

01:20:42.220 that's what i think happened and i'll keep it a thousand with y'all a lot of these rappers are

01:20:45.860 don't got good aim bro they don't train with firearms man they'll just have a gun but they

01:20:48.760 ain't been in a range ever you know so this is why it's so important to train like the video ninjas

01:20:54.320 that's for michael trillstein yes guys please like the video uh big app meets top top jew yes or yes

01:20:59.100 okay would you move to plano texas from la county uh it depends on why you're moving my friend because

01:22:43.060 know i i'm not aware of any criminal activity that uh that he's involved in i do know that there was

01:22:48.780 like a rumor that uh the feds asked 69 about him uh but yeah i mean it's not easy to build a rico case

01:22:55.980 guys that's why when i see someone get hit with a federal rico i'm like oh that's a wrap for you bro

01:22:59.680 uh r.i.p to eric carter too yes rest in peace to him and condolences to his family candace m we

01:23:19.880 and the crazy part is is guys this shooting happened for a couple of reasons over a dice game over 0.98

01:23:27.100 arguing over pickup basketball and dudes that don't know what the fuck they're doing when it 1.00

01:23:31.680 comes to firearms training holy shit that's really what it was this was a big l for the the idiots 1.00

01:23:38.980 that had the farms that aren't trained right that don't understand always keep the gun pointed in a 1.00

01:23:43.160 safe direction finger always off the trigger don't pull the trigger and shoot unless you intend unless

01:23:48.160 you know where your bullets are going and you intend to destroy your target and everything beyond it 0.99

01:23:52.340 but this guy he's running shooting looking around and shit like what the fuck is going on here 0.99

01:23:56.960 zero firearms and tactical training zero uh let's see here uh myra can you do a breakdown of spm case 0.99

01:26:00.200 school shooters um yes i will cover um columbine and i'll also do uh the shooter that recently got

01:26:07.280 convicted here in florida whose name is escaping me right now i know someone in the chat's gonna say

01:26:11.420 it um speaking of conspiracies do you believe in those yes every now and then adrian do you give the

01:26:16.760 people a spin before oh uh let's see here i think i read these before

01:26:22.040 okay i think are we caught up i think so luna what's your thoughts on this

01:26:30.600 hold on give an opinion oh michael trillstein shout out to you my friend

01:26:35.760 what's your thoughts on this you got any conspiracy theories or thoughts on whatever because you did

01:26:43.260 quite a bit of research on this too i mean there's two different theories uh-huh with

01:26:49.100 lil cam the way that takeoff was positioned it looked like he was shot from the left side

01:26:54.320 and on his left side it was um migo bands i think so i'm not really sure yeah honestly and i have guys

01:27:03.560 i do have like the footage of him uh you know after he was shot um and the corpse and everything

01:27:10.760 like that but out of respect for him and the family i'm not going to play that uh i'm just not

01:27:14.420 going to do it yeah i'm not going to do it um it's really graphic there's really no need you know

01:27:21.120 a man lost his life and and the thing that kills me too i don't want to say this i want to give a

01:27:24.700 a shout out to uh china mac on this because he spoke on this it is crazy to me that um people

01:27:32.040 are more interested in pulling out their cameras and recording something versus like rendering first

01:27:37.360 aid or like calling the you know calling 911 or whatever like and and the thing is too is that

01:27:42.700 like the thing that bothers me is like if you're going to go ahead and get this footage 0.96

01:27:45.360 you need to go be the first fucking person to go to the police and provide this information 0.92

01:27:49.640 to give the most detailed statement you can a lot of these people are like running away and not 0.98

01:27:53.480 wanting to give anything to the cops and posting it on twitter but not wanting to come in and do an

01:27:58.400 interview you know so it's just crazy uh oh shout out to you avenues michael uh gifted 150

01:28:36.560 outside fnf i ain't leaving fresh inside guys like i said before uh i i'm not fucking leaving it's 0.97

01:28:42.360 fresh to fit till we die i'll continue to do fed it of course but um but yeah man y'all gonna have to 0.96

01:28:47.540 deal with the stuttering michael trillstein 500 bucks thank you for everything holy shit bro 0.83

01:28:50.800 i appreciate that thank you so much my friend uh shout out to michael trillstein uh yeah and

01:28:57.320 shout out to mike for looking out for y'all and giving you guys a bunch of memberships now you

01:29:00.380 guys are gonna get cool little badges next to your thing uh young dolf jacob hebert yo i will be

01:29:04.740 covering young dolf guys but the thing is what young dolf is uh i said this before i say to get for y'all

01:29:10.860 when we go and send people over there to get the case documents they start asking a bunch of

01:29:15.740 questions where are you from what's your name what's your address and these are really invasive

01:29:20.980 questions to be asking someone uh to get information on a on a public investigation so what we're gonna

01:29:27.540 more than likely do is i'm gonna go ahead and send someone over there to memphis to get the documents

01:29:33.340 for me personally um because the people that we have been sending over there right there are people 0.98

01:29:37.380 that watch the show supporters you know fans whatever it may be uh fuck fans supporters fedest supporters 0.98

01:29:43.120 they uh they've been going over there and they've been growing them so we tell them no no no it's 1.00

01:29:46.540 fine don't give out your personal information fuck that shit we'll deal with it on our own 0.99

01:29:49.140 so this young dolf case that suns up in memphis when we try to get those documents three diggles 20 1.00

01:29:54.760 bucks we can't expect these 304s to no cpr yeah bro they don't they really don't man uh babe avalo 0.98

01:34:08.160 normal girls she did she did the same shit that asian doll did to us as soon as i called her out for 1.00

01:34:13.820 being dumb oh he's just taking advantage of me and talking shit because i'm a black woman that they 1.00

01:34:19.560 always do that shit they always call themselves a victim and then they go ahead and say i'm a black 1.00

01:34:23.060 woman so i'm being victimized every single time bro they can't take accountability for their stupidity 1.00

01:34:27.760 yo it's not because you're a black woman it's because you're stupid why can't we go back to 1.00

01:34:31.880 telling people that they're fucking dumb okay what is wrong with telling people that they're dumb we have 1.00

01:34:37.260 all these goddamn convenient i don't want to go on a rant i ain't gonna go on a rant i'm not gonna do it 1.00

01:35:21.800 1811 okay if you guys want to listen to our audio spotify google app podcast every single platform

01:35:25.940 y'all like podcasts i'm there who's bigger drake or bad bunny bad bunny bro sorry these latino artists 0.94

01:35:31.720 are fucking crazy bro like hey i was talking i had this debate with fresh actually not a debate we 0.98

01:35:36.480 actually agreed me and fresh agree on a lot of things by the way especially when it comes to 0.99

01:35:40.140 like the only thing we disagree with on like is how to deal with girls but like we agree on like

01:35:44.180 the same analysis when it comes to like the marketplace and shit he's a little bit nicer 0.66

01:35:47.860 about it he's way more patient i'm not it is what it is but um we were saying if you had to pick one 0.80

01:35:54.180 like one demographic of person to be to get the most girls reggaeton artists by far reggaeton artists 0.61

01:36:02.140 bro they get the most chicks what luna you agree with that 100 yeah yeah so like bro all these chicks 0.97

01:36:08.060 fucking go to the reggaeton artists they're jumping on stage to fucking see bad bunny or whatever breaking 0.98

01:36:12.720 the laws and getting tackled by security bro if you have to pick one by far reggaeton artists they 0.99

01:36:17.760 get the more than rappers rock artists whatever because they're like the number one uh youtube video 0.99

01:36:23.400 viewed for for years was fucking despacito bro that shit is still burning my head to this day that 0.99

01:36:28.100 shit came out like what seven six years ago seven years ago i don't even speak spanish and i know 0.99

01:36:32.960 the lyrics on that shit what's up my name join the content have you heard about cleveland butcher it's 0.99

01:36:37.120 about an unidentified serial killer in the 30s it's pretty interesting uh i have heard about him 0.97

01:36:41.060 but i'm gonna cover the serial killers that people want first so i gotta cover uh still btk uh samuel 0.73

01:36:47.860 little who has the most confirmed kills by the way in the united states i think 96 or some crazy shit 0.71

01:36:52.040 like that once i cover those guys then i'll definitely um cover him because i covered the top three i covered

01:36:56.900 ted bundy jeffrey dahmer and um john wayne gacy those are the top three in the united states right

01:37:02.360 pretty much but i'm gonna cover btk next and then samuel little and then from there i'll get into the

01:37:07.040 other guys i see self-defense dude in black hoodie was brandishing so guy and yellow hoodie defended

01:37:11.520 maybe who knows bro who knows someone called me on my groupie like that's an insult i do fresh

01:37:17.740 laundry and i'm myron's groupie oh my god i'm also from connecticut used to play halo 2 at local lands

01:37:24.140 to like buckland hills mall love the channel these rappers gotta learn to leave the hood bro i played

01:37:28.540 halo at buckland hills mall too man shout out to you bro i also went to uh damn it there was another 0.99

01:37:33.380 one in um i can't remember the name the name of the it was a land center man i forget the fucking name 0.99

01:37:38.800 of the town uh michael trostein 20 bucks i was friends with mire before fresh and fit believe what 0.97

01:37:42.960 you want idiots that's true i've known trostein since like 2019 guys uh let's say here what else 0.91

01:37:48.300 okay so you know what let me go ahead and give you guys my situation what i think is gonna happen 0.99

01:37:52.800 okay uh you give your predictions first luna and then i'll get my predictions last go ahead what is

01:37:58.580 what's your prediction now that you know all the facts like the video by the way guys i think that

01:38:04.280 it's migo bands i think they're gonna find out that it's him okay because it doesn't make any that's

01:38:10.220 the only thing that makes like sense in my opinion okay that's what you think yeah because uh shot was

01:38:15.360 close range so and it was on his left side migo bands was on his left side i don't really understand

01:38:20.720 how it could be anything else gotcha okay um and that's pretty good uh you know prediction

01:38:27.140 britney quick 10 bucks so this is what i think it is guys um this is what i predict is going to happen

01:38:33.500 okay of course it's a prediction based on the information and the facts that i have off of the

01:38:37.940 speculation um personally from the facts that i have i don't think that you know prince and his squad

01:38:43.820 did some kind of insider job i don't think that i think what legitimately happened was

01:38:47.280 because remember guys the migos weren't there was security they relied upon those guys for

01:38:52.400 protection right they're rolling in a foreign city right houston that's not where they're from

01:38:57.320 they're from atlanta they're there so they went there with those guys in good faith like yo we're 0.99

01:39:02.380 good right we're good in the hood i mean hell they had a fucking gun in the middle of the console 0.96

01:39:05.540 right so that was essentially their security what you call homie security right so i don't think 0.97

01:39:11.460 that there was some kind of conspiracy to kill them right because everyone that a lot of people 0.94

01:39:15.180 that go through houston go through those guys and they fuck with them i i don't think that's what it 0.98

01:39:18.660 is what i think was this was a situation of a bad dice game alcohol marijuana you know maybe other 0.98

01:39:26.360 substances being involved getting people's you know judgment clouded um people not making the best

01:39:31.780 decisions late at night halloween people drinking having fun blah blah blah getting into an argument 0.99

01:39:35.780 a bunch of bitches around you know how guys posture up when there's bitches around 1.00

01:39:38.900 right wearing barely anything on halloween night right and an argument turned deadly 0.99

01:39:45.880 for nothing that's what i think happened hey i'm i was down you know quavo was down reportedly about

01:39:51.920 seventeen thousand dollars right which for someone like him isn't that much money keep in mind guys

01:39:57.040 migos are superstars these guys are not bum rappers these guys are not soundcloud rappers these guys are

01:40:01.220 fucking superstars internationally known millions of followers on instagram millions of streams a month 0.99

01:40:06.700 hit records grammy nominated they're lit all right people know who the fuck these guys are so they're 1.00

01:40:13.240 getting paid at least and i say that to let y'all know they're getting paid six figures anytime they do 0.95

01:40:17.160 a show automatic you know they're getting 100k 200k i think offset made some like 200 000 doing

01:40:24.700 international tour right so these guys pull numbers so for him to argue you know over a dice game 17 000

01:40:32.120 and then argue about pick up basketball or yo i'm good at basketball because cuevo does play a lot of

01:40:36.460 basketball um you know when he's not rapping right celebrity games etc like that they do play pick up

01:40:41.740 basketball um and for this to happen terrible bro terrible terrible um and from the evidence that i see

01:40:49.240 it looked like either uh migo bands or this other guy um whatever his name is what was his name again i

01:40:57.500 forget his name little cam the little cam whatever his name is from the fifth one of that they we know

01:41:03.680 for a fact that they had farms that's that's pretty much a fact and we know more than one gun was going

01:41:07.480 off right so unless maybe someone else was pictured that we didn't see shooting guns but regardless sad

01:41:14.320 situation migo bands i think is going to be the first one to get apprehended more than likely the other 0.81

01:41:18.460 guy is 100 going to be questioned they're going to bring him in too right but at the end of the day

01:41:22.360 someone's life was lost and uh someone that honestly had nothing to do with this that was 1.00

01:41:27.480 just at the wrong place at the wrong time and uh idiots aren't idiots that weren't properly trained 1.00

01:41:34.000 with firearms discharged their firearms without looking where they were going and someone died 1.00

01:41:39.000 and that's literally what it comes down to and it's terrible and i'll tell y'all this

01:41:43.060 uh the police houston pd they're gonna do everything in their power to arrest someone they have an enormous

01:41:49.440 amount of pressure by the way just so y'all know they have an enormous amount of pressure to solve

01:41:52.820 this case because the uh i hear it's an election i think it's an election year right for the mayor

01:41:57.580 and then on top of that rappers a lot of artists go to houston to do parties and to also um do events

01:42:06.940 do shows okay houston guys is one of the biggest cities in the united states for all my foreign people

01:42:12.320 out there one of the biggest cities united states i think it's in the top three or four new york la houston

01:42:16.840 okay some of the worst traffic in the united states as well so there's a lot of money to be made

01:42:21.280 from uh from interstate commerce of rappers coming in and doing shows etc so you'll best believe that

01:42:27.440 that houston does not want to have the reputation of rappers dying in their city so they're gonna go 0.96

01:42:31.960 ahead and make sure that they catch these fucking guys even if they're part of the amigos camp which 0.99

01:42:36.160 is why cuevo and they probably aren't going to the place because i think it was a the man his their 0.99

01:42:40.560 man accidentally shot him right and he's looking at some manslaughter charges we covered that before

01:42:44.800 what he's more than likely going to be covering uh looking at so uh yeah and what i foresee is like

01:42:51.560 i said before the feds can be involved if uh he tries to leave the state of texas after he's been

01:42:56.320 indicted or after an arrest warrant is issued u.s marshal can go get him or um if it's obvious that

01:43:02.480 he's trying to avoid prosecution right because once the once he's indicted bro they're gonna call his

01:43:06.980 manager yo you've been indicted in texas we got a warrant for your arrest turn yourself in if he doesn't

01:43:11.520 come and turn himself in by the given time right assuming he's not in the state of texas which i

01:43:15.260 assume he's probably not at this point right or whoever gets arrested for this what's going to

01:43:20.000 happen is they're going to go ahead get either the marshals or some or the fbi more than likely

01:43:24.700 get a warrant federal unlawful flight to avoid prosecution because at this point they've notified

01:43:28.940 him and as a counsel he hasn't turned himself in they can pretty much establish that he's uh you know

01:43:33.220 unlawfully um preventing prevention uh preventing apprehension so now they can go ahead and expend 0.78

01:43:39.860 federal resources to go ahead and find his ass you know utilizing the fbi or homeland security which

01:43:43.880 whichever agency decides to um you know cut the paper and get him get a warrant on him federally so 0.95

01:43:49.760 it is what it is that's what i predict is going to happen and then the atf can come in for the

01:43:54.000 ballistics which i wouldn't be surprised if they don't already have the weapons and or at least know

01:43:58.300 the bullets the caliber and they aren't already in the process of either getting those guns finding

01:44:04.520 those guns um and or conducting ballistic tests right now to be able to verify which gun actually

01:44:10.120 killed them which i explained to you guys earlier which i'll put in the time stamps how the police

01:44:14.040 are able to um identify a weapon that was used in a crime based on the bullets found at the crime

01:44:20.680 scene versus the gun being fired independently uh and comparing the uh the shell casings and the

01:44:26.460 groovings on them which creates essentially uh a fingerprint for the gun um cool so uh anything else

01:44:34.520 some of these people said tupac and biggie i've been getting a lot of requests for that guys but

01:44:39.720 it's unsolved so since it's unsolved it's a little bit different right i'd have to just speculate all

01:44:43.780 day um any any other uh chats colored ones and guys we got 4 400 you guys in here by the way can

01:45:32.880 dixie mafia case was basically um a mafia and and uh in god damn it uh biloxi uh biloxi mississippi

01:45:41.760 which is a huge gambling city uh where a woman uh um was it a mayor a mayor a mayor candidate was killed

01:45:50.480 uh because she had plans to not um to not get the a strip a strip club industry and the casino 0.92

01:45:56.760 industry in which she was actually killed and ended up creating an infrastructure that it does now but

01:46:01.000 it was a very interesting case it was back from i think the 80s i could cover that for y'all as well

01:51:00.100 real world killer waco oh i'm also gonna do michael vick for y'all too and the reason why i'll do

01:51:06.280 michael vick is because not not many people talk about dog fighting that's a crime that not many
