03:09:51.020death penalty if convicted, but DA Nathan Hockman says the office hasn't decided yet if they're

03:13:34.780had an execution in California in 20 years. Then it's going to be a less expensive case,
03:13:39.660but it's still going to be millions of dollars, in my opinion, to get it done. If you're talking
03:13:44.080him at trial and the first appeal to the court of appeal and petitioned the california supreme court
