00:00:00.760 This is the Blaze Radio On Demand.
00:00:05.240 Hello America and welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:00:08.580 So glad that you've tuned in today.
00:00:10.300 We've got a lot to talk about.
00:00:11.440 We're going to start with the NCAA and North Carolina.
00:00:15.520 Let's go there right now.
00:00:17.680 I will make a stand.
00:00:20.160 I will raise my voice.
00:00:22.440 I will hold your hand.
00:00:24.840 Because we are one.
00:00:26.680 I will beat my drum.
00:00:28.640 I have made my choice.
00:00:31.160 We will overcome.
00:00:33.440 Because we are one.
00:00:35.560 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:00:39.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:00:43.720 Hello America.
00:00:45.160 Let's start with the NCAA because I guess a big tournament is happening tonight.
00:00:51.620 I'm not really.
00:00:53.020 The conclusion to March Madness.
00:00:54.700 Yeah, the championship with North Carolina and Gonzaga tonight.
00:01:00.920 Of course you're rooting for a good day.
00:01:01.860 For the national championship.
00:01:03.440 Rooting for Gonzaga?
00:01:04.440 Yeah, absolutely.
00:01:05.460 And of course, in North Carolina, they passed a law.
00:01:09.340 Was it last year?
00:01:10.180 It was just last year, right?
00:01:11.200 Yeah, Thursday was the year mark, right?
00:01:12.640 They had to have it done.
00:01:13.540 You had to go to the bathroom of your actual gender.
00:01:17.680 Oh, what haters.
00:01:18.980 I didn't even want to fly over.
00:01:21.040 I really can't believe that.
00:01:22.480 I just don't know what to do.
00:01:24.260 So, they just kind of caved in to pressure from the NCAA.
00:01:27.680 Because the NCAA threatened.
00:01:29.020 Well, in fact, they did pull out whatever championships or whatever events were going to be taking place in North Carolina.
00:01:35.320 How sick are we that we allow a college sports committee to bully us around and tell us what to do?
00:01:49.360 It's unbelievable.
00:01:50.160 Coming to Texas, too.
00:01:51.120 It's unbelievable.
00:01:52.720 I don't think Texas will do it.
00:01:55.700 I hope not.
00:01:56.740 I mean...
00:01:57.240 We've got a darn good governor who usually stands up to this kind of stuff.
00:02:00.260 I can't believe that's going to happen in Texas.
00:02:03.000 And the actual details of the repeal are quite interesting in that, like, it doesn't seem like it's a win for transgendered activists either.
00:02:11.940 So, what did they actually do?
00:02:13.900 They compromised, kind of.
00:02:14.780 Sort of.
00:02:15.260 So, this story begins not with the North Carolina bathroom bill, but the previous thing that happened, which was in Charlotte.
00:02:23.820 Charlotte's city government said, hey, even if you're a private business, you have to follow our new transgender laws.
00:02:30.720 Everyone mandated you have to follow them, okay?
00:02:34.440 North Carolina's bathroom bill was a response to Charlotte, which is never included in these stories.
00:02:40.920 It's always they just, out of nowhere, they decided they wanted people, transgender people, to not be able to go to the bathroom of their choice.
00:02:47.720 That's not how this started.
00:02:48.920 It was Charlotte saying, we are making the decision for you.
00:02:53.280 In our city, you have to go with the new transgendered, they get to go to any bathroom they want, no matter what.
00:02:59.320 That's our new policy.
00:03:00.680 So, North Carolina said, wait a minute, no.
00:03:02.900 Actually, the state law is going to trump you and say, you can go, you have to go to the bathroom of your gender.
00:03:09.220 And then everyone gets involved in the story.
00:03:11.720 And then everyone gets offended.
00:03:13.520 And then the NCAA rides to the rescue.
00:03:16.100 So, what they did was not repeal it to the Charlotte way of doing things, but they went before Charlotte,
00:03:22.580 which was essentially private businesses can do what they please.
00:03:27.440 What a crazy idea.
00:03:28.820 What an idea.
00:03:29.400 Right.
00:03:29.560 And I believe the way it reads, or it's going to be kind of in practice, is that the state bathrooms would be more leaning towards the new rules.
00:03:40.460 However, of course, transgender activists are not happy with this at all.
00:03:43.780 I mean, they're actually very pissed off about it, thinking that they did get screwed here, because they lose the protections they wanted from that sort of Charlotte.
00:03:54.680 But the more important thing is, was the NCAA appeased?
00:03:58.380 Oh, yeah.
00:03:58.940 The NCAA, if they're okay with it, then I'm okay with it.
00:04:02.740 If they're okay with it, then all people should be okay with it.
00:04:05.640 Because, I mean, let me give you, let me, if a ball is not dribbled in a particular state, it is not a state.
00:04:12.680 We know that.
00:04:13.460 Right.
00:04:13.720 We do know that.
00:04:14.300 That's in the Constitution.
00:04:15.120 That is.
00:04:15.540 And if the NCAA doesn't want to bring their little party to your state, and again, I, you know, I'm a sports fan here.
00:04:21.500 This is not Glenn Beck speaking, who does not care at all about this particular story.
00:04:25.640 But it's like, you know, if a freaking sports league can bully your state policy around, you almost should just go back to a colony.
00:04:34.780 Okay, hang on just a second.
00:04:36.160 Yeah.
00:04:36.580 What is the difference between this and the Raiders moving to Vegas for the most expensive stadium ever built?
00:04:49.420 It now makes the Meadowlands look cheap.
00:04:53.500 It's about $400 per person in taxes.
00:04:57.840 Unbelievable.
00:04:58.860 I mean.
00:04:59.260 What's the difference?
00:04:59.840 I think they're both terrible.
00:05:01.180 Yeah, they're both terrible.
00:05:01.980 Sports league should not make your policy.
00:05:03.460 Sports should not, yeah, should not be leading.
00:05:06.200 Well, that's why they're leaving Oakland, because Oakland won't pay for the big, expensive news.
00:05:10.260 If I were in Vegas, how dare the city take this on?
00:05:16.180 Are you kidding me?
00:05:17.820 With everything that's going on in the world, and the Oakland Raiders, they can sell their T-shirts.
00:05:23.720 They make plenty of money.
00:05:26.060 I have the same feeling about the Oakland Raiders that I do about Sesame Street.
00:05:31.580 You make enough money, you don't need my tax dollars.
00:05:36.300 If enough cities said no, then that would be an issue, right?
00:05:40.860 Yeah, but you can solve it in your city by saying no in your city.
00:05:43.860 Correct.
00:05:43.960 Yeah, you need to go, I mean, the people in Vegas, and they won't, but the people in
00:05:48.440 Vegas should be in the streets in front of City Hall right now.
00:05:52.580 They want it.
00:05:53.180 Saying no.
00:05:54.020 Yeah, they do.
00:05:54.820 The correct number of dollars spent on sports stadiums by government sources is zero.
00:05:59.380 Zero.
00:05:59.880 Zero.
00:06:00.780 Zero dollars.
00:06:01.760 I'm the biggest sports fan in the world.
00:06:03.100 It's opening day today.
00:06:04.060 You've got the NCAA Final Four.
00:06:05.560 It's all stuff that I love.
00:06:07.020 Zero dollars.
00:06:07.860 I know.
00:06:08.140 All the time, zero.
00:06:10.080 I mean, I don't know.
00:06:11.500 I guess they have an argument that there's just not enough private money in Las Vegas
00:06:15.680 to handle a stadium if they want it.
00:06:18.140 On the Strip, by the way.
00:06:19.140 Now, if they put this thing far away from the Strip or somewhere where you'd have to
00:06:23.160 commute to it, it'd be a heck of a lot cheaper.
00:06:24.760 They would put it on the Strip.
00:06:26.600 A football stadium on the Strip.
00:06:29.360 Well, yeah, it's going to be expensive, but the fact that you have to rely on taxpayers to do
00:06:34.460 that is insanity.
00:06:36.260 Insane.
00:06:36.740 I mean, you know, people really like sports.
00:06:39.120 They will pay money for sports.
00:06:40.620 It's going to be a $2 billion stadium.
00:06:42.500 Yeah.
00:06:43.020 I mean, there's no need for it.
00:06:44.300 $400 per person.
00:06:46.520 In the New York City area, you kind of understand that it would be $1.6 billion, which is, I
00:06:51.980 think, what the Meadowlands cost.
00:06:53.820 $2 billion in Las Vegas?
00:06:55.300 There's a lot of open land nearby.
00:06:58.220 It's a desert.
00:07:00.660 It's a desert.
00:07:02.140 And I get that it's better that it's on the Strip.
00:07:04.000 Believe me, as someone who would go to Vegas and enjoys trips to Vegas, you know, having
00:07:08.580 that football stadium right there, yeah, I'll go.
00:07:10.900 But guess what?
00:07:11.320 I didn't pay a dime for it.
00:07:12.360 You know what really bothers me?
00:07:13.320 What do you have?
00:07:14.100 How much money have we spent?
00:07:16.300 How much money have we spent here in Dallas for this stupid stadium?
00:07:22.220 And how many games are you guys going to?
00:07:25.240 I love the Cowboys.
00:07:26.500 Cowboys at AT&T Stadium or whatever they call.
00:07:28.720 I love going to the Cowboys.
00:07:31.440 I've been there a few times, but it's unreasonable.
00:07:35.780 The average person can't afford to go.
00:07:39.620 So the average person is paying $400, and the average person can't afford to go because
00:07:46.700 the tickets are also $400.
00:07:48.740 Yeah, but it vitalizes the economy, and it's creating jobs all around.
00:07:53.720 Oh, shut up.
00:07:53.980 There are restaurants around that stadium now where waiters and waitresses get to work,
00:07:59.040 and those restaurants wouldn't be there because people wouldn't eat if there wasn't football.
00:08:04.200 It is.
00:08:04.500 The Women's Basketball National Championship was held in Dallas this weekend.
00:08:09.540 You would have thought it was raining money in Dallas this weekend.
00:08:12.900 I didn't even know it.
00:08:13.860 Unbelievable, and nobody knew it, but that's all.
00:08:16.820 I mean, they kept saying about it's bringing all this money to Dallas, all this money.
00:08:20.680 I mean, it was unbelievable.
00:08:21.620 And you know who doesn't say that?
00:08:23.180 Economists.
00:08:23.640 Correct.
00:08:24.100 When they actually look at the details, these things never pay off.
00:08:27.360 We're finally waking up to the Olympics.
00:08:30.060 We're finally waking up to the Olympics that it never pays off.
00:08:33.960 Nope.
00:08:34.640 It was a total lie.
00:08:37.120 You know what it does?
00:08:37.980 It gives you a reason to feel good about your city.
00:08:41.780 If the reason to feel good about your city is that the NFL has brought in a bunch of criminals
00:08:48.560 to rip your taxpayers off.
00:08:51.960 And by the way, you mean the politicians who are making these things go through.
00:08:55.660 Although, just as guilty in these situations, just as guilty in these situations, are the voters.
00:09:03.080 In fact, they are more guilty.
00:09:05.040 Because in almost all these situations, they couldn't get this money unless they all said,
00:09:09.580 you know what?
00:09:10.000 We should.
00:09:10.820 We should take from people who don't want to see games.
00:09:14.720 We should take money from them so we can have nicer amenities at our stadium.
00:09:19.860 It is unbelievable that the American people continue to do this.
00:09:25.580 And it happens in every city.
00:09:27.220 It's not just stadiums.
00:09:28.080 It's local bond issues, as Pat has pointed out many, many times.
00:09:31.300 Over and over and over.
00:09:31.960 And in Texas, it's about the stupid stadiums.
00:09:34.020 And it's always, for the children, for the children.
00:09:37.900 Have you been to the schools?
00:09:41.800 Have you been to these schools?
00:09:43.520 Oh, they're palaces.
00:09:44.440 The new ones that are built are unbelievable.
00:09:46.240 I have never seen such beautiful buildings.
00:09:49.460 Yeah, so it goes from, well, do you want your children to be in a temporary trailer while
00:09:55.960 they learn mathematics?
00:09:58.500 Well, yes, that'd be fine.
00:10:01.020 I mean, they'll survive it.
00:10:02.060 Quite honestly.
00:10:02.620 But they don't need these palaces that you're building, because they are building just unbelievable
00:10:07.340 buildings.
00:10:07.820 We had trailers.
00:10:08.880 Yeah.
00:10:09.200 We had trailers.
00:10:10.080 Yeah.
00:10:10.520 I mean, I grew up, and we had temporary facilities.
00:10:13.300 It didn't bother me at all.
00:10:15.700 Didn't even notice it.
00:10:16.740 Didn't notice.
00:10:17.420 Didn't even notice it.
00:10:18.100 Some of these towns are so far beyond that.
00:10:19.780 There's a town near me that's doing a bond issue in which, now, they've built recently
00:10:23.940 a new music center, because you need a music center for your local town.
00:10:27.120 Oh, you have to have that.
00:10:27.740 That's from the government.
00:10:28.560 Yeah.
00:10:28.780 You need to have the new workout rooms that they've decided to build.
00:10:32.700 Well, where are you going to work out if they don't have a room for it?
00:10:34.980 The new lacrosse center that they're building.
00:10:38.660 Oh, my gosh.
00:10:39.160 Okay, lacrosse center.
00:10:40.540 So all that stuff's going in.
00:10:42.000 Is this in your town?
00:10:42.980 This is in a town nearby.
00:10:43.960 They're also doing a new bond issue for more stuff.
00:10:49.280 Now, if you have the money to build a lacrosse center, you should never have another diamond
00:10:54.100 taxes for the rest of your lives.
00:10:56.060 You should actually be banking money to pay police in 2718 before you build a lacrosse
00:11:01.520 center.
00:11:02.340 Right?
00:11:02.480 Like, none of those things should happen from government dollars.
00:11:07.380 But now, what we've seen as a populace, we've decided that what government's job is is to
00:11:13.640 make our town have nice things in it.
00:11:16.740 Now, this is obviously not in every town.
00:11:19.340 There are a lot of towns that don't have nice things like this.
00:11:22.900 But the suburbs' life is turning into this.
00:11:24.880 Do you know what I want?
00:11:25.680 And I like suburbs' life, but it's not their job.
00:11:28.060 You know what I really want?
00:11:29.560 You know, this is how I judge a town.
00:11:31.680 Beside the downtown.
00:11:33.980 You know, when you go into a town, does it have a good downtown?
00:11:37.800 Is there any vitality left in that town?
00:11:42.000 Okay?
00:11:43.000 That's the first thing that you notice in a town.
00:11:46.800 The second thing, and this is the one I look for if I'm moving into a town, what are the
00:11:53.980 sidewalks and the streets like?
00:11:55.240 Are the sidewalks and the streets, are they nice?
00:11:59.540 That's how I judge a nice town.
00:12:01.320 Look at, I mean, look at, the streets are nice, they're manicured, blah, blah, blah.
00:12:06.580 And how's the fire department and their police department?
00:12:10.840 As a citizen, that's all I care about.
00:12:13.800 That's all I want.
00:12:15.460 Streets that are good, fire and police that work.
00:12:20.520 That's what I want.
00:12:21.380 You're going to want to have a sports game to go to.
00:12:22.620 No, I don't.
00:12:23.040 No, I really don't.
00:12:24.880 Yeah, but what about property values?
00:12:26.480 It's not your right to take money from other people to boost your property values.
00:12:29.980 That's actually not a good concept at all.
00:12:31.940 It's actually a terrible concept.
00:12:33.800 And this happens over and over again.
00:12:35.300 Not to mention, we're at the point now where a lot of these cities, you know, there's another
00:12:39.800 town near me that has a giant, beautiful rec center with this incredible workout facility
00:12:47.160 and multiple beautiful gyms and a huge pool area with water slides for the kids.
00:12:54.680 It's incredible.
00:12:56.500 And they spent, of course, lots of money by government dollars to build this.
00:13:00.040 Well, what if you're L.A. fitness or 24-hour fitness, a private company that spent their
00:13:06.320 money to go into the town and build this giant gym.
00:13:09.860 Then a year after you built it, they take money from taxpayers, build something that is heavily
00:13:15.280 subsidized, which is, of course, more expensive because it wasn't their money.
00:13:19.480 And it's subsidized, so you can't compete with it.
00:13:22.480 And the prices, what does that do to the actual private company that comes into town?
00:13:26.080 They get completely screwed by this.
00:13:28.040 And it's the same thing with Wi-Fi and many other things that they're trying to do at the
00:13:31.540 city level.
00:13:32.540 Yeah, it's a nice little perk.
00:13:33.680 And sure, it's wonderful to be able to buy things with money you didn't earn.
00:13:37.160 That's great.
00:13:38.220 And you know what?
00:13:38.900 I will even take, not necessarily Wi-Fi, but if you want to drop in really high speed, and
00:13:46.300 I mean wildly high speed internet into your town, I honestly don't, that's kind of like
00:13:55.160 infrastructure to me.
00:13:56.440 Yeah, it's not if you're Verizon.
00:13:58.000 No, I know that.
00:13:59.360 And you spend all that money building those lines.
00:14:00.800 I'm saying you could make a case to me to say, look, this is going to bring in, I'm not
00:14:06.300 talking about to the homes.
00:14:07.900 I'm talking to, for instance, there's this town in, where is it, Tennessee, that was absolutely
00:14:13.380 dying on the vine, and they decided they were going to bring in Silicon Valley-sized speed.
00:14:20.920 And so they brought it in, and it's revitalizing the town.
00:14:24.100 Okay, if that's what you want to do to revitalize your town, and you're passing that, I can understand
00:14:30.880 that because it's bringing in, it's actually bringing in business.
00:14:35.440 It's measurable.
00:14:36.340 It either works or it doesn't.
00:14:38.960 The stadiums and the sports centers and the rec centers, that's just, that, I don't understand.
00:14:46.060 How are you taking money from me?
00:14:49.260 You can't vote, you can't do this.
00:14:53.680 You can't vote to take money from somebody.
00:14:57.400 If you don't have the right to do it to your neighbor, for instance, I have a right to stop
00:15:04.640 you from breaking in my house.
00:15:07.000 We used to have the right to stop people from breaking into somebody else's house.
00:15:13.940 We still have a right to stop somebody if they're doing something wrong, a citizen's
00:15:18.560 arrest.
00:15:19.080 We can assign that to the police to do, because we have a right.
00:15:23.860 I don't have a right to say, you know what, all of us live on the same block.
00:15:29.980 Stu, do you say we up the taxes on Pat?
00:15:34.900 Now, I'm not in his tax bracket.
00:15:36.560 You're not in his tax bracket.
00:15:37.960 And Jeff, you're not in his tax bracket.
00:15:39.640 So we don't have to worry about it.
00:15:41.200 But we're going to specifically target Pat's tax bracket, and he's going to have to build
00:15:47.020 the rec center just for our street.
00:15:49.500 So we can all pay $10 a month to go to this ridiculous gym.
00:15:53.980 We wouldn't have a right privately to do that.
00:15:57.200 You cannot assign a right to the government that you yourself do not have.
00:16:05.860 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:16:10.060 Mercury.
00:16:13.660 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:16:16.260 You know, we started out the hour talking about the bathrooms in North Carolina, which North
00:16:24.080 Carolina, of course, caved because, well, it's NCAA.
00:16:28.280 Well, they made a compromise.
00:16:30.240 Yeah.
00:16:30.720 They said that the buildings that the state government maintains has to have that.
00:16:38.400 Yeah.
00:16:38.620 I mean, this is the this is the LGBTQ community response here.
00:16:42.740 The rumored deal does nothing more than double down on discrimination and would ensure North
00:16:48.260 Carolina remains the worst state in the nation for LGBTQ people.
00:16:53.480 That's what their response was.
00:16:56.080 So they were not happy with either.
00:16:57.240 Nobody was happy with it, except, I guess, the NCAA, which I don't even know.
00:17:01.520 They haven't even confirmed yet if they're going to lift the ban to ban.
00:17:06.080 Oh, you've got to be kidding me.
00:17:07.320 I mean, it's just silly.
00:17:09.160 But, you know, I tell you, I I'm anxious to see this come to Texas because it's it's going
00:17:17.200 to be an interesting fight, by the way, it's the NFL already already threatened.
00:17:21.640 Yeah.
00:17:21.900 Anybody watch anybody watch the show Emerald City?
00:17:26.560 No, no.
00:17:27.800 So Emerald City, the end of the season.
00:17:31.520 What is it?
00:17:31.960 What is this?
00:17:32.380 I've never even heard of NBC show.
00:17:33.980 And so at the end of the season, they had Osma, who is this princess.
00:17:43.920 OK, she's been lost.
00:17:45.080 Well, you find out that Osma has been a spoiler alert for people.
00:17:51.860 Yeah, spoiler alert.
00:17:52.640 I mean, well, I mean, we're going to talk about stuff.
00:17:56.100 We're going to talk about life from time to time.
00:17:58.020 It's an NBC show anyway.
00:18:00.620 And it doesn't really wreck anything.
00:18:02.660 This this this kid who has been kept by a witch locked in this room forever and escaped.
00:18:10.980 And she kept giving him this medicine.
00:18:13.400 Otherwise, he would die.
00:18:14.420 She was protecting him because he is not a he.
00:18:19.520 He's a she.
00:18:20.340 So in the last two episodes, she's he is wearing a dress and he's like, I feel like a boy inside.
00:18:29.360 I don't want to be a girl.
00:18:30.440 You don't know the struggle.
00:18:31.520 I think it's the first kid trans hero of network television.
00:18:39.440 And notice, oh, he's really talking about it.
00:18:42.860 No, he cares anymore.
00:18:44.500 You know, you know, it's you know, it's strange to me is how we have gone from a country 15 years ago.
00:19:10.100 And you can look at some of this and say this is really good and some of it not so good.
00:19:18.420 But we are a country that has.
00:19:22.200 Such tolerance that while we are at war with Islam, we need and we are Islamists while we're at war with Islamists.
00:19:35.680 We elect a guy named Barack Obama that it is.
00:19:41.600 We know the difference.
00:19:43.100 Barack Hussein Obama.
00:19:44.540 Barack Hussein Obama.
00:19:46.240 We know the difference.
00:19:47.400 It's not like, oh, my gosh, look at they all have slanty eyes.
00:19:50.600 Quick, let's put them in internment camps.
00:19:52.420 We're not that we're not that people anymore.
00:19:59.000 We've gone from a country that 15 years ago, it was a big deal to have Ellen have a kiss on her show.
00:20:09.880 First lesbian kiss.
00:20:12.500 Now, right, wasn't it, Stu?
00:20:14.820 That was it.
00:20:15.480 Wasn't it Roseanne had the first?
00:20:17.240 I think I was just going to say, I think Roseanne did have the first one.
00:20:20.660 But Ellen was she was the first openly gay character, I think, you know, that like it was a big deal.
00:20:25.820 That was the first openly gay character that had her own show, I think, was the she had some bear.
00:20:30.720 No, there was some bear.
00:20:31.700 I remember because I remember there was a show.
00:20:34.160 There was there was a show that was that was over the top.
00:20:37.440 Yes.
00:20:37.980 And I remember what it was.
00:20:39.000 That was her coming out, wasn't it?
00:20:40.280 It was like, I don't I don't remember.
00:20:42.580 But I remember it was a big deal.
00:20:44.280 And even then, I don't think America had a problem with that episode.
00:20:47.800 America had a problem with the agenda that it just became the agenda.
00:20:53.520 You know what I mean?
00:20:54.640 And what is it?
00:20:55.120 Ninety eight percent of all shows now feature the homosexual encounters.
00:20:58.540 I mean, I mean, like that, especially if you watch the BBC, it's almost it's almost every show.
00:21:04.600 And I was just telling you about Oz.
00:21:07.640 I don't know if this is where they're going, but you can't not see the parallels of what we're talking about.
00:21:14.620 But here's something that we are still discussing.
00:21:21.760 Transgendered bathrooms.
00:21:22.680 And by the way, for anybody who says that, you know, it's not a problem.
00:21:26.600 Did you guys hear the the woman from Disneyland?
00:21:30.300 She went to Disneyland.
00:21:32.220 She said, I was off to the side waiting with the two boys when I noticed a man walk into the restroom.
00:21:37.560 My first thought was, oh, crap, he's walked into the wrong restroom by mistake.
00:21:42.620 He took a few more steps, at which point he would definitely notice all the women lined up and he kept walking.
00:21:48.600 My next thought was maybe he's looking for his wife or his child.
00:21:51.320 They've been in there for a while, but he didn't call out any names or look around.
00:21:54.780 He just stood there off to the side and leaned against the wall.
00:21:57.440 At this point, I'm like, WTF?
00:22:02.820 There is definitely a very large burly man in a Lakers jersey who just walked in here.
00:22:08.860 Am I the only one seeing this?
00:22:10.860 I surveyed the room and I saw roughly 12 women and children in tow staring at him.
00:22:16.080 It was the exact same look on their faces.
00:22:18.360 Everyone was visibly uncomfortable.
00:22:20.880 We were all trading looks and motioning with our eyes over to him like, what's he doing in here?
00:22:25.180 Every single one of us was silent.
00:22:28.900 This is why I wrote this blog.
00:22:31.800 I mean, think of that.
00:22:33.060 But you're supposed to be okay with that, right?
00:22:36.620 They're haters now.
00:22:38.320 They're made to feel like you're not supposed to say anything, and that's what she kind of goes through.
00:22:41.920 She says, if this had been five years ago, you'd bet your ass every woman in here would have been like, what are you doing in here?
00:22:47.700 But in 2017, the mood has shifted.
00:22:50.160 We've been culturally bullied into silence.
00:22:52.820 Women were mid-changing their baby's diapers on changing tables.
00:22:56.920 I could see them shifting to block his view, but they remained silent.
00:23:01.360 I stayed silent.
00:23:02.600 We all did.
00:23:03.900 Every woman who exited a stall and immediately zeroed in on him said nothing.
00:23:08.600 And why?
00:23:09.840 Because, and I'm sure all others were scared of the what if.
00:23:14.520 What if I say something and he identifies as a woman,
00:23:18.620 and then I come off as the intolerant one in the happiest place on earth.
00:23:22.300 And I got news for you.
00:23:23.160 In the local news reports and the national news reports that would follow, you would be presented that way.
00:23:27.400 Yes, you would.
00:23:28.260 Yep.
00:23:30.220 And again, this guy's not identifying, he's not saying anything about being a woman.
00:23:33.840 He's just being a guy.
00:23:35.160 And he's just hearing it.
00:23:36.200 Hearing at women in the bathroom.
00:23:37.360 And knowing he can now get away with it.
00:23:38.580 Which is what we said would be the problem the whole time.
00:23:41.120 Yep.
00:23:41.240 An older lady said to me out loud, what is he doing in here?
00:23:45.920 I'm ashamed to admit I sadly shrugged in mouth.
00:23:48.120 I don't know.
00:23:49.180 She immediately walked out.
00:23:50.640 I saw two other people leave with their children.
00:23:54.180 This is why, and this is why pushing for laws to allow anyone to use the bathroom,
00:23:59.020 whatever they identify with, is absurd and dangerous.
00:24:02.300 Before 2017, we shared the ladies' room with transgendered people, and we either didn't know
00:24:07.380 or we never said anything because we knew we weren't in danger.
00:24:10.640 It's something you didn't talk about.
00:24:12.280 You just pee and leave.
00:24:14.560 But the making of a capital case out of it, literally inviting anyone into a female-safe space,
00:24:20.140 the government has put women and children at risk for peeping toms, rapists, pedophiles,
00:24:24.180 drunks, and vagrants.
00:24:25.300 Predators already capitalize on count on women's reluctance to fight back or speak out.
00:24:31.040 Now it's worse because if you do speak up, you'll be labeled transphobic, and the predators know it.
00:24:36.800 She goes on.
00:24:37.700 This is quite an amazing thing.
00:24:39.900 She goes on.
00:24:40.720 She was for.
00:24:42.700 She was for, you know, tolerance and everything else.
00:24:46.320 She now has experienced herself.
00:24:49.020 The moral of this story is speak up, ladies.
00:24:51.300 If a man walks into the bathroom, don't stop and think about it.
00:24:54.740 Start yelling, get out, while dialing 911.
00:24:57.860 Take whatever criticism any loon wants to throw at you.
00:25:01.960 Your life and the lives of your children are worth more than public opinion.
00:25:05.540 And again, that happened at Disneyland.
00:25:07.540 Right.
00:25:08.240 Disneyland.
00:25:09.140 So here's what's, here's what's, and isn't Disneyland the place to go if you're a pedophile?
00:25:15.660 You go by yourself.
00:25:16.860 I will say it's not in their advertisements.
00:25:18.540 No, it's not.
00:25:19.080 But I mean, if you like children, the place to go if you're a pedophile.
00:25:23.580 Well, you know that they hang out where there's children and you're just leering at children.
00:25:29.720 I mean, it only makes sense.
00:25:32.640 The thing is, remember when I went over to Auschwitz and I met with the woman, Paulina?
00:25:40.180 She's the, I know I'm the only person that can make this kind of show.
00:25:42.660 We were having a, we were joking about a ridiculous Disney slogan.
00:25:46.300 You brought it to Auschwitz in 12 seconds.
00:25:48.880 You're the only person in America who could do this.
00:25:51.180 That's the charm of this show.
00:25:53.520 That's why we are where we are.
00:25:55.680 So anyway, I brought this, we met this woman named Paulina.
00:26:01.000 I've told this story a million times.
00:26:02.300 What did she say?
00:26:04.160 She's a woman who saved the Christians from the Germans.
00:26:07.660 She just didn't go off the cliff with the rest of the people.
00:26:09.980 Right.
00:26:10.520 That makes more sense to me now than ever before.
00:26:13.200 Yeah.
00:26:13.500 She said the righteous didn't suddenly become righteous.
00:26:16.020 We just didn't go over the cliff with the rest of humanity.
00:26:18.620 Meaning, we just stood in place.
00:26:21.380 We just continued to do the things we always would have done.
00:26:26.000 Which is her point.
00:26:27.120 We did something.
00:26:28.100 They hid Jews.
00:26:29.400 Right.
00:26:29.900 We can do something.
00:26:30.860 I mean, all you have to do is speak up.
00:26:32.740 Just speak up.
00:26:33.480 Get out of here.
00:26:34.400 Get out.
00:26:35.660 Well, get out of this bathroom.
00:26:37.420 People are speaking up a little bit with their money, though.
00:26:39.640 Because according to Marvel, their sales have been struggling.
00:26:42.440 They've been wanting to sell more comics.
00:26:44.420 And while feminists and progressive activists pushed for more diversity in comics,
00:26:49.840 minority and female heroes,
00:26:52.460 Dan Gabriel, Senior Vice President of Sales,
00:26:54.880 Marvel's core fan base just wasn't interested.
00:26:58.500 I will tell you this.
00:27:00.340 I talk to Rafi all the time about, you know,
00:27:02.980 going and get comic books.
00:27:04.180 Let's get into comic books.
00:27:05.620 Won't do it.
00:27:06.320 Don't know where a local comic book store is even in Dallas.
00:27:10.460 But want to go to a comic book store and get all the old ones.
00:27:13.640 I don't want the new ones.
00:27:15.100 I just, I'm not interested.
00:27:17.460 I'm not interested.
00:27:18.260 He said we saw the sales of any character that was diverse,
00:27:20.820 any character that was new,
00:27:22.740 our female characters,
00:27:23.680 anything was not a core Marvel character.
00:27:26.840 Nothing.
00:27:27.580 No sales.
00:27:28.100 Not interested.
00:27:28.800 Well, I will look at it.
00:27:29.360 Because they don't,
00:27:30.180 they don't,
00:27:30.920 no one minds having a different character,
00:27:33.400 having a diversity.
00:27:35.180 It's when it feels forced that people reject it.
00:27:37.600 It's an agenda.
00:27:38.560 When you're trying to make,
00:27:39.740 you're trying,
00:27:40.420 you know what,
00:27:40.780 as a comic book,
00:27:41.660 I'm going there to,
00:27:42.520 if I'm going to read comic books,
00:27:43.720 I'm going there to be entertained,
00:27:44.900 have it be part of the story.
00:27:46.580 You're not going there to be lectured by people
00:27:50.060 about who you're supposed to accept and not accept.
00:27:52.640 But, for instance,
00:27:53.560 didn't have a problem with Ozma from The Wizard of Oz,
00:28:00.520 because I don't know if that's the story,
00:28:02.960 or if they were trying to make it a political point.
00:28:06.240 Now,
00:28:07.180 my radar is up on political points,
00:28:09.640 so I thought,
00:28:11.380 I just assume this is a political point.
00:28:13.460 Stop it.
00:28:14.060 However,
00:28:16.100 it might just be
00:28:17.800 that,
00:28:19.440 you know,
00:28:20.400 that's logical,
00:28:22.060 if he was,
00:28:22.840 if she was transformed by a potion into a girl.
00:28:27.880 However,
00:28:28.960 I just don't think that this is,
00:28:31.420 I mean,
00:28:32.140 five years ago,
00:28:34.180 ten years ago,
00:28:34.940 that storyline wouldn't have stuck out at all.
00:28:37.240 You'd be like,
00:28:37.640 oh,
00:28:37.820 wow,
00:28:38.260 yeah,
00:28:38.420 that would suck.
00:28:39.140 You'd see yours,
00:28:39.740 right?
00:28:40.720 But now,
00:28:41.900 is NBC,
00:28:43.400 and it's NBC,
00:28:44.260 that's another reason,
00:28:45.640 is NBC now telling us,
00:28:47.620 oh,
00:28:47.920 yes,
00:28:48.240 the planet is on fire.
00:28:50.120 You have to do something about the planet.
00:28:51.940 Oh,
00:28:52.120 and progressive way of life
00:28:53.760 is absolutely the right way of life.
00:28:55.660 Oh,
00:28:55.900 and look,
00:28:56.800 here's this poor little character
00:28:58.140 who is,
00:28:59.000 is a,
00:28:59.640 you know,
00:29:00.000 a kid who sees him,
00:29:02.420 sees herself as a him.
00:29:06.300 I mean,
00:29:06.880 right,
00:29:07.320 well,
00:29:07.480 I mean,
00:29:07.940 it goes to your point,
00:29:09.080 we talked about this with Beauty and the Beast,
00:29:11.980 is that everyone was like,
00:29:12.760 oh,
00:29:12.880 there could be a gay character.
00:29:14.140 The story's about bestiality.
00:29:16.360 Right,
00:29:16.660 right,
00:29:17.100 we were all fine with the bestiality storyline for decades,
00:29:21.500 but it's like,
00:29:22.000 wait a minute,
00:29:22.520 you're starting to see these things,
00:29:24.600 because a lot of times it is about a gender.
00:29:26.200 There was some saying,
00:29:26.860 I think it was NBC that aired it a few weeks ago,
00:29:29.780 and I don't know,
00:29:30.500 it was some miniseries about like the struggle of gay Americans or something,
00:29:34.500 and look,
00:29:35.160 there's been,
00:29:35.940 there are this,
00:29:36.780 there are,
00:29:37.280 you know,
00:29:38.000 amazing stories in this world that,
00:29:39.980 I'm glad they've been told,
00:29:41.020 the one about World War II,
00:29:42.300 that,
00:29:43.320 Turing.
00:29:43.920 Yeah,
00:29:44.500 Turing,
00:29:44.920 Alan Turing,
00:29:45.440 that just came out.
00:29:46.600 I mean,
00:29:46.900 I'm glad these stories are coming out.
00:29:48.680 However,
00:29:49.000 like,
00:29:49.260 they just represent it in such a bizarre way,
00:29:51.560 like they had this one conversation between like a son and his dad,
00:29:54.280 and I just happened to flip it on,
00:29:56.020 and it sounds like,
00:29:56.860 Dad,
00:29:57.160 I want you to know that I'm gay.
00:29:58.740 No!
00:29:59.560 You will not be gay!
00:30:01.680 I have raised you in a way,
00:30:04.320 and you will not tell anyone that you're gay!
00:30:06.680 And it's like,
00:30:07.040 all right,
00:30:07.700 I mean,
00:30:08.100 come,
00:30:08.520 how preachy do we have to be here?
00:30:11.120 Right.
00:30:11.280 Like,
00:30:11.460 I get that there have been these,
00:30:13.200 you know,
00:30:13.460 I get it,
00:30:14.100 I understand,
00:30:15.360 and you want to,
00:30:16.060 like,
00:30:16.360 these networks,
00:30:17.320 however,
00:30:17.640 seem to have this idea that,
00:30:19.520 if we can tell these stories in the most overt way possible,
00:30:23.560 to try to make every person who's ever gone to church look like an alien,
00:30:28.080 then we've accomplished our duty for the week.
00:30:30.820 And that is,
00:30:32.060 there's got to be some balance there between these two positions.
00:30:35.580 Remember when you went to Auschwitz?
00:30:39.240 Shut up,
00:30:39.920 Jeffy.
00:30:42.780 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:30:46.840 Mercury.
00:30:50.700 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:30:52.920 Hello,
00:30:55.400 America.
00:30:56.160 Welcome to the,
00:30:56.900 uh,
00:30:57.540 welcome to the program.
00:31:01.260 Canada is considering a new controversial gender identity bill.
00:31:05.580 Oh,
00:31:05.820 good.
00:31:09.160 It extends gender identity and gender expression to Canada's protected classes.
00:31:15.360 There you go.
00:31:15.920 Oh,
00:31:16.300 that's good.
00:31:16.680 The enactment also amends the criminal code to extend the protection against hate.
00:31:21.360 Propaganda set out that,
00:31:22.920 uh,
00:31:23.940 uh,
00:31:24.200 in that act to,
00:31:25.320 uh,
00:31:25.620 any section of the public that is distinguished by gender identity or expression.
00:31:30.020 And to clearly set out the evidence that an offense was motivated by bias,
00:31:34.860 prejudice,
00:31:35.160 or hate based on gender identity or expression constitutes an aggravating circumstance that a court must take into consideration when it opposes a sentence.
00:31:44.760 There you go.
00:31:46.300 And,
00:31:46.680 uh,
00:31:46.980 did we deal with gender pronouns here?
00:31:48.820 I hope to,
00:31:49.900 are they dealing with pronouns?
00:31:52.020 How do you honestly,
00:31:52.920 hateful him or her?
00:31:54.340 How do you live in,
00:31:56.460 how do you,
00:31:57.380 how are you as a religious person?
00:32:01.520 How do you make it in Canada?
00:32:03.120 I don't know,
00:32:05.340 but it's,
00:32:05.940 it's getting to that point here too.
00:32:07.900 So,
00:32:08.120 uh,
00:32:09.220 soon we'll be wondering how we make it here.
00:32:12.040 See,
00:32:12.300 uh,
00:32:12.600 CBC news,
00:32:13.680 talks to Paul Dirks,
00:32:14.680 talks to Paul Dirks.
00:32:18.500 He's a Canadian pastor.
00:32:20.500 He said,
00:32:21.080 he's concerned the bill would make it impossible for businesses and schools to prevent men wanting to do harm to others and claiming to be women,
00:32:27.900 uh,
00:32:29.300 while they hide out in women's bathrooms,
00:32:31.160 locker rooms,
00:32:31.700 and public showers.
00:32:32.360 Oh,
00:32:32.700 that could never happen.
00:32:33.720 Thank you.
00:32:34.020 Why is this religious zealot throwing things out like that?
00:32:37.640 That's outrageous.
00:32:38.500 This is the part that nobody ever hears.
00:32:40.400 This is the part that nobody ever hears because this is exactly how I feel.
00:32:43.600 Our campaign doesn't say trans people are a risk to anyone.
00:32:47.160 It's saying predators will take advantage of this bill.
00:32:50.620 We've said the whole time.
00:32:52.580 I don't know a single person.
00:32:54.400 I mean,
00:32:54.580 I have empathy for somebody who,
00:32:56.480 who really feels like I,
00:32:58.820 I've been trapped in this body,
00:33:00.680 the wrong body.
00:33:01.340 I,
00:33:01.480 I,
00:33:01.820 I feel for you,
00:33:03.320 man.
00:33:03.840 We've talked about that many times.
00:33:05.400 I don't know what to say.
00:33:08.680 I mean,
00:33:08.940 I feel for you.
00:33:10.060 I would,
00:33:11.120 I,
00:33:11.480 I can't imagine what that's like.
00:33:13.960 Can't imagine it.
00:33:15.300 That's not who I'm talking about.
00:33:17.440 I don't have a problem.
00:33:19.160 I have a problem with two things.
00:33:21.220 One,
00:33:22.220 the agenda that says,
00:33:24.840 you know what?
00:33:25.740 Try it on,
00:33:26.360 try it on,
00:33:26.880 see what it's like.
00:33:27.780 No,
00:33:28.660 you either know or you don't.
00:33:30.100 If you're trapped in there,
00:33:31.940 say something,
00:33:33.660 say something,
00:33:35.320 you know,
00:33:35.840 but if you're like,
00:33:37.140 I don't know today,
00:33:38.260 I kind of feel like a woman.
00:33:39.460 No,
00:33:39.820 the second thing is predators that will use this.
00:33:44.000 And this is the primary argument against this.
00:33:47.740 Sure is.
00:33:48.860 Predators who will now shout you down and say,
00:33:53.860 hate monger.
00:33:54.700 When all you're trying to do is to,
00:33:56.580 is protect your kids or somebody else's kids or wife.
00:34:00.460 And they will have a legally approved defense to get out of trouble.
00:34:02.980 If they do get caught.
00:34:03.900 Yep.
00:34:04.560 World's upside down.
00:34:05.620 Don't go over the cliff.
00:34:06.560 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:34:11.400 Mercury.
00:34:12.120 This is the blaze radio on demand.
00:34:31.500 Hello,
00:34:32.260 America.
00:34:32.900 So Donald Trump escalates the freedom caucus food at the same time is playing golf with Rand Paul.
00:34:41.520 I don't know what to read into this.
00:34:44.200 Rand Paul said that golf game was good.
00:34:47.180 And he believes that they are getting closer and closer to a real deal on health care.
00:34:52.780 We'll talk about that coming up in just a second.
00:34:55.080 Also,
00:34:56.020 the professor that says,
00:34:58.240 of course,
00:34:59.640 we should have single payer health care.
00:35:01.860 And Donald Trump should be the guy who leads the way.
00:35:04.900 And he's making his case in the New York Post in an op-ed.
00:35:11.360 The reason why we bring this up is because this is the guy who got educators and writers together to vote for Donald Trump.
00:35:25.340 He's a Trump supporter who's now saying the time has come for universal health care.
00:35:31.120 We go there right now.
00:35:32.340 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:35:53.900 I want to get to the Los Angeles Times on Donald Trump,
00:36:03.860 which it really is incredible how the mainstream media just does not see their own hypocrisy.
00:36:10.560 Yeah.
00:36:10.720 We'll get to that here in just a second.
00:36:13.760 What is Donald Trump doing with health care?
00:36:17.720 I mean,
00:36:17.980 is he moving our way?
00:36:20.620 Is he moving away?
00:36:21.740 Which way is he going?
00:36:23.140 Maybe we can ask Rand Paul.
00:36:24.280 They played some golf this weekend.
00:36:26.320 Hopefully some good results out of that.
00:36:28.280 Rand has a much better idea on health care than Ryan or Trump.
00:36:31.500 Just try to get him on the air.
00:36:32.400 Ask him about it.
00:36:32.940 Yeah,
00:36:33.140 let's just...
00:36:33.720 I wonder if he'd be willing to talk about that.
00:36:35.460 Of course he would.
00:36:36.220 Of course he would.
00:36:37.180 Mike,
00:36:37.660 see if we can get him on the air.
00:36:41.720 He's been very solid on this since the election.
00:36:44.460 He's been pushing hard.
00:36:45.200 He's got a much better plan than most of the people.
00:36:47.660 Maybe the most solid on it.
00:36:50.020 Yeah,
00:36:50.260 yeah.
00:36:50.860 Because you got other people defecting from like the Freedom Caucus,
00:36:55.260 like Ted Poe.
00:36:57.420 You can't let that go.
00:36:58.740 Wrote a big...
00:36:59.200 It just pisses me off.
00:37:01.880 He wrote a big opinion piece on why I left the Freedom Caucus.
00:37:04.700 And it's filled with the same infuriating BS.
00:37:08.220 This is not a perfect bill.
00:37:09.980 There's no such thing as a perfect bill.
00:37:11.820 Hey,
00:37:12.300 we must stop allowing the perfect to be the enemy of good.
00:37:16.960 No,
00:37:17.280 why don't we focus on being good,
00:37:19.740 and then maybe that could be the enemy of really terrible.
00:37:22.820 How about that?
00:37:24.240 Yeah.
00:37:24.640 Just...
00:37:25.280 This is not...
00:37:25.700 We're not looking for perfection.
00:37:27.320 Right.
00:37:27.940 Just looking for good.
00:37:29.600 That's the excuse the Democrats used
00:37:31.760 when they crafted this piece of garbage in the first place.
00:37:34.860 Well,
00:37:35.300 it's not a perfect bill,
00:37:37.340 but we had to do something,
00:37:39.220 and we'll get there eventually.
00:37:41.200 No.
00:37:41.460 And we are getting there eventually.
00:37:43.200 Yeah.
00:37:43.460 We are.
00:37:44.060 To their goal.
00:37:45.200 And I understand you're never going to get perfect,
00:37:47.120 but shouldn't you be able to see perfect from your first proposal?
00:37:50.520 Shouldn't you be able to at least in the distance
00:37:52.240 be able to see perfect from your first beginning negotiating point?
00:37:56.220 Yes.
00:37:56.580 Now,
00:37:56.740 I understand you're not going to get everything in there.
00:37:58.560 If perfect is heaven,
00:38:02.140 this bill is in south hell right now.
00:38:04.860 Right.
00:38:05.220 You can't even see it from there.
00:38:06.820 On the wrong side of the railroad tracks,
00:38:08.260 by the way.
00:38:08.800 Yes.
00:38:09.340 It is.
00:38:09.760 It's sad.
00:38:11.380 I mean,
00:38:12.120 and for them to be okay with it,
00:38:13.760 for them to craft this delicious turd burger and say,
00:38:18.900 go ahead,
00:38:19.900 eat up.
00:38:20.880 This is...
00:38:21.600 Okay,
00:38:22.000 no,
00:38:22.280 it's not steak,
00:38:23.880 but it's better than going hungry.
00:38:26.320 No,
00:38:26.680 it's really not.
00:38:27.800 It's really not.
00:38:28.720 I just can't figure out.
00:38:30.360 Especially when we've got good chefs in the kitchen
00:38:32.940 who could be cooking us something delicious.
00:38:35.520 Rand Paul is doing it.
00:38:37.080 Ted Cruz has done it.
00:38:38.660 Mike Lee.
00:38:39.520 Mike Lee has done it.
00:38:40.800 Yeah,
00:38:40.820 Ted Cruz's plan is awesome.
00:38:42.220 Yeah,
00:38:42.540 I mean,
00:38:42.840 there's some good plans out there.
00:38:44.820 He should pick one
00:38:45.820 and try that.
00:38:47.620 You know,
00:38:47.900 it's...
00:38:48.860 What I can't figure out is
00:38:50.180 he's playing golf
00:38:51.380 with Rand Paul.
00:38:53.440 He's trashing on Twitter
00:38:55.140 the Freedom Caucus
00:38:56.420 and then he comes out
00:38:58.120 over the weekend
00:38:58.980 and says,
00:38:59.880 the White House does,
00:39:01.160 we're,
00:39:01.440 no,
00:39:02.600 you know,
00:39:02.980 I can't believe all this fake news
00:39:04.600 saying that we're arguing with each other
00:39:07.040 and we're at each other's throats.
00:39:08.500 So weird.
00:39:09.820 Fake news.
00:39:10.880 It's your tweets,
00:39:11.780 dude.
00:39:12.560 You are the one saying,
00:39:14.400 and not even in another venue.
00:39:16.280 It was on the same account
00:39:17.620 you're saying that everyone's fake
00:39:19.240 for saying there's differences
00:39:20.780 when you are promising
00:39:22.280 to primary people in 2018
00:39:24.080 that disagree with you.
00:39:25.200 that's not,
00:39:26.100 that's not a loving relationship.
00:39:30.300 It's really incredible.
00:39:31.560 I don't know.
00:39:32.700 I mean,
00:39:32.920 I just don't think people care,
00:39:34.840 right?
00:39:34.980 Like,
00:39:35.120 I mean,
00:39:35.540 we were talking about this
00:39:36.280 off the air
00:39:36.560 because there's a new,
00:39:37.220 there's a professor
00:39:39.260 his name,
00:39:41.140 Jonah Goldberg wrote about him.
00:39:42.220 His name is F.H. Buckley.
00:39:43.380 He's the law professor
00:39:44.360 who helped organize scholars
00:39:45.780 and writers for Trump.
00:39:48.100 Okay.
00:39:48.420 Unbelievable.
00:39:49.160 And he wrote an interesting column
00:39:51.020 for the New York Post this weekend.
00:39:52.340 The headline,
00:39:53.100 Why Trump Should Embrace
00:39:54.980 Single-Payer Healthcare.
00:39:56.560 Oh my gosh.
00:39:57.700 And it goes into saying that like,
00:39:59.320 well,
00:39:59.580 Ryancare,
00:40:00.380 which again,
00:40:00.940 is a bit fraudulent.
00:40:02.560 Look,
00:40:02.780 Trump pushed just as hard for this
00:40:04.080 and now he's saying
00:40:04.580 he's got a primary people
00:40:05.400 who opposed him on the battle.
00:40:06.460 So it's just as much Trumpcare
00:40:07.620 as it is Ryancare.
00:40:08.520 Let's get over that for a second.
00:40:10.000 But Ryancare was,
00:40:11.540 you know,
00:40:12.480 was a,
00:40:13.680 was something only an accountant
00:40:15.020 or a right-wing ideologue could love.
00:40:17.360 How could a right-wing ideologue love that?
00:40:21.220 That was a disastrous plan.
00:40:23.340 It locked in 75% of Obamacare
00:40:26.380 with a couple improvements on it.
00:40:29.640 So it goes into saying,
00:40:30.980 Trump didn't promise that.
00:40:33.280 He promised a plan
00:40:35.500 that would leave no one insured.
00:40:37.120 The simplest way to do this is...
00:40:38.700 No one uninsured.
00:40:39.420 Sorry.
00:40:40.060 Yes,
00:40:40.280 that would be a real weird campaign promise.
00:40:42.060 That would be weird.
00:40:42.440 I promise you will not have insurance.
00:40:45.060 But you'll pay through the nose.
00:40:47.920 Sorry.
00:40:48.720 The simplest way to do this
00:40:50.000 is with universal health care
00:40:51.540 or on the Canadian model
00:40:53.020 with a right of individuals
00:40:54.940 to purchase a Cadillac plan
00:40:56.500 on top of this out-of-pocket.
00:40:57.580 Oh my.
00:40:58.380 And there are things
00:40:59.060 that might be added
00:40:59.760 like removing the ban
00:41:00.660 on re-importing drugs from Canada.
00:41:03.540 And he goes on to say,
00:41:05.360 you know who would support this?
00:41:07.380 The people who elected Trump in 2016.
00:41:10.780 Would they?
00:41:11.300 They weren't right-wing ideologues.
00:41:12.920 They were people who had lost
00:41:14.640 or feared they'd lose their jobs.
00:41:16.760 Many...
00:41:17.080 Is this you in the audience?
00:41:18.160 I mean,
00:41:18.540 certainly some of these things
00:41:19.560 are these people.
00:41:20.560 But a lot of other people
00:41:21.620 voted for him as well.
00:41:22.920 They were people who had lost
00:41:23.940 or who feared they'd lose their jobs.
00:41:25.780 Many were,
00:41:26.240 but a few steps away
00:41:27.320 from the diseases of despair,
00:41:28.820 social isolation,
00:41:29.820 drug and alcohol poisonings,
00:41:31.560 and suicide.
00:41:32.420 What?
00:41:33.520 And it goes...
00:41:34.640 So it was suicidal people
00:41:37.640 who voted for Trump?
00:41:38.840 Yes.
00:41:39.100 Well, that explains a lot.
00:41:42.720 That's so ridiculous,
00:41:44.000 so crazy to say.
00:41:47.740 As Jonah finished up,
00:41:49.940 you know,
00:41:50.600 this is a problem
00:41:52.140 in his estimation,
00:41:53.740 Buckley,
00:41:54.120 and a lot of people see this,
00:41:55.280 that the Trump voter
00:41:56.100 or the people who elected Trump
00:41:57.920 are one vast,
00:41:59.180 undifferentiated mass
00:42:00.580 of down-on-their-luck,
00:42:02.140 on the verge of suicide,
00:42:03.640 alcoholics,
00:42:04.380 and opiate-addicted sad sacks.
00:42:06.760 As a mathematical
00:42:07.780 or statistical proposition,
00:42:09.300 it's a bit much to say
00:42:10.320 that they were the people
00:42:11.340 who elected Donald Trump.
00:42:12.580 Sure, they may have provided him
00:42:13.680 the margin of victory
00:42:14.380 in a handful of counties
00:42:15.300 in Florida and Michigan,
00:42:16.400 but if they did,
00:42:17.460 it was only because
00:42:18.200 rank-and-file Republicans
00:42:19.720 put those states in play
00:42:20.880 in the first place.
00:42:21.940 About 9% of people
00:42:23.220 who identify themselves
00:42:24.040 as Democrats
00:42:24.660 voted for Trump.
00:42:25.740 About 7% of those
00:42:27.120 who identified as Republican
00:42:28.420 voted for Clinton.
00:42:29.680 So there's very little difference there.
00:42:31.820 This whole idea
00:42:32.400 that all these independents
00:42:33.580 rushed one way or the other,
00:42:35.260 it doesn't seem like
00:42:36.380 that's necessarily what happened.
00:42:38.220 The issue here, though,
00:42:39.140 is if you did vote for Trump,
00:42:42.280 if he starts going down this road,
00:42:44.060 will you oppose him then?
00:42:45.840 We should get that on record now.
00:42:47.440 Remember it now
00:42:48.320 before he does it.
00:42:49.460 Because people in the groups
00:42:51.720 that supported him,
00:42:52.780 the people he thinks
00:42:53.560 have been loyal to him,
00:42:54.800 are going to him
00:42:55.480 to encourage that he go
00:42:57.820 to single-payer health care
00:42:59.480 at the same time
00:43:00.740 he's promising to primary
00:43:02.040 the people who want it
00:43:02.900 to be more conservative.
00:43:03.580 And this is the
00:43:04.540 Bernie Sanders plan,
00:43:05.600 by the way.
00:43:06.100 Keep that in mind.
00:43:07.040 It's the socialist
00:43:08.020 Bernie Sanders plan.
00:43:10.420 So,
00:43:11.620 can we get behind that
00:43:13.000 as a Republican Party?
00:43:14.280 Say,
00:43:14.500 we don't like that.
00:43:15.360 Can we get to that point?
00:43:16.820 Can we?
00:43:17.500 Can we say that right now
00:43:18.940 before Trump does
00:43:19.920 get on board with this?
00:43:21.220 Hopefully he won't.
00:43:22.300 But if he did,
00:43:23.620 wouldn't that be wrong?
00:43:26.020 It's a mental experiment.
00:43:27.720 Sure,
00:43:28.120 he's not going to do it.
00:43:28.880 We can all agree
00:43:29.580 he's not going to do it.
00:43:30.300 But let's just think now
00:43:32.640 how we feel if he did.
00:43:35.120 What would you say about it?
00:43:36.320 Think about it now
00:43:37.320 before it happens,
00:43:38.680 before it's a big issue.
00:43:40.380 Would you support it
00:43:41.600 or oppose it?
00:43:42.660 That's an important thing
00:43:43.600 to remember.
00:43:45.260 Yes.
00:43:46.220 And then write it down somewhere.
00:43:47.760 Write it on like a,
00:43:48.780 you know what,
00:43:49.440 write an impermanent marker
00:43:50.800 somewhere,
00:43:51.660 like on a wall
00:43:52.720 in your home
00:43:53.500 that you remember
00:43:54.640 that when Donald Trump
00:43:56.040 wasn't proposing
00:43:57.240 single-payer health care,
00:43:58.380 I thought it was
00:43:59.460 a really bad idea.
00:44:00.960 Just write it somewhere,
00:44:02.280 I don't know,
00:44:03.120 on your door,
00:44:03.840 on your mirror
00:44:04.620 in permanent ink.
00:44:05.860 There's no way.
00:44:07.340 There's no way.
00:44:09.080 There's no way.
00:44:10.020 I will tell you,
00:44:11.580 you said eat your underwear.
00:44:13.380 Mm-hmm.
00:44:14.460 If the conservatives,
00:44:16.700 if he would go,
00:44:17.680 and he's not going to do this,
00:44:19.120 if he would go
00:44:20.020 for a single-payer
00:44:21.280 health care system
00:44:22.340 and the conservatives
00:44:24.040 would go right along with him,
00:44:26.200 I don't,
00:44:28.880 do I eat the whole
00:44:29.780 underwear factory?
00:44:31.880 I mean,
00:44:32.280 I don't know.
00:44:33.920 There's no way.
00:44:35.840 Think of this scenario.
00:44:36.820 If that happens,
00:44:37.780 aren't we fairly lost
00:44:39.420 as a country?
00:44:40.160 No, yeah.
00:44:40.540 No, we're done.
00:44:41.260 In that crazy scenario,
00:44:42.640 we would be lost, right?
00:44:43.780 We're lost.
00:44:45.840 So,
00:44:46.500 but think of the scenario
00:44:48.100 where let's say
00:44:48.780 things don't go well
00:44:49.520 the next couple of years
00:44:50.300 for Donald Trump
00:44:51.040 as president
00:44:51.600 and he's opposed
00:44:52.540 by the Freedom Caucus
00:44:53.340 and it pisses him off
00:44:54.220 and he,
00:44:55.520 in 2018,
00:44:56.420 maybe the Democrats
00:44:57.140 take control of the House.
00:44:59.540 You know,
00:45:00.060 they only have 52 seats
00:45:01.280 in the Senate already.
00:45:02.920 You know,
00:45:03.360 maybe they take control
00:45:04.100 of the House
00:45:04.540 and then he's thinking,
00:45:06.580 well,
00:45:06.880 things aren't going well
00:45:08.000 and these people
00:45:08.820 have stood in my way
00:45:09.420 the whole time
00:45:09.980 and we have these real problems.
00:45:11.280 I can solve them
00:45:11.900 with the Democrats
00:45:12.620 and enough Republicans
00:45:13.640 would certainly go along
00:45:14.840 with him on this.
00:45:15.560 You wouldn't need
00:45:15.960 the Freedom Caucus
00:45:16.560 on that one.
00:45:17.300 You get the Democrats
00:45:18.060 and you put together
00:45:18.980 the most annoying Republicans
00:45:22.000 in the House.
00:45:23.060 He could absolutely
00:45:24.220 get it done.
00:45:25.480 It would be difficult
00:45:26.100 for a Democrat president
00:45:27.060 to get that done.
00:45:28.180 It would not be difficult
00:45:29.140 for a Donald Trump
00:45:30.740 if he changed views on this
00:45:31.920 or adopted his views
00:45:33.340 from the campaign.
00:45:34.780 It would not be that difficult
00:45:36.120 and, you know,
00:45:37.580 it would be a big change
00:45:38.980 but, you know,
00:45:39.480 you put Trump,
00:45:41.780 Trump supporting it.
00:45:42.920 He's done that kind of stuff
00:45:43.900 before though.
00:45:44.620 He could do that.
00:45:45.920 Trump supporting it
00:45:46.560 because you'd get Democrats,
00:45:47.740 you'd only have to get
00:45:48.360 a few Republicans
00:45:49.080 or maybe none
00:45:50.100 depending on what happens
00:45:51.260 in 2018.
00:45:51.740 It might be none.
00:45:53.040 It's not like he's never
00:45:53.880 changed a point of view,
00:45:55.500 is it?
00:45:56.740 Well, he is.
00:45:57.820 In fact, it's quite the opposite.
00:45:58.800 I don't believe he's ever
00:45:59.600 changed his view on healthcare.
00:46:01.040 He has said that
00:46:02.000 that's what he wants.
00:46:02.980 Well, yeah.
00:46:03.500 Single-payer universal healthcare
00:46:04.740 where everyone is covered
00:46:06.080 and the government
00:46:07.160 pays for it.
00:46:08.580 And it seems like
00:46:09.160 the Ted Poe argument here
00:46:12.080 is to say,
00:46:13.820 well, you should be scared of that
00:46:15.060 so let's embrace
00:46:16.780 the really terrible policies
00:46:18.120 he's doing now
00:46:18.700 so he doesn't get mad at us.
00:46:19.840 Yeah, rather than saying,
00:46:21.080 look, we've got a majority
00:46:21.960 in Congress
00:46:23.040 and we have the executive branch.
00:46:24.960 Let's get something
00:46:26.000 really good passed.
00:46:27.940 I don't know why
00:46:28.680 that can't be the mindset
00:46:29.620 for the Republicans
00:46:30.440 but it just never is.
00:46:31.940 He's not making the policies.
00:46:34.420 Put good policies
00:46:35.940 in front of him
00:46:37.020 and make him veto them.
00:46:39.400 It's what they did
00:46:40.040 with Obama.
00:46:41.100 Right.
00:46:41.640 But they showed
00:46:42.140 they weren't serious,
00:46:43.020 didn't they?
00:46:44.000 We're not serious.
00:46:44.580 This is
00:46:46.940 The Glenn Beck Program
00:46:49.680 Mercury
00:46:51.660 The Glenn Beck Program
00:46:56.920 Unbelievable.
00:46:58.820 New York Times
00:46:59.620 now sees the flaws
00:47:01.700 of Venezuela
00:47:02.720 and they can report on it.
00:47:05.700 You're not going to be happy.
00:47:07.560 We'll get to that here
00:47:08.300 in just a second.
00:47:09.580 Los Angeles Times
00:47:10.960 When Will This End
00:47:13.160 is the name of the op-ed.
00:47:15.840 It's no secret
00:47:16.560 that the campaign
00:47:17.360 that Donald Trump
00:47:18.160 was a narcissist
00:47:18.820 and a demagogue
00:47:19.560 who used fear
00:47:20.320 and dishonesty
00:47:20.840 to appeal to the worst
00:47:21.740 in American voters.
00:47:23.060 Times called him unprepared
00:47:24.120 and unsuited
00:47:24.520 for the job he was seeking
00:47:25.480 and said his election
00:47:26.320 would be a catastrophe.
00:47:28.120 Still nothing prepared us
00:47:30.320 for the magnitude
00:47:31.000 of this train wreck.
00:47:32.800 Can I ask you a question?
00:47:35.040 Because they talk
00:47:36.120 about the policies.
00:47:37.340 Is there any of the policies
00:47:40.520 that he has done
00:47:42.200 that are
00:47:43.580 worse
00:47:46.240 than the Barack Obama
00:47:48.100 policies
00:47:48.660 that we felt?
00:47:49.880 They may not have felt
00:47:50.760 this way
00:47:51.160 but we did.
00:47:52.080 For instance
00:47:52.560 we knew that they were
00:47:53.640 going to destroy
00:47:54.360 health care in America
00:47:55.720 and rip away our doctors
00:47:57.760 and insurance rates
00:47:58.600 would go through the roof.
00:47:59.360 All of those things
00:47:59.980 have happened.
00:48:01.500 We thought that was
00:48:02.660 really bad.
00:48:04.320 We thought
00:48:04.800 that his campaign
00:48:09.460 against guns
00:48:10.820 with Eric Holder
00:48:12.660 running guns.
00:48:13.920 We thought that was
00:48:14.720 a problem.
00:48:15.580 We thought it was
00:48:16.160 a problem
00:48:16.560 when they used
00:48:17.100 the IRS
00:48:17.700 to come after
00:48:20.180 private citizens
00:48:22.080 and brush it
00:48:22.920 under the carpet.
00:48:24.440 I mean
00:48:24.680 there are lots of things
00:48:26.080 that Barack Obama
00:48:27.860 did.
00:48:28.980 Donald Trump
00:48:29.740 has taken
00:48:30.160 dozens of real life
00:48:31.780 steps that if they're
00:48:32.560 not reversed
00:48:33.080 it will rip families
00:48:34.000 apart foul rivers
00:48:35.280 and pollute the air
00:48:36.360 intensify the effects
00:48:38.840 of climate change
00:48:40.000 and profoundly weaken
00:48:40.920 the system of American
00:48:41.860 public education
00:48:42.740 for all.
00:48:43.280 And yeah
00:48:43.540 actually
00:48:44.280 if you want to
00:48:45.300 point to one
00:48:46.020 I would say
00:48:47.120 if you're an Al Gore
00:48:48.000 acolyte
00:48:48.840 and you love the guy
00:48:49.880 and you love it
00:48:50.820 believe everything he says
00:48:51.780 and you think the world
00:48:52.360 is going to burn
00:48:52.840 to death in a fiery flood
00:48:54.460 you're probably pretty
00:48:55.400 pissed at Trump.
00:48:56.040 I mean Trump
00:48:56.360 has done the
00:48:57.340 Keystone Pipeline
00:48:58.600 he has been
00:49:00.060 for me
00:49:00.660 good on that issue
00:49:02.160 so far.
00:49:02.740 So if he's pleasing me
00:49:03.840 he's not pleasing
00:49:04.640 those people.
00:49:05.720 But there's no
00:49:06.320 difference between
00:49:07.300 you know
00:49:08.340 we had the same guy
00:49:09.560 our side
00:49:11.100 felt the same way
00:49:12.460 about the policies
00:49:14.280 so his policies
00:49:15.700 Yeah
00:49:16.540 I mean he hasn't
00:49:17.160 passed any meaningful
00:49:18.260 legislation
00:49:18.860 all he's done
00:49:20.100 is done
00:49:20.400 executive orders
00:49:21.160 What is that?
00:49:22.920 He's going to
00:49:23.800 deport illegals?
00:49:24.720 Well Barack Obama
00:49:25.760 deported a hell of a lot
00:49:27.120 more illegals
00:49:27.780 than he has so far
00:49:29.060 Obama was deporting
00:49:31.540 illegals all the time.
00:49:32.620 He was reporting
00:49:33.520 he was deporting
00:49:34.300 illegals faster
00:49:35.040 than George Bush
00:49:35.720 was
00:49:36.000 Yeah
00:49:36.280 So here's where
00:49:38.660 they say
00:49:39.240 but the proceeding
00:49:40.360 with his
00:49:41.300 but proceeding
00:49:42.080 with his efforts
00:49:42.880 to defang the
00:49:43.660 government's
00:49:44.080 regulatory agencies
00:49:45.100 and bloat
00:49:45.640 the Pentagon's
00:49:46.180 budget
00:49:46.460 even as he
00:49:47.360 supposedly retreats
00:49:48.560 from the global
00:49:49.080 stage
00:49:49.660 these are the
00:49:50.740 problems that
00:49:51.520 the LA Times
00:49:52.320 has
00:49:52.720 Trump's
00:49:54.760 shock
00:49:56.180 Trump's
00:49:57.580 shocking
00:49:58.020 lack of
00:49:58.600 respect
00:49:59.020 for
00:49:59.940 fundamental
00:50:00.560 rules
00:50:01.220 and institutions
00:50:02.340 on which our
00:50:03.000 government is based
00:50:03.920 Oh my gosh
00:50:04.840 you've got to be
00:50:05.400 kidding me
00:50:05.860 Like what?
00:50:07.680 Oh the Federal
00:50:08.340 Reserve is one of
00:50:09.360 them he mentioned
00:50:10.160 Stroking
00:50:11.060 stoking public
00:50:12.440 distress of
00:50:13.040 essential institutions
00:50:14.160 a way he
00:50:15.880 undermines his
00:50:16.540 faith in American
00:50:17.240 democracy
00:50:17.960 blah blah blah
00:50:18.880 I mean
00:50:19.780 it didn't
00:50:20.660 can I tell you
00:50:21.280 something
00:50:21.480 didn't this
00:50:22.480 happen with
00:50:23.360 the police
00:50:24.700 acted stupidly
00:50:25.640 we trusted
00:50:27.600 the police
00:50:28.440 until Barack
00:50:30.000 Obama
00:50:30.380 he destroyed
00:50:31.940 the
00:50:32.920 the faith
00:50:34.000 that the
00:50:34.280 American people
00:50:35.000 had in the
00:50:35.660 justice system
00:50:36.580 and in the
00:50:38.140 in police
00:50:39.360 now
00:50:39.980 maybe he should
00:50:41.280 have
00:50:41.520 some will argue
00:50:42.540 maybe he should
00:50:43.540 have
00:50:43.820 he's clashed
00:50:44.920 with his own
00:50:45.360 intelligence agencies
00:50:46.480 demeaned the
00:50:47.080 government workers
00:50:47.780 and questioned
00:50:48.480 the credibility
00:50:49.100 of the electoral
00:50:49.800 system and the
00:50:50.440 Federal Reserve
00:50:51.000 well he should
00:50:52.120 question the
00:50:52.760 Federal Reserve
00:50:53.440 he has really
00:50:55.020 done damage on
00:50:55.660 the electoral
00:50:56.100 system
00:50:56.640 demeaned
00:50:57.900 government workers
00:50:58.760 well not all
00:51:00.320 of them should
00:51:00.740 be demeaned
00:51:01.360 but some of
00:51:02.920 them should be
00:51:03.580 clashed with his
00:51:04.760 own intelligence
00:51:05.380 agencies
00:51:05.960 you are the
00:51:07.120 ones who said
00:51:07.900 that the
00:51:08.800 intelligence agencies
00:51:10.160 lied to us
00:51:11.420 about getting us
00:51:12.920 into war with
00:51:13.700 Saddam Hussein
00:51:14.660 so really
00:51:17.700 they are just
00:51:19.900 so blind
00:51:21.000 to what
00:51:23.000 they have
00:51:23.900 been a part
00:51:24.520 of
00:51:24.780 so hypocritical
00:51:25.600 and how the
00:51:26.240 other side of
00:51:27.100 the country
00:51:27.760 sees things
00:51:29.260 half the country
00:51:30.460 that's why
00:51:31.060 every one of
00:51:31.560 your interviews
00:51:32.020 they're always
00:51:32.480 shocked by that
00:51:33.640 right
00:51:33.920 yeah they don't
00:51:34.880 they can't
00:51:35.260 figure out one
00:51:35.760 well what if
00:51:36.540 you were just
00:51:37.240 a lot worse
00:51:38.200 than everybody
00:51:38.760 else
00:51:39.260 what if no
00:51:40.740 one on the
00:51:41.080 left has ever
00:51:41.700 done anything
00:51:42.340 wrong and you
00:51:43.540 were the only
00:51:44.060 one who was
00:51:44.540 evil
00:51:44.920 I mean and
00:51:46.160 that is
00:51:46.940 essentially
00:51:47.600 their answer
00:51:48.320 to you
00:51:48.740 it is
00:51:49.320 it's that
00:51:49.760 you know
00:51:50.040 what
00:51:50.300 they were
00:51:50.900 right
00:51:51.140 you know
00:51:52.240 what
00:51:52.440 when they
00:51:53.020 were criticizing
00:51:53.640 people on
00:51:54.060 the left
00:51:54.380 right
00:51:54.860 it's because
00:51:55.500 they were
00:51:55.840 racist
00:51:56.180 it's because
00:51:56.580 they didn't
00:51:56.980 understand
00:51:57.400 it's because
00:51:58.160 they did
00:51:58.600 just want to
00:51:59.100 stop progress
00:51:59.760 it's because
00:52:00.140 they do have
00:52:00.720 hate in their
00:52:01.200 hearts
00:52:01.520 where when
00:52:02.760 people on
00:52:03.360 the left
00:52:03.640 are opposing
00:52:04.100 it's because
00:52:04.580 Donald Trump
00:52:05.040 really is bad
00:52:05.980 he's really
00:52:06.560 bad and we
00:52:07.240 have to stop
00:52:07.920 him and
00:52:08.560 that we can
00:52:09.640 unite on
00:52:10.340 it's always
00:52:10.820 you can unite
00:52:11.300 with them
00:52:11.700 on their
00:52:12.020 thing
00:52:12.300 they will
00:52:14.460 allow you
00:52:15.020 to unite
00:52:15.540 with them
00:52:15.960 on their
00:52:16.360 thing
00:52:16.700 all day
00:52:17.120 long
00:52:17.420 but that's
00:52:18.200 not what
00:52:18.420 uniting
00:52:18.720 is
00:52:19.000 it's not
00:52:19.280 what
00:52:19.420 compromise
00:52:19.940 is
00:52:20.400 we all
00:52:20.960 understand
00:52:21.340 again
00:52:21.640 we're not
00:52:21.920 going to
00:52:22.040 get the
00:52:22.260 perfect
00:52:22.520 thing
00:52:22.900 but I mean
00:52:23.680 you should
00:52:23.980 be able to
00:52:24.400 understand
00:52:24.940 what the
00:52:25.240 other side
00:52:25.640 is feeling
00:52:26.300 on this
00:52:26.800 as conservatives
00:52:27.620 we should
00:52:28.040 be able to
00:52:28.400 look at
00:52:28.660 them
00:52:28.860 and say
00:52:29.700 holy crap
00:52:31.200 imagine what
00:52:31.700 they're feeling
00:52:32.160 right now
00:52:32.880 you know
00:52:33.100 the EPA is a
00:52:34.040 perfect example
00:52:34.540 for me
00:52:34.820 because I
00:52:35.360 don't want
00:52:36.060 the government
00:52:36.380 involved in
00:52:36.860 that
00:52:36.980 in 99%
00:52:38.420 of that
00:52:38.680 stuff
00:52:38.900 but for
00:52:39.600 them it's
00:52:42.300 because Donald
00:52:43.140 Trump rolled
00:52:43.700 back some
00:52:44.200 clean air
00:52:44.780 regulation
00:52:45.260 that did
00:52:45.620 nothing but
00:52:46.200 charge businesses
00:52:47.140 money for
00:52:47.700 very little
00:52:48.220 result
00:52:48.620 you know
00:52:49.660 for them
00:52:50.240 though
00:52:50.480 I mean
00:52:50.760 it's a
00:52:51.560 complete
00:52:51.980 disaster
00:52:52.440 you should
00:52:52.840 be able
00:52:53.120 to understand
00:52:53.640 why they're
00:52:54.080 irrational
00:52:54.480 at times
00:52:54.920 here
00:52:55.080 but that
00:52:56.120 doesn't
00:52:56.360 excuse it
00:52:56.960 and they
00:52:57.520 should be
00:52:57.860 able to
00:52:58.180 I would
00:52:59.580 just like
00:52:59.980 them to
00:53:00.300 go
00:53:00.560 oh
00:53:01.260 we saw
00:53:03.220 our guy
00:53:03.700 going the
00:53:04.080 other way
00:53:04.440 I can see
00:53:05.040 why you
00:53:05.860 guys felt
00:53:06.380 so horrible
00:53:07.140 not too much
00:53:08.640 the Glenn Beck
00:53:09.780 program
00:53:10.360 so the
00:53:21.700 Los Angeles
00:53:22.200 Times
00:53:22.720 just does
00:53:23.560 not see
00:53:24.400 things
00:53:26.140 we have
00:53:26.740 got to
00:53:27.260 try to
00:53:27.700 start seeing
00:53:28.280 things from
00:53:29.000 somebody else's
00:53:29.900 perspective
00:53:30.420 doesn't mean
00:53:31.320 we agree
00:53:31.840 with them
00:53:32.260 just means
00:53:33.300 empathy
00:53:34.100 is a really
00:53:35.100 important part
00:53:36.140 of civilization
00:53:37.220 if we can't
00:53:38.980 empathize
00:53:39.660 with somebody
00:53:40.280 we can't
00:53:42.380 have a
00:53:42.640 conversation
00:53:43.180 we need
00:53:43.960 to have
00:53:44.320 empathy
00:53:44.760 once we
00:53:46.540 recognize
00:53:47.000 and validate
00:53:48.060 you know
00:53:48.600 I see what
00:53:49.280 you're
00:53:49.560 I see what
00:53:50.380 you're feeling
00:53:50.740 because I
00:53:51.220 just felt
00:53:51.620 this way
00:53:52.080 and it's
00:53:53.660 really easy
00:53:54.240 to do this
00:53:54.880 when they
00:53:55.360 say you
00:53:56.000 know
00:53:56.180 Donald Trump
00:53:57.540 is a train
00:53:58.040 wreck
00:53:58.260 and they
00:53:58.600 point out
00:53:58.960 his policies
00:53:59.620 yes
00:54:01.020 because he's
00:54:02.200 reversing
00:54:02.860 the policies
00:54:03.680 for the EPA
00:54:05.320 that Barack
00:54:06.720 Obama put
00:54:07.340 in
00:54:07.540 and we
00:54:08.960 thought those
00:54:09.480 were abysmal
00:54:10.960 policies
00:54:11.780 thought those
00:54:12.720 were going
00:54:13.060 to destroy
00:54:13.780 business
00:54:14.420 here in
00:54:14.980 America
00:54:15.400 you think
00:54:16.460 they're going
00:54:16.760 to destroy
00:54:17.300 the earth
00:54:17.900 we don't
00:54:18.920 think so
00:54:19.420 you don't
00:54:20.180 think they're
00:54:20.540 going to
00:54:20.760 destroy
00:54:21.020 business
00:54:21.560 we do
00:54:22.320 okay
00:54:23.360 that doesn't
00:54:24.900 make him
00:54:25.400 the word
00:54:25.980 don't
00:54:26.560 may I say
00:54:27.640 it this way
00:54:28.240 for people
00:54:29.160 on the left
00:54:29.840 so they will
00:54:30.320 hear it
00:54:30.680 don't become
00:54:31.580 me
00:54:31.980 don't
00:54:34.240 become
00:54:34.500 me
00:54:34.840 we made
00:54:37.160 it through
00:54:37.440 Barack Obama
00:54:38.060 didn't we
00:54:38.540 we'll make
00:54:40.780 it through
00:54:41.040 Donald Trump
00:54:41.620 the earth
00:54:43.580 will still
00:54:44.080 be around
00:54:44.600 at the end
00:54:45.020 of Donald
00:54:45.340 Trump
00:54:45.680 the republic
00:54:48.580 is still
00:54:49.180 standing
00:54:49.600 after Barack
00:54:50.520 Obama
00:54:50.840 so
00:54:52.520 don't become
00:54:53.480 me
00:54:53.780 how's that
00:54:54.400 so
00:54:55.740 we can
00:54:57.520 see each
00:54:58.140 other's
00:54:58.500 point of
00:54:59.020 view
00:54:59.320 but there
00:55:00.400 are a few
00:55:00.840 things in
00:55:01.380 here
00:55:01.640 that
00:55:02.880 they
00:55:03.420 list
00:55:03.980 five
00:55:04.360 things
00:55:04.820 that
00:55:05.000 they
00:55:05.140 think
00:55:05.340 are
00:55:05.460 just
00:55:05.780 you
00:55:06.360 know
00:55:06.600 reprehensible
00:55:07.920 his
00:55:09.140 shocking
00:55:09.660 lack
00:55:10.100 of
00:55:10.260 respect
00:55:10.840 for
00:55:11.280 the
00:55:11.500 fundamental
00:55:11.860 rules
00:55:12.480 and
00:55:12.640 institutions
00:55:13.240 on which
00:55:13.700 our
00:55:13.840 government
00:55:14.140 is
00:55:14.380 based
00:55:14.720 well
00:55:15.860 that
00:55:17.080 was
00:55:17.460 I've
00:55:17.760 got
00:55:17.860 a
00:55:18.040 phone
00:55:18.320 in
00:55:18.460 a
00:55:18.620 pin
00:55:18.960 wasn't
00:55:19.360 it
00:55:19.580 isn't
00:55:21.140 that
00:55:21.380 what
00:55:21.640 many
00:55:22.500 of
00:55:22.740 us
00:55:22.880 were
00:55:23.020 saying
00:55:23.480 uphold
00:55:24.460 the
00:55:24.740 constitution
00:55:25.500 you
00:55:26.380 can't
00:55:26.740 do
00:55:26.900 that
00:55:27.240 don't
00:55:28.140 tear
00:55:28.580 the
00:55:28.800 police
00:55:29.260 department
00:55:29.740 down
00:55:30.240 you're
00:55:31.300 destroying
00:55:31.960 the
00:55:32.220 credibility
00:55:32.680 of the
00:55:33.300 police
00:55:33.800 one of
00:55:34.160 the
00:55:34.280 first
00:55:34.500 things
00:55:34.740 that
00:55:34.980 happened
00:55:35.420 under
00:55:35.820 Obama
00:55:36.180 correct
00:55:36.800 now
00:55:37.760 he's
00:55:38.580 going
00:55:38.880 the
00:55:39.100 extra
00:55:39.420 step
00:55:39.860 of
00:55:40.080 declaring
00:55:40.480 things
00:55:40.860 like
00:55:41.120 journalists
00:55:41.920 enemies
00:55:42.460 of the
00:55:43.060 republic
00:55:43.560 enemies
00:55:44.560 of the
00:55:45.000 people
00:55:45.380 that's
00:55:46.360 a
00:55:46.480 problem
00:55:46.900 and
00:55:48.120 he
00:55:48.920 has
00:55:49.480 given
00:55:50.060 fake
00:55:50.520 news
00:55:50.940 and
00:55:51.160 then
00:55:51.360 said
00:55:51.860 you're
00:55:52.340 just
00:55:52.500 reporting
00:55:52.880 fake
00:55:53.240 news
00:55:53.680 for
00:55:54.580 instance
00:55:54.960 he
00:55:55.560 has
00:55:56.040 talked
00:55:56.400 about
00:55:56.660 this
00:55:57.020 war
00:55:59.180 with
00:55:59.520 the

00:56:02.220 times
00:56:02.640 on
00:56:02.840 twitter
00:56:03.080 and
00:56:03.360 then
00:56:03.620 this
00:56:04.140 weekend
00:56:04.520 tweeted
00:56:05.020 why
00:56:05.800 is
00:56:06.020 fake
00:56:06.340 news
00:56:06.800 reporting
00:56:07.340 that
00:56:07.960 there's
00:56:08.720 this
00:56:08.920 war

00:56:10.200 what
00:56:11.460 also
00:56:13.020 where

00:56:13.860 the
00:56:14.300 Los
00:56:14.580 Angeles

00:56:24.360 about
00:56:24.640 the

00:56:25.240 of
00:56:25.440 Fox
00:56:25.720 News
00:56:26.060 and
00:56:26.280 how
00:56:26.440 they
00:56:26.620 hate
00:56:26.940 him
00:56:27.160 for
00:56:27.340 no
00:56:27.560 reason
00:56:28.000 and
00:56:28.200 all
00:56:28.400 of
00:56:28.520 that
00:56:28.780 where

00:56:30.560 Times
00:56:30.960 on

00:56:31.440 free
00:56:31.760 and
00:56:31.940 independent
00:56:32.400 press
00:56:32.900 well
00:56:33.280 here's
00:56:33.620 what's
00:56:33.820 interesting
00:56:34.180 to
00:56:34.400 me
00:56:34.600 is
00:56:35.000 they
00:56:35.520 say
00:56:35.860 that
00:56:36.160 you
00:56:36.780 know
00:56:37.020 I
00:56:38.300 was
00:56:38.520 the
00:56:38.660 beginning
00:56:38.980 of
00:56:39.220 fake
00:56:39.460 news
00:56:39.880 do
00:56:41.580 you
00:56:41.660 know
00:56:41.740 how
00:56:41.800 many
00:56:41.920 lawsuits
00:56:42.400 I
00:56:42.620 would
00:56:42.740 have
00:56:42.840 had
00:56:43.200 do
00:56:44.840 you
00:56:44.980 I
00:56:45.220 mean
00:56:45.360 I
00:56:45.540 spent
00:56:45.840 a
00:56:46.060 million
00:56:46.400 dollars
00:56:46.820 on my
00:56:47.300 of
00:56:47.720 my
00:56:47.880 own
00:56:48.160 money
00:56:48.580 money
00:56:51.260 I
00:56:51.420 wish
00:56:51.560 I
00:56:51.660 could
00:56:51.780 take
00:56:51.980 back
00:56:52.220 a
00:56:52.860 million
00:56:53.260 dollars
00:56:53.740 on my
00:56:54.160 of
00:56:54.520 my
00:56:54.680 own
00:56:55.020 money
00:56:55.400 on
00:56:56.160 research
00:56:56.880 for
00:56:57.080 that
00:56:57.280 show
00:56:57.600 to
00:56:58.400 make
00:56:58.720 sure
00:56:59.060 that
00:56:59.260 we
00:56:59.360 write
00:56:59.600 how
00:56:59.760 many
00:56:59.940 times
00:57:00.240 did
00:57:00.380 you
00:57:00.460 guys
00:57:00.660 hear
00:57:00.840 me
00:57:01.060 if
00:57:01.840 we
00:57:02.140 get
00:57:02.480 one
00:57:02.960 thing
00:57:03.340 wrong
00:57:03.660 not
00:57:03.900 an
00:57:04.060 opinion
00:57:04.540 if
00:57:05.620 we
00:57:05.820 get
00:57:06.040 one
00:57:06.560 fact
00:57:07.240 wrong
00:57:07.780 they'll
00:57:08.320 kill
00:57:08.560 us
00:57:08.780 and
00:57:08.960 it'll
00:57:09.100 be
00:57:09.200 death
00:57:09.580 by
00:57:09.780 a
00:57:09.960 thousand
00:57:10.360 paper
00:57:10.760 cuts
00:57:11.160 every
00:57:13.600 day
00:57:14.960 every
00:57:15.720 day
00:57:16.500 so
00:57:17.700 if
00:57:18.340 things
00:57:18.800 were
00:57:19.060 even
00:57:19.480 in
00:57:19.720 doubt
00:57:20.080 we
00:57:20.460 didn't
00:57:20.660 include
00:57:20.960 them
00:57:21.080 in
00:57:21.200 the
00:57:21.300 story
00:57:21.560 right
00:57:21.920 so
00:57:22.840 it
00:57:23.360 was
00:57:23.580 never
00:57:24.080 it
00:57:24.940 was
00:57:25.120 the
00:57:25.540 problem
00:57:25.880 was
00:57:26.140 not
00:57:26.480 what
00:57:26.720 I
00:57:26.840 was
00:57:27.000 reporting
00:57:27.520 it
00:57:28.880 was
00:57:29.040 that
00:57:29.200 people
00:57:29.500 disagreed
00:57:30.120 with
00:57:30.260 the
00:57:30.400 conclusions
00:57:31.000 that
00:57:31.460 I
00:57:31.600 made
00:57:31.900 why
00:57:33.680 is
00:57:33.860 Glenn
00:57:34.080 Beck
00:57:34.200 crying
00:57:34.600 oh
00:57:35.160 listen
00:57:35.500 to
00:57:35.660 this
00:57:35.940 he
00:57:36.180 cares
00:57:36.460 about
00:57:36.720 his
00:57:36.880 country
00:57:37.260 and
00:57:37.460 he's
00:57:37.640 worried
00:57:37.920 about
00:57:38.180 the
00:57:38.360 republic
00:57:38.840 well
00:57:39.600 why
00:57:39.940 are
00:57:40.080 people
00:57:40.360 upset
00:57:40.740 now
00:57:41.140 why
00:57:42.180 are
00:57:42.280 people
00:57:42.480 upset
00:57:42.820 because
00:57:43.080 they
00:57:43.260 care
00:57:43.780 about
00:57:44.020 their
00:57:44.180 country
00:57:44.540 and
00:57:44.780 they're
00:57:44.940 fearful
00:57:45.340 for
00:57:45.560 the
00:57:45.680 republic
00:57:46.040 that's
00:57:46.380 right
00:57:46.760 so
00:57:47.740 you
00:57:47.960 just
00:57:48.180 disagreed
00:57:49.040 with
00:57:49.340 the
00:57:49.500 opinion
00:57:50.180 next
00:57:51.740 utter
00:57:52.200 the
00:57:53.000 utter
00:57:53.320 lack
00:57:53.720 of
00:57:53.880 regard
00:57:54.260 for
00:57:54.500 truth
00:57:55.000 this
00:57:56.140 one
00:57:56.320 is
00:57:56.460 hard
00:57:56.640 to
00:57:56.800 argue
00:57:57.180 whether
00:57:58.720 it's
00:57:59.060 the
00:57:59.240 assertion
00:57:59.620 that
00:57:59.760 Barack
00:58:00.040 Obama
00:58:00.400 bugged
00:58:00.860 Trump
00:58:01.240 tower
00:58:01.680 or
00:58:02.560 the
00:58:02.900 inauguration
00:58:03.720 crowd
00:58:04.360 or
00:58:05.080 muddying
00:58:07.440 the
00:58:07.660 water
00:58:07.980 with
00:58:08.280 fact
00:58:08.720 and
00:58:09.000 fiction
00:58:09.500 it's
00:58:10.160 difficult
00:58:10.440 to know
00:58:10.800 whether
00:58:11.040 he
00:58:11.260 can't
00:58:11.920 distinguish
00:58:12.900 real
00:58:13.560 from
00:58:13.860 the
00:58:14.060 unreal
00:58:14.500 or
00:58:14.740 whether
00:58:14.920 he
00:58:15.100 intentionally
00:58:15.640 conflates
00:58:16.220 the two
00:58:16.620 to defuddle
00:58:18.260 voters
00:58:19.120 I
00:58:20.140 I
00:58:21.260 don't
00:58:21.700 know
00:58:22.240 on that
00:58:22.520 one
00:58:22.780 but
00:58:24.020 where
00:58:24.280 were
00:58:24.600 you
00:58:24.900 as a
00:58:27.140 press
00:58:27.640 when
00:58:28.700 you
00:58:29.040 knew
00:58:29.760 the
00:58:30.500 White
00:58:30.760 House
00:58:31.040 was
00:58:31.320 lying
00:58:31.700 to
00:58:31.980 you
00:58:32.300 on
00:58:33.600 things
00:58:34.080 like
00:58:34.580 Benghazi
00:58:35.840 you
00:58:36.240 knew
00:58:36.480 you
00:58:37.140 knew
00:58:37.300 day
00:58:37.540 one
00:58:37.820 you
00:58:38.020 knew
00:58:38.260 you
00:58:38.760 knew
00:58:39.060 where
00:58:41.600 were
00:58:41.880 you
00:58:42.220 you
00:58:44.300 know
00:58:44.460 when
00:58:44.580 the
00:58:44.700 president
00:58:44.940 bigger
00:58:45.300 issue
00:58:45.720 than
00:58:46.080 the
00:58:46.240 inauguration
00:58:46.780 bigger
00:58:47.020 issue
00:58:47.280 oh my
00:58:47.640 gosh
00:58:47.940 where
00:58:48.160 were
00:58:48.480 you
00:58:48.820 on
00:58:49.300 well
00:58:50.640 it's
00:58:50.880 just
00:58:51.040 a
00:58:51.180 couple
00:58:51.360 of
00:58:51.520 rogue

01:00:07.580 yeah
01:00:07.820 I
01:00:07.960 did
01:00:08.120 I
01:00:08.260 did
01:00:08.400 see
01:00:08.540 we
01:00:08.800 have
01:00:09.220 to
01:00:09.380 play
01:00:09.620 it
01:00:09.800 I'm
01:00:09.980 going to
01:00:10.160 break
01:00:10.380 early
01:00:10.600 so
01:00:10.780 we
01:00:10.900 can
01:00:11.020 play
01:00:11.240 it
01:00:11.400 he

01:00:12.620 after
01:00:13.100 him
01:00:13.460 and
01:00:14.100 it's
01:00:14.160 like
01:00:14.320 wait
01:00:14.920 a
01:00:15.040 minute
01:00:15.180 senator
01:00:15.660 that
01:00:16.380 doesn't
01:00:23.160 look at
01:00:23.480 this
01:00:23.820 fair
01:00:24.780 and
01:00:24.960 balance
01:00:25.280 there
01:00:25.520 is
01:00:25.720 hope
01:00:25.940 for
01:00:26.160 journalism
01:00:26.680 look
01:00:27.300 at
01:00:27.380 this
01:00:27.720 some
01:00:29.240 people
01:00:29.520 were
01:00:29.660 like
01:00:29.840 it
01:00:30.040 was
01:00:30.220 just
01:00:30.440 a
01:00:30.620 flash
01:00:30.940 in
01:00:31.040 the
01:00:31.200 pan
01:00:31.400 it
01:00:31.560 was
01:00:31.980 a
01:00:32.100 mistake
01:00:32.660 he
01:00:32.920 didn't
01:00:33.340 know
01:00:33.580 what
01:00:33.700 he
01:00:33.800 was
01:00:33.980 doing
01:00:34.280 he
01:00:34.460 was
01:00:34.600 drunk
01:00:35.040 let's
01:00:36.560 give
01:00:36.800 credit
01:00:37.220 where
01:00:37.420 credit
01:00:37.740 is
01:00:37.980 due
01:00:38.340 when
01:00:39.040 meet
01:00:39.300 the
01:00:39.460 press
01:00:39.800 does
01:00:40.260 their
01:00:40.520 job
01:00:41.100 and
01:00:41.760 holds
01:00:42.340 the
01:00:42.580 feet
01:00:42.840 to
01:00:42.960 the
01:00:43.020 fire
01:00:43.160 because
01:00:43.520 that
01:00:44.160 is
01:00:44.480 what
01:00:44.700 we're
01:00:44.960 talking
01:00:45.280 about
01:00:45.680 with
01:00:46.140 having
01:00:46.420 credibility
01:00:46.980 if
01:00:48.100 you
01:00:48.360 can't
01:00:48.840 hold
01:00:49.120 your
01:00:49.340 own
01:00:49.680 side
01:00:50.080 if
01:00:50.300 you
01:00:50.540 can't
01:00:50.980 now
01:00:51.220 come
01:00:51.460 out
01:00:51.600 and
01:00:51.740 say
01:00:51.980 Susan
01:00:53.480 Rice
01:00:53.920 unmasked
01:00:54.960 these
01:00:55.220 people
01:00:55.560 and
01:00:55.880 shouldn't
01:00:56.360 have
01:00:56.500 unmasked
01:00:56.960 them
01:00:57.200 no matter
01:00:58.000 what the
01:00:59.840 reason
01:01:00.200 was
01:01:00.740 ends
01:01:02.700 justify
01:01:03.120 the
01:01:03.300 means
01:01:03.560 there's
01:01:05.340 no
01:01:05.640 difference
01:01:06.160 between
01:01:06.560 Susan
01:01:07.000 Wright
01:01:07.360 and
01:01:08.240 what's
01:01:09.180 his
01:01:09.320 name
01:01:09.660 that
01:01:10.000 leaked
01:01:10.720 to
01:01:10.940 WikiLeaks
01:01:11.560 except
01:01:12.800 he fled
01:01:13.300 the
01:01:13.480 country
01:01:13.780 and
01:01:14.120 obviously
01:01:14.580 much
01:01:15.500 bigger
01:01:15.820 secrets
01:01:16.380 released
01:01:17.460 but
01:01:17.800 same
01:01:18.060 thing
01:01:18.440 he
01:01:19.160 said
01:01:19.620 well
01:01:19.920 I'm
01:01:20.040 doing
01:01:20.220 it
01:01:20.380 to
01:01:20.520 save
01:01:20.720 the
01:01:20.880 republic
01:01:21.280 if
01:01:22.740 she
01:01:23.060 unmasked
01:01:23.580 these
01:01:23.800 people
01:01:24.140 and
01:01:24.380 she
01:01:24.600 says
01:01:24.960 well
01:01:25.180 I
01:01:25.320 did
01:01:25.440 it
01:01:25.560 to
01:01:25.680 save
01:01:25.940 the
01:01:26.080 republic
01:01:26.440 okay
01:01:27.560 that's
01:01:27.920 great
01:01:28.320 but
01:01:28.980 you
01:01:29.100 have
01:01:29.260 to
01:01:29.380 pay
01:01:29.520 the
01:01:29.680 penalty
01:01:30.000 I
01:01:31.040 would
01:01:31.160 have
01:01:31.300 no
01:01:31.620 problem
01:01:32.160 with
01:01:32.900 what's

01:01:34.300 now

01:01:34.980 the
01:01:36.360 spot
01:01:36.740 Snowden
01:01:38.160 I'd
01:01:38.880 have

01:01:39.520 with
01:01:39.720 Snowden
01:01:40.120 I
01:01:40.640 would

01:01:43.300 today
01:01:43.620 if

01:01:45.220 released
01:01:45.740 them
01:01:46.040 and
01:01:46.720 then

01:01:49.360 I'm

01:01:58.140 and
01:01:58.440 then
01:01:58.580 to

01:01:59.040 but
01:01:59.580 I

01:05:25.860 while
01:05:26.180 driving
01:05:26.620 there
01:05:26.800 will
01:05:26.940 be
01:05:27.080 now
01:05:27.460 maybe
01:05:29.420 there
01:05:29.660 should
01:05:30.260 be
01:05:30.560 well
01:05:31.500 it's
01:05:31.860 in
01:05:32.000 46
01:05:33.100 states
01:05:33.800 it's

01:05:34.640 and
01:05:35.620 Texas
01:05:36.240 is

01:05:36.640 of
01:05:36.760 the

01:05:37.140 that
01:05:37.300 only
01:05:37.480 has
01:05:37.680 a
01:05:37.820 partial
01:05:38.200 ban
01:05:38.500 I
01:05:39.200 mean
01:05:39.360 I
01:05:39.520 don't
01:05:39.840 know
01:05:39.980 why
01:05:40.120 we
01:05:40.280 don't
01:05:40.500 have
01:05:40.800 I
01:05:41.660 mean
01:05:41.800 there's
01:05:42.040 no
01:05:42.340 reason
01:05:42.760 we
01:05:43.520 all
01:05:43.700 know
01:05:43.840 it's
01:05:44.020 like
01:05:44.320 drinking
01:05:44.600 and
01:05:44.880 driving
01:05:45.200 we
01:05:45.640 all
01:05:45.800 know
01:05:46.120 that
01:05:46.260 I
01:05:46.580 mean
01:05:46.720 studies
01:05:47.220 have
01:05:47.420 shown
01:05:47.680 that
01:05:47.900 when
01:05:48.180 they
01:05:48.320 do
01:05:48.520 that
01:05:48.800 people
01:05:49.240 tend
01:05:49.520 to
01:05:49.680 hide
01:05:49.900 their
01:05:50.060 phones
01:05:50.280 and
01:05:50.420 look
01:05:50.560 down
01:05:50.820 away
01:05:51.060 from
01:05:51.260 the
01:05:57.460 not
01:05:57.600 stopping
01:05:57.960 texting
01:05:58.380 they're
01:05:58.760 just
01:05:59.080 putting
01:05:59.520 their
01:05:59.680 phones
01:05:59.880 lower
01:06:00.140 so
01:06:00.360 police
01:06:00.720 don't
01:06:00.960 see
01:06:01.160 them
01:06:01.380 and
01:06:01.920 then
01:06:02.040 they
01:06:02.160 look
01:06:02.360 down
01:06:02.620 at
01:06:02.740 their
01:06:02.860 phones
01:06:03.120 to
01:06:03.280 text
01:06:03.620 and
01:06:03.880 that
01:06:04.000 takes
01:06:04.300 their
01:06:04.480 eyes
01:06:04.620 off
01:06:04.780 the
01:06:04.920 road
01:06:05.100 instead
01:06:05.300 of
01:06:05.420 putting
01:06:05.620 it
01:06:05.740 up
01:06:05.920 where
01:06:06.060 they
01:06:06.180 can
01:06:06.300 actually
01:06:06.520 still
01:06:06.800 see
01:06:07.000 their
01:06:07.160 inner
01:06:07.380 field
01:06:07.640 of
01:06:07.800 view
01:06:07.980 so
01:06:09.020 libertarians
01:06:09.880 argue
01:06:10.180 with it
01:06:10.520 on that
01:06:10.860 basis
01:06:11.480 but I mean
01:06:11.820 it's
01:06:12.020 one
01:06:12.140 of
01:06:12.220 those
01:06:12.360 things
01:06:12.540 that's
01:06:13.520 pretty
01:06:13.740 much
01:06:13.940 everywhere
01:06:14.240 anyway
01:06:14.700 I
01:06:14.900 think
01:06:15.080 we
01:06:15.920 went
01:06:16.200 over
01:06:16.340 this
01:06:27.460 is
01:06:27.680 certainly
01:06:27.920 going
01:06:28.140 to
01:06:28.260 probably
01:06:28.580 isolate
01:06:29.020 that
01:06:29.280 or
01:06:29.820 excuse
01:06:30.620 me
01:06:30.800 the
01:06:31.100 problem
01:06:31.660 is
01:06:31.940 the
01:06:32.440 car
01:06:33.200 is
01:06:33.420 just
01:06:33.780 as
01:06:33.980 dangerous
01:06:34.380 if not
01:06:35.120 more so
01:06:35.540 than a
01:06:35.840 loaded
01:06:36.060 gun
01:06:36.460 you know
01:06:37.540 you'd
01:06:37.740 never
01:06:37.920 walk
01:06:38.420 around
01:06:38.700 with a
01:06:38.980 loaded
01:06:39.200 gun
01:06:39.680 and
01:06:41.000 you know
01:06:42.060 be
01:06:42.260 texting
01:06:42.700 and
01:06:43.300 pointing
01:06:43.880 the gun
01:06:44.240 all over
01:06:44.640 and having
01:06:44.980 people
01:06:45.260 go
01:06:45.600 whoa
01:06:46.840 whoa
01:06:47.020 whoa
01:06:47.340 hey
01:06:47.860 he's
01:06:48.180 got a
01:06:48.420 right
01:06:48.600 to text
01:06:49.080 while
01:06:49.320 he's
01:06:49.520 got
01:06:49.680 that
01:06:49.920 gun
01:06:50.180 no
01:06:50.480 not
01:06:50.780 if
01:06:50.920 he's
01:06:51.080 irresponsible
01:06:51.740 yeah
01:06:53.020 I mean
01:06:53.220 look
01:06:54.260 of course
01:06:55.020 everyone
01:06:56.000 knows
01:06:56.260 it's a
01:06:56.500 bad
01:06:56.680 idea
01:06:57.120 right
01:06:57.620 you know
01:06:58.100 the
01:06:58.220 question
01:06:58.480 is
01:06:58.720 whether
01:06:58.960 you
01:06:59.580 make
01:07:00.100 it
01:07:00.200 illegal
01:07:00.440 or
01:07:00.620 not
01:07:00.880 and
01:07:01.060 you know
01:07:01.620 there's
01:07:01.860 arguments
01:07:02.200 against
01:07:02.540 it
01:07:02.660 I
01:07:02.760 certainly
01:07:03.020 understand
01:07:03.360 the
01:07:03.480 arguments
01:07:03.740 for
01:07:04.020 it
01:07:04.120 as well
01:07:04.420 I
01:07:04.580 don't
01:07:04.820 know
01:07:04.940 that
01:07:05.080 it
01:07:05.240 actually
01:07:06.360 makes
01:07:06.860 a lot
01:07:07.240 of
01:07:07.340 people
01:07:07.540 stop
01:07:07.880 doing
01:07:08.120 it
01:07:08.280 I
01:07:26.260 because
01:07:26.540 they
01:07:27.100 feel
01:07:27.540 like
01:07:27.740 it's
01:07:27.900 actually
01:07:28.920 fine
01:07:29.360 I
01:07:29.640 know
01:07:29.820 I
01:07:29.940 can
01:07:30.040 go
01:07:30.220 70
01:07:30.560 and
01:07:30.660 a
01:07:30.760 55
01:07:31.080 and
01:07:31.300 it's
01:07:31.400 not
01:07:31.480 a
01:07:31.560 big
01:07:31.660 deal
01:07:31.900 you
01:07:32.060 don't
01:07:32.240 know
01:07:32.420 anybody
01:07:32.720 like
01:07:33.060 that
01:07:33.260 though
01:07:33.440 do
01:07:33.620 you
01:07:33.760 well
01:07:34.260 I
01:07:34.340 mean
01:07:34.460 there's
01:07:34.740 there's
01:07:35.160 actually
01:07:35.380 people
01:07:35.720 and I've
01:07:36.260 heard
01:07:36.380 this
01:07:36.520 in
01:07:36.800 Texas
01:07:37.160 that
01:07:37.500 have
01:07:37.620 had
01:07:37.840 something
01:07:38.040 like
01:07:38.200 12
01:07:38.540 13
01:07:39.240 speeding
01:07:39.780 tickets
01:07:40.200 within
01:07:40.680 a couple
01:07:41.180 of
01:07:41.340 years
01:07:41.760 right
01:07:42.020 it's
01:07:42.240 so much
01:07:42.760 so
01:07:42.940 that
01:07:43.120 you
01:07:43.240 would
01:07:43.380 lose
01:07:43.660 your
01:07:43.820 license
01:07:44.200 and
01:07:44.480 your
01:07:44.640 insurance
01:07:45.020 in
01:07:45.160 goes
01:07:45.780 through
01:07:45.920 the
01:07:46.080 roof
01:07:46.320 in
01:07:46.460 that
01:07:46.580 in
01:07:46.720 that
01:07:46.840 that
01:07:47.640 that's
01:07:47.960 not
01:07:48.060 me
01:07:48.240 because
01:07:48.440 I've
01:07:48.580 had
01:07:48.720 15
01:07:49.260 so
01:07:49.700 glad
01:07:51.180 you're
01:07:51.340 not
01:07:51.500 talking
01:07:51.780 about
01:07:51.960 me
01:07:52.300 15
01:07:52.860 tickets
01:07:53.700 and
01:07:54.320 in
01:07:54.540 Texas
01:07:54.740 well
01:07:55.020 that's
01:07:55.360 over
01:07:55.620 a
01:07:56.140 four
01:07:56.740 year
01:07:57.020 period
01:07:57.540 he still
01:07:57.900 has
01:07:58.460 his
01:07:58.780 license
01:07:59.300 in
01:08:00.160 Texas
01:08:00.560 the man
01:08:01.100 still
01:08:01.520 has
01:08:01.800 his
01:08:02.000 license
01:08:02.420 we
01:08:02.820 are
01:08:03.380 one
01:08:04.520 Glenn
01:08:07.360 Beck
01:08:08.000 Mercury
01:08:10.180 this
01:08:25.040 is
01:08:25.300 the
01:08:25.440 blaze
01:08:25.820 radio
01:08:26.260 on
01:08:26.680 demand
01:08:27.180 really
01:08:29.820 remarkable
01:08:30.400 the
01:08:32.040 the
01:08:32.560 democrats
01:08:33.060 now
01:08:33.400 are
01:08:33.620 two
01:08:34.240 or
01:08:34.440 three
01:08:34.660 votes
01:08:35.020 away
01:08:35.360 from
01:08:35.620 a
01:08:35.800 filibuster
01:08:36.320 on
01:08:36.900 the
01:08:37.080 supreme
01:08:37.400 court
01:08:37.780 this
01:08:39.560 guy
01:08:39.900 is
01:08:40.440 so
01:08:41.740 mainstream
01:08:43.400 he
01:08:44.860 has
01:08:45.060 said
01:08:45.340 Roe
01:08:45.580 versus
01:08:45.840 Wade
01:08:46.300 is
01:08:46.920 is
01:08:47.480 you
01:08:48.200 know
01:08:48.360 settled
01:08:48.740 legally
01:08:49.280 so
01:08:50.460 I
01:08:50.860 mean
01:08:51.080 what
01:08:51.560 what
01:08:51.840 more
01:08:52.080 do
01:08:52.240 you
01:08:52.380 want
01:08:52.800 how
01:08:53.560 are
01:08:53.720 you
01:08:53.820 going
01:08:53.980 to
01:08:54.120 find
01:08:54.640 somebody
01:08:55.560 that
01:08:55.840 a
01:08:56.540 republican
01:08:57.440 will
01:08:58.020 like
01:08:58.380 that
01:08:59.360 is
01:08:59.600 more
01:09:00.280 centered
01:09:02.860 and
01:09:03.340 balanced
01:09:03.900 than
01:09:04.260 this
01:09:04.600 guy
01:09:04.940 Chuck
01:09:05.880 Schumer
01:09:06.300 has
01:09:06.640 an
01:09:06.800 idea
01:09:07.200 I
01:09:07.880 want
01:09:08.020 to
01:09:08.100 show
01:09:08.260 you
01:09:08.380 this
01:09:08.600 crazy
01:09:08.960 idea
01:09:09.280 but
01:09:09.460 also
01:09:10.140 I
01:09:11.280 want
01:09:12.060 to
01:09:12.160 show
01:09:12.340 you
01:09:12.680 a
01:09:13.580 journalist
01:09:14.260 at
01:09:14.640 work
01:09:15.080 Chuck
01:09:16.080 Todd
01:09:16.700 listen
01:09:17.560 begins
01:09:18.580 right
01:09:18.900 now
01:09:19.300 I
01:09:20.900 will
01:09:21.200 make
01:09:21.680 a
01:09:21.960 stand
01:09:22.620 I
01:09:23.100 will
01:09:23.380 raise
01:09:23.840 my
01:09:24.200 voice
01:09:24.940 I
01:09:25.360 will
01:09:25.600 hold
01:09:26.020 your
01:09:26.340 hand
01:09:27.160 cause
01:09:27.740 we
01:09:28.180 are
01:09:28.580 one
01:09:29.120 I
01:09:29.660 will
01:09:29.960 beat
01:09:30.340 my
01:09:30.760 drum
01:09:31.340 I
01:09:31.860 have
01:09:32.180 made
01:09:32.560 my
01:09:32.920 choice
01:09:33.560 we
01:09:34.040 will
01:09:34.380 overcome
01:09:35.220 cause
01:09:36.480 we
01:09:36.940 are
01:09:37.440 one
01:09:37.980 the
01:09:38.380 fusion
01:09:38.860 of
01:09:39.260 entertainment
01:09:39.920 and
01:09:40.580 enlightenment
01:09:41.120 this
01:09:42.280 is
01:09:42.640 the
01:09:43.080 Glenn
01:09:43.500 Beck
01:09:44.500 program
01:09:45.700 hello
01:09:47.740 America
01:09:48.140 yesterday
01:09:49.100 last night
01:09:49.940 I tweeted
01:09:50.520 this out
01:09:50.940 because I
01:09:51.280 think it's
01:09:51.760 important audio
01:09:52.340 for you to
01:09:52.860 hear
01:09:53.220 with Chuck
01:09:55.400 Todd and
01:09:56.180 Chuck Schumer
01:09:56.720 to show
01:09:57.500 you
01:09:57.940 how
01:09:59.300 unhinged
01:10:00.400 the
01:10:00.760 Democrats
01:10:01.300 are
01:10:01.820 it's just
01:10:02.700 it's ridiculous
01:10:03.960 what they're
01:10:04.580 doing
01:10:05.040 to the
01:10:05.720 Supreme
01:10:06.000 Court
01:10:06.280 nominee
01:10:06.820 but I
01:10:07.520 also
01:10:07.760 want
01:10:08.000 you
01:10:08.100 to
01:10:08.220 hear
01:10:08.540 Chuck
01:10:09.420 Todd
01:10:09.900 actually
01:10:10.900 punching
01:10:11.660 the clock
01:10:12.300 and showing
01:10:13.620 the rest
01:10:14.220 of journalists
01:10:14.920 what it's
01:10:15.980 like to
01:10:16.580 be a
01:10:17.320 journalist
01:10:17.780 you
01:10:18.340 expressed
01:10:19.000 regret
01:10:19.600 earlier
01:10:20.620 this year
01:10:21.280 for the
01:10:22.040 rules
01:10:22.360 change
01:10:22.820 that was
01:10:23.160 made
01:10:23.440 on judges
01:10:24.000 in
01:10:24.360 2013
01:10:25.100 why did
01:10:27.980 you go
01:10:28.200 along with
01:10:28.640 it
01:10:28.780 if you
01:10:29.180 regret
01:10:29.460 doing
01:10:29.740 it
01:10:30.000 well
01:10:31.040 let's
01:10:31.500 look at
01:10:31.780 the
01:10:31.900 history
01:10:32.300 our
01:10:32.580 Republican
01:10:33.040 colleagues
01:10:33.660 had been
01:10:34.500 holding
01:10:35.540 back
01:10:36.160 on just
01:10:37.020 about
01:10:37.380 all of
01:10:37.940 so many
01:10:38.500 lower court
01:10:39.200 judges
01:10:39.620 including
01:10:40.080 the very
01:10:40.580 important
01:10:41.060 D.C.
01:10:41.580 Circuit
01:10:41.880 I went
01:10:42.880 to Lamar
01:10:43.340 Alexander
01:10:43.920 one of my
01:10:44.440 dear friends
01:10:45.020 in the
01:10:45.360 Senate
01:10:45.600 and I

01:10:46.100 look
01:10:46.300 if you
01:10:46.560 keep
01:10:46.800 holding
01:10:47.080 back
01:10:47.440 on scores
01:10:47.980 and scores
01:10:48.440 of judges
01:10:48.940 my side
01:10:49.920 is going
01:10:50.140 to want
01:10:50.340 to change
01:10:50.700 the rules
01:10:51.260 go to
01:10:51.940 Mitch
01:10:52.180 and tell
01:10:52.600 him
01:10:52.720 at least
01:10:53.120 let us
01:10:53.460 have some
01:10:53.860 votes
01:10:54.140 on a few
01:10:54.620 of these
01:10:54.940 many of
01:10:55.420 whom
01:10:55.580 had gotten
01:10:55.980 bipartisan
01:10:56.520 support
01:10:57.120 the answer
01:10:58.140 was no
01:10:58.720 and we
01:10:59.360 changed
01:10:59.760 the rules
01:11:00.220 but the
01:11:00.600 one thing
01:11:01.080 that stands
01:11:01.720 out here
01:11:02.400 Chuck
01:11:02.860 is we
01:11:03.200 did not
01:11:03.700 change it
01:11:04.240 for Supreme
01:11:04.800 Court
01:11:05.160 for one
01:11:06.120 very important
01:11:07.240 reason
01:11:07.700 and that
01:11:08.660 is on
01:11:09.200 the most
01:11:10.000 important
01:11:10.580 of decisions
01:11:11.460 60 votes
01:11:12.920 is called
01:11:13.380 for
01:11:13.640 that's why
01:11:14.080 you get
01:11:14.320 a mainstream
01:11:14.820 justice
01:11:16.460 can you
01:11:17.280 can you
01:11:17.620 believe
01:11:17.900 the hair
01:11:18.720 he's
01:11:19.040 splitting
01:11:19.380 here
01:11:19.700 that they
01:11:20.300 changed
01:11:20.680 the rules
01:11:21.200 sure
01:11:21.560 but we
01:11:21.920 didn't
01:11:22.220 do it
01:11:22.520 on the
01:11:23.000 Supreme
01:11:23.340 Court
01:11:23.720 that's
01:11:24.160 just
01:11:24.300 because
01:11:24.560 there
01:11:24.760 was
01:11:24.880 no
01:11:25.040 Supreme
01:11:25.340 Court
01:11:25.540 justice
01:11:25.880 coming up
01:11:26.360 for a
01:11:26.580 vote
01:11:26.740 at that
01:11:27.000 time
01:11:27.300 and that
01:11:27.600 they
01:11:27.720 needed
01:11:27.960 they
01:11:28.160 helped
01:11:28.380 with
01:11:28.580 right
01:11:28.860 I mean
01:11:29.300 they
01:11:29.460 didn't
01:11:29.640 need
01:11:29.800 it
01:11:30.200 they
01:11:30.340 didn't
01:11:30.560 they
01:11:30.700 didn't
01:11:30.900 need
01:11:31.140 to
01:11:31.240 do
01:11:31.360 you
01:11:31.520 know
01:11:31.540 why
01:11:31.720 because
01:11:32.040 Republicans
01:11:32.680 too
01:11:33.320 many
01:11:33.640 of
01:11:33.860 them
01:11:34.040 by the
01:11:34.480 way
01:11:34.760 did not
01:11:35.560 oppose
01:11:35.960 Kagan
01:11:36.880 or
01:11:37.160 Sotomayor
01:11:37.780 is not
01:11:39.300 mainstream
01:11:40.080 Kagan
01:11:40.700 was not
01:11:41.220 mainstream
01:11:41.820 but he
01:11:43.000 wants a
01:11:43.440 mainstream
01:11:44.140 justice
01:11:45.000 just about
01:11:45.580 every
01:11:46.000 Mitch
01:11:46.340 calls it
01:11:46.740 a
01:11:46.880 filibuster
01:11:47.360 we call
01:11:47.860 it the
01:11:48.120 60 vote
01:11:48.660 standard
01:11:49.180 most Americans
01:11:50.220 believe in
01:11:52.060 the 60
01:11:52.480 vote
01:11:52.760 standard
01:11:53.520 that's
01:11:54.360 fine
01:11:54.740 but there
01:11:55.100 is no
01:11:55.440 rule
01:11:55.700 that says
01:11:56.160 that it
01:11:56.600 has to
01:11:56.900 be 60
01:11:57.380 votes
01:11:57.680 there's
01:11:57.940 no part
01:11:58.340 of advice
01:11:58.800 and consents
01:11:59.320 that says
01:12:00.000 there has
01:12:00.240 to be
01:12:00.440 60 votes
01:12:00.900 and in fact
01:12:01.620 there are
01:12:02.120 currently
01:12:02.460 two
01:12:02.940 members
01:12:03.420 of the
01:12:03.680 Supreme
01:12:03.980 Court
01:12:04.220 right now
01:12:04.860 that did
01:12:05.700 not get
01:12:06.140 60
01:12:06.540 votes
01:12:06.940 Sam Alito
01:12:08.260 and Clarence
01:12:08.720 Thomas
01:12:08.980 well actually
01:12:10.380 Clarence
01:12:10.940 Thomas
01:12:11.240 is the
01:12:11.640 only one
01:12:12.220 because when
01:12:12.760 the filibuster
01:12:13.420 came up
01:12:13.980 with Alito
01:12:14.520 there were
01:12:15.180 72 votes
01:12:16.180 to go
01:12:16.540 forward
01:12:16.960 so there's
01:12:17.400 just one
01:12:18.000 just about
01:12:18.780 every nominee
01:12:19.720 gets 60
01:12:20.640 votes
01:12:21.040 because in
01:12:21.860 the past
01:12:22.460 presidents
01:12:23.000 have actually
01:12:23.940 consulted
01:12:24.600 the other
01:12:25.060 side
01:12:25.620 before picking
01:12:26.700 someone
01:12:27.120 what a
01:12:28.240 bald
01:12:28.680 face
01:12:29.120 lie
01:12:30.080 that is
01:12:31.380 such garbage
01:12:32.100 like Barack
01:12:32.880 Obama
01:12:33.300 went to
01:12:33.840 conservatives
01:12:34.280 and said
01:12:34.700 hey
01:12:34.960 who would
01:12:35.880 you like
01:12:36.180 me to
01:12:36.500 a point
01:12:37.100 Sotomayor
01:12:37.880 Sotomayor
01:12:38.600 Sonia
01:12:38.960 Sotomayor
01:12:39.500 you like
01:12:39.780 her
01:12:40.000 me too
01:12:40.780 according to
01:12:42.200 the New York
01:12:42.560 Times
01:12:42.980 Sotomayor
01:12:43.940 is to the
01:12:44.820 left of
01:12:46.080 Ruth Bader
01:12:46.840 Ginsburg
01:12:47.300 right
01:12:47.800 she is
01:12:49.860 mainstream
01:12:50.560 she is
01:12:52.200 the most
01:12:52.840 and he
01:12:53.800 actually
01:12:54.280 has the
01:12:54.780 balls
01:12:55.200 in this
01:12:56.280 clip
01:12:56.880 to actually
01:12:58.260 cite
01:12:58.780 the exact
01:12:59.800 thing I'm
01:13:00.360 talking about
01:13:01.020 because he
01:13:01.760 says
01:13:02.080 well the
01:13:02.480 New York
01:13:02.740 Times
01:13:03.020 said he
01:13:03.380 would be
01:13:03.600 the
01:13:03.800 second
01:13:04.120 most
01:13:04.440 conservative
01:13:04.980 justice
01:13:05.420 just to
01:13:05.860 Clarence
01:13:06.120 Thomas
01:13:06.380 he actually
01:13:07.280 says that
01:13:07.720 in the
01:13:07.960 story
01:13:08.160 that
01:13:08.560 same
01:13:09.160 article
01:13:09.720 says
01:13:10.400 the
01:13:10.600 most
01:13:10.840 liberal
01:13:11.360 justice
01:13:12.340 on the
01:13:13.140 Supreme
01:13:13.440 Court
01:13:13.680 is
01:13:13.880 Sonia
01:13:14.340 Sotomayor
01:13:14.940 to the
01:13:15.800 left
01:13:16.240 of
01:13:16.520 Ginsburg
01:13:17.260 and that's
01:13:18.400 hard to
01:13:18.700 believe
01:13:19.060 it's
01:13:19.740 hard to
01:13:20.500 believe
01:13:20.680 anybody
01:13:20.980 could be
01:13:21.380 that
01:13:21.540 what is
01:13:22.920 the only
01:13:23.700 thing
01:13:23.940 left
01:13:24.260 of
01:13:24.420 Sotomayor
01:13:24.940 is
01:13:25.520 Joe
01:13:26.220 Stalin
01:13:26.660 and
01:13:27.460 he's
01:13:27.940 gone
01:13:28.220 Donald
01:13:29.680 Trump
01:13:30.020 consulted
01:13:30.620 the
01:13:31.160 Heritage
01:13:31.620 Foundation
01:13:32.680 the
01:13:33.240 Federalist
01:13:33.760 Society
01:13:34.220 hard
01:13:34.620 right
01:13:34.920 groups
01:13:35.300 with
01:13:35.520 extreme
01:13:36.020 special
01:13:36.660 interest
01:13:37.040 oriented
01:13:37.600 views
01:13:38.020 and it
01:13:38.320 didn't
01:13:38.520 leave much
01:13:38.980 chance
01:13:39.260 for
01:13:39.420 compromise
01:13:40.020 you know
01:13:40.580 Heidi
01:13:40.860 Heitkamp
01:13:41.320 one of
01:13:41.600 the
01:13:41.680 Democratic
01:13:42.040 senators
01:13:42.460 in your
01:13:43.360 conference
01:13:43.880 she came
01:13:45.000 out
01:13:45.320 in favor
01:13:46.600 of Neil
01:13:47.240 Gorsuch
01:13:47.640 and in
01:13:48.380 favor
01:13:48.640 of
01:13:48.840 cloture
01:13:49.260 she said
01:13:49.900 she's
01:13:50.080 not happy
01:13:50.520 about it
01:13:50.920 she didn't
01:13:51.300 like the
01:13:51.600 way
01:13:51.740 Merrick
01:13:51.960 Garland
01:13:52.160 was
01:13:52.360 treated
01:13:52.640 but she
01:13:53.360 ended
01:13:53.600 her
01:13:53.800 statement
01:13:54.060 by
01:13:54.280 essentially
01:13:54.680 saying
01:13:55.140 two
01:13:56.160 wrongs
01:13:56.660 don't
01:13:57.380 make
01:13:57.780 a
01:13:58.100 right
01:13:58.500 why
01:13:59.960 not
01:14:01.040 give
01:14:01.420 Neil
01:14:01.740 Gorsuch
01:14:02.180 an
01:14:02.380 up or
01:14:02.720 down
01:14:02.920 vote
01:14:03.140 Senator
01:14:03.560 Schumer
01:14:03.820 let me
01:14:04.580 make a
01:14:04.920 proposal
01:14:05.360 here
01:14:05.720 to
01:14:05.860 maybe
01:14:06.120 break
01:14:06.740 this
01:14:07.820 problem
01:14:08.340 that we
01:14:08.840 have
01:14:09.220 it
01:14:09.740 looks like
01:14:12.620 Gorsuch
01:14:13.440 will not
01:14:14.020 reach the
01:14:14.740 60 vote
01:14:15.420 margin
01:14:15.920 so instead
01:14:16.940 of changing
01:14:17.720 the rules
01:14:18.520 which is
01:14:19.580 up to
01:14:19.980 Mitch
01:14:20.180 McConnell
01:14:20.620 and the
01:14:20.940 Republican
01:14:21.360 majority
01:14:21.920 why doesn't
01:14:23.220 President
01:14:23.640 Trump
01:14:24.160 Democrats
01:14:24.880 and
01:14:25.400 Republicans
01:14:25.960 in the
01:14:26.420 Senate
01:14:26.620 sit down
01:14:27.420 and try
01:14:28.240 to come
01:14:28.600 up with
01:14:28.920 a
01:14:29.060 mainstream
01:14:29.500 nominee
01:14:30.200 and finally
01:14:31.040 come up
01:14:31.440 with a
01:14:31.720 nominee
01:14:32.020 that I
01:14:32.580 like
01:14:33.020 why don't
01:14:33.640 they do
01:14:34.040 that
01:14:34.320 right
01:14:34.680 how about
01:14:35.360 I just
01:14:36.000 tell Trump
01:14:36.760 who to
01:14:37.100 nominate
01:14:37.540 we did
01:14:38.100 this
01:14:38.400 with Soto
01:14:38.820 Soto
01:14:39.720 Soto
01:14:40.320 Soto
01:14:40.560 Mayor
01:14:42.000 yeah
01:14:43.160 oh they
01:14:44.000 did that
01:14:44.500 they did
01:14:45.120 when a
01:14:46.160 nominee
01:14:46.780 doesn't get
01:14:47.340 60 votes
01:14:48.100 you shouldn't
01:14:48.800 change the
01:14:49.300 rules
01:14:49.640 you should
01:14:50.120 change the
01:14:50.660 nominee
01:14:51.000 and let's
01:14:51.460 just take
01:14:51.880 one minute
01:14:52.640 let's
01:14:54.860 look at
01:14:55.380 the
01:14:55.500 history
01:14:55.900 okay
01:14:56.580 our
01:14:57.620 nominee
01:14:57.980 was
01:14:58.280 Merrick
01:14:58.620 Garland
01:14:59.060 Mitch
01:14:59.400 McConnell
01:14:59.940 broke
01:15:01.600 230 years
01:15:02.740 of precedent
01:15:03.260 and didn't
01:15:03.660 call him
01:15:03.980 up for a
01:15:04.320 vote
01:15:04.440 it wasn't
01:15:04.800 in the
01:15:05.040 middle
01:15:05.220 of an
01:15:05.460 election
01:15:05.780 campaign
01:15:06.280 it was
01:15:06.640 March
01:15:07.100 which
01:15:07.680 was the
01:15:08.380 middle
01:15:08.620 of the
01:15:08.920 election
01:15:09.260 campaign
01:15:09.480 now
01:15:09.740 it looks
01:15:10.660 like we
01:15:11.120 have the
01:15:11.560 60 votes
01:15:13.300 to prevent
01:15:14.640 Gorsuch
01:15:16.600 from getting
01:15:17.080 on
01:15:17.500 now
01:15:18.360 that
01:15:18.940 means
01:15:19.360 that
01:15:19.600 doesn't
01:15:20.120 mean
01:15:20.380 you have
01:15:20.740 to
01:15:20.900 change
01:15:21.220 the
01:15:21.400 rules
01:15:21.760 each
01:15:22.060 side
01:15:22.340 didn't
01:15:22.640 get
01:15:22.860 their
01:15:23.100 nominee
01:15:23.480 let's
01:15:24.420 sit
01:15:24.580 down
01:15:24.860 and
01:15:25.040 come
01:15:25.320 together
01:15:25.860 you got
01:15:26.580 your
01:15:26.820 nominee
01:15:27.060 are acting
01:15:27.740 like you know
01:15:28.260 they're a cat
01:15:28.920 on the top
01:15:29.440 of a tree
01:15:30.020 they expected
01:15:31.200 what they're saying
01:15:32.360 about the Merrick
01:15:32.940 Garland thing
01:15:33.540 is that they
01:15:34.660 expected
01:15:35.420 a hardcore
01:15:37.020 conservative
01:15:37.800 to be replaced
01:15:39.080 with a liberal
01:15:39.800 and of course
01:15:41.780 the Republicans
01:15:42.440 weren't going to
01:15:42.980 bring that up
01:15:43.420 for a vote
01:15:43.920 of course
01:15:44.960 and it was
01:15:45.900 in the middle
01:15:46.620 of an election
01:15:47.360 yes it was
01:15:48.200 I remember
01:15:49.080 tweeting
01:15:49.540 this may
01:15:50.620 change the
01:15:51.360 course of
01:15:51.880 the election
01:15:52.360 you can't
01:15:53.000 allow that
01:15:53.720 to swing
01:15:54.960 the entire
01:15:55.820 court
01:15:57.080 in the direction
01:15:57.900 of the left
01:15:58.500 wing
01:15:58.820 I mean that
01:15:59.480 would be
01:15:59.840 no
01:16:00.380 that would
01:16:00.680 have been
01:16:00.880 a horrible
01:16:01.540 horrible
01:16:02.080 move
01:16:02.420 and this
01:16:02.720 is
01:16:02.900 you want
01:16:03.200 to talk
01:16:03.420 about a
01:16:03.880 good argument
01:16:04.720 for Gorsuch
01:16:05.640 what you're
01:16:06.480 seeing here
01:16:06.880 from Chuck
01:16:07.300 Schumer
01:16:07.560 is he's
01:16:08.060 not he
01:16:08.400 knows he's
01:16:08.760 not getting
01:16:09.180 a liberal
01:16:09.640 what he
01:16:10.340 wants
01:16:10.940 is someone
01:16:12.040 he thinks
01:16:12.900 he can win
01:16:13.500 over later
01:16:14.040 the candidates
01:16:14.860 of the world
01:16:15.480 he wants
01:16:16.180 the
01:16:16.400 I always
01:16:16.980 think of
01:16:17.500 Breyer
01:16:17.780 but
01:16:18.080 the other
01:16:18.900 guy
01:16:19.240 that was
01:16:19.640 in New
01:16:20.300 Hampshire
01:16:20.480 he wants
01:16:22.060 a suitor
01:16:22.360 he's hoping
01:16:23.400 he can get
01:16:23.640 someone who
01:16:23.960 looks kind
01:16:24.360 of conservative
01:16:24.740 at the beginning
01:16:25.240 but you're not
01:16:25.600 really sure
01:16:26.220 that you can win
01:16:26.740 him over on
01:16:27.060 big things
01:16:27.380 Roberts
01:16:27.840 you can win
01:16:28.700 him over on
01:16:29.280 certain issues
01:16:29.940 and he doesn't
01:16:30.880 think that he
01:16:31.340 has that in
01:16:32.000 Gorsuch
01:16:32.340 which is a
01:16:33.320 positive
01:16:33.740 by the way
01:16:34.560 a very big
01:16:35.320 positive
01:16:35.500 this is why
01:16:35.960 Gorsuch
01:16:36.480 should be
01:16:37.100 hammered through
01:16:38.220 no matter what
01:16:39.020 change the rule
01:16:40.000 and just get
01:16:40.520 it done
01:16:41.320 you'll get
01:16:42.080 what 54 votes
01:16:43.300 now
01:16:43.620 and that's
01:16:44.340 so what
01:16:45.120 it's not 60
01:16:45.860 like Chuck
01:16:46.980 Todd said
01:16:47.520 no rule
01:16:48.280 says
01:16:48.640 you have
01:16:49.540 to have
01:16:49.840 60
01:16:50.140 there's
01:16:50.420 no law
01:16:50.840 and we all
01:16:51.400 know that
01:16:51.680 this standard
01:16:52.160 is going
01:16:52.500 away
01:16:52.760 because if it
01:16:53.540 doesn't go
01:16:53.880 away here
01:16:54.340 if they don't
01:16:54.760 do it
01:16:54.980 with Gorsuch
01:16:55.520 the next
01:16:56.080 person who
01:16:56.700 comes up
01:16:57.120 is going
01:16:57.440 to do it
01:16:57.960 whether it's
01:16:58.600 a Democratic
01:16:59.080 or Republican
01:16:59.840 president
01:17:00.200 the next
01:17:00.640 justice
01:17:00.940 that comes
01:17:01.300 up
01:17:01.520 is going
01:17:01.900 to slam
01:17:02.200 these guys
01:17:02.520 through
01:17:02.700 with 50
01:17:03.100 votes
01:17:03.340 no matter
01:17:03.620 what
01:17:03.880 this standard
01:17:05.000 is dead
01:17:05.500 I hope
01:17:06.280 they do
01:17:06.620 so I think
01:17:08.100 so far
01:17:08.740 the initial
01:17:10.000 idea
01:17:10.400 with Democrats
01:17:11.660 was let's
01:17:12.460 not do it
01:17:12.880 to Gorsuch
01:17:13.280 when they have
01:17:13.780 an obviously
01:17:14.400 good nominee
01:17:15.380 let's wait
01:17:16.220 for the next
01:17:16.660 one
01:17:16.820 we can really
01:17:17.300 vilify them
01:17:18.240 because that's
01:17:18.960 going to be
01:17:19.160 the balance
01:17:19.520 of the court
01:17:20.000 we can vilify
01:17:20.960 them
01:17:21.260 really go
01:17:21.840 after it
01:17:22.400 and we'll
01:17:22.820 have credibility
01:17:23.480 because we let
01:17:24.140 Gorsuch
01:17:24.480 through
01:17:24.800 now I think
01:17:26.000 with the
01:17:26.360 health care
01:17:26.740 failure
01:17:27.120 they're feeling
01:17:27.800 a little
01:17:28.000 momentum
01:17:28.460 they're thinking
01:17:29.040 they might
01:17:29.360 as well
01:17:29.980 go for this
01:17:30.500 now
01:17:30.680 wrong move
01:17:31.200 strategically
01:17:31.760 I think
01:17:33.660 wrong move
01:17:34.220 strategically
01:17:34.760 he keeps
01:17:37.940 saying that
01:17:38.700 Gorsuch
01:17:39.100 is not
01:17:39.580 mainstream
01:17:40.120 nobody could
01:17:41.260 have been
01:17:41.560 more reasonable
01:17:42.920 during a
01:17:43.940 hearing
01:17:44.220 than Neil
01:17:44.900 Gorsuch
01:17:45.280 was
01:17:45.660 he was
01:17:46.500 absolutely
01:17:47.220 mainstream
01:17:47.780 he sounded
01:17:48.780 completely
01:17:50.920 unbiased
01:17:51.780 on many
01:17:52.320 issues
01:17:52.860 he actually
01:17:53.780 said Roe v
01:17:54.580 Wade was
01:17:55.080 settled
01:17:55.400 law
01:17:55.920 along with
01:17:57.500 the marriage
01:17:58.080 the gay
01:17:58.940 marriage
01:17:59.280 thing
01:17:59.640 almost
01:18:00.480 everything
01:18:01.360 the Democrats
01:18:02.100 would want
01:18:02.760 he said
01:18:03.260 he said
01:18:05.120 if Trump
01:18:05.640 asked him
01:18:06.400 how he
01:18:06.920 would rule
01:18:07.340 on Roe
01:18:07.700 v. Wade
01:18:08.140 during the
01:18:08.740 interview
01:18:09.140 he would
01:18:09.740 have walked
01:18:10.180 out of
01:18:10.540 the room
01:18:10.940 now of
01:18:11.980 course
01:18:12.120 Trump
01:18:12.500 promised
01:18:13.040 that he
01:18:13.400 would ask
01:18:14.100 his nominees
01:18:14.760 that question
01:18:15.440 so apparently
01:18:16.360 he didn't
01:18:16.880 do that
01:18:17.400 the Democrats
01:18:18.080 certainly do
01:18:18.720 I honestly
01:18:19.240 have no
01:18:19.520 like everyone
01:18:20.360 makes that out
01:18:20.900 to be like
01:18:21.200 how dare you
01:18:22.040 well I mean
01:18:22.500 isn't that
01:18:22.900 I don't know
01:18:23.300 a fundamental
01:18:23.760 question you
01:18:24.400 should know
01:18:24.700 about your
01:18:24.980 justice
01:18:25.240 we're like
01:18:25.880 we're supposed
01:18:26.580 to play this
01:18:27.120 weird
01:18:27.560 telepathic game
01:18:30.120 with these
01:18:30.440 guys
01:18:30.680 what they're
01:18:31.140 saying is
01:18:31.560 trying to
01:18:32.920 appeal to
01:18:34.780 you know
01:18:35.800 their sense
01:18:36.960 of reason
01:18:37.700 and independent
01:18:39.400 minded
01:18:40.080 action
01:18:42.000 for the
01:18:43.580 specific case
01:18:44.460 but I can't
01:18:45.480 think of the
01:18:46.040 case
01:18:46.520 where it
01:18:48.000 overturns Roe
01:18:49.020 v. Wade
01:18:49.660 that doesn't
01:18:50.340 involve the
01:18:51.040 choice
01:18:51.440 is this
01:18:52.440 a blob
01:18:53.580 of tissue
01:18:54.060 or is it
01:18:55.500 a child
01:18:56.060 well privacy
01:18:57.180 I mean
01:18:58.480 they try
01:18:59.000 to find
01:18:59.440 indicators
01:19:00.380 right
01:19:00.740 Gorsuch
01:19:01.180 has never
01:19:01.520 had a
01:19:01.840 ruling
01:19:02.080 on abortion
01:19:02.920 he has
01:19:03.880 had
01:19:04.140 he did
01:19:04.580 write a
01:19:05.000 book
01:19:05.220 about
01:19:05.800 youth
01:19:06.220 in
01:19:06.360 Asia
01:19:06.580 he is
01:19:07.840 shown
01:19:08.220 to be
01:19:08.620 very
01:19:08.880 favorable
01:19:09.320 towards
01:19:09.780 issues
01:19:10.180 that
01:19:10.360 does he
01:19:10.660 not like
01:19:11.000 senior
01:19:11.260 citizens
01:19:11.700 in Asia
01:19:12.120 what's
01:19:12.540 the deal
01:19:12.920 yeah
01:19:13.120 no it's
01:19:13.480 true
01:19:13.700 definitely
01:19:15.260 what do
01:19:15.540 you
01:19:15.760 it's
01:19:16.320 a different
01:19:16.980 thing
01:19:17.360 but yes
01:19:18.100 he does
01:19:18.360 not like
01:19:18.660 citizens
01:19:19.020 in Asia
01:19:20.040 that's
01:19:20.600 just
01:19:20.680 separate
01:19:20.940 but yeah
01:19:22.300 I mean
01:19:22.540 every indication
01:19:23.680 is that he
01:19:24.220 will be
01:19:24.460 very good
01:19:24.860 on this
01:19:25.140 issue
01:19:25.460 but I
01:19:26.220 would want
01:19:26.760 to know
01:19:26.940 you don't
01:19:27.240 know
01:19:27.400 for sure
01:19:27.820 and you
01:19:28.800 would ask
01:19:29.320 because certainly
01:19:30.100 Barack Obama
01:19:30.800 asked Sonia
01:19:31.480 Sotomayor
01:19:32.120 and Kagan
01:19:33.740 if they were
01:19:34.620 if they were
01:19:35.500 in favor of
01:19:36.140 abortion or not
01:19:36.960 you know
01:19:38.300 that happened
01:19:38.700 you know
01:19:39.140 maybe it was
01:19:39.780 so obvious
01:19:40.320 that he
01:19:40.700 didn't need
01:19:41.140 to ask
01:19:41.560 I mean
01:19:41.880 there's not
01:19:43.060 much of a
01:19:43.600 debate
01:19:43.900 on that one
01:19:44.380 never would
01:19:44.860 a democrat
01:19:45.400 nominate
01:19:47.200 a supreme
01:19:47.600 court justice
01:19:48.080 who wasn't
01:19:48.600 pro-choice
01:19:49.200 never
01:19:49.860 you know
01:19:50.220 that wouldn't
01:19:50.580 happen
01:19:50.800 never
01:19:51.060 would not
01:19:51.500 happen
01:19:51.820 so
01:19:53.660 this little
01:19:54.960 game
01:19:55.560 Schumer's
01:19:56.160 trying to
01:19:56.520 play
01:19:56.840 is
01:19:57.900 there's
01:19:59.600 some more
01:19:59.940 and they
01:20:00.600 have to
01:20:00.980 jump off
01:20:01.640 with all
01:20:01.980 the damage
01:20:02.460 that entails
01:20:03.060 come back
01:20:03.640 off the tree
01:20:04.280 sit down
01:20:05.340 and work
01:20:06.160 with us
01:20:06.640 and we will
01:20:07.260 produce a
01:20:08.120 mainstream
01:20:08.560 nominee
01:20:09.060 one more point
01:20:11.200 it'll be a
01:20:12.680 republican nominee
01:20:13.660 but remember
01:20:15.180 democrats voted
01:20:16.420 for Roberts
01:20:17.120 and Alito
01:20:17.820 and he got
01:20:18.620 both of them
01:20:19.160 got to 60 votes
01:20:20.340 but there
01:20:20.820 are already
01:20:21.420 two democrats
01:20:22.020 for Neil
01:20:22.400 Gorsuch
01:20:22.760 so there
01:20:23.120 already
01:20:23.400 is a
01:20:24.260 bipartisan
01:20:24.800 majority
01:20:26.200 that supports
01:20:26.760 and look
01:20:27.700 two is two
01:20:29.000 it's more
01:20:30.040 than zero
01:20:30.520 for what it's
01:20:31.400 worth
01:20:31.560 but why should
01:20:32.580 Senator McConnell
01:20:33.500 work with you
01:20:34.440 guys on this
01:20:35.160 when you
01:20:35.660 changed the
01:20:36.680 rules first
01:20:37.720 when you
01:20:38.820 decided to
01:20:39.340 do this
01:20:39.640 and again
01:20:40.120 a change
01:20:41.180 that you
01:20:41.580 yourself
01:20:42.040 said this
01:20:42.840 week
01:20:43.180 and two
01:20:43.860 months ago
01:20:44.400 that you
01:20:44.980 regret
01:20:45.380 and it was
01:20:45.740 a mistake
01:20:46.220 but I don't
01:20:47.940 regret
01:20:48.360 not changing
01:20:49.280 it for the
01:20:49.740 Supreme Court
01:20:50.500 let me read
01:20:51.420 you a quote
01:20:51.960 of Mr. McConnell
01:20:52.680 you like to put
01:20:53.380 up quotes
01:20:53.920 he said
01:20:54.740 I think we
01:20:55.260 can stipulate
01:20:56.060 and my good
01:20:56.540 friends on the
01:20:57.200 other side
01:20:57.980 of the aisle
01:20:58.420 stipulated
01:20:59.260 from time
01:21:00.200 to time
01:21:00.720 over the
01:21:01.160 years
01:21:01.600 when they
01:21:02.260 were in
01:21:02.520 the minority
01:21:03.100 that in
01:21:03.780 the Senate
01:21:04.160 it takes
01:21:04.600 60 votes
01:21:05.500 on controversial
01:21:06.360 matters
01:21:06.800 that has been
01:21:07.560 the tradition
01:21:08.080 of the Senate
01:21:08.600 for a long
01:21:09.160 time
01:21:09.440 this is
01:21:09.760 nothing new
01:21:10.320 then why
01:21:11.140 did you
01:21:11.480 change the
01:21:11.920 rules in the
01:21:12.380 first place
01:21:12.760 I go back
01:21:13.240 to this
01:21:13.500 because now
01:21:14.060 we're going
01:21:14.360 down this
01:21:14.660 slippery slope
01:21:15.220 and everybody
01:21:16.360 has hypocrisy
01:21:17.300 on their side
01:21:18.140 to point the
01:21:18.680 finger
01:21:19.040 but you guys
01:21:20.040 are hand in
01:21:20.640 hand
01:21:20.940 sliding down
01:21:21.740 this slope
01:21:22.180 tell me this
01:21:23.440 in 10 years
01:21:24.180 do you think
01:21:24.700 the filibuster
01:21:25.320 will still
01:21:25.720 be alive
01:21:26.280 for anything
01:21:27.240 that's one
01:21:28.380 of the few
01:21:29.080 things that
01:21:29.780 my dear friend
01:21:30.560 Mitch said
01:21:31.020 on the show
01:21:31.520 that I agree
01:21:32.160 with
01:21:32.460 I don't think
01:21:33.300 there's any
01:21:33.860 thirst to
01:21:34.820 change the
01:21:35.420 legislative
01:21:36.020 rules
01:21:37.040 60 votes
01:21:37.780 for that
01:21:38.300 most Democrats
01:21:39.440 and most
01:21:40.020 Republicans
01:21:40.560 have served
01:21:41.140 in both
01:21:41.520 the minority
01:21:42.060 and majority
01:21:42.820 and know
01:21:43.220 what it
01:21:43.540 means
01:21:43.960 but
01:21:44.680 why not
01:21:45.540 you know
01:21:45.800 you can
01:21:46.060 do a lot
01:21:46.440 of finger
01:21:46.860 pointing
01:21:47.340 each side
01:21:47.940 has some
01:21:48.400 right here
01:21:48.980 let's stop
01:21:50.120 this now
01:21:51.080 and the way
01:21:51.580 to stop it
01:21:52.240 is the way
01:21:53.040 I mentioned
01:21:53.720 you know
01:21:54.060 and the way
01:21:54.760 to stop it
01:21:55.320 is to do
01:21:55.820 exactly what
01:21:56.460 he wants
01:21:56.980 that's right
01:21:57.320 and nominate
01:21:57.960 somebody he's
01:21:58.600 fine
01:21:58.800 we'll only do
01:21:59.220 it my way
01:21:59.720 we're fine
01:22:00.260 give me a
01:22:01.300 justice that
01:22:01.980 we want
01:22:02.900 and then
01:22:03.620 we'll be
01:22:03.940 fine
01:22:04.360 forget about
01:22:05.460 you
01:22:06.100 exactly
01:22:08.160 I mean
01:22:08.580 they didn't
01:22:09.360 care a lick
01:22:10.900 about what
01:22:11.620 the Republicans
01:22:12.440 said
01:22:13.020 not at all
01:22:14.140 of course
01:22:14.760 not
01:22:14.940 and you
01:22:15.220 know what
01:22:15.560 honestly
01:22:16.000 they shouldn't
01:22:17.500 you know
01:22:17.820 they shouldn't
01:22:18.620 they don't need
01:22:19.020 to consult
01:22:19.540 if you have
01:22:20.560 control of
01:22:21.260 all three
01:22:21.780 branches
01:22:22.320 you're going
01:22:25.500 through
01:22:25.700 House
01:22:26.260 Senate
01:22:26.940 Presidency
01:22:27.740 you have
01:22:28.320 all three
01:22:28.580 of those
01:22:28.820 you shouldn't
01:22:29.320 be consulting
01:22:29.740 with the other
01:22:30.040 side
01:22:30.220 you should
01:22:30.720 go pick
01:22:31.020 somebody
01:22:31.260 you think
01:22:31.580 is good
01:22:31.800 for your
01:22:32.080 side
01:22:32.260 and that's
01:22:32.660 the situation
01:22:33.160 Republicans
01:22:33.740 are in
01:22:34.060 right now
01:22:34.380 and it was
01:22:35.080 just like
01:22:35.340 the one
01:22:35.560 the Democrats
01:22:36.000 were in
01:22:36.260 last time
01:22:36.680 not the whole
01:22:37.620 time
01:22:37.880 I believe
01:22:39.260 that's where
01:22:39.700 we first
01:22:40.160 heard
01:22:40.420 elections
01:22:40.860 have
01:22:41.100 consequences
01:22:41.640 yeah
01:22:41.940 and you
01:22:42.500 know what
01:22:42.740 they do
01:22:43.220 you should
01:22:44.000 be able
01:22:44.320 to push
01:22:44.600 through your
01:22:44.920 own
01:22:45.080 Supreme Court
01:22:45.600 justice
01:22:45.940 if you're
01:22:46.220 the President
01:22:46.560 of the
01:22:46.720 United States
01:22:47.260 and you have
01:22:47.820 control of
01:22:48.520 the House
01:22:48.780 and the Senate
01:22:49.360 yes you should
01:22:50.480 be able to do
01:22:50.920 that
01:22:51.140 sign up for
01:22:55.080 the newsletter
01:22:55.560 and get all
01:22:56.060 the info
01:22:56.460 you need to
01:22:57.040 know at
01:22:57.480 glennbeck.com
01:22:58.740 Mercury
01:23:01.140 888-727-BECK
01:23:06.400 another way
01:23:07.160 the Glenn
01:23:08.360 Beck Program
01:23:09.160 another way
01:23:09.780 the world
01:23:10.280 has totally
01:23:11.220 changed
01:23:11.920 what's the
01:23:13.360 last CD
01:23:14.160 that you
01:23:14.700 purchased
01:23:15.200 it's the
01:23:16.080 last CD
01:23:16.520 that you
01:23:16.900 played
01:23:17.480 I play
01:23:20.080 them pretty
01:23:20.480 regularly
01:23:20.940 I haven't
01:23:22.260 purchased a
01:23:23.140 CD of
01:23:24.520 a single
01:23:25.480 artist in
01:23:26.380 probably 10
01:23:27.820 or 15
01:23:28.240 years
01:23:28.640 you're big
01:23:29.040 on stealing
01:23:29.640 them from
01:23:30.240 I still
01:23:30.820 burn songs
01:23:32.620 from my
01:23:33.280 iTunes to
01:23:33.920 CD and
01:23:34.420 then just
01:23:34.800 use them
01:23:35.120 in my car
01:23:35.280 that's surprising
01:23:35.800 to me
01:23:36.100 because I
01:23:36.780 plug the
01:23:37.680 phone in
01:23:38.120 to the
01:23:38.540 you know
01:23:39.040 the Bluetooth
01:23:40.080 thing doesn't
01:23:40.580 work in my
01:23:40.940 car for some
01:23:41.380 reason
01:23:41.540 but I
01:23:41.920 plug it
01:23:42.780 into the
01:23:43.120 little port
01:23:43.540 and I'll
01:23:44.620 play it
01:23:44.820 through my
01:23:45.060 phone
01:23:45.260 mostly
01:23:45.600 yeah I
01:23:46.020 do the
01:23:46.280 same thing
01:23:46.620 with just
01:23:46.920 Bluetooth
01:23:47.200 it's easy
01:23:47.900 the special
01:23:48.660 CD set
01:23:49.340 that my
01:23:49.840 wife wanted
01:23:50.260 for Christmas
01:23:50.680 told the
01:23:51.120 kids
01:23:51.340 yeah you
01:23:51.620 can get
01:23:51.820 this for
01:23:52.080 Christmas
01:23:52.420 we got
01:23:53.400 it
01:23:53.580 I looked
01:23:54.440 at it
01:23:54.660 yesterday
01:23:54.960 hasn't
01:23:55.460 been
01:23:55.600 opened
01:23:55.880 never
01:23:56.780 listened
01:23:57.160 to it
01:23:57.480 it's such
01:23:58.100 a pain
01:23:58.560 in comparison
01:23:59.140 did she
01:23:59.400 download it
01:23:59.980 or she
01:24:00.260 was just
01:24:00.560 yeah I
01:24:00.980 mean she's
01:24:01.440 we just
01:24:01.880 listened to
01:24:02.240 it on
01:24:02.440 our
01:24:02.560 phone
01:24:02.740 yeah I
01:24:03.060 mean
01:24:03.260 yeah why
01:24:03.840 I mean
01:24:04.560 why not
01:24:04.920 they say
01:24:05.620 golden platinum
01:24:06.280 records are a
01:24:06.960 thing of the
01:24:07.280 past
01:24:07.680 because downloads
01:24:09.240 now account
01:24:10.340 for 51%
01:24:11.280 of all music
01:24:11.900 sales
01:24:12.240 I'm surprised
01:24:12.840 it's that
01:24:13.280 low
01:24:13.600 I know
01:24:13.980 I would
01:24:14.480 have thought
01:24:14.700 it was
01:24:15.000 higher too
01:24:15.700 but it's
01:24:16.460 who's buying
01:24:17.300 them
01:24:17.580 old people
01:24:19.340 maybe
01:24:19.680 old people
01:24:20.700 aren't buying
01:24:21.080 records
01:24:21.560 I don't know
01:24:22.440 I mean I
01:24:23.980 think
01:24:24.360 the kids
01:24:24.980 it's the first
01:24:26.280 time ever though
01:24:26.920 streaming music
01:24:27.640 has eclipsed
01:24:28.600 both downloads
01:24:30.500 and CDs
01:24:31.200 that's incredible
01:24:31.900 to me I would
01:24:32.420 have thought
01:24:32.640 honestly it was
01:24:33.260 80-20 digital
01:24:34.340 and it's just
01:24:36.440 just passing
01:24:37.540 and this is the
01:24:38.500 same thing that
01:24:38.900 happened with
01:24:39.300 DVDs
01:24:40.460 you know people
01:24:40.940 were like oh
01:24:41.260 it's a dead
01:24:41.620 industry it's a
01:24:42.280 dead industry
01:24:42.800 and it's like
01:24:43.460 well actually
01:24:44.700 they're still
01:24:45.100 selling out
01:24:45.580 billions and
01:24:46.560 billions of
01:24:47.240 dollars of
01:24:47.840 them
01:24:48.020 I mean and
01:24:49.320 I understand
01:24:49.860 that obviously
01:24:50.540 it's easier to
01:24:51.100 get digitally
01:24:51.980 and once you
01:24:52.940 go there it's
01:24:53.620 hard to go
01:24:54.000 back
01:24:54.280 people stay
01:24:55.540 on those
01:24:55.800 trains
01:24:56.000 I still buy
01:24:57.240 I still buy
01:24:58.300 movies but I
01:24:59.100 again do it
01:25:00.260 like records
01:25:02.080 or CDs
01:25:02.900 I buy them
01:25:03.920 all through
01:25:04.520 yeah I buy
01:25:05.360 either through
01:25:06.300 Amazon or
01:25:07.100 iTunes
01:25:07.420 I don't know
01:25:07.860 what the last
01:25:08.560 DVD is that
01:25:10.860 we've purchased
01:25:11.520 because we just
01:25:12.140 buy them on
01:25:12.760 online
01:25:13.340 I will tell you
01:25:13.900 the one who
01:25:14.480 needs to bend
01:25:15.320 because Apple
01:25:15.860 never will
01:25:16.540 Amazon needs
01:25:19.840 to fold in
01:25:21.420 if Apple will
01:25:23.360 ever do it
01:25:23.980 fold in their
01:25:25.140 service to Apple
01:25:26.180 I hate this
01:25:27.460 which one is the
01:25:28.040 resistant one
01:25:28.820 because I
01:25:29.780 noticed that
01:25:30.240 it's Apple
01:25:30.740 always is
01:25:31.580 it's Apple
01:25:32.260 that won't
01:25:33.060 allow Amazon
01:25:33.700 on their
01:25:34.700 yeah
01:25:35.040 that sucks
01:25:36.160 I'm getting
01:25:36.620 sick of it
01:25:37.240 I'm getting
01:25:37.840 sick of it
01:25:38.380 I just want
01:25:39.360 one thing
01:25:41.020 that will
01:25:42.120 just
01:25:42.560 do the
01:25:44.420 apps
01:25:44.780 all I want
01:25:45.360 is the
01:25:46.140 apps
01:25:46.460 I love
01:25:47.480 Apple TV
01:25:48.260 but they
01:25:48.720 don't have
01:25:49.320 Amazon on
01:25:50.000 it
01:25:50.080 it's like
01:25:51.960 why
01:25:52.320 so then you
01:25:53.040 have to go
01:25:53.400 through the
01:25:53.760 incredible
01:25:54.280 hassle of
01:25:55.120 pulling it
01:25:55.700 up on your
01:25:56.280 iPad
01:25:56.680 and then
01:25:57.540 tossing it
01:25:58.300 up on the
01:25:58.780 screen
01:25:59.160 do you know
01:25:59.540 how long
01:25:59.820 that takes
01:26:00.240 about a
01:26:00.760 minute and a
01:26:01.100 half
01:26:01.400 about a
01:26:02.840 minute and a
01:26:03.360 half
01:26:03.460 I still
01:26:04.540 I still
01:26:06.220 two updates
01:26:07.140 still
01:26:07.780 still
01:26:08.620 paid
01:26:09.900 I don't
01:26:10.380 know
01:26:10.560 two
01:26:11.060 thousand
01:26:11.960 dollars
01:26:12.240 I think
01:26:12.540 to have
01:26:12.840 somebody
01:26:13.140 come out
01:26:13.680 and
01:26:14.160 completely
01:26:15.140 strip it
01:26:16.220 back down
01:26:17.000 just give
01:26:17.900 me a remote
01:26:18.640 controller
01:26:19.040 still
01:26:20.140 doesn't
01:26:21.700 work
01:26:22.000 this is the
01:26:22.960 fourth time
01:26:23.600 it still
01:26:24.020 doesn't work
01:26:24.600 you've got to
01:26:25.200 pay me
01:26:25.480 and remember
01:26:26.860 the rain
01:26:27.620 yeah
01:26:28.440 remember the
01:26:28.900 rain
01:26:29.200 yeah
01:26:29.480 I remember
01:26:29.860 the rain
01:26:30.320 okay
01:26:30.680 $18,000
01:26:35.380 to dig up
01:26:38.020 and put
01:26:38.700 a French
01:26:39.740 drain
01:26:40.340 across my
01:26:41.400 basement
01:26:43.020 flooded
01:26:43.840 again
01:26:44.880 this weekend
01:26:45.880 I couldn't
01:26:48.200 take it
01:26:49.720 oh my god
01:26:50.460 I'm going
01:26:51.020 home today
01:26:51.600 to have a
01:26:52.160 conversation
01:26:52.720 with the
01:26:53.220 French drain
01:26:54.620 people
01:26:55.060 I bet that
01:26:56.000 would be
01:26:56.340 pleasant
01:26:56.700 it would be
01:26:57.480 very pleasant
01:26:58.320 this is the
01:26:59.260 Glenn Beck
01:26:59.840 program
01:27:00.680 mercury
01:27:02.340 the Glenn
01:27:06.340 Beck
01:27:06.780 program
01:27:07.500 so
01:27:08.780 is anybody
01:27:11.200 else
01:27:11.820 do you have
01:27:12.580 technology
01:27:13.320 that you
01:27:13.820 bought
01:27:14.340 that you
01:27:15.820 now no
01:27:16.600 longer use
01:27:17.540 because
01:27:17.940 I just
01:27:19.020 can't get
01:27:19.580 the damn
01:27:20.040 thing to
01:27:20.440 work
01:27:20.680 there's a
01:27:21.060 certain level
01:27:21.640 of time
01:27:22.240 and money
01:27:22.800 you're willing
01:27:23.260 to put
01:27:23.580 into it
01:27:24.040 to get
01:27:24.640 it to
01:27:24.880 work
01:27:25.080 I have
01:27:25.720 dumped
01:27:26.100 so much
01:27:26.840 money
01:27:27.160 into
01:27:27.780 a remote
01:27:29.500 control
01:27:29.920 literally
01:27:30.480 literally
01:27:31.700 all I
01:27:32.060 wanted to
01:27:32.400 do
01:27:32.660 is
01:27:33.600 turn
01:27:34.540 everything
01:27:35.360 on
01:27:35.880 then
01:27:37.420 if I
01:27:37.880 want to
01:27:38.380 select
01:27:38.960 a movie
01:27:39.700 or a
01:27:40.360 channel
01:27:40.800 it does
01:27:41.920 that
01:27:42.360 and then
01:27:43.360 turn off
01:27:44.100 it's got
01:27:44.480 a big
01:27:44.720 lots
01:27:44.980 get one
01:27:45.280 of those
01:27:45.440 all-in-one
01:27:45.800 remotes
01:27:46.180 and be
01:27:46.420 good
01:27:46.660 yeah I've
01:27:48.160 done that
01:27:48.620 I've done
01:27:50.040 that
01:27:50.280 I've tried it
01:27:50.780 the cheap
01:27:51.240 way
01:27:51.520 I've tried
01:27:51.880 it the
01:27:52.120 expensive
01:27:52.580 way
01:27:53.000 none of
01:27:53.880 it works
01:27:54.280 this is
01:27:54.860 an honest
01:27:55.500 conversation
01:27:56.300 that happened
01:27:57.380 two weeks
01:27:57.900 ago
01:27:58.180 at my
01:27:58.600 house
01:27:58.920 okay
01:27:59.420 honey
01:28:01.280 I can't
01:28:02.780 get the
01:28:03.000 damn TV
01:28:03.460 to work
01:28:03.880 all right
01:28:04.760 I'll be
01:28:05.060 in in just
01:28:05.560 a second
01:28:05.920 I'll try
01:28:06.340 to get
01:28:06.620 it to
01:28:06.880 work
01:28:07.180 all right
01:28:08.080 is it
01:28:08.820 on yet
01:28:09.480 no
01:28:10.140 is it
01:28:10.900 on yet
01:28:11.580 no
01:28:12.260 okay
01:28:13.920 all right
01:28:14.680 it's on
01:28:15.340 but the
01:28:16.560 apple box
01:28:17.340 isn't on
01:28:17.980 okay
01:28:18.800 is it
01:28:20.600 on yet
01:28:21.260 no
01:28:21.960 is it
01:28:22.900 on yet
01:28:23.540 no
01:28:24.240 honey
01:28:25.240 have you
01:28:25.500 tried
01:28:25.780 unplugging
01:28:26.460 it and
01:28:26.740 plugging
01:28:27.080 it back
01:28:27.540 in
01:28:27.960 yes
01:28:28.980 all right
01:28:31.340 Rafe
01:28:32.940 Rafe comes
01:28:34.680 down
01:28:35.080 oh I'll
01:28:36.840 fix it
01:28:37.480 is it
01:28:38.880 on yet
01:28:39.540 no
01:28:40.120 is it
01:28:40.800 on yet
01:28:41.460 no
01:28:42.200 okay
01:28:44.340 dad I
01:28:45.640 don't know
01:28:46.280 what's wrong
01:28:46.680 with it
01:28:46.880 I can't
01:28:47.320 fix it
01:28:47.800 okay
01:28:48.480 who wants
01:28:48.840 to play
01:28:49.120 cards
01:28:49.560 I mean
01:28:50.780 literally
01:28:51.660 that that
01:28:52.500 is a
01:28:53.060 honest to
01:28:53.620 God
01:28:53.740 conversation
01:28:54.300 now
01:28:54.560 I just
01:28:55.380 want a
01:28:55.640 TV that
01:28:55.980 works
01:28:56.180 it's all
01:28:56.460 I want
01:28:56.740 is it
01:28:57.040 too much
01:28:57.320 to ask
01:28:57.740 is it
01:28:58.480 too much
01:28:58.840 to ask
01:28:59.260 everything
01:28:59.940 has become
01:29:00.500 so damn
01:29:01.560 complex
01:29:02.180 that I
01:29:03.460 mean I
01:29:04.120 know it's
01:29:04.780 not just
01:29:05.220 me I
01:29:05.660 know
01:29:06.100 I am
01:29:07.120 not
01:29:07.460 technically
01:29:08.160 inclined
01:29:09.540 I know
01:29:10.840 I'm not
01:29:11.160 the guy
01:29:11.440 who's like
01:29:11.740 oh yeah
01:29:12.180 you just
01:29:12.580 I don't
01:29:13.160 know
01:29:13.360 but I
01:29:15.440 also know
01:29:16.260 it's gotten
01:29:17.740 to the point
01:29:18.640 to where there
01:29:19.280 are so many
01:29:19.860 pieces
01:29:20.240 somebody has
01:29:21.360 got to
01:29:21.800 consolidate
01:29:22.440 everything
01:29:23.220 into one
01:29:24.640 box
01:29:25.720 that turns
01:29:27.600 on
01:29:28.120 and then it
01:29:29.280 turns on
01:29:29.860 all of the
01:29:30.460 apps
01:29:31.020 it's all
01:29:31.700 I want
01:29:32.280 I love
01:29:34.260 Apple
01:29:34.820 I love
01:29:35.840 iTunes
01:29:36.560 I want
01:29:38.360 a box
01:29:39.020 that works
01:29:40.200 that will
01:29:41.180 actually
01:29:41.820 no I
01:29:43.000 can get
01:29:43.360 no I
01:29:43.880 can get
01:29:44.300 I can get
01:29:45.440 Netflix
01:29:45.980 and
01:29:46.840 and iTunes
01:29:48.280 or I could
01:29:49.540 get Netflix
01:29:50.240 and Amazon
01:29:51.540 but I can't
01:29:52.520 get Netflix
01:29:53.400 and Amazon
01:29:54.620 and iTunes
01:29:55.460 right
01:29:55.800 and iTunes
01:29:56.680 and
01:29:57.720 I don't know
01:29:58.140 about iTunes
01:29:58.540 and in my
01:29:59.260 house I can't
01:30:00.020 get any of
01:30:00.700 them to work
01:30:01.240 and that's
01:30:02.320 probably the
01:30:02.600 bigger problem
01:30:03.040 that is
01:30:03.300 frustrating too
01:30:04.080 yeah
01:30:04.400 Roku
01:30:05.040 we were
01:30:05.420 just
01:30:05.560 we were
01:30:06.140 down
01:30:06.300 Roku
01:30:06.680 okay
01:30:07.000 just
01:30:07.240 just
01:30:07.460 turn
01:30:07.640 to damn
01:30:08.060 Roku
01:30:08.380 on
01:30:08.720 yeah
01:30:09.160 ready
01:30:10.740 is it
01:30:12.480 on yet
01:30:13.120 no
01:30:14.500 that's
01:30:15.580 what
01:30:15.700 when you
01:30:15.920 were talking
01:30:16.200 about
01:30:16.400 listening
01:30:16.720 to
01:30:17.000 CDs
01:30:17.480 and
01:30:17.720 cars
01:30:17.940 it
01:30:18.100 made
01:30:18.240 me
01:30:18.380 think
01:30:18.600 of
01:30:18.780 the
01:30:19.400 reason
01:30:19.680 that
01:30:19.880 we
01:30:20.040 went
01:30:20.740 back
01:30:21.080 to
01:30:21.260 listening
01:30:21.520 to
01:30:21.660 some
01:30:21.820 of
01:30:21.900 the
01:30:22.000 CDs
01:30:22.260 in
01:30:22.620 cars
01:30:22.840 especially
01:30:23.400 some
01:30:23.660 couple
01:30:24.060 that
01:30:24.260 Pat
01:30:24.500 had
01:30:24.640 burned
01:30:24.860 for
01:30:25.060 us
01:30:25.220 is
01:30:25.620 because
01:30:25.880 when you
01:30:26.160 get in
01:30:26.420 the car
01:30:26.740 and you
01:30:26.980 say
01:30:27.160 I want
01:30:27.720 to listen
01:30:27.980 to a
01:30:28.360 song
01:30:28.740 with your
01:30:29.180 voice
01:30:29.460 command
01:30:29.900 that ends
01:30:30.780 up
01:30:30.940 calling
01:30:31.220 your
01:30:31.440 grandmother
01:30:31.920 yeah
01:30:32.480 okay
01:30:32.800 calling
01:30:33.180 grandma
01:30:33.640 no no
01:30:34.380 I just
01:30:34.680 want to
01:30:34.920 listen
01:30:35.140 to the
01:30:35.460 song
01:30:35.880 oh
01:30:36.400 okay
01:30:36.780 calling
01:30:37.160 Bill
01:30:37.640 no
01:30:39.100 it is
01:30:41.060 really
01:30:41.360 infuriating
01:30:42.020 there's
01:30:42.320 that
01:30:42.460 there is
01:30:43.000 almost
01:30:43.760 nothing
01:30:44.320 more
01:30:44.600 frustrating
01:30:45.040 in
01:30:45.260 society
01:30:45.740 than
01:30:46.500 voice
01:30:46.860 recognition
01:30:47.280 software
01:30:47.820 that does
01:30:48.180 not
01:30:48.360 understand
01:30:48.680 what
01:30:48.840 you're
01:30:48.920 saying
01:30:49.080 I
01:30:49.620 don't
01:30:49.780 know
01:30:49.960 why
01:30:50.360 like
01:30:50.860 there's
01:30:51.300 no
01:30:51.500 reason
01:30:52.020 as a
01:30:52.700 person
01:30:52.920 who
01:30:53.120 grew
01:30:53.380 up
01:30:53.520 in
01:30:58.580 the
01:30:59.880 car
01:31:00.900 make it
01:31:04.720 work
01:31:04.860 make it
01:31:05.400 understand
01:31:06.220 the
01:31:06.460 language
01:31:06.980 that I'm
01:31:08.040 speaking
01:31:08.540 which is
01:31:09.260 English
01:31:09.760 in
01:31:10.100 America
01:31:10.560 with an
01:31:11.180 American
01:31:11.560 car
01:31:12.060 get close
01:31:14.360 to the
01:31:14.960 words
01:31:15.500 I'm
01:31:15.880 saying
01:31:16.380 it
01:31:16.740 doesn't
01:31:17.040 though
01:31:17.160 they
01:31:17.320 have
01:31:17.640 not
01:31:18.080 perfected
01:31:18.640 that
01:31:18.800 technology
01:31:19.200 no
01:31:19.480 not
01:31:19.680 at
01:31:19.820 all
01:31:20.020 they've
01:31:20.480 not
01:31:20.640 even
01:31:20.820 come
01:31:21.080 close
01:31:21.500 to
01:31:21.640 although
01:31:21.860 you
01:31:22.180 can
01:31:22.380 pick
01:31:22.640 whether
01:31:22.880 you
01:31:23.100 want
01:31:23.240 to
01:31:23.340 hear
01:31:23.500 it
01:31:23.620 in
01:31:23.720 an
01:31:23.860 Australian
01:31:24.360 accent
01:31:24.880 an
01:31:25.200 English
01:31:25.560 accent
01:31:26.180 or
01:31:26.940 an
01:31:27.080 American
01:31:27.420 accent
01:31:28.000 yeah
01:31:28.540 I
01:31:28.680 just
01:31:28.880 like
01:31:29.060 it
01:31:29.160 to
01:31:29.300 work
01:31:29.580 in
01:31:29.880 something
01:31:30.180 I
01:31:30.380 would
01:31:30.520 like
01:31:30.740 it
01:31:30.920 to
01:31:31.080 just
01:31:31.300 recognize
01:31:31.820 my
01:31:33.000 accent
01:31:33.560 just
01:31:34.140 recognize
01:31:34.880 my
01:31:35.300 you
01:31:35.740 could
01:31:35.920 say
01:31:36.140 it
01:31:36.280 back
01:31:36.520 to
01:31:36.660 me
01:31:36.900 as
01:31:37.380 big
01:31:37.740 southern
01:31:38.120 hick
01:31:38.400 I
01:31:38.560 don't
01:31:38.740 care
01:31:39.180 as
01:31:40.080 an
01:31:40.240 angry
01:31:40.680 New
01:31:40.980 Yorker
01:31:41.680 fine
01:31:42.320 say
01:31:42.580 it
01:31:42.680 back
01:31:42.860 as
01:31:43.020 the
01:31:43.160 queen
01:31:43.500 just
01:31:44.260 understand
01:31:45.020 my
01:31:45.460 language
01:31:46.140 please
01:31:47.120 I
01:31:47.220 know
01:31:47.440 it
01:31:47.660 would
01:31:47.800 be
01:31:47.960 calling
01:31:48.340 grandma
01:31:53.240 for
01:31:53.800 me
01:31:54.000 to
01:31:54.160 go
01:31:54.420 I
01:31:55.300 mean
01:31:55.460 how
01:31:55.720 many
01:31:55.860 times
01:31:56.140 do
01:31:56.260 you
01:31:56.300 have
01:31:56.440 to
01:31:56.540 do
01:31:56.660 it
01:31:56.760 I
01:31:57.060 don't
01:31:57.200 use
01:31:57.380 the
01:31:57.500 voice
01:31:57.660 recognition
01:31:58.160 in
01:31:58.340 the
01:31:58.420 car
01:31:58.580 you
01:31:58.880 just
01:31:59.000 don't
01:31:59.160 even
01:31:59.280 try
01:31:59.420 it
01:31:59.640 you
01:32:00.640 you've
01:32:00.820 used
01:32:01.060 it
01:32:01.180 three
01:32:01.400 times
01:32:01.800 it
01:32:02.180 doesn't
01:32:02.520 work
01:32:02.800 you
01:32:03.200 end
01:32:03.320 up
01:32:03.440 frustrated
01:32:03.760 so
01:32:03.960 you
01:32:04.200 just
01:32:04.380 don't
01:32:04.600 use
01:32:04.840 it
01:32:05.020 my
01:32:06.340 television
01:32:07.120 I
01:32:08.400 have
01:32:08.740 to
01:32:08.960 use
01:32:09.720 I'd
01:32:10.340 like
01:32:10.600 to
01:32:10.820 use
01:32:11.320 I'd
01:32:12.260 like
01:32:12.400 to
01:32:12.500 be
01:32:12.620 I
01:32:12.960 mean
01:32:13.200 because
01:32:13.480 it
01:32:13.580 has
01:32:13.720 the
01:32:13.860 voice
01:32:14.140 thing
01:32:14.320 said
01:32:14.620 no
01:32:14.980 I
01:32:15.300 don't
01:32:15.420 even
01:32:15.580 use
01:32:15.840 the
01:32:15.940 voice
01:32:16.140 thing
01:32:16.360 it
01:32:16.700 has
01:32:17.080 the
01:32:17.260 voice
01:32:17.520 thing
01:32:17.680 I
01:32:17.800 don't
01:32:18.540 use
01:32:18.900 it
01:32:19.140 I
01:32:19.740 know
01:32:19.960 that
01:32:21.060 won't
01:32:21.440 work
01:32:21.900 I
01:32:22.420 got
01:32:22.820 that
01:32:23.360 okay
01:32:23.700 shutting
01:32:24.120 off
01:32:24.600 right
01:32:24.980 I
01:32:25.680 got
01:32:26.000 it
01:32:26.220 did
01:32:26.600 you
01:32:26.720 watch
01:32:26.980 you
01:32:27.200 guys
01:32:27.360 watch
01:32:27.620 these
01:32:27.840 I
01:32:28.160 think
01:32:28.280 it's
01:32:28.400 the
01:32:28.520 CMAs
01:32:29.120 that
01:32:29.260 were
01:32:29.360 on
01:32:29.500 last
01:32:29.680 night
01:32:29.840 so
01:32:32.260 they
01:32:32.580 have
01:32:32.880 they
01:32:33.040 were
01:32:33.180 sponsored
01:32:33.900 by
01:32:34.120 some
01:32:34.420 cable
01:32:34.760 system
01:32:35.240 was
01:32:35.980 it
01:32:36.100 Xfinity
01:32:36.660 or
01:32:36.880 I
01:32:37.000 don't
01:32:37.100 know
01:32:37.200 which
01:32:37.340 one
01:32:37.460 it
01:32:37.560 was
01:32:44.320 CMAs
01:32:52.300 show me
01:32:53.700 the nominees
01:32:54.220 for
01:32:54.400 CMAs
01:32:54.900 best
01:32:55.140 artists
01:32:55.540 and then
01:32:55.820 it would
01:32:56.780 look like
01:32:57.300 if you
01:32:57.820 were at
01:32:58.020 home
01:32:58.180 and had
01:32:58.440 this
01:32:58.600 cable
01:32:58.840 system
01:32:59.180 are you
01:32:59.620 supposed
01:32:59.780 to talk
01:33:00.100 to your
01:33:00.360 remote
01:33:00.720 and it's
01:33:01.000 supposed to
01:33:01.240 put it
01:33:01.440 on screen
01:33:01.840 and it
01:33:02.140 pops up
01:33:02.640 in a
01:33:04.480 million
01:33:04.800 years
01:33:05.400 that would
01:33:05.820 not
01:33:06.020 work
01:33:06.240 for me
01:33:06.560 I
01:33:06.840 would
01:33:07.020 never
01:33:07.540 be
01:33:07.800 able
01:33:07.980 to get
01:33:08.240 anything
01:33:08.720 done
01:33:09.100 talking
01:33:09.680 to my
01:33:10.080 stupid
01:33:10.620 remote
01:33:11.040 nothing
01:33:11.680 would
01:33:11.980 happen
01:33:12.420 nothing
01:33:13.400 I don't
01:33:15.520 even want
01:33:16.060 the flying
01:33:16.500 car
01:33:16.740 anymore
01:33:17.100 I don't
01:33:18.200 because
01:33:18.480 the flying
01:33:18.900 car
01:33:19.240 screws up
01:33:20.200 you just
01:33:20.520 run into
01:33:21.700 the ground
01:33:22.280 I don't
01:33:24.320 need to
01:33:24.600 dream that
01:33:24.920 big anymore
01:33:25.420 I don't
01:33:26.080 need to
01:33:26.340 dream
01:33:26.460 the basics
01:33:26.920 just
01:33:27.580 make it
01:33:28.600 work
01:33:29.120 you need
01:33:30.040 something
01:33:30.320 with an
01:33:30.760 on
01:33:31.100 off
01:33:31.540 button
01:33:31.980 and on
01:33:33.380 turns
01:33:33.860 everything
01:33:34.300 on
01:33:34.680 off
01:33:35.560 turns
01:33:36.160 everything
01:33:36.620 off
01:33:37.080 or if
01:33:38.360 you want
01:33:38.600 to have
01:33:39.000 on off
01:33:39.800 buttons
01:33:40.120 for several
01:33:41.220 different
01:33:41.580 devices
01:33:42.040 good
01:33:42.540 give them
01:33:42.960 to me
01:33:43.260 that's
01:33:43.480 what
01:33:43.580 your
01:33:43.740 robot
01:33:43.980 is
01:33:44.120 going
01:33:44.220 to
01:33:44.240 do
01:33:44.400 for
01:33:44.540 you
01:33:44.660 I
01:33:44.880 am
01:33:47.060 so
01:33:47.500 willing
01:33:47.900 to
01:33:48.180 serve
01:33:48.660 the
01:33:48.920 master
01:33:49.440 if
01:33:50.180 it's
01:33:50.380 a
01:33:50.500 robot
01:33:50.820 I'm
01:33:51.380 so
01:33:51.680 willing
01:33:51.940 to
01:33:52.100 do
01:33:52.220 that
01:33:52.340 if
01:33:52.440 it'll
01:33:52.560 make
01:33:52.720 my
01:33:52.880 technology
01:33:53.380 work
01:33:53.680 if
01:33:54.720 you
01:33:56.640 were
01:33:56.780 in
01:33:56.920 the
01:33:57.020 matrix
01:33:57.280 and your
01:33:57.560 TV
01:33:57.780 would
01:33:57.960 turn
01:33:58.140 on
01:33:58.260 before
01:33:58.660 the
01:33:58.840 matrix
01:33:59.040 I'm
01:33:59.740 all
01:33:59.900 on
01:34:00.020 the
01:34:00.140 blue pill
01:34:00.500 you just
01:34:02.040 give up
01:34:02.380 but there's
01:34:02.740 some
01:34:02.940 things
01:34:03.180 we should
01:34:03.920 probably
01:34:04.320 learn
01:34:04.620 like
01:34:04.860 this
01:34:05.800 drainage
01:34:06.340 problem
01:34:06.980 it's
01:34:08.240 like
01:34:08.380 magic
01:34:09.020 the one
01:34:09.320 you talked
01:34:09.620 about
01:34:09.900 last
01:34:10.460 week
01:34:10.680 right
01:34:10.880 where
01:34:11.080 yeah
01:34:11.440 so
01:34:12.040 my
01:34:12.320 basement
01:34:12.780 is
01:34:13.440 we've
01:34:14.020 had
01:34:14.180 to
01:34:14.380 reply
01:34:14.640 I don't
01:34:14.860 have
01:34:15.020 a
01:34:15.160 basement
01:34:15.460 you have
01:34:15.740 a
01:34:15.860 crawl
01:34:16.040 space
01:34:16.340 underneath
01:34:17.160 and our
01:34:18.680 our furnace
01:34:19.640 is in
01:34:20.340 that area
01:34:20.860 and the
01:34:21.700 furnace
01:34:22.120 yesterday
01:34:22.920 was about
01:34:23.340 four inches
01:34:24.040 from the
01:34:24.520 water
01:34:24.820 because
01:34:25.480 we had
01:34:26.240 to
01:34:26.380 replace
01:34:26.940 our
01:34:27.200 furnace
01:34:27.500 because
01:34:27.860 of the
01:34:28.320 water
01:34:28.620 problem
01:34:29.120 didn't
01:34:29.420 realize
01:34:29.800 until
01:34:30.240 gee
01:34:30.820 it's
01:34:31.140 cold
01:34:31.540 or hot
01:34:32.140 in
01:34:32.360 here
01:34:32.660 and
01:34:33.500 so
01:34:33.820 found
01:34:34.260 out
01:34:34.540 oh
01:34:35.000 there's
01:34:35.440 water
01:34:35.900 in the
01:34:36.220 crawl
01:34:36.520 space
01:34:37.060 okay
01:34:37.780 so we
01:34:38.780 go in
01:34:39.300 we
01:34:40.040 think
01:34:40.360 that
01:34:40.540 it's
01:34:40.720 maybe
01:34:40.900 coming
01:34:41.260 through
01:34:41.560 the
01:34:41.740 foundation
01:34:42.220 whatever
01:34:42.720 they
01:34:43.980 can't
01:34:44.380 find
01:34:44.760 the
01:34:44.940 leak
01:34:45.200 but
01:34:45.420 we're
01:34:45.920 going
01:34:46.020 to
01:34:46.100 put
01:34:46.220 a
01:34:46.340 French
01:34:46.640 drain
01:34:46.960 in
01:34:47.260 we'll
01:34:47.600 put
01:34:47.780 a
01:34:47.900 French
01:34:48.140 drain
01:34:48.420 in
01:34:48.620 that
01:34:49.100 sounds
01:34:49.440 expensive
01:34:50.200 well
01:34:50.800 it is
01:34:51.240 French
01:34:51.680 you know
01:34:52.180 good
01:34:52.880 could
01:34:53.120 we get
01:34:53.780 a
01:34:53.960 Portuguese
01:34:54.480 drain
01:34:55.120 in
01:34:55.420 how
01:34:55.720 about
01:34:55.880 that
01:34:56.060 Mexican
01:34:56.960 drain
01:34:57.600 I'll
01:34:57.820 take
01:34:58.000 that
01:34:58.240 one
01:34:58.600 so
01:35:00.960 we
01:35:01.120 put
01:35:01.300 it
01:35:01.420 in
01:35:01.700 and
01:35:02.260 it's
01:35:02.460 raining
01:35:02.900 so
01:35:03.440 hard
01:35:03.900 this
01:35:04.200 weekend
01:35:04.620 four
01:35:06.060 inches
01:35:06.380 away
01:35:06.720 from
01:35:06.940 the
01:35:07.100 furnace
01:35:07.320 when
01:35:07.660 we
01:35:07.800 found
01:35:08.060 it
01:35:08.440 so
01:35:08.940 I
01:35:09.020 had
01:35:09.120 to
01:35:09.200 get
01:35:09.300 the
01:35:09.400 guys
01:35:09.640 out
01:35:09.860 to
01:35:10.000 pump
01:35:10.320 it
01:35:10.520 back
01:35:11.540 out
01:35:11.920 nothing
01:35:12.720 nothing
01:35:13.880 I'm
01:35:15.600 willing
01:35:16.220 to hire
01:35:16.640 a little
01:35:16.960 Dutch
01:35:17.400 boy
01:35:17.720 to
01:35:18.660 sit
01:35:19.280 there
01:35:19.440 spin
01:35:19.840 the
01:35:20.120 pump
01:35:20.400 and
01:35:20.600 keep
01:35:20.840 his
01:35:20.980 finger
01:35:21.240 wherever
01:35:21.580 he
01:35:22.000 needs
01:35:22.220 to
01:35:22.380 keep
01:35:22.580 his
01:35:22.720 finger
01:35:23.040 I
01:35:23.820 mean
01:35:23.980 I
01:35:24.140 just
01:35:24.440 I
01:35:27.000 mean
01:35:27.120 the
01:35:27.240 French
01:35:27.480 so
01:35:28.200 it's
01:35:28.520 magic
01:35:28.880 to me
01:35:29.260 because
01:35:29.500 I
01:35:29.700 have
01:35:29.840 absolutely
01:35:30.420 no
01:35:30.880 idea
01:35:31.320 because
01:35:31.900 I
01:35:32.080 didn't
01:35:32.300 grow
01:35:32.540 up
01:35:32.800 in
01:35:32.960 a
01:35:33.080 family
01:35:33.340 that
01:35:33.580 did
01:35:36.940 everything
01:35:37.340 in
01:35:37.540 our
01:35:37.620 house
01:35:37.780 broke
01:35:38.020 down
01:35:38.240 and
01:35:38.360 then
01:35:38.480 we
01:35:38.600 move
01:35:39.000 kitchen
01:35:42.560 sink
01:35:43.060 doesn't
01:35:43.420 work
01:35:43.760 call
01:35:44.100 the
01:35:44.280 guy
01:35:44.660 or
01:35:45.060 move
01:35:45.700 those
01:35:46.100 were
01:35:46.260 our
01:35:46.440 two
01:35:46.620 options
01:35:47.100 my
01:35:47.820 dad
01:35:48.100 had
01:35:48.320 zero
01:35:48.980 skill
01:35:49.500 so
01:35:49.720 I
01:35:49.900 have
01:35:50.180 double
01:35:51.200 zero
01:35:51.620 skill
01:35:52.100 I
01:35:52.560 don't
01:35:52.820 even
01:35:53.080 Tanya
01:35:54.180 will
01:35:54.320 look
01:35:54.480 at
01:35:54.580 me
01:35:54.680 the
01:35:54.820 refrigerator
01:35:55.260 is
01:35:55.480 down
01:35:55.840 do
01:35:57.480 we
01:35:57.580 buy
01:35:57.760 a
01:35:57.880 new
01:35:57.980 one
01:35:58.300 I
01:35:58.520 mean
01:35:59.560 a
01:36:00.320 new
01:36:00.420 house
01:36:00.680 does
01:36:01.960 that
01:36:02.120 mean
01:36:02.280 we
01:36:02.420 have
01:36:02.580 to
01:36:02.740 move
01:36:03.120 or
01:36:03.260 can
01:36:03.400 we
01:36:03.540 just
01:36:03.740 move
01:36:04.740 I
01:36:06.940 just
01:36:07.160 don't
01:36:07.460 know
01:36:07.720 I
01:36:07.940 have
01:36:08.160 no
01:36:08.560 idea
01:36:08.860 so
01:36:09.340 I'm
01:36:09.580 looking
01:36:09.800 at
01:36:10.000 it
01:36:10.100 and
01:36:10.220 he's
01:36:10.460 talking
01:36:10.760 to
01:36:10.900 me
01:36:11.020 about
01:36:11.240 blah
01:36:11.480 blah
01:36:12.240 blah
01:36:12.900 blah
01:36:13.160 blah
01:36:13.440 blah
01:36:13.840 blah
01:36:14.020 blah
01:36:14.380 blah
01:36:14.460 blah
01:36:14.780 blah
01:36:15.240 blah
01:36:15.860 blah
01:36:16.360 blah
01:36:17.060 blah
01:36:17.740 blah
01:36:18.460 blah
01:36:19.480 I
01:36:19.500 can
01:36:19.840 sell
01:36:21.660 anything
01:36:22.640 as
01:36:23.860 I
01:36:24.180 don't
01:36:24.300 know
01:36:24.400 what
01:36:24.520 you're
01:36:24.640 talking
01:36:24.920 about
01:36:25.220 they
01:36:26.080 can
01:36:26.220 sell
01:36:26.420 anything
01:36:26.740 as
01:36:27.220 is
01:36:27.580 apparent
01:36:28.180 from
01:36:29.160 this
01:36:29.520 French
01:36:29.960 drain
01:36:30.400 that
01:36:30.580 I
01:36:30.720 purchased
01:36:31.160 yeah
01:36:31.680 it
01:36:32.180 was
01:36:32.360 wonderful
01:36:32.880 do you
01:36:33.500 get
01:36:33.680 the
01:36:33.980 problem
01:36:34.560 where
01:36:35.020 technology
01:36:35.860 seems
01:36:36.380 to
01:36:36.640 degrade
01:36:37.220 after
01:36:37.680 you
01:36:37.860 have
01:36:38.100 it
01:36:38.260 like
01:36:38.980 it
01:36:39.240 almost
01:36:39.500 goes
01:36:39.760 backwards
01:36:40.340 it
01:36:40.520 goes
01:36:40.660 back
01:36:41.000 in
01:36:41.180 time
01:36:41.600 like
01:36:42.360 I
01:36:42.480 have
01:36:42.720 I
01:36:43.220 have
01:36:43.400 a
01:36:43.520 remote
01:36:43.840 which
01:36:44.480 is
01:36:44.820 programmed
01:36:45.500 so you
01:36:45.980 program it
01:36:46.500 through the
01:36:46.900 internet
01:36:47.140 and
01:36:47.780 this is
01:36:48.560 not
01:36:48.760 sound like
01:36:49.440 a good
01:36:49.640 idea
01:36:49.820 I know
01:36:50.140 but you
01:36:50.640 program it
01:36:51.020 through the
01:36:51.220 internet
01:36:51.400 so it
01:36:51.640 do exactly
01:36:52.440 what you're
01:36:52.860 asking
01:36:53.620 you press
01:36:54.260 one button
01:36:54.760 and everything
01:36:55.280 turns out
01:36:55.720 somebody hacks
01:36:56.640 in and
01:36:57.000 changes
01:36:57.320 your channel
01:36:58.040 that's
01:36:58.920 what's
01:36:59.040 happening
01:36:59.300 I'd
01:37:00.760 welcome
01:37:01.080 that at
01:37:01.480 some
01:37:01.680 point
01:37:01.860 somebody
01:37:02.120 wants
01:37:02.400 to
01:37:02.560 hack
01:37:02.780 in
01:37:03.040 and
01:37:03.620 try
01:37:04.680 to
01:37:04.860 screw
01:37:05.100 with
01:37:05.240 my
01:37:05.380 remote
01:37:05.660 it
01:37:05.900 might
01:37:06.160 work
01:37:06.700 so we
01:37:07.340 have our
01:37:07.540 television box
01:37:08.140 it's inside
01:37:09.080 a cabinet
01:37:09.800 so it
01:37:11.520 has a
01:37:11.960 feature
01:37:12.260 in which
01:37:12.760 you press
01:37:13.680 the button
01:37:13.920 it's
01:37:14.160 set so it
01:37:16.380 can go
01:37:16.580 through the
01:37:16.840 cabinet
01:37:17.100 I don't
01:37:17.360 have to
01:37:17.580 keep the
01:37:17.940 cabinet
01:37:18.220 open
01:37:18.620 to be
01:37:19.420 able to
01:37:19.600 see it
01:37:19.840 that's
01:37:20.180 smart
01:37:20.480 suddenly
01:37:21.560 it doesn't
01:37:22.780 work
01:37:23.240 now I have
01:37:23.980 not been
01:37:24.340 on the
01:37:24.880 internet
01:37:25.180 to change
01:37:25.700 the settings
01:37:26.220 I have
01:37:26.940 not done
01:37:27.500 anything
01:37:27.940 other than
01:37:28.400 press
01:37:28.620 the remote
01:37:28.880 which
01:37:29.080 there's
01:37:29.260 no
01:37:29.420 ability
01:37:29.740 to program
01:37:30.220 the remote
01:37:32.120 now look
01:37:34.100 I understand
01:37:34.620 this is a
01:37:35.060 first world
01:37:35.420 problem
01:37:35.720 here
01:37:36.000 I get it
01:37:36.460 that's not
01:37:36.840 me trying
01:37:37.400 to sanitize
01:37:38.400 water
01:37:38.820 for a
01:37:39.760 village
01:37:40.080 I get it
01:37:40.880 but it's like
01:37:41.560 how does
01:37:42.360 this happen
01:37:42.960 I have not
01:37:43.800 changed
01:37:44.200 anything
01:37:44.760 so my
01:37:46.320 TCP IP
01:37:48.760 or whatever
01:37:49.460 that just
01:37:51.300 changes
01:37:51.740 if you let
01:37:52.940 the remote
01:37:53.660 lose its
01:37:55.060 charge
01:37:55.260 I have to
01:37:56.800 go in and
01:37:57.340 reset all
01:37:58.000 the TCP IP
01:37:59.600 you have to
01:37:59.980 change the
01:38:00.300 batteries
01:38:00.620 within an
01:38:01.120 amount of
01:38:01.880 time
01:38:02.000 what that
01:38:02.380 means
01:38:02.880 but I
01:38:03.180 have to
01:38:03.460 change it
01:38:04.140 it's like
01:38:04.600 those batteries
01:38:05.000 in an
01:38:05.280 amount of
01:38:05.560 time
01:38:05.780 okay we
01:38:06.340 got the
01:38:06.600 batteries
01:38:06.840 don't
01:38:07.120 don't take
01:38:07.500 those out
01:38:07.800 yet
01:38:08.000 okay so
01:38:08.440 look at
01:38:08.780 yourself
01:38:09.080 look at
01:38:09.420 the gift
01:38:09.820 horse that
01:38:10.240 you have
01:38:10.660 okay I
01:38:11.380 went one
01:38:11.820 step further
01:38:12.380 you put it
01:38:13.160 in a cabinet
01:38:13.800 right
01:38:14.540 yeah
01:38:15.080 when I moved
01:38:16.140 into the house
01:38:16.720 I said
01:38:17.460 you know it's a
01:38:18.920 storage room on
01:38:20.080 the other side
01:38:20.840 of this TV
01:38:22.020 let's just put
01:38:24.020 everything in the
01:38:25.440 store in the
01:38:26.180 storage room
01:38:27.020 and so we'll
01:38:28.100 just drill a hole
01:38:29.060 through this wall
01:38:29.980 and because
01:38:31.180 then we'll just
01:38:31.980 have the remote
01:38:33.020 and it will
01:38:33.880 everything's right
01:38:34.460 there so that's
01:38:35.060 why we're down
01:38:35.980 to this is not
01:38:36.620 even sitting in
01:38:37.340 freaking same
01:38:38.500 room that's why
01:38:39.400 you see anything
01:38:40.900 yet because we're
01:38:42.360 shouting into the
01:38:43.400 other room it's
01:38:44.360 completely disconnected
01:38:45.640 you have try to
01:38:47.060 fix it yourself
01:38:47.500 try to watch a
01:38:48.540 show your home
01:38:49.980 by yourself
01:38:51.180 come over to my
01:38:52.160 house you just
01:38:53.560 try to watch a show
01:38:54.360 while you're alone
01:38:54.900 you can't because
01:38:56.220 you have no idea
01:38:57.120 what's on the TV
01:38:57.840 because you have
01:38:59.080 to figure out
01:38:59.860 which component
01:39:00.760 is on and off
01:39:01.860 and you know
01:39:02.960 what's amazing
01:39:03.380 is our fallback
01:39:04.900 position because
01:39:05.460 I Pat just said
01:39:06.360 it in the break
01:39:06.800 the fallback
01:39:07.400 position is you
01:39:08.020 go to the highest
01:39:08.700 level of technology
01:39:09.660 you have which is
01:39:10.840 usually your iPad
01:39:11.700 your iPhone
01:39:12.520 your computer
01:39:13.480 and you wind up
01:39:14.780 watching it on the
01:39:15.460 little tiny screen
01:39:16.180 in front of you
01:39:16.780 or sending it
01:39:18.440 from your iPad
01:39:19.360 to the screen
01:39:20.220 because it's the
01:39:20.620 only part that
01:39:21.240 works which is
01:39:22.440 crazy
01:39:23.040 my iPad I never
01:39:24.220 have this problem
01:39:24.860 with I watch
01:39:25.520 almost everything
01:39:26.180 on my iPad
01:39:26.860 it's like
01:39:27.380 why do we have
01:39:28.520 the television
01:39:28.960 seriously
01:39:29.500 turn on the iPad
01:39:30.260 why do we have
01:39:30.840 the TV
01:39:31.240 you know
01:39:32.000 all I need
01:39:32.880 is I'll just
01:39:33.580 get the iPad
01:39:34.300 and then just
01:39:35.560 make sure
01:39:36.220 that I have
01:39:37.140 Apple
01:39:37.660 what is it
01:39:38.120 airport
01:39:38.500 on the television
01:39:39.480 so it'll pick
01:39:40.220 it up
01:39:40.520 and I'll just
01:39:40.920 watch everything
01:39:42.220 on the iPad
01:39:42.880 and just throw
01:39:43.340 it up there
01:39:43.800 and I am aware
01:39:45.220 that somewhere
01:39:46.140 in the world
01:39:46.620 there's a talk
01:39:47.140 show going
01:39:47.480 I got the
01:39:48.720 malaria
01:39:49.800 mosquito net
01:39:51.260 and there was
01:39:51.780 a hole in it
01:39:52.620 it's unbelievable
01:39:53.940 there's mosquitoes
01:39:54.760 inside my bed
01:39:56.080 14,000 villagers
01:39:58.140 died last week
01:39:59.160 and they can't
01:39:59.680 get the things
01:40:00.120 without holes
01:40:00.900 I get that
01:40:02.140 that's a better
01:40:02.640 show
01:40:03.080 but we're
01:40:05.260 struggling here
01:40:06.280 we're struggling
01:40:08.800 I mean yes
01:40:09.820 people are dying
01:40:10.580 blah blah blah
01:40:11.400 we can't get
01:40:13.600 the TV to work
01:40:14.720 it's not even
01:40:17.500 that the TV
01:40:18.040 won't work
01:40:18.680 it's that the
01:40:19.440 remote won't work
01:40:20.420 thank you for
01:40:22.640 bringing that
01:40:23.100 crystal clear
01:40:23.800 I appreciate that
01:40:25.640 Glenn Beck
01:40:28.000 program
01:40:28.540 888-727-BAC

01:40:39.740 welcome to the
01:40:40.300 program

01:40:41.200 glad you're
01:40:43.020 here
01:40:43.260 somebody knows
01:40:44.360 the answer
01:40:44.680 to Glenn's
01:40:45.300 problem
01:40:45.600 news on the
01:40:46.320 feed
01:40:46.620 which one
01:40:47.000 good
01:40:47.200 the draining
01:40:48.280 thing
01:40:48.600 sounds like
01:40:49.820 a drain
01:40:50.140 yeah this
01:40:50.940 particular problem
01:40:51.740 Glenn sounds
01:40:53.600 like a drain
01:40:54.160 tile problem
01:40:54.860 and if so
01:40:55.780 you've got a
01:40:56.660 hell of a
01:40:57.060 big expensive
01:40:57.740 mess
01:40:58.240 thank you
01:40:59.920 drain tile
01:41:03.300 problem
01:41:03.680 I don't know
01:41:04.800 what that is
01:41:05.280 I'm not going
01:41:05.640 to ask the
01:41:06.100 guy he comes
01:41:07.120 over if it's a
01:41:07.740 drain tile
01:41:08.400 tile
01:41:08.740 hey is this
01:41:09.440 a drain
01:41:09.820 tile problem
01:41:11.060 you know
01:41:11.700 what that means
01:41:12.460 you know
01:41:12.780 what that means
01:41:13.300 that is
01:41:13.900 I guarantee
01:41:14.900 that's some
01:41:15.560 water pump
01:41:16.860 guy or
01:41:17.540 somebody
01:41:17.980 who
01:41:18.700 that's
01:41:19.180 code
01:41:19.740 for
01:41:20.800 it's like
01:41:21.580 going into
01:41:21.980 your mechanic
01:41:22.540 ask him if
01:41:23.400 it's the
01:41:23.700 defibrillator
01:41:24.340 that's
01:41:25.420 code
01:41:26.400 I don't have
01:41:28.140 any idea
01:41:28.780 what I'm
01:41:29.180 talking about
01:41:29.940 but I
01:41:30.440 talked to
01:41:30.860 another
01:41:31.220 mechanic
01:41:31.780 who is
01:41:33.020 in on
01:41:33.600 this deal
01:41:34.240 and he's
01:41:34.740 sending a
01:41:35.220 coded message
01:41:35.840 this guy's
01:41:36.600 an idiot
01:41:37.300 tell him
01:41:38.080 yes it's
01:41:38.940 the defibrillator
01:41:39.680 and charge
01:41:40.600 him whatever
01:41:41.220 you want
01:41:41.820 sounds like
01:41:43.360 a drain tile
01:41:44.040 problem
01:41:44.560 yeah I'm
01:41:45.320 just looking
01:41:45.740 at this
01:41:46.100 here
01:41:46.360 could it
01:41:46.800 be
01:41:47.540 I have
01:41:47.860 to take
01:41:48.120 my glasses
01:41:48.620 off
01:41:49.000 kind of
01:41:49.400 quickly
01:41:50.120 could it
01:41:51.160 be a
01:41:51.400 drain tile
01:41:52.500 problem
01:41:52.920 as I
01:41:53.420 chew on
01:41:53.840 the edge
01:41:54.120 of my
01:41:54.320 glasses
01:41:54.660 could be
01:41:55.600 right
01:41:55.920 I'm just
01:41:56.580 thinking
01:41:56.800 I don't
01:41:57.180 know
01:41:57.380 this is

01:42:01.920 that
01:42:02.260 well yeah
