00:01:44.060 Of entertainment
00:01:46.440 And enlightenment
00:01:48.460 This is the Glenn Beck Program
00:01:54.200 Hello America, welcome to the Glenn Beck Program
00:01:58.740 Just a few hours after Congress sent the legislation
00:02:02.540 For a brand new $1.2 trillion bill
00:02:07.100 Funding the government through the fiscal year
00:02:09.280 The Republicans caved
00:02:12.060 The Democrats don't seem to care at all about spending
00:02:16.280 This is the 12th now spending bill
00:02:19.580 That the President has signed
00:02:21.820 $1.2 trillion dollars
00:02:23.860 And what a surprise
00:02:25.480 Just an hour or so after he signs the bill
00:02:29.360 It's crazy
00:02:30.420 Something is released by the federal government
00:02:34.620 On a Saturday
00:02:35.560 They made a big announcement
00:02:37.100 Gee, what could that announcement be?
00:02:39.240 We'll show you in 60 seconds
00:02:41.740 It's also no coincidence
00:02:43.440 That they held this
00:02:45.120 Until after the bill
00:02:46.960 Let me tell you about relief factor
00:02:48.920 If you are living with pain in your life
00:02:50.580 I bet you're getting tired of having to give things up
00:02:52.880 Everybody else around you just blast through their day
00:02:55.440 Like it's nothing
00:02:56.180 And there you are
00:02:57.400 Having to catch up with them
00:03:01.340 Because you hurt
00:03:02.920 I know what it's like to feel pain
00:03:04.900 I know what it's like to push through
00:03:06.420 And just, you know
00:03:08.960 Stop thinking about it
00:03:10.260 Stop thinking about it
00:03:11.140 Uh-huh
00:03:11.440 And being really frustrated
00:03:13.440 After doing everything you were supposed to do
00:03:15.660 Going to doctor after doctor
00:03:16.900 And you just can't find the solution
00:03:18.440 I found relief factor

00:03:42.020 So give it a try
00:03:43.240 Relieffactor.com
00:03:44.540 Relieffactor.com
00:03:45.640 1-800
00:03:46.120 The number four
00:03:47.560 Relief
00:03:48.500 So after they signed
00:03:53.420 The new budget deal
00:03:54.500 President Joe Biden's
00:03:57.100 Department of Justice
00:03:58.120 Unveiled a brand new entity
00:04:00.300 That will train state
00:04:02.720 And local officials
00:04:03.940 On procedures
00:04:05.460 To apply red flag laws
00:04:08.100 To confiscate firearms
00:04:09.800 From gun owners
00:04:11.580 Who are a threat to themselves
00:04:13.700 Or to others
00:04:14.900 Now I want you to understand
00:04:16.600 This is not something
00:04:17.880 That has passed through Congress
00:04:20.140 These red flag laws
00:04:22.560 Have been going up for states
00:04:24.180 And the federal government
00:04:25.600 Has been offering people
00:04:27.600 Help and advice
00:04:28.960 And lots of money
00:04:30.700 If they will join
00:04:31.640 So the Department of Justice
00:04:34.400 Announced on Saturday
00:04:35.980 The creation of the
00:04:37.620 National Extreme Risk
00:04:39.500 Protection Order
00:04:40.760 Resource Center
00:04:42.000 That's going to be hard
00:04:43.240 To get that whole thing
00:04:44.220 Over the door
00:04:45.000 Of the building
00:04:45.620 I'm just saying
00:04:46.600 It's not real catchy
00:04:47.640 The National Extreme Risk
00:04:51.140 Protection Order
00:04:52.360 Resource Center
00:04:53.780 The entity is just going to be called
00:04:57.140 The Center
00:04:58.360 The National Extreme Risk
00:05:01.400 Protection Order
00:05:02.380 Resource Center
00:05:03.280 Will provide training
00:05:04.740 And technical assistance
00:05:06.680 To law enforcement
00:05:08.080 Officials
00:05:09.040 Prosecutors
00:05:10.240 Attorneys
00:05:10.840 Judges
00:05:11.460 Clinicians
00:05:12.600 Victim services
00:05:14.420 Social service providers
00:05:15.960 Community organizations
00:05:17.540 Behavioral health professionals
00:05:19.820 Responsible for implementing laws
00:05:21.940 Designed to keep guns
00:05:23.300 Out of the hands of people
00:05:24.860 Who pose a threat
00:05:25.620 To themselves or others
00:05:26.700 That's all from the website
00:05:29.040 That's what they do
00:05:30.360 They're just going to provide
00:05:31.680 Training
00:05:32.540 And technical assistance
00:05:34.340 And money
00:05:35.360 What was that last one?
00:05:39.120 And behavioral health professionals
00:05:41.940 Responsible for implementing laws
00:05:45.940 Designed to keep guns
00:05:47.920 Out of the hands of people
00:05:48.880 Who pose a threat
00:05:50.120 To themselves or others
00:05:50.980 So these are laws
00:05:53.240 Not simple guidelines
00:05:54.400 These are laws
00:05:55.740 And they are being implemented
00:05:57.820 By behavioral health professionals
00:06:00.400 Who are responsible for those laws
00:06:03.500 Oh
00:06:04.300 I don't remember
00:06:05.840 Stu
00:06:06.520 Who did you vote for
00:06:07.720 On your behavioral health professionals
00:06:10.120 That are responsible for these laws?
00:06:12.180 Which one did you vote for?
00:06:13.980 You know
00:06:14.700 I don't remember
00:06:15.600 There were so many good candidates this year
00:06:17.860 I know
00:06:19.180 We had more candidates
00:06:20.620 And yet we ended up with these losers
00:06:22.600 The DOJ said in a statement
00:06:25.460 The ERPO laws
00:06:27.820 Which are modeled off
00:06:29.160 Domestic violence protection orders
00:06:32.820 Create a civil process
00:06:35.060 Allowing law enforcement
00:06:36.660 Family members in most states
00:06:38.620 And medical professionals
00:06:40.720 Or other groups in some states
00:06:43.240 To petition a court
00:06:44.640 To temporarily prohibit
00:06:46.060 Someone from harming themselves
00:06:47.760 Or others
00:06:48.360 From purchasing
00:06:49.620 Or possessing firearms
00:06:51.620 For the duration of the order
00:06:53.900 Now
00:06:55.140 The National Extreme Risk Protection Order
00:06:58.400 Resource Center's website
00:07:00.140 Declares that it will provide
00:07:02.460 Training and technical assistance
00:07:03.880 Such as
00:07:04.780 The development and dissemination
00:07:08.460 Of training for ERPO stakeholders
00:07:11.240 Stakeholders
00:07:11.840 Stu are you a stakeholder
00:07:13.520 In this law?
00:07:14.280 Because I
00:07:14.680 They didn't
00:07:16.340 They didn't consult me
00:07:17.600 Or my representative
00:07:19.040 Just
00:07:19.760 My understanding is
00:07:21.880 You do not need to be consulted
00:07:23.760 To be a stakeholder
00:07:25.260 You sort of
00:07:26.340 Just forced into that life
00:07:27.620 Yeah
00:07:27.980 Yeah okay
00:07:28.800 Because your representative
00:07:30.080 Is supposed to
00:07:31.160 Represent you
00:07:32.980 This is the way
00:07:33.780 Stakeholder
00:07:34.280 We're not making this up
00:07:35.380 This is the way
00:07:35.860 The stakeholder system works
00:07:37.280 You have your vote
00:07:39.060 That's it
00:07:41.240 You have your vote
00:07:43.180 Now you voted for a representative
00:07:45.180 And sorry
00:07:46.920 But this one
00:07:48.600 Didn't even go through Congress
00:07:50.160 So you know
00:07:51.100 This just went through
00:07:53.940 The Department of Justice
00:07:55.380 Okay
00:07:56.660 So the development and dissemination
00:07:58.260 Of trainings for ERPO stakeholders
00:08:00.860 Support for states and local jurisdictions
00:08:04.720 To implement ERPO programs
00:08:09.400 Facilitation of peer-to-peer engagement
00:08:12.800 With model ERPO learning sites
00:08:16.160 Delivery of presentations and webinars
00:08:19.260 To advance states and localities' knowledge
00:08:22.260 On key ERPO topics
00:08:24.640 Now the red flag laws
00:08:27.100 Allow the government
00:08:29.060 To confiscate firearms
00:08:32.960 From legal gun owners
00:08:35.360 Without due process
00:08:37.760 Wait a minute
00:08:38.360 Hang on just a second
00:08:39.360 I just saw something up here
00:08:43.160 ERPO laws
00:08:45.400 Which are modeled after domestic
00:08:46.820 Create a civil process
00:08:49.420 Allowing law enforcement
00:08:50.680 Family members
00:08:51.420 And medical professions
00:08:52.380 It states to petition a court
00:08:54.140 To temporarily prohibit
00:08:55.120 Someone risking harm to themselves
00:08:56.800 So wouldn't that
00:08:59.040 Be
00:09:00.260 Because I gotta go to court
00:09:02.820 I guess they're not modeling
00:09:04.560 After that
00:09:05.760 Right
00:09:06.180 I don't even get to face
00:09:08.420 My accuser
00:09:09.340 Oh
00:09:10.240 That's an interesting
00:09:11.920 Piece of democracy
00:09:13.240 I don't recall
00:09:14.180 Ever seeing before
00:09:15.200 So I don't
00:09:16.580 Get to go to court
00:09:17.520 My accuser
00:09:19.600 And the ERPO people
00:09:21.640 Are just gonna come to my house
00:09:23.700 And take my gun
00:09:25.420 Because somebody has said
00:09:27.620 I am a danger to myself
00:09:29.420 Or to the community
00:09:30.700 And I have no due process
00:09:33.960 Huh
00:09:35.860 That's interesting
00:09:37.240 The DOJ press release said
00:09:40.240 21 states and the District of Columbia
00:09:42.900 So shockingly
00:09:44.660 Have enacted ERPO laws
00:09:47.120 The White House
00:09:48.440 The White House noted
00:09:48.740 That only six of the states
00:09:50.240 That implemented ERPO laws
00:09:52.040 Have utilized federal funds
00:09:53.760 From the bipartisan
00:09:54.660 Safer Communities Act
00:09:56.860 Which offers
00:09:57.960 750 million dollars
00:10:00.420 For red flag programs
00:10:02.780 Medical health courts
00:10:04.760 Love those medical health courts
00:10:06.540 Drug courts
00:10:07.840 And even
00:10:09.120 Veteran treatment courts
00:10:10.900 Veteran treatment courts
00:10:13.000 Man do you remember
00:10:14.620 When the government
00:10:15.300 Was pushing
00:10:16.200 That you
00:10:16.900 You would get out
00:10:18.020 And you'd get more money
00:10:19.220 From the VA
00:10:20.940 You'd get special treatment
00:10:22.380 From the VA
00:10:23.100 If you would just say
00:10:24.320 That you had some
00:10:25.020 PSDD
00:10:26.600 Is that it?
00:10:27.900 PTSD
00:10:28.440 Remember that?
00:10:30.200 If you claimed
00:10:31.060 PTSD
00:10:31.820 You'd get extra benefits
00:10:34.200 So a lot of guys
00:10:35.300 Were like
00:10:35.580 Yeah I'm gonna do that
00:10:36.760 And I remember saying
00:10:37.740 On the air
00:10:38.040 Don't do that
00:10:39.020 Because now
00:10:40.440 You're marking yourself
00:10:41.580 As unstable
00:10:42.700 And if you're unstable
00:10:44.660 All the government
00:10:45.980 Has to do is say
00:10:47.000 Anybody
00:10:47.480 Who you know
00:10:49.220 Claim to have
00:10:49.840 PTSD
00:10:50.840 Well gosh darn it
00:10:52.740 They can't have their guns
00:10:53.880 Because they might
00:10:54.960 Harm themselves
00:10:55.880 Or others
00:10:56.620 Oh my gosh
00:10:58.700 Now the
00:11:00.200 National Extreme Risk
00:11:02.040 Protection Order
00:11:02.900 Resource Center
00:11:03.580 Is a collaboration
00:11:05.220 It is a public
00:11:07.480 Private partnership
00:11:09.040 Between Johns Hopkins
00:11:11.240 Center for Gun
00:11:12.380 Violence Solutions
00:11:13.380 And the
00:11:14.780 U.S.
00:11:15.200 Department of Justice
00:11:16.060 And the Bureau
00:11:17.600 Of Justice Assistance
00:11:19.280 I don't even know
00:11:21.140 What justice
00:11:21.860 Assistance is
00:11:23.300 But I'm sure
00:11:25.100 That you know
00:11:25.900 It's all great
00:11:26.960 And full of great
00:11:27.580 People
00:11:27.900 The Attorney General
00:11:29.640 Told us

00:11:41.980 To themselves
00:11:42.420 And others
00:11:42.840 The establishment
00:11:43.860 Of the center

00:11:56.400 Communities
00:11:57.180 From gun
00:11:57.920 Violence
00:11:58.380 Now I don't
00:11:59.420 Know about you
00:12:00.200 But when
00:12:01.620 When that
00:12:02.580 Safer Communities
00:12:04.140 Act
00:12:04.660 Was passed
00:12:05.840 I remember
00:12:07.040 A lot of
00:12:07.900 Talk about
00:12:08.620 Hey that's
00:12:09.740 Going to lead
00:12:10.240 To a giant
00:12:11.500 New organization
00:12:12.780 That is going
00:12:14.580 To be working
00:12:15.380 With a hospital
00:12:16.520 By the way
00:12:17.660 The very first
00:12:18.900 German progressive
00:12:20.080 Hospital
00:12:20.780 It's John Hopkins
00:12:22.420 That started
00:12:23.440 It all kids
00:12:24.380 So they're
00:12:26.680 Working with
00:12:27.220 John Hopkins
00:12:28.020 To define
00:12:29.620 What people
00:12:31.360 Should be
00:12:31.780 Looking for
00:12:32.580 And that way
00:12:33.960 They can just
00:12:35.440 Take your gun
00:12:36.100 Away
00:12:36.480 Without any
00:12:38.080 Kind of due
00:12:38.640 Process
00:12:39.060 I think this
00:12:40.200 Is good
00:12:40.760 I think this
00:12:41.640 Is good
00:12:42.000 Now the story
00:12:43.380 Does say that
00:12:44.040 Conservatives
00:12:44.640 Have been bashing
00:12:45.720 The center
00:12:46.300 As a new
00:12:48.080 Version of
00:12:48.600 Government overreach
00:12:49.640 That attempts
00:12:50.160 To infringe
00:12:50.700 On the second
00:12:51.260 Amendment rights
00:12:51.860 Stu
00:12:52.360 How could
00:12:53.160 These people
00:12:53.780 Think these
00:12:54.640 Conservatives
00:12:55.540 Think that
00:12:56.000 This is
00:12:56.400 Government overreach
00:12:59.560 Attempting to
00:13:00.260 Infringe on the
00:13:01.180 Second amendment
00:13:01.920 Rights
00:13:02.480 You know
00:13:04.080 These conspiracy
00:13:04.980 Theorists
00:13:05.840 This is what
00:13:06.700 They do
00:13:07.000 Every time
00:13:07.880 You know
00:13:08.460 And you
00:13:08.800 Would know
00:13:09.860 Wait what do
00:13:12.020 You mean
00:13:12.380 Because your

00:13:14.660 It wasn't me
00:13:15.500 I don't know
00:13:16.260 What you're talking
00:13:16.720 About
00:13:16.920 He's the real
00:13:17.540 Danger

00:17:50.400 how was
00:17:50.660 your

00:17:50.920 you know
00:17:52.340 it was
00:17:52.540 good
00:17:52.900 it was
00:17:56.220 and
00:17:56.940 it was
00:17:57.640 nice
00:17:58.060 and peaceful
00:17:58.640 and then
00:17:59.020 every time
00:17:59.500 I looked
00:17:59.920 at the

00:18:00.540 that
00:18:01.160 peace

00:18:15.320 of
00:18:15.440 his

00:18:16.460 have
00:18:16.640 to
00:18:16.760 worry
00:18:17.020 about
00:18:17.340 going
00:18:17.960 bankrupt
00:18:18.420 actually
00:18:20.160 I
00:18:20.400 want to
00:18:20.620 talk
00:18:20.780 about
00:18:20.920 that
00:18:21.060 a
00:18:21.160 little
00:18:26.220 declaring
00:18:27.880 bankruptcy
00:18:28.380 I mean
00:18:28.640 it'd be
00:18:28.860 a hassle
00:18:29.360 but
00:18:29.980 declaring
00:18:30.420 bankruptcy
00:18:31.020 everybody
00:18:32.640 in America
00:18:33.360 you're
00:18:33.840 gonna
00:18:33.980 bankrupt
00:18:34.520 the guy
00:18:34.980 now
00:18:35.340 really
00:18:36.220 I
00:18:37.920 mean
00:18:38.080 it
00:18:38.280 doesn't
00:18:38.960 sound
00:18:39.180 very
00:18:39.420 Trumpian
00:18:40.040 no
00:18:41.300 it
00:18:41.500 doesn't
00:18:41.780 he
00:18:42.400 did
00:18:42.640 have
00:18:42.980 to
00:18:43.100 do
00:18:43.200 this
00:18:43.360 one
00:18:43.580 time
00:18:43.820 famously
00:18:44.240 back
00:18:44.520 in
00:18:44.620 the
00:18:44.720 day
00:18:44.940 but
00:18:45.120 it
00:18:45.220 was
00:18:45.340 with
00:18:45.520 his
00:18:45.660 company
00:18:46.000 not
00:18:46.260 personally
00:18:46.720 man
00:18:47.880 I
00:18:48.080 can't
00:18:48.540 imagine
00:18:48.920 him
00:18:49.180 doing
00:18:49.440 that
00:18:49.740 but
00:18:50.060 in
00:18:50.280 the
00:18:50.380 middle
00:18:50.520 of
00:18:50.640 a
00:18:50.740 campaign
00:18:51.060 but
00:18:51.460 why
00:18:52.640 not
00:18:53.200 this
00:18:53.460 isn't
00:18:53.720 his
00:18:53.940 fault
00:18:54.240 this
00:18:54.560 is
00:18:56.220 this
00:18:56.700 well
00:18:56.980 you
00:18:57.180 I
00:18:57.600 mean
00:18:57.780 yes
00:18:58.100 you're
00:18:58.320 right
00:18:58.580 it
00:18:59.060 is
00:18:59.280 he
00:18:59.480 did
00:18:59.880 open
00:19:00.140 his
00:19:00.340 mouth
00:19:00.620 but
00:19:01.320 a
00:19:01.980 454
00:19:03.260 million
00:19:03.920 dollar
00:19:04.460 judgment
00:19:05.520 on
00:19:05.960 that
00:19:06.300 come
00:19:06.680 on
00:19:07.000 oh
00:19:07.300 no
00:19:07.420 he's
00:19:07.720 ever
00:19:08.000 seen
00:19:08.300 anything
00:19:08.580 like
00:19:08.920 that
00:19:09.120 I
00:19:09.220 mean
00:19:09.300 I
00:19:09.420 think
00:19:09.580 you're
00:19:09.760 right
00:19:09.980 in
00:19:10.120 that
00:19:10.300 you
00:19:10.720 know
00:19:10.960 the
00:19:11.480 all
00:19:11.720 these
00:19:11.940 penalties
00:19:12.260 are
00:19:12.460 completely
00:19:12.840 ridiculous
00:19:13.320 when
00:19:13.540 you
00:19:13.660 say
00:19:13.960 I
00:19:14.360 think
00:19:14.540 what
00:19:14.760 you're
00:19:14.900 referring
00:19:15.160 to
00:19:15.360 when
00:19:15.520 he
00:19:15.780 opened
00:19:16.120 his
00:19:16.300 mouth
00:19:16.500 is
00:19:16.680 the
00:19:16.940 Eugene
00:19:17.300 Carroll
00:19:17.680 thing
00:19:18.080 which
00:19:18.480 yes
00:19:18.840 probably
00:19:19.400 could have
00:19:19.780 avoided
00:19:20.160 about
00:19:20.480 80
00:19:20.800 million
00:19:21.140 dollars
00:19:21.540 here
00:19:21.800 if
00:19:22.000 he
00:19:22.320 just
00:19:22.580 decided
00:19:23.060 not
00:19:23.400 to
00:19:23.640 continue
00:19:24.080 talking
00:19:24.380 about
00:19:24.700 her
00:19:24.820 what
00:19:25.700 was
00:19:25.940 the
00:19:26.140 400
00:19:27.060 and
00:19:27.400 this
00:19:27.700 was
00:19:27.840 on
00:19:27.960 his
00:19:28.100 business
00:19:28.760 that
00:19:29.040 was
00:19:29.160 the
00:19:29.280 letitia
00:19:29.640 james
00:19:30.040 was
00:19:30.180 the
00:19:30.300 400
00:19:30.740 million
00:19:31.120 gosh
00:19:31.460 that's
00:19:31.780 right
00:19:32.180 that's
00:19:32.620 the
00:19:32.800 German
00:19:33.280 bank
00:19:33.860 testifying
00:19:35.220 there
00:19:36.000 will
00:19:36.240 no
00:19:36.580 no
00:19:37.460 victims
00:19:38.020 here
00:19:38.280 which
00:19:38.740 Germans
00:19:39.460 can't
00:19:40.160 say
00:19:40.340 that
00:19:40.580 very
00:19:40.860 often
00:19:41.120 you
00:19:41.880 know
00:19:42.120 there's
00:19:42.680 no
00:19:42.860 victims
00:19:43.220 no
00:19:43.660 victims
00:19:44.160 he
00:19:45.580 paid
00:19:45.940 the
00:19:46.100 money
00:19:46.260 back
00:19:46.640 they
00:19:46.820 took
00:19:49.400 even
00:19:49.580 more
00:19:49.960 egregious
00:19:50.560 it
00:19:50.740 really
00:19:51.340 is
00:19:51.740 I
00:19:52.000 mean
00:19:52.160 and
00:19:52.600 the
00:19:53.000 worst
00:19:53.380 part
00:19:53.620 about
00:19:53.820 this
00:19:54.080 and
00:19:54.340 it's
00:19:54.640 really
00:19:54.980 tough
00:19:55.260 on
00:19:55.420 Trump
00:19:55.700 in
00:19:55.860 that
00:19:56.080 he
00:19:56.860 is
00:19:57.220 I
00:19:57.880 think
00:19:58.120 he
00:19:58.240 has
00:19:58.680 a
00:19:58.800 really
00:19:59.200 good
00:19:59.440 chance
00:19:59.760 of
00:19:59.880 getting
00:20:00.080 this
00:20:00.400 overturned
00:20:01.180 or
00:20:01.280 at
00:20:01.440 least
00:20:01.600 minimized
00:20:02.320 when
00:20:02.880 it
00:20:03.000 comes
00:20:03.340 to
00:20:03.680 appeal
00:20:04.100 it's
00:20:04.660 not
00:20:04.860 like
00:20:05.140 he
00:20:05.600 has
00:20:05.740 a
00:20:05.920 0%
00:20:06.980 chance
00:20:07.400 of
00:20:07.560 winning
00:20:07.820 this
00:20:08.240 as
00:20:08.560 it
00:20:08.660 rolls
00:20:09.240 for
00:20:09.380 the
00:20:09.500 court
00:20:09.660 I
00:20:09.780 think
00:20:09.880 he's
00:20:10.000 got
00:20:10.100 a
00:20:10.200 really
00:20:10.360 good
00:20:10.620 chance
00:20:10.940 and
00:20:11.640 like
00:20:11.800 I
00:20:11.880 just
00:20:12.020 keep
00:20:12.160 coming
00:20:12.360 back
00:20:12.620 to
00:20:12.740 this
00:20:12.920 idea
00:20:13.480 that
00:20:13.700 we
00:20:13.820 now
00:20:14.020 have
00:20:14.200 this
00:20:14.400 the
00:20:15.040 Democratic
00:20:15.340 Party
00:20:15.680 which
00:20:16.180 is
00:20:16.340 running
00:20:16.580 its
00:20:16.780 entire
00:20:17.120 campaign
00:20:17.540 basically
00:20:17.980 saying
00:20:18.380 we
00:20:18.940 are
00:20:19.320 the
00:20:19.720 saviors
00:20:20.260 of
00:20:20.440 democracy
00:20:21.000 but
00:20:21.740 look
00:20:22.160 at
00:20:22.260 all
00:20:22.360 the
00:20:22.460 things
00:20:22.680 they're
00:20:22.820 doing
00:20:23.000 right
00:20:23.160 now
00:20:23.320 they're
00:20:23.740 trying
00:20:24.020 to
00:20:24.160 throw
00:20:24.320 their
00:20:24.600 opponent
00:20:25.300 in
00:20:25.500 prison
00:20:25.740 they're
00:20:26.260 trying
00:20:26.480 to
00:20:26.580 get
00:20:26.680 him
00:20:26.780 taken
00:20:27.040 off
00:20:27.360 the
00:20:27.540 ballot
00:20:28.060 they're
00:20:28.480 trying
00:20:28.720 to
00:20:28.900 personally
00:20:29.360 bankrupt
00:20:29.860 him
00:20:30.180 they
00:20:30.700 are
00:20:30.840 also
00:20:31.100 things
00:20:31.440 that
00:20:31.640 Vladimir
00:20:32.000 Putin
00:20:32.360 has
00:20:41.640 are
00:20:41.820 denying
00:20:42.400 secret
00:20:42.860 service
00:20:43.280 protection
00:20:43.800 to
00:20:44.420 RFK
00:20:44.940 Jr.
00:20:45.420 who
00:20:45.560 basically
00:20:46.140 every
00:20:46.540 other
00:20:46.840 family
00:20:47.220 member
00:20:47.620 that he
00:20:48.720 has
00:20:49.180 has been
00:20:49.520 assassinated
00:20:50.140 or at least
00:20:50.680 attempted
00:20:50.980 I think
00:20:51.380 even if
00:20:51.840 you have
00:20:52.160 a good
00:20:52.520 smile
00:20:53.120 or big
00:20:53.780 teeth
00:20:54.300 those
00:20:55.060 people
00:20:55.360 are in
00:20:55.760 danger
00:20:56.140 so
00:20:57.180 it's
00:20:57.880 like
00:20:58.020 they
00:20:58.160 kill
00:20:58.460 all
00:20:58.760 the
00:20:58.980 Kennedys
00:20:59.360 I
00:20:59.700 don't
00:20:59.800 know
00:20:59.960 he
00:21:00.100 might
00:21:00.300 be
00:21:00.440 a
00:21:00.600 Kennedy
00:21:00.820 look
00:21:01.300 at
00:21:01.380 his
00:21:01.540 teeth
00:21:01.980 the
00:21:02.660 man
00:21:04.140 needs
00:21:04.440 secret
00:21:04.760 service
00:21:05.160 detail
00:21:05.680 pretty
00:21:06.100 much
00:21:06.380 every
00:21:06.760 Kennedy
00:21:07.120 has
00:21:07.360 either
00:21:07.660 been
00:21:07.940 assassinated
00:21:08.560 attempted
00:21:08.980 to be
00:21:09.300 assassinated
00:21:09.980 or has
00:21:10.520 committed
00:21:10.780 some
00:21:11.060 horrific
00:21:11.340 crime
00:21:11.700 against
00:21:12.080 someone
00:21:12.400 else
00:21:12.700 some
00:21:13.380 will
00:21:14.580 qualify
00:21:14.880 for
00:21:15.080 multiple
00:21:15.500 parts
00:21:15.940 of that
00:21:16.260 group
00:21:16.580 with
00:21:17.280 some
00:21:17.800 of the
00:21:18.060 family
00:21:18.340 members
00:21:18.720 maybe
00:21:19.000 it
00:21:19.200 balances
00:21:19.580 itself
00:21:20.040 out
00:21:20.340 is that
00:21:20.600 what
00:21:20.760 you're
00:21:20.900 saying
00:21:21.220 very
00:21:21.480 balanced
00:21:21.820 family
00:21:22.160 if you
00:21:22.380 look at
00:21:22.580 the
00:21:22.680 whole
00:21:22.860 you
00:21:23.140 just
00:21:23.280 have
00:21:23.420 to do
00:21:23.640 a lot
00:21:23.860 of
00:21:23.980 averaging
00:21:24.380 to get
00:21:24.820 there
00:21:25.060 but then
00:21:26.520 you
00:21:26.880 also
00:21:27.540 have
00:21:27.880 go back
00:21:28.400 to
00:21:28.640 the
00:21:29.000 primary
00:21:30.160 where
00:21:31.080 they
00:21:31.240 did
00:21:31.380 everything
00:21:31.680 they
00:21:31.900 can
00:21:32.180 to
00:21:32.360 change
00:21:32.800 could
00:21:33.160 to
00:21:33.520 change
00:21:33.820 the
00:21:34.020 rules
00:21:34.360 and
00:21:34.560 make
00:21:34.780 it
00:21:34.920 difficult
00:21:35.280 for
00:21:35.520 anyone
00:21:35.780 to
00:21:35.980 challenge
00:21:36.320 him
00:21:36.780 in
00:21:36.920 a
00:21:37.020 primary
00:21:37.380 and
00:21:38.180 he
00:21:38.960 wouldn't
00:21:39.320 even
00:21:39.760 debate
00:21:41.060 his
00:21:41.740 primary
00:21:42.140 opponents
00:21:42.680 I mean
00:21:43.300 how is
00:21:43.700 this
00:21:43.880 the
00:21:44.100 face
00:21:44.500 of
00:21:44.660 democracy
00:21:45.280 they're
00:21:45.960 trying
00:21:46.240 to do
00:21:46.480 everything
00:21:46.860 they can
00:21:47.540 to have
00:21:48.100 a ballot
00:21:48.560 for you
00:21:49.020 that has
00:21:49.400 one
00:21:49.760 name
00:21:50.080 on it
00:21:50.460 that is
00:21:51.300 not
00:21:51.620 democracy
00:21:52.380 and yet
00:21:52.980 that is
00:21:53.260 what
00:21:53.380 they're
00:21:53.620 attempting
00:21:53.900 we need
00:21:55.080 to go
00:21:55.300 you need
00:21:55.660 to go
00:21:55.980 over
00:21:56.300 to the
00:21:57.120 to the
00:21:58.980 museum
00:21:59.380 go over
00:22:00.000 to the
00:22:00.340 safe
00:22:00.620 ask
00:22:01.040 somebody
00:22:01.720 over
00:22:02.040 at
00:22:02.320 Mercury
00:22:02.700 one
00:22:03.020 to get
00:22:03.960 the
00:22:04.160 two
00:22:04.560 ballots
00:22:04.800 we have
00:22:05.380 for
00:22:05.680 Adolf
00:22:06.040 Hitler
00:22:06.320 the
00:22:06.960 early
00:22:07.340 one
00:22:07.780 and it
00:22:08.500 has
00:22:08.700 two
00:22:08.980 names
00:22:09.380 but
00:22:09.680 there's
00:22:09.960 something
00:22:10.200 special
00:22:10.620 about
00:22:10.900 it
00:22:11.080 and
00:22:11.440 the
00:22:11.580 later
00:22:11.820 one
00:22:12.180 that
00:22:12.660 just
00:22:13.000 has
00:22:13.280 his
00:22:13.520 name
00:22:13.880 I
00:22:15.140 mean
00:22:15.400 that's
00:22:15.900 really
00:22:16.220 what
00:22:16.480 we're
00:22:16.640 doing
00:22:16.940 that's
00:22:17.460 really
00:22:17.800 what
00:22:18.060 we're
00:22:18.220 doing
00:22:18.500 all right
00:22:19.580 more
00:22:20.160 in just

00:23:46.560 you'll save
00:23:47.220 20 bucks
00:23:47.840 from high
00:24:04.920 atop the
00:24:05.500 mountain west
00:24:06.440 hello it's
00:24:07.300 the glenn
00:24:07.840 beck program
00:24:08.440 i um
00:24:10.100 i want to
00:24:11.080 invite you
00:24:11.780 to uh
00:24:12.700 the ada
00:24:13.460 county
00:24:13.940 lincoln
00:24:14.380 day event
00:24:15.060 that's ada
00:24:15.600 county
00:24:15.940 idaho um
00:24:17.680 it's up by uh
00:24:18.760 it's up in
00:24:19.200 boise and i
00:24:20.840 am really
00:24:21.600 looking forward
00:24:22.160 to it i was
00:24:22.600 supposed to do
00:24:23.100 their lincoln
00:24:23.480 day dinner
00:24:24.020 and then uh
00:24:26.180 i didn't get a
00:24:27.980 chance to do it
00:24:28.700 because my
00:24:29.100 father-in-law
00:24:29.640 died so they
00:24:30.280 were kind
00:24:30.800 enough to
00:24:31.400 move that
00:24:32.160 to uh
00:24:33.300 this wednesday
00:24:34.240 and i've got a
00:24:35.860 i've got a lot
00:24:36.660 to say to both
00:24:37.820 the left and
00:24:38.440 the right
00:24:38.920 of the party
00:24:40.680 um because
00:24:41.980 this one is
00:24:43.600 one we all
00:24:44.580 have to come
00:24:45.200 together and
00:24:45.780 i i tell
00:24:46.880 you i you
00:24:47.340 know i've
00:24:47.600 had some
00:24:48.020 problems with
00:24:49.080 uh the
00:24:49.920 governor of
00:24:50.940 idaho in
00:24:51.800 the past
00:24:52.340 but hopefully
00:24:53.800 all those
00:24:54.480 things are
00:24:55.140 now passed
00:24:55.840 because we
00:24:56.460 have got to
00:24:57.100 unite find
00:24:58.540 our common
00:24:59.060 interests and
00:25:00.700 win and we
00:25:02.200 can't do it
00:25:02.860 unless we are
00:25:03.820 together so
00:25:05.020 um i hope
00:25:06.720 that uh he
00:25:07.560 attends i'm
00:25:08.800 not sure but
00:25:09.380 governor little
00:25:10.000 is um uh
00:25:12.880 you know a
00:25:13.360 guy who
00:25:13.960 has done
00:25:15.520 a lot
00:25:16.000 a he's
00:25:16.780 sent uh
00:25:17.920 people down
00:25:19.400 to the
00:25:19.660 texas border
00:25:20.400 which i
00:25:21.020 really appreciate
00:25:22.040 as a texan
00:25:22.920 he also just
00:25:24.100 signed the
00:25:24.620 medical uh
00:25:25.680 parental bill
00:25:26.260 of rights
00:25:26.760 which if you
00:25:28.240 don't have
00:25:28.740 one in your
00:25:29.320 state you
00:25:30.140 need to get
00:25:30.880 one uh
00:25:31.980 all medical
00:25:33.080 procedures
00:25:33.640 conversations
00:25:34.960 vaccinations
00:25:35.980 mental health
00:25:37.400 including no
00:25:39.480 more transition
00:25:40.220 talks at
00:25:40.900 school without
00:25:41.460 the knowledge
00:25:41.960 of parents
00:25:42.580 and parents
00:25:43.780 uh are to
00:25:45.280 direct the
00:25:46.020 medical future
00:25:47.280 of their
00:25:48.300 kids and he
00:25:50.380 just signed
00:25:50.860 that in a
00:25:51.360 lot by the
00:25:51.880 way it also
00:25:52.820 provided a
00:25:54.000 private right
00:25:54.760 of action
00:25:55.300 uh and
00:25:56.800 i'll tell
00:25:57.600 you uh
00:25:58.060 um
00:25:59.680 the people
00:26:03.020 that were
00:26:03.520 fighting against
00:26:04.980 this
00:26:05.420 it's it's
00:26:06.400 amazing how
00:26:07.220 hard they
00:26:08.040 are pushing
00:26:08.500 back
00:26:08.940 um
00:26:10.200 and uh
00:26:11.780 barbara
00:26:12.840 erhart
00:26:13.220 and others
00:26:14.200 uh
00:26:14.960 barbara is
00:26:15.540 the one who
00:26:16.020 i think
00:26:17.020 put this bill
00:26:17.820 through
00:26:18.220 and um
00:26:19.880 everybody came
00:26:21.000 together thank
00:26:21.620 god
00:26:22.020 you know
00:26:22.880 tough tough
00:26:23.460 fight
00:26:23.760 and governor
00:26:24.700 little signed
00:26:25.300 it and i'm
00:26:26.020 grateful for that
00:26:26.760 so i hope
00:26:27.720 to uh i hope
00:26:28.540 to see you at
00:26:29.100 the lincoln day
00:26:29.700 dinner if you
00:26:30.440 are anywhere
00:26:30.900 near uh
00:26:31.580 boise idaho
00:26:32.280 i'd love to
00:26:33.200 see you it's
00:26:33.620 on wednesday
00:26:34.420 night you're
00:26:35.660 just gonna have
00:26:36.100 to look it up
00:26:36.520 because i
00:26:36.800 they didn't
00:26:38.480 they didn't
00:26:39.520 tell me how
00:26:40.000 to buy tickets
00:26:40.620 because i
00:26:41.020 i didn't need
00:26:42.240 to buy tickets
00:26:42.900 so uh
00:26:44.120 we'll see you
00:26:44.620 wednesday night
00:26:45.260 um all right
00:26:46.140 we've been
00:26:46.520 talking this
00:26:47.140 morning about
00:26:48.420 this new
00:26:49.340 super super
00:26:50.280 classic thing
00:26:51.240 that i think
00:26:51.780 everybody's gonna
00:26:52.500 love uh
00:26:53.800 the national
00:26:55.200 extreme risk
00:26:56.360 protection order
00:26:57.640 resource center
00:26:59.120 it opened on
00:27:00.440 saturday that's
00:27:01.480 when they
00:27:01.780 announced it
00:27:02.440 it was weird
00:27:03.280 because it was
00:27:03.740 like all ready
00:27:04.460 to go you
00:27:05.240 know um
00:27:06.420 and again maybe
00:27:07.440 they were just
00:27:07.980 too busy looking
00:27:08.720 at that 1.2
00:27:09.800 trillion dollar
00:27:10.480 bill that they
00:27:11.560 wanted to jam
00:27:12.300 through that had
00:27:13.040 all kinds of
00:27:13.880 favors for
00:27:14.460 everybody in it
00:27:15.220 um but they
00:27:17.200 pushed that
00:27:17.680 through and then
00:27:18.260 right after they
00:27:18.900 were like oh
00:27:19.400 you know what
00:27:20.160 we forgot we
00:27:21.820 should in
00:27:23.400 introduced to the
00:27:24.200 american people
00:27:25.080 strangely on a
00:27:26.120 saturday about
00:27:27.400 the national
00:27:28.140 extreme risk
00:27:28.960 protection order
00:27:29.800 resource center
00:27:30.580 where they can
00:27:31.840 take away your
00:27:32.420 gun rights
00:27:33.000 without any
00:27:33.800 due process
00:27:34.620 uh and it's a
00:27:35.980 public private
00:27:36.620 partnership so
00:27:37.520 you know if the
00:27:38.280 government can't
00:27:39.060 do something
00:27:39.720 it's okay the
00:27:40.780 private sector
00:27:41.520 can do it
00:27:42.040 john hopkins
00:27:42.840 you know the
00:27:43.700 first progressive
00:27:44.340 uh university and
00:27:45.620 hospital in the
00:27:46.360 united states
00:27:47.040 uh you know
00:27:47.900 that good german
00:27:48.700 stock you know
00:27:50.020 uh right around
00:27:51.100 the turn of the
00:27:51.760 century you
00:27:52.800 wanted to be
00:27:53.600 hanging out
00:27:54.160 with the
00:27:54.440 eugenics uh
00:27:55.500 team that
00:27:56.400 were german
00:27:57.000 uh and then
00:27:58.620 the good you
00:27:59.460 know eugenics
00:28:00.120 people that
00:28:00.600 were american
00:28:01.320 man all those
00:28:02.260 doctors got
00:28:02.860 together johns
00:28:03.600 hopkins and
00:28:04.480 what a difference
00:28:05.120 they made you
00:28:06.140 know what a
00:28:07.000 difference they
00:28:07.680 made so now
00:28:09.100 they're kind of
00:28:10.020 the public private
00:28:10.680 partnership and
00:28:11.280 the government's
00:28:11.760 just going to do
00:28:12.280 what they say
00:28:12.960 because you
00:28:14.100 know whatever
00:28:14.620 the rules are
00:28:15.740 that they say
00:28:16.640 because they're
00:28:17.280 experts are you
00:28:18.020 an expert you
00:28:19.260 don't know let
00:28:20.520 me go to jerry
00:28:21.180 in texas hello
00:28:22.000 jerry hi ben
00:28:24.420 hi glenn how
00:28:25.080 are you
00:28:25.920 well i'm good
00:28:27.160 i'm good i guess
00:28:28.320 sorry i called
00:28:29.140 you ben i'm just
00:28:30.540 a little nervous
00:28:31.660 here i don't be
00:28:32.980 nervous thanks
00:28:34.080 what's going on
00:28:34.820 here with this is
00:28:35.740 not only is this
00:28:36.540 against the second
00:28:37.340 amendment we all
00:28:38.040 we all know what
00:28:38.840 the second amendment
00:28:39.560 reads it's also
00:28:40.940 against it's also
00:28:41.980 against the fourth
00:28:43.000 amendment it's also
00:28:44.480 against the fifth
00:28:45.340 amendment it's also
00:28:46.640 against the seventh
00:28:47.440 amendment and the
00:28:48.820 eighth amendment and
00:28:50.100 the fourteenth
00:28:50.720 amendment and i
00:28:53.200 can read them if
00:28:53.980 you want me to but
00:28:54.700 it's going to take
00:28:55.200 a while and i'm
00:28:56.060 not a fast reader
00:28:56.920 no i we'll get
00:28:58.960 we'll get the we'll
00:28:59.920 get that out because
00:29:00.480 you're exactly right
00:29:01.380 you're exactly right
00:29:02.800 it is not just one
00:29:03.720 amendment but this
00:29:04.520 this is the way they
00:29:05.560 operate now they
00:29:07.220 they don't care about
00:29:08.000 any of the bill of
00:29:08.860 rights amendments
00:29:09.460 those the amendments
00:29:11.040 to the constitution
00:29:12.200 were put there by
00:29:13.320 the founders after
00:29:14.880 they put the
00:29:16.220 constitution together
00:29:17.280 a year later they're
00:29:18.320 like you know what
00:29:19.160 there's gonna be a
00:29:20.080 lot of stupid
00:29:20.880 people that are
00:29:21.540 gonna be running
00:29:21.980 through congress
00:29:22.660 and as president
00:29:23.920 we let's just make
00:29:25.580 this super super
00:29:26.560 clear that the
00:29:28.160 government that's
00:29:28.940 run by that
00:29:29.640 constitution right
00:29:30.720 over there cannot
00:29:32.260 ever do any of
00:29:34.480 these things because
00:29:35.960 that's tyranny and
00:29:39.020 you're right it's not
00:29:40.500 just one amendment
00:29:41.140 all of them all of
00:29:43.340 them are being
00:29:43.980 violated on a daily
00:29:45.780 basis and nobody
00:29:46.940 seems to care
00:29:47.880 all right let me
00:29:50.220 go to Kenny in
00:29:51.660 Indiana hello
00:29:52.360 Kenny hey Glenn
00:29:54.780 you know when you
00:29:56.940 were talking about
00:29:57.640 Nurpork or whatever
00:29:59.500 that agency you said
00:30:00.780 I had a long name
00:30:01.560 and probably couldn't
00:30:02.280 sit it over the door
00:30:03.080 so I kind of made
00:30:04.800 an acronym there
00:30:05.600 yes when you were
00:30:06.740 talking about it I
00:30:07.660 went from
00:30:08.080 entertainment to
00:30:08.800 enlightenment a
00:30:09.660 bulb went off in my
00:30:10.600 head and I thought
00:30:11.340 oh my gosh I'm one
00:30:13.520 of those crazy people
00:30:14.340 they'd have to take
00:30:14.960 my gun away from
00:30:15.760 me because several
00:30:17.620 years ago I had
00:30:19.080 tinnitus or whatever
00:30:20.500 you know the hearing
00:30:21.300 condition tinnitus
00:30:22.520 yeah started to
00:30:23.820 develop and so I
00:30:24.900 went to a couple
00:30:25.860 specialists and you
00:30:28.060 know they tested me
00:30:28.900 in this and I filled
00:30:30.480 out this survey and
00:30:31.960 it was like just the
00:30:33.040 front of one page and
00:30:34.040 it had smiley faces
00:30:34.960 and frowny faces you
00:30:36.140 had the circle I feel
00:30:37.580 depressed today you
00:30:39.700 know scale of one to
00:30:40.520 five I feel like
00:30:42.320 harming myself or
00:30:43.280 others and I remember
00:30:44.480 filling out that
00:30:45.120 survey thinking this
00:30:46.280 is weird why do
00:30:47.260 they need to know
00:30:47.840 this and then fast
00:30:49.380 forward a couple of
00:30:50.140 years ago I was
00:30:51.020 taking Tylenol a lot
00:30:52.360 for pain and and my
00:30:53.780 doctor said oh I
00:30:54.480 don't want you on
00:30:55.020 that I want you on
00:30:55.860 tramadol which is a
00:30:57.420 controlled substance so
00:30:58.560 now you got to come
00:30:59.160 see me every quarter so
00:31:00.900 I go to the doctor
00:31:01.580 quarterly because I'm
00:31:03.260 on this controlled
00:31:04.160 substance and I have
00:31:05.560 to fill out that
00:31:06.260 exact same survey with
00:31:08.140 the smiley faces but
00:31:09.220 it's two different
00:31:10.000 offices one was a
00:31:11.800 hearing center and
00:31:12.660 another one is my
00:31:13.540 regular primary care
00:31:15.120 doctor and my wife
00:31:16.820 told me a couple
00:31:18.140 weeks ago that she
00:31:18.980 filled out a survey
00:31:19.880 described it to me
00:31:21.120 and it was the same
00:31:22.000 dang survey and yeah
00:31:23.660 and all of a sudden I
00:31:25.000 realized you know
00:31:25.480 they're collecting this
00:31:26.420 if you say I'm
00:31:27.360 depressed over an event
00:31:29.320 in your life like your
00:31:30.180 mother died or
00:31:30.900 something then oh
00:31:31.660 yeah if they catch
00:31:32.840 you that week and
00:31:34.060 you say yeah I'm
00:31:34.760 depressed then they
00:31:36.540 can literally say you
00:31:38.060 can't have a gun it's
00:31:39.620 crazy yeah yeah
00:31:42.400 and anyone can do
00:31:44.280 it and I'm pretty
00:31:45.560 sure you don't get
00:31:46.300 to face your
00:31:46.820 accuser you don't
00:31:48.580 know who did it
00:31:49.480 turned you in as
00:31:50.540 unstable and there's
00:31:54.500 no recourse for you
00:31:55.740 sorry there's no due
00:31:57.820 process for you this
00:31:59.960 is such an a an
00:32:02.400 extreme violation of
00:32:04.720 the Constitution and
00:32:06.160 you know thank God
00:32:07.380 there is election just
00:32:08.560 a few months away but
00:32:10.580 this has got to stop
00:32:11.780 this has got to stop
00:32:13.900 it's again the public
00:32:16.140 private partnership
00:32:17.020 that the government's
00:32:18.100 laying out that way
00:32:20.200 they don't they can
00:32:21.560 violate the Constitution
00:32:23.000 because it's a public
00:32:24.460 private partnership
00:32:25.340 they're they're not
00:32:26.260 government they're not
00:32:27.760 government that's just
00:32:28.720 Google they're fine I
00:32:30.760 mean we talk to them
00:32:31.500 every day we tell them
00:32:32.460 exactly what they can and
00:32:33.660 can't do and if they
00:32:34.440 disobey us we then
00:32:36.020 threaten them with all
00:32:37.080 kinds of legal action
00:32:38.820 but you know they're
00:32:40.340 doing it because they
00:32:41.280 really really want to
00:32:42.500 and the same thing you
00:32:44.860 know with this we're
00:32:45.660 not look we're just
00:32:47.720 trying to provide a
00:32:48.740 service that's all we're
00:32:49.860 doing we're just trying
00:32:50.580 to protect the citizens
00:32:51.680 you know and if other
00:32:53.800 citizens think that you
00:32:55.320 know you are a threat
00:32:56.340 well we should know that
00:32:57.720 so we can just if it
00:32:59.340 would just save one
00:33:00.580 life if it would just
00:33:03.060 save one life yeah
00:33:07.680 now we don't think that
00:33:09.120 with transgender surgery
00:33:10.360 no no if it takes a few
00:33:12.360 lives that's all right
00:33:13.260 but we want to make
00:33:14.780 sure that those kids
00:33:16.400 that that really will
00:33:18.160 grow up to want to be
00:33:19.720 transgender well that
00:33:21.420 they get that early
00:33:22.480 start and if you know if
00:33:24.400 a few kids are mutilated
00:33:25.760 or harmed in the way
00:33:26.840 hey that's okay but on
00:33:29.140 guns you know if it
00:33:31.400 would just save one
00:33:34.180 life let me go to
00:33:37.240 bill in uh missouri
00:33:38.720 hello bill oh i'm in
00:33:42.720 michigan oh you're in
00:33:43.940 michigan i'm sorry how
00:33:44.920 are you i'm doing fine
00:33:47.440 it's an honor to talk to
00:33:48.880 you thank you thank you
00:33:50.680 sir my my thoughts here
00:33:52.240 were on the uh latest
00:33:53.540 push against guns and i
00:33:55.940 think it's but then i'm a
00:33:57.380 conspiracy nut but i think
00:33:58.640 it's interesting that this
00:34:00.880 is coming out at the
00:34:02.800 same time we're hearing
00:34:03.520 reports of gangs roaming
00:34:04.880 our country gathering in
00:34:06.740 groups of 12 and 15 and
00:34:09.200 just breaking into homes and
00:34:10.440 taking what they want
00:34:11.480 and i think it's so
00:34:13.860 interesting these two
00:34:14.760 together uh why what do
00:34:17.680 you what do you what do you
00:34:18.500 tie together how do you tie
00:34:19.740 those two together this way
00:34:22.240 uh the democrats have seen to
00:34:26.800 be have a quite an affinity
00:34:28.480 towards lawlessness in fact
00:34:30.980 our vice president even went
00:34:32.620 so far as to bail uh these
00:34:34.460 rioters out of jail yes so we
00:34:37.760 wouldn't we want to protect
00:34:39.340 those young men that are coming
00:34:41.020 into our homes so they don't
00:34:42.560 accidentally get shot by some
00:34:44.820 some errant crazy not job
00:34:47.660 yeah some some errant
00:34:49.600 homeowner who just who just
00:34:51.300 thinks he's protecting his own
00:34:52.560 stuff yeah yeah well that's
00:34:55.980 what you know that's why they
00:34:57.140 have this uh the center
00:34:58.820 available so we can we can help
00:35:01.140 those illegals or those uh those
00:35:03.720 thugs or anybody else that just
00:35:05.380 wants to come in to your house
00:35:07.140 you're right um i do think that
00:35:09.840 is just a little coincidental if
00:35:12.800 the government read the
00:35:14.320 constitution their job is to
00:35:18.580 protect the american people
00:35:20.820 their job is to uh uh what is
00:35:25.260 the preamble say stew of the
00:35:27.420 constitution to provide for the
00:35:30.380 common defense uh and to what is
00:35:34.800 it you have it i'm pulling it up
00:35:37.080 here i can't quote it off the top
00:35:38.680 of my head i went to public
00:35:39.720 school but uh we have uh let's
00:35:43.000 see we people united states in
00:35:43.960 order to form a more perfect
00:35:44.940 union establish justice ensure
00:35:46.540 domestic tranquility provide for
00:35:48.300 the common defense promote the
00:35:49.540 general welfare and secure the
00:35:50.840 blessings of liberty to
00:35:52.120 ourselves and our posterity to
00:35:53.460 ordain and establish this
00:35:54.360 constitution does that sound at
00:35:55.980 all like what our government is
00:35:57.980 doing at all read it again and
00:36:01.780 stop after every everything after
00:36:03.820 everything they're supposed to do
00:36:05.160 we the people of the united
00:36:06.020 states in order to form a more
00:36:07.460 perfect union establish justice
00:36:09.700 establish justice is there
00:36:11.480 justice are they establishing
00:36:12.860 justice or are they establishing
00:36:14.460 social justice next ensure
00:36:17.000 domestic tranquility who's splitting
00:36:19.640 us apart i contend it is the
00:36:21.860 parties and the government provide
00:36:24.600 for the common defense really have
00:36:27.960 you look at the border promote the
00:36:30.560 general welfare i don't even know
00:36:33.180 what that means but i don't think
00:36:34.740 they're promoting it secure the
00:36:37.080 blessings of liberty to ourselves
00:36:38.740 and our poster violating the
00:36:40.520 constitution so they're not doing
00:36:42.800 that either i mean he he's exactly
00:36:46.020 right our last caller was exactly
00:36:47.640 right at the time when you feel the
00:36:50.500 most unsafe in my lifetime they're
00:36:54.460 taking away your guns so you can't
00:36:56.540 protect yourself what's what's up
00:36:58.900 what's all that about more in a
00:37:01.240 minute uh let me tell you about my
00:37:05.300 patriot supply uh you you you should
00:37:09.320 prepare for whatever might come your
00:37:11.280 way by the way if anybody thinks oh
00:37:14.180 you know what that it's the civil war
00:37:16.900 that's what that we should rise up do
00:37:19.200 you want do have you seen haiti you
00:37:22.060 seen haiti it's really not good when
00:37:24.900 the system breaks down uh but anyway
00:37:27.580 you should be prepared for anything
00:37:30.060 that might happen nobody's suggesting
00:37:32.740 you should fly into a panic all the
00:37:34.660 time because the whole world's gone
00:37:35.820 crazy even though you know you should

00:38:17.220 subscribe to the glenn beck podcast
00:38:20.640 anywhere podcasts are found this is the
00:38:24.340 glenn beck program
00:38:25.700 well there's a couple of things we've
00:38:43.220 been talking about this hour it's the
00:38:44.640 the new center to take away your guns
00:38:48.480 without any due process it's a it's an
00:38:52.120 exciting story also talking about
00:38:54.480 donald trump he goes into court today
00:38:56.000 today's the day they can start taking
00:38:58.400 his assets if they want you know I think
00:39:01.240 that's only going to make him more
00:39:03.480 popular and more you know more strong
00:39:05.860 for the for the election because the
00:39:10.560 democrats are being seen as total
00:39:13.020 dictators on this you don't do this
00:39:15.720 this is what putin does and they're
00:39:18.480 also trying to get rid of anybody else
00:39:20.720 on their on their ballot so they're
00:39:23.100 trying to kick um uh rfk jr off and
00:39:27.900 what's cornell west they're trying to
00:39:29.580 get off of the jill stein to jill stein
00:39:32.300 so you just don't have anybody else and
00:39:34.440 i said to stew this reminds me of what
00:39:36.900 happened with the nazi party
00:39:38.180 yeah and uh you kind of this is i think
00:39:41.740 maybe the ballot with just a name
00:39:43.640 change that the democratic party seems
00:39:45.360 to want this is a historical ballot uh
00:39:48.460 like from glenn's mercury one museum and
00:39:51.300 it just has adolf hitler as you know the
00:39:54.220 only option which is seemingly you know the
00:39:58.160 goal here yeah you want to you want you
00:40:00.660 want to vote for uh head of the nazi
00:40:02.760 party well you have adolf hitler
00:40:05.040 yeah was it okay
00:40:08.660 wait what the other options are and then
00:40:11.480 and uh then you have this one which is
00:40:13.240 also interesting this is do you know do
00:40:15.820 you want to join the nazis and this one
00:40:19.200 has a yes and no option okay so there's a
00:40:22.120 little democracy there however you note
00:40:24.000 on the ballot you've got uh the yes is a
00:40:27.540 giant circle and the no is a little tiny
00:40:30.140 one like they actually yeah i actually i
00:40:33.940 refer to this as facebook 1.0 uh you
00:40:38.860 know i don't know if the germans were
00:40:40.200 like gee i i wonder if they are telling
00:40:44.220 me one's better than the other yeah yeah
00:40:47.760 yeah they are they are so we've seen this
00:40:50.540 kind of stuff before um and don't be
00:40:54.060 fooled by it don't be frightened by it just
00:40:56.920 refuse to participate with it uh sorry no
00:41:01.720 can do no comprende i was probably going
00:41:05.240 around a lot
00:41:05.900 the glenn beck program let me tell you
00:41:12.600 about american giant our uh sponsor this
00:41:14.740 half hour american giant is remarkable in
00:41:18.560 in all ways the um the guy who started
00:41:23.260 the company just really believes in the
00:41:26.820 american work ethic believes that work
00:41:30.140 really helps you um develop self-esteem it
00:41:35.540 helps whole cities and counties if there
00:41:39.460 is a productive factory everything in that
00:41:42.240 county changes so i don't know a few years
00:41:45.900 ago is that maybe 2013 one of these big um mills
00:41:49.980 that were making clothes uh went out of business and i
00:41:53.420 mean that was the employer for the whole county
00:41:55.900 so he bought it and started american giant and they
00:41:59.560 started making great clothing and he wanted to do
00:42:01.820 everything here in america so with your pants every
00:42:04.900 ribbit every uh every stitch every inch of
00:42:09.720 fabric every inch of thread everything that ink
00:42:13.360 all made here in america i want you to go and
00:42:17.160 see the difference between american giant and save
00:42:20.640 20 right now when you use my name you cannot get
00:42:25.380 clothing like this all made in america any place
00:42:28.520 else american-giant.com slash glenn america-giant.com
00:42:33.240 slash glenn
00:42:33.880 it's a new day
00:42:59.520 welcome to the fusion
00:43:07.680 of entertainment
00:43:10.480 and enlightenment
00:43:13.240 this is the glenn beck program
00:43:17.960 hello america welcome to the glenn beck program we have a lot to talk about we are a country
00:43:25.200 uh that is getting closer and closer to a massive war we're at war with
00:43:30.720 ourselves russia was under attack they're blaming us uh today and ukraine
00:43:36.840 god only knows if our government is doing something behind our backs
00:43:41.100 i don't know but they are doing things behind our back just maybe not that
00:43:44.840 maybe i don't know should we give them the benefit of the doubt on that one
00:43:48.040 um but they are going behind our back and one of the things that they uh did on saturday
00:43:53.860 is they opened a really special special place
00:43:58.640 the department of justice who we all trust now
00:44:01.760 announced the creation of the national extreme risk protection order resource center
00:44:08.560 what is what do they do well they're just coordinating things you know with the states
00:44:16.360 and with public private partnerships and doctors to come up with new guidelines to make sure
00:44:21.900 dangerous people don't have guns uh and they can come and take your gun away uh and you
00:44:28.380 you don't have anything to say about it they're just issuing orders uh some people called in
00:44:35.240 said that you probably are very very dangerous either to yourself or to others so we're gonna
00:44:40.820 have to take your gun and uh no court appearance what they say goes i'll tell you that right now
00:44:46.580 let's look at the uh constitution and see how many things are being violated we'll begin there
00:44:53.960 in 60 seconds first let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour our sponsor is uh real
00:45:02.760 estate agents i trust all right put a gun to my no well don't put a gun to my head oh my gosh
00:45:08.820 that's even dangerous even saying that okay tell me i'm gonna get a tooth pulled with no anesthetic
00:45:16.320 by the way i'm sorry i'm riddled with add today stew do you know you know that george washington
00:45:23.480 had awful teeth right i've yes i've heard this yeah you've heard that okay so he lost all of his
00:45:29.160 teeth he started losing them young he brushed and brushed and brushed he didn't have fluoride in
00:45:33.260 the water which made all the frogs you know well they weren't gay back then anyway straight uh yeah
00:45:38.200 right all straight frogs he had when he lost his last tooth before he became president he had no
00:45:47.180 anesthesia they drilled into his jawbone and then jammed teeth in there hoping that they would graft to his
00:45:56.420 jawbone can you imagine no with one of the not an electric you know one of those things are like
00:46:05.600 oh my gosh this sounds horrible terrible and i'm not exactly sure how it ties into buying real estate
00:46:14.340 but it does sound well because would you rather have that or sell your home bad real estate agent
00:46:22.780 really bad contractor to come in and no i'm gonna get the job done in two weeks you know that kind of
00:46:28.100 stuff i would i would at least hesitate and say wait a minute tell me about the drill thing uh this
00:46:34.600 why you really need a great real estate agent great real estate agent can make things really simple
00:46:40.060 and if you trust your agent you're going to trust that they know the people in your area
00:46:43.980 to get the job done my company is dedicated 100 percent to pair you up with the real estate agent
00:46:50.460 you can trust whether you're buying or selling you just have questions we've been helping this
00:46:55.380 audience for over 10 years now through billions of dollars in sales it's realestateagentsitrust.com
00:47:01.640 that's realestateagentsitrust.com
00:47:04.660 hey so you know i thought we'd look at the constitution a caller last hour was right on the money
00:47:15.780 when he said you know this center that can take your uh your gun away without due process
00:47:22.400 yeah that's a that's a big one that's a you know violation of the second amendment
00:47:27.420 but it's also uh a violation of many other amendments i want to go through the the you know
00:47:37.360 just the first 10 amendments okay first of all do you know how the bill of rights came about
00:47:43.860 listen to what they wrote this is this is at the top of the page resolved resolved by the senate and
00:47:52.780 the house of representatives of the united states of america in congress assembled two thirds of both
00:47:58.320 houses concurring that the following articles be proposed to the legislatures of several states
00:48:04.800 as amendments to the constitution of the united states so here's a group of people imagine this
00:48:12.740 two thirds say we believe these things should be done but we have to send them to all of the states
00:48:21.180 to ratify and they need two thirds uh to be able to pass it in their state and then we will need
00:48:27.980 two thirds of all the states to agree okay wow what a process and what are they trying to do
00:48:35.300 get themselves a raise no give themselves more power no the exact opposite here's what they say
00:48:43.580 um the amendments to the constitution of the united states all or any of which articles when ratified
00:48:50.280 by three-fourths of the legislatures to be valid in all intents and purposes as part of said
00:48:56.900 constitution articles in addition to and amendment of the constitution of the united states of america
00:49:03.660 proposed by congress and ratified by the legislature of several states they're saying here that the
00:49:11.780 after the convention a number of states having at the time adopted the constitution this is in the
00:49:21.100 little preamble here expressed a desire in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its power
00:49:30.540 so the guys in the government said i'm afraid people are going to abuse the power and misunderstand the
00:49:38.000 constitution so quote further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added and as extending the
00:49:51.140 ground of public confidence in the government will best ensure the uh the benefit ends of the institution
00:49:58.820 so they're saying look nobody trusts the government right now does that sound familiar nobody trusts the
00:50:05.820 government right now so we want to pass and uh we want to pass several amendments here that will protect
00:50:11.700 the rights and make sure that the hands are tied of the federal government they're saying these are restrictive
00:50:19.280 clauses and by by telling the people we will never do these things confidence will be gained
00:50:27.600 i contend our our problem is we're no longer unified on these 10 articles we no longer care about them
00:50:38.660 we no longer learn them teach them know them so here's article one amendment number one congress shall make
00:50:47.480 no law respect respecting an establishment of religion i contend we are violating that right now
00:50:56.060 because what we are celebrating is a religion it has a cult following it has nothing to do with science or even common sense
00:51:08.160 it has a tribunal that will excommunicate you from society if you don't get involved it has rituals it has laws that you just must accept on faith
00:51:22.300 i know that's pushing it but i think they're doing that uh they are also breaking the second part of the first amendment
00:51:31.860 prohibiting the free exercise of religion they did that during covid abridging the freedom of speech or of the press
00:51:41.220 and the right of the people to peacefully assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances
00:51:47.760 they don't want you standing up they don't want you standing up they'll do everything they can
00:51:54.580 to make sure you sit down if you're a constitutionalist enough of this national christian nationalist stuff
00:52:01.820 enough of that don't dismiss it it's real it's very very small but it's real so don't call yourself a
00:52:10.060 christian nationalist don't allow yourself to fall into that trap no you're not you might be a christian
00:52:15.940 but you are also a constitutionalist you believe in the constitution of the united states
00:52:22.580 and the articles of uh the constitution of the bill of rights you believe in all of that stuff
00:52:30.280 that's all you want article two well a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free
00:52:38.860 state the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed that's the one that everybody
00:52:44.700 will look to on this particular uh new center from the department of justice they
00:52:51.820 well-regulated militia would that make sense would it make sense that the people couldn't have guns
00:53:03.140 and the federal government would have a huge army no in fact we never had a standing army
00:53:12.480 we were the soldiers we would be called up to arms so you'd have your own arms and then when there was
00:53:22.160 war you'd be called up in a militia okay but you had the right to protect yourself with a gun as well
00:53:30.080 not i was for fishing or hunting or one of those things no it wasn't no it wasn't
00:53:36.320 article three i think we can skip over now well no actually not no soldier shall in time of peace be
00:53:43.220 quartered in any house without the consent of the owner nor in time of war but in a manner to be
00:53:49.120 prescribed by law so article three i think you could make the case i don't think you'd win but you could
00:53:54.860 make the case that our government is quartered soldiers are quartered in our house because they
00:54:01.020 are in a public private partnership with amazon and everybody else they are they're gaining access
00:54:08.480 to our papers to our letters to our emails to our phone calls that's what the government was doing
00:54:16.220 that made this article important the king would say you know what find out what those guys are doing
00:54:22.480 over there and you know what just go into their house you live there i'm going to quarter you in
00:54:27.380 their house so you can spy on them well it's just in a different way but that's what's happening
00:54:33.820 fourth amendment the right of people to be secure in their persons do you feel secure in your person
00:54:41.260 houses paper effects against all unreasonable search and seizures shall not be violated
00:54:51.160 violated it's violated all the time we've talked about this many times how many people have you
00:54:57.680 know been driving down the street and they had money in their car and they were going to go buy
00:55:00.660 another car and they were going to buy it in cash and they're stopped their cash is taken no due
00:55:06.260 process i think you're a drug lord that wait what
00:55:09.720 no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause this is a general warrant this is why they were this
00:55:21.040 is why this is in here um in article four no warrants shall be uh no warrants shall issue but upon
00:55:29.320 probable cause general warrants used to be you know there's something going on with that guy
00:55:35.640 go find out and they could search for anything anywhere no no general warrants you have to know
00:55:46.520 and tell the judge i'm going in for this document or this particular item and i believe it's here
00:55:56.460 great so the judge will say you can go there in their house and look for it but no general warrants you
00:56:04.100 can't you can't go in and just try to find something um no person shall be held to answer for capital
00:56:11.840 otherwise infamous crime unless uh the presentment or indictment of a grand jury except in cases arriving
00:56:18.920 in the land or naval forces or in the militia when in actual service in time of war or public danger
00:56:24.720 no shall any nor shall any person be subject to the same offense twice to be put in jeopardy of life
00:56:31.880 or limb nor shall he be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself nor be deprived
00:56:38.460 of life liberty or property without due process of law nor shall private property be taken for public
00:56:48.260 use without just compensation those are being uh violated but in particular with this new center
00:56:56.880 where they can take come into your house and take your guns without due process
00:57:03.640 clear violation of the uh bill of rights clear so you got three of them now that have been broken
00:57:12.580 just for this one law don't tell me you love democracy don't tell me you love freedom don't tell me
00:57:19.240 you're trying to save the republic and you love the constitution if you're violating this many
00:57:25.200 and we're only halfway through you are in direct violation of the bill of rights article 6 in all
00:57:33.820 criminal prosecutions the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial has that happened
00:57:40.100 with those who are still waiting for trial for january 6 by how is it they can they have to wait so long
00:57:46.700 but donald trump has to be done by this summer why is that are all men created equal
00:57:54.920 are we are we looking at the the people of january 6 with the same blind justice eyes as donald trump
00:58:04.780 no of course we're not violation of the constitution by an impartial jury of the state and district
00:58:14.080 wherein the crime shall have been committed in partial jury if you can't get an impartial jury
00:58:22.120 what do you do you can't get a impartial jury you ask for a change of venue where you can get an
00:58:31.740 impartial jury you don't have an impartial jury court um uh pool in washington dc you don't
00:58:38.960 and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation to be confronted with the witnesses
00:58:46.900 against him to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor and have the assistance of
00:58:55.080 counsel for his defense in this new center that they announced you don't get the due process
00:59:01.180 you don't get to face the witness you don't know the cause of accusation you have nothing on your side
00:59:08.840 more in just a second stand by first let me tell you about the tunnel to towers uh this is a great
00:59:18.780 charity um that 95 cents of every dollar goes right to the cause which is exceptional number um more

00:59:39.160 teach kindergarten through 12th grade uh kids about the darkest day in our modern history they don't
00:59:45.780 know that's why kids are on tiktok now going you know i don't know i think osama bin laden was pretty
00:59:50.800 good and i don't know if it would actually help to teach 9-11 in today's classrooms because they'll
00:59:57.580 probably be teaching the other side tunnel to towers 9-11 institute is doing something about it they're

01:01:38.040 pretty good going on right now makes me feel like a prophet because i told people years ago when what
01:01:45.900 they did to me is going to come around and they're going to do it to everybody what happened to you
01:01:51.200 yeah all right i'm going to try to make it a short story please make it very short all right uh
01:01:58.740 back in around 2011 uh i was 500 pounds the doctor uh you know said i was having a problem breathing
01:02:08.900 doctor says well how bad was it i said well that's the closest i ever felt like committing suicide
01:02:14.660 and he asked me well how would you do it and that activated a smart alec gene in me that said
01:02:21.640 started rattling off 101 ways to kill yourself so he put me up for evaluation i went into the
01:02:30.180 evaluation the judge said turn me loose nothing wrong with you said you know you're fine and they
01:02:37.780 say and i've got medical records that's open i'd probably put it out for everybody anyway then
01:02:44.820 i'll go to buy a gun and the state is uh saying i am a mental defective because i had an evaluation
01:02:52.120 i gave them all the court documents and stuff said look the judge says right here nothing wrong with
01:02:59.000 you you're turned loose but they because they have this new thing going now they're saying well we just
01:03:06.760 don't feel comfortable with it so uh it doesn't matter what the judge says we're we have you listed
01:03:12.900 as a mental defective and there's no way yeah so so david uh i don't know about your personal
01:03:19.480 situation at all but you are right for anybody who has uh said this stuff is coming it is now not coming
01:03:26.360 it is here and i worry about the people especially our soldiers who have had any ptsd if you signed a
01:03:35.640 document with ptsd i think you're going to be first on the list um anybody who has had problems with
01:03:42.760 depression or suicide they're going to be deemed a danger to themselves or society you watch you were

01:06:05.680 do everything else right i mean what is your problem people and the federal government uh in the faa
01:06:12.600 which i think falls under the secretary of transportation is also thinking about not granting
01:06:22.260 new routes to uh united airlines they're thinking about it they're thinking about it they're not
01:06:28.740 gonna they're not gonna say hey you guys are grounded because there's a lot of things falling

01:06:57.040 are the games that we're playing meanwhile i have more for you at the top of the hour on what's
01:07:03.080 happening in russia uh it was not a good weekend not a good weekend and tomorrow i'm going to be
01:07:08.640 talking about your insurance for your house hey have you noticed something about that bill
01:07:14.700 yeah it's kind of gone up almost to the point to where like 80 percent increase
01:07:22.880 is kind of near the neighborhood of like i can't afford insurance anymore
01:07:28.120 but don't worry it's a conspiracy theory that you will own nothing and you'll be a happy you'll be
01:07:34.780 happy i mean how could they possibly get everybody to sell their house
01:07:39.400 anyway we were talking about the new center that uh was open over the weekend this is the red flag
01:07:47.720 center uh public private partnership with the federal government the department of uh justice
01:07:53.300 um and what they're going to do is they're going to train public private partnerships all across the
01:07:58.860 country to know all about red flag laws so they can take the guns out of the dangerous people
01:08:04.260 um i mean we already have this we already have this but uh if anybody reports that you you know
01:08:10.120 you might be a danger well god help you um because they're going to have to come in and take
01:08:16.080 your gun and they're you know there's no due process but you know this is a big problem
01:08:22.460 we got to deal with it kevin in texas hello kevin this is the red flag center
01:08:29.200 hello kevin okay you can't listen to the radio let's go to the next one please don't listen to
01:08:36.500 the radio because you'll be uh on delay steve in california a good day okay back in october
01:08:44.060 back in october november i did stick a pistol to my head first it was the six shooter then in november
01:08:51.600 i took it so after that i had to go get help and i went to the va and i talked to the va about it and i
01:08:58.720 was very upfront truthful with them and then that sunday i went to church and i got on my knees and
01:09:07.020 begged for help because i wanted out of that church because i've not been in church for 40 years
01:09:13.420 and so what happened steve well when i there was a delay i'm sorry uh when i was in that church
01:09:25.000 glenn i wanted out of there so bad so bad i wanted to get out because this is not where i
01:09:31.800 belonged this is not where i belong and when mass was over i went to the front and i got on my knees
01:09:37.960 and begged for mercy and i you know and i could just feel the pressure being released from these demons
01:09:45.440 these demons were losing and since november i've talked to the va and told them yes i had these thoughts
01:09:54.140 and they quickly what they do they red flag your record they red flag you and now i hear over the
01:10:01.680 weekend you know the department of justice is going to go to the va and look for veterans
01:10:06.920 my advice to veterans watch what you say to the va if you got a problem go to your church
01:10:13.640 steve from california thank you for for calling um this is this this is what's happening here
01:10:23.920 this is going to stop people who need help or need medication or need just to talk to somebody
01:10:31.100 it's going to scare them off they're not going to do it because if there's a record of it then they
01:10:38.980 can have their guns taken and you know i know that doesn't sound like a big thing to some people
01:10:43.340 but uh that is a big thing as somebody who enjoys shooting um enjoys it as a sport that's one thing
01:10:53.420 but also as somebody who i mean i hear these rookies on tv all the time saying oh hey my family i feel
01:11:00.860 i got a phone call said you know you're i'm gonna you're gonna be in trouble because i've got a
01:11:06.380 a jump rope and i'm gonna trip you you're like really really you see the threats and the my children
01:11:13.380 growing up in a house with a monitor on the refrigerator and in the kitchen where they were
01:11:20.300 every day going through if you see this person tell one of the security people if you see this
01:11:26.940 person make sure you run the other direction so don't tell me about you know death threats i get
01:11:34.040 them all the time and i am i will protect myself and i will protect my family and this is a way for
01:11:45.820 people to take away my right to a gun if if they can find something that i've done wrong or they can
01:11:55.680 find one of my kids in the house who you know was depressed and wanted to kill themselves well is it
01:12:03.480 safe yes all my guns are locked up
01:12:06.880 but they're gonna do this and this will prevent people from going to get help again the medical
01:12:16.980 people and what a surprise it's coming from johns hopkins university the first german progressive
01:12:23.160 university and hospital in the country that's all a progressive nightmare what a surprise they're the
01:12:32.700 ones doing it because i seem to remember them being the ones also that were saying you gotta take you
01:12:38.340 gotta take the covid vaccine otherwise you're a danger to society
01:12:42.420 and what did that do you know we wouldn't have a problem with vaccines at least the vast majority of
01:12:52.500 people would not have a problem with vaccines if you weren't forcing people to take it when it was
01:12:58.640 absolutely untested now you made such a big deal of six feet distance lock your kids up in the house
01:13:09.760 don't let them go outside wear a mask wear a mask wear a mask you gotta take the vaccine or you're a danger
01:13:16.500 to society nobody's listening to the medical community anymore and whose fault is that yours yours
01:13:24.200 americans especially push back on authoritarianism we inherently don't trust people when they say
01:13:32.160 oh no trust me you you you have to do this
01:13:35.680 no i don't have to but you've pushed this and now you're going to hurt yourself even more
01:13:44.060 if you use any medical file
01:13:47.360 you'll destroy the medical industry which is you know again a win-win for those who are trying to
01:13:56.140 destroy america destroy the credibility of your your medical workers you'll destroy it and if doctors
01:14:03.960 and nurses don't stand up and say hey this is private and confidential no i'm not turning anybody in
01:14:14.240 this is why we've always trusted people in america we've always been so open-minded and trustworthy
01:14:20.640 people come from over in europe and they say man americans are just so open and and uh and honest and
01:14:27.260 they'll just invite you to their house and whatever yeah you know why we've never had uh our state
01:14:34.100 or our neighbors turn each other in we've never had a state that said hey um you know something's going
01:14:43.400 on you should check your your neighbor's mailbox i'm sorry we only had it for a couple of years
01:14:51.780 and then it was immediately stopped and that was under woodrow wilson he had 600 000 people
01:14:58.900 working for his administration they were called minute men three minute men because they could give a
01:15:07.320 impromptu speech in three minute and he he had them spy on their neighbors listen on the party lines back
01:15:19.580 in the days go through their mail it's illegal didn't matter they were turning people in i think he's against
01:15:29.480 the war you can't go down this road and and come back unscathed you can't it just has to be stopped
01:15:41.640 uh let's go to rob in new york hello rob
01:15:44.520 hello rob let me go to chris in south oh there you are rob hi
01:15:51.360 hey how you doing listen it's not just the doctors that are going on with this
01:15:56.820 the dentists ask the questions my doctors are asking the questions i'm on social security
01:16:02.580 they ask the questions if you apply for food stamps they ask the questions
01:16:08.760 everywhere you're turning all these agencies are asking the same questions

01:16:49.420 call the last bastion of democracy and now i am being subjected to a modern marxist takeover in my
01:16:59.000 opinion everything that we're going through in this country i have been through uh as a six-year-old
01:17:06.100 uh they knocked on our door in cuba and uh there was militia uh three men with rifles and they asked
01:17:15.120 me to get my dad uh when my dad came to the door they said your weapons have been confiscated by the
01:17:22.100 cuban government my father was a hunter he used to love to hunt so he had a long skinny closet full of
01:17:32.020 rifles and rifles and um what have you and um they were all taken away from him then um they came to our school
01:17:41.980 militia men and they destroyed the chapel they kicked uh the holy chalice down the stairs and into the streets
01:17:50.960 we were left without a school because castro had determined that cuba was an atheist state
01:17:58.480 uh the kids were sent to el campo to the camps to work and being indoctrinated and to communism
01:18:07.700 and this is how my father lost his parental rights my parents lost their parental rights
01:18:15.180 um in uh this modern era in my opinion it's being done through the transgender
01:18:25.500 situation i think that uh if we comply with that they will take away our parental rights

01:21:31.600 this is the glenn beck program
01:21:35.360 so i don't know if anybody noticed but the doomsday clock is like 10 seconds before midnight
01:21:58.200 it feels like budin has vowed revenge for the bloodbath moscow attack and points to ukraine and
01:22:07.800 said this was done by ukraine you know the terrorists were captured um we we have uh you know isis claiming
01:22:18.840 responsibility but putin is telling his people that yeah but we were the ones behind them pushing
01:22:26.360 and can you honestly say we weren't that group of people pushing i don't know i don't think i can
01:22:34.340 honestly say that because i don't know what my country is doing anymore but we are close
01:22:41.380 to some really bad things terrorist strikes and possibly war next glenn beck program
01:22:48.980 we have no room to compromise
01:23:09.960 we can stay together
01:23:11.960 we can stay together
01:23:13.960 if we're gonna survive
01:23:16.960 stay the strength
01:23:19.960 and hold the light
01:23:23.960 It's a new day
01:23:28.200 I turn the ring
01:23:30.740 Welcome to the fusion
01:23:37.280 of entertainment
01:23:39.660 and enlightenment.
01:23:43.360 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:23:47.860 Well, happy Monday to you.
01:23:49.580 A few things happened this weekend
01:23:50.900 that are kind of of note.
01:23:52.220 One, Russia.
01:23:54.140 They're blaming us and Ukraine
01:23:56.480 for a horrific terrorist attack.
01:23:59.160 God help us if we were involved.
01:24:01.100 But I don't think we were.
01:24:03.440 But does that matter?
01:24:05.940 We're going to look at the war situation this hour.
01:24:08.340 Also, more on the National Extreme Risk Protection Order
01:24:12.280 Resource Center
01:24:13.380 that the Department of Justice announced
01:24:15.940 over the weekend.
01:24:17.600 You know, surprisingly,
01:24:18.560 right after they passed that $1.2 trillion budget,
01:24:22.220 it's weird.
01:24:22.960 It's almost like they didn't want that
01:24:24.620 to slow anything down.
01:24:26.500 And we also have Andy McCarthy on.
01:24:30.200 We're going to start with him
01:24:31.260 because today's the day
01:24:32.640 that New York can start to seize
01:24:34.780 Donald Trump's assets.
01:24:36.860 Can they?
01:24:38.620 What can't they do?
01:24:40.940 How long does this process take?
01:24:43.540 What should happen?
01:24:44.620 The guy that I know has many of those answers
01:24:48.000 is Andy McCarthy.
01:24:50.400 Andy was a former U.S. attorney
01:24:53.520 for the Southern District of New York,
01:24:56.060 so he knows how the game is played up there
01:24:58.540 and knows where the bodies are buried
01:25:00.280 and, most importantly, knows the law.
01:25:02.900 We'll talk to him beginning in 60 seconds.
01:25:05.260 Stand by.
01:25:06.700 Listen, you don't have to prepare yourself for anything.
01:25:10.880 It's a free country.
01:25:12.620 Well, I mean, it is for now.
01:25:13.960 But if you're like me
01:25:15.240 and you're looking at the economic tea leaves,
01:25:18.200 it doesn't look like the country
01:25:19.680 is going to get better real soon.
01:25:22.840 It's going to get a lot worse
01:25:24.440 before they get better.
01:25:25.660 And that's assuming that they do get better.
01:25:28.460 Nobody knows what the future holds for sure.
01:25:31.160 But if you're smart,
01:25:32.000 you prepare for the worst.
01:25:33.200 I want you to think about a hedge against insanity.
01:25:38.300 You have money maybe in your 401k or your IRA.
01:25:42.700 What is that money going to be worth?
01:25:45.320 Can you take some of that money
01:25:46.860 and move it into gold or silver?
01:25:48.880 I really want you to get the Wealth Protection Guide.
01:25:52.600 It's a free guide.
01:25:54.020 And I want you to do your homework yourself.
01:25:56.820 Call right now, 800-957-GOLD.
01:26:00.720 Find out if gold or silver is right for you.
01:26:03.060 It's what the world always returns to
01:26:04.760 at the end of insanity.
01:26:07.460 800-957-GOLD.
01:26:10.140 It is Lear Capital.
01:26:12.920 800-957-GOLD.
01:26:18.440 From the National Review,
01:26:20.240 senior fellow at National Review Institute,
01:26:22.480 contributing editor and author
01:26:25.420 of The Ball of Collusion,
01:26:28.100 the plot to rig an election
01:26:29.320 and destroy a presidency.
01:26:31.240 He served as assistant U.S. attorney
01:26:32.980 for the Southern District of New York.
01:26:34.800 His name is Andy McCarthy.
01:26:37.040 Andy, how are you?
01:26:38.740 Glenn, I'm doing great.
01:26:39.780 How are you?
01:26:41.120 Very good.
01:26:42.040 Seems like we've been doing this
01:26:43.100 for a long time, Andy.
01:26:44.900 My gosh.
01:26:45.500 It does.
01:26:46.720 It does.
01:26:47.520 So, now we're dealing with
01:26:50.100 a couple of things
01:26:51.060 that I never thought
01:26:52.080 we'd have to deal with,
01:26:53.740 and that is
01:26:54.860 all hands on deck,
01:26:57.220 everything we can do
01:26:58.620 to destroy
01:26:59.460 a candidate
01:27:01.180 or a president,
01:27:02.600 they're doing.
01:27:04.060 And today,
01:27:05.080 they can take
01:27:05.840 the assets
01:27:07.420 away from Donald Trump.
01:27:08.820 At least that's what
01:27:09.380 they're going to try to do.
01:27:10.580 Are they going to seize
01:27:11.600 the assets of Donald Trump?
01:27:13.140 No, I don't think
01:27:15.360 they're close to doing that
01:27:16.760 yet, Glenn.
01:27:17.700 Today is the day
01:27:18.920 that Letitia James,
01:27:21.260 who's the attorney general
01:27:22.620 in New York,
01:27:24.420 said that she would start
01:27:25.620 the process
01:27:27.000 of trying to seize
01:27:28.300 assets
01:27:29.160 in connection
01:27:31.020 with this preposterous
01:27:32.200 $454 million judgment.
01:27:35.140 I should say
01:27:35.640 $454 million and counting,
01:27:37.880 because the interest
01:27:38.860 is accruing
01:27:39.500 at $112,000 a day.
01:27:42.900 Oh, my gosh.
01:27:44.300 So, Andy,
01:27:45.420 didn't she file
01:27:46.780 something over the weekend
01:27:48.260 about his
01:27:48.900 Westchester golf course?
01:27:51.620 Yeah, well,
01:27:52.340 she is taking
01:27:53.760 preparatory steps,
01:27:55.440 Glenn,
01:27:55.660 that you would have to take
01:27:56.680 if you were about
01:27:57.360 to try to
01:27:58.400 attach people's
01:28:00.660 property
01:28:01.440 in pursuance
01:28:02.580 of a judgment.
01:28:04.060 But I don't think
01:28:05.220 she's going to jump
01:28:06.360 yet,
01:28:07.500 because
01:28:07.860 they went to
01:28:09.420 the Trump
01:28:10.220 people went
01:28:11.340 to the appellate
01:28:12.300 division,
01:28:13.140 which is in
01:28:14.080 the New York
01:28:15.100 court system,
01:28:16.820 the nomenclature
01:28:17.500 is ridiculous.
01:28:18.960 But the appellate
01:28:20.380 division is like
01:28:21.120 the federal court
01:28:21.920 equivalent of the
01:28:22.700 circuit courts.
01:28:23.660 It's like the
01:28:24.340 intermediate
01:28:24.860 appellate court.
01:28:26.420 And he's asked
01:28:27.860 them to stay
01:28:29.420 the enforcement
01:28:30.300 of the judgment
01:28:31.280 while he's appealing
01:28:32.600 and asked them
01:28:34.160 to take a modest
01:28:35.360 size bond
01:28:36.340 or no bond
01:28:37.240 at all,
01:28:37.800 rather than
01:28:38.740 the usual
01:28:39.220 practice,
01:28:39.660 which is to
01:28:40.220 post a bond
01:28:40.840 for the full
01:28:41.380 amount of the
01:28:41.940 judgment,
01:28:42.280 because that
01:28:43.280 bond would be
01:28:44.600 ruinously expensive
01:28:46.180 to try to
01:28:47.020 arrange.
01:28:48.260 We haven't heard
01:28:49.320 yet from the
01:28:49.920 appellate division,
01:28:50.600 so I think it
01:28:51.180 would be very
01:28:52.820 presumptuous
01:28:53.860 and,
01:28:54.680 from her standpoint,
01:28:55.600 bad for James
01:28:57.900 to try to do
01:28:58.780 anything before
01:28:59.520 the court
01:29:00.060 has acted.
01:29:02.400 Does he have
01:29:02.940 a shot at
01:29:04.420 a fair hearing
01:29:05.380 at the
01:29:05.780 appellate
01:29:06.100 court?
01:29:07.740 Yeah,
01:29:08.080 I think so.
01:29:09.360 You know,
01:29:09.540 at the beginning
01:29:10.140 of the civil
01:29:11.580 trial,
01:29:12.940 the appellate
01:29:13.860 court knocked
01:29:14.580 out of a
01:29:15.100 number of
01:29:16.400 things that
01:29:16.980 Judge Engeron
01:29:18.280 wanted to do
01:29:18.960 to Trump,
01:29:19.400 including taking
01:29:20.240 away his
01:29:20.800 business
01:29:21.160 certificates and
01:29:22.080 seizing things
01:29:22.860 that weren't
01:29:23.320 even,
01:29:23.900 or paralyzing
01:29:25.260 components of
01:29:26.660 Trump's conglomerate
01:29:28.000 that weren't even
01:29:28.720 in the case.
01:29:30.080 So,
01:29:30.480 they gave him
01:29:31.020 a pretty fair
01:29:31.580 hearing at the
01:29:32.180 beginning,
01:29:32.920 and even
01:29:34.560 though they
01:29:35.020 didn't so far
01:29:36.100 give him
01:29:36.800 the stay he's
01:29:37.900 asking for,
01:29:39.280 they did
01:29:40.080 throw out,
01:29:41.360 at least
01:29:41.720 temporarily,
01:29:43.740 Engeron's
01:29:44.560 penalties that
01:29:45.420 included putting
01:29:46.260 Trump out of
01:29:46.920 business in New
01:29:47.620 York and denying
01:29:48.640 him the ability
01:29:49.420 to work with
01:29:50.560 financial institutions
01:29:51.640 to get loans.
01:29:53.060 So,
01:29:53.320 I think he's
01:29:53.780 going to get a
01:29:54.280 fair,
01:29:54.580 this is a low
01:29:55.660 bar,
01:29:56.420 but I think
01:29:56.840 he's going to
01:29:57.140 get a fairer
01:29:57.740 hearing from the
01:29:58.480 tele-division
01:29:59.160 that he got
01:29:59.620 from Engeron.
01:30:01.200 If this
01:30:02.200 actually goes
01:30:03.280 through,
01:30:04.520 how is New
01:30:06.100 York going
01:30:06.840 to survive
01:30:07.740 just the
01:30:09.340 business people
01:30:10.160 who say,
01:30:10.840 I don't want
01:30:11.300 to be on the
01:30:11.720 wrong side
01:30:12.300 of New
01:30:13.760 York State,
01:30:14.640 you know,
01:30:15.420 they can change
01:30:16.360 the rules or
01:30:16.960 work it any
01:30:17.500 way they want,
01:30:18.720 I've got to
01:30:19.260 get my money
01:30:19.780 out of here.
01:30:21.560 Yeah,
01:30:22.120 I couldn't agree
01:30:23.160 with that more,
01:30:24.240 and when I've
01:30:25.340 made that point,
01:30:26.140 Glenn,
01:30:26.560 what people push
01:30:27.500 back on,
01:30:28.120 is this
01:30:29.040 kind of
01:30:29.440 thing which
01:30:30.000 even by
01:30:32.060 itself,
01:30:32.580 if you just
01:30:33.060 took it at
01:30:33.680 face value,
01:30:34.940 is disturbing,
01:30:36.300 which is that
01:30:36.860 this is like
01:30:37.500 that Trump
01:30:38.060 is sui
01:30:38.640 generous,
01:30:39.260 that this
01:30:39.540 is only
01:30:40.060 law for
01:30:41.080 Trump and
01:30:41.500 it doesn't
01:30:41.880 apply to
01:30:42.980 anyone else.
01:30:43.740 Now,
01:30:43.920 first of all,
01:30:45.180 that would be,
01:30:45.760 if that's
01:30:46.200 true,
01:30:47.220 that in
01:30:47.680 and of
01:30:48.520 itself is
01:30:49.240 a scandalous
01:30:50.420 measure of
01:30:50.920 not only
01:30:51.300 what's
01:30:51.540 happened to
01:30:51.880 the law,
01:30:52.320 but what's
01:30:52.600 happened to
01:30:52.920 the culture.
01:30:54.260 But I
01:30:54.700 think the
01:30:55.800 thing with
01:30:56.200 the left,
01:30:56.660 in my
01:30:56.960 experience,
01:30:58.100 is once
01:30:59.260 they achieve
01:31:00.000 something that
01:31:00.960 was,
01:31:01.240 you know,
01:31:02.000 theretofore not
01:31:02.900 done before,
01:31:04.220 then nothing is
01:31:05.020 too generous
01:31:05.680 anymore.
01:31:07.060 And if they
01:31:08.460 could do it to
01:31:09.060 Trump,
01:31:09.460 you know,
01:31:09.660 Trump's not the
01:31:10.320 only enemy that
01:31:11.340 the left has.
01:31:12.160 They don't like
01:31:12.640 fossil fuel
01:31:13.340 companies.
01:31:13.820 They don't like
01:31:14.400 gun companies.
01:31:15.300 You know,
01:31:15.440 they don't like
01:31:15.860 companies in
01:31:17.320 general,
01:31:17.940 right?
01:31:18.560 So once
01:31:19.480 they do it
01:31:20.740 to him and
01:31:21.360 they've set the
01:31:21.940 precedent,
01:31:22.480 the thought that
01:31:22.980 this won't be
01:31:23.780 applied to
01:31:24.320 anyone else
01:31:25.020 is crazy.
01:31:26.500 And that's
01:31:26.900 why I think
01:31:27.420 every big
01:31:28.020 dollar business
01:31:28.680 in New York
01:31:29.360 is asking
01:31:29.920 itself,
01:31:30.500 do we really
01:31:31.000 need to be
01:31:31.480 in New York?
01:31:34.060 That is so
01:31:35.100 going to hurt
01:31:35.600 New York.
01:31:36.240 And I just
01:31:36.620 don't,
01:31:37.060 I don't,
01:31:38.180 I can't figure
01:31:38.700 out their
01:31:39.060 end game.
01:31:39.920 I really,
01:31:40.580 you know,
01:31:40.820 when you look
01:31:41.300 at their
01:31:41.580 end game,
01:31:42.620 anything sane
01:31:43.820 is off the
01:31:45.220 table.
01:31:45.940 I mean,
01:31:46.700 I just don't,
01:31:47.620 I don't know
01:31:48.340 how this,
01:31:48.900 this one
01:31:49.220 ends.
01:31:50.400 Yeah,
01:31:50.960 I think
01:31:51.560 New York
01:31:52.340 is kind
01:31:52.820 of a
01:31:53.120 microcosm
01:31:54.020 of what's
01:31:55.420 happened to
01:31:56.580 the Democratic
01:31:57.220 Party in
01:31:58.260 general.
01:31:59.020 Like,
01:31:59.420 I don't think
01:31:59.880 most rank
01:32:00.600 and file
01:32:01.240 Democrats
01:32:02.340 across the
01:32:03.140 country,
01:32:03.480 like ordinary
01:32:04.020 people who
01:32:04.740 identify as
01:32:06.040 Democrats.
01:32:07.280 I don't think
01:32:08.380 they're on
01:32:08.980 board with
01:32:09.760 a lot of
01:32:10.440 the stuff
01:32:10.880 that Biden
01:32:12.960 has done
01:32:13.640 and a lot
01:32:14.060 of the woke
01:32:14.520 stuff.
01:32:15.400 But I think
01:32:16.960 the people
01:32:17.380 who are
01:32:17.840 on board
01:32:18.380 with that
01:32:18.940 are the
01:32:19.760 most flush
01:32:20.440 with money,
01:32:21.400 the loudest,
01:32:22.200 the most
01:32:22.540 obnoxious,
01:32:23.220 and the
01:32:23.460 ones that
01:32:23.980 the decision
01:32:24.980 makers fear.
01:32:26.440 So what's
01:32:27.060 happened in
01:32:27.540 New York
01:32:28.120 is,
01:32:29.200 like,
01:32:29.320 for example,
01:32:29.900 Tish James
01:32:30.620 in a very
01:32:31.640 kind of
01:32:32.060 Soviet-style
01:32:33.140 campaign
01:32:34.220 actually said,
01:32:35.800 elect me
01:32:36.440 and I will
01:32:36.920 use the
01:32:37.360 power of my
01:32:37.900 office to
01:32:38.400 go after
01:32:38.780 Trump.
01:32:39.380 She won
01:32:40.080 in a
01:32:40.420 landslide.
01:32:42.020 In the
01:32:42.200 1990s,
01:32:43.040 when I was
01:32:43.420 a young
01:32:43.760 lawyer in
01:32:44.200 New York,
01:32:44.580 if a
01:32:45.700 person wanted
01:32:46.360 to get
01:32:46.720 elected to
01:32:47.400 a state
01:32:47.960 legal position
01:32:48.960 and campaign
01:32:50.280 like that,
01:32:50.860 that would
01:32:51.120 be disqualifying.
01:32:52.900 But today,
01:32:53.500 she wins
01:32:53.920 in a
01:32:54.180 landslide.
01:32:54.840 So I
01:32:55.120 think that
01:32:55.460 says a lot
01:32:55.960 more about
01:32:56.360 what's
01:32:56.620 happened to
01:32:57.040 New York
01:32:57.520 than what's
01:32:57.960 happened to
01:32:58.320 the law.
01:33:00.760 So tell
01:33:01.060 me your
01:33:01.400 thoughts on
01:33:02.320 the new
01:33:03.240 DOJ's
01:33:04.300 arm,
01:33:05.420 the National
01:33:06.120 Extreme
01:33:06.580 Risk
01:33:07.040 Protection
01:33:07.720 Order
01:33:08.220 Resource
01:33:08.840 Center.
01:33:09.200 this is
01:33:11.440 terrifying.
01:33:13.660 And how
01:33:14.240 did they
01:33:14.500 get it
01:33:14.780 all on
01:33:15.120 a door?
01:33:15.600 That's
01:33:15.780 what I
01:33:16.020 want to
01:33:16.260 know.
01:33:16.540 I know.
01:33:17.180 Well,
01:33:17.580 they're
01:33:17.700 calling it
01:33:18.440 in the
01:33:19.740 spookiest
01:33:20.280 thing.
01:33:20.880 Weren't
01:33:21.240 the Russians
01:33:21.940 when they
01:33:22.540 were doing
01:33:22.980 spy operations,
01:33:24.600 wasn't it
01:33:25.900 called the
01:33:26.380 center that
01:33:27.940 gave all the
01:33:28.460 instructions?
01:33:30.280 Oh, you
01:33:30.460 may be right
01:33:30.980 about that.
01:33:31.520 I don't know
01:33:32.620 that history.
01:33:33.580 And that's
01:33:34.360 what they're
01:33:34.660 calling this.
01:33:35.460 They're
01:33:35.720 calling it
01:33:36.280 the center.
01:33:36.940 Yeah,
01:33:38.940 well,
01:33:39.420 you know,
01:33:39.780 look,
01:33:40.240 at the
01:33:41.140 Justice
01:33:41.460 Department,
01:33:42.200 speaking of
01:33:43.160 microcosms,
01:33:44.160 you know,
01:33:44.340 the Justice
01:33:44.760 Department is
01:33:45.340 like the
01:33:45.660 microcosm of
01:33:46.580 the Biden
01:33:49.160 administration in
01:33:50.220 the sense
01:33:50.640 that, you
01:33:51.420 know,
01:33:51.540 it's run
01:33:52.080 by this
01:33:52.800 elderly,
01:33:54.440 seemingly
01:33:54.800 well-meaning
01:33:55.700 guy in
01:33:57.540 Merrick
01:33:58.180 Garland,
01:33:58.920 who was
01:34:00.000 kind of
01:34:00.340 advertised as
01:34:01.160 the moderate
01:34:01.700 who was
01:34:02.100 going to
01:34:02.320 keep the
01:34:02.680 crazies at
01:34:03.300 bay.
01:34:04.060 But he's
01:34:04.760 a weak
01:34:05.240 person,
01:34:06.440 and the
01:34:07.080 crazies have
01:34:07.660 been running
01:34:08.060 the Justice
01:34:08.560 Department
01:34:09.160 since he
01:34:10.380 took over.
01:34:11.660 And they
01:34:12.280 have some
01:34:12.760 really radical
01:34:13.600 people.
01:34:14.360 Glenn,
01:34:15.020 this is like
01:34:15.460 our constant
01:34:16.140 conversation for
01:34:17.220 20 years,
01:34:17.800 right?
01:34:18.000 But they
01:34:18.320 have really
01:34:20.480 radical people
01:34:21.460 running the
01:34:22.240 Justice
01:34:22.480 Department in
01:34:23.740 very high-ranking
01:34:24.800 positions in
01:34:25.840 the Civil
01:34:26.580 Rights Division
01:34:27.300 and in
01:34:28.060 anything that
01:34:28.760 they have to
01:34:29.200 do on the
01:34:29.660 national security
01:34:30.460 side.
01:34:31.320 So, you
01:34:32.120 know, and
01:34:32.480 right now,
01:34:32.940 Congress is
01:34:33.440 very dysfunctional,
01:34:34.620 and that's
01:34:35.720 worth noting
01:34:36.400 because we've
01:34:38.100 seen time and
01:34:38.840 again that
01:34:40.080 the courts
01:34:40.700 are simply
01:34:41.420 not capable,
01:34:43.260 including the
01:34:43.800 FISA court,
01:34:44.780 of monitoring
01:34:45.640 stuff that the
01:34:46.780 Justice Department
01:34:47.440 brings them.
01:34:48.060 So if Congress
01:34:48.680 doesn't do a
01:34:49.280 good job of
01:34:49.940 oversight, then
01:34:50.760 you've got the
01:34:52.100 lunatics running
01:34:52.840 the place.
01:34:53.940 Yeah, there is
01:34:54.440 no oversight.
01:34:55.700 Andy, do you
01:34:56.100 see any of
01:34:57.200 this changing
01:34:58.440 internally?
01:34:59.500 Do you hear
01:34:59.980 from FBI
01:35:01.380 agents or
01:35:02.180 people at the
01:35:02.820 DOJ or
01:35:04.140 anybody
01:35:05.360 starting to
01:35:06.540 say, okay,
01:35:07.640 okay, this
01:35:08.320 just, I
01:35:08.940 got to stand
01:35:09.740 up here pretty
01:35:10.320 soon?
01:35:12.500 No, I
01:35:13.160 don't, you
01:35:13.540 know, I
01:35:13.880 was kind of
01:35:15.860 hopeful when we
01:35:16.720 had those
01:35:17.160 whistleblowers
01:35:17.900 come forward
01:35:18.540 in the
01:35:18.760 Biden
01:35:19.120 investigation
01:35:20.220 that maybe
01:35:20.940 we would
01:35:21.380 shake some
01:35:21.840 loose in the
01:35:22.340 FBI as
01:35:23.240 well, but
01:35:23.940 it really
01:35:24.760 hasn't happened,
01:35:25.480 and I think,
01:35:26.800 you know, a lot
01:35:27.420 of people are
01:35:27.880 getting out,
01:35:29.020 a lot of
01:35:29.480 people are just
01:35:30.020 trying to keep
01:35:30.500 their head
01:35:30.880 down and
01:35:32.040 hope that
01:35:32.540 like a new
01:35:33.180 regime comes
01:35:34.580 in in
01:35:35.160 November and
01:35:36.000 some of
01:35:37.800 these guys
01:35:38.220 are washed
01:35:39.260 out, but
01:35:39.680 you know, it
01:35:40.120 just seems to
01:35:40.940 me that, you
01:35:43.300 know, most of
01:35:43.900 the Biden
01:35:44.360 Justice
01:35:44.760 Department is
01:35:45.660 just the
01:35:46.420 Obama Justice
01:35:47.160 Department four
01:35:48.660 years down the
01:35:49.560 road, so these
01:35:50.220 people are just
01:35:50.840 more senior and
01:35:51.700 more powerful and
01:35:52.700 more networked,
01:35:54.060 and I think
01:35:55.240 unless Congress
01:35:56.120 comes in and
01:35:58.120 completely restructures
01:35:59.400 the FBI and
01:36:00.540 actually start
01:36:01.200 slashing their
01:36:01.960 budget so that
01:36:02.680 they can't, the
01:36:03.680 only language they
01:36:04.600 understand is
01:36:05.320 slashing their
01:36:05.920 budget, and no
01:36:08.440 one, you know, I
01:36:09.340 think, I think
01:36:10.660 when Trump
01:36:11.160 started the, you
01:36:12.780 know, Trump
01:36:13.640 wasn't crazy about
01:36:14.840 the FBI, right, I
01:36:16.060 think when he
01:36:16.560 started their
01:36:17.280 budget was
01:36:17.900 something like in
01:36:18.640 the low 30
01:36:19.340 billions, and I
01:36:20.120 read something
01:36:20.660 recently that it's
01:36:21.540 now over 40
01:36:22.460 billion, so it
01:36:23.660 just gets bigger,
01:36:24.880 you know, everybody
01:36:25.460 complains about
01:36:26.300 them, but they
01:36:26.740 just give them
01:36:27.320 more resources to
01:36:28.760 do more of
01:36:29.300 this stuff.
01:36:30.780 Yeah.
01:36:31.500 Andy, thank you
01:36:32.300 so much for
01:36:33.140 filling us in and
01:36:34.240 giving us some
01:36:34.920 perspective on
01:36:35.820 Donald Trump.
01:36:37.120 Just a guess as a
01:36:38.480 human being, if
01:36:40.040 they start taking
01:36:40.800 away his stuff, I
01:36:42.400 think that helps
01:36:43.300 him at the polls.
01:36:45.860 I do, too.
01:36:46.940 I think it's, yeah,
01:36:48.540 I've always thought
01:36:49.460 that, you know, if
01:36:50.540 you're talking about
01:36:51.420 accusations and
01:36:52.760 what's in a
01:36:53.380 complaint and what's
01:36:54.400 in an indictment and
01:36:55.300 all that stuff, I
01:36:56.580 think a lot of that
01:36:57.340 washes over people and
01:36:58.600 becomes kind of
01:36:59.280 abstract, but when
01:37:00.780 you start to, like,
01:37:02.160 actually take his
01:37:03.220 stuff, that's going
01:37:05.360 to hit people in a
01:37:06.320 different way than
01:37:07.120 just, like, the
01:37:08.120 thrum of conversation
01:37:09.420 about, well, he
01:37:10.060 overvalued this and,
01:37:11.540 you know, they got a
01:37:13.660 favorable interest rate
01:37:14.620 on it.
01:37:15.040 This is like, when she
01:37:16.040 shows up with a chain
01:37:17.060 and puts a lock on
01:37:18.180 Trump Tower, that's a
01:37:20.120 thing now.
01:37:20.720 That's, like, that's
01:37:21.820 going to hit people in
01:37:22.520 a much different way.
01:37:23.480 I would have thought
01:37:25.320 that, though, of
01:37:26.360 what's-her-name-down-in-Georgia
01:37:28.540 when she perjured
01:37:29.820 herself so, I mean,
01:37:32.860 she wanted to answer
01:37:35.720 those questions and
01:37:37.140 answer them with lies,
01:37:39.020 and she didn't seem to
01:37:41.320 pay any penalty and
01:37:42.260 nobody seems to care.
01:37:43.440 I don't know how we
01:37:44.100 trust, you know, an
01:37:45.660 AG or a prosecutor when
01:37:48.100 they can lie to two
01:37:50.060 different courts and
01:37:51.160 get away with it.
01:37:51.820 Yeah, but, you know,
01:37:53.880 the legal system's kind
01:37:55.320 of a lagging indicator
01:37:56.700 that way.
01:37:57.360 I mean, I hear people
01:37:58.380 say, what you just
01:37:59.220 said, I've always heard
01:38:00.100 said about Hillary
01:38:00.920 Clinton, like, she
01:38:01.720 never gets held
01:38:02.380 accountable, nothing
01:38:03.160 ever happens.
01:38:04.280 And my reaction to
01:38:05.260 that is always, do you
01:38:06.540 remember the Hillary
01:38:07.340 Clinton presidency?
01:38:09.020 There wasn't one,
01:38:09.980 right?
01:38:10.420 And it's because I
01:38:11.780 think the public, you
01:38:13.960 know, where the public
01:38:14.800 is on this stuff is
01:38:16.100 very different from
01:38:17.060 what you see from,
01:38:18.020 like, the elites who
01:38:19.200 run the, you know,
01:38:20.660 the legal profession.
01:38:21.560 I actually think
01:38:22.740 Fannie Willis is
01:38:26.140 badly wounded by that
01:38:28.060 judge's opinion and
01:38:30.240 that the appellate
01:38:31.620 court down there, when
01:38:33.160 they get their hands
01:38:34.480 on it, may actually
01:38:35.340 boot her off the case.
01:38:37.020 For me, just as a
01:38:38.320 legal matter, if I was
01:38:39.880 running Trump's defense,
01:38:41.760 the one expenditure I
01:38:43.160 would make is I would
01:38:43.960 make sure there was a
01:38:44.840 limo at Fannie's house
01:38:46.300 every day to make sure
01:38:47.560 she gets to work,
01:38:48.380 because I think she's
01:38:49.100 the best thing he's got
01:38:50.460 going for her.
01:38:51.100 I do, too.
01:38:51.840 I do, too.
01:38:52.840 Yeah.
01:38:53.200 I do, too.
01:38:54.100 Andy, thank you so much,
01:38:55.020 man.
01:38:55.220 Talk to you later.
01:38:56.280 Thanks, Glenn.
01:38:57.060 Bye.
01:38:58.340 Our sponsor this half
01:38:59.460 hour is Rough Green.
01:39:00.500 Cheryl wrote in about
01:39:01.280 her dog's experience
01:39:01.980 with Rough Green.
01:39:02.660 She says, I was
01:39:03.400 actually skeptical that
01:39:04.680 this would have any
01:39:05.480 effect on my dogs,
01:39:06.760 but the difference is
01:39:07.540 unbelievable.
01:39:08.760 I ordered this when my
01:39:09.760 11-year-old dog had to
01:39:10.940 have surgery and wasn't
01:39:11.900 doing well.
01:39:12.880 Within a week's time,
01:39:14.160 she was playing like a
01:39:15.220 puppy.
01:39:16.040 I'm totally amazed
01:39:16.820 how much better both
01:39:18.860 my dog's digestion has
01:39:20.360 been.
01:39:21.140 Thank you so much,
01:39:22.440 Rough Greens.
01:39:24.300 Boy, I had a dog who,
01:39:28.200 well, I'm just going to
01:39:28.840 tell you, had a farting
01:39:29.800 problem like there was,
01:39:31.140 like, I mean, it was
01:39:32.920 bad.
01:39:34.080 It was bad.
01:39:35.960 We, one day, we caught
01:39:38.120 ourselves, because we
01:39:38.700 used to like to play
01:39:39.320 cards with some friends,
01:39:40.600 we caught ourselves all
01:39:41.920 wearing bandanas around
01:39:43.720 our face like we were
01:39:45.400 robbers because the dog
01:39:47.420 farts were so bad, and
01:39:49.280 at one point, we all
01:39:50.600 looked up over the
01:39:51.300 cards and saw each
01:39:52.140 other.
01:39:52.500 We were like, good
01:39:53.560 God, we're just, I
01:39:54.340 mean, this is just
01:39:55.160 horrible.
01:39:56.120 This dog, what do we
01:39:58.100 have to feed him to make
01:39:58.980 this stop?
01:39:59.680 We couldn't make them
01:40:00.600 stop.
01:40:00.980 I didn't have Rough
01:40:01.600 Greens back in the day.
01:40:03.160 It's not a dog food.
01:40:04.500 It's a supplement
01:40:05.140 developed by
01:40:05.860 naturopathic Dr.
01:40:06.740 Dennis Black.
01:40:07.540 The folks at Rough

01:40:17.860 That's it.
01:40:19.140 Call them now.
01:40:19.940 833-GLEN33.
01:40:21.420 833-G-L-E-N-N-33.
01:40:23.600 It's roughgreens.com
01:40:24.980 slash back.
01:40:26.700 10 seconds, station
01:40:27.440 ID.
01:40:37.860 So before we get into the
01:40:39.540 end of the world in
01:40:40.440 World War III, I thought
01:40:41.920 I'd ask Stu, how was your
01:40:43.100 weekend?
01:40:44.160 Ah!
01:40:45.340 It's an interesting intro
01:40:46.660 to that particular
01:40:47.720 question, but yes, it was
01:40:49.240 okay.
01:40:50.660 It was fine.
01:40:51.480 It was fine.
01:40:52.100 I was a little bit
01:40:53.060 despondent about the
01:40:54.320 ultimate collapse of
01:40:56.120 civilizations across the
01:40:57.560 globe in a fiery nuclear
01:40:59.040 cloud.
01:41:00.440 But other than that,
01:41:01.400 really, it was great.
01:41:02.880 I don't know, Stu.
01:41:05.280 Going through this for the
01:41:06.820 next 10 to 15 years,
01:41:10.020 or just being at ground
01:41:12.480 zero and vaporized in half
01:41:14.240 a second, are we making the
01:41:16.540 right choice by saying, hey,
01:41:18.060 we should not be rooting for
01:41:19.980 nuclear war?
01:41:21.000 Are we?
01:41:21.640 It's kind of the sweet meteor of
01:41:23.780 death approach that we...
01:41:25.800 It really is.
01:41:26.340 You know?
01:41:26.680 Yeah.
01:41:27.040 I don't know.
01:41:27.600 Do we just...
01:41:27.980 We're rooting for the
01:41:28.680 meteor.
01:41:28.980 Right.
01:41:29.380 You know?
01:41:30.020 Yeah.
01:41:30.740 I mean, I would feel
01:41:32.180 better about that than a
01:41:33.780 nuclear war, because that
01:41:34.660 would be Putin's judgment
01:41:35.920 or Biden's.
01:41:37.220 The meteor would be God
01:41:38.360 just, like, throwing a
01:41:39.300 softball at us.
01:41:40.120 Just like, catch!
01:41:41.920 You guys had a good run.
01:41:43.060 You idiots!
01:41:43.700 You know, it should have
01:41:45.420 lasted longer, but it
01:41:46.440 didn't, and let's just all
01:41:47.840 call it a day and take the
01:41:49.400 L.
01:41:49.660 I thought it was going to
01:41:51.080 turn out differently, but
01:41:52.380 nope.
01:41:53.340 Nope.
01:41:54.040 I mean, I think about that
01:41:55.260 really, like, you watch this
01:41:56.580 thing happen in this
01:41:57.800 terrible terrorist attack,
01:41:59.200 which, by the way, like, I
01:42:00.440 have my problems with
01:42:01.320 Russia and Vladimir Putin,
01:42:02.520 but they're definitely...
01:42:03.620 I like them better than
01:42:04.660 ISIS.
01:42:05.660 There's...
01:42:06.060 I wish we...
01:42:06.980 Honestly, I wish...
01:42:08.580 I saw the UAE lit the
01:42:10.580 Caliph Tower in the colors
01:42:13.180 of Russia.
01:42:15.580 I wish the Empire State
01:42:17.160 Building would have done
01:42:17.760 the same.
01:42:18.480 And I'm against Russia.
01:42:19.460 I don't like Putin.
01:42:20.580 I don't...
01:42:21.180 But the people are
01:42:22.260 different.
01:42:23.120 Yeah.
01:42:23.400 I'm with the people of
01:42:25.600 Russia.
01:42:26.580 Just not the bad ones.
01:42:28.360 But we can't lose sight that
01:42:30.620 it's our governments that are
01:42:33.660 doing these things.
01:42:34.800 Yeah.
01:42:34.960 It's our governments.
01:42:35.660 It's not the people.
01:42:36.680 Innocent victims killed by
01:42:38.100 seemingly Islamic extremists,
01:42:39.920 at least what we know of the
01:42:41.260 matter right now.
01:42:41.880 It seems to be that was what
01:42:43.020 happened.
01:42:44.160 If you kind of look back to
01:42:45.120 when we had a similar
01:42:46.280 situation occur on our shores,
01:42:48.220 you know, most of the world
01:42:49.200 lined up and was straight with
01:42:52.620 us on our side.
01:42:53.260 Not to mention, it's more
01:42:55.140 important for us to be
01:42:56.680 outwardly sympathetic to the
01:43:00.120 Russian people right now,
01:43:01.760 considering the fact that if
01:43:03.240 Vladimir Putin comes out
01:43:04.380 tomorrow and makes a speech
01:43:05.800 and says something to the
01:43:07.140 effect of, well, yeah, this
01:43:08.580 was definitely Ukraine and
01:43:09.680 Russia and the United States
01:43:10.800 working together.
01:43:11.640 We're at war.
01:43:12.680 Like, we're all of a sudden,
01:43:14.340 our civilization is at risk.
01:43:16.580 All it takes is a couple of
01:43:17.660 sentences from Vladimir Putin
01:43:19.180 right now to start World War
01:43:20.380 3.
01:43:20.940 That's how close we are.
01:43:21.740 You know, it's weird.
01:43:23.820 I was thinking about saying
01:43:25.960 to the audience, we should
01:43:27.240 post Russian flags on, you
01:43:30.780 know, our Twitter feed or
01:43:32.780 whatever, and post it just as
01:43:35.960 a show of solidarity.
01:43:37.440 You stood with us at 9-11.
01:43:39.100 We stand with you on your 9-11.
01:43:41.520 And then I thought, no, because
01:43:44.220 the government would use that
01:43:45.460 against all of the people in
01:43:46.960 this audience.
01:43:48.040 They would, you know, we go to
01:43:49.180 nuclear war.
01:43:49.800 And they're like, we better
01:43:50.800 round up all these people
01:43:52.160 that are for Russia.
01:43:53.660 Did you or did you not have a
01:43:56.060 Russian flag on your Twitter
01:43:58.480 feed, you Elon Musk lover?
01:44:03.360 Wait, I don't know.
01:44:05.100 No, it's because the boob on the
01:44:06.660 radio said maybe we should.
01:44:08.400 Well, he's already confessed
01:44:11.300 and he fingered you.
01:44:15.320 All right, more in just a
01:44:16.380 minute.
01:44:19.800 Stand up.
01:44:22.060 Glenn Beck.

01:44:31.720 night?

01:44:46.580 fall asleep and is not going to
01:44:48.080 whack you out in the morning.
01:44:50.260 It's not going to, it's, you're not
01:44:53.700 going to feel it all day.
01:44:55.100 You don't even feel it in your
01:44:56.300 system when you take it.
01:44:57.340 You just relax enough to fall
01:44:59.780 asleep.

01:45:51.840 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:46:00.380 We have some breaking news.
01:46:01.720 It looks like the judge, the panel
01:46:05.460 of judges has actually done Donald
01:46:07.760 Trump a little bit of a favor here.
01:46:10.560 I would say it's a favor.
01:46:13.180 I don't know if it's the right way
01:46:13.880 of stating it, but a massive decrease
01:46:16.380 in the amount of money he needed to
01:46:17.560 come up with.
01:46:18.100 If you remember, it was $464 million.
01:46:20.140 He claimed he could not come up with
01:46:21.920 that amount for a bond, went to
01:46:24.220 court, tried to overturn that, and
01:46:25.960 they have reduced it significantly to
01:46:28.080 $175 million.
01:46:30.220 So over a 60% reduction in that
01:46:33.360 number.
01:46:34.080 Now, of course, $175 million to my
01:46:36.080 taste is still excessive and
01:46:37.920 ridiculous for what's gone on here.
01:46:39.920 Completely excessive and ridiculous.
01:46:41.760 Nothing ever like this.
01:46:43.700 No.
01:46:44.240 And as we've noted many, many times,
01:46:47.640 I did a whole show on this on
01:46:48.660 Studios America where you go through
01:46:49.900 the ways this rule has been used
01:46:52.480 historically, and there are no
01:46:54.720 parallels at all to what has
01:46:58.020 happened with Donald Trump.
01:46:59.220 It is quite clearly and quite
01:47:01.200 obviously a political persecution,
01:47:03.680 whether you like Trump or not.
01:47:05.300 And so, but this is a big difference
01:47:07.500 because he can probably come up with
01:47:08.980 $175 million instead of the 464.
01:47:11.540 So a huge deal, a massive victory for
01:47:13.700 Donald Trump in this case.
01:47:14.820 And I'm curious to see because
01:47:16.620 Letitia James has gone through the
01:47:18.340 ritual of posting over and over again
01:47:21.320 the amount owed by Donald Trump, like
01:47:23.020 bragging about it because it keeps
01:47:24.540 going up as, as Andy McCarthy
01:47:26.440 mentioned, well, it was a hundred and
01:47:27.840 some odd thousand dollars a day.
01:47:29.240 And she just keeps mentioning.
01:47:30.420 I wonder if she'll continue that
01:47:31.780 process now that it's gone down by
01:47:33.300 over 60%.
01:47:34.320 We will see because she's been
01:47:37.620 bragging about this for, you know,
01:47:39.500 weeks and weeks and now takes a
01:47:42.020 massive hit.
01:47:42.660 And I think a blatantly obvious one,
01:47:44.600 right?
01:47:44.800 Like I think anyone who looks at this
01:47:45.900 fairly can tell this was, this was
01:47:47.560 ridiculous from the beginning and now
01:47:50.140 a big, you know, slap in the face for
01:47:52.060 this original ruling.
01:47:54.360 I'm wondering if he could come up with
01:47:56.460 the $171.
01:47:58.700 I would think so.
01:48:00.080 You know, he's, he claimed in one
01:48:02.140 filing to have $400 million in cash.
01:48:05.100 Now he had to come up with a bond for
01:48:06.820 the E.
01:48:07.920 Jean Carroll thing, which was 90
01:48:09.200 something million, which would suck
01:48:11.240 some of that out.
01:48:12.480 Whether he's, you know, he could do it.
01:48:14.800 I probably all himself.
01:48:16.220 However, when you have that sort of
01:48:17.700 money, you can also, when you have
01:48:21.200 that sort of cash laying around, you
01:48:22.700 can usually get someone to loan you
01:48:24.520 that with the cash as collateral very
01:48:27.040 easily.
01:48:27.420 So regardless of the process he goes
01:48:30.180 through, you'd think he'd be able to
01:48:32.320 get this again.
01:48:33.660 And like, you know, if you can find a
01:48:34.960 bank.
01:48:35.600 Yeah.
01:48:36.260 Although, you know, this I'm of the
01:48:39.720 view and I've mentioned this before.
01:48:41.080 This is just my own speculation is
01:48:43.280 that Donald Trump could have come up
01:48:44.660 with a $464 million.
01:48:46.440 He correctly argues that that is
01:48:48.880 completely unfair.
01:48:50.360 And I think, you know, given time, he
01:48:52.780 could come up with that sort of money.
01:48:55.000 But why not play this out?
01:48:56.840 Why not push this as far as you can?
01:48:59.360 It's going to take a long time until
01:49:00.580 they actually start seizing property,
01:49:02.340 as Andy laid out a little bit
01:49:04.180 earlier.
01:49:05.020 And, you know, why not use that time
01:49:07.520 to the best of your ability to fight
01:49:09.080 this off?
01:49:09.500 Because I think he's very likely to
01:49:11.100 win.
01:49:11.520 I think he's very likely to win in an
01:49:13.360 appeal or at least have this reduced
01:49:15.080 to, you know, maybe a dollar fine or
01:49:17.980 $10,000 fine or something that would
01:49:19.840 be somewhat aligned with reality.
01:49:21.640 I think eventually he probably wins
01:49:23.300 this.
01:49:23.600 So the longer he can play this out
01:49:24.880 without having to give up resources,
01:49:26.580 the better.
01:49:28.300 You know, the one thing that is good
01:49:31.780 from all of this, and I try to look at
01:49:34.260 the bright side on everything as much
01:49:37.060 as I can, and I can usually never find
01:49:38.860 it because that bright side has been
01:49:40.040 snuffed out long ago in my life.
01:49:41.380 Anyway.
01:49:43.200 Wow.
01:49:43.600 The bright side on this in some ways
01:49:48.620 is I don't think people really
01:49:51.040 understood what it was like back in
01:49:54.940 the Jim Crow days.
01:49:56.460 I don't think white people really
01:49:57.500 understood what it was like where you
01:49:59.860 just, there's not a chance you're
01:50:01.720 getting a fair trial.
01:50:02.840 Not a chance.
01:50:04.240 And kids don't trust the police.
01:50:09.440 We don't, we don't understand that.
01:50:11.840 And now this injustice is being served
01:50:15.120 on so many Americans from the FBI to
01:50:20.080 the Justice Department to the, to the
01:50:23.380 court system in Donald Trump's case.
01:50:25.200 And it does give you a view on how
01:50:28.740 important justice is, the kind of
01:50:30.860 justice that many of us have taken for
01:50:33.660 granted our whole lives.
01:50:35.420 You know, that's, that's all right.
01:50:36.700 The courts will figure it out.
01:50:37.700 And yeah, how many times have we said
01:50:42.140 lately that the courts are the only
01:50:43.420 thing standing between us and chaos.
01:50:45.480 They've been the, probably the, the
01:50:47.800 shining, you know, light when it comes
01:50:51.260 to justice lately, as we've seen in the
01:50:53.100 Supreme Court multiple times to, to
01:50:56.100 think of where this is going and how
01:50:58.000 close we are to that, you know, that
01:50:59.800 precipice is really, we really are on
01:51:02.060 the precipice of disaster when it comes
01:51:03.920 to this.
01:51:04.240 Uh, I, I just, I am glad to see though
01:51:06.880 that at least there's something like
01:51:09.940 even, even in these cases, even with
01:51:12.380 someone who like Donald Trump, who
01:51:13.660 they're obviously trying to take out
01:51:15.700 the system does have a way of, uh, of,
01:51:19.620 of coming through at the end.
01:51:20.880 And I think, you know, might be, they
01:51:22.600 might go, I'll need to go all the way
01:51:23.760 to the Supreme court, but it does seem
01:51:25.660 to play out the right way a lot of
01:51:27.300 times.
01:51:27.640 And I, I don't know, maybe the system
01:51:29.260 holds together.
01:51:29.940 It doesn't feel like it's going to a
01:51:31.600 lot, but it has so far.
01:51:33.560 Speaking about not being able to hold
01:51:35.980 together, that would be the GOP
01:51:37.480 Congress, uh, Republican Mike
01:51:39.660 Gallagher of Wisconsin.
01:51:42.360 He announced last month, he's not
01:51:44.280 going to seek reelection.
01:51:45.540 He's now announced that he plans to
01:51:47.180 leave office next month.
01:51:48.680 What a dirt bag.
01:51:49.740 What are you doing?
01:51:51.040 What are you doing?
01:51:52.680 You're leaving.
01:51:53.720 And he's not just leaving next
01:51:56.900 month.
01:51:57.280 He has scheduled his last day in
01:52:00.600 Congress to be a week after the
01:52:04.820 deadline to be replaced.
01:52:07.140 So he's just vacating the seat.
01:52:12.340 They can't replace him after a certain
01:52:15.440 date, um, before an election, they just
01:52:19.560 vacate the seat.
01:52:20.320 So he's taking, not only is he
01:52:22.480 leaving, which good, don't let the
01:52:24.840 door, uh, hit you where the good, good
01:52:27.340 Lord split you.
01:52:28.660 Um, unless it, I mean, unless it just
01:52:31.980 knocks you down to the floor.
01:52:33.780 Um, I'm not going to miss Mike
01:52:36.180 Gallagher, but why are all these guys
01:52:40.500 on the Republicans on the Republican
01:52:42.720 side, just jumping ship here in the
01:52:45.720 last few months?
01:52:46.800 You can't wait until the election.
01:52:50.460 Really?
01:52:51.200 You can't do that.
01:52:53.060 You're just going to reduce the margin
01:52:55.380 for us.
01:52:56.240 By the way, he's also going to Palantir,
01:52:58.760 which might explain his vote for, um, uh,
01:53:01.600 not, um, impeaching Mallorca, seeing
01:53:04.520 that Palantir has such huge business, uh,
01:53:08.140 with the department of Homeland security.
01:53:11.120 Um, maybe, maybe that's, that played a
01:53:13.160 role in cause he had to have known he
01:53:14.700 was going to Palantir at that time.
01:53:17.800 Um, it's possible.
01:53:18.900 I, you know, and I think, look, you
01:53:21.060 want to leave Congress and I have no
01:53:22.560 problem with people leaving Congress.
01:53:23.900 You know, you just think that if you
01:53:25.520 have a concern for the country and
01:53:27.180 you're worried about, and you, as I
01:53:30.040 assume he is worried about what the
01:53:32.420 Democrats could do with unfettered
01:53:34.020 power, they are very, very close to
01:53:36.600 getting it.
01:53:37.740 I mean, you know, who knows what
01:53:38.780 happens?
01:53:39.260 I mean, you're telling me the
01:53:40.220 Republicans can't screw this one up
01:53:41.880 or they're really good at screwing
01:53:43.380 things up.
01:53:43.920 And I, you could see Hakeem Jeffries
01:53:46.040 as Speaker of the House this year.
01:53:47.960 It's a real possibility right now.
01:53:50.420 Why is it, Stu?
01:53:51.840 You saw the, you know, you see, you
01:53:54.760 still see Nancy Pelosi, um, all over
01:53:58.180 television asking her all kinds of stuff.
01:54:00.020 How come you never see Hakeem Jeffries
01:54:02.160 on TV?
01:54:03.400 Why is he not more, uh, famous?
01:54:07.460 I think because of the media doesn't
01:54:09.280 like black people, Glenn.
01:54:10.700 Um, that's the only thing I can come
01:54:12.360 up with.
01:54:12.700 They keep putting white representatives.
01:54:13.860 That was the first thing that came out
01:54:14.840 to my mind too, was their hatred of
01:54:16.560 black people and people who are
01:54:17.720 different than them.
01:54:18.560 Yeah.
01:54:18.860 But it's interesting, isn't it?
01:54:20.380 We don't, you don't ever see this guy,
01:54:22.600 uh, anywhere.
01:54:23.980 Um, and if he took the reins, which
01:54:27.400 could easily happen, could easily
01:54:30.560 happen, he takes the reins and let's
01:54:33.460 just say the Republicans win the House
01:54:35.680 and the Senate.
01:54:37.020 Don't cross, keep your fingers crossed
01:54:39.200 on that one.
01:54:39.660 Uh, even if they won, if he was in
01:54:43.420 charge for the last three, four or five
01:54:46.100 months of Congress, can you imagine the
01:54:49.400 damage they could do?
01:54:50.860 Massive damage, massive, massive.
01:54:55.680 And, you know, it could, it really
01:54:57.320 could happen, especially with things
01:54:59.120 that, uh, you know, even if you, you
01:55:01.340 know, some people obviously like the
01:55:02.900 Ukraine spending, but that's a great
01:55:04.220 example and Gallagher, obviously
01:55:05.460 heavily in favor of it.
01:55:06.820 If they are able to just pull a couple
01:55:09.000 of votes over to get this thing to the
01:55:10.720 House floor and it could definitely get
01:55:12.580 through the Senate.
01:55:13.260 I don't know if there's any question
01:55:14.100 about that, even with a potential
01:55:15.820 filibuster.
01:55:16.760 So, uh, you know, this does help that
01:55:19.520 case and you wonder if, you know, you
01:55:21.280 wonder if that's part of his calculus
01:55:22.620 here, uh, you know, look, if you care
01:55:24.580 about protecting against a, a democratic
01:55:28.620 rule with no real way to stop anything
01:55:31.960 that they pass, I mean, this is not the
01:55:33.800 time to leave.
01:55:34.520 I'm sorry if it inconveniences you for a
01:55:36.380 few months, but like stay until the
01:55:38.380 election.
01:55:39.600 If you care about the country enough to
01:55:41.740 say, Hey, look, the Southern border is
01:55:43.640 out of control.
01:55:44.360 The last thing you want to do is, is give
01:55:47.880 the possibility of full control of the
01:55:50.500 house over to the people who are fine
01:55:52.680 with them being open the borders.
01:55:54.760 I mean, what are you doing?
01:55:57.060 I think this is really dishonorable.
01:55:59.500 I'd love to hear him comment on it.
01:56:02.060 We should invite him on the show.
01:56:03.600 I doubt he'll come, but, uh, I find it
01:56:06.580 very dishonorable and I, maybe it's because
01:56:08.680 I don't know something that he knows, you
01:56:11.700 know, maybe his wife has cancer or
01:56:13.980 whatever.
01:56:14.880 And okay.
01:56:16.920 But why are you, why are you leaving the
01:56:19.620 week after they can replace you the week
01:56:23.600 before you leave?
01:56:24.500 They can replace you.
01:56:25.820 Why did you just pick out of the hat the
01:56:28.960 next week?
01:56:29.700 Did you just implement a, uh, a Kate
01:56:32.200 Middleton disclaimer into your analysis
01:56:34.480 here?
01:56:34.820 Is this the, this is the new thing.
01:56:36.340 Like you can't, you can't make fun of
01:56:38.080 anybody.
01:56:38.240 You can't say anything about anybody
01:56:39.500 because you might not know that they or
01:56:41.500 someone around them have cancer.
01:56:42.920 You're not allowed to make jokes anymore
01:56:44.980 because you might find out after the
01:56:48.220 fact that the person has cancer and
01:56:50.180 therefore that makes you a retroactive
01:56:51.980 bad person.
01:56:53.380 Uh, no, I'm not, no, I'm not hedging my,
01:56:56.840 my bet.
01:56:57.560 I don't want to judge somebody without
01:57:00.200 knowing he might have some really good
01:57:03.540 reason.
01:57:03.840 I don't know what it is.
01:57:05.440 Um, and it, but if it's just because he
01:57:07.880 wants to go to work for Palantir, what the
01:57:10.380 hell are you doing, man?
01:57:11.400 I mean, it's not a good time for that.
01:57:13.860 Um, no, I'm not, no loyalty.
01:57:15.820 I'm not fired up on that because of, of
01:57:17.740 you and your, uh, I think appropriate
01:57:19.800 disclaimer there, right?
01:57:20.780 When you don't know all the facts, it's
01:57:22.160 good to say, Hey, like maybe there's
01:57:23.560 something I don't know to acknowledge
01:57:25.320 that maybe you don't have all, all of
01:57:26.820 the facts.
01:57:27.240 And you know, I think that's a smart
01:57:29.160 thing to do.
01:57:29.920 I was kind of just ranting on that, on
01:57:31.700 the Kate Middleton thing, not because I
01:57:33.960 care really about, you know, anything
01:57:35.640 about the Royals, but it's like the, the,
01:57:37.860 everyone is in this weird state where
01:57:39.680 they're saying like, I can't believe
01:57:41.120 these bad people who made jokes about
01:57:43.080 Kate Middleton.
01:57:43.700 And now they found out that she has
01:57:45.320 cancer and now they should feel
01:57:46.480 terrible about them.
01:57:47.540 Actually, like, I don't think that's
01:57:48.760 the right way to look at it at all.
01:57:50.240 You're totally free to make fun of
01:57:51.920 public figures.
01:57:53.000 If you later find out that she has
01:57:56.300 cancer and that's the reason why you
01:57:58.560 feel really bad about that because you
01:58:00.060 care about another human being, but
01:58:01.660 that doesn't mean you are the worst
01:58:03.360 person in the world.
01:58:04.200 You didn't know she had cancer.
01:58:05.820 So the joke isn't applied to the
01:58:07.740 cancer lover.
01:58:08.940 Hang on now.
01:58:09.380 How do you feel?
01:58:10.160 Let me, let me play a little Kate
01:58:11.440 Middleton here.
01:58:12.260 Okay.
01:58:12.920 In January, I underwent major dogma
01:58:15.160 surgery in London.
01:58:16.500 And at the time it was thought that my
01:58:18.820 condition was non-cancerous.
01:58:21.280 The surgery was successful.
01:58:23.420 However, tests after the operation
01:58:25.240 found cancer had been present.
01:58:28.240 My medical team therefore advised that I
01:58:30.620 should undergo a course of preventative
01:58:32.340 chemotherapy and I'm now in the early
01:58:34.740 stages of that treatment.
01:58:37.920 This, of course, came as a huge shock.
01:58:40.920 And Willem and I have been doing
01:58:41.960 everything we can to process and manage
01:58:44.600 this privately for the sake of our
01:58:46.620 young family.
01:58:48.180 And we'd just like to say that everyone
01:58:51.020 who made a joke of me, you should all
01:58:53.040 burn in hell.
01:58:53.900 You're just bad, bad people.
01:58:58.460 I think she was talking to you,
01:59:00.200 Stu, our sponsor of this, this half
01:59:02.800 hour is a burn a launcher.
01:59:04.080 When are you going to come over and get
01:59:05.340 your butt beaten again?
01:59:06.760 Stu, I mean, we can go, we can go target
01:59:08.860 practice anytime.
01:59:10.560 You know, Glenn, anytime.
01:59:11.740 When we had that competition, I had
01:59:13.480 cancer.
01:59:17.620 You did?
01:59:19.620 Wow.
01:59:20.180 Yes.
01:59:20.880 Now I can see.
01:59:21.940 Well, at least that's a legitimate excuse
01:59:23.760 for losing to me.
01:59:25.220 Uh, anyway, uh, burn a launcher, a
01:59:29.260 burn a launcher is, um, not a replacement
01:59:31.880 for your gun, but something maybe use, you
01:59:34.640 know, when you don't want to use deadly
01:59:36.000 force, let's say Stu's coming over your
01:59:38.040 house.
01:59:38.320 Do you see him on the sidewalk and he's
01:59:39.960 kind of scoping your house out?
01:59:41.620 And he's like, is this the right address?
01:59:43.100 You can open up your front door and hit
01:59:45.040 him from 60 feet away with tear gas.
01:59:47.920 That'll put him down.
01:59:48.860 I mean, you'll laugh until you cry.
01:59:51.380 He'll just cry and won't be able to move
01:59:53.460 for about 40 minutes.
01:59:54.600 Oh, what fun you can have with the burn
01:59:56.900 a launcher and Stu.
01:59:58.320 Uh, you can also use it, you know, for
02:00:00.060 situations where you're in jeopardy and
02:00:02.560 it also makes a great game because you
02:00:04.060 can, you can shoot them in your backyard
02:00:05.500 and they don't make any sound.
02:00:07.960 Uh, and you know, as Stu and I have
02:00:10.380 done, um, you know, we've done a little
02:00:12.820 contest and, uh, I don't want to say who
02:00:15.620 smoked who, but I smoked Stu anyway.

02:00:47.540 The Glenn Beck program.
02:00:51.180 We'll be right back.
02:01:08.480 Well, the newsletter, uh, that has come
02:01:11.380 out across our intelligence community, I
02:01:13.300 think is good.
02:01:14.080 Uh, the importance of words, uh, you
02:01:17.220 know, the, the spy agencies need to a
02:01:19.600 diversity, equity, and inclusion
02:01:21.260 newsletter, uh, that highlights the fun
02:01:24.440 of cross-dressing.
02:01:26.200 So, you know, um, you're a secret agent,
02:01:31.040 but another thing you like to keep secret,
02:01:34.140 but you're, you know, maybe you want to
02:01:36.040 come out a little bit is, uh, cross-dressing
02:01:38.540 and they're saying it's fun.
02:01:40.720 It's fun.
02:01:41.220 Um, in fact, the newsletter said, I think
02:01:43.600 my experience is someone who cross-dresses
02:01:45.380 have sharpened the skills that I use as an
02:01:48.460 intelligence officer, particularly critical
02:01:51.000 thinking and perspective taking.
02:01:53.140 So maybe, maybe if you want to be really,
02:01:57.780 really good in spy operations, maybe you
02:02:00.640 should cross-dress, you know?
02:02:03.280 So another great thing that's happening
02:02:07.460 here in America.
02:02:08.620 Do you agree?
02:02:09.100 Grieglen, is it fun?
02:02:10.420 Do you, do you enjoy it?
02:02:11.320 Or what, what do your, is it a fun activity?
02:02:13.640 I know it's an expression of your identity,
02:02:15.260 but is it, is it a fun activity for you?
02:02:18.480 In other news, Boeing 737 Max is back,
02:02:22.160 uh, on the, uh, Chinese domestic route.
02:02:24.960 It has been grounded now for four years.
02:02:27.520 Well, but Boeing doesn't have anything
02:02:29.340 to worry about.
02:02:30.600 Uh, they've just, you know, put some,
02:02:32.740 put some numbers together and it looks
02:02:35.900 like Boeing really is, is really not doing
02:02:39.780 well.
02:02:40.400 Um, China Southern taking delivery of 34
02:02:43.660 jets, 16 on order.
02:02:45.700 Uh, but they're also, uh, they're buying a
02:02:48.840 lot of air buses, uh, quite, quite a bit,
02:02:51.860 quite a bit.
02:02:52.640 Um, 206 on order now.
02:02:57.180 Um, you know, and, and 737,
02:03:00.260 there's only 52 orders.
