01:32:02.600 from the monkey's brain.

01:32:33.120 structural level, knows that it needs to

01:47:37.480 It's because when brands improve people's lives, they get rewarded, not just by shifting customers or, say, prospects to customers, but by shifting customers into evangelists, where people will pay more and people will evangelize.
