01:08:01.680 the oldest national celebrated commemoration

01:08:04.060 of ending of slavery in the United States and

01:08:15.800 that came into Galveston Texas and all of

01:08:22.080 these soldiers came in with Major General

01:43:12.420 and in that decision it was eight to one okay it was it was almost unanimous but there was one dissenter

01:55:06.180 federal court that there's a discriminatory application of these guidelines that impacts

01:55:11.300 religion adversely and now with the george floord demonstrations thousands and thousands of people

01:55:18.500 thronging the brooklyn bridge the manhattan bridge mayor de blasio participating in a huge rally at

01:55:25.380 cabinet plaza we're arguing that those demonstrations quite simply exposed the whole regulatory regime is a

01:55:32.260 total sham it's all theater because there's nothing worse in terms of a a super spreading event than

01:55:39.940 thousands of people standing shoulder to shoulder screaming and yelling and that's what they're permitting and when

01:55:46.340 they're asked about it blasio and court and cuomo both essentially say and we have quotes from

01:55:52.340 transcripts that well this is such an important movement you see this is a protest and injustice

01:55:58.660 and so we have to allow it and you know what fine that's the first amendment protected activity
